And we want to have a good time. And that's what we're going to do. But wait baby, let's go! We're going to have a good time. We're going to have a party. We'll be right back.
46Kronan has become new, silver. The new one has taken over the trotter. Yes, it's a fact. It's a bit of a report. Yes, so we're going to talk about a little bit of a report. We're going to talk about a little bit of a silver. A little bit of a silver. And then a little bit of a trades. Copper, oil. What do you have more in the palette? Uran. It's all. Oil, you mentioned it. Then we'll talk about a little bit. E-hotelsat, we'll talk about it. It's a new one. Europe's new one. angående det.
24Ja, men perfekt. Om plastindustrin och olika takes and how the market is there and how the industry thinks about how they use plastic etc. Yes, listen to the ones. We're going to go.
57We are sponsors of Robomarket so there I'm going to talk a little about ETFs. You're the new ETF-Gurun. They have a very big deal of ETFs on Cetra, which is the German tysk. They're hard to handle with the US. ETFs. You've talked a little about uranium. It's gold. Exactly, the HAN ETF. The one is actually good. You have gold. You have SLV in the USA which is the most-handling instrument in the world. It's of course silver ETF on Cetra. You have GDX. GDJX is in the USA. You have rare earth ETF. It's ETF on the most. On all. There you can handle with ISK, with a value of a konto. In Tyskland is it euro.
45It's super-smid. There's no value of a gift. You don't have to go away from the onödial money. If you want to sell the US report, then you have a value of a dollar. Then you can go long on ISK. You can even go short if it comes a bad report via RoboMarkets. Exactly. You can also spawn in TradingView, which is a system that you can use for a trade. It's really smooth. You can handle it in charge. You can put stop loss in charge, etc. And if you want to kode, you can do it and try to do it. But especially now when there are other things like like raw products and so on, so is TradingView very good to look at them.
27There are so many products here. Yeah, I just sit down and sit down in Silver chart. We sit down and play in here on the evening. It looks like it was on the evening that Silver does it most. and then it's perfect to have TradingView. Tillgängligt. So, if you have not a Rob Marks account then it's really time to set it up and get a discount on both dollar and euro. Stort tack! But, come on. Investing in your risk and it's not a chance that you'll get back your investerable capital.
02We'll start with the report. I have handled Atlas today. I handled Aleima today. Aleima came in sämre. It was down to 10%. It's not so normal. When Lundberg always stands on bid there, you got in with a good self-sufficient atlas. Everything came in worse. You sold on it. The kurses went up. It's not going to be super easy. It's about to go down. It was the important part of the details. It was completely okay atlas. Then they were going to go down a little. It's about to go down all the way. I looked at Xvivo. I was up to 10 % tomorrow. I was very impressed with this transplant. and then they had a conf call on the afternoon and then they were down to 20 % when they said that margin didn't be like good under 2026 and with Q4 if I'm going to get it right so is it not any bad estimates then it's a conf call you can't just sit and sit and sit and sit on the desk no, vissa companies are darlings some ATTAS and vissa companies are not it I've been looking at Essity for the week there has been a chat about that they must come up to their margin Marginalmål, marginalmål, marginalmål.
Han fick äta gräs sen till min lycka. so that it feels like it's more and less physical people that are on the market it's ETFs, it's Algos and the other so it feels like it will be more and more galenskaper and more more than the other Epiroc, which strolled 7 % up the one fell down on the report and if you want to talk about the numbers you want to talk about the rubriks you want to talk about the report you want to choose your strategy when you talk about the report and if you look at Atlas I think that the report is up in 3 or 4 and no one has gone up.
08It's like that Atlas always goes up. It's better. Yes, they have their AI-exponering. But many of the markets are around the report. You can't buy up expectations, estimators, so you don't have them. So it goes down under the same report-day. Then it's often that the other actors pass on because of the liquidation is good on the report-day. Yes, so I'm looking forward to many of these blanked companies. I saw that Truecaller was out with, they came with a vinst warning before jul. Now they came with a better vinst warning. It was a new tactic. It was still not rapport. The kurses went up much.
48I was on skid in the helgen or in the fredags. So I didn't handle it. Then I didn't stalled it like that. But many of these pressable companies, we saw Bones Support also, it doesn't need much for that they should lift. And then the question is how long-siktig the whole thing is. It's still a lot of big companies and the small companies are the mind. It's a small company, it's a small company, it's a small company and maybe AP-fonder or something like that. So they take their own exposure to small companies that they might have to do. Tvärtom, can you think. Are you looking at some reports? Is it the USA?
