In short

A “Financial Audit” of Mike and Maylene’s pet waste removal business and household finances, intertwined with repeated domestic violence allegations and legal fallout.

Guests (backgrounds)

  • Mike (36), from Tomball, Texas: owns a pet waste removal company (“Poop Scoop”) with two employees; also receives VA disability. Served in the Army (2007–2012) as a patriot missile operator/air defense artillery; claims a traumatic brain injury from a helmet injury.
  • Maylene (33): stay-at-home mom; handles marketing/ads and back-end operations; previously worked but says she quit to manage ads and homeschooling plans.

Key claims

  • Business finances: Mike says he takes about $9,000/month “take home,” but the hosts claim he’s behind on payroll and that he’s withdrawing too much (described as ~47% owner draw) while labor costs are $15–$20/hour.
  • Accounting: They discuss “Profit First” and argue profit margins don’t match the labor and per-job pricing (~$21 per pickup).
  • Household finances: Maylene says they “hope” money covers bills; mortgage is ~2 months behind; spending is mostly bills and “miscellaneous” (including corner-store runs). VA benefits are cited as an income source (~$2,900/month).
  • Domestic abuse: Multiple incidents are described, including alleged slapping/punching/choking, a neighbor intervention, police involvement, and an arrest with jail time and later release; CPS involvement is mentioned.

Notable examples

A baby allegedly fell from a couch while Mike was asleep; a later fight included a son present and police called; Mike describes grabbing a gun when Maylene allegedly had a knife.

I told him, I said, you're drunk, you're acting crazy, you need to go to bed. And then he said, no, you don't tell me what to do. Is that when you tried to run out? After you slapped me, yeah. She was trying to leave at whatever o 'clock at night with her suitcases, trying to get out the door.

1:07Okay, so let her know. So your kid was there and you literally punched him? Yes. And then you punched her? Yes. Where'd you punch her? Face. No, I told him, I said, you need to kill me today. I can't do this anymore. What happened in this third instance, though? I shut the door. I grabbed the gun. She was getting a knife. What? The IRS is going to eat you alive at some point, and you will deserve every moment of it. And I can't wait, especially since I'm subsidizing your household, you pathetic, bald piece of shit. I'm 36 years old. I'm Maylene. I'm 33 year old. We're from Tombo, Texas. And this is Financial Audit. Welcome, guys. Listen, everyone in our little document right here was like freaking out that we would be getting too racist with the word Maylene. I don't even know what's racist about it.

2:23You're just Asian. It's an Asian sounding name. What's racist? Is that racist? Are we being racist right now? We are Chinese people. Hello, please. Ping-Pow-Ding-Ling. No, we're just, I'm smarter than him. That's it. Well, I would assume it's pretty racist. No, it's not. Well, I mean. It's not racist. It's the own kind. If it's pattern recognition, and she is Asian, and I recognize that pattern. Yeah, my ancestry.com says I'm 98 % Asian, so. We're surprised. We're shocked. We're stunned. Okay. Well, thanks for coming in from Tomball, north of Houston, an hour. I've never heard of it. So it should be a relatively cheaper place to live.

3:05What do you do for a living, Mike? I own a pet waste removal company. Sure. Oh, Poop Scoop. Poop Scooping. Poop Scoop. I get them coming by a couple times a week. It's good. Listen, I pay mine a decent amount of money for that luxury. Yes. So I hope you're making good money. You own the business. How many employees you got? Two. Okay. Okay. Okay, so this might be doing something. Anything? Stay at home mom. Is this doing something? Oh, okay. Well, that's good. Well, she's kind of an employee. Yeah, I did the marketing and all that. And like ordering supplies and all that for him. So kind of like the back end.

3:36And then he. How frequently? I can't tell. Are you? I hear like Asian. Then I hear ghetto. Then I hear Southern. What are you? There's British when I met her. Very British accent. We were in Umbo. And then we moved to West Cyprus. Like Moore City. near closer to the sea. Umbo, Cyprus, Tomball. And then Tomball, no. Okay. How does that make her British? No, when I met her, she learned from a British guy. Yeah, yeah, my teacher. Where the f*** are you from? Taiwan.

4:06Okay, when shopping. Yes. Yeah, for Asian. Okay. Usually they bring back a skinny one, but you did have kids. Three. Yes. Whoa, okay. What are the ages of your kids? Well, I have three. He has five. What the f*** is wrong? Did you bust them? Yeah. What? Well, okay. Where's, what's the previous kids? Ex-wife. Ah, okay. So you've been married before. Yes. Are you guys married? Yes. How long have you guys been married? 10? 11? 11 years. Guys, this is a long marriage for financial audit. That's kind of exciting. How old are, okay, all the kids? 19. 19. 17. Eight Seven And one and a half Okay so the younger ones Are gonna be you guys Yes Okay geez dude Yeah you're You're producing like crazy Yes I want one more You want one more One more

5:08If it'll come out Yeah If it'll come What does that mean I don't know Well we've been trying But Oh he's been trying Yeah Are you consenting I let it marinate I mean In the moment Oh, well, everyone wants it inside in the moment. That's why we just don't listen. We don't listen to our brain, our dick, and the woman. Speak for yourself, motherfucker. Because everyone wants it. Everyone says, it's like, okay, no, I don't need to reenact. We all know what it means. I mean, if it's a girl, but we've got three boys. Well, I don't think you really get the choice when he busts. Yeah, I know. Okay. Okay.

5:48Well, Mike, please be making a lot of money because this is a lot of kids with even more coming potentially. How much do you make? $9 ,000 a month. Okay. Is that what the business makes or is that what you take home? That's what I'm trying to take home. Okay. Trying versus taking home. What? What's the laugh? No. Tell me the number. What are you laughing about? What was so funny about that? Because... What was the joke? What was the joke I said? I usually, well, I haven't been paying myself, really. Like, I just separated the business finances from the personal finances. You're not doing shit.

6:26I started doing an owner's withdrawal. When? This month. How have you been paying bills? Yeah, last month, just, I'm, well. Everything comes out from business. I'm being told you're literally behind on payroll right now. Yes. How are you taking money out if you're behind on payroll? payroll comes first your bills comes first taking care of your employees comes first yes no it sounds like you're taking money out well so I'm trying to pay myself more so we can pay the bills like trying to control the owners paying your employees if you hire people they're your responsibility before you pay yourself yeah and that's most important after the bills well no their pay actually does come first that's your responsibility as a business owner That is the first and foremost, most important thing, is paying your employees.

7:24You don't just not pay them. So you can pay your bills that are likely more expensive than you can afford because you chose to do that. Well, he started reading his Profit First book, so it's kind of like Profit First. Was that the book? Yes. Wait, wait, wait. Okay. Profit First, where I'm taking— Oh, you read a book, Profit First. Yes. Okay, what did this book teach you? Profit for, that doesn't make, no, the profit is what is there. No, not at the end. It's at the beginning. Okay, yeah, explain. I guess I haven't read profit first. Easy way to explain it is if you have, if you go buy profit first, you take your profit first and that's, say it's 5%.

8:05But what if that's not your profit margin? You make it your profit margin.

8:13How? You either go up or down. If you start low, like 3%, 5%, if you can't start with that, then the business isn't profitable. Yes, your business is probably a failure. I understand that. You can't, if the human mindset, if you start with income minus the expenses equals your profit, you're not going to have any profit left because that's on the back burner. Okay, I have profit left and I do that. but most people won't. But you're not paying your employees. But if you go to... You're behind on payroll. If you go to the person that does bookkeeping or whoever you go through, and you say, oh, what was it?

8:56They say, oh, congratulations, you were$13 ,000 in profit. And then you say, where is it? What are you talking about? What do you mean? Most people's profit's not real. Because then you say, where's the profit? None of this makes sense to me. What am I missing? What am I missing here? Can your quants tell me? There's like a weird, like a chart from that book. And like you make a certain amount. Within a certain amount is how much percentage. Oh, okay. Just put a little profit to the side. What are you talking about? And then you have your owners withdraw. Yeah, go ahead and just draw for me. What's the silly little chart?

9:37Okay. I don't understand, so he does all of it. You're the chart person. You're the chart expert. You guys invented charts. I know. I was the data analysis, but that thing I don't understand. It shouldn't be pretty basic for a$15 book. You got the job? Oh, yeah. Accounting? Cost accounting, yeah. Yeah, she bought the accounting for dummies book before she started the job. So you go, so you have your real? No. real income right? Define real income just so we know what that means just your income so say that whose income? The businesses or yours? Yeah yeah yeah business income business income you have$10 ,000 and then you start with profit sorry I'm nervous I can't even spell profit Not only are you not making it, you can't spell it.

10:42Profit. What's happening here? You're writing words. What's happening? Give me an understanding of what's happening. So you take your income. You have to do profit first. Okay. 5%. Sure. You just take your 5%. You put that in a bank account, right? Okay. Lower margin business. Gotcha. Okay. I don't know how we're having a low margin business on picking up poop. No. Oh, 5 cents low. That's the problem. That would be a problem for picking up poop. Yeah. You have your expenses, and then you have your owner's withdrawal. What's your expenses? Labor and maybe gas reimbursement? Labor, gas is a lot.

