In short

Kinda Funny Games Daily covers GTA 6 rollout rumors (no review copies, delayed pre-orders), PlayStation Plus price hikes, Xbox rebranding capitalization, Rocksteady’s co-development credit on LEGO Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight, and new PS5 player-count widgets; they also discuss recent impressions of RPGs like Zero Parades and Esoteric Ebb.

Guests/backgrounds

Host Blessing at AEA Jr. is joined by Andy Cortez (Nitro Rifle). The episode also references other studio members (Roger, Barrett, Tim, Nick, Elissa, Joey, Greg) but they aren’t formal guests in this segment.

Key claims (GTA 6)

Insiders say GTA 6 pre-orders aren’t opening Monday; review copies won’t be sent to journalists/content creators. Rockstar may run a secure review event to prevent leaks. Discussion notes this could be leak-control rather than marketing.

Notable examples

PS Plus one-month Essential starts at $10.99 and three-month at $27.99 in select regions. PS5 Welcome Hub beta shows top 10 most-played/trending games by country (e.g., Fortnite 14.6M, GTA 5 5.13M weekly players). Rocksteady credited with ~24 developers on LEGO Batman.

1:48Blessing Adeoye Jr.:yo what's up welcome to kind of funny games daily for monday may 18th 2026 i'm your host blessing at aea jr joining me is the nitro rifle andy cortez good morning blessing a lot of scuttlebutt in the office about but people are hurting this morning yeah what's going on we talked about it on friday me and roger there was a field day that one of our friends was throwing and a handful of us from the studio went right it was me it was roger it was barrett tim and nick and there was a lot of physical activity that went down okay yeah at this field day to which me and roger talked about like man we're scared that somebody's gonna get hurt or injured and i'm happy to report that nobody from the kind of funny crew got injured yes yeah yeah we all we made it through all right did everybody who went make it through absolutely no no elissa foresee that even though she couldn't make field days she still packed a an emergency kit because she knew yeah there's a bunch of 30 year olds 30 plus year olds our bodies are different now yeah exactly exactly and uh and that did come in handy quite a few times i'm still feeling it i'm hurting everywhere when we went to go watch top gun in 40x tim was very concerned sitting next to me before you'd gotten there and said there's you know we're doing a big this big field day activity thing and we're i'm not ready for this and i said no you're not like you're not only is this going to be a lot of people that don't work out very often it's going to be people that don't move at all yeah yeah and so like you know granted there's a lot of people that go on walks with their dogs and things like that but to ask those bodies to suddenly get into fast twitchy needing to move things yeah your body's gonna hurt in ways that you just don't really expect and like for the record right it's our friend yusuf who threw this field day and yusuf is a an athlete of a man probably the most fit person that i personally know right so it's him putting on these events and so for him he's like i want to do it all and you said also like happy birthday to him last year like was going through having cancer and all these things and so this birthday kind of doubles as the idea of i want to be able to be physical and use my body while i still have it right and do all these things and so he's like i'm going hard he did uh what i'm trying to think through the events we're gonna probably talk about this on the kind of funny podcast but we did tug of war we did capture the flag we did steal the turkey bacon which i have never done that before the turkey bacon is what it was called yeah i think it's usually called steal the bacon but you said doesn't eat pork and a handful of people that don't eat pork so we're like you steal a turkey bacon um we did a water balloon toss we did like an air a paper airplane uh throw activity where you just had to make the best paper airplane and make it gold the furthest which is fun i sat out for that because i'm trash really at paper airplanes yeah i was like put me into like the capture the flags i'll do the physical you mean the spelling bee the spelling bee we still haven't done yet he might have sat out for the paper airplanes but let me just say bless was definitely one of the MVPs throughout the day.

4:57Way to go. He was getting after it for sure. I was getting after it, but I'm regretting it now because everything hurts. Like muscles that I didn't know could hurt her. And I'm somebody who like, I am one of the people that goes to the gym consistently. I was telling Tim when he came in, I was like, Tim, I thought that like, I thought I was past being sore from doing physical things because I've been pretty good about going to the gym all the time. And let me tell you, I woke up today being like, I don't know I didn't know these muscles existed. Yeah, you're just doing things differently that your body's been used to.

5:30Yeah, and it's also like longer. If you just said, let's celebrate by going to the gym and doing the workouts you already do, totally fine. Yeah, it'd be okay. But I think the cap to the flag really pushed me. And it's also like over a longer stretch of time too. Because like how long are you going to the gym for realistically, right? Yeah, I'm there for like an hour. An hour, hour and a half. Whereas like we were like I left at four to get back into the city. But that's still like from noon to roughly four. or we're like constantly like getting up and being physical. exactly. But it was a really fun time.

5:58I'm sure we'll talk about it more on kind of funny podcast, but yeah, it hurts right now, guys, everything. Well, I hope you recover quickly. I hope you recover soon. I hope so too. We'll be playing hoops very soon. Listen, I'm so down for hoops. I think I'm ready. That wreck, wreck the basketball team. Come on, sign me up. Let's do, let's do it. I'm down. Let's do it. But a league where like people aren't that serious, you know? Oh, for sure. Yeah. More like casual, you know? God, how about them Spurs, baby? Tonight, game one. Come on. Game one, OKC Thunder Western Conference Finals. Come on.

6:32God, I can't wait. Remember, this is a show about video games.

6:35Blessing Adeoye Jr.:And if you're watching live, you can be a part of the show by super chatting in over on YouTube.com slash kindoffunnygames. Just like nobody has done yet, but you can write in. Let us know what you're thinking about the stories that we're talking about today. And we couldn't do this without our producers over on Patreon.com slash kindoffunny. So thank you to Carl Jacobs, Omega Buster, and Delaney the Psalm Twining. For now, let's begin with what is and forever will be the Roper Report. It's time for some news. We have six stories today. A baker's dozen! Speaking of six, story number one, GTA 6 pre-orders are not opening Monday.

7:17Blessing Adeoye Jr.:That is today. This article is from a little bit earlier. and review copies won't be sent to press. That's according to insiders. I am reading from Alessio Palumbo at WCCF Tech. Following the discovery of an affiliate Best Buy email suggesting GTA 6 pre-orders will open on Monday, May 18th, the millions of fans of Rockstar's blockbuster franchise have already prepared their digital wallets in anticipation. However, according to Tom Henderson, while the affiliate email is legitimate, nothing is actually happening until July or August. during the latest Insider Gaming Weekly podcast. He said, quote, Yeah, we said this for the longest time, right?

