Guys that are coming back from injuries. because we're technically in the future from where we're from the Rams from the present I'm going to talk about injuries till tomorrow

2:37James Harrison:that's facts Joe Debo so facts I love when he says this because this reminds me of like I love the way that we are so programmed in the NFL. Like schedule-wise, days-wise, when the games are on Sunday. That's the way that you plan your schedule. Monday is a Monday. Tuesday is a Tuesday. It's an off day. Wednesday is the first install day. Thursday is where the Thursday is. Friday is red zones. Saturday is walkthrough. Sunday is your game. Like no matter what time it is, if you want to travel back in time, I just love the NFL. It's real like same thing. You're going to know what it is. you know exactly what the schedule is.

3:20James Harrison:So no matter where you go, you go flying back in time, you're keeping that schedule the exact same way it is because you just are super programmed. So I like when Coach says stuff like this because it just brings me back to whenever we traveled to L.A. Hey, Joe, I don't think you get what he was saying. Huh? I don't think you get what he was saying. What are you saying? Okay, so where he was at was the day that he's talking about. They're like, what is it? They're in Australia? Yes. They're like 16, 18 hours ahead. They're like a whole day ahead. So back here, it's Monday. There, it's Tuesday.

4:01What he's saying is I don't have to give you my report now. Sorry. Oh, okay. But anyway, I don't have to give you my report now. Well, it's the same as where. So it's Monday there. but we don't they don't turn theirs into whatever the time is uh here so he's like i'm not giving you my report even though i'm supposed to give it to you on monday because where we're from it's not monday so i'm not giving it to you right now that's what he said yeah he's not saying like we're sticking to the schedule as it no he was just saying like because we're ahead 18 hours ahead, I don't have to give you mine until 18 hours from now, which would actually be a day later in time as they are there, but it would be the same time as it is over here.

4:53Yes.

4:54James Harrison:That's what he was saying. I get what you're saying. I get what you're saying. I get what he's saying. But it's kind of the... If you looked at the interview too, the same thing he started, basically, it's kind of like the same thing. Do you know what I'm saying? Like, well, yeah. I knew it. Whatever.

5:17James Harrison:I'm telling you, though. Yo, it's all right, baby. Don't worry about nothing, man. I'm telling you. No, Debo. Don't worry about it, man. For real, though. Listen. Listen. So I guess Miles Garrett, he added some new training to his offseason. They've been running around on social media. You know, this right here. Check it out. If I want to stop stepping the fan, the moment I start my front foot forward, I don't get to have my foot go first. You'll notice you're searching for ground as if a sprinter was searching for ground, like that. We don't want to do that. We want to push. Because the moment I go to shift in, if I go foot first, you can feel the power disappear.

5:54If I go hip first, you're like, oh, push in the back. Before the hip, shift. There's wind in me. You just shift the hip without searching for ground. It's really, really hard to pattern that. See? That was really easy. Yeah, but you got to be snapping at. The knee will still come. Can we make it more about the hit before we get the knee?

6:20You blame Shay for this? I'm talking to Shay.

6:29Hey, Joe. Yo. That's that, uh, that's where, you know, them Samoans be lining up and just running into each other. Yeah. That's that training. That's that right there, bro. That's what that is. I ain't going to lie to you. I don't know if we're going to be able to use that over here too much. Wouldn't they call that a launch?

6:49James Harrison:Man, it looks same foot, same shoulder. As long as you don't, like, he wasn't leaving his feet. Bro. Well, you're right. He wasn't launching? That was same foot, same shoulder. But if you hit somebody like that and they flop, and hit they back like that, they go swerving down this launching because you're going to come off your feet in that process of hitting him because you're going to be going through the body. You're going to have to make sure you wrap up that thing. You're going to wrap that thing up. They're going to say, no, you hit him in his head. And don't nobody fall back that fast. Debo, that looks like the way that your son hit Buddy.

