In short
The episode is a fantasy football “truth” segment focused on quarterbacks (Part 2), plus divisional/playoff recap and coaching news. Hosts (Andy Holloway, Jason Moore, Mike Wright) react to Bills playoff disappointment and multiple wild finishes, including a Bears overtime play described as a 52-yard “hail mary” to a 14-yard TD. They debate CJ Stroud’s struggles: off-target throw-rate rankings (Stroud repeatedly among the worst in recent years), high turnover/fumble issues, and the claim that New England’s defense forced demoralizing possessions despite Drake May not dominating. They discuss Broncos QB situation with Jared Stidham as a game-manager versus Bo Nix. They also cover Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet tearing his ACL, making Kenneth Walker III a key fantasy opportunity.

1:18Welcome to the Fantasy Footballers Podcast with your hosts, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore, and Mike Wright.
1:36Mike Wright:Welcome in.
1:44Jason Moore:Well, crap. Your bills.
1:52Jason Moore:There's always next year.
1:53Mike Wright:Should have won the dang game, man. Should have won the game. Now they don't have a coach. Everything's falling apart.
2:00Andy Holloway:Imagine picking the bills last week. You losers.
2:05Jason Moore:Yeah, they weren't even close. Yeah, I know, right? Like, imagine a world. What a, was that Rocky 1? Is Rocky 1 where basically no one wins?
2:17Andy Holloway:No, I think he wins at Rocky 1. Does he?
2:20Jason Moore:No, not Rocky.
2:21Andy Holloway:I'm saying, like, there's a winner. Okay.
2:23Jason Moore:Well, I just felt like that was one of those, you know, we're watching this game, Andy has all of his chips in on Bill's Super Bowl. Really just kind of will it into existence.
2:34Mike Wright:I mean, it goes way back. You know, the Bills were the rooting interest that I had before we got to the playoffs. The playoffs are clear of Mahomes and Lamar and Burrow. And this is your time. You saw the emotions from Josh Allen and the players in the locker room.
2:51Andy Holloway:Yeah, because they're pathetic losers.
2:55Jason Moore:Yeah. The nice thing is, so in this office we have – this is kind of crazy, the fact that we don't have an office of 100 people or even 32 people, but it feels like we have diehard fans of everyone that was still in the playoffs. The Packers, the Bears, one of our...
3:16Mike Wright:There's a lot of fan diversity, team loyalties.
3:20Jason Moore:Other than our team. Our team would never dream of the playoffs. Our team would have lost to Indiana last night, but go on. That's just true. That is a sad truth. um the schneider one of one of us around here um my dead ringer shout out uh he's a diehard broncos fan and he was sad to a degree after losing bo nicks after winning the game that it's like dude if i knew we lost bo nicks i wish the bills had a chance to like win and go on i don't think
3:52Mike Wright:anybody's prediction was that bo nicks and josh allen will both be eliminated from the playoffs on the same week when they play each other. And that's what happened. And so it was a letdown. And then the Bears, they go to overtime on a 52-yard, 14-yard touchdown. That's what that was. That was a 52-yard. Hail Mary. 14-yard touchdown. I was standing. So I had gone out to dinner with my wife. We had watched the game at the restaurant while we're eating. We walked next door to get some, like, ice cream. So I got it on my phone. four or five people in there all gasped so audibly it startled everyone around us when that play happened oh yeah while we're standing there because it just made no sense it was impossible it reminded me of like a just throw it up for grabs from our flag football days and somehow cole komet comes free in the back corner and it just yeah it was incredible and
4:50Jason Moore:they lose i mean it was genuinely a backpedaling seemingly falling over just because he was running backwards throw it up for grabs and then it wasn't up for grabs who's just to a wide open guy and that was not an offensive pass interference all the people i i thought on first where people were
5:05Mike Wright:mad oh people were like oh get out of here two overtime games incredible one game in which the defense for the texans did all they could do and cj stroud did all he could do for the patriots dude
5:18Jason Moore:they should have put davis mills in they really not they should have they i think they could have won the game cj stroud he's not a good quarterback man he was a good rookie he's not he's like i don't think he's a good quarterback him growing concerned uh it was a shell shock moment i mean
5:35Mike Wright:going into new england facing that defense not an easy challenge but lost it mentally in that game
5:42Jason Moore:and then the 49ers didn't even they didn't remember that a game this weekend oh what game I mean, they siphoned away in order for every other game to be so incredible this offseason. All these close finishes, all these games won by four or fewer points, these overtime games. The only way that could be allowed is if one game took all of the blowout, all of the embarrassment, and said, we got you. We'll take it all on us.
6:08Mike Wright:Yeah, I don't know if you knew this, Jay. You came in a little later. We were talking about it. But the Falcon back there in Deucers Alley, the biggest 49er fan we know, again, all of our people here had their teams in the playoffs, except for us, riddled with food poisoning all weekend. That's awesome. And it was better, probably, than watching this football game.
6:26Jason Moore:Yeah. Absolutely. So you didn't really, you weren't dialed in for the game. You were, like, dialed in on that toilet. Yeah.
6:32Mike Wright:He was, yeah, him and his fiancée. Ooh. Like a rotational disaster. Did you get, like, the love sheet? Did you get the SNL toilet? The SNL two-seater? No, one was thrown up in the top bin.
6:45Jason Moore:Ah, an upper-decker. Yes. To get back to how bad CJ Stroud has been, because it's fun. I saw this tweet from Scott Barrett, a good friend of the show. Off-target throw rate, the worst quarterbacks in the last three years. In 2025, the worst was Michael Penix. 20 % of his throws off target. The second worst was C.J. Stroud. Third worst was Cam Ward. You think about that. You go, Michael Pennick sucked this year. Cam Ward looked like a rookie that, eh, maybe. Last year, 2024, the number one worst off-target throw rate, C.J. Stroud. The previous year to that, 2023, the worst was Bryce Young. Remember when he was awful?
7:33Mike Wright:Oh, yeah, that was like you're not a starter anymore.
7:35Jason Moore:The second worst, C.J. Stroud. So he's just –
7:37Mike Wright:He had a great rookie year and is like living on it. He's literally – Yeah, well, the one comment I enjoyed was he had the best rookie year of all time just to jack up the Cardinals pick. Because the Cardinals had their pick that year when we traded Will Anderson, another one of our moves. But, yeah, I mean that is major evidence to the – I mean their defense is unbelievable. They were, if they had a middle tier quarterback performance, they win that game going away. The amount of possessions New England had tonight, look, it wasn't some crazy great game from Drake May. One of the scores was a pick six, right?