11:22Bags. Bags are a lot. Gloves. Chemicals. Gloves are like a dollar a piece. Each job is a dollar of gloves. And bags are 30 cents a piece. And then chemicals. You have spray to deodorize and sanitize the yard. That's like$300 a month. And ads? What are you getting per pick? About$21. So that 5 % margin makes no sense. What's the labor cost? What are you paying your people? I have a full-time that's$20 an hour and a part-time that's$15 an hour. And they're just picker-uppers? Yes. Are you picking up? Yes. $15 an hour. How many places are they picking up an hour? About two and a half. Your 5 % makes no sense here.

12:03And I know you say that's low, but you should be able to hit it right now. But if you're able to, you should not be behind on payroll. Where's this money going? I don't know. Well, so my owner's withdrawal is a lot. But why? Because of the past debt. On the business? No, personal. But no, no, no, no, no, that doesn't make sense for why the owner withdraws a lot. You made choices. So you're taking more money out of the business, but you're behind on payroll. You withdraw after you pay everyone. You pay yourself after. I pay myself a lot of money because the business does well, but only after I pay everyone twice a month.

12:42Yes. But. What? They've gotten their pay. I don't owe them. What? No, you're behind on payroll right now. Yeah, it's behind. But. What are you talking about then? The first is coming up, so I charge the invoices on the first. Okay, you're doing a 47 % owner's draw right now. Yes. Yeah, I mean, that might not meet the margin. I feel like you're closer to like 30 % is what you can take. Owners withdrawal? That's what he pays himself. Oh, I just swipe. What? No, from the business. Yeah, 47%. How many have you been here? 11? No. You understand what I'm saying then? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I didn't ask how much you're swiping.

13:29As first reported by the New York Times, the Chinese government has deployed spies inside the U.S. I said, I don't know about the amount. I just, if the money's there, I swipe. I'm talking about how much he's pulling from the business lady. Oh, I don't know. Is this a sugar daddy situation? Did it start as a sugar daddy situation? Starting, yeah, this year. Did it really? Wait, huh? Starting. He started. Just this year. No, no, no. 11 years ago. No. What? No, I was working at Best Buy. I was sugar mommy. Oh, okay. She has the college degree. It doesn't matter. It doesn't always mean everything, but.

14:06That's what I told him. Well, it can. So my mindset, if we go to the beginning of us, I get an Asian and you get rich. Well, you guys are in a lot of debt, so that didn't work. It's not because of me. I mean, we lived rich. Yeah, some of it because of me, but. Some. Some. Some. But if he would just get a different job, we wouldn't have B. Is that the issue, or is he just taking too much money out of the business and he's not sustaining it? Well, the business didn't start until things like end of 2024, our third one's born, before he was working retails. Okay, so the other job he would get would also, he wouldn't make much.

14:53No. No. No, especially towards the end. You get a f***ing job. She had one. I told her to quit. Why? Yeah, you have a lot of kids at home, but is that it? Is that the reason? We wanted to homeschool them, and also I was paying a lot of money for ads, but she took over the ads. I've been working since I moved here. Yeah, but we need you to make money. You're not going to pay her. You're still taking the withdrawal. Yes. Okay, we got to pause real quick. The babysitter has a question. 2 ,000 years later. Okay, so listen, I understand with how the money's going now. You've taken it over, but she was running it in the past.

15:31So why did you take it over? Well, first, how were you managing it in the past? What was it like? I actually had a spreadsheet, and I actually had to tell him, like, hey, this is going through. How much is going through? We only have this left, so you only have this amount to spend. But she had a spreadsheet that I didn't understand. It was like a Google. He didn't want to understand the spreadsheet. We asked, I tried to sit down with him to go through it. I used that spreadsheet for, I think, over four years. I asked him multiple times to go through it with me, so he knows what's going on and I don't have to keep telling him.

16:09I'm being told it put a lot of stress on you, though, in the relationship. You were just, I guess, getting ultra-stressed? What does that even mean? What was so stressful? It was so we initially we stayed with his parents and we got one kid and the second kid's born. And when the when the when COVID hit, we started working from home and his shift was a little weird. It was like one to ten. OK. And I have to be at the meeting at 9 a.m. in the dot. So I would get the kids ready before nine o 'clock and wake him up to watch the kids while I'm in the meeting. But he refused to Why? Why don't you step up and take care of your kids?

16:56He would usually say My shift doesn't start at 1 Why don't you Why am I waking up right now? Go send the kids to my mom She wanted me to wake up at like 8 o 'clock But my shift was from 1 to 11 Or 1 to 10 Whatever it is Wake up and take care of your kids What? What was he doing instead? He games at night. Well, that's—I also enjoy playing a video game. That's fun. When he got kids to take care of and she's burning out, why can't you step the f*** up, man? Because mom's home. Mom's still there. No, we had—because mom's there. Grandma's there. Yeah, but if she's asking for you to step up, why won't you?

17:45She, your wife— We had help in the house, though. But she's asking you to step up, so why didn't you? But there was other people that could step up. There's no other people because his mom is taking care of his grandma who, she passed away, but who had dementia. And his dad's a registered nurse, so his dad's working all the time. So I feel bad leaving her, the kids, to take care of because she had to, there was one incident that. Were you crying? What was that for? Oh, earlier, yeah. You were crying before we started? It's a sensitive topic. What is? It's just stress. It's like back when I think about the stress back then, it's just, it gets me just really upset.

18:30Like I have to be upset again. What happened? It's just. Being told you kind of blew up. What? Oh, yeah. That blew up. What? Well, I mean, I've had arguments with my girls. Well, what did you say? Or they went kind of like physical. It went physical? Who was physical? I'm being physical. You were physical? Yeah. What the f*** did you do? Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have eczema. So I get how it can steal your time. But why let eczema take over when you can talk to your doctor about EBCLIS? EBCLIS, Lubrikizumab LBKZ, a 250 milligram per two milliliter injection, is a prescription medicine used to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kilograms with moderate to severe eczema.

19:23Also called atopic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin or topicals or who cannot use topical therapies, EBGLYS can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you are allergic to EBGLYS. Allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. Eye problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have new or worsening eye problems. You should not receive a live vaccine when treated with EpGliss. Before starting EpGliss, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Paid partnership with Lilly. Respect your time. Ask your doctor about EpGliss and visit epgliss.com or call 1-800-LILLY-RX or 1-800-545-5979.

19:58Oh, the first time was the time I tried to wake him up to take care of the kids and he refused and he literally lay in bed. But I was working 1 to 11. Okay. What does that have to do with anything? Because if I'm working 1 to 11, I don't have to wake up at 8. Okay, so what did you do physical? Well, so I always said like I can't – well, I started physical 5, but – No, what did you do? I was banging him like a donkey cone, basically. She was punching. Yeah. Just out of nowhere? No, I pulled his blanket, right? I pulled his blanket. I said, you're going to get the f*** up and wash the kids because I fed the kids.

20:49I changed their diaper. They're all good to go. They're clean. They just need someone to wash them. But he refused. So I pulled the blanket and then he pulled the blanket back up. I said, I need you to get the f*** up. Three other adults in the house, though. Okay, but she started hitting you? Like, what hitting you? Okay, so I pulled the blanket, and then he got pissed off. He jumped straight in my face, like this close. Like, literally, like, his nose about to touch my nose. So, I, my reflection just started. Why'd you do that? Why'd you get all up in her face? Because it was, like, 30 minutes of her trying to get me out of bed, yelling at me.

21:26Yeah, like, usually, like, I don't, I'm not trying to justify what I did, But usually when it started is whenever he get really close to my face. And what's more upsetting is he would say, no, I didn't do it. Because back when we were dating, he actually did it one time. What, got in your face? No, it's more than that. He actually, he got drunk and then he was on top of me and then started slapping me. What? And I had, I bit him on the shoulder to get him, like, to stop. Wait, wait, wait. I mean, I know I'm, like, I'm a big Asian. I'm strong. Wait, wait, wait. What about being drunk makes you want to pin her down and start hitting her?

22:15I think that time, because I told him, I said, you're drunk. You're acting crazy. You need to go to bed. And then he said, no, you don't tell me what to do. Is that when you tried to run out? After you slapped me, yeah. Yeah. I bit his shoulder and then I ran out and he chased me. She was trying to leave at whatever o 'clock at night with her suitcases, trying to get out the door. Okay, so let her. No, we didn't live in a good area. And she was brand new here. She had just came here from Taiwan. Well, she flung glucky on the streets of Taiwan. She could survive in the suburb of an outer borough of Houston.

