In short

Fantasy football waiver reactions and FAB bidding; then a “trade for / trade away” segment plus a Thursday night Steelers vs. Browns preview and a mailbag-style news roundup.

Guests

Hosts Andy Holloway, Jason Moore, and Mike Wright (no additional guests mentioned).

Key claims

  • Ollie Gordon is being overbid (often 80+ FAB) despite uncertainty vs. Jalen Wright and concerns about the offense (they reference New England as the worst offense).
  • George Pickens is a “trade for” because early production lags touchdowns; metrics (targets/route/efficiency) look better and his schedule is favorable.
  • Jeremiah Love is a “trade for” after a Week 3 usage spike (19.4 fantasy points, 26 opportunities); Cardinals defense is weak and the breakout should stick.
  • Trade away: Brock Purdy can be sold because QB depth is replaceable via waivers/streaming; he’s viewed as overperforming relative to surrounding injuries.
  • Trade away: Christian Watson is a sell due to touchdown/health volatility; Matthew Golden is a cheaper alternative.
  • Trade away: Debo Samuel is shopped because his production is gadget/route-light and may become less reliable.

Notable examples

  • Malik Nabors (200 FAB on a 1,000 budget), Brian Robinson (33% rostered), Jaden Reed placed on IR (neck, season-ending), Jalen Waddle “believed to be fine” in a walking boot.

1:11Jason Moore:Welcome to the Fantasy Footballers Podcast with your hosts, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore, and Mike Wright.

1:29Mike Wright:Welcome in.

1:38Mike Wright:We're over here reacting to all the waivers. I need more tight ends. Jason. It's not fair. We had, I mean, we're in a bunch of leagues and the Ollie Gordon Express took place. Holy moly.

1:56Jason Moore:I mean, every league I'm in, he's going for over 80 fab, which to me is insane. Maybe, look, it's tough out there in the streets, and you want the Dolphins running game.

2:09Mike Wright:You would if it was HN out there, obviously. Of course. And we believe in HN. Now, Ollie Gordon, he was a prolific. And not HN. He was a prolific collegiate running back. He's a three-down kind of guy. Sure, he was. All I'm saying is, I was trying to think of like.

2:22Andy Holloway:Also, what, a seventh-round running back?

2:25Mike Wright:Well, let me ask you this. If the pros loved him. Well, okay. Was he seventh round?

2:31Andy Holloway:Let me double check.

2:32Mike Wright:Double check my work. I remember he was definitely talked up and then fell. Sixth round. I apologize. Much different. Let me ask you this, though. If Brees Hall was out for the year and Braylon Allen is on the waiver wire for the Jets. Right. Braylon Allen goes for more than 82, right? Yeah.

2:49Andy Holloway:We should probably go right around there.

2:51Mike Wright:Now, the problem, part of the problem. And Isaiah Davis will get work this week with the Jets. Part of the problem, I think, is not everybody is aligned on Ollie Gordon v. Jalen Wright. Correct. And we are not 100 % certain about that situation. Jalen Wright was out with a foot injury, higher on the depth chart. Ollie Gordon, they talk well of him. I've always liked the film.

3:12Andy Holloway:But that's the unknown. That's why on the show yesterday, I'm like, I'm not dropping 80 on a player on the worst offense. Well, second worst offense, New England, what up?

3:24Mike Wright:I think it is 100 % because it's a season-ending injury bet. I get it. I'm not saying it's worth 82. I didn't bid that. You know what I mean? I had H in. I bid 25. My bid was 25 in the league. I had H in. I wasn't willing to go hard in the paint there for the Miami offense necessarily, but I'm just trying to think of the rest of the season. There's only a handful of not-rostered players. Most of the backups are rostered that aren't available out there, like the high, prolific, big-time names that are, you know, Emmitt Johnson, right? Oh, sure. I mean, obviously, if Ken Walker went out there, it went out and Emmitt Johnson's on waiver.

4:07Mike Wright:That's a$100 fab drop. That would be a full fab dump.

4:09Andy Holloway:But it's like the guys where you feel confident that they would take over and that they would be very usable. Like Brian Robinson. I mean, I don't know what his roster percentage is, but I have to imagine it's in the high 80s, low 90s.

4:27Mike Wright:Brian Robinson would go for a ton. That's not an offense we love either. But he's not as good as Bichon. He's better than the Dolphins. You know who's not better than the Dolphins? You know who's scored fewer points than the Dolphins? Oh, man, Brian Robinson's roster is way low.

4:40Andy Holloway:The Patriots.

4:41Mike Wright:The Patriots are the only team that scored fewer points than the Dolphins this year.

4:44Andy Holloway:You guys should pick up Brian Robinson.

4:47Mike Wright:he's 33 % rostered on sleeper you guys being our listeners yes not just the two people you're

4:52Andy Holloway:sitting across certainly not us he's rostered in our league yeah so yeah a lot of you know our

4:57Mike Wright:chop league we we had big money spent on puka nakua which is a scary spend he went for over 500

5:03Jason Moore:right scary spin for chopped because anytime there you know it's like if you then don't get him this week and lose and are chopped it was a bad yeah i mean he's probably not playing this week but

5:16Mike Wright:In our Chop League, a lot of players that went this week were players with long-term question marks like Malik Nabors. What's he worth in a Chop League? Because what is he rest of the season? He ended up going for$200 on a$1 ,000 budget. See if double nines can take care of it. Double nines. Yeah, because he's 18 now. Yeah. Talking about McCarthy.

5:37Andy Holloway:Oh, I didn't see that. Is that his number? 18. I'm with 18. Yeah. You thought nine was good? Just wait. Yeah. The second time.

5:44Mike Wright:Yeah. Times two. That's wild. We have a trade-oriented show today. We're going to talk about some trade for tradeaway players on today's episode. We'll preview the Thursday night game, jump into the mailbag as well. News to catch you up on. Let's start there.

6:01Jason Moore:News and notes from around the league.

6:07Mike Wright:Bears coach Ben Johnson said we'll see how it plays out this week when asked about who will start at quarterback in week four. The Bears play the Jets this week.

6:14Andy Holloway:It has to be that way. You can't have Case Keenum perform the way that he did on a Monday night against the Philadelphia Eagles and just automatically throw Secret Bajit Man in there as your backup. You have to at least evaluate something.

6:30Mike Wright:Yeah, so this was not in the context of the potential return for Caleb because that's still weeks away. Correct. So, yeah, if I'm the Bears, there's no way I don't play Case Keenum this week. I would be shocked if that's not the decision. Yeah, go ahead.

6:43Andy Holloway:I would say I would probably put Keenum out there, but the percentage chance that Case Keenum goes out for this game, and it is the worst thing that you've ever seen.

6:55Mike Wright:Not impossible. Not impossible. Not impossible. And the Jets are playing okay. Jalen McMillan on injured reserve for the Buccaneers. This dude's body does not like football. No.

7:05Jason Moore:So, yeah, unfortunately. He's flashed a few times when he's been on the field, but that's also been a few times.