8:18Mike Wright:You had so many turnovers and, you know, they had a fumble down in the red zone again. But, like, the amount of possessions New England had to scores, the defense did everything they could possibly do. and it's demoralizing. It's rough. And, yeah, CJ Stroud, are you the answer? You better figure it out this offseason. Next year if your defense plays like this and you go out there and you're three years in a row of off target? That's so insane. I feel like the entire goal of a quarterback.
8:50Jason Moore:He doesn't have a bad completion percentage. No, it's a weird inconsistency thing where throws get away from him.
8:55Andy Holloway:When he misses, he misses real bad.
8:58Jason Moore:Yeah, and it's funny, too, because I always go back to – He went full Jake DeLome in this game.
9:01Andy Holloway:oh man he did he only never forget that he only had eight picks on the season and how many and
9:06Jason Moore:eight in this game yeah i mean it was what did he have five picks in the playoffs i mean i'm not i think he had was it four in this game i think it was four in this game one in his first game and then i think but but the first game was all about his fumbles i believe he fumbled like four times so he's turned the ball over i don't know 20 times in the playoffs yeah hyperbole but not crazy far off.
9:28Mike Wright:And look, the Rams, they beat Carolina by three. They beat the Bears by three. They made it happen in the playoffs with a... I don't know. You've read it all on Twitter already, right? The interception, DJ Moore, whose fault is it? Blah, blah, blah.
9:43Andy Holloway:Stroud was one pick and five fumbles in the first week. Two of those lost. Five? Yeah. On Pro Football Reference, that's what I'm seeing. And then four picks in this past one.
9:55Jason Moore:I mean how what when you have a defense that good your primary focus is just protect the ball
Read the full transcript
10:01Mike Wright:yeah I know he could have spiked the ball into the ground on every play and had a better pass rating than what he had this week he had no Nico but and no Schultz and no Jalen Knoll who they
10:12Jason Moore:had fully healthy but they have him like I think he ran like a handful of routes in the game it's
10:16Andy Holloway:like what are you doing he's a good player even when you don't have your number one number one wide receiver you can't throw four picks oh he complete 42 yeah i mean you can life finds a way
10:27Jason Moore:you're allowed to do it but we were all when we were watching that game this was a very very close winnable anybody's game for the and at halftime the booty touchdown i thought houston would win it at i thought they'd find a way at halftime all three of us i i believe based on what we said we're not joking when we said like i would put in davis mills like i do you do this if you remember how the season was going for the texans they looked like they were not even a playoff team cj stroud gets injured oh it looks like their season's gonna be over davis mills comes in wins the next three games right and and then strut comes back and and and continues the winning streak but it's like i when you're playing that bad and constantly throwing the ball to the other team you've got to give your chance maybe it's just a really it's an it's a really tough decision
11:17Mike Wright:i think i i was with you but i also look at it and i say man what does this mean for your team in the next round and the round after that you're going to need cj stroud with confidence if he's the one that navigates the comeback which he he was on his way to do and they went right down the
11:34Jason Moore:field and scored on the first drive he was better that is your chance of winning a super bowl it's
11:39Mike Wright:a tough call um you know you could have taken that that mindset of it's a bad day we just gave him he needed to clear his head blah blah blah but it's hard to come back the next week it it was a crazy game the patriots move on the rams move on the broncos move on with jared stidham and the seahawks clobber the heck out of the 49ers so it'll be seahawks rams based on you know we all make brackets but like based on what happened this weekend do you have your picks for the two
12:07Andy Holloway:games i mean mike uh no i mean the jags went out first round but i i no i just mean right now based
12:12Mike Wright:on what you're seeing like seattle going out and dominating like that the ram showing they're vulnerable in two of their playoff games so far you know my original pick was rams out of the out of the nfc and i had seattle so i think i'd switch to the seattle side after what i've seen and then being at home and then you know you got the broncos with stidham but that defense going
12:32Jason Moore:up against New England in Denver. We should talk a little bit more about the Broncos with Stidham. They can absolutely win this game. I don't know if they could beat the NFC West, but I do think that they can win this game against the Patriots. This defense is good, and if Stidham does enough, it's not like Bo Nix has been good. Bo Nix has not been great.
13:00Mike Wright:He's not even in an MVP conversation for the number one seed. Right. So that tells you what he's been.
13:04Jason Moore:Yeah, he's been good. Good enough to get it done, to get the number one seed. Stidham does not have to come out here and be amazing. He can't come out and be Max Brosmer. But the last time we saw Stidham start, he had a good game.
13:19Mike Wright:He needs to be a game manager that isn't C.J. Stroud.
13:22Jason Moore:Yes.
13:23Mike Wright:Yeah, I do think they can win that game. It's going to be hard for New England to go into Denver and face that defense.
13:29Andy Holloway:There's some... Some hope out of Denver that J.K. Dobbins could be back.
13:34Jason Moore:I didn't even know that was possible. I didn't think they desperately need him.
13:37Andy Holloway:I think that he won't be able to come in and be like, I'm 80 % of the snaps. I'm ready for pro football like that. I love when McLaughlin got the ball and the announcer's like,
13:47Mike Wright:he's the X factor. I'm like, you are drunk.
13:50Andy Holloway:Man, there was an X factor at the beginning of the game, and then he got concussed. Who? Pat Bryant, the first three receptions of the game.