22:56No. But she could. But she, yeah. So he chased me down the hall. And I got scared because I thought he was going to attack me more. Well, yeah. Well, before that, what do you mean slapping you while you're sitting down? Was it just like actually like, mm, mm? No, he was like this, back and forth. Like silly? No, hard. No, like hard. And then he was sitting on top of me and started slapping me. And then, so that was the first time. And then that was before I ever. So, but you're running down the hall then. Yeah. And then he chased me and then acting scary because I was, well, I was from that childhood.

23:32My dad used to physically abuse my mom, like chasing her or hit my mom with a fan. No, I haven't used that one yet. Let me, I'm going to use that as my next one. Yeah, my dad used an industrial fan to hit my mom. Oh, an industrial one. Yeah, not the little one. I got to upgrade my abuse. Yeah. And then my mom had a, what was that? My dad had a knife against my mom's throat and my, all that. So people chasing. The Yakuza. Yeah. So people chasing. It's scary. I turned around. I saw the island. I grabbed the, I turned around. I grabbed a, like a fork and say, I didn't even grab a knife. I grabbed a fork.

24:08I said, you need to stay the fuck away from me. I know the first thing you think about every day is grabbing a fork. But yeah. Or chopsticks. Stop. But I told him, I was like, you need to get away from me. And then he started laughing Like what the fuck are you gonna do What the fuck are you gonna do And then I was like I'm just gonna go to the backyard And leave me the fuck alone And his parents were out of town So it was just us So I slept through that night All because you told him Because she told you to go to bed Wake up No That's a different thing This was when you were drunk And she said go to bed Yeah Yeah Yeah so What?

24:47But I've never personally started abusing my girl because she said went go to bed. Yeah, I don't know. He was he was drunk. And then I just I wanted to get away. So I spent the night at the in the backyard. And then he woke up and then I said, oh, you did this and that. He said, well, I don't remember. You're lying. I said, your shoulder is bit. It's bruised. And he was like, what the would you bit me? And then I was like, no, you attacked me first. I mean, I think abuse is abuse. Well Okay so he got in your face Right At the house The next time And then your instinct was Just I gotta fight back So what did you do?

25:25I pushed him And then Sit on top of him And I start Like Like Pounding him What? Where? On his chest? Yeah What the fuck? That's really interesting His chest and I think ribs You were just laying there? Yeah I get I get really strong when I was upset. The first one, I was super drunk. Not defending it, but... It sounded like you're trying. I was super drunk. That's the reason I acted like that. But with this one, I'm not going to fight back or anything. But yeah, she was pounding. I think you can fight back, actually, when you're under attack. I don't think anyone should hit each other first, but especially as a man, you shouldn't get on her and start slapping her.

26:13But I think, yes, if someone is attacking you, you can attack back. But I didn't. That's where it messed up my rib. Oh, wait, but then I... Okay, then there was another incident. Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have eczema. So I get how it can steal your time. But why let eczema take over when you can talk to your doctor about EBCLIS? 26:55EbGliss can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you are allergic to EbGliss. Allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. Eye problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have new or worsening eye problems. You should not receive a live vaccine when treated with EPCLIS. Before starting EPCLIS, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Um, so that - I guess he punched in this one.

29:34Yeah, he did. What happened? No, she punched first, and then this time I defended myself. Why? What happened? Why are you guys so violent first? It's just like a long, a long time of having to take care of everybody for me and him. What happened in this third instance, though? The third instance is I got a new job and I took, I think I took extra week off to get ready for the job. And then the kids happened to call COVID, flu, and strep throat, all three at one time. Right. And then he caught it too. So him being sick, right? I cannot do anything. I'm not, I'm unable to get out of bed. That type of thing.

30:20But I need it. This is the kissing thing. Oh, God, there's another one. with... Huh? What's the kissing thing? Oh, no, no, no. Oh, that's another thing. Yeah, let's do that one later. Okay. Okay. So what's this one? This is the second one. Okay, so he was... Everybody was sick, and then he was... Refused to get up and help me with the kids, because I told him I said, I gotta take the kids to go to the doctor, and I was offering him, I said, do you want me to drop you at the urgent care, because it was sick, and he said no. And then, so I took the kids to go see a doctor and I dropped, I was going to go pick up the medication.

30:54It started pouring. So I took them home and then I woke him up nicely. I said, Hey, can you please get up with the kids? Cause I got to go get their medicine and it's pouring. I don't want to bring them in target and pick up their medicine. Okay. I, again, just pause for a second. I don't start swinging hearing this story, but continue. Okay. So, well, you're going to, You're about to start swinging. So anyway, so he did get up, right? So I said, okay. I told my kids, let me know. My oldest one said, let me know if anything, if you need anything, call me because I'll be in Target, pick up your medicine.

31:33And I'll grab your dad some extra medicine for him. So as soon as I arrived Target, I got a call from my oldest son. He said the baby, which was only four months, fell from the couch. Oh, okay. And then I called him. I said, and I said, where's your dad? And he goes, oh, sleeping on the couch. With the baby. That fell off. Sometimes babies fall. No. But it's like a normal, not a crazy. No, it's enough. She was supposed to be taking care of the kid. Wasn't that the entire point? Yes. Okay, so baby fell. A little bit. Like not crazy. Off the couch. Yeah, he's only four months. So baby fell and I came home.

32:19I lost it. And I started attacking him. But then he was - What was attacking him? No, I want details. I don't, most of the attack, I don't really remember. What was the attack? What did she do to you?

32:33I don't know. What? I can't remember. You guys, no, no, no, no. Listen, this isn't that long ago. Was that - For me, it's either, it's probably punching usually. Guys, this happened in March of last year. No, this is in January last year. And then the big one is in March. Oh, there's another one. We didn't even know. Okay, so this time you just went in and you started punching. Yes. And you hit back? No. That's the next one. Yeah, he was able to. Okay, so this is the third. So this is the fourth one. Yeah. Okay, so you started swinging. You're hitting him. You're beating him. Yes. And eventually you calmed down, I guess.

33:10No, I told him. I said, you need to kill me today. I can't do this anymore. Well, he did not kill you. How did we de-escalate from this? Oh, no. It's a violent relationship. Because my kid came in and I jumped up. I know. I held you down and you started hyperventilating. And then the kid came in and we both jumped up. Yeah, I do that whenever I get like really, really stressed. Well, if you start beating someone in, your adrenaline is going to be all the way up. So what was the fourth one then? Well, the fourth one was whenever I think he had to take his kids home. It's all the way. Yeah, that's right.

33:50All the way to like Willis, Texas. So it was like a 15-minute drive. And I had a baby with me and with my friend in the house. We're just chit-chatting. And the baby fell asleep in my arm. And then as soon as he got home, he looked at me and he just gave me a look like, you didn't bathe the baby yet? And I was like, what? I said, no, he fell asleep. He said, well, you just got to wait for me to come home and bathe him, huh? And I was like. Why don't you just walk in and be a c**t? No, she, there's a lot of things that she does on purpose. Yeah, because I need you to do it. I need you to do it.

34:26Yeah, so she goes, I need you to do it. Tell me. So like the bathing thing, I walk in and she makes it very obvious that she was just waiting for me to get home to bathe the baby. What time was it? Like stuff like that. Like 8, 8.30. Okay, well, I'm being told he has a very strict 9 p.m. cutoff time for any responsibility or conversations with you or the kids, right? Yes, so 9 p.m. It's an interesting rule. I don't know if you're allowed to make that rule, but okay, we were approaching his 9 p.m. cutoff time. Crazy. Well, that was a... So what happened? Compromise. Oh, that was a compromise. Yeah.

35:08So our youngest son started freaking out about a whole different issue. No, no, the second one. The middle one. Oh, yeah, the middle one. Started freaking out from a whole different issue. But he freaks out. He has crash outs. Yeah. Like parents like Ken. I mean, his crash out is a little bit like. You guys are literally beating each other. I know. This is the fourth domestic abuse we're talking about so far. I'm glad we laugh about it this relationship is going to be incredible for the rest of our lives the son was crashing out he has to tell this part tell it I was black he was crashing out and

35:52I wanted to separate everything I was keeping my cool I wasn't upset or angry she was upset and angry because of the because you walked in yeah so all of it led up to me coming back home it's late and I I was like why didn't you bathe the kid yet I was working by the way I feel like we're trying to be very delicate don't be say it I just wanted to cool everything off and get her away and I would tell my son you can't crash out like that. That usually settles a crash out. You can't crash out. But she was like no. You can leave. I went to get in between. We're missing a lot of steps because everyone sounds very nice so far.

36:48What I was thinking of was oh fuck. I can't believe you've done this. It's coming up. So I tried to To separate them. She thought I was getting in her face. She did get in my face. Because he was this close to my face. This close that's in her face. My son was right there. So I stepped in between them. I'm like, hey, you can leave. You can leave. You're too hot right now. Let me handle it. Okay. And she was like, no, you're not going to tell me what to do. And then it started the fight. And then she punched. I punched. She choked. What? I don't know. A punch. Like punch punch. Punch. You like beat him.

