In short

The hosts (James “D-Bo” Harrison and Joe Hayden) discuss Cleveland sports and then pivot to NFL news. Topic 1: Cavs offseason talk—LeBron James “1,000%” returning to Cleveland, with a proposed star lineup including LeBron, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Donovan Mitchell, and Jared Allen; they debate whether Evan Mobley and/or James Harden would be moved. Key claim: LeBron would run point and fit any role (“chameleon”). Topic 2: NBA playoffs—Game 7 predictions for OKC vs San Antonio, arguing OKC’s scoring depends on foul calls and whether J-Dub (second-best player) returns. Topic 3: Steelers—Mike McCarthy comments on offensive “55 touches/completions,” and debate whether an “enraged” assistant-coach headline is clickbait. Key claim: McCarthy’s defensive analytics are legitimate. Topic 4: Browns/Miles Garrett—discussion of OTAs being voluntary, Garrett’s contract situation, and a hypothetical three-team trade (Eagles/Patriots/Browns). Notable example: trade idea sends Garrett to Eagles for AJ Brown to Patriots and three first-round picks to Browns. Topic 5: Steelers breaking news—special teams coach Darius Swinton reportedly parted ways for violating club policy.

4:15Welcome back to this episode of D-Bo and Joe. I'm your host, James D-Bo Harrison. I'm here with my co-host, Joe Hayden. Please make sure you like, subscribe, and download where you get your show. Yes, sir. Joe, I'm doing a little bad today because my thing done did some little things here. I don't know what's going on, but I'm talking into my little camera thing right here. So, how you doing today, though?

4:38James Harrison:I am doing a lot better than I was doing the last episode with my brother. God, I was struggling, Debo. I was struggling. What happened, Joe? I'm telling you, you know, I don't, I don't, you know, I'm a God-fearing man. And there is, I do drink alcohol, but you don't drink until the point of drunkenness. So I do indulge sometimes, but I overindulge. You drink in excess. You drink in excess. That is not good. Nothing in excess is good except for praising the Lord. So I'm telling you this. I did drink a little too much. I had a long night. Cavs got that belt to tush. So I was drinking. And then I had a long night.

5:19James Harrison:And I woke up. And then I had like the, you know, how I be just shakes a little bit. So I had a little hangover. I'm locked in now. Big time electrolytes. Big time hydration. Have my coffee here to the side. Ready to go. ready to go for the show. I was looking mild-nourished on the show. I'm looking back at the videos, Debo. I was looking crazy. That's how you be looking when you be sweating like that, too, though. Listen, but I'm coming from a workout. I'm trying to... You coming from just working out your arm and your hand, just throwing them back, you know what I'm saying? Trying to get your emotions in check because your team done did so bad over there that you don't even know what to do.

6:04You don't know how to function. I know. They threw me out of it. I mean, you want to talk about it now because you really couldn't talk about it then.

6:10James Harrison:I mean, you know, there's nothing really to be talked about. You know, we went out there and was not and didn't do what we needed to do. They won't. Were they bringing the coach back? Yes, I do. Yes, I do. I do. I think it's a good move, good coach. I think that, like we said, we spoke on the answer that he gave and why he did it. And I think that he's a good coach. Yeah, I understand. I mean, you. I think he's a good coach. You didn't think he should go. You just said he shouldn't say that no more. You know, he should be able to stay. He just don't say that no more. No, for sure. But, you know, we, it's the offseason is coming.

6:42James Harrison:And if you want to get into that a little bit, I'm excited for our future moves and what we could possibly do. So you obviously heard that LeBron might be coming back. LeBron James, 1 ,000%. We need him to come back. Love that for him to close it out, bring it back to Cleveland. We need him to be now a point guard. He's more, LeBron could do the one, the two, the three, the four, the five. We showed he's a chameleon. So whatever we would need him to do for our squad, he'll be able to do it. I'm looking at it right now more if we do move on from Harden, which I'm thinking we might. Bron coming in, Bron maintaining main ball control.

