In short

Debo and Joe discuss Steelers roster/contract decisions and quarterback development, then debate whether Deshaun Watson is gaining the edge over Shedeur Sanders for the Browns’ starting job.

Guests

James “Debo” Harrison (host) and Joe Hayden (co-host). No additional guests are named.

Key claims

  • Steelers declined Broderick Jones’ fifth-year option after his neck injury; the show cites $19.1M fully guaranteed and frames it as a business/ROI decision.
  • Steelers are betting on QB development under Mike McCarthy; Drew Allar is compared to Joe Flacco mainly for arm talent, with footwork as the main area to fix.
  • Browns: Deshaun Watson has an “inside track” after outplaying Shedeur in minicamp; Watson earned more first-team reps as the days progressed, though Shedeur still got some first-team work.

Notable examples

  • Steelers: mention drafting an offensive lineman as part of planning around the injury risk.
  • Browns: Watson’s quick pre-snap diagnosis and decision-making; debate whether Watson’s past third-down struggles and recent injuries make the “inside track” premature.

4:24James Harrison:Welcome back to this episode of Debo and Joe. I'm your host, James Debo Harrison, And I'm here with my co-host Joe Hayden. Please make sure you like, subscribe, and download where you get your podcasts. How you doing today, Joe? I'm doing great, brother Debo. Good Friday. Great Friday. Woke up this morning, and let me tell you something. I'm motivated. I'm back into the gym. I'm back into the gym. What you doing in the gym today, Joe? Today I did upper body. I did some back. I did some bend over rolls. You know what I'm saying? I did some pull-ups. You know what I'm saying? So I'm back in the gym.

5:08James Harrison:I'm feeling good. I'm motivated, Debo, because I've seen your videos of you lifting with the swollest man in the world I've seen. And I've seen you going smack at him. And you know what I love about that most, Debo? You don't sugarcoat. You're not just talking like that to me. You're talking like that to everybody. So I was very happy to see that you was out there trying to bully the bully. I'm supposed to change my tone. No, you don't change your tone. You don't change your tone. I don't think it's aggressive. I just think it's informative and nice. No, that's what I'm saying. It was. It was positivity.

5:43James Harrison:You were pushing positivity still. Yes, yes. Some people think it's, you know, they think it's a little aggressive. You know what it is? I think when I'm passionate about something, my voice raises. you know and i think they take that as a lot of people take it as a threat you know they're uncomfortable i mean because it comes off aggressive because you're real strong and you well see i i got i got told that a while ago but i didn't realize that's how it came off but i don't i can't change how i how i how i approach things you know only thing i mean i just that's that's something that I just, you know, I can't change.

6:24James Harrison:I'm a nicer person, you know what I'm saying? But my talk, when I talk about something, I get I get tired, you know what I'm saying? I get vocal. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And that equals from our perspective, scary sometimes. You know? Right, right, the animation. What are you going to do? Yeah, that's what I'm saying. They're like, oh, he's swole. He's moving too fast. He's too loud. I'm intimidated. it. That's what they're thinking, Debo. Yeah, that's what it is. You don't mean no harm, though. You just passionate. Okay. For sure, though. Shout out to Diamond Gym. Shout out to them boys.

7:02James Harrison:NFL set it all up. We got that work in. Appreciate it, though. That was good to see. Listen, Steelers let us use the gym. I went on head. Guess who I had to call? Who you called? My guy, Omar. I called my guy, Omar. They was up there trying to do something. Like, listen, hold up. Listen, did Y 'all even, y 'all, listen, hold up. Let me make a phone call. Let me make a phone call and we gonna be right here. We gonna be where we need to be in the real gym. We gonna be where we need to be. Bro, I ain't gonna lie to you. I ain't gonna lie to you. The gym they had before that, I couldn't even find it on the map.

7:39James Harrison:I couldn't even find a website. It was in, where was it at? It was in the city somewhere, but when I went to look at it on the maps, it looked like a for real garage. Okay. Like I had to make sure that I was coming to something that had everything that I needed. You know what I'm saying? I got to get on my cardio equipment for a whole 45. Before the workout starts? At least 32 hours before the workout even starts. I got to get warmed up. I got to get a good stretch in. Got to get all that going. I know where it's at when I get over there to that stil. Oh, you already know what time. They got everything you need.

