Yeah, I'd say so. 98 Degrees, you got to put your boy there. Yeah, he's number one. Boy bands is a fun Google search. I mean, Backstreet Boys and NSYNC got to be number one. But then you have New Kids on the Block, which is before my time. Yeah, I didn't really know them. I don't know. One Direction, that's a boy band, right? So Harry Styles has got to be on this list, right? Everyone loves boy bands. They transcend all generations. Yeah. No, you're right.
0:33Jackson 5, is that a boy band? I mean, it's a group of boys. Are they all boys? Yes. Do you have to be a boy to be in a boy band? I don't know. Then it's a girl band. I don't know if I want to put those gender norms on the boy band space.
0:533, 2, 1. Kevin! What's up? Aloha! Welcome back. It's good to be back. Well, I'm back. You're back. Yeah. Welcome. How long were you in Hawaii for? It felt like a really long time. Probably 10 days. 10 full days. Yeah. With the traveling or without the traveling? I don't know. Who cares? Your 10 is shit, though. You really are. You look like you're - Well, I spent a lot of time outside. Yeah. Were you in the - Drinking up the nice ocean air. Yeah. Were you in the jungle? I was everywhere. I was in the jungle. I was in the mountains. Fuck, man. That rules. I was in the desert. Yeah. I've never been before, but your trip looked beautiful.
1:36And far flight, how many hours? 10 directs to Honolulu. And then I was so tired on the way back that I don't even know. 10 is a long time. Do you raw dog it? Did you see that trend of people raw dogging flights? I have seen that. I didn't raw dog it. I worked. I worked some on the way over. I did see you were working. Salute this man. I'll take a day or two back off the vacation counter. Do you think people are really raw-dogging flight, or do you think people are just saying they're raw-dogging flight? I think they are. You think they are? Yeah, I think it's a big competition of who can raw-dog flight.
2:15Yeah, it's kind of like an alpha thing to do. It is very alpha. It's actually really impressive to me because I have raw-dogged some parts of flights. What, like five minutes? I often like to just stare at that tracker. The tracker's very interesting. Yeah, the tracker's good. Me too. So I get it. I understand just being one with the silence and the moment to yourself. It's very rare that you get that. So to do it for a couple hours is a testament. Yeah. Yeah. So I've never been to Hawaii and I've always wanted to go. But the 10-hour or whatever plus flight, I just wind up going somewhere three hours from New York, Mexico or Korea.
2:51I mean, it's definitely far, especially if you're only going for a couple days or whatever. But if you had like a week, week and a half, it's pretty good. It's pretty good. It's pretty good. You were there for a wedding. I was there for my cousin's wedding on the big island. Congrats to your cousin and his partner, whoever they are. Yeah, the Poké looked really good to me. Yeah, dude. Oh, my God. That's like 90 % of why I want to go. Yeah. I mean, a lot of the places catch it the day before or two days before, and then you're just eating very fresh tuna. That sounds so sick. That's honestly like...
3:24Because there are nice beaches here. I'm sure there are nice beaches. There are nice sunsets here. I'm sure there are nicer sunsets. But poke, I will travel 10 hours in the air for poke. I mean, it was pretty incredible. I've never been to Japan. And I will say that's probably a great spot to get fresh fish. Yeah. But the fresh tuna I was eating over there was fucking insane. Kevin, I have a major problem. You know how I had food poisoning from sushi like a month ago? You can't kick it? I can't eat sushi still. Can't get back? I can't get back in the game. And I've tried. like i've i've i've had a couple meals and you know i eat it i'm not like disgusted by it but it just makes me a little nauseous it just doesn't hit the same damn i don't know how long do you think this is gonna last for i hope it like goes away at some point have you tried just getting over it i'm trying have you ever tried just fucking eating it and shutting the hell up no i mean yeah it's awful like i is it one specific type or is it all i think it's mostly delivery sushi like it's something about the the the plastic container and yeah it's really making it hard for me so because i've had meals where i've eaten sushi at a restaurant and i've been much better in those moments but yeah the plastic and the ginger and the little seaweed fence like it's really fucking me up and so i may not be able to order sushi for delivery ever again i don't know it's really it's a problem you'll just have to go to a restaurant i mean but i don't want to do that i like i like to order sushi it's a great delivery you know option for lunch or for dinner i don't know it's it's it's fucking me up because it's mental you know what i mean it's like you gotta get over it i know i have to persevere you gotta find a way i have to find a way uh speaking of finding a way uh july 4th came and went and uh joey chestnut still did not find a way to get into the uh nathan's famous hot dog eating competition i thought it was all right i was in Hawaii, so I woke up at 6 a.m.
