1:26Alan Carr:Snob. She's changed. Here she comes. Lady Muck. I am the token young lesbian of the show, so it's always... You're a lesbian. What? But it's always that when they're... I'm sitting down for me dinner, laughing emoji. I've never thought about that. If someone then sends them it after I've sent the laughing, I want to go and deck them.
1:51Alan Carr:Hello and welcome to Bottoms Up with me, Alan Carr and Leap here, brought to you by Leifweights. This is our weekly podcast where we're cracking open bottles, we're solving your dilemmas, we're answering your questions and we're getting expert winemakers and tasters and sommeliers to give us advice along the way. So, middle of January, how's your New Year's resolutions going? because you said to me you're going to be less annoying. It sounds like you've broken that. I was the first half of the day, January 1st. I went, nah, fuck it. Nah, screw it. I was not going to do that. Yeah, it's going all right.
2:29I feel good. Obviously, like, it's been a big change for me, you know, this year. Loose women, no more. You know, I'm not doing that. No, I know, but it's like... Wait, I'm fine.
2:39Alan Carr:So what do you do now that loose women on in your life? Do you go and like hang around a load of women at a bus shelter, like moaning? I'm calling my mum a lot more just to get the chat. No, do you know what's weird? I always hated like routine. Like I remember when I used to freelance and I worked in an office and I used to do five days a week sometimes and they cut me down. They said to me, Lee, we're cutting you down. Because by day four, I'd be like, kiss today, goodbye. Like the creativity would be bursting out of me. Creativity slash annoyance Well, depending on how you look at it But basically, yeah So it's weird that I don't have the routine But it's quite nice, it's quite exciting I feel excited about this year I'm going to remain optimistic I have to avoid January if I want to stay sober I mean, I can't answer the phone to you You block me, don't you?
3:32Alan Carr:I know, you're on that Ringo doorbell I'm like, no, no, no, no, no Listen, someone that I'm not going to stay too sober for We've got another special guest and I adore her. I adore her too. I've been on a podcast. She's been on my podcast. I used to work with her. Oh, that loose woman. Yes, you need to move on. I know. Let's introduce her. Come on. It's the fabulous GK Barry. Come on. And she's bringing wine. Babes. Oh, right. Can I just say, this is a flex. Walking in with your own branded wine. Echo Falls Fruit Fusion Summer Berries. What best for a fruity woman. Firstly, thanks so much for doing this.
4:15I love this podcast. You are so nice because you posted about it. Come on, humble queen. Oh my God. No, but I was like, this is such a funny match. So I clicked on it. I was cracking up in the car. So yeah, I absolutely love it. And thank God it's about wine. I know, I know. That's why I'm here. Anything else, I'd be like, well, come on, let's have a little sip. All right, me sweet. Okay. Bit of ASMR, hold on. So how did you feel the first time you poured your own bottle of wine? It felt great because this is good memories for me. And also at uni, it was my pre-drinks. Bottle of this. And then I'd go and rub my arse on some random people in Nottingham.
4:53Where did you? Oh, so you went to Nottingham. Trent? It's a shame. Was it Trent? I wasn't smart enough to go to uni of. What did you study? Well, McQueen, I did TV and film. and then, sorry, let me fool myself, Sam. And then I did digital marketing. Neither I use at any point in my life. So you did a master's in digital marketing? I did because COVID happened. I didn't get my graduation. You're blaming COVID? Yes, COVID. So I said, I need to get my pics somehow. I need an extra year of getting drunk. So I just did a master's.
5:26Alan Carr:Did you ever stagger down the lace market and go to that? What's that church that's now a pitch and piano? Oh, yes. Oh, I love Pitcher and Piano. Very expensive, though. That's one up from a Yates, isn't it? If you go Pitcher and Piano, you're like, you've made it. This is a bit of you. It's fruity. Yeah. It's got an edge. So do they get in touch with you? And it goes down well. I didn't want to bring it up, Alan. But you're absolutely right. She's like, that's the kindest thing anyone has ever said to me. My girlfriend's never said that. It's summery. It's got a real kick to it. It does feel, and also it tastes like juice, but when you're a bottle down, you'll be reacting to people's stories with love heart eyes.
6:11You know, one of those. When you wake up the next day and you've seen life. I've done that to you a few times. I'm like, smashed it, babe. And I'm like, well. It's good to know that you're under the influence. Well, every time. You're just being supportive. Every time I've seen Lee at Luce back in the good days, one of us would be hung over. Yeah. Oh my God. That's how we became friends, wasn't it? I feel like shit. What was your first impression? Because I felt for you at Loose Women because when you first joined, you were the panelist that was born the same year the show came out. And no one gave a shit about me.
