Judge Issues Chilling Warning to Trump Over Epstein Cover-Up, Todd Blanche Panics

0:04A federal judge ordered the Trump administration to remove his name from the Kennedy Center and what did Trump say? tough titties. I'm going to have it engraved in the Kennedy Center. Pop this up. New York Times is reporting the Kennedy Center board voted on Thursday to inscribe President Trump's name on its building, aggressively testing a federal judge's order to remove it, according to two people with direct knowledge of the proceedings. Imagine you're on the board of the Kennedy Center and you think, oh my gosh, I would rather placate to Donald Trump's pathetic ego than follow the rule of law from a federal judge?

0:48First of all, I think everyone that's on that board is paid for by Donald Trump. He owns them to a certain extent. I think this is a larger symptom of Donald Trump simply thinking that he doesn't have to follow the law because he's got the Supreme Court in his pocket. And in Trump versus United States, they basically told him, you can do whatever you want. And so this is, I think, a symptom of that. You see him, he just doesn't care. And what a poor example that is for the rest of the country and everyone else, because we all have to live by the rule of law. We all have to follow laws. The fact that you can read a federal judge's order and just blatantly say, I'm going to defy that order.

1:35I don't care. That's chilling. That starts to be the breakdown of a democracy when you can do things like that. All right. And then, of course, one of his top foot soldiers in his crime syndicate is newly appointed and confirmed Attorney General Todd Blanche. and Todd Blanche says he wants to bring integrity to the DOJ. Play the clip. I promise you that I will work as hard as any of you. I want people who want to do the right thing every day. If you do that, I promise I will back you every step of the way. I can't tell you how proud I am to stand with you guys. My goal at the end of the day is that when we're finished, when I leave this department, that I'm leaving it stronger, more respected, more faithful to its highest ideals than when I found it.

2:33Just a reminder here, Blanche, who works for the felon president, which Todd Blanche was his lawyer that lost all 34 counts where Trump was found guilty on all of those felonies. Josh? That is like a Saturday Night Live skit. I mean, there is no man more unqualified to talk about integrity. This man is a protector of pedophiles. Let's not forget that. And the fact that he's in front of the employees of the Department of Justice with this cavalier music that they played in the backdrop as if their savior has come home and it's like a John Wayne movie, like he's riding up on his horse is despicable.

3:17I mean, the only way that they can restore integrity in the Department of Justice is to remove his ass immediately. That would be the only thing. And it's like these guys put a suit on, stand in front of the American flag, go to one of these speeches, and that they just say all of this bullshit. And they think that they can forget all of these things that they've done that are easily provable, that disprove all of the things they're talking about. It's like, you can just go have this circle jerk and say integrity and say respect and say this and say that without any any verification of truth any any fact checking that all of the things that he's saying are complete and utter bullshit yeah and and then all of this is propaganda they're all propagandists which it goes hand in hand commit these crimes and lie while you're doing it and this is this is they have fox news and then in an overt sense and then in a in a more thinly veiled sense, they have all of the corporate media that covers for Todd Blanche, that covers for Donald Trump with all of the false equivalencies and all of the bullshit every day that these corporations propagandize to the American public because at the end of the day, they don't give a shit about the truth.

4:37They don't give a shit about you. They want to prop up the profits of corporations. That's right. And they're all complicit in it, every single one of them. And you see the framing in these stories with Todd Blanche. They cover this as if this is some normal occurrence. Well, it's not. I mean, this man, everything he's saying that he stands for, he's on record for showing that he's done something the exact opposite. And it has to be called out every single time. On this exact same day, Josh, the DOJ is warned about covering up the Epstein files. Pop this up. CNN is reporting a federal judge gave a chilling warning to Justice Department lawyers fighting the further releases of documents tied to Jeffrey Epstein.

5:18If they don't comply with the court orders, contempt proceedings could ruin their futures. Epstein judge says the public has a right to know what the hell is going on. This is a pretty fascinating piece. And I read this yesterday. And all of this is based on the lawsuit that Katie Fang brought against the Department of Justice. And I don't know her, but she's doing fabulous work. This is incredible. Incredible. And it's ironic that you've got Todd Blanche with this cavalier music, giving a speech about integrity in the Department of Justice. And then just across the way in DC, in a district court of the District of Columbia, you've got Judge Sullivan, this federal judge, absolutely annihilating this United States attorney, Andrew Block is his name.

6:06In this lawsuit that Katie Fang brought. And he's being, his ass is basically being chewed out because he's not prepared and he's not being honest with the court and he can't give the court a date in which he'll comply with the court's orders regarding these unredactions in the documents that Ms. Fang has requested. So there's a lot of irony here. It's unheard of for lawyers like myself to think that an AUSA would appear in front of a federal judge, number one, not comply with or order. Number two, not be prepared. And number three, just completely get dressed down, get an ass chewing, like Mr.

6:46Block got yesterday. And Katie Fang does a really good job sort of describing this on her substack. I listened to it yesterday and it was pretty fascinating because we talk about how the bar has been lowered so much with the United States Attorney's Office and the Department of Justice based on this administration's leadership. And it's real, and it's true and she talks about it. All right, now we have some new reporting on Trump's fascist crackdown on ICE protests. Pop this up. New DHS agents in Minnesota conducted huge spying campaign on left-wing groups and people at the height of ICE protests earlier this year.

