In short

The episode argues that blaming Jews (and Israel) for Trump’s Iran policy failures and the Epstein scandal is lazy, historically recycled antisemitic propaganda; real causes are decentralized U.S. power, domestic politics, corporate/lobbyist influence, and media framing. It also speculates that the Iran “fiasco” may have been used to distract from Epstein-related revelations, then reacts to Melania Trump’s sudden statement denying any relationship with Epstein/Maxwell.

Guest backgrounds

No named guests appear; the host discusses figures including Alex Jones, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Megyn Kelly, and Tucker Carlson as examples/targets.

Key claims

U.S. foreign policy is driven by U.S. interests and internal actors, not a Jewish puppet master; Israel sometimes aligns with U.S. goals, sometimes not. Blame-shifting scapegoats prevent confronting domestic power structures.

Notable examples

“Israel controls the U.S.” rhetoric; Melania Trump’s denial of Epstein ties and claims about “fake images” circulating online.

0:38And that's why you'll have five, six times a day. No, we won. It's over. No, it's going to go on forever. Total destruction. I'll never let him have the straight. Yes, we're giving up the straight. I'm getting out of NATO. We're staying in NATO. And when you know people in early dementia, that is exactly what they do. And so I think we're dealing with the madness of King George III here. Yeah, well, welcome to the party, Alex Jones. Why don't you clear that gay frog out of your throat? I don't like him putting chemicals in the water. They turned the friggin' frogs gay! Do you understand that? Turn the friggin' frogs gay!

1:08Boo! Boo! Serious crap! Is it hypocritical for me to attack Marjorie Taylor Greene, Alex Jones, and Megyn Kelly for suddenly discovering that they were conned by Trump when I've been saying for months now that we should support right-wingers who finally realize what's going on? Sure, I guess I'm a bit of a hypocrite. That's probably true considering how worked up I got on yesterday's show about this. But I can still support these clowns for pivoting to the right side of history while mocking them for being the same voices that helped Trump into power at the same time. Also, these jokers are only doing it to turn around and pin all of our problems in the United States on Israel and the Jews.

1:42I've confirmed that Israel is basically in control of our foreign policy by our own posture to be allied with them, and that is uncontrovertible. You could toss Tucker Carlson into that mix as well. And it just figures, as a never-Trump conservative libertarian myself from the beginning, I should be thrilled that so many of them were waking up to the con that Trump always was, is, and forever will be. But these people just go from one scam to the next in thinking that the Jews are somehow controlling the world. And it's just flat out stupid to think that way. These people are the literal demon spawn of the pit of hell.

2:19He runs your kids. He runs the schools. He runs the banks. First of all, the United States bankrolls Israel, not the other way around. So if anything, it's far more accurate to say that the U.S. controls Israel. But even that lacks a mountain of nuance that we don't have the time or interest to unpack here today. And secondly, if you're not paying close attention, you're going to miss the fact that U.S. policy regularly diverges from Israeli interests. I mean, do I just go juju juju juju juju juju juju? Because the United States acts in its own global self-interest first, always. Do you really believe that our military-industrial complex answers to them?

2:54Jews, Jews, Jews, Jews. Please. Jews, Jews, Jews, Jews, Jews. American foreign policy is driven by oil routes and trade dominance and military positioning and domestic politics. Israel fits into that puzzle sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't. And when it doesn't, Washington pivots. Empires don't outsource decision-making. They absorb smaller allies into their strategy. Israel controls the United States is usually a gateway claim that sides into broader and uglier insinuations about Jewish control of media and banks or government. It's not just wrong. it's historically recycled propaganda with a long, ugly track record.

3:28You don't have to like Israeli policy to recognize when an argument is intellectually lazy or poisoned. Because it ignores the obvious, the United States controls itself, messy, imperfect, and bad. American decisions are shaped by voters and corporations and lobbyists and bureaucracies and political infighting. Sometimes those outcomes do align with Israel. Sometimes they don't. But they're driven internally. Blaming a foreign country for every controversial decision is a way to avoid confronting how power actually works at home. Channeling Alex Jones there a little bit too much. I don't like them putting chemicals in the water that turn the freaking frogs gay.

4:00No wonder we can't get anything done around here. The real power brokers would rather have you pin all of the blame on Israel because they're an easy scapegoat for people who buy into conspiracy theories without question. There's nothing wrong with conspiracy theory. It's as American as apple pie at this point. The problem is out there that a lot of you folks have started confusing theory with facts. And it makes you look and sound incredibly basic to those who are actually paying attention to how the world operates. USA good, Israel bad, ooga booga, congratulations, now you're thinking like a caveman.

4:30Or Marjorie Taylor Greene. Make America great again was supposed to be America first, not Israel first. Just assume that there's no such thing as a good or a bad country. Every country on earth does shady shit every day. And it's impossible to put this into black and white categories. All countries do good things, all countries do bad things. It's just the way things are. Oh, sorry if that's too reductionist for you. But it's far less reduced than trying to compartmentalize geopolitics into ones and zeros. Life is more complicated and nuanced than that. Politics are more complicated and nuanced than that.

5:02And if your go-to approach to foreign policy is blaming Israel, then you're going to be sitting at the little kid's table until you figure it out. There isn't a single puppet master. Power in America is messy and decentralized and constantly negotiated. That's exactly why it's so hard to understand and so easy to blame it on the wrong thing. if you strip away all the noise and all the easy scapegoats, power in the United States isn't one shadowy group. It's a stack of competing forces that overlap and fight and occasionally align. Elected officials set policy, control budgets, and ultimately sign off on war, spending, and regulation.

