In short
The episode of The Real Report is a celebrity-news and entertainment discussion led by Turbulence Tony and Uncle Murda. They start with condolences for SiriusXM DJ Lord Sid, then pivot to Dr. Dre becoming a billionaire after Apple’s reported $3 billion Beats deal. They also discuss NBA: Bam Adebayo scoring 83 points (noting debate about free throws and whether he should’ve passed Kobe Bryant’s 81). For music/celebrity culture, they debate whether Kanye West can be “canceled,” citing his sold-out $430M concert and strong fanbase despite reduced mainstream appeal. They cover Rihanna’s stalker: Yvonne Lisette Ortiz allegedly fired shots at Rihanna’s Beverly Glen mansion and was charged; videos show obsession. They discuss Dwight Howard’s IG drama involving alleged drug stash shown on social media. They also talk Boosie vs. Kodak Black, including Boosie calling Kodak a “crackhead” on Twitter.

Make sure y 'all like, share, subscribe, and shout out to Hard Rock better than all other sponsors we got and all that. Yo, on this one, Merc, now we gonna give a rest in peace last week, Wednesday, March 11th. Rest in peace to my man, Lord Sid, man. You know what I'm saying? Shout out to him, one of the best DJs out there. All known for Sirius Radio. Let's give a moment to silence for Lord Sid, man. Definitely, man.
4:01Tony Yayo:Yeah, the sad news came last week, murder. And you know, he had just hit me and you up in a group text, man, trying to get us to come on the show. And it was, yeah. It's always like that, man. He hit us like a couple of days last week ago, and it's crazy, man. Rest in peace to the Lord, Seer, you know, legendary Sirius XM DJ. Every time I had a project dropping, he had me on the show, called me to come up there. We always had a good time up there at Shea 45. Definitely gonna be missed. Well, I remember him being on radio with Rude Jude. Shout out to Rude Jude. Shout out to everybody at Sirius Radio, and that's like, you know, this is our second loss, big loss, besides rest in peace, K-Slay.
4:41Tony Yayo:You got Lord Sid, you know, and he just hit me in murder in the DM, you know what I'm saying? And it's crazy, man. You know, you never know. You know, that's why you think every day above ground is a good day, man. Just remember that. Rest in peace to Lord Sid. Definitely. Don't be missed, legend. Yes, condolences to everybody in this family, and condolences to everybody at Sirius XM Radio. We know how much y 'all love them over there, how much I loved him, how much Murder loved him. You know what I'm saying? Rest in peace to Lord Sid, man. Definitely, man. I even failed in for him a couple times as like a guest DJ when he wasn't available to do it, man.
5:18Tony Yayo:Oh, you failed in for him? Yeah, I failed in for him a couple times, man, at the radio. That was a good dude, man. I just feel bad. I just feel bad. That we ain't get to do the show, man. We ain't get to go get on a show with him. That's a fact. It would have been legendary to do our last show with him. He was happy about this song. He was happy about us doing this podcast. He was definitely happy. He was definitely letting me know how proud of us he was. Like, yo, that's so dope. I knew y 'all should have been, did it. So he was definitely happy for us, man. That's why everybody's out there. You never know.
5:45Tony Yayo:You know, any day above ground is a good day. You know what I'm saying? So follow your dreams and make things happen, because you never know, man. Lord Sid, we just was talking to him last week. And the DME and Murda's supposed to be on the show, but rest in peace to him, man. Rest in peace, Lord Sid. Yo, I don't even need these, man. I don't even know why. I didn't even give me these shits, man. I'm going to keep mine. I'm going to keep mine. You keep yours. We're going to go on to the next biggest story out there, man. Dr. Dre is a billionaire. Shout out to Dr. Dre, man. Okay. Shout out to Dr.
6:15Dre. Billy status. Billy status. You know me.