27ETFs? Do they have to report? Or does it work? I have a new ETF. I'm sure that the Mag7-rapportes are spännable just because we see the rotation of value and rawvaror. But especially my focus is on rawvaror and rawvaror. So in Sweden, Lumi, Boliden, it's interesting. In Sandvik saw we mining-tunnel. It's not so hard that Epiroc and Sandvik will go well in this gruvhåsen, I think. Exactly. And there you see that Capex in mining-sector is on the way up. So, it was the first day that it was a stop in the end.
34It's a lot of people who have burned themselves on the upside. It's an enormous amount of$300 million. It was a$300 million in the end of the silver ETF. Some of them went long, some of them went short. It's an extremely big focus. And the mining company, the ones who take up silver, they don't have any more in the house. So this is a different game than the mining company. I sold my last heckler yesterday. It was a good race from 1995 to over 30. Over 30 I got the last 25 % of the ground. So it was fantastic. But as you said, if silver prices were left over time, then they would print money. It was a lot that it was completely wrong, but it's true that Q4 that comes now, then it's a 50 % because it has gone so fast so it will not show all the numbers we have today no and the report will be good if you say it was 50 % but Q3 will be 70 % or 80 % Q1 so they will print money but I sold my heck for it is a It looks like it's a squeeze.
56It looks like it's been a big squeeze. If you want to understand why how the raw value works, it's a little bit from the market. The market crash down. The raw value crash up. And it depends on that it's a underweighted to use. The output can actually take a stop. And here, we're going to get into derivatives. And then it's like that the terminer on the raw market often deals with contango. That means that the terminspris is higher than spotpris where the raw market deals today. For that in the future you have cost of carry called it. And it's laggier, it's insurance, it's alternative cost of rentor, it's leverans cost of and so on.
49And then you take a high for it. normalt sett då så handlar och det kallas för contango när terminspriserna är högre än spotpriset det normala då men vi är en akut efterfrågan eller om marknaden sniffar till sig att det kanske finns faktiskt en brist i den fysiska marknaden då stängs den här spreaden mot spotpriset, mot terminspriset alltså contangon blir mindre och skulle det rent av gå åt andra hållet att terminspriserna handlas lägre då kallas det för backwardation And when the market goes back to the day Or if the spread of the day Then it signals an acute Fysisk brist In the fysisk market And when the market skriker I want to have silver And we want to have it now Not in a month and I pay premium for it Nej, precisely So can you see in vissa akties When it comes to the end of the day That the end of the day is over a short period Exactly Exactly, and in the actuality of the day, for example, in VIX-terminal, for example, for a crash.
51And then it has crashed down. VIX has crashed up. But in the other way, there are the absolute risks that are in the absolute risk. And it was the most special thing in the corona, with the oil, that there was a physical supply of the oil. For there was a crash at the other point. It was because the price was under the oil. Yeah, exactly. People could not buy oil. They were able to pay for that. For that slippa cost of for var Exactly Now it was in a term When it was a leverance Exactly And what you see is That the market in silver Now has a skew As it calls it Now it's flashier Yeah but it's a higher On the upside So it's a positive Skew And it's that you're afraid of a scenario where it's a squeeze for it's not to be with a silver.
53But GME was a little bit like, but then it was a different thing. They had blanked more than what it was. But then it's the same problem. How do you do with the leverances? And if you look at Boliden, they have a strategy to never hedge their prices. so you can think why hedge aren't at the price of their company when they're so high here but if you're a producer and your gruva would be a problem it would be a stop then you should deliver silver that you don't have then you must go out to the market then you can go up the price of the price and then you have a form of trading situation and then you have also industry-spelare that uses silver and you have so-called-share that just will guarantee what they need for the use of the solcells or something else.
43For silver uses a lot of industry to different things. To skill from gold, for example. So it's very interesting to see what it's done, when it's done, how it's done. I'm a little short for silver. It's a bit more for a cool trading. I think this can be miners' year, that we haven't even started. If the price is going to hold here, then have mining-belg very much to take up. If silver is going down a little now and the miner-comer, then I think it's a fantastic price. I have a great price for Vizsla Silver, GoGold and many of these companies. Yes, because if the price is going to 30 % here, it's back to where we were for two weeks ago.
