In short

NFL contract/market talk and quarterback rankings. Main focus is how the running back market is shifting upward for “all-purpose” backs, plus a debate over Bleacher Report’s top-10 QB ranking for 2026. They also discuss Larry Fitzgerald’s stance on not “retiring,” and Steelers/Rams/Cleveland takes in super chats.

Guests

No named guests appear in the transcript. The hosts are Deebo and Joe (they reference each other throughout). They also mention Larry Fitzgerald as a subject, not a guest.

Key claims

  • Jahmyr Gibbs’ new 3-year $67.5M deal (with $51M guaranteed) and Jonathan Taylor’s 2-year $44M extension ($39M guaranteed) show the RB position is being valued again.
  • Top RBs earn more because they contribute as runners and receivers, sustain offenses, and produce all-purpose yards/TDs.
  • QB ranking debate: Deebo prefers Matthew Stafford #1, Josh Allen #2, and wants Joe Burrow higher than Justin Herbert; he argues Dak should be lower than the list.

Notable examples

  • Gibbs/receiving impact; comparisons to receiver market ($35–40M/year).
  • Larry Fitzgerald Hall of Fame “no retirement” wording.
  • QB list names: Brock Purdy, Jordan Love, Lamar Jackson, Drake Maye, Joe Burrow, Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbert, Josh Allen, Matthew Stafford, and Dak Prescott.

Your boy, Jameer Gribbs, he came back. He came back yesterday, but I see why he came back. Okay. Alliance and Jameel Griffith, they agreed to a three-year

2:52$67.5 million dollar contract to make him now the highest paid running back in NFL history, including Joe,$51 million in guarantees. On top of that, the Colts and Jonathan Taylor have agreed to a Two-year,$44 million extension with$39 million guaranteed. Joe, they said the running back market was going down. Joe, do you think this right here, this is bringing the position back? Why is the stock rising? What's going on? What do you think? Is it back? Is they popping? What's going down, Joe?

3:36James Harrison:They understand what's going on, Debo. The running back market is getting to where it needs to because they're getting just as much touchdowns and they're receiving the ball too. Like Gibbs, B. John Robinson, those dudes, they're catching the ball and they're running the ball. They scored 30, we got 36 touchdowns for Gibbs. We got 44 touchdowns for Derrick Henry. We got 36 touchdowns for the other back. So like what I'm saying is they understand it with Jonathan Taylor. So teams are realizing when you're going to give them these short-term deals, wide receiver market is$40 million a year. You got Jamar Chase that scored 25 TDs, not knocking Jamar at all.

4:18James Harrison:Great player, averaging around 1 ,700 yards. But when you're looking at the top running backs, all-purpose yards, they're getting around 1 ,500, 1 ,600 rushing, and then not 600, 700 yards receiving also. So they get around 2 ,300 yards all-purpose with 40 touchdowns, 36 touchdowns, that you can get them for$25 million instead of$40 million. So when you're looking at the value that you're being able to get these backs that can— Actually, clock, ground and pound, you know what I'm saying, maintain the clock, and then not take them off the field on third down where you could pass it to them and screens that they can be able to get first downs for you.

4:56James Harrison:So just dollar cents, dollar-wise, when you have a court, these receivers are making$33 million for 1 ,000 yards. Zay Flowers, great receiver, but$35 million a year. When you got B. John Robinson at 22 and you got his eight flowers at 35, I like that B. John Robinson. That's just that's a no brainer as far as money wise goes. So just with the when you get a great running back, when you get these young running backs that are playing to a great level, a high term. So you can get them to these three year contracts to where a 50 million guarantee. Let's see how much longer you can do this. Ball out for these next two years because this is what you've done.

5:33James Harrison:If you can keep doing it, we can be able to get another contract. But it's these three years, nice bread,$25 million, when there's just showing the market of receivers are making$40, like okay ones are making$35. We got to, you know what I'm saying? It makes sense. I'm thinking it's a combination of two things, to be honest with you. I don't think necessarily the running back market as a whole is coming back like that. Because when you look at it, I think your average running back, you know, is what is it? They say two to four million, something like that. But that's also a lot of guys that on those rookie deals, that's your first year deal.

6:16And then guys that make it to that second year deal, because hell, right now they're considering anything, what, 28? They're old now. You have an average between, they say,$5 million and$10 million. And right now, what you're seeing is you're seeing guys hitting that 22 to 25, 22 to 22 and a half range. And that's, like you said, that's your top running backs. And it's guys that can do all three or all four downs or that your offense runs through them. You need them to be able to have success. Your success starts with them. so and like you said when you look at it you got Gibbs you got B. John you got Jonathan Taylor you got Saquon you got McCathrey Henry all that those are guys that either can do it all or the offense runs through them and the success of that offense is built into them being able to run the ball and they can do that so I think that's a that's a combination of it as far as those those top running backs being able to to get that money and again once you look at it like as a as an average across the top guys they're getting paid because they can do it all and the offense runs through them or the offense runs through them or both and that's what I think I think that's what we're looking at I don't think it's necessarily uh coming back I think it's the same thing you know when you look into the wide receiver market yeah you get a guy that's that's one of those dogs yeah you're gonna have to be up there that's just where it's gonna be i think every position is sort of like that except for you know when you look at quarterback position it just that's just that's that that is what it is like if you in that top 15 like 10 maybe that man you're looking at 45 50 million especially now when you got guys close to 60 what is it 60 something 61 something

