In short

Debo & Joe break down the Cowboys’ Monday Night Football win over the Raiders, then discuss Ja’Marr Chase’s one-game suspension appeal, plus NFL news and locker-room accountability stories.

Guest backgrounds

Hosts James “Deebo” Harrison and Joe Hayden (former NFL players; Joe references his Pittsburgh career and special teams/starting timeline).

Key claims

  • Dallas benched key receivers early due to “team rules” violations, then took over after the Raiders’ best first quarter.
  • Raiders’ offensive line was “terrible,” repeatedly collapsing protection and limiting Geno Smith’s offense; Maxx Crosby was a bright spot (strip-fumble, sacks).
  • Cowboys’ offense featured big plays by CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens (elite run-after-catch), with Dak Prescott throwing four TDs.
  • Chase’s appeal argues he didn’t intend to spit on Jalen Ramsey’s jersey/ground; hosts call the explanation inconsistent and say the league should make an example.
  • Kevin Stefanski’s generic answer about quarterback reps drew criticism; hosts want clearer accountability.
  • A player (Keon) was benched for missing practice; veteran Hawkins’ message emphasized being present, not sulking.

Notable examples

  • Pickens’ 37-yard TD and multiple long gains; Lamb’s early TD.
  • Raiders’ special-teams mishap on a kickoff return near the end zone.
  • Chase suspension details tied to Ramsey incident.

06Let me tell you something, Debo. Debo, it's my time real quick.

16What's up? Welcome back to Debo and Joe. I'm your host, James Debo Harrison. I'm here with my co-host, Joe Hayden. Please make sure you guys like and subscribe. You don't want to miss nothing. Hey, look here. You got a little bit of a different view right now because my equipment done malfunctioned. So I'm actually shooting from the camera itself and the laptop. So that's what we got going on, Joe. Yeah, man, I peep, man. The pre-production show, we was hot. We were trying to get it figured out. You know what I'm saying? man, trying to watch cameras. We got bad angles, but you know what? This is good, Debo.

52This from afar, you look perfect, brother. Listen, man, this might be something to do with X, man. I'm going to have to call Jeff again, man. I'm going to have to call Bezos, man, see what he's doing, man. I know he's not having something to do with it. I'll let you know. Elon, that's the other one, too. Elon is X. Jeff, both of them, they probably working together right now trying to jack the boy up. So they want to raise the price on something. Elon already got a trillion dollars. Like, come on, man. You got enough. Too much cheese. Like, what are we talking about? Hey, look here, man. Let's get this started, Joe.

24Cowboys went out here and put their hands on the Raiders. Yes. They put their hands on the Raiders. Check it out, though. Check it out, though. Check it out, though. George and CD. They benched them, man. For the first couple series, man. They said it was a coach's decision. they violated some team rules. Look here, man. I'm going to tell you what happened now. What do you think happened? We're going to get a start. I'm going to tell you what happened through the process now, okay? Dallas went on ahead. They got up out there, right? Raiders went in there, forced a three and out, right? They punt the ball off.

04Raiders get the rock. They go on ahead. They don't really do too much of nothing. Geno went on ahead. Hit, I think it was the tight end for 18 on the first play. And I think they dropped Jenny for like a one or two yard loss, something like that. And then Geno almost got sacked. He was able to shake it off. But they end up punting. And then the ball get down inside the five yard line. So Dallas come back out there, right? Okay? They get one first down conversion. And then that next first down, that boy Crosby ran up in there and says sack fumble recovery. Yeah. He was on Dak's head early. On Dak's head early.

50He's one of the only bright spots out there for the Raiders, I'll say. Yeah. So I think the Raiders, they get the ball inside like the 10, 15, something like that. The first play, they get sacked and then old dude could have had a touchdown, but he missed. I think it was Tucker. He missed on the, you know, he missed Tucker on that third down. They get the field goal. It's 3-0. You know what happened? Jerry said, hey, uh-uh, uh-uh. We ain't doing this. That coach's decision. You like your job? Do you like your job? Do you want, do you want, do you like it? Hit CD and Pickens back out there right now with the first thing they did.

34Hit Pickens for 12. Hit Pickens for 12. Went on ahead and hit a, what was that, Lumpke? I think it was Lunky. Lunky, something like that. He went on, struggled through. On the short path, took it for 15. They calmed down. They go ahead, slow him down. They ended up settling for three. Raiders get back out there, man. And, you know, I think he hit who was the best for like 15? He hit the Bowers. That's his name, 17. Yeah. I think he hit Thomas. I think this is like their best drive they had, bro. No, for sure. The first quarter was their best. The offense did pretty good. Their defense, they got a couple of stops.

23Then, like you said, they ended up getting down there. They got a field goal on this drive. So, once the second quarter started and Dallas got the ball back, that's just when everything went downhill for the Raiders. Honestly, like they had a couple bright spots. Like I said, Crosby balled out in the first quarter, of did the strip forced fumble, and they still weren't able to get touchdowns. They got a field goal. Next thing you know, when Dallas comes out there and gets the rock, you know what they do. No question. It seemed like a little pick and CD show. Mm-hmm. It was 19, then a 15, then it was, I think even a runner back had one for like 10 or something like that, right?