24And it's still fantastic price for miners. And just thereof, I sold my heckla of it because it's sentiment driven now. and what you should remember is that in silver market or in the world there are other interests. The state has an interest in this. So, the world can increase margins and they can do it quite real. Hittills did they do it for the year, but it was quite mild. And it has not worked all. It has not worked all, but it can come a way to increase it. It was so that if you had to squeeze out the hunt-brother on the 80s that they tried to take a corner in silver market when silver was precisely going to be then it came from a state of view to increase margins now so they were not able to to buy a private person to buy out that they all take a loan and buy more silver you think that Robin Hood canceled the deal it can be so but it also it also has other interests for the industry that it must have to be it can come a such thing at both sides And it can also be the scenario I've been told about that the physical leverans, if the market is not going in in backwardation, then it can be a squeeze on the side.
39So, it's also a lot of ingredients here for that all the bulls and bears can't get it so much so it's the last time they handle anything. Yeah, then it's hard. We mentioned here that we're short. I'm going to go for a spotty, in all of a way to jämførel with what you want to do with longhäckla.
25He has done up 1 ,5 % of the global silver-outbud. 12 million ounces had he been bought here. And some other metal. It's many. It's just to gratify all silver bulls. I've talked about this here so long. If you want to make a YP Morgan and it's just a little bit of and papers and like that. It's very cool with action. One other take I had was It's a new year, 17 February to 3 March It's like it's completely different Synes on the metal in Asien In the natt It crashed a little in the USA From 115 to 102 And then when you wake up So it's up 6 % 7 % In Asien For there are still It's a whole To all gold, gold, gold Metal, all the spare There are a whole different Historian Jämfört with Westland So Inför the new year I think people and will take home the winst.
22Then it will not be handled by the Chinese market. If I have heard that. Yes, it is a good tech. I think it will be a good one. Under 20 % in two days. It is not weird if you look at the wall in silverpris. If it can go up on the way it has done, it can go down also. Yes, absolutely. That is silver take. I will do a schysst list with silver. and for the sake of waiting for a correction and then buy them, stäng my korta take the money to fly around then I think I'm going to continue on the raw market that it is that it is other raw products that have the same for the reason for squeeze for example energy raw products I don't think I'm not now it's a little bit of a worry it's why it's looking up today it's a strong it's been a little bit of a year It's a big deal of money.
19Exactly. So it's a high price of oil. Then it's a little over all over the world. I think that oil companies are very cheap. I try to find out that oil companies are very cheap. I've mentioned that I'm in Longdom Auxy. Warren Buffett also. Have the ever gone up now? You're the one that has been done in 200. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. and Valero in the USA. They're in the raffinerian on Gulfkust. And then it's Gulfkust in the US. The American coast as it's called. Gulf of America. For they have had problems. They are not been because of the Venice and the raffinerian goes better on that.
06They are more effective and produce more and give more output. And it was very many years since they had to go to the oil. And now I think that the oil that Venezuela pump up today, will go to the mix that they need. And it means a better price of the oil. So I think that it is... And it will he have to midterms. And it will Trump fix to midterms exactly. So that it will be a better price of the oil. They think I'm very interesting. For their marginal would be better. Absolutely. And it's not a play on oil. For them don't play a big role. It's like input, output. And uranium has we've got to do this.
45here. The market is very skev. A special market. And the HAN ETFs, Sprott ETF. We got a question on Twitter why it was under. They decided to try to 1 billion dollar more in the market. It's a trust for a more Iran. And the one went down in a form of a loss. Or that they tried to get a rabat. No, they tried to get it when it was a little premium. So now it was 1 % premium. And the one was still in the end. It has been a slumrende To be able to do it It's not important Think about it You're on a You're on a You're on a You're on a I think Many of you Hänger on Yashcon And say Why are you not Sack at our supply I mean I didn't I didn't I didn't It's on I don't I don't I think You can You can You can You can You can You can You can You can You can I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm
11I'm We're sponsored by Avanza. It's the lead of investing platform with over 2 ,2 million customers. This week we talked about their functions when it comes to the report period. For the week we talked about their AI-sammans. It's very smooth now when it comes very many reports. Both on the morning, afternoon, afternoon, afternoon, evening. They come all the time. Yes, it's raining in reports. And then it's so smooth that you go in on the website. antingen på hemsidan eller i appen och sen går man ner till rapport och sen när man trycker där så finns det en AI-sammanfattning och den plockar ut det positiva och det negativa och det är ju väldigt bra för att få en överblick.