8:14James Harrison:like that the the thing is debo it's like it's just the discrepancy of it's it's kind of similar in every position where it's like you either like look rico dotto how much better is how much better when we got him making seven and a half you have jalen warren making around four million dollars a year and then you have the the 20s and you have to be like like gibbs with uh the the henrys to make it and then the Jonathan Taylors it's either 22 million to the new but you're trying to get into that or you're with Devin Montgomery you know I'm saying uh seven and a half where you're looking at Rico Dotto where it's like you're either going to be young and hit the market to where now okay you're going to get top of the market or where is my value am I like it's it's a big jump then four and a half seven and a half under 10 million because there's no real like okay no now around 13 for a running back do you know what I'm saying you're either Christian McCaffrey They're either the best of the best, they're free setting the market, or they're like this, we can go get another guy in the draft for sure that hopefully we hit on him for, you know what I'm saying, a million dollars a year.

9:19James Harrison:And he can turn into you to where, oh, this dude, we've been paying a million dollars a year. And he's going to be younger. You know what I'm saying? He's getting that. We owe him back pay. He's worth 22 now. So we can give him a big contract, a little three-year joint to see if he can still perform for these next two years and we can keep it or do something like that. Yeah. Yeah, I'm with you. I think the running back market as a whole is, I mean, it is what it is. But right now they're just like, yo, if all you're doing is running the ball and you're running it, you know, average effective, then you're going to get what that market dictates.

9:54If you're a guy that can do it all and you're doing it at a high level and the offense runs through you, it has to run through you. And the other running backs can't make it run through that offense the way you do. You're going to be up there in that 22 range. and that's not I think that's just what it done came down to um I guess Larry Fitzgerald explains why he won't officially retire he said uh never left the Cardinals ahead of the NFL Hall of Fame game Larry Fitzgerald said that he doesn't feel the need to officially retire he said I remember them talking about retirement killing more people in our country than anything And so that always stuck with me.

10:38And so this got to be a joke. I just don't believe in retirement. I think you're transitioning into different phases, especially as an athlete. You transition into different phases, especially as an athlete. Fitzgerald won't use the word retirement. There's no retirement in sight. And so I don't know. I protest the word more than the action, more than the actual thing. So I just want to acknowledge that.

11:10So he's just saying the word. He don't like the word. Yeah, I just don't like the word. What you think, Debo? Listen, bro, I do not care about the word itself. Words only have as much power as you allow them to have. Like, that's just really what it comes down to. I don't care about the retirement from the NFL. You're retired from the NFL. I'm sorry, brother. You're retired from the NFL as a player. That's just what it is. That don't mean you're going to die. Like, you got a bunch of businesses. You got all this other stuff going on. You got all this other stuff going on. And I believe for you to even get your benefits, I believe you have to actually retire before you can do that.

11:58I don't know. I could be wrong. Like you got to file retirement paperwork or something. I don't know. I don't know. But you may not have to actually go and just be like, I retired. The fact that you're out of it so long, you're in the hall. I don't know. I don't know how that works. But the word itself in the field of a professional athlete playing in the NFL, you're retired, bro. you can not say the word or say the word. I mean, like I said, you give it as much power as you want. But for me, I'm retired from the NFL. I never retired from life. Yeah. If you retire from life and you say, I'm retired, I'm not going to do nothing but sit at home.

12:32Yeah. You're going to sit there. You're going to wither up and you're going to die. And that's just what happens. You're not in motion. You're not, you're not using your body. You're not using your brain. You're not doing anything that's going to help generate and, and, and, and help motivate and move the body and the mind. So I don't know. He must be associating the word of retirement to I'm not doing anything, but you can use the word and still go and do a process that is not actually retirement. Like I'm retired. I've been retired. It's 20, 30 year olds that's retiring, selling businesses, doing all that, but they go on and they doing another business.

13:05They get another business. They sell this, they do that. They do that. They retire from that. They retire from this. Like, don't worry about the word, Fitz. Just go ahead. Say you're retired from the NFL, Live your life. Do what you do. And keep it moving, baby. The word. It only has as much power as you're allowed to have. What do you think, y 'all?

13:24James Harrison:Yeah, man. So first and foremost, I'm going to give Larry Fitzgerald, both of us, Larry Fitzgerald, his flowers on deservingly getting to the Hall of Fame. First ballot. The way that he did it. Coming out of Pitt. Doing it the right way. More tackles than drop passes in his career. The nice hands Larry was always a phrase that we were saying. Nice hands Larry. Because that man was not dropping any passes. He was a model of consistency. So shout out to Larry first and foremost for his career and going to the hall. When you talk about the retiring, I think it's more for sure. It's just a closed chapter of you're not going to be able to play anymore.

