0:22Hey, it's Victoria. The game's on. Welcome back to another episode of your favorite football podcast by the girls for everyone, The Game. Today, I am so excited to bring you my conversation with, drumroll please, the lovely Carly Teller. Carly is a loved figure in the Cleveland Browns community. You may know her from her honest takes on social media or her activity in the Browns community. Carly is a mom of two, a content creator, and mental health advocate. She uses her platform to share candid insights into motherhood, fitness, and the emotional realities of supporting a professional athlete.

1:04Carly is widely recognized for her sharp wit and viral content, which frequently balances the glamour of the NFL and a good outfit with a grounded, relatable perspective. Together, the Teller family is deeply involved in the Cleveland community, including Carly writing Christmas cards to the Browns community every year and championing various charitable causes and military appreciation initiatives. Today, we get into how the Tellers met, their Browns engagement story, the possibility of free agency, and what she thinks of the 2025 season, as well as her personal story, what she was doing before she met Wyatt, and how living in Cleveland has impacted her.

1:45You did hear the last name correctly. Her plus one is Wyatt Teller, guard for the Cleveland Browns for the past seven seasons. Wyatt was initially drafted to the Bills in 2018 and was then traded to the Browns. He has over 100 career starts in 2020. He earned a historic 96.8 overall grade from Pro Football Focus or PFF, the highest ever for a guard at the time. He's been nominated for the Salute to Service Award in 2022 and in 2025 for his work with the military community. He has been selected to the Pro Bowl three times 2021, 22, and 23. Second team, all pro two times as well. They are definitely a power couple, and I'm so excited to bring you this conversation with Carly Teller.

2:33Carly Teller, welcome to the game. Hi, thank you for having me. Thank you for coming. We're so excited to chat with you about all things that are going on now, what happened in the season, this season, what you have going on personally, and what's next for you. I want to start because as I was researching for this interview, your TikTok has some of the best vibes of any wife, girlfriend, NFL TikTok every time I watch Yeah, I just leave like feeling good. And I think like as a woman, it's easy to like watch girls getting dressed and you're like, oh my gosh, she's so beautiful. I wish, but you have such a good way of presenting your life and bringing us along.

3:14It just makes us like feel like we're a part of it. And that's probably why so many people are obsessed with watching you on TikTok. Thank you. I think it probably has to do with that I'm 35 and I'm like relatable to the masses. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. A lot of the football girls are so young And so it's like I relate to them because of football, but then I also relate to like 35-year-old moms who are not in football and then like people in Cleveland. Yeah, I try to be well-rounded. So thank you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I think being on social media in your 30s is so different than being on social media also like in your 20s because in your 30s, like you've been to therapy.

4:01You've like had kids. you're more established you know how to handle yourself in a different way versus like the 2016 did you do the 2016 trend I think I saw that you did where everyone's posting about it being 2016 I put a picture on my story but I have not done like the whole trend but it's not I don't know how cute it is for 2016 for me yeah I was getting iced in college and yeah I mean yeah I probably should post it. Yesterday I posted, I just put like a picture on my story and it was from the 1989 tour, Taylor Swift. And so many people were responding and being like, I think you aged backwards.

4:42And I'm like, oh my gosh, thank you. So it actually was kind of like a confidence booster. I was puffy. I drank a lot more. Yeah. That's such a nice compliment. Like you aged backwards. Can someone tell me that? I'll take it. Oh, I'd much rather look good now than in 2016. Yeah, people are like, you peak in college. And I'm like, I definitely did not peak in college. And I better not have peaked in. I feel like I'm still going up. Amen, sister. You are. Thanks. Only up from here. Did you do it? I did. What did I post? Yeah, I just posted like a selfie of me and my best friend from college. It's like blurry and like mediocre.

5:23choker and we're wearing like jean shorts ripped with like the pockets sticking out. Yeah. The fashion is really rough. It was rough, but yeah, the chokers and the, yeah, it was not cute. And the, the filters, it was, everything was so heavily filtered. Yeah. That was like the beginning of filters. And now they've come so far that you like, can't even tell people have them on. Yeah. Now it's like, don't do a filter or you're not cool. Right. It's like people just get stuff done in real life instead of on camera. Exactly. Yeah. I don't need a filter. I just have Botox now. Thank you. Yeah. Yeah.

6:04Speaking of 2016, when did you and Wyatt meet? After that, because if he would have met me in 2016, he probably would have been like, I don't know about that. We met in, well, I guess it wasn't that far. It was 2018. okay but yeah we met and do you mean tell you like the whole story okay please actually it's not that exciting we met at a bar which is rare nowadays yeah you know these these youngins don't meet in bars anymore I mean I guess they can but I feel like everything is just like on the internet and like dating apps and like it's so hard to date but yeah we met very organically at a bar it was like so in Blacksburg Virginia which is where Virginia Tech is I know you're west coast So like, you know, at least what Virginia Tech is.

6:48It's like a very small college town in the mountains of Southwest Virginia. And we met. So I was, I'm four years older than Wyatt. And so I was working in Roanoke, which is a little town over from Blacksburg. And it was the weekend of like the spring game. Like a lot of colleges do like an alumni weekend spring game where the football team plays in like a scrimmage. And so I was in town for that. And we met at a bar. and we hit it off, but we didn't start dating quite yet then. But that is where we, that is where we met. A bar is crazy though. Cause really people do not meet in bars anymore. No, I know.

7:26Like I'm actually very proud of that. I'm like, I don't care that it was a bar. It's rare. Like everybody, like half the girls that I know that are in great relationships in the football world met like, Oh, he DM'd me or whatever. Like, I mean, even like Baker and Emily Mayfield who were really close with, they have an amazing marriage, but like, that's how they met. And like, it's just, you know, it's rare that you hear like, I met him in person. Yeah. Yeah. That's really cute. So you met and then you didn't get together right away. So what happened next? This is like my favorite topic. I love hearing about how people like meet and fall in love.

7:59So we met and hit it off and like, I really liked him, but I was like, oh, like he's a little bit younger. Like I didn't take it. I didn't take it too serious. You know, I was like, I like him. He's cool, but he's young. He's about to go to the NFL. like, you know, it is what it is. So we hung out for like two weeks and then we kind of like, it fizzled off, right? Like no hard feelings, fizzled off. And then he was drafted to the Buffalo Bills in the 2018 draft fifth round. And I was kind of keeping up cause like, I still like thought about him, you know? So I was like, Oh, like, and I remember like the day he got drafted, I text him congratulations.

8:37Cause like, that's, you know, life changing. And so then fast forward a little over a year. You know how like whenever you have someone on your phone, and like I said, we didn't end on bad terms. It was just a fling. So you know when you have someone on your phone and they text you and you're like, wait, like I haven't heard from that person in a year. So I was in Mexico with my mom and her girlfriends on a trip. And we were just like, you know, when you're like getting ready in the afternoon for dinner, after being out in the sun, it's 3 p.m. and we're just hanging out. And all of a sudden, I look at my phone and it said Wyatt Teller.

