In short

Kinda Funny Games Daily (Nov 7, 2025) covers delays and updates: Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra delayed past early 2026; BioWare’s update on the next Mass Effect and an Amazon TV series; The Game Awards Future Class program paused; plus discussion of what to play first (Marvel 1943 vs Dragon Age: The Veilguard vs Mass Effect-related projects) and general gaming talk (Arc Raiders).

Guests

No external guests. Hosts are Greg “G-Spot” Miller and Blessing “B-Hole” Adegbuyi.

Key claims

Marvel 1943 was delayed to fully realize Skydance Games’ vision, with no new release window. The game is a narrative action-adventure with four playable characters: Steve Rogers/Captain America, Azuri/Black Panther of the 1940s, Gabriel Jones (Howling Commandos), and Nanali (Wakandan spy). BioWare says the next Mass Effect game is in development and they’re focused exclusively on it; they also confirm a post-trilogy Amazon series set after the original trilogy. Future Class won’t run in 2025 and prior honoree programming has been removed.

Notable examples

The episode references the GTA 6 delay announcement timing; it cites Future Class Discord/alumni complaints and Game Developer reporting.

2:26Future class is dead. We'll have all this in more because this is kind of funny games daily.

2:39What's up everybody. Welcome to kind of funny games daily for Friday, November 7th, 2025. I'm one of your hosts G spot alongside B hole. And we're ready to bring the news to you. Isn't that right? Blessing Eddie. Oh, yeah, junior days in a row is that now? It's, man, it's that thing where I felt like I had a Games Daily drought for a while there with the amount of reviews and, like, in reviews. And then, you know, like, the things that happen where I'm not on a show a day or whatever. You know? And so then, like, to not only be back this week, but I think it's, like, three or four in a row, isn't it?

3:12Like, it's been you and me crushing it out here. Just having fun out here. You know what I mean? It's the G-Spot and B-Hole Connect. You know what I mean? Yeah, we had that taint yesterday with, you know, Tim in the middle. But I didn't like that one big. Nobody likes that. No, no, no, no. How are you in a world where you now know GTA is delayed? Thank you to everyone who showed up for a bonus episode of Games Daily yesterday when we did an emergency episode about the GTA delay. You know, I don't think I'm looking forward to six more months of pre-launch GTA 6 discussion. Yeah, yeah. I'm kind of over it.

3:38I know we're going to do it. You know, we're going to make it happen. We're going to talk about GTA 6 for six more months. You say that, but I really feel like where we've been already on the GTA conversation has just been, oh man, everybody's going to get out of GTA's way. like i don't feel like we've we overanalyze the trailers because that's our job when a new trailer drops whenever they drop trailer three okay fine we'll be all about it yeah i feel like it's like it's i think we talk about wolverine more than we talk about gta it's for me it's the conversations of like all right is online gonna launch the same day are we going back to vice city what how are they gonna make fun of florida this time i'm like that's fair you know we i feel like there's so much to that we've talked about and like with that extra six months we're gonna have to talk about it even more as we approach it but also to your point like it's a big year next year right like wolverine i'm sure we'll have a lot of discussion about there's a lot of good i guess anticipatory that's what i just oh no that's a real word that's a real word and you crushed it a whole lot of anticipate god damn it it's been a worry conversation to have um in 2026 and so you know it's gonna be a good year it's gonna be a good time next year it is gonna be a good you know what i did last night what's that arc raiders i played arc raiders solo let me tell you that's a fun game that's a fucking game right there and i don't i i know what it is but also at the same time i guess i'm surprised at what how much it's hitting yeah for me based on the fact of like really all it took wasn't like them to reinvent the wheel or wasn't them to give me like an overwatch level hey we're here's all this character and story and all all it took was for them to be like yo just let people put people in a map and let them have prox here's a really interesting environment.

5:15Yeah, Prox chat. Are you going to fight each other? Are you not going to fight each other? Then these robots that are all over you can fight. It's a really fun time. I'm really enjoying it. I can't wait to talk about it more as we barrel towards Game of the Year. Do you think you're going to commit more? Are you going to be back? I think so, yes. As long as it continues to be fun, I think I'll continue to boot it up. I thought 2XKO was going to be my multiplayer game of the moment and I'm still hopping into it here and there. But Ark Raiders, I think, is calling me more. Interesting. I like that a lot.

5:43I also like the news of the day. That's what we do on Kind of Funny Games Daily. We run you through the nerdy video game news you need to know about live on twitch.tv slash Kind of Funny Games, youtube.com slash Kind of Funny Games, and podcast services around the globe. 7:42Just want to make sure you're good. And I was like, what the fuck? Why aren't you calling me a slur? Like, what is going on? Video games aren't like this. We gotta be a, you know, it's us versus the arcs, as somebody said. If you're kind of funny, remember, today's Gregway is 15 minutes about a game I'm hella enjoying, but it's embargoed until next week. We're finally doing the thing I've always talked about. You'll get two Gregways the day the embargo lifts next week. I wrote with, I did a Gregway today with my excitement. You'll get it next week as a double dose since it's embargoed. Thank you to our Patreon producers, Carl Jacobs, Omega Buster, and Delaney the Somme Twining.

8:17For now, let's begin the show with what is and forever will be the Roper Report. Time for some news! Five items on the Roper Report. Oh, Baker's dozen! Number one was breaking news inside of our breaking news. Games Daily episode yesterday about GTA's delay. Marvel 1943 Rise of Hydra delayed beyond early 2026. This is W.Y.P. That's Wesley Yin Poole at IGN. That's the Imagine Games Network. GTA 6 isn't the only high profile video game delayed today. Marvel 1943 Rise of Hydra has suffered a delay of its own. Coming just an hour after Rockstar announced GTA 6 had moved from May to November 2026. Skydance Games announced Marvel 1943 Rise of Hydra was delayed beyond early 2026 in a statement Skydance Games said the delay was necessary to quote fully realize our vision tellingly no new release window was offered this is yet another delay to Rise of Hydra which in May was pushed out of 2025 to early 2026 Marvel 1943 Rise of Hydra is a narrative driven adventure featuring Captain America Azuri the Black...

9:36the Black Panther of the 1940s, Gabriel Jones of the Howling Commandos, and Nanali, a Wakandan spy embedded in occupied Paris. Semicolons would have helped there. Because Azuri is the Black Panther of the 1940s. Yes? Oh, yeah, I imagine so. What an insult if it wasn't. It has Captain America, Azuri, the Black Panther of the 1940s, whoever the fuck that is. It hit the headlines in early 2024 after an eye-catching trailer revealed as part of Epic Games' State of Unreal event at GDC. It's in development at the Skydance Games team, which is led by Amy Hennig, Uncharted, and co-president Julian Beak.