6:47So what they do, right, is Lee will go, Denise Weld! And everyone will, woo! And they will go, GK Barry, crickets.
6:55Alan Carr:Is there any subject on Loose Women that you've gone, oh, fuck me, I've got to talk about it. Most of them. Because when I go on the one show, have you ever done the research chat on the one show? Oh, Alan, have you ever fallen into a sinkhole? Have you ever been made out of cheese? Have you ever touched a bird of prey? And you're like, no, you just feel like you haven't lived. I am the token young lesbian of the show. You're a lesbian? What? But it's always like when they're talking about, you know, when you have kids. I mean, fuck me, it's going to be long for me to have kids. I've got to find sperm.
7:28Oh, well, don't look at me.
7:29Alan Carr:Well, it would be great. But is there some subjects that you don't want to talk about? I mean, on the whole of Loose Women, say they come up with an item in the green room behind. You say, oh, I don't want to talk about that because you don't know. Because you have to wade in and that's normal. If you've got an opinion these days, you get bloody. Yeah, and I think they like you because the women love hearing from like your generation. Like they do love that. They're not just set in their ways. They're like, we want to hear your, you know. Anything about children or like modern, like the other day I did something about thumbs up if someone sends me a thumbs up it's basically go and die yeah it's so blunt it's so rude do you know what I mean and then on the panel everyone's like no I love a thumbs up I love a thumbs up and I went no the audience will back me did they?
8:13did they fuck? they were like we love thumbs up and it was only when it then got put on social media that people were agreeing with me if I said to Alan I'll see you at half twelve and he put thumbs up great you're not turning up but if I said No, no, I'd be like, no, it's all fine. He gets it. But if I said to him, I can't come to your party tonight and he put a thumbs up, I'd be like, he's fuming. He wants me dead. He's fuming, he wants me dead. Agreed.
8:35Alan Carr:And also, but don't you think the crying, laughing emoji is shut the fuck up? Yeah, we've got nothing else to say now. When you react to it. It's like, leave it now. Yeah. Leave it. Joke's gone. Joke back off. Yeah. I'm sitting down for me dinner, laughing emoji. Bring it to a natural end. It's like I've never thought about that. I've never read the room, actually. or if you've done someone then sends them after I've sent the laughing no or I want to go and deck them because how long has it been now like I know you started TikTok and you know do you get like do you get a bit sick of TikTok not sick of it but like if people say you're TikToker but you are like that's how you started I guess I have nothing else to say now so I struggle to post because I've said every bit of dirty laundry for me I because I'm old I don't you know with TikTok they're trying to get into Alan, you've got to get into TikTok and I haven't got that many followers.
9:28Alan Carr:The key for me is don't second guess because I've done some fucking gorgeous videos where I'm shot like that. And you know, you put a lovely sound back. No one gives a shit. You got it. Hook off, you bastard. You know, you break the internet. You can't second, you've just got to go for it. There's one of you that always comes up and it's you on a bike going, are you going Bruno Mars? I go. Me too, see you there. Yeah, and every year it will come up and it's my favourite video. So funny. I think they should do a Bruno Mars Alan Carr cycle day. He needs you for the next tour promo. Going to Bruno Mars.
10:05Come on. See you there, love.
10:06Alan Carr:Well, I'm not just bringing this up, but you know, celebrity traitors, when I broke down in the last episode and I went, I'm sick of all the lies. I was, as soon as it came out of my mouth, I went, fuck, fuck that. People are going to use that for when you're phoning on a sickie on a bank holiday Monday. I can't come in. I'm tick of all the line. You have to think like that now. And then I was watching, like, you know, Traitors, and then I knew, oh, something's happening here because of TikTok and social media because, you know, halfway through ep one, me with the hood on, when you're going a little down the middle aisle, when you're popping the Greeks, when you're telling your mum you've got no school kit that accepts.
10:49Alan Carr:Yeah, or when you're getting late and your mum's like, you wake your mum up from a night out. Yes, yes. It was that. And now it's wonderful, but it is scary because I was like... You don't know what they're going to put on top of it. Yeah, you know. And you're like, oh, no. And there was palpitations. You're like, this is becoming something I can't control. Yeah. And it's out there. Yeah. And then I also did some filming the other day wearing the cloak. What? And the man went, do that face. What face? The face. It's just your face. That was just my face. It's just your face. It's me concentrating, holding a really heavy lantern.
