In short

A “Financial Audit” of two engaged partners who moved in quickly, combined finances, and are already struggling with trust, hidden spending, and repeated relationship instability. The host focuses on their spending patterns (especially gas-station/fast-food purchases), why they combined finances too early, and how “allowance/budget control” is being used instead of shared accountability.

Guests (backgrounds)

Virginia (26): Patient care technician at a dialysis clinic in Waco, Texas; earns about $1,400 every two weeks; says she’s on birth control (implant/shot). Tony (28): Field service technician for compressors/wind-turbine work; makes about $70,000/year but pays $1,800/month child support; has two kids (6 and 8).

Key claims

  • Both have a history of cheating and fast relationship timelines (multiple divorces; Virginia’s ex-husband was a military deployment marriage; Tony’s first divorce involved cheating).
  • They combined finances already (secondary holders on each other’s accounts) but Virginia maintains a separate account with about $600/month she says she can’t/doesn’t share fully.
  • Their budget discussions happen, but they don’t stick to them; Tony avoids checking balances due to Face ID friction and has overdrafted.
  • Virginia criticizes Tony’s “bullshit” spending while allegedly hiding her own.

Notable examples

  • Tony’s child support: $1,800/month; host notes his net is lower than Virginia’s.
  • Virginia’s hidden spending account includes frequent small purchases (gas station, fast food, Marshalls/Old Navy, PetSmart, Chuck E. Cheese, etc.).
  • Their communication style: “get cash and I’ll pay attention” / “anti-bitching fund” instead of joint budgeting.
  • Tony’s legal/divorce context: domestic allegations led to a warrant; he spent one night in jail before charges were dismissed.

This is the best drop Gamersofts has ever run. Link in the description. This is Virginia. I'm 26. And I'm Tony. And I'm 28. And we're from Waco, Texas. And this is Financial Audit. Hey, thanks for coming to Austin. Guys, happy to have you. I'm Virginia.

1:11What do you do in Waco, Texas for a living? I am a patient care technician at a dialysis clinic. Sure, I hope you make money. Do you make money? What do you make? I make$20 to$14 an hour right now. Okay, you didn't seem confident in that number, but then you gave a very exact cent. Yes, because we were supposed to have raises put in on Monday, but they didn't put them in yet. Well, what's it going to be? Do you know what you're going to make? I have no clue. How do you not know what you're going to make? Because they didn't tell me how much of a raise I was getting. Okay, maybe you didn't get a raise.

1:39So what is your, how many hours a week? On average, probably 44, but it kind of varies. Cool. What's your per paycheck pay? I want to say - Hopefully it's going up again. We just don't know how much. It's probably going to be like a 2%, 3 % thing. Yeah, I'm hoping for 5%. But right now it's about$1 ,400 every two weeks. $1 ,400 every two weeks. Good. So, Tony. I do field service on compressors and such. More trades related. Yes. Could be more money. Let's see. I make$70 ,000 a year, but I pay a lot in child support. And so my bring home is... Well, that was your fault. That's not your job. Your job's good.

2:22Trades are good. Yeah, that's all me. Why are you dumping loads, dude? Are you guys married? No, not yet. Are you going to get married? Yes. Yes, next year.

2:36How many times have you been married? Twice. Okay, you're 28. We're going to be... You're giggling about that. That would actually make me incredibly nervous. I've also been married one time before. What the fuck is wrong with you guys? You're 26, dude. Yeah. What the fuck is wrong with you? How have you guys been married this many times? I had a bad problem with thinking with my little head instead of the big one. Yeah. I don't get married based on a penis. I f*** based on a penis. I don't propose with my penis. The second one was I was coerced. Not like coerced, coerced, but like she— Oh, I was coerced except for, you know, I wasn't actually really coerced.

3:14What are you saying? She was pushing me and just— That's what you're saying. No. Yeah. Well, you got ripped into marriage? No. I was in a bad spot because of the first divorce. It was pretty short after that. It was bang, bang. Pretty short timeline. What's so short? Literally. Just a few months. Probably a month after it happened. How long have you been divorced since your last divorce? About a year. Okay. Are you guys engaged? Yes. Okay. That's kind of bang, bang again. How have you not learned this lesson? This is insane. Bang, bang. What is wrong with you guys? How long were you with your first?

3:50We were together for about seven years. When did you get married? How old were you? 19. Uh-huh. Oh, I didn't know that. I never looked at the timeline, so I never knew. Okay. How long were you with your second? About a year, the entire. We got married within four months of knowing each other. Now, why are you having so many kids? That was with my high school sweetheart. I guess you were together for a while. so it's that's ultimately what led to the first marriage why'd you get divorced I was cheating on her thought about killing myself

4:29this f***ing show you didn't know that nobody oh giggle about how you're giggling he's giggling about cheating on his first wife when you're about to be his third yeah I also didn't actually know that's why they broke up I knew they were cheating what the f*** you're learning about that now We were back and forth on each other for a little bit. I don't remember if you were. Tony, what'd you do? What was happening? I was just off working on the road. Huh? I was traveling for work. I was doing wind turbines. Lizards? No, no, no, no, no, no. Just Tinder going on dates. Because I would be in the area for three to six months.

5:08Oh, my gosh. But why didn't you just, like, try to do, like, open or just break up or something? You had kids with this woman. why didn't you like ask permission or something because i'd get it six months constantly somewhere i mean yeah i would struggle uh she definitely wasn't open to it um well did you talk about it no i like it no but either way even if she wasn't if she isn't then if you're a loyal husband don't how how often are you it only happened a couple times uh-huh how many years then that was like all right at the the end i went out on the wind turbines and within six months we separated What the f***?

5:47How'd she find out? This show in adultery. It's crazy. My Snapchat had my first and last name on it, and one of the girls looked me up on Facebook and saw our profile and messaged me. She outed you. Yeah. Yeah, you deserve it. Wow, what happened? We talked about it, argued for a while. Argued? Oh, no, I stuck my dick in another woman without your permission. Yeah. Is there really an argument to be had? It was more just like her yelling at me. Yeah. And upset about it. Not so much like an argument back and forth. This was two years ago, by the way. No. Based on. Oh, you're right. A year ago. No, this was.

6:26Bro, based on your timeline of how. Yes, absolutely. Based on the timeline of how long you're with your second marriage. And you said this was the end of your first marriage. You only had a month gap between them two. This is a year, year and a half ago. We've been together. I think I misspoke earlier. Okay, how long were you guys together so far? A year. We've been together a year. So it was just two years ago. Yeah, it would have been... Two years ago, two and a half max. 2021. What? No, that timeline does not make sense. No, that timeline does not make sense. May I? This is... I'm struggling here.

6:57No, you're just trying to make her feel like you're not going to cheat on her. We separated and we got divorced and then we got back together. You got back together and then cheated again? No, I didn't cheat again. Okay, hold on, hold on, hold on. You guys, you guys have been together for a year. That's you guys. One year. There was a, how long have a gap between you and, since you started dating her? Since you started dating her and your last divorce? There was a, I would say a four month gap. and we've been it's been more than a year now but it's just a few months maybe like a year and a half if that four month gap gotcha and you're with that ex for a year ex two one year there was a one month gap and you were with her for seven but that was we were separated for a while how long were you separated?

8:04I don't remember exactly come on That's what I'm trying to think about, but it was... Dude, you're with her for seven years. You've fucking cheated at the end, even with a little separation. There's only one month between this and then a year. There's four months before you guys got together. So here's the thing. I'm talking a year, year, one, two, two and a half years. We were separated for like a year and a half, maybe two years, because we went through the whole... We were divorced. Everything had happened. Why'd she leave you the second time then? She would never... She had started dating somebody else, and then he cheated on her, and so she came and started...

8:33Okay, I'm not questioning her. I was the other guy in that situation, and I didn't know it, and so that's when I left. Wait, she was cheating on him? With you? Yeah, with me. And so it really messed with me, and that's why I just jumped into the relationship with X2, and it was really just a rebound, but yeah. How many women were you with when you cheated? Come on. I think for sure one before we actually separated. You do not know. There might have been a second one before we actually separated. How do you not know? No, it's just a long time ago. Not really. It's really not. It was kind of a blur, and there was a lot right after it happened.

9:09At best, it's like four years. It's probably closer to three. Dude, the reality is she didn't even know. She didn't even know that's why you guys got divorced. She didn't even know. Dude, you're going to be his third marriage. He's going to be your second, and he lost his first marriage because he cheated on her with multiple women. What the f***? Why are you guys— Guys, guys, you met five months after his second divorce. The second divorce was absolutely crazy. You've only been together for a year and you're both going to get into your second and third marriage. What the f*** are we doing? Why are we doing this?

9:41So quick. When's your marriage? The date is October 2027. Yeah. Okay, you'll give yourself a little more time there. I can appreciate that. Thank you. You don't feel like a rebound? Honestly, no. Okay. I feel more like a rebound. Okay, so why'd you get divorced? When did you get divorced? I got divorced in 2024. The end of 2024. Okay, so like a year. But you've been together for a year. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You guys got together immediately after her divorce. Yeah, well, no, not after her. No. Because she got divorced and then she was dating another guy for a while. She had moved in. No, no, no.

10:22End of 2024, meaning like the beginning of 2025. You guys have been together for a year, which means at the beginning of 2025, if you guys got together a year ago from today. Yeah, we started dating in March of 25. It was like four months after your divorce. Okay, March, three months after your divorce then. Did I say the wrong year or something? You must have unless you're... She dated a whole other guy for like a year after the divorce. It must have been end of 23. Yeah, sorry. Yeah, end of 23. How long were you with that man? I was with him for two months before we got married. It was your typical military marriage.