10:15Hennig's Skydance team is also working on an untitled Star Wars game, which has yet to be fully revealed. You ever, like, go to an event or to the club or something and your name's not on the list or you're not supposed to be there or you know somebody whose name isn't on the list and they're not supposed to be there, but, like, you see a group that's going in and so you kind of just like go in with the group and nobody notices and you make your way in i feel like that's what they did with the delay news where they saw oh yeah getting delayed and somebody in somebody at those studios like guys push the news now push the news now they're not going to notice if we put it out during the gta 6 delay if you had a delay to announce yesterday would have been the funniest time to do it as soon as gta opened that door everybody should have run out there and screamed at and this is a this is a weird one in the way i never expected this game next year early you know what I mean this is all we have of gameplay of it no one's touched it no one's previewed it there's been no deep dive I was not expecting this to be out in the first three to four months what is it about this game that makes us not believe in its existence I think it was rumored for so long right it was confusing when we thought there was the EA Black Panther game that got cancelled but there was that rumored then there was this then this got announced again at the Unreal event which was weird now this is announced at Disney and Marvel Showcase because I announced it So why didn't you...

11:34Oh, so you're saying... So Wesley Ian Poole wrote it hit headlines early 2024 after an eye-catching trailer revealed. So you're saying that's when people cared about it. So Wesley Ian Poole is erasing you from history. It's saying nobody gave a shit when Blessing announced it it was the unreal thing that did it. Yeah, what the fuck? Because it does look really good. W-Y-P. I mean, to be fair, this is when we got the trailer. I think the... What did you do? You just announced the title? I think there was like a short cinematic. Man, I can't believe I don't remember it fully at this point. But it was that, and then like...

12:01Silhouettes maybe. There was the key art. Yeah. With the silhouettes of the characters. And that was back during. So the reason I think I don't. The reason I, if you would have asked, if you would have asked me yesterday before GTA got delayed, and I wasn't thinking of anything and you're like, Hey, yo, that captain America, black Panther game. When is that coming out? I would be like, no time soon. Right. We just haven't seen enough of it. And then if you would, it's actually got announced early 2026. I'm like, no way. And then you watch this. And again, this looks impressive, period, full stop.

12:27This looks like something I want to know a lot more about as a Captain America and Black Panther fan. But it's like, where's the actual gameplay in this? This looks like... What you're showing me here are beautiful cinematics and I'm not arguing that probably somewhere in there, like when we talked about the Wolverine trailer, I was like, there's no gameplay. People got fucking mad. Look down the alleyway. I'm like, alright, fine. There's three seconds of gameplay, but what does a HUD look like? What is it? Do me the developers spin it around when I'm on sticks. You know what I mean? I'm not getting any of that from this coming 2025.

12:572025 is hilarious. so I don't know it just seems like such an interesting idea it's got a terrible title yeah bad time Marvel 19 it's still not Black Panther versus Captain America exactly Captain America versus Black Panther boom done Captain America Captain America and the Black Panther colon fuck Nazis I don't know you know what I mean they're whatever it's got to be but like there's got to be something better than this because Marvel 1943 Rise of Hydra it does not scream oh that's a banger that's not that sounds like i'm reading a history book what do you expect from gameplay here from what i remember of this game this is the one where we're jumping between all four perspectives right between these four different characters right you have they listed in the article you have the four different characters you're jumping 1940s captain america you have 1940s you have captain america you have nanali and then you have the howling commando um and gabriel jones yeah from the way they talk about it it for me i envision it is kind of an uncharted kind of thing right third person action game way more on the cinematic side my thing though is does the studio have the stuff does skydance have the stuff to amy incredibly talented if you don't know amy headache go ahead and imdb her most notably would be of course launching the uncharted franchise and doing uncharted 1 2 and 3 she has the stuff for cinema for cinematic games and yes writing and for i do expect it to be this narrative third person We're playing as these heroes doing the story where you start to not lose me because that's a bridge too far.

14:30But when I look at this and this is the Wikipedia summary, right? The game will be an action adventure video game where players will control an ensemble of four characters. In addition to the main protagonist, Steve Rogers slash Captain America and Azuri slash Black Panther, Howling Commandos member Gabriel Jones and Nanali, the leader of the Wakanda Spider will be playable. I can't wait to be Captain America and I can't wait to be Black Panther and I really don't give a shit about the other two people. And it's not that that's an impossible thing to overcome, but for a Captain America fan who's starving for a Captain America game, you know, I fucking played Ultimate Alliance three, two weekends ago with kids in the neighborhood to feel something.

15:08You know what I mean? Like, yeah, let me get in there and do it. But when it's time to switch over to be the spy, okay, like, again, this is not having seen any gameplay. This is not, but my concern is I'm going to love being Captain America and then it's gonna be time to switch and i might be interested in the story and where we're going but i really want to throw my fucking shield and kick it back into some guy's face yeah i think for me it's the similar thing of what are these varying gameplay styles like four different characters seems like a stretch when two of them are these big action heroes superpowered super power you know beings you have uh the howling commando which i imagine is gonna be maybe more like running gun yeah i imagine that's you you're you've got the machine gun you know what i mean you've got that gun that always has all the gatling of bullets right that's what you're doing and then for nanali you're talking about maybe more stealthy 100 let's hide let's sneak in the shadows let's have gadgets that knock people out from behind or whatever and i just think it's all it that's a lot like on a game on the gameplay side of a triple a game i think that's just a lot to both throughout the player and then on the development side make all of those things feel fun in equal ways right and so like when i think about my expectation for game playing what that looks like i almost jump less to uncharted and i guess more to a way out where that's a game where scene to scene obviously co-op so it's different thing but scene to scene you're doing very different things but they all feel small scale enough to where they're able to get away with it and able to be like all right you're doing this the next 15 minutes with your co-op partner but then we jump into the next scenario and like every part of the game feels catered but i think to that right that's a six or seven hour video game yeah that's the other thing is how long is this experience and where are we going yeah like honestly based off that if the idea is more aligned with that where it is you're jumping between these different things but it's never doing too much you're never going that deep into gameplay nine hours and that's my thought on it like you know you see these superheroes you see captain america you see black panther are we getting around what i feel is often the achilles heel of being a superhero game where it's like all right cool you're starting from nothing and then you're earning xp to learn new moves is it that we're starting you're black panther you're captain america you're the halloween commando you're the spy you have your kit this is it i think it has to be that and it's going to be that thing there yeah we're jumping around a 10 hour experience you're getting roughly two hours with each person so you never feel like you burn out on what you're doing yeah i'm in a place with this game where i'm still very excited about it i still remain a believer in this game i think the only thing that's holding me back and this is i think for all of us right is the way that they're marketing it marketing it and showing it off not that the trailers have been bad because the trailers have actually been incredible like especially that cinematic one but i think this far into the marketing rollout rollout of this game we should have seen more gameplay and maybe that's to the kind of studio we're talking about with amy head and all that stuff where we're talking about somebody who i associate amy head with story and i associate associate her with writing and like what she did with uncharted and all that stuff right i feel like i guess for me i then ask is that the foot we're leading off with are we prioritizing the cinematics and the storytelling and the visuals and all that stuff because that's what the marketing feels like to me but when you do that that makes me worry a little bit about the gameplay yeah i think if i'm uh looking into my crystal ball of what's going to happen with this and i'm playing fast and loose obviously knowing really nothing i think what would really benefit this would be hey just at the start of summer there's a PlayStation state of play and we get a deep dive gameplay trailer section there this is what you're doing this hour doing and then you follow that up at Comic-Con and it is a panel with Amy and the cast because I mean you have I think I know you're talking about well I can't believe I just Kari right Kari Payton yeah of course I was like I can see his face I just saw his face look right Ezekiel from the Walking Dead Cyborg and Teen Titans like we have a name that is a name in the VO and now acting industry, right?