8:14James Harrison:They got everything I need ammo. Okay. You know what I'm saying? You do a warm up this morning? Oh, see? See? No, I got right into it. I ain't going to lie. I got to warm up. I need to warm up. I'm going to do my cardio after. You got the warm up. That's part of the workout, Joe. That's the warm up. That's part of the workout, Joe. You got to get right. Go ahead and get... What's up? Get warmed up. I wanted to say wet, but I can't say that. Come on. You know what I'm saying? You can't even say... The craziness of the words that you can't say now, lathered up. Whoa, whoa, whoa. You know what I'm saying?

8:53James Harrison:Did you oil that thing up? D-Bo, you got to watch your tone out here. I'm telling you. Yeah. Hold up, listen. The football. I ain't heard nothing else about your coaching on the flag football. What's going on there, bro? So, we're 2-1. You know what I'm saying? We're 2-1. We lost our first game last week. My boy Joey's doing great at the quarterback. We got a dog at running back receiver, but they boxing too. We playing seven on seven. They had two dudes following my best player. So now I got to work on decoys. You know what I'm saying? Got to get everybody else involved. We dropped some open passes.

9:35James Harrison:You know what I'm saying? Kids game, we could have won, but we lost 15 to six first game. But we got practice today, and I threw it another 30 minutes because we're going to work on our hurry-up offense. We got to be able to get to the ball. This is what I'm telling you, too. Everybody, if you're a wide receiver. Joe, Joe, Joe, how old is these kids? These kids are nine years old. These kids are eight and nine years old. Joe, hurry-up offense? Yeah, this is what I'm telling you. We only got two formations, though. So they need to hurry up and get back, be able to get to the ball and line up on their spot.

10:08James Harrison:Do you know what I'm saying? I'm just trying to get them on the ball. We got dudes three yards ahead of the line of scrimmage. I'm like, back up. Where? Back up. Back up, Levi. Get on the ball. You see the ball. You got lined up on the ball. So we trying to get. Hey, Joe. Joe, that's 8-9. I know. But I'm telling you, the quicker that we get the basics of aligning on the ball. I just don't want you to frustrate yourself. No, no, no, no. You know, in the process of trying to get them to do some. No, no, no, no. We do it, brother. First game, we won 22. You out there biting your nails and throwing your hat.

10:41James Harrison:No, no, no. I'm not screaming at the kids. Positivity. Right. You're going to be throwing your hat. You're going to throw your hat. Talk about you seeing a beat. We won the first game, 22-0. We won our second game, 25-0. And then we lost the third game, 15-6. Was they playing, Joe? Was they up there feeling theyself? Did they thought it was going to be an easy one? They thought they was going to walk in there and do it? Did you let them do that, Joe? I don't teach complacency. I don't teach complacency. I don't teach the place. I can't tell, Joe. I can't tell. Y 'all just skunked two people, basically.

11:18James Harrison:I know. But it was good. Look, it was good on good. It was good on good. The other players were out there making plays also. So, you know, we're going to get to it. We're going to get to it. We got a great day of practice ahead of us today. We're starting off with warm-ups. Run two laps, guys. Two good laps. Two good laps around the field, and then we're getting to our stretches. Two good laps. Joe, Joe. They be getting into our stretches. High knees. They doing flag football. You do the active warm-up. You do the active stretches, man. You do the slide down, hit your feet. No, I'm doing that after the first two laps.

11:57James Harrison:Ah, Joe. I need conditioned athletes. Hey, hey, hey. Who be at the practice? I need some film. I got my assistant coach. He's at practice. Who else? Do wifey go to practice every now and then? No. She's chilling. She's just coming to the games. I'm going to need... I'm going to go ahead. I'm going to get some film of you out there. See what you look like. You're going to see me out there. I'm going to have to do something. Yeah, for sure, man. Jump on over here, man, to the Steelers. What we got going? And just as we thought, the Steelers are declining. Roderick's Jones fifth year. so he missed uh the last portion of 2026 when he suffered a neck injury he would have been guaranteed i guess 19.1 19.1 millie right there it says so whoo man and that's fully guaranteed i mean this is what i suspected was gonna happen because of an injury.

