Guests

None. The episode is hosted by James “Deebo” Harrison and Joe Hayden (no guest names appear in the transcript).

Guest backgrounds

Not applicable.

Key claims

  • Jalen Hurts and the Eagles’ defense controlled the game; both teams’ offenses underperformed.
  • Jordan Love made costly decisions: sacks that pushed Green Bay out of field-goal range and a fumble (recovered by Green Bay).
  • Multiple Eagles defensive breakups and red-zone stops were decisive; Philly’s defense “played better” than Green Bay’s.
  • Coaching/GM criticism: Daboll’s firing is discussed, with debate over whether the GM should also be removed.

Notable examples

  • Eagles’ “tush push” attempt nullified by a pre-snap infraction.
  • Love’s sack/fumble sequence and later late-game turnover by Jacobs (fumble recovered by Philly).
  • Packers’ shanked punt after a Philly score, plus a final failed late drive ending in a shanked kick.

2:05Welcome back to Debo and Joe. I'm your host, James Debo Harrison, and I'm here with my co-host, Joe Hayden. Please make sure you guys like and subscribe. You don't want to miss nothing. Hey, how you doing today, Joe? Doing good, brother Debo. Doing good, man. Always good to be with you. Watched another game. I know that's your type of game. Great game. It's a defensive specialist out there. DBs are balling. DBs did their thing out there. No question about that, baby. Yes, sir. No question about that. Let's get on the head and to it, man. Let's get to it. Green Bay start off with the Rock. They actually get a good return, bro.

2:43I think it's almost to the 40. And then, like, they just go Jacobs crazy. First down, he get a run for five. Second, they pass it to him for six. The next first, I think he's three yards. Then second, he gets four yards. Third down, he get two. And they end up going on fourth with the quarterback sneak. And they missed that offside, but they ended up getting that sneak anyway. Then they right back to Jacobs. I think he only got like maybe a yard, if that, on the next play. And then that second down, boy, love. He got sack sack. and he almost lost that rock. Did you see that? Yes, bro. Jordan Love, he was making some unnecessary plays.

3:31I don't think he played well in the game. We'll get to it. But that was just an initial one, getting him out of field goal range. You don't have to take a sack. He had a check down. He had a bunch of different places he could have went with that ball. But knocking him out of field goal range isn't as good. Oh, yeah, no question. They end up having to punt. After they punt to rock, Philly gets the ball. They was doing a lot of positional stuff. You know what I'm saying? Trying to stay, make sure they stay ahead of the chains or within the chains. Philly, you know, came out there and immediately they give it to Saquon.

4:01He busts him for three. Hurts hits Brown the next play for six. They in that third tush push area. They go for the tush push. I don't know how they missed this one, dude. That was just make-up. Debo, that was the worst. That was the worst one of all time. He made contact with the defense alignment before the ball snapped. I'm like, how? I don't know. That had to be a straight-up make-up call, dude. There's no other way that that happened. Second down, old dude, Saquon, he break him a good one for 15, man. And then I think it was the second down pass. Well, it would have been a completion, but Hertz was a little off on that one.

4:44They get a false start on the third that brings him to third and 10. And then I think that was where I thought, what's the name was going to get him? They was doing a lot of that all night. Now I think about it, there was rushing past Hurts, though. He ends up being able to shake off, you know, bust loose. And I think he hit, was it the running back, Shipley? I think it was Shipley. He hit Shipley on that third and 10 for 11. They're able to, you know, continue to keep going the next, you know, couple of plays, staying ahead of the chains. I think they get to third and five. And again, Hurts, I think he hit Smith for, what, eight right there?

5:27And he just sat down. Like, why? I know the middle dude got to keep going. Like, why you think they didn't, like, try and relate to that route? Like, it's third and five. Like, y 'all sitting right here. I don't know, Devo. That's a bad, bad ball. Yeah, I don't know. I don't understand that because later on they did the opposite and they sat short on a long one and dude was able to get it. I think they weren't trying to take the cheese, but at the same time you got to be looking at the quarterback. If he's throwing that there, you got to be able to react. It looked like the middle backer was doing that too, where he just straight off keep going down the field.

6:06You know what I'm saying? And then your other two, they're, they're, they're zoning right there. Like somebody got to relate to that dude. Like that's, that's just way too, too much openness. just pitch and catch. Yeah, for sure. And then I think it was the third down coming up, Jalen takeoff. And Cooper, he made a great play, dude. I mean, just straight punch right into that thing, bro. It was good. That's a good defensive play. You know, they getting into the red zone. And he was running it, and he got it right before he went to the ground. So it was a great defensive play. Hurts, you wanted to protect the ball there, but you can't blame him.

6:44That's a great play. He's ball searching. He's looking to get the ball out. Yeah, yeah. I mean, he wasn't – you know what? He was, like, that close from hitting the ground, too, though. Like, he was that close. Green Bay get the ball back. And the next snap, dude, love goes. And, like, I don't know if he was trying to hand it off or what was going on. Like, he fumbles the rock. Like, they get lucky. It bounces right back to him, bro. They recovered for – what did they lose? Two, three yards on that one or something? the next play they end up getting the ball batted down and uh what was it third and like 14 15 something like that he scrambles no it was third and third and 13 he scrambled for 12 dude like he was going going for that dude yeah like who's their backup because i don't know if he got anywhere near the talent to look you could have you lost all that right there you know what i'm saying No, for sure.

7:41He got to protect himself, man. He they franchised. Yeah, they end up going for it on the fourth down with the sneak, and the refs finally catch it. I don't know why they can't see this, dude. They going to have to make that a reviewable play or something, man. Like, you got to be able to review all sneaks, push-pushes, whatever it is. Bro, Debo, doesn't it throw you off, though, that they are so good at even getting a twitch for a false start, but you can't get people going all the way across the damn line before the ball is snapped and hitting the defensive line. It's obvious. You know what I'm saying?