14:04James Harrison:So for me and you, the word is like I have to use it because I'm like, I ain't going to be able to go back and play in that game no more. It's passed me on. So I'm going to start doing other ventures. So I am gracefully bowing out retirement because I can't play no more. Like, even if I wanted to, it's just a moving on. So if you don't want to use the exact words, I hear you, Larry, but we ain't playing in the league no more. We ain't going to be able to actually physically be on the squad. There's no more practice jerseys that we're going to be able to put on and lace up the shoes no more. So, like, that's why I'm, if you want to call it retire, I can see what you're saying.

14:37James Harrison:But, like, I'm with you, Debo. Like, I just call retirement as closing the chapter. for me where I'm like, damn, I had so much respect for the game. And Larry, you talk about closing the track, you closed it in a Hall of Fame gold jacket, the best way possible. Like you're talking about wrapping a bow tie on a book. You did it the best way possible. So like you don't have to call a retirement. I'm just looking at it like, I know Larry's done. He's not playing no more. And that man went to a Hall of Fame where exactly he deserves to be because he did it the right way. He played gracefully. He did it.

15:11James Harrison:He led by example. Everything. So that's exactly why nobody's contemplating if you're a first ballot Hall of Famer. If you don't say that you don't want to call it retirement, it is what it is. You're not retirement, but you're walking around with that gold jacket. So I'm saying Larry's not playing no more. He's retired. That's what I think retirement is. Whatever you think retirement is, Larry, you can have it like that because you deserve it. You got a gold jacket on and you did it the way that you wanted to. So for me though, So retirement was, I just know that even if I want to get back into this game that I love so much, the NFL, I cannot because it's moved on past me and it is what it is.

15:47James Harrison:So for what I did now, I can go back finally and look at my stuff and be like, you know what, Joe, you actually did. I actually finally closed the book and look at the games and look at the highlights and be like, yeah, boy, y 'all, hold on. That Tom Brady pick, actually now I wasn't really able to be like this in the moment. After the game, people are like, oh, Joe, man, you won the game for us. And you go to dinner and people in Pittsburgh are so, so happy. Like, man, Joe, I can't, like, come on. I'm like, man, like, I'm just doing my job. Saturday, August 22nd in Tampa. 19:07James Harrison:Healthcare just got less painful. There was a couple places. I missed the tackle in the joint. Like, we're still going to watch the game where I could have did better. Like, I was just thinking, like, that game was good, but that wasn't the best game I played. Like, that play was dope. You know what I'm saying? But now, after you finally close that chapter of retirement, for me, I'm like this, ah, I was nice. So, looking at your highlights, being able to literally look at your stuff and be like, okay, now I can move on and be like, boom. Because the dudes now, when Jamar Chase, when I was out there, when I was playing for the Steelers, and I was in two-man, and I was in trail, and he hit me, and I knew he was running the seven route.

19:42James Harrison:and I couldn't get there. I knew it was coming. I was like, and I was like, and he ran. He caught that joint and almost turned up field and I just had to push him out of bounds. I was like, oh my God. Okay, Jamar Chase is nice. I'm into man. The safety's over top and he squeezed that. That's my play. I couldn't get there. Come on, man. These dudes are leaving me a little bit. So just with me, like being able to retire, close the book, that's kind of how it was. But Larry, shout out to you, coach. Yeah, bro. I ain't going to even lie to you. Like, I think in my mind that, as you said, the retirement, I think I didn't shut the door probably until like two years ago, to be honest with you, bro.

20:25Like, in my head where I was like, yo, I could still do it. If I really wanted to, I could still do it. Honestly, probably until last year, to be honest with you. Because I've been looking over the last year and I'll catch some of my kids and be like this or that. And I look and I'm like, damn. I'm like, I was a dog. I'm like, I did that? You know, I'm like, ooh, wee. And now I'm looking and I'm like thinking about like trying to do that. I'm like, oh, yeah, I'm about to tear everything up. If I even try and do that right now, that ain't even going to happen. I don't even know. I don't even know if I could get off that block, let alone two of them.

20:55Like, mm-mm, that's not happening. And like I said, just looking at it, I'm like, damn, I guess I was pretty good. I'm like, damn.

21:03James Harrison:Bro, D-Bow. You know what I'm saying? Yes. You was actually doing all that stuff. And it was like, because we were just playing out there. you're moving, you're hitting. Just doing that is just what you were born to do. You don't know nothing different. How you do that? I don't know. That's just what I do. Like, it's just like, Joe, why are you so? You got A, B by yourself with no safety. I'm like, it's because I believe that I can really press him. And if I get my hands on him, like, we're fast, the same speed. I know what's going on. Like, I believe in myself. I think I'm good. Coach, are we going to roll this?

