1:06Angie Sullivan:The president of the United States is even more unhinged than ever. He takes to national television last night in a rambling, dementia, dipshit speech. And here's just, I'm not going to play you a bunch of clips from it because I'm so tired of listening to him ramble and act like an idiot. But here's just an example of what was in this speech. Play the clip. 2019, the Chinese government's strategy against the United States was focused on undermining domestic confidence in the U.S. president. They wanted to just make you sound like your president wasn't so hot when actually your president has done a great job.

1:48Angie Sullivan:So the Chinese government had a plot to make Trump not look hot. That's pretty easy to do. I just viewed a video of him and I did not think hot. I did not think that in 2016. I certainly didn't think that in 2020. He said they found burn bags from the Obama administration full of supposedly incriminating material without ever saying what was actually in them. So there we know this is a lie. He announced he wants to seize voter data from states he's deemed vulnerable ahead of the midterm elections. He claimed China rigged the election in 2020, this time by getting journalists to write bad stories about him.

2:27Angie Sullivan:Again, remember this man gets his feelings hurt by journalism. He attacked networks that chose not to air this live, threatening their licenses and all sorts of things. It's just dementia dictator stuff. But I just want to point out In 2020, he was president of the United States. We are living in a Republican super majority right now. These are lies. He is doing everything in his power to cheat the midterms. This is his intention. He has no intentions of leaving the White House whatsoever. He has little pipsqueak, little Moses Mike Grinder Johnson. And I guarantee you that man will not swear in new democratically elected members of the House.

3:14Angie Sullivan:The fix is in. And this rambling, I'm just waiting for Jake Tapper to cover it. Here's the deal. I just kind of off topic. Remember when the House of Representatives was elected out of Arizona and it was months? months. And then Lindsey Graham's sister, well, obviously she sent it, but then a Republican House of Representative, and it's like two days, like the turnaround time is 24 hours. So I completely agree with you on that. And all this rambling and crazy shit, and there's no evidence, and I'm sitting up here lying and blah, blah, blah. That's all that I expected. What concerns me is moving forward, because he has options to stop the midterm election or rig it to such a degree that we'll never know the outcome.

4:05And one of those ways is to, you know, he can declare a national emergency that there's interference. So we either can't have the elections or we have to seize the voting machines. Can he really cancel the elections? That is what I'm reading, that he can say there is a national emergency. And until we have more evidence, we can't hold the election. I don't think he can do that. I mean, maybe that's his people saying that he can. I don't know. I mean, I'm sure it would be challenged in court. Elections are run by the states, though. But that's why he's trying to declare the national emergency so that he can go into the states and seize their ability to control it.

4:47Angie Sullivan:I hope he tries to do that. I hope he tries to cancel the elections because I think even this corrupt Supreme Court will not be able to facilitate and capitulate to that. I'm more concerned not about canceling the elections. That would be a move that I even think they would be too timid to pull off. I'm way more concerned about the dry run that we saw with Tulsi Gabbard. I'm way more concerned the election goes down and he has ice at the polls, intimidating people, threatening people, particularly in black neighborhoods and immigrant neighborhoods. And he's drumming up election conspiracy theory right now to set the like a psychological soil for such.

5:31Angie Sullivan:I think what they're going to do is they're going to have the elections. And then afterwards, they're going to send feds in to seize ballots so that they can never be counted. That's the fuckery I think he's going to do canceling the elections. I just I don't think that is a credible thing that he could pull off. And And he's pulled off a lot of stuff, but I just don't see a world where that's actually going to happen. I hope you're right. That's just the people that I've been reading saying if you declare a national emergency, then he has the extreme power. So I don't know. I hope you're right.

6:03I think it'd be the most audacious, but I'm not putting anything past it.

6:07Angie Sullivan:I completely agree. All right. Speaking of audacious, the United States military did a very low flight over a Florida beach. Play the clip.

6:28Angie Sullivan:Okay, so as you can see, these kids are screaming, sand's going everywhere, they're covering their ears. This type of sound and energy from this jet is just, there's no reason to do this other than to terrorize the American people and get them accustomed to having and living in a military state, much like what they did in Minnesota. They want to get people accustomed to the fact that the military is now against its own people. It's not that the military is here to protect the homeland. The military, per Pete Hexeth and Donald Trump and little Moses Mike Grinder, they want to turn the military on the American people.

