That's F-R-A-N-O-C-I-T-Y dot com. Tracy say what's up to fire nation and share something that you believe about becoming successful that most people disagree with what's up fire nation from Australia well I believe that unless you know or have a plan on how you're going to build that longer table when you achieve your success, that success really is just another limiting belief that has the potential to stunt your growth. Fire Nation, we're here to do the opposite of stunting your growth.

2:11We are here to help you grow to the moon and back again. And that's why we're talking about your secret weapon, Fire Nation, intuition. And that's why I brought Tracy on the mic today because we've all heard the phrase, follow your gut. is that quote-unquote gut feeling your intuition, Tracy? Talk about that. It absolutely is, but it's just one way that your intuition is communicating with you. So essentially, you can think of intuition as a language. And I guess an easy way to get your head around it is to think of the universal laws. Shout out to the late Bob Proctor. Being the language of the universe, well, intuition essentially is the language of the consciousness.

2:55So intuition comes with four main dialects, which in a sense are simply heightened or extrasensory abilities, which is that gut feeling. And that gut feeling that you're referring to is actually one of the abilities, which is called clairsentience. So this is where your intuition is using the dialect of clairsentience feelings to communicate. So these can be either internal emotions like feelings and emotions or actual physical feelings like goosebumps or chills or that drop in your stomach or that kind of urge to want to run to something. But there are three other ways too that your intuition is speaking to you and entrepreneurs tend to focus more on that gut feeling and a lot of people will generalize, distort and delete intuition into gut.

3:44But there's also claircognizance, which is when your intuition is using your thoughts to communicate. So think about JLD when the last time was that you thought, I just knew, I just knew. And there was no logical or rational basis for your knowing, but you just knew. And that's your intuition using the ability of claircognizance. Then there's clairaudience, which is when your intuition uses our hearing to communicate. So similar to feeling, there's a couple of different ways this can happen. So we might hear a voice in our head and we know that we aren't losing ourselves. We're not going loco, but we also might hear someone call our name, yet we turn around and there's no one there.

4:26That's probably the least common ability. But for entrepreneurs, one of the greatest ability is actually clairvoyance, which is when our intuition uses our vision to communicate. And And so we can look at like Nikola Tesla in his journals. He actually claims that he was struck by these visions that was so clear and steady that he couldn't distinguish them from reality. And when these visions appeared of the polyphase generator, he actually asked the man next to him whether he was seeing the visions too because it was so real. And he then goes on to actually explain that in these visions, he could make them still enough to take them apart and rotate them and look at it from all aspects so that when it actually came time to build the invention, he knew exactly what to do.

5:17So Nikola Tesla had this unbelievable intuitive ability of clairvoyance. And all entrepreneurs tend to be naturally more fluent in the intuition language without realizing it. And we see that in our traits like higher than average risk tolerance and our innovator's DNA. But we also know that in the world of entrepreneurs, JLD, stats and data matters too. So it can be a little bit of a, hmm, do I trust my gut feeling in business or what do I do? So I love how you started off and I just want to go back there, Fire Nation, which is intuition is a language. Like just keep that at the forefront of your thought as you're going through this entire interview and hearing everything Tracy is talking about.

5:59And a lot of people, Tracy, do think that data and stats should trump a gut feeling when it comes to business. What's your take on that? I somewhat agree, but I've come to the point where I feel that it shouldn't have to be an either or an or scenario. but more of a holistic approach. So if you can think about for a second, let's think about AI like Siri and Alexa. They're intuitive AI. And the reason why they are intuitive AI is because they have these like mega data and stat collectors and rooms full of computer and software equipment collecting the data. And it's able to then spit it out and tell you what you ate for breakfast and what you're going to eat for breakfast in 2024.

