In short
A couple on Financial Audit argues about their finances while discussing a large mortgage arrears problem, a $28,000 lump-sum due by November 31, and a controlling spending dynamic (including the wife taking the husband’s debit card). The episode also includes a long discussion of their age-gap relationship and accusations of “grooming,” framed around when they met and when they started dating.
Guests/backgrounds
Bella (a CNA/Certified Nursing Assistant, $6,000/month net; previously engaged; claims they waited until marriage; says she controls household money and spending). Adam (a 21-year-old going back to school to become an electrician; not currently working; says he sleeps when the baby sleeps and takes care of the baby during the day; later says he’ll work after graduation). They have a two-month-old baby and recently had a one-year anniversary.
Key claims
They’re behind on mortgage payments (about $30,000 behind is mentioned) despite some rental income and a mortgage forbearance. The wife says the bank required the ex-fiance’s signature for repayment options, but he’s in New Jersey and unreachable. The husband says he’s been in school and that she controls money and spending. They dispute tax filing accuracy related to 1099 income and child tax credits.
Notable examples
renting out rooms to cover mortgage; gas-station spending and taking the debit card away; a car repo; past bankruptcy; mortgage escrow going negative; and a $28,000 lump sum due by November 31.

1:27old. We come from Cape Coral, Florida. And this is Financial Audit. Thanks for coming over to Austin. I legitimately just gonna... I feel horrible for anyone living in Cape Coral. That's like the worst designed city in the history of America. It's actually so... But Bella, what do you do for a living? I am a CNA. Sure. Certified nursing assistant. I make$6 ,000 a month. Is that your net or is that your gross? Is that what hits your account? That's what hits my account, but I'm$10 ,000. This is great. Well, I'm 1099. So it's still great. Save up money for taxes. I mean, I don't. Of course not. You're on financial audit.
2:08Uh-huh. But listen, 21 making 72 ,000 hours a year. That's incredible. Let's just be real. Let's be real. That's incredible. Yeah. If you're that up, you're up your entire. Oh, that's funny. Well, no. That's funny. It's like a nervous laughter. Nervous laughter. I'd be nervous, too, if I wasn't saving money for my 72 ,000 hours a year that I was making at 21. Do you know how much that would be a year? $72 ,000. No, like for taxes. For taxes, how much? Set aside 30%. Be safe. Okay. What do you do, Adam? I'm actually going back to school to be an electrician, so right now I'm not working. We love the trades.
2:44Trades can be good. Good degrees can be good. There's a lot of good you can do. What do you do now, though? Do you not do anything? No, I don't work right now. I'm just going back to school. That's it. So a 21-year-old taking care of a 33-year-old? We have a baby. He needs to watch the baby. You guys made a kid? Yeah. Are you guys married? Yes, we are. Oh, how long have you guys been married? We just had a one-year anniversary. Well, congratulations. How old's the kiddo? Two months. Wow. Fresh. Yes. Gotcha. Okay. So usually when someone's like a two-month-old kid, the mom's like, you know, usually more taking care of the kid.
3:24At this point, she's the one going working and most likely overtime for that income. Yeah. Well, you go pursue the school things. Not saying that you can't, but maybe you're waiting to tell the kid it's like a year old, a little more daycare agey, a little more. No, no daycare. No, no, no. We don't want a new daycare. Who's taking care of the kid? I take care of her during the day. I go to work at night and then he watches her at night because he's in school during the day. How do you take care of the kid during the day when you need to be sleeping? I sleep when she sleeps. You're taking care of patients.
3:53Yeah. And she sleeps during the day? Yeah. She's two months old. She sleeps all day long. She'll sleep like two hours at a time sometimes. Okay, what happens when it's six months old? Then he'll be out of school and working. I graduate in just a couple months, so. Oh, thanks. Yeah. Okay. Okay, good. Well, okay. Well, actually, no, that doesn't make any sense because you're working nights. Yeah. You'll be working days. Yeah. So who's taking care of the kid? Well, hopefully I'll be making enough money at that time. And then also, if not, then I'll begin a second job. at that time, what? I want to be a trad wife.
4:22When I graduate. You'll be making enough money for what? To be able to take over the bills that she wouldn't have to anymore. For me to stay home. And she'll be a trad wife. That's the play? Yeah. Oh, trad wife. We're trying to trad wife? Yeah. Yep. Kind of trad wife. Yeah, okay. Oh, how'd you guys meet? So we met. 33 and 21. That's a bit bigger gap than most people. I don't know why you asked me a question and kept talking. But anyways, We met when I was 16, and he was bowling with my dad. Okay, hold on. He was in a league with my dad when I was 16. One second. 11 years, 27. I was 27. 11 plus 16 is 27.
5:0728, you're writing the math. Well, no. I thought he was 33. Well, yeah, but I turned 22 this year. Seven. Okay, sure. 27, 28. I was 16, and he was 27, yeah. No. So we met. Uh-huh. We met. At school? Why is my girlfriend here? Which one is she? The one in the green hoodie? No. No, he's 27 years old. I just told you we met at Bowling Alley. I just told you we met Bowling Alley. Okay. Good place to get your prey. There was a song playing called Keep It Shuffle. I'm sure everybody knows it. And he was up there doing the dance, and I saw his cute little butt, and I was like, oh, my God, I need to have that.
5:46But obviously, I was a kid, so I had to wait until I was older. So then when I was 19, I reached out to him. So you're like a teenager, not a kid. Yeah, go on. 16 is not a kid? Kid, kid. Kid is anything before 18. Is it? Yes. Okay, kid just has a little infantilizing to it. Trust me, I'm not advocating for the 16-year-old thing, to be clear. But usually I would call it like a teenager. Ben, that was one of those where we sat there and we met then. I guess you didn't say child, so kid. Okay, whatever. I'll go with kid. We met then. Nothing happened because, of course, she was 16 and I was 27. Yeah, I knew it wasn't worth pursuing it at that point because I knew I didn't have a shot.
6:25You didn't blow your ball into her. No. I wanted him to. Oh, my God. My insides are on for me. We waited until marriage. Yeah, we waited until marriage. That's why we have a two-month-old on our one-year anniversary. You know people can have sex without making kids. Well, we don't. Does she? Because she seems to imply that that clearly meant you guys saved for marriage. Well, no. She was just saying that we did wait until marriage and that's why. Yeah. That's why we got married on our one-year anniversary. She guys met when she was 16. Yeah, we got together when I was 19, waited until marriage.
7:01What were you doing for those three years? What are you doing? Me? Just hanging around. Me or him? Both of you. Well, I was actually engaged. You know. We didn't. We actually lost contact and didn't talk. We didn't talk at all. I was engaged to someone else, and we bought a house together. When were you engaged? When I was 18. Okay. And then got unengaged in a year? We got unengaged in like two months. Yeah. She's a keeper. Okay. And we actually. And you're like, I remember a predator looking at me when I was 16. Let me go get him. Well, I never stopped loving him. She's the one. How did you know you loved him?
7:44Well, because I saw him every single week at the bowling alley. Okay, so don't say you didn't have contact for years. Well, no. How did you love him seeing him? I loved him because I saw him like a year. So every single week I would see him until I was like 17 years old or whatever. And then I was offered a job to go move to New Jersey when I was 18. So I moved to New Jersey. And you guys hung out and talked and had a lot of fun that year? Well, no, I just saw him at the bowling alley. So how were you in love with him? Because I talked to him at the bowling alley. That's what I was just asking.
8:13You said no. Oh, I thought you meant outside of that. No. Outside of that, no. Okay, yeah. At the bowling alley, yeah, we were talking. Yeah. I actually taught her on how to flick bottle caps. Yeah, have you ever watched like Cobra Kai? I heard I flick a lot of things, didn't you? Nope, that's all. Do you know Cobra Kai or like Karate Kid? Yes. So you know how like Johnny Lawrence flicks the bottle caps? No. So you don't know it? I know the show. Doesn't mean I've watched it. So then why would you say you know it if you didn't watch it? Because I know what it is. What do you mean? I know what China is.
8:43I've never been. Why not? Good one. Okay, so you were deathly in love with him. Yep. From the age of 16. Yep. Were you? I definitely have very strong feelings for him. You are a fast mover. Please have a seat right there. But no, we never did anything. Okay, that's what I was trying to get. Thank you. Very good. So then I was engaged. Okay, so it was more of the wait for legality thing. The classic groom maneuver. I think I groomed him, if anything. Yeah, if anything. Honestly, maybe. But the thing is, it's like obviously with ages and stuff, you know how it is and how it looks and let's be real and okay.
9:24So you left the man for the dream man of which was predatory you? No, he left me. Actually, the guy left her. No, he left me. Because you were more interested in people? Probably. I mean, I literally tried to turn him into Adam. A predator? No, just try to turn him into like that kind of a person. So like we met him, or I met him in New Jersey, and we moved back to Florida and we bought a house together. And so I made him buy a truck. And two months of engagement? Well, no, this was when we were dating still. When we were dating, we moved here, or we moved to Florida. When did you start dating this guy?
10:04This doesn't make any sense. No, how long are you with him? A little under a year. You moved and bought a house together in under a year? Yeah. Go on. Yeah, pretty much. I've actually told her that with that guy. How old was he? He was 24, and I was 18. Allegedly. Okay. I was. I couldn't have worked at a shop under 18. I worked at 16? That's a legal thing. In a mechanic shop? In a dealership? In the shop? Did you say that specifically? I don't know. Well, you don't pay attention. That's not my fault. Fair enough. So I met him there, and then we moved back to Florida, and we were living with my parents for a little while, and he said, I f***ing hate it here.
10:46Like, we need to leave. We need to get our own place. And I told him that I didn't want to rent, and I wanted to own. I didn't want to give people money. You still own this house? Yeah. Okay, well, I guess you got a free house. Congratulations. You just waited 16, 17. Boom, I can go. That's all 19. Well, that's because she was distracted. Yeah, and then he took me to court, after he left because he wanted me to sell the house even though I was living in it. Right, but I just looked down and I see it's six to eight months. Seven months. Okay, seven months behind? Yes. You make money. Yes. What the fuck is wrong with you, creature?
