In short

The host shares her current “morning and evening routine” as a working mom—covering workouts, supplements, skincare, meals, and recovery—plus her philosophy on parenting without overcomplicating it.

Guest backgrounds

No recurring guests appear in the episode. She references prior podcast guests/teachers (e.g., “Lauren” who taught her oat-milk method and mineral pills; “Cassandra Gray” and “Carmelo/Carlo” are family, not guests). She also mentions a TikTok mom she follows.

Key claims

Early 6am workouts prevent afternoon crashes; homemade oat milk + amino acids fuel training. She credits creatine, magnesium, red light/Pemf, and multiple supplements for energy, skin, recovery, and microbiome support. She claims C15 (Fatty15) may help autistic children via mitochondrial support (not a cure). She also claims castor oil + red light + skincare/mouth tape improve jaw/skin and sleep.

Notable examples

Cold oat-milk (4 cups water:1 cup oats), chia-lemon-ACV morning drink, pancakes with egg+cottage cheese+oats, “Classical Babies” for her daughter’s low-stim zoning out, and nightly mouth tape + eye mask + castor oil.

0:00The following podcast is a Dear Media production.

0:15Hello. I'm going to do a little do-o-do-o-do-o. I wish this was a Davide episode, but he's so busy. when he gets home from work he is exhausted he's been getting home so late and I haven't had any time to really catch him for 45 minutes outside of him like working and us eating dinner and then him passing out or you know having five minutes to himself to decompress at the end of the day so we're gonna go over my morning and evening routine it'll just be like a pp saves routine slash like supplements edition because when I do my little Q &As, this is what is highly requested. That and finding love.

1:05And, you know, I don't, I mean, I think we can do a love episode with Davide, but I, I, I think that, you know, I've been in a really good routine lately. it's been really helpful for me. I'm like really locked into a routine. Like I'm going to an event tonight and the idea, like the concept of getting dressed up and leaving my home to be somewhere at eight or 9 PM is beyond me. It's beyond me. I don't know when I got to be this unfun. It's not my kids either. Like my kids, Carmelo sleeps until, Carmelo sleep all fucking day if I don't wake her ass up. And Carlos sleeps until seven. And then he'll like hang out in there a little bit if he wants to.

1:53I also want to do a mom episode. I just started following this mom on TikTok. Gosh, I can't remember her name. But she's the mom who always says like, we take it up every day, Chloe. And she's had four kids and she's done two under two twice. And she's such an amazing combination of a wonderful doting mother who exclusively breastfed her kids, but also has them sleeping through the night at five months. And we parent really similarly, and I feel really seen by her. So I want to do an episode where I talk about some mom stuff, because I see a lot of people majoring in the minors when it comes to kids stuff.

2:37And I think we're overthinking it and like overcomplicating it. And it's all with such an intention to, you know, have like the best kid possible. But it's just I don't think it's that complicated. And I think this attitude that that we have adopted in our house and my mom is this way where, you know, it's like kind of like an anxiety free zone and like not over entertaining your kids and including them in activities all day long. You know, they have a fuck ton of activities. And next year, Carla will be in school for three hours a day, which he's so ready for. This kid is like when we do the mommy and me on Tuesdays and Thursdays, he does not want to leave.

3:15And he totally wants he like runs in. He definitely is ready for a three hour stint, like just dying to. I mean, today he was when we did drop off with Carmelo, he came in with us and he plays. When we pick him up to leave, he's like, does not want to leave the school. But, you know, and I hear some parents will say, like, why would I send my kid away from me? You only have, I don't know, I think a lot of us are a slave to this, like, these are the last moments. And I obviously feel that way. There are times where we'll hold Carlo and Devin and we'll look at each other and we'll just start to cry and we'll say, today's the last day is going to be this small.

3:50Like, you know, he does this thing right now where I'll say, like, you know, give me a kiss or give Toto a kiss or give Chi-Chi a kiss or give the bunny a kiss, or you'll just hear him from across the house, but the way when he gives someone a kiss, he goes, so loud. And it is so fucking cute. And I looked at Davide the other day and I was like, am I supposed to just watch him be like a teenager and like have that memory of him doing that as a kid? Oh, like breaks my heart. Like, I'm just like, be this age forever, you know, but I also can't wait to grow up and get to know him. Like it is what it is.