13:05James Harrison:And then you had Scheffner, what was it, reported last week that he had suffered a setback and he would have to undergo an examination to determine whether he would be able to return and be ready for training camp in the upcoming season. So, you know, this is a business thing. You know, you do what you need to do when you're in that position as far as operating a business, you know, and this is how it sucks. But, you know, especially for them, you know, they really love to have him. Yeah, I hope you love to have him. But, you know, you.

16:48James Harrison:You can't go in and do that. And they're, you know, they're doing it with more information than what we have. We're just on the outside looking in saying, you know, it's a fusion. We don't know. And I'm just like, yo, it's a fusion. So, you know, at some point, you got to go ahead and get back out there and see what you can do. And he didn't even get a chance to get back out there before he had a setback. So talking fusions is difficult to even, you know, to come back from. And then when you talk about how many levels, one level versus two, it's longer recovery. You know, it's a harder recovery.

17:27James Harrison:And the time to return is longer. I mean, I don't, I mean, what would you do? With this, I'm not surprised at all. You stated kind of everything it is. And like we said, it's a business. And it's$19.1 million. And it's a neck injury. and he had a setback. So when you talk about numbers and you talk about$19.1 million that would be guaranteed and we don't know if he's going to be able to come back and play, when you're just looking from a strictly Steelers perspective, you're going to decline that option because you just don't see it making any sense. You drafted another offensive lineman in place because you know at the end of the day with this neck situation, you don't know if you're going to ever have this player again because they know more information than we do.

18:17James Harrison:They're declining the fifth-year option. They're just doing their business things they have to do. So I'm not surprised by it at all. I'm praying for Broderick because you always, you know what I'm saying, everybody, it's always the business side. When we talk about what the Steelers are doing, declining the option, we're like this. Yes, obvious. If you're a business and you're a team and you have$19.1 million guaranteed to a player that you don't know if he's going to do another snap for you, it makes complete sense. But when you go to the person's perspective, you're like, man, want Broderick to get right.

18:44James Harrison:Hopefully everything works back out. Hopefully he can get back out there and perform. And that's just how it is. So with the Steelers' perspective, completely get it, understand what it is. It's a business. If he was healthy, we'd be a completely different conversation. But he's not. And that's why Omar did what he did. They asked him, like, were you drafting in the first round, Max? Was that a reason because of Broderick? And it was like, yeah, you know what I'm saying? Obviously not. I don't know if they ever said that. He said, obviously, with just the injury, you never know. So, like, you know what I'm saying?

19:18James Harrison:Just being – I don't think exactly – It's not exactly – Because if that was the case, they would have never had to call old dude as the receiver for the one. Like, you know, that became – you know, it was automatically a thing I'm sure that they were looking for as far as the offensive linemen. But I guess that situation, you know, flipped and did what it did. Everything happened for a reason. They're like, okay, so this is where we're at now. I don't know if he ever said, oh, this is why we did it. No, I don't think that was it. He said, you know, it's obvious that, you know, they're not going to have him, not that this is why we did it.

19:52James Harrison:But again, like you said, it's a business. It's a business first. And that's why I do. I'm never upset when a player be like, hey, I need to know how to track. I just outplayed. Come on, Debo. Come on, Debo. Hey, you know damn sure that they're going to ask you for a pay cut if the money ain't guaranteed, if you ain't got no guaranteed money left and they feel like you falling too short of their expectations, they go ask you for that. And if they don't, they go release you. If you don't take it, they go release you. You speaking straight facts. Yeah, so I have absolutely no problem with this. Me either.

20:33James Harrison:When you say that about when you, speaking of the contracts, when you outperform your contract and dudes are ready to get back to the table because they know I've outperformed this deal. I don't have too much longer. If I underperform the deal, the team is easily ready to come at me with a pay cut. Once my guarantee is up, they're ready to release me. So you are fighting every single year to go get your bag because they're like, no, you signed this deal. But I did sign this deal. Why are you asking me for a pay cut? Nobody's saying nothing different because you underperformed the deal than when the team wants to pay cut.

