In short

Reaction to the Eagles trading AJ Brown to the Patriots, plus discussion of Odell Beckham Jr. signing with the Giants, with broader talk about roster-building, draft strategy, and Browns/TV career chatter.

Guests/backgrounds

No formal guests are listed; the episode is hosted by Deebo and Joe (with frequent chat/superchat interaction). Joe is a Browns fan; Deebo discusses NFL moves from a league-wide perspective.

Key claims

  • Patriots acquiring AJ Brown will “work out beautifully” because he previously played under/with coach Vrabel and can help rookie QB Drake Maye as a true No. 1.
  • Eagles likely couldn’t get maximum value because Brown publicly wanted out.
  • Giants signing Odell is a “feel-good” return to where he began; he’ll be a No. 2/3 receiver.
  • Debate on whether Russell Wilson’s CBS role will translate to TV.

Notable examples

  • Patriots receiver room depth: Juju and Austin (Calvin Austin mentioned) added alongside Odell.
  • Browns future planning: talk of Shador Sanders and draft picks (2027/2029 framing).

2:45James Harrison:Restrictions apply. See the website for full terms and conditions. Hey, man, listen, man. Meanwhile, look here, man. The Patriots traded for the Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown in a blockbuster deal, man. Blockbuster deal. GM Howard Roseman, he said, I think he felt that for his family at this stage of his career, it was something that he was desiring, that he was looking forward to. And in all our conversations, he was very positive about his experiences in Philly. Just felt like going forward here was something that he preferred. Huh? Nah. Look here, man. Yeah, that's just goofy. He just talking.

3:33He just running his mouth. He said he wasn't going to give. He also said that he wasn't going to give AJ up for nothing. I feel like you gave AJ up in this for minimum. Well, also, AJ didn't really want to be there. He made it known that he ain't really want to be there. So it was probably kind of hard for them to get the maximum amount of capital for him considering that he had already put it out there like, yo, I ain't trying to be here. I don't want to be here. Y 'all ain't using me correctly, all that. How do you think it's going to look for AJ over there? Do you think he's going to regret going there?

4:12Do you think the Patriots may regret maybe getting him? I think it's going to work out beautifully.

4:19James Harrison:I think since he played for the coach before, he was always, he was in the last situation with Philly. You know what I'm saying? And I know getting towards, he's getting a little older in his career. So now it's like, it's more what you going to do. And I think with Drake May, with him being with the coach already before, knowing that situation, they already were down there in the Super Bowl. You know what I'm saying? We're in the Super Bowl. So you're coming to a team that's already locked in, already good enough to go. So you don't want to come in there throwing off no bad vibes. You want to come in there as the number one receiver, helping out your young quarterback and try to help them to win the Super Bowl.

4:53James Harrison:So with me and being able to play with that coach before. So with me, I think it's a good trade. I think the Patriots, they're doing some stuff like the Rams. You're trying to, you know, you're a little bit away. The Patriots receiver last year, they had Stephon Diggs, but they didn't really have no guy that I felt like they could just get open on one-on-one, one-on-one coverage. So I think with getting him to the team, being able to help out Drake Mayday, rookie quarterback, I mean, the younger quarterback, I think it's going to be super big for them. So a shout-out to the Patriots. I think, yeah, I think the Patriots did a good job.

5:32And I just, I feel like, I really feel like if they, well, they couldn't, but Philly could have gotten, I feel like they could have gotten more for him, but they obviously couldn't get more because of all the dynamics of how he, dealt with the stuff, especially publicly and how he wanted to get away. Kat just reading a book on the sideline, doing stuff like that, dude. With him already having a relationship with Vrabel from over there in Tennessee, I think Vrabel obviously must or thinks at least he has a good understanding and relationship with him that he feels that this is not something that would happen over at the Patriots.

6:15feels like their relationship was good enough yeah yeah you know they show and i'm to the mindset of

6:22James Harrison:i'm effing picks too honestly i like that's why when the browns is building it that's for the future that's hit or miss you got to make sure you hit on who you pick it could be bust so that's why when the good teams that first round pick i see trip mcduffie with my own eyes i see aj brown He's done it in the league. You know what I'm saying? So you don't know, oh, they can grow. They can get cool. That's why Jared Verse, at the same time, we got a first-round pick for him. But Jared Verse is two years in, two Pro Bowls. That's a first-round pick. If you can get him in the first round, I would want Jared Verse in the first round.

6:57James Harrison:So sign me up for that. So that's why I'm more in the favor. If you're a good team and, like, these picks are good, you know what I'm saying? But if you need a quarterback, it's more like, boom, I need that. Or you want to go specifically at somebody. But if you can go look at a free agent and these dudes that are kind of like coming up on their first contract, coming right out of their rookie deals, and you see one that you like and you know, I'm going to go get a baller here. Go get that so you know that you don't have to, ah, there's a chance that if he hits, then we're good. You're not just sitting on that.

7:25James Harrison:I'd rather have a guarantee. Oh, no, I know McDuffie. I see tape. He can guard number ones in the NFL right now. You go draft somebody. Oh, no, his speed. He looks good, man, at South Carolina. Man, he getting bust out here. You know what I'm saying? And so like, dude, what happened? We dropped him in the seventh round. What happened? Oh, I mean, the first round, what happened? Yeah. So you can go get Nick Herbick, fourth round picks. You start getting those. I'm like, now, would you rather trade him and get a first round pick for Nick Herbick? Yes, because I know now that Nick Herbick wasn't a fourth round pick.