21:34James Harrison:I'm like, Joe, you're tripping. I'm like, no. But right now, looking at it after I retire, and with my hip, like you saying, I'm like this. No, I was bugging. If I was a person talking to myself like this, no, you can't do that. But corners in the league, Sertan, Lil Peasy, you can't tell Lil Peasy. He'll be over there by himself with Jamar Chase. Give me that. He wants that. And he believes that he can do it. And with the tape and his athleticism and studying stuff, dudes that are out there can really make it happen. So it's like I know I'm not amongst them anymore. I was. You know what I'm saying?

22:08James Harrison:I was there. I was. I'm a little scared. You might run right by me. Tell you, boy, CT, I ain't steal nothing. Tell him I took it. Huh? I ain't steal no Super Bowl from Larry. Your boy CT over here in the chat talking about I stole a Super Bowl from Larry. I ain't steal it. I took it. You took it. I made it mine. You did that. You understand that? I don't steal shit. You did that. I take it. Make it mine. You understand? That's what you do, D-Bo. Stop playing with me. Joe, I was looking at this thing. My son said to me, he's like, yo, look at this right here. It said, Vintage James here, he was a dog.

22:44I'm looking at it. I'm like, ooh, damn, that's two blocks. And still made the tackle for a loss. I'm like, what they waiting on, Joe? What they waiting on? I'm like, oh my. Look here, man. Bleacher Report ranked the top 10 quarterbacks in the NFL for 2026. Now, we're going to start from 10 down. They said pro bowl caliber grades. 89 to 95 you have 10 brock purdy 9 jordan love 8 dac 7 lamar jackson 6 drake may now you got all pro ability grades they consider that 93 to 90 joe burrell at a 90 patrick mahomes 91. Herbert 91. Allen 92. Matthew Stafford 93. Yo. Yes. Would you move any of this? Would you move anybody around?

23:49I

23:50James Harrison:like number one. For number one. Okay. I think Matthew Stafford, I don't care how old he is. With his consistency, he's throwing the no looks. He's throwing it on time. He's throwing the ball where it needs to be. And MVP caliber. So his numbers, I don't care what his age is, his ball, he throws the perfect spirals. He's on point. I like Matthew Stafford. Josh Allen at two. Cool.

24:22James Harrison:Justin Herbert at three. I think Justin Herbert has great... They're looking at the skill set. He has the skill set. He has the arm. But with the line, he keeps getting hit. They don't give him no time. They're looking at if he had time and his weapons were out there, just as far as a quarterback, he has all the attributes to be a great quarterback. You're saying that they like Herbert better than they would Burrell, giving them both all the assets they need. Say that one more time. I said, would you like Justin Herbert better than you would like Joe Burrell, given all the assets that they need?

24:59James Harrison:no I think Joe Burrow's a better quarterback than Justin Herbert I'm going Joe Burrow over Herbert for sure yeah I would have to I would I would have to move that now this Patrick Mahomes thing I'm still like I'm still moving Herbert a little bit more like it's just it's really it's what have you done for me lately and at the end of the day Patrick Mahomes he's been playing he's a great quarterback still too, but the numbers, he haven't been to the top of the top. He has been like throwing all of that, like a backyard ball really hasn't been working as much as it has before. And with the receivers, they hasn't had really too much top receivers.

25:37James Harrison:Rice was out. My man, Trav is getting a little older, you know what I'm saying? So they got to figure something out. So I'm with Pat, but they need to start working back more on timing, getting that running game right so he doesn't have to be Superman all the time. Because sometimes when he's out there scrambling, doing that a little bit too much, it hasn't been working out the way that it was before. Yeah, I think I would go... I'm cool with... I guess I'm cool with one and two. I would go Burl three. I stay with Holmes where he at and I move... I ain't gonna lie to you. I'm a big fan. I like Dak too.

26:14I was gonna tell you Dak is too high.

26:17James Harrison:Dak is nice. Dak should be way lower than that. Dak is Dak's numbers. If they get a defense out there, the Cowboys offense, he'd be putting up numbers. I would actually give Dak to five, and I'd put Herbert at the six. So I'd move everybody down. I'd flip Burrell. I'd put him to the three, leave Mahomes at the four, get Dak to five, and bump Herbert to the six.

26:46Okay, you got Hurts over Lamar Jackson. oh yes yep i do okay i don't know if lamar go go and give me what makes him great which is his legs which that that extra aspect he hasn't he's getting i lie to you not though brother we be looking at lamar jackson but when you say his number one receiver is zay flowers

27:12James Harrison:and that's the third best receiver on the Cincinnati Bengals. And he's might be, you know what I'm saying? I mean, yeah, so like with Lamar Jackson, he's never really had a number one receiver. So they have the run game and all that, but they got Zay Flowers and they have the tight end Andrews. So like with this, I think if Lamar Jackson had a number one receiver, he would have better, definitely better passing stats. You saying Zay ain't the number one? Not like that, no. We just got paid like it. That's the receiver market. The receiver market's hot. And that's, what's it, 35 a year? Something like that.