7:29James Harrison:Same foot, same shoulder. He did not launch. When you hit somebody with your trajectory being way strong like that, you're going to make it look crazy. So as long as Miles don't put his head into it and he moves it to the side, it's going to look very violent. They need to slow down these hits, man. Go ahead and be like, hey, man, look here, man. That was a reaction from him getting bopped that his whole head came down on it. And he did all that to himself. He needed to get a stronger neck. That's what I'm trying to tell you. But when you get hit in your sternum at that type of speed, you have no choice but to fold.

8:05James Harrison:He tried to lawn chair him. Just boom. You know what I'm saying? Your whole just chest collapses. There's nothing you could do. Man. For real. Look at it, man. If he do this against San Francisco over there in Australia, who you got winning that? I have the St. I mean, not the St. Louis, the Los Angeles Rams. You got the St. Louis Rams. I got the Los Angeles Rams, my brother. You got the Rams winning? I got the Rams winning. Yep. It just is what it is. They got San Fran, got Mike Evans. You know, they got, hopefully, George Kittle can come back and play. And Deebo Samuels. But, uh... Yeah, I'm going.

8:50James Harrison:I'm going with the Rams. You got to show me something. They still got Matthew Stafford. I'm rocking with them. If Puka will be out there, Vontae. I kind of just really wanted to go against you, I think. That's what it was. I know you did. I can't jump on you no more. I told him to leave you alone about that other team. So I can't really say nothing about it no more, I guess. Man. Cowboys are pro tackle. Sorry, left guard. Tyler Smith is scheduled to undergo thumb surgery Tuesday and is expected to miss four to six weeks. Right. The earliest Smith could return would be October 8th against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cowboys head coach, Brian Schottenheimer, on the injury.

9:44He said, unfortunately, when you're an offensive lineman, you hold. That's what you probably put your hand, hold. Yeah, yeah. That's what you were doing. You need to be able to get a grip. Yeah. Yeah. Grip strength and things like that are really important. We know he's a quick healer, and we want to get it fixed, and he'll be back before too long.

10:14James Harrison:Bruh. When they say, when the team says we know he's a quick healer, they be pissing me off. Stop it. What you mean? How you do? He's not Wolverine. How you going to say this man a quick healer? What you talking? He's getting surgery on his thumb. Did he get it before? Like you talking about it? You don't know how the surgery went? Yeah, he's a quick killer. I think this is going to be fine in no time. Listen, I don't think people understand when you lose the use of your hand, especially your thumb, bruh, you know how hard it is to even catch a ball, Let alone take and punch a man and get him off you or drive him where you need him to go.

11:01And he's going to have to play in the cast. They're going to have to put one of those soft casts on and bend that thing back. Man, it's going to hurt.

11:08James Harrison:Linemen, look, offensive linemen, I would say need their hand. Defense linemen could go club. Offensive linemen, you're going to be holding. If you don't have that other hand, you're going to be getting dogged. Like, not in a bad way, offensive linemen can't hold. Once you get your hands inside. That's probably how he broke his thumb. Hold somebody. Oh, man. Literally. That's how my fingers get jacked up now. We holding. I mean, you're trying a little bit of holding. Your hands don't get messed up. A little bit. You don't call it a hold. We hold. I mean a little bit of hold. A little tough. A little tough.

11:39James Harrison:A little tough. You holding so tough you're getting your thumb, bro. I can see like maybe a pinky. You holding so tough you're breaking the thumb, Joe. Man, not me. I'm talking about the offensive lineman. goodness my pinky got caught in the jerseys trying to get a low tug trying to get trying to get a tug on the bottom you got your finger caught in that thing and they cut and popped that popped my own finger out Joe I used I used to I used to tape everything up so I would tape my hands underneath my gloves to where my hands was just locked like this and then I put my I put my glove over the top dude listen I was jamming my damn thumb.