5:17to watch it. Dude, you're so good. I mean, I was waking up early then. You set an alarm for it? No. 6 in the morning, you woke up and watched it? Well, I mean, we're like six hours behind then. Watched on your phone? I did just watch it on my phone. Wow. Okay. Everyone else in the room was sleeping. So I did not watch No Joey, No Showy for me. Oh, okay. Casual. I guess I am. I did see the sort of leaderboard, and it did look kind of close. Was it close? It was pretty close. Yeah. I think the last two, probably three minutes, Patrick Bertoletti, he pulled away at the end. Poor Jeffrey Esper. Dude's been coming in second place forever.
5:55I thought this would be the year that he'd get over the hump. Yeah. And he's a good eater. He does well in a lot of other events, but just always gets smoked by Joey. So I was kind of sad for him because this was kind of his shot to get up there and finally hoist that mustard belt. But, you know, Bertoletti, strong showing from him. And so he did 58? Was that his final number? Yeah, he did 58. And Joey's record is 76. Yeah. So there's a big gap there. Yeah, I mean, there's a gap there. But he didn't compete. Does Joey never compete again in Nathan's famous? They have to figure this out. It's hard to say.
6:36Kobayashi never did. I know. Once he was out, he was out. MLE doesn't mess around. I feel like once you're out of the family, it's a thing. Did they talk about him on the broadcast? Did they talk about him? They had mentioned him right when I turned it on. Perfect timing, actually. I turned it on right before they announced everybody. Oh, okay. Introduction. I got all of George Shea's legend. But I got all of his little quips and his little name announcements. Okay. but right before they did that they ran a little segment on a little package a little bit of a sizzle about the Joey trauma it's interesting it creates a storyline but I hope he does it again I don't know I'm going to watch the Netflix battle not on July 4th it doesn't hit the same either that one's going to hit that's a that's like the super bowl yeah how many days out are we we're like uh you know 30 coming out it's coming up mickey sudo uh my my champion she she had 51 that's pretty good she's right up there with the men she should compete with the with the with the the it should be a non-gender competition how about that all gender yeah well i think she is the joey chestnut of the women i don't think anyone really comes close to her 51 is so many hot dogs just in general, but, um, I had two, I had two.
8:07Wow. I, yeah, I was grilling it up. So, uh, hot dog while grilling, then a burger. Pretty good. And then, you know, there's, there was after everyone had eaten one last dog. Pretty good. Yeah. That's three. No, two. Oh, two. Okay. One, one while I'm grilling, then I make a burger for my, you know, for myself, eat with the family and then hit back to the grill. There's a couple left over, you know, one last burger, two extra hot dogs. And you're like, I'll have all those dogs. So yeah, that's awesome. Happy fourth. We love hot dogs the best um kevin i've been on my uh back of my sports doc bullshit oh yeah there's a lot of them out right now yeah no there's there's a there's a ton and i'm i'm enjoying every second of it um you know this is the what is alex watching section yeah the podcast are you gonna watch the pete rose one oh i don't know about that looks pretty fire yeah i mean great story of course still not in the hall of fame but yeah i mean i'm is that on netflix or where is that do you think This could be on HBO.