14:02Jason Moore:You're seriously going to deny that? Before you move on, we've got to talk about Mike's guys, and we have verified that this year, we didn't know if the year of Mike was seasonal, which is still going, or calendar, which obviously we're in 2026. We verified that it is seasonal. Not only was Pat Bryant on his way before an unfortunate concussion, but bad terrible news really the seahawks running back i mean this is a this is a big deal for a team that has played a certain way all year to success zach charbonnet tore his acl in a game where kin bone walker the third was touchdown pretty good yeah he must be
14:44Andy Holloway:he is he is the hero you deserve seattle and uh now mike's going to get to prove that well he's
14:50Mike Wright:a free agent and for fantasy he's a free agent he's doing he's putting it all in display on the on the biggest stage and now has no competition to do so in the next round or two he can then really earn some cash and he could earn our adoration as a fantasy community because he could get a role that is more significant than what it looked like halfway through the season
15:13Jason Moore:this was i thought that it was going to be like the way that i looked at how the nfl looks at players not necessarily our beliefs and players but it was one of those where i'm going okay you've got travis etn is probably ahead on nfl teams like i'm gonna go sign a running back i think so but kimbo and walker now has the chance to go out there and just show the nfl he has a chance to go back to seattle yeah as the guy now he's not going to be ready for the season
15:46Andy Holloway:Right. What do they do? That would be interesting because he's going to want the bag. Do you keep him or do you just draft somebody in the fourth round and make him your starter? I'm saying if you're Walker, I want the bag of money, and I want play time. And you know what else? I want touchdowns. Like running backs out there, you're getting your yards. You want to score. And if the team is literally like, no, whenever we get close, you go off the field. You don't get to score. I mean, that would have to be – if I'm Kenneth Walker, like that's part of my negotiation is like we're not doing that again if I'm going to come back you're going to give me all the money and then I will also score yeah it uh it is a seasonal thing
16:27Mike Wright:the year Mike is still continuing all his players shall dominate forever um and as soon as he didn't need CMC CMC would be in and out of the game with injuries and you know yeah that didn't work out for them we've got news lots of it news and notes from around the league
16:50Mike Wright:john harbaugh oh yeah john harbaugh is the next head coach of the new york
16:56Andy Holloway:football giants i mean the the news is coaching so it's harbaugh giants kevin stefanski falcons how just real quick how do those guys feel the ink is not drying their contract and suddenly
17:12Jason Moore:oh yeah the coaching position for josh allen and the buffalo bills pops up and you go you say what yeah i mean of course of course of course of course you would rather like hey you might be excited about jackson dart love neighbors and and maybe yeah i like harbaugh going to the giants it's great but if you've got a chance to have josh allen you're like and i would have won
17:43Mike Wright:a super bowl with josh allen yeah i would do it that is that's true i mean that's part of the big news if you didn't hear the bills after their loss fired sean mcdermott and promoted brandon
17:54Andy Holloway:bean oh the president of football well done brandon bean what a what a roster of offensive
18:02Mike Wright:weapons you have constructed such hits such as brandon cooks and keon coleman and curtis samuel
18:11Jason Moore:i mean brandon cooks like what there's a game is long you know the the james cook fumble the there's a million different things that happened. All the, oh, the referees, is this play call, that play call, whatever nonsense. There were two different balls at the end of the game that were perfect throws by Josh Allen to a wide receiver who was not good enough to make the play. And was their best wide receiver. Absolutely. Absolutely their best wide receiver. This is a personnel issue. This is not a coaching issue. I don't blame at this point when you're that many years in. Buffalo feels like they hit a wall.
18:55Jason Moore:Yeah. You need change for the sake of change.
18:58Mike Wright:Yeah.
18:58Jason Moore:Even if it might be a downgrade, you don't have forever to do it. But y 'all didn't change the right thing enough because, I mean, they should have absolutely.
19:07Mike Wright:Two pro bowlers out of his last 50-something draft picks, Brandon Bean not equipping. Like, Allen, I think part of why most people didn't believe in the Bills going into the playoffs is the roster. It's just looking at it and saying, well, they don't have enough good defensive players. They're not as dominant on defense.
19:24Andy Holloway:He was the best player left. Like, the best football player left. And it was almost enough. But you need defense. Josh Allen can't go do it.
19:32Jason Moore:You know what would be so funny. It's almost enough. If Mike McDaniel goes to the Bills. In division. It's like the Dolphins are like, oh, no, what do we do?
19:45Mike Wright:I thought it would be really funny if Brian Dable could go be their head coach. Yeah. Return to – that would be one – because there's word on the street that the team is very – like the connection with Sean McDermott, like he goes to bat for his players and his players love him. That's the feedback. And they're very unhappy with this move. So how do you reinvigorate them, bring in a familiar face that everybody loved before? I don't know. Yeah, that could work. I'll do the job. I'm throwing my hat in the ring.
20:13Jason Moore:You're a familiar face. Harbaugh's off. Everybody loves you.
20:16Mike Wright:Harbaugh's off of the, like, he's not available anymore. So who else to hire but me?
20:21Jason Moore:Yeah, I think they're down. They probably have a few choices ahead of you.
20:26Mike Wright:Which one do you, I'm bringing, I'm going to be the head coach. I'm going to let you guys call the offense and the defense. No, no, no, no, no.
20:33Jason Moore:He's OC. Yeah. I call special teams. We're going to do some crazy stuff. That's cool. Every play will be mild. Never seen before.
20:42Andy Holloway:Like, Josh Allen, do something. Yeah, go.
20:46Jason Moore:This play, we're going to put the ball in the hands of Josh. See what he does.
20:50Mike Wright:I'm excited about Harbaugh. It's a stabilizing force in New York. It makes me excited about Dart. He's going to bring in Todd Monkin. It's beautiful. So, I mean, this is best-case scenario for the Giants fans and for fantasy football, I think, with Monkin being their offensive coordinator.
21:07Jason Moore:The fact that they have so many good pieces on their defense, like they have, there's not a lot of teams that have, you know, that are looking for coaches to have like six elite players. We're talking like one of the best at their position on both sides of the ball. And they have true elite core players there. So I think you're saying it right. The stabilizing force is what this franchise needs. When you've got a franchise that's been struggling for a decade, you need someone to come in and just be almost like the game manager quarterback. You need the franchise manager head coach of like, hey, we're just going to have a good program here.
21:53Jason Moore:Yeah, we're going to be accountable.
21:54Mike Wright:We're going to work hard. We're going to do little things. And then, look, if Dart is something, it's a better situation than Buffalo. could be yeah i would rather have josh allen as my quarterback and figure the rest out i i'm on that camp but if dart is something real i think everything else around it is better we're going to take a quick break we got more news right after this
22:19Mike Wright:what does it feel like to have a better laptop like the dell xps powered by intel core with a premium design that's thin and light it feels smooth very smooth with a responsive touchscreen, it feels fast and precise. 23:27Mike Wright:Well, social media didn't win and the Packers wisely re-signed Matt LaFleur on a multi-year contract extension. I believe they also agreed to an extension with their general manager. This is good news. Matt LaFleur is a great coach. It's not good news if you wanted him out there in the open market to somehow be convinced to come to a horrible team in Arizona where everybody else is good in the division and you have no planet quarterback and a horrible ownership and you won't spend money and you're just a terrible franchise top to bottom.
23:54Jason Moore:Yeah, I stopped caring about coaches that were available. Yeah, they're not coming
23:58Andy Holloway:Because if they're good, they're not coming here. I cared about one piece of news, coaching news, because this guy was somehow in the list of odds. The Detroit Lions have hired former Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator, beloved on this show. We love this guy, Detroit. Drew Petzing, congratulations. Enjoy that. I have.
