Tanya, say what's up to Fire Nation and share something that you believe about becoming successful that most people disagree with. First of all, what's up? What's up? I am going to say this.

50It's something I've been really thinking about for the last couple of months. And it is that in order for you to be successful, you really must embrace your unique differentiators. So the things that make you uniquely different, what I'm finding is that there are a lot of people that are trying to follow formulas and blueprints. And I even teach frameworks and all of that, too. But in the end, it is really whoever you are, all of your set of experiences and stories and all the things that have happened to you that make you uniquely qualified to be able to answer questions and to produce solutions in the way that you do it.

29So I think a lot of people disagree with that right now simply because we're used to and we're trained to follow the formula. But I'm going to say that it's time for us to create our own formula. Fire Nation, nobody wants a pale, weak imitation of somebody else. They want the honest, true, transparent, genuine version of you, the unique value that you can bring to the world. You becoming the number one solution to a real problem in a growing industry is the path, in my opinion, to your success. And today we're talking about how to create platform-proof live streams that consistently generate both leads and revenue.

09And Tanya, you love live streaming. Not everybody does, but you do. So talk to us about why entrepreneurs should focus on live streaming to generate both leads and revenue instead of traditional marketing methods? Well, you know, I'm glad you asked. And here's what I think. I think that live streaming is one of the few ways right now that we can create real time human connection at scale. Traditional marketing like ads and static posts, that stuff can get lost in the scroll. But when When you show up live and you're face to face and you're conversing with people in the chat, it's just going to build trust faster.

50And people get to see your expertise. They see your energy. They feel your heart all in one shot. So I think that's gold and it lets you lead with value. It lets you have the conversations and stay top of mind without spending really even a dime on ads. I think that most importantly, live streaming is about creating meaningful conversations that can turn into conversions. And that's so key, Fire Nation, because it's about meaningful. When people know that you're there live and you're answering their questions and then they're interacting with you in the same time space continuum. It's just a different energy, different vibe than them watching some recorded video.

29I mean, I can remember I'm like searching for potentially a new CRM these days. and I went to this one that was really highly recommended and their demo video was from 2021. And I'm like, how is this relevant? Like they haven't updated it in four years. Like it just felt so disconnected. And that's why for seven years, I did a weekly live webinar for Podcasters Paradise because that's what converted me being live, me live streaming, interacting with potential buyers and people that had questions that were interested about it. That was so powerful. But here's the thing about live streaming, confidence.

02It takes confidence because man, if you make a mistake, you can't do a retake. Like you can't like edit in the seconds. Like you just need to keep on going. So confidence is a huge hurdle, Tanya, for people who are thinking about live streaming. So how can someone new to live streaming quickly gain both confidence and clarity while on camera? I think a big important factor here to gaining more confidence is to shift your mindset and to reframe it from thinking about this as speaking on stage, which I know is scary for a lot of people. Instead, if you picture it as a conversation, because your job really isn't to perform, it's to serve other people.

48You speak to that one person instead of the crowd, then you are fully passionately in service to that one person. And you're reaching more people, you know, over time as you start to build an audience. But I think gaining that confidence really starts with the mindset shift. Another mindset shift too is to really think about it as though you are, well, first of all, to get more competent, you have to get on camera more. And building that competence builds the confidence. Putting in the reps, Fire Nation, it's always about you putting in the reps and anything you do, whether it's sports, whether it's presenting, whether it's cooking.

31I mean, people who are great at something have put in the reps. And Tanya, you did mention that you have a formula for this. So talk about the formula that you've created for creating live stream content that consistently attracts ideal clients. For me, the big one, I have two frameworks that I use, one called heart and one called the boss formula. And I'll talk a little bit about the boss formula, because I think that that's the one to me that has ideally transformed people or my audience from being crickets into clients and into cash conversion. So the B is for branding yourself with purpose.

15And just going back to the first question that you asked, it's about being clear about who you are, who you help, and how you help them, having a core message. So branding yourself and being really purposeful about how you show up on camera is important. The O is for offer-based content. So for me, as far as live streaming goes, since it is a marketing tool, what I'm looking at is how am I reverse engineering the things that I offer, the packages, programs, products, and services that I'm offering, how am I reverse engineering that into content that is now delivered via a live stream. So creating streams that naturally lead to your services or programs.

00The first S is for smart systems because what I hate is reinventing myself every single time. And I think that we all fall into that trap, especially as creators, coaches, service providers, any type of entrepreneur. We tend to think we have to start from scratch all the time. Instead, what we can do is we can leverage smart workflows, things that we're doing on a repetitive basis as it relates to these streams, because I, too, go and do a weekly live stream, right? And so in doing so, there are repetitive things about that process that I can now automate, especially with the advent of AI and more technology.

41So stop reinventing the wheel every time, create workflows and checklists and put automation in place that helps you to do this more efficiently. The final S is social engagement. And that is where you're really leveraging the comments that you're seeing in the chat. You're turning those into conversations. And as you have real conversations and you acknowledge people in real time, you start to build relationships and trust. and not only during the live stream, but after the stream as well, as you're responding to different comments and you're responding to the replay, all of that begins to build this lead generation machine that drives business for you.