12:22Look at these knots on my thumbs. I was jamming my thumb so damn bad, bruh. Like, I couldn't. I'm like, yo, if I jam my thumb again and, like, you can't do nothing. I don't, you don't realize, like, what you do with your thumb just to brush your teeth and all that, man, like, eat, like, going left-handed and then when you mess up your right and your left, now you're just sitting there looking crazy. Like, you can't even put food in your mouth. You can't even go out to eat, bruh without looking like you little kid you know what I'm saying that just started using they little teeny bruh

12:59James Harrison:no man you ain't lying you up there like this like a little kid scissor hands man get out of here I don't want to hear none of that the Giants have released veteran ride receiver Darius Slayton Slayton the 5th round pick in 2019 was the longest-tenured Giant. The move saves the Giants. 3.2 against the 2026 salary cap. Slayton has signed a three-year deal, $36 million, with the Giants ahead of the 2025 season. Now he's a free agent. He is eligible for waivers as a vested veteran and can sign elsewhere. Bruh, are you surprised by this? I am. I am. But at the same time, when you sign O and they expect the neighbors to be able to come back and do what they got to do, they got a couple of receivers and you know how it is, Deebo.

14:00James Harrison:But when you start getting older and you getting$12 million a year, they always... You only say 3.2. I always say what? I said you only say 3.2. but you just signed him not even just last year

14:23they

14:24James Harrison:don't care wants to guarantee was he that bad? I don't I don't think so

14:34James Harrison:and I can understand that's a that's just a bad DM deal if he he mean you're not you're not liking what you like you said Debo how old is he if he'd have been playing if he'd have been playing good enough for that, they would have kept him at the 12. But it's the what have you done for me lately? They don't give a damn. If the guaranteed is up, then they could just chop 3.6s. 3.6. Savage world. Savage. O's coming in for the low. That's what I want to know. Like, how old is O? She's probably 30, 33. How old is this cat, bruh? he can't be in his 30s yet right i don't think so like are your kids bored with the same old sports try fencing the olympic and paralympic sport that mixes speed strategy and fun it's like chess meets cardio quick feet quick decisions and a satisfying beat when you score a point kids teens and adults can start anytime fencing is one of the fastest growing NCAA sports with new colleges adding programs every year.

18:50James Harrison:Yeah. Dude, he had to be playing bad. Bad, I don't know about how bad, but... Dude, timing you get. We go.

19:06NFL. Did O sign more than one year?

19:12James Harrison:No. No, sir. It let Juju go too, right? Yes. You signed in one year, 1.3? Yeah, one year, 1.3. Yep. Deebo, like I said, it doesn't, when you, once you, and you notice, like everybody's, people just start disappearing in the NFL. Like if you're a wide receiver, you sign a contract. Once you get that second contract, if you're not hooping, if you're not balling, like once that guarantee is up, because most of the time they're going to give it to you in your first year. So then the rest of the contract is performance based. So they can really just chop you with nothing really old, nothing happened.

19:57James Harrison:and they're going to give you that first year guaranteed money. Now, these next two seasons that you have on this deal. The structure, yeah. What have you done for me lately? So it's really structured where, boom, we give you this guarantee first year. So it looks like$33 million. You get your 12 guaranteed the first season. Now, the next season, you can get$12 million or we're going to let you go for nothing. Because it's like, okay, that was a bad sign. We gave him the 12 for the first year. It didn't work out. Gone. Like, my boy, this receiver is like Deontay Johnson. Signs for a little bag.

20:28James Harrison:And then next thing you know, it's soon as now, what have you done for me lately? Because you're making, as soon as you get into that double digits of making millions of dollars, they're looking at you now like it's per season. Once the guaranteed is up, it doesn't matter about none of this contract that you signed. You're guaranteed is up. If you're not performing to this$12 million a year, we can chop you. And now we can get somebody else for 1.3. When Odell comes in, it's like, I don't care what it looks like. We are able to bite this bullet. Like, no. because when you start having to sign dudes on your team like Malik Neighbors, he's coming up.

