In short
Joe and Jadakiss (Joe Crack/Jada) discuss Jay-Z’s Yankee Stadium concerts, Michael Rubin’s “White Party,” and Joe’s new single “The Aroma” featuring Jada and Stove God Cooks. They also trade stories about celebrity parties, fashion/merch, and summer events.
Guests/backgrounds
DJ Khaled appears in the episode as a featured collaborator/guest (introduced during the “The Aroma” play). Stove God Cooks is credited as the featured artist on “The Aroma.” The hosts also mention Carl Anthony Towns and Tiana Taylor (as people they saw at the White Party), plus Snoop Dogg, Alicia Keys, Trey Young, and Kevin Durant/Halliburton are referenced as attendees/performers.
Key claims
“The Aroma” is off Joe’s Organized Crime album; the track is described as “cooked in my kitchen” and framed as a street-ready anthem. They claim Jay-Z’s Reasonable Doubt era involved studio sessions with Jazz-O and a beat that later appeared on Puff’s No Way Out. They portray the White Party as the most exclusive, hype social event, with major mainstream performers.
Notable examples
Joe plays “The Aroma” live; they recount seeing Snoop Dogg and Alicia Keys perform at the White Party; they describe buying MCM items and attending Jay-Z Yankee Stadium shows via expensive suites.

Handing out turkeys surrounded by all the killers. And all the corner boys got gifted the chinchillas.
13:38You had to be there. That's where the out. Peace square. It's foul how I robbed the whole gym. No referee there. Marty Supreme, how I peddle that dope. True story. Made a hundred million. Off of the stove is crap. All the way in Rome, I can still smell it. Out of my feet coast, we can still smell it. We out in Dubai, I can smell it. Kill us out the plastic, I can still smell it. Glass pipes burning, I can still smell it. I still smell it. If it was cooked in my kitchen, then call it by my name. Most of these rappers say they shit like mine, But it do not feel the same No I don't really think you would do it You gotta show me When niggas lose track of the time Throw them a rollie In case we gotta commit a crime Go get a Stoli A OG I'm more like Juan than Ananobi B.I.G.
14:36Frank Matthews A Splash of Kobe Bruce Lee Muhammad Ali Half Shinobi I've been obliterating niggas for years Is this about a verse Or is this about a career
15:14We'll be right back. Get excited off the aroma. All the way in Rome, I can still smell it. Out of my feet coast, we can still smell it. We out in Dubai, I can smell it. Kilos off the plastic, I can still smell it. Glass pipes burning, I can still smell it. I still smell it. If it was cooked in my kitchen, then call it by my name. Most of these rappers say they shit like mine But it do not feel the same No No, no, no, no
16:09That's the second one off the album Victory Lap Now this joint, I'm just, I'm feeding you. It's that vintage. Oh, feed it. The streets needed that. That's good. That sounds beautiful. You already know when it's a real moment, you need a real bottle. That's why we rock with 1800 Tequila. Y 'all heard me? These people been making tequila for 11 generations. That's right, 11. That's a legacy. That's OG status. OG. They were the first to introduce Inejo. set the standard before most of these brands even existed. And you could taste the difference for real. The 1800 Cristalino and Reposado is what we've been on lately.
16:52Smooth, clean, elevated. No burn, no rough edges. Just a premium pour that speaks for itself. You know when it's something that's just built right? That's what this is. Real talk, that's just what it is. It's always around for the best nights, the wins, the celebrations, to remember that nice story. Whether you're keeping it low-key with the crew or you're pulling up to a big event, 1800 fits every setting. It ain't trying too hard. It's just that. 1800 tequila, real legacy, real smooth. That's the move. True, true, true. One. My lifestyle remix with you and Kiss was something that when you was telling me about this record, because you kept telling me you're counting hard.
17:36I was like, yo, you know, my lifestyle, like it's one of the hardest pieces. Yeah. My lifestyle's a legendary. And then you played me this at Novo's over seafood soup. Over the seafood soup. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I heard it over the phone because usually the phone don't do it. No adjust. I heard it crispy. That might be. This shit sounds so hard. I want to hear like a eat. Nah, that might that might get none. Showing Jada EP. That's too good. You know, available everywhere. Okay, it's too good. It's too easy. We the best guy that has something to do with that. This shit too easy. We need an anthem.
