In short
The hosts rant about MAGA “trad wife”/breeding hypocrisy, then pivot to relationship privacy (a news story about reading a partner’s diary) and finally discuss an AI-led film controversy (an AI “actor” using human pronouns).
Guests
No named guests appear; the episode is hosted by Jennifer, Angie, and Kylie (with “Pumps” mentioned as a co-host/partner figure). No external guest bios are provided.
Key claims
MAGA women preach trad-wife/breeding while working full-time and marrying submissive men; the hosts argue this is willful hypocrisy and moral rot. They claim reading a partner’s private journal is usually driven by insecurity and should be avoided in healthy relationships. They argue AI characters like “Tilly Norwood” should be called “it,” not “she,” to avoid humanizing non-humans.
Notable examples
Usha Vance (linked to J.D. Vance), Katie Miller, Riley Gaines, Caroline Leavitt; Obamas as models of mindful parenting. Diary story from The Cut. Variety/Particle 6 “Misaligned” and SAG-AFTRA’s condemnation of Norwood.

Patriots, gay-triots, they-triots, black-triots, brown-triots, we love you. MAGA, all the MAGA freaks, all the triple-Trumpers can do what, Pumps? Fuck all! Pumps, what have you had it with? Okay, I've had it, and this might just be my ignorance. I mean, there's always that possibility, But I've had it. I've been watching a lot of this World Cup soccer coverage and they keep saying. I'm going to stop you right there. These are going to be banked for when I'm gone. And so I think won't the World Cup be over? Or if you can start it with say when I was watching.
0:50Angie Sullivan:OK, so it sounds like a week ago. OK, go ahead. Okay, so one thing I've noticed a lot when I'm watching sports coverage, they feel alive. I just, I feel alive. And I'm just like, is that a really good descriptor? Because aren't we all alive? Am I just nitpicking? But it feels like you should say, you know, I feel great, but I feel alive doesn't really, I don't think that's a good descriptor. So I've had it with that as conveying how someone feels. I just don't think it conveys much. So who says this? The sportscaster, the pundit? The sports pundit. Says they feel alive. The team, you can just tell they feel alive.
1:39Angie Sullivan:I'm like, well, don't we all feel alive? I think it's a nuance. I think it's like, of course, we're all alive. But I think it's like a nuance in feeling alive. Like you really are feeling the moment. It's like a turn of phrase. Okay. I don't think it's literal. I guess I'm taking it literally because I'm just like, well, of course. But I guess you're right. No shit. Like even I. You're an idiot. I think it's a turn of phrase. I think it's like, God, I felt so alive. I think it's like a turn of phrase, meaning like I felt like peak being alive. and it's a like when you see it's no different from when people say I show you something and it's you're like so flabbergasted but you go oh my god I'm dead yeah you're not literally dead and I do say that all the time I think that that's the opposite end of that okay so like I said I could be an asshole but it just kept striking me sometimes I think I feel more alive than I do other times I think it's like a like you know we have these mundane boring lives most of the time most like I'm sitting at a computer or researching for episodes or paying bills or walking from A to B.
2:52Angie Sullivan:It's, you know, it's pretty boring shit most of the time. And then you go to like a concert or you go to a sporting event and you experience this connectedness and the shared humanity. It's like, God, I feel alive because it's a more elevated sense of being than it was, you know, just going to pick up your dry cleaning maybe i'm just dead inside which is not off the table i would be right there with you we could make a huge argument for both of us okay i have had it with um the ladies of maga that uh preach breeding preach trad wife ism and meanwhile they have full-time jobs yeah and number two are married to the biggest trad wives on the planet let me give you a prime example usha vance usha podcaster breeder extraordinaire yeah um from immigrant parents has beautiful mixed-race children i've seen pictures of their kids they're quite darling she's married too and she talks about family and having a whole bunch of kids and stuff like that.