6:18Tony Yayo:I got so many Dr. Dre stories. We know he's supposed to be a billionaire, but I think something happened with Tyrese. I think Tyrese pulled the gun a little too fast on that one. Yeah, so he was supposed to be the first billionaire before J, but now he's officially billionaires out there. Shout out to Dr. Dre. Shout out to Interscope, Aftermath Records, Eminem, Paul Rosenberg, Jimmy Iovine. You know, I mean... What they sold their headphones for, eh? What headphones? They sold Apple. I mean, him and they sold their headphones to him and Jimmy Iovine. That's what made him become a billionaire. Oh, okay.
6:56Tony Yayo:Well, shout out to Dre. We know he's a billionaire now. And what they sold for? $3 billion They sold it for$3 billion Oh man Shout out to Dr. Dre Yo listen, my favorite Dr. Dre story Murder is First time in the studio with him And it's like the thing about Dre Is he got so much heat In the studio He'll play you 10 to 15 hard beats Had the Henny in there Had the Guido in there He got the musicians in there. It was just like, and I'm like, yo, I'm in the studio with Dr. Dre. And he was playing. He played in the club. He played Heat. He played P-I-N-P. Everything he played was like a guaranteed hit.
7:40Tony Yayo:And I heard he's still in the studio to this day now. Like, still recording and got hits that just in the vault. Because he's a billionaire already. But the dope thing about him is he still loves music. Just picture like, yo, he's just doing that as like a hobby. You know what I'm saying? So shout out to Dr. Dre, man. $3 billion deal. with Dre Beats. $3 billion deal. Shout to him and Jimmy Irving. That's a good one right there. I remember Jimmy Irving always said, you know, Dr. Dre is like the lucky rock. Like, everything, every deal with him, he's just one of them guys, man. You know what I'm saying?
8:13Yeah, he's like the lucky rock, man.
8:14Tony Yayo:You know what I'm saying? I got a chance to meet them. I think we were, we was at London. Yeah, I think we was in London. They came in the rest of the winter. We had a surprise dinner for 50 and Dre and Jimmy Irving topped up. That was dope, man. That was dope Dre, Jimmy Alvin When they in the building You know, was serious, man It's always been serious I always said Those guys are, you know Ahead of time With a lot of stuff Especially Jimmy Alvin And Dre is, you know He's a musical genius So, you know Congratulations, Dr. Dre Shout out to the whole West Side You know what I'm saying I know y 'all say the West Side The best side You know what I mean Shout out to Dr.
8:50Tony Yayo:Dre, man And like I said I had some of the best experiences Meeting Dr. Dre And being in the studio with him and Eminem. You know, it's an honor to be around guys like that, man. Yeah, that's dope, man. That's dope. That's dope, man. What are we getting to next, man? You going to get to your team man out of value last week? He had 83, man. He had, he done beat Kobe, man. He beat Kobe. You know, Kobe at 81. That was the second behind Wilt Chamberlain. So he beat Kobe. But a lot of people, you got 50-50. A lot of people was like, you know, saluting him, saying he did his thing. And then you got some people hating, saying there was too many free throws because he took, I think, 40 plus free throws you had the arm you had me along ex-husband kind of don't lose a oh my god saying that he ain't respected too much cuz it was just free throws okay but then you got some people that's happy for bear man I mean 83 points is 83 points you can't knock that you can't knock that got his only played the wizard yeah they played the with you know the Wizards is trash right now though the Wizards trash so yeah but I put that pain in man put that pain in Yeah, I mean, I mean.
9:5580 points is 80. 80 points. Shout out to Bam. Yeah, you got to give him his props.
9:59Tony Yayo:You got to give Bam his props for that because that's like legendary to pass like Kobe Bryant's 80-point score. Like that hasn't been done in like ages, man. I see a couple NBA players were saying he should have stopped. Like he shouldn't have passed Kobe. I don't know. I guess it's two ways to look at things. But I think Swaggy P said, I think he said he think Bam should have stopped. I mean, if you don't fire, you don't call. Kobe. That's crazy, man. If you can get 83 points, get 83 points. If you can read a Kobe record, rest in peace to Kobe, who wouldn't want to do that? Kobe is one of the most legendary players in the world.