04Mm-hmm. Yeah, for sure. And then CD got the touchdown for about 20, right? Yeah. Something like that. It's 10-3. It's starting to go downhill fast. Yo, they was on Geno's neck all night, though. Oh, the Raiders' offensive line was terrible. They was on Jenty's neck. They was on Geno's neck. Yeah, man. Dude, Jenty could get nowhere. They get to rock back. They got Geno out there running for his life. Jenty, he actually, I think he might have had a nice run that series. You know, I think he got about 11. I think the next play, they dropped him. He dropped a pass on that next play. But, again, like, Geno was under pressure.

46You know, he gets sacked. And I think that was when they showed Jerry, and that was Williams. Yeah, yes, yes. He got the sack, dude. And then your boy went on with it and did nothing, really. He got no protection all night, and they got to punt the rock. Like, I don't know what they expect him to do over there, man. You can't block to run. You can't protect to pass. Like, what they expect him to do? It's all bad. The offensive line play, like you said, Debo, if you're not blocking nobody, your quarterback is not going to be able to find the receivers, and your running back is not going to be able to get no yards.

27You know what I'm saying? Like, the offensive line, if they're playing bad, and your center keeps getting beat off the rip, your running back is getting hit in the backfield, your quarterback can't find receivers even if they are open. So they need their line to block better if they want to get anything going. I'm not saying Geno's playing good or Gentile's playing good. Oh, I'm not saying he's playing good. I'm not saying that, but how can I evaluate it when I'm not giving him the opportunity? It ain't, you know. A thousand percent. Yes. He's getting the opportunity. Dallas ended up getting the rock back.

55You seen E-Rod put that thang on that boy on that first play though, right? No, it didn't. They hitting out there. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. He went on ahead to Pickens again. Dude, like they was having trouble tackling that boy, man. They were scared to tackle that boy, bro. I don't know what was going on. When he catches the ball too, his intent is to score. He's not trying to just go down. Oh, no question. He's like this now. Oh, he's looking at you. He's like, oh, you don't want none of this. Like, I'm ready to stiff arm you. I can juke you. I'm faster. And then like when he caught that and spun out of it.

33You know what I'm saying? And then running, he's running full speed to the pylon. Dead legs. The safety and the corner. I'm like, oh my God. And then the corner that was guarding him couldn't even catch up to him. I'm like, that is athleticism. And it's like, I'm getting in the end zone. This isn't what, like, when you're playing the NFL, people aren't supposed to be cutting back on people. Dude, he caught the ball at five, bro, and then literally pushed you another six yards for an 11-yard gain. Like, that should have been five right there, tackle down. Damn. That's it. That's it. He was doing big boy stuff out there, bro.

07CD went on ahead, jumped in it on third. Donald, I think he was like 14. Later, it was Lamb again. I think he hit for about 23. And then the fourth and one, they went on ahead, got the whole touchdown. Said, give me the whole five. This is 17 to six. Man, Raiders get the ball back. Nothing. Yeah, nothing. Nothing but go ahead and get a tip pick. No, go ahead, but a tip pick. Get the ball back to the ball where they go score a game. Oh, man. But did you see that one that pickings? I don't even want to say he dropped. But we done seen him catch those. We done seen him make a play. They said it was almost a pick.

00I'm like, no, that was almost a catch. That was almost a catch. Yeah, that was a catch. Those are the 50-50s that I'm talking about. Those are the ones that George, he's going to make that play. Yes. You're thinking you're expecting him to catch the joint. They broke it up, whatever. He wasn't going to pick it, but he almost made it. Yes, for sure, dude. Third and 10, they ended up getting the incomplete, but it was a PI. So that extended the drive. Then Williams, they running back. He went on ahead, hit him for 16 on that next play. then they what was it they got a false start and then shake and bake hit pickings i think it was what 37 yeah it was 37 yard touchdown like come on bro 24 to 6 it's going downhill fast dude raiders get out there and i was kind of surprised like they they went on ahead and put together a little drive.

54They got a field goal. I mean, with the help of, I think they had a holding penalty and an offside and to get enough time to connect. I think it was with the tight end for, was it 25 or something like that? I think it was, yeah. Was it 25? Yeah, all they got was a field goal out of it. It went into halftime. It was like 24 to 9. Yep. They come out of halftime. Dallas went on ahead, stood up for a hot second. They forced a three and out. Mm-hmm. Williams. Yep. He went on ahead, got a little bit of that get back, just a little bit, because the safety was still able to tackle him, but he dropped him.

45You know how you hit that boom, boom, straight down? Yeah. He was able to hold on to that leg. I don't know why I like seeing people get hit. I don't care. Because it's not often they're not going to throw a flag. It's tough to get them good, Debo. And when you get it good without a flag, it's good to see. I know what you're saying because I love it too. Yeah, even though it was the safety getting ran – well, not getting ran over. That's the only reason why he got a little get back because if he had ran him all the way over, he would have got all that get back. You know what I'm saying? And, dude, like Pickens on that second down?

