0:04Hi friends, it's Hunter Clark Fields here. I am so excited to invite you to something very special this January. mindful parenting live a free four-day series designed to help you bring more calm connection and confidence into your parenting whether you've been struggling with yelling frustration or just the everyday chaos of parenting these live sessions are definitely for you and the best part is that you will get practical mindfulness-based strategies that actually work in real life. So I know that parenting can feel incredibly exhausting. Kids are emotional, they're energetic, they're sometimes downright messy, right?

0:53And I know it's easy to fall into patterns of frustration, guilt, and disconnection. And that's why I created the Mindful Parenting Live series. Over the four days, I'll meet with you live and we'll explore the most common parenting challenges and the mindfulness tools that help you respond calmly and effectively. You'll walk away with practical ways to understand why your child isn't listening, to stop yelling and stay grounded, to handle tantrums without losing your cool, and to respond to misbehavior with connection, not fear and shame. So here's how it works. The whole life thing is happening on January 5th through 8th at 2 p.m.

1:38Eastern, 11 a.m. Pacific. And the format is free live sessions with me guiding each topic. There's interaction. You can ask questions live and get support real time. And if you can't make it live, don't worry about it. Replays are available. So think of it as four mini appointments with your calm, grounded self. Time to slow down, reset, and reconnect with the parent you want to be. So here's a peek at what we'll cover each day. And the first day, it'll be why your kid doesn't listen. And you're going to learn why misbehavior happens. You're going to learn how to respond with calm and clarity.

2:18The second day, Tuesday, is how to stop yelling. You'll discover mindfulness strategies to break the cycle of yelling and guilt. And the third day, Wednesday, will be Taming Tantrums 101. one and these will be practical tips for staying grounded while helping your child manage their big emotions. And then finally the last day will be how to handle misbehavior. Tools to respond to challenges with connection and encouragement not threats or punishment. So let me share a story with you from a parent who experienced a real transformation using the mindful parenting strategies. A few years ago, a mom named Laura reached out to me.

2:59She felt completely stuck. Her five-year-old son would throw tantrums multiple times a day, and she just found herself, of course, yelling way more often than she wanted. And by the end of the day, she felt exhausted, guilty, and disconnected from him. And so after learning and applying just a few mindfulness tools like really understanding how to get that pause before reacting, noticing her own stress and her triggers, and using simple language to guide her son, she noticed a dramatic shift. Tantrums became shorter. They became less intense. Her yelling decreased significantly, and the moments of connection started to appear in places she never expected, like during bedtime or a messy play time.

3:50And by the end of just a few weeks, Laura said to me, I'm feeling like I'm actually parenting, not just surviving. I didn't think Tom could feel this real. Stories like hers remind me of why these sessions are so powerful, and that's why I'm doing it again after a few years off. Small mindful shifts can create big change in your family life. So this is important because parenting is so hard, but it doesn't have to feel like a constant struggle. When we approach our kids with presence and calm, we not only improve their behavior, we create a home filled with trust, joy, and connection. And it's not just about the kids, it's about you.

4:33You deserve to feel confident and supported in your parenting. These sessions are chance to pause, reflect, and equip yourself with tools that will last far beyond the four days. And they will be with a real life human, not an AI generated response. So here's what to do. Reserve your free spot at mindfulmamamentor.com slash MP live. That's mindfulmamamentor.com slash MP live. Then add these sessions to your calendar so you show up fully and invite a friend to join you. Mindful Parenting is better in community. 5:24So I can't wait to see you live, answer your questions, and help you start the new year with a more calm, compassion, and more confidence. This is your moment to pause. This is your moment to reset and reconnect with your child. And I'll be there with you every step of the way. So reserve your spot today at mindfulmamamentor.com slash MP live.
