0:24What a perfect example of our government right now. I mean, that's just perfect. Pops. I shouldn't laugh at the elder abuse because clearly that's what it is. And reporters agreed. no video no video of mitch well the reason there's no video of mitch is he's a corpse in a wheelchair and this further proves to me that scott jennings is a big fat liar because this man can't say 92 days later whatever it is i guarantee you 80 days or you know 10 days in to whatever happened here medically. He is not talking. This is an embarrassment to Mitch McConnell, to the people that allegedly love him, to his aides that are continuing to profit off a man that cannot communicate.

1:19It's a sick reflection of the United States of America, in my opinion. Yeah. And Josh, one thing I think this is a real indictment of is the Senate majority leader, Senator Thune, and also the electorate in Kentucky. The electorate that continues to elect these people, and listen, all of our blue dots in Kentucky, we see you, we know you have a great governor right now. I'm not talking about you. But we, as people, have to demand more from our politicians, and then the politicians that provide cover for this humiliating display of abuse, which, listen, I think Mitch McConnell deserves to be abused because his policies have abused Americans.

2:05It has been a reign of terror in the Senate with Mitch McConnell. His Supreme Court is abusing women, homosexuals, black people out the wazoo, and Mitch McConnell's proud of it. Josh, what's your take on the indictment of what a symptom this is of our culture and our government? Well, the Senate in essence has turned into an assisted living center, I think. So, it's clear thinking about this man voting on some piece of legislation or trying to read something, I mean, come on, this is just a farce. This is insane. This is crazy to prop him in a wheelchair and then he just stares off into the distance like he's on a bunch of Demerol or something.

2:51I mean, it's just it's crazy. He let's not forget, though, this man and his policies. Let's not forget that he invoked this one year rule when he in an election year when he didn't want to move Merrick Garland along. And then in President Trump's term, eight days before that election, Amy Barrett is pushed through under that same philosophy. So let's not forget the hypocrisy and, as you pointed out, horrific policies that this man has been a champion of that has resulted in so many bad things for our country. It's absolutely a devastating thing to see, the normalization of all of this. And it's really stunning that somebody could make Trump look fit as a fiddle.

3:38And I mean, truly, you know, when we see Trump, it's like he looks half dead. And then they roll out Mitch McConnell. And I'm like, is that why they're doing it? Are they trying to make Trump young and fit and like he's got it all together? Is that the purpose of this, to draw a split screen? OK, and then here's some reporting about Mitch's return. Some more photos of McConnell as he returned to the Senate for the first time in three months following a fall at his D.C. home. reporters were barred from recording a video barred by whom but i'm sorry to it i'm sorry that this is just unacceptable the press being complicit with all of this shit we all know this guy's brain is cooked i rarely if ever agree with lord loomer and i find myself very strange bedfellows where she's saying you know mitch mcconnell's brain dead i mean a broken clock is right twice a day And I think that Laura Loomer has nailed that.

4:34But let's move along from here to the smoky eyed sociopath, the vice president, J.D. Vance. And here he is spewing homophobia on the campaign trail. And before you hear this clip, I want to refresh everybody's memory or tell you for the first time that J.D. Vance at one point had a very close trans friend, trans roommate, I believe. And they wrote correspondence back and forth to each other. At one point, he appeared to be one of these, quote, compassionate conservatives or whatever they call. But there's something about conservatism that always leads to just complete moral breakage because conservatism requires the exploitation of people for money.

5:20So now J.D. Vance, America's top prostitute, just behind Melania Trump, was purchased by anti-Christ crusader, Peter Thiel. And, you know, we all know we got queer-eyed. And here he is trying to throw our red meat to the Rube MAGA base. Play the clip. And you know, this very summer, what Adam Hamilton did, he made sure that his church was a key financial sponsor of something called Pride Fest in Kansas City. He took, Look, that was our little protester friend. He was actually a representative of that organization. That's why he was unhappy. He took the donations from his congregants, from people who show up and try to support the gospel of Jesus Christ.

6:06And you know what he did? You know where those dollars went? To events at this festival that were led by strippers and drag queens. Oh, you know where the money that President Trump gets? It goes into the hands of people in the Epstein files. Josh, how incredibly disgusting is this just rampant homophobia? I'd much rather my kids hang out with drag queens than any MAGA freak show ever, all day, every day, and twice on Sunday. Well, he references strippers. And so who does that make you think of? Stormy Daniels, possibly, like a hush money scheme with this president that he works for. was literally convicted for paying hush money to a stripper to shut her up because he would meet her and pay her and fuck her.