28:02James Harrison:Olave. But then, because it's Jamar Chase. Because when you have Jamar Chase at 40, you know what I'm saying? Then it's like, okay. He's like, I didn't get as much. I'm a number one, but I'm like the lower number one, but I'm still 33, 35 a year.

28:21Yeah. Yeah, I'm dropping. Well, it don't matter. I'm still, I got, I'm going to put, I'm going to drop. You know what? It ain't that I dislike the Cowboys. I think what it is, is I dislike fans of certain teams because they ain't got no, they ain't got no home training. That's what it is. Why you say that, D-Bow? Which one are you talking about? Like, I'm against Dak because he a cowboy. But I'm only against Dak because he a cowboy because of the fans.

28:50James Harrison:I feel you. That's what it is. I've never been a Dak, honestly, fan for real. But when you look at it, it's like this. He's not a bad quarterback at all. His numbers are ridiculous every year. The Cowboys offense is always balling. So that's why the Cowboys fans, they think that it's going to be because they're scoring a lot of points. It looks good. Yeah.

29:17I don't know. That's what it is. I didn't realize that. Philly, same thing. I just like your fans. Your fans ain't got... They want to throw eggs and batteries and buses and shit. Yeah, they go hard out there. They ain't got no home training.

29:33James Harrison:Yep. Philly go hard. They tricky.

29:40They dropping people in parking lots, man. Legit. People walking through with a different jersey on. Huh? I just, I'm talking about Philly. Browns fans, I just, you know, that's just, you know. They loyal. Die hard. I don't have a problem with Browns fans. It's just that that's, you know, that was my rival for so long. You know what I'm saying? Like, so, it's kind of, you know what I'm saying? That's just what it is. And at least they're not 100 % delusional. Dallas Cowboys fans are 130 ,000 % delusional because every year we them boys.

30:19James Harrison:Y 'all ain't been them boys. I feel you. But the crazy part is the roster normally, they have pretty good teams. So the rosters look like they should be able to win. They got CDs out. They got George Pickens. they got back. So now it's like we're answering our defense gotta stand up. Okay. Yes. Yeah, you're right. And then like, yeah, bro, it's just the fans, bro. I'm trying to tell you. Well, maybe the owner too. If you can score 30 points, you feel like you got a chance because you're scoring touchdowns. 30, you gotta win. Bro, we had 30. If we had got 30 every game. That's why I'm looking at us with the Browns.

30:58James Harrison:We just, when we start scoring these points, that's what I'm saying. you know what? You know what else too? Yeah. Go look at that. Go look at that. Go look at that 2000. That 2000, what is it? 2007 or 2008 Pittsburgh Steelers defense. 2008. Hey. Bruh. Dogs. We were some dogs, bruh. Look at them numbers. Put them numbers against all the teams that they say is ahead of us. Put the yards. Put the whatever you want to do, do. We putting hands on them. Look at them numbers. Y 'all pull up that 2008 Pittsburgh Steelers defense against whoever y 'all think is the number one. The 0-1 Ravens. the whoever Tampa, the Bears, all that.

31:40Look it up. I'm trying to tell you, y 'all doing that oh, ain't still a defense injustice. Like, I've been looking at stuff. When you have a defense like that, Dino,

31:50James Harrison:the point is you need to have the point of the defensive not trying to give up no buckets. But the thing is, when you have both sides of the ball trying to do the same, offense is trying to get buckets all the time trying to score, trying to get points. When they don't get the three and out, they're looking the way you guys are looking, coming off the field, confused. Why? What happened? Why didn't we get in the end zone? Like, it's a problem. Do you know what I'm saying? On our defense, when we don't get off the field on the three and out, or they get down, they get a couple conversions, what happened?

32:21James Harrison:There's communication. There's a problem. Like, you need to be able, like, when we don't score a touchdown on O, why? What happened? When the defense is not getting off, there shouldn't be a reason. Like stops on D, score on O. Dude, I was so defensive. Like I wanted our defense to be out there and us to be down by three or us to have to, you know, make a stop on – like, dude, I wanted our defense to be in the situation to win the game. Like, offense don't score. That's cool. Like, yo, we get to go out here and win it. Sack, fumble, touchdown. Interception, touchdown. Whatever it may be. Like, that's what we was starving.

33:10We was hungry for. Like, yo, let's get out here and let's get an opportunity. Like, oh, come on. It's two minutes left. We down. We down. And, you know, we got all our timeouts left, but we got to go ahead and punt the ball over to him. All we need to do is three and out of sack, fumble. We're like, yeah, that's what we looking for, bro. We was all over that, bro.