7:13Mike Wright:Yeah, so Ted Hurst, he continues to get 70-plus percent of the snaps. I picked him up in League of Record. He'll get opportunities. We won't have Baker.

7:22Jason Moore:You traded him to me.

7:23Mike Wright:Did you click the button?

7:24Jason Moore:I'm about to.

7:25Mike Wright:I was wondering if you'd do that because you have too many tight ends. Yes, it's so stupid. Nobody's been outraged at this level. I need more tight ends. Jason is trying to keep four-plus tight ends on his roster.

7:37Jason Moore:Our league, which nobody knew. Apparently Andy might have known this. No one else in our league knew that we had roster limits. We've literally had the conversation before on the show that you shouldn't have limitations on transactions. To me, it's stupid. I'm going to bring it to a vote. It's dumb. But apparently, I have found out that we do in our league of record. You can only have a maximum of three tight ends. And I want more. Honestly, I want five.

8:03Andy Holloway:In today's NFL, so what is the trade happening?

8:06Jason Moore:I'm not. Yeah. Did you take it? So I literally went to make a transaction and put a wide receiver in, and it said, oh, I'm over the limit. I have four tight ends, which I mean. So what was the trade? The trade was I needed to get rid of him, so I traded Darren Waller for$1 of Fab and Ted Hurst.

8:25Andy Holloway:Which, yeah, to your point of us putting a cap on how many you can have, who would you rather play this week? Exactly. Darren Waller by a billion. Yeah, Darren Waller or Tyler Higby.

8:37Mike Wright:Look, I have no problem with changing that rule. I just, it's been funny because it's been back-to-back weeks where you, like you signed three tight ends or whatever. You talked about this last week and then you're like, oh, what happened?

8:53Jason Moore:I can't do it again? Honestly, I assumed that the sleeper system would not let me pick up more than the limit. If the limit is three, it wouldn't let me pick up a fourth.

9:02Mike Wright:I think that's fair. and if we need to change it so you can stockpile your future tight ends.

9:07Jason Moore:Dude, there's so many out there I want.

9:09Mike Wright:The funniest part is I think two sets of your tight ends, aren't they like, well I guess you got Higby and Ferguson combo. Yeah, Ferguson and Higby. You should get Parkinson too and just

9:18Andy Holloway:and Allen. Don't tip me with a good time. Go full Rams. I mean the NFL's not putting a limit on the Rams. Right. Oh, okay. Tell me I can't play 05 personnel.

9:29Jason Moore:Come on.

9:31Mike Wright:Oh, Oh, I love this. I don't love this news, though. Packers placing Jaden Reed on injured reserve. He tweeted 11 out. It looks like it's indefinite to season ending. We don't know for certain, but it's a neck injury. It was serious. And Jaden Reed, at least according to his Instagram, seems like he's not going to be here for the near term at all. It'll be interesting because we're going to talk about some players on today's trade segment that relate to the Green Bay situation. so we'll save it for that.

10:02Andy Holloway:We all say stupid stuff sometimes.

10:05Mike Wright:Yeah, we do, Mike. That's a good point. You would know better than most.

10:09Andy Holloway:I was just letting you know. You don't have to say something stupid today.

10:12Mike Wright:I'm not going to say anything stupid. I'm going to say something tempered and within context.

10:17Andy Holloway:We'll ask the people.

10:18Jason Moore:I'll say something stupid.

10:20Mike Wright:Perfect. You're going to read Andy's trade away? Don't take it personally. There's context to trade away. Jaden Daniels would be considered limited if it was a full practice today. I saw a picture of him. He's got a new sturdy left arm brace.

10:35Andy Holloway:Oh, yeah? Huh? Something you could have been doing this whole time.

10:41Mike Wright:Rashad White dealing with a shoulder injury, receiving treatment for it. They signed Austin Eckler. And then Jalen Waddell is, quote, believed to be fine despite being seen in a walking boot on his right foot following the game.

10:51Andy Holloway:Classic preventative walking boot.

10:53Mike Wright:Yeah, I mean, it didn't work out well for the Coker walking boot. Yeah. I guess it was a different injury. I don't know. But preventative walking boots, put them all in them if that's the case. If we need to keep these feet safe.

11:06Jason Moore:Yeah, I mean, just armor up. These guys should just be living Monday through Saturday in full Iron Man gear.

11:15Andy Holloway:Business proposal for you guys. Yeah. Designer walking boots. Oh, designer? Yeah.

11:21Mike Wright:Oh, because when they're coming down on game day and they're in their swag?

11:24Andy Holloway:When you got the big one where it's like all these Velcro straps. Yeah, that's ugly. That's medical grade. Nike, where are you at?

11:32Jason Moore:Seriously. Nike needs to put a swoosh on that. No, not Nike.

11:34Andy Holloway:I just gave you the proposal. Oh, I'm going to create my own brand. Nike's got to buy this from us. Yes, we just patent pending. You thinking bedazzled? What are you thinking? I mean, some of them. Patent leather?

11:44Jason Moore:Yeah, we're icing them out for sure.

11:49Mike Wright:That would change my perspective. I was like, yeah, he looks hurt, but he looks cool. uh jaylen waddle i do he's the only player where fine can correlate to already being hurt so we'll see what happens there the waddle situation um he should be okay but he's kind of a scary dude in terms of we haven't seen consistency from waddle since the tyreek hill miami year right even though we know how good he is it's kind of a weird thing and he gets banged up but okay any other news coming through i do want to let people know we have some news on our site like if you're an ultimate foot clan member for the first time ever we have dynasty startup rankings available in season and not only that and they're frequently updated they're used in our trade analyzer which has dynasty specific trade advice but there's also a new option and i'm so oh this is so cool so happy about this because people want to know and this has been the story of our show forever that context matters your league mates what your plan is in a dynasty league it not all rankings are made equal and so we now have a an adjustable bar at the top of the dynasty rankings that you can drag from win now all the way to uh long term and everything in between we have a balanced setting a win now setting and a long term setting so it adjusts the rankings based on your actual goals as a dynasty team.

13:19Mike Wright:So we've always had dynasty startup rankings in the UDK plus in the dynasty past during the off season. They're now available year round and you can drag that bar to adjust your plan. So if you're evaluating a trade and you want to look independently, you're going to see who we think are win now players versus long-term assets. So super excited about that. That's all part of the foot plan. We just added it in there yesterday team's been working on it with us and the rankings are up there join the foot.com if you want access to it it is only a part of the ultimate because that's where the dynasty pass lives that's where the season long stuff is so if you want to upgrade or you want

13:56Andy Holloway:to jump in there super cool we talked about it a good bit on the today's dynasty pod and just

14:03Mike Wright:give us some examples so you can check that out yeah no it's it's super helpful let's talk some

14:07Jason Moore:trades let's talk trades well this should be fun and i i'm open to full-on discussion around these

14:22Mike Wright:players disagreement all of that stuff three weeks in good opportunity to kind of get a lay of the land players that might be outperforming you know a reasonable you know touchdown number or something to that nature guys that we are choosing as trade for candidates and then players that we're choosing as trade away candidates after three weeks so uh mike why don't you kick it off with the trade

14:47Andy Holloway:four player sure that's on your list so the the trade four we're trying to find players that we believe are underperforming and i would like to highlight mr george pickens of the dallas cowboys because it's just the huge game hasn't happened. Last week was much better, 11 targets, 7 for 82. That's a very usable game. We're happy about that. But the first couple weeks, it was down, even though the Cowboys are still putting up points. But looking at the behind-the-scenes metrics, the numbers are actually very good for George Pickens. his target share, his targets per route run, his yards per route run, those are all up compared to three weeks into the season for last year for the Dallas Cowboys.