7:54Blessing Adeoye Jr.:I think we've all said that we believe we're not going to get anything tangible until July, August, especially August, when their earnings call is going to be. I think one of the important things about this email is that it was legitimate in the sense that it was sent by Impact. Like, it was a legitimate email sent by Impact. I believe that people have reached out to Best Buy and Impact to try and get comment. They're not giving comment, which is perfectly understandable. I wouldn't want to give comment with Take-Two breathing down my neck with lawyers or whatever. But that email was legitimate.

8:26Blessing Adeoye Jr.:Now, does that mean that they planned to have the trailer and then it got pushed back and then that email got sent out anyway? Was this a mistake? We simply do not know. And that's the end of the quote. That's not the only rumor we got this weekend. According to a Brazilian journalist who has worked for major websites such as Omelette and UOL, Rockstar Games won't be sending any review copies to journalists or content creators. Instead, they're preparing a review event to prevent leaks and will send people to a secure location where they can play GTA 6. A similar comment was made during the aforementioned Insider Gaming Weekly podcast YouTuber Newkov, although it sounded more like speculation than a certainty born out of a solid source.

9:11Blessing Adeoye Jr.:Quote, There will be no previews of GTA 6. There will be no review copies sent out. There will be nothing. end quote i can't wait to go to this event that's all i can think about that thing is yeah indy's still in front of the line for us yes because you won that one episode of counterfeudy month ago that we've already forgotten about so excited a lot of this is i think in the realm of speculation and take with a grain of salt however i think it's an interesting conversation to have which is how are they going to handle this how are they going to handle reviews of gta 6 do we even i'm of the mind that like i'm of two minds because i think video games video game releases should always have reviews that's where i'm at i think especially for the consumer who wants to see the quality of a thing before they commit to buying it on day one right i think it's beneficial for everybody involved to have review copies on the other hand if i'm looking at rockstar i'm looking at take two if i'm looking at gta 6 i'm looking around the office and going i mean do we need it do we need to do reviews do we need the press do we need the press we're gta motherfucking six yeah we're kind of in silksong territory right when before silksong comes out it's not only the the notion that we are not sending out review copies because why we'll just come out we have the hype we have our own built-in marketing train that's been happening every year when silksong isn't shown we market it ourselves essentially that the audience markets it for us but it was also the idea of them saying we need to honor our backers on kickstarter we need to honor them so they get the game so that other people aren't getting the game before them right yeah and that was mainly the spirit behind their rollout with rockstar it's different right you're not necessarily going well we want the fans to have the first experience it's just at this point it's kind of just them going we could do whatever we want yeah and if we release this game for everybody at the same time reviews be damned it doesn't really matter our marketing is not affected by that i would almost think that they'd worry more about leaks than they do about yeah review copies out there totally yeah which is like which makes sense for wanting to do an event as opposed to sending out codes that is the part that i completely believe even though i'm taking this whole article with a grain of salt i believe the idea that they would want to do an event just for the leak aspect of it because i don't think i don't think press would be enough to hurt gta 6 at all in the same way that like i don't think press reviews are going to be enough to like even help it right i think press reviews are just a service to hey we do this like it's a traditional thing that every game does and so let's have reviews that way we can get all the 10 out of 10s have that extra marketing beat and all that stuff even though like we probably don't need it but we believe it'll only help because the game i'm sure from their perspective is going to be that quality do you think this is a situation where gta 6 looks at take two and says is there a possibility to do a review rollout or something like that that is extremely extremely limited yes we send out to the largest uh we only send out to like yeah game spot well you know a variety whatever right say like ijen a um washington post or like who are the i'm not even thinking i think the only gaming outlet if you're going to be exclusive would-be IGN and then they go to like New York Times or some shit like that.

12:31And I would say that mainly to control possibilities of leaks. Like I think right now they're going through all of those options that if, hey, we're not sending out to Joe Schmo in his basement reviewing games or people like kind of funny that don't have the pool like the larger review sites or whatever. And in that way it helps us control our internal, our game a lot more because we're not sending it out to everybody who could easily just share their video to somebody on discord or whatever right we are controlling it as much as possible yeah i could for i could for sure see that i i think on the flip side i keep going back and forth on like the send it or not send it thing i do think it depends on what you have obviously they've been working on this game for an extremely long time we all expect it to be quality but nothing is for sure right like we don't we won't know for sure until until we know but if i'm on the inside of rockstar if i'm on the inside of take two and by the time we get to that finish line we look at the game and we're like this is the most immaculate version of what this is i think i still think you do an event because i i'm sure they they care a lot about leaks but i think you invite everybody i think you try to get as many of those 10 out of 10s as possible so that you can use that i think that's a good marketing beat i know again you don't need it but i think it's a great one to have when it is like hey and it's lived up everybody agrees rock gta 6 the highest reviewed game of the year or whatever you want to frame it i think that i i do think that helps to some extent it's so odd to think about obviously take two has published many games since the last big rock star game which is red dead redemption 2 but it's a completely different landscape it's a totally different games industry since the last big rockstar release yeah you know in 2018 may as well have been two decades ago right like it's it's almost a full-ass decade ago to where rockstar released something under the the more traditional way of releasing a video game that i feel like we're just in a different day and day and age where there are so many different influencers and so many different avenues of how you would release a game that rockstar can kind of do it in a brand new way nowadays like they don't have to go the traditional route and they have the clout they have the name yeah they have that power that they can kind of do whatever the hell they want and i don't think it's really going to hurt them at the end of the day 100 now would a bunch of 10 out of 10s help of course yeah but i i they're in a they're in a very peculiar situation and i would love to see how take two and rockstar eventually end up handling this um where do you think we land on next trailer pre-orders i know um i think tom henderson here was talking about july or august because august is like when those financial talks are happening um do you think what do you think happened here with the affiliates getting the link as well right like or getting the the notice that hey this is happening today do you think that was a plan that got shifted i i mean I would have to assume, this is pure speculation, I would have to assume that there were some scheduled things that went unnoticed.