8:09Like, you can get a little, like, when the guard, if he just moves back a little bit, they easily can throw that. If you see this dude falling forward before the ball is snapped, I'm like, ref, that's, it's too blatant that you can't be able to do that. And if you want to put it in a replay, you obviously see people taking off, hitting people. Like, that is just getting, it's getting crazy. Yeah, but they actually, they caught that one. I don't know. I think that's going to be something that might, I think there was only two short, two votes short of losing that anyway last year. So that might be something that they'll actually get rid of.

8:40I hope they don't get rid of it. I hope they just make it like, yo, it's a quick New York review to make sure ain't nobody jump off sides. Yeah, I feel you. I don't think it's that—it's not that bad of a play, but you got to run it legally. Snap the ball first, and then if you guys can't be able to get under us, then you're able to get under us. But don't be able to take off before. You know what I'm saying? Like, that's just cheating. Yeah, no question. Philly get the ball back. Green Bay, they ended up getting, what was it, two negative plays there? But I think it was more like the players slipping, bro.

9:11The tackle went to pull around. He slipped. Sat right there. The goal in front of Saquon. Saquon couldn't get off. The next play, Saquon got the little screen. He slipped. Couldn't get off. And I think third down, they was just playing it safe. Did a little run. They punt the rock to him. and Green Bay get the ball back. And again, they go Jacobs crazy. I think first down was a five-yard run. Second down was 11. Then first down, three. Second down, they ended up losing a yard. And then third down, I think he got six or whatever. Was that right? Yeah, because they went in for the, you know, they tried to make like they was going to go for it on fourth down, trying to get them to jump off sides.

9:55Ain't nobody going to do that stupid shit, you know, Unless they Cleveland. Nobody going, you know? See, you got to hold your water. I'm just saying, you know what I'm saying? You're right, you're right. That was just bad ball. Yeah, you know, they ended up putting the ball. And then the first play, when Jalen ends up scrambling again and he throw that thing across, dude, I just knew somebody was about to break. Was going to book that. The way they was playing, I'm like, yo, somebody's going to snatch that right here. Yeah. Ended up getting eight. And then again, like I said, them DBs was balling.

10:29Second down. He was balling, bro. Sitting on it. Mixes goes in there and makes a nice breakup, dude. Third down, they get the incompletion. Again, the DB, he was right there. I think if he had threw that one on the money, if it wasn't wide, I think he's gone. No, no, no. For sure. That's why he threw that ball. That's why the DB was sitting there like this. He went to go break on it, and the nose passes. If it was a completed pass, it would have been completed to the DB. So it's either you're going to throw that ball out of bounds, brother, and be in completion, let it fight another down, or he's going to take it to the crib.

11:05I think it was just an off throw. Like, dude hadn't even really broke yet for him to try and adjust in the middle of the throw. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It was a bad pass. Sometimes that works out in your favor. Yeah, Philly, they're going to hit, and the punter, He shanks the ball, ends up giving it to him at the 42. Now Green Bay got a short field. You're thinking they might be able to do something. But again, dude, like the DBs, dude, they making some nice breakups, dude. Like on both sides of the ball. They get to a, I think it was a third and eight, and he gets the ball batted down. They end up punting.

11:47Philly get the rock again. First down, they stand ahead. Saquon, he gets another seven. They end up getting offsetting on the next play where they had, I think they had a nice game on that one. Third and two, I think it was like a pass interference. They gave him another first. And then they go false start and a holding and back-to-back end up going to a first and 25, bro. They end up punting the ball. they get the they get the ball down at the 8 but they got a holding call they make them re-kick it so Philly got to re-kick it and now they end up returning it and getting the ball at like I think it was like the 30 or 35 or something like that dude like that re-kick you ever been on special teams when they got to do the re-kick dude yes brother you're exhausted they don't know you don't know how much effort you put into that one play dude Man, that gunner, you got to run down that thing full speed and you getting jumped.

12:50No question. You getting double teamed. You getting beat. You getting beat all the way down there, dude. Man, first down, Green Bay get the ball. Love connect for eight, I think. Jacobs ends up picking up the first down on a second down with a five-yard run. And Jacobs again, bro. Another five yards. Second down, Love scrambled on that thing, man. I just knew he was saying. I'm like, I couldn't see how he got out of that one. Yeah, no, his capability. Love got good athleticism. Yeah, dude. Love hits Jacobs, I think, for another nine. And then leading up to that next first down, Love got sacked, dude.

13:33Like, this. Is this the one where he fumbled? No, this ain't the one where he fumbled. This had a lot of. He fumbled on the next one, though. This had a lot of, like, just coverage pressures and sacks, dude. Like, PBs was covering, bro. No, for sure. They was playing bad. Yeah, they had nowhere to go with the ball. And like you said, on that next second down, that's where, you know, he gets sacked and he tries to, like, get the ball out and throw it, you know, just doing too much at that time, you know? Yeah. I think they were in field goal range at that point or something like that. Was that?

14:05Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Like, that's, bro. They were on board. They was on the 27-yard line, brother. Yeah. Philly. So, that's what the thing with Love when I was watching the game, too. Like, you just can't. They was in the first drive when they was in field goal range, and he put them out of field goal range by taking the sack. And then before halftime, somehow we need to get points, and you're just doing too much, losing the rock, trying to do – just go down with it or throw it out of bounds. He couldn't do nothing. He already had his hand wrapped up. He trying to switch it to the other hand, lose it.

14:36Like, it's crazy. Yeah, yeah. You're just doing too much, though, brother. I'm just saying, right there, we could have had six points and ended up losing by three, but those are just six. easy buckets that were three it could have been oh you know what i'm saying it could have been overtime like worst case worst case is what happened they turned the ball worst case is what you did philly get the you know philly get the ball back and again dude they they running past they running past hurts man he scrambles he gets out of the pocket for you know i think it was like maybe three four yards something like that and like at what point do you like say to your pass rushers, hey, don't rush past this dude, man.