24:23Jason Moore:I mean, look, we did not like Drew Petzing. No. It was a decently vanilla offense. Obviously, it worked for total yardage and stuff once you got Brissette in there that could stand in the pocket and allow those downfield routes to develop. He does have a good run scheme. We were down to like the fourth, fifth, sixth string running backs, but the way that he uses the offensive line, pulls guards, I think that's kind of the connection. They talked about they liked Mike McDaniel. It just wasn't a fit for what they were looking for. And I think that's really what it comes down to. You look at – Petsing is from that, like, Stefanski tree.
25:07Jason Moore:Right. I forget which tree that comes from.
25:10Andy Holloway:The part I didn't like about the Arizona offense is it was not being adapted, in my opinion. Yes. Kyler Murray's your guy. figure out how to use Kyler Murray and the fact that Jacoby came in and had success is like okay maybe the offense is alright but you to be a great OC it can't be only well I need this specific type of guy.
25:37Mike Wright:He'll be fine. Look we say all the blobfish comments and he comes with the stink of Arizona on him. He'll be fine in Detroit. Clayton Adams left Arizona as an offensive line coach and went and became the offensive coordinator in Dallas and they had a great season great on the offense you know he he had a great running game reinvigorated the career of javante williams patsy will be fine because he's not an arizona coach correct and and to be you know we'll see we'll see kyler's going to go somewhere else and they're going to not be able to adapt to him too that's what's going to happen with him somewhere else cliff kingsbury had kyla murray and then he had jayden daniels and one of the offenses looked spectacular and now he's going going to be a head coach again that this show should not be this arizona focused but it really feels like this is the most embarrassing franchise and um it is it's number one second jets yeah
26:29Jason Moore:it's fine we can compete who retained their coaches yeah two teams fighting over a turd um
26:36Mike Wright:what else happened is that all of our robert sala the new head coach of the titans I don't know about him yet I mean he was highly coveted I think Arizona was in the running for him they wanted another interview he said nope and the Titans hire him
26:52Andy Holloway:well because all the rest of the coaches told the Titans nope yeah Harbaugh's like nah second interview I'm cool Salah I think is a good coach we're cool and I think the Jets were not a good team coordinator yeah but some guys some guys are elite coordinators and they're just not head coaches and that's a it's also a tough thing for people to actually handle yeah I also don't love having a
27:16Jason Moore:cam ward young quarterback that's like now we're bringing in a defensive-minded head coach obviously it depends if he goes and gets you know Mike McDaniel or someone that's a great offensive mind to run the offense maybe it can be good but then you lose that offensive coordinator if they are good um so that's that's where it's really tough to me if I was a Titans fan I think I'd be disappointed.
27:39Mike Wright:Eric Bien-Ami is the new offensive coordinator or the returning offensive coordinator for the Chiefs. So he went from head coaching candidate and star offensive coordinator with the Chiefs to one year of disaster in Washington to being, I think, out of the league. Nobody wanted him. And now returns to be kind of a sidekick for Andy Reid on the offensive side. I mean, that's kind of what all of these coordinators have been. They've lost multiple offensive coordinators over the years. all to great success matt naggy yeah right yeah the enemy um kind of reminds me of when teams when coaches would leave belichick right yeah like mcdaniels and charlie weiss and romeo crinnell those were all superstars until they didn't have the tom brady uh okay i think that's it for news are you recovered yet from the green bay defeat now i'll check in with you I'm as recovered as I'm going to get.
28:36Mike Wright:Yeah. So I'm doing a lot better. I'm in a better place. We noticed the Bears fans recovered quickly. I got a text this morning that was like, this is the funnest year I've ever had in football after they lost. So they recovered with a standard of like, we're not normally here. We're just happy to be here. What a magical season.
28:52Jason Moore:Yeah.
28:52Mike Wright:Oh, yeah. They were all like, yeah, that's cool. I had a great time. I'm glad they're not giving up their acceptance of loss. You, on the other hand, you have a higher standard, right? I mean, you want. Lombardi's. That's right. All right. Well, we've got more truth for you.
29:13You want answers? I think I'm entitled. You want answers! I want the truth! You can't handle the truth!
29:23Mike Wright:I think I can handle it. I think I can handle the truth. You don't think I can handle the truth?
29:28Jason Moore:Not according to that drop.
29:30Mike Wright:We are going to talk about a few more quarterbacks today this is more of the opportunity for us to we got through the top 10 on the last episode talk about a handful of other players and also talk about just in general i think the the principle of streaming the quarterback position what kind of consistency we saw from some of these players that finished at the end of the year outside the top 10 but maybe were more consistent in their opportunities that they had one of our stats that we talk about every year is how many different NFL quarterbacks finished as top 12 quarterbacks on a given week.
30:07Mike Wright:And we've done this every year. And we got real close to setting a record. 2021 was the record. 49 different quarterbacks in 2021 had a top 12 week. Which is insane. Every year, I know it's in the 40s every year.
30:22Jason Moore:It never makes sense. And it always makes me giggle because there's 32 teams. And we're not just talking like play football. but you finished the week as one of the best fantasy scorers at the position.
30:32Mike Wright:Yep. There were a lot of Marcus Mariota situations where somebody just got it done when they started. This year the number is 47. This includes Russell Wilson. This includes Davis Mills, who, by the way, was the quarterback one overall in Week 10. And the Russ.
30:51Andy Holloway:Russ was the quarterback two. After looking, Week 1, I don't think it could have gone worse for Russ. and then it was okay sweet we're done with this let's move to jackson dart and that was the cowboys feel like it was the cowboys where he could go figure you're like oh crap it was russell gonna get no no that was just the cowboys everybody james wilson had a qb1 week shador
31:14Mike Wright:sanders had a qb2 week mitchell trubisky had a qb1 week mitchell trubisky is actually really interesting in the discussion around like like people want to talk about malik willis in the offseason there's mitch trubisky was a pro bowler okay and he's been excellent behind josh allen snoop huntley was a pro bowler yeah i'm just saying that i just think that there are when you watch what gets started at the quarterback position in the nfl sometimes yeah i mean like
31:45Jason Moore:spencer rattler mitchell trubisky is a better quarterback than shador sanders yes that's that's
31:51Andy Holloway:all i'm saying yeah but not good enough to be a starter 62 different quarterbacks made a start
31:57Mike Wright:this year we have 32 teams we have 62 different quarterbacks that started and we got about 10 good ones yeah max brosemer did not make the list of the 47 oh man um so we want to look beyond the season legend max brosemer is a legend uh we talked about alan may stafford lawrence dac Caleb, Bo Nix, Hertz, Goff, and Herbert on the last episode. Why not start out with the legend, the living legend, the newly surgically repaired legend. Patrick Mahomes comes in at 11, and yet his consistency rank is 3. And again, consistency is our compilation of how many great games over 26 points at the quarterback position, good games over 21, and bust games more than 15 or fewer than 15 points when Mahomes played this year 57 percent of the games he played were good 43 percent was great that's the real um change for Mahomes
32:59Jason Moore:over the last couple years he hasn't been the big bada boom guy you know accumulating enough stats over the course of the season to be a quarterback one you know most every time but not winning you weeks and to start this season he was absolutely excellent in fact the first half he was the number one in consistency was very very good obviously dealt with injuries to his team down the stretch scooting he was running way way way more yeah and that's the real issue with the so he he tore his ACL and his LCL uh the current projection is that he's hopeful to be ready for week one but ready for week one will not include scrambling the way that he was he was their number one running back and so honestly the the truth is with they should they should get
33:46Mike Wright:ken walker yeah i mean oh they get easy over there i i genuinely believe that the chiefs one
33:55Jason Moore:of their primary focuses this offseason needs to be the running back position they can't like Pacheco's never looked the same since he broke his leg. Kareem Hunt is too old, and they had no running game to speak of. Their running game was Mahomes. He is not going to be able to do that to the same capacity, certainly not to start the season next year. They've been in the rumor meal the last two years. That sounds like a rumor meal, and I'm interested. I'm very interested. They're eating them rumors up. Nom, nom, nom. Today's rumor meal brought to you by Jason's Cafeteria. That's a good segment.