15:55But then another part of my brain goes, but it's a rock star release. How can you not? The idea that there was supposed to be something and then something got delayed, therefore those dates had to change. you know i would like to think that that's just an innocent mistake of hey we had some stuff scheduled that needed to be edited that we forgot to go back and edit and then the other side of my brain goes yeah but this is like a this is a rockstar game that's a really important thing to forget to you know change the date on or whatever yeah i don't know man this it's such a it's such a weird one because all eyes have been on rockstar and what they have been doing and you know whether the game will get delayed or something like that i i it's so odd to me that this was still able to go out without anybody being checked on it you know yeah i mean i'm sure behind the scenes they're getting checked behind the scenes rockstar calling them up like hey man hey fucker yeah they're calling them all kinds of names like hey don't do that like yeah but like after the fact you know like the fact that it was still able to happen and somebody and this wasn't you know again i would like to assume that this is just somebody missing one thing in a list of a bunch of things that they have to do to make sure yeah that that thing doesn't that that posting doesn't go out but uh you know on the flip side i just feel like it's such a big monumental thing to just sort of slip your mind you know what i mean i i'm trying to plan it out in my head of like what does what does that marketing rollout look like because i think you have at least i'm gonna say at least three trailers before launch three i'm including but that's including the launch trailer okay i'm including the launch trailer because i think you have another single player trailer that is more welcome to the world of vice city or gta 6 like that overview trailer to show you all the different things that are going to be happening in the world and then i also think you're going to get an online trailer that is welcome to the world of gta online so that's trailers one and two where and when do they drop that's the question for me of like i could see one in either july or august for a single play for like the single player overview and then one this game's coming out in november let's say one in hmm let's say one in october that's the online one that gives us also like the date of when online is going to launch okay and then launch day or like a launch trailer let's say the week of okay so you're saying that if we get an online trailer that's not necessarily saying that online is dropping no they have i'm of the mind that online comes out a month later okay i would say that we have one more trailer and the game comes out and maybe at the end of it there's a little message that says like something about online soon yeah like i i don't know if we if we would take a bite out of that quite this soon because i don't know if it drops just a month a month later i guess i feel like everything's just been getting pushed back and i feel like every whatever is in their development cycle this is again just pure speculation this is not me saying anything of you know that i've heard anything or whatever it just feels like everything being pushed back has caused all of these like this ripple effect throughout all of its development that I don't feel like if online when online happens I don't see it happening until sometime next year I'm gonna I'm gonna adjust my adjust my forecast and say two months because it coming on November does actually really make put it in a weird place for online because I don't think you're gonna drop online in the last couple weeks of December like that's just too that's not a great time I could see it in January I just don't think you sit on it for that long I think online is such an important component for gta and i think it's one that they want to get rolling earlier because that's also going to take time to build and adjust and like i'm sure it's going to have a bunch of bugs and run weird if it's like anything like gta 5 online that shit's not going to be completely functional until maybe a month or so after it actually comes out i think that's what they're trying to avoid oh go ahead uh sorry on the other end though like if they I feel confident that it could launch even a little bit better than GTA 5 online.

20:11I think there is something to be had of, however they're monetizing it, whatever the shark card equivalent of GTA 6 online is, I think there's something to, you know, tantalizing for them to drop that in December where it's like getting a, getting a shark card for your kid is not going to be like the, the usual crazy holiday shopping that you need to take care of before Black friday kind of thing right and that is their bread and butter when it comes to gta online is how they monetize it i think if that happens then we're talking about two weeks after the game comes out which i don't think is impossible because that's what they did for gta 5 like if i correct me chat gta 5 online was two weeks after gta 5 launch red dead redemption 2 online i believe was a month after launch i think that's the kind of window we're working and both were really rough launches and i think they're okay with that because i think no matter what it's going to be a rough launch i think that's just online video games man i don't know if you can do that a third time in a row like i my my counter argument is that they did it for gta 5 and it's the most successful video game of all time like i don't think a rough launch is going to dictate how it does long term i think that's i think that is them being like we got we just got to jump in the pool and see what it's like when when millions and millions of people get their hands on it yeah like when 10 million people jump into an online ecosystem there's possible impossible to manage all that yeah yeah we'll see i i there's a part of me that does hope that they have learned over the past 15 years of how to not launch a game and yeah how to launch something that is way more functional than the than the prior iterations because they've they've dealt with it they've they've seen what server load could be they hopefully there have been a lot of lessons learned and we're when i when i talk about a bugged launch hopefully it's half the severity of what we've seen with the past uh couple of iterations with their online efforts but i i think it would still be a bummer for this thing to launch holiday season you know get ready for gta online and it's just a mess and people can't log on like i think that's such a bad look maybe you're right that like you launch it earlier so that by the time Christmas comes around, it is way more functional.

22:31Stabilized a little bit. What I'd want to do, this is a pitch for a kind of funny Gamescast episode that's actually going to take some work. So maybe it doesn't happen because we never have time. But I'd want to hop back into GTA Online for GTA 5 and come up with either a bullet point list or a PowerPoint. That is, here are all of my requests. I'd want to do it with you and Mike and you as my online gaming correspondence to be like what does gta 6 online need to be amazing in 2026 because gta 5 online you know going back even in 2013 honestly was far from perfect but was able to grow still it was so novel though it was novel i love i thought it was still such a neat experience to just run around and play the game and experience the chaos with friends dude you're talking i played i played and love gta 4 online right and so like when you go from playing gta 4 online to them playing gta 5 online that shit felt like a revolution to me yeah i could not believe the game you're telling me i can buy an apartment you tell me i can have a garage and own all these cars right and like go on heists and do all this shit like i can just live in this world that was the coolest thing ever for me and it delivered on so much of that stuff nowadays i think it's not as i'm not gonna say it's not impressive because i still think gta 5 online is impressive it's just not modern anymore and i think there are so many ways to modernize it and that's the conversation i want to have with you and mike of like how do you modernize this i mean we'll see what they do with the with the role-playing efforts you know yeah with gta acquired some of that stuff yeah and how how popular that still is to this day um with people getting online and living out their fantasies of just being a you know taxi driver or whatever it may be in that world i would love that actually yeah it's gonna be a taxi driver and just go i'm excited let's move on to story

24:24Blessing Adeoye Jr.:number two sony is raising short subscription prices for playstation plus this is jay peters at the verge sony is hiking the starting price of one month and three month playstation plus subscribe the subscriptions in select regions blaming ongoing market conditions beginning may 20th one month subscriptions will start at ten dollars and 99 cents while three month subscriptions will start at$27.99. In the US, the changes result in a$1 price increase for one-month essential tier subscriptions and a$3 increase for a three-month essential tier subscription. It's unclear if other PS Plus tiers will see price hikes as well.