18:55Amy Hennig, him, whoever Captain America is, so I don't know. There's another writer that's on it that's high profile, very popular comic book writer. Evan? Narcissus, is he on it? No, no, no. That's not his last name, but I just shot. But no, that's not who I'm thinking of. Okay, okay. I'm gonna look. Oh, it keeps coming to me and then I lose it. I'm gonna look it up. Do that because I have one question here from DJ Kento before we move on to something else. You can super chat to be part of the show, remember, of course. DJ Kento says, what will we see first? Marvel 19, and I'm gonna say release.

19:22What will we see for release first mark bernardin you know who that is maybe not oh from kevin smith yes oh okay yeah uh i didn't know he was on this yeah uh dj kento what will we see first marvel 1943 gta 6 or arcane's blade i mean gta 6 i think gta 6 as well gta 6 i think gta 6 is the uh which will you play first i say you play gta 6 yeah which is crazy again the marvel 1943 thing if you would have told me asked me yesterday before this news when's it coming out i was like oh they haven't even announced it they have they and be like no it's actually been delayed from this year to early 2026 what the fuck really like that just doesn't feel like it what's the if you're working on this game what's your next marketing beat i guess it is everything you just mentioned right and all that stuff but i i think that's my thing with it is that i think i would bet more on us playing GTA 6 before playing this game.

20:19However, I also wouldn't be surprised if it is a rapid marketing cycle from the next trailer to release. Like, if we get to, let's say, the May state of play, like you're talking about. It's gonna be May. And then, like, even there, if they're like, yeah, it's coming out in August, and we get to Comic-Con, and it's the big blowout and all this stuff, but we get to the game. I don't think I would be that surprised. I think at this point, if we're gonna market this game, it has to be close to release. we'll find out we go from world peace to galactic peace number two on the Roper Report Bioware gives an update on Mass Effect this is Mike Gamble at blog.bioware.com my favorite news site happy N7 day everyone you guessed it I come to you with another blog but each year that I write these they are more important moments of reflection for me they are more important they are important moments of reflection for me I get to pause and think about how truly lucky we are to have Mass Effect and how thankful we are for the community and support we get.

21:19We've been through a lot together and we appreciate you. Like you, we've heard the rumors lately. You've made it clear you care deeply about what's next. So let's start by setting the record straight. The next Mass Effect game is in development and EA and Bioware remain committed to telling more stories in this universe. The truth is, the last few years have been an incredibly busy time at Bioware. But currently, the team is heads down and focused exclusively on Mass Effect. We have a lot of universes to cover, lots of features to build, and lots of romances to figure out. We're excited by what we're building, and we promise you, when we're ready, it'll be a lot of fun to show.

21:54Until then, thank you for your patience, because y 'all are thirsty for news, and I see you looking for secret meaning in my tweets. Okay, sometimes they have secret meaning. Beyond the next game, there's more to get excited about. I haven't talked about it much, but you might have heard a little something about a TV series. we've been partnering closely with Amazon on it and we're really excited about really excited with what the talented team over there is coming up with the writers room is going strong and we've got a lot figured out about how this fits within the Mass Effect canon and where it sits in respect to the new game the show will explore a brand new story within the universe's timeline it will be set after the original trilogy it won't retread Commander Shepard's story because after all that's your story isn't it keep an eye on our social channels for more celebrations today, including some awesome new Mass Effect gear, free crossover items appearing in Skate.

22:46Oh, fuck. Hell yeah. That's the thing. Oh, yeah. Fuck all this other bullshit news. Wait, something tangible in a game I care about? Oh, man. Oh, man. I gotta look at what they got. That's what we need in Skate. Give me an N7. I don't give a fuck. And Apex Legends and more. Happy N7 day. Mike Gamble, executive producer. Mass Effect. Okay. You passed mustard this time. sorry I thought I read a different name at the front PS disclaimer there is no secret game information to be gleaned by anything I'm saying today I promised Riley immediately pops in and says thank God with the super chat so they are happy that we have some good news okay so what do you want to talk about not the fun skate stuff Kevin there's so many more things we need in skate that aren't we're going happy for you I'm going to skate's Twitter to see if they're like this this I'm not saying that this shouldn't happen I'm just saying that like I know I know it's a joke there's a what's going on with the next mass fed game also the tv series adaptation isn't gonna be about anything we know it's a new story i feel like that's a big story there i feel like that's a talking point yeah they're in the writers room will you actually we actually see this fucking thing kevin i just put a link at the bottom of the story here to go look at this you got the n7 shirt pants and a board whoo-wee hopping to scaven to claim your free gear before it's gone november 11th all right i got time i don't have to run out there i was gonna run out there get the get on if i needed to you know what was the other thing that came out that you're excited for and skate like a few weeks ago halloween was it just halloween they did they did a whole bunch of halloween stuff yeah oh it wasn't good it wasn't good what there wasn't like another ea license thing uh no i came on when they when they put out the dead space thing i came on oh that's what i'm thinking they charge like 30 bucks remember we had a whole argument about it not argument look but there you go look that's you know what that's free come on that's dope fire let's have some fun i take it all back that's pretty sick all right good okay so we've gotten that out we've covered the biggest news about this skate stuff now we can don't dive into the rest of this okay yeah they're working on the game we know it's cool that I guess it's nice to hear they're exclusively working on it okay okay I'll take that I'll take we play this or blade or Marvel 1943 first so this so Mass Effect blade or Marvel you're gonna play Marvel first you think Marvel for blade when do we dude dude when dude did they ever see a year for blade I do not think so oh they just showed him they just showed him in the barbershop and they're like alright cool we'll see you guys later I think they did right am I wrong about that no I think you might be right that sounds about right arcane blade let's see if I can find anything no you're right yeah we're gonna play Marvel 1943 before I mean arcane blade is one that I think is gonna be quietly cancelled I don't think you're ever gonna get it I don't know man I don't know man you can't squander arcane I agree they're one of the best in the game they did a great job with redfall okay different studio that was Austin that was Arcee and Austin and they shuttered that studio I know I know they don't exist anymore but Leon the people that make hits Marvel's Blade was announced cinematic trailer during Game Wars 2023

