In short

Browns vs Buccaneers recap (Baker Mayfield, Deshaun Watson, key plays, and Browns’ 23-point offensive output), plus league results: Saints upset Ravens, Bengals beat Texans, Chiefs beat Colts in OT, and a “Play of Fade” betting segment for Giants vs Rams (Aaron Donald, Christian “Skeebo” McCaffrey, etc.).

Guests

None. The episode is a two-host sports talk show with “Deebo” and “Joe” (no additional guest names mentioned).

Guest backgrounds

Not applicable (no guests).

Key claims

Browns’ offense executed better in the second half; Watson’s performance was “starting QB” level (24/30, 238 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT) with no turnovers; some offensive issues were play-calling/checkdowns and protection/holding rather than Watson. Ravens “laid an egg” in the 4th quarter vs Saints. Chiefs’ offense is thriving with Kenneth Walker’s production; Colts lost in OT. Bengals’ defense “bend but don’t break” while Burrow was heavily sacked.

Notable examples

Browns’ 55-yard TD strike; multiple “bang eight”/back-shoulder completions; a dropped potential TD on special teams; Ravens giving up 25 plays in the 4th; Saints scoring 15 in the 4th; Chiefs OT win 33-30 with Walker 117 rush/61 rec; Bengals win 20-6 with Burrow 207 passing and 5 sacks.

2:27Anyway, I think your boy Tampa, I think they went on ahead. What was it, third and five? They picked up. I got a hot 12 on y 'all. Got to a first down, holding call. In the next play, your boy, he was Baker, was sacked. Y 'all punted the ball. Okay, so now, y 'all got the ball back. Yeah. Fourth and one. So, go ahead.

2:50That was offensive line. We got stuff. Mm. It didn't even matter. Y 'all would have been better off jumping off sides. Like y 'all did the other time. You know what I mean? Y 'all tried it. You tried to turn it over down. That's just no push. That's just no push. It is what it is. We're making so crazy. Your defense came out there and they held them, but hey, it didn't matter. They ain't have to go nowhere. They ain't really have to go too far. I know. Hey. Sudden change. They don't go 6 '9". 9-6 going into halftime. Who up? Tampa. Tampa. Tampa up 9-6. Uh-huh. Second half, Tampa come out there.

3:33Hey, and they go 65 yards for a touchdown in just under five minutes. That is second's job. Hey, first down, bigger hit that man, Goodwin, for 24. And then Irvin said, give me the watch. Let me get 14 on you. They ain't got no. He went and did that thing on him. Yep. The manager said, let me convert this third and one sneak on y 'all. What was y 'all doing? Did y 'all think he was going to do that? Why y 'all got so far back? And then the next third down, he scrambled for another first. Stiff on my man, Hickman. That was a good play by Baker. We got to make that tackle. Hickman right here, we got to make that tackle on third.

4:12And then when we get Baker in the backfield on the crosser, when he threw the touchdown, you got him in your grasp. So Hickman, you got to just make the play. We were in position. Make the play. Tackle him. Hey, did they score a touchdown? Yeah, they did. They did. So what was the score? 16-6. 16-6, Joe. And this is when offense at the beginning, none of that stuff. They moved the ball. They went off the beat. They did what they had to do. They kept the ball and, you know, manageable downs and all that. You know, it was third and short. You know, your boy Watson, he took and converted that thing.

4:52Hey, listen. You be sweet, run. Safety. Back shoulder. With the man jumping on his face. That was a good 15 right there on that back shoulder now. Dot. Yes. Back shoulder face. That second five, KC, what was it, for nine? Yes. Watching the bond. Watching the bond for 10. Yes. Followed by KC for another six? Yes. Then KC got fired on. And then he tried KC again, got fired on. He got fired on, Joe. He got fired on. He got fired on. But then, his stats, Deshaun Watson's stats could have even been better. Because this third and sixth was a... That was a nice pass. That was a dot. That was a nice pass.

5:29That was a dot. I ain't going to lie, Joe. I thought that was tough. I ain't going to lie. It would have been if you held on to it, but it wasn't. If it was the fifth, we all be drunk, but I'm sitting here drinking coffee. You're right. Nine. I'm just saying. I ain't going to lie. The man Deshaun Watson, that entire drive from this point forward, after halftime, He wasn't playing bad in the first half. You know what I'm saying? He was just a little dink and dunk. He only had two incompletions. Second half, he balled. He balled out. Straight up. He balled. You know, anyway, y 'all still down. It's 9-16.

6:0016-9. Oh, did you think we was going to lose? Did you think we was going to lose him at 16-9? Did you see Gamewell get fired on right there on that kickoff? Yes. Oh, man. Oh, my goodness. Yes. That was, yeah. Anyway, your boy Baker, he come out there. There was the auto for 13 over there. Yeah, man. Hot and low. After the reversal. They were there. Daniel Brown's defense. All that stuff happens. They didn't really stand up. All that happens, all that happens, then they have to punt. They got, yeah, yeah. Yeah, they got it. All right. Let me, let me, let me get them. Get it back to us. Get it back to Deshaun.