15:37Andy Holloway:It's just that the production is lagging a little bit. No touchdowns. George Pickens is going to start scoring touchdowns. It will bounce back. And so the volume is still completely there for him. the schedule I mean the upcoming schedule is actually fantastic for him uh Dallas faces Dallas wide receivers as of right now face the third easiest rest of season schedule that of course rest of season is a little bit tricky right now because we only have three weeks of data but the early outlook is it's going to be great for the Dallas passing game and CeeDee Lamb you're not going to trade for CeeDee Lamb because he's been performing but if you still want a piece of that Dallas passing offense than George Pickens.

16:24Andy Holloway:I think you can get him cheaper than he is going to be in just a couple weeks.

16:29Mike Wright:I think you can get him cheaper than what the perceived value of him was before the season two. I think maybe there's been a tier change in people's minds. I don't mind the suggestion at all. I will say the only thing that I think has been definitive through three weeks that was a question in people's minds with the Pickens selection was whether is CeeDee Lamb still the dude? Is he still that guy? Is he still a lead? I think we've had that answer pretty definitively in three weeks. One of the concerns that I had around CeeDee Lamb as somebody who has him on his roster was that this team would kind of do with CeeDee Lamb what the Arizona Cardinals eventually did with Larry Fitzgerald, which is you had players that came in, John Brown, Steve Breston.

17:11Mike Wright:They became downfield threats, and you saw underneath as kind of the prime. They stopped going deep to Larry after a while. My biggest worry was like, are we going to get all bombs go to Pickens and all underneath goes to Lamb? Lamb's had the downfield shots in multiple weeks. So I was happy to see that as a Lamb manager. But I think with the zero touchdown numbers, what jumps out? And that's going to change.

17:34Andy Holloway:And targets, CeeDee Lamb, 26. George Pickens, 25. Yeah, I mean, it's really. Everything is neck and neck between the two of them. Lamb has just been. George Pickens had a couple nasty drops. and then this past week CeeDee Lamb had that uh the like the freebie reminiscent of of uh championship week a couple years ago where the the Cowboys are back on what their oh yeah he almost had like a 90 and he was a shoestring away from but like that hit that hit for CeeDee Lamb that hasn't hit yet for George Pickens and it's definitely going to

18:08Mike Wright:Lamb has a couple touchdowns so far yes and uh yeah no I I think Pickens is nothing on the field tells me Pickens isn't 1B.

18:18Jason Moore:I saw a tweet that was talking about the most missed opportunities so far in the league and who's basically underperforming the expectation based on the opportunities they've received and it was a list of a bunch of bad players which makes sense like oh they've gotten opportunities they've failed and then there was George Pickens who is not a bad player at all and he was leading you know he's the largest gap so I think this is a good trade for candidate his good games are coming he is not the archetype of a every week consistent player at the end of the year you're going to have a handful of bad games remember last year at the end of the year it was unfortunate timing I think it was fantasy playoffs or right before it was like he had a couple games in a row where oh he just disappeared oh his effort is but you know it's like he will have bad games and he will also probably finish the year as the wide receiver 15 or better and so if he hasn't had those games yet they're coming i i like i like trading for him last year he never

19:17Mike Wright:had a three-game stretch where he didn't have a 20-yard catch and that's how he started the year he hasn't had the big play yet so you know that's kind of wild three games in george pickens doesn't have a 20-yard catch he's had tons of opportunities oh yeah and he's also had a couple pass interference

19:31Jason Moore:uh interference penalties oh george is amazing he him and matthew golden just drawing p.is

19:38Mike Wright:yeah yeah no he's good at that uh i i think we all agree that pickens is a nice target right now you can get him at a value that will not be the same in a few weeks so we'll take a quick break and come back with a couple more trade for candidates jason and myself and then we'll get into some tradeaways what's up foot clan you are confident and disciplined and focused on details just like everyone here at the fancy footballers right those are words you use to describe us in other words you were made to drive the 2026 sierra 1500 denali a full-size pickup combining capability with elevated design and advanced technology you can seek out the exceptional with the denali their standard 5.3 liter v8 engine and 10-speed automatic transmission it's got a bold design we like bold designs they got the signature denali grill papa josh you know the signature grill the chrome header, patterned aluminum trim.

21:19Mike Wright:What could possibly go wrong? Marvel Television's Vision Quest, two-episode premiere, October 14th, only on Disney+.

21:31Mike Wright:All right, coming back into our trade talk segment, Mike sharing George Pickens as his trade four candidate, and I am going to bring up Jeremiah Love. I think Jeremiah Love, the moment is now. The time is now. If you had the opportunity in years past to pick up Ezekiel Elliott in week three of his rookie season or Saquon Barkley or Christian McCaffrey, B. John Robinson, This is your moment with Jeremiah Love. And so I think you would only have hesitation. This is a top-five draft pick. This is one of the greatest, best-graded running backs that we've seen heading into the NFL. And you're sitting here three weeks into the season, and the breakout is coming.

22:18Mike Wright:The big play is coming. And it's on an offense that's pretty darn good on a week-to-week basis. The Cardinals' defense, by every metric, is terrible. Yes. They're going to be down in a ton of ballgames. Jeremiah Love is the pass-catching back. Jeremiah Love got 19. He had 19.4 fantasy points and 26 opportunities last week. You could argue that it happened. The usage breakout definitely happened. It basically happened last week.

22:44Andy Holloway:It was surprising. The way that they handled the first two weeks.

22:48Mike Wright:Oh, this was like a concerted, like, we just made this decision and it's happening.

22:52Andy Holloway:Yeah, it felt like, oh, boy, here we go. The Cardinals are just going to be as stupid as possible with their draft pick. They paid Tyler Algier. Now, Jeremiah Love, it seems like forever ago now, he did have the ankle injury in preseason. So perhaps the plan was just a, hey, we're going to make sure he's healthy and ready to go. So usage, this usage spike in week three, this should be sticky. Like for the top five draft pick, you have to do this.

