Trump Plans A Coup in November After Inciting Iranian War, He's Taking Over US Elections

Episode Description In this episode, hosts Jennifer Welch and Angie "Pumps" Sullivan discuss Donald Trump's alleged plans to manipulate the 2026 midterm elections amid ongoing military actions in the Middle East. They express concerns over the lack of a unified opposition to Trump's administration and the implications of his actions both domestically and internationally.

Key Discussions

Trump’s Alleged Coup Plan

  • Wag the Dog Strategy: The hosts contend that Trump is diverting attention from critical issues (like the Epstein files) by inciting chaos in the Middle East.
  • Coup Prediction: They predict a coup could occur in November, aiming to interfere with the midterm elections.
  • Distraction Techniques: The episode highlights the use of military conflict as a distraction from Trump's low approval ratings and domestic issues.

Critique of the Opposition

  • Lack of Unity: The hosts criticize the Democratic Party for failing to mount a cohesive response to Trump's actions.
  • Bipartisan Complicity: They argue that both major political parties are influenced by lobbyists and military-industrial complex interests, leading to inaction against Trump's maneuvers.

Military Actions and Foreign Policy

  • Iran Conflict: Trump's decision to engage with Iran is discussed as a reckless act that goes against Pentagon advice, demonstrating disregard for national interests.
  • Netanyahu's Influence: The hosts suggest that Trump's foreign policy is heavily influenced by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whom they label a "war criminal."

Allegations of Corruption and Accountability

  • Legal Immunity: Discussion regarding the Supreme Court's ruling that grants Trump immunity, allowing him to act without fear of repercussions.
  • Manipulation by Foreign Entities: The episode suggests that Trump is easily manipulated by foreign leaders, particularly those of autocratic regimes.

Broader Implications for America

  • Decline of American Standing: The hosts reflect on the potential long-term decline of the U.S. as a superpower, attributing it to failed policies and corruption.
  • Impact on Everyday Americans: They emphasize the disconnect between political actions (support for foreign conflicts) and the needs of American citizens, particularly those in rural areas facing economic hardships.

---

Key Takeaways

  • Trump’s Actions: The episode argues that Trump's military strategies are intended as distractions to consolidate power and influence upcoming elections.
  • Political Failures: There is a significant focus on the failure of the political opposition to effectively counter Trump's agenda.
  • Public Discourse: The hosts express frustration with mainstream media's portrayal of these issues, particularly regarding the influence of foreign policy on domestic welfare.

---

Conclusion The episode concludes with a call for increased awareness and action from both citizens and politicians to address the corrupt dynamics at play in U.S. politics, emphasizing the need for moral clarity and accountability in governance.

0:04As Donald Trump and his incompetent regime wag the dog, they want you to look away from the Epstein files. They're destabilizing the entire Middle East. 16 countries are involved in this. The biggest story on the home front right now is that he and his administration are planning a coup, period. This coup will go down in November. They are going to do everything. And I mean everything in their power to prevent, to meddle with, to suppress, to nationalize whatever they can do in the midterm elections, because they know this war that he started with Iran, 20 % approval rating, talking about the cultiest of the cultists and extreme hard right Israeli Benjamin Netanyahu supporters.

0:48The American public doesn't have the stomach for this anymore. We're tired. $8 trillion we've spent in the Middle East,$8 trillion. And if you live in rural America, your schools are getting shut down. Your hospitals are getting shut down. So pop up this headline. The new republic is reporting. It can now be plainly said Trump is planning a November coup d 'etat. And the thing about Trump that you have to understand is his dementia and his narcissism. He's always telegraphs what his plans are. He recently over the weekend was talking about, I think we're going to have to go for a third term. He has zero intention of leaving.

1:31He wouldn't have left in 2020 when Biden beat him, but guardrails held. And I'm gravely concerned about the opposition right now, the opposition party to Trump. I am not seeing a unified response to this attack on Iran. I'm seeing people bicker more about the minutiae of are we briefed? Did we get to vote? but not an outright, we have got to quit doing Benjamin Netanyahu's bidding. Benjamin Netanyahu is a war criminal. We have to be on the right side of this. I also, like one of the things that I thought of is I went back to Zelensky in the Oval Office when Trump was meeting with him that first time where they were horrible to him and they didn't have elections because they were in the middle of the war.

2:21And I thought, is this another installation for that? Now, I mean, we've got voting records. We're trying to nationalize voting, the gerrymandering, all of those things. He knows how unpopular he is. Attacking Iran is like at 27%, I think that's what he said. But it's like, is this going to be another reason we do not have the midterms? Yeah, I think that this is, he's going to throw everything out there. I personally believe that Donald Trump is so easy to manipulate. He's so easy to dog walk. For an example, Zoran Mamdani goes in a few days ago to the Oval Office, has two newspaper headlines, gets Trump to agree to billions of dollars for public housing in New York City.