37:31Like in the face. Yeah. It's like I'm addicted to this shit. I don't know. I can't explain it to you. You're addicted to bitches punching you in the face. Why? Why would you punch? Because he got this close to my face and cussing me out. But I was telling her to get away from. The androids. Like you're too hot. Leave. Let me. No. You didn't say it nicely. So your kid was there and you literally punched him. Yes. And then you punched her? Yes. Where'd you punch her? Face. Punch. It was punch punch. Face, face. And then push up against the wall, come back and punch, and then choke. Choke? What's the choke?

38:05Who choked who? Me. Yeah. She choked you? No. You choked him? Yes. You were just sitting there just fucking choking? Yeah. I only remember, like, I told him, I said, I can't do this anymore. It's either you died today or me. What the fuck? What is with you and death and getting people killed in this house? It was a lot of years of... Yeah, it was a lot of... Domestic abuse back and forth? I would say so. No, like me not. I wasn't helping out at all. He's like out of picture. And then he'll only show up when he's in good mood. But if he's in a bad mood, he will be with the kids and he will fall asleep on the couch.

38:43No, I'm being told like the big snap happened to overdiscipline, overdisciplining your second kid though. Yes. What? What was that? I didn't want her to discipline him because he was crashing out. She was overdisciplining. I wasn't over-disciplined. She was about to. I felt. Well, he felt I was about to, but I told him. It was over-disciplining. For you, it's hitting. What? My kid? Yeah. No, no, no. I talked to him. That's over-disciplining. It's talking? No, she was just too hot. I was like, hey. He failed that I was going to over-discipline. I said, no. You mean hit? No, I don't think she'd hit him.

39:17What's over-disciplining? She was just like yelling too much. Oh, she was screaming in his face. Okay. Yeah, but I told him. I said, no, I need you to get out of the room. I need to talk to him about it because it was... No, but you're too hot. You can't talk to him right now. Well, that's what you think. Like, I got my cool, so let me talk to him. No, you don't got your cool. You're too hot. You can leave. I don't even trust... Sometimes, like, I don't even trust him with the kids because he would jump in kids' face too and yell at them. How much did you guys hit each other? Huh? In that fight, how much did you guys hit each other?

39:46That one? A lot. A lot. Yeah. How long was the fight? Up until I got arrested. Yeah. What? Yeah. Who called the cops? He did. I did. So you guys were literally just endlessly, like, full physical fighting. Yeah. Until you called the cops. Our son ran and got the neighbor. The neighbor came. Oh, my gosh. Pulled her off. Separated us. I shut the door. I grabbed the gun. She was getting a knife. What? You got the gun? She got the knife? I did not get a knife. She said she was. Because she was like, you're going to eat. Well, you got the gun regardless. Yes. He put a machine gun right in there by my nice den.

40:29Huh? He put a, what was it? A machine gun right by my nice den. I told him I don't want it. So when the cops came in, they treated me like I was a crazy lady because I had a big old gun. Well, yes. I think you were being a crazy lady. You started a fight and he had to call the cops. So she got arrested. Yeah. And so. The trauma these kids are going through. I don't think you guys understand. Yeah, it's bad. I do. It's bad. I do. Yeah. Do you? I do. How long are you in jail? How long? Yeah. I think it was two days and then I was bailed out and then the judge was like, oh no, your bail is too low.

41:09So she sent me back again. Good. You're not a flight risk. You're just a danger. But I would say my part as a lot as him checked out. Huh? He checked out. No, you're being too Asian right now. I can't understand you. What? He checked out from our life for 10 years straight. Like he - He checked out from life? Yeah. Well, yeah. You sound like you're being a complete failure father. We don't beat people. We don't. You're right, but - Okay. You don't sound real regretful. I don't want to justify it with any reason, but there was a lot going on because - I don't want to justify beating him, but - Yeah, but it's like, we've been through a lot and then his dad passing, and my dad passing.

41:53That's a sad part. I still don't think... I'm sorry. And I hope it's a long time from now. But when my parents pass, and hopefully again, it's a long time from now, I'm not going to look at my girl and go, BAP! No, the... So the thing is like... It was upsetting because I couldn't go home. I'm sorry. She couldn't go home to see her dad. That's hard. He was in Taiwan? And I wasn't making money. I had a job and I wasn't working hard. Yeah, you've been in retail your entire life. Yeah, but I had a good retail job. What were you making? Like I made, what was the customer service? $76 ,000,$74 ,000.

42:37Oh, that's good. Maybe you should go back to that. That's really hard. I'm sorry that your dad passed. I'm really sorry that you couldn't see him. No, it hurt her a lot. I just don't understand how that leads to domestic abuse. Because I had that job. And then I got a position in the sales position. I got to go from customer service to sales. So she beats you? No, no, no. I moved to sales and it was all commission. I made no money. So she beats you? But I just wasn't there. I did nothing. All the bills, all the stress, everything on her. Me, leave me alone. I'm going to work this job and I'm in$24 ,000.

43:11No, yeah, you're a piece of shit, but you beat him? I mean, that's how I know growing up. But it's not right But she didn't get to go back to see her dad The one that abused you? No, my dad didn't abuse me, but my dad Beat on my mom But they were really close She won't say it You were close to the dad that abused your mom? I'm trying not to judge that Well, because my mom is like My mom likes my brother more What? Like Asian thing He's a boy So she was getting beat Yeah, but she still favors my brother. So you're saying she deserved it. No. Well, I mean. What? No. No, she's not. But yeah, so it was.

44:04She still loved her dad. And I couldn't help. Have you picked your favorite yet? Huh? Have you picked a favorite yet? My kiss? No, not yet. I still got time. We'll see. It's only eight. You'll get there. Yeah, but so. That couldn't help send her home to see her dad before he passed away. So she beats you? Well, no. You see how that works? That's the conclusion that happened in the end. She had a lot stacked up on her. Not defending it either, but she. But. Okay, so you're in jail for two weeks and finally what? You got bail or what happened? I couldn't go home with my we had a protection yeah yeah fair enough and then CPS was involved and yes fair enough beater what else well I just stay at my friend's house my friend's for how long her friend bailed her out two months two three months yeah about two months so how to conclude oh the case is dismissed because they were they let me the DA agree for me to go back home about like two, three months after the incident.

45:17Why? I don't know. You don't sound like someone fit to be home. Because you haven't been home for very long now. I can take care of the kids. Well, okay, that's true. Maybe the kids should just be taken away in general. I don't know how you guys are breeding and you want to have another one. We're literally on the fourth domestic abuse. I'm sure there's more at that point. Yeah, just right now I'm just like, fuck it, you can take care of it all. I'm not doing the same thing. Okay, you can just take care of it. I would assume, yeah, I mean, you are now probably just flesh on the couch medicated so that you don't get amped up and start beating people again.

45:51Yeah, I would agree. That's probably the best place for you. So, okay. And we know with how the finance is, it's a mess. You guys are paying yourself before the employees. You're not taking care of them. You're being bad people. But even when the money comes in now, how is it dealt with? You just said, okay, let him deal with it. So how do you deal with it? What's going on in the household finances? We know the business is fucked, but... The household finances, those are, they're kind of fucked too. What's going on? Give me some insights. I'm not saying like a number, but like, what are you doing?

46:29You're getting paid. What are you doing? How are you managing the household finances? Just hoping enough money comes in. What? That's not a strategy. No, how are you doing it? When the money comes in, how do you manage the household's finances? Just hope that it covers it all. Okay, this guy, he can't answer a question. Just what are you doing? If the money comes in, what do you do? Pay the bills. And if it's not enough, then I wait another couple days to see if I can pay the bills then. The house is two months behind the mortgage. Why'd you literally spend, I think this is a thousand hours going out to Edith.

47:10All we do is just pay the bills. That's a lot of corner store run for him. Nope, that's actually the miscellaneous bullshit part of the spending, which was approximately another thousand dollars. Was that groceries? No, that's not in groceries, right? Ah, here it is. And this is what you have not told me. You get VA benefits. Yes. There we go. Now that's an income source, which makes more sense. How the f*** are we doing things without it? How much do you get in VA benefits? 29. And what's the VA benefits? Just disability? Disability. What did you do? What was your service? I was in the Army and I did...

47:51When? 2007 to 2012. Okay, so that's a little longer stint than the three years. So you did what, five? Yep. Okay, what was your position? My highest position was sergeant. What were you doing? Patriot missile operator. Okay. Air defense artillery, blow shit up. Were you behind the screen? No. We were loading a missile. I was on the launchers, yeah, loading missiles. Loading missiles? Yes.

48:18Dare I ask? Was it you and another person lifting up missiles? We had a forklift. They're big. So you were operating a forklift. Well, I was running around the launcher pushing buttons to turn it on. Okay, you were running around the launcher pushing buttons. That was your job? Yeah. I'm just clarifying. That was your job. Running around the launcher pressing buttons. Yes. Good. You were not operating a forklift. No. You were not personally lifting missiles and putting them in because the forklift did that. Well, it was physical. It was physical. You were running around pushing buttons. What was the physical part?