7:26Undercover agents, infiltration of group chats, subpoenas for labor union financial records, and it goes on to say, put up the next slide, in another, investigators scrutinized three years worth of wire transfers made by the nation's biggest healthcare workers union, the Service Employees International Union, and what they referred to as an inquiry into domestic terrorist financing. This is unbelievable because the domestic terrorists are the Trump regime. The domestic terrorists are the Republican senators and congressmen who are helping the most incompetent, demented, obese, infirm, piece of shit president dismantle our country in real time because the only thing these Republicans are good at is kissing ass.

8:21That's it. That's all they're good at. Kissing ass. And it's his way of trying to take down any group, any party, any opposition party that thinks or believes contrary to him, then he goes after him. This is similar to, in my opinion, the indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center, where they dress something up as fraud under the statute just as a means to be able to investigate it when there's no legal basis, no foundation for it. That's what we're with and it doesn't none of this surprises any of us with this government he's basically said I'm gonna come after anyone who thinks differently than me I'm gonna use all the means necessary I'm gonna indict I'm gonna use DOJ it's his DOJ I mean all of this is expected conduct from this man and the media needs to do a better job calling this stuff out everybody's talking about weight loss injections because the results are so dramatic.

And then in a really interesting turn of events, RFK Jr., and I know all of you unfortunately have heard him speak, and to illustrate just how incompetent the people in the Trump regime are. It's not just the person that we're talking about. It's everybody around them too. But now in this video, RFK Jr. is detailing Trump's McDonald's obsession. And remember, this is the like the Maha thing. And Trump acts like he cares about Maha. And here's RFK Jr. talking about Donald Trump's diet. Play the clip. When you get on his airplane, it's just boxes and boxes of McDonald's. Wow. I thought it was a joke. It's really like a 12 year old. It's not a joke. Yeah. Do you ever whisper him to be like, hey, I'm trying to trying to correct some things in this country.

11:37is not helping us. Bernie, you leave that alone. No, I mean, I don't look. I'm not like a scold. Oh, yeah. That's probably fair. That's probably fair. Yeah, of course. Of course, you would never tell the president anything. I mean, but here's the thing. Do we really give a shit if Donald Trump eats McDonald's? Eat it up. Cholesterol, city that thing up. But then I also see in the comments sometimes people write the nation's most anticipated obituary. And I'm like, okay, yeah, I totally see that. But then is that what we want? Do we want this man just like suddenly dying in his sleep? Or do we want him in prison?

12:14And then we want a toothpick placed here and a toothpick placed here to prod his eyes open. And then a live stream of real patriots going and chiseling out his name on the Kennedy Center and then tearing down all the gold. And we just have tons of television screens in front of him as he watches us dismantle all of his bullshit, horrible, tacky, white trash, vanity projects. That to me seems more like justice. I can't disagree with that. I think you might get a very valid point. And, and just one thing about Robert Kennedy, is he really the person that needs to be on point talking about people's health and stuff?

12:58When you hear him speak, it sounds like he's about to keel over and die. I mean, I don't know if that's a medical condition or not. I'm certainly not trying to be mean, but he can barely, it sounds like he's got COPD, like he's about 85 years old. He smoked for about 50 years. I'm not sure that he needs to be the point man on health in this country on, you know, that's just a thought. Imagine this Josh on Monday, RFK Jr. was in the oval rambling on, lying, completely lying about a link between vaccines and autism and he's literally six inches away from donald trump and he's like going to president donald trump is full-blown rem he's full-blown asleep you can sleep through rfk being in an earshot i mean literally like he's right he's right here here's where donald trump's completely asleep and then i think he only wakes up when he farts and And I've seen this on like Instagram.

13:58I don't know if it's if people are AI-ing the fart in, but I'm going to go with it. I saw it on the tech oligarchs website. I'm going with it. He sharted and that's what woke him up, but not RFK Jr.'s voice. And so, go ahead. Well, my favorite thing is when he's asleep and everyone's around him, they still feel compelled to have to kiss his ass, even though he's asleep. He's unaware that they're kissing his ass. and sometimes they even double down and kiss it like double the amount when he's sleeping. He's not recognizing that you're kissing his ass. You know, our friend Ruth Ben-Ghiott, she pointed out something really interesting about the taxpayer-funded naps.

14:40It's not so much that he's doing it. We all see senior citizens kind of fall asleep in easy places. It's that everybody around him standing behind the oval just continues going on and says he gets to do whatever he wants with impunity. where in any other normal situation, if you were in court and you fell asleep during one of your trials, everybody would stop and make you wake up because you're at your job. But Trump is at his job being the president of the United States, taking taxpayer fund naps, and not one person, not one will nudge him and say, hey, big guy, you're asleep. You're asleep at work.

15:18You need to wake up. None of us, not one of us. Could you imagine me podcasting here? And I'm like, You know, and I wake up, oh God, what happened there? I mean, I wouldn't have an audience, you know? I think Kylie would nudge you a little bit over there. Yeah, people would stop it. Yeah, I think what you're getting at is that, and this is what people get mad about with Trump, is the fact that he has somehow lived a life free of consequence. He's free of consequences. He doesn't have to, in his opinion, stay awake when people are speaking in the White House. He doesn't have to listen to a federal judge about removing his name from the Kennedy Center.

16:02He doesn't have to follow the rule of law as it relates to ICE being able to search and deport citizens. And he just thinks that he can do whatever he wants free of consequences. And he does it. And he does it because he's allowed to do it by this Congress and more importantly, this Supreme Court. And we know that Donald Trump is corrupt, but what's the excuse for Congress and Supreme Court? I guess they're corrupt, too. They're in the tank, too. And that's one of the things we've talked about. The Constitution didn't envision all three branches at the same time going in the tank and basically acting afoul.