33:31James Harrison:Thirsty, bro. I know. I was starving. I was parched. See, now that's what great defenses do. You knew y 'all was going to make the plays. When you go out there and you got 10 other dudes that you looking at that know exactly what they about to do, which one of us about to make the play. You're not fighting over who about to make the play. Everybody just in their right position. Whoever it comes to, they're going to make their play. Bro, sitting there like, all right, who it going to be? It's going to be Troy It's going to be Neil It's going to be Wood It's going to be Ferris It's going to be RC It's going to be Who's it going to be Like Who's it going to be It's going to be Keys It's going to be Aaron Smith Who's it going to be Somebody's going to do something Like we're going to go and do something Like we get out We get to go out here And have the opportunity To go ahead And stand up And bring it home I was loving that opportunity Bro Check the 2000 Ravens Go ahead Check them out Check them out Check their numbers against ours Go ahead Go ahead Run it Run it Run it, CT.

34:28Go ahead. Run the numbers. Please do.

34:31James Harrison:2000 Ravens versus 2008. 2001, whatever. 2008. Look at it. Please run it. Now, don't forget. It's more passing than L8. And we still going to have more numbers. We still going to have better numbers. Let's go. Check it out. Tell your boy, check it out, Joe. Let's get into these super chats, bro. we got one from Tuesday. Hell Hacosante. $5. He said the Steelers have JPJ and ASJ. He's talking about Joey Porter and Asante Sam. Dual Debo. Dual cornerbacks dude on D. defense is what he's saying on D. Debo with James Jr. and Joey Jr. Who is James?

35:36Who is James Jr.? Who is Joe Jr.? You got a Joe Jr. Jr.?

35:43James Harrison:I don't know what you're talking about, brother. Steelers will have high-predigree bloodlines on defense. oh I think he's trying to say your son would be Joe Jr. my son would be James Jr. even though I'm the junior my son is the third I'm the junior my dad was the senior your son Joe yeah Jr. Joey the fourth the fourth your son the fourth my son the fourth I'm the third you the third yeah Joseph Walter Hayden the third he's talking about your daddy and me playing on the Steelers defense he just ain't know just me and your daddy getting out there he ain't know that he meant to say the third and the fourth we got you we got you we got you yes the pedigree that you got to realize something like my pedigree My bloodline and my pedigree was a little different than Joe's bloodline and his pedigree.

36:49I came from the bottom. My pedigree wasn't nothing. I ain't had nothing before that. Wasn't nobody playing no ball before that. You know what I'm saying? I ain't had nothing but a hope, a prayer, all that. I just went through it, and I just grinded my way through it. And I got into a situation that was lucky. Joe, that boy just had it. He said he had it from when he was two. He said, I woke up. He said, I came up out of there, and I knew I was him. So, you know.

37:21James Harrison:No, no, no, no, no. We was grinding. We was grinding, Deebo. We was grinding. I understand you was grinding, but you told me, like, as soon as you touched the field, you knew you was him. I ain't know shit. My mom and dad was working at Geico. I ain't know I was him. I ain't know I was him until 2007. Saturday, August 22nd in Tampa. Witness an MMA legend's final fight. Chris Cyborg, one of the greatest in history. She's an absolute pioneer in the sport. 40:00James Harrison:Eastern, 10 a.m. Pacific and catch replays Monday on BET. Presented by iHeart. Amazon Health AI presents Painful Thoughts. Why did I search the internet for answers to my cold sore problem? Now I'm stuck down a rabbit hole filled with images of alarmingly graphic sores in various stages of ooze. I can clear my search history, but I can never unsee that. Don't go down the rabbit hole. Amazon Health AI gets you the right care fast. Health care just got less painful. I had already been playing for five years, Joe. Chill out, Debo. Chill out. I'm just being real, Joe. I'm just being real, man. I'm telling you.

40:47Tell you what God love. That's the truth, baby. We got Covenant Life. She backed$20. She said, everybody crowning the Rams. But if Miles Garrett was the missing piece, why didn't Cleveland reach a Super Bowl? Because they had too many missing pieces, way too many missing pieces. And if Trent McDuffie is that valuable, why was KC willing to move on? They ain't want to pay the price. Stars don't guarantee rings. This is a true statement, but we got explanations for all that. What do you think the reason is that Miles Garrett didn't bring y 'all Super Bowl and Trent Duffy was given away? That KC let him go, Joe.

41:38Joe, are you there? You said what? Joe, man, you need to do something with your internet, brother. I said everybody's crowning the Rams, but if Miles Garrett was the mist in peace, why didn't he? Why didn't Cleveland reach the Super Bowl? And if Trent McDuffie is that value, why was Kansas City willing to move on? Stars don't guarantee rings. That's coveted life,$20.

42:00James Harrison:This is what I'm trying to tell you, coveted life. Don't come after me crazily. The reason why it takes a team to win a championship. These dudes, Trent McDuffie, he was on the Chiefs. The additional piece, the Rams, they don't have Puka Nakua. They don't have Matthew Stafford. They don't have Devontae Adams. They don't have Coach Sean McVay. So when this team, they needed some secondary. So if you go get secondary players that are actually really good, come to a team, Miles Garrett, really good, comes as an addition that helps to run defense. I'm not saying it's a guarantee, but it's not going to hurt their team.