10:57He's deploying. I had no health insurance. It was a win-win. I got health insurance. He got BAH and separation pay while he was deployed. We had a lot of fun and partied whenever he was stateside. Came back from deployment. It wasn't the same. What does partied mean? We just went out. Well, actually, we were kind of the party house. We threw a bunch of parties, a lot of drinking, just having fun. Yeah, they aged you 40 years. Probably. There was not really a connection, honestly. It was just having fun and then turned into a— How long were you married? Uh, two years. What the f - Why'd you guys get divorced?

11:35Uh, he came back from deployment. We kind of realized both that we didn't connect anymore. It wasn't a - I don't want to say a real marriage. We were married, but - Oh, yeah. There is no genuine connection. We had nothing to talk to each other about. So, eventually, I just, uh, decided to leave. Okay, you left. Yeah. Did he know? Did you tell him? You're making it sound like you just kind of walked away. So he was actually deployed. Uh-huh. And, um. Oh, come on. Yeah. Were you with someone before you broke up? No. Really? Really? Huh. Really? Wow. Wow. I will say I did entertain some people. What's that?

12:16What does that even mean? There was, there was one night where we were drinking. We went to Whataburger. There's a guy in the parking lot. My dogs were in the car. He came to say hi to the dogs. And then we ended up two-stepping in the, uh, the parking lot at Whataburger. and I was kind of entertaining him a little bit. What's entertaining him? Just talking. Okay, that's called talking. Yeah. Not entertaining. We were flirting back and forth on Snapchat quite a bit. Okay, you sent nudes. Yes. Okay, so you cheated. Great. Dude, this f***, everyone's a cheater. I'm just convinced at this point everyone's a f***ing cheater.

12:52Guys, just go open. People don't vibe with open, that's okay, then don't. Then break up or stay together. I mean, I did actually have that conversation though about being open. It didn't work. Well, there you go. Yeah, you still sent nudes, so you cheated. This is true. This is true. How many people you send nudes to? Just him. Just the one.

13:11Both of you, second and third marriage, both cheaters. Why are you confident this is going to work? I mean, I know I've changed and the feelings... From a couple of years? Yes. Okay, how long of a gap between seeing that other guy you talked about? That was a rebound that definitely did not end up a rebound. How long was the gap between him and him? Between X and... I mean, Tony? Yeah. Maybe a couple months? Well, that's why you feel like a rebound. Yeah, they broke up around Valentine's Day, and then we started dating in March. Okay, so it was not a couple months. My bad, sorry. It was like a couple weeks.

13:53And by the way, it's not like... Okay, so you learn stuff in a year? because I know what happened. I was reading over during that entire conversation we had, which we didn't know most of that stuff, but we do know what happened with that guy. He was living in a hotel, and he just fully funded his life. You let him in your cash app. You gave him access to your cash app. You were giving him money. You were just funding him. You can't tell me you learned your lesson. That was a year ago. It was a year ago. You don't know what the fuck are you guys talking about. Well, with that, I learned a lesson.

14:23Don't give a guy that's homeless your cash app? I don't know if you would need to learn a lesson. To not let people take advantage of you? To actually stand up for yourself? Set boundaries? That was a big one. Boundaries? Just not letting someone into your cash app? If we're on the boundary conversation with that, you're just a broken individual. Zero boundaries before this. And then I think going through that and funding him and kind of— Funding him? How much money did you give him? I couldn't even tell you. I know he didn't have a job for several months. I was fixing his resume and turning in the resume, applying to jobs for him.

15:03And yeah, right around the end, he finally got a job. And yeah, you take a guy where half his money goes to child support. Yeah. Because he can't keep it in his hands. Yeah. How much do you own child support? I pay$1 ,800 every month. What was your pay? $70K a year. Okay, now what do you actually make net on a monthly basis post-child support? I think it's$2 ,400 monthly. You make less than her because of that. What is wrong with you? Guys, don't... How old are they? Six and eight. We're going to be paying for this for a long time. You have any kids? No. God bless. Sounds bad, but I'm so glad I didn't have a kid with that man.

15:48Well, I'm sure you canceled the couple along the way. okay uh fuck okay so two kids you guys are good what the okay so what are what are we what are we what are we what are we you guys are here together have you combined finances please tell me no this point yes f*** you shaking his head yes guys you move so quick on everything you're gonna end up in another mess again at least we're waiting until 2027 to get married yes i am actually glad you're not doing the f***ing not, but you've already done the biggest thing of all, which is combining finances. So it doesn't even f***ing matter at that point.

16:26What are we doing? Getting a f***ing document signed that has a couple legal protections and tax benefits. Sure, that'd be great. But other than that, you guys can combine your finances. Your life is now intertwined in a way that would take forever to untangle if something bad happens. What do you guys think this will be the one? After you've popped out babies, you're paying for those. and after you just cheating on military people of course as always happens and you f*** other b****s when you're with a wife of seven years which is crazy by the way why is this the one

17:02no offense look at what life has done to you guys you look literally 45 and the eye bags that you have and discoloration around your eyes it's like you have f***ing cancer or something like something is like you guys have gone through death and you're not even 30 yeah I've been working hard a long time You had to pay child support. Yeah. And support him before I was on child support. Huh? I said, and I had to support him before I was on child support. Were you even fully divorced from the second before you met her? Yeah. Well, no, no, no, no, no, no. Of course not. Sure. So why do you guys think this is the one?

17:36I can speak for myself. And the connection that I have with him is so much stronger and so much better than it was. It's about a year. I understand it's only been a year, but I mean, we've been through a lot of shit together as far as figuring out finances together was really big. You haven't figured out finances together. You're on the show where I figure out your finances for you. This is true. So what have you figured out together? Navigating co-parenting has been a whirlwind. It is now good. It's a wonderful relationship between everybody. And then I guess moving in together, moving out together.

18:22What? Yeah. Moved out together? Yeah. So when we first moved in, well, we first started dating. I moved in with her and her friend. You moved in with her when you first started dating? Well, yeah, it was pretty quick. How quick? It was in July. How do you guys not learn a fucking lesson? That was like two months later. How do you guys not learn a fucking lesson? And the crazy part is in the beginning, him and I both were like, we've rushed it before. Like, we're not rushing shit this time. You've rushed everything. And then he moved in. He will literally put a baby. Can you have babies? He will put a baby in you.

18:54Are you on birth control? Yes. What kind? The next one on. That's a shot in the arm. No, that's the implant. Oh, right. Oh, that's kind of what I meant. Oh, sorry. There is a shot version. You're right. Yes. Okay. Well, that's good. That's like the highest effectiveness. Thank goodness. Okay. I will accept that then. Responsible. Well, yes. Basic minimum requirement with what happens between you guys. Because you guys literally can't control your impulses. Okay, so over a year, you guys learned how to do co-parenting, something that would just be required. Dating him, by the way. You guys moved in quickly.

19:26You guys are happy in the honeymoon phase, so that's why you think this is going to be a forever thing? I mean, I... Do you know your track record? Yeah, and that's a lot of why I wanted to push the wedding back and not... But why have you combined your finances already then? It's more so we do it through Capital One. So we have separate accounts, but they're combined. We're both secondary holders on each other so we can see each other's finances. But she has her own. Why so quick? That is an excellent question. I think back to what I said about which head I think with. Sometimes I don't always.

19:56So why did you let him move in so quick if you were both like, nah?

20:02He was struggling to pay his rent and his bills. and honestly we were hanging out. Wow, that sounds like someone I want to move in with me. It sounds like I'm dating a loser who can't figure out his own shit on his own so why am I supporting him? Yeah, but we had the discussion beforehand about his finances and what was hindering him from having that extra money. What was hindering him? Attorney fees. I was having to pay for all the divorce and all the other drama that she brought up with the divorce. What was that? She went and filed some charges on me for some domestic stuff. They ended up, it was all bullshit.

20:37She just made it. Was it? What did she say? Before we hear the conclusion, what did she say happened? She said…

20:46That I pushed her down or something. I don't know. I don't even remember. No, what did she say? That I pushed her down. Okay. She also claimed that he was drinking and driving with the kids in the car and specifically said that it was a michelada, which I don't know if you know what that is, but it has tomato juice in it. He doesn't really drink. I mean, he definitely does not like tomatoes. Tony. Tony, yeah. Yeah, no. I mean, don't get me wrong. I do drink, but it's not like a regular thing. Like, I might go have a couple beers. Why would she claim that? Because she was just trying to— She's crazy.

21:19Yeah. Basically, she told me right when we separated that I wasn't going to see my kids anymore, and that was just kind of an attack at me. Why would she claim you pushed her down? I don't know. Okay. And the conclusion? I had to go to a divorce hearing, and so my attorney told me that there was a warrant out for my arrest for it. Oh, you went to jail? Yeah, and so I went and turned myself in for it. They dismissed all the charges. Good. And so. It's crazy that you can get a, that like, unless you're like, well, no, I guess I would rather people get arrested before going through the whole thing in case people are violent, but it's so weird.

21:57Before you're even charged with it, it's so interesting to have to go to jail. How long were you in jail? I just spent the night. I went and. It's still crazy. Yeah, it's an interesting thing how that happens. Okay. So you hear a guy that had court fees for allegedly, and turns out didn't, but allegedly pushed someone down and drove drunk with his kids, and you're like, move in? No, see. We have different standards for people moving in with us. Yeah. You and me. Yeah. I guess I'm not sure how much of that situation I knew before you moved in. I don't remember. Girl, you didn't even know he f***ing cheated on his first one, and that was the divorce reason.

22:35Well, I knew that he cheated, but I didn't know it was the specific reason for the divorce. That's crazy. You guys are together now. You're together getting married. You already have a marriage date on the f***ing calendar. Yeah. Well, after being with a military man and understanding the separation aspect, I just assumed that it was, you know, distance. Distance doesn't always work for everybody. So I thought that maybe it was just he was gone for six months. She was at home alone with the kids, and she just didn't want to do it anymore. Mm-hmm. Give me your phone. I'm going to be real with you.