23:23Mike Wright:I think there's some interesting trades that I know you could get done. I don't know if you would say yes or no to them, but I would be looking at some of these players that maybe are out. Would you trade DeAndre Swift straight up for Jeremiah Love? Yes, yeah. So DeAndre Swift is the sixth running back right now in terms of fantasy output. So that trade on paper, I think you might be able to get done depending on the league that you're in. But would you trade Ashton Gentry for Jeremiah Love? That maybe is a bigger conversation, but I think it would be wise. I think that would be a smart one. Man, that one's tough.

24:01Andy Holloway:I have Jeremiah Love above both Swift and Gentry.

24:05Mike Wright:For the rest of the season?

24:06Andy Holloway:Yeah. I don't think I would.

24:08Jason Moore:I mean, it's like the Cardinals offense might be good, but the Raiders offense might be good too.

24:14Mike Wright:Yeah, I think that that one's really, really close for sure. But if you could go take Kyron. Kyron is the name. and put other pieces with it.

24:25Jason Moore:I think Kyron is the perfect name where I would move Kyron or Tootin to Jeremiah Love. I mean, they're in good situations. They're good fantasy assets. They aren't some sort of generational talent. That's what Jeremiah Love is. So if you don't have an absolute top-tier fantasy back, if you've got a really good fantasy back, a low-end RB1, I think you try to take the chance that Jeremiah Love is a top five running back rest of season and in trade form. But I also view that is what I think Ashton Gentry is as well.

25:04Mike Wright:Yeah, I think Love, I think your time is now to move on Jeremiah Love. And I think the Cardinals will be in a lot of games with the offense. We saw them move it. They put up 30 against San Francisco last week. They had a good week one against the Chargers. They slowed down against Seattle's defense. That's not too surprising.

25:18Andy Holloway:Well, I mean, Washington didn't, but most people will. No, everybody but Marcus Mariota, of course.

25:25Mike Wright:But, yeah, I think that this is the moment for Jeremiah Love. If you can take advantage, and maybe this last week doesn't let you do it, but that's my target.

25:33Jason Moore:Yeah, I'm going to go with a back that's in, I think, the same tier. I wouldn't trade him for Jeremiah Love, but I would trade for him because he is coming off of a down week, and that is Chase Brown. Chase Brown has gotten off to a decently slow start. He was the running back 14, 22, 30. He's not been bad. No, just good. Yeah, but he hasn't been great yet. However, the opportunity is completely there. He's tied for seventh in routes among running backs. He's eighth in targets. He's ninth in total opportunities. And the Bengals, for some reason, I don't know, they always every year get off to a slow start.

26:11Jason Moore:This happened last year with Chase Brown, with the Bengals. I mean, it happens every year. I think extremely bright days are coming for Chase Brown. What we know is he is the dude for this team. Yes. He is talented. He's getting all the work, and this is an offense we want a part of. There's just been some weird outlier stuff. Here's just some crazy thing that's just happenstance. It's just randomness. Cincinnati has six total snaps inside the 20-yard line in the last two weeks combined. combined that is 31st in the NFL and for context the NFL average the average team gets 10 a game and they have six in the last two weeks combined that's where fantasy points are scored and so um I I just think he is one of these guys it's like he's a top 10 fantasy running back and he and you're not going to have to pay most top 10 fantasy running backs you just can't acquire you just can't like they're people aren't willing to let go of them I think right now you can make a trade for Chase Brown unless you're in the league of record because I went to look for Chase Brown he was on Mike's team yeah that's correct from your cold dead hands I'm sure yeah so you know to me I think he is um a great trade for candidate and I'll just throw out quickly two other names that I think the opportunity is beyond what the fantasy production has been Cam Scadaboo who I just traded for in one league and Josh Downs who I just ironically traded away in league of record i think those two guys have down downs is like my favorite target right now yeah so interesting the opportunity ahead appears really really good for both of

27:51Mike Wright:those players too yeah i i think i think josh downs is about to cook and i jason had sent some offers out he he's not i'm playing for next year acquiring to win so he's shipping and shopping josh downs and i was like he wanted like a a third round pick in our league our keeper league but you can't trade above a second and a third is it's pretty good and and i was like man i i can't do that right now but i bet you could get it and i bet even in a couple weeks if the value might go up if he stays healthy but uh no i love that one absolutely now let's talk about trade away players

28:24Andy Holloway:mike why don't you kick us off all right the player i'm looking to trade away and this is not a necessarily an over-performer where I'm like, I got to get out. It's Brock Purdy. And I only bring him... Oh, you did say you were going to say stupid stuff.

28:41Mike Wright:I don't mind this, actually. Your argument for this guy is the same argument I'm going to have for my guy, just so you understand.

28:48Andy Holloway:Right, but my argument for Brock Purdy is that there are other teams who are desperate for quarterbacks. and they, I think they might have big eyes where like if you have, you know, we've brought it up, but Drake may Herbert, or you have one of the injured guys. My recommendation for the most part would just be figure it out streaming off of the waiver wire because players are there. Matchups are there to be had. We have a weekly segment, uh, every single week, but that's not how everyone likes to play fantasy football. Some people just want to have their stud quarterback. and I think that you can trade Brock Purdy, get a bunch, and then you can still be okay at the quarterback position.

29:28Andy Holloway:That's where I think he truly is overperforming.

29:33Mike Wright:He's not going to be the number two quarterback rest of the season. Let's put it that way.

29:36Andy Holloway:Not with the amount of injuries they have at the wide receiver position. Brock Purdy is, to me, an easy top ten guy. Top five is not outrageous to me. I really like Brock Purdy. I just think that this is a good strategic move with what has happened to the quarterback landscape. fix the rest of your roster for a position that you can more easily replace off of the waiver

29:58Jason Moore:wire i just don't know if people like we see brock purdy as a an elite quarterback he's he is great i don't think most people do i mean you look at where he was in drafts before the season i'm not sure people are going to pay up like in general what you're saying i agree with he's the he's the quarterback too he's not going to finish as a quarterback too he's got injuries around he's far more expendable to me i agree with that i just don't know that may's manager might want him anybody is paying number two quarterback prices for brock purdy also it's worth noting they got positive news but trent williams when when trent williams their all-generational left tackle went down i was like oh trade trade away these guys he had a neck stinger it was checked out it's not serious he should be back but at the same time he's dealt with that a few times he's missed games for that before so um that would be very scary i mean you know all of their injuries i mean

30:56Mike Wright:they don't have any wide receivers left if mike evans does not get back and get healthy at some point that does come to call you're not going to get the same plays out of jordan watkins that you're going to get out of mike evans uh and so i'm just agreeing with you that like i think Purdy's going to be fantastic. Like Kittle's there and Debo's there who caught zero passes this last week. How dare you? 80 yards. Yeah, Purdy's the only quarterback in the NFL that has not been sacked one time.

31:29Andy Holloway:He's a very good quarterback and you could be right, Jay, that name-wise he's not Lamar. He's not one of those type of players. But get into the negotiations. Show the fantasy points. I don't know. I feel like you can sell Brock Birdie and be all right.

31:48Mike Wright:The name that Mike says is stupid to bring up in this segment is currently the wide receiver four in fantasy. And Mike, of course, is going to take this personally because Mike's my guy.