21:00James Harrison:He's going to want 35. He's a top. He feel like when you start getting 1 ,000-yard receivers, it's that or it's nothing. You know what I'm saying? There's no middle ground. Well, I would say not 1 ,000. Maybe you got to be somewhere in that 12. You know what I'm saying? For sure. 12 to get that.

Read the full transcript

21:20James Harrison:But it's just so hard to find that middle ground of the tiers because when you got 40s, you're one. What do you pay a two? It's like, is 22 enough? Is 12? Then you have to still be balling. Do you know what I'm saying? Because it's like, you're not resetting the market. Where do I fall? Do you know what I'm saying? Yeah. But I don't, that's, yeah. I think O got him up out of there. Got him up out of there. 3.2. You think anybody else going to pick him up before he clear waivers? I would think so. I mean, what? How does he? What do they got? They don't have to. The contract's done. So they could pick him up for whatever.

22:03He's not eligible for waivers as a defensive player.

22:07James Harrison:Actually, he could sign wherever he wants. That's what I'm saying. And it'd be whoever wants him. It's going to be a minimum, huh? It's 1.3. Whatever it is, it's going to be a minimum. Debo, they don't care. They let you all. And he's going to hopefully go back in wherever he goes. I will hope that he picks. If it's going to be 1.3, go somewhere that's airing it out. So you can go out there, ball this year, show that your stats are still good, and you're going to go get more than that. This is where you go bet on yourself. Go somewhere. If somebody's offering you three, man, bump that. I'm going to go to the 1.3 with the fire quarterback.

22:42James Harrison:I'm going to get my reps. I'm going to get these catches. I'm going to get ops. So now everybody sees, all right, that was just a down year. You've got to perform now because now it's, what have you done for me lately? Go hoop this year with a good quarterback. Now, okay, I'm free. Anybody need somebody can go deep. I'm right here chilling. I'm available. Yeah, for sure, brother. Look here. That's it. Oh, yes. All right, P game. What's good, coach? 20-26. NFL season. Kicks off. Tomorrow, Joe. Yes, it does. Patriots. Seattle. 820. Thursday. 49ers. Rams. 835. First ever NFL game in Australia. Netflix.

23:42Y 'all know they're going to have a halftime show for you now. You know Netflix did the halftime show. You know they do the halftime show. We're going to see what they got going on. But, Joe, you know what time it is. It's time for Player Fade presented by Prospect.

24:08All right, Joe, you know how it go, man. It's been a while, though. It's been a while. Yeah, sir. You go play it. You go fade it. And we're going to go with it. I have quarterback Sam Darnold. I got him for more than.5 passing yards.

24:32James Harrison:Ta-da! Okay. Check. All right. All right. Now, I also have JSN, Jackson Smith, and Jinguba. Mm-hmm. I have him for more than one touchdown. 1.5. So you don't get him 1.5. That's a tutty. He go get him. He go get him. Yeah, he go get him a tutty. Okay. Start off the season. Brock Purdy. I ain't going to lie. I got him for less than 242.5 passing. Correct. Okay.

25:17Now, I had Myles Garrett for more than half a sack. And you changed it? They ended up changing it, so I had to change it. So it's more than.5 of a sack I had for Myles Garrett. Okay. Okay.

25:45James Harrison:Debo just yep obviously the first one Sam Darnold .5 pass yards I could get that Joe Debo a thousand percent I'd like you to throw a quick out Jackson Smith and Jigba gotta get into the zone gotta get the tutty gotta get into the zone he just signed for he signed in for the bag first 50 billion dollars first game of the season it mean they gonna be locked in but I still like him to get into the zone Brock Purdy under 242 yes Rams defense is not going to be playing not rocking with that Trent McDuffie and his boy Watkins they knew they showing they not playing D-line getting after him and Miles Garrett welcome to LA obviously you know what I'm saying and just one sack duh duh y 'all heard what he said man he about to play that thing with your boy look here yeah Download the app today and use the code DEBOJO to get$150 instantly in lineups.