51Ja men precis och sen längst ner i AI-sammanfattningen så har de ju även att man kan lyssna på ConfCallet och det är i samarbete med det svenska bolaget Quarter så då kan man lyssna både på ConfCall eller klicka på den fina knappen Q &A för det är oftast där det intressanta kommer och inte bara att de står och that you can't handle the numbers in the report but there are also the questions of the analytics. Exactly, and this is often a follow-up. After the report has been released and the actuals have been handling so it can be found out of the report. And then there are questions that are out of the report in relation to the report that we also have to come in on that it is a forward-click estimate.
26Exactly, so the can you get in if you click on analysis so you can see both on the year the 12th and the Kvartal so can you see what it is for the numbers that are expected. If you come to the report, it's good to write down. So it's good to write down the numbers. For then it's what the actual course is. The expectations are. Exactly. And then it's just that if it's worried about the estimate that it might be written down, so that's kind of a question can be written under ConfCall. And here you can get all information to click on under an click. For example, here on the over-click, when you click on the report, and then it's ConfCall.
59Yes, exactly. And the last tip is their forum Placera. It's often in the mindre company. If it's not any analytics that follow, it's often small spars. I often call it a lot of time. It's not going to be anything in there. First on ball. Yes, something on the ball. In some companies it's a very big activity. Then you know that it's a big deal. Or a lot of things. It's a little bit there. I think it's a good input if you look at a new market or how it's in a small spars. Exactly. In many of the forums there are people who have a source. Um scholar asks for votes that an under a regard that returns to some media bloopers.
00DAVIDrias is a illос Then it would be good to go in on the forum and see what the next trigger is. What the people expect? What the market is? It's really valuable. Exactly. So, all of us are available at Avanza. It's just that you use Function Rätt and they're going to use new functions all the time. Stort tack Avanza! But, come on, investing in your risk is not going to be able to get back your investment. What do you think about the US?
54In other countries with a little bit more risk, then you can take over the market. It can be a far way to price increase in some countries. Then the government will be more and more. It's like the world in the world. Or in the worst case, they can take over the market as it was in Venezuela. Yes, and it has been seen in America historically. I don't think that the risk has gone down in America now. for Monroe-to-prin and we're all in the interest of the USA in Sweden. And we also see a high wind in America because of the bull in America. Tigo goes as a tóget, many of the sydamerikansk banks are going as a tóget.
33It's a capital-flöde in in America again. And if you look at the last election, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela has no vote, but it will be a vote there. And it will be a high-svang.
01Ja men exakt. So, kronan is super stark. The winner of it is Rusta, H &M, Kjell & Company, all of these companies that buy in in dollar and have intäkter in svenska kronor. Flygbolag, Norwegian, Finnair, for sure it was it SAS. But the most of the company are exportering and then if you have not a value of it, then you get less intäkter when you have a strong krona. We talked a little earlier about ska man valuta hedge, hur ska man göra?
What do you do? What do you do on the Swedish Kronan? It's like it has gone very fast Are we new in Schweizer-frangen? Går we one-on-one now On dollar and Schweizer-frangen? No, it's not It's very long On the other, on the other, on Schweizer-frangen But It's a over-vict On the USA It's all that we see I think I've read it At the last time I was on record-niveau how long the world is in the USA.