5:35The permanent bureaucracy agencies, intelligence services, regulators, and the people who stay in place no matter who wins elections and actually implement an often-shaped policy are the ones you're ignoring by blaming Israel. corporations and capital, major industries, Wall Street, defense contractors, tech giants, lobbyists and influence networks from every direction, corporate, ideological, foreign policy groups. These are the people translating money and interest into actual policy language. Don't forget the media, legacy outlets, independent platforms, increasingly personalities, whoever frames the story influences what the public thinks is real or urgent.

6:10And don't forget the voter. We are easy to dismiss, but we still represent the ultimate checks and balances when we act like it. When public pressure is strong enough, our so-called leadership adjusts pretty quickly. But go ahead and blame the Jews, I guess. It's a lot easier just to say that and act like you're some sort of intellectual with deep thoughts and understanding about how it all goes down. It's lazy. It's inaccurate. And it keeps your eye off the real problem of politicians chasing power, corporations chasing profit, media chasing attention, and you'd rather invent a puppet master than admit how broken our country actually is.

6:45You see the problem here? This is why I can't take people like Marjorie Taylor Greene, Alex Jones, Megyn Kelly, or Tucker Carlson seriously. Because now being an anti-Trump conservative apparently means that you can't like Israel. I don't like Israel. I'm neutral on Israel because it's not that big of a deal. It's not the real problem. The problem is right here at home. But these four ass puppets of the apocalypse got you distracted. Some of you anyway. I know a lot of you see through this crap. Because the real conspiracy is happening right under our noses. This message is brought to you by Cologuard.

7:14We've all forgotten something important before. Your keys, your phone, maybe even one birthday you definitely meant to remember. Life always has a way of filling up the to-do list. And for many adults, colon cancer screening keeps getting pushed to the bottom. That's why health insurers and systems are working to close the colorectal cancer screening care gap by mailing out Cologuard kits, helping more people stay up to date. The Cologuard test is a non-invasive option that requires no special prep or time off. It's that simple. The Cologuard test helps remove barriers that keep people from getting screened.

7:44If you're 45 or older and at average risk, ask your doctor about the Cologuard test, available by prescription only. Learn more or request a prescription at coliguard.com slash newsweek. Do not use the Cologuard products if you have had adenomas, which are a type of colon polyp that can sometimes become cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, or any other hereditary syndromes. A personal or first degree family history of colorectal cancer, or a positive result from another colon cancer screening method within that test's recommended screening interval. Cologuard results should be interpreted with caution.

8:14A positive test result does not confirm the presence of cancer. Patients with a positive test result should be referred for colonoscopy. A negative test result does not confirm the absence of cancer. Patients with a negative test result should discuss with their doctor when they need to be tested again. False positives and false negative results can occur. Case in point, Melania Trump just came out of nowhere to address the Epstein situation like she's preemptively preparing us for something that's about to come out. I've never been friends with Epstein. Donald and I were invited to the same parties as Epstein from time to time, since overlapping in social circles is common in New York City and Pound Beach.

8:56What? To be clear, I never had a relationship with Epstein or his accomplice, Maxwell. Nobody is talking about Epstein right now. And out of the freaking blue, Melania Trump comes out of nowhere to make a statement like this. What the hell is going on? My email reply to Maxwell cannot be categorized as anything more than casual correspondence. My polite reply to her email doesn't amount to anything more than a tribal note. I am not Epstein's victim. Epstein did not introduce me to Donald Trump. I've got a feeling that the Epstein scandal is just getting started. A lot of us have suspected that this entire Iran fiasco was to get the Epstein files out of the headlines and it did successfully.

9:50So why is this bimbo bringing it back to the news? Yes, she's a bimbo. Don't forget there's nude pictures of her on the internet. Yeah, classy first lady. I met my husband by chance at the New York City party in 1998. This initial encounter with my husband is documented in a detail in my book, Melania. The first time I crossed paths with Epstein was in the year 2000. Si, senor. At an event Donald and I attended together. At the time, I had never met Epstein and had no knowledge of his criminal undertakings. They finally distract us from the Epstein files and she feels compelled to come out and readdress it now?

10:34Numerous fake images and statements about Epstein and me have been calculating on social media for years now. Calculating? You mean circulating? Have been calculating on social media. And they say this woman speaks how many languages? English is clearly not one of them. Images have been calculating. Wow, what a ditz. Be cautious about what you believe. These images and stories are completely false. Well, that certainly clears things up. I know I'm satisfied. Let me clean my hands of this entire Epstein situation. Thank you, Melania, for coming out and illuminating the room with the light of truth from your lips.

11:17Oh, my God. Fake images and statements about Epstein and me have been calculating on social media. Calculating. they've been calculating on social media that's the funniest thing I've heard all year that's it for today until we can do it again it's Newsweek Radio, I'm Jesse Edwards, catch you next time, bye and we say bye bye Newsweek Radio is a member of the Trust Project calculating, wow I don't like them putting chemicals in the water that turn the freaking frogs gay do you understand that? turn the freaking frogs gay serious crap save big money on your next painting project at Menards pristine interior paint and primer in one is Dutch Boy's best hiding and most durable paint.