9:10And I was like, mama, that's, weird. It's like, I haven't heard from this guy in a year. And I looked at my phone and the day he texted me, this is, I think it's crazy. The day was exactly a year to the day before. Exactly. You know what I'm saying? Like a year before. Yeah. Yeah. The same day on the next year, he texted you after you guys had met. Yeah. Just like little, it's like a little like God wink, you know? And so he texted me and I was like, you know, I'd like, again, didn't take it serious. So I was like, okay, like, you know, he's going in, getting ready to go into his second year in the NFL.

9:43So we started talking and then he asked me to come to Buffalo. And I was like, I don't know. And my mom was like, Carly, and I was very single. And my mom was like, Carly, like, you already know him. He's cool. Like, you know, and he wanted to fly me there. So I was like, okay. Like, she was like, just go like, hang out, whatever. So I went to see him. And then I only went to Buffalo twice because he was traded. So I was living in Roanoke, Virginia, small town. I was working at a salon and managed this. Have you ever heard of Aveda? Yeah. Aveda. So I managed an Aveda salon. And I would drive. So, okay.

10:21So he was, like I said, drafted to Buffalo. We started dating. And then the last preseason game of his second year, right before the game, And they called him into the GM's office and told him that he was being traded. And so I knew nothing. I mean, I knew about football, but like, I didn't know, like, I was like, oh, okay, he's being traded. Like, that must just happen all. I don't know. That must happen all the time. Okay, he's getting traded to Cleveland, whatever. Basically Buffalo in my mind. Like, I've never been to Cleveland, Ohio. Like, I'm like, okay, whatever. And we, yeah, so then I flew to Buffalo for this.

10:57It was, I think, only the second time and helped him move. and it, a little geography lesson, it is all on the same lake. So like Buffalo, New York and Cleveland, Ohio, you drive along Lake Erie. I never knew that. Like I, we literally moved him down here and it took two and a half hours. Yeah. That's wild. You, cause it doesn't, cause Buffalo seems so far away. It seems so far away. So like we went there one weekend to see one of his friends. It's yeah, it's like less than three hours. So it was pretty ideal location wise to be traded. Yeah. And he never, I mean, like we didn't know it would work out as great as it has, you know, here because at the time he's like, oh my gosh, I'm getting traded.

11:38Like the team that drafted me, because when you get drafted, like you really buy in to the city that you're in, you know? So it was hard at the time, but it ended up being a huge blessing. And here we are seven years later in Cleveland. Yeah. So when he texted you originally, did he like mention why you came up was he just like in buffalo and like there's really not much going on in buffalo except the bills i went there for a game earlier in the season so like could he just did he did he mention like what brought you up or social media or what it was off season and he was in virginia with one of his buddies and they were at this like i don't even like some paintball competition thing i don't know that's not my business but they were at something.

12:24And he and his buddy were like up at like 2 a.m. drinking, talking like, who's the, he says, he's said the story multiple times. I don't know how much truth there is to this, but he said, his buddy said, who's like the hottest girl you've ever dated or who's the hottest girl on your phone or something like that. Sure. And he said he looked, he was like Carly Whiting and he looked at, he looked at his phone and it was like, like I said, like two in the morning. And his buddy was like, oh my gosh, well, don't text her right now. Like it's two in the morning. That's not a good look. And he waited.

12:57And sure enough, he texted me the next like afternoon. I know how respectful. So sweet. What a good friend. Honestly, whoever that friend, you know who that friend is? Because what a homie to be like, don't text her at 2am. That's a bad idea. And it's a bad look. Right. He was in our wedding. Like no, I feel like men don't have other, like, there's not that many guy friends who are like, let's be really level headed because you actually think she's cool. Yes, I agree. And they have both told me that story. So I guess it's true. And, and then we, yeah, we came to Cleveland and then we got engaged here on football field.

13:31Yes. At the Browns stadium. Okay. So you weren't a football fan very much pre-Wyatt, at least NFL. Definitely not NFL. Like we grew up, the closest like team to us was either Charlotte, like the Carolina Panthers, or a lot of people were Washington at the time, Redskins, now Commanders fans. But no, we just never were. But we were like, I guess, bigger into college football. Like Virginia Tech was a really big deal. So more college. Like I never was like, no, I never really cared. I mean, I'd watch the Super Bowl for the fun of it, but like, yeah. Right. Like, cause everybody watches the Super Bowl.

14:11Now Wyatt gets annoyed. Cause he's like, I miss when we met and you knew nothing about football. And now I'm like on Twitter, like fighting with people. It's bad. You're like, well, let me tell you. Okay. So you have been in the media a little bit for being like somewhat outspoken online, but you've also always been like your husband's biggest advocate. Yes. How do you balance being a supportive partner and being individualistic and sharing your opinion online? mine? I think that it took some learning and maturing because it's like when we first got together and I was kind of dumb and didn't care about football, I probably would have been a little more messy.

14:58But now it's like I'm a little bit more like in my mind, media trained ish. Yeah. And but I care more about Wyatt and about football. So like, I don't know. I think that I just think about things before I post. I try to. It's funny because like a lot of people don't really care about Twitter anymore or X. It's only like a very, it's like middle-aged NFL men fans. And so like those people would know if I'm being like messy or problematic, but like just people on TikTok are probably like, wait, what? Like, you know what I mean? Like on TikTok, it's like, oh, she's mom and football girl and posting like sarcastic stuff.

15:39But yeah, I run a lot of stuff by Wyatt because I get like fired up about things sometimes. And if I do that, babe, I'm like, don't make me pull out seven years of her seats. I'm not kidding. I've gotten close, but yeah, we've been here a long time. But yeah, I usually just like ask him and I know why it's like very, we have a very open communication marriage. Like if I do something, if I were to say something and he didn't like it, anyone who knows Wyatt knows this, he would tell me and I'd take it down. Yeah. So anything that I ever like share or if I'm in media for it, like it's like it's why it's approved.

16:17Yeah. Like has the stamp of approval. And if it comes down, there was probably like a loving conversation about it. Yes. Yes. Yeah. Because I feel like being in the you guys are both in the public eye kind of in your own right now. Obviously, you talk a lot online about like being an NFL wife and like one of your most viral videos is like that hilarious one where you're like, I'm an NFL wife. Of course, all I do is like get coffee every day. Yeah. Yeah. All I do is run errands. Yeah. Yeah. But you guys are both kind of in the public eye because obviously him for the Twitter men about like gameplay and, you know, all of the details, the X's and O's.

16:57And then you're obviously in social media, but people love you not only because you're Wyatt's wife, but because of who you are and your perspective and the way that you live and carry yourself and your kids. how has that been kind of on both edges of the media of like casual media from tiktok and then like professional media for why like does he have a preference does he like the social media side do you like like the very proper media side he doesn't really care for like media in general okay he doesn't like his only social media is well he has an instagram but it's literally me like i just like a couple years ago i convinced him to get it and like i post on it occasionally He doesn't even have the app on his phone.

17:38And he is all supportive about me if I want to make my little videos and whatever. But he is not crazy about social media. I think he has YouTube and watches like YouTube shorts. Because it can be really toxic for the guys, honestly. I see things that I can handle, but like, I don't know. I just feel like it can like, the people, the fans and like people in the media, when it's really good, they'll be so supportive. and when it's bad, they will be so mean and so nasty. So I totally support that he doesn't have, that he doesn't get on social media. I, yeah, it's like we both are kind of in it, but his is all like proper.

