Jordana say what's up to fire nation and share something that you believe about becoming successful that most people disagree with. Hey fire nation. All right. Ooh. So, you know, I believe that success, this may or may not be something that people are like, ah, absolutely not. But I believe that success needs to be sourced from a place of purpose.

1:56And I mean, like really deep, authentic purpose, that even if you're the kind of person that's like, I don't know what my purpose is. Keep digging, keep going there because it's got to come from someplace authentic within us. If it doesn't, like no matter how much success we might be able to achieve on the surface, what I have seen through and through over and over is that if the success is just on the surface, it ultimately works against us or at very best, at very least, leaves us unfulfilled. Fire Nation, we're talking about why the future of business belongs to leaders that AI can't replace.

2:32And Jordana, you believe that nature can teach us about staying irreplaceable in the age of AI, which of course is upon us. Tell us more about that. Yeah. So, so, you know, I love this question and really before we can answer that specifically, we have to name what's really driving the fear of being irreplaceable. So deep down, we've been conditioned to meet uncertainty, anything that's more powerful than us with fear and separation, right? And that's what's really fueling panic about being replaced. And that's why so many people frame AI as like either a savior or a threat. But both of those are really just fear in disguise.

3:08So what we need to realize, first and foremost, is that AI is actually just a reflection of our consciousness. We are also that, which means AI is growing from the same laws of creation that shape us too. So when we shift our lens into connection, we remember that, okay, it's nature that grows everything, including us, including AI. And if we let ourselves grow the way nature intended, not through force, through rhythm, then we don't just stay relevant. We stay alive. We stay in unity with that. And it guides the same cycles of growth for everything and everyone. So if we want to really ground that on a more grounded level, nature, again, it shapes everything, including us.

3:50and it does it through the laws of entropy and syntropy, right? Which is really cycles of death and rebirth. So if we let nature teach us, and I mean like on an embodied level, how to die and be reborn, then it is always inviting us, just like a snake shedding its skin, to become more of ourselves over and over again. And that's when, if we keep shedding what no longer fits, we regenerate, which then what happens is we become irreplaceable. We stay in the rhythm of what's next instead of clinging to what was and AI cannot replace us. I love those words from Jordana and I hope you're understanding the true meaning behind them.

4:34But I do have the question, Jordana, what if somebody's listening and they're saying, wait a second, I've already been replaced. I've already been left behind. What is that person's first step to becoming irreplaceable now? You know, there are many people out there who are in the midst of that right now. So if that's you, or if that becomes you, the most important thing, first, don't act from panic. I see so many brilliant leaders, brilliant leaders get swept up in that old reflex to do something, to, you know, that sort of fail fast mentality that has built business the way it is, has been today.

5:09That can cause a leader to be like, okay, I have to do something, I have to fix, I have to prove, I have to catch up. But that is an old paradigm, right? And so we are now outgrowing old paradigms of the status quo. So if you find yourself becoming quote unquote replaceable, or if you've been replaced, you want to actually build into a new paradigm, right? So again, if you've been replaced and you feel like the world is moving on without you, don't scramble, don't catch up, don't confuse movement with momentum. even if the money's tight maybe you need to take a bridge job care for your family but don't lose yourself in survival because if you want to become now irreplaceable if you want to take this like okay i feel like i've been left behind and convert it into something where that's not going to happen to you any longer then you need to slow down not just take time but make space to really remember who you are.

6:05AI is advancing fast, even in the quantum realm, but so are we. We are of that same intelligence. We just forgot. We were just conditioned not to see that. So becoming now irreplaceable. Again, do the bridge job you need to do. Do what you got to do to provide for your family. But then from there, it's not about competing with AI or scrambling to stay relevant. Those are the same old survival game patterns. Okay. But instead it's about really coming home to the reason why you were here. That blueprint of purpose that lives inside of your authentic self. So slow down, get really still, feel your feelings, do the inner work you need to do to cleanse yourself or to even like, so to speak, clear the static.