6:34And then the Cleveland Browns come out there and they answer like big dogs. Not the pound puppies that they've been. Dump it down. Get it down to Fannin. Drops it to Fannin for about 13. Get them off. Then second down. It's a face mask on Tampa that gives Cleveland a first down. And then Watson, his Boston. Bang eight in the zone right behind the back. Y 'all let this man break three tackles to go 58 yards, Tampa. You little ass boys. I have reservations. I have reservations. I got reservations at Hyde Park. I got reservations. 55-yard TD strike. 55-yard. They go ahead, try the thing go 16-16.

7:23And Tampa gets out there, Joe. And the Browns defense, they actually do what they're supposed to do. Three and out. Stab. Punt the ball back. Hey, y 'all got the ball. And y 'all went one more play and punted it back to them, Joe. I ain't going to lie. That wasn't a bad pass by my man Watson to Judy over here. He just came off a little slip. So, you know, that kind of got our drive going. Didn't get our drive going off to the best. Punt. Okay, D-Bo, we punted it. Time to get out there. Hey, second down. Baker Mayfield to Godwin 14. Then Baker hits Johnson for 49. And he slipped on it. He said, uh, uh.

8:14He said, uh. Lucky, get all that, all that, all that for what? He get it to Cleveland 21. I don't know what you're talking about, Joe. Lucky he don't get picked up. And then he messed up a couple places here and there because y 'all ain't really do nothing. But anyway, it was a huge hold. I ain't going to lie to you. Y 'all defense, y 'all held him. Y 'all held him. Big giant hold. I ain't going to lie to you because that made him have to settle for field goal. My outside almost got another pick in the end zone. Field goal. 19-16. Yeah, he missed that. He could have, on that third down, he could have really shut it down.

8:44But, hey, he tried the most. I was looking for some misery. Incomplete. Incomplete. Incomplete. They kick the field goal. They go up 16-19, Joe. Yep. Cleveland comes out, and they work their way down. I think it was, what, maybe six minutes, 12 plays, 68 yards. Unless you, because we guess. Staying ahead of the change, Joe. I was looking like a team that I wasn't used to seeing, Joe. Yes, sir. Watson worked his hand and his legs, Joe. Yes, sir. Third and one, that man got up out of a sack. I don't know how he got out that sack, bro. Soon as he came off the boot, right in his face. Like, soon as he turned around, Buddy was there.

9:29Yang, Yang, get out of here. Where's Fanny? Dumb. I'm like, yes. But before that one, third and three with six minutes and 45 seconds left. It's Boston on the speed out to the top of the screen. Come on, man. Listen, man. White Hart gone ahead. He hit him coming across the top. He hit the tight end, White Hart. Ego for 17. The Tutty, 23 to 19. Cleveland. Great play call. Great play call. But you know what y 'all do? I thought your special teams was about to sail. They went on hit. Oh, my God. Returned to the 45-yard line. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I was sitting there getting. I was sitting there getting, Joe.

10:10I know you was. I know you was. All good. Defense got lucky, though. Defense stood. It was in his hands, but that was good defense. It was raining out there. It was in elements. It was all good. But guess what? He dropped it. Hey, that was in his hands, brother. That was a touchdown. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That was a touchdown. No, it wasn't, Debo, because they didn't score. they still got 19 right now so that boy did not score anyway man Baker scrambled because he was getting rushed on the third the fourth was incomplete he was open there too if Baker had got it to him he might have got that one too yeah Lorette if it was the fifth that's what you hit me with if it was a fifth we all be drunk game over game time my goodness and y 'all boys down one Joe I'm gonna keep it 100 with you man I'm gonna keep it 100 with you Watson Watson did his thing, man.

11:07Yes, he did. So I'm just trying to figure out what y 'all media and fans go say now. Because your boy Watson, he was the leading rusher. He had 22 yards. That ain't saying a lot. But he also went, was it 24 or 30 for a 238 yard, two touchdowns, 121.9 passer rating. And Boyd Junkins was 5-5 from him. Boston went 5 for 95. Fannin went five of 54, and KC Consampion was six of six every ball he got in his hand. I can give credit, Joe, where credit is due, okay? Thank you. I see, hey, but I don't know if y 'all media and fans are going to be doing that same thing today, Joe, because before the game, they had that man cut.

