Kelly, say what's up to Fire Nation and share something that you believe about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
55What's up, Fire Nation? So good to be back with you all. You know, one of the biggest things I have discovered through my own journey of success and helping others is to take your passion and infuse it into your business. There's so many people out there who say to keep them separate and that there's not to be that success, but I find quite the contrary. The more that we can follow our passion and follow with that and build business with that passion, success just amplifies to the nth degree. Well, you've definitely been a role model in that line of thinking. And that's why today, Fire Nation, we're talking about liberating your authentic expression for massive success.
35And there is, Kelly, this connection between creativity and success, but a lot of people never connect these dots. So let's do that now. Yeah, let's do it. You know, I feel so heartbroken anytime someone says, I'm not creative or like more just like business is my thing. And And they're leaving out this space for epic breakthroughs and to reach new levels of their greatness and reaching new audiences. When we utilize creativity, and it doesn't have to mean painting or writing a novel, it can be tapping into a new way of expressing what it is your business does or a new angle of sharing your message with the world.
26anything that stirs the juices of a newness and an expression that can unlock new parts of ourselves, that amplifies the impact of what we put into the world, and can reach new audiences that we haven't been reaching before. One thing I want to delve into, it doesn't get talked enough about, is the subconscious mind. And you believe the subconscious mind affects literally everything we do in our lives. So I want to break this down for Fire Nation. And let's chat about a couple of real world examples of this. You would think somewhere along the way in our schooling, they would have taught us that 90 % of what we're doing in our day-to-day lives is being run by our subconscious mind.
15So we can operate and try to move through our lives and be like, I got this. and I'm conscious of everything, but 90 % of our day-to-day lives is still being run by the beliefs, the memories, the programming, the self-talk that is implanted within the subconscious mind that's going through. So anytime anyone has those patterns of they hit a new level of success and then say like they reach a new money result and then all of a sudden they quickly spend it and they bring themselves back to a space. Or they want to venture into a new channel of expression or work and there's that fear that debilitates them from going to that or a break in their relationships.
03They can't see and they keep cycling the same sort of relationship. It's not that you're doing anything wrong per se and this isn't so that we just give ourselves a pass and say, oh, okay, it's my subconscious mind, so this is who I am, because we have ways to change that. But we can start to identify, wow, you're doing things and repeating cycles in your life that's keeping you running in the same loop because of what is going on within the subconscious mind. This is powerful. And one thing that you talk about quite often is that we need to change change our subconscious mind if we want to get new results in life.
47So let's talk about how we can do this on a practical level. Totally. You know, that's one of the things where it can seem overwhelming where it's like, whoa, wait, like, so 90 % of what I'm doing my day to day is subconscious. Like, so what am I supposed to do about that? The beautiful thing is we can rewire our subconscious mind. So we can begin to, and there's deeper processes for us to go back into it because the subconscious mind is everything that's happened from zero to 11 years old in those prime times of our programming, our operating system getting developed. So we have different systems and processes where we can begin to identify the core belief, which we can begin to observe and identify through our speech, bringing in neuro-linguistic programming.
40Our language is a direct correlation to the beliefs that we are operating through. So as we begin to make note of what are the words we're speaking and the core beliefs, we can begin to, through various processes, bring ourselves back to the moments that those beliefs were wired into our programming and rewrite the story, therefore it'll show up different in our day-to-day lives. So what are a couple things that many people do daily that's a direct result of their subconscious minds? There's, you know, those little habits that we can get into. Like I know I personally, like my morning routines, there's still little quirks that I have from like the way that I prepare like my coffee or my cacao or whatever I'm doing that it's just now been ingrained and it's just a program.
33Something that I notice quite often with people that I work with in this way is their relationship dynamics. They'll notice that all of a sudden they're saying there's this issue with their partner. And then as we start to dial into it where it's like, wow, this had nothing to do with my partner. This had everything to do with, let's say, you know, the way that my brother treated me throughout my childhood. And I've been responding to my partner as if that's my seven-year-old inside responding to my brother. So we can often see when we're acting out in the world, oftentimes before we begin to bring an awareness and work consciously with the subconscious mind, a little wordplay there.
21But as we start to work consciously with the subconscious mind, we can begin to see as we're showing up in our lives, there's often that we're not really even being fully present with what is. We're responding to associations of things from the past that our subconscious mind is registering. What do you see as common damaging things our subconscious minds lead us to do on a daily basis? Definitely being reactive rather than responsive, which has such disruption to relationships at large, making business decisions, not building the healthiest culture within your business or potential business deals.