32:01Andy Holloway:Because I said draft him. He's going to be awesome. And he's been awesome.

32:05Mike Wright:Trade him away. So Christian Watson is, look, trading in fantasy is all about value. It's about what do you get for the player, and do I believe that Christian Watson is going to score 23 touchdowns?

32:19Andy Holloway:Oh, no. Do you? I don't think that.

32:21Mike Wright:No. No, no, no. He's on pace for 23 touchdowns. Do I think he passes 1 ,600 receiving errors? Maybe. I don't think that's going to happen. Near 100 catches, I don't think that's going to happen. No, it could. My point with the tradeaway candidate of Christian Watson is not you trade at all costs. It's the same argument you just made with Brock Purdy. it is trade if you have the opportunity to take advantage of where he's positioned he has four touchdowns through three weeks you have a team that has not been able to run the football that would like the identity of this team to be able to run the football I think they signed two different offensive linemen this week we'll see what happens with Josh Jacobs I think Watson is he the number four overall receiver at the end of the year I think there's no chance of that is he top 10 probably but if i can go out and i can turn christian watson into chris olave in a trade if i can turn christian watson into garrett wilson in a trade those are situations and i get i might even get a little bit more depending on the names that you pick there um that's something i'm going to look into because i think he's he's the inverse of pickens right now like pickens has no no touchdowns like he is overproducing for a target perspective like you look at the top players in fantasy right now target wise 36 for jsn 35 for amon rossst brown 36 for chris olave watson's at 29 um it's not a bad number golden has more targets than he does on the season so you know and golden has one touchdown like from a you know statistical standpoint they're pretty comparable he's just scored four times and he he's going to score a lot of touchdowns he's probably going to be a 10 touchdown guy i don't think he's a 23 touchdown guy so i i'm just saying you may be able to take advantage of this window where everyone's bought in he is an injury risk he just is that's just the nature of christian watson if i could get out of christian watson for a less injury risk player maybe maybe a lot of he's not the answer to that question

34:15Jason Moore:but he could he could currently be injured like that i was just i was pulling up the packers uh practice report i'm i'm gonna be surprised if i see full participant this week for Christian Watson. And hopefully he is. I think Mike mentioned it at the end of yesterday's show, but it was like the last play of the game, he kind of looked like he pulled his hammy a little, but it was not reported. Who knows? Maybe it's absolutely nothing. We just are always worried about Christian Watson's hamstrings. I love Christian Watson. He looks like he's going to be the clear wide receiver one for a team that can pass the ball.

34:57Jason Moore:He is always good for fantasy points when he's on the field. I want him on my team. If I had him on my team, I would be trying to trade high. Because it's not, you know, Mike, you loved where he was in the draft. You thought he was going to be great. He's been great. He's been a great pick. You know, succeed on your mind guy. If you then trade him at the value that he deserves, if you're trading him at a top-tier value, it's a guaranteed win. Your draft pick was a great pick no matter what, even if he does well.

35:32Mike Wright:I'll just jackknife a trade-four candidate in there. I think Matthew Golden is a trade-four candidate. I totally agree. If you look at the numbers outside of touchdowns exclusively, they're almost identical seasons for these two players. 17 catches on 29 targets for Watson for 284 yards. 15 catches on 30 targets for 253 yards for Golden. They're very similar production. They're being used in similar ways down the field. Their yards per catch, 16.9 for Golden, 16.7 for Watson. Go trade for Golden if people don't buy in.

36:02Andy Holloway:They were burned all rookie year. Golden, I think, is a great one. Because Watson is – we're soaring with the Eagles, with Christian Watson. People may not realize how close Matthew Golden is. The target share is going to be split. Now you have Jaden Reed probably out for the year.

36:21Mike Wright:Yeah, Sky Moore.

36:22Andy Holloway:Yeah, so now it's Sky Moore as the slot wide receiver. Yeah, it's crazy. That concerns me even less than Jaden Reed when it comes to a target competition. Where I am at with –

36:32Mike Wright:I think the touchdowns may start to – sorry, to just say, like Tucker Craft getting acclimated to the offense, that could be where some touchdowns end up.

36:39Andy Holloway:It's the – where it's difficult for me is like if you guys want to look at your rest of season, like I have Watson right now at wide receiver 10, rest of year. So it's like there's not a – Not a lot of room. There's not a lot of room. Olave, maybe. I mean, definitely I'd prefer Olave. I don't know if you'd be able to get him.

36:59Mike Wright:Would you trade Watson for Nico Collins? No. Ooh. No, I would not. So I have Nico one spot higher in rest of the season rankings. Would you trade Devontae Adams? Would you trade him for Devontae Adams? I would prefer Christian Watson. Jefferson?

37:11Andy Holloway:Jefferson, that was the name I was going to bring up where it's like, it sounds insane at the, would even bring up the discussion, but just truly think about it. Like, where the Minnesota Vikings are, we still have no evidence of Kyler Murray being able to get it done for Justin Jefferson. We know how bad it can go for Jefferson if they don't have proper quarterback play.

37:35Mike Wright:Yeah, the second week for Jefferson was not good with no proper quarterback play. Would you, Trey, if somebody sent you an offer right now, Mike, do you have Christian Watson anywhere? In a couple spots, yeah. Somebody sent you an offer for Puka Nakua? you would have to take that you would probably want to take it but you could find out tomorrow he's having surgery I thought that was maybe the most agonizing question I could ask

38:02Andy Holloway:Puka is the hardest one I don't know because Puka could go out this week or he could play this week he could play this week and you're like okay everything is in the mirror Puka is still great for the Rams That's not a crazy question.

38:18Jason Moore:Now let's make Puka the trade-away candidate. If you had Puka, would you trade him away right now for Parker Washington?

38:30Jason Moore:I was looking at them in my rest of the season rankings.

38:32Mike Wright:These are the kind of sound bites that come back on Twitter in six weeks. I have Parker at 11. I got Parker at 7. Oh, dude.

38:40Jason Moore:I have Parker at 7 as well. Behind Puka by 1.

38:43Mike Wright:Same. Yeah. I mean, would you trade Puka for Zay Flowers? Mike?

38:52Andy Holloway:I feel like Puka, the answer to this question,

38:54Mike Wright:if you have Puka, hold him. If he's somewhere else, don't trade for him. I feel like that's the recipe for Puka.

39:00Andy Holloway:How much risk do you want to take? Flowers has his own hamstring risk. Puka could win you the year.