11:54They had a reevaluation process going on, Joe. They were saying, yo, this is his last game. Y 'all fan base, I don't know, Joe. I think they just go hate anyway. Matter of fact, I think half of them is hating, Joe. No, no, no. I will be the first one to say Deshaun. Who me, no? Your fan base, Joe. I said your fan base, Joe. The fan base? That man can't play well enough to get no favor over there, Joe. Y 'all fans, y 'all just don't like the man. I don't know why y 'all don't like the man, Joe. I don't, this is the true fans. The real fans, the real fans, the one thing we want is to win football games.

12:32That's the one thing that we want. That's the one thing that everybody wants as a true Cleveland Browns fan. We want to see good football and we want to see our team win. When I said, and when Deshaun Watson came out there and said that we want five touchdowns and 400 yards, no. I said 250 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions. And you did exactly what I asked you to do. 250 yards, two touchdowns, no interceptions. You started off the beginning of the game. Some of it is play calling. Like, it was a lot of check downs. Listen, listen, let me talk. No play calling was a dismal. You were seven for nine in the first half where you had a bunch of check downs.

13:11You know what I'm saying? Like, we didn't get to open it up to offense as much. And in the second half, when we needed you to start performing and making those throws, those out routes, those dig routes, the bang eight, the fade ball that you had to Boston, you only had, you went 24 for 30. Only six incompletions. I only saw two passes where you would scramble out of the pocket limit, threw it to the ground. But I'm like, maybe it was covered. Somebody was there. There weren't really, there weren't ground balls. There was a lot of pressure on you sometimes because the line was missing some blocks.

13:43People might not have been doing nothing. But sacks, no, you were getting rid of the ball. You would get into people's hands quickly. Sometimes Fannin, he dropped one. There were a couple of drops that you had, and you only had six incompletions and zero turnovers. Like, that's all that we asked. When we had the first half, we only had six points. But I'm like, Sean, none of this stuff is on your back. Some of the drives we haven't, like, we start behind the sticks. We get a holding call. So now we got to check it down. Okay, boom, play calling. Live with that. Let's go. Let's not do nothing dumb.

14:14Let's not hurt ourselves. Let's keep us in the fight. Let's keep letting our defense go out there, make some plays, you know what I'm saying, battle, get some turnovers. So it looked like good football. That's all that I want. And that's all that I hope that the Cleveland Browns want is to see him go out there and execute, do what he has to do. So when we had like the offensive line, some of the calls that didn't happen, like when the line was not on the line of scrimmage to tackle, I'm like, that's not on Deshaun Watson. You have to get your butt on the line of scrimmage. When he got smacked, the running back, he set the protection.

14:48He's getting blitzed. He come to get sacked. He's looking at the running back. Running back knows I got to come across, and that's my block that I got to make. So I'm looking at some of these things. I'm like, that's not Deshaun's fault. Right there, that running back needs to do better. On this play, okay, there's no problem. He's getting bull rushed, and he just got, okay, right tackle. Get a base. You know what I'm saying? Like, Deshaun had six incompletions, 24 for 30, 238 yards. If Boston would have caught that pass, he would have 250, 260 yards with three touchdowns, zero interceptions. That's a starting quarterback performance.

15:20We can grow from that. We can build from that. Offense, look at the tape. Block a little better. we just have some more drives going consistently it's looking good, we scored 23 points, smooth, we could have been more, 30 if we catch that touchdown pass and I'm out, 30 points for the Browns offense, I'm geeked Have your kids ever wanted to try an Olympic and Paralympic sport? They went on, what was better? Between the 34 for 82 yards. 1 ,000%. 1 ,000%. People weren't running scot-free. People weren't running scot-free. People in their time. My boy, Miles Harden, when we say he was playing a lot of short to deep, they were getting the ball over his head in that zone.

18:43He dropping back. Keep dropping back. Nothing's coming. Hit him right in the face. Jump up, get a pick. So a lot of this stuff is like, dude, we were saying when our last game. I got a rush problem too now, Joe. Oh, for sure. The defense got a rush. Rush, rush, rush, rush. 137 yards, 5-5 a carry. No pressure. Okay, for sure, Debo. We can definitely do better on defense the same way that we can knock out those explosives for the Steelers, the same way I can look at the Browns and say, okay, boom, we can definitely do better. They scored 19 points. Let's keep them out of the end zone. So I'm just looking at, when I'm looking at the tape, I'm saying big improvement, defense, everybody, communication.

19:22Y 'all had Baker Mayfield looking strapped up. I love it. Baker got that money. I don't know what's going down. I ain't going to lie to you. He got that money on. Anyway, man, I'm going to tell you, but your coach, he was feeling this up, man. He had something to say after the game, man. Listen to this, man. He had this to say. I don't know who you're talking to. Browns are going to pass. Fuck that. okay so the guys took that to heart thank you and he's still trying to leave what did he say play that again and he's still trying to leave thank you Browns are going to Browns fuck that okay so the guys took that to heart thank you damn that's how y 'all feel over there I ain't going to lie man Hey, listen, y 'all feeling good over there.