18:19Cleveland Browns beat reporters interviewing him and he has to do his, you know, media time that he's promised and that kind of thing. And then mine's like silly. But I think it's good. I think we make it work because if we, I don't know, there's a lot of NFL couples who do make it work where it's like, you know, like the TikTok, like the people who do a lot of like couple content. I don't think I'll ever, I don't think I'll ever get Wyatt to do that. Even in retirement, I don't think he'll do it. Yeah. One of my favorite ones that I watched was, you're like, okay, okay, Wyatt's getting yellowed.

18:48We have to go to the game. And then you're like, this is my outfit. These are my Chanel earrings. And you can like hear him in the background. And I thought that was just like, so relatable and like cute and funny. Thank you. Well, cause I'll be like every now and then I'll be like, okay, come on, babe. Like he'll get in one every now and then. but well because it's funny like a lot of people can attest to this girls who are on the internet with husbands who are I mean because he's obviously like I'm not famous like he's famous yeah at least in the Cleveland world I can post a video and if it has Wyatt in it people just love it yeah so I'm like come get my video also though as like from like just being on social media in general I've been like pretty social media my active my whole life and it's really interesting the way that with some like boyfriends I've had, people are like obsessed with that relationship and they'll like, like everything, like everything gets way more likes, way more views.

19:39And then with other boyfriends, social media world is like, we don't care about him at all. Yeah. It's probably pretty telling. Yeah. Yeah. Honestly, like, should I let the internet pick my boyfriends? Maybe. Maybe. That would be a good bit for social media. Yeah. Yeah. There's a lot of girls who do 50 first dates content. Have you seen them? No, but that's cool. Yeah. I started following this one. You can't get creative these days. Yeah. Yeah. There's one girl in Australia is like, I'm going on 50 first dates. And she goes in the bathroom on every date and is like, this is what happens. Her name's Hannah and she's from Australia.

20:13And I like love watching her content because it's like a little chaotic. And she never like reveals who the men are. But there's another girl who just like did, she's been trying to find husband for like three years and just like found the love of her life. And it's been like updating us on, on the love of her life. I need to find these people. Yeah. I'll text them to you. That's wholesome. Okay. Yes, please do. Yeah. Yeah. It's really sweet. Okay. So talked a little bit about your relationship, a little bit about social media. Can we talk Browns a little bit? Sure. Okay. So Wyatt is known for loving his quarterbacks and you posted a TikTok slash real a couple of weeks ago saying Wyatt Teller loves his quarterback and it's him doing dirty dancing with all the quarterbacks.

20:58Is that purely like on the field in the locker room or are these like relationships that are also off of the field, like just loving on the quarterbacks, becoming really close with them? Like, is that something consistent? I mean, he, he really does love them all. And he's always been close to this quarterbacks, like even in college and like, but that's like, that is an O-line trait. Like that's a very, it's a very good as an O-lineman like you like that is your job is to protect them so it's really important that they have a close relationship especially I've learned like the center Wyatt plays guard but like the center and the and the quarterback have to have a really good relationship because there has to be that chemistry on the field so Wyatt has like since we since I've been with him like even when he was in Buffalo he and Josh Allen they came in on the same in the same draft.

21:44And when you, when you're drafted, your draft class is like this, like, you know, you do all the things together, all the media stuff, all the like rookie things. And so he and Josh were really close. And then like we even, he saw him at the game recently. I think I posted a video of it, but he saw Josh at, when we played the bills and got to say hi to him. So that was cool. But then we came here and Baker was, he's been like our most long standing quarterback, Baker Mayfield. So Wyatt and Baker played together for four seasons. And two of those were like the big COVID years. And so we got, I would say we got like really close because it was like so organic.

22:24Like you weren't allowed to, you remember like you couldn't like post pictures doing things, especially for like, like in the NFL world, like you would get fined. So it wasn't like everything thing was like for the post, you know, it was just, we didn't have kids yet. We, he, his wife, Emily and I, like literally, she's like my best friend that I've made in the NFL. And so we became close in like a different way. You know what I mean? It was just like very organic and it was a weird time, but it was a fun time. So yes, I'd say that that was like our closest friend that Wyatt spent time with out of football.

23:00Then we had kids and it's, so then Baker left and then we had kids and it's just, it's harder now. Like it's nothing. I mean, like Wyatt loves his quarterbacks, like Shador, Dylan Gabriel, like the other 15 he had this year. They're all cool. He actually just went hunting in Texas with Bailey Zappi, who was one of the quarterbacks. So yeah, I guess he is just like quarterback boyfriend. Yeah. Like loves them. It's great, but it's so true that like, if you're on the O-line and you don't want to protect your quarterback or like be close with them or at least like get to know them well? Like how can you expect that to translate onto the field?

23:40If the synergy isn't there, then like, or at least if the effort isn't there, like they don't have to be your best friends in the world. They don't have to come over to your house every week, but like you at least have to like get to know them, respect them. You see it a lot around the league. Like have you seen how quarterbacks give their O-line Christmas gifts? Yes, it's one of my favorite parts about Christmas because it's like watch everyone. It's so cool. Yeah. And so this is no shade to the Browns because like the quarterbacks are very sweet. But why the O-line didn't get one this year? Because I think it was like, okay, who gives them?

24:10You know what I mean? Yeah, you got like guys on rookie contracts. You got like Joe Flacco who like has his own kids family. Well, see, so Joe Flacco, that's actually funny you say that because so Joe Flacco in 2023 took the Browns to the playoffs. He came here, played, I think it was like six games, won all of them. It's like he came here and lost one of his games. Like he killed it, took us to the quarter or to the playoffs. He actually came to our son's first birthday party, which I will never forget. I know. Great guy. Love Joe Fleckham. And had been here for like five minutes, bought the guy's Christmas gifts.

24:45Like he is all world. He bought the guy's Christmas gifts, but then no, no luck for them this year. But then like Jared Goff gave like golf carts. Yeah. The golf carts, those things were like juked out too. Those were basically dune buggies. Baker just took all of his O-line, like they're there now to the Bahamas. Wild. What could have been? What could have been? Oh, no. Honestly, it's really sad. Yeah. Okay. So what's your, I mean, obviously given what you can say, what's your overall kind of view on the quarterback situation? as viewers we saw so much media basically about just this massive quarterback room like more quarterbacks than anybody but they still had a 5-12 season which is pretty rough on on everyone so what did it look like from your they weren't five yeah I it's so weird because like we've even just being like we've been here seven years and we had why it's played for like he would have to correct me, but like over 10 quarterbacks, like a lot.

25:58And so it was just like messy this year. And then like, but I think that it was people in the media portrayed it way messier than it was in the building. So like Wyatt is like really good about leaving football at football. Cause when he walks in our house, it's absolute chaos with our toddlers. So like, this is really like, this isn't coming from Wyatt. This is just like the way I kind of read it all year. No pun intended on Reddit, it. But yeah, I think that it was just like messy. Like there was this stuff was like with Dylan Gabriel's fiance, Zoe, who was like a really cool girl. She, you know, made a comment on TikTok and then people just took it.