21Like, dude, it was like he was in war zone and had a cheat code, bro. Like, that shouldn't have been no more than, what, maybe six, seven yards at the most? What did he end up getting, like 30 or something? Bro, his run after the catch is elite. His run after the catch is elite. Crazy. Very next one, Lumpkin again, about 12. Pickens right after that. and Dak hit second. What was that? 19 for a two-yard touchdown. What's his name? I can't remember his name. He ran a nice little pivot route, too. Yeah, he shook him. Dude thought he was all the way in. As soon as he saw him turn that head, he cut that thing back out.

0831-9, bruh. So I'm really, I ain't gonna lie to you. I'm kind of thinking the game is over with, even though it ain't even the fourth quarter yet. And somehow the Raiders come out there, put together another dry. And that fourth and one that they converted, I shouldn't say they converted. I should say Gentee converted because he had no blocking whatsoever. I thought he was just dead in the water. He was able to convert that. And then it's, you know, it's 16 or what, 31 then? I'm like, yeah, it's for sure over with, and the Raiders force a three and out, bro. Uh-huh. Hoo-wee.

39Yo, and then, dude, who was that, Tucker? Why are you even grabbing the ball right there, bro? Like, you get tackled at, what was it, the two? Uh-huh. Backing up as you try and return it. You don't feel the ball inside the 10. What are you doing? After it bounced, you better hope it just keep going that way, bro. Let them try to recover. And the way that these dudes be acting on special teams, they're going to slide into the damn end zone, put their foot on the ball somehow. But you catch it yourself. Let the ball win. Then they get the ball back. The first play, they false start. So they take them from the two to the one.

24And, you know, because they can't pass the ball because they can't block. They was like, you know what, let's just take the lesser of the two evils. let's try and run it. Worst thing that could happen, hopefully, is that we don't give up six or seven. We give up two, and they give up two. And they give up two. Like, that offensive line, he getting hit in the backfield. He was stopping his feet. I'm like, damn, it's just not good. Yeah, dude. And Dallas get the ball back. They just trying to burn up clock right now. They ain't trying to strike up too many points on them. They end up punting the ball, four minutes left, back to them.

01Game basically over with. So it ends up with the 33 to 16.

11Dallas, they did what they were supposed to do. Come on, man. You were at number three ranked offense. You're going up against a Raiders defense that was tied for 17. Really, that's 18 to me. And you're going against an offense. Well, offense is 30. Their defense was 30. But they also added some things to their defense before the trade deadline. It actually paid off, you know, right there. Big Quinn Williams. Yeah, dude. I don't know, dude. Raiders O-line, bro. Terrible. They can't stop water from getting out of well, bro. That's what I'm saying. And there's no way. There's nothing you can get going if that's what's going on.

56If you can't renegotiate, restart the line of scrimmage, you're not getting any push in the run game. And in the pass game, you're just getting beat. And your quarterback can't get to his drop and plant and make any reads. There's no success that's going to happen there. So, I mean, the Raiders don't look too good on – they don't look good on offense with the offensive line. Their defense, they got Max Crosby. And I love him. He's going to go out there. He's going to ball. That's it, bro. I feel like Max, you know what I'm saying? He's out there. hooping, but you can do only so much. Right. You know what I'm saying?

30And then - It's football, baby. It's 10 other cats out here that got to do their job. Everybody's getting paid. No question. No question. The Cowboys, that was what they were supposed to do. Right. That's what they're supposed to do. Now they want to holler about we them boys. Come on, we them boys. No, no, no. Y 'all just play the Raiders, we them boys. They say they 0-4-1 versus winning teams and 4-0 versus losing teams. So when you go play a losing team, you're going to win. When you go play a winning team, you're going to lose. So, I mean, Dallas, I hope that they can go win this one. But when they go play, I just got to see them do it versus better teams.

06There was like Dak, the strip fumble, CD. He had CD for a touchdown wide open in the end zone that he just led them. You know what I'm saying? It could have been another one. So they got plays that they leave out on the field. But when they play against a better team, that's when I'm going to be able to judge them versus the competition. Yeah. Yeah. I ain't going to lie. I'm a self-admitted Dallas hitter, but I got to give him a little bit of prop. You know, you still got to go out there and do it. You got to do it. We did when we went to Cincinnati and didn't do it. You see what I'm saying? Dak went on hit.

37He threw four touchdowns, bro. Like, he almost had 140 quarterback rating, bro. Yes, yes. The kickers went on hit, got nine for 144 with a tutty. Lamb added, what was it, 65 with another touchdown. Mm-hmm. And, hell, the running back almost had 100. I think he had like 95, 93, something like that. Yep, yep, yep. And your boy, I can't get his name, Lumpke, hell, he was averaging 12 yards a catch. You know, the defense did better, you know. Defense did better. But, again, again, you sacked Geno four times. I think a lot of people done sacked Geno, you know, a few times. 27 yards rushing is sick, though.

2027 yards rushing to 27 yards. 238 receiving. You know, pull off them sack yards. It's only a total of 236. I ain't going to lie. That's good for a whole game. Yeah. But it is the Raiders. We will see when they play somebody good. Hey, listen, listen, listen. Them boys. Yes, sir. Who y 'all got next? I don't even know. Fly, Eagles. Oh, they got the Eagles next. That's going to be good.