48:54In the desert. And then jumping up on the missiles and make sure they're torqued down to the launcher. yeah. He was in combat zone. He was in combat zone. No, that's okay. That's exciting. Combat zones. Well, yes, I would assume so. If you were loading missiles. Yeah. That sounds like combat. But you're mostly running around pushing missiles. Yes. And sometimes you jump up and make sure the torque's down. Yes. Right? Yeah. That's it. That was your job. Yes. What the fuck is your disability? I had a traumatic brain injury. I fell off the launcher one time and I had a ghetto rigged screw in my helmet and the screw went in my head.

49:33Oh. And I had a traumatic brain injury. Okay, that might be like one of the first actually justified ones. See, that I support. Now, why the fuck are you not at 100 % but someone that was a cook and just got hearing damages at 100 % on the show? That's a good question. That's a good question. You're like the first one where it's almost justified. Yeah. And are you sure you're bringing injuries from that and not just getting beat by her? I don't hit the head. She punched the face. That's the head. She's joking. She's trying to make jokes. She's trying to make jokes. Oh, we're laughing. Domestic abuse.

50:10That's great. I love her.

50:16Yes, but yeah, she got me to do the disability. I didn't even want to do it. Why? I mean, you were disabled. I didn't like talking about it. And that perceived like. Show me your scar. It's on top. It feels like a baby soft spot. I don't know. As bald as he is, I can see. But you can feel it? Yeah, I can feel it. It's like a baby soft spot. So it did happen. He broke his shoulder, too. It is real. Yeah. And was it? Okay, so that's coming in. Good. We at least have 2 ,900 consistently. That's good. You were discharged from the honor, really discharged. General under honorable conditions. Yeah, he got in trouble.

50:55I did get in trouble. I was removed What'd you do What'd you do guys There was two Dispute There was two Dispute alcohol to minors Dispute alcohol to minors What the fuck Why Who Who Who Who So we Little Asians On the shore Yeah so ex-wife left Ex-wife was in Japan with me Oh you really Ex-wife left The same kind Over and over again Okay No ex-wife's from here Yeah she's white And I hate it Like we're no white people anymore But Why White women Why? I mean they are like freak cancel culture TikTok weirdos Exactly But what are they going to do to you? Well I wouldn't say that I mean I have one she does a lot Your girlfriend's not Asian?

51:43No But you like Asians I like everyone I assumed she was Asian Hey it's Kelly Rowland You may not know this but I have eczema So I get how it can steal your time. 54:57You were serving alcohol to underage. Oh, yes. So ex-wife left Japan because we got divorced and then we're off post with my buddies. We met girls off post. Underaged Asian girls. No, no. They ended up being the daughters of high-ranking people in the battalion. Yeah, they were underage. We didn't know. We didn't know. It's at his house. I had a house. No, we didn't because we met them off post. And how old were they? and then the follow up question is and how old were they actually like 16 and something but yeah so we went back to my house 16 and something what was the something probably 16 17 brother did you f*** him no my buddies did in my house so you f***ed him no no I did not oh come on in my house your buddies no no no okay come on Come on.

And we're the only ones not f***ing. That's weird, right? Everyone f***ed. No, no, no. There's two of them, three of us. The two. Yes, they did. I didn't get I didn't Why you Why were you left Well I didn't know They were underage So that wasn't It doesn't matter At that point You didn't know They were Yeah So why were you Left out I was just You had someone else A lucky one A lesbian He had a lesbian No I don't talk about that I don't talk about that Why Yes okay Wait Yeah yeah So I'll stay away from that No Yeah No So not During this She turned lesbian Well that's fine She wasn't underage.

57:05She's like a big dyke looking. Okay, so I didn't do anything with the underage ones. But it was at my house, so I got in trouble for distributing alcohol to minors because they drank at my house. Before you definitely f***ed them. And number two.

57:24Oh, that's when I met her. So because of that distributing alcohol to minors, I wasn't supposed to go off post for 45 days Reasonable punishment And took my pay for 45 days Reasonable punishment But I had already planned to meet her because we met online So she was coming to Okinawa for vacation and she was looking for a military guide Endless benefits forever This Asian part of me Yes, yes So I still went off post to meet her. I ended up getting in a wreck off post when I was trying to go back to work. Why? He had someone else that's already in trouble in his car and had an open bottle in his car.

58:15So it's not really me. You were f***ed up. Yeah. After the divorce, I kind of went ham over there. And I got in trouble. I kept getting in trouble. and then it was separation time. Wait, when did the brain injury happen in relation to that? 2010, like a year or two before that. Wait, so was it a real traumatic brain injury if we were allowing you to literally serve and load missiles for another two years? Yes. What? That doesn't make any sense. If you were having actual brain issues, why were we letting you load missiles? I don't know. Sounds like your brain injury magically appeared post-service.

58:53No, no. What? They wouldn't be allowing you to load missiles. Well, they didn't diagnose him with TBI. It's just like medical records that he got hurt. In the medical records, yeah. It was all in the medical records. It was just that you got hurt, not that you are hurt. Yeah, I guess. Indisibility for are hurt, not got hurt? Isn't that what the word disability is used for? I was on your side. You're losing me now. Because, again, if you actually had an issue, you wouldn't be going on for the next two years. It was right after that. What? I mean. What? It was two years later. 2010. You stopped in 2013.

59:28That's while I was. Yeah. I was. Because it was overseas. When things happen overseas, it kind of just. Unless you get like something blown off or something. If you had an actual injury, that was the thing. Yeah. Fuck, man. You lost me. I thought I finally had some. Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have eczema. So I get how it can steal your time. But why let eczema take over when you can talk to your doctor about ebglis? Yeah. No. It was pretty high. It was 20 feet? Yeah. He was hurt. You're not hurt. I think so. What's your hurt? Just the traumatic brain injury. Just everything. All the side effects of that. Which are that you experience actually not made up. Right. Good. Okay. Oh, I love our country and how we spend money and how this is a golden goose that we're not even willing to question.

1:01:36You guys are a f***ed up couple. I know the stress of the financial management and everything last time got you to separate from the finances. Yes. You need to get involved again And limit yourself And be medicated Because this dude has no idea what the fuck he's doing I can't, that's why If I get back in again, he's going to put everything on me No, no, no, we have to do a balance together We need to sit down on a monthly basis He won't We tried, we even went to marriage counseling Before all this happened He refused She goes really complicated Like the Google sheet It was like six years of me trying to understand the dang Google sheet.

1:02:21It's not even complicated. It's every formula. To be fair, I didn't really try. But it looked very complicated. It's just numbers. It's a lot of numbers. Budget off of dollar wise. Huh? Just use our budgeting app. Just use our budgeting. You did? Guys, there's two bad R's we're not supposed to say. One starts with an R. One ends with an R. If you're the second R, that's fine. That's just you. If you're the first R, I can prevent you from being that with the other ones. She says both. I'm sure you do. Asians are very racist. Even against each other. Especially if you're in Houston. Maybe I would be too.

1:03:06I don't want to make any more comments. Not a great place that time.

1:03:15What do you think your financial score is for the house? zero to 10, zero being the worst, 10 being the best. Three. You're at 1.5. I'm at three. What for the house? Oh, for the house? Three. Yeah. I'm still strong with three. Okay. Take the score. Take the quiz. Calebhammer.com just been updated for new results, more granular and gets you more details. Check it out. It is free. 1:03:50Check that out. Links in the description below, or just download Dallowise or go to dollwise.com. Does that have Asian food? Yeah. Nice. Nice. You don't even cook. You cook good. You don't know how to cook. I had to do cooking, taking care of the kids, pay the bills. You don't work anymore, right? So you probably should be doing some more house stuff, right? You gotta contribute somehow. I was talking about before then. Like, you don't even drop off the kids at daycare. He refused to go to the office. What do you do now? I know. He's pathetic. We've established that, but what do you do now? What is your contribution?

1:04:20The household, the chores, and then the kids' school, the kids at... She does a lot with the company too. The company doesn't make money. As far as we... Okay, I need to look at the company's books or something. Is that in here? I don't think so. Yes. I'll think because I'm going to need to know. Okay, but I have a real estate loan, loan care that needs attention. Why does it need attention? Guys, why does our f***ing house need attention? Why does our mortgage need attention? It's two months behind.

1:04:55No, that's not funny. Why do you laugh at everything? I mean. Why do you laugh at everything? That's actually one of the scariest things that could possibly happen. I'm sorry, getting homeless? Not good. For me right now, I'm just like, oh, well. Listen, I mean, it didn't come up, but it can come up now. I have a feeling you're not going to be able to move in with the parents again, right? Because they kicked you the f*** out after you beat his ass, right? Yeah. No, they didn't keep me out. What? Yeah, they did. Yes, they did. That's what I'm being told. That's what he's saying. I'll just go home with my mom.