25:10Okay, so what's going on today, guys? As far as what? We have a... What's going on? Spending. Spend too much money, for sure. Okay. Who is Sussel? That's my brother. Okay, that's good. He's my best friend's husband. He's a guy I play video games with every now and then. It's been a while since we played games. Okay. Messaging not too many weeks ago with him on Snapchat with disappearing messages. Just seeing if, you know, things are living up. Why are you sending all this to him? That was one of my friends from high school. It's been a long time since I talked to him. Okay, it actually has been a while.

26:00That's fair. Your friends from high school? Jeez, I mean, you're sending interesting things to your friends. Yes. Okay, yeah, that was a while ago. Okay, let's not say friends. Come on. I mean, you guys are definitely flirting. Yeah, but nothing ever came of anything. Okay, let me see your phone. See if we're keeping up trends here, guys. if you're a few months into this I said I've discovered a lot of things on my phone okay see she this is why you can't listen to her say friends yeah yeah that's fine is that do we send friends that yeah like that was a full on booty cheek you know it was in fact a full on booty cheek huh said it was in fact a full on booty cheek yes that's what I said okay I don't understand why there's still why do you still have them in your snapchat well I mean it sounds like I mean that for what it's weird that's an older chat he saved that but what concerns me is the guy that she was just talking to a few weeks ago that she plays video games to us, she says, that's my friend who I play video games with.

26:57That's what's up. But if that's what we call friends, if we're literally sending full-on ass cheeks to our friends, that starts to concern me. You know what I mean? I agree. It is concerning. Just based on our history. Just based on our history. I'm not even fully alleging 100%. I'm just saying, based on history. What are we doing?

27:22Is that... Instagram? That's... Huh? We ride dirt bikes together. A friend. Yeah. Okay. Well, lots of memage. Yeah. To each other. Okay. Lots of memes. I mean, there's just lots of guys you are messaging in here. I'm not seeing anything inappropriate. Probably maybe a month ago because I was at home bored and I was like, I want to play... Yeah. I don't even know who you're talking about. Okay, he was asking when you were coming to an area. Oh, that's my friend's husband. Okay, I'm talking to your friend's husband a lot. Okay, okay. He sent me one message. That's okay. What's this paired thing?

28:06Oh, that's our relationship app. Why? It gets us talking a little bit more about what's going on in our lives rather than just... Are you guys struggling? No, we started doing that when we first started dating. Just to have different conversations than your typical getting to know someone conversations? Three different questions that it asks you every day, and they're just random, and you answer them and both see what the other said. Okay, so just based on our history, just based on our history, do we have any nerves? Cheater, cheater. I know that I haven't done anything. I think it's concerning that, you know, calling people friends, but.

28:43Well, yeah, if we're sending Ask Jigs to friends, and then you are talking to that gamer guy a lot. Come on. Right? I mean. No. No? I think I messaged him once and asked him if he was working. But you play video games with him. I don't really play games anymore. You just said, how is the story changing there? It's not changing. I don't play anymore. I wanted to get back into playing, and I don't play Call of Duty unless I have a friend to play with. My best friend works a 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, so she can't play with me while I'm off. He's a police officer so he works the rotating schedule so I never know when he's going to work so I have to ask him if he's free before we can hop on the game.

29:24And again, I'm not playing by myself. Your phone so far looks clean on Snapchat. I can't see the last time Tinder was downloaded but it is not downloaded now. I don't know how to say the last time it was downloaded but it is not downloaded now and I deleted it after we agreed to both delete I deleted my full on account until you guys went official right yeah okay I think we're safe are you not nervous because I would be nervous based on our history how quickly you guys move dropping loads and cheating you both cheat okay not nervous Okay. I think a lot of what makes me feel better about it is I've never had the desire to cheat on Virginia.

30:14Well, you've been together for a year. Wasn't it like seven years into your first marriage when you started cheating? Yeah. I would say right at the very beginning, there was a different time that that happened. But that was when we were still in high school. High school is whatever. It's different. And then everybody that I dated or entertained after that. Why do you guys keep saying entertained? I wasn't having a relationship, but I'm not sure how they felt about what we were doing. They probably all thought you were on the road to a relationship. Okay, so what are we talking about today then?

30:50You all have combined your finances. It's way too early in my opinion, especially with just how quick you guys move. So what's going on? Also trying to find out what she's got a whole separate account that she puts$600 into every month. that I don't get to see. Why? If we're combining to get, like, eyes on everything, why is there a separate$600 a month account? So, I mean, in the beginning, when we put all of our finances together, I think it was, like, maybe four to six months of us being together where we decided to have access to each other's bank accounts. I thought it was a safe idea to go ahead and have a little bit set aside for myself, and then I just never changed it.

31:35I asked her to see it and she just kind of brushed it off and changed the subject and said she'd rather not I don't I don't think you've ever actually asked to see it but He just said he did I mean it's just it's a lot of the charges on that account that I get mad at him for so Huh? Yeah so like the No no no what does that even mean? The like gas station fast food stuff like that That's my bad account where I just spend bullshit money. So backstory, she was watching the show first, and she was telling me how I was messing up on my finances. And so I started watching too. But then, you know, come to find out she was doing all of the exact same things and just hiding it from me while getting on to me for doing it.

32:23Well, would it make you feel better or worse that she literally, out of all the statements she sent, did not send us this statement? Why? We got a statement for everything. She says that she couldn't get it, but we'll all end screenshots. It told me specifically not to send screenshots unless it was some other app. Unless you couldn't get statements. I didn't see that part. Or something, right? I thought it was just if it was like a, what is it? Like afterpay or something? Well, let me see it. I mean, that's pretty easy, right? Yeah. Has this caused drama? A little bit, but I don't know. It's also, you know, it's her paycheck going into it, so I get that.

33:05It is, but if we agreed to go combine so we could all get eyes on it, if she has to get eyes on you, it's weird that she's hiding something. I agree. It's also weird that she didn't send a screenshot or something. This is$300. That's the one you put$300 in. That's from today. Okay, so she put$300 in today. But it auto, like, I have direct deposit$300 into that. So when you stop in Dollar General, get$11 of stuff, what are you getting? That was dog food and dog toys. But I used cash, and then I spent the rest on my card. Okay. Well, that also becomes difficult when things are in cash. It's hard to track cash.

33:42Kingwood Bows. What is that? I don't know. I did get a coffee the other day. Well, it looks like some kind of... It was a coffee and a breakfast bowl. I mean, it's$15. $15. Oh, it's$15. I spent$3,$4 at the gas station. Yeah, it was a bowl and a coffee. Well,$30 at Panda Express. But you're getting on his ass for a couple dollars at the gas station? $30 at Panda Express was for me and for him. I brought it home to him. Okay. That's still, I'm, like, I'll stop at the gas station, spend$3,$4 on an energy drink, or maybe$4 on some taquitos. You agreed to go to Panda Express. I ask you, if you want food, you say you want Panda Express because you don't want to cook anything, and I'm going to get home late.

34:29So I got Panda Express for both of us to eat. I don't know. Okay. $102 in Marshalls. Old Navy,$57. I lost weight. So I have to buy new clothes. How much did you lose? I think from the beginning, probably 30, 40 pounds. Okay, that's good. Congratulations. Thanks. Old Navy.

34:55Yeah, that's my paycheck. So$100 out there. Some PetSmart. I mean, it's not. I mean, it's. What are you getting at PetSmart? Some bullshit. I had to buy that big-ass dog a kennel. That's right. Or some bullshit. I mean,$20 a Chick-fil-A there. Some bullshit, some not bullshit. It's a mixture of both. It's a mixture of both. Yeah. Wings and more,$44. Farmhouse frozen yogurt,$22. Farmhouse frozen yogurt,$7. Chuck E. Cheese,$67. I had the kids that day. Uh-huh. This is ridiculous. It's a lot of bullshit spending. I had the kids and I was already in Brian. What was I supposed to do? Take them home?

35:34No, the thing that concerns... Yeah, there's a park right down the road. So I'm supposed to drive an hour back home, hang out with them at home, just to drive them back the same day? That makes no sense. There's a park right by their house, too. And we went to the park and it was hot. They didn't want to be there anymore. There's literally a splash pad. I'm aware of that. I tried to get them to play in the splash pad and they didn't want to. They wanted... That's why you're the parent and you make a decision. The thing that concerns me, though, is like if in the relationship you're railing on him for spending bullshit money, which is relatively fair, but then you hide your own, that dynamic just becomes kind of f***ed.

36:11It's a little manipulative. That was a weird way to say that. I mean, I don't—I bought him food. I went and hung out with the kids. Okay, that was one time. but there's lots of bullshit purchases we just went over in there. You don't have to spend$100 and whatever it was on clothes. Oh, great. None of you should spend money on bullshit. But the thing, well, okay, the clothes thing, she lost weight. Well, I mean, you do need clothes but you don't have to go spend$100. It's, it's, you know, it's Marshall's. It's literally Marshall's. $100 at Marshall's goes way further than if I just went to the mall and decided I'm going to buy jeans today.

36:48It'd be$100 for one pair of jeans. So what I'm saying, like that's, I literally got so many pairs of shorts. I got some tank tops, I think. Guys, that's not the issue that I'm bringing up. Why go so hard on him for spending money on bullshit? Which, again, I think that part within general is okay. But if you are hiding your money that you are spending bullshit on. I understand I spend money on bullshit, but he is at the gas station. That's not the criticism. The criticism is why do you get to rail on him for his bullshit spending when you hide yours? Because I feel like his is worse. Is that true?

37:17I don't think so. I think we're about equivalent. it. The gas station shit just really adds up. Really adds up. He'll be like, well, it was only$3. Yeah,$3 four times a day. Oh, I agree. That's bad. But why do you get to criticize that if you are hiding your bullshit spending? I mean, it's not like I'm hiding it on purpose. Who's the responsible one here? She is.