11:26I didn't make this money before. How long have you been making money? But he was making money, right? It was a little while, about six months. He's been in school for like six months. Yeah, it's been about six months I've been in school now. So the moment he went into school, we just stopped paying our mortgage? Kind of. Clearly we couldn't go to school yet. Well, we had people coming in to rent out the other two rooms to make up for the money. And how'd that go? Because you weren't paying the rent. Because they weren't, no, they weren't paying me rent. So I couldn't afford the mortgage anymore.
11:55I wouldn't go to school unless we know we can at least pay our bills at a minimum or have enough saved up to take care of the minimum monthly payments, man. That's the thing is I've offered to actually sit there and stop going to school. But you already have the loan. I'm talking about going in, though. Going in. Okay, okay, okay. But that's why we got the people to rent. How long have you been in this job? Technically three years, but I just recently went to full-time. What's just recently? I went to full-time. How long has it been? A couple months? It's been about three. So why are we still months behind?
12:22Because I went into a forbearance with the mortgage because I didn't want it to foreclose. They gave me all of these options of what I could do, like, after the forbearance is done on how to pay back that debt in the arrears. and they gave me a million options. And I said, that's great. You know, like maybe we can push it back to the end of the loan or I could pay it back slowly or whatever. When the forbearance was done, they said, oh, well, you need your ex-fiancee to sign any of those options because his name's on the mortgage. And? And he's in New Jersey. Nobody can get a hold of him. Nobody can get a hold of him.
12:59Nobody can. We've all been sitting and trying. And even the bank has tried everything and nobody can get in contact with him. Well, yeah, I wouldn't rely everything on someone we can't get in contact for. Right. So maybe just like you've been three months, pay the bills. They didn't tell me that when I got the forbearance that he needed to sign any of those options. Okay, that was a while ago, though. And you've been making this good money for three months. So why haven't you started at least paying? Because we have other bills to pay, too. Because he's not working. Yeah, but keeping a roof over your head in an equity position.
13:26I have rent to pay. We don't live in that house anymore. What the f***? Why? Because we have people renting it now. Oh, I thought you were renting rooms besides the rooms you guys stayed in. Okay, if people are renting, are they paying rent? They are now. Yeah. Then why aren't you taking that rent and at least putting some towards the mortgage? Because we already sat there and put in for the forbade. So as of right now, we don't have to pay until the end of November. November 31st. Oh my goodness, it's dramatically undervalue of what you purchased it for. It is. Yes. Shit, you're f***ing. Yeah, my mom thinks that we should let it foreclose.
13:59Okay, guys, so what's going on here today? What are we talking about? Well, I didn't even want to come on the show. Oh, well, happy to have you. The one that sat here and pretty much made it aware if I didn't come that we pretty much ended in a divorce. She's been obsessed with you since 16. You think she'll ever divorce you? She really, really wanted to come on here. And she was sitting there pretty much telling me why she really wanted to come on here. Yeah, and why is she pushing you to do what's going on? Look at your first paper. Why do you have to be here? Yeah, because you're f***ing can't pay your f***ing bills even though you make money and people are paying rent.
14:30Well, she's not f***ing. Uh-huh. Okay. But she sat there in a... She dyed her hair like that in 2026. That's the first time I've dyed it in like five years. Which makes you... Because you look like someone in high school in 2011. So I look hot. Okay, I know you guys are obsessed with being attracted to people in high school, but no, that does not mean hot. You didn't say no. No, you're not. No, you're five. I'm like a two. Yes. It's okay. And I'm not good. I know I'm ugly. It's fine. So are you, so it's okay. Yeah. At least he's tall, not like you. I'm 5 '9". I'm the average American male, thank you.
15:06I don't think we really are. So, okay, it doesn't matter. She sat there and was pretty much making it to where it seemed like we were going to get divorced or she was just going to be pissed at me for the rest of our marriage just because she really wanted to be able to come out here and go on to the show. Why do you need to drag them on? What's going on? We have a decent amount of savings, but we have this lump sum of money that we have to pay by November 31st for the mortgage, and I have a bunch of other things that you're going to get into and I just want to figure out. What's the lump sum?
15:38It's like$28 ,000. $28 ,000? Yeah. Okay, well, the drag him here specifically. To figure out how to do it. Because he's not making any money. Well, he will when he's out of school. By the time this is due though, barely. I mean, he would get, what, a half a week of income, maybe? Right. So, again, he's saying you dragged him here. You forced him. What is the big threat? It's still our stuff. Like he has to be involved in some of the things. How's the dynamic in the household? Goes up and down. I'll definitely say, especially with everything. But as of right now, she kind of like controls a lot of stuff that deals with it, especially because I'm in school.
16:15She tries to kind of control everything. Why are you such a little simp bitch? Sometimes to me, it's easier to sit there and just let her say what she wants to say rather than get into an argument. Sure, but what about the actions her controlling? controlling the money and all that good stuff I am letting her control the money because I also sit again like I said I don't sit there and work so all the money is hers so as long as I sit there having money to be able to go to school for gas then it's up to her really what she does it so you don't care? It's not just that so we have a joint account and we never had money when we were living in the house when we had people renting our rooms we just never ever ever had money in the accounts and I was like what what the f*** is going on?
17:01So I would look at it, and it's gas station, gas station, buying shit on my phone, buying shit on my phone for my game. So I told him that that shit needed to stop, and guess what? Didn't stop. So I took his debit card away. I said, you're done. I said, you're not spending any money at all. You just accepted this. Which, by the way, yes, you're doing bad behavior, but she fully just takes your debit card away, and you're like, okay. No, it wasn't a straight acceptance. We got into a big argument about it, and I was like, I could sit there and just take the card off my phone. We have savings now.
17:31I sat there and said we could sit there. We have savings, and why the f*** are we not paying our mortgage? Because we have this lump sum to pay. I got that. So saving for that lump sum is the whole reason why. That's going to take a lot. I meant before, but yeah. But I was, because I used to work outside for a living. Out in the heat, everything like that. I mean, Florida can get to 110, 115 degrees with humidity. So does here, which I know. Is that what you do like the whole south? When I worked outside, we would never really get drinks from the store for me to really take with me. Why? I mean, that's easy.
18:04Go to the store. That's where I was getting at. Well, that's different. Not always. There was a long time where we weren't getting me stuff. Not until you noticed I was spending a lot of money at the gas station on drinks. Then you sat there, started buying me drinks, and then it was new. You have no ability to advocate for yourself? Well, she would always do the grocery shopping because I was working 15, 16 hours a day back then. So I didn't really - And you can't ask? Well, whenever I ask him what he wants from the grocery store, he tells me he wants buffalo sauce. Exactly. Like, what the f*** are we doing?
18:36That's it. And sweet tea. That's it. My girl's the one who goes to the grocery store. I haven't been in a grocery store in forever now. She takes care of that shit. But I still get water bottles, and I keep water bottles in my trunk just in case, like, you know, whatever. That's what I started doing, and I started getting a case of water. And his work paid for that. Yeah. But he's still paid for it anyway. Because I like to just drink in water. Yeah, he doesn't want to drink water. I want a Gatorade because it helps to shop. I don't give a shit what you want, though, do I? Yeah. I'm trying to keep you alive.
19:03Yeah, he complains about being dehydrated. And you're right, you do need electrolytes. Well, he is out there in the Florida sun and humidity and all that stuff. He does need electrolytes for what it's worth. So, I mean, Gatorade's not the worst. I would get a whole bunch of Gatorade and keep it on me and drink it. You would get like three every single day. and then you get hungry and not bring the lunches that I made you and then go and buy pizza or this or that at the gas station. Do you feel like a child in this relationship with the way she treats you? Sometimes, yeah. Definitely there are times where she makes me feel like I'm just a little kid and I'm like, we actually got an argument about it.
19:35You're in a reverse card. Yeah. But you don't act like it. I don't want to tell you. Okay, you didn't do anything and all that good stuff, but you've been into each other for a long time now. Yeah. Okay, 16 and all that good stuff. Got it. Yeah. Why the f*** are you putting up with someone owning you? That's how marriage works. I have a receipt. Owning? Yeah, I own him. I own him. I own you and I also own her. She says that. Yeah. Okay, except you don't get any ownership. She just controls you. Yeah. And you don't push back? I do sometimes, but then... What does it look like when you push back?
20:14Depends. Sometimes it's... She just gets upset with me and then sometimes I get right back at her and I'll just shut down because she'll sit there and just make me feel like a piece of shit or something. So I'm just like, all right, whatever. I was like, okay, just to try to stop it. And that's it. Which I don't understand because I try and have conversations with him about money, about household things, about whatever. And he just throws his hands up and goes, oh, I'm just a shit husband. I'm just a piece of shit. Well, I mean, I've talked to you for 23 minutes. I hate speaking with you as well.
20:43So I mean, I'm surprised you haven't killed yourself yet. Please don't. Don't give him ideas. I don't have life insurance on you yet so don't do that Back to you guys How often are you guys fighting about this, especially about the finances and all this stuff? It's more so I stress about it every day and then every once in a while he'll just get pissed off he's like, all you talk about is money, all you care about is money and I'm like, no, it's not that I only care about money, it's that we owe$30 ,000 just to the mortgage that we're behind on like that's kind of a big factor in our lives like we have a child we want to have more like how can we be behind on shit and you want to have more with someone who won't treat you like an adult that's crazy what is wrong with you there's a lot great but no it's one of those I love her no matter what and there's not always that she treats me as a child you're desperate?