11:24Alan Carr:And they're like, I'll do it. I'm like, what? That's my face. I can't do the face. Do you think, you know, we're lost causes? We've learned stuff. Do you, I think maybe, you know, we're far into this. Do we give you some advice? Do you struggle with wines? I do. Obviously, Echo falls out of the equation if you weren't going to have that. What do you go for? I know you're a, you love a Prosecco. I love a Prosecco because it doesn't really give me a hangover.

And when you, if I'm trying to like impress my in-laws at a pub, what wine do I go for? Right. Okay. I can answer this. Thank God. Maybe you can as well. No, we learned this on the pod. So, ice. Let's deal with this straight away. Because people put their noses up in it. I just like a refreshing rosé.
13:51I do as well. And I do love ice and rosé. And I actually asked this before we even started the podcast. It was like my gateway question. And the winemaker in Cape Town said, we do ask that you respect the winemaker. Respect the wine. If I was, yeah, but he said, so what he would say is he would say this. You get your wine. you get a glass of ice have a few sips of your rosé or your wine and then no be a good student Grace okay have a few sips delicious I'm just going to add a bit of ice so you get the tones well you know you've drank it as it's meant to be intended but then you've added ice so don't just plunk a load of ice in it yeah be arsed though if you're at Wetherspoons you're not going to go lovely
14:42Alan Carr:I feel like we should give you a red wine I've never really I've only had like a cheap four pound can we is there so listen you don't like red wine but I think you're like vino rosso d 'Italia no do you know what's funny Grace has just admitted that red wine makes her aggressive makes her violent so we've gone I'm going to beat the fuck out of you let's give her one yeah I like that you did the accent it's like people that say croissant instead of croissant I know and then I do a Barcelona no Barcelona Barcelona Do you have to swirl it then or what? What, your fist or the glass? Well, a bit of both.
15:17It just gives me vinegar. No, no, no. Be honest. What do you get from it? A sometimes quite vinegar vibe. Aggressive, that's what she gets. I'll see red in a minute.
15:26Alan Carr:I get an Asbo from this. What a throwback. Asbos. Oh God, I'm so old. Wish I got one. Are they not a thing anymore? No, you just go to jail. Oh. Oh, hey, two Asbos. Oh, three them. Gone but not forgotten. Oh, love you, Aspo.
15:45So go on. Anyway. Put your nose in there. Give it a nice, yeah. And also, we've learnt this. I'm going to do texture. Okay, so I'm not sure what this wine is. Let's have a look. So is it light in the mouth or is it a bit full-bodied? Do I have to hold it? You don't have to hold it, but swill it around a little bit.
16:02Alan Carr:Swill it around when you pop it in. Black cherry, great with bolognese or lasagna. They all say that, though. It all goes down the same way. Do you like a lasagna? I love a bolognese. Bolognese? This would be nice of a bolognese. I need to drink it. You keep making me laugh. Stop talking. All right, all right. I'll look away. Fucking hell. Yeah. I love that. The podcast is in silence. So I would say that's a bit of a medium texture with that. Can you feel the texture of it? It's weighty. I don't know if I get cherry from that. They say, oh, you get a bit of pine nut or banana, as you said, but I don't know if I get cherry from that.
16:36Alan Carr:We had one a few weeks ago and it says smoky. I'm like, yeah, yeah, yeah. and then I was like, it was like I was vaping. Yeah, I've never seen it. Weren't it? Yeah, I've got a shadow on me lug. All right, now listen, Grace. Actually, let's talk about that because sometimes I say GK, other times I say Grace. What do you prefer? I hate GK because everyone goes, who's a goalkeeper? When I'm a celeb, they were like, who's goalkeeper? Well, you're gay. I just think TK Max. TK Max. GK Max. That's arguably worse. You can't call me GK Max. Grace is nice, very godly. It's one word, only that little or healthy.
17:13Like a syllable. Grace. Grace. It's just in there, straight to the point. Right, listen, and we know you like a Prosecco. I do. Hopefully red. It will do. It took me a while to get into red. Yeah, it's like olives. I'm told that you may have a few hangover hacks. And a lot of people who have been DMing us and emailing have been going, hangover hacks. They need hangover hacks. What are yours? So here is what I would suggest. What you've got to do is you get a bowl full of ice cold water with ice in. Dunk your face. Oh. Right? So then you're already like, cool. Let's get going. Then what you're going to do is down an original orange LucasAid.