10:34Tony Yayo:So for you to say that is kind of ignorant to me. You should just be happy and saluting that man. Can't find a way to hate when you get 83 points. That's how I look at that. But you know why they said that? Because towards the end of the game, it wasn't serious. like it was kind of a blowout it wasn't close and they was kind of just doing things just to make him pass Kobe like to get the record like you know to be second whatever the case may be so that's why a couple people were saying like the game was out of reach it's like they was forcing him to kind of get the record and that's why people were saying he shouldn't um pass Kobe I guess that's why a couple people were saying that I mean I ain't mad at BM go out get it shit go for I mean, I feel like, yo, you want a game where you want to be the best.
11:22Tony Yayo:So, you know, he did his thing. Like I said, all the headlines say is 83 points. We don't care how he got 83 points. I don't care if he got 40 points on the free throw line. I don't care about that. I just care that he got 83 points. Yeah, now Bam did his thing, man. So shout out to him and salute him. What's next, man? He killed the last week. He had his boo, Adrian Wilson there with him. She the WNBA MVP, too. Oh, so shout out to her, too. See? So it's in they blood, man. It is in they blood. It's in they blood. We can't hate. We got to congratulate, man. Shout the band, man. Yeah, she currently got the record in the WNBA right now for the most points active player, and he got this right now currently for the active players in the NBA.
11:56Tony Yayo:So let me ask you a question. Yeah. Do you think Kanye West could ever be canceled because, you know, he said a lot of crazy shit, but now he got this concert. How much is sold out? $430 million. After over 1 million people were in what? In queue for tickets. Here you go. Do you feel like Kanye West could never be canceled too because he got classic music? Nah, Kanye can't be canceled. I don't think he just might not be as mainstream as he once was because of the certain things he said. I mean, he got over a million people when about to. Of course, but he's not as mainstream. So how's that on mainstream?
12:31He's not as mainstream as he once was because he ain't dealing with the mainstream companies no more like that to put him out there no more. Kanye kind of be on the low. No, I get what you're saying. He just be popping up with certain things and he got a strong fan base. You know, he got a following. and people really follow Ye, but as far as the mainstream appeal he used to have, he ain't got that anymore.
12:50Tony Yayo:I know he's been from Madison Square Garden. I think Debar Clay's in certain arenas. So, I mean, I feel like he's canceled in a way, but he's not canceled when he can go overseas or go to Japan and, you know, have a million people wanting to go see his show. He does have classic music. Yeah, nah, Ye can always figure it out. But he just ain't, like, you know, how he once was, man. I mean, you think that's because of the Adidas deal? I mean, Kanye's sneaker was the most iconic sneaker out at a period of time. And then when he didn't have the Adidas deal, it just didn't feel the same. Are we all fans of Kanye music?
13:23Tony Yayo:Yes. Are we fans of sneakers? Yes. I had Kanye's on, I believe, in one of the episodes. You know what I'm saying? Still got the sneakers. They're comfortable. How many times have you wore the 350s? Yeah, of course. How long have we wore the 350s on them Jets? Shout out to the Yeezys. We can't hate on a sneaker. I just feel like, you know, he kind of dropped the ball on some of them deals. and we wish he still was with Yeezy. And we did want to see him do the Louis Vuitton deal. But Virgil got it and now Pharrell got it. And it's not bad, you know? And we did want it. We was excited about him with the gap deal.
13:52Tony Yayo:Anything I think he do is exciting. People get excited. But we always try to support Ye. I think he just recently said something about the drugs and the car crash was just messing with him, man. Yeah, someone was messing with his brain. I think he said someone was messing with his brain from the drugs to the car crash still. So hopefully Ye get that help, man. Remember I was in the studio with Ye years ago, man. My first time in Kanye West, I was in the studio with Dr. Dre, and I didn't even know who he was. Oh, look at that. I didn't even know who he was. So for me, it'd be crazy because I seen his career blossom.