26:38I think, I don't know. I think that that was probably taken the wrong way. I don't think it was as messy in the building as you would think. I mean, it's the Browns, so it's like always messy, but like, yeah, I think it is what it is. I don't think they should have trade Joe Flacco, but who am I? Yeah. I think they needed a vet in the room, either Joe Flacco or Kenny Pickett, both great guys. I think they probably should have kept one of them. But again, what do I know? I'm not the GM. Yeah. It's just, it's always, like I said, since we've been here, it was like, there was a little bit of consistency with Baker Mayfield, which was wonderful until it got, until that kind of got messy.

27:17And then they got the heck out of here. And then And Deshaun, honestly, like Deshaun's like a really nice guy. Wyatt likes him. That's the thing. Like, I mean, Wyatt and Deshaun really like each other. But it's just, I really do hope for the fans here that they can, like, something will stick and, like, something will work. And I hope that that's Shadur. I mean, I hope it works out for Shadur. We really like him. He's really sweet to our son. Oh, that's really sweet. Yeah, I've been a Shadur fan from the start. And I think that my kind of perspective on the Shadour situation is that a lot of people in the media have taken the Shadour situation and really ran with it.

27:57Like, run marathons with small pieces of information or opinions of someone else. And then it's just kind of snowballed into this huge thing. And I think that that seems to be what happened. You know, like the Browns definitely have an opportunity to, yeah, make something stick or make a change that maybe creates more consistency. But the likelihood that it's as messy as it is in real life as it is in the media seems slim because, yeah, the media runs with everything. They're like this clown car of quarterbacks and and and and. And yeah, like the media just absolutely sprinting with small bits of information.

28:37But then you hear like all of these guys are great guys and everyone wants to do the same thing, which is like have a cohesive team. Yes. Yeah, like I honestly can't. I'm not just saying this. I can't think of any bad experience that Wyatt or I have had with any quarterback here, honestly. And there's been a lot of them. But yeah, Shador has, it's such a unique situation because as you know, he has this massive fan base. I, so we were in, we, my sister and I went to Vegas for the game when he got his first start. So he had played in the game before, but he got his first start and like just seeing like the, just the fan base, like the Shahive, I honestly love them.

29:21I might, I might be on the, I might be on the board. Yeah. You're like, I'm here. they're very nice to me on the internet so okay so we love them yeah I hope I really do hope it works out with Shadora like to see it yeah it'd be a good story it would be I think it'd be such a good story and I think that he's handled the media super well even when they clip him because we know that like everyone gets clipped like everyone and even in your position gets clipped you know and he gets clipped and they leave out so much information a why we need more women in media why we're doing what we're doing here but um but yeah i would i think that should do her story to be like you can say what you want and watching him like play and be successful on the field and then everything else will kind of follow as well so i'm on the same team like i hope that he starts and then really shows the world like what he can do and i mean already handling this amount of adversity and 3 million Instagram followers.

30:24If you can do that, you can do literally anything. Is he a million? I think so. No, I bet. Yeah. I don't have to look him up. Good for him. Yeah. Maybe it's a million. Let's fact check. A Christmas gift would have been nice, but... No, literally next year, you're going to get backlogged a Christmas gift. You're going to get a golf cart with a boat tied on the back with a bow. No, it's actually funny. The Christmas gift thing, Wyatt said that Shador came up to him like that day, like one of the days right before or after Christmas. And he was like, Hey man, let me know what you want for Christmas.

30:59And Wyatt's like, I'm not going to send you my Amazon wishlist. Like, thank you though. Like the fact that he even offered was really sweet. Like he was thinking about it. Yeah. Well, because like he is on the internet, like he knows that that that's like a thing, right? Like it's all over and it's honestly really good pub. Like I feel like it's good pub for the, for the quarterbacks. Like it makes them like look good. So I don't know. Right. Yeah. Maybe next year. Maybe next year. Yeah. So he has 2.7 million. Wow. A few. Just, just a couple, you know, same. Yeah. He is so loved. Like it is, it is impressive.

31:40It's really, it's really nice to hear that from like your perspective and seeing it because yeah, the media has been really harsh. And I, I live in California and I'm a Lions fan. And so I haven't seen. Yeah, we do love the Lions. They're so easy. It's so fun being a Lions fan because they're so easy to love. The wives and girlfriends are easy to love. Sheila Ford's easy to love. There's just so much. All the players are very lovable. Yes. I mean, Dan Campbell leading the charge is like excellent I yeah they've got good things going there I I mean last year they should have gone to the Super Bowl but this year I know it was like a little bit rough more like a little bit rough for them but they're still they're they're doing great good things happening at Ford Field for sure and Alan Clark I agree I think one of my favorite things too is that a lot of the players have been have talked to other organizations and they keep saying like I'm staying in Detroit.

32:39I'm staying in Detroit. And it's like Jameer Gibbs and Alex Anzalone recently came out and said like, no, like Detroit is where I'm at. And I just think that's so cool too. And that's really, that's really telling about the organization because the Lions definitely had like a similar time, like the Browns have had. I mean, they're, they're, they're great now, but like they went through like rough years. And so for people to like, I think so. Yeah. Again, And I didn't keep up with football that much, but I kind of, yeah, they were pretty bad. And yeah, I feel like we relate in that way. But yeah, I mean, I think it's super telling that guys want to stay there.

33:19Yeah, I agree. Speaking of players, I want to talk a little bit about Miles Garrett. He's obviously been in the media because he broke the sack record. He's also dating one of my favorite storylines of the season, because we talk a lot about women, Chloe Kim, the Olympic snowboarder. They're together. And she recently threw a birthday party for Miles, I believe, that you attended. Yes. So tell us about them and about the party if you want to. They are awesome. I mean, we've known Miles for seven years now. He's great. So yeah, she threw him a surprise party. It was Miles' mom, Audrey, and Chloe kind of did it together.

34:01And I mean, it was, I told Wyatt, it was an honor to be invited because it was like pretty intimate. Like it was not a very big party. So I was like, oh my gosh, like, wow, I'll be there. And yeah, it was really, it was really cool. So, and I asked him, I was like, were you actually surprised? Cause you know, it's hard to surprise people nowadays. So hard. And he said he knew something was up, but he had no idea that it would be as detailed and like what it was, but it was really cool. So if anyone knows anyone about Miles, he's like, you know, kind of a nerd. He's really into dinosaurs. He's like super smart.

34:34And he loves history and like dinosaurs. Anyway, so it was at the Natural History Museum in Cleveland. And it was just, the details were so good. I mean, they killed it. I think I made a TikTok about it. It was like, oh yeah, I did. Because with the surprise. Yeah. And then just like being, like getting to know Chloe and like being around her is just so awesome. Like I will never act like stuff like that is not cool. You know, she's like such a badass. Like, okay, so this is funny. So my sister, I met her, I was on a flight from, I met her like one day at training camp or something. Like I had like, we had connected, but then we were on the same flight to Vegas for that game, for the away game Vegas.