17:57Oh, see, I like the raspberry sport one. And that's weird. Why? You need to have a word of yourself. You need the original bubbly one because that's what fuels your stomach. Or your body's not recognising it.
18:13And then what is crucial is you need to make sure you have your hot. What?
18:21Alan Carr:What's a hot? In the morning, you must do your hangover poo. Otherwise, you're doomed for the rest of the day. It's all still in you. You must have it. It's going to be like white chicks, but you need to get it out of the way. Yeah? And then after that, you're good to go. Maybe pop a few anti-sickness, which is what I do. If you have a migraine, go into Boots and just ask for a migraine tablet. It's good for anti-sickness and it's cheaper. So, Grace, you wanted as well to impress the... We don't say in-laws because you're not married, are you? No. But kind of semi-in-laws. Because you're a lovely partner.
18:56How long have you been with Ella? Year and a half. Oh, you're so cute together. And in gay years, that's 10 years.
19:02Alan Carr:Yeah. I was going to say, that is a long time. I know. She's a footballer, right? God bless. Arse on that. So good. Anyway. Anyway, sorry. So you want to go and impress her parents. Do you know what her parents like in terms of wine? Are they white? Are they red? Are they rosé? I would say probably rosé. And they also like tequila rosé, as in like the shots. Yes, okay. So if that's got anything to go by. Yeah, they do right. All right, so I would say what you want to look for is like a nice pale rose. I love that. Bonjour, I love that. But I'm thinking as well, because what you should do, because you want to still keep to yourself, you love a Prosecco, don't you?
19:42God bless. What you could do is slightly elevate it and move, not necessarily to champagne, because they might be a bit like, oh, snob. She's she. Who is she? Lady Mac. Yeah. Famously. What you could say is you could say this is a Cremant, which is French, but it's from just down the road. That means orange, doesn't it? Does it? Cremont. I think you're thinking clementine. Never mind, carry on. But Cremont, and then you could go in it, so it's a nice sparkling, it's like a little elevation or a little substitute to Prosecco. I feel like you've learned something today. I have. I've definitely learned that this is all right.
20:22You keep going, it's quite nice. It's like first it's a bit tart. Yeah. And then you have to just get to the body. And this is the point of the podcast because we want to expand our horizons when it comes to our wine odyssey. Yeah, yeah. Oh, thanks so much for coming in. Thanks for having me. It's so nice always to see you. You're smashing it as well, genuinely. Thank you. Well, there's only one thing left to say. You know it, Grace. Here we go. Bottom's up. Bottom's up.

20:51Alan Carr:Be it a crowd pleaser, a conversation starter, or just a standout bottle for the table. Lifeweights, Lee and me are here to help. Lee, please uncork that dilemma, babes. I will, babes. So, John in Plymouth. How are you spelling John? J-O-N. So a little bit zhuzhy. No H. Yes, drop the H. Interesting. I'm intrigued. Read on. Well, he's hosting a cheese and wine night. John's a bit of us. That's a bit of us. But his wife, not so us, has turned it into... Drop the H and the Y. His wife has turned it into the Met Gala of Merlot. Oh, fab. Invite us, we want to go. There's outfits, there's tasting notes, and some expected guests who have very strong opinions.
21:45That sounds like a nightmare. I know, John. God, he's got his hands full here. He wants to know, what wine should I serve that pairs well with French cheeses and still has that VIP wow factor. Well, I love cheese, first of all. So this is a bit of me and I can smell it. It smells delicious. What's your favourite cheese? Gouda.
22:06Alan Carr:Gouda. Do you ever do like the Babybel gouda? I love Babybel. I love Babybel. My friends take the mick out of me because they say I'm too old for a Babybel. No. No. The trouble is you're so small as well. If I rolled a Babybel towards you, it'd be like that boulder in Indiana Jones. You know, you'd be like running. It'd be like, oh, help, I'm trapped. Are you done? I bet you could fit in the net it comes in. Sorry. I've caught Lee. Can I just ask which of the crew laughed there? Oh, all of them. All of them. That's just great. No, I'm joking. You're not that short. So, like, Gowder. I love Gowder.