56Hey. They got Lions in a couple weeks through after that. Lions mad. Upset. Gotta be. Okay. Yeah, they been going through some trouble. Trouble last week. They got the Chiefs, too. In between that. you know tough schedule yeah I think they got the charges on there too bro hey what you think about what Dez was talking about with George I don't understand what he's talking about I don't know what he's saying like he's like I hear what he's saying I just don't know what he's trying to say it or relate it to like like I don't know. Are you trying to tell him not to stay there or to go? No, no, no.

51I don't know. No, I think he's trying to tell him to stay there. I think he's trying to tell him to stay there. I think he's trying to tell him. So we say, I want to understand whenever it's time to negotiate your contract, your legacy will be worth more than being the highest paid wide receiver if you stay with the Cowboys. so i'm thinking that he's saying that once you become a free agent you know i'm saying you're going to be able to what's the difference between i hopefully hopefully this is what i think he's saying what's the difference between making 33 in dallas with a good quarterback where you know you're going to get the ball you have a great situation to 35 in let's say Miami.

36Do you know what I'm saying? So is that... Okay, okay. I understand now. Is that two per year where it's like the guaranteed is still around 90 a year in both spots. Is that number really like, that's not going to change your lifestyle? And then if you're there when you have a good quarterback, where you have this camaraderie, where you feel comfortable, where you feel good, where you, like, this is where you're building your roots, that's going to make another deal. It's going to be easier to get that because you know your quarterback, you like your situation, then to go somewhere else for an extra two million bucks.

02not like two million you know you're gonna go get your bag i know he's not saying like no they're offering you 42 and they're offering you 30 no let's go no no no no you know what i'm saying but but i'm still saying that yeah okay it's two million a year that could be a total eight yeah okay maybe you stay there whatever blah blah blah but when you go anywhere where it may be a four to six million dollar yes i got to go i don't care what you're talking about Yes. Like, you just want to see Dallas do good because you played there. You're a fan. Just as I want to see Pittsburgh do good because I played there.

40I'm a fan now. Yeah. But, like, come on. You got to go get your bag. That's the number one and first thing, especially now George Pickens, he's coming off a rookie contract. He doesn't have a big deal. He doesn't have M's in the bank. He wasn't making$30 million per season. But when I'm saying, like, I think we're saying the same thing. We're not saying Six, four million dollar differences And all that No, when you go get your original bag If it's Dallas at 33 with 90 guaranteed And you got Miami at 93 guaranteed I would stay in Dallas For that extra Because that's nothing And when you're looking at Dallas No state income tax So you gotta relate that You got a lot of things with that nature But I'm just thinking With he saying It's not always The grass isn't always greener On the other side And if it's not for significance, when we're talking about real M's here that you're going to be able to put away in your pocket, stay there where you can be able to continue to perform.

41A.J. Brown is not as happy. Tyreek Hill leaving Kansas City, he would like that 30 with Patrick Mahomes more than you're not feeling as much happy when you're getting that 30 with Tua. You know what I'm saying? So just being able to know, like, Miles Garrett, you went and re-signed again for 40. Any other team would have gave you 40. You don't have to go take the money. But when you do go do it for a little bit more of the bag, no, you're in a situation that you're in. Where you could be in a good team, good situation, maybe a little bit less, maybe not the highest paid, but that's not going to change your lifestyle.

10That's like the way you, what you can go get. It could change your lifestyle in winning and being able to be happy, going to work in a good place and being good. Oh, yeah. Man, what's that extra$500 ,000, extra million? You're going to be looking crazy sitting, you know what I'm saying, pissed off. So I'm with the thousand percent. Go get your bag, the biggest bag you can. But then if it's like Penny Pinch at the end, when you got all the contracts in front of you, you looking at them like, okay, okay. It's really not at the end of the day. I'm making$33 million a year here, chilling, feeling good.

41You know what I'm saying? Then that's kind of what I'm hoping he's saying instead of like, no. If it's$12 million different, you better know. Go get your cheese. That's money you can go put in. $6 million for your children? Liquid money? No. You know what I'm saying? A couple little here? No, I'm going to be able to make that on the back end. You know what I'm saying? And, like, so I hope that's kind of – and I think that's kind of what he's saying because that's what I would say. Okay. Yeah, I got you now. I'm good with that. I'm good with that. Now, look here, man. Let's talk about your team, man.

11So your boy, Shadour, he expected to get his first start Sunday. Yes. We're dealing on the side now. Mm-hmm. You know, this is going to be the 42nd quarterback that the Browns has as a starter since 1999, man. man. You know, you're. That's a lot of quarterbacks. Like, how many head coaches? Like. A lot. A lot of head coaches too, right? A lot of head coaches. Speaking of head coaches, man. Hey, your boy Stefanski was asked if he would change anything about how he divided up reps for the quarterback. And I hear what he had to say. Would you have changed anything about the approach about how you, maybe divided up the first team reps from training camp to now?