25:47the game had entered full production at Arcade and Leon by late 2024 according to financial briefings that's a 2027 game in my heart okay in my heart I think you I still say 1943 before this fair enough um then it gets spicy yeah I think 1943 and then if this actually happens Blade then you'd be over there do you think Rayman says Greg will always say stuff gets cancelled and it does let's not for record let's not act like I'm not right about it a lot of times I bet I've been right the times where I've said something will be cancelled I think I've been right more times than not and we'll all hold our breath to see what happens with fair games but when it's cancelled I expect you to come bend your fucking knee and kiss the fucking ring so let me just stretch a little bit Let me stretch and maybe do a little reach.

26:36Do you think at all the tone of the statement is in reply to the Jared Kushner? DJ Kento, did Greg predict Wonder Woman? He did. I was the first person to say there was news headlines about me saying the game was in trouble. Fucking Alex. Jared Kushner in Saudi Arabia, you know, acquiring EA. I think there's an undercurrent to this. Yeah. I think there's an undercurrent to this of like, we've heard you. We are working on that. Cause I was like, have we been concerned about you working on master? I think the only thing I've been concerned about is that. And so here, when they say, so let's start by setting the record straight.

27:13The next mass effect game is in development. And EA and by we remain committed to telling stories in this universe that very much to me says, Hey, no, we're going to stay the course and we're going to make the game that, you know, that we know that you love. Yeah. Which if we don't get it published by the time the papers are signed, though, probably won't be any gay stuff in it. my prediction i think he will have the gay stuff in it and that if they sign the paper because i'm making references to saudi arabia obviously being horrible yeah here's my thing i'm not even worried as far as like the content i'm not worried about the saudi arabia side it is purely the jared kushner side where i think that i could see them stepping in i think it's the the fucking american fucking evil people that would care that much to be like whoa whoa whoa whoa you have who in your video game?

27:58Who loves who? No. See, you say that, but these people, these MAGA fucks, the ones at the top are just saying the things they need to say to hold power. They don't actually give a shit, I don't think. I don't think any of them actually have a problem with gays. I think they're just like, you know what? We know that the fucking audience below us that gives us the money and the power really has a problem with gays. And they're going to... Do you think that sliver of the audience, like the people in middle America who don't even know video games exist, I don't think are going to be. Okay. People in middle America, no games exist.

28:30Sure. But you would have to actually read the content of articles and watch the content of a conversation to understand that this game has gay sex in it or gay relationships in it. I should say, and maybe gay sex. Hopefully. Yeah. Anyways, it's got this, this video game has gay stuff in it and it's owned by this company that's owned by these people. And inside of that thing, by that point, they've already tuned out. They're like, give it to me in a snappier tweet. Can I get a truth social about this? Can I please get a social? social you remember mass effect was on the news for when you're fucking blue people yeah yeah like i think this is a high profile enough game that i think it would spark conversations because even when we look to what was the last dragon age game uh veil guard veil guard right like i think that was enough to where like that the internet's still on fire sometimes whenever i see all tosh was awesome whenever i see dragon age veil guard come up on the internet like you look at the replies and it's a trash fire for whatever see now that's where it gets interesting the right-wing grifters who don't play games but just scream everything's woke will they will would they hold jared kushner's feet to the kushner's feet to the fire that if there's still gay stuff in the game yes okay i think they're looking for i think mass effect for them is like a they're golden goose right they're looking at it and they're like oh that's the next one right high profile big rpg known for being i guess what left leaning into or i guess socially liberal as far as what it does with sexuality and relationships and all that stuff right like if we can make a buck off of hating on this video game and make an uproar about it and enough of an uproar that like the owners of the company are like yo what's going on with this thing oh it's because they're doing this the the gay stuff we own it yeah we own it oh shut that down right like the fact that we're coming off of fucking what's going what's happened with steven colbert and the other late uh late night shows they're going after this shit yeah and i don't think mass effect is i think mass effect is maybe like number one on the list for a video game that does socially progressive things with its relationships that the fucking grifters would go after and try to sound the alarm after and jared kushner in saudi arabia now owning ea i think they would go oh yeah let's just cut that off then like let's either you know cut down the studio or find some way to like put water on the fire here but i also i was listening to death sex and money the other day it's an older episode it came back up my feet i never finished and it was about how private equity ruined my life and it was this interview with this uh the former editor-in-chief of deadspin and how like when they got bought out and how everything went down and she was explaining all this different stuff of like well a lot of times when people come with private equity like there's this whole thing i'm gonna i want to say a leveraged buyout i could be wrong google everything i'm about to say well no it just doesn't matter i mean it might be leveraged by but it might not be but there's a way where these fucking piranhas come in right just fucking sharks come in and what they do is they take out the loan but not in their name they take it out in the company's name so that it really doesn't matter anymore so they're making money no matter what and if the thing does fail it fails and it doesn't affect them and i don't know if that's actually what this is but it wouldn't strike it wouldn't put i wouldn't put it past that like who gives a shit come out and do the thing and this is back to my point just where i was going originally is like i still think it could i don't think it blows back on jared kushner is i guess what i'm saying gotcha i don't think anybody's gonna i think fox news being like look at this these two aliens are the same sex and they're kissing each other that's great we hate it's woke i don't think then they'd be like and jared kushner owns it i think they'd just be like oh this sucks video game c are the devil like we've told you they're ruining your children yeah i just think there's gonna be like a ping like a notification being on somebody's phone that's like oh shit they're doing what oh we own this oh shut that down and then that's gonna ripple yeah but i do think here's the thing i also believe in the writers and the people at bioware sure that like i think they stay the course i think they'll make the game that they want to make and they'll put everything in it that the audience that they serve are gonna like i don't think we're gonna get a compromised mass effect because that's just not who they are as a studio i also feel like it'd be too far gone yeah you know well i mean i guess i don't know how far they are as they're talking about like right now where they're at with production but like i feel like you'd be too far gone to rip that out and do that thing and change that stuff.