6:55And this is the family values. I mean, it just never stops here with these guys. They think they can get up and make these speeches about this stuff and that there's no record of any of this stuff. Like you pointed out, that's a dog whistle. That's what they do. When you don't have any policies, you talk about stuff like that. And you see that time and time again. We cover that time and time again. They say these things. There's no policy to back up voting for that party. So what do you do? You invoke the rage, the racism in people so that they'll come vote. All right, Pumps, I want to get your take on this video.

7:32Here is our little smoky-eyed sociopath, America's top prostitute, edging out Melania Trump. And he continues his humiliation ritual as the fraud czar. Get a load of this, Pumps. Play the clip. People to know that the way to get rich in the United States of America is to build a business or build a product, not to steal from the American taxpayer. That's the message that we're sending to this fraud or with this fraud task force is we're telling people do not defraud the taxpayer. Go and get a job. It's unbelievable. It's unbelievable that this man, who is a part of administration that is, I mean, corruption on steroids.

8:16Like I could start right now and I could live to be 95 and I could talk about all the corruption and fraud and abuse of taxpayer money. I mean, let's just start with Doge. Just start that. But I don't know if it's just arrogance, if it's just blatant hypocrisy. I don't give a fuck. This is objectively false. He knows it's objectively false. And he goes in and he says this shit like he has a straight face. And Todd Blanche is right behind him. You know, we're teaching America you can't do fraud. Are you fucking kidding me? Shut up. Everything you do is fraudulent, corrupt, conspiracy, defraud, corrupt.

9:04Pardons? Let's don't even start on the part. It's just, it's fucking unbelievable that anybody would stand up there. And he's such a great Catholic. I'm surprised that he wasn't struck down because this is such a fucking lie. You ask, what is this? And it's very important that we always go back. This is intentional, designed fascist propaganda. This is out of the fascist playbook. Don't believe your lying eyes. This has been tried before and other fascist regimes throughout history. And this is by design. This is on purpose. But I also think there's something else here that's just really quite delicious.

9:45Donald Trump, who I don't think is that bright, but he loves to rat fuck people and he does not want anybody to have what is his. and J.D. Vance, historically the vice president, would be the heir apparent of Trump's MAGA movement. If you can imagine that you'd want to be the heir apparent, but America's top prostitute, smoky-eyed sociopath, does in fact want that. So he points him as fraud czar, knowing that he's committing all these frauds, which is just the rat fuck to end all rat fucks. Because if the blue tsunami happens, which fingers crossed, I'm not taking anything for granted and nobody should, He has to go out and campaign on that fraudulent record as the fraud czar.

10:27And think about it in terms of this. Kamala Harris was the border czar. I mean, some people say she was, some people say she wasn't, but Biden definitely said he was putting Kamala in charge of the border. Well, that was something the Republicans campaigned on, the border crisis under Biden, et cetera, et cetera. And Kamala was linked to it. So let's fast forward to 28 and the rat fuck is in full play. OK, so, Josh, here is a 60 minutes clip. And while J.D. Vance is lecturing Americans about fraud, felons are buying pardons. And as a criminal defense attorney, I want you to give us your take on this.

11:06Play the clip. Found that some brokers charge as much as three million. So we decided to use hidden cameras and sent the Covinos to meet Berkman and Moll. I don't think your pardon, I don't think it'll be too difficult. They said they would put Ammon's pardon plea in the hands of the president and push. With this particular white house, you have to put pressure on the president from all directions in a consistent way to force his hand. We literally want to put the pen in his hand and get him to sign it because he's tired of hearing about it. So when you went the regular route, how much did it cost you?

11:43A postage stamp. Postage stamp. That's it. And this would cost you? $300 ,000. Josh. Well, there's all sorts of problems with this. The pardon office at the Department of Justice has basically been abolished. There used to be a systematic way that you would submit pardons to the Department of Justice and have it reviewed and then taken to the White House. And they would work in coordination with each other. And I believe the attorney, Liz Oyer, she's always reporting on the injustices of the pardon system. Now, she was actually fired from there for trying to be ethical and advise them what to do.