3:09So some people can use him for good. And then you have people that can use him for bad. Vladimir Putin can get him to call off, a lot of support for Ukraine. Benjamin Netanyahu has had a hard on for Iran for three decades. This is his time. This is the president. Joe Biden implicitly told Benjamin Netanyahu, no, we will not partner with you in attacking Iran. Kamala Harris explicitly would not be a part of this, Barack Obama put in a nuclear arms deal that was completely had Iran, nobody likes Iran, nobody likes the Ayatollah, but does the American public, do we continue to send the poorest kids on the front lines, working class kids to die for the military industrial complex to destabilize the regions.

4:09And so Benjamin Netanyahu knew that he had to do this. In my opinion, Donald Trump is going to, as this election approaches, he is every single thing imaginable is going to be on the menu. And the Supreme Court, I think is going to assist him in this because the Supreme Court has given him immunity. Why did Donald Trump attack Iran? Any other president did this without congressional approval on the foothills of the Venezuela debacle. They're going to get impeached. They're going to get impeached. He cannot unilaterally do this. It's unconstitutional. It is an illegal war. Where's the opposition party?

4:49The opposition party doesn't do anything. Everybody goes along with it. Why? Because the Supreme Court gave him immunity. Donald Trump is never going to face accountability for anything. And it's something we all have to accept. John Roberts court said, you have immunity. And that's why they govern as though they are never going to face accountability. In my world of American justice, of being born and raised here, I think, oh, Pam Bondi is going to go to jail and there's going to be all these hearings and all of this dramatic stuff is going to happen. I hate to be the skunk at the garden party, but here's what's going to happen.

5:25Trump has immunity and he's going to pardon every single one of these people. And just like January 6th, the low level criminals are going to get charged and the elites are going to act with impunity. But Donald Trump is really one of the biggest propagandist liars this country has ever seen. I remember when George H.W. Bush said, read my lips, no new taxes, and he raised taxes. And it really cost him his chance to get reelected, Bill Clinton beating. Here's Trump in 2024. Play the clip. I'll tell you, you're not going to have a war with me, and you're not going to have a third world war with me.

6:10That I can tell you. Okay. So what happened here? I do think initially, Trump on the record. He's so narcissistic and he has such a disdain for the military on the record. He does not like the military. I think the combining of the Epstein drip and the public starting to realize, oh my God, was Jeffrey Epstein a Mossad agent? All of this shit with Israel, all of this stuff with foreign governments, people have the goods on our president. They have compromising information. You have documents that are disappearing from the Epstein files. It is very safe to say that whatever the FBI has, Jeffrey Epstein sent to Mossad, and that Benjamin Netanyahu has it.

7:02Because this, for Trump to go bomb Iran with Israel when our own Pentagon advised him not to do it, said it would destabilize the whole region, bring in a bunch of other countries lead us to the brink of World War III and he does it anyway. Why? I think it's all related to the Epstein files. I do. Helping to cover them up, wag the dog. And I think Benjamin Netanyahu has the goods on him. I don't think anybody can argue that Benjamin Netanyahu has the goods on him or Vladimir Putin. Part of me also believes that he has gotten this thirst for power. Like in Venezuela, There were no consequences of regime change there.

7:43And then you have, like, he has said repeatedly, I've done what no president has ever done. I think he, I mean, as much as somebody is incompetent and has dementia as he can, he likes to say, you know, I'm the peacetime president. I've stopped eight wars. Really he's actually started and attacked like seven different times, but I'm the president that took on Iran and won, never thinking for a moment that Iran would call his wife and say, fuck you, we're coming back at you. Here's where I have to disagree with that to an extent. The joint chiefs, our Pentagon advised against this. So you have a pattern of behavior with Donald Trump, where when he was in Helsinki and Trump 1.0, he said he believed Vladimir Putin over the United States intelligence services.

8:38So there's a pattern there to believe these war criminals over American intelligence. And then here with Iran, he believes Benjamin Netanyahu over his own Pentagon. The Pentagon is the most well-funded organization in the entire world, decades upon decades upon decades upon decades of Intel. And he doesn't listen to his joint chiefs. He says, F you, I'm going with Benjamin Netanyahu. So he knew that's the thing. This man does not have the country's best interest at heart. It's never his first default setting. It is always to curry favor with these war criminals, either Benjamin Netanyahu or Vladimir Putin, and to Heisman, if you will, American intelligence.

9:39And this is really stunning. And he has a pattern of doing this, in my opinion. The consequences were readily available. This isn't like, you know, he doesn't have security clearance. He's the president of the United States. And our own Pentagon very much advised him against doing this, but he took the advice of Benjamin Netanyahu over that of American intelligence, which is stunning, which brings me to Cuba. So he's gone Venezuela. He's gone Iran, destabilizing the whole Middle East right now. I mean, it's a shit show. 16 countries involved in it. And his little golden child over at State Department, Marco Rubio, America's second biggest prostitute behind J.D.

10:26Vance. So Marco Rubio wants Cuba. And right now they're starving out the citizens of Cuba. I mean, just really bad stuff. And now here's Trump on the tarmac saying Cuba is next.