21:37there are some things no then why do you love someone that treats you like a child she doesn't always treat me like a child Yes, there are times where she does. Very frequently, it sounds like, though. It's just about money, though. Oh, like one of the most important things in our entire life, keeping roof overhead and all that. Yeah, and that's why he took his shit away. So it's just about money, that's all. That's why he took his shit away. Yeah, that's insane. He's not a toddler that you're grounding from Xbox. Kinda. Yeah, exactly. That's what I'm trying to say. Yeah, well, he needs to stop spending all of our money on gas and pizza.
22:08That'll never change his actual behavior, though. You guys have to build budgets together. whether you need to discuss things, you need to get on the same page. And if you guys aren't on the same page, well, that's one of the leading causes for divorce in this country. So life is so much better when I have his balls in my purse. Okay. It's so much easier when I just deal with everything and he goes to work and comes home. Is it actually easier though? Because he'll, again, never, that means you need to have his balls in your purse for the rest of your life. Okay. Instead of him actually. That's the plan.
22:33What? Instead of him growing up and being able to produce and contribute to the house? No, that's the plan. The plan is just for me to sit there, be working all the time. And I do everything. Then she deals with all that stuff is what she wants. the house, the bills, everything. He just goes to work, gives me his checks and then comes home to, you know, Is that how you envision it? Is that what you would like to see? My thing is for her to sit at home and take care of the kids and stuff and me be out working, yeah. I'd like to be able to sit there. Taking control of everything, the bills, you just hand your money?
23:02Yeah. To me, it is easier for her to take care of the bills because especially when I do start working. With her controlling your debit card and everything well no that i hope will change eventually that's crazy i hope will change when he starts working he'll get like an allowance amount and then he can spend whatever he wants on that i'm gonna be real with you your debt is not the same as everyone else's you've got your own unique mix of credit cards maybe some medical bills personal loans and collections whatever your interest rates are different your payments are different your life is different so why do you need some one-size-fits-all solution that treats you like a number.

25:44it's like a trad wife no a trad wife is usually more submissive trad wife doesn't destroy and control her husband and destroy his ego and beat him down to nothing but I'm from New York too So I have like that asshole blood in my body. She's a Italian New Yorker. Good. You're okay with that? I'm kind of the backwoods countries. Backwoods countries are pathetic. No. Well, no. He does like all the stuff with his hands. That's good. I don't understand her taking your debit card though. That one we still usually fight about. Yes, that's clearly the topic I'm talking about. I'm not going to let you buy some bullshit with my money when we're behind on shit.
26:21That's why I say I don't say much about it. But when I do start working, that's where things can be different. That's why when you start working, you'll get your allowance. And then you can buy whatever bullshit you want with it. How do you feel about her relationship with money and how she's controlling it? The only thing I like is that I do know that usually she sits there and is pretty good. Like, hey, we need to save this. She's pretty good at making it where we get it saved. She's the opposite of good. But either way, how do you feel about the dynamic? You feel like she cares about money more than your relationship?
26:51Sometimes, yeah. Sometimes I feel like she definitely lets it get more in between us than anything. Is it ruining the love, ruining the magic? Sometimes, yeah, because there'll be times where she gets extremely stressed about it. And what kind of seems like it takes it out on me rather than on just like us being able to sit and talk about it. I don't know. I try and talk to you and you just throw your hands up. No, you sit there and say about how things are my fault. Like what? What are you saying is your fault? You'll sit there and be like, oh, well, if you weren't sitting here buying drinks at the gas station, you might have an extra$10 to put into something.
27:28It's not$10. If it was$10, I wouldn't care. I was meaning a day. You'll have an extra$10 a day to be able to sit there and put into something. That's hundreds of dollars a month. You know that, right? Yeah, and it's also my health and safety. It's not your health and safety. For being a diabetic outside working. I can buy cases of water and cases of shit at Costco. Okay, water doesn't do anything for a diabetic that's sweating his ass off every single day. I can buy cases of Gatorade at Costco. And you don't. That'll be a lot. Because you don't take it with you anyway. Put it in his car. Yeah, just put it in the truck and I'll take it.
28:05It's my responsibility to put shit in his car. No, but if this is your big bitch and moan, then you can help. I mean, aren't you controlling his every move? Yeah. I mean this is right in that subscription. I guess I could but I feel like I do everything else Like I took this is where you draw the line opening the trunk and putting a trunk. He's a truck. There's no trunk in the back of the bed rock if it's not in front of his face He won't eat it or drink it. So if I put it in the back He won't see it. He won't know it's there or he'll forget that it's there and then go to the gas station Anyway, and the shit will sit back there until he gets back.
28:41I don't care how this is making him feel about your relationship though. How this is putting him down. How he feels like the magic and love is going away because of how you treat him, because of how you break him, because of how insane and crazy you are. Well, he knew that getting into the marriage. He knew that I was a crazy bitch. I mean, he's expressing how it is damaging the relationship now. You don't care? No, I do care. Do you? Because you don't stop. I do care, but when I'm drowning in death. Then why don't you do shit? Because I'm drowning in debt and we have a kid. Okay, so this is already a problem.
29:13Why make it a bigger problem between you two? Why destroy your relationship? Because I'm not letting him get his bullshit. He didn't say that. He says how you approach him. When you're stressing with finances, you go in and you berate him. It's stressful. I mean, like, I just, like, I feel like I try and bottle up so I don't bring it up all the time. So if you get stressed at work, he should be able to come home and berate you. If he wants to. Really? That's how a good, healthy relationship is. If he wants to come and vent, you would feel good about that. Is she just venting to you? No, not usually, but I know how she is.
29:45So that's why a lot of times when she tries to talk to me about it, I just shut down because I know she's not meaning to come at me that way. But she's just so stressed about it. Maybe she is. How can you even say she's not? I'm just venting. Because it knows my heart. That's not right. I don't trust your interpretation. How is it when she comes at you? What does she do? So usually it depends on exactly what this time that she's stressing about with it. Money. But usually she just comes at it to where she's like, man, we're so far behind. I don't know if we're going to be able to make it. I'm like, babe, I'm about to be ending school.
30:21I was like, I can end school now. I was like, I can end now and I can just put a pause on it and come back to it because it's an hour-based course. No, you still need to attend. We need to test, but it's based on the hours that we're there. So I could sit there, take a break, and come back to it when we were better. You only have a certain amount of time after your graduation date to go back to it. But it sits there and makes it to where when I try to say anything about it, that she just ends up being like, no, you're almost at the end of it. Just go and do it. And I'm like, just let me go work because you're stressed so much about money.
30:59I was like, let me just go get a daytime job, or I could just sit there and just switch to nights. It's going to take longer for me to finish because there's less hours I could do at night, but I could sit there and switch completely and just get a daytime job. But I'd rather you be done with school and actually just go get your job and make more money than trying getting a job at McDonald's or the gas station or whatever, and you, like, pushing your schooling time out even longer. How quickly could you have done it if you went just full steam at all times? That's what he's doing now. That's what I'm doing right now.
31:29I'm almost towards the end of it. You'll be done in a couple months. I agree or disagree. The disagree is you guys can't pay your mortgage and you're going to lose a house. That's not an option anymore. I'll get you a course career certification in the trades as well. I believe there's some extra to back up what you're doing. A lot of people in the audience have converted those into six-figure jobs. Highly recommend course careers. I've been looking at a whole bunch of different courses I want to go into. I'll get you one for free. The thing is, in the end, you want to back off, be a stay-at-home mom, take care of everything and have them provide.
32:02Back off. Your job. Oh, yeah. I thought you meant off of like all the bills. Shut the f*** up. My question is, how do you trust this man to be a provider? He's a pathetic wuss. Because he's a man, like you said. No, he's not. Yes, he is. Really? Where's the demonstration? I haven't witnessed any behavior here. That sounds like someone that can go out and get shit did. Well, anytime that we have any problems at the rental with the water, the AC, the whatever, he goes there and fixes it. If I'm not mistaken, I believe I read before that when you guys got together, he couldn't even provide and put a roof over your head.
32:43You guys were homeless. That was for a whole bunch of things that we're not talking about because of situations that have happened in the past. Great. But if you're a provider, you could get a roof over the head. You were fucking homeless. Well, he didn't have a job. He didn't have a job at the time when we were in the house. Great. What a good provider. Do you not understand the example that I am making here based on your history? That's why he's in school. Okay, people work without being in school, though. I know. So this is not the person I'm trusting to be the provider. He is not very good at being a man.
33:14Okay. I trust him. How? You guys were homeless when you first got together, which was not that long ago, by the way. But either way, when were you homeless? Last year. We were homeless for almost a year. so so we got wait you owned a house though yeah but yeah so she sat there she had people running at the time and she actually chose to be homeless with me so i sat there you suck no i sat there and i yelled at her oh that's good because i didn't want her to be staying in the truck with me i wanted her to stay with her well yeah where do you think homeless people asleep tents no i sat there Did she get a tent on the side of the road instead of in her car?
33:54I don't want you to be homeless. What the f*** are you talking about? I don't want that. I was assuming. Babe, let me finish. So we sat there and made it to where I was because of some situations that happened. What? I was living with my sister. She ended up. She kicked him out because of our age gap. Of our age gap and stuff, yeah. She didn't like that I was so young. So you were 19. Yeah, but I was 30. Yeah. She didn't like it. She didn't agree with it, so she kicked him out. And then that made it to where I was homeless. And I sat there and I was like, all right, well, I'm going to start saving money, be able to get into a place.
34:35Because at first I was trying to pay off debt. I feel like I'm missing something. I feel like, okay, I don't feel like she'd kick you off from 19, but okay. Well, she did. What about your parents? Why don't you guys live with your parents then? Because the dad doesn't like me because we were friends before. And then. You were friends with her dad? We were in a bowling league together so we used to drink and stuff in the bowling league together. Yeah. And he saw you guys being friends for so long. Then at 19, me and her got together and he did not like it. Yeah. Not unfair. No, it's not unfair.