25:02Blessing Adeoye Jr.:PlayStation didn't immediately reply to a request for comment. If you're a current subscriber, prices will stay the same for you, except in Turkey and India, according to Sony, unless you change your subscription tier or let your sub lapse the playstation plus price hikes followed two recent price increases for ps5 consoles sony said its april ps5 price hike was due to continue to quote continued pressures in the global economic landscape and quote andy when will the continued pressures in the global economic landscape end dude it's when we see the the prices on everything going up you expect it for hardware things.

25:46Yeah. Now we're just, come on. You gotta monetize the, what was the quote, Barrett? Do you remember the exact wording? Come on. We gotta monetize the existing player base. I think that's what it was. Yeah, I think, I also confused it with the Lord of the Rings exploit this IP. What a fantastic quote. Now, as we've been talking on Games Daily for the past many months, for the past year and a half, about anything physical going up. I also mentioned that Christopher, during a game business podcast, then mentioning collector's editions and any physical items, a lot of publishers not wanting to fuck with that just because of tariffs and the prices of shipping and how that's getting a lot tougher.

26:29So, like, collectible statues and all that sort of shit is going to become a lot more rare for the next year or so. And then, of course, the price of RAM, the memory loss, the RAMpocalypse. all of that stuff while i don't love it and i still feel like it's most likely being milked for more than what it's actually worth it's justifiable because we know why not that i'm saying it's like okay or whatever it's just like whenever i see anything hardware wise going up i go yep data centers and ai and everybody buying you can draw the direct line yeah and the fact that crucial is no longer selling to consumers and it's all just a whatever but now when we're talking about just online uh subscriptions okay it's like all right guys yeah now you're really being fucking assholes like that doesn't really seem super necessary and and i look at something like playstation plus and i go damn you could just play for free online on pc yeah and it's it's such a dude i've been it's such a weird archaic business that it's it just it reminds me of the fact that you know several years ago when we would hear about america online still making millions off of people that never canceled their subscription this is one of those things where it's like you're still charging people to play online huh yeah that's kind of a crazy thing pc is radicalizing me because i i think this is the generation where i felt that the most is these prices have gone up where i'm like why do i play games online on playstation again like why am i playing why am i buying my fighting games on playstation when i can play online for free on pc and like the only reason i personally am paying for ps plus nowadays is for the online connectivity and i guess cloud saves because cloud saves i believe are ps plus yeah they baked that into it uh a few years back i think or maybe it was always a part of i think it might have always been because yeah if they if they figured out the cloud save situation if that was free then i think i'll just cancel my ps plus at this point same i'm also speaking from a place of privilege obviously i know many people play the monthly games and like i'm we get codes for things so i'm not really looking for more games to play and so i'm acknowledging that i am in a place of privilege with that but even still it's like yeah like these prices are keep getting higher i know this isn't like the high this is a dollar price range a price raise for new people on a specific tier and so it's not like the end of the world kind of thing but it is additive when you think of the fact that they've raised ps plus prices not that long ago to a bigger extent and it also makes me look at the hardware that just went up the hardware also just went up yeah it makes me look at xbox and i'm like yo they just they just lowered xbox game pass maybe that's an argument for me to go to look at that side more and go maybe maybe this is the move here it's just the it's the continued nickel and diming that's going to continue to push consumers and away and make them look for alternate ways to get their entertainment yeah when you what once the consumer feels like they are being fucked with that then you need to pull back as a as a company and say okay we need to similar to what you know asha sharma just did like you just mentioned or asha sharma what you just mentioned uh xbox doing with lowering the price now granted that's still not the best price still expensive yeah it's like hey we went from 20 to 30 everybody gets mad and you go all right 23 well that's still a three dollar increase but it feels better as a consumer to go oh they are listening um i i don't i think if you continue this nickel and diming thing when you are a company that is continuing to show how much success that you're having then it just feels really bad as as a consumer in a let me just check this in a global economic landscape that are continually pressuring you and your income yeah people are hurting out there man and you're also making them hurt in the wallet when they're just trying to be entertained as opposed to their you know full tank of gas going from 40 to 65 dollars yeah or their rent going up or their what you know it's the groceries are now up you know up the wazoo it's like things are continuously getting bad to put a price increase on something like this that is not hardware related it's like all right well well fuck you guys then yeah um we're talking about playstation raising prices what i've had told you that xbox is raising the letters wow it raises wow that's good we'll talk about it after a word from our sponsors do you smell it in the air it's review season 32:00Blessing Adeoye Jr.:and we're back story number three after a fan poll microsoft's new games boss is rebranding xbox to xbox that's xbox uh with the capital x and lowercase b o x to xbox all capitalized letters this is from andy robinson at video games chronicle microsoft's new gaming ceo has seemingly rebranded xbox for the second time in weeks earlier this week asha sharma pulled fans on her x account about whether microsoft's gaming arm should be known as xbox or the all caps version Xbox. After receiving over 19 ,000 votes, the latter capitalized version won out with 64%, and Sharma shared an image of the official Xbox account renamed Xbox.

32:46Blessing Adeoye Jr.:The small yet notable change comes weeks after Sharma rebranded Microsoft's gaming division, previously known as Microsoft Gaming, back to simply Xbox. The exec also changed the Xbox logo to a classic green color and one of many moves aimed at winning over fans i see a lot of people saying this is something like elon shit and while super funny at least asha sharma's following the rules of the poll because if you remember five years ago or so yeah when elon bought twitter he was like should i sell twitter should i like give should i make somebody else in charge and everybody was like yes and he didn't follow that yeah so fuck him at least she like followed that but i do gotta for a second just talk some shit because I saw a tweet from the one and only Paris Lilly.

