In short

Dr. Steven Greer argues that UFO/“alien” disclosure is being delayed by illegal, covert aerospace programs and corporate-state corruption; he claims the real issue is control of energy technology that could end fossil fuels and poverty, plus psychological warfare and staged “alien threat” narratives.

Guest backgrounds

Greer is a physician who founded the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence and the Disclosure Project; he says he briefed CIA and President Clinton’s team in 1993, produced documentaries (e.g., Unacknowledged), and has an archive of whistleblower testimony and documents (dpiarchive.com).

Key claims

Government UFO programs have operated illegally since the late 1950s; “electrogravitic/anti-gravity” propulsion was reverse-engineered from retrieved non-human craft; secrecy is maintained to protect oil/gas/nuclear power interests and to prevent weaponization; many abduction/mutilation stories are staged counterintelligence; “triangular” craft (e.g., TR-3B) are used for criminal operations like trafficking and drugs.

Notable examples

Lockheed Skunk Works prototypes (Tic Tac compared to 1960s Lockheed work); alleged 1954 gravity control/gravity waves (Naval Research Lab scientist Richard Foch); Reagan/SDI deception; “Cosmic Hoax” and CE5 contact; claims of threats/assassinations and device “black van” intimidation of whistleblowers.

2:58Hey, everybody.

3:00Rob Lowe:Welcome to Literally. Okay. So today, I'm going to make your head spin. this is the podcast episode where your head will physically rotate like the little girl in The Exorcist. So if you're down to clown, if you're into having your mind blown, I'm your guy right now, today. If not, you know, you just want to continue blindly going through life without your beliefs challenged. I'll see you next week. But if you're down, get ready. because today we have Dr. Stephen Greer. Dr. Stephen Greer has created the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Disclosure Project, written many books, many documentaries you can get on Amazon, briefed many presidents, and is probably the most foremost expert in the world of UFOs, top secret technology, and the like.

4:10Rob Lowe:pull up a chair and get ready.

4:20Rob Lowe:Dr. Stephen Greer in the house. This is exciting for me. Well, I'll let you be the judge at the end of this conversation. I feel like I'm more versed than the average bear in this world that we're going to talk about. but for the folks that listen to this podcast who are used to hearing Gwyneth Paltrow talk about you know the first time she met so you know what I mean like the show business folks the regular folks let's let them into the pool in a way that doesn't shock the system sure so I guess the first thing I would ask you as one of the experts in the field of UFO disclosure, I mean, aliens, tech, secret tech, all of it.

5:13Rob Lowe:What do you feel has changed in the past few years that we are now openly having these conversations that government officials are testifying under oath, that they have seen recovered craft, etc., etc. And I'm struck with two things. A, a number of things, that it's happening, that it's public, and that it's met with a collective shrug. Well, I think the public has been more aware of this. You know, even back in the 90s when I first started the project. And in 1993, as a young doctor, I was flown up to Washington to brief the director of the CIA and some other folks for President Clinton. And at that time, it was, you know, an outlier.

6:08But we started the whole disclosure movement back in the 90s, although it had a code name called Project Starlight. And so over the last 30 years, 32 years, we've made a lot of progress in getting this information to keep people in government, but also into the public domain. You know, we did a film called Unacknowledged in 2017 that's had over 800 million people see it. And it started and it dealt with a lot of these whistleblowers that you hear about today. And so we started out with maybe a dozen whistleblowers in the aerospace industry and CIA and military. Now we have 750 some whistleblowers.

6:50So we have been putting this information out for a very long time. And I think it's cumulative. Most people are just learning about it. I don't realize there's a very deep and long history of this. But I think at this point, we've reached sort of a critical mass, if you will, of awareness amongst the national security and political sphere, but also with law enforcement. Because these programs related to this subject, UFOs, have been run illegally since the late 1950s. And we can prove this. And we have a team of special forces guys working with me now that are collecting a lot of this information and providing it to federal law enforcement.

7:32And I can't say a whole lot about that except to say there's been enormous progress. And so this is trickling into Congress and out to the public and to some of the media. But I think, you know, a couple of decades ago, after we did the National Press Club event in 2001, it was about 54 percent of the public thought these objects were real and some aspect of the government was keeping it secret. So that's more than most presidents get in their elections. That's right. So in reality, it's always been kind of on the radar, but nobody has really understood what it is. And I actually still think people don't really understand what we're talking about.

8:13Because, yeah.

8:15Rob Lowe:No, no, and that's sort of my next question. Because my sense is it's a more complex answer. I think a lot of it is our tech. Yes, it is. Like whenever I, when I saw that Tic Tac video and I go, oh, that's Raytheon Lockheed and they're testing it again. It's a blind test. Let's see how this thing does. That's my interpretation. Yeah, it was a Lockheed Skunk Works prototype back in the 60s. We have images of it and witnesses of it back in 1967. So that was something that's been refined. And these are known as electrogravitic or anti-gravity propulsion systems that were developed after studying the actual non-human or extraterrestrial vehicles.