6:44But your intuition is very similar to AI. It's just that it's the consciousness that's collecting the data and the stats from the planet, from the people, from the current climate and all of the different areas of this existence. So your intuition is like a Siri or Alexa. So just like you would consult your CFO, your CO, your CMO, all the C's for their specific intelligence and expertise, you can be consulting and should be tapping into this hugely underestimated and underutilized resource that when you're actually fluent in the language of intuition, you get like an entire added intelligence to bring your innovation to life.

7:27And, you know, Bezos says that life is too short to hang out with people who aren't resourceful. And he is so bang on. And intuition is the most untapped resource on the planet, in my opinion. Fire Nation, we're talking a lot about intuition today. We're talking about your secret weapon, which is intuition. And we have so much more to talk about when we get back from thanking our sponsors. How would you define it and how do we access intuition in our business? Let's go through maybe a couple examples.

11:39Intuition is the intelligence that arrives from the oneness or the consciousness. So depending on your belief system, essentially, you could call it God if you will. But it is the information that's arriving to each and every one of us. And we all have the ability as human beings. Everyone has an intuition. It's just how much you connect to it, how much you decide to develop it that will depend on how intuitively you can be led. And when it comes to business specifically, firstly, you need to understand that it's already communicating with you. It's just that perhaps you're not recognizing it.

12:19Maybe you're not acknowledging it, or maybe you just don't understand how to interpret it. So the three steps to really begin accessing your intuition as an entrepreneur for your business are, number one, recognizing it. So just like I was talking before about the gut feeling or when you're having visions and these might come in dreams or in daydreams, for example. It's recognizing that the intuition is giving you some intelligence. It's giving you some insight. The next step is number two, acknowledging it. So really just taking the time to sit and acknowledge the impressions that are coming through, the intelligence that's coming through.

13:02Now, the third step is interpreting it. And this is where a lot of people will need help. Entrepreneurs will tend to grasp it really quickly. Like I mentioned before, we have a higher level of natural intuitive ability to begin with, but interpreting it really comes down to, it's like an art. It's just like any other subject that we study in sales or in marketing. You also, you need to study it. You know, you need to have experience and you need to trial things and get things right and get things wrong and learn and grow. And it'd be exactly the same with intuition. However, intuition is really kind.

13:38So you know, if you've got it wrong pretty much straight away. So most people, most people in business, most entrepreneurs or business owners, they will need help at first in one of those three steps, either recognizing it, acknowledging it, or interpreting it. Fire Nation, there's a few things I want to go through here. Number one, intuition is the information that is revealed to us all. Like I love looking at it in that manner. And honestly, I look back to the launch of Entrepreneurs on Fire. I mean, it wasn't a vision like Tesla's for any way, shape or form, but it was literally just so clear to me that this podcast had to exist in the world.

14:15And I was just shocked that other people weren't seeing the vision, that other people hadn't already done it because to me, it was just so obviously in need at that moment in time. And unfortunately, I haven't had many other visions like that since because I mean, those are pretty awesome visions. but I'm always open to them because you never know when they're coming. So 1, 2, 3, Firing Nation, recognize it, acknowledge it, interpret it. Those are the processes once you've got that intuition coming through. And now, Tracy, this might seem just a little woo-woo to some of my listeners, but break down how we can communicate our decisions and actions based off of our intuition.

14:55Yeah, it's a great one. And honestly, in the job that I have undertaken and because of my own visions and because of what my intuition has shown me and because of my serial entrepreneurial sort of ADD nature, trying to, I feel like I'm trying to always convince entrepreneurs that thinking that it might be a bit woo, that it's not. And I guess I want to break it down into a few different things. But first of all, I'm going to bring my old mate Bezos back and give a bit of a quote where he says, I believe you have to be willing to be misunderstood if you're going to innovate. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, JLD, but entrepreneurs are visionaries.