18:19We need them anthems. We need them anthems. I ain't want to do all that to them. It's cool having a number one show with the man. They asking for it. I give it to them. I don't give a fuck. I'm cool with having a number one podcast with you, but if they want us to start collaborating, shit might get scary out there for them. I mean, first of all, listen, the man is performing a verse. Like, it's nothing we can do about it. Nothing. Is this about a verse or is this about a career? No, my shit is, I'm more OG. I'm more OG one than Anna Nobly. What? That shit, he went crazy. Do y 'all love me? like when Mitch hit a free throw.
19:08And I come and say, foul how I robbed the whole gym. No referee there. And all the corner boys got gifted the chin chillers. That mean niggas was on the corner saying, behindo and chin chillers. You said... Yo, but what's the... I'm smart, but not that smart. What's a cumulare? Summa cum laude is the highest degree you could get. You a summa cum laude of the dog head. Yo, you a funny nigga. Yo, kiss this summa cum laude. I knew it was some coming back to America shit or some shit. I said, this motherfucker talking summa cum laude. Yo, Khaled, man. It's hard being successful. You got to thank Khaled for these gifts, man.
19:57You about to fly out. He gave you flying out. Oh, no, no. I'm going with this bag right here. That's my carry. I just wanted to come get my brothers and bless my brothers. But, you know, more importantly, man, this show right here, man, it's like not only my brothers, I'm a fan. You said it early. No, but I'm a big fan of this show. You know, everybody you got on here, all the talks, all the cloth talk, it's just, I don't know how to say it. It's like, what's that word you said in your - Fluidity? No. Summa cum laude. It's a summa cum laude type of show. Yo, it's the summa cum laude. It's the top of the top, the highest grade, the cloth of the cloth.
20:34It's like this new way to best MCM merch. It's like you have to come through. You know what I'm saying? Why fight the time when you can rewind the time? Number one seller. 26:48Mainstream media is full of cruel depictions of the unhoused. Stories that shame and blame and paint the unhoused as a monolith. We the Unhoused is the podcast that's changing that. I'm Theo Henderson, creator and host. And for years, I've created a space where the unhoused and their advocates can tell their own stories. In the last few months alone, I've interviewed Unhoused parents, immigrants, mutual aid organizers, veterans, the LGBTQIA plus community and the policymakers who make the laws that impact the Unhoused existence. We Do Unhoused is a two time Webby and Signal Award winning show with many exciting guests on the horizon.
27:30Tune in this week for my interview with Dr. Jill Wittcheron, a street doctor turned influencer whose work with the Unhoused community has made a huge impact online and in her community. Listen to We The Unhoused on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Bill, why is my eye twitching? Does this mean I'm in perimenopause? Maybe I have adult ADHD. I need to look this up. Where's my phone? Juliana, your phone is hot to the touch. I think it's asking you for a break. You know what? Maybe I should just ask ChatGPT. Or maybe we can ask an actual human. Yes, like a couple sex therapist.

28:08Whoa, that escalated quickly, but okay. Because I have questions. We have questions. And I bet everyone has questions. Like, is it normal to sleep in separate bedrooms? We do that. How about this one? Is bribing your kids bad parenting or just negotiating? Oh, and I still do need to know, why was my poop green that one time? Hypothetically, right? Okay, well, instead of letting the internet guess, we've got actual people answering these exact questions. And laughing with us has got to be better than spending three hours down a rabbit hole online. Listen to Bill and Juliana. The podcast. On the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
28:52I'll tell you a funny story. Not a funny story, but a real story. I got a friend. I'm going to tell you who, Avi the Jeweler, Avi and Co. And the man told me a story today, and I had tears inside. He said, listen, in my community, there's a guy, in the Jewish community, there was a guy who was at, I think, July 4th with his family in the pool. He dove in and hit his head. He's paralyzed now. You ever seen some shit like that? Motherfucker dove in the pool. He's paralyzed. So they did a GoFundMe and he just paid whatever was offered to GoFundMe. He don't even know the guy. He said he was touched.
29:32And he says in the Jewish community, he says, when you do charity, you know, when you give back, it's the biggest blessing in the world. he said later that day they're in the Bahamas with his whole family and his little daughter's toy fell off the balcony and she tried to jump after the toy and his wife caught her she was like three quarters over the thing 12th floor some wild shit like that his wife caught her caught the baby and brought her back you know I'm usually there we usually go I usually at the Bahamas are you scared of that of that balcony like the My kids is a little busy now. Like the kids, they big.