37:43As far as she's better at... I keep track of the payments when they're going to come in, when they're going to go out. So that's my little tidbit of responsibility. Okay, well, in the pre-interview, he called himself the responsible one. I would say of lately, but she's definitely been blowing money left and right, and I've been trying to do better. Just today we went and got McDonald's. What's the dynamic here? And stopped at the gas station. What's our communication around finances? We talk about it. We sit down and look at it, and we agree on a budget, and then neither one of us sticks to it.

38:21No. Oh. No. The last time that we talked about money, it kind of went more like that. But before we decided to like sit down and attack it 100 % together, it was, I refuse to open the bank account because Face ID takes too long. So he never knows how much he's spending. Literally will overdraft in his checkings account while he has money sitting over there in his savings account. And it doesn't make sense to me. If you have money, why are you overdrafting in your account? Oh, because my face ID takes too long. It's face ID. It's not that the face ID takes too long. It's that I drive a lot. And so if I'm trying to drive and check the bank account.

39:00That's where face ID literally comes in handy. The face ID, when it doesn't work, then it goes over and then you got to manually type in the password. And so that's aggravating and I don't do it. So you'd rather overdraft? I just don't check. That makes sense. Yeah. You know, I can't make it make sense. but it does happen and it is what it is. No, it's not. It is what it is. That's your lazy piece of shit. White literally never looks at the bank account. We'll never know how much money is going in or coming out or when. When she's looking. So that if you can spend it or not. Exactly. Right? See, that was my thing with my bullshit spending.

39:35I know how much is in the account and I know how much I can afford to spend. He doesn't look. He doesn't know. And the next thing you know, he's negative. She did an overdraft. That is true. negative something dollars. Why do I hear that? He doesn't look. You want to give him an allowance or something. Wouldn't that just be further enabling that behavior of him not learning? What is this you wanting to give him an allowance? So the conversations that we had were that he's better with cash because he'll keep track of how much cash he has because it's right there in his hand instead of having to open an app and use Face ID.

40:05So the idea was to let him have X amount of money from every paycheck that we get and we get paid opposite weeks. So it'd be four times. Why do you need her to be mommy? What the f*** is this? Can you not man up? Dude, you're older than her? And I was also supposed to tell him how much he's allowed to spend each time we get paid Why do you need mommy? I don't think that I need a mommy I just don't want to deal with it That's you needing mommy Why can't you grow up and be an adult where you have to deal with it? Because you have to deal with it You need to be a f***ing adult I think it just stems a lot from I made really good money for a while And just didn't have to look and knew that it was there Hey, guess what?

40:41Things have changed How long has it been since it changed? About a year now. Okay. Then why do you need mommy? I don't think that I do. I think I would just rather that she did do it. So that way I didn't have to. Is that how you want your marriage to be? No. No. Okay, then what the fuck are we doing here? Guys, this is why we take time before we go into a marriage, before we move into each other, before we combine finances. You didn't know this. You're learning it now on the ground. In the moment. You didn't even know why they got divorced, dude. I mean, come on. I'm trying to get him to be better.

41:15And honestly— Well, guess what? He just said he doesn't want to, and he wants you to control it. So what the f*** do we do with that, huh? Give him an allowance? No! You're literally just enabling his behavior. You're okay with that? Because that is you being mommy. At least it is a set amount that he can spend, and it's not just— Wow, you're okay with being mommy. I'm just going to swipe it. You're okay with being mommy. That's pathetic. How are you not embarrassed? At least it's his money, too, this time. That's embarrassing. How are you not embarrassed? He is a father of children. And you have to mother him?

41:46And you're okay with that for the rest of your life? Just in the finance area because he just doesn't look. I feel like I take care of most of the rest of everything else. What's that? Like taking care of the house and the dogs and all that stuff. He honestly does do more around the house than with the dogs than I do. Dude, dogs are easy. Yeah, but I'm not saying that it is a lot. This is financial communication. This is going to determine one of the leading causes for divorce in this country for the rest of your lives and temporary marriage. Hopefully not temporary. Well, I'm going off just the trend.

42:22That and another thing is, is in my previous marriage, it was, you know, she didn't work while we were together because she was taking care of the kids. And so the dynamic there was 100%. I was making the money and she was taking care of the finances and she handled it. She paid the bills and she just managed the money. So I was very accustomed to that from a previous relationship. And so I still kind of have that expectation. I went straight from that to having money and not looking and just, I had money. So I just swiped it and then I had no money. And so I just wasn't swiping. And then now, you know, I'm back to making money.

42:57Now you just want her to take care of you. This is so, it's so weird. I mean, I have in your notes that, well, I mean, you feel like you have to mother him. So, I mean, that's, and that's obviously as clear as day, but that you feel like she doesn't respect your opinion. What does that even mean? And even, why should she? If she has to give you an allowance, why the fuck should she respect your opinion? What opinion do you get to have? I think I have good opinions, honestly. Oh, this is a guy who won't even look at his own bank account. Tell me about this. About paying down our debt and, you know, trying to— I'm not—that's exactly what I'm telling you, is that we've sat down and talked about these things, and we've just not stuck to it.

43:47That it's not a matter of that we haven't tried, but we just don't actually try when we discuss it. I feel like before I was trying. And I did spend a long time of trying to actually better my credit, better stuff. And then I just fell off. Why? Just wanted to— Stop possess. It was just wanting to go party. Wanted to have fun. What is this you guys go party thing? We don't party anymore. He's bringing a party. Dude, you're 28. What are you doing going partying? Oh, it's not anymore. This was when I was working, like traveling on the road. That was all I was doing. That's so long ago. We're talking about today.

44:22Oh, yeah. Today, now I'm just recovering. Listen to your opinion. Because I'm still. What opinion? That we should pay down our. About paying off the debt? Like how we do that. You don't even know the finances of the house. You don't even know it. How can you even have an educated opinion? Because, you know, she went and bought a truck. Why? I thought you were the responsible one. Okay. So. I had a truck already. So it's not like we actually needed one. Okay, first of all, it was like four months into us dating. And he was like, oh, you can use my truck whenever. But okay. Yeah, then use this truck.

44:54dirt bike and I needed a truck to transport the dirt bike. Fuck off. He said you can use his truck whenever. I told her it was a bad idea. I was dating him for like four months. I cannot trust within four months that I'm just going to use his truck whenever I want and he's going to have no problem with it. That doesn't make sense. Even if not, my advice to her for that was you have a car that you just finished paying off. Instead of buying a truck, use mine and just put the truck payment that you're willing to make into a savings account. That way you have a down payment if something does happen and we break up and you don't have my truck or something, you know, for any reason.

45:30And then she doesn't want to do that. That's stuff like that. And then she doesn't actually listen to the advice that I do. You're four months in for what it's worth. So, I mean, but even still, it was probably, it was a stupid choice for sure. Yes. Definitely. How much for that ring? 120. Okay. So how do the conversations go then? A financial conversation happens. What's the topic? How does it go in this house? Mostly her bitching at me about spending too much at the gas stations. And what do you do? Tell her, get me cash, and I'll pay attention more. So it's actually, it's less of a... And I wouldn't call it an allowance.

46:03I would say that it's budgeting. His bullshit spending. Well, I wouldn't even just say that. I think it's his anti-you-bitching-at-him fund. I think that's why he wants it more than you mothering him. If you're bitching at him constantly, and it's his immeasurable whore to be around at home, Like, well, yeah, he may as well do the thing that's a little less freedom, but at least he doesn't have to listen to his wife. Recently, a jury ordered Meta and YouTube to pay millions for their role in designing and promoting addictive platforms. They knew their apps could contribute to anxiety, depression, and body image issues, but did not share those risks while prioritizing profits. The recent historic verdict underscores the consequences of those decisions. Now Morgan & Morgan is stepping up to hold these platforms accountable for the harm they caused. Click the link in my bio to take a short quiz.

Then it's like three times at the gas station. Take it. Be a man. take it. You were the problem. She nagged at you. Yeah. And that's fair. You know, I forgot my lunch. It's a I'm very, very forgetful. Every day forever. Literally so often. Yeah, it's a just it does happen.

What the fuck is wrong with you? I even bought a Keurig because I had a Nespresso machine, which honestly the pods, I don't know if you know, but the pods for Nespresso is expensive. Yeah, but it's still cheaper than going to Starbucks. So I went to Facebook Marketplace, found a Keurig for like$10, got that, have the pods. And she still gets coffee from wherever it is that she goes. No, my coffee is free. I don't ever pay for my own coffee.

49:36Well, I lied. I did pay for coffee the other day. Didn't we just see it? Yeah, we saw it literally. It was one coffee. No, but it was a breakfast bowl. Every time I get in her truck, there's some kind of cup from somewhere. Because somebody else at work buys me a coffee. Yeah, and if that, then it's fine if someone else at work buys you a coffee. Huh? I said more friends. Yes, all of my coworkers. I don't know. Yeah, I mean, you both are cheaters. Like, I would have a hard time. Trust him. I would. That's fair. Come on. A couple years into this thing, you guys are fighting about money. Yeah, someone's going to go stick it in or get stuck it in.

50:10You can literally look and see how long ago it was that I've messaged him. You can also go look at his Facebook account right now and see that he's engaged as well. That doesn't stop. It's weird that you know that and that y 'all still, you know, are on Snapchat. Because, I mean, we were friends. Don't get me wrong. There was like a weird little period where we were both flirting with each other and nothing ever... The guy you play games with? No, not... That's who you're talking to though. And you call him a friend. Oh, no. And we know what you do with your friends. No, I've literally never met in person.

50:42We're from the same... It doesn't matter. Your first cheating was sending nudes. I'm telling you. Would you be insulted if she sent nudes to another guy? Very. Okay. See, then you don't have to meet him. Then, I mean, I don't understand. I don't. I hope not. You guys don't have a good track record. I don't. You know, yellow flags in yours, no red flags or anything in yours. But again, I'm not saying you are now. But just based on what happened last time where you guys are, you know, in like weird marriages, things are going hard. You guys don't fix your finances. You guys continue to argue, push blame on each other.