15:17This is not Joe Flacco. You can't rush past him and hope to circle back around. He's going to take off. Yeah. You're creating pass. You're creating escape lanes for him. He's going to use them. Yeah. And, you know, it's coming towards the end of the half. They just do a fourth down where they're just trying to burn the clock out. They burn the clock out. Throw it out of bounds. It's a great half though, man. Zero, zero, man. Zero, zero. That's my kind of game, baby. and it was defense was making plays defense was making plays they was forcing turnovers when they got into the red zone you know what I'm saying sacking them when they were in field goal range so defenses were stepping up I knew I knew this was your type of game this is what football should look like I started realizing now Debo the more I become a fan that I become kind of I want the defense like I don't like false pass interferences like I see offense gets away with everything but you do kind of want to see like that are they doing bad or is it good so on some of the plays you don't know what it is i'm like i like it but like hold on the defense is strapping on you like this man that's a bad pass i'm like no that's a good ass play by the db you know what i'm saying so it's a little bit of both like both getting paid at the same time so it's like are these is that bad but it's like no these dudes are also good you know no question philly come out they get the ball in the third quarter again staying ahead first play saquon he runs it for seven they end up getting to that next, I believe, first down, and he hits Goddard for like 22.

16:45Again, this is a situation where like, yo, ain't nothing in front of him this time, though. So keep going back. They end up settling, and he gets it behind him. The next play, I think Hurts missed the tight end. He had that. That would have been money right there if he He was able to short that. They give it to Saquon. He hit another six. It puts him, you know, in that third down. I think they hit Goddard again for eight. The first down, I think he scrambled again. Again, I think he scrambled for, what, another five, six or something? Like, next, I think Walker. What was it? He shot through that thing.

17:35Solid tackle for a negative. Oh, yeah, tackle for loss. That was a good play. That was a good play right there. I like seeing stuff like that. They end up getting a delayed game on third down. They go to third and 12. Again, I'm thinking, you know, they playing it safe because they know they're within field goal range. So they go ahead, play it safe. They get a field goal. First score, just what? First score of the game, 3-0. Nine minutes or over nine minutes left in the third quarter, bro. 3-0, man. I'm loving this, man. This is what I like to see. I don't even know what people understand. When you defensive-minded, I want to see everybody play good on both sides.

18:19When I'm watching somebody that I don't root for, I want to see everybody play good on both sides. That way I see a good game. That's kind of like when you see Pittsburgh-Cleaven. I understand how you feel on that. I only feel like that because I have no loyalty to it. You have no loyalty to it. So I don't know how you could feel like that. And you say you got loyalty to both. But anyway. See, it's the complete opposite of what you're saying. You know when you don't have no loyalty to either team? It's the complete opposite. I have all my loyalty to both teams. When you don't have none, it's here.

18:52And when you have both, it's at the same spot. When you don't have none, you can just look at it from an outsider. When I got it from so much, then I'm looking at it from the – we got the same perspective but just completely different. Okay, I got you. I got you. Green Bay, get out there. Love hit Watson for 20. Like, you know, they moving the ball a little bit. They staying ahead of the chains a little, you know. And then Hunt, I think he made a nice play, dude, for that loss. Yes. It was a four-yard loss. That was nice. That was nice. Second down, Love ends up scrambling for about five. And third down, dude, that was a great pass, dude.

19:31Great pass, but he couldn't hold on to it. Dobbs could not hold on to that thing, buddy. Yes, he got a snatch. Oh, a day, bro. You got a snatch. They end up going for it on fourth and nine. On fourth and nine. Here's the crazy thing. It would have been a first down if, who was it? Was it Milton? Milton hadn't dropped the ball. That's a first down for sure. He's there, clear. Yeah, he was in a good spot. Oh, yeah, he would have made the tackle for sure. But dude dropped the rock. So they end up turning it over on downs. Philly get the ball back.

23:12I'm thinking it might be a little bit of trouble. But dude, Green Bay, they stand up. Three and out. I mean. Three and out. Quick. Yeah, I mean, of course, with that, you know, that, what was it, six yards? Negative six yards? Mm-hmm. Nobody blocked him. That's going to say. Nobody blocked him. He went free. He dropped Saquon. Like, how do you not block him? Like, he's right there. He's one of the ones up front. Like, how you don't block the D lineman, bro? That don't even make no sense. They end up having to punt the rock. Green Bay get it back. They start feeding Jacobs again. He get 11 on the first down.

23:48I think the next first down, they hit Wicks for 20. You know, later, I think he, Love, ends up hitting Watson for 22. But they got that illegal formation. They killed it, bro. Killed the whole drive. Killed the whole drive. Again, the DBs make a nice play that repeated that second down. You know, that third down coverage is great again. He ended up having to scramble and throw it away. They punt the rock. Philly get it back. Like, it starts to have a little bit of breakdown, a little bit of breakdown. Yes. You can only fight for so long. At some point. You can only fight for so long. Zaquon is still also getting paid$20 million a year as the best running back in the league.

24:40So, how long? No question, bro. That third and seven, they gave him that little short one, dude. dude, I knew dude wasn't going to get him. I'm like, he either going to run around him or he going to run over him, bro. He's going to make this man somehow. He's not about to tackle it. It's so much open space. I couldn't even see him when he first caught the ball. Like, no. Put him in a spin cycle. All the way spin cycle, dude. I ain't going to lie to you, bro. If that's me right there and I'm coming up to tackle him, I'm not even breaking down. I'm going to take my shot. You got to shoot your shot.