15:39They are innovators. It's the entire job description of an entrepreneur. And I would think that entrepreneurs in 2022 and Fire Nation are past caring about what other people think about them and put their life's work and their passion in front of the nonsense. And to be fair, really, really huge misconception about intuition just being woo. It's not just mystical and it is certainly not magical fluff. really just kind of discounting such a rich resource for fear of judgment in entrepreneurship. It really shouldn't be a thing. And if we want to think about the futurists of entrepreneurship, they already know.

16:20These up-and-comers, these young kids, they already know. They've got this innate ability to listen to other guidance because people like you and I have paved the way for them to see this, to trust in themselves, to have that fortitude and that hunger. And they're using, they're hungry, they're using whatever resources they can. And for those entrepreneurs that sit in Fire Nation, the ones that are established, the ones that are just starting out, this resource, you have to move past what people think about it. You have to move past what the olden days said about it. You have to move past misconceptions and you have to just think of it as a resource and just go, you know what, why would I leave this rich resource untapped?

17:03So I want everyone to realize that when you understand how intuition works and you actually experience, like you did JLD with the vision for Fire Nation, imagine if you, if I'm sure you had people say to you, that's crazy. I mean, I've heard a lot of you talk about that. And imagine if you didn't listen to it and that vision just stayed there and we wouldn't be sitting here having this conversation right now. And at that time, you would have had to have felt like you put judgment aside. And I was just listening to Beyonce literally two minutes ago say this thing about how you have to put those voices outside of you.

17:42You have to not only put those internal voices, but you have to put those external voices that say, you can't do this. This means this. This means that. You have to put it aside and let the mission and the purpose speak and let it have its time. And if you want to be the true definition of an entrepreneur, then intuition is your key to be the innovator, the individual, unique mark on the world, which as entrepreneurs, we all want. We all want that. It's why we're in the business to do it. So as you can see, I get very fired up about how by that common misconception of it being woo can really just completely, I guess, discount or derail or even delay a lot of people's success.

18:33So to answer your question with the best answer, simply you integrate it in to your daily business practice and strategy. So when you have experienced that acceleration that is available when embracing your intuition, you're going to want to sell that to your team. You're going to want to sell that to the people that are working with you so that you can go further faster. Fire Nation, there's a lot that I love about what Tracy just shared. The one thing that really just jumped out to me for any number of reasons is making your unique mark in this world. So Tracy, what's the one key takeaway that you really want to make sure Fire Nation gets from our entire conversation today?

19:14That intuition is the greatest untapped resource that you're wasting time if you're not learning how to tap into it right now because it's where the magic happens. It's where there is ease and grace. And I know that's not one takeaway, but I just wish that everyone could jump into discovering their own connection with their intuition because there is so much magic that sits in there. It will open up so many possibilities and it's so easy. Tracy, how can Fire Nation connect with you? How can we learn more from you? Any call to action or gift you have, share that now. Of course, I wouldn't come here without serving and giving a gift.

19:59So there's two ways that I can help Fire Nation right now. I have a four-hour virtual live event that's happening on April 30th, where I teach the three steps to accessing your intuition. So you're going to learn how to recognize it, acknowledge it, and interpret it. And I'm giving Fire Nation it basically for free. So and plus, if you come to that event, you'll also get a bonus, which is an extra session with me for free one-on-one where I will look at your unique intuitive ability and how it can apply to your business straight away. And then the second way is that there is a program called Zenith that I have, which I tend not to talk about too much, but I know that Fire Nation is the perfect audience for it because it is my exclusive intuitive coaching program.

20:51It is my top tier offer and it's reserved for those people who are people that go all in, the people that are just like, I'm all in and I'm ready to go now. What am I waiting for? and it's for those of Fire Nation who are listening and really have heard that this is where the magic happens. They want the edge and they want to accelerate today. So one more time, give Fire Nation the direct place URL to go. Sure. It's www.spiritincorporated.com.au forward slash fire. Fire Nation, you're the average. Of the five people you spend the most time with, You've been hanging out with TLD and JLD today, so keep up that heat.