20:14I don't know how many fans going to be really feeling this good. You know what I'm saying? I don't know who going to be celebrating when they get caught into the stadium this week. You know what I'm saying? I really don't know. But y 'all do have fans over there that's singing it from the mountains, Joe. Listen to this, Joe. They sing it. What do you got? Tell it on the mountains. Over the hills and everywhere. Yes, go. Tell it on the mountains. The Cleveland Browns have won. Oh.

20:44D-Bo, hey D-Bo, D-Bo, get it off the... D-Bo, D-Bo, tell it on the mountains, over the hills and everywhere, tell it on the mountains, the Cleveland Browns has won. D-Bo, and Jesus Christ is Lord, D-Bo. D - Lord, Lord, Lord. D-You're wild. You're a wild man for that. I ain't do that, Joe. Yes, you did. I did not. You think I called him and made him do that? I can't do that, Joe. Debo, I was wondering what you was asking. Y 'all got that thing for me when I was doing the morning meeting. My good man talking about. So, y 'all got that thing for me? Uh-huh. Listen, Joe, listen. I was just asking, man.

21:29Listen, man. Anyway, man, let's jump on over here and get through a couple more of these things, man. The Ravens got defeated by the Saints. Now, look here. The Ravens defense, I'm telling you, I appreciate y 'all because Misery Love Company. I needed some company, okay? The Ravens gave me the company I needed yesterday, okay? Y 'all went out there and laid an egg in the fourth quarter, okay? Y 'all laid an egg. Egg knock. Double egg, okay? Them boys let them run 25 plays, bro, in the fourth quarter alone, okay? The first five was nine plays. It went 68 yards for a touchdown and a two-point conversion.

22:09And here's the crazy thing, Joe. They stopped him on the first one, but it was a hold, and that's the only reason they stopped him, okay? Then the offense went out there and went three and out. And then you know what happened? Saints came back out there, brother. On the second drive, 16 plays. Sorry, 16 plays, 68 yards, and another touchdown, making it 15 points in the fourth quarter. Stop something. They only gave up nine the whole first three quarters, Joe. Oh, we got to check on Butter. They had the ball. Butter. We got to check on Butter. Hey, man, somebody check on Butter. Make sure he ain't did nothing crazy.

22:43He ain't went and did nothing. Because we love company. You know what I'm saying? To make sure he's still of this earth with us. You know what I'm saying? Y 'all just go ahead and check on him. They boys held that ball for almost 12 minutes in the fourth quarter, Joe. Yeah. Hey. Then your boy Lamar. Hey, Butter, your boy Lamar went out there and finished it off. He said, here, y 'all take this interception. Yeah. When they threw the money. Hey, Debo, I ain't going to lie to you, though. Hey, did you think he scored? Did I think he scored? It didn't matter if he scored or not. It was a face mask.

23:13That would have gave him another full time. That was the most egregious face mask I've ever seen. I ain't never seen nothing like that. I think his whole face, that's when you get held. Tell me. You get real scars on your face. Yes. For sure. Yeah. That man, he got to get adjusted today. Oh, yeah. For sure. He got to get adjusted today. It don't matter if it was a touchdown or not. They would have had four more downs right there. It don't matter. It's other people's problems. Shouldn't have been that situation. I'm so happy for y 'all that y 'all can join this elite club. I don't understand why you don't give Derrick Henry the ball, okay?

23:50The man only had five carries in the second half of the game, and the Ravens was leading 14-3 then at halftime. Why Derrick Henry didn't get 30 more carries in the second half? I don't know. I don't know, Joe. That doesn't seem like a smart thing to do, Debo. Hey, listen. Just make sure y 'all keep that same injury, that same foolishness, that same debauchery when y 'all come on around and start playing the black and gold. Don't try and get smart and get wise and do something like the Browns did and actually play like y 'all got some sense. Go out there and ball out. Don't do that. We need them to forget they have the biggest running back in the league.

24:28Don't do that. And on top of that, you know who else? Oh, the Bengals won. Damn it. The Bengals defeated the Texans 20-6. And Joe Burrow only threw for 207. He only threw for 207, though. Jamar Chase is crazy, though. Did you see that catch? Bro, how do you do that? Yeah, that's what I'm saying. That man is a – that's talent. that man is bold I don't know I don't know about the defense no more over there in Houston man I don't know CJ CJ had 353 oh but he had no touchdown 353 no touchdown no touchdown oh he was sacked four times too on top of that they was 0 for 4 in the red zone that means no touchdowns 5 for 17 on third down only 60 yards rushing and they got stopped on a fourth down at the Bengals 18 yard line what the defense doing over there I don't know see all I know we gonna have to numbers over here Joe hell Burrow was sacked five times what hey how you get sacked five times and Joe Burrow said this after the game man here listen to this man he said he got that 2001 2021 vibe in Cincinnati with five sacks Yeah, you know, it feels like early on in 2021 when, you know, you're trying to, you know, we got we got a really good defense and try to stay in front of the sticks, not turn the ball over, kick field goals.