9:06So there's a very long history. My uncle was Northrop Brumman for his whole career and worked on the lunar module project, but the first man on the moon. And so, you know, this is a very old legacy of overt programs, aerospace-centered, where they have reverse-engineered and studied retrieved extraterrestrial vehicles. And we've known this for many decades. The secrecy, what you landed on right there, is centered not so much on the fact that we're alone, you know, that we're not alone in the universe. is that the technologies behind how those objects move has been discovered in the energy system, which is not nuclear or oil or gas or rockets.

9:50If it was disclosed, it would immediately terminate the oil industry, gas, coal, nuclear power, public utilities, end pollution and end poverty in 20 years. Now, think about what I just said. You're talking more than$1 ,000 trillion in assets that will have to be converted to a new technology. So the secrecy is less about the non-human part of it than human geopolitics, power, and money. Well, and that tracks perfectly.

10:27Rob Lowe:So we have the technology. Who is it? Who is it? Someone's famous quote is, if you can imagine it, we have it. Isn't that Lear's quote? No, that was actually Ben Rich, who was the head of the Lockheed, president of Lockheed Skunk Works up there in the high desert of California. And he stated to people on my team back in 1995 that anything you can imagine, we have already done at the Lockheed Skunk Works. And on his deathbed, He told the famous aerospace historian James Goodall, this was the week he passed away, that anything you can imagine or even have seen in Star Trek, we already have at the Lockheed Skunk Works.

11:12And he pointedly said, not Area 51. This is the motherlode, and it's not far from where you're sitting. So I think that now the big mistake the public makes is thinking that the president or all the CIA directors and key members of Congress know about this. And what I discovered in the early 90s when I was asked to brief President Clinton's team is that, in fact, they were not being read in or briefed on it. And these programs were being run unconstitutionally and illegally for the reasons I stated a moment ago. So I think that people need to realize the consequences of this are huge. And it's giggled at.

11:48And of course, the CIA has had psychological warfare operations, PSYOPs, to sort of ridicule it, make cartoons about it, and put out, I would say, 90 % of the information on the subject is rubbish and sort of disinformation designed to ridicule it or to scare people. But in reality, it's actually a very serious issue technologically and scientifically, but also from the point of view of the human future. I mean, look at it. We're still using, we put a movie out a couple of years ago called The Lost Century that documents we've had technologies for 100 years that would replace oil and gas and all the things that are keeping half the world in poverty and destroying the biosphere.

12:30Why don't we bring them out? So this is where you have to drill down on what I call real corruption. I don't mean a billion here and there. And this is the real problem. And people make the huge mistake of thinking because you're chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, that you have control over this or all presidents are read into it. Now, some presidents have been, partially, but they have not had control over the operations. And in fact, Kennedy famously said to his chief steward when he was flying to Berlin, the gift is, I am a Berliner speech. I have this interview with him when he said, I know about the issue, but the whole matter is, quote, out of my control and out of my hands, and I don't know why.

13:12So that was about a year or so before he got killed. But I think that this is a huge problem because we purport to be in a democracy, but in reality, you have this sort of corporatization of these covert programs that is more powerful than the White House and the Congress combined. So that's a big problem. And this is the hardest thing for members of Congress to realize. Now we've reached the point where there are key members of Congress and people in the administration that we've been able to brief who do understand this. And they're drilling down on it, but very carefully, because it's something, it's enormously complex.

13:52If we spoke for five hours on this show, we wouldn't unpack 10 % of it.

13:57Rob Lowe:Well, that is the question. Politicians come and go. They're there for four years, six years, eight years, even 10 years. And it's, who do you think, I mean, you've kind of alluded to it, but who do you think the people in the know are, who is that consolidation of people? It's obviously the Lockheeds, the Raytheons, the people in those, you know, I'm imagining Bechtel and all of these types of companies that would have the tech. Northrop Grumman. Yeah. So you look at a lot of the triangular crap that are silent. Yes. In fact, I have a friend who's a billionaire there and used to live in Santa Barbara.

14:34She had one of these massive triangles right over her house. And I said, well, that was Northrop Grumman's. And it was, you know, it makes a bit of a Humming sound, like a transformer. There are no jets or rockets. Now, are there non-human ones that look like that? Yes. So what they have done, and this is part of a sort of false flag operation, they have created aircraft that are this type of propulsion system anti-gravity if you want to call it's not proper scientific term but let's just use it and they've deployed them in deceptive operations to trick people between well is it it's like the old commercial is it real or is it memorex is it is it non-human alien or is it one of ours and this has been done deliberately so that people won't be able to discern which is which.

15:24And this is true all the way up to Pentagon officials that I briefed. And when I say Pentagon officials, like the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, the head of intelligence for the joint staff, people like this. So that sort of deception has been done deliberately because never mind the general public and media, but these key officials in the constitutional government, except for people who have been corrupted and are in this group, which we call a transnational criminal organization, are the ones who know. And then they lie to their counterparts in whatever office they're in, whether it be CIA or NRO or NSA or whatever.