35:09I mean, it was shitty to make me homeless at 19. But that was also a good choice. I mean, it's your choice. You go work, dude. I did work. You could have also sat there and stayed with them it's just because they didn't want me there. And also you owned a house. So like, what the fuck were you talking about? Well, yeah, because I couldn't afford the mortgage. So I couldn't afford the mortgage on my own. I'm just saying there was many options. No, no. When I was with my ex-fiance, he was paying the mortgage pretty much. Gotcha. And then he left and I couldn't afford it anymore. So my savings drained.
35:39But you could rent out rooms. And here's the thing. Let's pretend you couldn't even do that. You could get a job, work full time and pay for a roof over your head. I did. My mortgage is over$3 ,000 a month And how much were you collecting in rent? No, I didn't I had one of my rooms being rented Good, then you could have lived in another one I did But they left, listen to me, they left And I couldn't afford it anymore So I had someone rent out the whole house Good, then you could go rent a place of your own And I left to go live with my parents And they weren't paying the full mortgage So I was still out, I think$600 a month And when your parents kicked you out, you could have got a cheap rent I didn't have the down payment though for it Okay, but even government housing you could apply it for.
36:18Oh, probably. I have no idea about that. See, there's always options. Yeah. I was 19. I don't know about government assistance and stuff. What? You don't have access to the internet? I told you. Clearly she is. You can't say she isn't. If she can't use the internet at 19, that's kind of crazy. You know, maybe her sister's right. If she is too... That's what I said, his sister. You said her sister. You said her sister. Oh, sorry. Maybe your sister is right, though. If she's too rich to open her phone at 19, maybe she is too much of an infant to get with someone who's an adult. You know, you bitch at people all the time when they say, oh, I'm young, I'm still a kid, and now you're calling me an infant.
36:56And I'm not saying I'm a kid now. They said you're not being able to use the internet. I was making an example of how stupid you were being. And you're too stupid to even understand that. Like, what the fuck is wrong with you? Maybe you're still an infant today. Brought to love, not fully developed. Well, you are 21. I understand you did. Because you're acting like an idiot. You don't understand what I'm saying. Also, the mortgage is$2 ,200 a month. It's only$3 ,100 because of the poor parents. No, it's not. Before. No, it's not. No, it was$2 ,288.10. And then because my escrow account went negative, it went to$3 ,001.92.
37:25When? A couple months ago, I think. No, because you were talking about the$3 ,100 mortgage and you were kicked out of your parents' house. Yeah. So shut the f*** up. You're a liar. You're an excuse maker. No, I didn't make the money anyway. It doesn't matter, though. You said you couldn't afford$3 ,100. No, back then she couldn't. It wasn't that. number. You f***ing dude. You're just f***ing. Refuse to take accountability and you're a f***. You're a b***h. Calm down a little bit. I am very protective over her. She was homeless you f***ing freak. Yeah, she was. Protective? Shut the f*** up. Shut the f*** up.
38:03Oh, got me. Or what? Huh? What are you going to do if I don't shut up? Who wants to make a fight with a guy punching metal? For fun. No one who's protective over the spouse like recruits them into homelessness. You freak. Protective over her? She's about to lose her house and you won't work. No, no. Protective little freak? I'm not a lizard. Shut the fuck up, protective. Protective? You can't even protect yourself against her. She owns you, you little cuck. Shut up. He owns me too. This shit's on paper. Except there's nothing to show for that. You do everything you want to do, and he does everything you want to do.
38:39So he doesn't own you in any way. There's nothing. There's nothing here of which he has ownership and control. Over who she could talk to, over what she could wear. Mm-hmm. Oh, yeah, he did choose this. I don't think a woman would, so. No, actually, she chose that outfit, not me. I have a select few things that I'm allowed to wear. You guys are freaks, dude. Select few, just you're not allowed to be showing off your body. Right. Trust me, no one wants to see that. No one wants to see yours. I'm not showing it off. Neither am I. I know, but he said you can't. No one tells me I can't. I just know not to.
39:17Well, you can't. I just did. Okay, believe it or not, not every man that you talk to is going to be a pathetic little bitch like him. If you say so. Like follow your little rules. Who came and figured out how much her mortgage was a couple, like a year ago. I literally told you it to the dime. A year ago. A year, you were wrong. No, it's 228810. Earlier you said 3100 when you were kicked out of your parents' house when you were kicked out of your house. Yes, you said that. No, it was$22.88.10. That's not what you said, though. You did say it was$3 ,100 when you got kicked out. You've never screwed up in your life, but I know the numbers by the penny.
39:54So how are the financial decisions made in this house? You just do, and he gets no input. Yep. That's especially what it was at first was I didn't even know what was going on, and I was actually pissed about it because I was like, especially when I was working, I was like, where's all my money going? It's like, what's getting paid? What isn't getting paid? Like, I'm still getting messages from collection things and from yours. Everything from her? Yeah, so she had me on like a couple things. And like everything was like, what is going on? You're trusting someone who had collections and everything that you were on that allowed you to co-sign on things that went to collections and you're trusting that person?
40:33Well, now that we sit here and we've been trying to get a lot of stuff and we have done stuff and got a lot paid off in the past, And now we're just trying to come here for help to try to be able to sit there and get like the rest and get. That wasn't my question. You're trusting that. How? How does that person have trust that got you to co-sign on things and went to collections? Most of our bills are paid. It's just there are certain ones that couldn't because I ended up sitting there going back to school. They end up going into collections and stuff. Yeah. I have a car that got repoed too. Wow.
41:02Yeah. That's who we should trust. Dude, she can't even take care of herself. What the are we doing? I'm taking care of myself now. That's why now she sits there. I wasn't full-time. She's behind six months. I know, but I wasn't full-time before. You have nothing to stand on. Both of you are trying to stand on this high pedestal of your relationships, your morality, your manliness, your responsibility. He is very manly, you're right.
41:29Uh-huh. Mm-hmm. Okay, yes. At least you know. Yeah. Uh-huh. Mm-hmm. Okay, yeah, great. Uh-huh. So you guys are really trying to stand, put yourselves up there. You have nothing to stand on. Look at your entire life. You're pathetic, and you don't know what the f*** you're doing, and you're controlling. I know what I'm doing. You have nothing to stand on. Because the mortgage company didn't tell me that I needed my ex-fiancee's signature on stuff. And the car company didn't tell you you had to pay the car, and the collections that went to collections that he signed up for They didn't tell you how to pay those bills.
42:10The collection ones are definitely because I decided to go back to school. And it was my fault because I thought. Everything just with the collections right now? Not too long ago, yeah. Stuff started going in collections. Nothing from before? No. No. When was your repo? Four months ago, I think. Then why the f*** did you go through bankruptcy at 19? Oh, shit. Oh, no. That was supposed to be from then. That's, oh, what a troublesome thing to throw into the conversation. I know. I f***ed up. Really? I'm sorry. Yeah. Two years ago. So two years ago, yeah. And you did not change your behavior. You're there again.
42:49So no, don't try to put yourself on that high pedestal. You're not. You're not that guy. You're not that guy, pal. Trust me. You're not that guy. You're not. You never will be. Actually, you might be. I hope you do. Because I was a f*** up too financially. I mean, I'm still f***ing from a lot of ways. Everyone is. who wasn't. But the thing is, don't try to pretend like you're the financial expert. You're not. Yes, but you've tried to make it sound like you know what you're doing. You don't. Stop. Like, dude, I don't know, man. You're literally renting a place when you own a house. Yeah. You guys at least like the place you're renting in?
43:26No. I mean. Well, I do. You do. I do. I didn't want to. Yeah, that was a... Why? I wanted to stay in the house. Well, yeah. And just have. Which you guys can afford, by the way. I mean, you actually can afford that mortgage payment. Even after you put money away for taxes. It's stretched very hard. Listen, with you and your child tax credit at your income level. We just had her. I know. But even with that, it's like your tax bill is going to be a little less at the end of the year. We're rewarding like you. This is how our society is built. So plus your dual income household. I mean, at that point.
44:00How are we a dual income household? He doesn't work. With your dual income household, you filing jointly, because he doesn't work, your income's a lot less. We don't file jointly. Well, do. Okay. Because it'll make you guys look a lot better on paper. I'm helping you. Take advantage. Okay. Do you even file taxes? Yes, every year. Correctly? Well, no. But I file them. I have to start paying taxes next year. And I hope you've got to start paying taxes for the past few years. No, you've got money back this year. What do you mean you haven't done it correctly, she said. What do you mean you haven't done it right?
44:37Tell me. Well, because I have my 1099 job that I make the six grand a month. And I was also working at a grocery store part-time. And that was a W-2. So I only filed my grocery store income. So that I would get a little bit of overtime. And yet they are going to get child tax credits and benefits and all those good things. You also didn't get your 1099 paperwork until after we did the country stuff. I've never gotten my 1099 paperwork to file. Yeah, you've never gotten it. But I could have asked. They never gave it to you. No, I know. No, I know. I know. I just didn't ask for it. Oh! And this country, it's been a failed experiment.
45:15We've gotten too bloated and we don't care anymore and we just allow people to like to step use the system. The only way that other countries have actual social benefits broad is because the middle class pays substantial taxes. And I don't want to. Okay, great. Doesn't mean you can just skirt the system. You have to pay taxes. If I have to pay my millions, you've got to pay your taxes because I'm paying for your benefits. Yeah. The child tax credits and shit you get because you decided to reproduce. She's adorable. That was your choice. I don't give a f***. You should give a f***. She's adorable.
45:45We were up before when you asked about the whole apartment thing. You hate living in your apartment. Yes. I never wanted to go to the apartment. I wanted to stay in the house. I also don't really like people, and I didn't want to be in an area where I had to be around people all the time. You also have no say in anything. Yeah, I forced him to go there. You actually do have a say, by the way. You just don't do anything because you're pathetic. No, they're actually, I didn't because she had the money to go to and already paid it. So what am I going to say? Are you guys not together? I was working a lot then.