33:35He was like, I was at a party this weekend and some kids were talking about Xbox and in the sentence he all capped Xbox. Alright, you company man. You don't gotta do that. You don't have to all cap it. I think I saw him in the replies though. He stands by. He's an all caps guy. You don't gotta all cap. You're not. Come on. He's an all caps. He supports the all, which I'll be honest because I'm of three minds. I got three opinions on this oh wow he really did it he all when you put when you pull up the tweet it does kind of stand out but also we all kept ps6 yeah because that just looks better but it's like and playstation is intercapped it's like you know well we're not you know this isn't one of those uh like whenever we do a sponsor thing and they're like make sure you say the full name of the company don't do use the short shortened version because that's not you know whatever okay paris this is what i need from you here we read point blank if you can scroll through paris's twitter shilly go through paris's twitter and see like where he's mentioned xbox before because maybe he's always capped it maybe see if he like recently did a lower investigative journalism because here's my thing right my first opinion i love paris i'm talking shit my first opinion is that like you know who cares like it's whatever this isn't a real news story all that shit right my second opinion is that it should be lowercase oh okay it should be lowercase just like paris lily has it lowercase here wow may 14th that was four days ago now he's changing it man you know that was four days ago paris i'll be honest with you though i do think it looks a lot better all capped i don't like the way it looks i i never really really yeah i never really loved the the capital x lowercase b yeah maybe intercap no we shouldn't know what like xb capitalized then ox no we can't what if we just left the o i'm a fan of capital x b and i don't know why i think it's just been like that yeah that's how you're used to seeing it written out that way although now i'm seeing yeah people in chatter are spelling it out i don't like the capital x b people are just doing capital x and capital x which i could get behind oh wasted bandwidth is a good one with the lowercase spelling it out like it's a an aol username back in the day with like lowercase x in the beginning and then xbox and then lowercase oh i like that i like that i like people who are just capitalizing the b and the o um but yeah i'm lowercase i'm lowercase b-o-x guy uh and in my third opinion is that like why are we having twitter dictate branding decisions i know it's not like a i know this is like not a big deal branding decision i just think twitter is terrible yeah i uh Twitter should not have the ability to dictate any decision at a company.

36:20I think anytime Asha Sharma tweets out anything, I'm like, you have to know who's replying to you. You gotta know who the supposed allies are that are replying to you. Yeah. Because those same allies that are loving you for the decision you just made probably said the most heinous shit two weeks ago. Yes. About like a race of people. i cannot open twitter without saying yeah the most heinous shit yeah and i'm not saying that if you're on twitter you're doing that stuff obviously because yeah plenty of people are on you're on twitter yeah yeah you know plenty of people are on twitter being normal people but also like when you're crowdsourcing from twitter that's where i'm like oh yeah i don't

37:00Blessing Adeoye Jr.:know about that one yeah yeah let's move on to story number four arkham dev rocksteady is credited as a co-developer on the new lego batman game this is jordan midler at ign original arkham series developer rocksteady is credited as a co-developer on lego batman legacy of the dark knight batman legacy the dark knight is the latest lego game from tt games in the fourth lego batman game in this iteration players explore an open world gotham and take down enemies using combat or using a combat and stealth system very reminiscent of the batman arkham series now following the completion of the game during the review period vgc can reveal that the similarities extend to the development team itself with rocksteady being listed as a co-developer on the project according to the credits of lego batman legacy the dark knight around 24 developers from rock steady contributed to the game a producer designer and several senior programmers are and artists from rock steady worked on the latest lego title warner brothers games montreal developers of gotham knights and batman arkham origins is also credited on the project of course after this episode of kind of funny games daily we have a games cast that's going to be our review of lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight.

38:10Blessing Adeoye Jr.:I don't know who's on that. I think it's Barrett, Greg, and more people, I imagine. You're not on that. Are you on that? No. Tim and Joey. Tim and Joey. This sounds right because, you know, when Greg comes back from that preview, he had mentioned this just feels like Lego Arkham. This feels like a Lego Arkham game made by Rocksteady. So that's awesome. Totally makes sense to hear that they were a part of it because of how core to the story that that gameplay loop is. you know it's so cool seeing the trailer reveal trailer for this game and us being like this just looks like arkham you know like i i love that direction for a lego batman game and to yeah hear uh greg talk about it and then also see some of the reviews right now it's sitting at an 84 on metacritic which is really good really really good honestly for do lego games usually get that high barrett you'd know i think we checked on this last week right barrett i'm looking up lego batman maybe the skywalker saw like 13 years since lego batman so i don't know the okay lego batman dc superheroes got an 81 lego batman 2 got a 79 lego batman the video game got a 76 so like this is on the higher side for lego batman's skywalker saga got an 82 if i just type in lego marvel superheroes got an 82 yeah this is pretty this is like really good for a lego game um and that's off of 49 critic reviews and so that's a lot in there already i'm sure more will come in but industry planking and you know i'll listen i saw don't tell anybody this you see the tongue kiss scene in lego oh man disgusting what are we doing here yeah dude be better the nepo game i'm i'm so we have these reviews right i think zero parades also has a review um embargo up right now and that's the one oh hell yeah right now it's sitting on 84 on metacritic i started zero parades i've not played that much of it i'm probably like two to three hours in i'm in really this is giving me the exact kind of game i want from a disco from the devs behind disco elysium you sounded really stoked about it when we ended our because we we shifted what the stream was going to be on friday yeah to um we ended up playing subnautica 2 and when we left the room hearing i was kind of overhearing you glowing about it like this is it's awesome for you so far it's awesome it's giving me what i want out of an rpg like it's making me really think about the stats in the same way that disco elysium does where it's another dice roll game and so based off of how high your certain stats are sometimes you'll come across these skill checks and it is all right like this is really going to determine how this piece of the story goes and it's all story shit right like it's not a combat game it is about like can you pass this dice roll in order to sway this character this way or get this piece of information like it feels like playing a tabletop campaign which is what i love and it's doing that so well honestly it's making me sad that i didn't pick up esoteric ebb that came out a little bit earlier in the year because i was waiting for this but as i'm playing this i'm like man i should have played esoteric ebb as well like this kind of rpg i think is the exact type of rpg that speaks to me deeply you know i want good dialogue i want um my stats to affect like my conversations and like more in-world decisions the most more so than just combat or anything like that as yeah on our friday games cast where we talked about what we're looking at for game of the year so far and just the games that have really resonated with us so far and stuff that we're looking forward to in the future we started talking about games that you know what are the ones that we've missed out on that we know we want to get to before the end of the year and Esoteric Ebb was one of those for me where I played about the first hour of it on Steam Deck and just really dug the idea that how creative it is with what the stats are because you are putting stats into strength, dexterity, intelligence the stuff that affects like your the way you're able to verbally convince people of things I'm not sure what the stat is called but each one of those stats is a is personified each one of those stats whenever you come to a decision strength will be like we got to beat their ass man and then dexterity will say i hope we can get away from this situation yeah intelligence will say shit i can't get a read on them right now and all of these like things are in your head talking to you and it is so cool you should play either zero parades or disco elysium like pick either you're gonna love it like it doesn't do like they're personified not in like a conversational way just but in the way where each of your stats has their own voice and so like you'll be hearing from like one stat and it might be like a gentle like guy or whatever and then like another one that's like a creepy lady or whatever and like it's i don't know it's so cool and we know the time to beat on this i don't know yet um some chat if people if reviews have said time to beat let me know if i'm going off of disco elysium time probably around 30 hours somewhere above that 20 hour range gotcha yeah but yeah i want man i want to play esoteric eb also yeah that's around a 20 to i think it's a 20 to 25 20 to 25 all right all right uh let's move on to story number five playstation has started revealing public player accounts this is sam sepial at insider gaming a new beta widget has been discovered for ps5's welcome hub which shows players the top 10 most played games in their country.