34:31Jason Moore:We should start the rumor meal.
34:33Mike Wright:Oh, that's not bad.
34:34Jason Moore:Today is the off season. I'm going to start working on a rumor meal segment.
34:38Mike Wright:You got a main course rumor. I got it. Right? You got a dessert rumor.
34:41Andy Holloway:Oh, the dessert rumors are the sweetest.
34:43Mike Wright:You got a veggie rumor. That one sucks.
34:44Andy Holloway:I'm hearing things about cheeseburgers, guys. For lunch.
34:48Mike Wright:Big Ben would be interested.
34:50Jason Moore:Cheeseburger. But the last couple years, you know, they were talked about when CMC was on the trading block. They brought in running backs to look at in the draft. And the way that everything just fell.
35:04Andy Holloway:Broussard Smith's the only running back under contract. Yeah, so.
35:07Jason Moore:It's going to be new blood there for Kansas City. And they need some new blood. I think Mahomes will need a running game. And then presuming that they lose Travis Kelsey, which I don't think that's a done deal by any means.
35:23Mike Wright:No, but his health meter will be lower regardless if he comes back.
35:26Jason Moore:I would put it on the 51 % side that Travis Kelsey is not back. Then, I mean, when Mahomes is slinging it to Kyle Pitts,
35:34Mike Wright:it's going to be awesome. My son brought up, I thought, an interesting rumor meal, a little nibble, and it was the reunification of Mahomes, Tyreek, and Kelsey for one more run. because they're in desperate need of more help in the offensive veteran minimums yeah and tyreek is you know he's afraid he's going to be gone so
36:02Andy Holloway:they should reunite with young explosive athletes well that would be helpful too
36:08Mike Wright:maybe ones that are not so they don't uh take as many chances off the field as well
36:14Jason Moore:i think they've got a wide receiver type here in kansas city though they like those off the field trouble guys
36:22Mike Wright:maybe if you run fast you drive fast I don't know
36:25Jason Moore:I must run
36:26Mike Wright:Addison runs fast that means Jason runs fast it all blows up the other thing that stood out to me on Mahomes he struggled against top defenses 7.6 fancy points differential between top and bottom defenses so he did struggle this year against those he was he was pretty good home in a way didn't have rashi rice for six weeks really from the point that xavier worthy was hurt kind of didn't have xavier worthy either i don't know how much the shoulder sling like we didn't talk about it a lot because yeah the heavy investment on worthy it wasn't there for fantasy but i mean i don't remember hearing his name after the injury really no he was and before he he had some you know he was more involved you
37:13Jason Moore:look at the end of the season his his last month of games he never had a game with more than four
37:17Mike Wright:targets just a bit player so yeah the the next name on the list is just last thing noticing of
37:25Andy Holloway:like because it was the season was much better people should be aware that he was really juicing things with with his rushing ability but you're now looking at three straight years Mahomes 23 his touchdown percentage was 4.5%. That's like barely above league average. Next year, 4.5%, and then this year, 4.4%. They really need to do something about this. When Patrick Mahomes is an average touchdown-throwing quarterback, that sucks. That's awful for the NFL. They need Kyle Pitts. Oh, my gosh. That's the answer. what teams do you have Kyle Pitts on what is this propaganda there it is there it is
38:15Mike Wright:there's something there when you think of the elite
38:18Jason Moore:that's 100 % what it is and you know what
38:22Andy Holloway:that's okay that's alright
38:25Mike Wright:yeah there's a reason I said Ken Walker to Kansas City we're only human this is the rooting season we don't have a team to root for let's root for our players but you look at the elite quarterbacks in football like Burrow and Stafford have the best receivers in the game to throw to but Lamar Allen and Mahomes don't I mean those are three of the top quarterbacks and their teams haven't been able to put that player
38:55Jason Moore:on that team they have been able to put that player on the team when they had a rookie contract yeah when it was Diggs and Tyreek exactly and they were way better mars never had it but that's true but um but yeah i mean mark andrews was yeah awesome yeah he was he was awesome but not i mean man it's hard to pay for top tier wide receivers when you've got one of the you know top five highest paid quarterbacks just is unless you're the dodgers um all right baker mayfield they are paying for quarterbacks now too oh yeah they just signed
39:26Mike Wright:Lionel Messi, actually. Lifetime deal. And bought Greenland. Baker Mayfield, number 12 on our list. 30 years old. Oof! This was a bad season. He was an MVP candidate for the first six weeks. His consistency rank though, 23. That is unplayable.
39:46Jason Moore:You know what his consistency score is without looking on our website? I will remind you that in the last, the prior two years
39:54Mike Wright:previous 17 games he was an a i'm guessing you have a 17 he never missed a game are we talking d it's an f oh no that's even worse yeah that means failing oh he was i mean six percent great 18 good 41 bust and i mean he lost evans for a majority of the season but you know it seemed like everything was going to go great for six weeks they were winning ball games last second drives abuka was a revelation was had been moved to the 101 for rookie drafts yeah that hasn't that's not that way no no that's not that way no it's not um which really sucks but you know he just fell off a cliff and then they decided they're going to bring back Todd Bowles, right?
40:52Mike Wright:They fired Grisard, which means that Baker will now have another new offensive coordinator for the zillionth time.