35:17So we're on the flight and then we were talking and she said, I was like, okay, so what do you have going on? Like, I know nothing about snowboarding, like the snowboarding world, like what happens? And I said, okay, so what do you have? What's your next competition? She said, I have to go to Colorado next week. And I was like, okay. And then like, you know, what's next? And she said, then I'm in Switzerland for a month. I think she said, I was like, oh my gosh, that's awesome. Okay. So like, then what's like the, what's after that? And she was like, and then I have the 2026 winter Olympics. And I was like, I did not, I had no idea.

35:48I'm like, oh, you're about to be in the Olympics. You're like, wait a second. I just feel like that is such a flex and she's so cool. She's like a gold medalist. Yeah. She's so cool. Yeah. Like a true Olympian. And they're, they're a really good fit. They're just, I mean, they're so like smart and athletic and like literally the best at their sport. Yeah. Both of them. Like what a dream. I mean, I have my dream, but you know, for them, it's very cool. It's, it's, it's perfect for miles. And we've known him for a long time. And so I'm so happy for them. That's really sweet. Yeah. And Chloe, it's all, it's super exciting to watch, you know, like Josh Allen and Haley Seinfeld have been in the media because Haley was the Grammys and Josh won the road playoff game.

36:35And for like miles, like, okay, miles beats the sack record. And then Chloe Kim goes back to the Olympics. Like the story, you can't beat the storylines. Right. I mean, it is. Yeah. It's so good. The internet's great right now. Yeah. I would. And I think Haley and Josh are so cute. I don't, I don't know. I don't think I've ever met Josh. I never got the chance to meet him, but he's awesome. And I don't know. I just think that they're like such a cute couple. Would love to meet them. Now I'm not always someone who thinks that the easiest way is the best way. And I know I might be alone in that, but sometimes a little effort goes a long way.

37:18However, in cooking, this is not the case. I am not good at meal prepping and often I wish I was, but there is one thing that has genuinely significantly helped me to eat healthy and enjoy my meals a little bit more, even when I'm making the same meal over and over and over again every week. And that is Cuso Cuts. Cuso Cuts is a seasoning and Sauces Company. They also have some knives built in Buffalo and created with no crazy added ingredients. And thank you to Cuso's for sponsoring this episode. So we've talked about a couple of people around the NFL. Is there anybody that you have met that has like left you kind of starstruck or been like a favorite person or even a favorite friend that you've met through the NFL journey? My favorite friend who is like, I guess the public eye is Emily Mayfield for sure.

38:50But just like, you know, random people, I guess we know Miles pretty well. I'm trying to think, don't even get me started on meeting Taylor Swift because it's, I haven't met her yet, but it'll happen. It's just, I get, I get irritated. Cause let me tell you, I, every single season, there's more and more girls that I know that meet her. And I'm like, when is it my time? It'll be my time. Eventually. I just need to stop thinking about it so much. So haven't met Taylor yet. That would be really big for me. Yeah. Well, you and Taylor can be friends. Like you're the same age. You're doing the same thing.

39:24We're the same age. We're both Sagittarius. Please. We're both 5 '11". Come on. Perfect. Yeah. Oh, I've, yeah. And like, I have a, I think that I could not be crazy. So I do know Kylie Kelsey, her soon to be sister-in-law. Yeah. I do know Kylie. But see, the thing is I know so many people, like, what do they say? Like you're one degree from someone or whatever. Yeah. I know so many people at this point that are that close with her. I care more about respecting her than being a weirdo. You know what I mean? Like I know people who have dinner with her and I would, I would rather die than be like weird and be like, can you introduce me?

40:04Like I would never, but yeah. So that would be, that will be the best thing ever when that does happen. Yeah. When it organically happens, it'll be the best thing. I'm like a never meet your heroes person. Like someone was like, do you want to go back to this concert? And I was like, no what am I gonna say like I think you're really cool like I love your like I don't have anything good to say like I'm gonna be unnatural I would feel that way if I didn't know so many people that I've met her and she's so awesome yeah like yeah so yes but like otherwise yeah I would be scared of someone like being mean or something but I have truly never heard one negative thing about Taylor so there's that but you know the irony would be is we leave Cleveland and I don't that he'll ever play here, but I think that they will maybe like, maybe buy a home here or maybe think about raising babies here for half of the year or something.

40:58And then that would really piss me off. Because I've been, I have gay, I have put in the hours, I've put in the years in Cleveland, Ohio. And then if Taylor Swift comes here, it would just, it would be funny. But so I guess Deion Sanders is a really big deal to like people like our parents' age. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That makes sense. I love, Kristen Goff is lovely. I've heard great things about her. She is. Oh, she is like just as kind and stunning in person as you would expect. Like she, she's like not real. Like she's gorgeous. You know who else is beautiful is Nicole. I don't know if I'm going to say this right.

41:43Jameer. Yeah. His girlfriend. I met her. So Wyatt was in the pro bowl. apparently I love all the Lions people. So Wyatt was in the, Wyatt was in the Pro Bowl. He's been multiple times, but one of the years, I think it was his rookie year. I met her on a, on a bus. We were like going to the Pro Bowl and she probably thought I was crazy. I was like, you are the most beautiful person I've ever seen in person in real life. I'm not kidding. I didn't even know who she was. And then we've been connected ever since. You've been friends ever since and that's how it all started. She's gorgeous. I'm trying to think, I mean, Chloe Kim, she's she's yeah one of the probably the most like badass yeah I mean come on oh and then and then I don't like I've actually never met her in person but Simone Biles and I so I feel like she has some connection to Cleveland but she and I somehow got connected about purses we like go back and forth and talk about bags I love it and I'm like I love that this is our connection because like yeah she is like literally the goat badass athlete and I'm just like you know, mom over here and she'll be like, Oh, your family's so cute.

42:50And I'm like, thank you, Simone. But she will, we message it. We talk a lot about like purses. Like we love bags and like literally like just a couple of days ago, she DM'd me a picture of these bags and she was like, run, you have to get these. And I'm like, you know, it's so sweet that she, that she puts me in the same category. I'm like, you know what? I do need those three Chanel bags. That's what I love about being a girl though, being a girl's girl. And like, Like you can meet girls who are like so different from you or like have a totally different background or like are a parent, aren't a parent.

43:21But like if you connect on girly things, like you have a friend for life. Yes, that's my girl. All girls, like even the most famous women in the world, like a Taylor Swift, like a Simone Biles, like they still want to talk about bags and makeup and feeling good. She's so cool. She's just like so down to earth. Like can't wait to meet her. Never met her in person, but we literally talk almost weekly about handbags. So she's got quite the collection. She's dabbled in some things that I haven't, but yeah, she's really cool. So Simone. And also I'm really hoping that the bears do well. I love an underdog story.

43:57Sorry to my lions friends, but I would like to see the bears do well. I like love Ben Johnson. And I think that this season, him like going off being successful and then the lions struggling, I think it's such a testament to Ben. and I think the Lions are going to figure it out. Like I'm not really worried about them. Right. They have Dan. They have like all of the players that they need. They just have to like get some synergy going in their front office and overall. But like they have what they need. So I'm not really worried about them. They know what adversity is. They didn't go to the playoffs for 30 years.