42:40James Harrison:You know what I'm saying? Their team did get better. And when they did lose, they lost to the Seahawks. Seahawks lost their running back. When you're just looking at the next seasons of who subtracted players from where they were the year before, coaching staff, you know what I'm saying, familiarity, and then you actually just bring in some additional just great players. Great players, it doesn't take you too long to kind of adapt to a squad. Like, if you can get in there, Myles Garrett's going to make sacks kind of wherever he lines up. Trent McDuffie's a great corner. Man to man is man to man's on his own.

43:08James Harrison:So just adding those additional pieces is why I say that their team just got better from what it was. And I believe in Matthew Stafford and the head coach always have to be there. and Matthew Stafford coming off of MVP season, Sean McVay, you know what I'm saying? And then you still got those players that were already there and then you add these star players additionally to that team. So it's not like just widen the Browns win because we ain't have Matthew Stafford, we ain't have Puka, we ain't have Sean McVay. Way too many missing pieces. We had Kevin Stefanski last year and we didn't, you know what I'm saying?

43:40James Harrison:Our team just wasn't moving like that. So when you add, take them and put them, Myles Garrett, 23 sacks to a bomb squad, you know what I'm saying? And Trent McDuffie's picks to that squad, you're not subtracting nothing from what the Rams already were doing. I got you, Joe. I got you. You hear that, Covenant Light? Covenant Light, she back again. Five dollars. She said the Rams keep collecting names. She said we'll keep collecting Lombardis. Win the offseason if you want. February is what matters. Let's go Steelers. Hey, Joe? Ooh. Hey, look. Covenant. Covenant. I'm with you. I'm on your side here.

44:16James Harrison:I hope that we come and Mike McCarthy and we give them belt. I hope we meet them in the Super Bowl and give them belt. So, TJ, A-Rod, Mike, let's get through this season. I'm rooting for the Steelers. Cover it. I'm with you. I want us to sleep for a slide up under the radar. We're going to make the playoffs. And when we get in there, we got to beat who we got to beat to meet the Rams in the championship. So, that's the end game goal. I think on that side that they're going to be there. So, we'll meet them. I'm not saying we can't beat them. We going to get there, so we got to make it to the dance.

44:49James Harrison:They got to make it to the dance, too. But everybody's already crowning them. I think they're nice. They have a really good chance to get there. We going to sneak in from the radar. Boom, we got squad. Everybody needs to ball out. Who is we? Who is we, Joe? Who is we? Who is we? What's up? Who is we? When I'm talking the coveted Debo, we are the Steelers. Okay. Okay? We ain't sneaking in on shit. We the Steelers when I'm talking to Coveted. We ain't sneaking in. They gonna realize what's going on after the break. And me and you, when I'm talking about the Browns, sometimes you with me. So we could be a lot.

45:29James Harrison:We could be a lot. You know what I'm saying? You dealing with me, D-Bo. You know that now. You know that by now. You French. I'm real French when it comes to me and you. We, we, we. We, we, we, we, we. Echo said it back with$20. She said, D-Bo and Joe, I mean, he said, Debo and Joe, I was being sarcastic about the juniors being ready to play on my last comment. Just like to know if they're actively playing football. Asante Samuel Jr. is balling in camp, true statement, JPP and Asante Samuel Jr. Duel may form the no-fly zone in Pittsburgh. You think they go form the no-fly zone in Pittsburgh? I like what's the boy they just got?

46:16What's the other boy they just got? I mean we gotta get my guy paid first. That's the first thing we gotta do. Man back start feeling better. I believe if we get him paid.

46:30Say that. I said JP he basically, did you read it? He said basically he said he was being sarcastic about the juniors being ready to play on his last comment. heckle, Santi. He said he just liked to know if they're actively playing football. Your son actively playing football?

46:55I can't. You don't remember.

46:57James Harrison:I can't come back. I said, is your son actively playing football? Your son, Joe. Yes. His son plays flag football. My sons play actual contact football. So, So, yes, they are actively playing football. Now, he asked you if you think Joey Porter Jr. and Asante Samuel Jr., the duo may form a no-fly zone in Pittsburgh. You think they'll be like, yeah, it's a no-fly zone. Ain't nothing going down over here. You think they can form that duo? Yes. They're going to be strapping. Strapping. Obviously. And we got Sean. We got Dean, too. That's what I was telling him. That's the one I was talking about.

47:40Dean, that's the one I was talking about. Come on, man. But Covered Life, she backed$5. She said, Debo, be kind to me. What would be funny and so entertainment if y 'all had butter on the show?

