And I know it's tempting to jump on these new Epstein emails about Trump as some sort of smoking gun. Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? Well, let's just step back from the ledge for just a second and think about what's really being said in these as we take a look at precisely what is in the emails between Jeffrey Epstein and journalist Michael Wolff and pick them apart together. So email number one is from April 2nd of 2011 from Jeffrey Epstein to Gasoline Maxwell.
0:33I know that's not really your name. And it says, quote, I want you to realize that that dog hasn't barked is Trump. A redacted victim's name spent hours at my house with him. He has never once been mentioned, police chief, etc. I'm 75 % there. Reply from Ghislaine Maxwell. I've been thinking about that, dot, dot, dot, unquote. So Jeffrey Epstein is calling Trump a dog who hasn't barked after he spent hours at Epstein's house, allegedly, with a presumably underage girl. yet it was never mentioned by a police chief. Trump is a dog that's never barked. That's from Sherlock Holmes. The clue being not what was said or done, but what wasn't.
1:12He's pointing out Trump's silence and the fact that no alarm has ever been raised about him, even though Epstein himself claims that a victim spent hours at his own house with Trump. My gut read based on these emails at face value says that Trump was at Epstein's house for several hours with an underage girl, but did not take the bait. And the line that he's never been mentioned by the police chief suggests that whoever this unnamed victim was talked to the police but never mentioned Trump. But why else would you call Trump a dog that doesn't bark when you basically arranged for this to happen in your own house?
1:43What was that? Is that a dog? It's Hillary. And look, I'm not in the habit of defending a world-class jackass like Donald Trump. This is just my first impression that Trump took up the invitation and went to Epstein's swanky house to meet up with an underage girl. He probably noticed all the cameras everywhere and figured out that the girl was probably too young, got spooked, and left. Trump is a total moron, but that doesn't mean his survival instincts aren't incredible. He's just like a shark, all instinct, no brains. But still, even on To Catch a Predator with Chris Hansen? If you enter the house with a pizza, you're still getting arrested, even if you technically didn't do anything wrong yet.
2:19So did Trump know what he was getting into when he met up with this presumably underage girl for several hours at Epstein's house? I mean, it beats me. I'm not the Trump whisperer. Remember, Trump recently admitted that Jeffrey Epstein stole Virginia Jufri and other underage girls from Mar-a-Lago back in the year 2000. That's over 10 years after this email from Jeffrey to Ghislaine. Does that include Virginia Jufri? I don't know. I think she worked at the spa? I think so. I think that was one of the people. He stole her. So this unnamed victim had clearly made complaints to the police chief without naming Donald Trump as one of the perpetrators.
3:00And it could not have been Virginia Giuffre herself because her own father introduced her to Donald Trump while he was employed at Mar-a-Lago years earlier. So who is this mystery girl that Trump spent a few hours with? Allegedly. Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This guy's been talked about for years. Well, let's read the next email that dropped earlier this morning with all of what I just said as the context. Email number two, December 15th, 2015, from journalist Michael Wolff to Jeffrey Epstein. Quote, I hear CNN is planning to ask Trump tonight about his relationship with you either on or off the air.
3:33Reply from Jeffrey Epstein. If we are able to craft an answer for him, what do you think it should be? Reply from Michael Wolff. Think you should let him hang himself. If he says that he hasn't been on the plane or to the house, then that gives you a valuable PR and political currency. You can hang him in that way that potentially generates a positive benefit for you, or, if it really looks like he could win, you could save him generating a debt. Of course, it is possible that when asked, he'll say that Jeffrey's a great guy and has gotten a raw deal and is a victim of political correctness, which is to be outlawed in a Trump regime, unquote.