51:13two years into this, leading cause for divorce finances. You guys are arguing all the time. Someone's going to get it stuck in or stick something in somewhere. I mean, this is, your guys' natural reaction is to cheat. That's what both of you did. It's like your natural reactions when things are not easy. You lash out by. I think that I feel a little bit like I've grown out of that. Maybe, but I doubt it. I mean, you're a guy with a penis. Yeah. You're paying child support and you're a woman with a pussy. Like, you'll want to get it filled. That's what happens every time. Like, this is not, that's your guys' past.

51:50What do we think our household financial score is today? Zero out of 10, or zero to 10, zero being the absolute, where's 10 being the best? Maybe a one, maybe a one and a half. I'll be generous. I'll go 0.5. Guys, we have revamped the Hammer financial score. If you've gotten it before, see the more accurate version now, CalebHammer.com. It is free, just takes a few minutes to take, and you can see where you stand in the world of money, where you're doing poorly, what you need to do to improve your finances and what you're already doing, great. And if you don't want to be like a guest who ends up on this show, guys, make sure to download the DollarWise budgeting app.

52:17Take the free trial. And if you like it, most people take the annual version because they save a lot of money and you get the physical version of my 30-day meal plan signed by me, mailed directly to you, and the digital version of our cookbook. Check that out, CalebPammer.com, DollarWise.com, all those links below. All right, guys. Let's see. I have a checking account first. That's rare. That means something's kind of... What am I looking at here? Capital One. Probably both of us. Is this the combined? That might be the combined one. I'm assuming it's the combined one. I have two checkings and two savings.

52:49And there's Capital One. Okay, see, what the fuck are we doing here? Why are we purchasing on Amazon if the account is negative? Why are we purchasing from the corner market$5.41? What is that? Energy drink? That looks like an energy drink. If the account is negative, dude. The account is negative. Huh? I wasn't looking. I had no clue. That's pathetic. Grow up. Stadium concessions were purchasing$31.50. Who did it? Probably both of us. Yeah. Probably beer at all. Well, hey, you're the looker. You're the responsible one. You were negative. Yeah. Negative. Yep. Why were you purchasing$32 from concessions if you were negative responsible one?

53:36Adult mother. We were at a football game, and it was really hot. Wow, that changes it. It was really hot. You can't bring outside drinks into a football game. Wow, so we should purchase what we're negative. I'm not saying we should have purchased what we were negative. I thought you were either responsible, and I thought you were a mother. Mother. If I need a drink and it's hot outside in Texas, I'm going to get a drink. You guys got more than a drink. It was$32. Probably some snacks in there. Probably some cotton candy or something. That's interesting. That's interesting how it slipped in for our hydration.

54:04The kids were with us that day, too, huh? I don't remember. Well, who purchased on Amazon for$51.46? Not me. Okay, why'd you do that when you were negative? Mother, responsible one, mother. Huh? That you're the one that looks at your account. No, no, no, no. Huh? This is connected to his card, so that was not me. This account is connected to his card. His card is not on my Amazon. That's all four of them. Huh? What the fuck? What am I talking about? Okay, we stopped and got an energy drink. That's you. Well, negative, because you won't look, because you're pathetic. Travel Center,$49.40. Probably guess.

54:42Was it? Huh? Probably guess. Okay. Amazon Prime,$8.11. Well, we're negative already. That was probably the subscription. That's the price. Tavern,$44.17. Something Tavern. Wasn't... I don't know what that is. Oh, great. Definitely food. You, the responsible one,$44. Well, negative. That's what pushed it negative, actually. What is wrong with you? No, that was the end of the negative. It's crazy. The payroll came in and it saved you. If it wasn't for that, you would have still been negative, but we're still doing bullshit. That's what he always lands on. Dude, what are you talking about? You did concessions, you did the tavern.

55:27I know, I understand. You did the Amazon spending. Sorry, the Amazon spending was$97.41. Like, what the fuck is wrong with you? That's while you were already negative. I'm just saying he lets it go negative and his thought process there. You spent while it was negative. How can you possibly push blame on this? I don't spend on his card. What? You just did there. Stadium and Tavern. That's not me. Amazon. He says he doesn't purchase on Amazon. I don't. Yeah, he does. Show me your Amazon then. But his thought process is I'd rather overdraft my bank account because there's no fees rather than spend on a credit card, which end all be all.

56:02You don't have the money. Don't spend the money. Thank you. In my defense, it is - offense. It is. There is no overdraft fees or anything like that. And so that's the main reason that I don't care. No, but you likely have a minimum balance fee. So this isn't possible. He's only had one purchase. And it's it was 1998. So these purchases were you. Maybe that was a bookshelf or something. We did buy a shelf. He has some work stuff in his cart. That's not work. So pull up your Amazon. He just got a 3D printer. Oh, okay. Don't purchase that stuff, you freak. I got the 3D printer for free. It was you.

56:49Yeah. Not for that amount of money. Yes. Okay, there was no other purchases he could have done that did that. That's a, what is that? Co-hangers and dog collars. Shock collar. We don't shock the dogs. They get beeped. We have six acres. I like the beep. The beep is good, but don't shock. Make sure you turn the shock down to literally, I think it's one's the lowest setting so that if you accidentally do it, because one, I felt one, you can't even feel it. Yeah, no, it's a, the buttons are very, very different and they have very good space between. Mountain bike tires, but you have 11 things in your car.

57:23Oh yeah, I have a lot in my car right now. I'm really bad about - Don't get that farmhouse kitchen bullshit. That's so shit. Batteries, that's okay. You don't need this - We almost ordered that - Spongebob shirt. That pantry thing yesterday. You don't need that Spongebob shirt. You don't need that SpongeBob cup. You don't need that SpongeBob shirt, that SpongeBob shirt. The SpongeBob violin. You don't need that queen set. You don't need that queen set. Fuck you. Fuck you. Nothing's funny. You guys are literally like on bankruptcy. Your bankruptcy will be hilarious. The entire internet will laugh at you.

57:52Your divorce will be hilarious. You're third. You're second. I'm just saying the violin would have been funny. No. And even in those situations. Why is it even funny? What are you talking about? Shut the fuck up. Shut the fuck up. Shut up. So you got some energy drink. Cash app out. Crickets. $37. Crickets. I don't even know what that is. Oh, that's a restaurant. Why do you guys go out so much? This is crazy. You got energy drink. Energy drink. Energy drink. Energy drink. Fatty smoke shop. Vapes. Who? Both of us. Both of us. What is wrong with you guys? There's always the f***ing hicks that can't control their spending.

58:29Just vaping their f***ing lungs away. Why? Why? Why do you guys do this? Addiction When did you start? I started vaping fairly recent within the last few years I started smoking when I was 12 and then I quit from the smoking cigarettes to the vaping You were dipping sometime in between there too Yeah I was dipping at the same time I was doing both Ew Ew to the dipping Ew for all of it You're barely better At least mine, it tastes like blue raspberry. Yeah, you're killing your lungs. Ice. Shut the f*** up. Dude, you look 40. Look what you're doing to yourselves. You know what? At least I'm having fun.

59:15Yeah, and you'll die before you're actually 40. Okay. And you, how long? If that's my time to go. How long? I probably started when I was 20. Why'd you even start at 20? You weren't at 12 with him. Because I thought it was a funny ha-ha joke. Oh, just like the violin. It's hilarious. Let me get addicted. I'm going to tell you that I can hit this without coffee. me, my lungs is out like you did. And then next thing I know, I'm out there buying my own vapes. You learned to dance like that sarcastically? Yeah, I guess. So. What? Pretty, pretty. Yes, I was going to say that's exactly what you are.

59:45We don't need to do$38 on Bath and Body Works or$42 on the Candlebox or Earthbound for$40. Oof. We can't afford life, guys. What the f*** are we doing? What the f*** are we doing? Zelling out a lot of money. Travel center, but that looks like not gas that time. If it's$900 for Zell, then that's just rent. It was$292. Oh, then that was utilities. Zell? Who are you zelling? My dad. I rent from my dad, and the utilities are in his name, so I send the... Dad? What's your rental situation? It's his property. On his property? Okay. Well, like a mobile loan? Yeah. Oh, you guys are just so hicked to the bone.

1:00:29You own the mobile home, though. You own the mobile home, though. It's in his name. Shit, man. You don't have anything. What do you guys have going for you? Does he live on the property? No. Okay, that's good. It's his property. I was going to say privacy, right? I still don't have privacy because it's his land. It's his house. He'll just show up whenever. I'll just show up to the house. How is he showing up? Not like he comes in the house or anything like that. He just shows that he has cows that he puts on the property. What? He comes up. We live on six acres. And so we live a little bit outside of town.

1:01:02And so. Well, I would assume cows. And so he just, he puts a few of them out there. Do you like it? Living in the middle. If we're making goals and stuff. Yeah. In the middle of nowhere. Cows. Dad always showing up. No. No. How often is he showing up? Because it is. I mean, like, I love my parents. Like, I get it. But like if they're just like endlessly showing up, it's like, what are we doing? How frequently? Endlessly showing up. But I mean, maybe once every couple of weeks and they'll just come and do random shit in the yard. We came home from a dirt bike race and there's a random fence in the yard that we had discussed.

1:01:39Why do you guys live on his property then if you hate it? I don't hate it. Well, she does. Your wife. about that? Because we pay significantly less in rent than where we would in, you know, somewhere else. Plus, at the end of the day, I already know that when he passes on that that's getting left to me, like the property and stuff like that. Sure, that doesn't mean you have to live in an hour. I mean, how far are you guys away from work? I just walk to my work van every day. He travels for his job. What about you? Sounds like you're far from town. Yeah, no, I'm driving an hour and 20 minutes one way.

