0:28Hello, everyone. We've got a lot to discuss today. narrative violation on our hands. Every single person told you the tariffs are going to be inflationary. Well, guess what? They were all wrong. Tariffs are deflationary, as I said, and we now have indisputable proof. You can see through trueflation that inflation has been coming down. It now sits at 1.66%. This is a real-time alternative inflation metric that is more accurate than the Fed's measurements because it doesn't look at backwards looking data. It looks at data today. Now, one of the things that the critics will say is, oh, but he said that there was really high tariff rates and then he brought them down.

1:01Yeah, that's true. But remember the majority of U.S. imports right now still have a blanket 10 % or higher tariff. That never went away. We never paused that main tariff. And so if you want to see indisputable proof that the tariffs are still on, look at the tariff revenue that the U.S. government is booking. This all brings me back to the most important fact of this entire couple of weeks. When dissent is outlawed, it usually means that the majority is wrong. And that's what happened here. You had a bunch of academics who ran around and said, tariffs are bad. The shelves are going to be empty.

1:34Inflation is going to explode. There's going to be a massive recession. None of that happened. We didn't get a recession. The shelves weren't empty and actually inflation went down, not up. So remember to think for yourself, be somebody who doesn't just follow the sheep of the mainstream media and the academic economists. When they say that dissent is outlawed, you can almost always take the other side. Now, the holy grail of investing is to find asymmetric assets. These things present a more attractive risk-reward trade-off than other opportunities. Anyone, no matter how smart they are, can grab a huge return from time to time as long as they're willing to take immense risk.

2:10It's much harder to drive outsized returns when you actually account for the risk you're taking, though. That's why Bitcoin has become such an incredible asset for investors to add to their portfolio. Take a look at this chart that was shared by Bitwise's Matt Hogan. Quite literally, Bitcoin is in a class of its own. Look at it up there. All alone. There is not another asset, even in the same zip code, as the world's largest digital currency. Now, Bitcoin has appreciated 93 % in the last year, over 1 ,000 % in the last five years, and over 38 ,000 % in the last decade. The compound annual growth rate for the last five years, 64%.

2:42These are video game numbers for traditional investors. But to me, the more impressive part is how Bitcoin's Sharpe ratio stacks up against other assets. According to case Bitcoin, Bitcoin's five-year sharp ratio, 1.34. Gold, only 96. Stocks, 0.81. And treasuries is negative 0.5. So here's the thing. Most retail investors ask themselves how high an asset can go. That's obviously an important question, but the more sophisticated investor asks themselves, how much can I make given the risk I'm going to take? And there is no better answer to that question right now than Bitcoin. Literally nothing else compares.

3:18Bitcoin's the story of our generation. A decentralized digital asset has grown from absolutely nothing into a multi-trillion dollar asset. You got the likes of Larry Fink, Paul Tudor Jones, and Stanley Druckenmiller. They're all sharing the same talking points as your crazy libertarian uncle. Bitcoin's not going to stop going up until they stop printing money. And if one thing's for sure, it is obvious now that they are never, ever going to stop printing money. Some of you have probably seen the videos of Waymo. You know, self-driving car in San Francisco, there's no human actually sitting in the driver's seat.

3:49Well, Waymo's coming to New York City and these driverless vehicles look poised to take over the world. Just look at this insane growth for Waymo since just 2023. They went from under 13 ,000 monthly paid trips in California to now more than 700 ,000 in about two years. Those numbers would make a social media app salivate. But the reason why this is working, one, is because the self-driving cars are actually safer than human drivers. On top of that, if Waymo's able to actually use all of the data that's available to them, they should be able to predict demand better. They should be able to actually get to you faster.

4:23They should be able to route the car to your destination more efficiently. And on top of that, if they don't have to pay the human driver, the cost should go down. So it'll be cheaper for you to use Waymo than actually use Uber or Lyft or any of the other human driving cars. Now, of course, there's all kinds of repercussions for this. The drivers that are human, they're not going to be happy. They're going to be yelling and screaming about it. But this is how automation and creative destruction works, is that technology starts to displace workers and those workers have to go find other jobs. Now, one of the things that I'll miss as we get into our self-driving overlord world is that I actually enjoy talking to the Uber drivers.

4:59I learn all kinds of things. Many of these people come from other parts of the world. And as you sit and talk to them, they tell you about their home country. They tell you everything from the weather or maybe what's going on socially there. They also are able to just put a smile on your face. And of course, if you're just focused on how much it costs to actually get in the car, you don't care about that stuff. But there is something to be said about the human touch. And we have to remember that humans still need human to human interaction. And so as we push forward into this accelerated technology world, things like driverless cars, you can't fight it.

5:29It is a trend that is going to become the dominant way that people move around cities. It may take a while, but it's gonna happen. Just remember that actually talking to other humans, there's value to that too. It may not be as measurable, but ultimately what you want is you want a world where you have access to technology, you've got things that are more efficient and cost less, but you don't wanna lose the human touch. That actually drives a lot of happiness and having high quality of life. Happiness is a huge part of that. One of the things that is very obvious now is that humanoid robots are going to be all over our lives.

6:00I continue to say that not only are they gonna clean your house and do your laundry, they're gonna watch your kids and do all kinds of things like walk your dog. But on top of that, the robots are gonna be in every single part of your business. And you don't have to believe me. Take a look at this video from One X and the neo-humanoid robot that recently just came out. The robots are going to do all kinds of things in the business. They're going to try to do things in manufacturing and industrial businesses, move things around a warehouse, maybe even produce physical products. But on top of that, the robots are going to be working in white-collar offices as well.

6:29There's little things like serving coffee or cleaning. But on top of that, the robots are likely to continue to start doing things that white-collar workers think cannot be automated away. I recently saw a brand new AI product that came out that can allow a AI agent to use Excel. You know how many bankers and all of the people across Wall Street, well, their jobs are in trouble. But on top of that, these humanoid robots, they'll be able to greet people at the door. They'll be able to do all kinds of things in the office that right now we pay humans to do it. And the beauty of it is that the robots are gonna cost less money.

7:01They're gonna be more efficient. They're not gonna complain. They're not gonna ask for a raise. They're not gonna call in sick. And they're probably gonna be able to do the job better over a long period of time. Now, of course, that doesn't mean, as I mentioned with the self-driving cars, that we want humans out of the workplace. No, you still want the humans, but robots are coming. And so the people who can start to understand where the technology is, where it's going, and how to incorporate both AI agents and humanoid robots into the workplace, those are the people who are just going to have an advantage going forward.

7:28And in business, every single inch of advantage counts. And so the people who can embrace this trend, they're probably going to end up on top. That's it for today's show. I hope you guys are enjoying it. I'm having a blast putting this together. Everything from business, finance, technology, geopolitics, and everything in between.