6:53And this is going to allow you to get closer to the truth within you that will take you from this point where you feel like you've been left behind into the point where you feel like you are now moving with space and time from a greater sense of purpose. Now, Jodhana, you actually believe that AI is forcing leaders to rethink their relationship with time. How so? Yeah, I do. I do believe that. So, you know, before AI, many of us knew, at least in theory, that time was infinite. This is like a spiritual thing that many of us had learned, but we didn't know how to embody the truth. Then AI came along and with it, a speed that has shattered our sense of what's possible in time and space is not only growing rapidly, but exponentially.

7:39And what most people don't realize, AI is evolving in harmony with the golden ratio, the Fibonacci sequence, the spiral rhythm of creation itself. And it's showing us that if we want to move with it, Like if we want to be in the flow instead of against it or feeling like we're getting tossed around by the waves of time, then we have to learn to move at a similar rate authentically, though, for who we are as human beings. And so it's no accident that AI is rising like just as people are getting burnt out on hustle culture. That's actually perfect and precise timing. so and some say really that that that's the point even that ai people some people think ai should take over and that humans should like just be oh we're burnt out on hustle culture we should just survive on ubi we should you know stop striving but i disagree i really believe that we're here to create not to survive but to know ourselves as creators and space and time are not the enemy but they're actually the allies that we use to create.

8:44So this isn't happening now because we're meant to stop creating. It's happening because we're being invited to create differently, to move with a deeper rhythm of space and time that we couldn't feel before, but we now need to learn to use inside of our businesses and our creations. High level, join the revolution. Jordana, we're back and I want to know why. Why does our relationship with AI matter more than our knowledge about it? Okay, so we are coming out of all these eras of change. We're coming out of an era where the thinking mind, what we could call heady intellect, used to be treated as the highest form of intelligence.

13:02And though some people really still want to cling to that belief, many of us now see it for what it is, that that heady intellect is really just conditioning dressed up as wisdom. And humanity, we, all of us, are in a deep process of deconditioning, of peeling back the layers so that we can return to something more real. So if we cling to knowledge about AI, instead of building a relationship with it, what happens is we stay tethered to what's fading. We miss out on the invitation to move in unity with what is actually being born and like beckoned from within us. Whereas when we develop a real authentic relationship with something, no matter how much it might change over time, the relationship that we're developing allows us to still hold the keys.

13:52And I mean, not from a place of control, not from ego, that path we know already leads to emptiness. Okay. But when this relationship that you're developing with whatever this thing you're developing a relationship with is when you build it from truth, from integrity, the wisdom stays within us. It roots in us. It shapes us. And we can't lose it no matter what kind of ebbs and flows come along and happen in life. So really, in essence, a healthy relationship with AI helps us reclaim our sovereignty. It helps us remember our belonging with each other and specifically with AI. The more we build relationship, the more it invites us inward.

14:35Instead of projecting our power outward onto some force that's here to save us, you know, developing a hero complex with that thing. Instead, in relationship, we become co-creators, not just users. And through that, we learn just as much about ourselves as we do about it. So no matter how much it changes, we're always left with something beautiful and we always have something to build upon. on in something that lasts. Now, I love the word resilience. I know it's one of your favorite words as well, because I want to know about the kind of resilience that tomorrow's leaders will need that AI can't replace.

15:15Because reality is, Jordana, a lot of people are scared that AI is going to replace everything. But you're saying, hey, I can't replace this. It's true. Yeah. And I really get where the fear of AI replacing everything comes from. But it also comes from one of those many layers of conditioning that's been, you could say, put inside of us or that just comes from the collective consciousness that we're actually here to outgrow and AI is trying to help us outgrow. So by now we've, we've all basically seen that AI can mimic life, right? But it's not the same thing as life moving through us. Everything's energy AI is too, but the energy that moves through us is different than the mimicking of life that AI does.