1:02:15So she doesn't like living there because she's far from everything. She's an hour and 20 from work. Oh, my gas bill and maintenance on car. And the dad and cows always show up and she doesn't even want that. Why are you forcing her to live there? She's your wife about to be. I'm not forcing her to live there. I can't agree that it is cheaper and I can appreciate the fact that we have what we have for... Well, she spent on gas a month. A lot. How much? And that's what I was... How much? How much? I want to say probably 600 bucks. Okay, see, imagine if half of that went to rent combined with what you're giving your dad.

1:02:46You can live in civilization. But he's convinced that if we move off of this land and out of this house, so he lived there previously, then he moved in with me. He's convinced if we move out of that again that his family will disown him and he won't get the land anymore. It's your dad's property. Why would he do that? Because I know that he doesn't want to sell it, but it would put him where if he was having to make the payments where he would have to sell it. The whole reason that he got put there was to help me out. Why the f*** does he have it if he can't pay for it? He's doing cattle on there.

1:03:16He's not making money? The property is the house. Oh, the payment on the single wife? Yeah, he owns the property. We've had the property. Well, the family's had the property. Property's paid off, okay. Yeah. Well, then yeah, he can get rid of the single house. Who cares? It's not what you guys want to live in when you move there anyway. Who would? It's depreciating assets, so he can't sell it right now without going upside down, and that's the issue. Well, that's fine. Cover the difference. How much would the difference be? I haven't looked into it. He refuses to look into it. It's not that I've asked them about it, but they just, every time they get real back-offish, like they don't want to discuss it.

1:03:51I don't think you actually asked them about it. I've asked, like, is there ways that we can go about getting out of it because I don't want to. I'm going to call them in the post show, and we're going to f***ing deal with this so your future wife can actually have a little bit of breathing room. My goodness, this is f***ing insane. Yeah, I'm sure it'll be contentious, but I'm good at contentious. I just yell. Energy drink. Energy drink. Bullshit. McDonald's. We can't say we can't afford shit. If we're just doing this every, like, literally once or twice a day, this is insane. Energy drink or bullshit.

1:04:21Cash up$35. Energy drink. Energy drink. Oh, good. Why not? A whole other page of bullshit. Dairy Queen. Pandora Jewelry. That was my ring. Jeez, you got the ring, like, six months in? Seven months in? No, that would have been. Would you guys start dating? March of 25. Okay, so almost a fall. year supplements supplements cash up 30 bucks energy drink maybe bullshit maybe not hard to tell energy drink game pass 32 bucks bullshit energy drink energy drink cash app out cash app out jewelry and more it's a lot of cash app it is where does it all go it's like 30 bucks 30 bucks 30 bucks 30 bucks who's it going to it's probably uh loan repayments cash oh my goodness i'm gonna to need to see your cash app statement.

1:05:13Do you have access to his cash app statement? No. Oh, so we don't have full access to being able to see things. She's more welcome to look at it. She has her face in my phone. One more time, what? That's what I'm talking about is probably the$30. Yeah, I found out he was borrowing money from cash app. I had no clue. Whenever a charge for like, what was it, like 300 bucks hit our account and I was like, who the f*** are you cash apping 300 bucks to? like that what are you doing he was like oh I owe cash up money so they just take whatever they want to take whenever they want to take it I don't know done I had signed up for like a lump sum repayment instead of drawing it out on that specific one we had a talk about that one okay lots of cash up cash up bun slut food that's a that's a burger place parking it continues this is fucking crazy that it continues what are we doing Oh, because there's two checking accounts.

1:06:12So this is the other joint checking account, I guess. Okay. Energy drink. Microsoft Game Pass again. We have two different game passes. That's great. Pizza Hut. Fending machine. You're gaming like an energy drink again. 40 cents, dude. 40 cents. Raspberry cherry's mine. Raspberry apple's mine. Best flavor ever. We'll send you one when it comes out. It's so good. We compared it to like every flavor. We've tweaking with all these combinations. It is insane. Yeah, that does actually sound really good. It's insane. It's actually insane. Bullshit. Subway. Amazon. There we go. I'm sure there is like monthly maintenance bullshit because you don't have enough in there.

1:06:53Even without the overtrap. Oh, he's been big on using Dave. He's been using Dave. You know that? It just, it wasn't something that was a continued thing. And so it never really came up. It wasn't like I was hiding it, but I just, I never thought to tell her. I had no clue what it was. Now, I know, yes, a lot goes to child support. That's fair. But even still, you're just like, why spend so much money on bullshit if you're in like that pay advance cycle? Like you can get out of it in a month with just getting half your energy drinks. That's why we're here. No, you just get half your energy drinks.

1:07:27What am I gonna, what the, what do I do with that? He used to drink like three a day. Hey, congratulations, that's why you're here. Don't get half the energy drinks you get. Congratulations, that's why you're here. Well, you figured it out. No, not that specifically, but obviously we just, you know, we're impulsively spending all of our money. Okay, that's why we're here. Don't impulsively spend all your money. Congratulations. A lot of that is I drive a lot. Like, I drive to Dallas every day. Good, buy bulk energy drinks. Good, have gamer subs. Make your own energy drink. It's delicious. He has a cooler in his van.

1:07:56Don't even need that, dude. You make it. It's so cheap. We also have, like, 50 shaker bottles at home. Like, what are we doing then? Oh, what is this? Oh, okay. One of the angry things that you were talking about, why he's just never going to escape the cycle, is that you're upset at him blowing the money from his previous cycle. So it's always in it because you got$10 ,000 from your employer or something? But then you just blew it. Like, what the f***? Why did you get$10 ,000? So I was working for a company, and they got sued in a class action lawsuit, and I joined on it. and uh join the Morgan and Morgan one by the way I think you literally get free money like the description wasn't even gonna plug that but like like almost like everyone's getting free money from that one join it but yeah no they uh so they they paid out for that 10 ,000?

1:08:50you got? jeez how'd you f*** it? how'd you f*** 10 ,000? you already make good money dude where'd it go? mostly attorneys that was I was making payments to the attorneys and that's why I had no money when we first met but then I used most of that to pay all that off. Yeah, I'd be concerned too. I did definitely blow some money. Okay, you also spent some money upgrading your truck tires and upgrading your radio. Yeah. Your radio? I knew how much he was getting. Upgrades a radio. Well, it wouldn't turn on anymore, and so I just got it. It's a radio. Plug your phone in. It didn't do that. That's what I'm saying.

1:09:30I got something that would do that. How much did that cost? It was like$115 off Amazon. Hmm. I knew he was getting that amount of money, and we had discussed saving that amount of money. You guys were together. Yes. I discussed saving X amount of money. I don't remember exactly how much it was that I wanted to set aside, and he was dead set on buying a dirt bike with it. Dead set on buying a dirt bike. I got him to not buy a dirt bike with it, God bless. You're going to put it towards your future wedding. Ladies and gentlemen, I got something new to help you that we have personally built. right here on calebhammer.com.

1:10:05We have three new Caleb Hammer financial resources. They are the ones I would personally use, which is why we made them for you to use. As you've already heard me talk about, personal loans are okay when you're good at debt. I personally use them when I can leverage them for a situation. So we have good personal loans on calebhammer.com. We also have auto insurance now. You can check for free and see if you can save a shit ton of money on auto insurance. And then to close it off for now, because we're building more, we have a debt relief program. You've seen how hard it is for people to get out of debt on this show.

1:10:38This makes it so much easier, but only if you're actually ready to change. Remember, none of this actually matters if you continue the same bad behavior. So it's not for you if you still suck. But if you've proved you can budget, check out these three programs from personal loans to debt relief to car insurance to see if you can save a shit ton of money across the board. Go to CalebHammer.com or the Caleb Hammer Financial Resources part of the pinned comment or description below and save a shit ton of money. Starbucks is bullsh** and a waste of money and you already know that by making your coffee at home and investing the rest.

1:11:13So now you need to do that with your energy drink as well. Make gamer subs at home for just 40 cents a serving. And honestly, it literally tastes better. And we proved this accidentally via a blind taste test in our Hammer Elite show, Fat and Fatter. The number one ranked energy drink is Gamersupps. Literally, the cherry flavor is insane. Listen, you can also get free samples to see if you like it or 10 % off your order at Gamersupps.gg or click that link in the description below. Type in code Caleb. How much are you going to spend on the wedding next year while you guys are like this? Hopefully not a lot.

1:11:52My mom is really bulldogging her way in. Love her to death. So your dad, her mom. I was convinced that we would just go to an Airbnb. I want to do it in North Carolina where my family is. Okay, sure. And plus I love the mountains. Texas sucks. Landscape here, awful. So I want to go to the mountains. Well, where in Texas? The only place I've been is like Central Texas. Okay, well, then you're in one place. I was going to say because you got tall pines on the east. You got swamps in the east. You got rolling plains in the panhandle. You got the hill country here. You got big mountains and desert in the west.

1:12:28You got national parks in the west. We have one of the most diverse states in terms of landscapes. You can get everything in here. So I wouldn't just say that. But you can still get married in North Carolina. You're just talking about the literal Smoky Mountains, which, I mean, again, you can find diverse topography here. But either way, for the family, I do get that. Yeah. Yeah, if you stay in Waco, surprise. you're not going to see very much I've been a little outside and I mean it's still nothing compared to North Carolina landscapes but I digress anyways it's not usually the place in the country everyone's okay sure go on I've driven through there so many times I mean you're probably just driving through the city what no

1:13:15why do I call them Smoky Mountains Appalachian Appalachian, yeah. Appalachian Mountains. I've driven through them multiple times. Well, how much are you going to spend for that? That's what I'm getting to. I only wanted to get an Airbnb for a week for me and him and just go get married in the backyard because that's cheap. My mom, however, called me and found this venue. Don't get me wrong, it's cheap. It's$2 ,500 for three days, two nights. I told her no because I don't want to spend any extra money. I just want to go to an Airbnb, get married in the backyard, whatever, whatever. And then she called Tony over here.