26:52Got to. After you play your first$5 lineup, get that shit ride. Let's go. That code is DEBOJO for$150. Sorry, it's DEBOJO. I said and. It's DEBOJO. DEBOJO. to get$150 instantly in lineups when you play your first$5 lineup. Let's check out these super chats, Joe.

27:25Cover this live. She back five. She said, Joe, I'm still waiting on that Browns jersey. I need it before your Hall of Fame. Hall of Fame. Chill, D-Bo. Hey, I need it before your Hall of Fame career takes off and that jersey becomes a collector's item.

27:51James Harrison:You promised. Coveted. Trust me. And I promise you, when I told you, I'm keeping my word, I got you the jersey. Promise you. 23 land coming your way. I understand. What's the timeline, though? She's trying to get it. I know, I know, I know. What's the timeline? He's stuttering. He's lying. I'm not lying. I'm not lying. He ain't got the answer. Before this, before next Sunday. Before next Sunday. Don't say nothing else, Joe. Cover the life. She's back again. $10. That's cover. Love cover. She said, with Joey coming off a great season, are the Steelers truly planning to build around him long term?

28:33Or are they quietly questioning whether he is their number one corner of the future. By the way, I love the new intro. Thank you, Covenant.

28:45Build around him, I would not even make that term. Nobody really builds around a corner. You get him to have him not allow them to use parts of the field.

29:01What we go do, I am not very confident in him being here after this current deal that basically I feel like puts him in that six or seven range. Worst case, a seven. Like, that's 30. Everything that we look at, your top, what is it, top seven? Almost close to eight now. That's what I'm saying. It's 30.

29:40James Harrison:And that's the market. And it's not. And look, the salary cap ain't doing nothing but going up. Eventually, the next market is when Sertan and them come back up, horn, it's going to be$36 million a year for the highest paid corner. So, like, end of the day, 30, it may not seem like a deal now. But that 30 is a deal right now. He stays there for the next. You had that deal for the next three years. In three years. It's going to be 42. You know what I'm saying? Like, it's going to be going up crazy to where every new corner that's getting up to that deal is going to start resetting the market, resetting the market.

30:16James Harrison:And in three years, we're sitting at 42 million, highest paid corner, and Joey's sitting at 30. We'd be looking like, okay, bet. Now, we stole it.

30:29Like, why did we wait this long, bruh? Like, we could have got this done before any of these deals got done. I know. like any of these deals got done. And we wait all the way until after training camp is over with to even send an official offer? Yep.

30:50James Harrison:Come on, man. I think when you were going in, I was hoping that they were thinking that you're going to get the biggest one done at the end. But that's the only way. You got to think about this. And then, like, the guarantees now, dude. He got 102 guarantee over here, bro. 101 and 102. He got 102 guarantee. And if you're looking at, what's his name, Horn, he got 70 guarantee. Mm-hmm. You got it. What? 83, 80, close to 90 for a guarantee? if... Man. See? And look, Herb contract was 100 mil with 42. 42 guaranteed. I don't think this... Right. So you're basically looking at what? A signing bonus in a year?

31:49Two years?

31:50James Harrison:Yep. A signing bonus in a year. So basically you're looking at two years. After that? Two years. That's it? Two years. Yeah. Because it's 50. It's two years. A signing bonus is 20 million. Okay. So it's two years. Yes. Base that year, you get the other rest. First one, boom, you get 22, boom. And now, yep. Now you to the ball out or? No, that's only two years. No, no. He signed four, right? That's what I'm saying, Odibo. It's ball out. And he had one left on there. So it's really five, as you said. Yes. So he got three left. When I'm saying ball out, when I'm saying ball out with Herbic, it means now you don't have any guaranteed money.