10:46The Cuban government is talking with us. They're in a big deal of trouble, as you know. They have no money. They have no anything right now. But they're talking with us. And maybe we'll have a friendly takeover of Cuba. Okay. He says a friendly takeover of Cuba. You know, this is a draft dodger. This is a guy who called when he went to a cemetery in France. and why would they do this? Only suckers and losers die. This is a man who all of the neocons surrounding him in Trump 1.0 walked out of that saying he has nothing but utter disrespect for the military. And we all know he doesn't value life at all.

11:35And his administration is on the one hand, building concentration camps, killing American citizens. Stephen Miller, who is one of the most psychotic psychopaths since Nazi Germany, in my opinion, wants to deport 100 million people from the United States. And there's a multi-billion dollar budget to make these warehouses for human beings to be stored in, which would be called concentration camps. And then the American government goes out on the world stage, like they have the moral high ground to talk about democracy, saving people, friendly takeovers. This is just such, it's been so devastating for me to even process all of this again, because it's like the United States learns nothing.

12:32I keep looking for the opposition party to weigh in, United Front on the steps of Congress, every Democrat and those Republicans that say, no, we're not doing this again. We are not going to spend trillions of dollars in the Middle East again. I keep looking for that. And it doesn't exist because these lobbyists and these nefarious forces own both parties. And it's just really devastating to sit here and watch it and keep looking for your people to come defend what's right. And they just don't show up. Well, and I look, if I take myself out of the United States and as an American, and I look at the vantage point of, you know, say Europe, for example, you see the American government corrupted with all of the people in the Epstein files.

13:27You see the blatant corruption with Trump and his administration with the crypto and the plane from Qatar and all of those things. Then you see Vladimir Putin rolled out the red carpet for him. Now we're completely in bed on a war in the Middle East that was completely unnecessary. And I think, has our standing in the world at large, can we fix it? Can we fix it in my lifetime? Will it be in my children's lifetime? Because it seems to me the fall of the superpower at the United States, it's not a quick fix. This is not going to be, okay, now we've got a Democrat and we're rolling. This is generational in my opinion.

14:09Yeah. And I think the larger point for me is that this happens under both political parties. And we have a two-party system right now that is bought and paid for by dark forces that do not care about the American public at large, that do not care about workers' rights, that care more about the military industrial complex, that care more about the private prison industrial complex, that care more about Israel. And you can just go on at Big Pharma. All of these things, you can go down the list And finding out that, you know, Hakeem Jeffries has taken money from Palantir and that Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries worked behind the scenes to make sure this war resolution vote happened after Trump attacked Iran with Benjamin Netanyahu.

15:10This is where I get to where I'm like, where are our people? Where are the politicians that are fighting for Americans, that are fighting for what's right here, that have utter moral clarity? And you can get online and you can find independent voices. And yes, there are independent politicians. But this is just a devastating realization that the two-party system is so in bed with all of these for-profit warmongers. And it brings me to my friend Ruth Ben-Ghiat. She had a post over the weekend on autocrats leaning into imperialism when they're not popular at home. Play the clip. It comes at a moment in Trump's trajectory where the autocrats, if they're doing badly at home.

16:03They often become more imperialist. So there's that going on. And think about always what we're not talking about. We're not talking about Epstein. We're not talking about his tanking ratings. So there is a distraction element and deflection, and the Trump administration is very good at this. So we have Trump's hubris, which an expert at the Cato Institute pointed out. Trump's hubris, Netanyahu's expansionism, which the U.S. is helping. And they made it impossible. They gave Iran impossible demands so that this would force the hand. So there was never about negotiating. And when you have the alleged most powerful person in the world, the president of the United States, placating to a war criminal's imperialistic expansionist plans.

16:58And we don't have really an opposition party about this. And then I tune into MS now over the weekend, and I hear Rachel Maddow give a monologue on this and barely mentions that we're doing all of this for Israel. I mean, basically goes and blames the Gulf states for it, for sucking Trump into it. It's the disinformation, intentional propaganda surrounding a war criminal, Benjamin Netanyahu, that committed a genocide. We're$8 trillion in this investment in the Middle East. And what has it gotten working class Americans? I heard Mike Huckabee being interviewed and he said, well, you know, we are entitled, Israel's entitled to all of this land, according to the Bible.

17:46And I thought, how in the actual fuck does any of that help rural people from Arkansas? How does that help people in Little Rock, Arkansas get health care? How does that help a minimum wage worker in Arkansas that couldn't afford to go to college, that has a high school GED, that works in a grocery store, good person, pays their taxes, works in a grocery store, then has to work a second job, per the Republican mantra, got married and had a kid but can't afford it because the daycare is more expensive than their rent. How does Sarah Huckabee Sanders and her father's position and undying, unconditional support for Benjamin Netanyahu, how the fuck does that help people in Arkansas?

18:41I need someone to sit down and explain it to me like I'm five. I need to know why Rachel Maddow at MS Now propagandizes the American public and her listeners with whom she has so much credibility. And we're not talking about the manipulation and the diabolical intentions of Benjamin Netanyahu. It's just really devastating when you see what little organized, true opposition this country has to all of these for-profit complexes and a diabolical, psychotic war criminal named Benjamin Netanyahu. All right, that's all we have. Like, subscribe, comment. We'll be back later with more news.

19:38Thank you.