39:04Jason Moore:And that's the thing is that to win a championship, you usually need – I was talking about this with Andy this morning. So in our main Dynasty League where Mike is the champion there as well, he has a sensational team i've got a very very good team i lost two of my three running backs but um i was i i look at my team and i've got a lot of really good players i've got a lava and i've got london uh rushy rice davante smith but i don't have the like the guys are going to go out there and put up 30 points and back-to-back weeks in the playoffs like a jamar chase a jsn kyle or a puka I just remembered last year's playoffs I'm sorry but it's like those players when it comes like I'm going to make the playoffs great but once you're there do you have those nuclear players you need a Josh Allen or Jameer Gibbs or JSN or a Brock Bowers a training like you have to have some of those guys and so trading Puka is such a trade for trade away conundrum because right now he's your biggest bat in either direction yeah and honestly if you sometimes when you're playing fantasy you've got to think about just pure upside and there is not much higher upside than puka and if you could trade for puka right now and then it turns out he doesn't get surgery people are afraid of surgery and you turn christian watson into puka that that could be a championship type

40:24Andy Holloway:of move but it is a gamble i disagree with one of the guys you said or i mean that too because but olave i think olave can be a guy who like he could just that's who i told you this morning

40:36Mike Wright:That was the one name I was like.

40:38Andy Holloway:I think he's a monster. He's so high on my rest of season rankings. Yeah, he's at number four for me. But at number five right now for me is Drake London. Like Michael Penix, Michael Penix Drake London games equals fantasy domination. Like you can look at Michael Penix and he'll – the end of the stat line for Michael Penix is not going to be great for him to be a fantasy quarterback. Yeah, but all he does is throw to Drake London.

41:03Mike Wright:PSA to sucky quarterbacks. throw it to the really good guys every play you can and it works out way better than you think

41:09Andy Holloway:yep so i'm i'm with drake london it as long as it stays michael pennix which that's a

41:16Mike Wright:it wasn't who knows just it wasn't keenum that was in houston that that just hyper chucked it at hopkins was it um i'm trying to remember when they had overlap oh maybe it was osweiler yeah Was it Osweiler? Because Keenum played in Houston, right? I think so. I mean, Keenum's had 16 careers, but TJ Yates maybe. I don't know. Jason, you've got to give us a trade-away candidate. It comes from the same team as Mike's.

41:44Jason Moore:Yeah, it's another 49er. I mean, obviously the injury's there. Last man standing. Last man standing, but honestly it works almost in his favor. The injury issues and worries about Mike Evans says that the last guy there is Debo Samuel, who has been good. He's a man.

42:04Jason Moore:It took you too long to get there. I know. I know. How did he not get a target last week?

42:09Mike Wright:Well, see, this is. He was already the last man standing. How did he not get a target? It lends itself to Jason's argument. I'm not sure. I think Debo's current abilities are all gadgetry. Oh, 100%. And not wide receiver-y.

42:21Jason Moore:Basically, 50 % of his routes this year are running back routes. There you go. They're screens, flats, backfield. I mean he is his average depth of target is 3.4 yards which defense against position do you look

42:37Andy Holloway:at for Brock for oh right to stop him is it like do you look at the wide receiver do you look at

42:41Jason Moore:the running backs right the matchup it you know it's one of those things where there are teams that have lost a lot of players yeah wide receiver you know go look at the Jefferson the Mike Evans team, Jalen Coker, the Puka manager who's struggling, Nico. There's a lot of teams out there that are like, man, I really need a guy. And I think this isn't someone that you're selling super high. You're not getting a star back. But you can get someone who is maybe a struggling young wide receiver back or a middling package Debo to a wide receiver needy team with someone else to get like a Chuba Hubbard who's like, I don't know.

43:22Jason Moore:I'm not super excited about him. I don't know that that's going to happen. They're two kind of older-seeming players if you need a running back. Or Jordan Tyson. That manager who's held on to Jordan Tyson for three weeks, if he has another wide receiver injury, he might just have to make a move and can't hold injured wide receivers. Carnell Tate, who's been super disappointing. People might be like, should I drop him? Who do I start? I've got to get a win this week. Like, try to flip Debo for some of these other struggling young guys like Roma Dunze, who, I mean, I would rather have just about all of these people over Debo.

44:00Jason Moore:I think Debo's manufactured points are just not reliable. I don't think he's going to be really anything rest of season. And right now, he's scored enough fantasy points. I mean, like last week, the 80 receiving yard, you know, play was on one gadget play. So it's like you can't rely on that. And I think after another couple weeks, you're not going to be able to trade him for anything. So, yeah, to me, if he was on my roster right now, I'd be shopping him, seeing if I can capitalize on a couple of good fantasy performances.

44:36Mike Wright:All right, let's take a break and talk Thursday night.

44:42Andy Holloway:Today's show is brought to you by your friends at Miller Lite. You know, last year in fantasy football, a moment I like living over and over. My championship! No longer in Avenger, Vision is rebuilding his life. When a bounty lands on him, he's thrust on the run with a mysterious boy claiming to be his son. 46:38Jason Moore:Thursday night breakdown.

46:42Mike Wright:The Pittsburgh Steelers, 2-1. Guys, taking on the 2-1 Cleveland Browns. Here we are. AFC North battle. Pittsburgh minus 2.5 on the road. Over-under 38.5. Which is right about where the average over-under is for every Pittsburgh-Cleveland game for the last five years. And the last two games last year were at 38-34. So, here we are. Two teams above 500. Deshaun Watson on a two-game winning streak. Aaron Rodgers got it done last week. First 290 in three game in, what, five years? So fantasy-wise, Mike, you'll do the morbid told you so with Quinch on Judkins right now. 35th in yards per carry, 35th in rush success rate, 35th in yards before contact.

47:36Mike Wright:that's bad because there's only 36 in the sample so yeah so that's that's pretty much the worst starting running back if you want to make the case against ollie gordon you got it you got it right here where i don't think any of us think quen shan judkins is the 35th best running back in football from a talent perspective but on this team in this situation with what they're able to do with the offensive line um he is really entering the don't mess around with category

48:04Andy Holloway:which sucks it really it does because he's he's a better player than what he is able to do right now but the path forward i mean we got 18 carries so 20 opportunities last week against carolina yeah that must have been a bunch of fancy points right i mean you got you the top 24 but you have to sheer volume your way there, and he'll get a couple touchdowns along the way, but overall it doesn't feel great. This game is disgusting. Dude, who's going to win? The Steelers are going to win. No, they're not. What? No, they're not.

48:39Jason Moore:Not the fans. Oh, yeah. Yeah, not the fans. Wait, you think the Browns are going to win this game? I do. Oh, man, I really don't. Since the Browns can't run the ball, they've been passing the ball okay the last couple of weeks. Deshaun Watson has looked. I'm thinking through this. I think I'm with Mike. However, the passing defense for the Pittsburgh Steelers this year has been phenomenal. It's been. TJ Watt's been awesome. I mean, it's just they're a very difficult team to throw the ball on, and so I don't think Deshaun Watson's going to be able to succeed there. Judkins hasn't done anything, and their defense is not what it was with Miles Garrett.

49:14Jason Moore:So I think this is definitely the Steelers win this game. So we're split on that. But for fantasy purposes, there's not a lot of start-sit decisions.

49:24Andy Holloway:Jalen Warren? Jalen Warren is talent and volume.