7:21James Harrison:Donovan Mitchell, not going anywhere. You know what I'm saying? Jared Allen, for sure not going nowhere. And we're thinking about getting Yontes and to Takumpo. Okay? Who told you that? Where you hear that from? That's just what I'm hearing from the grapevine. That's what I'm hearing from the grapevine. So I don't know how that's going to work. I don't know how they're going to say because they're trying to say that's going to mean there's no way of getting Giannis and Mobley and keeping Mobley. So I'm going to see how they're going to figure that out. But Braun, Mitchell, Jared Allen, Giannis.

7:59James Harrison:then we got Max Struess solid D-Wade that we had I'm loving it with that with that right there we can have the surrounding parts we have enough star power and enough main players so what's your so what's your lineup with the current lineup you gonna keep everybody that's there right now where Brian going who are you moving out the only one well I I love Evan Mobley I like Evan Mobley's game for what we got going on but for Or, yes, it might have to be Evan Mobley. It might have to be Evan Mobley. Evan Mobley and James Harden. Because if we're bringing in Braun and Giannis, then Donovan Mitchell's still going to be there.

8:43James Harrison:Damn, y 'all think y 'all going to get Braun and Giannis? Yeah. Yes. Yes. Yes. To Cleveland. Well, hell, he is coming from Milwaukee. He's coming from Milwaukee. He's been there a long time. He's distraught. He's trying to go somewhere and win. Donovan Mitchell is not the problem. I love D. Mitchell. I love Spider. You know what I'm saying? So just bringing Braun, getting Giannis, Jared Allen, for sure. Max Struess, like D. Wade. We can get some more pieces, whatever. But the main ones, if we get Giannis, Braun, that's what I'm looking for for Cleveland, for the offseason, for our moves, if you're asking me.

9:24James Harrison:If you're asking me, okay. Did you talk there? I know that they're recruiting right now. They're trying to see what's going on. They're trying to get Bron back. Okay. I was just wondering because, you know, you got – you so close over there, you know. I ain't going to say nothing about the ring you had on your finger, that Cavs ring you had on your finger. I ain't going to say nothing about that. Let's go Cavs. What are we talking about? They won the championship. I'm just saying. I'm just saying. I mean, I didn't see your name on the roster. Because I wasn't on the roster. I'm a big fan. I'm a big fan.

9:58James Harrison:I can say that. I can let that be known. I am a fan of the Cleveland Cavs. So how'd you get that? Because the owner is my good man. And he makes me, because I'm a big, I'm a super fan. So he gave a super fan. He looked out. The people that work in the concessions. You know what I'm saying? Everybody in Cleveland that works for the Cavaliers got them a ring. That's how my man Dan rocks. Man. We want it together. I guess because you was just – I think – What? You know me, I'm thinking. I always think. So, I ain't no hater, man. I think he just – I think he showed some pity on you. You know what I'm saying?

10:40You know, he knew you – I was riding with them when they were losing games. When I got drafted – You know what I'm saying?

10:46James Harrison:When I got drafted to the Cavs – I mean, when I got drafted to the Browns, LeBron James – Drafted to the Cavs? Y 'all listen to this dude, man. Listen. He's living in self-delusion right now. He talking about he got drafted to the Cavs. See, Debo, listen, it's so in the twang, in the tangle, my love for my city. When I got drafted to the Browns, LeBron James was passing me in the air and going to Miami. So our team was not good. We drafted Kyrie, and Kyrie Irving and Tristan Thompson, my good men, were out there balling, doing their thing. And I was going to every game, courtside. They could give away seats almost to the Cavs at that point because they were not winning too many games.

11:28James Harrison:So I was going courtside. We were losing, but I was supporting every time, all the games, all those years. So then when Bron came back, I'm still courtside. I'm not going nowhere. Everybody now, oh, Dan, let me come to the games. Like, oh, yeah, yeah, Bron's coming back. He like, no. Joe was here when we was getting spanked back in the day when we drafted Kyrie, went to the draft lottery to go get the number one pick. You know what I'm saying? with my good man Nick Gilbert, RIP Nick Gilbert, Dan's son, the great Nick, to go get the number one pick. So that's why it's love. It's real bonds there.