26:04You know, you put points on the board, we're going to win with our defense. Hey, hey, listen, I understand what you're saying, because they ain't they ain't let no points go up on the board like that. I know that because, you know, but 353 yards, though, that ain't, you know, ain't, I don't know about that. That's, you know, just keeping points off the board. But at some point, you know, you keep bending that thing. It gets weaker and weaker as you keep bending and it's going to break. Yeah. I like that bend but not break. We don't like that either, for sure. And the thing is, though, it's early in the season.

26:36So we can still be able to build, knock out the stuff. Just the MAs. if they're just getting blown out by people just beating them when they're in the spots. Because we've seen all of the—it's 80 plays, and now we'll just eliminate these damn busts, and we'll be good to go. But the Bengals, I think with Joe Burrow on—listen, they got to protect them. It's a long season, Debo. When they got Joe Burrow out there, he's still getting sacked five times. I saw them hitting him, driving him into the ground. It's just a long season. So if he can stay up, they can keep him upright. That's the only thing.

27:14Health. Their offense is good. Defense is looking like they're playing better. But like we said, it's a very long season. And it doesn't look like they're protecting him too much better. He's still getting hit at the same rate. And watching the games, it doesn't just look like he's standing there flowing. So we'll see. We'll see. Let your defense keep performing. Let's see what you're going to do, Joe. Yeah, we'll see what you're going to do, man. Let's jump on over here and see what these Colts did over here. These Colts ended up getting beaten in overtime. The Chiefs beat the Colts. 33 to 30 in overtime.

27:43Your boy Patrick Mahomes. Walker and Holmes went out there and did the thing again. That boy Walker, he went for 117 rushing. He had another 61 on the ground. Oh, sorry. Another 61 receiving. He had 100 and what was that? 178 total. Man, look here, man. That man, what was that? Two-week total? Yep. At 191 the week before, total yards. 179 this week, total yard. That boy got an average. 185 yards a game. Walker is the only player in the last 40 seasons with 175 plus scrimmage yards in each of his team's first two games of the season, brother. Look here. Holmes went and got 32 for 382. Three touchdowns, 114 pass rating.

28:33And the boy Kelsey was part of that nine for 101 in a tutty. Them boys had 523 yards of offense. The Chiefs did. Joe. Yeah. Joe, what's going on over here with the Colts, though? With the Colts? I mean, look, they still, at the end of the day, 30 points is 30 points. Jonathan Taylor was out there balling. He did his thing. But my thing is when I'm looking at the Chiefs is you have Patrick Mahomes, you have Coach Andy Reid, you have Travis Kelsey, you got Worthy, you got Rice. And if you have a healthy Kenneth Walker, a running back that's able to, at the end of the day, with the Chiefs, I love Pat, love the offense.

29:24if you've been able to just hand the ball off like this and be able to take so much stress off Patrick Mahomes, well, you know when it's time, he's going to be able to do it. He can drive you down the field. Coaches, the play calling, the scheme is good. So I'm just looking at it. If you have Kenneth Walker running at this type of level, then the Chiefs are definitely looking good on offense. Yeah, for sure. But I guess this loss actually pushed Daniel Jones' record in primetime games to 1-16 in his career, dude. Under 6 % win percentage. Coach, 7-2. Dude, when... Yeah, that's tough. Yeah. That's tough.

30:04They're at 1-11 since then, bro. They traded sauce. They were 7-2. Since then, they've been... They've been 1-11. Look here, bro. I ain't tripping. But it ain't really much you can do over there. Because they didn't... The Chiefs, bro, they didn't find out what they needed to go ahead and get them over the top. They got a real game now. They got a monster over there. He could do both. That boy's shifty too, bro. Yes. He could do like, I don't even know what it was, a jump step, cut back, bounce back forward, and still, like he should have lost two, got three. Mm-hmm. I don't know. Bro, I don't know what he doing over there.

30:39I'm looking at that. I'm like, if I got to adjust to that, I think I might pop something. You know what I'm saying? Nah, he running hard out there, bro. For sure, for sure. Joe. What's up, coach? You know what it's time for. It's time for Play of Fade, presented by PrizePill.

31:07All right, Joe, you know how it works, man. You go play or you go fade that thing, man. We got the Giants at the Rams tonight. Aaron Donald is back, okay? But in that process, I have Aaron Donald less than him. .25 sack. Okay. I have skeebo. More. And scataboo. Russian attempts. Okay, definitely. I got more than 52.5 yards rushing. I have him more there too. Joe, are you going to play or fade this? Go ahead, run the list. Tell me what you're going to do. With ADs, mine under.25, I don't know if he's going to get a sack. Like, after, just... They ain't doubling him, bro. They ain't doubling him.