12So it's on a high level, allocerings-messing. So just to go back to a short-term or normal level, so there's a lot of left to leave the USA in capital-flödet. And before we've gone through the history of the trend - before we don't talk about that dollar has to be reserve currency or blah blah blah or Brazilian or soja - Böner, Johan. It's just a bit of a fork, but it's not a thing. It's not a thing that we sit on Johan. So, it's not a thing I'm not worried about. And I have a hard time to see
51outlaws sit there and look at the smorgosbord of the value in the world and think that the kronan is safe haven. No, now we have it's our own. It's not that we can take away from the svensk. Vi gasar, Europa gasar, vi klubbar budgetar, investare i försvars kranen är öppen och dann is plut substit τι e pitta i investement د jeter maybe still interested una chance notch gasoline exakt meter This winter rim metal st Теперь
Vi behöver ha in mer stater i ägarlistan. Det är väl klart att det hade varit superkul om tyskt försvar ville gå all in på franska satelliter. but in the support it will also be a own communication with own satellite, with own kryptering for if we are going to be a spy on the north so we can't do satellite communication with them and I feel like it will be it will be difficult if we have 28 different satellite leverans it will not work, so it will be a hybrid system, we have a big and then we have all They have to do their own for their own For their own And EUTELSAT is They are the most famous leader In the ID-program It's the ones that have a veto on everything And then it's HAPPIS HIPPASAT So C is the big one The satellite EUTELSAT does Leo network And then it's Spanish I don't know how many of you are talking about it But they do everything on the mark All that And they talk about the satellite And there is EUTELSAT teknisk ledare och har veto på alla beslut och där är ju Tyskland med och finansierar också så de köper nu satellit till sig själva och är med och finansierar en stor del av Iris 2-programmet så jag tror väl att hela det här med kapprustning med satelliter och rymden i USA än så länge ska man nog bara vara glad när det kommer ordrar alltså att trenden faktiskt är här det är för tidigt att säga liksom de tog en extra order där eller de tog en order där I think that even so long Is it a boat that will lift all the boats And I saw that Blue Origin He was also He was also going to carry Leo Satellite So it really is in time And some will be superpowers But just now is it just a trend On the whole of the tema What are some of the new cases Or indexes on high What are you looking at Just now is it is short silver and long oil I think it's going to happen to Iran.
30And the oil ticked up. And I think it's going to happen if it's going to happen to Iran. Then it's going to be going to be going to go down. I see that it's going to be fine. But under a time, it can be a geopolitical worry. It's a hormussund. Now it's in the US, Lincoln, American air carrier, there, right down below Gulf, or Oman. And it's a pretty good for Homo Sunda and so, that they don't want to stop it. Yeah. Yeah, but it's like we had the tulldip, now index on high, and the report is pretty bad. So now it's a focus on the report, and then it's a little bit more focus on index, and then we still have this so high up.
19Yes, exactly. In the normal case it used to come a backsmall after Davos. Now it's like that backsmall became Davos. All of them were worried. And then it was a long-term suck after Trumps talk. There I was about Macron's soglasögon. He had a feeling that they saw the end of the end. So the action went 500 % for four days. So it's like next level. You can't just garve out the bell. I thought they were a little tjus. I was sorry. So, yeah Is it anything more? Or is it a week's fill and kill? Nej, but we can talk about We must talk about that Grönland came It was a deal A taco Yeah, a little as usual And then the price went up Precis And it was we before the podcast It was a deal Yeah And it was just It was just a poll of market Nej, but a week's fill It's probably going to be That the report period It's coming a lot Killen has been Of the intradas-rapporter There will I probably take a little bit of a while and act a little bit later than first.

19Min feel is of course that the silver is long and that you are long. Via Häckla. And my kill is... Every day that you go to Iran is just a bit worse and worse. So I think that Westworld should step up. I hope that Europe does what they can do for help too. Yeah, really. Then you can contact us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Philokillpodden at gmail.com. And then if you listen to it, then you'll come to an interview with Nexans VD. Precis, listen to it. Super interesting. Interesting business, interesting story. And when they're ready to gas.
59And today we have with us Ronnie Turnquist, VD for Nexam Chemicals. Welcome to you. Thank you. And for those who haven't listened and haven't listened to Nexam Chemicals since then, So we can maybe draw his pitch what you do that makes plastic so that plastic is being used in application where it doesn't have been working before and so. And also a background story on what you have been doing before. Okay. I'm Ronnie Turnkwitz. I've been working as a VP for Nexam for two and a half years. I've been involved in the company both as a consultant and a salesman since six years. I have a background as a technician in plastic and composite material.
35I've been working on it long since the 90s. I worked in the Schweiz in some years before I moved to Skåne where I was today and worked on Nexam, which is in Loma. What we do is, Nexam produces additivt to plast, which makes plast better and more sustainable. So we do things that increase temperature on plast, or use impossion with gold
09PATHS But use plastic to cleanest properties I mean habits It's called reactive recycling. It's all that you can use. You can use a lot of plastic to renovate it. To make it stronger and better. So you can use it again to different kinds of things. Exactly. To make more advanced things out of the plastic. Than what you could do. You've done a spännable journey from a little company to where you are today. Can you tell us a little bit about the history? and what are the most important things for today's industry production? Yeah, it started with a research company, as you said, with very special products and patents.