12:02James Harrison:I was fighting like this. I wasn't just a fair weather fan. I was, oh, no, Bron's not here. Man, bump the calves. Y 'all trash. I ain't rocking with y 'all. I was sitting courtside taking those L's with the mask I had on, Baron Davis beards. I had on Aaron and Verichard wigs. I was going to the game's full uniform, Deebo. with shorts and a jersey on like I was about to play with the Anderson Vergell wig on. Yeah, set me in, coach. If you need me, I'm here, Dan. So I was damn near a player. You know what I'm saying? So that's why I get the love. That's why me and my good man Dan, you know what I'm saying, politicking.

12:44Okay.

12:44James Harrison:It was pity. No pity. No pity. No pity. All love. It was pity. He was like, you know what, man? I see a guy that, you know, he done put himself in a situation that he don't even realize he's never going to have an opportunity to, you know, win the... You went to the Browns, man. So you knew that. He knew that. He saw the skill. He saw the passion. He saw like, man, this man Joe is going hard out here. It's not his fault. I think they got some fans that go a little harder than you out there, Joe. Yeah, they wouldn't put this... They wouldn't throw this crazy, this fire bend throw back on because I got love for my Steelers fans too.

13:29James Harrison:I'm rocking with Steeler Nation also because I did my time. And that's what I'm saying. You up here, boy, you playing both sides of the fence, man. I don't even know why he didn't let you in there. I put in blood, sweat, and tears for seven years for the Browns and then five blood, sweat, and tears for the Steelers. Like real years trying to go get it. What do you want from me? I can't be nothing but me. I can't be nothing but real. I can't be nothing but real. All right, so who's going to win it? Because we got game seven coming up. Okay. After. Did you watch game six? Listen, man, it don't even look like Oklahoma, they was even trying, man.

14:07It didn't even look like they was trying.

14:08James Harrison:They was trying, but, you know, the Spurs is not out there playing. And this is one thing. I understand, man. But, dude, they came out the second half was like, you know, we're trying to be really good. Yeah, it's like, just let him run it, man. Get him, you know, let him do what he do. This is what I'm trying to tell you. My man SGA is nice, but if that man Castle, do you see Castle out there playing that defense? He's playing good defense. Wimby's also lagging off, so it's actually good defense. And when he scored 32 last game, Shea, he had 17 free throws. If he's not getting to the line, he had three free throws last game.

14:48James Harrison:So if he's not getting to the line, that 32 points minus 17 free throws, you know what I'm saying, that's looking more around the 15, 16 points range. If he gets to the line a lot more, it depends on if the ref's going to call him fouls or, you know what I'm saying. Man, they out there playing football with that man. He just getting ran through, man. Dude just dropping his head and just running straight through SGA, man. Come on, stop it. the one little dude that was over there crying about ready to cry the game before he went and just lowered his shoulder and just ran. It's a lot of, uh, yeah, it's, it's both.

15:27James Harrison:Yeah, he did. Yes, he did. Yeah. Okay. He did. He did. They was mad. They was mad. They had to go get some, they had to go put some pads on them. I ain't going to lie. Bro. Yes. Stop playing, man. Like that's, that's unbelievable, man. Who you think is going to win game seven? I think Oklahoma I think Oklahoma I think they gonna pull it up Real talk I don't think your boy can I don't think he can just keep coming stacking All you gotta do is wear a lean on him Put somebody on him, just put a body on him He's 7 foot what? They say 7 foot That's victim weight to me 7 foot 2 30 Hey they talking about I'm victim weight cause I'm down to 255 Uh uh That man, a whole, four and four inches taller than me, and he only 20 pounds.

16:21He's 20 pounds wide. It's not just him, too, though.

16:24James Harrison:They got Castle. They got 24. They got 30. They got ballers, bro. Listen, man, they need numbers from him. They need double-double with a few blocks and maybe a couple steals and all that other stuff to get the results to look like it's supposed to look on that scoreboard. We're going to see. I don't know, man. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. They playing some D. It's depending on how the fouls are going to be called. And now Oklahoma City, we keep on forgetting, they don't have their second best player. J-Dub, you know what I'm saying? They keep putting all of this pressure on Shea.

17:08James Harrison:J-Dub, their second best player is not in the game. He's out. He came back last game had 10 minutes one shot, you know what I'm saying, no buckets. That's going to be big. Harper, for the Spurs like I said too, Harper and Castle bucket getters.