8:59Okay. HBO's docs have been kind of lacking. I'll be honest. I feel like Netflix's game is just so far ahead of HBO's at this point. But yeah, I just devoured Sprint on Netflix, which is about track and field. And I knew nothing about that. Now you're going to be big Olympics guy. I'm a track head. That's what I'm saying. Yeah. No, Noah Lyles is the LeBron James of running, apparently. Okay. He's like a superstar and he wears chains and he shows up with like a Pokemon. card in his thing. He's trying to be the American Usain Bolt, the fastest man in the world. Yeah, I might actually watch the Olympics because of the show.
9:38The real star of the show, Sha 'Carri Richardson, who I think is already now a mainstream star, but she's dope as hell, man. I didn't really know. She's so fucking cool and fast and so much style. Really fun show. They've done this now with F1 and now tennis and golf and now I'm into sprinting. shout out to Netflix for doing it all. But Sha 'Carri, I went on her Instagram and it's literally like Vogue cover, Beats ad, Nike ad, Sprite ad. Damn. Like she's getting bags. Good for her. I mean, she deserves it, especially after what happened, what was it, last Olympics? It was, yeah, four years ago.
10:18I'm really happy for her and she's just, yeah, she is the moment. Yeah, absolutely. I may actually care about the Olympics. Wow. I think they're in a couple weeks. Yeah, they start soon. Yeah. I mean, this is good promo. I mean, I think what we've learned here is if you want people to pay attention, you need a Netflix doc. That's really just what it is about. Because I did not know anything about track and field. And now I'm like, you know, I think talking about the 100 and 200 meter races. Yeah, now you know the difference. Yeah, exactly. One's twice as long. I'm also watching that show Receiver on Netflix.
10:52Oh, wow. Which is basically just hard knocks, but with position players, which is also very cool. It's cool to see behind the scenes of professional athletes. Yeah. And their lives. Of course. Travis Kelsey did not do it. He turned it down. Yeah. I think it was a good move for him. Yeah. I think he's got a lot going on. Yeah. His season may have been a little bit different if he had been Netflix cameras all around him. Yeah. They can't get him and Taylor. I don't think Taylor would be with a guy that had a Netflix doc cameras around him. I read a headline this week that said that Travis and Taylor spend$100 ,000 a day on their relationship.
11:29For what? Security? I have no idea. I don't know. I didn't read the article. For what? I don't know. Just living? Probably flying, all the fuel they need to burn to fly private. Yeah. I mean, that part. Yeah, he's traveling around watching her. I mean, she's touring, so she's a musician. Good for them. She's a fucking billionaire. so yeah she'll be fine she's printed money she is uh that's that's fine yeah let travis hold a couple mil yeah yeah and his uh you know his let him in his let him cook uh last uh show i'm watching is the real hard knocks which is actually an off-season hard knocks uh which is about the giants which is like just a show about the gm you're really loading up on the sports that's what i'm saying i mean i'm just like i got i got so many things to watch um which is why i'm not really watching the bear are you watching the bear i watched one episode what do you think it's good it's fine right yeah it's good i like the bear yeah me too i don't like the fandom but well that's kind of what i how i feel it's like this i'm three episodes in and i like it and it's i've seen some backlash online and people are hating and they're like this season sucks this show's bad and it's like things can't just be fine anymore i feel like we talk about this all the time.
12:48It's like, I enjoy the show. I'll finish it. I will mostly enjoy it. There'll be some episodes I think are not so good. There'll be some episodes that are good. And that is generally better than most shows on TV. It's either the best or the worst. It's either the best show ever made or the worst show garbage. Everybody should be fired. And no in-between. I'm liking it. Am I going to wear this J. Crew merch collab? No. Well, you can't because it's all sold out. Oh, man. They sold out of all of the$400 jackets. Who's buying a$400 bear merchandise jacket? I mean, the beef shirts, the birth shirts that they were selling, or maybe illegally selling someone.