1:05:28Where is she? Taiwan. Okay, so you leave your entire family. I'll take the kids. No, it's not. We're just, we're two months behind. Didn't your parents walk in on her beating you or something? Yeah. Yeah, and they kicked you out, right? They said you have to get out. No. My brothers did. Oh, the brothers. Yeah, the brothers stepped in. Your brothers, they're jokes. He told Lindsey, by the way, that he's okay with you leaving him. Okay. I have my mom. I don't want. Why would you say that? Because I literally didn't do too much to help for a long time. You're okay with her leaving? you because of that?

1:06:11No, no. I don't want her to leave. No, why'd you say that though? You said you were okay with her leaving you. You said that pretty interview. It was understandable because I was... Hey buddy, you said it. Why did you say that? Because I didn't hope for like 10 years. It was in this room before we filmed I'm being told that you said you would be okay with her leaving you. I didn't hope for 10 years. Why are you okay with it? is what I'm saying. Like, that's pathetic. That's like the end of a relationship. He's probably thinking he just set me free so I don't have to take care of him. I'm sure you'd love to move back in with mommy so you can play video games all day and be pathetic.

1:06:53That's what I would do. Is that what you would actually prefer than having a man up? No. I think so. Well, if it did happen, I would definitely go back, play Rust, live at mom's house. Mom has extra bedroom. I love Rust, and I appreciate the little gift you got for me. This is really cool. Rust is good. We love Rust. It's not just good. It's the best. It's good. It's great. I love it. It's fantastic. Thank you for this. I didn't know it was coming from someone that beats his wife, but thank you for this. It's a great game. I don't think I'd give up my entire family and be a complete loser for it.

1:07:40Wow, that's not a good response. Yikes, that would actually, big red flags there. I mean, I'm on my medication, so everything's, oh, well. I have to stay away from it. I had to like, it was like cold turkey. Okay, so let's take a look at this house. So you owe$297 ,928. $290? $290 or$298? That's what we bought it for. No, we bought it at$319. We bought it at$319. Well, you owe$297 ,928. What's your monthly payment on this? It's worth$309, so you would actually have to write a check to sell this house. $25.92 per month, to be exact. You'd have to write a check to sell this house. So you're behind, and if you sell it, you're...

1:08:28Why would we have to write a check to sell the house? The closing costs and all that? Everything. Yeah. Everything. Commissions. Titles. Yeah. 6 % typically to the realtor. That's on you. Seller usually pays for the full 6%. You can negotiate that now with some rules that were changed like one or two years ago. You could get 3 % to be paid by the seller. You could even get the full 6%, but it's not really from the buyer, but it's not really a seller's market, so you're likely going to have to eat that cost. I wanted to sell the house too. I don't. What's the disagreement on that? I want to get land.

1:09:06I'm okay with land, but... This would be the commission you'd have to pay, plus other fees. You only have an equity position in the house of$11 ,000. Yeah. So you'd have to write a check for maybe$20 ,000 to sell this house. You would have to come up with$20 ,000 to sell this house. That's crazy. And yet you're behind on the house, of which three kids live in. This is pathetic. Go get a job. Go get a job. his family drop off the kids to be watched right? Right? Or something? His mom will. Will not? Why? Because his brothers. Yeah. Because you beat him. Yeah that's part of the reason. Part of the reason?

1:09:48What's the other reason? Well they've always they've always thought that we are taking advantage of his mom in terms of like taking care of kids wives. Yeah probably. But you might need it now. You need to go make money. The company brings in, the company makes about$15 ,000 a month. Yeah, but you don't even know where the fucking expense is going, what the margins are. You are literally behind on payroll and your own mortgage, and now I'm also being told two months on electricity. Yes. So what the fuck? The business makes money? No. Quit, go get a$75 ,000 a year job again at Best Buy or whatever the fuck you're doing.

1:10:27Get that tomorrow. Your business has failed. You have failed. You're a failure. Accept it. Grow up. Get a job working for someone who's better at running a business. I think I just got to get better at running the business. No. No. You're about to get foreclosed on. No. No. You don't have time to be a business owner. You don't have time. Will we get foreclosed on? No. Yes. No. No. No. What do you mean no? We're still making payments. We just. So you just aren't able to, you're permanently two months behind because you can't catch up. Yeah. Well, I mean, that'll give you some wiggle room, but look how close you are.

1:11:05All it takes is a couple weird things to happen with the business. And yes, you will get foreclosed. And being behind on an electricity bill two months, you've had water and gas shut off in your house before. How many times? Like twice recently. That's insane. Yes. Do not assume you were that far away from foreclosure, guys. Look how close you guys are today. You've had utilities turned off multiple times. But she's going to get her tax refund soon. And then we'll be able to... I'm glad I'm paying for his failed business and household. Why the... This is so pathetic. And then we'll be caught up.

1:11:35Our culture is so... Yeah. Everything is so backwards. It was a lot of debt. Huh? It was a lot of debt. Well, it is still a lot of debt. Huh? That we have. So what's your refund going to be? I mean, yeah, you're going to get a big one. Refund, as in subsidy for me, by the way. $8 ,000? Yeah. $8 ,000 or something? That's it? That's not going to fully... Well, with utilities and being behind. And to be clear, even if that does catch us up, which by the way, it's June. Where the f*** is? Because they had to verify her identity. It's weird because I filed the end of the April and then it just gets delayed.

1:12:18It's usually like 21 days. But even if it does catch you up, that doesn't actually change anything because you'll end up here again because you're here now. your business is going to be just as six months from now you'll end up here again you're not changing anything that got you here in the first place so that check might catch you up but it's not going to change anything permanently I think we'll be okay that's an incredible strategy the business has done nothing but grow but you are behind on payroll you are behind on payroll how can we have this optimism if you're behind on payroll That is a literal fact today.

1:12:54I just have to figure out the finances. You can tell me your business has grown if you can't even figure out the finances, dude. Yeah, he's never good at numbers. What a f***ing joke. What does this discover? I have a discover payoff schedule. What does this discover? That's everything. What? Huh? Discover it. What? Oh, discover it. Why don't I just have the f***ing statement? Is that the card? Is that the card? Are you guys sending me numbers on pages instead of the statement? I can't give you a well-rounded analyzation of everything. If I don't... Yeah, dude, why are you just giving me numbers?

1:13:33I need to see where money's being spent. Guys, what is this? What am I supposed to do with this shit? He sent it. What is wrong with you? No wonder you can't get your shit together. You can't even send me what I need. I thought that was everything. I thought it happened. What? Is this the minimum payment? No, it's not. Discover it. Pull it up on your phone, you f***ing moron. Which one is... You f***ing moron. I can't do anything. This is his desired payoff schedule. That means nothing. What do you... Oh. Oh, how did you not follow our instructions? Oh, the absolute morons that come on this show.

1:14:11It blows my mind. Calebhammer.com slash apply. It f***ing blows my mind. You guys are crazy. Which one's that one? Discover! Discover. We have two. We have one personal loan and then the Discover card. I don't know. He just put Discover because he's a...

1:14:32Okay. Well, it must be the loan then. Do you know how to get to the loan? You pathetic... I hate to count. Because that's$15 ,000, which is double what this is.

1:18:35Freedom of debt relief. So here's another consolidation, huh? Yes.

1:18:42$4 ,600. What's your minimum? I wish you could send me the statement so I could see it, but what's your minimum? $4 ,600. What's your minimum payment? Dumbass. Stupidest person I've ever met. That brain damage is real. $1 ,100 every two weeks. $1 ,147 to be exact. Every two weeks. You're telling me it gets paid off in two months. No. No, it's$170 ,000.

1:19:13What is? Total debt. What is? Total. All the cards. No, you guys. You actual stupid people. You guys. How are you this stupid? Freedom debt relief of$4 ,600. what is your minimum payment for that that's the that's the program and then we pay$1 ,100 every two weeks and there's a hundred so Freedom Debt Relief gets paid off in two months then no four and a half years no you gave me a pound of$4 ,600 what is the payment then $11.47 every two weeks. This doesn't make sense. You wrote it on this page. The balance. $4 ,600. That's what they have in their account to pay the settled amount, right? Yeah.

1:20:15Something. Huh? No, okay. Listen, listen. Hey, you actual stupid people. You wrote on here, freedom, debt, relief. $4 ,200. or 4 ,600. Usually to me, that means the balance. What are you saying it means? That's what I've put into paying the debt. Okay, why'd you just put it on a piece of paper with no context then? Because to me, I thought it was a balance. That's what usually people mean. No, yeah. So that's nothing. It's insignificant. Okay, we have a closed credit card. Because I paid 4 ,600 towards debt. So what are you saying is, okay that's your progress towards it which I guess you didn't notate you just put a number on a piece of paper which meant nothing to me okay so what is owed on freedom debt relief then?

1:21:08$170 ,000

1:21:13okay those programs can be good depending well that's insane and your minimum is$1 ,100 every other week yes $1 ,147 Why didn't you just write that on a piece of paper, you f***ing dumbass? Yeah. It's— So here's the cards that go into— What? Three payments. Like the first month we signed up is three payments. So that's your second consolidation. You're considering a third? That's the third. That was the third. You're considering a fourth. The second, I don't even remember that. The second is the— Yeah, why learn anything? American Express. Personal loan. So here's the cards that are in it. So all we know is it stacks up to$170 ,000.