01Yeah, I understand the question, Cam. I think it's important that you do what you think is right for a football team. The development of our players is constant. It doesn't happen just in one drill or in one practice or one meeting. So we trust our guys. We trust our backup players to be ready to go. And Shador is ready to go. Obviously, I know he wants to play better. I want to coach better. all those type of things, but that just comes, uh, that'll come through work. That's where it will come. Okay. Joe, Joe, Joe, listen, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me talk about this. Okay. Please talk about this.

47Kevin, obviously you didn't understand the question because you didn't answer it. Okay. Now, that's one of the most generic type responses that you can get. And I don't know. Kevin, are you uncomfortable with the truthful answer because it may make you look bad, maybe? Or I don't know. You could be hiding something. because I know you didn't misunderstand the question. You heard it louder, Cleveland. You yourself said, I understand the question. Quiet.

37He is up there talking like he running for office, like he a politician. Cleveland, y 'all done hired a politician, not a head coach, baby. That's what y 'all done hired, man. This man can't even stand on his own decision or admit that he was wrong. Or even possibly in hindsight, I could have did something different that may have helped my team. You knew that Dylan is not going to play now, and he's not going to be the backup, would you give or are you going to give the backup any reps at the one that would be backing up your door? I don't know. What you think, Joe? Debo, I'm with you with when Kevin can't answer a question. Stand on something. Stand on anything. You know what I'm saying? If you don't believe, answer it. Do you think you would have switched it up no i would have did exactly what i'm doing right now because that's the way my process is i would have gave dylan all of the reps because he's a young quarterback and i think he's if it would have split any reps he needs to get every rep so he's ready for the game say that or say no i don't think shador was ready he's not going to be the second string quarterback and i mean what say anything say something that makes us mad say something that makes us you're just trying to give us political answer like when he's like he's at the combine or something you You can't give a political answer, man.

02You're not a politician. You're a head coach that's making decisions on if your team will win or lose. What are you talking about? You're with me. You're with me. We're saying the same thing. He's talking like he can't stand on something. He's scared to say if he did something wrong or admit to why he's making this decision. Stand on why you're doing things, sir. Say you wanted Dylan to have all of the reps because he was our first-string quarterback. He's a rookie, and I just wanted him to get all of them so he's ready. He's premiumly ready for the game. Say that. Or you don't. Can you please say that?

36Can you please say that? Anything. Because then we're like, okay, perfect. Then somebody can say, I don't agree, but I see why you want to do that. You know what I'm saying? But if you don't say nothing, then hold on. I asked the question and I don't know where he stands. So that's the only part that gets me off. Like, say something. Stand on it. And then now at least we can understand where you're coming from. I don't even know where you're coming from.

05Joe, y 'all got some problems over there in Cleveland. Now, here's some disturbing information. All right. Shador's home got broken into during the game. That's crazy, right? Uh-huh. again, now, you know me, I got to get a little something started, you know, I got to, I'm like a, I'm like an instigator of sorts, I like to, and I like to, you know, I like to keep things interesting, you know what I mean, Joe, I like to keep things interesting, so this is, uh, like something that I... What's the thing where you, like, say something that could be true, could not be true, but is true, or ain't true, find out later it could be true?

01You know, what they call that? What they call that? What that is? Hypothetical? No, no, no, no. A conspiracy theory. A conspiracy theory. Okay. So, this is just... I'm not saying this is true, okay? I'm just I'm just spitballing. Okay. Because, you know, that's, you know, this is my conspiracy. Okay. So this is what I thought happened. Or conspiracy of what I think could happen. So halftime came and he knew that Dylan was out. Right. and when he found that out kevin probably got a call from or dylan might have called his agent said i'm out and kevin oh my goodness they got the same agent anyway so i think that it was conspiracy to make sure that shador had a little bit more pressure on him so this is just i'm just spitball.

10I'm not saying this happened. I'm just talking. This is a story, people. I'm listening. I'm listening. I'm not saying this happened, okay? I'm just talking. I think the agent, since they both have the same agent, Dylan and Kevin Stefanski, I think they went and broke into the man's house to have somebody do it. Debo, see, there you go. Listen, I'm just talking. Debo, we're talking about somebody breaking into my man's house. Listen, I'm just talking. listen I'm just spitballing I'm not saying this happened I'm just telling a story this is I'm not here for this conspiracy I'm not here for this conspiracy and I think it was in my story I'm just spitballing here man listen to me man and I'm thinking they was hoping that it got to him before he went back out there or sometime during the game to rally him a little more.

10You know? No, Debo. I'm just giving a... What you think? I know. I pray not. I pray not. You know, my man house got hit up, Debo. We got to, you know, let's just hope that everything is okay because that's just messed up. The privacy of your own home, people breaking into your house. I don't want to make a joke about people breaking into your house. I ain't making no joke about people breaking into your house. You're making a joke that Dylan Gabriel and Coach Faskey... That ain't... I'm not making a joke. I'm just telling you what... I'm just giving a conspiracy theory. Devo, Devo, I think better than you.

44Come on, Devo. You're better than that. You're better than that. You don't believe that. You don't believe that conspiracy theory. I'm writing a story. Fix your story, Joe. I'm just sad, man. That's just bad. I'm all that. You are. Breaking in my man Shador's house, man. That's bad business. that's bad biz I hope the people are caught I hope the people are caught I hope they get caught conspiracy theory is true they ain't gonna get caught I'm just saying if your conspiracy theory is true they gonna be on if the conspiracy theory is true they in the locker room with my dog right now I'm just saying that's foul listen man a man can't tell the truth save his life so even if it was true which I know it ain't true I'm just getting trashed.