21:04James Harrison:It's a business. It's a, What have you done for me lately? So everybody trying to get to the bag as soon as they can, trying to take care of themselves and making sure they can maximize because you never know about that next year. You don't know what's going to happen. Roderick wasn't expecting his neck to get hurt in week 13. That 19.1, like, that's – he's fighting to, like, man, you've been doing everything to get in that position. So teams got to take care of themselves and players at the same time always got to take care of themselves because you never know when's your last snap. yeah that's uh you mean like i said it's unfortunate it's part of the game but you know that's the hard part of when business becomes business because we talk about family you know what i'm saying everybody talks about family and i think what a lot of guys fail to realize is that the family is the players yeah players i'ma i'ma support you no matter what i'm support you if you go to xyz it don't matter because my brother now they do care about you and some coaches actually do care about you through the extent of you actually going somewhere else if it's going to be better for you but when it comes down to a decision like this where you're talking money versus the possibility of you being able to play and me guaranteeing you something that I may never get back in return it's a business decision that needs to be made now and it's an ROI yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah.

22:28James Harrison:It's not easy, but, you know, it's decisions that have to be made.

22:38James Harrison:And then again, hey. What's up? He can go ahead, go ahead, get it done, come back, make out, get some money somewhere else. Yeah, enough for sure. But I would caution him. Do not come back too fast trying to get on the field. just because you're a free agent next year. Worst case scenario, you may not see too much field time this year, but if you could get 100 % healthy, I know somebody would get you at least a minimum one year. You know what I'm saying? You're only 25 to get back into that position to show that you can play and get through a full year healthy with no incidents. And then the next year, get another contract.

23:29James Harrison:That's to, you know, what you were expecting, as long as you can get back to the level of play that you were at. And he's super young too, man. So don't, he's turning 25 years old. So you got, that's the thing. You're away from that 30 number. Time is on your side. If you just get yourself 100%, just try to take care of your body. Try to get yourself all the way back right. Because once you get back on the field, people are expecting you to be the same Roderick Jones. So don't rush it. You know what I'm saying? Just trying to be the timeline. You're young. You got time. And this could be your, you know what I'm saying?

23:59James Harrison:Your last time to get back out there. So take your time. I'm with you a thousand percent, Debo. Yeah. Going on over here. We got some Drew Allner. Yeah, Drew Aller, young. The quarterback. Here we go. Aller. Yeah. Aller. Aller. Aller. Aller. Say it again. Drew Aller. Say it again. Yeah, just hit him with the Aller. Aller. Whoa, whoa. Hold up, bro. Let me get this out. Yeah, you got some. Them braces be getting you together every time. Bro. Bro, it's bad. Here the thing, bro. Every time I go in, I'm like, yo, how long we got left? They don't even say nothing no more. They don't even ask you. They just say not yet.

24:43James Harrison:I don't even ask. I don't want you to lie to me no more. They just be like, not yet. I don't even want you to lie to me no more, man. All this, man. All this because I was being vain. I had three teeth right here that was crooked. I had to get braces all up here to raise these up, to get the braces down here, to straighten these three teeth here. That's why, bro. Because I was tripping on three. Man, I should have left them crooked bosses in there. How long ago did you get it? Bro, I started this in 23. See, now that's crazy. Twanky three, bro. I'm telling you. It was just originally to push the tooth back in the back.

25:21James Harrison:I would have sent you to my dentist. Yours would have been fixed. No. No, bro. You can't. You can't. You can't. You can't. I'm telling you, Joe, you can't. Believe me. We done tried everything. Doing it real hard. Real stuff. All that, man. My teeth don't be. Listen, man. My teeth, they move like they strong. They strong like my muscles, bro. They got it. Damn. They not trying to. You need stronger. That's wild. If you try and force them to go, they don't even move. They resistant. They don't even move. They resistant. But you got to give them that easy push. You know what I'm saying? They be like, they be falling for it then.

25:53James Harrison:They fall for it. I'm like, oh, man, we got a lot of movement out there. They're like, yeah, yeah, we can't force it. See, okay, the golf swing, you can't force it. You just got to be stupid. So, Owler. Owler. Drew Owler. Owler. Goodness, bro. Call that boy Drew. This is killing me. Hey, yeah, listen, Jeremy Fowler said, a team source said McCarthy and the Steelers are already drawing Flacco comparisons to the new quarterback. He says with third with the third round pick, Drew Drew Aller Drew, yeah the Steelers are betting big on coach Mike McCarthy's quarterback development to fix your boy's footwork.