16:03Rob Lowe:And to what end, though, do we, I'm unclear on, to what end does it fly, what is the Manta, the TR-3B, or whatever they call it, the triangles that everybody sees? Well, they're used in operations, actually. We have recently uncovered through some whistleblowers out in the high desert of California who work with these aerospace contractors that they have been used in transporting humans and human trafficking and also child trafficking and also drugs and arms. So there are criminal activities that these are used in and other special projects. So, again, this is, you know, we get into some really spooky stuff here.

16:47And you can imagine the threat matrix around what we're doing. But, you know, because we're exposing something that would make the mafia look like nothing. And these technologies are in the hands of the very worst kinds of people, frankly. And now many of the men and women who get recruited into those operations when they're younger just think that they're obeying orders. until they reach a certain level. And once they hit their 50s, 60s in North, my age, I just turned 70 in June. What you find is that there is a, they realize that we're involved here in a corrupt organization. And then they reach out to me to try to get their information to key people because they realize that they're trapped.

17:35One of them recently said to me, thank you for what you're doing for those of us stuck on the other side. Now, the reason for this secrecy is two things. One, they want a strategic plan. They have a strategic plan. It's been going for decades to portray the non-human component as a threat from outer space, which is totally false. I mean, if these civilizations were a threat, we'd be gone. I mean, because their technologies are, you know, certainly when we first started retrieving them in the 40s and 50s, they were light years. I mean, ahead of where we were. We had vacuum tubes and stuff like that.

18:13Rob Lowe:Right. So, and barely had jets and rockets. So, it's clear that they're not hostile. But what is also clear is that those civilizations are extremely concerned about our hostility and our nuclear weapons and are going into space as a warfaring people instead of a peaceful people. That's why they're here. But they've been portrayed as abductions and mutilations and all that society. Those have all been staged events. I'll give you a date, which most people can't believe is true. A good friend of mine used to be the chief scientist at the Naval Research Labs in Washington. biggest department of defense lab in the world.

18:52And Richard Foch, I'll use his name, he's passed away. And he was in the vault, a vault, where he saw the documentation that we mastered gravity control, gravity waves in October of 1954. So by the late 1950s, we were building these objects, and they had been deployed in deceptive so-called false flag operations since then. And so the UFO subculture is awash in all the mythology of events that have been staged as a counterintelligence and psychological warfare operation. And this is a big problem because it also sucks in members of Congress and even presidents who get brainwashed. President Reagan got convinced of this threat, and this is why he gave all the money to SDI and Star Wars.

19:41And he was deceived, and later he realized he was. So I think that this is an ongoing huge problem. Now, of course, Reagan predates my involvement. But, you know, Carter, they tried to deceive him. But President Carter, he was probably our highest IQ president in modern history. And he wasn't fooled at all. And he knew immediately. And of course, he had had a signing of one of these when he was governor of Georgia. I have his report personally. I have it signed by Carter. And, you know, There's no question that he knew what was going on here. But other presidents have been deceived and tricked into all kinds of funding that go into aerospace and military industrial complex operations over these deceptions.

20:29So I think this is the big problem for the public is discerning what's true and what isn't. And the point of the false flag stuff is to keep alive the threat of ill-willed aliens and to take people's eyes off the ball of, wait a minute, that's actually ours. Yes, absolutely. It's basically, don't look here at what we're doing, humans. Look over here and think it's alien. And this is, I hate to say it, even Hollywood has been sort of influenced by this sort of corruption by cutouts or what are called non-official covers in Hollywood and Hollywood movies and whatnot.

21:10Rob Lowe:Yeah, walk me through cutout again. Tell me again what cutout, because I've heard that phrase a bunch. It's a great phrase. A cutout is someone who might be working for an intelligence agency unwittingly. Is that fair? No, knowingly. I mean, they know that they're a dual operative and sometimes a triple operative. So I work with a lot of NOCs, a non-official cover. So they're not officially recognized. Let's say they're actually out of JSOC, the Joint Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, but they're working at Northrop Grumman or they're working at the New York Times as a national security editor, et cetera, and so on.

21:49And I know quite a few of them. And some of them are our whistleblowers. I mean, a number of them are our whistleblowers, and most of them don't want to be identified. You're not going to see them on a panel in Congress, but they're providing us the intel and documents that we then are getting to members of Congress privately and the White House.

26:03Rob Lowe:roswell the the 40s and 50s when all this happened was all of this triggered by the atomic bomb and and the the other civilizations went holy shit they've got the bomb we better go check on these guys is that is that sort of it yes but it's more complex i don't want to bore your audience with physics. But when you detonate an atomic bomb, everyone knows we have something called an EMP, electromagnetic pulse. Pulse, yes. Right? It can knock out your whole power grid if it's done at the right place. Right. What they don't know is that something that Nikola Tesla discovered, you know, more than 100 years ago are the scalar waves.

Read the full transcript

26:42And these are longitudinal waves that go out as a straight line as opposed to a wave, like a normal electromagnetic wave, at multiple of the speed of light through the vacuum, the quantum vacuum. And that is released when you release and detonate an atomic bomb. That disrupts interstellar transdimensional communications and even propulsion systems. So when we started detonating those, a big red flag went over Earth and said, these folks are in trouble and they could be a problem to the rest of the cosmos. So that's why you hear about this huge influx of these sightings and events. in the 40s, 50s, 60s.