46:13Yeah, but are you guys not one? Isn't that the thing? What do you mean her money? It's supposed to be, yeah. If you guys are treading ownership and waiting until marriage, like with that, oh, you didn't stick it in the butt or grab it by the hand or put it in the mouth? No. No. We actually waited till marriage. No. That's why we got married on our one year. Not a single hand job. That's why we got married on our one year anniversary. People get married even quicker than that when they're like abstinent. I was also homeless at times. So it's one of those to where we didn't have a place to go. We still got married when we were homeless.
46:45When you guys were sleeping in the truck together, I think it would accidentally slip in. No. How? He was in a public parking lot. I was joking. Well, you're not funny. People in that tight a space usually get into a tight space. No, we didn't. How would you know? Because I f***ed in a lot of cars. What are you talking about? Did you live in one though? No, because I'm not a pathetic loser. Okay, so it's comfortable. Okay, I shouldn't say that. By the way, homeless people aren't pathetic losers. They're pathetic losers. If you or your child spent years growing up on social media and experienced serious mental health struggles, you should hear this. Recently, a jury ordered Meta and YouTube to pay millions for their role in designing and promoting addictive platforms. They knew their apps could contribute to anxiety, depression, and body image issues. but did not share those risks while prioritizing profits. The recent historic verdict underscores the consequences of those decisions.
48:58Now Morgan & Morgan is stepping up to hold these platforms accountable for the harm they caused. Click the link in my bio to take a short quiz. You may be entitled to a potential recovery of over$1 ,000. Yeah, I doubt that. Because they didn't need to be homeless. You chose homeless. It was great. You did, not me. I had to be. You're kicked out of your sister's place. Get a job and get a house. I had a job and I just didn't have the money saved to be able to put for the down payment and stuff. You could have stayed in a shelter. You could have done a lot of things. Yeah, but shelter. I was also driving to a whole other section of Florida every single day.
49:30He was driving like, what was it, three hours? Three, three and a half hours. I don't understand. No, so I was just like. All right, what do you guys think your combined Hammer Financial score is? Zero to 10, zero being the best. Zero being the best? You don't even know your own show. Reverse. Zero being the worst. You're taking that out? No, I'm saying reverse the score. Zero being the worst, 10 being the best. Okay, good. I want you to make sure you have it on video that you look like an idiot too. And it's not just us. Are you going to do the 1, 2, 3, go thing? No, I haven't done that in like a year.
49:57What? Man, we're watching some old videos. Okay, zero. If you watch your name for Financial Score, it is free. It's been redone where it's detailed in each category now. So check it out. Even if you've taken it before, it is free. It's just a few minutes. Calebhammer.com. And if you don't want to be a guest who ended up on the show, they're going to need a lot more help than this. But just download it. Otherwise, but you can take the free trial. I'll see if it works for you. It works for most people. That's why they stick with it and take the annual version. It saves nearly 50 % of your money and you get the physical version of my 30-day meal plan signed by me, mailed directly to you, and the digital version of the cookbook.
50:32Check it out. I can't believe you were crying about driving to work. Everyone drives the fucking... Where is it? I wasn't crying about driving to work. Yours isn't, and I hate you, so yours won't be. What? Where did I say I was driving going? So this mortgage... What about it? Yeah, okay. So what's that number that you're going to be owing? That big lump sum? It's$28 ,000. November what? You have the exact number. November 31st. That's crazy. Okay. We'll put a film date to this so everyone knows out there. August 25th. Yeah. So November 28th is$27 ,000. 31st. 31st. $27 ,974.05. F*** me. Yeah. And if it doesn't, if you don't?
51:20Then it'll go into my mortgage payments every month for 12 months. So the payment would be probably like$5 ,000,$4 ,500. With interest accrued? No. Then why not spread it across 12 months? Because it's a lot of money a month. But it's the same amount of money. That's an interest-free loan. No, it's not interest-free. You just said it wasn't baked in with interest. Well, not the arrears. Yeah, so that makes it an interest-free loan. Okay, sorry. I want to clarify. There's$28 ,000. That's owed on November 28th. But if you don't pay it on November 28th, they'll spread it across 12 months. Yes. With no interest accruing on that$28 ,000.
51:55Yes. I don't understand. Do that. So do that divided by 12 and tell me what it is. Okay. The$28 ,000 or whatever. $27 ,974.05 divided by 12,$2 ,331. Okay, so now add$3 ,001.92. But if you save up this money, it doesn't even matter. Yes, you can make more money in a high yield. Whatever. But that's just the mortgage. And now we have rent. I can't, but it's the same amount of money you were going to do it anyway. So it at least gives you a little extra wiggle room having the money sitting in a savings and then paying it over 12 months. Is that what you suggest instead of the slump sum? Potentially, because literally it's a 0 % interest-free loan.
52:34Now you have to actually manage and actually pay it. And you refuse to actually pay bills because you're a loser. But yes, if you can actually do it, then yes. She pays all the other bills. She got her car repoed, went through bankruptcy two years ago, and has collections accounts. Shut the f*** up. You don't know what you're talking about. Okay, we also have other vehicles that we sit here pay every single month. Mortgage that gets paid. Oh, wow. Oh, incredible. That's so good. The basic minimum requirement. Well done. Shut the f*** up. Dude. What is wrong with you? You really were like raising a f***.
53:07And we'll f*** the stuff off. Do you think that we should try and pay this or let it foreclose? When did I ever suggest foreclose? Well, no, I told you earlier, my mom suggested to have it foreclosed. Don't listen to her. The average American is stupid with money. Even the swamp man agrees with me. Yeah. Well, because my ex-fiance is on the mortgage, so I could never sell it, and I couldn't ever do anything. But we could refinance it eventually and get him off of it. It's hard to refinance, though. It is hard. It is. You're going to have to have a pretty decent market recovery. Yeah. Yeah. Which, you know, a lot of those big COVID markets where they built a lot of housing and stuff, which is good.
53:46Housing price has gone down. Yeah, it's like$30 ,000 less than I think when I bought it. Yeah. It's about 50. Yeah. Okay. Okay, so what is, okay, payoff quote, 900, oh, sorry of your mortgage, yes, but your purchase price was higher. But your mortgage is$298 ,919.75, or 95 cents. Yeah. And the normal monthly payment is, remind me again. $3 ,001.92. Now, with the new escrow and everything. Okay. I get a new escrow analysis once I pay the lump sum. If I pay the lump sum. Gotcha. Now, it'll add on top of it, which I might do. So it went up. Yeah. What was it? Was it property taxes or insurance? It was property taxes.
54:31Because I didn't file for homestead exemption, and it went through the roof. And it went up$800 a month? Yes. Yeah. There's no cap of what property taxes can be raised in the state of Florida? If you don't have the homestead. Even without homestead, right? No, there's no cap. There's no cap unless you file for homestead. You can homestead in Texas, but even still, if the city tries to raise it more than a certain percent, it triggers an automatic election. No, not in Florida. That's insane. Ron DeSantis, get on top of that shit. What the fuck are you doing? That's why after that happened, I called them and I said, what the hell happened?
55:03They were like, oh, you're taxes. Well, you didn't file for homestead because you're stupid. They said it was because of taxes, so I went and filed for homestead now. Oh, yeah, I mean, it is. Which doesn't help prior, but. It helps for next year, but not this year. Yeah. Yep. Okay, so forbearance. So, I mean, how close are we? The thing is, and this is what concerns me, I don't know how you're going to be able to save up that much money in two months. Well, we have$10 ,000 right now, and I make$6 ,000 a month, and the people in the house give me$700 a month. $700 is all you get? A week. A week, sorry.
55:36Even, okay. That's$2 ,800 a month. So how the f***? There's no reason why this is such a struggle for you. Because they weren't paying for it, now they're paying. But as of three months ago, they've been paying. So still, the fact that it got an additional three months behind it was so f***ing stupid. But either way. Because they told me I had to pay a lump sum from the first three months and I didn't have it. But three months, you've been able to save up 10 in three months? It was$11 ,000 and change, you have it in there somewhere. Hey, that doesn't hit our target. That does not hit our target in two months if you keep that trend.
56:11You got rent on top of it, you have other bills from the sounds of it, and this is a pretty thick stack. You do not hit that number in two months. By the end of it, the budget will tell all. That's another thing. Right, because his school... Especially when you're doing things like Wayfair. Yeah, that was kind of... Child predator meet child selling network. No, that was my screw up. So we want to buy another house within the next year And kind of do rental properties and stuff That was a joke by the way I've taken a Wayfair sponsorship I'll do it again So that was for some furniture for a house Yeah because no one will ever get used furniture in the history of this show Well it was like a 4th of July sale So I got like 4 beds for that price It was 6 beds for that price Was it 6?
57:02Yeah it was 6 beds I see you more than just the Wayfair, though. Right? Pull up your Klarna.
57:13It's always so hard when people don't send a full everything.
57:21Listen, I think this, I mean, it's pretty close to paid off, so I'm just gonna cross it out for now. but that's just an indication again of things that you are yes this is what we are prioritizing because that's like going to be paid off by like now which means at the time we did this we already struggled to start paying our mortgage payment or it was right around it anyway so this is so that we're prioritizing new furniture over paying for the roof over our kids had you were pregnant you knew you were going to have to but this was before I knew about the issue with the forbearance right there though Right there.
57:54I know. It was right before. Even still, the issue with the forbearance, well, it didn't even matter. You're struggling to pay your mortgage in general, and we're getting furniture on Klarna? Like, what are we doing? You have a kid. You have a kid coming at that point. Yeah, I didn't even know fully that was fully happening until it did. Yeah, I just ordered it. Now, you might be one of the rare few examples of someone that actually needs a Ram 1500 carrying around your tools and equipment and stuff like that. That's fine. We get a$30 ,000 won at 21.8 % interest. No, you weirdo. What's wrong with you?