22:50Alan Carr:What about you? I like halloumi. Is that allowed? Squeaky cheese, nice. Squeaky cheese. Yeah. Because I don't know whether that feels a bit, you know, halloumi. It's a bit rogue, isn't it? But I love a bit of halloumi. Yeah, and the thing is, it is January. It's squeaky, though, doesn't it? You're going, meh, with the teeth. It doesn't remind you of you. Annoying. Anyway, it is January, and obviously people, if you're doing dry jam, some people aren't drinking at all, but some people are just drinking a little bit less. And I think with a cheese board, a little bit of wine, a bit of cheese, it's like a nice chilled thing, isn't it?
23:28It's not quantity, it's quality. Exactly.
23:30Alan Carr:Let me have one just really gorgeous glass of red and your favourite cheese and see you in the new year. Exactly. So let's go for our first one. Right, I'll uncork it. So what is this again? So this is from Latheweights, of course. they've provided an Enclod de la Clarière, which is a left bank Bordeaux. And it is going to... What's the name again of it? Just so people who are not, maybe not French. It's Enclod de la Clarière. And what would that be in English? A lovely red.
24:07Right. We've paired it with comte cheese. All right. So, and this is, I think I'm going to like this. So, how have you done this?
24:16Alan Carr:It's stuck. Oh, God. Oh, nice. Our favourite sound. So, Comte's nutty, savoury depth and slight sweetness love the structure of a classic ball dough, all right? Apparently, the tannins work with the cheese's protein, smoothing everything out and making the wine feel silkier and more expensive. It says here, which has caught my eye, VIP factor this bottle signals confidence and taste it's not shouty, it's assured so it's not you, it's me alright, people will nod shut up people will nod knowingly thank you for pouring the wine and so let's have a bit of oh we just eat some of this cheese there, there you go yeah, juice fingers sorry, you get your own, you get your own I'm just trying to make...
25:12Right, so, do we have a bit of the cheese first or do we have the wine first? Yeah, what do we do? I know, that's the thing, isn't it? Oh, John, you've created more dilemmas with this. Here we go, so. A lovely Bordeaux. Oh, lovely. Nice. I don't normally go for a Bordeaux, that's delicious. So, now we'll have a little bit of this cheese.
25:32Alan Carr:It says on the back it's in limestone soil. Isn't that neat? Isn't that sweet? We've learned all about the soil, haven't we? What have we learned? Oh. Hmm? Oh, that's lovely. I could drink that all day. Oh, I do love a compter cheese as well. Oh, it's nutty. Did you say that? I said it was nutty, yeah. And it's got like a savoury depth. And apparently this is meant to go really well with the tannins. Let's have a taste of this. Oh, honestly, I don't know. I don't think I could give up cheese. I love cheese so much.
26:11And you know what I mean with that? You've got a really nice, good quality red. Pair it with the cheese. That is...
26:18Alan Carr:It's really nice. I'm not going to give too much of a verdict yet because I want to taste the others, all right? Delish. But that is delicious, especially with the cheese. Oh, my God, it's perfect. But, yeah, so there was this... So this is a Domaine Le Llande, which is a bold syrup, apparently, very close to a Malbec, paired with a Cupidon cheese. All right, so this is the bold... It's got a nice little house on the front. Apparently, this is the bold opinion-dividing moment of the evening. Now, this is good because he's got opinionated guests. All right, because this is opinion dividing. So it could cause a little bit of a stir.
26:53And every Met Gala needs one. The Cupidon soft cheese is made from raw milk of a single flock of ewes. Cheese like this demands a wine with savoury depth, spice and backbone. Syrah brings black olive, smoked meat and pepper to the party. That's weird. And it holds its own. Now, each one of these have a VIP factor. This is confident. It's slightly provocative and very memorable. Well, that's like the Met Gala, isn't it? Isn't it just confident, provocative? Pure Syrah is usually reserved for the pricier northern Rhone, but this is a rare example from southern France. So this is the pairing that people argue about, apparently, but in a good way, all right?
27:42So let's cut some of this cheese.
27:44Alan Carr:I mean, why would you invite opinionated people to your house? How are we going to... I wouldn't bother, would you? Oh, my God, that's... But you want a little bit of a... You're taking your shoes off.
27:56You want a little bit of... That's not for me, is it? You want a little bit of... Go on, then. You take a cracker. You want a little bit of, you know, chat, don't you? You don't want to just sat there.