24Fire Nation, I'm taking notes here. I hope you're taking notes. I mean, these type of formulas are awesome because guess what? You learn from them because they work. They're from somebody who's been doing it correctly for a long time. And then you adjust it. You make it your own. You make it personalized for you, going back to that genuine transparency that we're talking about throughout this episode. And we have a lot more to talk about around this topic when we get back from thanking our sponsors. Starting your own business can feel intimidating. Where do you start? How do you grow? When will you start generating revenue?

57All valid questions. If you love the idea of creating wealth and freedom, but you're not sure if starting from scratch is the way to go, then I'm excited to tell you about Franocity. Mention Promo Fire Nation to receive an exclusive discount. Tanya, we're back and here's the deal. This freaks people out a little bit, but we need to talk about it. There's so much video content online.

19It's just like everybody and their best friends and their mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sisters, brothers, fathers, you name it. they can just hit a button and there's content online. So people are just like, it's so saturated out there. It's like, there's so much video content. How do we authentically differentiate our content, our live streams from others? I love this question. Okay, here's the thing. Because being the introvert that I am, when I first started doing live streams, I felt like I needed to go and mimic what I saw other people doing. And it didn't work. It didn't work. I felt like, okay, I need to show up louder and I need to be more bold and I need to be jumping off the walls.

59And that did not feel, I didn't have enthusiasm. I didn't have passion. And truly, whatever you're feeling in the moment you step on camera, that translates to the people across, right? Across the miles, the other people on the other side of the camera. So here's the thing. You don't need to be louder. You need to be real. People are craving your substance and your sincerity. That means showing up every time as you, not a version of what you think a video personality should look like. Your tone, your story, your perspective, that is your signature. So when you stop trying to be perfect and start focusing on being present, people will notice.

42And when your live stream has intention behind it, that means you took the time to plan and to invest in putting something together that would be of value and relevant to the people on the other side of that camera. Whether that's to teach, uplift, or invite, your message is going to cut through the noise. Now listen, AI is huge, but here's the problem is sometimes it just makes it easier now to create content because it's allowing people to create scripts or even really having that much expertise or knowledge or skill. So I want to come back to authenticity because it's key. So how can automation in AI simplify live stream production without us losing that authenticity?

23So I think that automation isn't about replacing you. It's about supporting you. So AI tools can handle the repeatable tasks, like we mentioned earlier, such as repurposing your live stream into show notes, email, social posts. That allows you then to really focus on only what you can do, which is to deliver the message. So I do use tools like CastMagic and custom GPTs that I've put together specifically for live streaming, right, to streamline my process, but I'm leading with heart. authenticity isn't about how manual your process is. It's about how intentional your message feels. So I feel like automation and AI are partners to the work that we do, that we know and how we deliver it is what still helps us to maintain that authenticity.

19We spend a lot of time creating content and we care about it. Even if we're just going on hitting record and live streaming, like it's taken preparation and we're creating like content that we've worked really hard on. It doesn't need just to live in that one single bubble. And that's where repurposing comes in because I love repurposing content when it's done correctly. So what is your experience? What do you think? What is your advice on the smartest way to repurpose a single live stream into multiple income generating assets? I would say that you start by treating every single live stream like an asset.

59It's not just an event. So when you have the right plan, one good live stream can become a short form video series, a blog post. I've gotten heavily into Substack lately. So it becomes a Substack article, which I then link to a LinkedIn newsletter. It can become an email nurture sequence, a lead magnet, a checklist, a segment of a course or paid training, and vertical clips for reels, stories, YouTube shorts, TikToks, all of those things. But the key is to plan the repurposing from the start. So the way that you structure your live stream gives you the benefit right up front. Know what your call to action is going to be.

43Identify key talking points and think through ahead of time how each piece is going to fit into your funnel. And that's how you turn a single live stream into a revenue generating engine. Tawny, you dropped tons of value bombs today. If Fire Nation could just pull out one value bomb that you would say, hey, I want them to walk away with at least this knowledge. What would that one thing be? If you see live streaming as just an extension of your ability to be able to create high value, high content conversations with people and stop looking at it as a way that you have to be more perfect and another chore to add to your plate and to your task list.

27I think it can be a beautiful way to really connect and have genuine relationship building with people, not just from a marketing standpoint, but also creating real community. Tanya, Fire Nation is really connecting with your content. They want to learn more. They want to see what else you have out there in the world. What is your call to action for our listeners today? I would say if you're even thinking about, if you're curious about doing live streaming, one of the best ways to identify how you can authentically show up is by taking the quiz that I have at streamlikeaboss .tv slash quiz. This quiz will help you to discover one of four different what I call live stream archetypes.

So I just invite your listeners to take a peek and see what they might learn and to see if live streaming might be an effective mode for them.