1:13:51And Tony said, oh, yeah, that sounds great. So what did my mom do? Put the deposit down. It was like, okay, you owe this much by this amount and this much by this amount. I didn't agree to it knowing that she had said no. She called and asked me what I thought about it, and I took that as we were having it. You had already said no specifically? I said no. And so I thought it was just a discussion about it. Tell her to fuck off then. Well, now there's already a contract signed. And they did agree to pay for half of it. Almost half. Okay, half of the$25? Yeah. It's not that much. It's fine. Just do it.

1:14:23And at that point, we would have almost spent that much on an Airbnb. Well, I mean, it's a wedding. If you don't want to do that specifically, then definitely don't do it. And they're going to take care of a lot of the other stuff that we would have had to do on top of it, like the chairs. The receptions at the same place. And having an actual— How much is it going to cost in the end? No, that's all included with that. We would have to get that on top of the Airbnb. That's still additional because I still want to keep the week. Would you want it if you could pay for it? Yeah. You can afford it.

1:14:53In a year, we could afford that. Right now, we can't. No, if you're doing it right now, but it's whatever. I mean, literally, you spent more than that on synchrony this last month. So it's like, what are we talking about? Synchrony is care credit. The conversation you don't even, yeah, but you spent more than that. More than your half on just that. So if we're talking about affordability, what the fuck are we doing here? You literally just got 2 ,379. That's just medical. Yeah, for what? So I went and got my glasses and I used my care credit for it. And then I went to the dentist and they gave me this treatment plan.

1:15:24And I told them I had care credit. I thought they were just putting it on the account to like charge as I went in and did stuff. But no, they charged the whole amount that I had on my care credit, my care credit. So now I'm in the process of trying to get refunded. Well, you better because deferred interest is accruing and one of them is going to hit in just a few months. Yeah. That's going to be hundreds added. That's going to f*** you. Okay, but even more critically, credit won, which is basically the worst you can get. What the f*** is going on here? Who is this? That's mine. Why? What's happening?

1:15:57It was to rebuild credit, and I didn't know that it was that bad. It was the only thing I could get approved for. No shit. So probably don't take it. If it's the only thing you can get approved for, you'll know it's predatory. He didn't know that until he started watching you. These fees and interest are added on. It's horrible. 28.74 % interest rate. Now this thing about the wedding. You said earlier you're talking about pushing it back? No, just not like getting married and like... Instantly. Yeah. What? I thought that I missed something in the conversation that he was talking about just not getting married and I was...

1:16:34It was a very confusing second.

1:16:39Now why are you all in all this debt, dude? Like Credit Builder, but it's all maxed out. Why are you in the debt? You didn't purchase on it because there's not really much wiggle room to purchase. $569.92 owed on it with a$30 minimum payment. Why do you owe? Only making minimum payments and still charging on it. I honestly... Why? Why is the balance that high? Why did you get into it is what I'm asking.

1:17:07Probably more bullshit spending. What were we buying? I don't remember. How the fuck can you fix anything if you know nothing? No, we were surviving off of my card when we moved. That was my card. No, that was before, because there's no recent charges. It's just maxed out, because the limit should only be 500. I don't know. That's not my card. That's not my card. I don't have access to that card. I don't know how you spend your money. But, yeah, I also, my second wife, she had a very bougie lifestyle, And so I was paying for that, and that ran up a lot of the tab. You were paying for it on credit one?

1:17:46Just everything. Because I had— How bougie was this lifestyle? What, you had no input on the lifestyle? No, that was just a lot of very differences in our lifestyles. She was very bougie. Why did you speak up and say no? I not wanted to listen to her bitch. Oh, it seems to be a common thread in your relationship. so you have no backbone, you're a pussy. No, I wouldn't say that. I would. I would say that some things aren't worth arguing about. It seems like everything, including you going into debt for it. Your credit gain ruined is definitely something to worry about. What's your credit score?

1:18:20Terrible. What's your credit score? Five-something. I don't know. Quicksilver, why are we purchasing on our card that we cannot fully pay off and only put minimums to that is accruing interest? What are we doing? Who is this? That's hers. You're the responsible one. Why are you purchasing on a car that is accruing interest that you cannot fully pay off? I didn't even know it was accruing interest at that point, honestly. What do you mean? I haven't had it. $378.48, minimum monthly payment,$25. Then you should definitely know. You should be tracking it even closely. When we moved out of my friend's house, the whole reason we moved out is because.

1:18:58Don't care. Don't care. Still don't care. I don't care. I don't. What does this have to do with you purchasing while there's interest accruing on this card? We had to get furniture. I'm assuming that's probably what that was. CESCO? That's gas station. What? No, you're just putting gas on a card that is accruing interest that you cannot pay off. What the f*** are you talking about? What rambling bullshit cope are you doing to me right now? Maybe that was... Maybe I didn't have enough money in my account, so I just swiped my card for gas, but I promise you I paid it off. Why would you not have enough money in your account responsible, Juan Mother?

1:19:31Probably because I was bullshit spending. and awesome bullshit. How are you responsible on mother? I wouldn't say that I'm super responsible, but I'm more responsible than he is. At least I look at the damn account and I know I don't have the money in the damn account. And this is going to go down in a flaming mess. I really did think that she would tell me that she's looking at the bank every day and this is the argument. How are you spending all this money? But I'm checking the bank and I'm trying. She was getting on to me for it, but she's also spending all the money. and... Okay, well, I have a Capital One card.

1:20:03Now, there's no balance on this, so I'm not going to write it down. But what concerns me is there's been a late fee this year, even though you've paid it off. Why are we having late fees? Is that the... Who is this? Is it the Quicksilver or the Secure? Platinum. Platinum Secured, Capital One. That's me. That's you. Why is it late? Why are you not on time? Well, are we shocked with your history? No. But what the f*** is going on, man? Probably because you didn't look at it. Probably. Why is AutoPay not on then? It is now. If you know you suck... She set all that stuff up for me. She had to set it up for you.

1:20:34How the f*** is he going to deal with... Why do I need to? I don't know how he did it before I came in, honestly. You're a father, dude. Yeah. You need your literal f***ing fiancé to set up autopays for you or else it won't be done. I just don't want to do it. Do you not understand how pathetic this is? 100 % true. As a father, as a man, as a partner? What is wrong with you? I don't think there's anything wrong with delegating. Delegating? It's your card. Yeah, and I could delegate the finances to her, and I thought that that's what was happening. No. Okay, she doesn't want to, and she's your partner.

1:21:10No. So what are we doing here? The thing I stress the most about is finances, and the fact that you just want to throw all your finances on top of everything else onto me sucks. That shit is dumb. You know that is the biggest thing that stresses me out, the biggest thing that'll get me in a bad mood quick, and the fact that you refuse to care for it yourself is awful. It's extremely irritating, and I can't stand it. But you're already checking every day. Why can't you just tell me? Because why the f*** do I have to tell you? You're a grown-up. You're a grown man. Literally, you're a grown man.

1:21:43All it is is open the app, face ID, the same face ID that you use to unlock your phone that takes less than five seconds to look. The issue is not the face ID. The issue is when it does not work. I'm not going to sit there and type out my test. So then why the f*** don't you even try? I gave up on trying. Literally just try once. If it doesn't work, guess what? Try and get in a couple hours or some shit. I don't know. It sounds like a bunch of bullshit excuses and it's dumb. Or if I don't need to spend money. You're not driving 24 hours a day? When you stop at the gas station to buy your little snacky snack, your little drinky drink, guess what?

1:22:21You have the time right there. You're stopped. Boop. Well, whenever you look, just say, hey, we don't have the money for you to spend any money today. I literally have. I've told you we don't have the money to spend. And guess what? Well, there's still energy drinks being purchased. It's a fee-free overdraft. I don't give a f*** about fee-free overdraft. Maybe we should just turn that s*** off on your card because mine does not allow me to overdraft. You just overdraft because, oh, f*** it. When the paycheck hits, it won't be negative anymore. That's f***ing dumb. That mindset is f***ing dumb.

1:22:58Yeah. I think you are a child. Let me just, let's just say, do you pay your phone bill? No. Of course not. At 28, great, who pays it? I'm on my parents' plan. And it's more so I just, they don't ever ask for it and I don't ever remember to just send it. Of course you wouldn't. You have no responsibility to save your life. You live on your f***ing dad's property. You've never done anything. You've never accomplished anything other than coming. instead of a woman? At least it was a woman. Huh? At least it was a woman. Why? Because his dad definitely would have disowned him if it weren't a woman.

1:23:38Okay. He's homophobic? My dad's just a very staunch Baptist conservative. He would be homophobic. Yeah. Yeah. I wouldn't say he goes out of his way to do anything. If he came and said men, he just wouldn't have kids. We wouldn't know. He's probably come inside, man. Who knows? No. Are you homophobic? No. I don't have any problem with people that are gay. I'm just not into that. Oh, that's cute.

1:24:10Okay. Oh, collections. Who has collections? Well, probably you. You're the bad collection. Yeah, Verizon. Bad credit guy. That's what this is? $1 ,417? I thought that I could see. Your parents' phone plan. That's a lot of why I'm on their phone plan. Oh, my gosh. You really can't do anything. This is pathetic. That was after the first divorce. We had a phone plan together. I thought that I would have canceled it, but I guess I didn't. Or maybe, I don't know. I really don't. But they kept billing me, and I wasn't using them anymore. And so then it showed up, and I just haven't paid them. So he just decides to ignore it.