14:25Tony Yayo:That was my first time in L.A., studio with Dr. Dre, 50 signed a deal, get Richard Dott trying, and Kanye West was, I think he was trying to pitch a record. So he was in 58. I don't think 50 knew who he was either at that point, but shout out to Kanye. I seen him come a long way, man. Yeah, I remember I met Kanye through, I think I went to the studio one time to, I forgot who I went to meet, but I wound up running into L 'Oreal. I think I went to meet Akon back in the days, but I wound up running into L 'Oreal, and I went to be Wyclef. I think I went to be Wyclef, matter of fact, and I ran into L 'Oreal.
15:00Tony Yayo:Who's L 'Oreal? L 'Oreal, she do radio now too. She used to be in New York. She was messing around with Envy. She used to be doing music. She used to be doing music and all that shit. Gloria, so. Yeah, Kanye was staying in Jersey back in the day. I went to her, it was actually a studio in the city. I went to her and there was kicking, I guess Kanye. I went to him, I was leaving the studio and I saw Ye. And I'm like, oh, see Ye, what up man? Yo, Uncle Murray. He's like, oh yeah, I know who you is, yo. Jay should have kept you, man. I always told Jay he should have kept you. You wanted to do Jay should have kept, man, real talk.
15:35I'm like, oh, I'm surprised you even though my music, that's what I'm saying. He's like, yo, now I'm up on you, man. You be talking that shit, man. Yo, word, love. So I kept it moving, walked left. I get a call from L 'Oreal, cause he was in the spot where he was, I'm leaving the spot, he walking in. I guess he was there. She called me like, yo, yo, you just saw Kanye? I'm like, yeah. She's like, yo, he wants you to come to her studio. Can I give him your number? I'm like, of course you can give Kanye my number. She gave him my number. I went to go meet him at some, I'm like, he had me go to some, some like exclusive studio in the city, just working on some music.
16:08Tony Yayo:This was before the wire or after the wire? Through the wire. Oh, this is, man, this was after that. This is way after that. See, I met him before the wire. He took me to like an exclusive studio. I guess he had like Mary J used to record there, like Beyonce, it was like, Puffman was there. The dude that used to hold the umbrella. Right. But he was there and all that. Well, it was kind of dope. He had me working on some records and all that. then I wound up playing a record where I had talked about Kim Kardashian in the record and a whole bunch of things. And he was rocking with the record. I ain't gonna lie, he was rocking with it.
16:42We was actually supposed to do some things, Jay. Like, he was rocking with the record. I think, what was the name of the record I had at that time, man? But I had mentioned Tony. I know Jay was rocking with the record, had me working on some records for him. Met Big Sean in the studio and all that. Yo, bro, I got so many Kanye stories. Shout out to Jay and Ranger.
16:59Tony Yayo:Like the 50 verse Kanye story was crazy is Kanye was going to do something on 50 album. We went to the studio. We heard records and shit. Kanye was playing records, but he wasn't playing the album. So fast forward, you know, because, you know, 50 is the marketing plan. Def Jam, I think he was on Def Jam at that time. So 50 sold the most records. So, you know, 50 is always the marketing plan since way back. You know what I'm saying? So Def Jam, I guess, you know, one of the battles. to make it 50 version. Even though it was the biggest selling week in hip hop, I think Kanye did like 950, probably did like 800.
17:36Tony Yayo:I don't know the numbers back then, but it was something like that in that range. So we going to do the Rolling Stones shoot. So it's me, Light the Barber, Shelter Light Barber, the best Barber in the fucking world. That's 50 Barber. And Kanye had his Barber, right? So I think me and Light, we pulled up. So Kanye was in the car, but he was bumping some shit. He was bumping some shit. We like, what the fuck? The beat was sounding crazy and shit. So we go inside. Don't pay it no mind. He kind of like turned it down a little bit when he seen niggas, I guess. But it was, you know what I'm saying? So we go in there.