32:32James Harrison:So you're getting paid$20 million a year to continue to ball because there's no guarantee left there. You know what I'm saying? So they can come and start not playing well. They can always, no, we're going to let you go. You got to restructure. Right. But also you can go in there and ball, ball, ball. Now you're at the top of your game. I'm ready to go. You still got three left. Yeah. And like you said, he did it for what? A 20, 25 piece in the top is 50. By the time that time come around, the top might be 60. And he had a 25 piece. Yeah. And he could be the top. But yeah.

33:17Yeah.

33:19James Harrison:We gonna see. Are your kids bored with the same old sports? Try fencing, the Olympic and Paralympic sport that mixes speed, strategy, and fun. It's like chess meets cardio. 36:35That's usmint.gov slash semiq. Yeah, we're going to see, man. Covenant Life back again. $50. Covenant. Appreciate you. Appreciate you, Covenant. He said, Joe, with that outfit, I'm convinced you're not just a sports fan anymore. What? You're the commissioner of all sports. Gold tank, purple hat, shades and chain. You came dressed like Game 7 and Super Bowl Sunday at the same time.

37:06James Harrison:Come on, Covenant. That's what I'm saying. I'm here for all sports. Basketball, football, college, football, golf. I'm here for it all. You know what I'm saying? That's why I'm a representation of a sports fan. When you see me wear the Lakers... Where's the golf at? Where's the golf at? Got my golf hat right here. But you ain't have it on, Joe. Because I can't just be rocking all sports every time. I switch it up. Dude, it's been golf all summer. You ain't never put it on. I have golf... I wore this golf hat. I... There you go. It's all good, Debo. You wasn't paying attention. Coveted Life is recognized that I've been wearing some golf hats.

37:43James Harrison:This is not a golf hat. Basketball, snapback, Lakers. So I switched the vibes up. Oh, yeah. That's right. That's right. You're right. You might be right. You might be right. Might be, Debo. I'm saying might be. I'm not really just saying like you are. It's all good. Man. I appreciate the love, Debo. Mike, Mike,$105. He said, what up, Debo and Joe? Joe, did your league have y 'all fantasy draft yet? Which Stiller and Browns players did you get? Which Stillers and Browns players did you get? Did y 'all have your draft yet? Yeah, I did. Yes, I did. And I ended up getting, on my receivers, I ended up getting Concepcion and I got Denzel Boston.

38:33Boston. And Concepcion. Who throwing the ball?

38:41James Harrison:Who throwing the ball? I got Josh Allen as my quarterback. Oh, look. Yep. But your guys still got to get numbers where they're really at, though, right? No, no, no. I mean, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yes, yes, yes. Okay, so like I said, who throwing them the ball so that you can get the numbers for Austin and Concepcion? That might have been a mistake. Right now, right now, they're not my starting. Right now, they're not my starting receivers. though. That's what I'm saying. I got them on the squad, but they haven't started yet. So who are your starters, Joe? Who are my starting receivers? Yeah. Jackson, Smith, and Jigba?

39:18James Harrison:Can you just take whoever you want? Oh, yeah, yeah. For sure. Because it's a draft. It's 12 teams. So you get to go through. It's literally like the draft. You go 1 through 12, and then it goes back 11 to 1. Then it goes like that, like a snake draft. So you get to pick. While all wide receivers, all the running backs. B. John Robinson went number two. Gibbs went number one. Then Jamar Chase went number three. Then Puka. So you want to get running backs, receivers. Those go first. The best ones, they go. So you got to kind of figure out then when you want to get your quarterback. Quarterback kind of goes maybe third round.

