0:17It's Newsweek answer, aren't you? All right, so Trump is clearly setting this up so the prince can gush about how he's the greatest president. He's just begging the prince to throw him a bone here. It's so incredibly pathetic. Who was the best president for Saudi Arabia? And you could maybe, it's an interesting answer, aren't you? How desperate is a tool like Trump? Somebody who can have and has had anything he's ever wanted in life, needing to receive this kind of public accolade and adoration of a prince in front of live TV cameras broadcasting from the now tacky spray paint gold oval office just to feel good about what an absolute shit job he's done as president.
0:59Who was the best president? It's like he subconsciously knows what an absolute failure he is deep down, so his conscious mind has to invent new over-the-top ways to reward itself for confirmation bias. Thankfully, the Saudi prince MBS didn't take the bait and instead lists Roosevelt and Reagan as his top choices. This guy knows his American history better than our idiot president, Donald Trump. The Roosevelt who started it, which is a Democrat, and Reagan, he's one of the historical presidents that have close ties with Saudi Arabia. But we've worked with all presidents. Does Trump blow them all away?
1:37It's another league, Mr. President. Trump just has to make everything about him. He asks who is the greatest president of the Saudis, NBS as it was Roosevelt and Reagan. So Trump in his little pea brain thinks that that was a signal from the prince that somehow he was better than they are. Who was the best president? Roosevelt who started it. The president? The Democrat. And Reagan, he's one of the historical presidents that have close ties with Saudi Arabia. This is Trump collapsing in on himself like a dying star as he goes supernova into the universe of dementia. Play that last part of clip two again.
2:13We've worked with all presidents. Does Trump blow them all away? Son of a lead, Mr. President. Now, that last line from the Saudi prince there is kind of hard to hear, so I looked it up in the transcript, and he says, quote, It's not about me, Mr. President. So I can't help but think that it was kind of a well-crafted and witty backhanded remark as to how Trump was behaving himself. Say what you will about the Saudis, but MBS is actually a very sophisticated diplomat, and I think he knows precisely what an ass Trump was being right here. So after that highly embarrassing move where Trump didn't get what he wanted, he then uses the occasion to slam Joe Biden, somebody that he thinks he's clearly so much better than, and he does it by referring to himself in the third person.
2:54And Trump doesn't give a fist bump. I grabbed that hand. I don't give a hell where that hand's been. I grabbed that hand. You know what Trump is referring to there, right? I mean, Trump grabbed the left hand of the Saudi prince, and I guess he's not even supposed to touch the guy at all, but who cares about that? But Trump touching his left hand and then commenting on it like that is even more taboo than it needed to be. But Trump's got a Trump. I don't give a hell where that hand's been. I grabbed that hand. Because you see, the left hand in traditional Middle Eastern and Islamic culture is considered unclean because that's the designated hand that they wipe with after they used the toilet, among other things.
3:33And I don't give a hell where that hand's been. I grabbed that hand. While the right hand is reserved for eating and shaking hands and things of that nature. That's why Trump just grabbed his hand and said he didn't care where it's been. And I don't give a hell where that hand's been. I grabbed that hand. Because he doesn't have any class whatsoever. With all the demeanor and mannerisms of a 12-year-old who never grew up. Holy crap. Thankfully, there was one reporter in the room who wasn't putting up with this circle jerk of a press conference. And that's the incredibly talented Mary Bruce from ABC News.
4:04Yeah, I happen to be a fan of ABC News. David Muir and Mary Bruce, sure. I think they run a tight and sharp newscast, and I'm not afraid to admit it. I'm sure my surface-level conservative friends think less of me for it, but I don't care. Mary Bruce absolutely let Trump have it and embarrassed the hell out of him, and it was awesome. Take a listen. Your Royal Highness, the U.S. intelligence concluded that you orchestrated the brutal murder of a journalist. 9-11 families are furious that you are here in the Oval Office. Who are you? Who are you? Who are you with? And the same to you, Mr. President.
4:32Who are you with? I'm with ABC News, sir. You're with who? ABC News, sir. Fake news. Please. Trump knows exactly who Mary Bruce is and where she works. So who are you with? I'm with ABC News, sir. You're with who? ABC News, sir. Fake news. He's seen her and talked to her almost every day for the last nine months. Him asking where she works was just a lame stall tactic so he could draw from his raging torrent of creative alternative thoughts just to come up with fake news. Fake news. He knows exactly who Mary Bruce is. Thankfully, she didn't stop there either. Why wait for Congress to release the Epstein files?