55In principle, no sales and many ideas and people are very good. The first big change was in the process of plasticology that can deliver special färger to plastilverkning. and especially when you managed to combine Nexam Chemicals the original technical ideas with their product resources and industrialize the products and come out like the industry. And that did you do via the forvervet? Yes, via the forvervet. And this was like 2017 to 2020 was the process. And then under the following years there so had you a very big increase especially in addition to strukturskum. and then has Nexam continued to keep on with it.
44But under the whole time we were really hard to develop this area of improving the cost of building. It was a vision of some very good people who started to drive this. We had a pretty low amount of in the area. And now under 2024, especially under 2025, the amount of kunders and the store on the affair The market has grown very quickly and has a very, very strong dynamical development. So it's very exciting for us just now. Yes, for the Atervunnen Plast has been a flug, I would say. But it's been many companies that have been tried. What are the ones that make you get the big contracts to grow?
24Where the other actually falls off? Yes, I know, our own concept in it is that we sell concrete solutions that can be used in the everyday industrial industry, so to say. And that in the system stop the additive that makes you really can improve the plastic. Then it's extremely concrete and you can do something about it here and now. So you can solve a challenge for the customer to meet both the economic and the technical and the material based on plastic, but very small materials that you can stop in in the facility. I think that's the difference. All right, you don't need to invest in new machines?
10No, exactly. The customer can go on with the process of the equipment that you did before. So it will be less cost? Yes, less investment and less trowsk. That's how you can get along with it. Just it. And this technology has been working on for a long time. What is it that the market is now? What are you seeing? niej turnば um I A-Kinder boost or to move this? Are it in happening after them? It's more of a heavily driven profit thank you to Bard Atérocrans in plastic - Mighty, plastic ici at best It has evolved regulators, także from that state I wanted to well look better look better that it should be better.
56And then it's also my end of the consumer who wants to buy more and more products and so on. So it's all those things together and that's what makes a drive-up of an increase in the water-vunnen plast. And that we have had a close-up in the environment that we have a solution that actually combines that you can make a cost-effective solution with water-vunnen plast samtidigt som man förbättrar produktegenskaperna. Just det.
It's a mognende industry to use to use plaster. It's a way that you've come and started to use plaster, but maybe you've been able to use the most beautiful material. It's extremely well-sorted and low-prepared material. To look at how we can use the larger material to something avancerous. It's where we help you to increase the material. Okay, and then just 2026 has been quite intensive as the rest of the world.
28Absolutely. It has been a start with new things. Here on the week flagged it for a distribution in the USA with Palmer. The USA is the big market, I think. I would say that in the return of the return of the USA is not the return of the return. In the return of the return of the plastic is about 9-10%. and it's about 20 % in Europe so it's very much the most the most most of the region maybe I would say Nord-West-Europa Holland, Belgium, Tyskland Frankrike, Spain exactly have come along with this and also Japan, China Indien are also very big steps forward but USA is also a very important market and that is primarily driven by to get to of the cost of using spill, for example, and to send it on landfill.
23It's better to get to get to the materials and get to use their own products. It's a strong drive-kraft there. And the end of the end is a strong drive-kraft in the USA, too. That many of the USA will buy a sustainable product. Just it. And how do you do that? Do you want to buy a sales organization in the USA? We've had a agent in the USA under three years ago who has tried to see this on it and has started a very interesting pipeline but has not really come to to some more sell-sales in the segment. So we must be much more geographically spread out and be in principle to talk about relevant plastic industry.
03And then we should be a little bit of a own organization which would have been very cost-sales and taken quite long time. Instead we have decided to work with a distributor who has a speciality and sell just additiv to plastic. And while we started to evaluate them and thought that this could be a good partner they contacted us and they had seen our additiv and thought that this was a perfect match with what we already have. So it was really good together. So we have a lot of hope that it will be good. Just it. And now it's a lot of time and volume in recycling. So it's going to be a good time.
39When did this time begin to be seen in the last round? Yeah, exactly. We've had a lot of time, we've got to be open. The last three years has our kunders slut market tappated fart. Trots that we've had a strong investment in recycling has top line led to a little bit flat. Just for that the konjunktur has been? Yes, for that the specific konjunktur that has to do with the structure of the skum has been weak because of the wind power in Europe. And North America has had a very weak development. Ah, okay. And for that the elements land in the third level of the windcrafts-to-work. So, that's why it doesn't happen anything with us, but recycling cement has been fantastic.