17:30Not no KC. Look, it's going to be

17:34James Harrison:a good game. I ain't. They're going to run away with it. They're going to run away with it. You're going to see. Depends on how the fouls are calling, depending on how many times I'm saying, if Shea gets to the line over 15 times, OKC. Other than that, it may be the Spurs. I'm going to say Spurs. I'm going to go with Spurs. I'm going to go. Even though I love Oklahoma City, though. They showed me great time, but if I had to pick. You do. All right. All right, listen, we're going over here to Pittsburgh. So the article says Mike McCarthy is already enraged at assistant coach. Who in the hell wrote this?

18:20Listen, bro, it says enraged, and the words that he said is, I don't know what the hell he's doing. I want you to listen to this. You tell me what is enraged about this. You just click bait right now. You know how that is. It's crazy, bro. Michael, Ramona said yesterday that 55 touches and completions is a big number for you. How did you come about that number? Is there like a win-loss percentage associated with that number? Well, I mean, it used to be 53. I just think as offenses have prevailed and with the rule changes over time. I started off in 1993 working in game analysis, and that was a big part of my job as a young coach.

19:02so we've always stayed in touch with the numbers. They call it analytics now, but I think it's important to use those guidelines to project goals, but also it helps keep you on a path for mindset of how you want to call a game. There's no absolutes, but I think there's more to the 55. I've always believed in a complementary football formula. That comes with great defense, obviously getting those touches, to your perimeter players. The big one is obviously one in the turnover ratio and time of possession. So those are the things that when we get into the real football, because right now we're in a teaching phase.

19:44That's been really the emphasis for year one here to get everything taught schematically. We've been going at the last two weeks on situational football. But we'll get heavier into those types of conversations. I don't know what the hell Tim's doing giving that good information out so early. I'll have a talk with him.

20:04Joe, you tell me what you think, Joe.

20:08James Harrison:If it's nothing going on, what the hell is he doing? He just gave the exact – he answered why he said what he was saying about why it used to be 53, now it's 55, and went about and gave the exact reasons of what it is. This is just – if you want to say about he already don't give a hell about what he's doing, enraged with one of the assistant coaches, that is just to get people to read to click on to your to click on what you're talking about you know what i'm saying because once you click in it and you see and read and listen to the answer and what he said it's actually perfectly said you know i'm saying you can see he's being funny at the end he's being sarcastic like uh like you know i'm saying that's exactly i think what happened right there yeah yeah you just got you just got what they wanted you just got baited into going head over there and looking at that and checking out and seeing, you know, what it was that you was or wasn't going on, all that other good stuff.

21:09But here's the thing. I understand what he's saying. So in the sense of him being like, okay, I don't understand why he's giving out all that good information is he's just saying like the running back coach, what's his name? Romy Roman. Chin something. So that's why he said Chin. Chin Young. I think it's a black dude, Chin Young. Go ahead. Let me get out here. Come on, man. That threw me off a little bit. Let me stop, man. Anyway, man, what it comes down to, man, it's like, yo, he done got a position. He's young into the game as far as being a coach. I think this is actually his first actual position coach, like actual true position thing.

Read the full transcript

21:51So he's trying to give these dudes an answer, man. He's trying to give them information, you know. But what you're doing is you're giving them a little bit too much information because over time they'll figure out what it is that they're doing. But you done went on ahead and gave it to them already without them even having to wait four games to get some type of tendencies

22:11James Harrison:and all that other stuff. I hear what you're saying. I hear what you're saying a thousand percent, Debo. But in this specific instance, I feel like he's legitimately being sarcastic because he answered, no, I used to say it was 53, now it was 55, and went on to name, you know what I'm saying, some of his things that are just kind of the basics of his defense. You know what I'm saying? You got to went on the averages, like, just to go about all the stuff that he said. I'm not saying he's truly upset, but I'm saying, like, yeah, man, don't be giving out the good information. Yeah, like you said, as a – I wouldn't say it sarcastically.

22:49I would say it more as a just a little surprise you did it. It's not a big thing, but yeah, don't give it to them. Make them have to earn it because a lot of these coaches out here won't sit there and look at everything that's going on like you got Dick LeBeau going back and looking at what you did 20 years ago and what position you did it with and what kind of players you had that was playing the same roles and positions and he was going to make his moves from there. Some coaches don't do that. I understand what he's saying in that aspect. But again, I think it's like, yo, people give too much information.