44:30So they're fine. They'll be okay. They'll bounce back next season. Yes. But I do love watching Ben Johnson and I love it for Simone that like Jonathan Owens is on the Bears and the Bears kind of like came out of nowhere. Yes. I did see that he's up to be a free agent this year. So I'm like, oh, maybe we'll be on the same team. I mean, it's like, you just never know. But wait, so who do they play this weekend? Who do the Bears play? The Bears? In FC, who do they play? Is it the 49ers? No. Rams, Bears. Oh, okay. Go Bears. Yeah. Yeah, go Bears. Yeah. And then Texans, Patriots, 49ers, Seahawks, and Bills, Broncos.

45:10I'm excited for Bills Broncos. Go Bills. Yeah. Yeah. I have so many, I'm like, again, I will want to watch football this weekend and Wyatt will be like, turn it off. Who's your pick for the, like, who do you want to see in the Super Bowl at this point? Bills and Bears would be so cool. I don't think it's going to happen. But like last year, I really wanted Bills and Lions. See, the thing with being in Cleveland, like it weren't ever even an option. So it's like, whatever. So last year I wanted Lions and Bills because that would have just been cool. Like the cities on the lakes and like, you know, blue collar, like never go to Super Bowl.

45:49Like whatever. I thought that would have been cool. So this year, maybe Bears-Bills. I don't think it's going to happen, but what about you? Yeah, I think the Bears can beat the Rams. Oh, no, me too. Yeah. All the games were close last week, but the Bears or the Rams almost lost to... The Panthers. yeah yeah yeah yeah but i love the panthers girls who listen to this podcast probably so annoyed with me saying i love the panthers i just think that like that's cool the panthers make great plays they just haven't been able to string together enough great plays to win but like most of the games that even against strong opponents the games are way closer than people give them credit for and a lot of their big plays they've had some really rough seasons but then like this year was like random yeah but i think they've been on the up and up i i think they've just been on like a really steady 45 degree incline like they started low and now they're like moving up moving up and i mean yeah they almost beat the rams and i thought they would have deserved the win yeah well yeah so maybe next year yeah maybe next year yeah and then texans patriots that'll be interesting the texans defense is the scariest thing on the planet it.

47:02I'm kind of into the Patriots. I love Mike Rabel. He was here. He coached here for a little bit last year and why I really liked him. We interviewed this girl, Alexandra Francisco, and she does a lot of media writing, overhang social media for them. And she was just saying Mike Rabel is such a pleasure to have in the building. And he's really like being in that building is a great time. And she just had so many great things to say about the energy and the way that they approach everything and just how positive it is and how great it is. I mean, clearly, yeah. I still want Josh Allen to get to a Super Bowl.

47:37I just feel like this year, it's Ravens are out, Bengals are out, Chiefs are out. Like, come on, go Josh Allen. Yeah, go, Josh Allen. Let's get it done. Yeah, and he's got his gorgeous pregnant wife. She's at the Golden Globes with Timothy and Kylie. The queen. Yeah. Gorgeous. He like won a game and then she goes to the Golden Globes. It's just, it's like a movie. Yeah, it is a movie. Okay, so we mentioned that, I don't know if we officially mentioned, but Wyatt is becoming a free agent. So tell us about how you're preparing for approaching free agency. Obviously you're a mom of two and you've built your life in Cleveland over the last seven seasons.

48:25So this is like home to you now. So how are you guys gearing up? How are you feeling about going into free agency? I feel like this is, it's like such a loaded question, but I, and I don't even know when he's like, so, okay. So let's say we go to free agency. This will be totally like uncharted territory for us. Like we have never been to free agency. It's like Wyatt was drafted. He was traded and then he signed us a second contract here. And we've been in Cleveland for seven years. So like we are, where we have friends who have been to free agency like four times. it's very different for us. So I've like literally just been like asking people so many questions, like my friend Reagan, I'll be like, okay, so what week does this happen?

49:04Like, you know, cause I just, it is one, it is a part of like the football world that I'm not familiar with. Like I just texted our agent yesterday and I was like, okay, so what's the date for when teams can start talking? Cause I just don't know. So, so technically Wyatt, I guess is not a free agent yet. So, and the Browns could still, like he is right now still a Cleveland Browns. Brown. Like he is still getting paid by the Browns, like until the end of the league year. So like he was in the building today. He went to, he took Brooks, our son to the facility. I know my little, he's so crazy.

49:39They went in today. So I don't know. It's like, it's so weird. I don't know if I'm in denial about it all or, but I'm like the other day I went and dropped Brooks off at school and it was his first day in his, like in a new class. And he just goes like half a day to like a little private daycare preschool thing here. And we love it. It's been great for him. And I love the teachers. And it was like the first time I ever took him anywhere that wasn't like with me or with our nanny. And he went to a new class and normally that's like, you know, it's like bittersweet, like whatever. And I broke down and started crying, which is like weird for me because I take anxiety medicine and I like, I'm not kidding.

50:19Like, I like don't cry very much. When I cried, I was like, oh, I must be going through it because you know what I mean? I just like don't, unless I'm about to literally start my period or I forgot to take my medicine for two days. I'm very open about anxiety and depression. Yeah. So it's just, I think it's a lot of change and it's a little bit overwhelming and I'm just going to try to take it day by day because I have friends who literally in one season have had to pack up and move three times. So I'm just, you know, I'm very grateful that we were here for as long as we were. I mean, we have made so many connections and friendships beyond football.

51:00And like, we have our nanny here who we love and like, she like helped me get through, I'm not going to get emotional, but like helped me get through postpartum and like has helped me raise our babies because why is it football so much? Like, Like it's so time consuming. And so, yeah, it's rough. Like this morning, we just had a contractor in here fixing something in like my bathroom. And I was talking to him about like, do we have to move? Are we going to? I don't know. Like maybe we'll know in a month, but it's just so weird. It's a weird world. It's like such a blessing to live this life. But it's also so unpredictable.

51:36So I don't know. I mean, there's 31 other cities, 31. Like that is so many. 31 teams. Yeah. I just want, I just hope that if, if it's here or if it's somewhere else, I just want Wyatt to go. I want Wyatt to be somewhere where he is respected and can be in a somewhat winning, like good culture. I just want that for him so badly because he is towards the end of his career. You know, I think he wants, you know, or I know he wants to make it to year 10. Like that's like a huge milestone I feel like for the guys. So I don't know. I feel like I didn't answer your question. That's okay. I think that like one of the hardest things about change is when you don't have the answers and you have to just sit in the maybe, maybe not.

52:20Yeah. Like you're a parent, you're thinking about not only yourself, but Brooks and Gigi, your kids and the friends that you have. Like there's so many things. And so it's almost like you can't focus on it too much because if you do, it'll drive you crazy, but you also have to prepare so that it doesn't hit you if you do. Right. Like I'll like, I'm trying to like organize things in my house to like, okay, like, because am I going to have to move? Like I need to kind of be prepared for that. Like it's, it's going to, it'll be interesting. And it'll all happen like really fast. I think I do know that like when free agency starts, there's usually, we're always in Cabo when free agency starts because it's like that same week that my family's always there.