31:57Doubling him is going to be so many eyes on him. I don't know how many plays he's going to play. So maybe even with opportunities, eyes, I don't know. I think that's a good bet. Can't scatter boo? Yes. He's... The man is a wild bull. So I'm going to give him the ball a lot of times. He's running in that thing ridiculous. And if 52 yards, yes, I got him for 13, at least 15 carries. That's what I was thinking. 15, 16, 75 yards. Yeah, that's where I'm at with it. Look here. My boy is going to play with me and run this. Now, look here now. Download the app today and use the code DEBOJO to get$150 instantly in lineups if you win your first$5 lineup.

What she say, bro? No, she's just going crazy, man. Too much wordplay is bad. Me saying what I'm saying to sound bad, man. Trash pickup is Wednesday. I expect all y 'all to be at the curve waiting. Congratulations, Joe. Yo, man, she tripping. Hey, I ain't gonna lie.

33:37You ain't tripping, but you could have said it a little differently. That's wrong. She just said congratulations. Was it a congratulations to the Browns, though? For real? I guess congrats, Joe. That's for you. Okay. Thank you. Thank you, Covenant. Covenant, she's back again, Joe. Real person. She said, Roger's out looking froze like Mitch McConnell. Stop it. That man got health issues. Meanwhile, Tomlin on Sunday Night Football saying, I have no words. Defense, I love you. offense, y 'all made us look like we shouldn't have even been in the league. No adjustments after halftime.

34:22Hey, man. Oh, my goodness. People's watching the games, man. Offense, it is what it is. Bruh, it is what it is, bro. That shit was bad. You got to sit with this. You got to sit with this all week. You have to sit with this for the week. You got to sit with this all week. Come on. Ravens, first week, 50-some points, Derrick Henry, all of y 'all. Next week, you got to be level. Never get too high thinking it's going to be so good. But you got to perform. When we watch, when we say this stuff. Our offense has been doing what they've been doing. Man, yeah, they're going to go. They've been doing that.

34:57We need to change that. Go look, y 'all. Yes. Are your kids bored with the same old sports? Try fencing, the Olympic and Paralympic sport that mixes speed, strategy, and fun. So I'm hoping he's saying what he's seeing what's going on and it just doesn't stay this way. I'm like, he has two weeks. It ain't going to stay this way, man.

38:14I'm sure, I mean, I don't know how long it's going to stay this way. I don't know if that's going to be all season. I don't know how that's going to look. But I know it ain't going to stay this way for long. If your number one is playing, hitting the ball for pass breakups instead of catching it, it's difficult. Damn, Joe. That's reckless. You said that man playing for pass breakups. How you playing for pass breakups as a receiver, Joe? That's what I'm saying. Stop playing, Joe. Because Allis was in there. He done, boom, PBU. I'm like, all right, man. I thought that was your slant. Is that your slant or his slant?

38:51Joe, you reckless, man. You out here reckless, Joe. Hey, man. I ain't going to lie to you, but it's all warranty. You know what I'm saying? Remember, I was on my Browns when they be out there looking. Got to. Cheeks. I got to let them know. Cheeks. All the way. We was cheeks all the way. Man, listen. I don't even want to hear nothing from the offense. I really don't. I just want to see it. I don't want to hear no words. I don't want to hear nothing. Just go out there and show me. Don't say nothing to me. Show me what your performance, your way. Action, speak louder than words. Whoop. somebody ask, please.

39:26Please. Mike, Mike, $100. $5. What up, Mike? B-Boy and Joe. We have to... Who will have a better record at the end of the season? Shit, I don't do anything. Right now? See? Who will have a better record at the end of the season, the Browns or the Steelers? I was always in the mindset that we could do 10. I thought the Steelers, you know what I'm saying, was around 11. eight eight foot around you know we right we've been playing I was thinking like nine and eighty eight for us so we right around we right on schedule one on one if we win one if we might lose one if we can win two in a row then you never know because I'm more of a bi-week guy I gotta see my guys gotta see what we do I gotta see what we perform my expectations aren't too crazy so that's why I can come in every week optimistic you have to see I'm gonna have to see How we do in this upcoming game against Cincinnati.

40:25That's going to tell us. That is going to tell me a lot of what the offense has done, any adjustments they made or any change up there. I don't even know if we can, because we just like some of them, we're just getting whooped. It was a lot of just miscommunication, which is actually kind of positive for me that I can see that it's some miscommunication because that's something we could shore up and get communicated correctly and then get to the person we're supposed to get to so but you just getting whooped on that's something totally different i don't care what we communicate you go communicate that you still getting your ass with get max get a hana shore in there put put we got to try any and everything man we got to do something.