23:22You want to know something? The easiest way to get a young dude to talk? Easiest way to get a young dude to talk is to be quiet and ask him a stupid question. Ask him a stupid question. I call him stupid questions. So how do you feel about what they're doing with you, about how they're going to use you? And dudes start talking. Yeah. And they hold the mic there like this, yo. They hold the mic there like this. And then when you stop talking, they keep the mic there. and he feel like he got to keep going. So he started adding more and more information. Before he know it, he done told him about the trick play that they done made up that ain't nobody supposed to even know.

23:56I got it.

23:57James Harrison:No, no, for sure. For sure. I know what you're saying. I know what you're saying. Only reason why I'm saying a little bit different about this man McCarthy is because he's saying that he's answering. He's giving his jewels about what he does on defense, about like the winning on first downs, like some of his core values of what he thinks that he would want to do. So that's the only reason why, but I know what you're saying about when people just shut your mouth. You know what I'm saying? Like, less is more. They got to make them do their research. Hey, man, less is more. Just give them what they want.

24:26How do you feel? They got to study everything. They sit there and they just hold the thing. I'll be like, next? Yeah. That's it? Nah, nah. I ain't giving no more than you asked for. You want all that information out of me, man? You better give me a detailed question. And then on top of it, I may not even get it to you anyway. so it it really don't matter and that's another thing like uh mccarthy he's he's closing practices these boys ain't gonna be uh sitting there watching practice every day they ain't they ain't gonna be open to just seeing practice every day that's something they used to you do that i like it though i love because i don't have this i don't have all these reporters in here sitting here trying to write a story that's going to fit their their um their narrative for what it is they want to write and agree with.

25:14Hey. Hey, listen. Yes. Listen. Cleveland, talk to your boy. Talk to your boy. Marky, closing practices. They want to count reps and all that other. Don't give them nothing to count. Don't give them nothing to count. But I know y 'all ain't going to do that. I know y 'all ain't going to do that. We're talking about the Steelers right now.

25:36James Harrison:Every time I hear Mike McCarthy talk, though, he's talking ball. He's talking fundamentals. He's talking facts. He's talking real ball stuff. So I love it every time I hear him talk. Yeah. Close the practices. Them boys ain't going to be having access to every practice now, man. They about to lose their mind. You don't need to be there any day. No. You don't need to be there any day, man. You see us in training camp. It's early. We trying stuff out, man. Let us get our feet wet. No question. Look here, man. The Browns. What's the moment? DC. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yes, sir. What do we got? Browns DC attempts to clarify where things stand with Miles Garrett.

26:27Ruttenberg said, knew that would be a question. I'm going to leave a lot of that interaction between me and Miles. he's just gonna leave it he ain't doing nothing with it he said it's voluntary and we respect the voluntary aspect of it and whatever team you're on, your team my daughter's softball team he really don't want to answer the question I like that though that's called deflecting

26:59love everybody to be around but also understand that people have different things had great communication with different people had great communication and execution for when everyone's here to put it together to put it okay so listen joe he's saying everything is is great it's good i don't know if he's saying it's great and it's good but i think he's saying that you know what i ain't giving y 'all no information you asked me a question and I answer it how I want to. And that's how you do it. That man's a professional. Like that's how you're supposed to do it. You know what I'm saying? Like when it's a tough question and you can't get a real answer to him or you don't know what the real answer, you don't want to cause no more controversy or you just don't want to give him the answer.

27:48You redirect the question and you say what the hell it is you want to say. Hey, James, what's going on with Miles? Man, I'm going to tell you something, man. My girl's softball team has something i don't know but anyway uh it's great we're doing good guys here working it's

28:04James Harrison:all great let's go what you do coach is you control what you can control you there's a lot of other things that's going above your head with the general managers with the head coaches that are working about what miles got going on miles garrett is under contract and your job is to coach who is in that locker room when you go out to those otas the people on that field are the people that you need to be able to address. So when people are addressing like Aaron Rodgers or you got contract dudes, Miles Garretts, these guys that aren't coming to OTAs, they're in their second contracts. They might have money that they need to be there.