12:24But you've got these two guys, Jacob Wall and Jack Berkman. They're both former Republican operatives. I think Jacob Wall has multiple felony convictions, like for securities fraud and things like that. Jack Burtman, both of them used to run scams on trying to frame officials in various fabricated sexual assaults. I mean, and so you got guys like this that are out there peddling this bullshit to people. And one thing I do know when you're representing people is people are very vulnerable. when you're talking about trying to get a family member out of prison or trying to get someone out of jail.

13:01Like you're pooling all your money together. And to think that you're taking$300 ,000 to some scam artist, some grifter, who's maybe going to float it by some influence or who's maybe going to try to get you in front of Donald Trump, like he's going to give two fucks about you when it does trickle its way to him because it doesn't benefit him at all. And it's just a scam. I think there is also a report about this African-American rapper that paid$600 ,000, and they refused to give him any money back. And so all of this, unfortunately, I don't know that there's any way for you to get your money back from these guys because these people aren't lawyers that are doing this.

13:42So they're not governed by the same set of ethics that we have. And it's just one of those things. They're just preying upon people. And Josh, will you speak to, you talked about this a couple months ago in an episode, and I think it's really important. So there are people that have not been paid money that was owed to them. They were cheated out of their wages or cheated out of some settlement where maybe, you know, they got cancer because of some product, etc. etc. And then Trump is pardoning these cases, this person, and that any form of restitution that these people had, is completely wiped out the system that is supposed to protect them where they can go and have recourse and go and seek right wrong because when you're wronged, when somebody steals from you, when somebody takes from you, you want to have recourse.

14:33And this DOJ has removed that. This president has removed that and favored criminals, correct? That's right. On a lot of these criminal cases that are big, high dollar, multi-million, hundreds of million dollars, where President Trump steps in and pardons someone for fraud, let's say stock, some sort of corporate fraud. And you have maybe a bunch of people that own stock in the company that lose money. Or if it's someone's 401k or retirement, they lose that as a result of something. Well, by virtue of a complete pardon, you can also wipe away any sort of money that these victims are owed via his conviction, whether it's a restitution order or whatever.

15:15And so that's another aspect of this. And so the thought that they stand up there and preach about fraud, and I think we're going to get to another portion of this here shortly, that shows the depth and level of the fraud associated with President Trump and the fact that he does not prosecute white collar cases now. It just is not their policy at the Department of Justice to go after white collar defendants. I think we all know that. All right, let's pop up what Josh was talking about here. Pop up the next one. 15:57All of these people, Trump has pardoned because he is them. This is familiar to him. He thinks I get, I'm able to do all of these things with impunity and all of these people should be able to do it with impunity. They are normalizing, ripping off everyday Americans. And then I want to get pumps take on our final story here. Speaking of fraudsters, Angie, new reporting confirms that Jared Kushner is in charge of negotiations to enrich himself. Pop up the headline. Shock report says Kushner raised$5 billion for his fund while negotiating with Iran on behalf of the United States. And I want to remind everybody that, Josh, you talked about framing people for sexual stuff and all this stuff.

16:44Jared Kushner's dad did that. So Jared and Ivanka both find comfort in one another because both of their dads are felons. And now these people are at the highest levels of government and lecture all of us on all of the stuff that we've done here. J.D. Vance lecturing us on homosexuality and all this stuff is just unbelievable. But Jared Kushner, I think he needs to be in prison. Absolutely. Absolutely. And I think that he needs to be investigated and the funds that he is raising, he is not a political appointee. He is a private citizen with no expertise that is going over and negotiating wars.

17:24And oh, surprise me, zero, that he's going over and enriching himself. That's what he's doing. He doesn't give a fuck about the people of Ukraine, about the people in Russia, about the people in the United States. He cares about making money so that he and his billionaire buddies can go on their private island and crawl in the bunkers and just watch the world burn because here's the deal. Jared Kushner and his merry band of insufferable billionaires, they don't believe poor people or sick people should have any rights. They think that they're smarter than everybody else because they scam in public and they're not held accountable.

18:05So they think they need to control everything. And what my vote is, what I think needs to happen is this motherfucker's accounts need to be frozen. And every single dollar he earned while he was trying to negotiate on behalf of the United States needs to be taken back and he needs to sit his ass in an orange jumpsuit and he needs to sit there and feel what it feels like when you are held accountable because none of these fuckers know. It's sweet that you think he's capable of such feelings, Angie. I would argue that he probably is incapable of feeling those things. And I just want to remind everybody, Benjamin Netanyahu is like an uncle to him, the war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu.