25:20I'm going to shoot your line in the dark and hope that he don't think I'm going to do it. Do a stutter. All that little slowing down, trying to chop your feet is going to get you broke down. Exactly what he got. Exactly what he got. Man, then the next play, Hurst gone ahead and lay that thing out to Smith, man. that was a nice play, man. That was good on good. That's how you make a play on the ball. 36-yard touchdown. It's 10 to Nathan. I'm thinking Green Bay ain't really did too much work on it. You know what I'm saying? I'm thinking it might be over with. And then Green Bay come out there. Bruh, they go 11 plays, 77 yards.

26:07Score a touchdown, bruh. Of course, what the hell? Big P.I. 20 plus PI. And, of course, Jacob, he finished it off with the six-yard touchdown. Bruh, it's 7-10 with just under six minutes left in the fourth. We got a game game now, dude. We got a game game. Philly get up out there. I think they was able to do about, what was it, nine or ten plays. But the big one was that third. I thought it was over where they got that third down completion. Third and 12. Yeah, third and 12 to Devontae Smith. Oh, I was like, oh, that's good money. Bruh. I'm like, yeah, I don't know if that's – I don't know if they're going to be able to slow this down, man.

26:50They go and start doing a little running here and there. I think they forced Green Bay at that point to maybe call one timeout. Because, yeah, on the third and eight, they go and they pass the ball. It stops the clock. If they had ran it, they would have used up another – they'd had to at least use up another timeout, some time off the clock. And they end up, I think, giving Green Bay the ball back with like almost 220 left on the clock or something like that. Exactly. Green Bay, they going ahead get to, I think it was like a third and 10. 10. Love connects again to that boy Watson for 25. And it's just now the two-minute warning, bro.

27:34Like, I'm like, yo, this could be interesting, dude. No, for sure. Bro, I hate that it was Jacobs, bro. I hate it had to be him, man. He was doing so well. Yes, he was. Doing so well. And they tried to give him that rock. They gave him that rock. He got that first down. I think he had like four, five yards. And then he fumbled that thing, bro. Cole Philly recovered his son. I'm like, okay, they still got a few timeouts. They might be able to. stop them. Green Bay, then I think they ended up stopping them, stopping Saquon on the first two runs and they had timeouts, so they was able to call their timeouts.

28:23And then I don't know why they went for it on the fourth down. Fourth and six, they threw the fade ball to... I didn't understand that at all. Your defense has been balling. Give them room to play. Hunt the joint down there, and then they're only going to have like 20-some, 30 seconds. You know what I thought they were about to do? I thought they were about to do a quick kick where you snap it to the quarterback, and then they don't have a punt back there. They're not thinking about that. He punt it, and then y 'all just go and cover it. That's what I thought they were about to do. And then I'm like, dude, they actually threw the rock?

29:04Like, that's crazy, bro. Yeah, bro. Do a bad fade ball. Green Bay get the ball back down. That first down, he throws that thing up. If it wasn't for that coverage, we'd be talking about a different score right now, I believe. Second down, they ended up getting one for 18. And then they go for the field goal. Dude went on ahead and got him a quick practice kick. I see him saying, snap it, snap it, after they called the timeout. He snapped the kick. Yeah. It was like, hey, my leg ain't going to get there, baby. All right, come on. Let the offense go back out there and see if we can't pick up a quick, you know, five, five, six yard out or something.

29:45They not even complete that. They like, hell, ain't no time left. They put him back out there. We got to do it. And, you know, he shanked the ball. Philly going ahead and win 10 to 7, bro. Listen, that's my type of game, man. I likes that. I don't think he'd get no better than that, baby. I feel like it was really – it was good. it was really good defense. Like you said, Debo on both sides of the ball. I feel like both quarterbacks definitely underperformed, but sometimes, like you said, it's either the defense is doing it to you. You're applying pressure or you getting pressure applied to you.

30:18So I think them playing sticky man to man, you know what I'm saying? That made situations tough, but those, the fumbles, you know what I'm saying? The end of red zones, the sacks that you're in love took. I don't think that was good for, you know what I'm saying? Like those are just mistakes that you took points off the ball for your team, but it was a, I can't take nothing from Philly's defense or Green Bay's defense because they were out there. It came down to Philly's defense played better than Green Bay's defense did. And then Green Bay's offense didn't make those chunk plays, didn't get those situational things together where Philly, they got chunk plays, dude.

31:02Like, they only had, what was it, three-chunk plays altogether? That was, like, that's all it took. And they did it at times that helped them put points on the board. And Green Bay, they weren't able to. The defense, I like seeing that. Defense outplayed the other defense. The offense made the plays when they needed to. The other defense made the plays when they needed to. The combination of the two, they came through with the W. you. This is what good on good football looks like, people. It shouldn't be 45 to 43, and y 'all think it's a great game. No, it's not. That was trash. That was trash.

31:43No, for sure. There wasn't a lot of missed tackles. You know what I'm saying? People are on their alignments, assignments, techniques. There's red zones. They're making plays when they need to. Don't think the Eagles are a good offensive team. Green Bay is a good offensive team. Jacobs is a great running back. You know what I'm saying? Love, he's been able to cut people up. When these dudes are in position, making plays, these third downs were tight coverages. You know what I'm saying? He's throwing out of bounds because hopefully, if not, it would have been a pick six. So it's really good seeing defenses like that being able to step up, perform.

32:14And on the offensive side of the ball, you know that there's plays to be made and there's things that were left on the field. But when you're in Philly, you're still able to walk out of that stadium with a dub, knowing your defense balled out. in offense, there's so much left on the bone for us to be able to score points, be able to make these plays. And both head coaches are like, yo, it's going to be a dog fight. Like, we know what's going on. We're not going to sit here and break ourselves into, you know, doing ridiculous plays that we know aren't going to succeed. We're going to have to earn, get it down there, and pick our spots of where we're going to try and get a chunk play here and there.