4:06There's a lot to unpack there. Michael Wolff is telling Epstein to let Trump hang himself because if Trump says that he did not fly on the Lolita Express or meet up with an underage girl for a few hours at Epstein's house, that could have, in theory, helped Jeffrey Epstein build the appearance of being innocent of trafficking young girls. More interestingly, perhaps, is that this again suggests that Trump was on the plane and was at Epstein's house by the mere fact that they are stepping back and letting Trump play this either way. Because if Trump says he hasn't been on the plane and to Epstein Island, now you've got leverage on him to suggest otherwise.
4:42And if Trump was about to admit at the time to CNN that he was on that Lolita Express and to the island, he would of course have to spin it to say that nothing nefarious happened, of course, and that it was nothing more than a business meeting or something like that. Mr. Fredbert, you've heard... And by the way, I never went to the island, and Bill Clinton went there supposedly, uh, 28 times. Uh, I never went to the island, but Larry Summers, I hear, went there. He was very big people. Nobody ever talks about them. I never had the privilege of going to his island. And Michael Wolff says, of course, it's possible that when asked, he'll say that Jeffrey's a great guy and has gotten a raw deal and is a victim of political correctness, which is to be outlawed in a Trump regime.
5:22Now, keep in mind that this was a year before Trump was elected president the first time back in 2015. And Wolff is right. Trump could have just written Epstein off as another woke witch hunt like he does with everything else. But for some reason, he didn't. Instead, he took the opposite approach and made it a campaign promise that he would release the Epstein files. And we all know how that ended. With binders of paperwork that was already public information at the time. Trump could have easily said that Jeffrey Epstein was a great guy and that all this was a giant nothing burger. But he didn't.
5:51Because ultimately he must have known better. And his instinct told him to distance himself publicly from Epstein before the public became aware of the problem. Which leads us to email number three sent on January 31st of 2019 from Jeffrey Epstein to Michael Wolff. Starting with the redacted victim's name. Next word, Mar-a-Lago. Next word, redacted. Trump said he asked me to resign. Never a member, ever. Of course he knew about the girls as he asked Ghislaine to stop. I've got a hunch that this redacted victim in Epstein's letter to Michael Wolff was Virginia Giuffre. Because that's the name that Trump himself used when he said that he kicked Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago.
6:28He stole her. And by the way, she had no complaints about us, as you know. And because of this, he canceled Epstein's club membership. For years, I wouldn't talk to Jeffrey Epstein. I wouldn't talk because he did something that was inappropriate. He hired help. And I said, don't ever do that again. He stole people that work for me. I said, don't ever do that again. He did it again. And I threw him out of the place. Persona non grata. I threw him out and that was it. Epstein used the words, Trump asked me to resign. Is Epstein suggesting here that he was somehow an employee of Trump's at Mar-a-Lago?
7:04Why else would he phrase it like that? Trump said he asked me to resign. Never a member, ever. Unquote. I might be reading too much in between the lines here, but if Epstein was an employee of the club and not just a member as this email suggests to me, what do you think Epstein's job would have been at a place like that? And why was Trump employing underage girls at Mar-a-Lago to begin with? I mean, I realize that the 90s and 2000s were much different than today, but even then, why were there underage girls at a massage parlor in your billionaire's club? In the spa. Yeah, people that work in the spa.
7:40I have a great spa. One of the best spas in the world at Mar-a-Lago. You couldn't find any college-age girls? Yeah, college girls just must have been way too old for your clientele and friends, right, Donnie? People were taken out of the spa. Hired by him. In other words, gone. Then the last line from all three of these emails that dropped earlier today from the House Oversight Committee, quote, Of course he knew about the girls as he asked Ghislaine to stop, unquote. That's Jeffrey Epstein to Michael Wolff, and it's a statement that Donald Trump himself admitted earlier this year. And I said, don't ever do that again.
8:11He stole people that work for me. I said, don't ever do that again. He did it again. Why else would Donald Trump ask Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein to stop stealing girls from Mar-a-Lago unless he knew what they were going to do with them? I mean, why would Trump care that Epstein was employing underage girls when Trump himself wasn't employing underage girls? I mean, was good help that hard to find back in the 90s? So much that you needed to retain these vastly qualified underage girls from working someplace else. I mean, you just didn't want anything that you saw as your property to be stolen.