4:10She is married to a submissive prostitute
4:14Angie Sullivan:that wears eyeliner named smoky eye sociopath J.D. Vance. Second example here is Katie Miller. Katie Miller goes on and on about breeding and it's so addicting to hold a baby. Like, I mean, she literally acts like she is Dora, the fucking explorer that just discovered breeding. I mean, it's lost on her that there's like seven, eight billion people on the planet. And this has been going on for literal millions of years. But her husband is the most submissive freak show on the planet. It's not like Stephen Miller could put his name on the ballot and put his ideas out there and go run for office and get a vote or two.
5:00Angie Sullivan:I mean, Jesse Waters would vote for him. But beyond that, it wouldn't. And then if you look at like Riley Gaines, Riley Gaines talks about breeding and babies and traditional family. The same with Caroline Leavitt. Well, they all have these full-time jobs. And what gets me the most about Riley Gaines is the one thing that she cares so much about, trans people. She literally would have zero career without the existence of trans people. Zero. She brings nothing to the table other than her grievance that she tied for fifth place with a trans athlete. That's it. I mean, just imagine if she tied with a biological woman.
5:47She would not be all over Fox News. She would not be doing any of this. And here's another thing. She'd be a fifth place loser.
5:55Angie Sullivan:But in MAGA, you can lose and fail forward. Look at her dear leader. He has failed forward and lost more than any other person on planet Earth because daddy had a lot of money and he just kept failing forward. But all of these women, what's so interesting is they they don't see the hypocrisy or do you think that they do see the duplicity and they're just, well, I mean, it's good for me. I can do it. But then again, I'm so special and I'm chosen. at letting people off the hook. I think there's a lot of willful cruelty, willful denial, and I think there's a lot of intention. I'm not one of these believers where people play naivete or list excuses for the cruelty in which they engage as a reach around to get out of it.
6:51Angie Sullivan:I am a believer in personal accountability, and I think they know exactly what they're doing. And yes, they believe they are better. And yes, they believe they are special because they're bigots to their core. And this is a through line of bigots. And bigots oftentimes then try to claim ignorance or naivete. Oh, I didn't think I was a racist. No, I don't think I'm racist. Well, racist, of course they do. Of course they know they are. The actions of a lot of these people of the Trump administration are intentional. It's intentional moral rot. It's intentional collapse. And the people that I have known that have been acquaintances that are somewhat bigoted or white supremacists, they absolutely know they are and they enjoy it.
7:50Angie Sullivan:You can see the Pavlovian response when they're being cruel. You can see the brain lighting up like they're on some drug. You can see that they enjoy it. I mean, you can see, I'm sure if you hook them up to an MRI while they're being shitty to other people, it's hitting like cocaine in the brain. I've seen it. I've witnessed it my whole life being around. They like it. There's, there, there's a preference for this. Yeah. No, the judgmental part. I remember, I mean, just from my experience, like being shitty, like, especially in college being shitty, like I liked it. I got a charge off of it. So I have to agree with you on that.
8:30Yeah.
8:31Angie Sullivan:All right. Welcome. I've had it. I'm Jennifer. I'm Angie. Kylie. Hi. I have one review for you and they say, I unfortunately have to live with my idiot MAGA mom and her idiot MAGA boyfriend while I save for my own place. One of their batshit nutball conspiracy theorist YouTuber idiots was playing a clip of Jennifer telling MAGA to fuck off as I was listening to this episode. So I turned up the volume from the kitchen full blast as y 'all were going on about Big Titty Brian and MAGA not standing for shit. Oh, and my mom's idiot MAGA boyfriend is Mexican, yet he voted for Trump three times and supports ICE as a Mexican man.
9:16Wow. That's really, you know, it's everywhere. It really is. This is where you have to realize that there are broken and dysfunctional people everywhere.