27:24So, yeah, that's a prevailing problem. And even to this day, there's a lot of surveillance of our nuclear operations by these civilizations. They're also concerned, though, they know that there have, and I'm quite sure this is true, that there have been civilizations we have no record of on Earth that have vanished because we were fooling with this nonsense and had an extinction-level event. You know, there are accounts in the Mahabharata and the Bhagavad Gita about this and the Vimanas, if you study it. And so I think that these civilizations are watching what we're doing and they have a concern for us and the earth and the environment as an incubator of life cosmos.

28:09But I think they're also concerned that if we were to escape the boundaries of beyond the speed of light and be out in space, we could be an existential threat to other places. So I think that until we become a peaceful civilization, the concern, I say everyone's worried about the aliens attacking us. I go, no, it's the other way around. I think they're more concerned about the human proclivity towards big, huge wars and taking every technological advance and bending it into a weapon. And using it for weapons. And this is a big problem because this is one of the reasons why the subject hasn't been disclosed.

28:47The technologies would save the biosphere and end poverty. But if they're weaponized by every terrorist or unstable regime, these are way more powerful technologically than a thermonuclear weapon. So the real crisis, it's an existential crisis that requires not only world peace, but universal peace. We're going to have to deal with this issue on a very large global scale.

29:14Rob Lowe:Because I'm thinking, how do you get out of that vicious cycle other than everybody waking up one day and realizing that we're not alone? And then we all can come together and rework how we think about the world. I'm not quite sure how we piecemeal our way to solving this. Well, I think this gets into how is this subject disclosed? One of the things I'm concerned about is the current juggernaut towards disclosure has a distinctive psychological warfare bent to it of a threat. And you see, so I'm not going to talk about names, but you see certain people pushing that narrative, which is a false narrative.

30:00And, you know, Wernher von Braun, who invented the rocket for Adolf Hitler, on his Carol Rosen that, and it was Wernher von Braun's right-hand assistant, that the plan long-term, this is 1974, was to fake, you know, stage an alien threat so that they could unite the world around a sort of dystopic, militaristic, totalitarian superstition. state. And people would be in such fear, like we were during 9-11 and COVID, that they would be able to seize power and unite the world, not in peace and prosperity, but in fear and war. So this has been a very long-term plan. And Wernher von Braun knew of it, and he was very upset by it.

30:49Literally on his deathbed, he made this confession. And I've heard this from another number of defectors from these covert programs who have been operational in staging false alien events. And I put out a documentary a few years ago called The Cosmic Hoax and what the means are and the technologies of how they're doing this. But, you know, that is a very small voice in this cacophony of narratives that are going out there. You know, the sky is falling, the aliens are going to invade us and blah, blah, blah. But I think this is something we have to be careful of because humans, once you become afraid enough, You give up your higher consciousness, you give up your spirituality, you give up your intellect, and it's very much that midbrain reptilian fight or flight fear.

31:40So once they get the public in a state of fear, they can do what they want. So I think we have to rise above that. Now, I think this is one of the reasons for the secrecy. They've been waiting for the right time globally and technologically in terms of digital and communication systems to pull that trigger. So the big question is, over the next few months or year, is this going to come out in a way that's positive, that says we're not alone in the universe. The sciences and technologies could transform our life on Earth. And we need to become a peaceful civilization and collective security, ensure that the technologies are only used for peaceful purposes.

32:21Or are we going to pivot towards this dystopia? And I think we're really at a crossroads, a big crossroads right now.

32:29Rob Lowe:How will we know what's coming? Will we know it when we see it? Yeah, well, no, I'm working furiously. I mean, I gave up my medical career to fix this problem. Talk about Don Quixote here. Honestly, it's been mind-blowing. You know, I've had several people on my team assassinated over the years. Literally assassinated? Oh, yes, for sure. How do they do that? What does that look like? They're called wetworks. Wetworks is a term for targeted killings. And interesting, one of the big aerospace companies, we know the person who has ordered these targeted killings, and that's been turned over to law enforcement recently.

33:12So there are serious criminal investigations going on right now. I can't speak to specifically, but we know who they are. and but this has been many decades for me you know my nose the grindstone trying to get to the bottom of this and i have to tell you you know as complex as it sounds to people listening it's more than that and and the consequences are so huge uh but uh yeah i mean look it's it's an open secret in the intelligence community that if someone becomes too troublesome them, they can be eliminated. And so this is the sort of thing I've had threats. I've had home invasions and threats since 1991 as a young doctor, when I started putting all this stuff in the hands of some officials because of the whistleblowers I had way back then.

34:04So now I'm not afraid, but you know, and the other thing is corruption. So they have, they make threats against these whistleblowers. I recently had one who was coming forward and a black van pulled up and they said, go look at your phone and your computers. And they had embedded child pornography all over his devices and said, if you go to Washington with Greer and talk about this to Senate intelligence people, which is what I was doing, you're going to be in prison for the rest of your life and never see your two young boys again. So this is the kind of dirty tricks and things going on. Now, five years ago, I didn't have the people in law enforcement, but we do now.