41:14Like, he got six, seven round, we drafted him first. It can't be worse than Iseema, man. He look like he got good stance unless he don't know the plays. Give me something. Give me something. I don't know. That might be something what Mike McCarthy was talking about. You know, he got to condense the playbook. Condense the playbook, make it more simple, get Max in there. Look, Max. Hey, treat it like, hey. Hey, you got buddy right there. If you can do it effectively enough and they can't stop it, it don't matter. Facts. It don't matter. If you know it's coming, you still can't stop it. It don't matter, man.

41:45That's like Tecmo Bowl, man. When you call that blitz and you go ahead and you get in there and you know you got it. But they got Bo Jackson back there and you know you can't tackle him one-on-one. And he just bucked through about three, four yards and still get five yards. You know what I'm saying? Yep. We got S... What is that? Dresden? S Dresden? Why y 'all do this goofy stuff? $10. Appreciate you, brother. Yes, sir. I reckon the Pittsburgh Packers aren't the Steelers. The Pittsburgh Packers aren't the Steelers. Man, listen, man. Get out of here, man. Talking about Mike McCarthy? Man, listen.

42:30Because we got the A-Rod. Listen, we got time. We got time. We got time. I don't know how much time we got, But we got to get something done in this week. We got to get some positive reinforcements with some improved play. And going out there and going ahead and putting something on the bangles, it would be the process of actually making a positive reinforcement to ensuring that we can keep a hold on the North. Because today we're in, we're all in second place. Right now, we're watching the tape of we're making all the adjustments right now, today, on the last game. Tomorrow, we're on. We're on to the next.

43:19We're on to the Bengals. Coming to life, she back again,$10. Coming to Trippin', she said, at this point, don't nobody need to get paid. Boswell, you aren't safe either. Yes, you are on my hit list. At this point, we need a refund on all they just got paid. lazy grown men. You tripping. No. You tripping. Sometimes you get emotional real quick. Listen, sometimes you get whooped on. She over there drinking. That's why she got them three glasses right there. She fired up. She fired up on that. Okay, now Bankroll. Bankroll, you know he got to tighten up too. I think it was red wine or she might be on that Hennessy.

43:59Might be on that brown. She talking crazy right now. She might be on that Cavassier. In the AM. Right in the AM. Bright and early. It ain't, oh, it is after 12, but still bad. Still bad. Look here. We got Bing, Bing Zoy, Bing Zoy 159,$5. Steelers need to figure out the run game and lean into it. The pass is cooked. Rodgers trash, DK trash, pass pro big trash. Bro, all this starts with the offensive line, bro. Yeah. You see. In that process, Rodgers can't get more done than what he's doing. I'm sorry, but if he can't, he ain't got the time. He ain't got the time, brother. Like, you check downs and all that.

44:50Why? I got to get it out of my hand because they about to put them hands on me. Like, DK needs to catch the rock, period. Point blank. We already know that. Hecosante,$5. He said, can't envision our Steelers winning next week. Bengals have a better offense than the Pats. So if they shut our offense down, it'd be worth it. It'd be far worse week three. I think. I don't think the Bengals necessarily have a total better offense than the Pats. I think they got better players and better positions. But if we had all of our players playing, we could nullify a couple of theirs. That's all I'm going to say, Joe.

45:39I hear you. Look here. We got Woof is goaded$5. Said no need for highlights. Joe, Grandma Connie watched it all. you guys think Watson will keep the play up and keep improving, or do you think it's a fluke? What do you think, Joe? I think that it wasn't too crazy. I think a couple of the passes that he hit, like when he was scrambling, was able to get a couple of those passes off, he probably made five legitimate good passes. The rest of them were kind of like check downs, making sure he gets the ball out of his hands pretty quickly. So I think that that level of consistency is good. I think that that is sustainable.

46:30So I just want to see him do it for a sustained period of time. Like game one was not his best. And still, he didn't have too many incompletions, but like protecting the ball, strip sack, stuff like that. So with this game, definitely a move in the right direction. And not like we were bombing the ball all over the place. He threw five passes, probably over 10 yards. Nice passes, though. That's all that we need. We don't need you to do 20 bombs. No, no. Five of them things over 10 yards that are complete on the money, not picked, but giving the receiver a chance to make a play. And then just get the ball into your receiver's hands and let them make some stuff happen.

47:05So with that, it wasn't like he's just running shotgun, everybody fucking free for all. It's like we're still going to have – he's playing smart football. So if he just does that and doesn't turn the rock over, I don't see that being something that he couldn't sustain. I think he can play, too, somewhere around there. But 80 % completion, I don't see that again, bro. Not back-to-back. If he do back-to-back, then I might have to go ahead and change my tune. Because I ain't even a fluke no more. Mike Mike,$100,$2, appreciate it. He said, does Watson still get booed at home, Joe? Bro, if he... Oh, Lord!