7:11Angie Sullivan:I think all of these things are ways that they are trying to set the psychological soil to get us accustomed to living in a military state in the lead up to the elections. And so you would think a normal, mature, responsible person that was the secretary of defense would be outraged, investigations, et cetera. Well, Low T. Hegseth responds like this. The flyovers will continue until morale improves. um whose morale are you talking about and if the military has low morale it's probably because you're the secretary of defense and that donald trump is the president of the united states that's why there's low morale there's low morale because pete hexeth is specifically uh dismantling and taking away the careers of black and brown service members and women.

8:08And this is a guy,

8:11Angie Sullivan:Pete Hexeth, who was credibly accused of sexual assault so credibly that he paid a settlement to the victim. And then his mom begged him to quit abusing women in a letter that was published widely. And then it's incredibly stunning that the boss of Pete Hexeth just paid a woman $5 million for sexually assaulting her. So if morale is down in the military, it's down for the same reasons it's down in the United States of America, because we're governed by low T sexual predators that are obsessed with penises. And I know that sounds ridiculous, but it's the truth. Why is Pete Hexeth so concerned about testosterone levels in the military?

8:59Angie Sullivan:Because he himself probably has low testosterone. I was just reading, I didn't know this until yesterday, that overconsumption of alcohol creates low testosterone. And I'm like, okay, that tracks, all of this tracks. And it's like, what's next? Are we going to juice him and steroids? I mean, it's just, this is so blatantly ridiculous. And it's run by a guy that is pathetic and weak and wants to be strong, but he can't because he knows what a failure he is in every area of his life. And I just want to add to that, that he's a violent person. Yeah, this is a very violent person. Uh, Pete Hexeth is an incredibly broken little boy masquerading as a man, doing everything in his power to make him more manly.

9:49Angie Sullivan:Um, he's a coward. He beats up women. He sexually assaults women, allegedly. He has been overseeing the arbitrary killing of fishermen in the Caribbean without due process. He is a very violent coward, this man. And of course, everybody around Trump, everybody is in on the grift. Everybody is in on it. So let's pop up this story. President Trump's longtime teleprompter operator is believed to have made more than$100 ,000 betting on Trump's speeches, sources say. So he was betting that Trump would go off script. And he had insider information that this is what Trump does. And of course, everybody that has agreed to work for Donald Trump is broken.

10:42Angie Sullivan:And this is where I always go back to this argument I make all the time. The Senate confirmation of Lil Marco Rubio, 99 and 0, really pissed me off because we need senators to critically think and to say, wow, Marco saw January 6th. Marco has been incredibly critical of Trump at some point. And now he's willing to go work for a convicted felon, that in and of itself is disqualifying. They needed to advocate for us and be an opposition party and be the party of law and order, whereas MAGA is the party of crime and disorder. And this is the part where you have fascist collaborations. Any notion that Marco Rubio would be in there and be the voice of reason is ridiculous.

11:38Angie Sullivan:We all knew just from the firings and the shuffling in Trump 1.0 that anybody who disagreed with him, Scaramucci, lasted a day or two in the Oval Office. And so, of course, everybody that now has arrived at Trump 2.0 with him that works there is morally bankrupt. Furthermore, everybody that still supports this man, a man who just paid a woman that he sexually assaulted $5 million, E. Jean Carroll. The people who still support this man support sexual assault and support the dismantling of democracy. And those are just the facts. No, I completely agree. You can't have it both ways. You can't be both law and order, we back the blue and then vote for a criminal.

12:29And that's why it always kind of was like, what? When all of the, you know, he kept saying the criminals, the rapists, they're coming in and we're going to get them. I'm like, you are the criminal. You are the rapist. You're an adjudicated rapist, according to Judge Lewis Kaplan. So I, the, the ability to, to have cognitive dissonance when it comes to Donald Trump, to me, reminds me so much of growing up in the evangelical church. You just do what we tell you, blind obedience, don't think for yourself, and then we can all have it both ways.