38You know what I'm saying? I like to get it out there sometimes. You know what I'm saying? I feel you. I feel you. You like to stir some stuff up sometimes. Speaking of stirring it up, man, they got Jamar Chase for one game. Find all 500K. Yeah. Listen to this, though. Listen to this. According to Ian Rapp report, Jamar Chase plans to appeal the one-game suspension, claiming that if he was going to spit on Jalen Ramsey, he would have spit in his face and not his jersey or ground. What? You go back it up with, I meant to spit just not in his face on his jersey or you didn't mean, you was just spitting within three inches of somebody Jalen, he said he would have spit in your...

33No, don't let me gas Jalen. I ain't gassing you, Jalen. I ain't going to gas you. I ain't going to do that to you. Look, so you can't back that up with that. You can't go and try and... What are you appealing, bro? It's there. You're done. You done already lied. First you said you didn't even do it. now you're saying you did spit you just didn't mean to spit on him and if you were actually trying to spit on him you would have spit in his face if you had spit in his face he'd be still on top of you bro right now right now debo he says this bro because i mean you know how when you when you get a fine or like people i was appealing stuff that you know you did wrong so you trying to see if you're just trying to see if you get some money back see if you give me something give me something you know what i'm saying like you know you did it wrong you know what for you appealing this they need to give you some more time they might have to give you some more because blatantly saying that like and then then to go in when he spit on them debo to not move and not react and then act like he didn't know what you did bro you know exactly because if i'm there and i didn't mean to spit on you and you i'm not spitting no way listen here man the first thing that happens when you were a kid, that first time you spit, you get popped in your mouth.

59Like that. Don't you never spit. My mama popped me in my mouth, dude. When I spit, dude, she said, don't you never spit. I didn't know she meant don't spit on somebody. So I never, I didn't. You just wouldn't spit. I do. I didn't spit. Listen, I didn't spit. Listen, bro. I'm at a football game in high school and I'm standing next to my home and my homeboy spit on the ground. Joe, I grabbed his mouth and said, ooh, don't do that. Mama gonna come pop you in the mouth. I said, my mama, uh-uh, don't do that. Mama gonna come pop you in the mouth. No, but I... No, but seriously, bro. Oh, real? Yes. Listen, you cannot even spit on the ground, dude, in Singapore.

44It's$1 ,000 for one spit. If you do it again, it keeps doubling. You do three spits, man, you about$15 ,000 in the mouth. man. Like, just spitting on the ground and pressing, bro. Like, you cannot spit on anyone, dude. Like, that's the most disrespectful thing in the world you could ever do in life, bro. The NFL gotta make an example of this, dude. Like, with this being the third, what's gonna happen? Like, what's gonna happen the next time, dude? Like, we talking about the integrity of the NFL protecting the shield and its reputation. What are you doing here, what signal are you sending out? Hey, spit on somebody.

24We'll give you a game. Don't worry about it. Yeah. It's wild, man. And then when you react to being spit, you get kicked out the game? What? I should just be spit on and stand there and take it. The punches, they worried about more of a puncher stone that people getting spit on. We gotta switch that. Yeah. Like, I don't understand the thought process of him answering or responding to this, if that is true, bro. Bro, it's true. It's true. He basically saying, I would have spit on his face, so how you going to lift his head? Jamar, you're trying to get away with it. You spit and didn't even move, and you basically felt like you got away with it until 4K was out there and a thousand cameras.

14So you saying, I would have spit on his face. No, you wouldn't have. You trying to spit on him and get away with it. You trying to get away with it. head up so you can get that good spit boom right into him no you trying to be undercover and slide and spit on somebody and get away with it you're not going to do that not even close to it bruh not even close to it that was wild yo yo uh the giants they benched uh carter for sleeping during a walkthrough um but he said he was not sleeping he said he was actually doing recovery nevertheless it was on me. So I ain't got no problem with him saying, because he actually took accountability.

03He just like, yo, you said I was sleeping during a walkthrough. Like who in the world does that? Like, yes, I should have been there. Boom, boom, boom. But y 'all ain't going to sit here and make it seem like I was just, oh, I'm just sleeping. I get to the walkthrough whenever I get time. Like, that's crazy. Like, they're just trying to stir up some stuff, you know? Mm-hmm. I don't – listen, I ain't going to lie to you, man. I used to sleep in the meetings, you know what I'm saying? D-Bo, I'm not going to be the one to sit here and lie. Bruh. I mean, when I started getting – my rookie year, it was bad.

40I was getting fine. My man A.B. Let me wake me up because I was outside. You was drafted. My rookie year, I wasn't sleeping in meetings. Bruh, I used to stand up in the back. I used to take my clothes off and jog in place to stay awake. Man. After I got to me, man, I'd sit up there. I ain't going to lie to you, man. And Coach LeBeau, he'd be up there. I'd be sitting in the front. He'd be up there going through his stuff, dude. I'd be heavy. And I'd go to sleep. And only time he would ever tap me is when I would get a snore out. Oh, yes, D-Bow. Wow. Bro. You were dreaming in the meetings. You were just like a little...