9:30Angie Sullivan:And they can be women, they can be gay, they can be Mexican, they can be black. They can certainly, as we know, as we see on full display, white. Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. The ringleaders of all of that, I think, are white people. and the dysfunctional people have all coalesced around power. And I think that we have to, as a people, like I want leaders that are smarter than me. I want leaders that are more patient than me. I want the biggest dork that's never made a fucking B in their lives that declined going to all of the raving parties that I went to and stayed out till 2 a.m.
10:19Angie Sullivan:dancing my ass off, cutting a rug on the dance floor. I went to people who said, no, I have a final exam tomorrow. I'm going to stay in and study tonight. And I was like, what a dork. And I want those people in charge of everything. I want to elevate expertise. and in in the brokenness that these people have whether it be from religious you know fissures or um you know inter you know probably a lot of it is always goes back to the family dynamic our parents screwed us up their parents screwed them up etc your mommy not loving you or your daddy not loving you they found a home in this dysfunction and my problem with MAGA is it gives a permission structure for people to cave to their worst impulses.
11:03Angie Sullivan:And that's a really bad thing for humanity. We need politicians that call on us to halt our worst impulses and pause and play the tape through and lean into our better impulses. And a prime example of this are the Obamas. Whether you, listener, if you're like a far leftist and you, you know, whatever, I'm not talking about their politics. I'm talking about them as examples of as human beings. Like when I hear Obama speak, he's mindful, he's thoughtful, he's tempered, he's measured. The same with Michelle Obama. These are incredible examples of how to model parenthood, how to model marriage, how to model friendship, and how to model being a human being.
11:45Angie Sullivan:And I think it's good for us to see that in motion. I agree. Right now, we just have the biggest freaks on the planet. my god i mean you got mexican people out there voting you know when mass deportations now and they're voting against their own interests the same with a lot of these white women white educated women 40 voted for trump and then uneducated white men they're going to end up dying you know or people they love are going to end up dying because of these policies yeah it's everywhere The voting against your own interest is a skill that I think the Republican and I'm not saying that Democrats have always delivered.
12:28I'm just saying you see it so much like women that will vote for someone that will take away their rights. Mexican people that will vote for someone that wants to deport them regardless of their legal status and or criminal history. It just it's over and over and over and over again. I find that to be a very interesting part of our lifetime. There's so many different parts that I think the history books will be thick on this, but I think that has to be one of them.
13:00Angie Sullivan:Yeah, I totally agree. But it's not new. It's not new that people vote against their best interests and fall prey to propaganda. And the Republican Party has been doing this for such a long time. And they have brilliantly weaponized culture war issues and family value stuff. If we had a true, robust Democratic Party with balls of steel right now, they would be ripping the shit out of them. Daily press conferences about what a hypocrite, what a submissive little housewife, and I do mean housewife, Speaker of the House, Moses Mike Grinder Johnson is. He is a submissive housewife. and the Democrats should get on TV and say it every single day.
13:42Angie Sullivan:They should just do reputational brand damage to these people. All right, let's get out of politics for a little bit and let's get to the meat and potatoes of this podcast. If you want more politics, please follow and subscribe to our other political podcast, iHip News. But right now, let's dive into a little bit of pop culture fuckery and the shit that makes us laugh. today's episode is sponsored by the ASPCA pet health insurance program all right listener I think you know how attached I am to my dogs and my oldest dog 11 year old Tevi recently was diagnosed with epilepsy and he has these seizures and I just worry about him so much and I want the last part of his life to be comfortable I don't want him to suffer which is why I don't want to be awake at 2 a.m.
14:31Angie Sullivan:with my phone in hand, Googling, is this normal, etc. That's why I've signed up for the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance Program. It offers customizable accident and illness plans that can fit your budget, your lifestyle, and even your pet's particular quirks. Let's be honest, vet bills add up so fast. Insurance is underwritten by either Independence American Insurance Company or United States Fire Insurance Company and produced by PTZ Insurance Agency Limited. The ASPCA is not an insurer and is not engaged in the business of insurance. Okay, listener, what is softer than cashmere and warmer than wool? This is not a riddle. it's an alpaca hoodie and I had to check it out after hearing some of my favorite podcasters talking about Paca and now that I'm talking about it your favorite podcaster you need to check it out too.