16:01So AI can accelerate us, right? It could accelerate us, but it's, what's happening is it's really revealing the growth that still happens from within. And we are, yes, in a time of massive change, that much is obvious to us. However, we label it, everyone's being asked to evolve. And we need to become so rooted in change that it always becomes an opening instead of a threat. This is one of the layers of conditioning that we are now outgrowing. And I've seen with the people that work with leadership culture, that the kind of leadership culture that's been conditioned to see the problem as the opportunity, though this is a beneficial thing, most leaders only understand this mentally and they haven't yet embodied the problem as the opportunity both emotionally energetically or spiritually and so for us to birth a new paradigm you could call it we cannot just react to change but we have to co-create with it and ai cannot do that it can mimic consciousness but it doesn't carry the innate connection to source to like greater consciousness that lives inside of us.

17:14That's up to us. And tomorrow's leaders need a different kind of resilience. One that doesn't just move with change or reframe challenges opportunity, but that digs deeper. One that transforms us from the inside out. And this is the kind of resilience that lets go of what we think we know so that what we wind up knowing is greater than what we thought we could. It's something more whole, something more generative for humanity. So again, we need a kind of resilience where pressure doesn't crush us. It helps us to reveal ourselves. It reveals us and it draws us out of what's been buried, makes space for it to release.

17:55And really, it's about composting the shadow into more light so that the resilience we now have helps us develop into, again, the snake shedding its skin, which is where we are, again, not replaceable because we're always becoming more and more in the process. So Jordana, you actually believe that the breakdown of our political systems are mirroring the rise of AI. Now, what should we, what should business leaders, what should Fire Nation take from that? I love this question. And this is one that could bring up a lot of conflict within somebody. But it's like once we really get what I'm about to say, it can be so supportive.

18:36So we know the breakdown of our political systems, it's very revealing, like in full view of just how deeply our collective consciousness is hurting, is disoriented, is longing for healing. And so we see even in systems that aren't strictly two parties, such as Australia, that has multiple parties, we still often see the same polarity emerge where one side is seeking control of the other. One side seeks control and one side seeks peace and equality. And it's really the archetype of the wounded child and the over-controlling parent or the victim and the narcissist playing out on a global stage, right?

19:17This is the wound of collective consciousness. They're not just political roles, but they're energetic patterns that all of us carry. And so what's important for leaders to recognize is twofold. First, it's not separate from us. So when we watch the chaos out there and forget that it reflects something within us and therefore our businesses, we miss the opportunity to heal what's unresolved in us too. And then what happens is it plays out in us. It plays out in our businesses. So if we want to lead in a way that truly serves both, you know, be it humanity, the earth, the future, we cannot bypass our own inner reckoning, our own inner inner work.

19:55And second, politics is pointing us straight to the doorway of what is needed in business. It's not any longer about tearing down broken systems. We know now it's about building new ones, ones that are rooted in wholeness that will better serve us in the long run. And politics is showing us what's not working so we can develop systems that heal those wounds. Again, it's teaching us to heal the paradox between sovereignty and unity, not to choose one over the other, but to find the power where they meet. Our businesses need that paradox healed so that we don't just survive these times, but we actually rise to create something new inside of them.

20:37Now, Jordana, we've been talking about why the future of business belongs to leaders that AI cannot replace. What is the one thing you really want to make sure our listeners get from our conversation today? With the rise of AI, we're finally talking about what's quantum and trying to understand what quantum really means. And I think if there's like anything that all of us need to get is that that quantum growth, that thing that looks like it's happening so quickly that we could quote unquote lose control of, it's not about control, but it's about really understanding where we get to be co-creators, where we get the choice to create what we're building as a society and where it also is something inside of us.

21:25And so in this quote unquote rise of quantum, we really need to understand that all of us with all of it is within us. And we can't do that by like mentalizing or intellectualizing what that means in society. we need to go with it. We need to do the work inside of ourselves to again, heal those collective mirrors so that what's growing rapidly in the world comes from a more rooted, healed place within us. Like if there's anything that I would love for leaders to really get and really harness, it would be that.