32:47You know, head coaches are smart. Speaking of head coaches, bro, they announced that they fired your boy, DeBall over there in what was it? New York? Yeah, buddy. And I think they said the GM is staying? Is that right? Yeah. How does that work? I don't know. You agree with it? You disagree? You think it's too late, too soon? You know what? This is me. This is just my personal friend. Please tell me. If I didn't fire him at the end of 24, I would have definitely fired him, like, at least three, four weeks ago. Like, you, at the end of 24, they lost 10 straight, bro. That was a franchise record, bro.

33:45Like, they lost 10 straight, okay? On top of that, maybe he was able to talk him into saying, hey, it's not me. He set Jones down, and then he got rid of Jones. And then old Daniel Jones went over there and showed that, hey, this ain't me. It was not my fault. So now you're looking back, and you're like, oh, maybe it wasn't him. recent history you know it shows that the ball you can't even hold a lead to get the win that's what i'm saying like i don't understand the don't get rid of the gm part unless you're saying the gm had no power to make any kind of decisions and you gave all the power to the head coach to make the decisions on who you get and what you're doing everything else that's the only way I can see that you still hold on to the GM.

34:48This whole situation, I'm more of a, how do you feel about, I'm more of a coach. I like when the coach and the GM are more married to each other because you got to like work together. You're going to be giving the coach the players and the coach, you got to have a relationship. I like that more. I think that works out more smooth than GM. You just get a coach to players and now he got to deal with whatever you got them whatever you give them I understand what you're saying you know I think that's how it should work but I think most places one person has more power than the other because when it comes down to it and I say yes you say no who's the deciding buck stop somewhere yeah which way do it go do it to do it do it go to head coach way or do it do it go to GM's way so maybe this is a situation where it just kept going to head coach way maybe you know they're saying the uh the interim um head uh coach is going to be the OC you know and he had been there since what 2022 or something like that he came in with uh with day ball so maybe that was a situation where dude came out of Kansas City.

36:02He was in KC for like five years, something like that, over there with Pat Mahomes and them. And maybe he wanted to keep Daniel. You know what I'm saying? I just like playing. I just like getting stuff started. You know, maybe he wanted to keep Daniel Jones. He saw what it could be. But the ball's like, no, I got to get rid of him. I got to save my own ass because, like, I don't want to get fired. No, no, no, for sure. No, I think they get, I mean, Debo, he went 20-40-1. Double losses, dude. Come on. 20-40-1, and then this year blew three 10-point leads. So, I mean, that's just not good. And then I think with Jackson Dart, seeing what you have there, with getting rid of the head coach instead of GM, I don't know how they really are doing that because I'm not rocking with the GM, I don't think as much.

36:54Aren't the GM the one that got rid of Saquon Barkley? and Daniel Jones? Ooh, was he the same dude there? I'm thinking so. Oh, man, all y 'all got to go, man. I'm looking at it like, at the end of the day, all y 'all got to go. We need to take care of Dart, because we actually do have a pretty good quarterback. We need to get him protected with the offensive line. I think Dart needs to kind of take care of himself, protect himself. He already got, damn, the four concussions already rookie season. Wow. So, line, being able to make sure you protect this dude and not making him get hit upside the head all the time, he got to be able to slide, get the ball out of his hands.

37:29Because I like Dar. I think he's going to be a good player. He got to protect himself in some of those too. No, he got to protect himself and they got to not call as many running plays. You know what I'm saying? So he got to be able to get the ball out of his hands. So I'm more with, if you're getting rid of Daybo, you need to get rid of that whole GM that made bad decisions of getting rid of Saquon and Daniel Jones. It's just a whole little bit of messed up whole thing over there. Start fresh, knowing you got a good quarterback, Get somebody that's going to help out Dart, that believes in him, a GM, that believes in Dart.

38:00I think when you bring people in, you have a quarterback. You got a nice running back scattable. You have some young pieces. The receiver, too, my man that was with LSU, he's been hurt all year, so you don't have your number one. You're out there playing with all your pieces still aren't out there, so it's not like you don't have talent. They have talent. You got a quarterback that I really like. You need to protect them and bring in a GM and a coach that also believe in him. Yeah, yeah, for sure. Like I said, I'm getting rid of the GM. Speaking of getting rid of, I guess the Steelers cut the safety, Thornhill.

38:34Yeah. Like, I don't know if that's a big move. I don't really think that's – He wasn't doing much. Like, they made like they was about to make a move move. That's the move move? I mean, we got in the dude, Kyle Duggar, the young, the new safety 29. that as soon as he came in, he's been playing a lot better. He hasn't been missing assignments I haven't seen too much. He's making tackles. Communication really hasn't been too many busts. So, I mean, if you see him stepping there, and I haven't seen any downfall, and they said that he got a Thornhill, ended up getting demoted, so he's been playing kind of more special teams.

39:09Right, you ain't getting no regular snaps. You're on special teams. You ain't getting no regular snaps, no spot, especially as a safety. Like, you're supposed to be in there on them nickel packages, It's just something that keeps you relevant, especially when all you're doing is special teams. Yeah. So, I mean, I'm glad. I mean, I'm not glad that they got rid of him, but I just seen Kyle Duggar that's in there, and he hasn't been playing bad at all. He's just been in position. Not too many flashes, but if your name isn't being called, as a DB, that's a good thing. You know what I'm saying? Right, right, right.

39:43Dude, did you look at the photo of Aaron, bro? did I I think I sent it to you bro listen bro that looks uncomfortable can we even put that picture can we put that picture up please man it's right yeah it's up screen is so small bro hey that's one of them that's one of them hits that you see a boxer get where it distort his whole face you can't even tell yes you know what I'm saying yes we done jump, catch him on slow motion. We done freeze frame my dog. That's a very vulnerable position. And that's Bud too. No question. So, was that a sack or was it a... I think it might have been a sack. I think it was a sack.