1:22:03There's auto loans that are in it. Auto loans are in it? Yeah. Auto loans are in it? Which one is it? No, it's police. Ah, you guys suck. You guys suck it preparing to come on a show. Okay, so never mind. These are not the ones in it. Why didn't you write the bell? Okay, okay. You said Navy Federal is$23 ,000. Where is that? Is that in the consolidation? Yes. There's no context to any of this. Other loans,$2 ,000. What is this? I'm just going to have to baby you and ask you now. Oh, best egg. Oh,$2 ,000. Is it active or it is in the consolidation? It's active. That's active. That was for my truck wrap for the company.

1:22:50You're scooping poop. It looks good. No. I told him not to, but he had to get it. She was at work. Show me. Show me. Just f***ing show me. Yo,$2 ,032 for it. What's your minimum payment on Newegg? $98. Do you know the interest rate? I would love to see. You just won't send me statements because you f***ing suck at this show. Last time I checked, I think it was like 12%.

1:23:30Dude, this looks like a middle schooler, did it? Are you actually kidding me? Unlock your phone, anime freak.

1:23:40Dude, it looks like a middle schooler just drew on a truck. It's just a big American flag. It has nothing to do with scooping poop. I got a sign up top, too. Look. A light up sign. It says we scoop poop. You laugh at this. I ordered that. Those drugs are doing a wonder for you. Can we scoop that poop? I made that. It's pretty cool. Yeah, she made that. The topper. Well, she made the design. You guys need to start beating each other again. This is getting pathetic. But the wrap. What's the interest on Newegg? I think it was 12%. Oh, you guys suck. Good thing you're kidding. Oh, wait. No, this is...

1:24:24I got that one on my own. Shut the f*** up. I see auto loans. Good standing. Toyota. 7 ,429. Is that the truck I just saw? Yeah. You wrote this on the paper, dude. Yeah. Lease. Lease. Lease, what's your minimum? 310 on the truck.

1:24:49Why am I answering all these numbers? Because you're the Asian. You took over. You should be able to do that. He should and he can't. Have you learned something yet? Fucking stupid. Stupid ass. Business Blue or Blue Business. Yes. Blue Business. American. American Express. That's a business card. I don't use it anymore. Well, that's because you're over your limit. Not because you actually changed something and improved your life. $2 ,002.52. Minimum monthly payment,$60. Charges, fees, stupidity.

1:25:39How much did you... Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have eczema, so I get how it can steal your time. But why let eczema take over when you can talk to your doctor about ebglyss? Ebglyss, Lubrikizumab LBKZ, a 250 milligram per two milliliter injection, is a prescription medicine used to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kilograms with moderate to severe eczema. Also called atopic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin or topicals or who cannot use topical therapies, EBCLIS can be used with or without topical corticosteroids.

1:26:16Don't use if you are allergic to EBCLIS. Allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. Eye problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have new or worsening eye problems. You should not receive a live vaccine when treated with EBCLIS. Before starting EBCLIS, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Paid partnership with Lilly. Respect your time. Ask your doctor about EBCLIS and visit EBCLIS.com. Or call 1-800-LILLY-RX or 1-800-545-5979. You sin? That's a lot. it's a lot.

1:26:49Okay, the synchrony, that must be in the thing because it's closed, right? Yes. Yeah. Wow, you can't answer a single question. It's just her. Discover it. This is the statement you sent. Okay, this is the one I saw on your phone, you stupid piece of shit. I can't not insult you. You are one of the stupidest people I've ever met in my life. Okay, you're making the minimum. You owe$16 ,119.56 with a minimum monthly payment of$317. Yeah, that's going to be hard. Luckily, interest is low. You must have called them. Got them in low interest. 42 years to pay off. We used that card for the business. That's insane.

1:27:25Yeah, and then I called Discover to ask them for any promotional APR. Yep, and they did. Well, you just got, yep, at 0%. So before you default, call the card. I don't know why people aren't willing to do that. Oh, you started putting a ton of money to Facebook Google ads as well. How much? Before you even take home money to pay your bills, how much? Offer first. About a thousand a month.

1:27:51Yeah. Gary, are you even tracking it all? Do you even know? We use Monarch for business tracking. Oh, I hate you guys. Is this in the consolidation? It says need attention. Yes. That way. Yes. Capital One. Oh, that's business tape. Credit One, is it? No, that's not. No. Credit one? Capital one Credit one No, it's a capital one Capital one That one is business I don't know what that one is No, is it in the f***ing consolidation? I don't think so Oh yeah, that one is if it's needed attention Oh my gosh Okay, what is the CBDNA? That is... I think it's Best Buy Oh good, I wish I could see the statement $1 ,585 What's your minimum monthly payment?

1:28:40That one's in default. That one's in good standing. Is it? Yes. Retard.

1:28:50THD. Oh no. That's a Home Depot. What's the minimum payment? I think it was like$60. I haven't paid that. Yes you have. It's on auto. It's on auto drive. USAA. FSB. That's me. That's a good standing right? What's the minimum monthly payment? $15. I hate you guys. No, I don't. Yes, I do. Kind of. Amex, in good standing. No statement, of course. How much is it? $2 ,434. What's the minimum?

1:29:28Amex,$35. That's crazy. I don't let everybody pay it off. Navy Federal Credit Union, closed. That must be in the consolidation, right? Yes. JPMorgan Chase card, closed,$6 ,000. Must be in consolidation. CBNA card,$3 ,200. Must be in consolidation. It is closed. Same with the city of$3 ,000, right? Okay. Oh my goodness, it just never ends. Okay, I have OAG Child Something,$6 ,942. In good standing. What is that? Child support? You owe on child support? Yes. What is wrong with you? After I got out the W-2 job,

1:30:10you're the guy on the other side when I hear didn't talk to the woman that's like he's not paying why aren't you paying? why are you not paying? I need to pay it I just good why are you not paying it? that did not answer my question well they made it really difficult to pay okay why have you not paid because I can't just pay the state I have to pay a third party thing good why haven't you why haven't you paid$6 ,942? because he doesn't like his ex-wife. Yeah, I just don't want to. Well, that's okay. You still have to pay child support for the sake of your kids, you pathetic worm. Yeah. Yeah, that's all I get.

1:30:46Okay, so they don't even call me dad. Don't care. This is your responsibility. You busted the nut. They don't get paid. That's not an answer. I just have to get everything taken care of first and then... I hope the courts come after you and garnish you. You're pathetic. I hope not. That's your responsibility as a man. You're not being a man right now. You're being a little pussy bitch.

1:31:15Pathetic. I'll pay it. No, you won't. Doubt it. Credit card. Limit$20? Spending, wait, what? That's a, that's like a weird one. Yeah, you can only spend what you have and then they take it every day. Oh, okay. It's more like a charge card. But a lot of expenses. What's his business card doing, ladies and gentlemen? Let's find out what a successful business spends money on. Popeyes, Uber Eats, Malt, Gaik, Burger King, Unico, Auntie Anne's, Auntie Anne's for poop, for picking up poop, for picking up poop, Bubble Tea House, Tractor Supply, maybe, Tractor Supply, maybe actually, Anthropic, using Claude to pick up poop.

1:31:59I didn't know AI could do that yet. Tori Birch, Bubble Tea House. going inside the gas station and getting some bullshit. What are you getting inside the gas station? Energy drinks. All right, you pathetic piece of shit. When does it come out, Brandon? July 24th. If you haven't had it yet, here's Gamers Subs. But we have the, finally, the Caleb Hammer flavor result. Look at this. See the one with me? One out of every 100 purchasers will get the special edition with me on it. The rest will get the typical dumpster fire liquid assets. It is the most delicious flavor. We were curating that shit for months, picking and choosing, doing blind taste tests, and we curated the most amazing flavor.

1:32:33Check out the liquid asset. Caleb Hammer, Gamer Subs. It's 40 cents a serving. Instead of stopping in and getting energy drinks you can't afford, just like making your coffee at home, instead of getting Starbucks, you fucking piece of shit. Fuck you. Get Gamer Subs. Use my discount code. Get free samples to figure out what flavor you like, but I promise you the best one is liquid assets. Okay. Popeyes, again. Whataburger. Karaman. So these are business expenses. for picking up poop. I do. Yeah, the IRS should destroy you. Energy drinks. Energy drinks. Whataburger. Energy drinks. Energy drinks.

1:33:13Energy drinks. Bodega. Energy drink, probably. Another business account. What did we get? On his business spending. The IRS is going to eat you alive at some point, and you will deserve every moment of it. And I can't wait, especially since I'm subsidizing your household, you pathetic bald piece of shit. I paid the taxes. You are abusing. Well, I did my taxes. The money you are paying taxes on is less because you spend your own personal spending in your business account that is not for your business. Energy drink. Energy drink. Energy drink. Energy drink. Jack in the box. Amazon. Frozen dugout to pick up dog poop.