49:26Mike Wright:You have to play him. He looked amazing last week. The two players I want to apologize to the most right now is Jalen Warren and Kyron Williams, like three weeks into the season. From an efficiency standpoint, both are better than I thought they'd be.

49:42Andy Holloway:Yeah. Warren certainly got his opportunity with Rico being out. And Warren's always been a great player. So with him getting everything, it totally makes sense. I mean, on the Steelers' side, are we playing any of these wide receivers? You're still trying to see how it's going to shake out?

50:04Mike Wright:I mean, I do think the targets say that you can play Metcalf. You know, he's on pace for what? Like 136 targets? No, look, he scored last week. I'm not wanting to. I'm just saying that if I'm in that category of just I don't know players.

50:21Jason Moore:Dude, I mean, he's on pace for 136 targets. So that's where it's like, okay, that's a wide receiver one, maybe a wide receiver two. He's also on pace for 550 yards receiving yards.

50:31Mike Wright:Do you want to make this game interesting, Jason? Yeah. Let's do – I dominated you last week on our$100 bet, if you remember. Yes. I took Bryce Young, and he took Justin Herbert. And they were a point apart. They were a point apart, and it was not a lot of points. Yes. But I dominated. I got$100. So I've got house money here. I'll bet you Browns versus Steelers.

50:54Jason Moore:Oh, okay. I think the Browns will win the game.

50:55Mike Wright:And the reason I think they're going to win the game is, you know, you made a good point. They might not be able to pass the football. I think they'll hit the under in this game, by the way.

51:02Andy Holloway:Yeah, oh, it's going to be disgusting.

51:03Mike Wright:It's going to be gross. But the reason I think is that the pass rush and the defensive line for the Browns at home, where they're, by the way, 7-0 in the last seven Thursday the night games Aaron Rodgers becomes incapable of functioning with any pressure at all and there were five players I think that got five pressures last week for the Browns that's why I think they'll

51:24Jason Moore:win the game and now we have something yeah no that's fun um that's easy money so um yeah I I guess you you just became the biggest Aaron Rodgers fan that's all I want you to know although I guess it's worse for me yeah it's definitely worse for you is because there were no odds so this is great for me um but the cleveland rush defense right now they're allowing an explosive play on 17 percent of designed runs that's the highest in the nfl and we saw jalen warren with some explosive plays back to back last week so i think they're going to be able to run on the browns and i just don't think the browns are going to be able to score yeah i mean that's that's

52:02Mike Wright:what we're looking at here it's a close uh close line pitchers minus two and a half low over under boring game. Don't play players if you don't have to.

52:11Jason Moore:Yeah, I would say don't play players if you don't have to. If you've got another option for Metcalf. Fannin, though. That was where I was going. I'm getting into Fannin. Fannin is the one guy.

52:20Andy Holloway:Watson finally figured out.

52:21Mike Wright:You see the target? Maybe I should throw to him. You see the target progression here?

52:24Jason Moore:Three, six, nine. Oh, 12's on the way. And if you can't pass wide receivers, Jason.

52:32Andy Holloway:Let's do it. Let's target Fannin. I'm going to give you a disgusting start set question. DK Metcalf on Thursday against Cleveland or Lad McConkie on the road against Seattle? Lad. I'll go Lad.

52:49Mike Wright:Hoping that the ribs are getting better. Yeah, I want a good wide receiver. That's not a great matchup either. Yeah, I mean, that's not a good time. I mean, I just, any Metcalf decision is not a good time. Can you play both defenses this week? Sure. Yeah. Okay. Sure. We'll find some silver lining there, and then we'll move on to Mailbag.

53:13Jason Moore:Mailbag. Mailbag. Presented by Paramount+. All right.

53:20Mike Wright:I like it to flourish after. You've got to find a spot. If you have a question for the show, we're here to help. That's what we do. We want to help you win your week. You can go to the fantasyfootballers.com, and you can click the submit a question button or dial our voicemail hotline 302464 tffb we'll

53:35Andy Holloway:start with the voicemail hey ballers this is trevor here big fan of the show uh we've got a member of our league that is battered at wide receiver and i have michael wilson would you rather have michael wilson or nico collins rest of season i think i've got an opportunity here let me know bye okay michael wilson or nico collins you get the chance to turn michael

53:57Mike Wright:wilson into nico because they need a player this week and nico's out potentially i mean do it i would do that in a heartbeat absolutely we were talking before the show nico's a great trade for

54:06Jason Moore:candidate personally yeah i i agree they they need him he looked good obviously dealing with his own hamstring injury sucks for now but if you can you know if you can withstand victories long enough to to acquire nico i mean he could be back this week he was listed as a decent chance to return in week four so yeah i would i would definitely do that michael wilson is a very good wide receiver is clearly the best wide receiver on the cardinals roster he's better than marvin harrison he does everything well he had 17 targets last week but he's he will never be the number one receiving option when trey mcbride is there he'll be a best number two nico is there one and so So that's a level I would always trade for.

54:53Mike Wright:I am very bullish on Michael Wilson finishing probably in the top 15 to 16 range. I think he could get there.

55:03Jason Moore:If he gets 17 targets a game, he will. It seems like the team has – last year, Marvin Harrison's injury forced Michael Wilson to show that he could be a one, and he was dominant. Michael Jerry Rice Wilson. A new regime came in, new head coach, new staff, everything changed, and now it's like, okay, well, Marvin Harrison is part of the future of this franchise, and we're three weeks in, and in the third week, they were like, dude, the other wide receiver is way better. And so I think the transition's been made. I do think Michael Wilson will be good, and Marvin Harrison is –

55:41Mike Wright:I mean, he had five targets this week, Jason. That's a huge uptick. Marv? Yeah. 17 for the other guy.

55:48Jason Moore:I don't think that they are looking to force Marvin Harrison to be something he's not.

55:53Mike Wright:It says something when you come out in press conferences and you have to defend the usage of Marvin Harrison and then your answer to that on the field is 17 targets for the other guy. Another voicemail question.

56:03Andy Holloway:Hey, Facebook baller, this is Blake. If I get on this, my dad's going to freak out. I was wondering if I should play Regan Henderson or Braylon Allen. Thanks. Love the show. Tell your dad to freak out. So we got Braylon Allen or Travion Henderson this week with Brie Saul. Brie Saul hasn't ruled out yet that I've heard, but he's not going to play. I would play Braylon Allen. I would go volume.

56:29Mike Wright:Look, I don't want to discount Travion's potential to randomly show up. Agreed. But that is what it is right now. You don't play him with any guaranteed production. You play him with a hope that you get a big play.

56:45Andy Holloway:He's playing the Buffalo Bills, and Braylon Allen is playing the Chicago Bears.

56:49Jason Moore:Both are decent matchups for running backs. I would play Braylon Allen as well. I think that he'll get enough work in a good matchup where he's looked good. The Jets have been better. Their offensive line has been improved. And you just don't know what you're going to get with Travion Henderson. The matchup is good. And so I was like, man, should Travion be a star of the week? No, I can't do that. Should Ramondre be a star of the week? No, I can't do that.