40:33Like I said, I like starting talking. I like starting stuff, man. Isn't that helmet to helmet? That is for show helmet to helmet. You see his helmet on his cheek? He go get him an envelope of FedEx? Only reason he may not was because he was running the ball, but he still might get him. I mean, I don't want it to happen because if that happens right there, then, dude, it's bad. He didn't lower his head. He didn't do nothing. He just ran over there and tackled the man. He didn't even really put any knee bend into it. So, you find him on this, man. We, defense, y 'all in trouble. I'm going to text, bud, to see if he got fined.

41:23I hope not. Check it out. See if he got fined, bruh. See if he got fined. And I hope if we get fined, it's not because it's on the show and we, like, dry snitching on him. Man, listen, they ain't listening to us. They don't pay no attention, especially if it's me. Whatever I say, they're going to do the opposite. You know what I'm saying? In fact, find the hell out of him, Roger. He ain't going to do what I say. You know what I'm saying? NFL don't care, man. Man, yeah, hopefully they don't find him. Man, they got an NFL exec saying that Tua, his benching, and Mike McDaniel's firing should have been done already, dude.

42:00What do you think, bro?

42:06Look, we've been talking about McDaniel Depot since way earlier, way, way, way a long time ago earlier in the season. Thinking with the way that like leader of men answers the questions, just being able to like, I just don't know sometimes what he was saying in the meetings. I mean, not in the meetings. Maybe he's got something on the own and wrong. This is Tony A.O. from The Real Report with Tony A.O. and Uncle Murda. You ever notice how everything keeps going up? Rent's going up. You always going from the devil on this side of your shoulder. I'm just trying to tell you, man. You know, it's both. You know, he'd be like, say it, say it, say it. I'd be like, no, no, no. All right, I'll say it. I wouldn't be surprised. I wouldn't be mad at it.

45:40Because at the end of the day, too, I just don't, like, with Tua, I mean, some games he could be amazing. Some games he won't. I just don't really like Tua's, like, leadership, the way that he was kind kind of going about the way that he was doing things. So I could see how he rubs other just professional people the wrong way. You know what I'm saying? So I could see how his play and then the way that he leads a little bit could rub people the wrong way. But the investment they have in him is probably why they trying to keep him out there and not put him on the bench. For Coach, the way that he's been able to handle some of these situations, the way that the team has been playing, like I could easily see why they could get rid of him and Tua.

46:15So them not doing it, they're doing a good job of sometimes just stepping up. when it gets real bad, they perform very well because they know that, you know what I'm saying, it could be any game. They do really, really bad. They can easily get fired. The name is always on the hot seat. So I think they're doing a good job of just trying to fight for their jobs. They know it's on the line. They know everybody's talking about them. But then at the same time, I wouldn't be surprised if it already happened. Yeah, I don't know, bro. I think you know, well, put it to you like this. They say it's it's heard that Stephen Ross said he was basically giving until at least the end of the year, if not all of next year to see, you know, to see where it's at.

47:01You know what I'm saying? You know, it's, I think the biggest thing for me is like, yo, I'm, I got to get rid of you. You, you losing football games, period. That's what, that's what, that's the first thing. And then secondly, as you said, everything around you with the players, how they're getting along with each other, what my starting quarterback is doing, how he's representing it, what he's saying. You know, I'm not I'm not down with it. And on top of that, like, they don't get rid of nobody. And then they end up firing the two player personnel guys that have been with the team since, what was it, 99, 94.

47:47Like, what did they do? You go fire somebody. You go fire some dudes that had been there for over, you know, 25 years, 20 plus years. Like, what did they do? to get like, did they have some fault in this? Are you trying to figure out like, like what powers do they have that would make it to where they're the ones that you get rid of and you do nothing about the head coach who can't put together a sentence, man. And your quarterback that's just dry snitching on everybody. Don't you not, you got a player who's only meeting week one and nobody is going and showing up to it. Like, you have no camaraderie, like nothing.

48:34And you're giving the, yeah, we go try this. And you do nothing. You ain't try nothing. All you did was try to make like you was go try something. You ain't try nothing. Like, I'm trying to tell you, man, he got something. He got to have something on Ross, man. I don't know, man. I'm just putting it out there, man. I'm just saying. How the quarterback go stay around after that kind of performance and then the responses and things that he give to why things happened or didn't happen. It's unbelievable, bro. No, I'm with you, Debo. But you know how the owners probably are right now? No one. End of the day, they got two of their four,$55 million a year.

49:13They paid him that dough. So he kind of is not going nowhere. So they're kind of living in the bed that they made. And then with the coach, I could see them getting fired. But then at the same time, when they come and beat the Bills by 20 or something, it's not a bad look. Like, all right, you know what I'm saying? You could. Okay, bet. Like we said, too, the players are professionals. So even if you don't like your coach, you're going to go out there and ball because I and this guy don't lie. I'm trying to get a contract letting everybody know I'm worth whatever I'm worth, no matter if I'm playing for them or I'm playing for the Bills, I'm playing for whoever.

49:44I can get picked up if I leave this spot. You know what I'm saying? So players going to play, they're going to perform, but it's kind of like you could get rid of the coach and then he's not answering questions and then you go out there and beat the Bills. So I'm like, damn. But you also got to think about the Bills. They probably played down to it. Yeah, no, no, for sure. We talked about that too. They was in Miami, right? You in Miami. You going ahead, you getting into some good weather. Man, they thinking about all this good weather. They just came out of Buffalo. It's cold and a Mickey Fickey up in there.