4:23But I think if we live every day with this anxiety We're going to miss something. You're like breeding and just kidding. Anyway, I digress. But I want to do an episode on that. But I also feel like I don't want to bore people who don't have children. I still want to be fun and cool and relevant. Okay. Which includes me, you know, getting drunk and having fun and going to cool parties. Even though I'm dreading going out tonight. I'm not all have fun when I'm there. Revolve is launching Bear Brand tonight. And we're all going to go to Living Room. and living room is such a fun place and I'm going to get to see so many people.

4:59I think, you know, living in LA, you're just so isolated from everyone. When I'm in New York, I'll see 15 people in 15 fucking minutes and I'm really good in the zone and I'm in such a flow state there. And then I come here and I'm just like, fuck, which is part of the reason why I said yesterday on Instagram that I was looking for an assistant because I was really working through my therapist that I talked to and working through like how to maximize and like leverage what I'm good at. And like, I was like, well, when I work in the office with people, when I go to my LPA meetings or I do this, like I can get things done so quickly and I don't overthink and I make decisions really quick and I problem solve really quickly.

5:36But when I'm alone at home all day and have like a million things floating and I was like, I need an assistant. Like I need someone that I can workshop what my week or day is going to look like and that can, you know, take over things that I shouldn't be doing so I can spend other time doing other things. I'm just like so social. But you know, in LA, you just get like so in your own bubble. And then when you do go out to like an event, it's like I'm going from like zero to 100. So anyway, all right, I want to talk about my current routine. So it kind of is like a little bit based around I could say like a little bit based around my workouts.

6:17I know that this sounds absolutely fucking insane, but working out at 6 a.m. is awesome. And this requires, and by the way, I don't go to bed at like eight. I don't even go to bed at nine or 9.30. Like the earliest I go to bed, maybe it's 9.30, average 10, sometimes 10, 30, 11. I definitely need to get more sleep. I mean, my new routine, I'll get into this. I have a new bedtime routine to get to bed earlier, but try to get up at six, take a 6am class, take a 6.30 class because I just feel fucking invigorated. Truly. Like I'm not crashing in the afternoon. I feel I've like been eating more carbs, which has really helped sustain my energy.

7:01By the way, use chat GBT for this, like all day long. I talk to chat all day long. So working out at six gets me home at seven. By the way, my, where I work out with my, where I train with my sister is five minutes from my house. So my alarm goes off at 515. I snooze until 530, which I know I shouldn't do, but whatever. It makes me feel good. And then, you know, I roll out of bed. I brush my teeth, put on my workout clothes. I go downstairs. I chug a perfect amino. And then I make homemade oat milk because I want the carbs from the oats, but I can't eat a heavy thing and go straight into a workout.

7:45I get super fucking pukey. So this is what Lauren taught me on the podcast we did a couple of weeks ago. I get cold, cold, cold water. It's four cups of water to one cup of oats. These are, you know, non-GMO. I get those oats from Costco that are like the non-GMO. They're not sprayed with any any of that other shit, gluten-free oat. Blend it quickly and then put it in a nut bag. Get an organic nut bag from Amazon. It's super cheap. And then don't let it sit. You got to strain that shit right away. And I just put it in a jug and I put it in my refrigerator. Is it the best thing you've ever tasted?

8:21No. Am I adding sweetener to it? Kind of not really because I don't want to give myself a glucose spike. I, you know, stevia or monk fruit can, you know, those can taste kind of not the best, but also like not everything that I eat all day long has to be for pleasure. Like I don't, you can do things that just like fuel your body. It's also not that deep. Like I chug my aminos. I could also mix my aminos into my coffee, but I don't do that because in my coffee, I do a shot of espresso. I do my oat milk. This morning I did like a couple drops of vanilla stevia. And then I put collagen in the collagen that I love.