48:02That would be hilarious. I did say be nice, she said. Man Listen man I don't even know If I want Butter on the show Cause Butter might say something Butter gonna say something crazy Butter gonna say something crazy man You know what I would love to have Butter on the show But I want him sitting next beside me

48:24James Harrison:He gonna have to sit next to you You don't have to be in person He gonna have to sit next beside me If we go put Butter on the show That's my good man Butter Yeah Butter He loyal to the Ravens. Hey, bruh. He funny. I ain't gonna lie to you, bruh. He funny. I'm always gassing on this thing, talking something goofy and crazy. CT,$5. Said, shout out to Deebo and Joe. Love the show. For sure, for sure. For sure, for sure. Joe? Appreciate you, CT. Mike, Mike,$100. $5. He said, if AD comes back to the Rams, shit, no, I ain't. Deebo, you coming. Listen, he said if AD come back. I'm sorry. He said if AD comes back to the Rams, Debo, you coming back to the Steelers, and Joe, you coming back to the Browns.

49:15This will be the great content on Battle of the Returns. Joe, you going to know the hell? I ain't. I ain't, Joe.

49:24James Harrison:You know if you've been listening about my hip restraint, there's no way I could go back and try to cover unless y 'all trying to be laughing at me. Right. I'm still moving. I'm still good. But like, nah, cover. Not in that area. Not on the NFL field. On the island? No. No, sir. If y 'all want me to hold the corner, just hold the edge. Back or force that, Mo. I give you that. Yeah, you can force the edge. I give you that at 60. For sure. I give you that at 60. Anything else? Movement? I can't do nothing. for you. I can't do nothing for you. I really don't. I really, I'm really not. I really lost the interest into running into another grown man.

50:10James Harrison:Fool's. Joe, it's called, I ain't, I done lost the competitive nature to want to do it. Yeah, because it was so normal though. Come on, that's what we do. Like I'm trying to put you to sleep. Every time I hit you, I'm trying to put you to sleep. Night, night. This was what it was. Now I really can, I can really sit back and say, I have no interest in running into another man full speed with pads or without pads. Joe, Joe. Tell me about it, Joe. I ain't going to be lying, bro. I looked at the game when I started watching the game. Rotator cuff. 86. He, he, he, uh. AC joint. Bro, I said, ooh, wee.

50:48I don't even know if I would, I would have got up from that. If I delivered the hit or took it.

50:53James Harrison:Brother. It wouldn't have mattered. You know how fast you would bounce up when you hit the ground? like just like you were not you're not supposed to ever be on the ground so we would bounce up off the ground like it was a trampoline i'm staying down i'm getting up i have to put my hands down like put my arm on my leg because i hold up hold up hold up that's when you know when you hit that ground and you take a good two seconds to get up they'd be like oh yeah he did you not just fall i'm falling into the road to get up like oh i wasn't even really down for real hey you hitting down on the ground like shit everything in place oh fuck i can get up all right damn that hurt hey nope nope nope i'm cool that's why i'm getting back in the gym now i'm gonna send you all that video debo you texting me you you you y 'all y 'all on me yeah i'm gonna get y 'all that video today what you thought it was gonna be joe i knew y 'all wasn't playing i knew it wasn't playing what nobody playing what nobody playing but you i wasn't i wasn't playing i worked out The first day I worked out, but I didn't get the footage.

51:56James Harrison:I didn't get the footage. But now I know. Every time I go get this work, I'm sending it to you. Huh? You think they playing about the gym, Joe? Only person playing is you. And this right here, this is an infinity bracelet. They told me that I'm going to get taxed for this. I'm going to have to cut it off. I got to cut it off. There's no way to go on and off. You taxed for that. That's jewelry. You can't be in there with jewelry on. No. What are you talking about, Joe? You gonna run downstairs and do one set talking about you was working out. You ain't even do nothing after you got off the phone with us.

52:33Yes, I did. Yes, I did.

52:36James Harrison:That's when I really got back through working. What you do Wednesday, Joe? What you do Wednesday? Huh? Huh? What you do Wednesday? Huh? I just did the squats. That was yesterday. No, that wasn't yesterday. That was Thursday.

52:52James Harrison:Wednesday, I did legs. Stop lying. Don't lie to me. What? I did full body. I did full body. I did full body. I swear, man. I swear. Bruh. Bruh. Hey, I need you to do this. Go to your weight room and put in a camera. Motion activated. So anytime you step in there, you ain't even got to worry about trying to record it. You could do a ring camera, plug-in, or wireless one that just got a battery. And when you go in there, it works out. I got one right here. and just put it on. All you got to do is plug it in. Actually, you can put one that's plugged in because I know you got all kinds of stuff. Yeah, no, no.

53:30Yep, right there. Plug it in, and it will record any and every movement that you make in there, okay? And it goes straight to your iPhone. You make sure you got the stuff set so that you can send it. I got to sync it.

53:41James Harrison:You can send it, Joe. You can send it. That's the only reason why, because I want to have it on my phone because that's the way when I knock it. It will be on your phone. Here, I got it on my phone right now. I can send anything from my phone right now, Joe. It's easy. All right, bet. It's easy, Joe. You know what I'm saying? Matter of fact, you got the chat. Send it to the chat. We're right there, Joe. Huh? The chat. The chat. The tread we got on text message with you, me, hot, and unk. I mean, with you, me, hottie, and unk. Yeah.