50:15You know what I'm saying? A-Cham went fed on him, and Tua was doing some deep-dance. No question. Like, I don't, yeah, I don't know. And matter of fact, let's stick with the quarterbacks. What about Kyler Murray over there? You think he still can be like a one, you know, a number one quarterback, a starter? What do you think, man? He can try baseball. They tripping out of their mind. I'd see, look, if I were the Browns, I would love Kyler Murray. I wouldn't be mad at Kyler Murray, even though they say he's short. I think he could still move around. He could still throw the ball. The Browns ain't going to give Shadora a chance.

50:57What do you think they're going to give Kyler Murray a chance for here? I understand, but you asked me a question, is he a starting quarterback? So I'm like, I think he still is a starting quarterback. I don't know if it's in Arizona. He might switch destinations. I don't know if that they're still getting along or if that vibe is right. Especially even with new situation, I think it started better for him. Because remember even when he wrote his contract, Debo, and they was like, yeah, you have to study your iPad for X amount of hours. I'm like, hold it, hold it. Well, that was because he was not a guy that was known for doing the things that needed to be done even inside the facility.

51:38They're like, yo, this dude is the first dude out and the last dude in. Your quarterback can't be that guy. I respect that. But look, how about this? How about the same thing you said with George, too? Maybe you need another place to grow. Maybe you'll separate, give you a little time, a different scenery, people that actually believe in you. And now he knows, no, I can't be on that. You know what I'm saying? Like, this is my second chance. I got another spot. I got to show them what I'm about. And I got to prove to everybody else I'm a winner. You know what I'm saying? I can make it happen. So I don't not believe in Kyler Murray because the talent, his arm strength, his speed.

52:13I just don't know about the progression, but I think he can be an NFL quarterback. Solid. I think he's an athlete. I'm with you. I think he can be a one somewhere, but it got to be in that perfect setup. I think even him himself, he's a guy that has trouble throwing over tall linemen. Yes. He has an issue. He has said that. And I think that's a personal issue that he has to he has to figure out how to be able to get over and be able to adjust and still be successful. Because now they got to roll him out of the pocket. They got to do all of that, especially in a time where, you know, it's it's timing passes.

52:51Boom, boom, get it to him, you know, and he can't see that the dude is actually open because somebody is in front of him. he's not used to doing it. I mean, it could be done. All you got to do is, you know, go look at Doug Flutie. Did it for 10 plus years or whatever. Drew Brees. But I'm talking about that five, you know what I'm saying? Like, Drew Brees was closer to six, I believe. He like five nine. You know what I'm saying? And that's on a good day. You know what I'm saying? I think they give me more than what he really is. So I believe he can do it. I can respect that too. I believe he, but it has to be that right situation.

53:28It got to be that setup because the difficulty of his own personal issue is being able to get the ball out and seeing where it needs to go on time because of his height. You make a really good point. And especially when they're looking at Dylan Gabriel, not the tallest guy, can't really see over the line. And even with Colin Murray, like you said, it's not science. If you got six five linemen standing in front of you you can't see you know i'm saying so sometimes you might have to slide to the side angles and throws so tall being able to be a taller quarterback and him saying that too like man some throws i can't see i'm like damn oh i don't know if you put that means you may your anticipation got to be up a little bit like you might have blindly knowing where the routes are coming but if you can't see you can't see i can't let i can't yeah you are let that ball go not knowing exactly where it's going or if that person is completely open because because I can't see the full view of where I'm throwing it to.

54:30You know? Doug Flutie, he just, I don't know how he did it, dude. Maybe they were shorter back then. I don't know. I think Doug Flutie had a lot of interception, too, though. Hey, look. What Bud say? I say, Bud, did you get fined, my G? He said, not yet.

54:53Hey, I hope you don't get fined. Listen, I'm hoping he don't get fined either. But he looking at that too, and they keep putting it up. And he like, yo, man, just put that down. Man, just chill. That's why I'm looking at that stuff. That's like the 42 for the Steelers. What's his name? The 2. Where he did that scoop dump and everything on Instagram. NFL now. NFL. NFL this, NFL that. Your Instagrams are like, yo, this is fully legal. So, Roger, when you go find him, if you find him, you might want to talk to you. People that's posting all your social media. Hey, take a screenshot of it right now before they take it down.

55:34I know them dirt balls are dope. He ain't going to hit. Hopefully, he'll go fire Pierre. And Pierre is my dog. That's what they did to me. They sold the picture and all that. And as soon as I started saying, y 'all finding me and you selling the picture, they took the picture down and canceled doing all that. The Massacore joint, right? Dirt ball. Exploded. Yeah, you dirt balls. Hey, man, they said that boy Gronk gonna sign him a one-day contract so he can retire with the Patriots, bro. Yes, deservingly so. Did you sign your one-day contract to retire with Brown? Yeah, I did. Dude, you retired.

56:13Yes, I did. Like, you a Brown. Everybody know you as a Brown? You know what I'm saying? Hey, man, I had to go back, though, man, and make it official like a wrestle. And I respect... I think Gronk, that's a good thing, bro. Go back there. Patriots was his spot. He won crazy chips there. That's crazy. He won crazy chips there. Patriots was where his thing was. He'll go in the hall as a Patriot. But when you ask Gronk who he rooting for when the Patriots play Tampa Bay, Gronk. Oh, see, look, look. Look, it's not even close to how much. How many years did Gronk spend in Tampa, Debo? About four years.

57:04How many years did he spend in New England? About eight, nine, ten. Come on, man. That's more than double. What are you talking about? How many years did he spend in Pittsburgh, Joe? Five. How many years did he spend in Cleveland, Joe? Seven. That's a lot, Joe. that's exactly the perfect truth Debo and you're crazy if you don't understand I did 12 years in the NFL seven for Cleveland oh so you're going in as a story in the hall of fame

57:36huh huh what did you say I couldn't hear no how can you just say no because bro my still is my still I went to two Pro Bowls when I was with the Browns. I only went to one when I was a Stiller. I had 19 picks when I was with the Browns. I only had nine when I was with the Stillers. So my career was better there, too. That's why. You know what I'm saying? Okay. But you can't pick who you want to win. But you will go in. Joe, Joe. Mutual. Your words. Respect. No, listen. Listen, listen. Listen. Your words say one thing. But when people's words don't allow, don't align with their actions, it's called bullshit.