1:33:58Energy drink. Tractor supply, maybe. Sprouts for picking up dog poop? I don't get it. My IQ twice? Where is that? I was doing the IQ test. To pick up dog poop.

1:34:20I forgot about it. Yeah, we both did that. Oh, you're Chase. Is this our personal? No. Business? Yes. Which one? Business or personal? Okay, your business started negative 247. You're saying it's growing? Go fuck yourself and your business. You are bad at business. Stop. Okay, here's our business spending checking account, ladies and gentlemen, so we can pick up Spoop. We're scoop some poop. What do we do? Just love coffee. Just love coffee. A lot of Facebook ads. That makes sense. Google ads. I mean, you can't even tell me how they're performing, so I probably wouldn't do it yet. I would like contract like a third party expert on that shit.

1:35:04We did, but they're expensive. They are, but you are literally throwing money into the ether. She's doing better than they were doing. What's your customer acquisition cost? I think right now it was about, I forgot. 80, 81,$81. We slowed down on that, on the ads because we tried. You don't even know that number. You're guessing. You think, like, what are we doing? Energy drink, energy drink, energy drink, McDonald's. Uber Eats, Chick-fil-A, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Jack in the Box. Mind you, to pick up dog poop. Energy drink, Chronicle, Popeyes. Bullshit, beach. Energy drink, energy drink, McDonald's.

1:35:50Lots of potential bullshit. Academy Sports Outdoor, maybe, I don't know. Twilio, yeah, okay. Jack in the Box. ChatGPT, you have Claude and ChatGPT to pick up dog poop. We, Inc. We, oh, that's the food. What is it? The groceries. Groceries. Yeah. She's getting her groceries through your business account. IRS, do you hear this? And we are giving them a chunky refund because they are choosing to run a failed business while not pay taxes on the money they're actually earning because they write all this off. Okay. All day shirts, energy drink, academy, sports, Apple bill, rap mate, water burger, energy drink, just love coffee, just love coffee, energy drink, energy drink, Marshalls, Kohl's, Zapier, okay, maybe, Amazon, donut, energy drink, bullshit, bullshit, Burger King, Amazon, review harvest, lawn doctor, finally, actually, maybe something, claw it on here, if claw it on here and on your credit card.

1:36:56You suck at everything. You suck at actually everything. Young Chefs Academy, $233. What's that? That's for our son. Through your business account. Yeah.

1:37:11That he deducts from his profits so he pays less in taxes, which lowers your household income, which gets you a higher return. Return. Are you guys getting how America works yet. It's pathetic. We need a redo on our entire tax system and benefits for people like this. Dude, our fractional CFO basically yelled at me because I accidentally spent a couple meals that were my own personal meals on my business card. And it actually was an accident. It was wrong connected to Apple Pay. You guys are f***ing you ever get audited. What? This is your f***ing credit card. I have another debt. Blue cash every day?

1:37:57That's... Yeah. Good death, guys. Good absolute... Death. Credit limit. Previous... Okay, yeah. Oh, you're just under. Okay,$2 ,434.27. You did get fees. You did get interest. Your minimum fee payment is$110. Good death, guys. Yeah, hit return payment fee because you didn't have enough money in your checking account because you guys suck. Oh, personal checking account. $1.68 in there. Yeah, you guys will get evicted. Not evicted. For close-down. Good thing. This is our personal. At least we did this on personal. But here we go to the bullshit spending again. Remember when they said they didn't have enough money to pay your employees?

1:38:34I hope your employees see this right now and see that you guys spend minimum on bullshit 3 ,000 hours a month minimum. Will, you're choosing not to pay them.

1:38:44I usually, I pay them first though. Actually, we're going to call your employee in the post show. Okay. And I'm going to tell them exactly what is happening here. and that is for you to face as their boss. Yeah. Shipley's, Pizza Hut, Amazon, Tutti Frutti, Wave Pro, Amazon, Amazon, Apple Bill, Tolls, Apple Bill, Tolls, Apple Bill, Disney Plus, Energy Drink, Apple Bill, Chick-fil-A, Kids Empire again, Kids Empire again, Paramount Plus, getting your groceries delivered but not paying your employees, Apple bill, Uber Eats, water burger, energy drink, Amazon, Amazon, Peacock, Amazon, probably bullshit, overdrafting$306.

1:39:34What the fuck are we doing? What is happening? Dude, I don't know how to budget this. So I did this to another business owner that's an absolute mess. I will gift you a session with our fractional CFO. Okay. And he'll go through your business expenses and try to get you guys situated. Because the reality is, I don't know what the fuck to do here. I don't know what actual income comes in. But I will budget your expenses for your house. And then we can figure out what we at least need to make, which might mean you're giving up on your business and firing your employees. Unfortunately, that was your selfish choice.

1:40:03And go ahead and get a job. Let's figure out what you need to make. Okay. Oh, we know your mortgage. $2 ,592. What's all of your utilities, internet, gas, electric, all combined on a minimum monthly basis average? Electricity is what,$220? Mm-hmm. 220 and then gas is Gas is about 30 Water Internet Internet is 90 Water Water is about 100 Good death Okay 440 Gotcha Phone bill 440 440 Definitely do helium once these phones are paid off For just as good service for$50 a line The phones have to be paid off Which I know they're not for 440 Gas, vroom, vroom, drive, drive, not business, because that actually would be business expense.

1:40:54Private daily use. $200. Okay, car insurance, not business. This is household budget. Just yours. It's like$230. Okay, grocery budget. I think we can do$1 ,000. Meal prepping, meal planning, use the cookbook, use the meal plan dollar-wise. TP fund, anything else you and your kids need to survive, this goes to the climbing shit as well. $300 should be fine. Medical health care. What about the kids' activities? Yeah, exactly. You budget into that. You can't afford much more. Look at you guys. You're dying. You're going to lose the roof over your head. Their activities are not as important as a roof in utilities.

1:41:28I'm sorry. That's basic reality. Life matters. Medical health care. Are there co-pays on a monthly basis? You guys are all f***ed up. No? Why? Well, for me. Okay. Like every, maybe like$150 for me. Oh, what? That's huge. What? You said no to$150? Okay. Any gym? No. Okay, subscriptions. I'll try like$75. Pets? Four dogs. Good death. $200 pet insurance. How much for pet food? $400. A month? Yeah. That's crazy. I don't think that's that much. Are they on like special diets? That's pretty intense. No, no, no, no, no. It's$70-something plus. Not a month. They go through the whole bag of food. No, it was like$250.

1:42:19$250? $250 is for you. Okay, we'll do$250 then. But the pet insurance. Yeah. That's a lot. Yeah. And guess what? You chose to take them on, and they will die if you cannot afford life-saving surgery when it happens. Pathetic f***. Needed to survive. Basically$6 ,000. May as well round it up. Now, you already get$3 ,000 practically from the military. You need an extra$3 ,100 on a month. What? the$1 ,100 payment every two weeks. What? The freedom that really should be part of me. Oh, you're right. Actually, I didn't add up your minimum monthly debt payments. Okay. Actual financial advice because you will not be afforded to live.

1:43:04CFO, he'll break down your business shit. We'll see if the business is worthy or not. Bankruptcy. That's it. I mean, guys, if I add up these minimum payments, it's going to be another$3 ,000,$4 ,000. You can't afford to live. It's bankruptcy. You guys are done. don't do it yet. I would just let I would see if you can budget for three months if you can budget for three months then I will allow you to go through bankruptcy because if you do not change your behavior that got you here in the first place we'll be talking in two years and you'll be facing bankruptcy again but bankruptcy is basically like that's it or else you're going to allow this all to go to collections most will be fine but some might see you and then those courts will order garnishment of wages so bankruptcy try to keep the house try to keep the cars try to keep the business sit down with reed go through the business because i don't even have like this is a mess what a joke it would take me hours all right in the post i'm gonna call his employee though and we're gonna confront that situation this is gonna be one of the best post shows ever hammer financial score first though spending in a budget overspend zero out of ten your debt score there's collections zero out of ten emergency financing savings zero out of ten retirement nothing zero out of ten real estate at least you have that but it's breaking even What's your interest rate on that house?

1:44:145.75. Okay. So, I mean, breaking even, you'd have to write a check today. So it's not great. At least you're in the market. I'll give you a 5 out of 10 there for the real estate score. Well, you're behind, so I'm actually going to put a 3. That's just being hyper generous at that point. Amber Financial Score just because you're in the real estate market unless you lose it. 1 out of 10. Get yours at CalebHamp.com. How long has it been since your boss has paid you? You work for him full time. Single mother. And you're a single mother, correct? Yeah. He is choosing on the business account to spend actually, I believe it was about$3 ,000 going out to eat and stopping in the gas station and getting things. That's what he is choosing to spend a month on the business instead of paying you a full paycheck. This is one of the most disgusting things I've seen on the show.