13:27Yeah, those were cool. That's pretty cool, but I don't know. You don't need a$400 jacket to commemorate a TV show. I'm not buying TV show merch. I'm just not. Restaurant merch? Maybe. TV show merch? I don't know. There's something about merch. If it was a YouTube show, or something that didn't have... FX? Yeah, FX and Hulu behind it or like you know yeah i would i would support but it's a good show i like the show i'm gonna keep watching but am i gonna go and support it and make it my whole personality no yeah there's no need to do that it's fine to be honest i like all those sports stocks better like that's why i'm watching them uh i i find them more entertaining and more enjoyable for me oh is carmy's restaurant gonna do well who cares you know it's gonna look like it's not and then it probably will everyone's going to hate working there, but then they're going to love each other.
14:17Wow. Amazing. His relationships are all going to come crashing down, but then they're going to get resolved. It's like, great. Yeah. They're going to go to the brink and then they're going to figure it out. Yeah. I mean, listen, this show. No, I like the bear. I'm on the record saying I like the bear. Me too. I like it. I think it's a great television show. I think it's good. It's a solid eight out of 10. But again, it's neither of our personalities. No. Which is good. It's a healthy thing. No, it's good. My personality is sports. I've already got a personality. Mine is graphic design. Kevin, Taco Bell, Hard Pivot, is opening an early retirement community for the old at heart called The Cantinas.
14:58It is a daytime oasis offering cross-generational leisure and senior-inspired recreation coming to San Diego this summer for two nights on August 17th and 18th of 2024. That's pretty cool. I like this idea. The weekend membership is only$150, which includes overnight accommodations, ticket with a guest, full access to all the amenities, recreation, dining, entertainment, and more. Pretty cool. Yeah. So I guess people are – so let me unpack this for a second. People are playing pickleball. People like to relax. and so it's kind of like an old person's home so they're making an old person's home for not old people well it's more of a retirement so it's a retirement energy it's a retirement core yeah that people want to tap into and so talk about was creating the cantinas which is a great name.
16:04That sounds like a retirement home, which I really enjoy. And I'm here for this idea. I think it's smart. I think it's funny. I think it's like - Price is right too. Price is incredible. Yeah. I mean, I'd love to see a brand doing an activation where it's like, they're probably not making money on that. They're probably just doing it for kind of shits and gigs. Well, it's marketing and people are going to talk about it and I enjoy it. It reminds me of the documentary, Some Kind of Heaven. Did you watch it? No. Oh, you should watch this, right? It came out like four or five years ago. And it's about a place called The Villages, which I believe this is a play.
16:41The Cantina is a play on The Villages. And it's like a retirement community in Central Florida where people go to live the last chapter of their lives. Is it crazy? It's crazy, dude. People are partying. They're doing drugs. They're having sex. It rules. Hell yeah. And it's like, yeah, some kind of heaven. It's like this heavenly place. And honestly, it's a beautiful documentary and a high recommend for everyone out there listening. So this is like a parody of that, which is interesting. Like it's like sporty and rich core, you know, like that's kind of an aesthetic now that people are trying to sort of tap into.
17:22Yeah. Retirement's aspirational because nobody's going to be able to do it in the future. Yeah, because it won't be a thing. Shout out to my parents. They're retired and it seems pretty sick. Yeah, I would love to be retired. I wish I was retired. Yeah. I'm here for it. Yeah, it's like an aesthetic style people are into. People like to dress sort of like this way. San Diego is a perfect spot for it. San Diego seems great. I'm all for this. Does it make sense for Taco Bell? I'm not totally sure. Who cares? Yeah, let's get it. Let's just do it. So the activities are aerobics and pickleball. So I was right.