34:46There's a special task force, federal, looking into this that predates the Trump administration. And we have very good people we're handing off this information off to. Now, the question is, how far will the DOJ and the president and the FBI, et cetera, take it? We don't know. This is to be determined. But we have given everything I have. You know, if you go to, we have an archive we've made public called the Disclosure Project Intelligence Archive. It's dpiarchive.com. And anyone can go there. It has terabytes of information, hundreds of top secret whistleblower testimony, thousands of documents, 122 crash retrieval cases with named people.

35:31It's all there for anyone want to go there and look at it. We've spent about half a million dollars in the last couple of years putting that together and digitizing my archives. So all of that and even the classified part of the secret part of it, we've handed over to the House Oversight Committee, Senate Intelligence Committee, White House, FBI.

35:51Rob Lowe:Don't those people easily bought? They have campaigns to run. They get primaried. They get lobbied.

36:03Rob Lowe:your own version of your own deep state, people that aren't beholden to anybody? Oh, 100%. And this is the real problem. You know what? In 1992, the head of Army Intelligence, when I said this to one oddcaster, he couldn't believe it. The head of Army Intelligence in 92 personally offered me$2 billion to shut up and not do what I'm doing. and you know that was a lot of money back then in 92 back then two billion was a lot now especially to a doctor but um i mean we don't make that much and you don't go into trauma and emergency for the money um you do it to save lives but i think that the big problem is is that that level of corruption is real and i had an operative on the committee dealing with this secrecy, he pulled me aside and he says, look, and this was in 93, we have given at least$10 million or more to over 10 ,000 people to secure their cooperation with our operation, with our project.

37:07And that is true. And so that level of corruption is very effective. So I always tell people there are three things you've got to have if you're a leader. You have to have the intelligence and information and the ability to comprehend the complexity of the problem. You have to have the integrity not to be corrupted, but then you have to have the courage to act, knowing you're going up against some extremely powerful interests. And that's where the whole thing's falling apart. Bill Clinton got very close to resolving this problem, actually. And he started something called Team Red. And it was an operation.

37:45Team Red was an Operation Special Forces to take on what they called Team Black, these illegal programs. And Team Blue was just the regular military and intelligence community. But those people, I know, survivor members of Team Red. And they were all either killed or they were absorbed into Team Black. And so Mr. Clinton could only go so far. He was never able to get to the bottom of it or get control of these operations. Now, of course, that started, I mean, I briefed his CIA director in December of 93, his first year in office. But by the time President Clinton left office, he had just given up on trying to do this.

38:35Rob Lowe:Therapy is one of those things a lot of people talk themselves out of without even realizing it. Like it's too expensive or it's too overwhelming figuring out where to even start. 40:44so anybody who becomes the president comes away knowing about this and kind of throwing their hands up but but what they don't do most i mean i spoke to to the national security advisor for president trump during his first term recently and he told me point blank that they They were never, this subject never came up. They were never briefed on it, ever. And I said, no, I'm not surprised. Now, most people listening would be shocked because they would think, oh, it was the president's the most powerful man in the world, blah, blah. Yes, on most things, but not on this. And that's why Eisenhower is the one who got basically betrayed by the military-industrial complex, as he called it, in the late 50s.

41:32And that's why his last speech to the world was, beware the military-industrial complex. And he was a five-star general. He was not anti-military. No kidding. He was a Republican, right? So the fact of the matter is he had run into this buzzsaw of very powerful interest, corporate and money, that did not want this subject out. And they did not want it disclosed because it would step on the toes of too many of the big global industrialists.

42:02Rob Lowe:Let me ask you a smaller question because now my head is spinning, right? Okay, sorry. No, no, no. This is what we want. What was our first contact like? What did it look like? And what did we learn? Was it Roswell? When you talk about the propulsion systems, and are they interdimensional? Or do they come from another planet? Are they Pallidians? Are they Zeta Reticula? Are they the reptilians? Are they like, give me your, because I bet you in a lot of that is a lot of psyop already that I've spewed potentially, right? Yep. It is. Yeah, that's all right. I mean, you have to deal with what you find.

42:46The truth is, at least by the 1960s, we have a man who was on the retrieval teams, Sergeant Clifford Stone, not coincidentally. And by the late 60s, we had documented about 68 or 69 different species from different star systems. So, there are three things going on that people are conflating as one. So, for clarity, there are the man-made ones, and I think that's the dominant phenomenon that people see. There's the extraterrestrial, which are from other star systems. But to go from one star system to another, you have to go out of linear space-time and quantum entanglement in the entangled quantum universe.

43:36And you, therefore, transect or go through other dimensions. But there's another whole category of weird phenomenon. It's almost like stranger things that are from other dimensions. In other words, they're extra dimensional. They're from another dimension that can come into this dimension, but they're not extraterrestrial. So all three things are being lumped into one. And I think that obfuscation is being done deliberately to confuse people who don't know the phyla, the categories of these objects. and phenomenon. Now, when I was at the Vatican some years ago, I had a hilarious conversation with the Pope's senior theologian, Monsignor Balducci.