39:55James Harrison:Josh Allen was the first quarterback taken. I went and got him because he gets rushing yards, rushing touchdowns, and passing yards. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Why would you draft the receiver first instead of the quarterback? Because quarterbacks, there's a lot of quarterbacks, and quarterbacks all get yards. So no matter what, if you pick Matthew Stafford, he's going to go a little bit later in the draft because all quarterbacks still can throw for 300 yards, three touchdowns. But when you get a receiver that's going to snap a number one receiver, he's getting the ball basically every week, and he's going to ball for you.

40:29James Harrison:And that's why I don't know. Running backs and receivers are the best people to get for fantasy. you can get your quarterback a little bit later. That's just what people have taught me. Okay. I don't... You don't understand. I'm going to have to check that out, man, because I don't understand. I think the chat will understand if they play fantasy. Okay. Jackson Smith and Jigba. What Steelers players you got? I got... See, look. This is... Because, look, the thing is, sometimes when the players that you want... He ain't got no Steelers. He ain't got no Steelers. I do. I do. I do. I got DK Metcalf on one of my leagues, and I got the Steelers defense.

41:14Okay.

41:15James Harrison:Yep. So my receivers are Jackson Smith and Jigba. I got J-Dub from the Lions. Okay. You know what I'm saying? Boom. And Higgins. T. Higgins. You going with Enemy? Listen, Deebo. What is you doing? Sometimes I just, look, I got to go with the best players. He was the least left. T. Higgins is the best. You ain't got, you ain't got. I do have loyalty. No, you don't. But I need. No, you don't, man. Man, I got loyalty. Only thing you got to do, Joe, is stay black and die. That's it. I hear you. That's it, Joe. I told you what my mama said. Huh? I told you what my mama said. That's what my mama said.

42:01Blacks. My mama said, my mama said, my mama said, you got it. My mama said, my mama said, Kamaku suck. Hey, heckle Santa,$5. He said four-year deal at$220 million plus$20K. Huh? $120 million. He said a four-year deal at$120 million plus$20K performance based incentives. We're going to have to go more than that. Oh, he's saying$20 million, I guess. Yeah, yeah. 20 million. Ain't nobody gonna do no 20 million. Make base incentives to make the deal. $35 million deal. Joey Porter Jr., JPJ, has to earn the extra five, it would be five mil. I think he's saying five mil a year. 100 million guaranteed, 30 base.

42:58Hey, listen. I like it. I love the deal.

43:02James Harrison:We ain't nowhere around that. You're saying the same. Man. Yes. What you're saying, I understand. If that was off there, we already know he would have signed that because we know where they wanted to be. We're taking that for sure. Right. 30, 60, 90, 120. Yes. Four for 120 is unbelievable. They would have him for a five-year,$124 million. Good to go. So, PZ signing that. Goodness. We got... I think it's 2L Cal. $5. Said, yo, what's good? Been watching y 'all since day one. Yep. Don't always make the lie, but I be watching. but where do you think the Steelers defense will rank with eight by week 18 by week 18 mm-hmm I can't give you I can tell you where I want them to rank one uh I can give you a better

44:22hypothesis because i'm gonna get some education in the process watching them for four weeks where i where i where i feel like they they they'll they'll be ranked um right now i feel like minimum as a stiller as a organization as the pittsburgh stillers as what the stillers have been known for, and that's the minimum is your top 10. That's a prerequisite for me.

44:59James Harrison:Same for me too. I feel like top five, top 10 is done, but top five, when we talk about the other two defenses, I'm looking at Houston and I'm looking at Denver, and I think that we should be able to, as far as talent-wise, name-based, we should be able to stand up right there with them. So nobody should be able to take advantage of us. They have to earn everything they get. If there's no bust, if there's nobody running scot-free through our defense, then you're going to have to earn everything you get. And I don't know how with TJ, with Cam, with Highsmith, with Herbick, with that D-line and with Houston's defensive line, I don't see like when we go name for name, ball for ball, I like to see us out there consistently playing at a high level.