8:59I love Momentus. I love because I also love their creatine. So I buy the duo. I love Momentus and I love Agent Nature. Agent Nature is expensive. If I take that collagen consistently, people will ask me what I'm doing for my skin. Like my titties fucking glow. It's fabulous. Her products are fucking expensive and they are elite, elite products. Everything you use from her is fucking fabulous. Cannot recommend enough. So if there's products from her that you want to take, you know, there's a couple that you want, like the lotion is insane, but like, you know, whatever you feel like is important to you.

9:35You want to ramp up your skin, you want to do whatever. I'm just telling you like her marine collagen is a 10 out of 10. So I blend that in there. I make a water, I do a lemon water and I love lemon water. and then I do my cellular hydration from Parallel, which has tons of fucking minerals in there. I'm locked and loaded. This whole process takes me two seconds.

10:04Wedding music is typically really lame and cheesy and doesn't represent the bride and group's personal taste. And that's why we love Dart. So Dart is a music company for people who truly care about music and want the selections played at their event to reflect them and their guests. And by the way, we had like a major issue with this at our wedding. Dart DJs use vinyl and are effortlessly cool in the way that your peers would be not a dated, weird, like cruise adjacent performer. They even have an in-house stylist to make sure that all the performers look perfect on the day. And they offer everything from a single DJ to a 14 piece band.

10:44By the way, for all the brides out there that are constantly like, yeah, this is so overwhelming. Do you have any advice? Like having a solution to the music at your wedding that's this cool is unbelievable. This is like a gift. Dart works with actual musicians and artists, many of whom have their own productive careers and tour in bands you've heard of. So they have hubs in LA, San Francisco, Austin, New York, and now Chicago. And they can easily play all over the country and have performed abroad from like Morocco to Italy, to Greece and the Maldives. Dart has done huge high profile events and also intimate 50 person events.

11:18So it's like a massive range and hiring Dart feels like hiring your very talented friend who happens to be a DJ or a musician. The difference is that they are professionals and will perform and execute to the full scope of the event at an elite level. They have 12 years in business, tons of experience. and while they have a vast knowledge base of music, they understand the dynamics of an event and know how to find that perfect balance between like cool and relatable. So if you have an event coming up and you need amazing music, look into Dart. The performers are a reflection of you and they often share the same nostalgia and intrigue.

11:50So, you know, we can relate directly with them. So visit dart-collective.com. That is dart-collective.com and send Dart an inquiry. Michael and Jesse, Dart's owners, love talking about music with prospective clients. So please reach out, set up a call and take that overwhelming, intimidating aspect out of your event. Have you ever heard the saying, tell me what you eat and I will tell you who you are? I'm Katie Lee Beagle, and I'm food obsessed. Tune into my podcast, All on the Table, and get to know celebrities, bold-faced names, and industry insiders in an all-new way, as they share the ingredients that make their recipe for life.

12:32I want to know it all, from the favorite childhood birthday cake, to the breakfast they eat every day, an engagement meal in Paris, or a guilty pleasure fast food indulgence. You can tell a lot about a person by what's in their fridge. And hey, everybody's got to eat. Make sure to tune in every Thursday and follow so we can devour every last morsel together. We're putting it all on the table.

13:08if i am working out after drop-off which means i'm consuming something upon awakening like i like to do this coffee and then and then work out right away because that coffee with the oats fuels my workout without having a heavy meal, like I just said, right? But I'm also not somebody who wants to fast. I want to consume. So this takes me through my workout and then I come home and eat where if I'm going to wake up and then like do drop off, that's like too long for me, right? I try to always work out before 8am so I can get home, get Carmela ready and be a drop off. but if I'm working out after drop-off which is like you know 9 15 or 9 30 then I'm gonna have a little thing in the morning I start my mornings on every other like average morning when I have some time with either room temperature or warm water one big tablespoon of chia seeds lemon and apple cider vinegar and I like to do a shot of olive oil you can mix all these in one thing You can have the chia seeds later in the day if you want to put them on some yogurt, whatever.

14:21You just need a lukewarm or warm or room temp water with lemon and apple cider vinegar in the morning. If you want to add olive oil, great. That's also so good for your skin. The chia seeds, again, you can add them or not. I'm adding a chia seed as often as I can because I need the fiber. Then sometimes I'll do a bone broth. I love a bone broth with lemon and ginger. I've been doing that for years so good for you it's a good thing to have on your stomach first thing it gives me you know it satiates me enough again so I'm not like eating something heavy but there's something in my body so I'm not starving or I'll have like you know a protein bar something really light because if I'm going to work out 45 minutes later I want to make sure that I'm not like feeling sick or whatever so then after my workout if I work out before I get home So now it's like seven o 'clock.