43:40Blessing Adeoye Jr.:This data goes hand in hand with the overarching player counts, which reveal which games are enjoying millions of weekly active users. As spotted by Mystic over on YouTube via Ratic on X, the new PS5 beta widget for the Welcome Hub shows the top 10 most played games in your country that week, as well as the games that are trending now in your region. Trending now provides players with a visual showing a surge in gameplay hours and matches for the game for example the video revealed that overwatch had a 255 surge in matches company of heroes 3 had a 249 surge in gameplay hours test drive unlimited solar crown was up by 128 matches in 28 in matches i'm laughing because i just thought of a game showdown game uh and doom eternal don't include me on that you would ask me if you would like gave me test drive unlimited solar crown and asked if it feels real i would have like brother no yeah no absolutely not that can't be the one yeah that i mean that sounds like an answer to a fucking uh like one of the roger things no no no no that sounds like an answer to oh messy mash messy mashup yeah that sounds like two different drive unlimited solar crown yeah i gotta check out see barrett pull up test drive unlimited solar crown because i gotta know if that's like a sci-fi version of test like One of the games is Test Drive Unlimited, the other one's Unlimited Solar Crown.

45:01Yeah.

45:02Blessing Adeoye Jr.:Like, ain't no way. Doom Eternal had 188 % surge in gameplay hours, which I got questions about. The top 10 option provides a player count numbers for the games across a seven-day window. For example, Apex Legends had 1.72 million players. Battlefield 6 had 1.51 million. And Ark Raiders had 972 ,000. At the furthest end of the spectrum, Fortnite had a whopping 14.6 million players. Call of Duty brought in 4.95 million and GTA 5 had 5.13 million players. It's a great way for players to discover new games or even jump back into the games they've played before. However, some of the games on the list could remain constant due to their large player bases.

45:42Blessing Adeoye Jr.:I wanted to include this because this kind of goes in hand with the Steam player counts that everybody on the internet is obsessed with. Right now, by the way, if you're watching the video, Barrett has pulled up Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown. And let me just say that JG in the YouTube chat nailed it. He said, it's going to look like a regular-ass racing game. And it sure does. Hold on. Now I've got to look up the Test Drive franchise. Because they just started off as Test Drive. And then they got to Test Drive Unlimited. So you're telling me they added a third thing? That's Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown?

46:19Blessing Adeoye Jr.:I'm on the Test Drive Wikipedia right now. it honestly sounds like one of those titles that's just a something got changed in translation from the japanese version to the american version there are so many test drive games so let's go through a history lesson please do test drive originally released in 1987 um on the amiga the atarist commodore 64 etc etc the apple 2 and pc 98 ports were released in 88 and 89 respectively you then got the dual test drive 2 that came out in 1989 got test drive 3 in 1990 you then go go on to get test drive off-road in 97 you then get 4 and 5 97 98 you get test drive 4x4 in 98 you get 6 in 99 along with off-road 3 in 99 prolific out um prolific franchise here you then in 2000 get test drive lemans leman leman hey come get come get your

47:32Blessing Adeoye Jr.:and then you get test drive v rally you get test you get hold on is there multiple leman or is this just a repeat oh there's a north american localization i'm going to jump forward because you don't get test drive unlimited until 2006 that's where they really changed things up that's what that was the 360 in windows what makes it unlimited you're gonna have to read the wikipedia to find out but then you got unlimited 2 in 2011 and then 2012 you get they skipped five years for part two well just wait because then in 2012 you get test drive ferrari racing legends and then in 2024 you get test drive unlimited solar crown so that was 12 years between those games.

48:11That's a lot of a player base right there. That must have been like the return of a GOAT if you're a test driver. You get unlimited solo crown. I'm telling you, man, it's just a different world out there. It's a whole different America. Two Americas. We live in two Americas. When you find out about these franchises, and then I look at these numbers and us kind of going, holy shit at the numbers that Fortnite has with 14.6 million. um and they don't require playstation plus oh you know wow yeah you could just that's actually the point you could just play that without the you know and so you're if you want to play any of these other games then you got your the parents going i'm not gonna pay a monthly fee no you play four nine for free go play that shit you know the main chat says solo crown was cheeks and then uh headhunter says why did bless him pronounce it ferrari how do you pronounce ferrari i say ferrari

49:05Blessing Adeoye Jr.:is there ferrari oh shit yeah test drive unlimited on on metacritic 55 55 6 percent of critics recommend why are there so many players it's got a color i've never seen before when did we get when we had green it got this sage like dark like low you know unsaturated green that's why yeah but still like i'm just not used to seeing that color green ferrari ferrari ferrari ferrari i've always said ferrari i said ferrari i guess i'm i've been wrong like you have been the whole time sickly green yeah it's a really gross looking green um andy these player numbers for some of these games get real huge real real huge but if i wanted something smaller say the tiniest news i needed to know about where would i go you'd go to our last news story the we news channel where we cover all the small news items you need to know about lamans i also want to i want to point out that these the top games for the week or whatever it's gonna get real boring after a while because it's gonna be all the same games yeah so i want to know how that develops it's gonna be like the top sellers it's gonna be fortnight when i first joined kind of funny the top sellers gta 5 was always there yeah exactly um we news for you story number six the sonic the hedgehog 4 film is wrapped production with the first look at metal Sonic.

50:26Blessing Adeoye Jr.:It's coming to theaters March 19th 2027. Yo, we're so up. That's a real prop. And it looks amazing. That looks really damn cool. Now, when we were in the theaters for Top Gun Maverick, the rewatch, because it was back in theaters for a week, and we saw it on 4DX, and it was an amazing, immaculate experience. Amazing time. We're sitting there. We see the trailer for this, kind of a tease showing off all these different things, and Tim says, did you ever watch 3? And I said, I never watched 2, Tim. And he was like, oh my god. But then my mind goes back to remembering where Bless said, don't get your hopes up too high.