13:03Angie Sullivan:At this stage, though, is it cognitive dissonance? Or are they just saying, I don't give a fact? I think that's what they're saying. I think they're saying the rules that apply to everybody else don't apply to this man. I think this is willful. And I think people are going in eyes wide open. Maybe in Trump 1.0, I'll buy into a little bit of that. But at this stage, absolutely not. I'm not going to let them off the hook with cognitive dissonance. The people that I know, peripherally, that are Trump supporters are overt racist. And they're even more so now. They're misogynists. And they are even more so now.

13:40Angie Sullivan:They're homophobes. And they are even more so now. The thing that we have to realize is these people like this. He campaigned on this. And these are campaign promises delivered. and the cult very much likes this. There's not this outrage about these things that he does or says. They genuinely enjoy the recreational cruelty, the master class in recreational cruelty that this administration puts on. And I am just not gonna allow the party of personal accountability, AKA the Republican Party. I'm not giving them an off ramp on this thing. You know exactly who he is. You know exactly what he does and you like it.

14:25Angie Sullivan:That's just the way it is. The people that you and I know, pumps, that are still Trump supporters, they openly oppose interracial marriage. So to think that there's any sort of cognitive dissonance in this thing is allowing a placating the patriarchy again. And that's one of the softest, worst things we do. We always allow the worst, some sort of loophole to get out of stuff, a loophole around, especially when it comes to upholding the patriarchy. And that's just my opinion. No, I don't necessarily disagree with you. I think that a lot of these voters turn a blind eye and they're willing to accept all of this shit because he hates who they hate.

15:14I absolutely agree with you on that. It's just, I just didn't know. I mean, I knew broken people in my life. I knew they were willing to accept all the things they said that they would never accept because he was a racist, misogynist, all of those things that they liked that more than their values of, you know, sexual purity and all that. The fact that it spreads so much, that to me is a stunning turn of events. but not surprising. Does that make sense? All right.

And then finally, the people that we're talking about, the triple Trumpers that still support him, watch Fox News all the time.

17:23Angie Sullivan:And here is Jesse Waters responding to the Pentagon now screening testosterone levels. Play the clip. These guys on it. But you know what's going to happen? The guys that don't need it are going to take it. It's a triple boost. Right. and then they're going to get out there and women on base you guys better be careful port calls women in asia you better be careful because these guys are going to be wild animals you better watch out it's just it's just rape culture and this is why i'm saying it's not cognitive dissonance um there was a point where it was but at this stage if people are watching that show, The Five, and listening to the rape culture that he just is really excited about.

18:11Angie Sullivan:I mean, he was happy, super duper excited about that. Furthermore, in the morning show, Kilmeade, when he talks about euthanizing homeless people, there is a segment of the American population that cruelty is their ethos. Cruelty is their North Star. And Fox News traffics in it and serves up mean, cruel things to them every day. And this is what they choose to do on purpose. They choose to watch this and they are not offended by this because in their mind, women are to be fucked. That's what they think. And if a woman is, a woman is raped, it is her fault. And men are allowed to be all juiced up on testosterone and get ready.

18:56Angie Sullivan:They're going to be wild animals. They're going to come savage you now from a Freudian viewpoint the excitement that Jesse waters has about aroused men is something we can discuss on another podcast on another day but this also seems to be a theme that we keep hearing over and over and over from people that used to be inside the Republican Death Star of a lot of closeted uh repressed homosexuality and bisexuality within the governing class of the Republican Party. No, I completely agree with that. And what something I heard my whole life growing up, and I'm sure I would hear it today if it came up is, you know, boys will be boys.

19:39That that ability to let men off the hook and well, what was she wearing? The victim shaming to allow men to behave this way. So the people that I know, Fox News, this is not going to trick their trigger at all. Right.

19:53Angie Sullivan:Which brings me to he is a president whom they morally approve of. Fox News is a channel that they morally approve of. These are their morals. This is who they are. And this is why Democrats cannot move to the center to try to move these people into the tent. Democrats need to focus on voter apathy and getting people engaged. We have such incredible, incredibly low voter turnout in this country. And we need to get people off the sofa because this rotten part, the deplorables, Hillary didn't go anywhere near far enough. I mean, she barely scratched the surface when she called them a basket of deplorables.

20:40Angie Sullivan:I mean, she needs to completely revise that and add to it as far as I'm concerned. All right, that's all we have. Like, subscribe, comment, and we'll be back later with more news.
