Football Daily introduces a new “Lie Detector” segment where host Karel Prince fact-checks well-known footballers’ claims, with only one of three stories per guest being true.
Guests
The transcript names potential footballer targets—Nader Manua, Brian McClare, and Azmir Begovic—but does not confirm which are actually interviewed in this episode. It also mentions Anita Abayami as a participant/host alongside Karel Prince.
Key claims
Karel says he usually catches footballers lying, but now they try to catch him out; he references Roy Keane’s Instagram and “Harry Potter” as examples in the banter.
Notable examples