51:02It's still a good movie. It's a good movie. It's not an incredible movie. Like, I don't know if Andy Cortez is going to be like, damn, that was such a fantastic time or anything. I think you'll go in and be like, oh, that's pretty good. These Sonic fans are weird. I think I'll get goosebumps, though, because, again, I come from the lineage that I grew up with Sonic in my life, not because I loved the video games, because I just loved the dude. I loved him. I made my own Sonic OCs. I was drawn and creating like my own, like, oh, what if a cheetah was it? That's my guy. I'm going to be a cheetah.

51:33That's like one of Sonic friends or whatever. I always just vibed with Sonic as a culture. I feel that. I think somebody in chat says, blesses hatred of the movies is hilarious. And it's not even like hatred. It's just like, I think. Don't get too stoked on it. Don't get too stoked on it. and also i think my perfect sonic thing would almost lean more like more anime okay i want it to be i want it to be cooler and this version of sonic is way more jim carrey jim carrying it up and i think that's a valid way to do it because at the end of the day you're making a kid's blockbuster movie like you need to have it be the jim carrey version of what it is but it's also the isekai thing of like the humans in it like i just yeah you just want i want something that's more faithful to like oh we're in chemical plant zone over here oh we're going through these things and honestly they get closer and closer like sonic 4 might just be exactly what i'm looking for in the perfect sonic film because sonic 2 gets closer than sonic 1 sonic 3 gets even closer sonic 3 is incredible actually incredible for a sonic fan i mean i appreciate you setting the expectations yeah i do like that yeah but i think you should see it if you have interest i i need to i do need too yeah and i'm up on the boys this weekend i was spending a lot of time watching television and playing redactives i love that also caught up on the boys yeah i'm scared i didn't like this last episode um it's kind of rough i thought the last couple have been like okay yeah i'm mainly just like i want to just see it through but like i think this season has not i think the last two seasons haven't been as strong as like the whole show has been you know i agree with that but i'm still like i'm still enjoying it to a degree pat is pointing out that i'm wearing a sonic shirt why does it keep happening to me

53:28again it's it's you know a lot of people gave me shit for giving my sonic frontiers north face for giving you shit about this about that piece of clothing but it's just like it's just all it looks like you are at a best buy trying to sell sonic stuff to me i i'm wearing this because my body hurts by the way yeah i'm wearing this because i needed the most it looks good on you though yeah oh thank you yeah i needed the most comfortable outfit yeah and this is what we call this thing in jacket this sweater north face i don't know if it's fleece fleece fleece like like i i see a man with this you know clothing on yeah and it looks like i'm talking to you in a conference room quarter zip thank you chat i'm talking to you in a conference room at a convention because you are trying to sell me on why we should partner with Sega to do this.

Read the full transcript

54:19Like I see this man right here that's sitting next to you, Andy. He's just walking out of the Moscone Center from whatever like big company thing that's happening in downtown San Francisco. And it's all about synergizing the brand of Sonic. If you want to put me on the brand team for Sonic, like. He'll take you places. I'm for sale. All right, Sega. you need somebody to talk about sonic to these businessmen at ddc make them understand what makes sonic amazing i'll do it and i'll even say the movies are incredible he'll do it more

54:53Blessing Adeoye Jr.:we news for you marvel cosmic invasion dlc updates have been announced today and the game has hit 1.5 million players the fantastic fours the thing and x-men's cyclops are joining the fight today nintendo will be at gamescom 2026 listen i could be a gamescom 2026 sega talking nintendo get me in there get me in there far far west has sold a million copies ghost of yote legends has received its last major update in april no more major content drops are planned terraria sells 70 million speaking of games that will be on that top list on the playstation app and then finally namco legendary mountains has been announced for nintendo switch one and two and pc this is what i'll tell you is that you will never guess what kind of game this is because i saw that and i was like let me check out the trailer for this game and i went oh huh didn't even know that was a genre of video game legendary mountains yeah barrett showing a trailer right now you're gonna get to the gameplay and be like the builder or what you're saying a builder okay let's see oh yeah it's you're throwing bubbles into a pot like within the bubbles have it's like a match three it's like suiky game yeah yeah they have bandai characters in it and it looks like a suiky game except it's 3d and you're rotating around a thing all right is that dig dug it's dig dug oh roger would love roger's one of roger's favorite games of all time dig dug i heard is in roger's top 25 video games yeah this is i mean much like the solar crown game by test drive unlimited this feels like you know mountains means something differently in japanese yeah and like and the translation isn't exactly one-to-one like we're getting the one-to-one translation so it's like it just means mountains over here but over there it's like icons or whatever the hell i don't know I thought it was going to be like some Bay Night Amco collection.

56:51Yeah. I got excited and I saw the trailer. Oh, hold on. There's more here. Are you building? I have been making it, making the mountains. I want to know more about that last. Very bizarre.

57:02Blessing Adeoye Jr.:And that is it for Wii News. We do have a final piece of news that I didn't want to include in Wii News because I don't like saying it, saying this type of news over the music in the background. It's very sad. but the legendary Tom Kane has passed away at the age of 64. Andy, you were telling me a little bit about some of Tom Kane's roles because you were saying that he voiced Professor Utonium in Powerpuff Girls. Yeah, along with a lot of different voices in Star Wars games. He's usually Yoda, it seems like, based on what I could see. And just very, very sad. His last role was in 2022, and a lot of that was due to health reasons.

57:40and so unfortunately passed away at the age of 64.

57:44Blessing Adeoye Jr.:Yeah, some of his roles have IMDB pulled up because you mentioned Star Wars. He was also in Call of Duty as well. Lego Star Wars, the Skywalker saga, he played Qui-Gon Jinn, Yoda, and Admiral Akbar. And yeah, as I'm going through, Ghost of Tsushima, he did some additional voices. He was in Minecraft Dungeons as well. Was Yoda and the narrator in the Star Wars Clone Wars series. He's just like a big part of a lot of our childhoods from the 90s. If you grew up watching Cow and Chicken, Wild Thornberry, Powerpuff Girls, I Am Weasel. Like Tom Kane is such a big part of that era. And yeah, he was just, it's more likely than not that you heard his voice.