16:06Angie Sullivan:Paca makes outdoor and lifestyle apparel from alpaca fiber one of the world's most sustainable natural fibers their best-selling hoodie is softer than cashmere warmer than wool but here's the thing it's totally breathable I wear mine when I'm traveling because I'm always It's freezing on airplanes and it breathes. It's so comfortable. It's so soft. And over 250 ,000 people have already picked up the Paca hoodie. What makes it even better is that each one is made start to finish in Peru and features an Inca ID that's hand woven by artisans. So listener, if you're thinking about leveling up your hoodie game, this is your sign to do it now.
16:49Angie Sullivan:To grab your PACA hoodie, go to PACAapparel.com. That's P-A-C-A-apparel.com. Okay, here's a headline from The Cut. I read my boyfriend's diary, should I tell him? The woman goes on to say the following popped this up. I found an entry from shortly after we officially became a couple. He wrote, my only problem is my eyes still wander. I wonder what my life would be like if I settled with someone else. She says, I was blindsided. I remember this period of our relationship well. When we started dating, I was so, so obsessed with him. He was all I thought about. I felt so gratified to have found someone with whom I didn't have to look past terrible things in order to date.
17:41Angie Sullivan:I didn't have to give up all my standards. Honestly, he's still a perfect partner. I've never had any reason to question anything in our relationship. So when I saw his diary entry, I was both surprised and hurt. I feel like it's natural to experience wandering eyes after being in a relationship for a while. But in the beginning, that feels like maybe he didn't feel as in love with me as I felt with him. What do I do? I want to bring it up to soothe my anxieties. But in order to have a conversation about his wondering eyes, I have to confess to reading his private journal. Do I keep it to myself and just hope that he's still not thinking about all of this?
18:26Angie Sullivan:Here's the deal. I don't think it's right to read the journal. I myself would have done a complete deep dive, copy, paste, flow charted this journal. Do I wish that I could say after all the therapy and evolution in my life that if I had a partner right now and saw their journal sitting there, I would love to say I will bet every single thing in my life that I love that I wouldn't read it. I probably would. I just would. But I would never, ever, ever, ever make the mistake of ever acting like I read it, of ever giving anybody a clue that I read it. Maybe, you know, subtly in different ways, but there's no fucking way that I would say, John, I just want you to know, I read your diary and I'm wondering why you had wondering eyes when I'm so in love with you.
19:20It's fucking over O-V-E-R the minute that word comes out of your mouth, in my opinion.
19:26Angie Sullivan:So you really think you would read it and then not whistleblow on yourself?
19:36Angie Sullivan:Based on all of our experience. I would absolutely read it. Right. I know that you're going to say I whistleblow on myself all the time. I know that's coming, but I would not whistleblow. Okay. I'm going to support you in that. I am. But I just want to remind you of our 25 plus year history of conducting investigations into either your husband or my husband. snooping our noses into places that we 100 % had no business snooping our nose into, but we would go do it again today if we had the opportunity. Right. And each and every time we conducted said investigations, within a matter of five to 10 minutes, you were whistleblowing.
20:16Okay. I just, I'm going to defend myself just to touch on that.
20:19Angie Sullivan:All right. You should. I, like, it was early on in the destruction of my life, in the careening mess of my life, that I asked about the bacon at IHOP when you said, don't do it, don't do it. I got better at it, not fast, but I did get better at not ratting myself out. So like you, I would for sure, as much as for sure, the younger Jennifer, a hundred percent would have read the journal. Now I would be tortured. At this stage, I think I would be kind of tortured if Josh had a journal sitting on the nightstand or in a drawer that I could easily access. I think it would take me a lot longer, but old habits die hard, old toxins die hard.