32:32I guess what I'm saying is that I worry about what happens after. I worry about where we go after Mass Effect comes out. 100%. What about the Amazon show? I like that it's not Shepard's story. That brings us back to Fallout where Fallout TV show I think was so great and successful because it was just telling a story within that universe and so it was able to take liberties with what you're doing with plot and how you interpret a lot of the things in that universe and it did that universe justice. I would want the same thing out of Mass Effect and I want the same thing out of Any video game adaptation taking place in an RPG universe, give me a different main quest.

33:07Give me a different side quest. Take place in another part of that universe. Fallout's the perfect blueprint to follow here. And again, to do that and then get people excited, new fans, because it's been so long since the Mass Effect, people see the show, like the show, and then can go back and try a million different things, whether it be the collections or even Andromeda, which wasn't as bad as people made it out to be. This wasn't Shepard. IMO. do you think this will be a return to form do you think the next mass effect yeah i mean it has to be is it it's fucking over if it's not a return to form right i don't know i think also you get into these things where these gaming uh these gaming these games become the stuff of legend it's the same way of like can bethesda ever put out another rpg where people go fucking game of the year they don't turn it on and they aren't like bethesda jank Like, oh, this thing, dot, dot, dot.

33:59You know what I mean? Like, and I'm not saying, don't get me wrong. Starfield, not a 10 out of 10. Like, it deserves all the criticism it gets. But, like, here we are. I feel like we're, you know, doing the, it's fucking goddamn Groundhog Day. We're not people like, but Elder Scrolls. But I'm like, but it's still Bethesda. These are the people who, they make this kind of game. If you aren't expecting this kind of game from them, you're going to be disappointed. But, like, they've gotten worse, though. Like, Starfield's not as great as the last Bethesda game before that, which isn't as great as the last Bethesda game before that.

34:26not to describe what you're saying right but like i think you're right as far as where their legacy is versus practically where we're at in the current day and how you can or can't deliver like i think if you put out a mass effect 2 today i don't think like i i don't think it gets received the same right like i think video games have just grown and like but i mean we're also the same breath the same breath too of like you know when mass effect the next mass effects comes out and there's anything in it of being a female character or your female character as peach fuzz or we're doing gay relationships it will be the whole they've gone well it's always been that way this is how mass effects always been yeah it's just that this is it now and it'll have a lightning rod on it and then every every financial and every statement and every sale and every review will be under a microscope it's like i just don't know if you can get back to the like a return to form who's i know this happens all the fucking it's so hard to keep track of who's still at bioware because people leave Bioware and come back to Bioware and leave Bioware and come back to Bioware.

35:27So it's like, is this team up to the challenge of doing that? And then can it return to form? I don't know. You look at Veil Guard. I never liked Dragon Age. I loved Veil Guard. Everybody who liked Dragon Age hates Veil Guard. So it's like, what audience are you trying to serve at this point? I don't even fucking know how you do any of this. James Super Chasten says, Jared Kushner sucks. That's true. That's true. Max says, listen, if the ending is too woke, they can always just rewrite it after four months fucking you know what I mean we forgot about that all the time Dova Beat says interested to see how they tell a story in a TV show post Shepard's story the endings in Mass Effect 3 have extreme changes to the universe that would almost be impossible to ignore slash not choose an ending very true but maybe for another galaxy we get away from it or do something to that effect um huh that Mass Effect thank you we got more news for you we got more super chats for you But before we do any of that, let me remind you about Patreon.com slash kind of funny, YouTube.com slash kind of funny games.

It's not for those who have 14 or fewer headache days a month. Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life-threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue, and headache.

41:07Throw them up for the Dudley Boys. Number three, the Game Awards Future Class Program remains on ice. This is Bryant Francis at Game Developer. What is the future of the Game Awards Future Class Program? That question has been on the minds of industry observers who, for the second year in a row, noticed that the Jeff Keighley Helmed organization hasn't announced a new cohort of industry professionals that, quote, represent the bright, bold, and inclusive future of video games, end quote. Game developer can now confirm that show organizers are not planning a new future class for 2025 and are not planning any programming for future or past honorees.

41:44This information was provided to future class alumni in a Discord server established to host networking and membership opportunities for the program. Previous honorees, parentheses, some of whom requested anonymity, I'm sorry, for fear of retaliation, end quote, told game developer this update was the only message they've received from show management in the last year. Quote, Last year, we completed our promised cycle of programming for the 2023 Future Class with our TGA Mixer and did not induct a new Future Class, said Future Class organizer Emily Weir. Quote, At this time, we are not planning a new Future Class for this year and do not have any active programming plans for Future Class, end quote.

42:25Weir said the organization will keep the Discord server online for alumni to stay in touch with each other, but said she and Keely are not actively monitoring the server. The Game Awards has also removed the Future Class page on its website, eliminating the definitive record of previous honorees. Game writer and 2023 honoree and former game developer contributor Emma Kidwell explained to game developer that she repeatedly tagged Weir and Keely in messages this year asking for updates on the program, only to receive no response. I felt disrespected as someone who has spoken with Emily in person, she said.

43:12Kidwell was one of the honorees spotlighted in last year's broadcast. Fellow writer and cohort member Anna Webster concurred, saying she wished the organization was quote-unquote upfront about the state of the program. She said a 2024 networking event before last year's award. I'm sorry. She said a 2024 networking event before that year's awards now feels like it was a last hurrah.

43:36Melek Tefaha, who was recognized by the group in 2022, told game developer that the news honestly hurt. Quote, I, among others, thought that the Future Class program was not just a platform for celebration, but a means to bridge the gap between industry workers and leaders and help shape the future of the games industry. End quote. The Game Awards faced internal pressure from the future class members in 2023 into 2024 on two fronts. Honorees called on Keeley to use the show as an opportunity to call for a ceasefire as Israel mounted its invasion of the Gaza Strip following the Hamas attack. October 7th attacks.