8:43Your words, not mine, from your spa club that you had underage girls working in. Stole people that worked for me. I said, don't ever do that again. He did it again. Across three emails, a pattern is starting to come into focus. In 2011, Epstein calls Trump the dog that hasn't barked after spending hours with a young girl at his house. By 2015, Jeffrey Epstein and Michael Wolff are strategizing about how to handle Trump publicly, deciding whether to expose him or to keep him in their debt. Then, in 2019, Epstein mentions Mar-a-Lago, presumably Virginia Giuffre, and that Trump asked him to resign and that he was never actually a member of Mar-a-Lago, adding that Trump knew about these girls.
9:24Look, taken together, I don't think these are just random fragments. They sketch the shape of a relationship built on silence, leverage, and kind of a mutual understanding, the kind that was spelled out clearly in that bizarre-ass birthday card that Trump wrote to Epstein, allegedly. The emails show Epstein treating Trump like a dude who's been inside of his world, somebody who's seen enough to stay quiet, and who knows better than to bark. What these hours spent at Epstein's house with a presumably underage girl really meant may never surface. But I think we're starting to feel all the gravity and what's being left unsaid.
9:58That's all I've got to say about those emails for today. But coming up in the very near future, Republicans are going to be facing Jeffrey Epstein reckonings as the end of this shutdown is looming. Now they have the votes in Congress they need to release the names from the Epstein list. Now I'm not going to be surprised if Speaker Mike Johnson pulls another trick out of his hat along with his motley crew to delay the inevitable. But it is going to be coming out soon, and hopefully the shit is about to hit the fan, because it's a long time coming. Even though I kind of have my doubts that anything will come of it.
10:25Because Donald Trump could be on video doing the worst things imaginable to humankind, and there wouldn't be a damn thing we could do about it unless... Well, unless it was so horrific that Republicans felt compelled to pull the 25th Amendment and remove Trump from office, but that's never going to happen. I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters, okay? If we get the list of the top 20 suspects who are clearly part of Epstein's sex trafficking ring, every single one is going to deny the allegations, they're all going to try to sue in court, and they're more than likely to avoid jail time or any real consequences.
10:59Do you know that my poll numbers are up 4.5 points since this ridiculous Epstein stuff? My poll numbers have gone up 4.5 points. If anything, people like Trump are going to use these allegations as evidence for their base that they continue to be victims of baseless conspiracy theories from the left? And will you please contribute to the Hands Across My Wallet Fund so we can fight back against these unfair accusations? Trump has nothing to lose, and he knows that he's virtually untouchable. And the only way that changes is if Republicans grow a pair and kick him to the curb once and for all. Wishful thinking, I know, but not all hope is lost quite yet because MAGA is livid with Trump right now for.
11:36Livid for telling Laura Ingraham that we should let in 600 ,000 Chinese students into America because we don't have enough talented people here. He is a complete and total deep state swamp monster. Always has been and always will be, and his own people are waking up to that fact every day. Better late than never, but what will be left of the GOP when he's gone? Absolutely nothing but the used-up husk of a party that went all in on backing the world's most prolific grifter. Gavin Newsom will be the next president of the United States, you watch. And when that happens, you're going to see more of the woke mob mentality than you've ever seen in your entire your life.
12:11Because if Trump was your retribution, you're not going to like how the left responds in kind. You know, that is unless half of their leadership ends up on the Epstein list, too. Either way, buckle up, buttercup. This rodeo hasn't even started yet, but the show's over. And until we can do it again, it's Newsweek Radio. I'm Jesse Edwards. Catch you next time. Bye. And we say bye bye. Newsweek Radio is a member of the Trust Project. What was that? Is that a dog? It's Hillary.