15:15Carlo's starting to wake up. He hears me walk into the kitchen. His room is inside the kitchen. He goes, hi, hi, hi. I say, hi, Carlo. I turn on the lights. I open his blinds. We say hi to the birds. We say hi to the flowers. We say hi to the trees. We say hi to the squirrels. And you know what I'll do? I hand him a book. And he sits in his crib with his book. And he gets to start his day slowly. He's not going zero to 100, running around the kitchen like a crazy person. then he's taking a moment for himself. He's waking up, he's looking at his book, then Davide will come downstairs, crawl into the crib with him.

15:47They have a little moment. While that's happening, I'm getting started on breakfast. So, you know, for me this morning, again, I wanted some sort of post-workout. I did a really hard workout. I wanted some sort of carbs to keep me fueled. So I made for my family pancakes that had, you know, I just put in a blender. I put in one egg. I put in a scoop of cottage cheese. I put in a scoop of the same oats. I put in some baking powder. I put in some water and I put in some maple syrup for sweetness. And I made pancakes. The kids ate them. I had two of them. And then also for myself, I made eggs. I made scrambled eggs.

16:24I made this for me and Davide, scrambled eggs, extra egg whites for extra protein. And I've been trying to get good about doing green. So I sauteed some green. So I quickly, by the way, all of this took me 15 minutes. I'm telling you, it's super quick. I walk in the kitchen. I give Carlo, you know, whatever, turn the lights on, give Carlo his book. I grab my greens, which I have ready to go in a bin in the kitchen. I toss them in a pan with some olive oil, put a little water on top, sauteed it, put the lid on. That starts steaming. I walk over my blender. I grab stuff for the pancakes. I put it in.

16:55I grab a bowl. I crack over my eggs. I whisk them up. I take the greens out of the pan. I put the eggs in the pan. Then I take the eggs out of the pan. Then I wipe off the pan. I put the pancakes in the pan. So then everything's getting done. I made, you know, my mom made sourdough yesterday. So I did some toast for Davide because I knew he would want some toast. And then I also put out some berries. Davide had some berries. The kids had berries. So now the kids have a little bit of scrambled eggs. They have pancakes and they have berries. They also have creatine after I work out. I just chug it in some water.

17:26You can take gummies. you can do whatever. The creatine has changed my life, truly changed my life. Then in the morning, I also like to take, I'll take some extra minerals. Lauren made, I'll link these. Lauren made these mineral pills. I like to take those. I take my fatty 15. I cannot tell you enough how important fatty 15 is. The science is the science. Like the Navy has the patent to this shit. It's that fucking good. The main ingredient in fatty 15 is C15. C15 is something that like doctors are going to be giving you. Like C15 is something that's going to be in like a lot of the products that we ingest because it is so important to the function of a human body.

18:08And I need to figure out a way to give it to Carmela because I actually think, I haven't said this out loud on a podcast because it sounds really kooky, but I think that C15 has the ability to help autistic children in a way that will be life-changing for many of them. And that is why I'm being so called to work with Fatty 15, because it helps you at a cellular and mitochondrial level. And if you were to do blood work on every single autistic child, while everyone's symptoms are different, while everyone's body is different, while everyone is different, and many doctors have said this, the through line of autism is very low mitochondrial function, which is why I put her on red light, So I'm trying to, I mean, I wish I could like give her NAD and fatty 15 all day long.

18:56You know, listen, am I going to cure her autism? Absolutely not. Are there things I can do to help her that will optimize her? That'll help the functions of her body? 100 fucking percent. To think that we can't is irresponsible, I think, because there are little things we could do to make these kids more comfortable.