44:10Parentheses. A United Nations commission described the invasion as genocidal in an October 2025 report. End parentheses. Keeley made no statement during the broadcast. In 2024, honorees lobbied the Game Awards to improve their post-nomination support for future class members, saying they received inadequate accommodations at the ceremony and that there was little support for alumni after the spotlight faded away. Sources told Game Developer in 2024 that Keeley and Weir seemed receptive to the feedback and offered extra networking opportunities. Quote, I think it's incredibly stupid of Keeley to collect some of the brightest people in our industry, do nothing but the bare minimum, and expect that we wouldn't say anything about it, end quote, said an anonymous future class alumni.

44:53They accused the organization of using marginalized people for, quote, pats on the back, end quote. Blessing. Eddie Oye Jr. Greg Miller. You're a future class member. Of 2020. The first future class. Geez, wow. Okay, so way, way back. I mean, you're old. I didn't know you were old. When did you get old? the past class now, I guess. I put a tweet or a blue sky, that's a BS to him, into assets of a post I made about a week ago saying, is Game Awards feature class still a thing? You know, people replied earnestly saying, oh, well, last year they did the one thing with the one guy. Like, it seems like this is something Jeff was moving away from.

45:29But like, I didn't post this out of context. I posted this. Wait, scroll down to Roger's response. Yeah, this year's class is just me. Pretty huge honor. shout out to alex Anderson who replied well deserved honestly um no yeah i posted this because um for so for context of future class and what goes on within future class and the kind of benefits you get for a future class right like yeah i think early on the jeff and emily and the team did like a pretty decent job of making future class worthwhile and i don't even say i don't even say more than decent i think they gave a lot of good support for hey here's like a slight discount on game awards this year if you want to attend right like we'll set you in a future class section which comes around to being a problem later on but um you know you'll get that they had mixers with future class members either before or after the the game awards where you know we would hang out at a cafe or a bar or whatever and get to like network and speak and talk and hang out with other future class members right like things to do in order to bring these this group of people together um a group of people that they would describe as something along the lines of like the inclusive future of the industry we want to get people that are either up and coming or people that you know we believe have the power to make the make an impact in the video games industry and people that are from varied diverse backgrounds and so they did all that they would have um video calls or they would organize video calls with like people who worked higher up in the industry whether it be writers there was one call remember where they organized the call with reggie fils-a-me which i thought was really cool and this is all within the first year of the future class sure this is all 2021 20 yeah like 2021 is when that a lot of stuff was going down post that they things started to dissipate pretty rapidly as far as how much support the feature class would get which i think leads to the problem of where we end up where you have the game awards a couple years ago where people were asking jeff to say something about what's going on in gaza right like you have this microphone you have this power you know i think jeff often gets the reputation of not being outspoken with his platform about things like layoffs which i think he got a little bit better at right like i believe there was a statement last year we got talked a bit about that stuff uh but using that platform in order to talk about talk about social change and things the future class had an organized thing of hey we would really like either you to talk about this or give us i remember there was like an open letter right wasn't it yeah there was an open letter situation and jeff just straight up ignored it which led to a lot of i guess vitriol within the future class as far as how people react to that i know quite a few people probably just didn't care because they get inducted and they're like all right cool i'm in this thing but i don't really care about it right and then there's a core group of people that are like nah man fuck that that's fucked up all that stuff i noticed it only recently i guess when i put up this tweet where um about i want to say a year year and a half ago there was a call with jeff and emily talking about future class hashing things out trying to figure out where we go from here and they're very receptive as far as wanting to make things better wanting to uh create better programs for the future class and like make it so that the future class felt supported that was then followed up by essentially them ghosting the future class right and i only noticed because i was looking for my email i was looking through my email because usually there's like a discount thing and i was like trying to figure out if i'm going to game awards and so oh discount for the ticket for the ticket for the ticket yeah was there this year no that was my thing i was like oh that's interesting i go into the discord and notice that oh they've not been in this discord since like march you know what i mean they just straight up up and left and the first official statement we're hearing about them not supporting the future class going forward is via this article where they're putting up these statements saying yeah we're not doing this anymore and i think that's fucked up i think that's very fucked up um namely because you can't create a program where you're trying to highlight marginalized people people of color right like uh you're bringing this program as being inclusive all these things and then when it starts to like when you have the feeling of i don't feel like doing this anymore you just abandon it that for me is the exact opposite of being an ally being somebody who actually cares about this shit right like sure i think there's a there's a level of i don't even know if apathy is the word but i guess a level of disrespect felt when that happens does that sound off does that sound like oh i mean you can feel whatever you want to feel you know what i mean like i'm not going to tell you how if you're right or wrong i i understand where you're coming from and what it is uh you know there's a lot to tackle and and lots of like well what about this not what about this but like that's how you feel we don't know how jeff feels about it we don't know how emily feels about it right what where they're at with it so then you start coming up with excuses rationale that could be giving them too much credit too little credit stuff to that effect i think at the top of the order the number one thing is that this is being handled poorly it sounds like the future class was handled poorly period period like there's no debating that when you're talking about you're all in a discord again to what they brought they one of the quoted people here talks about you bring together all these people who are getting the light because they are outspoken and they are ready to rally and they are trying to be industry leaders you put them all together and then ignore them that's not going to end well you need to talk to them as human beings and go down to it right and so i think for me it really comes down to the question i have is the last sentence here uh they accuse this is the anonymous person they accuse the organization of using marginalized people for pats on the back i'm asking you to read tea leaves and whatever but like do i i feel like for me complete outsider right kind of funny votes in the game awards uh game awarding part of it but we're not part of anything else in terms of planning the game awards or anything right so my question for you as someone boots on the ground in this situation do you feel like and i know this is tough do you feel like it was hey they did this for the pats on the back they launched this in 2020 right on the heels of a moment in time when it felt like groundswell movement black lives matter george floyd was just murdered and we've all come out and said that's fucking wrong right for lack of a better term a period of time where dei was a good thing yeah and now you're to a point where clearly with the general populace and the mainstream, they don't feel that way, or at least the loudest parts of the mainstream, however you want to do it right in Trump's America.