53:01I always know my phone my espn alerts start going off because all the big first couple day signings you know yep so i'm hoping that if we do i'm saying if because like like i said like there i don't know there is a chance like the browns can still sign extend by it like maybe if then like i hope that he's like it happens like fairly early and we can like figure things out i don't know yeah you're like yeah if we're gonna do it let's like find out immediately and then we can make arrangements I have established like, so, like I said, so many relationships and so many connections here. And like when I walk in the building at the stadium or at the bronze facility, I rarely see someone I don't know by first name, you know, and we've, we got engaged at the stadium.

53:48We got, we didn't get married here, but we got married while we lived here. We had, I gave birth to both of our babies here and bought our first home here. It's just wild, but yeah, we'll see what happens next. I feel like wherever you go, though, like if you do end up moving, like I feel like you're so lovely and charismatic and like kind and real. Like you'll be fine wherever you end up going. Hopefully it's like me. They will. They will. We'll see. You're like, please be my friend. Yeah. No one will ever. No one will ever be as loyal as Brown's Twitter, though. Let me tell you, they are loyal.

54:27Yeah. They're probably there for you. The Browns fan base is just to be part of a team that has traditionally lost a lot. They are crazy. It gives Lions vibes a little bit. They're so loyal. I actually sent Christmas cards. I sent 1 ,000 Christmas cards every year to Cleveland Browns fans. And this year, it was just like a rough year. The end of the season was really rough for Wyatt. it. And I was like, babe, and like, why didn't help me with them? You know, it's all me. I was like, babe, I don't know if I'm going to do it this year. I just don't, I'm not like, I'm busy with the kids. Like, I don't know.

55:11It's just a lot. And he was like, I think you should. And like, if Wyatt said that, I'm like, okay, I should, because it was my fifth year sending them. So I think I only did 400, maybe 500 this year, but yeah, I didn't want to like go out and not. Yeah. When, how did that tradition start? So I, it was COVID season. I had no kids. I had a lot of time on my hands and Wyatt had just signed his big second contract. Right. And we were staying in Cleveland and signed a four-year contract. And I had time on my hands and I posted on, I always did like family Christmas cards. I posted on Twitter and I didn't have, I don't have like a huge following on there, but it's all Browns fans.

55:56And so, I said like, hey, I'd love to send out Christmas cards to Browns fans. Let me know if you want one. Well, I had no idea. I got like 3 ,000 DMs. That's how I was like, oh, shoot. Okay. So I guess you do really want them. I'm stuck in the house. Everyone had COVID. I couldn't do shit. And so I go and I sent 1 ,000 that year. And it was really cute. I probably had it sitting in here somewhere because I framed them all. It was a little card and it had the picture. You know the picture that like everyone takes when they sign their contract, sitting there like posing, signing? it was us and it said cheers to four more years.

56:30Merry Christmas, go Browns. And I, it was just so fun to like connect with Browns fans and do that. And so I did it that year and then I did the next year. And then I think the next one, I just kept doing it every year. And then the next one I think was like our baby announcement and it was at the stadium, which was cool. Yeah. And then, so I've just done it for five years. Yeah. And I will meet random people that will be like, you sent me a Christmas card and I have no idea. Cause I don't know these people, you know, I don't know them. Like they just send you their address and you're like, okay, great.

57:03And it means so much to them. And it brings me so much joy that, and, and why it will sign about like 50 of them for me. And I'll like, they will be totally random, like a lottery. And so, yeah, it's just one little thing. And I guess it'll be a good thing to leave in our Cleveland legacy. Yeah, that's really sweet. And I think that obviously, you know, Wyatt signing him is cool, but the Browns have fallen in love with you as well, being a part of the community and being a part of the team and being someone who shows up and is there and like makes them feel like home and gives them hope for the season and all of that.

57:38So I can imagine how special that is. And also like that time of the year for Browns fans is normally like, you know, you know how the season has gone. And so it's uplifting. So yeah. Yeah. Oh my gosh. I don't know if I'll do it. If we go somewhere else, we'll see. I won't know the people as much, but never say never. I know, right? The Browns fans will be in my DMs. Can I still have one? Yeah. Like Browns fans from, and you're like sending them from LA. Yeah. Literally. Oh my gosh. Okay. A couple of questions from the girls. prior to being swept into like the NFL lifestyle, meeting, marrying Wyatt.

58:18Did you have anything that you really wanted to do or was there any like big goal that you had or a place that you wanted to live or anything like that? Well, I never thought I'd live in Cleveland. So like I said, I worked at a salon. I managed 19 girls for six years and I loved it. and I still keep in touch with so many of them. I think I would have stayed in the beauty industry and I was not, I'm not licensed, like I'm not a cosmetologist, but I think I would have stayed in that, like maybe own my own salon or like stayed in some sort of management role because I really did enjoy that. I love the beauty industry.

59:00That's probably what I would have done. But I don't want to, I don't even want to think about what I would have done. Yeah, life's good. Yeah, life's good. And now I just run my little errands. when did you decide to start posting content i feel like i've like always kind of done it lightly but i was never really consistent with it until recently i really want to get to 100 000 on tiktok that's my goal let's get you there well my only goal you know but that's my goal for right now yeah yeah i'm at like 70 some thousand so yeah i feel like in the because like especially since like Taylor Swift came on like the football scene, the whole like wives and girlfriends and every on TikTok and social media is insane.

59:45Right. And like the game day outfits and like, I mean, if you looked at what I wore or any of us wore like six or seven years ago and on game days, it is like a bloodbath out there now. Like it's competition, but yeah, I, I guess like probably like two years ago. I, I, but I go through, I go through like, you know, I think anyone who's creative goes through waves of, you know, you go through slumps and I could, I could be better. I want to be better, but I would say, yeah, probably about a year ago, I started posting consistently. I mean, I, I had, I guess I probably had about 10 ,000 followers a year ago and I have 70.

1:00:25So I'm pretty consistent. Yeah. Yeah. And I think your content is like, like a lot of girls, like aspirational? Like, obviously you dress really well. You have cute outfits. You're gorgeous. But then also like the mix of your, of Brooks in the snow in his Buzz Lightyear outfit. He is a maniac. I do try to be relatable as a mom because like it is not, I mean, it is hard. Yeah. And I'm very blessed to have a lot of help, but like raising a now three-year-old boy, I mean, they are nuts. So yeah, he's a mess. Isabel, who you've interviewed before, my friend in Detroit, she's got three of them, three, three and under.

1:01:05Yes. She's busy. She's so, yeah. And I think that that's what people like to see is like the relatable stuff. Like I try to balance. I love to post like, oh, here's an unboxing of the Chanel bag I got. But then also I just got shit down my arm trying to change a diaper. Like, it's like, you know what I mean? Like we're not living, I'm not living like a Kardashian. Like, you know, I try to be real. Nothing's going to be perfect. Yeah. I feel like the internet's at a season of and as well, where people who are high profile or even influencers or whatever, you can show the glamorous lifestyle, but then it's also becoming so much more normal to be like, I'm also a mom and showing that you're really a mom who is dealing with your kid crying or

1:01:57Yes. Oh yeah. Like they haven't, like my kid, like Brooks, our son hasn't slept in like three nights and like I'm exhausted, but you know, I still like, I have a little cold, but it was like such a privilege to do. I didn't want to miss out on doing a podcast with you. I was talking to Wyatt this morning because I have a little cough, like a little cold. And I was like, I, should I reschedule? Should I call her? I'm sure she would. But I was like, I told Wyatt, I said, Taylor Swift did two nights in Detroit with a cold for the air store, I can do a podcast for an hour. Yeah. You know? Yeah. Honestly, you sound great though.