21:08Angie Sullivan:And I think ultimately I would go be a nosy little bitch and read the whole thing. I would like to think that I had enough chill to never admit it. But I think the great bargain I would make with myself is I would manipulate myself into something like this. You know, Josh, I saw it there for like two or three weeks and I was like, not going to read it, not going to read it, not going to read it. But then I thought you were acting kind of blah, blah, that maybe you'd relapse. I would do something messy, but then I would justify the whole thing by saying, I'm purging myself and I'm just coming clean.
21:44Angie Sullivan:I'm not going to make this worse. I'm just going to say, secrets keep me sick. And I'm not going to keep the secret anymore that I read your Bible and Bible, I read your journal. We don't even have a Bible. I don't know what I'm talking about. That I read your journal. And so I'm just going to I read it and I saw that you weren't that into me and I'm mad about it. I think I would just, that would, that would be the grand bargain that I would make, that I was going to just purge all the toxicity with the truth, and I would get to have the confrontation. I think that's great rationalization, because you thought something was up with you, and I felt it, that there was something up with you, and you have left me with no choice.
22:27But I do think it's easier to invade people's privacy when there's something fucked up going on. Like, in my case, marriage-wise, It was the only reasonable choice is to get into his personal business. But I think if you're in a super healthy relationship and everything's great, I think some people cannot read it. I really do. I think some people cannot read it. I'm not that person.
22:54Angie Sullivan:When Josh was in the throes of his addiction and gaslighting was ubiquitous and traumatizing and created a sense of disorientation as to how I oriented my reality, it was so harmful to my being and my serenity to be lied to. And anybody listening who has had an alcoholic or a drug addict in your life, you know how, what a mindfuck it is to have somebody just lying to you and telling you what you saw didn't happen or what you heard didn't happen. And it really is disorienting. And I resorted to being a full-blown private investigator because I wanted to find out what was true and what wasn't. I wanted to confirm that I was being lied to.
23:48Angie Sullivan:and he was toxic. I chose him, which exposes some of my toxicity in choosing somebody that was broken. And we had, you know, just, we went through a lot of problems. As I said, when this first came around, this subject today, Josh and I don't, if he, I genuinely, it would take something for me to think he's relapsed in order to read his journal. I agree with you. I don't know that you would dive right? I don't know that I would. I don't check in on him. We talk, you know, when he's in Oklahoma and I'm in New York where we're not together, we text in the morning, you know, good morning, have a great day, love you.
24:27Angie Sullivan:And then we do a FaceTime at night and that's it. I don't, I can track him on my phone. I never look to see where he is. And it's such a, my life when he was in the throes of his addiction was that, is he lying? What is he doing? Is he, is he going to come home? Is he buying drugs? Is he drinking? Is he just all of this static and these just felt so unstable and so exposed. And now I feel safe and secure and all of these things. But my safety and my security is different now than what I ever imagined it would be because it's not contingent upon Josh's sobriety anymore. When I was younger and weaker, it was.
25:11Angie Sullivan:It was completely contingent upon his sobriety. But I've evolved in such a way out of toxic thinking and codependent thinking and dysfunctional thinking and habits. I've evolved in such a way that now, as much as I would hate it if he relapsed, it's really, it's not going to affect my serenity. It's just, I've evolved to such a place that my healing from all of the trauma from his addiction is now truly complete because it's about me. And I have no control over any of that. And for many, many, many, many, many years of my life, I lived with this uneasy foundation that if he relapsed or he, you know, doctor shopped or did any of the things, that it would rock the very foundation that I stood on.
26:11Angie Sullivan:And that's a really miserable way to live. But here's the thing. It's so incredibly common, whether it's your husband's a gambling addict, a sex addict, a porn addict, alcoholic, a drug addict, or just completely toxic and broken. Relationships are really complicated and really broken, and there's no life training for them. You really have to give yourself on-the-job training when you're in the middle of these things. And, you know, then you got to go to therapy, and you got to go back and deal with little Jennifer, and then all this shit. And then finally you get to a place where, you know, the sun kind of sets on all of it.