40:59Andy Holloway:They needed to.
41:00Mike Wright:Well, yeah, that gives me more hope than keeping him.
41:02Andy Holloway:Yeah. But the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are like, this is the poster child here for why on this show where your head coach should be your offense because when you have a good offensive coordinator, that guy just gets poached and turns into a coach for a different team and then you're back into it of I sure hope the next OC we bring in is as good and when Canales left, it was like, oh no, oh no, but they hit. They got Liam Cohen, success. You're rewarded for that hit? That guy goes and gets a head coaching job.
41:40Mike Wright:Remember they had agreed to a deal with Liam Cohen, and then he snuck out on a plane?
41:46Andy Holloway:Yeah. Kind of snaked him. Oh, man. Duval.
41:51Mike Wright:Let me give you the numbers, though. But he won now, so we don't care.
41:54Jason Moore:It wasn't just Grisard, though. Baker played bad. Yeah, I would say, especially the second half of the year,
41:59Mike Wright:we know he was dealing with some injuries. Last year, 71 % completion percentage for 4 ,500 yards and 41 touchdowns, a 7.2 touchdown rate. This year, 63 % completion percentage. 26 touchdowns, a 4.8 % completion rate. And, you know, this was a debate in the offseason. Could he repeat what he did? The answer was no. He went back to what he was the first year in Tampa Bay.
42:25Andy Holloway:Feels so much better for Trevor Lawrence hearing those numbers.
42:28Mike Wright:I was going to say that. That is a huge Liam Cohen testimony. Now, he had lost Canales after the first year, and you're like, oh, could he still have a good year? He had a better year. So we'll see what happens there. but this was an unplayable late round pick that seemed like he was discount to me he seemed like he was going to be discount burrow turned out he was not valuable at all i mean the first six weeks of the year if you played him you were happy but beyond that farewell but he's played he's played with haley monken van pelt mcadoo and mcveigh canalis cohen and grisard and now has a new offensive coordinator again and i don't think he's going to be in contention for any sort of late round draft pick this year it'll be a prove it policy for fantasy players next year i just i'm
43:12Jason Moore:really looking forward to the surgery information on what was ailing him this year and what off season procedure he got done you think it's coming i hope i hope it's coming you know it's one of those like there's got to be something because it's the like i don't hope he gets hurt I hope that he was hurt I love Baker too much to be like he was playing in tip top shape
43:38Mike Wright:there was a bullet lodged in his quad that they hadn't removed until now
43:43Jason Moore:preferably the shoulder I'd take quad but I would want something in the shoulder
43:47Mike Wright:because the shoulder is what went he was throwing like there was a bullet lodged in it
43:50Jason Moore:especially when he threw to Ibuka I mean that that was crazy it was like the yips when he targeted Ibuka
44:00Mike Wright:He transformed into CJ Stroud for all of those targets.
44:03Jason Moore:It's just like, it closes its eyes and hopes.
44:07Mike Wright:Gross. We'll take another break. We'll talk Jackson Dart.

45:38Mike Wright:Well, this is fun. This is a good name to talk about for the future. 22 years old. Jackson Dart ends at 13 in fantasy. He had a consistency rank of 13. Now, Jason, we don't consider his missing injured games, right?
45:52Jason Moore:Correct. So he does not get punished for those. It's just the percentage of games he plays.
45:57Mike Wright:just for the consistency rank right correct okay because his fantasy finish was 13 then and that's cumulative including injured games am i right about that so if you if you play in the
46:07Jason Moore:game and you leave then it counts if you miss the game yeah exactly because you got started but on the high level rank not just the consistency rank like he's 13 in our list yeah that's just total fantasy points scored on the that's what i mean yeah that's what i mean yeah
46:21Mike Wright:So 50 % good games, 21 % great, 29 % bust. Went through the transition at the head coach position, Brian Dable getting fired. Lost Malik Neighbors to a torn ACL in week four. Lost Cam Scadaboo, his main man, in week eight with the ankle fracture and dislocation. I would love to have the post-mortem thoughts on Jackson Dart season because obviously there was a lot of excitement. There was a lot of production. Then there was a lull. Then we ended stronger. How about taking a shot at where he finishes next year? Try that out for size.
46:57Andy Holloway:So my chips are all in on Jackson Dart. I think that he is. Because of how he spells his name? Because he's so cool? What, because of the X? The X. Did you know he has a brother? What's his brother's name? Diesel.
47:12Mike Wright:His brother's name is Diesel? Diesel Dart?
47:16Andy Holloway:Jackson and Diesel? Diesel Dart? Jackson with an X? I found out about that and I was like, okay, parents, calm down. I wouldn't be surprised if they spelled Diesel with a Z.
47:27Mike Wright:I don't think he could have been drafted if his name was Diesel. It's like, just. What are we doing? And you have kids with unique names. Yeah. But you didn't go Diesel.
47:37Andy Holloway:But it's like, because of the alliteration, it's so intense. It is very intense. It's so intense. And he looks a lot like his brother. Yo, Diesel, come over here. Those are two really aggressive names. But I'm in because he has the running superpower that we love for fantasy football.
47:57Mike Wright:487-9 this year.
47:58Andy Holloway:He averaged 41 rushing yards per game in starts. That is the fifth best among rookie quarterbacks ever. And then last year, among 38 qualifying quarterbacks with 200 or more dropbacks. So guys who are actually getting some volume throwing the ball, he was tied for fourth in fantasy points per dropback. So you had Allen, Lamar, Brock Purdy, and then there was Dart and Drake May, and they were tied. And he was doing all of this where Wondale Robinson was his number one guy. And that's not dunking on Wondale. Wondale is a good piece of an offense. He's not Malik neighbors. When you have a guy that you – when Malik is back and fully healthy, that will be a question of the offseason.
48:44Andy Holloway:But you have an elite wide receiver, you could throw the ball at him 10 plus times a week and then figure out the rest. I'm super excited that it wasn't just – this wasn't Justin Fields' year, right? When Justin Fields had his breakout, it was like 60 % of his points were coming from rushing. Dart is a good pocket passer as well as someone who's going to run. We do need him to protect himself, though.
49:10Mike Wright:He kind of has – I mean, there's a pretty easy offseason argument that we're going to have on Jackson Dart. which is all of the stuff you said, combined with the return of his weapons and whatever weapons they draft. I mean, they could take somebody like Jordan Tyson and pair him with Malik neighbors. And I'm excited for Theo Johnson. And, yeah, Theo's good. I'm looking at their opponents for next year. I was curious what division they play in the AFC. It's going to be the South. So it's Colts, Jacksonville, Tennessee, Texans, that group. You got Harbaugh coming in. I mean, this is your layup, high upside, exciting pick of next year.