19:17if you catch me on an average weekday I'm definitely still in some sort of workout gear currently I'm right now and that's why I make sure that I'm wearing the best of the best because I'm ripping around in these things and that's why I love Viore Viore is really like an investment in your happiness by the way for our listeners are offering 20 % off your first purchase so you're going to get some of those comfortable and versatile clothing on the planning at viore.com slash best. 19:55It's how I love to start my day. And I want to look great beyond the gym. So it's perfect for the gym, obviously, but then running errands, the office or meeting friends, the dream knit fabric is the softest ever. So I do my Pilates in the joggers that are made out of the Dream Knit fabric. So I feel super cozy and chic and comfy all day. And the performance fabric is so lightweight, really relaxed, and it has incredible four-way performance stretch. So I feel like tucked in, but not like my bloodstream is getting cut off. 22:46So I have breakfast. I take my supplements. Oh, by the way, before I work out, first thing I do to my face, and I've said this before, is my little morning routine face wise is I every day is the same. I wake up and I spray my face with the bare face, like the mist. It's like the hypochlorous, whatever their mist is called. They linked it and I talked about it my last time. It's the best. I have it in my car. I have it everywhere. It's like hypochlorous, but it's a bunch of other things. So it's also it's like really hydrating and it kills bad bacteria. I put on a vitamin C and then I right now I'm using the hourglass SPF, the tinted SPF.

23:25That's great. Once I have had my breakfast, I then make my coffee for the day. I know I've already had a shot of espresso, but I like to have one more coffee and I bring that in a glass with me to drop off or wherever I'm going. I like to bring like a real glass with me around. Don't ask me why. I take half and half and I froth it. I cold froth half and half, just like a tablespoon, a half and half with maple syrup and salt, just a tiny little bit of salt. Sometimes I'll do the Baja mineral salt. Sometimes I do Maldon salt. And then I use the pop and bottle vanilla cold brew on top of it with ice.

24:04It is my favorite thing. I think about it the night before I go to bed. It's my favorite little delicious treat. It makes me feel fucking awesome. I'm obsessed. It's important to me. There's not like a super big amount of caffeine in that. Like I never at any point feel like, or like weird or anything. But between the coffee, between the carbs that I'm getting in the morning, between the Momentus creatine that I love to take, Momentus is my favorite brand. I am just like locked and loaded. I feel so, so, so good. like truly I feel so good lunch a lot of the time I have at home I'll throw together a salad I do some sort of protein yesterday I had sourdough with canned tuna and olives like you know I keep my fridge I'll do a whole episode on like how to meal put meals together but like my fridge always has my pantry and fridge always has some sort of complex carb like by the way you can just like throw a sweet potato in your oven move on with your day remember it later open it up fill it with some cottage cheese and some hot honey.

25:11You know, put some fucking ground beef in there or have it as a side dish or put it with your salad or put a vegetable, whatever. But I'm always having protein and I'm trying to have some sort of complex carb either with my lunch or my dinner and vegetables. Okay. That's like extra points if you put some, you know, avocado on there for some good fat or like hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds or whatever, you know, make it fun. Herbs, Herbs make everything taste fucking good. So I love, you know, doing that for lunch. Lunch, I'll take the rest of my supplements. I love parallel. I take the hormone balance every single day.

25:50When I'm pregnant, I take all of the, you know, the dedicated vitamins per each trimester. Before I get pregnant, when I'm trying to conceive, I start like a protocol, like three months before I try to get pregnant. And I do the conception formula is like part of my like pre-pregnancy routine, which is really important to me. I also love wish garden herbs. You've heard me talk about this a lot. So I'll either take like an immunity or a bliss. Like I love the bliss in the morning. It just makes me feel totally fucking blissed out, like really calm. I feel like I can carry on the day really well.

26:30Curcumin is something I take all the time. it's one of the active ingredients in turmeric. It's like what makes turmeric so good for you. I love that. I also really love Nutrafol. There are so many vitamins in Nutrafol besides the vitamins that make your hair grow. I'm not being paid to say this, but I really, really, really feel so good when I take it. It also has ashwagandha, which is really important to me. it also has curcumin in there a little bit so you know if you're taking if you're really consistent with your Nutrafol you don't need to take curcumin separately there's vitamin E in there I don't know I'm like really like I'm into it I've been taking it for years my hair feels full and when you look at the ingredients there's like a whole list of kind of like so in my head I don't think they market it this way I don't know but like in my head when I take my Nutrafol I'm also taking like a multivitamin because there's so many amazing vitamins in there.