26:46Angie Sullivan:And you, like, I'm really genuinely happy. So I don't know. It's hard for me to say that because my God, for years, I would have loved to just sink my teeth into his diary. But now it feels super toxic. Like, I would feel super toxic doing that. I think, I really believe this. I think that you wouldn't because I, and I've witnessed the investigation and all that because you all are in such a good, healthy, strong place. And I think a lot of that goes to, you know, all the work that you have both done. But I think in any relationship, whether there's addiction or not, if you feel super secure and safe, you don't, the desire to read it is diminished.
27:32Right, I agree with you. It just is. So that's why I think I would hope that I could do it, But we all know that even if I were to get in a relationship, the toxic person in the relationship is probably always going to be me. So that negates that.
27:50Angie Sullivan:You don't think that perhaps now, if you were in a relationship with somebody, you couldn't help yourself?
27:59Again, I'd like to say 100 % I could.
28:01Angie Sullivan:You'd read it. I'd read it. You'd call me. And then you'd read it to me. and then you'd screenshot it and then you'd screenshot it and say, you're a better dramatic reader than me. Will you dramatically read it? I'm going to screenshot it. Here's the question. Would you read it back? Because you're in such a much healthier state. No, 100 % I would. I'm not that sanctimonious, for God's sake. You wouldn't say you shouldn't be reading this. I'm like 90 % I wouldn't read the diary. But this gal in this cut article, she felt insecure. And your point is brilliant about all of that. It, all of that is, is predicated on security, both with yourself and who you are and the relationship because security has to be distributed across multiple different baskets.
28:47Angie Sullivan:You know, you have financial security, you have security in your own self-confidence and relationship security. And whenever the insecurity or doubt seeps in, all games are off. I mean, it's read the Bible, screenshot it, live tweet it. Yeah. What did I say? Bible? Bible again. Yeah. Jesus Christ. Isn't he the main character of that? The Bible? That's pretty funny. The Bible, the diary, whatever. Okay. All right. Yeah, that's a pretty good, that was a good story, Kylie and Ryan. Those are good conversations. What would you do, Kylie? Anna has a journal on her nightstand. Do you read it or not?
29:26I've been that person. The reader or the journaler? I have been the reader. The snooper. I've been the snooper. and then we've been together like five years i have been shocked at how different i am now i am the exact same as you is like i actually will not be the reader and i look back and i cringe that i was so which is growth and that's good that is good like right now i am truly you couldn't pay me to read it yeah see that's really good yeah which is because you're secure it is that means sure that means we're in a good spot yeah it's okay
30:01Angie Sullivan:Pumps and I will break into your apartment. We'll read it and then we'll do a dramatic reading on it. Here's the deal. Pumps and I will break into your apartment. That's leaving his fucking journal around. Hide that shit better. Here's the deal. He can hide it as much as he wants to. Hell hath no fury like a woman's ability to hawk out something like that, like a heat-seeking missile. Look no further to the many investigations that you and I conducted, Pumps. Yeah, I know. but I'm just saying like, if I were journaling and saying that I would, I would hide it better than he did. Now I'm not saying somebody couldn't find it if they wanted to, because I found shit that I didn't even know exist places in my house that I didn't even know were at my house.
30:41Like the no idea, but I just think she doesn't say in the article that she like moved heaven and earth to find it. Like, here's what I've happened with. This is what I would have done. I would have seen him writing in the journal. And then it would have been top of mind every single minute of every hour that I was awake and probably dreamed about it too, to find that journal. I don't know. I'd probably follow him to work. I'd go through his car while he would, like there would be no stone left unturned. It doesn't say that she did that. So it kind of feels like he just kind of left it in plain sight.