18:00Attendees will feel rejuvenated. and immersed in a community oasis that celebrates the diverse art of living moss. So I guess that's the tie there. There you go, work it in. Yeah, I got a quote from Taylor Montgomery, the US Chief Marketing Officer of Taco Bell. She said, there's a common misconception that retirement unlocks the life you've been waiting for. And that while that may be true for some, we don't think you should have to wait until 55 to live the life you're craving. Is that the age of retirement, 55? Dude, I'm almost there. The Cantina's early retirement community, just like our brand represents a place where all generations can come together regardless of age to live their moss however they want live their moss i get it i mean i think this should be only for a certain age like i feel like there should be like this should be for 50 plus people that like to me that's how do those people like taco bell though i don't think so probably not but yeah i'd like to see uh i'd like to see some activations from this why don't you go i'd love to i'd love to live moss in san diego and play some pickleball i've never played pickleball I think you'd like it.
19:02It could be your new hobby. I think I'd like it too. I like tennis, but yeah, I'm here for it. It's just easier tennis. Running is killing my body, so I need to figure out a way to get that cardio in without making my whole body hurt afterwards. Moving on. Speaking of old people, washed up people, Dunkin' Iced Boys is the new partnership from the Dunkin' Interns, a.k.a. the Dunkin' Turns. And guess who they are, Kevin? Who? Two boy band legends, AJ McLean and Joey Fatone. They called them interns? They're called dunk interns. Oh, dunk interns? Which is not bad. I don't know. What do you think?
19:40I mean, that'd be good for a person freshly entering the workforce, maybe. So their greatest intern task of all, the boy banders were asked to not create a donut or a coffee, but in fact, a song that we can all sort of enjoy. a five-track EP inspired by Duncan's iced beverage lineup. It's available to stream on Spotify right now. Iced Like My Coffee is the standout. Yeah, I listened to it today. No, you didn't. I did. It wasn't bad, but like, I don't know. I think it's pretty easy to produce music these days. It's got a 90s style jam with a modern and chilled Duncan spin. Is that? That's exactly how I describe it.
20:20The artwork is pretty sick. It's got like a sort of airbrushed kind of iced boys aesthetic. which I do like that part. Other than that, I hate this. I truly hate this so much. Yeah, I mean, this seems pretty unnecessary. Like, stop hiring D-list celebrities, Duncan. You're better than this. Are they? Stop with the parody commercials. They're kind of a D-list coffee. No, they're not. They're fucking Duncan. They're the East Coast fucking hero brand. Like, stop. You're better than this. This isn't you, Duncan. You know? Yeah, it is. It's always been Duncan. No. No, no, no. And I think it's not that bad.
21:03No. I think it's fine. It gives me secondhand embarrassment. That's the same thing with the fucking Super Bro commercial with Ben Affleck. I'm not here for any of this. Come on, Duncan. I get you want to have a little bit of personality, but I'm not here for this. Although a blueberry donut iced coffee sounds kind of delicious. Well, listen to the song. Is that what it's about? No. It's just about iced coffee. I mean, it's pretty generic. It's like, it's hot outside. I need an iced coffee. Summer is here. It's hot. I'm sweating. I need an iced coffee. Wow. It's just like 90s. AI probably wrote it.
21:40Yeah, I was going to say AI brainwashing. Is that what it is? So yeah, Iced Boys, old and new fans, will love the deliciously nostalgic track reminiscent of 90s style jams. And that's not all. Music lovers can also look forward to their very first visualizer of Ice Like My Coffee and an engaging video featuring the Iced Boys premiering later this July. No way. Oh, man. I can't wait. I'm just so excited. Forget the Olympics. I'm waiting for this. I like the article from Food and Wine because it said, Duncan just released the Song of the Summer. Yeah. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. And it features two of the greatest boy band members ever.
22:21Nah. I don't know. Joy Patone? is he in the two of the greatest boy bands ever? The greatest. Top 10, maybe? They didn't say greatest how many ever. They just said some of the greatest. I mean, they are in the greatest boy bands ever. Yeah, NSYNC and Backstreet Boys. They are in - And I guess that makes them some of the greatest boy band members. I mean, I'll track your logic there. You can get there. It's just tough. But I just, again, I can't even bring myself to press click on this YouTube video because I just know that I'm going to be embarrassed. And I just don't want that for Duncan. Like it's not that bad.