47:49If he turned the... That's what I'm saying. The Debo is going to be... You're going to know what the heck is going on by... The Browns are going to let you know if it's good plays. They're not going to boost success. I'll tell you that. If things start getting tricky, if balls are getting thrown in the ground towards people's feet, unnecessary sacks, things like that, it's going to be booed for bad performance. I don't think the Browns will just go out there and boo him if he's completing passes. He throws a bang eight to Denzel Boston and he takes it to the house. They're not booing that. If he throws a bang eight like the one versus the New York Jets on the fifth play and it's a pick, there will be boos then.

48:28Do you know what I'm saying? So I don't think they're just going to be recklessly throwing boos. Dang, dang, dang coming out when they get announced and booing. Oh, shucks. All right, dang. You know what? I'm dependent. Yes, I don't know. That, that, that, that, that, Debo. So initially, you're right. Or initially, my vibe is. I'm talking about the initial, straight out. Starting straight back to Sean Washington. Straight off the gate. How do I feel before? How do they feel before? Yes. Coming off last game, I'm hoping that they're positive. Just quiet. Positive, because that's what, that's what I'm, because the goal is to win the game.

49:03They just give it this. They give them the jump. Or they just say. look, I can't speak for them. I'm going to be like this. Come on, Deshaun. Let's go, baby. Woo! Like, let's go throw some good passes. Let's go make sure it's good. What are they talking about? Yeah. Deshaun Watson started quarterback at Cleveland Browns. Yeah. They go. We're going to see what this is. We're going to see what this is. Man. They keep on you. Hey, we're going to see. That's what they're going to be on. That's what they're going to be on. Covenant Life,$5. She said, Joe, the song was done because it was like Jesus turning water into wine.

49:47A miracle. Next week, back to Browning. Covenant Life,$5. Appreciate the Covenant Life. Appreciate the$5, Covenant. What did you say, Joe? What did you say, Joe? Covenant. I mean, it's a blessing. Nobody expected it. But, you know, that's when we go out there and play the games. So I'll take it. Okay. We got Carlos, is it Averiz? Averiz? Averiza? 7044. Them pesos,$50. Them pesos. That's 50 pesos. Okay, okay. He said there is no O-line. They can protect or can't protect 42 Rodgers, who believes he can. I think it's literally. Yeah. And outrun D-line. All right. He's making the O-line look far worse than it is.

50:40The O-line is terrible, but you can't make them look any worse than that. Only thing you go do is have a quarterback that can run faster and get away from them maybe faster than that. When it comes down to it, if you can't block nobody and your quarterback is running and he's the quarterback and he's supposed to be passing the ball, I don't give a damn who is in there. Your quarterback shouldn't be running. He should be throwing it. That's why he's a quarterback. Shut up, Carlos. Carlos. Carlos, my good man. I'm with you on the one play. Obviously, we got a lot of bootlegs that we run. So those are plays.

51:12The hell with these bootlegs, bro. He has boots that he has to run. They trying to get him out of the pocket to give him more time. I feel you. But I'm telling Carlos, the one play he did when we were in the red zone, and then he tried to scramble out when he was blocking them, and he tried to run around the defensive end and got sacked, that was bad pocket presence for a play. You know what I'm saying? Like that one right there wasn't on the line. That one was on A-Rod. But a lot of the other ones were on them for sure. Covenant Live back again,$10. She said, we as fans need to govern ourselves accordingly because the boos are on cue for the next game if they play like this again.

51:50Time waits for no one. Time is now. Joe, she ain't lying. Huh? She ain't lying. What she said? She's talking about them stillers. She said the boos is on time. They coming for us. Oh. If we play like this again, not y 'all. Y 'all play well. Talking about us. Yes, yes. Not you, y 'all. Obviously. If you don't play good, I mean, you're going to hear boo-bugs. You're going to hear boo-birds. Boo-birds. Because you want to play. When you play, and that's the thing. We're professionals. We understand sometimes when it's coming. If it's bad play, they never boo. good play. If you getting booed, I've never been booed and not known why our team was getting booed.

52:40Hey, Joe, I ain't gonna lie to you, Joe. You ain't never been booed? I don't think I ever been booed. When you was playing for Kent, y 'all ain't never get booed. They knew we was gonna lose. What you talking about? They just came to the game to watch. They ain't had nothing to do. Wow. We went 6-5 my sixth year, boy. That was a win. Okay. That was the first winning season since, like, 87 when we did that. Bruh, listen, bruh, we are drinking school with a football problem. That's what they called us. Okay, okay. Okay. Okay, I got you. I got you. I got you. I got you. Look here, baby. We want to thank you guys for joining us on this episode of Debo and Joe.