30:15They can't go on the balcony when they was little. He felt today so spiritual. He felt like because he gave back. He did the blessing. He got the blessing. The wife caught the blessing and caught the baby. That's it. I mean, that's crazy, man. You know what I'm saying? So, you know, we always encourage everybody, whether it's your time, whether it's whatever, you know, give back. You know, we got the up and while. See, we're doing it monthly now. where we got a pantry where we feed like thousands of people out there at the UpNYC stores. So shout out to Hov's moms talking about Reasonable Doubt.
30:48She was there serving people with us. That's fine. That was really dope. You know what I'm saying? But, you know, it's a lot of people hurting out there. I'm going to serve the people. Let me know. All you got to do is chill and hopefully we catch the preacher. The guy, yeah. Oh, my God. I'm looking for this guy. I want to put him on the album. Makoom Makoom Lowry up the street preaching. He said, you think women? You think women? You think money? This! He got the Bible in his head. I'm looking at him. I said, damn. If he moved to Atlanta, he'd be the Creflo Dollar of the whole shit. He'd be getting some...
31:27That nigga have a mega church out there. That guy go to... Down South Hill had the biggest church in Texas. I went to the Brazil game. Yeah. I seen y 'all repping Rich Pops on the back of the Brazil. That was fine. You know what's crazy is a lot of people say things. You know how we never took pictures? Rich is a taking picture, motherfucker. He'll show you 88 right now. His father, because his father used to love taking... They got a million pictures in his house. They used to take pictures for anything. So I go representing Tone Pete for Brazil and Rich posters it up and he got mad pictures with his father with Pele so Rich's father owned the hardware store in Queens Pele and all the legends used to come every Saturday and get drunk in the back they get blow dig in the back getting a hammered in the back and so they was tight he put up pictures of Pele winning the chip and his father in the field with him like so they was tight but Brazil lost I'm not gonna front like I know much about soccer all I know is that when they score and they make the noise.
32:37All I know is they got the white boy. What was that nigga? What he kept telling Rocky? He said, if he die, he die. Them niggas, them Norway, they got a Drago. And I watched them because this girl was sitting there. She said, number nine. He's bigger, stronger than everybody. I said, what you mean? She said, on Norway, I locked in on him. Holy shit. That guy's a computer. He goes offense. He scored. Then he's defense. He's on you. he's chasing you down like this guy here you know how we know basketball i would have boxed him out i would have had two guys on him no i would have let somebody else beat me i don't know soccer what i do know is he would have had two guys on him at all time if he's who you keep telling me he is you saying watch number nine bang another goal like they knew he was gonna do it i'd have been on him i would have had two three guys on him at all time like they do sga I don't know if soccer worked that way.
33:35You know what I'm saying? I would have had to have somebody else beat me than that guy. But it was a great time. We went out there. We had the best time. I seen your sister there. She had a good time. She said, yo, my brother, I represent Brazil. Here's no tickets, Vic. Naldo Ben y Chocolas. You should have just went there and chilled in front of this shit, man. I could tell you one thing. Man, they know how to have fun. They bring the drums. This shit. You ever been in one of those? Hell no. You know how fucking crazy? Let me tell you something. They got the drums. And they doing some shit. Brazil.
34:11Dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun. Brazil. 60 ,000. And then you look on the other side and all the white Viking niggas is doing, roll, roll, roll. Nah, that shit is crazy, bro. I was up in there first time. I was like, yo, this shit is crazy. Yo, they at war They playing the war drums These guys are like Whoa I'm talking about thousands Of people doing the same shit I'm like, yo, it was a great time I had the best time in the world You know what I'm saying? Sorry, Brazil lost I had to go to Orlando For the OBL Tracy McGrady League The New York team We lost, it was the chip So they gave the winners$100 ,000.