04I've seen some things blow up where I'm like, you, that was not present. That was not here. or making decisions with our money, our diet, our exercise, all these core things that make us who we are. When we're making, we're accumulation of all the choices we've ever made in our lives. When we look at whatever our current present reality is, this is the sum of every action and choice you've ever made. And our subconscious mind is helping us in creating those choices. So if you have that pattern where you always go for that late night snack and you keep telling yourself that you want to stop, but there you are at midnight eating a pint of ice cream and like, do you like, do you?
50That's what your thing is and brings you joy. Great. But it's down to our habits. How do we eat? Are we exercising? What is our relationships? Do we put ourselves out there in the world? Are we okay with being seen and heard and creating? I mean, you know, it runs deep. It's every facet of our lives. Fire Nation, this is such an important conversation. And we're going to be talking about some really important topics when we get back from thanking our sponsors. I'm all about lifestyle freedom. I want to be able to do what I want, when I want. Kelly, we're back, and let's be real. We all deal with fears. We all deal with anxieties. I mean, we are human beings. So I want to talk about the most common fears that entrepreneurs face that keep us from living full out. Absolutely. Yeah, I've done some deep research on fear. I have a book called Rise Above Fear. And then looking, I think it's something like 4 % of the entire population ever has ever been deemed as not feeling this experience of fear.
54And that was just a symptom of a really severe illness. that's extremely rare. So if you experience fear, be grateful because otherwise you'd have like boils all over your body. It's a good thing. But especially as entrepreneurs, you know, some of the, when we boil it down, fear tends to come to the fear of being seen, the fear of being heard, the fear of rejection, and the fear of not being liked, which can kind of be the same, but it has a little bit of a different hue. As entrepreneurs, we're putting ourselves out there over and over and over again to share something that we believe in, that we put ourselves out on a limb and, you know, putting that faith of I'm going to build this and it's going to happen.
41And rejection is going to come along the way. And if we're debilitated by the fear of receiving no or people not believing in what it is that you know you're here to do in the world, or you're afraid of the intention that can come from it, you know, So many people say it's the fear of failure. It's probably actually more the fear of success. More people are afraid of succeeding and sustaining and being able to hold what it is that they've built than it is actually of failing. So those are the we can boil it down. And of course, everyone's going to have their unique expression of it and their little hue of the diamond.
22But I would say those are the most common when we boil it down. So many people find a comfort zone and they just stay within those self-imposed walls. For some people their entire lives because they're just comfortable there. It's easy. They know it. But you believe we need to reinvent ourselves, not every now and then, but often. So talk about why reinventing ourselves is important as entrepreneurs on fire. Yeah, absolutely. You know, and reinvention, it doesn't mean you have to go and, you know, wreck the house and start completely over again. But reinventing can be changing the way that you do one thing in your life, which is going to affect everything.
08If you're feeling called to completely, you know, start with a blank slate, by all means, do it up. And I look forward to celebrating the new you. But as you said beautifully, we can get into comfort zones. We can become stagnant and we're just following this monotonous, this is just what I do because it's what I've always done. And we're here to grow and evolve. And as entrepreneurs, we are spearheading away into new territories. And those who are with you, they're growing and evolving. If you're continuing to stay the same, if we're looking at us from a clientele standpoint, they can grow and evolve with you.
51If you're continuing to show and lead by example of you're continuing to grow and evolve and to be able to offer new things into the world. We're in a time right now where society is being reinvented in every moment. We have AI coming in to the nth degree that, you know, as entrepreneurs, if we're not learning how to reinvent ourselves as if you are still saying, oh, I'm not tech savvy, that's not my thing. It's time to reinvent yourself and find who would you be when you have an understanding of these tools that are being utilized in AI or reinventing of, you know, if you've always done the exact same thing, well, then you're always going to continue to get the same result.
37And you might be getting amazing results, which is great. And what would happen if you were to add another slight shift to it to open up another avenue for your own soul growth and then also for the expansion of your company and for those that you serve? Kelly, you've talked about a lot of important topics today. We've talked about the subconscious minds, the conscious minds. We talked about fears, anxieties, reinventing ourselves. What is the one thing you really want to make sure Fire Nation gets from our conversation today? The biggest thing that all of us need in this world right now is your authenticity.
18You know, we're in a world where it's so wild in so many ways. And there's nothing more refreshing than authenticity. It's something that can be felt. It's something that can really be heard. It's something that AI and any falseness out there cannot replicate. So by you dialing into who you are and moving beyond the fears, rising above that and being your authentic self, that is the greatest gift you can give to the world at this time.