49:49Jason Moore:He'll be drafted that way. He will. That'll be the issue. Sixth round? No, I think he'll be fifth round. I worry he's a fourth round. If he's in the fifth round, I'll be taking him no problem. Look at when he started really going. And like you said, Mike, loses Malik Neighbors, had a ton of these games where also lost Cam Skadaboo. Not good for the offense. He was playing with a hodgepodge group, and from week six on, which is really when he got started, he was very, very good. You're talking about he was the quarterback four in points per game, scoring identically to Josh Allen, 20.6 fantasy points per game.
50:31Jason Moore:I mean, you give him more weapons, another year in the system. him i agree in part on the he's a good pocket passer i think he's very inconsistent in there i saw a lot of stuff we got away with and felt like like remember nick foals yes the magic season magic season where it was like he should have thrown 20 picks instead he threw none yeah this is just like everybody i felt like there was a lot of that with jackson dart but he was a rookie i expect him to get better at that and harbaugh carries enough weight that i think he will hopefully cut down on the concussions for jackson dart you know he'll be like then he might listen to him right he might listen to him like he's got the authoritative yeah look it's um you want that
51:15Mike Wright:you want to tell the line i think baker does it right like baker takes risks he runs with a reckless abandon but doesn't seem to get hurt like you you're not josh allen size wise you're Not Cam Newton size-wise. You can't do... I don't think he's even...
51:31Andy Holloway:I don't know if he's close to Baker's weight, but Baker just looks like a... Baker looks sturdier than... He's a beast. I mean, Jaden runs, and now he doesn't play.
51:40Mike Wright:I mean, so it is tough.
51:42Andy Holloway:And you can. You can run. He's played that way his whole life. You can run. Well, yeah, he's played that way. Learn to slide and learn to run out of bounds. Because he's been the best athlete on the field for most of his life, and that is no longer the truth.
51:56Mike Wright:If you need a first down in a playoff game, you're allowed to go for it.
51:59Andy Holloway:Yeah. And with Monken coming in, is that confirmed? Or is everything I saw was just like, he's probably coming with Harbaugh.
52:06Jason Moore:I think it is more that. I don't think the contract has been signed yet as of this moment.
52:11Andy Holloway:Yeah, Kyle's saying it's not fully official.
52:13Mike Wright:Yeah, it's a possibility. Harbaugh's quote is, we'll see. Can't really say right now. He's interviewing Tuesday for the Browns head coaching job. There are a lot of balls still up in the NFL.
52:26Andy Holloway:that's for sure but yeah say if it is monken that's monken's got a good offense for fantasy football yep balls so he oh he's bigger than baker he just but he doesn't he know what i mean he looks thin
52:43Mike Wright:yes then it's youth he doesn't have old man he doesn't got old man strength yeah he's just a youthful baker sized he's not grizzled you know what i mean you got to get grizzled like you Baker looks like he's got the hands of a mechanic. You know what I mean? He's just grizzled. Jackson Dart is like a pretty boy. Baker Mayfield grows a beard in four hours. Jackson Dart's never grown a beard.
53:10Jason Moore:Baker Mayfield can take... Give me five more pounds, Jackson. Baker Mayfield can take a tray out of an oven. No mitt. Right. He doesn't feel it. He just grabs it.
53:20Mike Wright:He's got motor oil on his hands at all times. I don't know if Dart can grow a beard yet. That's what I said. I don't think so. He's still trying. He could do one of those whispery mustaches. Who'd had one of those? Aiden O 'Connell?
53:33Andy Holloway:Josh Allen? Josh Allen's had it before.
53:35Mike Wright:Look, if I can see all the skin in between every hair on your upper lip,
53:40Andy Holloway:you don't have a mustache. You know who doesn't have that mustache? Old Pittsburgh Steelers, master of disguise, Mason Taylor. Oh, yeah. With the thickest mustache we've ever seen.
53:51Mike Wright:Hmm. Hmm. No, Jackson Dart is going to be very exciting. I want to just give you numbers, like how these players finished as I run through the other names so that you're aware out there of how they did. Sam Darnold was 14 in fantasy points but 27 in consistency. Yeah, the second half really got away. Yeah, 32 over the second half. He was unplayable. He had so many bust games. 50 % of the time he was busting. Josh, yeah, Jordan Love, number 15, consistency rank of 22. Dear goodness. Jacoby Brissett was 16, consistency rank of 21. Daniel Jones was number 18. RIP Daniel, consistency rank of 14. We missed him.
54:37Jason Moore:Yeah, that was. So did the Colts.
54:39Mike Wright:They fell off a cliff.
54:41Jason Moore:That was so sad. You had a team that looked like they were in it for the Super Bowl. Number one record. They go and they add to their number one seed team. They were 8-2. Sauce Gardner. They played fantasy. They did what I would have done in 8-2. Don't make the playoffs.
54:57Mike Wright:Trade all my picks for somebody good. Bryce Young at 19. Consistency rank of 19. Really wasn't a fantasy factor very often. Lamar Jackson finished at 20. He's worth a brief conversation. Consistency rank was 16 for him. And again, that takes the injury games out. He had a 46 % bust rate. What was the first injury? Lamar never looked like Lamar from week 11 on to me, ever. Not one game.
55:23Andy Holloway:I would say from week four on. It was the ham – yes, he had the hamstring. But the throwing. It was on fire the first three weeks. Oh, my gosh.
55:31Jason Moore:He started the year, and it was just like what we saw last year where it's like, oh, this is the MVP. He's going to throw for 40 touchdowns and 4 ,000 yards and rush for 800 yards.
55:39Andy Holloway:It was nine passing touchdowns through the first three weeks. And then gets injured, misses.
55:45Jason Moore:Never the same. No, never the same.
55:47Mike Wright:No, and that one's going to hang over his head a little bit for me going into next year in the inverse reason that we're excited about Jackson Dart. You lost your head coach. You lost your offensive coordinator. So you're going to have a change in those positions. If you don't bring in more personnel, you know, look, all due respect is A Flowers. You're good. But likely is a free agent. Andrews is getting older. Derrick Henry is getting older. I need a reason to believe that Lamar can go to an MVP level again, and I don't think you can do it with the personnel that they have and the head coach and offensive system.
56:22Mike Wright:Like if I was coaching Baltimore today for next year, I think the highest odds of an offensive coordinator, they'd come in and they'd run Derrick Henry all the time. That's what you do because Lamar's been hurt. He's not going to run the same way at his age now. He's 29. He's going to be 30. You can't run him like you used to. He ran for 349 yards this year. He only missed four games. That's a headline to me in terms of your stability. What's his consistency grade on the website?