58:26We get the cheapest piece of shit we can. He had a piece of shit and it fell apart. Exactly. It's reasonable. The clarification, the asterisk. Yeah. I sat there and had one. And it sat there and started breaking down a lot more. And we had a kid. That's why I said one that's reasonable. Again. And that was, we were looking at other ones. And we were looking at a different one. And they wanted too much money. So I said, no, let's go with this one that is cheaper. 84 months long. Good. Yeah. Like, why couldn't we get like a 2018? The one that we were looking at was a 2018. It was more expensive.
59:01It was more expensive. Okay, what about 17, 16, 15? They didn't have any others. 16. They didn't have one. We should have got a 16 just because. They didn't? Who's they? The dealership. Good. Go to Moore. Yeah. You're in Florida. Go to Tampa. Like what? An hour and a half north. Try like two and a half, three hours. Okay, congratulations. Whatever. Dude, Dallas is longer than that. Shut the f*** up. From Austin, go to f*** Miami, two and a half hours east. What are you doing? Go to more dealerships, you f***ing loser. That's the thing. Trucks are expensive, and he didn't want to not get a truck.
59:32That's why you look for more. What? How does that? What counter argument is that to what I just said? Because trucks aren't usually that much money, at least not in Florida. They're usually like$60 ,000,$80 ,000, whatever. I'm sure you can find a cheaper one. Yes, I can. I can. You and your stupid. Yeah, me and my stupid internet. Something you refuse to know how to use. That you need constantly with you on your show. It was one of those she wanted to sit there and see. It didn't exist. It didn't exist? Oh, you're an old man too. Yes. We sat there and I was at school and she sat there and just sent me a picture of a truck.
1:00:12That was our shopping technique? I was there You're incredible And he refused to get anything other than a truck He wouldn't get any like smaller vehicle That was cheaper He was like no I need a truck He actually does need this for his job He is right about that He doesn't graduate school for another few months Here we go San Antonio 2014 Ram 1500 it's at 18 ,000 How many miles? 42 ,000 No way let me see I mean it doesn't matter now No it doesn't but it's just an example Texas. Oh my gosh. These people suck. They pretend like only Texas markets. There's definitely none in the third most populated state in the country.
1:00:54Why can't you just type in Florida? You should know how your iPad works to type go F L. But regardless, it doesn't matter. We already have the loan and we're so probably underwater with it that it's not even worth selling it because we just got it. No, that's not the point. I'm talking about how you were f***ing in those. Yeah, and You've been telling me that the whole show. Yes. Get a different word, man. No, because it completely defines you. Okay. That is you. Okay. Says you. Says your behavior and choices and actions. Let's see if you can figure out how to fix it. That's the show. $702.82 for someone that makes zero.
1:01:34When did you get this truck? It was last month. Because I'm going to be graduating soon. Yeah, we just made our first payment on it. last month when we were five months behind on our mortgage, we decided to get a car that is$702 a month for 84 months at a 21.8 % interest when our kid was a month old when you bring in$0. You guys are the worst humans, parents, partners to ever exist. It's worth half of what you owe on it. It's worth$17. I was going to sit there and fix that old truck. I didn't say sell it. I never once said the word. That's your whole thing with this. When the math works. Yeah.
1:02:18The math doesn't work. Dude, she's the worst. This, like you, you're a bad person. I don't like you. Thank you. You're horrible. Thank you. But I was looking at possibly fixing that old truck, but all the stuff it was going to cost to fix it, it was more than what it was even worth. I wouldn't advocate for that either. That's why I was saying like the$18 ,000 type of truck. But that was the one to where you just sit there instead of, we needed one pretty quick. It didn't have to be a Ram. Maybe there was something cheaper. I don't know. The thing is. Well, no. So I sat there and I was actually looking.
1:02:48I was going to start looking, but. He was going to start looking. So you weren't looking. You were going to start looking. She went to there while I was at school. One dealership. Yes. But I sat there and my truck actually broke down on me going to school one day and I was on the side of the road trying to fix it. How far was your school from your house? It's like an hour. About 45 minutes to an hour. Okay. Yeah. I'd rather you guys rent a car for a couple months. and get a lot of money. And get a, it is less money substantially than an 18, than a 21 % interest rate on an 84 month loan. But then also run into college.
1:03:18Oh my, these people, man. There's literally, that's the thing. You're just like another woman that sits there doesn't let people finish talking. So. It's my show, asshole. But you want to sit here and ask for opinions from people and yet you don't want to let them talk. Or like they're, what they're wanting to do. Like I'm sitting and trying to tell you about the truck. I don't care what you want to do. What do I care about what you want to do? I can't let you get in on a debt and live a better life because I want to understand your perspective and then call you a and then fix it. Here's the thing.
1:03:45Every single guest on this show or not every single guest, but every single person that ends up in this situation, there is no other alternative than what they did. That is the issue. No, there was other alternatives. If you were to let me finish talking, I would have to tell you. Try because renting was clearly evil. But see, yeah, because to me, that was a lot of money to sit there and try to spend to every single because you got to think how much is a rental a single day we also tried to get a rental car and they wanted a credit card yeah and we were trying not to use credit cards everything like this and I don't we didn't have great credit we don't have a credit card we don't have a credit card they wouldn't give us a rental car you don't have a credit card not that's open no we got rid of them no I don't have a credit card and I don't either I can show you my wallet right now I got nothing in it besides my dealers okay just because it's not in your wallet doesn't mean you don't have one I'm just saying like I could like I could sit there say that's all I have in there it's like I don't sit We don't have credit cards.
1:04:36Yeah, we don't have a single credit card in there. Okay. There's family nearby. Is there not? No. No, I don't. No. Well, not you. Her. My parents. I haven't spoken to my father. They won't even talk to you? I understand they kicked you out. My mom does every now and then. Because you went with the credit card? They won't help at all. My mom talks to me. They won't help at all. I'm going to have asked them for help once, maybe twice, and they just refuse. You have no friends? No. No. I mean, I would have maybe even opened a credit card. I get denied for it. Caleb Hammer, open a credit card? Wow.
1:05:12I love credit cards. What are you talking about? For people that don't know how to use them? Do you watch the show? Yes, but I'm talking about saving literally potentially tens of thousands of dollars, right? Yeah. Like that's what we're discussing here. But when his truck dies on the side of the road, I don't want to have to try and figure out where or when I can get a credit card. Especially if I have my doctor. When he has to go pick up the kid and the car breaks down on the side of the road. All of that is less convenient than buying a car going through that entire loan process. Like, shut the f*** up.
1:05:38Well, no. I went there one day and they handed me the keys. Exactly. Okay, great. Okay, yep, it's good. Yep, keep this car. This is fantastic. Shut up. You did such a good job. You just told me to keep the car. You did such a good job. You're so smart. You're so good. Now, what about this 2022 Chevrolet Silverado? Is that what we just looked at? Yeah. It was supposed to actually—I don't know why it says that on there, but it's actually a Dodge Ram 2500. That's 2022. Yeah, that's the same thing that you just looked at. Because it is the same thing. It's the same thing you just looked at. It just says a different car for some reason on there.
1:06:08Wait, this has a higher interest rate though. Are you sure? This is something reporting different. Can I see? Sure. Because it is a different car and it's a different interest rate. It's a different interest rate? Let me see that one. Oh my gosh, yeah, sure. It is a different interest rate. Whoa, that's crazy. It's just reporting wrong. This is the correct one. This is the statement from the bank. This is wrong. Yes, I'm saying maybe this is something different that is on your report and you just don't know. No, it's the same thing. Listen, I'm going to assume there's an issue, but you're going to need to dispute it or something.
1:06:47Why? It's the same thing. It's the same term amount and everything. I'm just looking to it. That's all I'm saying. Okay, something from our credit union. We got$2 ,217 and you're passed through that entire amount. Why? Yeah, that's Suncoast. Huh? What is this? That's a Suncoast credit card that we used to have. That's in collections. Oh, my. Yeah, that's collections. We? No, me. What happened? I wanted to go see my friend in South Carolina. So that was like. When? That was. I think it was right after my bankruptcy. All of my collections are right after my bankruptcy. Oof. I went and got a plane ticket, the rental car, the hotel, whatever on that card.
1:07:36Oh, you were able to get a rental car? That's crazy. Well, yeah, after the bankruptcy because it wasn't fully done yet. Okay, I have another one in collections. Yeah, that's mine. Credit one. Yeah, I have a lot of credit ones. $953. Yeah. I used to collect Funko Pops. so a couple of those credit wands is for Funko Pops how often are we going to South Carolina that was just the one time you haven't gone again no was I supposed to go another time I believe you went and saw them like three days after your baby was born yeah we went after the baby was born but we drove we didn't pay for it though we didn't pay for flights and stuff no we just drove for we drove like three days after the baby was born yeah where was I supposed to leave her at home by herself stay at home with the kids.
1:08:28The family that we have? Three days after a kid is born, you're taking about a road trip? She wanted to see the baby. Then she can come down. She didn't want to. She wanted to. Then she didn't want to see the baby enough. She wanted to drive up there afterwards. There you go. That's the real answer. We sat there and got out of the hospital Thursday and left Friday. Okay, 631 and other collections and then another collections here of 793. Yeah, a couple of those are for Funko Pops that I collected and then I think one of those is for some Pokemon cards. You are a collector of the worst mistakes.
1:09:05Great, and there's nothing to show for it. Okay, so a lawyer. Why do you have a lawyer? Because when my ex-fiance left, he sued me to try and force me to sell the house. Why did he sue you? Because he wanted me to sell the house. What was his argument? The argument was that he's on the mortgage and he didn't want to be on the mortgage anymore and he moved away. and he wanted to sell it and have a split it 50-50. Why didn't you? Because I was living in it and he didn't pay a dime towards the house. Every single mortgage payment, the appraisal, the down payment, everything I paid, he didn't pay any of it.