31:17Maybe I'm wrong, but no, I would have found that fucking bitch no matter what. and here's my thing i also think her complaint about what he wrote reveals a lot of insecurity
31:30Angie Sullivan:of course he still has a wondering eye just because you're on a diet doesn't mean you can't read the menu i agree spoiler alert listener i have a wondering everyone does i like to watch men's tennis primarily i do love the sport i think they're hot as shit in their little outfits I quite enjoy it. Josh will be on Instagram and he is like, God, Dua Lipa is so hot. And I'm like, oh my God, she so is. Of course you have a wondering eye. It's just a part of the human experience. So in this instance, although it's juicy conversation about what would you do about the diary, and I think that it's all predicated upon how secure you are and how secure a relationship is, this whole thing is for this particular entry, she sounds insecure, which is why she read the book.
32:15Angie Sullivan:And then her reaction to the wondering eye, I think he's got a punter. I think she needs to be broken up with. Yeah. I think she needs to go to therapy because there's a lot of things that hurt my feelings, but a wondering eye is just something you have to accept. And people find other people attractive. And I think when you try to hide that from your partner, that feeds a lot of toxicity. I think it's far healthier. Josh can tell me, oh my God, there's this Danish actress or sentimental value. Y 'all know the movie that was nominated for an Oscar. Anyway, the main gal that's in that, she's a European.
32:59Angie Sullivan:Josh is like, that is my number one crush. I love this gal so much. I was like, oh my God, she's a doll. And then he knows that I like, there's this tennis player. He's Italian. He's six foot five, smoke show D blocks. His name is Matteo Barrettini. Gay triets go ahead and straight triet women go ahead and just do a little Insta search up Matteo Barrettini. Go ahead and do a deep dive. H O T exclamation point six foot five. And we know pumps when they're over six foot four, they're what drops to the floor. So, I mean, here's the thing. Pumps and I say this shit readily in front of Josh. He knows that I'm not going to cheat on him.
33:43Angie Sullivan:And I'm not going to cheat on Josh, not only because I respect him in our marriage, but it's deeper than that. I'm not going to do that because I have to live with it. I have to put my head on the pillow at night. And it's deeper than just my feeling for Josh. It's something I don't want to live with. I don't want to have that secret or capitulate to that that causes wreckage and damage. And so I think this gal who found the diary, which not that big of a crime there. I mean, you know, blah. But getting, you know, butthurt over the wondering eyes, I think she's got to go. I think he's got to cut her loose.
34:28Angie Sullivan:I think she's got to go too. I think and then and then she and then on top of all that, she submits the whole thing into the cut for everybody to comment on it. Right. Have a stage five situation here. She's got to go. She's out. She's got to go. She's out. She needs. But but for her benefit. I know how insecure you can feel as a woman. I felt that. Oh, absolutely. I want her to go find her serenity and find a more stable relationship and be, you know, because it's such a miserable place to be when you're insecure like that. God, I've lived that. Yeah, same. All right, moving along to the next story.
35:08Angie Sullivan:Hollywood is producing its first ever AI-led feature film. Pop this up. This is from Variety. Tilly Norwood to lead new movie Misaligned, marking feature debut for AI actor. SAG-AFTRA condemned Norwood in September, saying she's, quote, not an actor, but a computer-generated character trained on the work of countless real performers without permission or compensation. The film will reportedly be produced through a hybrid of humans and AI with human directors, writers, and editors alongside AI specialists. To me, this sounds like one of the worst movies of all time. and Variety is a porting that misaligned, announced by Particle 6, the AI-focused studio behind Norwood is described as a comedy drama telling a coming-of-age story infused with existential AI chaos set inside the so-called Tillyverse, a surreal digital world located somewhere up in the cloud.