44:21He was a wonderful guy. And he said, this was back when Pope John Paul was the Pope. And he said, he said, well, doctor, neither demons nor angels need flying saucers. And it was hilarious. So there are phenomena from other dimensions that get conflated with the extraterrestrial. And the reason for that is that when an object from another star system is shifted out of linear space-time, it could be outside the window there and would almost be like a ghost or almost like an apparition because it's partially in this dimension and partially in another. And this is why the phenomenon can easily be confused with something from another dimension.

45:08And I think this is one of the real problems. You know, I hit up a team called CE5 Contact. We have an app. William Shatner has it and uses it. No way. And Demi Lovato. And it's an app that teaches people how to make contact with these objects. And it's called CE5 Contact. It's fun to do and try. And you might be surprised what shows up. But, and I think that this is one of the problems is that when you're new to this, and let's say you're chair or co-chair of Senate Intelligence, and you've never been briefed on this, it's easy for people to come in from the intelligence community and they'll cover up that we humans have this tech.

45:50They'll mix in this other dimensional phenomenon. And then a little bit of it is the real thing, right? The non-human extraterrestrial. So, again, this is all part of a very, they're very good at what they do, the counterintelligence and psychological warfare people. And it was a steep learning curve for me in the 90s to wrap my mind about around how they're doing it, but what technologies they have. And this is the shocker I had 30 years ago, is what level of technology we've developed in covert programs that can be used to create all of the above. including extradimensional phenomena. So like the Skinwalker Ranch, the phenomena going on there at recent time have all been staged by human, very advanced electronic warfare systems.

46:43So I think this is, this is one of the problems is that it takes a team of people like I have who are inside. Wait a minute, let me tell you.

46:52Rob Lowe:And the reason they're doing it at Skinwalker Ranch is to get people just to to populate the vacuum of chatter, press, media, engaged in that so they're not engaged in something else they don't want them to be engaged in. And it's scary. You have to look at the theme that runs through all of this. It's frightening, it's spooky, it's negative. You know, you have people like Tucker Carlson who started looking into this and now he's convinced that these are the UFOs or the handmaidens of Satan from another lower dimension. a holy war has to happen in space. You know, this is the kind of flat trap that unfortunately is very effective at brainwashing people who have just enough knowledge to get in trouble.

47:41And I'm not trying to sound elitist here. I'm just saying there's a deep expertise needed. And which is why, you know, I've been providing briefings to heads of state and ministers of defense for decades in between taking care of gunshot wounds to the chest. And, you know, I mean, my life is sort of bizarre because, you know, I'm raised four daughters and, you know, chairman of emergency medicine and traipsing around the world doing this crazy stuff. But that'd be an interesting movie someday. Yeah, that's a good movie. Let me ask you this.

48:13Rob Lowe:So with the Miami Mall thing, sounds like a classic PSYOP to me. But look, so for those of you who don't know, there was the biggest law enforcement presence gathered in maybe ever in Miami. It was a mall that was supposedly shooting. But meanwhile, everybody came out and said that there were beings running around the mall. And it was front page news. It was all over the place. Regular people, many, many, many of them talked about it. They had their cell phones confiscated. and you can Google it. This all happened. Now, what actually they saw is open to debate. But from what you're talking about, that to me would fit perfectly a PSYOP.

48:56Yeah, and it's called stagecraft at the CIA and some of the private corporations that do this. And a couple of years ago, you heard about these weird things that were ripping the faces of some of the indigenous people in Peru. Yes. That was us doing that. It's interesting. We have a, Jacques Vallée was a very, very famous researcher in this area, astrophysicist. He wrote a book in 92 where he admitted that he had a CIA document, but he's afraid to turn it over. That describes the agency using these advanced aircraft to conduct abductions in Argentina and Brazil for their, and I'm quoting, their psychological warfare value.

49:41I have a CIA document from 1953. It's in our archive, you can see, that says the UFO subject is a rich source of psychological warfare operations. So, you know, this is very complicated and very dark because, you know, you have people with this intention to deceive not just the public and the media, but also our leaders who don't have time to drill down on it. One of my frustrations, I've been dealing with people like this for decades, but in the last four years in particular, like the Senate Intelligence Committee, when they asked me to come and give them everything I had about four years ago, I did.

50:21But I said, you're going to need a team of 30 or 40 dedicated staffers to drill down on this, but they can never get the funding to do it. The House Oversight Committee approached me and I said, you need to have subpoena power and you need to have a big professional staff to unpack this thing. But they never got the funding for that. And those things keep getting cut off. And then they passed the bill for the Defense Authorization Act for this Aero office at the Pentagon. But it turns out Dr. Kirkpatrick, who was head of that office, was on the take and taking orders from this cabal. And I took whistleblowers to the Senate intelligence folks who brought them over to the Pentagon.

51:03And then their testimony was covered up and left out of the reports back to the Senate Intelligence Committee. And I can prove this. I have the letters to prove it. So this is where you have to go. Who's going to be honest enough not to be corrupted? This is why we're calling for more and more whistleblowers to come forward, not just with testimony, but with materiel and documents and proof and videos, et cetera. And that's what needs to happen. And I think it's a little asymmetric, but my organization has the ability to do that and release it over the internet off blockchain so it can't be taken down.