26:38James Harrison:Yeah.

26:41James Harrison:He said he's really got a good feel for what that takes, a team source said of McCarthy's touch in this area. Pittsburgh believes has similar arm talent to a young Joe Flacco. Hey, what do you think of the comparison to Flacco? I mean, I lied to you not. I didn't watch too much of Drew Allis' tape, but what from what I heard Penn State didn't have a good year that whole situation was jacked up he was supposed to be one of the top quarterbacks coming out in this draft class and that's the same thing why I want to even say with the draft class coming out next year everything changes within a football season so this draft class was supposed to be flooded with quarterbacks they're supposed to be doing so great but then the season happens and things expire and dudes don't look like where they're supposed to fall.

27:38James Harrison:Like my man Mendoza was never supposed to be where he was supposed to be. Ty Simpson was supposed to be where he was supposed to be before the year started. So for me to say that, I'm looking at it where these younger quarterbacks, where Drew Aller, you say arm talent, he's a big, big dude, lack a little bit of footwork. But when you say arm talent, if you can make all the throws, if you got it above the neck, and now all you need is a little bit of coaching, you can put the ball. If you can put the ball there, you can put the ball there. That's one of the things that I love about the professional quarterbacks.

28:08James Harrison:You got to have armed talent. You got to be able to put the ball and close in tight windows. You got to be able to analyze. You got to be smart. You got to be coachable. So if you have all of those tools, then like Joe Flacco, he won a Super Bowl. He was a consistent quarterback in there, a franchise quarterback for Baltimore. So if you got big dudes that are smart, know the game, and have good coaches around them where they don't have to do everything. thing, where you have teams around you, where it's not. Drew Allard doesn't have to come out there and be Patrick Mahomes. These younger quarterbacks, when you come into a situation like Ben Roethlisberger, like a Joe Flacco, where your offense doesn't have to be the immediate reason why you're winning all the games, you just don't have to be losing the games.

28:52James Harrison:Consistent run game, great defense, good special teams. You don't turn the ball over. Y 'all convert on third downs. You know what I'm saying? And that's with coaching, not making dumb decisions. Third and fives. We're just doing dunks. We're making the right play. We're punting. We're doing field position and we're winning games because we're a full blown team. So, I mean, I'm, I didn't really study him too much, but if, like he says, McCarthy understands big quarterback, he was supposed to be projected a first round pick until Penn state shit the bed and they didn't have a good year. And then everything just didn't look like it was.

29:25James Harrison:So I don't think he lost any of his talent. I I think that if you get a coach around you, you have those attributes, you could be successful. So I'm not mad at the Joe Flacco comparisons. I don't think that we need to have a quarterback. He needs to be compared to Patrick Mahomes. We don't all like Lamar Jackson, just Josh Allen. Like, we don't need that. We could take a Joe Flacco that's consistent and have a good ass team around him and go win a championship. Like, that could happen. So with that, I'm not mad at all. Yeah, they're not exactly saying, oh, he's...

33:05James Harrison:Joe Flacco, they're saying his arm talent is Joe Flacco. I love him. That is, I love him. Right, him slinging the ball, the arm talent is Joe Flacco. They're not saying like, oh, this is Joe Flacco written card. No, no, no. He's saying the arm talent. I'm cool. I'm cool with all that. And it was a report that I read where it said it was a few, I guess, people who believed like the system that was in wasn't really favorable to actually help him succeed. And the big thing, I think, was that ankle, man. The ankle really set him back, you know, and now they're talking about his footwork, like footwork.

33:41James Harrison:That could be still, you know, maybe some of that remnants from the ankle. Maybe it's not 100 how it go, but when one of the big things is footwork and you got a coach who is very good at developing, you know, a quarterback and getting, I feel like we might, we might have a, you know, we might have a little bit of a match there. Yeah. Or possibility of a match, you know. I'm liking the possibility of a match with, we got both. That's what I'm saying. Will's not gone nowhere. He sat behind A. We got, we got a Aller. You know what I'm saying? I'm liking young, big quarterbacks that are ready to learn that.