28:42James Harrison:Sometimes they just don't. It's like, all right, I'm up. Miles Garrett has posted pictures now. He's in vacation with his girlfriend or his fiance. So let that man have his time. He's not that right now. He's off. He's chilling. OTAs are optional team activities. So you want to talk about this stuff every time. There's always players that are normal, higher up in their contracts that start to not go when they get to their seventh, eighth, ninth year, tenth year in the league. They just don't go to OTAs. And it's not a big deal because now you're expecting when those dudes come to the mandatory things that they're going to be ready to go and they're going to perform at the high level, at the level they're expected to perform.

29:23James Harrison:They're going to learn the defense. They're not going to take long to get back on track. So that is what it is. Coaches, when he's talking about, you know, obviously you have to understand people are all in different situations. Talking about like his youth, his daughter's youth team. Like sometimes people got trips, people got stuff going on. He's just trying to make it his own little thing to just say like, obviously we want every player to be here. But certain players have certain different things going on. Other things that they're going to be, other things that they're going to be doing. But when they get here, my job is to coach the players that are here.

29:56James Harrison:So we're going to welcome Myles Garrett here with open arms when he gets here because he's an amazing player. So it's like, you know, all these answers too may get back to Myles Garrett. You don't want to be talking crazy about your player that you expect when he gets back. You know what I'm saying? You want it to be welcome with open arms, Myles Garrett. When you come, you're the defensive player of the year. You had 23 sacks. We expect you to be a leader and to be performing once you get on the field because when you're not here, it is what it is. We want you to be here, but you're not. So I think that's kind of what the coach, you don't really, it's a slippery slope.

30:29James Harrison:You don't have too much to really say, so you could just spin it how you want to. You don't have control of what Miles is doing. You would love him to be there, but he's not. So you're going to do your job as to coach the players that you have. Well, Joe, you know me. I got a thing. Yes. you know and I gotta think outside the box for me Joe I hate to say this but it is voluntary it is involuntary seems to mean listen Joe listen involuntary means exactly what it says but Joe when you got a million dollar how you don't you it's my turn go ahead go ahead go ahead listen Joe when you got a million dollar incentive to just show up and be present at the off season workout program for only 85 % and you're only there what Three, sometimes four days a week.

31:47So I find it hard to rhyme and reason that. But I ain't never made$40,$45 million a year. So I don't know if I would care about an extra million if I don't get my time the way I want. You understand that, Joe? Amazon Health AI presents Painful Thoughts. I can't stop scratching my downtown. There's a fire inside you you can't ignore. You've got competition to outrun, momentum to build on, and your own high standards to meet. Stop now? Not a chance. At Capella University, we help you catch what you're chasing because you've always had the drive. Now, go earn the degree. Capella University. What can't you do? Visit capella.edu to learn more. As they said, they do have a mentor mini camp. That starts June 9th, 10th, something like that, right?

34:47Okay, so if he doesn't show up for that, now... That's when it's tricky. Now we can start talking. Yes. Start talking, right? It gets tricky. It gets tricky. Now we got some fuel for the fire, right? We're going to agree on that, right? Okay. So now, with that being said, I think this could be a situation where, you know, he wanted to leave last year. He wanted to get out of there. He wanted to have opportunity to win. But they gave him the bag, and they made him the highest paid non-quarterback in NFL. But since then, Joe, been about two, three, four, five guys that done got more. He's no longer the highest paid.

35:32So maybe it's a situation where, especially when you take into account the$30 million restructure right there where he said, hey, I don't want it just yet. Let me move it on back for y 'all. and and then moving it back or him allowing them to move it back it allows them after the june 1st to take that pro and and separate that thing into 26 and 27 so they can break that down over multiple years instead of just having to come out in one year joe which means it gives more chances of opportunities for them to get a trade and make a trade even though I believe he got a no trade cause in this matter, right?

36:30But that no trade cause means you got to send me where I want to go. Joe, I understand what he's doing. It makes sense to me right now, Joe. It makes all perfect sense. He know he ain't going to be there June 1. What I need to go there and learn and do anything for? That's why minicamp started June 9. He ain't going to never get a chance to see or go there, Joe. He going to be done, got that trade, got that deal, and be over somewhere else where it is that he want to be. And he going to be over there with their voluntary workouts as soon as they get that trade done after June 1st, Joe. He going.