1:02:32Thank you. I'm holding it in. Yeah. Yeah. Like the second we turn off the recording, you're gonna be like, coughing up a storm. Oh, nobody cares about, nobody cares if you're sick when you have kids. Like, so whatever. It does not count. So baby myself now while I don't have kids because when I'm - Yes. Take naps, lay around, feel sorry for yourself if you're sick. because once you have kids, they don't care. Or God forbid you're hungover. God forbid you're hungover. I get anxiety thinking about being hungover. I can't even imagine because I used to not get hangovers. Now I get hangovers at like 2 p.m.

1:03:05So like I'll be fine all morning. Great. I can go for a walk and go to the gym, eat my healthy breakfast, whatever. 2 p.m. hits and I'm like unwell. And I can't even imagine having a kid. Like I'm going to have to, I'm just going to have to not drink ever again. It's not as fun. I drink for like events, you know, concerts, birthdays. Yeah. It's not as fun. Maybe that's why my 2016 thing looks better because I don't drink as much. Yeah. Yeah. Our skin is better because we're not drinking more water. We wake up and hydrate. We have tea. Yes. I recently started drinking tea and I love it. I don't know if you're a tea girl.

1:03:46What kind of tea do you drink? I've been drinking like a chamomile lavender at night, like a sleepy time. And then honestly, like a peppermint in the morning because that's what I got at Trader Joe's. And like, I don't know if there's any benefit to peppermint, but I just like it because it feels very like romantic. It's calming. Yes. Yeah. And I'm trying to be less in a rush. I love it. Yeah. Which I would honestly recommend because I didn't realize how much of a rush I was in until I actively tried not to be. And I'll be like in the shower, like washing my hair so fast. And I'm like, what am I doing?

1:04:15Like, what am I rushing for? again, pre-kids and don't rush because when you have them, like I could go on and on and I'm, and I love my babies. I'm so grateful, but yeah, you have to like, like literally I'll be like shaving one leg, but then I can't, but then I hear one of them screaming. And so I stop and then it never, and then they never get shaved. At least you're in Cleveland. So you don't have to wear shorts ever. Like you just wear pants. Right now there's a foot and a half of snow. Oh, like that would be one thing if we go to buffalo at least it would or buffalo or detroit. It wouldn't be a difference in weather Yeah, we'd be accustomed Yeah, you'd be ready to go.

1:04:53No problem. Yeah Yeah Okay Last question for you. Is there obviously you have like your online persona? Wyatt is obviously playing potentially up for free agency. Is there anything that you well, I have two more questions But is there anything that you want people to know about you, you and Wyatt as a couple, being an NFL wife? Like, is there anything that you want the girls to kind of know about you that they might not be able to find elsewhere? Oh, my gosh. I feel like I'm an open book and I've at this point said everything. Yeah, that's okay. You can just say no. I don't know. I meet a lot of girls.

1:05:36I don't know if this really even follows up the question very well. But I meet a lot of girls who are in their 20s or like mid-20s and they're like, I'm never going to meet a guy. I'm never, like, this sucks. Like, if I could tell all those girls, I did not even meet Wyatt until I was 28. And then we got married when I was 30. Like, I, like, the expectations that people have, that girls have and they think that they need to, like, figure it all out. I think it's gotten a little more normal to do things in your 30s. But like I try to tell like one of my cousins, I'm really close with her. And she is always just like, oh my gosh, am I ever going to, is it ever going to be, you know, my time?

1:06:20Like, am I ever going to find a guy that does because like, you know, they suck. But yeah, I think like it's so easy to like think that like it's not going to work out. You know what I mean? When you're in your mid-20s. But you just have to be patient and also like... if I would have like stayed with some of the guys that the handful of people that I dated before Wyatt, like my life would be so different. I don't know. Just like, don't give up on that perfect, you know, love story and like perfect life because it can happen. Like I, you know what I mean? Yeah. But we're not perfect. We're not perfect.

1:06:56But for me, it was like, it's like my dream, like my whole life is. Yeah. That's really sweet. It's like the, the saying that like, if the wait is longer, it's because the blessing is bigger. Amen, sister. That's how I mean, that's so true. I waited a long time and I'm so glad I did. Yeah. Because what if I would have like settled when I was like 23? Ew. Yeah. But then I meet girls who are like about to get married in the NFL and they're 23. It totally depends on the person, you know, everything, everyone's different. Yeah. And like everyone's story is different and getting married young isn't always the prize because I'm also, so I'm 31 and I have, you know, we're starting to go through like the first wave of divorces, which is really wild to see and really hard to like watch like a couple of my girls that I was friends with in high school.

1:07:46And I'm like, oh my, it's really hard to watch because you don't want that for anyone. And it's like, if they could go back, maybe they would have made a different decision. Maybe they wouldn't, but it's like, yeah, if you're single, it's going to be okay. Use the time to not rush and wait for your guy who makes you feel like it's perfect. Even though like nothing's perfect. Wait for your guy that makes you not have to do a first divorce. You won't have to do any divorces. Yeah. Yeah. And then you could just cute little family and be happy. If I would have married one of those guys in my early twenties, I definitely would have been through one divorce.

1:08:23So it all works out. It all works out. Okay. I have a hard last question if you're open to it. If you could describe you and Wyatt's relationship in three words, what would you use?

1:08:40Strong, God-fearing, and fun. That's really sweet. I love it. I feel like that. Yeah. We have a very strong foundation. Not to quote Timothee Chalamet. Did you see that? I'm using foundation now. I'm saying foundation. Yeah, we have a really strong foundation. We're very strong in our face, but we have a lot of fun. We're silly. Wyatt, anyone who knows Wyatt knows what I mean. He makes me look boring. It's crazy. That's so fun. That's probably why Brooks is also a little. Oh, he is so Wyatt. He looks like, Brooks looks like me, but he is like, his energy is Wyatt. Like Wyatt's like super ADHD.

1:09:29If you look it up in the dictionary, it's Wyatt Teller. But yeah. And yeah, Brooks is like, just, just like, they act so much alike. Yeah. It's sweet. I love it. They're buddies. That's really sweet. Oh my gosh. Well, I can't wait to see all the content you keep posting. So you get to a hundred K. Thank you. Yeah. Thank you so much for coming on. The girls are going to be so thrilled. I posted on Tik TOK, like guess who it is. And there were a couple of girls who like guessed you. So I know they're going to be really excited. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I said a long, a long-term, a wife of a long-term Browns player and they guessed you.

1:10:09So yeah. I said, I also said in the Tik TOK, like she's very open. So that could have given it away. I am. I am an open book. I had trouble thinking of, like I said, thinking of things I haven't ever talked about, but it was seriously a pleasure talking to you seriously. Thank you for thinking of me. Yeah, of course.
