48Yasim, say what's up to Fire Nation and share something that you believe about becoming successful that most people disagree with. Hello, Fire Nation. So great to be back. Well, most people believe to be successful, they need to work very hard. So if they don't get the results they want, they keep on working harder and harder, doing the same things all over again. Here's the problem. If you are not getting the results you want, most likely you are missing something. Maybe it's the right strategy. Maybe it's the right approach, the right resources. So what happens if you keep on working very hard at things they don't get you the results you want?

38You get more frustrated and more tired, right? So I say it's not about working hard that makes you successful. It's about working with the right strategy and approach that's right for your business that makes you successful. And Fire Nation, that's why we're talking to Yusim today about unique social selling with AI, skyrocketing your brand on LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond. And there are so many social media platforms out there, Yusim, and more are coming online every single day. So in your opinion, which is best for social selling for entrepreneurs? John, I'd say LinkedIn by far, and not just for B2B businesses, but also for B2C.

26And here is why. Because the biggest challenge for most entrepreneurs is lack of quality leads. not having a large pool of quality prospects who can afford their services and have the decision-making authority to buy them. And LinkedIn solves this problem because it has three big advantages. Firstly, the purchasing power of the average LinkedIn user is way higher than that of other platforms. So they can afford your services. There are 65 million decision makers on LinkedIn, which means 65 million people who have the decision-making power to say yes to your services and products. And lastly, when people are on LinkedIn, they are on business mode.

23So the same person, you might talk to them on TikTok or Instagram, but there they will be more on entertainment mode. Whereas on LinkedIn, they are the most open to having business conversations with you. Does that make sense, John? That makes a lot of sense. And Fire Nation, I want you to put yourself in that situation. You know, you're getting ready for bed and maybe you're brushing your teeth and you're scrolling through Instagram Reels or TikTok. you're looking for like short, funny, kind of just entertaining stuff to kind of just pass the time. You know, maybe you're sitting in a restaurant and your significant other goes to the bathroom.

59What's the first thing you do? You can't just sit there like a normal human being and stare into space because that makes you like a serial killer. No, you have to grab your phone and you have to start scrolling your phone. And you're not looking for the next great business idea and the next great business advice. So if you get interrupted with that, it's not going to be that efficient or effective. But guess what? If you're on LinkedIn, you're on LinkedIn for a reason. You're in business mode. You want to improve your business. You want to be evolving and learning and growing your business savvy.

33And LinkedIn is the place for that. So I definitely agree with that in Fire Nation. I've heard it from multiple, multiple sources, you know, in addition to you seeing that this is the place where they find the right leads for their business. You can get leads anywhere, but you want leads that are going to convert. So I didn't bring you on the podcast, you seem, to give us the worst ways to use LinkedIn. So what are the best ways for us, Fire Nation, to use LinkedIn? Before I give you the answer, John, let me share first the two big mistakes that I see business owners make. And that is treating literally the biggest goldmine there is for quality leads as the least important channel.

19So what I see business owners, entrepreneurs do is they will post the same content they post on Instagram and Facebook without adjusting it for LinkedIn. And the worst mistake I see entrepreneurs make is that they use automation tools to send mass messages to their prospects. And so as a result, they get perceived as a spammer. They don't get seen as the expert authority they are. So just like you said, their content does not convert. And they don't leave a good first impression on their prospects. And to add to that, LinkedIn has a zero tolerance policy for automation. So I want all of you in Fire Nation to know that you are really risking losing your account if you use automation.

22So please be very careful. So the way to use it is really two tips I will give you. The first one is hyper-personalize your content. As you heard, I didn't say personalized. I said hyper-personalized. What do I mean? Include your own personality, your personal experiences, your success stories, as well as your failure in your LinkedIn content. It's super important. And the second personalization will be that you will really put yourself in the mind of your ideal clients where they are right now, what they believe in, what they are struggling with. And you're going to share stories from your life that demonstrate, you know, the challenges that face right now.

18That way, your content is really different than other people's because there's only one of you. And the second and most important strategy, in my opinion, that goes along with the first one is to have a killer engagement strategy to build and nurture relationships with your prospect. And that really requires your own time. But if you only spend, let's say, 20 minutes on LinkedIn a day, that's really good enough for you to start building, you know, really strong relationships with your prospects and to nurture them over time. I want to talk about the biggest mistakes that you see entrepreneurs making when they're using artificial intelligence because artificial intelligence is new.

07It's the cool kid in town right now. I mean, people are trying to figure this out. So of course, we're going to make mistakes. And by the way, Fire Nation, I encourage you to make mistakes because you're going to learn from those mistakes and you're going to figure stuff out. But of course, we have somebody like Yassim who's already been on to artificial intelligence in different areas like that, and she's made mistakes. We get to learn from her, and she sees other people making mistakes too. So talk about the biggest mistakes that entrepreneurs are making when they're using AI and how we can use it to boost our sales and brand.

39Yeah, of course. So I really see two big mistakes, John. So the first one is that just like for LinkedIn, they use AI to produce content at a mass scale, and then they will post it everywhere. So in other words, they go for quantity of content as opposed to quality. And that doesn't work because then your content doesn't stand out. And it also does not resonate with your ideal clients. So, you know, so you have a lot of content on social media that doesn't serve you and it doesn't serve your ideal clients. And the second big mistake, which is probably more important, is the overwhelm. So to be honest, when I started my AI journey, just like you said, John, I was very overwhelmed because there are 50 new tools introduced every single day.