34:18James Harrison:Like, give them a shot. We drafted them. So we're going to see. Everybody's going to get their chance to play. Kenny Pickett, Mason Rudolph, you're going to get your chance. So now with these dudes, I'm saying everybody got their chance to go out there and play. And they're going to see, are you good or are you not? You're going to get your chance to get out there and play. And we're going to see it. Mason got his opportunity. Like now when we had these two quarterbacks on the roster, say if Will goes out there, plays well, we're good. If he doesn't and it doesn't look successful and we got another, we got options.

34:48James Harrison:Like I like the young quarterbacks that obviously Mike McCarthy brought in because I think he likes them for a reason. And then we can see what we can do. The thing is with us, too, is our team is getting better with the picks, with the acquisitions, with the coaching. Now we can see what everybody, it all is going to have to come together in one. So being able to look at it all. Quarterback, obviously, we're going to need him to perform. But how good is he going to have to be if everybody else and everything around, we got a good team going around? It makes it a whole lot simpler and easier for him to do his job.

35:23James Harrison:A thousand percent. It's nothing better than having a run game that you can hand that ball off to and then get them eight, nine in the box and then go ahead and drop one over the top of the head. But, you know, y 'all know about quarterback things going on and something going on in Cleveland over there, Joe. So it's reported that Deshaun Watson has the inside track for the Browns starting job after outplaying Shadour in minicamp. This is according to Mary Kay Cabin. Yeah. That's what Mary said. Watson reportedly impressed during day one of minicamp, man. So the ability to diagnose plays pre-snap, Joe, then make quick decisions, Joe.

36:22James Harrison:He performed well enough, they said, to earn more starting snaps throughout the day, she said, which was unexpected. Okay. The Browns reportedly wanted Shador to get more reps with the first team, but changed course based on Watson's performance, Joe. Though Shador ultimately did get more snaps in the 11-on-11 drill, Watson earned more as the day went on. But that changed on the second day of Minikin, when Watson came out with the starters and took most of the reps. Joe, what you think about this, Joe? Oh, it's been three days. Okay, I got two. I'm all over the place with this one, Deebo, honestly.

37:23James Harrison:I'm all over the place. Because I can see from both perspectives. My perspective is Shador needs to be the starting quarterback going into the season. And then if he continues to play well, he just goes because he went off last year. Now we got a better team. We got a new coach. We got more weapons around him. I'm thinking with this is from the Browns' perspective of we put$250 million to Deshaun Watson. Okay? He's been not doing anything but trying to rehab, work his way back. He hasn't done anything bad. He's been trying to stay out of the media. He hasn't been doing anything but be a model citizen.

38:07James Harrison:If I gave somebody and I was the owner and you gave somebody$200 million and you've seen the way that he's played before and you signed him to a$250 million guaranteed contract, the biggest contract ever, you've seen him be great before. And you paid him because you wanted him to be great. So when we talk ROI, when you talk about return on investment, you gave this man$250 million and you gave Shador not even close. Okay, five. Okay? Like a half a percent. So when you're looking at it from the Browns' perspective, you have Shador on your roster for the next, this year and the following two seasons.

38:43James Harrison:Okay? You have Deshaun Watson on your roster for this last season. This is your final year. so okay you're going to see what you can see from deshaun watson and i didn't use if he doesn't play good listen he's been getting hurt every year also not trying to wish anything on him so just longevity you're going to need another quarterback you're going to need a backup quarterback that's going to be able to play and you ain't trying to wish nothing on him but you brought it up injury prone he hasn't been able to be out there a lot and just saying teams need backup quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes is gone.

39:17James Harrison:They just signed my man Justin Fields. Like, he's going to be replaced, but you're going to need a quarterback at a time when it's 100 % injury in football. So not saying it could happen. So if Deshaun Watson goes out there in the Browns and they're hoping that he goes out there and performs because they now have a line. They now have some better weapons. They now have a good defense. Deshaun, we gave you$200 million already. This is your last 50. are you going to go out here? Let's see what you can do. Hopefully he can make it shake. Hopefully that's what the Browns are thinking. I'm in the mindset of, okay, we still got Shador under contract.