5:04Why not just do it now? It's not the question that I mind. It's your attitude. I think you are a terrible reporter. It's the way you ask these questions. You start off with a man who's highly respected. He's not highly respected here in the United States, buddy. Insubordinate and just a terrible question. And you could even ask that same exact question nicely. You're all psyched. Somebody psyched you over at ABC. You're going to psych it. You're a terrible person and a terrible reporter. He's really, really stretching for that. And that's all he's got. Obviously straining heavily to pull even a response like that out of his ass.
5:47You're a terrible person and a terrible reporter. And I hate you personally. What's that have to do with anything? The cheese is sliding off of his cracker before our very own eyes, just like Joe Biden. Only this time it's worse, because he's an evil idiot on top of it all. Joe Biden was just an easy old corrupt Democrat. Not even halfway interesting enough or diabolical to be considered evil. Trump, on the other hand, is like Eric Cartman personified. It's highly entertaining, as disgusting as it is. And he's losing his grip on reality as he enters those golden years where he forgets where he's at, what he's doing, or who he's talking to.
6:23If this keeps up, the GOP is going to have to swap him out with J.D. Vance just like the Democrats did with Kamala and Joe. I mean, since they got away with it, it didn't work for him. But now, Republicans know that it's a card they can at least get away with playing if they need to. Of course, Trump would never agree to it, but it would be pretty hard for him to stop it if everybody else simply quit listening to him. Republicans could effectively nullify President Trump in a sense if they could muster the balls to collectively stand against him. That's only going to be a more popular stance as we near the next two major election cycles for individual candidates who are already distancing themselves from Trump.
6:58We just got a small taste of what that kind of rebellion against Trump would look like in the signings to release these Epstein files in both the House and the Senate that were nearly unanimous. Obviously, Trump gave his blessing, but only at the very last minute when it was absolutely clear that he was going to lose, just like something that Eric Cartman would do. Now we've got Pam Bondi, Donald Trump's own bleach blonde, former personal attorney and current attorney general. No conflict of interest there. Move along, you idiot. Says that new information has come to light over the Epstein case.
7:32What changed since then that you launched this investigation? Information that has come for information. There's information that new information, additional information. And again, information. That's clear as mud. Thanks for explaining that one, Pam. YUM! Republicans deserve to lose their collective asses next year and in 2028 because this is an absolute clown show of a presidency. We thought there was no possible way to top the last time this child was left unsupervised in the candy store, but now they're not even trying to pretend that this resembles anything that could be considered a cohesive administration.
8:08Half the Republican Party has broken off into neo-Nazi splinter groups for crying out loud, let alone its prominent media figures like Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly joining the likes of Nick Fuentes? Trump can't even control MAGA. He's lost control of his own movement, and he thinks he can run the country. He thinks he's got what it takes to rule the free world. Who was the best president? I still say that he's one of them because his ties to Israel are just so transactional, not some sort of held religious or even strategic belief system. He's the same thing as Nick Fuentes or Tucker Carlson or Megyn Kelly.
8:42Same as any other pit viper political or media hack that tries to play both sides of the fence by speaking with a forked tongue. That's why Trump refused to denounce Tucker Carlson or Nick Fuentes when somebody offered the opportunity to him on a silver platter. What role do you think Tucker Carlson should play in the Republican Party and the conservative movement? Well, I found him to be good. I mean, he said good things about me over the years. If he wants to interview Nick Fuentes, I don't know much about him, but if he wants to do it, get the word out. Because these are his people and he knows it better than the sane right.
9:15The sane right who are facing a real identity crisis right now because they're grappling with the fact that they are essentially politically homeless and they're in a strong period of denial right now as they work through those stages of grief. We saw this happen to guys like Mike Pence last time around who thankfully did the right thing and put his life on the line to certify the voice of the American people on January 6th. They were chanting to hang him over that and that's the same thing that Donald Trump and his conspiracy ilk will do to the sane right if they ever have to do it again to seize power.
9:45You can't defend Donald Trump for refusing to denounce Nick Fuentes if you're spending all of your time trash-talking Nick Fuentes, because these two clowns are one and the same. That's why Trump supports them, even though they openly mock him. Who else has Trump ever given this kind of special treatment to? I mean, Tucker and Fuentes regularly slam Trump publicly, but he treats it like no big deal, buddy guy. Rand Paul doesn't get that kind of respect when he pushes back against Trump. Marjorie Taylor Greene wasn't received well for her criticisms of Trump. Thomas Massey is threatened to be removed from his seat by Donald Trump every week.