58:24What part of my words don't align with? You're going in as a brown, but yet you want to say you have no loyalty to either one. You want to see both do well. That's bullshit. I do. Your actions show me you're a brown. You know what, Joe? I ain't going to lie to you. I don't want to say this, but sometimes I just don't feel the fury when we lose that I feel from you when the Browns lose. Maybe it's just because I'm so happy that the Browns lost. I don't know. That's what it is. That's exactly what it is. You're happy when I'm sad. And when you're mad, I'm also with you. But, like, you just don't feel that at all.

59:10You ain't on my level of it, Joe. How you not on my level of it, but you are still. Let me tell you why, Debo. Because I'm a, you know what I do? I don't get too up and too down. I'm more even keeled than you. You get real mad and real glad. You guys stay more even keeled, Debo. You know what I'm saying? Like, they going to be straight. That's why I don't like that mad as mad. The fellas going to be straight. Don't come with that bullshit again. and they're going to be straight. I don't want to hear that. Hell, you hate that. That's what piss you off. It's just going to happen. They're going to be straight.

59:47Hell, what the hell you mean they're just going to be straight? Cuz, man. Man. Well, who's your defensive player of the week, then? My defensive player of the week, what's my man name? Number nine for the New York Jets. He had about a four-piece on the Browns' four-piece sack. What, McDonald? Yeah, I think he went on here and tied a franchise record on you, boys. A single sacks in a game as a Jet. He was hooping. And my man is like, he's 6 '4", 245. They won. I don't know how you get your player of the week to somebody to lose. But go ahead. I understand. I did too. So I'll switch on that. That's the same way they gave the MVP to the losing team in the NBA Finals one time.

1:00:36I forgot what his name was. lost the ship, won the MVP. Bruh. Bruh, I'm definitely going to have to look that up. That sounds crazy. I'm going to go with you there on the defensive player. I'm with you there on that. You know what I'm saying? Man did what he had to do, man. You know what I'm saying? He did. And he won the game. Yes, he won the game. You play to win the game. You win the game. You understand? Man, hey, matter of fact, man, hey, did you see that thing that was said, man, the dude from Troy up there, man? He went on here and robbed a gas station, bruh, up there in Michigan, dude.

1:01:19See, he got a check. Hey, man, look at, hold on. Yeah. To be more careful. Hey, bruh, listen, I'm going to tell you the truth. What do you think happened? I'm going to let you go. Cut your camera off. I'm going to let you go. I'm going to let you go. You going to let me go? You tell me what do you think happened here? Why do you think this whole situation happened? Man pulled an AK-47, robbed a stoke, and took off. What do you think happened, Joe? What led him to do something so darkly, nastily? I don't know. The AK-47 robbing that, I thought he robbed the I thought he robbed the barbershop. No.

1:02:15I would get he robbed the gas station. Yes, sir. Yeah, I don't know, D-Bow. Just give me what you think, Joe. Just give me something. Come on, Joe. You got to have an imagination. You got to have something. What would you what would you comment on this, Joe? What would you rob a gas station for the AK-47? He had a bad day. He had a really bad day, Debo. He looked, yeah. What do you think? So. Because my fans, Joe, is pushed back. So. Ridiculously. As you look at that. Where is it? Right here? Where is it? Over here. As you look at that over here. Okay? Because it's opposite mirror. Yeah. On the screen.

1:02:56As you look at that. Right there. I'm going to tell y 'all what happened. That is a fresh cut. Okay? listen you can tell by all the lines on it that is a fresh cut now this is a this is this is a booking picture right he did not go this is mugshot he did not go and get a fresh cut before they came to arrest him they pushed that man bro I've never seen anybody get they listen Joe listen Joe I'm trying to tell you what happened Joe So with that being the case, this is what I think happened. Okay. My nigga went in there to the barbershop. He got fresh and clean. You know, after you get your hair cut, you're feeling a certain way about yourself.

1:03:56You're feeling real good. The man goes into the gas station. He got his walk, his talk. he goes to do something maybe get something do something cashier looks over yes and goes ah ah dude and then the cashier said I'm gonna see you around like this my dude said oh no you won't he went to the car and he got the AK-47. He ain't even want to rob the place. He just wanted some respect. Okay? He thought he had it going. He done found out that he didn't. He went in there, and just to add a little insult, he wanted to just scare him. He said, hey, give me the money, too. Okay? And then he ran up out of there.

1:04:54Okay? That was strictly on the haircut. That was it, bro. did he make but this is what I'm saying Debo how did he make it out of the barbershop did he not look in the mirror what are you talking about he asked for that he thought it was it they gassing him up in the barbershop talking about that's clean bro look at Stephen A man he say that's clean too Stephen A my guy let me tell you this Debo in no world all that light skin spots on his head that's all was covered with hair before. They pushed this man back so far. There's no way the front middle part is that far back. I'm trying to tell you he's not leaving the barbershop if they pushed him back that bad and he got the AK in the car because everybody in there got to get laid down.

1:05:44Okay? Everybody in the barbershop, they need to go check the barbershop. Everybody in the barbershop must always... Whatever barbershop this man go to, don't y 'all show up there. Listen, he asked for this, Joe. This was not a no accident didn't do. He asked for this, man. Okay. I'm trying to tell you. I'm trying to, listen, Joe, look, I got a bald head, Joe. Okay. You know why I got a bald head, Joe? Because my top is glass and I got a sunroof all the way in the back. Okay. My top is glass, my sunroof right here in the back. If I did that, I deserve everything I got coming. Debo, but that's why he need to just let it go.