45:41James Harrison:So I see us in top five when the dudes are out there name-wise, balling. Secondary, Jalen Ramsey, the new corner we got, Sean Dean, and then Jalen Ramsey, and then we got my boy that's playing, Asante Samuel Jr. He's still first-round pick, balling and playing to his level that he's capable of playing at. It could get ugly, but we still got to make sure they still got to go out there and play the game. The same way with the Rams, talking all of this, who on paper, on paper, you want to have it good on paper because obviously you know, you've seen them do it before. You know they have potential to be great.

46:14James Harrison:So you obviously need to have it on paper, but they got to show it to you like do it throughout the season. So on paper, five, top five, for sure, but you got to come, you got to show it. I would, on a realistic tip, I guess I would say just from what I've seen, as long as we can calm down or be more consistent on not letting big plays get through, rather it be runs or passes. I'm feeling our worst case should be maybe a seven. I'm feeling best case, three. Yeah. Three. You make a good point. it's run defense and big explosive plays on offense i mean on in the past game like just don't let burst don't be having those wide open gaps it's so just win like every single play it's no like oh because the thing is sometimes we can't tell it's not bad it's one person getting beat on this play then the next play somebody else gets beat it's the consistency of just doing your job staying in your gap you know i'm saying then it'd be two yard gains one yard gains you know what I'm saying?

47:40James Harrison:Like, just that is what it is. Don't let some gap be busting wide open. Everybody gaps being in control of your stuff. Yeah, you can't get pushed off the ball. You can't get pushed around. You can't get stuck on blocks. You have to be able to work off your block, make the play. If you double, you got to hold that double. You can't get pushed back. You can't let them rub double up to stuff. And then if they do double, we got to get them linebackers coming down to get off that double as fast as they can so he can get singled up, you get singled up, and y 'all both get gapped out. Yep. Yeah, I'm hopeful.

48:22James Harrison:We know we're hopeful. But Debo, you know, we know you got to see it. We know what we're hopeful. We know what we want to see. But then you got to go do it. So we can't just be like, okay, yeah, I know we're looking for it. Can't be letting people do this. But that's the thing. When we're watching these games, we're looking for what's going on, not just what the hell going on. It's like, no, no, no. We got to watch and see who the hell's getting beat. Why is this going on? Do you know what I'm saying? Right. Right. And you got to, yeah, you got to sit. Well, see, we got a better understanding of what's going on.

48:55You're like, yo, that's either this or that. I don't know which one, but it's this or that.

48:59James Harrison:Yes, and I think that's being able to be a critique, and it's not like we're just bashing. When you know, because you played the position, you know where you should be on certain spots. Is this your, are you peeking? Are you doing the wrong things? Like, those are individual things where it's discipline, where you can just literally say, you're not talking trash. You're like this, I've been where you are at. You need to not be in here peeking and letting the man get on the outside. That's why he ran for 20 fucking yards. I'm not talking trash. I'm just telling you what it is. It's like, that's not okay.

49:30Do your job and then help your partner. Don't sit there being nosy trying to make a play that ain't yours before it's time for you to try and make that play after he has already got past where he can get back to you. You out here peekabooing. No, ain't no peekaboo, man. That's the worst thing in the world. When you peekaboo as a D lineman, you're killing your linebacker. You're killing it.

49:57James Harrison:Whichever way you go, go decisive. Go some way so I know I can make you right. Yes, even if you go wrong, go wrong 100%. Go wrong fast. So then I know I got to correct you here instantly. So you got, you shuffling. Now I'm shuffling. Now both of us looking crazy. Yeah, yeah, facts. Facts, bro. Look here, baby. We got football tomorrow. We got football Thursday. Yeah. Okay? Look here. We got Debo and Joe Friday. Yes. And, and, and, listen. You better be here. You better be here. You better do what you need to do. Because Friday, Friday going to be giving away two sets of two tickets to the Pittsburgh Steelers home opener.

50:51Yes, sir.