10:19But for some reason, these two ass clowns, Tucker Fuentes, get a hall pass. I call them Tucker Fuentes because Tucker Carlson should never be allowed to live this one down. And I'll add another layer to this. I'm not a Twitter guy, and I'm never going to call it X for that matter, but I do go over there once in a while to see what the politically driven younger folks are saying. And the theory is, with a lot of these younger conservatives on the relatively sane side of this argument, is that the nation of Qatar is somehow bankrolling the Tuckers, the Fuenteses, and the Candace Owens and or Alex Jones types, just to stir up chaos surrounding Israel for whatever reasons they might have to gain from that.
10:54There might be some truth to it, I'm not 100 % to be sure. What I do know is that many of these smart, young, and politically active conservatives who are suggesting this anti-Semitic propaganda is originating from Qatar, also happen to spend a lot of time declaring their allegiance to Donald Trump and MAGA, which doesn't make any sense to me because it's incredibly blind to the fact that he's just as much in Qatar's pockets as they are, if not more so. That's why Qatar gave him a luxury 747 Boeing jet. And that's why Trump is giving the Qatari Air Force a training facility at the U.S. Mountain Home Air Force Base outside of Boise, Idaho.
11:32He is one of them. And now he's in the Oval Office licking the sandals of the Saudi prince on live television. Can you imagine? I grabbed that hand. I don't give a hell where that hand's been. I grabbed that hand. What the Republicans would have done if Biden or Obama had acted like this? I mean, you do remember how much they freaked out that one time Obama wore a tan suit. Wow. It is bad, by the way, but you had to be there. They really flipped their lid over that. This isn't the Republican Party. This is all Trump. He doesn't have a problem with the Saudis assassinating and chopping up American journalists into small parts.
12:06Things happen, he says. A lot of people didn't like that gentleman that you're talking about. Whether you like him or didn't like him, things happen. And now Trump is calling for U.S. politicians to be murdered for suggesting to our troops not to obey illegal orders. His own press secretary had to come out and say that he didn't mean what he said. Just to be clear, does the president want to execute members of Congress? No. She should have been laughed out of the room. Because she's one of them too. Absolute buffoons who think they could convince you that yes means no, up means down, left means right, there's nothing to see here, and that Epstein killed himself.
12:41Just to be clear, does the president want to execute members of Congress? No. Come on, don't lie to us. He was just playing grab-ass with MBS in the White House earlier this week. And you people elected this moron because he's always saying exactly what's on his mind until he suggests killing duly elected representatives of the United States, of course. It's borderline illegal for the president to say that about anyone, let alone acting members of Congress who were practicing free speech and encouraging enlisted members of the military to uphold their sworn oaths to obey lawful orders. In every branch of the U.S.
13:15military, the oath explicitly requires obedience only to lawful orders. Not all orders, lawful ones. But this idiot gets upset, calls it treason, and says that these people should be hung. Hanged. It's absurd. It's beyond absurd. It should be criminal. So let's play the entire video that's got Trump so upset. And keep in mind that these are the people, these are the congressmen that Donald Trump, our own president, just suggested should pay with their lives for making this video. I'm Senator Alyssa Slotkin. Senator Mark Kelly. Representative Chris Deluzio. Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander. Representative Chrissy Houlihan.
13:53Congressman Jason Crow. I was a captain in the United States Navy. Former CIA officer. Former Navy. Former paratrooper and Army Ranger. Former intelligence officer. Former Air Force. We want to speak directly to members of the military and the intelligence community who take risks each day to keep Americans safe. We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now. Americans trust their military. But that trust is at risk. This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens. Like us, you all swore an oath to protect and defend this Constitution.
14:27Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren't just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders. You can refuse illegal orders. You must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution. We know this is hard. And that it's a difficult time to be a public servant. But whether you're serving in the CIA, in the Army, Our Navy. The Air Force. Your vigilance is critical. And know that we have your back. Because now, more than ever, the American people need you. We need you to stand up for our laws, our Constitution, and who we are as Americans.
15:04Don't give up. Don't give up. Don't give up. Don't give up the ship. Look, Trump is showing his true colors by suggesting that these congressmen and women should be executed for making that video. He's unfit to lead. And if Republicans don't extract him from the White House by using the 25th Amendment of the Constitution, they're never going to win an election again for another 20 years because Trump is clearly incapacitated. Otherwise, he wouldn't be saying demented things like this. And it's long past due for conservatives to do the right thing by demanding the removal of a president who is so obviously unable to discharge his duties.
15:38That's all I've got for today. So until we can do it again, it's Newsweek Radio. I'm Jesse Edwards. Catch you next time. Bye. And we say bye-bye. Newsweek Radio is a member of the Trust Project.
15:52I grabbed that hand. I don't give a hell where that hand's been. I grabbed. I don't give a hell where that hand's been.