58:27And he was really fucking great at what he did. It's really sad to hear that he has passed. because he was a really fucking cool dude. He was Jim Gordon in Arkham Asylum. R.I.P. Rest in peace. Legend.

58:46Blessing Adeoye Jr.:Let's hop over to Super Chats, see what y 'all are talking about. Kebabs writes in and says, if GTA 6 doesn't send out review copies, would that set a bad precedent for other publishers to do it instead of embargoes until release day? I'm going to say no because these other games aren't GTA 6. Yeah. They don't got the motion like that. yeah you're not him i'm sorry co-op 64 says i think doing an event for four hours of gameplay makes sense but full copies in the wild is too stressful for take two the 10 out of 10s can come later i think you can also do an event for like if playing through the full game remember i went to japan for a week to play 30 hours of death training 2 where i went into kojima productions every single day and that felt like a fever dream that felt insane to do but like if you have if your game has the sauce like that and gta 6 is one of those games yeah like let's say if kind of funny was invited for sure greg is sending one of us up to probably probably be andy because he won that episode of kind of feety but he would send andy up for a week to play gta 6 and review it for us um anthony adam says i feel like this being the first gta without dan hauser is going to affect the overall story compared to five i think six will have lower scores see that'd be an interesting conversation of which game do you think six ends up having a higher equal or lower metacritic than five i don't know damn we've not seen enough yeah i i really couldn't tell you i mean if the if the story hits and has gameplay to you know a gameplay that feels like it's evolved since GTA because I you know it's not that I ever damn when I played Grand Theft Auto 5 I never felt like it was the strongest gameplay it was just like the amount of things that were possible yeah were is really what threw me in you know and yeah if this can if this if this can push forward the gameplay while delivering on a super strong story yeah I think it could be up there but Grand Theft Auto 5 at a 97 overall yeah that's what I said damn to is Barry brought up the metacritic and yeah 997 for gta 5 yeah i mean i i think that's a conversation for maybe the next trailer to see like more of what that overview looks like maybe we can make a more accurate assessment of what we think is going to be i if i'm guessing right now i'll either say equal or maybe like one number lower like a 96 you know fucking failure of a video game coming in at 96 I could see it you know higher feels impossible I don't higher feels impossible I don't know if a game when was the last game they got a 98 on Metacritic I think there are too many devil's advocates in the industry when it comes to reviewing stuff that a higher than a 97 there are still going to be a couple of people that go that's an 8 Ocarina has a 99 on Metacritic I guess that was that was a different time Ocarina would not score 99 today just based off of how because this is off of 22 critic reviews different time different time but damn that's crazy that's nuts the high score right there yeah tears of the kingdom got a 95 what did red dead redemption 2 get he says l take y 'all no game is getting a 99 today just off of what andy said like yeah there's just too many there's a lot of opinions which is honestly a better thing like you want people to have a variety of taste and all that shit right but yeah there's just too many people reviewing games um okay red dead redemption 2 got a 97 i'm gonna say equal i'm gonna say it gets equal to to these last two rockstar games i still feel like even in 2018 though it was it was it was a different time it was just a different time for the gaming media landscape i feel like there's less people in games media now than there were then though like i feel like the media world has shrunk but not the independent media groups that or media people that still get review codes sure joe schmoe in the basement you know getting a bunch of views on tiktok and stuff is going to be a part of this review you know i mean do those people get on metacritic though i think metacritic is primarily the traditional like outlets you know media outlet world well i think you you know it has to be a written review right has anybody ever been able to get past the you know we don't put out written reviews but we still give out scores i don't know i haven't looked at what's required of metacritic because i know that we're not on it and yeah nor do we wish to be on it i think metacritic is a bit more selective like open critic i'm pretty sure like if you're open critic if you do a written review maybe even if you do a video i'm not sure but like i think it's way easier to get on that gotcha then metacritic i think is way more like we got to vet you at least a bit before i think correct me if i'm wrong like either easy allies was either on metacritic or open critic at one point and they were primarily just video reviews if i remember correctly so the giant bomb gets on metacritic giant bomb i believe don't they have written reviews at one point they had written reviews i think that's when they were on that's when they got onto metacritic and maybe that's just carried over but i don't know somebody correct me if i'm super wrong about that uh more super chats for you lev little 5514 says is it possible for tta6 to live up to the hype it's a huge game and i'm excited for it but are we putting too much pressure on it i mean pressure no because i think everybody knows what this is as far as it being a sequel to a to one of the biggest games that ever came out and it's been a 13 year wait right and it has like the highest budget out of anything i think or out of all these out of a video game i think when you take all that into account like yeah there's going to be this built in anticipation for what it is can it live up to all of the hype absolutely not because no game could live up to like the ballooned expectations that people have but i don't i think it could come out and disappoint i don't i i do think that like the amount of hype it's built is warranted for what it is i think that silksong was able to come out granted a different scale because the gaming industry was excited for silksong the world is excited for grand theft auto 6 yeah but Like, people that do not consume gaming media, whether it's podcasts or reviews or whatever, are excited for GTA 6.

1:05:29I would say that, like, Silksong was able to come out and, in my opinion, meet and exceed those expectations in some cases. I think all that needs to happen, and it's just like, it's such an easy thing, is that GTA 6 needs to come out and push the gameplay further than what happened than what we had in GTA 5 in terms of just how it feels, how it operates, make it feel more than modern.

1:05:56Blessing Adeoye Jr.:Yeah. But if the story hits in a really impactful way, whether it's, you know, when we've mentioned in the past, I think a lot of games feel awesome to play, but the memorable stuff that really sticks with me is like man when you hit me with that big story twist when you hit me with that amazing ending and i see the credits come by at the end of the game like holy fuck i will remember this experience forever yeah if this can hit narratively then it will meet the expectations i think if we're talking about world expectations i think gta 6 just needs to come out and just be gta I think the biggest part of why there's so much hype in anticipation for GTA 6 is just that it's been too long since the last GTA game, and we're starving.

1:06:46We're famished out here. People just want to play GTA. And so if it comes out, and it is what you're talking about, impressive world, fun story, like, I can be chaotic, get into police chases, and the world is fucking light. I think the game just needs to be GTA, and then at the base level, the world is satisfied. now for critics yeah like we might be looking for story we might be looking for something to push things forward and all this shit but i think what the world is looking for is just another gta because it's been so long and i think in that regard it'd be tough for it tough for it to disappoint yeah um okay we got time for oh i mean we're already over time but i'll bring in one more super chat