51:42Rob Lowe:Do we have the ability to go, as humans, to go all around the universe right now if we wanted to? Do we have jump rooms and all the crazy stuff that you hear about? Not theoretically, but in actuality, no, because, you know, we were sort of under what I call a cosmic quarantine. We do, we have been around the solar system and what have been called ARVs, alien reproduction vehicles. If you go to our archive, you'll see this device by the 60s, before my uncle's lunar module landed on the moon, had been all through the solar system. And it was built in the late 50s, early 60s, because the whistleblowers who'd been on the inside of that saw that the components of it were like a mercury capsule inside.

52:37But its propulsion system was anti-gravity, and so it could go up and out. But in terms of interstellar, going beyond the speed of light, theoretically, we may have that ability, but we're not allowed to do it because we're not trusted with that kind of clearance. Because I do believe that there is larger intelligences in play here that until a world becomes peaceful and is not violent, you're sort of under quarantine. Rightly so, because, I mean, right now, I'm not sure that humans have evolved socially and spiritually to where we should be banging around out in the cosmos. Yeah. So my understanding is that we have not actually.

53:24Now, are there other ways of going out there in terms of viewing technologically? Yes.

53:31Rob Lowe:I've remote viewed. Yeah, remote viewing. I teach remote viewing. Yeah. It's a real thing. If people are interested, it was an episode of The Low Files I did with my boys. I think you can get it on iTunes and YouTube. But they offered me a job as a remote viewer. I was so good at it. I said, well. That's great. But we should do that because that's what we use when we go out to make contact. Oh, really? Yes. We use a form of that. It's called CE5, Close Encounters of the... There's a movie called Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind, which is when humans initiate the contact. We've actually had non-human ETs in our circle out in the desert in Joshua Tree and Arizona and other places.

54:15So we should do that sometime. You'd probably be good at it. It'd be fun.

54:19Rob Lowe:Oh, yeah. Okay, well, offline, we'll figure this out because that would be great. I love all of this stuff. It's fascinating to me. It is. But if it also weren't so... The dark elements of it, which you speak about, are very sobering. Yeah, they are. And that, to me, is the part that I go, oh, boy. Well, what I focus on, Rob, is with not so far horizon. You know, if we can get this right, and this is in my, this is the, we're making this available. It's a bit sanitized. This is the president's briefing document that I've never released, but this is a redacted version that you can get at drstephengreer.com.

55:06And, you know, if we can get this right, we're going to have a new civilization for our children and grandchildren. I have 11 grandchildren. So it's like we could have a totally new civilization well within our lifetimes, even my lifetime, theoretically. And so I tell people to focus on the big peace dividend, the cosmic peace dividend we could have here. And then imagine then at that point, you know, when we become peaceful and not destroying the biosphere with 1800s technologies or nuclear power, which is how we're running AI, it's ridiculous. when we have free energy, zero-point energy.

55:45Rob Lowe:Free energy is what? Fusion? What exactly is the Nikolai Tesla stuff? No, Nikolai Tesla, some of his technology touched on zero-point. Most of it had to do with magnetic field resonance. I won't get into the granular, but he did have a car in 1920 running just on the ambient electromagnetic field flux. By the way, the early man-made UFOs were called flux liners. because they pick up that energy field and rectify it and turn it into energy. But, so, yeah, this can be done. The energy you're talking about is harnessing the energy field that is around us, period. It's not an anti-gravity, mercury device like the guy from Area 51 talks about.

56:39Rob Lowe:It's not that. It's even more advanced than that. Well, it's the baseline energy field. Technically, zero point is the energy that's in space when you cool everything down to absolute zero minus 250-some Kelvin. And they estimate that in a coffee mug, the volume in your coffee mug, that amount of space has enough potential energy to boil off all the oceans of the world. In other words, it's such a, this is why Nikola Tesla called it the infinite energy field. Now, they had not quantified it. Now we have quantified it. And that was done in the 50s by Professor Casimir. It was proven. Now, the question is, why then are we still burning?

57:21Rob Lowe:Is the CERN doing that as well? Is that what they're doing? No, I don't. I think they're using very, you know, accelerators and particle physics. Maybe some of the phenomenon they run across is bumping up against it. The problem is most of the scientists who come across that, and it can be done through plasmas, there's a lot of ways to kind of tap into that energy field. They end up getting a confiscation order on their technologies and they vanish. I've worked with many scientists and inventors that have been hit with a seizure. And in fact, we have a whistleblower who worked at the patent office, U.S.

58:00patent office, who worked in solute as a physicist and saw them seizing patents and inventions that would have saved the biosphere decades ago. And this is not an urban myth. It's true. That's why I tell people, go see the movie, The Lost Century. It's on Amazon Prime and TV and whatnot. And you'll be surprised at how well-documented this is. But, you know, and this is the tragedy, you know, because for decades I've known, look, we don't need to be damaged in the environment and have half the planet in terrible poverty. But we're never going to get out of this conundrum with solar power and windmills.