18:11Tony Yayo:50 about it, get his cut. Light pull out the regular robe, black robe. And this is when Kanye was the Louis Vuitton done. Yo, his barber pulled out the fucking Louis robe. The Louis Clippers. Fifth was like, man, I got to get Light some shit, man, after that. That shit was just funny because he was strategic. Like, we was in the studio with him, but he ain't play. He ain't play nothing. But it was two fire albums, man. Like, 50 Hot I Get Money and other hits. And, you know, he had that shit with Jeezy. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Because, you know. Wait till I get my money. Definitely a creative nigga, man.
18:44Tony Yayo:I've been in the studio with him when he wasn't, like, blown up before The Wire. And I've been in the studio with him after he blew up. Facts. And then, you know, shout out to him and 50 because that's still one of the biggest weeks of hip-hop. Rolling Stones shut down, showdown. I got that in my house, that plaque right there. Because I remember that moment, and it was like nostalgic. You know what I'm saying? That was fire. That was a big time in hip hop right there, man. That was fire. Yo, Merc, man, light up, light up, man. Light up. This the real report, you know, and we're going to talk about our man, Dylan Brooks.
19:15Tony Yayo:Yo, Dylan Brooks, shout out to Dylan Brooks. That's my man. But when the cops pull you over and say, it smells like a dispensary in your car, that's wild. That's how my car be smelling, man. You know what I'm saying? And now I think smoking in your car is like a misdemeanor. So for all the smokers out there, you know, don't smoke in your car. You know what I'm saying? Shout out to Dylan Brooks, though. I know we was in Vegas with him a while ago. Yeah, we was in Vegas with him. My boy was turnt up in there. He was chilling in the club. He was in Drea's. That motherfucker's so tall, motherfuckers had to stand up on the couch to make the picture make sense.
19:49To, like, even talk to him.

22:59Tony Yayo:Yo, what you think about? What's that? Yo, shout out to ASAP and Rihanna, man. God bless you and your kids. You know, I know some crazy stalker. Shout out to Crib. Yeah, that was crazy, man. I mean, do you think artists should just get bulletproof windows and shit like that, man? You know what I mean? Shit, maybe after hearing that crazy story right there. What was the whole reason? Like, why? She's just crazy and has an obsession with Rihanna and crew. Oh, crazy? Yeah, it's that bad. But she fired shots into her mansion in Beverly Glen. So she just got charged. Did it hit anything like the window or anything?
23:30Tony Yayo:It didn't hit nothing, right? It doesn't say where exactly it hit, but she definitely just got let off on bail. I mean, God bless Rihanna. Yeah, definitely, man. With kids, man. With kids in the house, that's crazy. Something to go through and, you know, shout out to all the artists. because, you know, being an artist is the hardest thing in the world. You got to deal with some crazy stalkers that you don't even know about. That's crazy, man. I guess we all got to get these bulletproof windows, man. Shout out to Rihanna, A$AP, though. God bless them. Do you guys think that people protect celebrities enough?
23:56Because let me just give you an example. They just set her bail at$10 million, then they lowered it down to$1.8 billion. I mean,
24:05Tony Yayo:I don't think her ass is going to come up with$1.8 million. She made bail, right? I don't know. She didn't make bail. We just hanging over from 10 million to 1.8. I mean, you know, she don't got no money. They probably figured out she don't got no job. She ain't getting out of jail, man. That's her? That's her right there. She looks crazy, man. Her name is Yvonne Lisette Ortiz. Oh, Ivana, Ivana, is that Ortiz? Lisa. Had multiple videos on social media in recent months rambling about Rihanna. One video posted on January 4th that the video Ortiz heard saying, listen to Rihanna when you die. God is taking me to my future. Yeah, she wants to kill me. Shut the fuck up.