35:04And so... Losers got peace to the guards. See you next year? Losers got Domino's pizza. So they came back nothing. Domino's pizza. Yeah. Fucking cup of cream of... Cream of... Cream of mushroom. Campbell's soup. Look at that cream of Campbell. That shit. That back in the... That sodium. That shit take your high. I'm not precious. 10 ,000 cream of mushroom. Them motherfuckers got nothing, huh? They got whip? You sound like they got whip. It's rounds. The shit is really dope because you can lose and win because they go by points. You just, the games is only up to seven, but you can't, your shit gotta be seven to six or four or five.
35:52You can't get seven, one, seven, six. You can't? No, because they add up the points, so you still got a chance to make it. If everybody lost 7-6, you still going to make it. Let me tell you something. I hate that. One thing about me coaching, I'm a legendary coach, guys. Joe Popovich. Bro, I'm telling you guys, I'm unbeatable. They banned me. They banned me from the NBA All-Star game as a coach. I coached two times. We won by 60 points both games. It's disgusting. Justin, it's far how I robbed the whole gym. No referee there. I need you to coach this year and let me play the whole game. Well, I got to see it.
36:34Let me shoot the light. Let me shoot the leather. You want to be like Dream with the cane? This shit. No, I ain't got to. At a certain point. It's good, my name. I'm out here. I drove around my town. I've been living in my town for about a good five years. I drove around my town and I pulled up and it said, such and such sophomore league. And I caught flashbacks. You know, I was an incredible pitcher. And I said, yo, maybe I said, you know what? I ain't throwing my shit out. Like, I ain't fucking crazy going over here trying to pitch to these young guys and busting my whole shoulder. You fuck around and keep playing, man, if you want.
37:12That's the week of warrior shit. I work out, man. I'm good. Your shit fluidity. Yeah. So a young nigga come and do this? I'm letting them go. That's my work. trying to do what you can't do I'm not trying to I'm sticking to what I know how to do let me tell you something who I know how to do it we used to play full court basketball and we'll play a crazy game like tied up and we going, going, going, going and then JB will turn around play on our team and score the basket for the other team and never you know that's a point somebody from your team. Why are they shooting the wrong? The dumb fuck.
37:57We chasing him around the whole shit. Our own guy throws the game. He starts running, laughing. Everybody, ah, you motherfucker, you piece of shit. He don't give a fuck. He don't. Man, this shit, you ever had somebody get lost in GPS all the time? That's really not supposed to happen. That's not even supposed to be a thing. You get lost in GPS? Guys, flags on the play. I need multiple. My man, Serge, man, every time I get in the car, that nigga get lost. He got me in Newark Airport. Next thing I know, I'm going home. We in Jersey City. I'm like, yo, Serge, how are we in Jersey City when we live that way?
38:45All you gotta do is 9-5 North. The GPS, the arrow went... we go to the Brazil nigga we end up like past I know Newark New Jersey so as soon as that shit start changing and niggas is out in the corners and all I say yo we live the other way what are we doing I say yo sirs please pull over please sir nigga I had to get on the ones and twos I get in the car 95 north that's it sirs guess what what we can't get lost 95 south to the bridge, 95 north. We home. Like, why does this man? We went to get, when we was going to see the Knicks, the airport is in Long Island. This guy got like a GPS, I think, that skips easy pass.
39:36So it takes you through Hollis, Queens, Supreme Team era, the Jewish section. I'm like, what the fuck are we doing? like what what happened to the LIE Serge he started laughing I said Serge why you got this he said man I spent more time with my brothers man don't worry I got more man I can't take it I don't know how you lose how you get lost ain't GPS supposed to keep you not lost right get you there quick supposed to the white party I was white I ain't fortunate to go at all Muaha party, shit. If you start doing the Dougie and all that, Now I got to look at you a different way, B. Boy, he had a great time. Oh, why you can't do the Dougie, huh? Because I've been listening to the Chronics so much lately. Snoop Dogg comes on stage. Nah, I was so high. I'm Theo Henderson, creator and host. And for years, I've created a space where the unhoused and their advocates can tell their own stories. In the last few months alone, I've interviewed unhoused parents, immigrants, mutual aid organizers, veterans, the LGBTQIA plus community, and the policymakers who make the laws that impact the unhoused existence. We The Unhoused is a two-time Webby and Signal Award winning show with many exciting guests on the horizon.
49:31Tune in this week for my interview with Dr. Jill Wittcheron, a street doctor turned influencer whose work with the unhoused community has made a huge impact online and in her community. Listen to Weavey and Howes on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