58:37It's not dense enough and it's too expensive. And God help us that we start doing these micro nuclear power plants because you basically have millions of years of radioactive, you know, genetically mutating radioactivity

58:51Rob Lowe:around for 2 million years. Well, maybe the tipping point is going to be what AI is going to demand for power because they're going to get it one way or the other. And I mean, that's happening. And of all of them, nuclear is the, which isn't saying much, appears to be the cleanest, most economic one to do. So I think that's exactly what's going to happen. Well, it's sort of myopic. It's short-term clean. Long-term, what do you do with that waste? Right? Right. Because it's deadly and it's around for millions of years. So, I mean, you know, humans are very short-sighted. And besides, there's a very clean alternative.

59:31But the problem is those technologies can be weaponized. We need to do what I call a grand deal of the millennium for the next thousand years, where collectively the world realizes this is real and that the technologies would be an enormous benefit to the human future and that we decide we're going to allow it to come out, but not allow it to be weaponized. And anybody anywhere on the planet who tries to weaponize it is squashed like a bug by everyone on the planet. So I hate to say it, but, you know, humans, the initial period of what I call universal peace on Earth and in space is going to be the peace of the chain dogs.

1:00:14They're always going to be sociopathic humans. So what do you do with that, right? You cannot let the world go, you know, tits up, excuse my language, environmentally and geopolitically with poverty. Because we're withholding technologies that would be the human future, the good human future. So this is going to take some real political will. And I think ultimately the public is going to have to get behind that concept.

1:00:44Rob Lowe:If people are listening to this and this is news to them, they're interested in it, what would you, if anything, would you suggest that they could do to help? Oh, they can do a lot. We'll go to drstephengreer.com, and we actually need contributions. We have very little staff. They can write their members of Congress into the president and say, get this briefing material. And I also think, people, this is a fun book. I don't know if you have this, Rob. This is an illustrated history of disclosure. And it's all the crash retrieval and whistleblower cases that are all named witnesses illustrated by artists.

1:01:23and the testimony and it's sort of a coffee table book. And you can get that and educate. First thing is to educate yourself. Second thing is to take action. But like right now, we're looking at in February, we need to have around$300 ,000 to keep our special forces team going. These guys who are Green Berets and Marines who've left their positions to investigate this and hand it over to law enforcement. And we don't have it. So, I mean, we're trying to fundraise for this too. We need to have people sponsor fundraisers. This is very grassroots. We don't have the Ford Foundation supporting this, and I'm a retired doctor.

1:02:03So, you know, we need help from all quarters.

1:02:07Rob Lowe:Well, this has been fascinating. I mean, you're right. Unfortunately, I could talk for five hours. Everything that you bring up is a rabbit hole. I mean, we didn't even get to like, just before we go, a grab bag, Valiant Thor. Is that a real person? I don't know. I don't have any intel on that. That's legit. I do know that there was a meeting between Eisenhower and some ETs out where Edwards Air Force Base is now. And I had the French Ministry of Defense send me some information that established that. The French have been very cooperative with us on this back during the years when President Sarkozy was the president of France.

1:02:51Rob Lowe:You think maybe there's a country who's looking to gain a little more standing than they may have now or a little more juice, whatever, that maybe could lead this, you would think? Well, you know, even the initiative the Ministry of Defense in France had with us in 2010 and 11, they were threatened very directly. Admiral Moran, who was an MD and PhD in physics, but an admiral in the French Navy. He was leading that effort with me. And we did CE5 contact. By the way, people can get the CE5 contact app and do it. And that's a way of telling these visitors that we're not all Neanderthals trying to blow them out of the sky.

1:03:31So it's a telepathic, it's sort of a telepathic thing, right?

1:03:35Rob Lowe:You're not doing a Morse code out into the night. Well, it's a combination of technologies. It's using lasers, electromagnetic sounds, and what's called remote viewing. Now, remember, ET technologies, you know, you can take your, like your cell phone. That's moving at the speed of light with an electromagnetic radio frequency, right? Their technologies can interface with not scattered, but very directed thought, like a beam of thought. I don't know if you've ever, like I have a meadow here. There are deer that will come out there, and I'll be quiet. I'll just be looking at them. They'll sense my intention.

1:04:10So there is a conscious field that if it's focused, it's not just telepathic. It's a technological interface. So we call that technology-assisted consciousness. It's very advanced physics. Wow. Okay, I'm going to check that out.

1:04:29Rob Lowe:This is a lot. This is a lot to absorb. It doesn't surprise me. This is exactly why I wanted you on. good luck. Then let's offline, let's talk about how I could be helpful and stuff like that. Great. Thank you. This has been great, doctor. I appreciate it. Thank you. I appreciate what you're doing and love your work, by the way. Great. Thank you.

1:04:58Rob Lowe:Wow. Okay. That was insane. My head hurts. And I am both fascinated and also scared and hopeful and hopeful. Yeah. Jesus. Dr. Stephen Greer. Thank you guys for listening. I know that was far afield from talking to David Spade or whoever. But I love it. I love doing podcasts like that. I like to mix it up, and I hope you do too. Anyway, we will be back next week right here. Maybe I won't make your head explode next week on Literally. See you then.