37:02James Harrison:I hear you. Okay. That could be a possibility. That could be a possibility. And we would need to be getting three first-round picks.

37:16James Harrison:I'm just telling you. I ain't joke I think I gotta play Debo so look I'm expecting with Miles he's gonna come during the mandatory mini camp I'm expecting Miles to be there I'm hoping that Miles is there we're saying that if Miles is not there I got a scenario that if he doesn't it's for him to be gone okay it's a three team trade

37:45three teams

37:45James Harrison:three teams The team is the Eagles, the Patriots, and the Browns. Okay? The Eagles, the Patriots, and the Browns. Who getting who? The Eagles have to give up A.J. Brown and the first-round pick. 2028 first-round pick. Okay. They get Miles Garrett. He would be happy to go there because he wants to go to a contender. You know what I'm saying? Solid team. The Patriots would get, they would have to give up the 2027 and the 2028 first round pick. And they get A.J. Brown. And then the Browns would give up Myles Garrett and they would get three first round picks. They would get the 2028 first round pick from the Eagles.

38:44James Harrison:They would get the 2027 first round pick from the Patriots and their 2028 first round pick. So they would get three first round picks. The Patriots get A.J. Brown. The Eagles get Miles Garrett. And the Browns get three first round picks. That is my thing. Everybody's dysfunctional. Everybody's happy. Miles is happy. A.J. Brown is happy. The Patriots are happy. The Browns get three first round picks. The Browns are happy. I like that. I like that. Three first-round picks, Myles Garrett to the Eagles, A.J. Brown to the Patriots, Brown's three first-round picks. And the Browns got a 2027 first-round pick already and a 2028 first-round pick.

39:25James Harrison:So then we'll be sitting there with two in 2027 and two in 2028. But that'd be three in 2028. That's not a bad deal. Everybody's geeked. Deebo, you know that doesn't sound crazy at all. I think that'd be good for the Browns, because if we don't get rid of Miles, I said my first thing. If we keep Miles, I'm loving the trajectory that we're going. We got Miles. We can get more pieces. But if we did have to get rid of him and get compensation, three first-round picks for Miles Garrett right now, I think would be great for all three teams. Hell yeah, three first-round picks. That's a lot. No, why are you mad at the Browns?

40:07James Harrison:who's not happy in the deal? Maybe, maybe the Eagles, because they're giving up A.J. Brown. But no, A.J. Brown and A.J. Brown and one first-round pick for Myles Garrett. I like that for the Eagles. For the Patriots. The only Patriots is giving up two. The Patriots is giving up two, and they get an A.J. Brown. So that's the one where they might be looking like, but I'm not mad at that at all. That's good. A.J. Brown for two first-round. You're getting a solid, instant starter wide receiver for the Patriots, for Drake May. He's nice. You can get him a dog and good coaching. You know what I'm saying?

40:43James Harrison:You feel like you get him around a better system. They feel like they can handle A.J. Brown better in New England. Well, they had him in. He had him in Tennessee. That's his man. Yeah, he had him in Tennessee. And now I got you over here. We right next to the ship. Drake May dropping dimes over here. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm loving it. but that's just if we end up, end up if Miles leaves. If Miles stays, keep Miles. That's the first, first thing first, keep Miles. If we don't keep Miles, listen to what I say. Who done told you about this trade, Joe? Somebody told you something, Joe. Nobody told me nothing.

41:24James Harrison:I just been looking around, trying to figure out who's feeling crazy. Yeah, looking around. That's probably why you was drinking so heavy. Cleveland lost, and y 'all know y 'all about to lose Miles. No, no, no. We ain't going to lose Miles. Miles is chilling. Miles is chilling. But I just wanted to say, like, if I was looking around. If I was looking around. If I was looking around. If I was. If I was. If I was. This is what it would look like. If I happened to look around and think of something that somebody might be thinking about, this might be something to think about. That's all I was saying.

41:58Man, look, we got breaking news. It says Adam Shatner. He said Steelers and senior assistant special teams coach Darius Swinton have parted ways due to violation of club policy per league sources. What happened there? He didn't even get a year in, did he?