22:58I can't. I don't know. I just 90s nostalgia, you know, parody boy band stuff. It's just it's never going to work. Did you see that? Like there was like a boy band music festival in Jersey and outside of like a Macy's like shopping center. So really? Yeah. Who went? Like Chris Kirkpatrick. Wow. Like Ryan Cabrera. And it's sad, man. It's sad. But it's like. What they meet up at a rundown mall. Yeah. Literally. Literally a mall. And, you know, they have fans, though. That's the thing. It's like people have nostalgia. Nostalgia is a powerful drug. Yeah. People love that shit. People do love that shit.
23:37And, you know, nothing's better than a little bit of nostalgia, a hot day with a blueberry iced coffee dunk. Yummy. Mm-mm-mm. Speaking of yummy, Erewhon smoothies are on the fucking hot seat, Kevin. Finally. Gutz exposed them. Gutz and Andrea. Yeah, and Andrea. With the assist. I think he probably should have... I should have seen this coming because I have had the Haley Bieber Erewhon smoothie, not once but twice, and it's fucking delicious, which means it's just pure sugar. Yeah, it's probably got blueberries and honey, right? I don't know what it has in it, but I'm sure it's not great for you.
24:19And so Goots' tweet is, they don't want you to know this, but the Haley Bieber Erewhon smoothie has 79 grams of sugar. It's crazy. Wow. They don't want you to know. Yeah, they don't. But that's why it's so delicious. So I would have one right now, and I would enjoy it. But that's a lot of sugar. It's healthy sugar, though. It's healthy sugar, yeah. And it's got, like, collagen and strawberries. Yeah, it's so healthy. It's super healthy. But, yeah, I mean. How much is that smoothie running at? 20 bucks? Yeah, it's like a$20 smoothie. It's worth it, though, honestly. I'm not just defending Haley Bieber.
24:51I'm really defending this smoothie because of how tasty it is. And listen, everyone deserves a little sweet treat. But yeah, 79 grams of sugar. Did it make you feel good? That's more than a Dunkin' Donut. Yeah, definitely. Kevin, moving on. Brat Summer continues. We love it. Yeah, it's Charlie's World and we're just living in it. So I'm not surprised to see that brands are getting into the mix here. It's such a meme-able color and simple story.
25:25Everybody is just trying to jump on. This was an actual funny version of it, which was a plant-based brand named Field Roast put up a billboard that said Brat. and then in green with the sort of condensed blurry typeface on the other side said worst and put their bratwurst product in the corner. Good for them. Good marketing. Good out of home. Way to be quick. Yep. Topical. Yep. We said it before. We said it before. We were like, this album is great. The design is great. And it's just a part of culture. Yeah. Is it going to get run into the ground? I think we're right at the edge. I think we're like Like, you know, I think like we got like 30 more days of Brat Summer.
26:14I don't know how many more days, but we're on the back half of Brat Summer, not on the first half. That's what I'd say. Sun setting. Yeah. Which is, you know, sad, but great album to run to. We have a new ad with Apple. I don't know if I can talk about it, but it's being roasted online a little bit. Check it out. But one of the comments was saying that our neon green was giving Brat Summer. And to that person, I say, thank you. we called it two years ago we said it's going to influence you know Charlie XCX the pop singer with a dance inspirational sound she's going to come out with the color neon green and make it the color of Brad Summer who's to say that she or special offer the design studio didn't see our ads didn't say wow wow Wow.
27:05Wow. Is it that big of a stretch to be like, oh, that Mac does that campaign is on those mood boards? Wow. Wow. Are we your favorite reference baby? Is it us? Wow. Did you do that? Wow. Look at us, Kevin. You bring up a great... It is a big stretch. It's a huge stretch, but I'm here for you, Kevin. Last story of the day comes from Food & Wine. Food & Wine coming through with Kevin. Is this the new hotspot for stories? I mean, they've been making more appearances. Okay. I did see this a lot of different places. So I wouldn't just say it was from Food & Wine, but it's a collaboration between Heinz and Kate Spade.