39There is constantly lots of news coming out about AI. It takes a lot of time and effort to keep up. So my suggestion is just like you don't waste time to do your own accounting or taxes, and you hire an accounting that just does it for you, I would strongly suggest that you hire an AI strategist who can help you define the right AI strategy for your business. I'm not saying outsource it. I'm saying hire the AI strategist so they can help you define the right strategy for your business and that that person can also show you which tools, which processes, tasks are the most relevant and important for your business right now, for where you are right now, for your current priorities, so that you can make AI work for you.

41You can make AI, you can use it to boost your sales and brand, as opposed to getting distracted and overwhelmed by it. Fire Nation, this is why we're talking about standing upon the shoulders of giants, It's making sure that you are dealing and learning from people who have been there, who have done that, who have tried, who have made the mistakes, who have had some successes, who have had some failures, who have learned from this. Because man, there's a lot of mistakes that you can make that are avoidable. Don't be afraid of making mistakes. That means you're doing something. But if you can avoid mistakes, that's saving you time, energy, effort, maybe even money too, and get on that right path.

16Now, we have a lot to talk about, Fire Nation, around this topic when we get back from thanking our sponsors. I remember searching for the perfect CRM when I first launched Entrepreneurs on Fire, and it's tough to know which platform is going to be right for you and your business. Yassim, we're back and I want to talk about the different assets that we can actually create with artificial intelligence. What have you seen as successful assets that you've created, that your clients have created when it comes to AI? Oh my God, John, there are so many. So for my own branding and for that of my clients, I have created hyper-personalized content for all social media channels. I wrote two books for myself, for my lead generation.

55I also came up with my unique podcast angle to start a new podcast. I use AI every single day to write really effective, personalized copy for emails, sales letters, newsletters. But as I shared, I don't just use AI. I really use the hybrid approach where I personalize the prompts, first of all, before I ask ChatGPT any questions. And then I enrich what I get from AI with my personal stories, my experiences, accomplishments, as well as failures so that it becomes unique. Fire Nation, I think that key word of everything that you seem to share is unique because if you're always doing the exact same thing that everybody else is doing, you're going to get the same results which are going to be saturated and flat.

55You've got to figure out how am I going to stand out in this market? What am I going to be creating that is leading to the actual results that I want, that I need in my business? Don't get flattered by these views and these likes and these comments on content that doesn't matter. There's a great quote that I love from Deval that's, play stupid games, win stupid prizes. And so many people, Fire Nation, are playing stupid games online. And even when they win, which isn't always that often, but even when they do win, they win stupid prizes because they're playing stupid games. So, Yasim, I want to shift back to you.

32How do you specifically help entrepreneurs? So, John, as you know, I specialize on AI and LinkedIn. And I offer three types of services for entrepreneurs. So one is done for you where they can just relax while me and myself take care of everything they need. The second way I help them is my coaching program. I have one for LinkedIn and one for AI. So in the LinkedIn coaching program, I help them boost their personal brand and their sales by helping them define their irresistible offer. because, John, would you believe that a lot of entrepreneurs, even those who are really successful, they still are selling a service or a product and they don't know how to come up with an offer that's really irresistible to their clients and that it will make them stand out completely.

37Yes, I would believe that. Right, exactly. So I also help them with this business aspect And then I show them how to find their ideal clients on LinkedIn, how to build a relationship with them, how to convert them, and also how to position themselves as the authority, the expert they are. So their prospects will come to them so they can dictate their prices. And in the AI coaching program, I help them again how to position themselves as the expert they are in their niche. But now we're not doing it for LinkedIn, but we do it for all social media platforms, as well as I also show them how to write their lead generation book, you know, start their podcast newsletter and, you know, the copy for sales pages, emails.

29and not to forget, I also show them really like the most important tools that matter for them, for wherever they are in their business so that they don't get overwhelmed by AI. And I just give them the direction and the specific things they need for wherever they are in their business. So it's very, very personalized approach to them. So they just like get my coaching. They get from point A to B. And at point B, we review it again. And now I give them the next resources they need, the next one. So they can really get to point Z at the end. Now, Yassim, you have these boot camps for both LinkedIn and AI, where you do a lot of the stuff that you're talking about right now.

21So can you just share what they're all about, these specific boot camps? The bootcamps are really the three-day challenges, John, where people get a glimpse at what it's like to work with me. And so the bootcamps are very low-priced events to see my framework. And they also see what is possible. You know, so in the LinkedIn bootcamp, I cover everything that I just shared about the LinkedIn coaching program, but then a very condensed short version of it. And in the AI bootcamp, again, they get to see how can they position themselves as an expert authority in their niche on social media platforms.

03And they also get a bit of a glimpse as to how they can, you know, write a book, podcast, newsletter. But again, the difference between the bootcamp and the coaching program is bootcamp is just this three-day short version. so if they want to go deep and really learn it so that they can decide to go in the coaching program. Yassim, give Fire Nation just a final takeaway from our entire conversation today. Then give us a direct call to action for how we can connect with you, learn more about these boot camps, et cetera. And then we'll say goodbye. Fire Nation, I want you to know that you are the magic.

47So AI will help you, but the way you will stand out on social media and everywhere else is by being you.