1:09:36Did you win? Yeah. That's why I still have the house. Yeah. 2 ,600. I also sued him for my engagement ring because he stole it when he left. Is that it? No, this is a new one for us. But when I was engaged prior, he stole the engagement ring that I paid for. Did you sell it? He sold it. He stole it and sold it.
1:11:25But you sued him. I sued him, yeah. Did you win? I did. Did you get money? No. He owes me$5 ,500 legally. Well, this is why no one can contact him. Yeah. He won't give it to me, so I have to try and figure out where he works and garnish his wages, and that's the only way that I'm ever going to get it, and I cannot figure out where he works. P.I. I know. I have to hire one, but. It costs money. It does, but for$5 ,500? Yeah, I know. I know, I have to hire one. I actually told her that we should sit there and just put up the money for a PI to figure it out. Yeah, I'm just so worried about this lump sum of money about the mortgage that I don't want to pay anything off.
1:12:00I don't want to put anything extra toward it until we figure out what's going on with the mortgage. I don't want to hire a PI. I don't want to do anything extra shit. Okay, so$2 ,689 out of this lawyer. Yeah. Is there like a minimum monthly or what's going on? I'm not sure. I think that it's like a, I think that there is. You don't even know? I don't. I think it's like 50 bucks or something. It's$49. I was close. And okay, it looks like you just made a payment last month. Okay. Yeah. You failed first and then you made a payment. Yeah, it was on the wrong account. Oh, more collections. Yeah. Yeah, there's quite a few collections.
1:12:41$9.37. Yeah. So you guys got married a year ago? Yep. August 16th. How did you guys afford that wedding? It was a really, really cheap one. Oh, how much? Maybe five grand for the whole thing. Yeah. The dress, everything. The rings, the actual wedding itself. There was like five people there. This is a collection of$30. Why don't you just pay that and allow it to impact your credit in a positive way? Because of the mortgage. You told Lindsay$10 ,000. Was it$10 ,000? For what? For a wedding. That's what you told. For all the dress and everything like that. How the fuck are we forging that and this not paying for our house and all this stuff?
1:13:22Your priorities are whack, dude. I wanted to get married. Oh, something that's actually not. Nope, this is in collections. Yeah, it's in collections. We can get married without$10 ,000. Yeah. $925 in that collections. Was it$10? If you count rings and everything like that, probably. Maybe I was thinking just the wedding itself was like$5 ,000, and then after the dress and the rings, it was another$5 ,000. Yeah, probably. $234 of this collections.
1:13:54Verizon,$234 in that collections. You're incredible. You're the funniest guest I've ever had. $14 ,000. How do you have$14 ,681 in this collections? That was a vehicle that I crashed. right after my bankruptcy. You suck, man. Why did you not send us your checking account? Why did you refuse in every way whatsoever? How the f*** can we fix things if I can't see what you're spending? Because one, I really don't spend anything because I don't have anything. Prove it. And then second, I also didn't want all my stuff out there. We would redact your s***. What the f*** are you talking about? What stuff out there?
1:14:38You're spending? Just any. Yeah. But you just said your spending is not bad. It's not, but I don't want my checking out there. What s*** out there? What do you mean? What would be out there? Anything. What? What are you concerned about? Just anything at all. I didn't want out there. You said nothing's in there. Yeah. And he doesn't want the people. None of this makes sense. He doesn't want the world to see that he has nothing, pretty much. That makes zero sense. I don't know. But whatever. With who? Me? No, with him. Yeah. He just sent it. Well, yes. How can we get a budget together and criticize spending and fix behavior if we don't know what the behavior is?
1:15:11Well, he doesn't make any money anyway now. So there's. How does money do you have money in your checking account? No. No. And why not let me see it? That's what I said. What? You could be overdrafted. You could be all these different things that we don't know. Maybe there's another debt in there. Who even knows? He let me see the bank statements. And? There's nothing there. So I'm like. Not even a cent of spending? Well, no, he doesn't make money. How do you get gas? I'll ask her for gas. Be like, hey, I need 40, 50 bucks for gas. Yeah. And you saw in the checking account that it was never spent on bullshit at all.
1:15:49Every now and then I'll sit there at the gas station. I might get a drink with it and then just put the rest with it. Isn't that the thing she hates and criticizes? Yeah. So why do you enable it by just sending the money? Because how else am I supposed to get gas? It's cool. If you're doing the behavior that is obviously bad, why would she support it? Yeah, there are times where I'm like, figure it out. But then it's like, what am I supposed to say? no, don't get gas and don't go to school and get your certification to provide for me. If the only way for him to get there is you enabling his bad behavior, yeah, maybe.
1:16:19That would at least force him to change and fix it. Yeah. I want him to finish. I want him to just finish school and get a job and just put his checks in my account. Because your entire philosophy will be you just want to get through. Want to get through it for the next thing. If I give him his allowance and he spends it on bullshit, then he spends it on bullshit. I'm taking whatever that allowance amount. it really depends on how much he's going to make why not let me see your spending it's because I don't want to one thing I was hard on the entire time even when she sat there was wanting to go because he didn't even want to be here I want to know the logic behind the want yeah I want to know too I just really didn't want to I don't want my finances and everything out in the world just like I sat there told her from day one then how in the world day one of her wanting to come on here I told her I did not want to go and I didn't want any of this shit on me.
1:17:11You're never going to get your shit together, to be clear. That's what you think. That's why he's allowed to get his own bullshit allowance. Because you're not willing to take accountability for anything. I should take accountability and sat there, said that. I sat here, got the drinks and the reason for, the reason why I would get drinks. How am I not taking accountability? Because you're not willing to... You're trying to justify it. That, and you're not willing to have someone even look at your shit. I let her see them. That's the person who matters the most to me, so she can see them. Yeah, but she's also stupid with money.
1:17:39She wouldn't know what she's looking at. So you can see what it's being spent on, what it's not being spent on stuff. So the active debt are the car and the house and the lawyer. Oh, wait, no, because of this. Yeah, that's my car. Okay, what do you have? It's a Kia Sportage. That's the one I'm on, too. Oh! Yeah, we're both on that. Well, how good. She just brings you along. Well, that was to try to help my credit go up. $24 ,079. I missed a payment on that. $770.54 yet. You're not really known for not missing payments. Minimum monthly payment, especially, it's$630.85. Yeah. Okay. Well, you owe$24 ,000 on it.
1:18:23It's worth$12 ,000. What's the interest rate? It's 20-something. What are we doing? I think it's a little bit less than the truck, though. His is at 20. I thought it was at 21 or 22. Okay, so yours is at 20? Yeah, that's what I think. 20 and change. Wow, you're winning, I guess. Well, no, but it's not like 25 or 26. It's 20. I know. That's horrible. It's destroying the market. If you're investing it, you're getting 10 % a year. Yeah. Average. Investing it into what? If it was in the overall general stock market, if it followed like the S &P 500. It doesn't matter. That's what you talk about a lot on your show, and I have no idea what that is.
1:19:04And you don't need to right now because you have a 20 % interest rate card that depreciated assets. You said that with the mortgage stuff that I should put it in like that kind of an account. And that's why I said maybe you should just pay the lump sum because why overcomplicate it for you? Like why overcomplicate it? You're right. You're right. You can't do shit. But you said I'm not going to make the lump sum by then. I mean that is the reality probably, right? I mean we'll see. I had to see. I said we have to see what the budget is at the end. So the big thing also with us doing that lump sum is that I don't – technically I finish my schooling the end of this week.
1:19:38but they just came out with a national certification for my schooling that I'm okay to do. That if I go back and do that, I won't be done with it until like middle, end of November when the Lumsum is due. Yeah. That's like another thing I wanted to talk to you about. This is the same thing. Yes. Yes. I wanted to see what you thought about for him going back for that certification. Why do I have to? Yeah. Okay, so what do you owe? You owe$11 ,197 in student loans? Yes. Yes. That's his school. Okay, no, you don't have to pay for it yet, right? No, it's six months after I graduate. Yeah. Which is that in this week, or is that after your NCCER certification?
1:20:27I would have to find out. This will probably have a good return on its investment, which I can appreciate that. Just make sure you're on top of it. Yeah. Okay, so. So this is a screenshot of just your balances? Yeah. Maybe? Him? Mine. Oh, great. Savings,$5. No, my savings is in my money market account. And then the money market, we have a - Or the Smart Start, sorry. I'm going through them. If you would learn to shut the f*** for once in your life, I would get to it. She likes to interrupt. You'll be obnoxious c***. $643 in that money market, then your Smart Savings,$7. There's$10 ,000 in that now.
1:21:07Okay, yeah. I know, it doesn't really matter much. 788 student loans? Yeah, that's mine. I don't know why they didn't give you the statement for that. I don't know why they wrote it like that, but whatever. That'll go to collections in 30 days from the 13th. I just got it. No, we literally just got it. I just got it right before we left to come here. Yeah, so that's why it's one of those. You know why? Because you showed up today with a folder of the statements instead of sending it in like we requested via email. So that's you not following. Just got it. Log in. Log into what? The portal that manages your student loans.
1:21:47This isn't a student loan, though. It's like from the school. It's just like a missed payment that I was supposed to pay. Why when I said student loans, you said yes? Because it is for the school. It's just not a loan. That's not a student loan. So then what is it? A missed payment? Just what you had just described. Okay. Oh, my goodness. You are a walking headache. You actually suck as a human being in processing information. Huh? Not you, him.
1:22:19Cuck. Okay. How was it a cuck when she said not you? Amount due. He doesn't even know what a cuck is. Amount due$3 ,428. He doesn't know what a cuck is. He just calls people that. You're the one who asked me what I was doing after filming. Cuck. So$3 ,428. Okay. Emergency physician. Is this birth? Yes. Okay. Are you on a payment plan yet? No. Why? Because of medical bill. So. You can get on payment plans still for me. It'll still f*** credit. In Florida? Does it go to your credit? It's not about Florida. It's the United States. Yes. You suck at everything. I didn't think that medical bills went to your credit.