42:23Like he got. For what? I don't know, bro.

42:33James Harrison:is hold on but did mike mccarthy not bring him in oh he just okay that's okay there we go brand new bro he ain't bro a couple what one or two two three months at the most man listen he might have been trying to rate us for the last three He either was trying to do his own thing and Martin McCarthy wasn't rocking with it or he got caught up in the South Side. Stop it, Joe. Stop it, Joe. Joe, stop it, Joe. Joe, we ain't stopping, Joe. We ain't doing this show. Stop it. Joe, leave the South Side alone, bro. Hey, Debo, I'm just saying. It's something. It just got to be football. Football where him and my...

43:23James Harrison:Joe, you know something? I know nothing. My name Bennett. I ain't in it. I'm just trying to say, I don't know what's going on. He just signed to the team during the offseason. It's only been offseason things going on. So unless you're not communicating with your coach and y 'all just... What's the policy you done messed up already? That's what I'm saying. Conduct detrimental. What kind of stuff are you doing right now? it's the off season. Like, unless you're not, unless you're coming in there with the coach and y 'all are literally not seeing eye to eye, you're like, nah, I don't think you're...

43:58James Harrison:I'm not going to go into that because it could get real messy and I don't want to get messy. I'm not trying to get messy either. All I'm trying to tell you is... Yeah, I don't want to know. I don't want to know. I got, Joe, I got information that I don't want to know that I know, I know, and I just wish I didn't know it. See, that's why I can say what I want to say because I don't know nothing. I'm just literally... saying. I'm just saying when I hear this off the top of my head. You got information you know. You got information you know. You said what? You rocking with owners and all that. You got information you know.

44:31You getting rings and all that shit. You got information you know.

44:34James Harrison:No, no, no. If you ask me a question. You ain't step a foot on the court, but you got you a ring. I had a bunch of feet on the court. What you talking about? Dude, feet on the court just because you court side do not mean you're going. That's the same court. Look, people. Where the f*** is you going, bro? Do you see this? This is actual court from the stadium. Dan Gilbert sent us. Certified. Court. Actual court from the game. Do you know what I'm saying? So I'm literally in it. Look at this. Look at this box, Debo. This ain't no play-play box. This is real land. Real, real feet on wood. And you ain't really have nothing.

45:32Nampi in that pot. Huh? You ain't have Nampi in that pot. All right, man. You ain't do nothing but sit there, yell and hoop and scream. You right. You right. In a seat. And you ain't do nothing for that. All you did was sit there and drink in excess, enjoy, because they won, and then did nothing. You did nothing, Joe. Ain't that... Ain't that... You're sitting there with that... Hey, Joe, here. Is this the same talk... That's the problem. That's the problem nowadays. Everybody gets a participation trophy. Here.

46:06James Harrison:Is this the same talk that you give to the Steelers fans? Here. Is this the same talk you give to the Steelers fans that come and celebrate the parade with you? Is this the same talk that you give to them? They don't get a ring, Joe. Is this the same talk that you give to them, though? They don't get a ring. Don't worry about my ring. Don't worry about my ring. Even if they were to get a ring, you would still be... Joe, you was talking with your hands all over your face. You never do that. What about the people that work inside Heinz Field? If they were to get to Heinz Field, if they were to get them rings, would you be okay with that?

46:42James Harrison:You was just sitting in there making them work, would you be okay with that? serving you in excess. Would you be okay with them getting the ring that worked inside? Okay. All right. That's all I need to know. Game in and game out. Putting in work for the company not sitting there yelling and screaming, hooping and hollering, drinking. You ain't even putting in no time. You ain't there on the beat. You know what? I would accept the fact that you ain't there when the crowd ain't there. You ain't there when the people and the fans ain't there. They there cleaning up every day. every day when ain't nobody there when people are there they don't need eyes on them you want to be there when the show is going I was there when we were losing games and there was no there was nobody there it wasn't all the way full me and I was there everybody everybody was there everybody was there Joe what about the other people that was there they didn't get a They didn't get a, come on Joe They didn't get a ring, why they didn't get a ring I can understand you didn't get a ring Why?