28:10Alan Carr:You want to... Yeah, but you don't opinionate. You want debate. People are rolling their eyes when you serve this up. Oh, look at this. No, but it's lovely. I do love... And you can dip in. Right, here we go. I'm going to have this first. God, I'm going to get gout. Now, you're going to absolutely love that. Oh, I need this first. You're going to love that. I'm gonna bet that you will. Because I had a little sneaky look on the thing, it's got licorice and gingerbread. I'm not a fan of licorice. I think you're gonna like that. And don't just say you hate it, because I predicted. No, it's nice. Yeah.
28:43Alan Carr:It's nice. It's really nice. Bit of this soft cheese.
28:51Mmm.
28:53Alan Carr:You just got a little... Just a little bit. Yeah. Just a bit. Hopefully no one would have noticed.
29:03Alan Carr:And then we have again. I like the wine, I don't like the cheese. It's disgusting. But do you know what? I will say this. The cheese alters that taste of the wine, like when we were in Cape Town. It really does. It's altered by DNA.
29:25Alan Carr:Doesn't it? Isn't it funny? I thought I'd hate the wine and love the cheese. It's the whole way around, babes. But it's delicious when you retaste the wine with the cheese. No, never again. Okay, we're moving on to our final one. Oh, it's a Pinot Noir. Lovely stuff. So we have a Veneerion de Buxy. Oh, I've had that. No, wait. We have a Veneerion de Buxy, I should say, Pinot Noir, which is a red Burgundy. And our cheese pairing is le triple creme de la Charlevoix. La Voix. La Voix, oh. We could do a little collab with La Voix. So, this is Elegance Meeting Indulgence, the creamy soft. I can't get this.
30:06Alan Carr:Oh, no. What's happened there? Oh, I've dropped that disgusting cheese. And I'll be stuck on the floor. Many will say that was not an accident. Oh, don't worry, Alan. We've got some more. Oopsie. We've got some more for you here. Oh, look, it's gone in the bin. That's a sink. Same thing.
30:29Alan Carr:Right, listen. I can't undo it. Let me do it. It's so depressing. This is Elegant's meeting indulgence. The creamy, soft and bloomy rind cheese melts into Pinot's red fruit lift and earthy nuance, creating a pairing that feels deliberately curated rather than obvious. That's a good one for John. VIP factor in this is red burgundy is insider chic. Well, the Met Gala of Merlot, it's all about being an insider. Serving this says, I care deeply, but I'm not trying to impress you. Which is, of course, by its own logic, incredibly impressive. Were you listening to any of that? No, I wasn't. I did switch off.
31:16I'm not going to lie. You were like Billy Porter, the shutter.
31:20Alan Carr:I might get one of those hats for the next episode. Hi, I'm Lee Pee. Yes. All right, come on, I should have done this cheese. Now, this has already got a different, look, the Pinot Noir. You can sort of see through it, can't you? Yeah, because it's a lighter one, isn't it? Which I've loved. I actually love learning about that because I would have never have gone for that. That's nice. Is it? You like that one? Yeah, and I don't really go for Pinot Noir. I know, I know. Oh, you're so sorry. I've made a bit of a mess. Oh, we had crackers. I don't know why I put these on the napkins. I'm so sorry.
31:51What have I done there?
31:54Alan Carr:I was going to go into a catering business with you and now I'm thinking of pulling out. I've really made a mockery of this. Would you like it on a cracker or a napkin, your cheese? Just touch that. Yeah, it's mine. Shut up. Next time, do you know what? Next time we do something like this, we're going to be wearing a hairnet, blue gloves and a tabard. Oh, God. And what's this cheese called again? Charlebois. Oh, my God. That goes even better than the first one. Don't you think? I haven't tried it yet. Sorry. That goes better than the second, first and second one.
32:36Do you think so? Oh, my God. Yeah. And I will say... I think that's the best pairing. Cheese as a standalone, I would have gone for the Comp Tea. But this together. Yeah.
32:50Good job we've got no napkins. I've used them all for the cheese. Wipe it out with a cracker.
33:01Alan Carr:Your brain is so weird. The first one I would say is a safe bet. If you want to go safe, go with the Comp Tea. go with the enclos de la clarie you know and but I think middle you're really in the middle there you've gone I don't care this is impressive I know it's impressive but I'm not going to go on about it being impressive so what that one there yeah we're going to go I think we'll go for the Pinot Noir yeah I think that was perfect yeah yeah and also John if you are serving the cheese put it on a cracker rather than a napkin please always do remember to drink responsibly there's more information at drinkaware.co.uk.