1:24:48It'll fall off after seven years. You know what else they can do, though? Sue you? Yeah. It's happened on the show. It's happened in many of the Caleb Hammer shows. That's a lot of money for Verizon. It's decent enough to sue. You know what they do? They sue you. You like going to court. You go to court. You spend on legal fees. You know what they do? They get a court order. That court order garnishes your wages. Your wages are already taken from you thanks to child support. Why not have even more taken from you? That's not uncommon. They wait in line. What do you mean? they uh they can't legally take more than 50 of my wages and so if i get to that point then who can't anybody that you can't have that's the law they can't withhold more than 50 of what your your wages are and so okay maybe child support maybe default on student loans this might be a court order on extra i don't know yeah but even still even if it is with the 50 is insane literally she's being forced to live somewhere she really doesn't want to and you're like yeah let's just take even more of my money like that's pathetic you're not a partner how do you live Verizon that much go to collections dude I don't even know well I didn't know about it until it was in collections you were crying about your finances and your mom said that she was going to take over your mom's going to take over y 'all's finances now no no no that was I was overreacting.

1:26:13I got a speeding ticket a little while ago and I was, I don't know why I panicked so much, but I was like, I don't have enough money to pay for this. I literally just switched our car insurance so that it would be cheaper because I had a little meltdown. My mom was like, don't worry, I got the phone bill. Well, you're on your mom's phone bill too. The adult, the responsible one. That's because my phone wasn't paid off whenever I got divorced and I didn't want to pay for it. This must be a car loan. What is this? $30 ,711. Yep, auto loan. That's my truck. For 10 % when you didn't even need a truck?

1:26:44When you got a truck? When he had a truck? When he said you could use a truck, you got a 10 % loan on a truck? It's 10%. It's not 10%. It's 10%. No, it should be 6.8. That's the percentage paid off. I don't know. 6.8. That's still not the best. It's not the worst either, though. But what do you think it's worth that you owe$30 ,000, 711 on? If I had to guess, 25. Maybe. Yeah. Maybe it'd be right there at payoff for just like$5 ,000. So you're underwater on it, not dramatically, but you know what I would potentially do is get you out of the situation quicker, sell it, borrow 15, 15, five pays it off, 10 gets a car.

1:27:20Especially truck, you don't need to be driving a truck an hour and 20 minutes to and from work, what the? Yeah, I have an SUV too, but the transmission is pretty awful and it's a little scary to drive. Okay, well, I would actually then - Especially an hour and 20 minutes. I would borrow what's required to get the transmission absolutely 100 % fixed on that. And then the 5 ,000 hours difference and sell this car, then all of a sudden you have no payment. We have two vehicles that we own outright. There's no, like, we just need to fix them. Yeah. Yeah, well, borrow what's required to fix them. Sell this.

1:27:50Ah, what's ah? They're old vehicles. The working part. Like I said, the transmission in the SUV sucks. I'm good with that. They run and they go A to B. No, let's fix the transmission. Let's borrow. Do you guys not listen to what I'm saying? Let's borrow what's required. Sell this, borrow the difference, and then what? you had borrowed maybe$10 ,000 total then? What's the transmission? Where do you borrow the difference from? Personal loan. What's the transmission? Calebhammer.com. The transmission, I literally have no clue. No clue. How much do you know? Are you a car? I'm not a car. I have modern vehicles, so I don't know.

1:28:26We saw you drive your modern vehicle today. Yeah, I pulled up to your nasty truck, I know. Yeah, it is pretty muddy right now, but. I was like, great, I'm filming with some hillbillies. I bet they stink. We don't stink. You don't stink. But you can't back up either. Huh? You have a self-driving car and you can't even make it into your, you have to correct. It's a very big parking lot to have to do that. I don't think, did I correct? Yes, you did. Oh, okay. Oopsie. It's self-driving. I overdrew, I drove myself? Yeah. Is that okay? Do I have your permission to drive myself? Yeah. Yeah. This time.

1:28:59Okay, and I don't have to get my transmission replaced. So, because I don't. Well, you know, I just bought a new truck because the transmission didn't work. The transmission is a little. So borrow for the transmission, the difference, get rid of this, okay? Good. There's a lot more wrong with it, but the transmission is the biggest thing. Well, fix what's wrong with it. You'll still, you'll have a paid off car. You get rid of that loan and you'll have everything paid off, okay? This is insane. We're talking an insane, like your car payment, your gas, your car insurance. Yeah, it's$1 ,200 right there.

1:29:28It's fucking crazy. Exactly. Yeah. So I have a secured loan of$5 ,262. What is this? Uh, that might be my dirt bike. Fuck's sake. What's the interest rate? Zero. For how long? Forever? Forever. $115, but you're just adding it to the minimum monthly payment. Just sell it. Get out of it. No. Why? Because I ride my dirt bike. I race my dirt bike. You can't, okay. Well, let's see if we can keep it. But we definitely want to pay it off quick. Definitely get rid of the truck. Yeah. Yeah. CNBA. I wanted to try and figure that out. $109. Why do we not pay this off? CNBA. What's this? CBNA That doesn't sound familiar Someone knows 100 Can I see it?

1:30:14No Okay Then I don't know You're not going to get Any more information Than I just gave Okay $30 is owed on it Best Buy Oh Oh I guess that's my Best Buy account then Oh it's almost paid off Just paid off dude Minimum to payment $30 Ah Who has student loans? Both of us Both of us Do you guys have degrees? No No I get you both course career certifications. There's trades. There's tech. There's a lot of really good things. Supply chain management. People in the audience have used them to get six-figure jobs, six-figure raises. Okay, both of you. I'll get those for free. Discount for you guys, obviously, but...

1:30:51Okay, yeah. Student loans, student loans, student loans. How long do you guys go to school? I was in for about a semester and a half. I did... Two semesters, yeah. I did a year and a half, so... Okay, well, so it's definitely not worth going back. Okay, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I want to go back. Well, someone's late. Someone's late. Someone's student loans have just restarted a couple months ago, as most peoples in the country have, and you're late. That'd be me. I wasn't making any payments. Are you going to? I have started since, but I didn't even know that they were coming to. Hey, because that's what happens.

1:31:24You know what happens? It goes to default, and all of a sudden, whoopsie, garnishment. Yeah, no, they have. Again. I didn't even know. Even though you have kids, you ain't going to get any tax refunds and shit. I had no clue how much his student loans were or who he was going through for the loans until probably right before we did all of this, honestly.

1:31:48Okay, we have a student loans. Okay, for Tony, $8 ,759. What's your minimum, Tony? 103 Good What's your minimum, Virginia? Uh Less than 100 bucks $90? Sure What's your minimum? I don't know, I've just been paying 100 bucks a month So it's not going to be an accurate budget Well, I've been paying 100 bucks a month I don't give a shit what you're paying I want to make a budget, dude At least I make my payments Oh my goodness, you don't understand Hey, 11 ,000 is someone's 401k. Whose? Mine. Okay. Definitely very behind for your age, for your income. I'm glad you at least have something. Do you have anything?

1:32:42No. Wait. That you were the responsible one, the mature one. You. Nobody ever talked to me about 401ks. What? Nobody's ever talked to me about 401ks. No one ever talked to anyone about 401ks. We all learned things. How was I supposed to know that that's what that was? How did everyone else? Shut the f*** up. Literally no clue how anyone else learned. Accountability. Who would have thought? Not I, I guess. Clearly.

1:33:13Minimum monthly payments for your debt,$1 ,127. Income,$5 ,200. What's your rent? $922. Utilities? Usually about$250. Is that including the internet? That's$350 with the internet and trash. Phone bills, all paid for by parents. You can do healing when you get your own. As long as T-Mobile's good out there, uses those kind of towers. Gas, boom, boom, drive, drive. Because it looks like you're staying there for a bit. How much a month? What was it for you? At least$600. What was it for you? I don't really, if I'm going somewhere, we're going together. Okay, so$650, let's call it. Car insurance. It's$165.

1:33:49You? We're together. $165 for both? Yeah. USAA. Your gas will go down when you use your SUV, but borrow for the difference. Well, hopefully it will. My turbo's out too, so the gas mileage on that thing sucks. That's what you need to, and you will still save more money. That's what you need to. Once we get that fixed, it's... Food,$600. Use the meal plan, meal prep. TP fund,$200. Everything else you guys need to survive. Toothpaste. It varies on a monthly basis, but try to keep it at$200. Healthcare, are there co-pays on a monthly basis? No. Not typically, no. Is there a gym? Yeah, it's 81 for both of us.

1:34:2181 together? Yeah, it's a couple's membership. How many pets do you have? We have two dogs. Okay,$100. Pet insurance, how much for pet food? probably like 60 bucks a month subscriptions I'll try 50 anything else that needs to be in this budget I have a 128 payment yeah 128 dollar payment that I have to make that's a minimum payment two

1:34:50okay something we can't talk about right yeah 120 120 120? Yeah, 128. What are we not talking about? Oh, shut the fuck up. If we're not talking about it, we're not talking about it. Do you not know what not talking about it is? Are you the dumbest person I've ever met?

1:35:10Trust me, I want to make the show interesting. So if I can't talk about it, do you think you can talk about it? Shut the fuck up. $767. How's what you have left over? Well, let's get rid of the student loans. Sorry. You okay? Yeah. $40 ,727.34.

1:35:32$767. You can pay off your debt. Four and a half years. Yeah, we got to boost these incomes, you especially. We got to boost, boost, boost. Get these course career certifications. Let's try to get more money in or work more hours, get a second job, and let's get this down to two and a half years and get a six-month emergency fund and start a 50, 30, 20. 50 % of needs, 30 % of wants, 20 % to invest it, okay? That gets us there. Is this including the$600 truck payment as well? Yeah, so you get rid of that. You speed that up dramatically. It'll actually carve a lot off of it. So you'll actually probably be closer to like two years.

1:36:02If we get a good job, you shave that off because you still have to borrow like 10 to get everything fixed and borrow the difference. So let's call it about two and a half years. I think is what you guys can do. Okay? Grow the f*** up. Stop being a pathetic piece of s***. And I'm going to call your dad. We're going to talk about that. And we got to figure this s*** out. You might call your mom about the wedding too. So lots of confrontational phone calls. Get ready. post show is probably going to be even more interesting than the episode.