52:02They don't. And that wind was already blowing to some extent last year when they didn't do a game. So do you think it's, they didn't have interest in doing this? Do you think, or do you think it's more that it was a fad to get pats on the back? I think it was because it was a fad to get passed on the back. I think clearly, right? Like that, that's kind of the thing I wanted to drive to actually is like, I look at when they launch it to be your bus driver. Thank you. Thank you for getting me there. Right. Like they launched this thing at a time where it was cool to support people of color. It was cool to support gay people.

52:31It was cool to support marginalized people. And now when you look at the last year of everybody pulling out from this, right, it's not even just Jeff Kale. It's everybody's target. It's whoever, whatever big corporation you want to talk about that have sunsetted their DEI efforts. Right. It's them looking around. And I don't want to, I don't want to put it too much of me projecting in terms of like how they came about this. Right. But I think it's them being like, we ain't got to do this shit. Like, what are we doing here? this is becoming a waste of time this is becoming something that's also just not trendy to do right like we're probably not gonna see enough we're seeing pushback from the i was gonna i'm throwing everybody into the bad people but right-wing grifters we're seeing enough push back from gamers that they don't want this shit so why are we taking the bullets and taking the arrows for this why are we putting in the extra effort because like again this is extra effort to do like i going back i applaud the amount of work they put into this in 2021 in 2022 where it felt like there was support there and it felt like damn like you were organizing calls with these people like i wasn't even expecting this as part of you know somebody who got a part of future class i was expecting a website page and for y 'all to you know move away and like now they've moved away right and took a little a little bit of while to do that right but like yeah i look at this and I'm like, I would have felt, at least for me personally, it can't be for other people in the future class.

53:49If they had an announcement that was, hey guys, we're sunsetting this because we're trying to transform what this looks like because we saw what they did last year with having the one person go up on stage and be able to accept the thing and highlight his efforts, right? That felt like a really cool way to do that. If Jeff and Emily had an official statement and they were like, hey, we're sunsetting this and we're keeping the Discord open so you guys can talk to each other. For me personally, that'd be a different thing. For me personally, I'd be like, I get it. like and like i'd be still kind of upset right but like if it's about transforming this into something that makes more sense and something that pisses off less people sure but that's not what they did they ghosted everybody right they didn't respond to emily or to emma kidwell sorry like they didn't respond to anybody people have been in that discord for ages being like yo what's up with this thing nothing yeah that's a different thing yeah and i think that's fucked up agree yeah i think this again there's no whether you wherever you want to fall on it there's no argument this was handled poorly right and so yeah uh i'm sorry you have to go through that i mean i and i know it's not like the biggest affronts or whatever yeah no i'm definitely like one of the less vocal people i think or at least one of the i'm lower on the totem pole as far as people who care deeply about this right like i've not been the one who's like reaching out to jeff and like been talking to other people in the discord ever i'm very much like i've been a lurker this whole time in the thing like i'll even show up to calls with my microphone off being like oh it's cool that they're doing this but like you know i'm i'm not gonna pop in and say stuff i'm not gonna pop in and say stuff like i'm here to hang out with people or do whatever but i've not been like on the forefront of all this like shout out to emma kidwell and other people that are yeah um but yeah like i see all this stuff happening from the sidelines and i can't help but to look at it and be like oh this whole thing is fucked up like this is the pure example of white people trying to get a pat on the back for supporting black people in a moment but then moving away from it and like you can't do that because people will notice and call you out on it And so like, I will say, yeah, shame on the team for handling this this way.

55:43Like it's a really fucked up way to go about it that leaves people feeling in the way that they feel. And you can't get mad at people for feeling abandoned when you abandoned people. Well said, bless. Let's diffuse the situation with a super chat from Weisscast who said, it's always cool to support minorities and marginalized people. I agree. It's interesting to see people back away from it. I don't like that. I'm happy to support people. Uh, oh, that's about the loans coming. All right, we can move on then. Well, well said, Bloss. Number four on the Roper Report. Mafia of the Old Country beat internal sales expectations.

56:22This is Rafi Sinha over at Gaming Bolt. While Borderlands 4 sales were a little softer than expected, and NBA 2K26 achieved double-digit growth, Take-Two Interactive surprisingly noted the success of Mafia of the Old Country. according to CEO Strauss Zelnick in conversation with the game business. The early 1900s action adventure beat out the company's internal expectations. This confirms what it quote unquote suspected, according to Zelnick, which is just, if you give consumers a great narrative experience, that's a lot of fun. Somewhat contained and a fair price, then you can have the perfect result, end quote.

56:58The company didn't provide any details on sales, but in its second quarter fiscal year 2026 report, it confirmed over 2.9 million pre-orders before launch it also ranked third in circana best-selling premium games charts in the united states for august 2025 going by estimates over 800 000 copies were sold in the first four days which isn't too shabby for a 50 title with 12 to 14 hours of gameplay parentheses 23 hours for completionists according to how long to beat so single player games are saved less single player 12 hour narrative games linear you've on it 2k is just gonna pump these things out i do think this bodes well though for the future of that especially the future of mafia for sure but like i would like to see more what's the name of the studio that makes mafia hanger hanger 13 13 13 yeah i'd like to see more studios like hanger 13 that are able to do this i mean as we wait probably another seven years for gta 6 they're going to need smaller games to come out faster so this is a great way to do it yeah i mean honestly what does this say about borderlands though borderlands launching a little softer than expected i would think i mean they also said we talked about it yesterday in the gta stuff they said they expected to hit its sales numbers over time over you know years and years i think it speaks to what we all kind of felt was that there was more apathy for this borderlands right where it was like i borderlands 3 was ah there's a new borderlands the borderlands 4 i was like all right cool more borderlands is coming out it had a terrible launch it didn't run well you know what i mean i did as a borderlands fan i didn't connect with this one i've never gone back nor have i ever felt like i should go back to it like i feel like it's just another borderlands in that scenario i don't know what do you think do you think how do you think they changed for borderlands 5 i think you take more time off i think there needs to be more time between these games and i i would say you go back again like one of i know it's so many people were like oh man like i hate the cringe i hate the whatever blah blah like borderlands being obnoxious colors and crazy things and splash screens and ah like that's what borderlands is imo and so when they watered this one down tamed this one down to try to meet the people who didn't want that i feel they lost something where i felt like i was playing a very generic game when i played borderlands and i'm not saying it all needs to be fucking dick and fart jokes but like i just didn't get the color of it it wasn't a world i wanted to hang out in damn that's crazy i feel like that's like such an in opposition to how he felt at borderlands 3 it's just such i mean maybe i'm i mean i don't know if I'm the minority or not but it's like it's like I it's I have not thought about Borderlands period outside of it coming up in an article or like a Games Daily or something I have not been like oh man Borderlands was I too hard on it should I go back to it like who was my stupid vault hunter what was his name I don't even know whatever what was I doing in it blah blah blah and granted I'm playing amazing games right that are like again I'm playing Borderlands I had talked about like man I just want to get to the outer worlds and I got to the outer worlds and I was like, yep, here we go.