29And we see that both the windcraft market, the färg, general connectivity, if it doesn't get better, so it's at least on a certain level plan. And if we continue to grow in recycling, we have to say that we have said, and double it in 2006 jämfört with 2025 then it will be seen on the last one and then maybe you can see it in the next one structure yes, it does you do and it is always important when you're in a business that you have more than to stand on and in your business what is the risk of the the biggest risk the biggest risk I just now is that we don't want to convert all the customers and projects and opportunities to affairs enough quickly.
24And that's what we're going to do to try to avoid. We want to gas on now when the air is warm. So, more sell? More sell. Stänga more leads. So more, what should I say, because it's a very technical business to business so it's a strong tool to sell the customers and to the customers who meet customers and directly to customers, maybe via digital ways and come with what it means for customers and tell them about an interesting chemical so if they tell them about this type of plastic, so they can do it on this and this way and to achieve the following egen you just now have a new mission 50 million kronor for that to accelerate what can you do after the mission we were already We've worked with it for a long time now, for several years, with the recycling market.
38But that we've done all the time on egen-tjänate money. We've set to to hold a balance of cash flow and invest so much we can to grow in the recycling. We know that it will be big. But now when we've got product market fit, it's going to say that these products work, the kunders will be able to buy, and the case is holding, and the more and more, then it's warm and it's time to be able to get it. So it's why we're doing this new mission now, for the reason to be able to focus on this investment. Just it, and you plan to go to sell-kår, production, or new markets? Yes, exactly. We have a relatively good global market, but small team, but we have all the world.
29What we can do is to develop digital communication and producterbjudand. To make producterbjudandet more understandable for our customers and presumptive customers. To come with the background that makes it easier to understand why you should buy it. And maybe also help to take on data and so that the lead time from that you are interested to do it in full-scale production will be a little short. So, we're all about that. And then we're all about a lot of customers, and we're all about a lot of customers. So, it's not all so much that it might be with an exam, if you say so, even since the start of the company, that it's a research-oriented product.
11We think that we have a very good product. Of course, we're going to tweak it a little bit for new challenges, but, in general, it's really about to get out on the market with what we already have. So all forms of selling for a stunger deals. Apropå stunger deals, you have very large clients. Stora aktører. So when a kund is going to test it out and decide to go full out, what is this volume we talk about? What can it handle on on a scale? How scalable is the affair when a kund is going to grow? and to go. Yes, exactly. In fact, we... Can we grow more with the customer? That we can absolutely do.
58We have two aspects of the answer. The one is that
07we inger 1-2 % in the customer's reception. If they are going to bombastic volume, it's still not so that it's super-stora volume for us. So it's the one way that it's a very big deal of work, but we are a little number of it. And the other thing is that we have a pretty good skillful in our organization and factory. We can double the sale. Today, we are at 200 million per year. We could have to be able to buy 400 million without having to buy new machines or change the organization especially much. Of course we need more people who work on the golf and maybe a little more back office but a lot of small things.
53It's also why we say that we have all the way to the world for a lifetime of the world because we have, as I said, a neutral cash flow as it is in the day. But for every and the upcoming is about 35 % on the next row. So, the customer can double their production and they can get into it. That can we do. Then we need to get more machines. Yes, but it's a problem. It's a problem. We have a goal of getting so fast as possible from 200 to 300 million of dollars in the amount of money. That's of course a challenge but we will be able to get it. Yes, it was my next question if we look at the rest of the year of 2026 what is your focus as a VP?
35What should the market hold for? For to know about your plan and how we are going to. How we are going to? My focus as a CEO is to focus on how-to-market questions. How we should set up our questions. For to become more effective in the sales process. And to get more and more customers. That's going to be my focus under the year. I think that you should look at it. We'll keep up with PMs of new customers who sell like products that we already have, including recycling, even in other areas. Even in the Kvartals-rapport, we'll be able to improve how we talk about KPIs, how the track looks from the kund-intérêt to industrialization.
31so we'll try to be more investerar-vindling in our reporting on what's happening behind the corner. But it's especially the onset, the return of the segment and the number of customers and the press review around it. That's what I think you're going to be extra excited about. Spännable. And then we hope to get a follow-up. Yeah, it's going to be cool. Yeah, really. Ronnie Tarqvist, for Nextham, thank you for that you came to Phil &Killpodden. Okay, thank you so much. It's a cool thing that I got to be with. Thank you.
31we talked about a question about olive oil. Yeah, it's it. It's it. Over and out, so we'll see you next week in the report.
01Thank you.