56:51Jason Moore:Do you want to look that up for a second?
56:52Mike Wright:He's a B? Yeah.
56:54Jason Moore:I would love to see him have a superstar tight end again the way that he played with. Well, they have unfortunately locked up all of their tight end money. Well, no, no, no. I would like them to draft Mendoza, and I would like them to trade Lamar for that number one pick and unite him with Brock Bowers. I mean, those rumors. No, that's in the rumor mill. The rumor mill has been talking about. There's no way.
57:19Mike Wright:It took me one second to remember that that was an intentional misspeaking of rumor mill.
57:24Andy Holloway:Yeah. People are talking about Lamar for the 101.
57:28Jason Moore:Jason's been talking with his friends about it. You guys haven't seen that? No, I have not. I am not creating this out of thin air. You're creating it out. I don't know who you follow. I mean, it makes sense as a rumor. As a rumor, it makes sense because you're saying, okay, if you're the Raiders, would you rather draft Mendoza? I'd rather have Mendoza. Of course. But if you're the team that has – I mean, right now, Andy, you were saying all season like you felt like they're getting near the end with Lamar. They're kind of frustrated. Obviously, the fire head coach expectations were high. If you could trade a 29-year-old that you're frustrated with and maybe a little burned out on for the number one overall pick, if you believe in Mendoza.
58:09Mike Wright:I don't think I was talking about that all season, but I brought up the fact that it was surfaced by others that this is the Cam Newton age where the running cliff happened, and you might not have the same dude anymore. So, you know, I don't know what Las Vegas is going to do.
58:30Andy Holloway:They're going to draft Mendoza. I think they just tried to get, you know,
58:34Mike Wright:an experienced veteran in Gino and it didn't work. And I feel like the decision was made between Lamar and Harbaugh and they chose to let go of Harbaugh. That's fair. To double down on Lamar.
58:47Jason Moore:That is fair.
58:48Mike Wright:C.J. Stroud, 21 on the list, 24 in consistency. Brock Purdy, 23 on the list, 7 in consistency. Brock Purdy didn't have a long year in terms of games played, but when he played he was very good.
58:59Andy Holloway:He's going to be interesting next year. His sample is not gigantic, but we've seen, at least I think we've seen enough Brock Purdy. He's a good quarterback, and he is one of the guys that is not the super scramblers. That can still give us good fantasy value. Having said that, it's all the other stuff around Brock Purdy that will be the issue. because when he's with George Kittle, Rock Party dominates, and he will probably not be with Kittle next year.
59:36Mike Wright:Joe Burrow at 29 and 17 in consistency. Seven in the second half. Great end to the season. Everything you hope to see from Burrow, Chase Brown, Jamar Chase, T. Higgins. The Joe Burrow story, you open the book, it's the same story. It's always the same story. That's great. If everybody stays healthy. I love that story. And they kept their head coach, right? You don't have that variable.
59:59Andy Holloway:I'm loving the story so far. Yeah, but there's missing pages every year. No twists.
1:00:04Mike Wright:There's no pages. Don't M-knight me. Chapter 3 through 12 were missing. We opened the book again, Chapter 13. It was pretty good through Chapter 18, and then they didn't make the playoffs. There was no epilogue to read. I mean, it is great. It's the perfect type for Mike Wright. I mean, there's no team that better defines Mike Wright's fantasy philosophy than Joe Burrow, T. Higgins, and that team. Give me players who I know. Christian McCaffrey.
1:00:30Andy Holloway:I know they're good. They just need to get healthy. Guys get hurt, but I want players that I know that they're good. Ken Walker, always hurt.
1:00:38Mike Wright:McCaffrey, always hurt. I mean, this is – we know the secret now. Who can we find? Jaden Daniels, you've got to be in on Jaden.
1:00:47Andy Holloway:Brother, have you seen my card collection lately? Jaden. It's all Jaden. Jackson Dart. Yeah. Highly volatile guys because of injury.
1:00:57Jason Moore:Jaden Daniels is the last name worth talking about. A little surprising. He had 0 % good games. And you go, well, he was injured this year. But he played enough games to where you. He had an okay game against Chicago. Sure. But I'm saying by our truth metrics, zero great games. Sure. You know, 22 points was his highest score of the year. That's not what we saw from rookie Jaden Daniels.
1:01:22Mike Wright:It's better on my emotions to just throw the year in the garbage can.
1:01:25Andy Holloway:And I think that's what you should do. Because you have week one, you go, oh, he's the quarterback 14. He scored 20 points. Like 20 points from your quarterback, that's fantastic. Everybody's healthy in week one, so that's easier to finish lower, right? But the point is 20 points, 19.7 against Green Bay, which you got to go in the time machine. week two when we were watching green bay it was oh that might be the best defense in football yep and and then he got hurt so i my philosophy with jane daniels is you throw it totally in the garbage you will have no cliff kingsbury that okay that that is a fair very who did they brought they brought in um um was it kafka or blau blau not kafka uh yeah david blau yeah wow yes that's
1:02:16Mike Wright:Is sunlight lower in D.C.? Probably. I don't really know anything about the eastern half of the United States. I don't either.
1:02:24Jason Moore:Is there a new, I want to call it a coliseum because of how it looks? Stadium? Yeah. No, I want to call it the coliseum because, yeah, the renderings. Oh, is it awesome? It looks so awesome. For D.C., it looks like a D.C. monument. Are they going to rename?
1:02:41Mike Wright:I don't know. I think there's a super strong push to rename the team because they got new ownership.
1:02:45Andy Holloway:Just rename them every five years. Fine.
1:02:48Mike Wright:I don't think people are like the commanders. I think people are just like, whatever.
1:02:51Andy Holloway:The commanders was not an inspiring choice. We tried to help.
1:02:55Mike Wright:We went manders.
1:02:56Andy Holloway:Yeah. You know, like salamanders. They're the commanders now. I don't know.
1:03:00Mike Wright:They will hold 70 ,000 people with a translucent roof.
1:03:04Andy Holloway:Whoa. That's not good for vampires.
1:03:07Mike Wright:Team snow.
1:03:08Andy Holloway:Oh, okay.
1:03:09Mike Wright:Oh, I got you.
1:03:10Andy Holloway:This is a David Bluff film. I'm trying to protect this man.
1:03:13Mike Wright:This sounds like the 60-minute mark. No garlic fries. we're going to say goodbye and then we're going to come back and do another show on Thursday talking to top 10 running backs