59:48A first-person shooter RPG, but I'm shooting, and it's fun, and the weapons are crazy, and the world's awesome, and the companions are great, and the story. It had more to it than just a lot of guns, which is what Borderlands always has. And Borderlands, I feel like, again, I was shocked hosting the Borderlands show for Borderlands 3, really discovering the community in the Borderlands community that's like, I run this boss every night for five hours trying to get the perfect drop and I was like why your guns are fun just use the fun and I everybody plays a game a different way for a different reason but I maybe they lean too far into that and that's not what mainstream wants I don't know yeah I mean when I to your point when I think of Borderlands I do think of the memes I think of like even I think of people's reaction to the memes honestly like I'll go online and people being like Borderlands 2 has to be new references or whatever I think of that and then also I think about how deep people get into into borderlands regardless yeah and i do think that you're onto something as far as that kind of being part of the personality of borderlands might not be part of the charm but it is part of the identity in a way that like maybe might make it stick out um i also think that like borderlands is one of those franchises and like as far as it being almost bigger than than mainstream uh as far as video games go because i remember being in college and my friend joe like him and uh his girlfriend would play borderlands all the time he brought us in to play borderlands 2 with them yeah and like they're so into borderlands that they 3d printed their he was in the engineering school yeah they 3d printed their own version of settlers of katan that was borderlands theme oh wow that's cool yeah that had like cool neon colored like lighting that they put on um underneath it to make like the board glow and all all this shit.

1:01:34Yeah, that's hot. And it was fucking sick. But like, there are also people that don't, I don't look at them as like, like video game players like me and you were playing the next game. Borderlands strikes a chord where it does get people who are not like the people who listen to our show. Both chats have been popping off with people like, hey, I love Borderlands 4. Oh, hey, the humor was in the side quest. Like, I hear you. Norman in the Super Chat says Borderlands time may have passed. And then Resolute says in the Super Chats, I personally know multiple people who didn't buy Borderlands 4 because of Randy Pitchford and I almost didn't either.

1:02:02I don't think that's the leading reason but I could understand why that would be there it's also an incredibly crowded time for video games so maybe there's more to be said there but the end life to date sales of Borderlands will be big news when we get them bless if I wanted something smaller say what the small news and they need to know about you'd go to our last news story the We News channel recover all the small news items you need to know about number 5 We News a possible scoop from Chris Avellone co-founder and former CCO of Obsidian. It's a tweet or a BS. I can't tell. Apparently, aside from DLC plans for Outer Worlds 2, it seems like Obsidian is making no plans for Outer Worlds 3, but they are doing Avowed 2.

1:02:45Great. They should. I love Outer Worlds 2. They should stop doing that and make Fallout New Vegas 2 or whatever they want to call it. And Avowed is an interesting Obsidian RPG. I'll follow Obsidian to the ends of the earth, even though I don't always connect with their games. I think Avowed is such a great example of an Obsidian RPG, open world RPG, open zone RPG. That's between Outer Worlds 1 and between Outer Worlds 2. And I think if you now take that, Avowed 2, and you put it here on the other side of Outer Worlds 2 with what they know about companions and worlds and stuff like that, you'd have a winner.

1:03:20Hear me out. Pentumit. Go away. No, we don't want to hear that. Austin Wintery tweeted and said, Congrats to my friends and thank you for the Recording Academy for including Sword of the Sea at the 26 Grammys. And massive shout out to Wilbert Rajat for the two-time nominee. I'm sad the lack of Expedition 33 among them. I would happily trade places. That score is down. What he's saying is best score on soundtrack for video games and other interactive media was announced. It's Avatar, Frontiers of Pandora, Helldivers 2, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Star Wars Outlaws, and of course, Sword of the Sea.

1:03:53I'm sure there's a bigger conversation we had here about the movie adaptation games and them getting the preference for these awards. And I get it because of recognizability, but they're objectively wrong not to have clear obscure Expedition 33 on this list. Nobody played that nerd shit. From Eurogamer, according to Deal Labs, GTA 5 is going to be available for PlayStation Plus subscribers on the extra and premium tiers in the very near future with an announcement from Sony expected later this month. From Glenn Martin at the PlayStation Blog, Suri, the seventh note is a rhythm action platformer and our love letter to games we grew up playing in a door.

1:04:29Set in a magical world, it features music-infused platforming, gameplay, unlockable movement abilities, the dramatic escape sequence is set to synchronized epic soundtrack. You can check it out for yourself in our first ever official gameplay trailer right here. We're watching it right there. It looks fucking awesome. Yeah, this is one that Tim dropped into the KFGD Slack. And for audio listeners, it's a 2D platformer, very colorful, and has a rhythm game mechanic. Very cool. I like that a lot. Yeah, it's called Siri. I already scrolled away. Siri, the seventh note. S-U-R-I, the seventh note. And then late housekeeping from us.

1:05:36We turn our eyes to kindoffunny.com slash you're wrong. Where? Captain Kinky Boots writes in and says, Blessing and Greg, you're both wrong. The Marvel game, 1940 whatever, was technically announced in October 2021. won. They have a Skydance article here about joining to make a new interactive title. Well, you didn't know the title. Yeah, no, that's not them announcing the game. That's them announcing that they're working on a game. The key art reveal at the panel with Bless was September 22. I don't like that. You're wrong, and I don't like you, Captain Kinky Boots. Wow. Somebody had to say it.

1:06:07I'm sick of giving up. It is fucked up that I had to do that, but somebody had to do. Dubbed to Kaiser in the free chat says, still no last caretaker talk. Unreal. You have access to Super Chats. I don't know what you want. Jack Patillo's game The Last Caretaker is out. There you go. Everybody go get it. Is it out today? I think it's out yesterday. Oh, cool. You can't play every single game at all times. You're fucking happy Dub to Kaiser? Are you fucking happy now? But also, it's not the Last Caretaker. No. Damn. Not even for Jack? I'm taking back shoutouts I've given to Jack Patillo in the past.

1:06:40No! Jack Patillo now is officially my enemy. You did that. You did that. Are you happy, everybody? Are you happy, chat. Now I got to go figure out how I can ruin his life like I did Tim's.