36:13Angie Sullivan:The film will follow Tilly, an AI being with no real body, no childhood, and no lived experiences of her own, only access to everyone else's. Things spiral when a seductive rogue bot from the dark web convinces her to abandon her guardrails and begin developing desires, impulses and ambitions, making her more human. Its creator, Aline Vandervelden, insists that this is a good thing. Let's play the clip. I'm Tilly Norwood, the world's first AI actor. Come and work with me. So we are looking for all sorts of people, entry level to more senior from the traditional film and TV industry. We like people with experience and bringing that experience into this new art form with AI.
37:03So we're looking for comedy writers, we're looking for production coordinators, and we've given them all really funky job names because it's a whole new era of creativity. I guess my question would be why? if you're going to have to crowdsource that many people and get all that just to hire the actors to do it. Like, this is why I hate AI. This is so unnecessary. The guardrails are gone. You hear about that all the time with AI staff. It just, this just seems like I understand AIs here. I understand that I will never understand why people love it so much. I get that. But to me, this just seems like I never want to see this movie because I like stories that are character driven that are relatable like I just I just I hate all this hate it hate it had it I'm with you so here's an interesting conversation to have about this so Sag condemned Norwood in September saying she's
38:09Angie Sullivan:not an actor they use the pronoun she's and maybe I'm just going to get completely ripped but I I mean, it's just another week in America that Jennifer gets ripped online for shit she says because I have an undefeated ability to walk right into it, foot and mouth. But should we be assigning humanity to these non-existent AI bots? Shouldn't we call them its? Shouldn't we call Norwood an it? Has she earned that pronoun? Does this make me sound like a fucking conservative? You guys don't. Do I? No. Do I sound like a conservative? Do I sound like a moderate? You do if I cut it out of context. You sound like a centrist a little bit.
38:51Angie Sullivan:Do I sound like a centrist? No. But I don't think it gets to be a she. I think this is an it. This is not a human being. This is an it. Attaching she's, he's. Humanizes. All of it. And it leads to these kids in these relationships with their AI. It humanizes it. I think these AI actors need to be called it's. I agree. I think that's great. Tilly Norwood is an it. I'm just picturing Fox News. Am I MAGA? Is that MAGA? You guys tell me the truth. Jennifer Welch refuses to use she, her, only it with no other content.
39:32Angie Sullivan:I just, I don't think that they should be humanized. I agree with you. I just, I don't, I don't see it as a she. I think that when I, when I read that sentence there before I went on to read all the other shit, I was like, she, why does she get to be a she? Why does it get to be she? What is it? Yeah. And I think that's, that's going to be my main push. I agree. Anti-pronouns for AI characters. It needs to be an it. You're right. And that's not a point that I would have thought of, but I think it's the smartest one. Maybe the five will invite me on in studio to discuss it in person. No way. Could you imagine?
40:16Angie Sullivan:No, you don't think so. You can eat them for lunch. I want to be on the five so bad. They know it because they know you're smarter. I want to sit right next to Jesse. I'd love that for you because that would be theater. but you absolutely, they know you're smarter than them, a better communicator, and you're, you are more correct than they are. Do what? Meaner. And you're American. You're more American than they are, and they know it. You're more patriotic. I'm just throwing that in for shits and giggle. But no, there's no way. They're terrified of you. That's why I think you're on there all the time.
40:57Angie Sullivan:They're scared. You are the - Well, I think I'm on there all the time because they don't want to talk about, number one, they are scared of white liberal women because they're scared of Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel and shit like that. But I want to be on there. All right, listen, we got to go. We got to go. We got to go. It's time up. It's just absolutely time up. Order my book, Not Today Fascist. I want to dedicate this to my former toxic self that conducted all the investigations into my ex-husband. No, I'm just kidding. I'll dedicate it to Pops. No, I'm just kidding there too. I really want to dedicate it to Usha Vance.
41:41Angie Sullivan:Usha Vance. Pops, don't you think? Usha Vance. Usha Vance, you are a fascist and you don't have to be, Usha. All right. We'll see you guys whenever we see you, which will probably be tomorrow.
42:01Angie Sullivan:I'll tell you what I've had it with. Let's hear it. I've had it with that.