57:16Mike Wright:Look, he's becoming an if-man right now. It's like if you use him in the receiving game, Travo would be awesome. If you give him enough work, he'll break one that way. I mean, but this team is so broken right now. You've got to understand they're the lowest scoring team in football.

57:31Jason Moore:Owl dropped Drake May this morning for Austin Eckler. Oh, my gosh. That's where Drake may – what does he have, like one touchdown and six interceptions in his last – He's broken. His confidence is broken.

57:45Andy Holloway:And it's certainly going to change with the way that the Jets, with Brees Hall out. But to this point, it's only been Brees Hall and Braylon Allen. Like they're the only running backs who have actually gotten any sort of work. Isaiah Davis has not seen us an offensive snap. yeah yeah i i think braylon's gonna be a true but isaiah davis has been active right

58:12Jason Moore:has he been active in those games so that i mean that's a great sign i'm saying like and like i

58:17Andy Holloway:see what andrew beck has run five routes did we get didn't we get braylon allen alone a couple of

58:24Mike Wright:times in his career in terms of getting a start i i just trying to remember like i don't 2024

58:30Andy Holloway:24. I'm not saying Allen is a slam dunk by any means. Let me see if he ever got more than 12 carries in a game in his career.

58:36Mike Wright:And I'm not saying that you're saying that. This is pure volume versus

58:40Andy Holloway:a matchup that we can exploit.

58:43Mike Wright:Yeah, he's never had more than 12 carries. So he's going to have, I mean, he's only 22 years old. He's in year three. He had 10 carries with Brees Hall in week one. All right. Let's see how we do. We'll see what happens. Question from YouTube. Gabe writing in tucker craft or colson loveland rest of season in a ppr league um wait wait loveland or who craft tucker craft like i can tell you if somebody offered me colson loveland for tucker craft right now i would turn it down i mean i would i would take tucker craft i think that the target consolidation in green bay jaden reed's injury it's so there's so many limited options and i i i think tucker craft is on the uptick and i think loveland is going to be a little more hit and miss than we wanted so i would i would turn the trade down if somebody offered me

59:30Andy Holloway:i i don't mind staying with tucker craft and then making that move at this point you're you're trying to hit a true home run where and like hoping that these three weeks are just or whatever i guess after caleb is back then things get back on track for love when and he turns into the monster he was at the end of last year but if you miss you're gonna miss real real

59:53Jason Moore:bad yeah the issue maybe i just stay with tucker the issue that i had with loveland pre-season in the draft season was always just target competition you know it's will he get the targets will or or will it be a luther game and then will it be a rome game will it be a caliph raymond game and it seems like you know he's not the primary target they're not drawing everything he's not the first read all the time you wanted him to be a Trey McBride of Bob Bowers he is the primary focus of the offense I think through three weeks and I know we had a ring game we had a backup quarterback game and we had a crazy you know the running game work so we haven't seen their their standard offense but at the same time three weeks in we know he's not the focus the focal point of every week for their offense follow-up question by Lucas would you rather have Isaiah Likely or

1:00:49Mike Wright:tucker craft rest of season tucker easy craft yeah we don't have and that's that's what you

1:00:54Jason Moore:might for the rest of the year that's one you might be able to get done because craft's been disappointing i think you're probably right i i would assume most people would want craft but someone out there might be like yeah i'll take i'll take likely and i would definitely go i think

1:01:06Mike Wright:the tucker craft like notoriety isn't anywhere near the other top end tight ends because he only had a small run last right so if you didn't catch that run of dominance or know that he signed a contract all that stuff it's kind of a just the nerds yes um here's one for the nerds more i got two two trade questions i think are very difficult maybe uh dylan in long island do i trade zay flowers for jeremiah love in a ppr i mean that's perfectly fine yeah that's just about positional

1:01:34Jason Moore:yeah it is about it is about positional need but the thing is is when they're in the same tier and i think they're zay flowers is good jeremiah love is good i'll take the running back That's where the needs get more scarce and more needy.

1:01:49Andy Holloway:Yeah, I think you're right. Where the needs get more needy. The slight hesitation is just the way that Flowers has looked this year is like something a special season could be.

1:02:03Jason Moore:I know you're getting Antonio Brown vibes.

1:02:04Andy Holloway:Well, I wasn't saying that, but I mean, like, this is a different offense. He's being used different, and he is fantastic. I'm just afraid. I'm just afraid of Mike.

1:02:16Mike Wright:I'm just afraid of the year of Mike. We don't know. We don't have conclusive evidence. It's over yet. He suffered no injuries anywhere. He drafted perfectly in our league of record. Those players are all breaking out, and I know people want to make me the enemy this year. Let me point the finger over here to this guy. It would be much, much. I'm just hanging out, man. Do you want Mike to go back to back? It would be much worse if Mike wins. I would rather you win than Mike. But I'm telling you. What is that all about? You know what that's about. But I think your odds of winning are much higher than Mike.

1:02:46Mike Wright:Yeah, see? Look, I've already – I'm not going to say it out loud. I've already figured out all of what Mike's doing the rest of the season and how easy it is and how easy it's going to be for him to make the title game. And I'm terrified. Tyler, would you trade Cam? I'm just doing the best I can. Oh, shut the front door. Would you trade Cam Scadaboo for Amari and Hampton? Jason, you just traded for Cam Scadaboo?

1:03:11Jason Moore:I also mentioned that I think Cam Scadaboo was a good trade for candidate. The workload has been there. Last week was a super rainy game. He averaged three yards per attempt, but it was like a sloshy, you know, everybody's up at the line of scrimmage. The game was 12-7. That being said, he got 20 carries, four targets. He's going to get the work. You know, I think I'd take – man. Can we get a zoom?

1:03:41Mike Wright:Is there a slow zoom we could put on Jason?

1:03:43Jason Moore:I would take both. Let's do that in post. Both Cam Scadaboo and Omari and Hampton. Who do you decide? I will take them both. Would I trade Cam Scadaboo for Omari and Hampton? Thank you. There we go. Would I, if I had Scadaboo? Yeah. Yeah, I would. I would. You would trade for Hampton? I would trade Cam Scadaboo for Hampton.

1:04:03Andy Holloway:Oh, man. I know. The Herb Bros can't stop. I would do that. He is on an island right now.

1:04:11Jason Moore:I know.

1:04:12Andy Holloway:He is sitting there under the beating sun. I'm going to get you that whip so you can just hit yourself in the back over and over.

1:04:19Jason Moore:Yes.

1:04:21Andy Holloway:I'd rather have Cam Scadaboo. It doesn't feel great.

1:04:24Mike Wright:I think. I'd rather have Cam Scadaboo. I think the workload. But, man, that's brutal.

1:04:28Andy Holloway:Well, it's the workload of like, but the Giants offense is not going to turn around and all of a sudden be a juggernaut. Correct. the Chargers are not going to do that but if one of the teams is going to it would be the Chargers