27:30My functional medicine doctor has me taking something called, what is it? C-Grid. Let me find it. It's something he says can like help with weight. Oh yeah, here it is. It's a glucose stabilizer. I mean, my weight has been the absolute same for like eight months now. And listen, I don't think that I like need to lose weight, I think I'm frustrated with the fact that there's always a layer of fat on my body. Like I can grab like handfuls on the back of my thighs, on the top of my thighs, on my stomach, on the back of my arms. So for like as much as I work out and like eat healthy, like there's no injection I can do.

28:11There's no pill I can take. Like I just am the queen of hitting a wall. And I'm working on that with Lauren actually, because she looked at my blood work and could see there was like, it seems like my body's fighting something. So we're doing another series of tests. But, you know, so by the way, I had a horrible reaction to the globe peptide. So I'm not even doing NAD right now. Like I don't, I'm not taking anything. I'm really scared about what happened. I like fall. It was really scary. So these are my supplements that I'm taking right now.

32:35Okay. At night, I like to make dinner as often as I can. As busy as I am, it just really brings me joy. That's a whole other episode. Again, it's like kind of meal planning, but I can pretty much throw something together really quick. The kids eat separate from us. They eat at five. And then we eat like right after we put them to bed at seven or like Carla will go to bed right at seven. Carmela will kick it till like seven 30. She'll just like hang out like, but we have dinner around that time. And then I get into bed whenever, you know, that time allows. A couple days a week, I will take a magnesium or Epsom salt bath.

33:12That's really, really, really good for my recovery. Again, like I mentioned in my last peepees faves that I really love to dry brush, like any sort of roller, you can buy anything like, you know, inexpensive on Amazon, but like anything that kind of like rolls your body, rolls your legs. Like you can do it with your hands. Like you want to just like keep your blood flowing and like kind of get like your lymph nodes flowing. The bath really helps for recovery. It really helps me sleep. It feels really good. Like the magnesium is so important. I also take magnesium, but I also use the higher dose magnesium spray on my feet.

33:46If I forget to like ingest it, there are so many amazing magnesiums, you know, Parallel has one. Moon Juice has a great one. So that's like, you know, a big part of my routine. All of us need to be taking as much magnesium as we can. And then, you know, the kids I have on the couch, you can see it on my Instagram. I posted the other day. These are two really luxury items, but I, but I've had them for fucking years. I've had the PEMF mat from higher dose for years. And then I just bought the red light mat. I use the red light hat as much as I can. I use it on my, you know, I use my face, But, you know, what Red Light does, I've talked about this extensively for us, is just so fucking good.

34:28So the kids, Carmela especially, sits on it when she watches like a wind down classical music thing. You know, she's allowed to watch that after dinner. Carlo doesn't really watch it. I'm not a screen person, but my daughter has fucking autism and needs to disassociate and like zone out. She watches the same thing every day. It's called Classical Babies on HBO. It's beautiful. It's so low stim. And Carlo is not a screen guy. But he will like pop in and watch it for a second and like get down and do something else, you know, but where Carmela just like locks and you can see her relaxing. And so I turn on the red light mat for her.

35:01So I'll lay on that like on my back or my stomach. I like to put red light on my stomach. It helps with your microbiome. That's like an important part of my routine. And then I get into bed and I do a lot of my routine like while I'm in bed. So once I'm in bed, I try to get off TikTok because I'm addicted to TikTok. Or I'll allow myself to look at TikTok while I do my routine in bed. My routine in bed includes castor oil. And I keep this all on my side table. Castor oil in my belly button with my little castor oil sticker. I get cracks in my feet, which is also like a sign of having like pre-diabetes because I've been pre-diabetic for so long in my life.

35:43so I put castor oil and lined socks on my feet to make sure that I don't get any cracks in my heels that my feet stay soft I will do the higher dose red light hat I'll do they have like a little sculpting tool which I'll maybe do on my thighs or like try to do and I'm doing all this like kind of while scrolling or just like talking to Davide like we're both in bed at this point and then I do right now like I said in my last podcast like all my skincare which includes right now I'm doing, especially before summer comes, I'm doing like a medicated, like, Trentinoan mix. I let that sit for a second.