39:56James Harrison:I would place your door because we're coming off of last season. The new coach, this last coach wasn't given a real opportunity. You're not going to be able to complete that many passes if your receivers are dropping it, if your line isn't blocking, if your running game isn't going, if your coach isn't really helping you and you don't have first team reps. So I was looking at it like, let your door keep going. We'll figure it out. If he doesn't look well, then you have Deshaun there to see what he can give you. Yes. Hey, Joe, this right here, this right here is some Cleveland stuff, Joe. This is more like what I'm used to seeing from Cleveland, Joe.

40:35James Harrison:So after one day, okay, after one day, y 'all went from having him as the starter One day, minicamp, we run around in nothing but some shorts, Joe. And the next day, Joe, they said day two. You now come back out and you have Watson coming out with the starters and taking most of the reps. That sounds like some Cleveland stuff to me, Joe. after one day of minicamp, the next day you flip it? Yeah. The only reason why I'm saying it's some Cleveland stuff because – Like, I don't care about the reporter saying, oh, inside track. Who cares? Who cares? Who cares what you're saying about the inside track?

41:32James Harrison:You're a reporter. You're a journalist. That's what you do. You give your opinion. But as a team, you flipped it so that she could say it's an inside track. Yeah. That sound like Cleveland to me, Joe. I think I'm just going to say, even if they're splitting reps and we're saying, I think I just don't want to take it to. Are they splitting reps? I don't know. But why would if you're splitting reps, why are you going to come out and put him with the ones the next day out front? Did they get to another day where they flipped and they gave it to Dylan? No. Did Dylan get... Okay, so did the rookie...

42:15James Harrison:Did it go back to Shador or to... Did it stay where it's at? I don't know. I don't know. It just... Damn, Joe, that sound like... A little bit of... This is what I'm saying, Debo. It's... I'm trying to go from where the Browns are saying that they give someone, when you talk about just money-wise. You gave the man, my man Deshaun,$250 million. This year he's going to make another 50. If he's on your roster, you're not going to trade him. You're not going to get rid of him. He can't go nowhere. You want to see if what, can he bring back what he had? I don't think so. I remember when he was still playing, it just wasn't the electricity that Deshaun Watson had with his team.

43:03James Harrison:What are you talking about? That time he went like 0 for 26 on third downs? That's what you're talking about? In 24, the last time he played, he went a streak of 0 for 26 on third downs while he was starting quarterback? You're talking about what I'm talking about, where I was like— I'm asking you. I'm just saying. Yes. I'm thinking, I'm hoping that when they're saying it, that the last time I saw Deshaun Watson out there, too, he wasn't looking as explosive, and it wasn't looking as good as it did in 2020 when he was in Houston and when we brought him over there. So I'm thinking now that's two years later after another injury.

43:41James Harrison:Are you expecting him to have more burst? I'm not. You know what I'm saying? And all this little stuff that you see, the film of running around and cutting and stuff, that looks cute. But that is in a little frame. And I'm like, that's Miles Garrett and TJ and them dudes aren't really coming at you that can really come and hit you. like all that little cuts and stuff that looks good with no pads on you know what i'm saying so i'm like football's about to start happening again last time i seen it it wasn't as good as i thought so brown's like i'm paying the money he looks good in the in the in the mini camp but i'm like look we had your door out there with nobody out there let's give him a chance i'm they're doing that because of the money and i think that they think that the sean could do make it look better i don't well i mean i hope he does he's going to have more weapons than than you know for sure had previous in 24 that's why they're saying that i think no that's what then that's what they're doing though and you don't agree with this you don't agree with this joe i i'm not gonna lie to you joe um blow i would let it blow i just think this is my face this soon this fast this soon before you even get into training camp before you like for less than a week joe two days two days blop blop that's browns dude that's browns browning then y 'all open the stadium then y 'all have a groundbreaking that's the day and then y 'all going like dude i'm looking for it like i'm like yo they go have this going on you know what i'm saying it's gonna be something close to my old crib, you know what I'm saying?

45:25James Harrison:But I'm like, yo, I'm excited for y 'all. And then I get this. Hi, Uncle Lazer here. America's built on fast cars, fast food, and even faster women.