27It wasn't all the time. It was like once every other week or something like that. You got to realize, man, I get home. We get home from a Sunday game. If we get home at 3, 4 o 'clock, I go straight to the gym. Damn, you up. Okay, you 24 o 'clock. Yeah, then I go home. I start getting treatment and therapy, dude. I may not sleep. until Tuesday night and I'm getting up at like 3, 4 to go in. So I may get three, four hours of sleep to go in so I can get, you know what I'm saying? That's wild though. You taking care of your body, getting working. I was honestly from being tired because I was out too late.

08That was, yeah, I wilded out my rookie year with that. And I'm not proud of it, but we're here to be honest about what was going on. So the couple just staying up too late. And that's why I was only in the beginning after that. Well, for me, the reason I had to be in the back, standing up, jumping around is I was on special teams, but I'm hanging out with my OGs who they stay in the front with the feet kicked up. I'm back here running in place, you know, trying to stay away because I can't afford to be cold in my eyes. You know what I'm saying? After that, bro, I'm telling you, some people, After that first deal, your eyes might be closed a little bit.

49Right. Right. You got to make sure you got to get a standard. You know what I'm saying? I couldn't close. Dude, I couldn't close my eyes until it was my what? One? My third deal. Yeah, I realize, Joe, I ain't start until five years in. Almost six. I only started hell I only started with Pittsburgh from 2007 to 12 because I went to what's her name in 13 that's crazy and came back 14 to 17 that's crazy Debo half of my time was special teams bro half of it was starting damn Yeah. Well, I ain't going to lie to you, man. You did that because you went and got all them Pro Bowls and your defensive player of the year.

45Like, people don't just walk around with defensive player of the year. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, this is a true story. Yeah, I found that out. I found that out, though. I ain't going to lie to you. It ain't. I really don't think it'll ever be another player that'll be defensive player of the year that'll be undrafted because the chances of a guy making it now As an undrafted player, they're so slim. They're not going to miss out on that. It's so slim now, dude. You don't have the time to actually get the reps that you need. You know what I'm saying? You don't have as many preseason games to show yourself anymore.

21It's only, what, three now? So that opportunity now, dude, is slim. You got to flash. Just to make it. Right, just to make it. And for me, I would have never got an opportunity to start if PZ hadn't spit on William Gray. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because they would have never gave me a chance, bro, to actually get out there. And it was like, oh, they had a guy that they had drafted ahead of me. And he wasn't better than me. But they drafted him ahead, so they were playing him anytime they knew that one of the starters would be out. He would dress. He played no special teams, started on nothing. And I did all the special teams and all that.

11And PZ happened to get kicked out right before the game. They didn't know what was going to happen, so he wasn't dressed. I'm there. And they're like, yo, you got to go. I'm like, all right, cool. Yeah, for sure. Yeah. Yeah, that's perfect, man. You ready for that op? Thank you. Oh, no question. No question. I think I might have got my first set in that game. First stop. 2000, what was that? 2011? No, sorry, 2004. That was, no, it might have been five. I can't remember. 2004 or five. Five or six, something like that. That was my first time I ever got a start. Ever got a start. But I came in in 2002.

59Like, my first start ever was, like, almost three years later. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, no, for sure. You know, so. Damn. That's good shit, though, D-Bo. Yeah, for sure. We're going to go over here to, what was it, Buffalo? I think. Who we got? Coleman. They said he was dancing before the game, I guess, against the Bucs. He was benched by the team for being late to practice on Friday. We got the video, right? he was killing he was getting it too though

34listen I gotta hear that was they playing that I think I know the song that drink he was I bet you won't I bet you won't I bet you won't that was that that might be yeah that song will make you get the going instantly like yeah that might be i might be bro that might be so but yeah hawkins had had a message for him though um we got the sound show it up pop it up honestly we need guys to come on and keon knows right now he's in the hot seat and he needs to come on and show up for us uh pat's on the back or over with and it's time for him to grow up and he knows it and uh as an older player on the team.

21We hold everybody accountable. And we shoot straight. We don't sugarcoat it in the words and words said to him, and he took it well. What do you think of him dancing before the game, and what do you think of Hawkins' message to him? I like the message from OG, because I like him. I like him a lot. He's very respectful, and he does, and you in the least by example the one thing i'll say is it's more that it's not about the dancing i don't want him to take away i want him the kid to sit there and be sad and act like oh damn i don't need him taking the rest of the team down because he down no i don't need you sitting there being pissed off yes the thing is i love about what he said was he's not talking about the dancing part i need you to be if that's you be you don't be walking around here looking crazy because you messed up we're talking about you missing practice being late to practice we need you you're a key player you can't be doing that the coaches sat you down because you were late for practice and you know i'm saying like that's the thing we need you to be way more present so i think he's telling him as a leader we need you we need you to be here you can't be doing that and uh just that's just not going to work i'm not worried about him dancing because that's just a happy person that's his personality that he brings to the team when they're good so i know his teammates was around him getting it too that's just a vibe guy you got dudes just you just happy to be around and i I wouldn't want Keon to be a dude that's like, man, just sulking because he's not playing or just get bad vibes.