36:19I've been using the Goop NAD cream, which is fucking awesome. I'll do an eye cream. Sometimes I'll do a thing on my face before I do all of that. So I'll do the Lima light again. I hate to fucking mention how expensive this is, but the Lima light can replace having any sort of injection in your face if you use it regularly. It's truly unbelievable. And again, the power of that light, like just so much for us, like the Lima is incredible. So I'll do the Lima because if you do that really consistently, it just like completely changes the face, like your face completely. Even Cassandra Gray, who owns Violet Gray said that like, that's like the number one most impactful tool that she's ever had.

37:02I'll do that. I'll like, oh I also put on my hers I put on my hers minoxinol I do that every other night because I don't want to overdo it and I also it doesn't I do it like when my hair is already dirty and then I put on the crown affair like overnight mask I put that on the ends of my hair I'll put my hair up in a bun I do my skincare and then I put down my phone and I get on uh like I open my book. Right now I'm reading Broken Country. I put on also every night an eye mask because it helps me sleep better. It'll fall off in the night and then I wake up to the sun. Like I don't really like, like I don't, we don't have blackout curtains or anything.

37:51I don't like that, but I like to fall asleep with it on. And then I go to sleep every night with mouth tape. The Skinny Confidential one I love. I do it every night. It truly is one of the reasons why my jaw is snatched. Like I cannot tell you enough how fucking good it is. And that's it. That's my routine. Oh, workout wise right now I'm doing, I do weight training twice a week. Sometimes I'll pop in like all my best girlfriends go to my sister too. So like if I want like a third session, I'll maybe like pop into one or I'll like see, you know, what my day feels like. And the night before, I'll think like, okay, if there's like a hot eight class, it's at 630 or like a 615 or 630 Pilates.

38:33Or if I have time, Pilates is great because there's one close to my house. It's next to the Davide store. You don't get like super, super sweaty. And it's something that I can like run and do in like a total, like I can leave my house, do it and come home within an hour. So if I have an hour, you know, at like 10am or maybe like four in the afternoon, I'll like popping up Pilates. Otherwise, a lot of the time, if I don't do a workout before drop-off, I have Dobby Day. We drive to drop-off. We just drop off together if we can. And then I'll walk home with Carlo and Toto and I'll take a call or I'll do research for a podcast or I'll talk to friends on the phone.

39:12It's like 45 minutes to an hour. I'll get in my steps. The dog gets a walk. Carlo gets outside and I'm getting something done on my phone. Getting in nature is really, really great. Or sometimes I'll like try to plan a walk with friends on like a Friday morning or a Saturday morning. And then I try to get at least like one hot yoga in. I like to do that on Saturday mornings. Davide will stay with the kids and get ready for work while I do like a 9am. And then when I come home, he'll leave for work because he works on Saturdays. That way I've like started my day doing something for me before I like go into a full kid day.

39:47And then I'll take them on a walk. Like anytime I can get steps in, even if I've worked out, I'll try to get some steps in. Like I'll take a call on a walk if I can, or I'll walk around my room or like, you know, I'll take the dog on a walk while I'm on a call. I'm just like always trying to move my body as much as possible. Listen, I'm 39. It's taken me a long time to get into that headspace, but I really like feel the best that I've ever felt. And like cognitively, that's really important to me because I have just spent so much of my life looking at like a computer screen or like looking at a book or like sitting in a meeting and just being like, I'm not here.

40:30I'm exhausted. I'm not present. I am totally checked out and I just don't want to feel that way anymore. And so these are the things that I do that work for me. Okay. I love you guys. Today it’s a solo episode. I’m walking you through my current morning and evening routine — the workouts, supplements, skincare, and tiny rituals that are helping me feel energized and actually keep up with life right now. From 6am workouts and homemade oat milk to the supplements I swear by, what I’m eating lately, and the wind-down routine that helps me sleep.

I also get into mom life, how our family approaches routines with the kids, why I’m trying to simplify things instead of overcomplicate them, and a few thoughts on staying present while life moves way too fast.