27:41And they made little bags, actually kind of big bags that look like ketchup packets. Yeah, I thought it was really cool. Me too. I actually really like this. And it's funny because in the ads, they didn't make them look that cool to me. I was kind of like, oh, that's kind of funny. But then I went and I clicked in and I looked around and there's a red one and a white one. And they got this like little ketchup thing at the top and it's a big bag that looks like a, I don't know, I'm here for this. It's tomato girl summer, right? Yeah, it's tomato girl. I mean, I feel like it's been tomato girl summer, right?
28:09It wasn't... I mean, tomato girl summer started maybe a couple months ago. Okay. So then we're in bracket summer, tomato girl summer, and now Heinz summer. But I like it. Condiment couture. Yeah. This is smart. I think that Heinz... This is what iconic brands should do. Take some notes, Duncan. You know? Kind of do some fashion stuff. Don't fucking call up some fucking aging boy band members. Yeah. Nobody wants that. Nobody wants that. This is really cool. And so we have a quote from sort of the Megan Lang, the head of global Heinz brand communications and creativity. That's a cool title. With this new line of condom and couture, we're excited to partner with the iconic Kate Spade and pay homage to the beloved Heinz brand.
28:52Kate Spade, New York, shares many values with Heinz from creating products of the highest quality that are expertly crafted by masters and leave no detail untouched to exhibiting true devotion to our fans. In return, both brands have incredibly loyal fan bases that transcend generations. Hold on. At Heinz, we love to celebrate the unique and unconventional ways our fans show their love for us, and this collection is the perfect opportunity to do so. Heinz and Kate Spade, one and the same. Just two brands that just transcend generations. mm-hmm so there's so much in common yeah no i like the packets uh you know the the t-shirts a little less so but yeah i mean the bags are pretty sick that's what i think people mean they're really good the bags look really well done what a great idea yeah i mean and i will say this feels balenciaga inspired of course the bag of chips and but i think that's the thing it's like you can do this but you have to like do it differently.

29:58And I think partnering with a brand like Kate Spade and making the bags that look like they, you know, are very well made and sort of the drippy thing that comes out of it. It's all in the details, Kevin, you know, it's all in the design. Sure. Kevin, you're going to get this for your ketchup enthusiast friends and family. No, me neither, but I do love condiments. They send me one, maybe. Yes. Send us one and we will support it. Before we get out of here, Kevin, did you see that eating two burgers is better for you than eating one burger and fries? Science is in. Wow. This is big news. This is actually - On this podcast, we believe in science.
30:34Yeah, we absolutely do. And in this case, this is big news for me personally. Yeah, we've been saying it all summer. On my journey here of health and wellness before my big milestone birthday later this year, I've been craving burgers. burgers are excellent but i have been you know trying to avoid the fries and here's the science now i have an article to point to and be like you know what i'm not hold the fries just give me a second burger there you go i also don't even like dessert you know i'm not a big dessert guy either so it's like just give me more yeah instead of a dessert just get another burger that's what i'm saying so it's like three burgers you gotta think that a burger is healthier than having like a piece of cake or having ice cream right probably so three burgers yeah three burger dinner yeah one for appetizer, uh, one for main and then one for dessert.
31:23Yeah. I don't see anything wrong with that. That's probably good protein. You know, that's probably, um, that's, that's what we need. It'll be shredded in no time. I am. I'm working on it. I guess the question is how fit is too fit. That's the question I'm going to ask myself. So, uh, uh, reach out, DM me, let me know how fit is too fit. Uh, I don't know if there's such a thing. Uh, I don't know. I don't want to be like ripped to shreds. I just want to be, you know, nice and, uh, on my way, Kevin. Nice. Good to see you. Welcome back. Yep. Good to be back. So if you're into that, this is what that is. Yeah. This is our show. And if you're not, keep on pushing. Just keep moving. Yeah. Just get out of here.