47Keep your vibes up, but at the same time, don't miss meetings. We need you. So I love the way that they went about it. I don't want him to not be dancing. Like, that's just you. But same time, I need you to be at practice on Friday. Yeah. Yeah. It don't matter, dude. If he did it the other way, they'd be like, oh, he out there sulking because he didn't get to play. He ain't doing nothing to motivate his teammates. He should be out there being a team guy and all the other stuff. But now he's dancing. Oh, he's dancing. He don't even care. He ain't playing. Oh, he's too happy. He's too happy. You can't win.

21You can't win with these bums nowadays. Like, you ain't played the game. You ain't did it. You don't understand what people out there going through, what they need to do, what energy you should really come with. Like, come on, man. They already gave him the lineman. And the message, that ain't even harsh, dude. That's OG talking to him. That's him accepting it and being like, yes, you right. I understand 100%. What OG, I respect you because OG going to love up on him too. He's not just telling them nothing crazy and he's not talking to you when you're not doing something that's affecting your game and that's affecting the team.

54He's really trying to help you grow as a player. And that's what good vets do. He's not just doing nothing crazy. He's telling them. He's like, no, we let them know we need you. This is what we expect. so it's not a bashing. It's not like, go out there and do better. It's not even close to a bashing, dude. That's me going ahead and saying what I need to say and it being in a respectful manner, a leader saying what needs to be said and I'm not attacking him. I'm stating what the obvious is, which he has already said, yes. Yo, we need you. You want to get something started. That's all it is. I'm not mad at that at all.

33I'll just need him to be there and I love the way OG did it. Oh, no question about it. You can't come no better than that, man. Especially in how he took it. How he took it in stride. He's like, yo, I understand. It ain't going to happen no more. Yo, over in Atlanta, Michael, he penics. He has this dude. He done did a lot of ACLs and all this other stuff. Like, college was crazy. Like, dude, he suffered a partially torn ACL this time during Sunday's game to the Panthers. Like, I guess he's seeking a second opinion, but they're saying that it's not encouraging. This will be his fifth season-ending surgery in eight college and pro seasons, dude.

28three ACLs 2018 2020 and it's partial right now 25 that sucks for him they worried about them paying him you know 180 million to avoid an issue and now they're like they're in an issue I ain't gonna lie to you you paid that up front just so that you didn't have to pay more if things went better than what y 'all thought it was going to go. Yeah, man. I mean, I just feel bad for him. I feel sorry for him. You know, football is football. It's 100%. People are going to get hurt. It's going to be injuries. And then wear and tear on your body. He was in college for a long time and then just continuous injuries and it keeps happening.

21And we're not getting no younger. You know what I'm saying? He had a sternoconvicular blow. That's what James had. Like, that's right here, dude. That's not your AC, dude. I know what that is, dude. That's eight months. Yeah. That's a long process, bro. So, you know, man, just the injuries for him, I just feel bad for him. But, you know, it's the NFL, man. And then you just continuously getting hurt. I just pray for that he gets recovered. And with the Falcons, I mean, that's just unfortunate. You drafted quarterbacks, you drafted him a little bit earlier than some people expected. You know what I'm saying?

04Coming off of he had a lot of injuries in college. So, you know, it is what it is. That's part of the business. Some things go their way. Some things go our way. But at the same time, he still got to deal with it physically. Yeah, man. I just pray for him. You know, mentally, that's just tough. Just, you know, like you said, your son gets hurt. You've had surgeries. I've had surgeries. Just continuous rehab and thinking you're back to a position. And then, but when you're getting older and you're trying to play at the highest level, I think that could be a lot tougher. You know what I'm saying?

37Like, you trying to get back. Yeah. Yeah, for sure. Especially, you know, it's not just playing the game anymore. It's like, it's your career. It's your livelihood. Yeah. But, you know, 180 will help. You feel me? I'm going to pray for him all day though Did he I don't think he got 180 Dude He's on his rookie deal right They paid a different quarterback 180 Oh I think it might have been Kirk Cousins Yeah they paid Kirk Cousins 180 Yeah They paid a different quarterback 180 and now he done did this. So that's why they saying the Falcons got a quarterback in the top pick. He hurt and then Kirk Cousins ain't really panned out with the 180.

30He ain't open. What are you talking about? He ain't. He ain't panned out with the 180. They paid him harder. Oh, yeah. That's for sure. Kirk Cousins, he's sitting good. I'm tripping. Kirk Cousins been stinging him for a long I love Kirk Cousins and his agent and they just right where you need to be I'm a strong quarterback good top is 60 give me 30 top is 50 something I do 27 he was just right there just stinging his yes mmm I gotta go earn it I got to I don't know if he gonna be a dude Penix was doing that, bro. Penix was doing that. He ain't going to be able to give him that Penix. No. He ain't going to be able to give him that Penix.

23No. No, no, no, no, no, no. That's going to be hard to hold, man. Prayers up for Penix, though. For sure. No question, bro. Look here, man.