1:23:02Well, they f*** do. You piece of s***. Okay. Okay. What is this? Charges, payments, adjustments, your balance. That's another medical bill. Oh, good. Probably not on our payment plan, are you? No. You don't give a f*** about anything. You're just going to destroy your life forever. Yep. How much is that one? 1 ,722. Yeah. I think that was my heart surgery that I had. I think so, too. Yep. Is that why you f***ing enough oxygen get into your brain? What does that have to do with my heart? What do you think gets the f*** to the f***? Ugh. What do you think flows blood around the body? You said oxygen.
1:23:41Now you're saying blood. That's how it transports it. Oxygen goes through blood. Okay, whatever. That's an anesthesiologist bill. Okay. It says it and it's highlighted for you. What I was trying to ask is that's the payment plan or is that the entire balance? No, that's the entire balance. You could just pay it. Okay. I want to know which order I should pay. Because those aren't interest. $107.20. cents. That's my bank. Is that it? Great, you have zero dollars. Well done. Incredible. Withdraw fee. Withdraw fee. Good. With fee. Yes, that's what it is. Zero dollars in this one. Drawing. What the hell is that?
1:24:25I don't even know what that is. Getting some bullshit. Groceries and potential bullshit of groceries. Is this another loan? Smart Cash Certification? No, Payday Alternative. Yeah. That's$1 ,000. Why? What are you doing? Because I didn't have a credit card. Because we don't have any credit cards. So we have a Payday Loan. Yeah,$1 ,000. 15%. $1 ,000. And I assume you can just withdraw once you pay it. Yes. This is that over and over and over again. Yes. Oh, great. I was wondering where the rest is because you wouldn't send up shit because you don't give a f*** about your life. Okay. What was that$7 ,000 or whatever?
1:25:09$2 ,287 in your Edward. Where? It's in the Smart Start. Okay. That's a city. $2 ,287. That's my retirement. Yeah. What do you have in retirement? Nothing. I don't because we pulled it. You pulled it? Yeah, because he paid off his credit cards and stuff that he had. So that's why he doesn't have any. Well, he doesn't have any bad debt. You don't control the spending, though. I know. Okay, let's budget this. What's your rent? $1 ,800. Okay. Utilities, gas, electric, internet, all combined, how much? $150. For everything? Well, yeah, the$1 ,800 includes water. Okay. Now, yeah, okay, without your mortgage, let's do the car payments, $82,$630,$85, and$49.
1:26:00Your debt minimum payments outside of the mortgage is$1 ,382.68. Yikes. Yeah, that's just the two cards that you're justifying like none other, so shut the fuck up. Mortgage is... $3 ,192. Yes,$3 ,001.92. But how do you get$700 a week? Yeah. 700 times 52 divided by 12. It's an averaging out of about$3 ,000 a month. We'll put that into the income. So your income we're going to say is basically$9 ,000. Okay. Phone bill. If you have any, speak up. $250. That's insane. Which actually I just got it lowered down to about$220. Okay,$220. I thought it was$225. Gas, burn from drive, drive, how much? Mine's about$80 a week.
1:26:55and mine's like 40 a week okay 80 plus 40 times 52 divided by 12 talking 520 car insurance how much we just paid 2 ,000 2 ,666 dollars for 6 months 2 ,666 2 ,666 divided by 12 or 6 sorry Yeah, because it's going to come up again, so we're going to say$4.44 a month. But you just paid it, so we can take that out for a little bit, but you are going to have to pay that again. Okay, necessary food. Kids on titty, right? No, it's on formula. She was on titty, but then she ended up... I stopped producing milk. I stopped producing milk. Work harder. I'm kidding. I'm kidding, I'm kidding. I was joking.
1:27:49Shut up. And I was saying that. I work 60 hours a week. Okay, clearly this doesn't matter. I was f***ing around. You should be able to do 700 hours a month in groceries. Meal prep, meal plan. Do you find anything else that exists? I know diapers and all that shit. 300 bucks. Medical health care, are there copays on a monthly basis? No. Is there a gym? No. Are there pets? No. Subscriptions, I'll try 50 bucks. We don't have any subscriptions. Well, you can. anything else that needs to be in your budget is there anything else other than debt, cars, insurance I bowl every week and I just joined a bowling league that's in the TP fund okay that's just all the extra shit
1:28:43yeah I mean you guys have wiggle room oh wait I gotta add your debt of, what was it? 1 ,382.67. You still have wiggle room, but it's a lot tighter now. 8 ,000, basically 600 to survive. We'll round, which gives you 400 left. That allows us to start grinding away the debt, which you, well, I mean, yeah. I would pay off the lawyer. Okay. That'll take a few months. Well, I have 10 ,000 in my savings account right now. Actually, that's right. We have to get to that. Okay, so exactly. With this money left over, how the f*** are we getting in two months to pay for that$28? Or not? And then your monthly budget does break when you have to spread it across$12.
1:29:26Well, the plan was, is because I graduate next week, is this national certification just came up about me being able to do. So our plan was, I don't know if I'm going to go for that national certification or just go straight to working and her working also. Go straight to work. And then that will make it to where... I don't know if that allows you to catch up. Like the one month, because your pay is delayed and you still have a job lined up? I have two potential jobs. Potential jobs. They won't give it to him until he's actually granted it. Let's see how that lands, but still pays delayed. You might be forced to stretch it over three months, but you with your income, with this combined, will be able to make that work.
1:30:09And then after that, we start chipping away. And that chipping away goes lawyer, and your car, then his car. And then get a fully funded emergency fund. And then you guys have to live 50, 30, 20. You'd be able to live in your house at that point. Get rid of your apartment. 50 % of needs, which you can do with your combined household income. Which, yes, you'll have to do that for a bit. That's just the reality. So you don't want to get rid of my truck first since, one, it's a higher payment, and two, it's a higher interest rate? No, because you guys are behaviorally f***ing. So you need to just put all your effort into the lowest balance so you can pay it off quicker.
1:30:43Okay. What about the medical and stuff? No. Yeah, save that for the end. I'd get them on a payment plan if you can, unless they're about to go to collections. If they're going to go to collections, I'd get them on a payment plan. So do that, then 50, 30, 20. 50 % on needs, 30 % on wants, 20 % on investing because you have time on your side. You're not horribly old, so 20 % can work. And that'll get you guys to a decent retirement because you have failed at everything. And you have a little bit, but you need to catch up. So that's what I would do. I think that's a couple year process because your income is about to skyrocket and then you might be able to stay at home mom but you have to pay off debt first and you have to save up a six month emergency fund then you can move into that house so that's what I wanted to talk to you about too is that after a year of that$3 ,000 payment it's going to go back down to the$22 ,88 ,10 so can we just leave the people in there and make an extra$700 off of them no you guys shouldn't be landlords why Why that extra stress and an extra almost full-time job?
1:31:42Because that's what we want to do. No. No, you don't. Stop. You guys are stupid. Invest in the stock market. You're not landlords. Shut up. Isn't the stock market also a little bit more difficult to invest in? Nope. Because you have to sit there and follow it more. No. Buy an index fund. And you let it sit until you're retired. How do you do that? Is there like an app? We will deal with that conversation in two years. You're not there yet. Okay. Guys, don't be landlords. If investing is too hard, buying and sitting on an index fund, you're not managing real estate. Can you see what kind of account this is in?
1:32:12In the post show. We manage ours perfectly fine. It doesn't matter what kind of account it is. It's in an IRA. Yeah, it's in a traditional IRA. That means it's stupid because you should be in a Roth IRA anyway. So shut up. We'll deal with it in a couple of years. You're not there yet. We manage ours. Hey, shut up! Well, that's already in there. Should I move it? Shut up! Shut up! We're going to the post show. And well, there's a lot. the reality is she forced him to take a paternity test the moment the birth happened. We're going to go into that and why that's the thing. It's going to be a mess.
1:32:46Hammer financial score, spending in a budget. You overspent 0 out of 10. How did I overspend? Okay, let's see. I didn't spend over the 8 ,000 or whatever. Because you spent 9 ,168 and total income was 4 ,664. Go f*** yourself. $4 ,000? Because that's what came in. My income is$6 ,000. I don't care. That's all that came in. That's a little... Oh, my gosh. Yeah, you look at it. You and your magic eyes. Shut the f*** up. Debt, you have collections. You're out of 10. Emergency fund. I'm glad... Yeah, I mean, you're close. It's going to have to go to debt, but it's going to be about a 7 out of 10 for that.
1:33:22Oh, that's because you don't have my savings account in there. All the money goes there. Oh, because you didn't give us a f***ing shit. Yes, I did. The money goes into the savings. No, you didn't. They're saying, no, I would have it here. Shut up.
1:33:40You suck at everything. Whatever. Just give us a zero. You are the worst. No, because you have a 7 out of 10 on an emergency fund. Your retirement score, it's, yeah, it's, well, I mean, for 21, I'll give you a 2 out of 10. Maybe a 3 out of 10. Real estate. We have a house, but it's underwater. Do you ever shut up? Actually, mute her mic. Like she is, you're seriously, I'm going to film the post show and then I'm going to walk away and never talk to you in my life again. And it's going to be the best thing I've ever done. You are horrible at existing. Real estate score. Yeah, at least you're in the market.
1:34:15And yeah, they're paying for it. But okay, five out of 10. You're undervalued. Interest rate's not the best. And you can't even homestead because you're literally too rich to use the internet. Three out of 10. Join us in the post show where I have to sit across from this obnoxious for another 20 minutes. Because that's the job I decided to do. See you there. Saturday. She goes, she comes in. You're not ready to try yet. I'll keep testing the waters until you figure it out. Until I get fed up. I was like, what do you mean? I told you another thing I didn't trust you with after the cheating? Cheating?