7:55James Harrison:I've seen him. He deserves to be coming for a first round pick. So when dudes start looking at players like that, if you hit on those picks, then it's good. If you miss on those first round picks that ended up being somebody you thought was going to be nice, ah they're not as good that's why i'm with those oh i see nick well y 'all y 'all been more hit than miss i i will say i know we've been more missed than hit you know at least over the course of our last since you know 2016 like the um they've been trading all they stuff away we've been missing yeah you know so i think with them i do you got to go if you're if you're a team that is a player away and you got that first round pick and you go see somebody like that, go get them.

8:38James Harrison:So I'm like, they went and addressed the need. They needed a receiver to go help out their quarterback because that's, I think, the one thing that they was missing. I don't know. I think they had a combination of things. I don't think the one receiver for me would have got them that Super Bowl. They was getting locked down too many places and and had too many holes, I think, on offense to be able to be like, okay, that one person like with L.A.? Yeah. Rams? Yeah. Miles there? Super Bowl. Miles there, Super Bowl. Super Bowl. No question. No question about it. I guess the NFL, they clowning. They said NFL World Cup and AJ Brown is posting an AI-generated photo of him wearing a Patriots jersey as a kid.

9:34It said Nike started making NFL jerseys in 2012. Either AJ Brown looking surprisingly small at 15 years old or this picture is edited. Look at the picture. Look at that, man.

9:50James Harrison:He wilded. He's putting that up, bro. geeked up and definitely thought I was an AI. Yeah, he just, he being funny. I've been wanting to be there since I was a child. Yeah, for sure, for sure. It gotta be. It's a, he ain't get it. He trolling, he gotta be trolling, 100 % trolling, bro. There's no, there's no way it's anything else other than trolling.

10:18Hey, we did talk about Odell being signed, so the Giants, Odell Beckham signed to the Giants They say he will return to New York Where he began his NFL career What do you think of this?

10:30James Harrison:I told you yesterday I liked it A nice little reuniting With his spot Where it all started And I think he's going to be able to do his thing I don't think he's going to be able to be like the number one But Odell still got quickness No no no He's going to be the number two Number two, number three receiver I don't know about that dude You see three? You see three? Three. Three-ish. But he's going to be able to get out there, show them dudes what's done. And I think it's just a feel-good story for me, too. That's my dog. I know he had it. Yeah, I love it. I like it. I love it. Let me start with the love work.

11:09I like it. I like it because he gets a chance to close out his career where he started it. Like you said, feel good. You know, if everything works out that way. They also signed Juju. Dang. That's going to be a – they got the – that's going to be a dancing squad over there. They got our old receiver too. What's his name? Oh. Dude, from last year. Austin. Okay. Speedster. Yeah, they got him from last year. They got a whole room of receivers over there, dude. It's thick over there. It's deep. I'm excited to see. Yeah, they getting darts on weapons then. Yeah, I don't understand. Yeah. I mean, yeah, I guess you could.

12:06Somebody ain't going to be there. I don't know who it is. Somebody ain't going to be there.

12:14James Harrison:He's probably going. Calvin Austin might do some special teams out there too so that he could make room for himself. And he still, he could do some wide out. He was fast. A-Rod hit him up the sideline. I'm not mad at it. But you never know, too. I saw my man. We got to wait for Malik Neighbors to get back out there healthy. Right, that's what I do. I'm saying they got a lot of people over there, bro. They got a lot of bodies over there right now. I don't know how many of them. Roster's still 53, right? Yeah. Yeah, I'm about to say, I don't know how many of them you can actually keep. And so if you keep more of them, you got to lose something somewhere else.

12:53You can't be the forward to lose nothing.

12:57James Harrison:We're going to see. Odell, he going to be on the squad, though. That's the facts. Okay. I mean, I hope so. I mean, like I say, he get to finish where he started off. Good field, good story. Russell Wilson accepts an offer to join CBS Sports. Putting a pause on his playing career. Putting a pause? I don't know about putting a pause on that. That's one of those pauses, though. It's one of those. It could be like a, what's my man? Phillip Rivers pause.

13:33It could be. But, Dane, I don't think I would consider no pause. I think he only started, what, three games last year? and then Jackson it's dark right yeah Jackson dark he started and then he lost the second place to the second string to Jameis Winston right yeah so I mean congratulations on getting you what year is this for Russell man see

14:07James Harrison:it might be about 15? Yeah, it might be about that time. I don't know. What year is it for, Chad, what year is it for Russ? I say about 15. 15 sounds about right. Go ahead, get on that good old CBS Sports. You know what I'm saying? Ain't nothing wrong with that.

14:26I don't know, bro. 14. It's 14 years. Yeah. Yeah. How do you think that'll work out? With what? With him on TV. I don't know. We will have to see it. Why don't you know, bro? I don't know. I just don't know. I think... I don't know. I just don't... I don't feel like... He's like very, very well...

As a fellow dude, do you ever get that not-so-fresh feeling in your butt? That's because you're probably using the dry stuff to wipe. Wet, extra-large, flushable dude wipes get what toilet paper leaves behind in your behind. You wouldn't clean the tail end of your truck with dry paper towels. So why would you wipe with dry toilet paper?

17:33Wetter, just cleans better.

17:35James Harrison:With dude wipes, there are no more dingleberries, no more itch and irritation. Just a deep, down-the-seam, confident clean. Plus, unlike baby wipes, dude wipes are extra big for adult hands. You're not a baby, so keep them on hand so you get nothing on your hands. And speaking of on hand, Dude Wipes come in different scents and pack sizes, including a single-use, on-the-go pack that you can take anywhere for that home field advantage. Stop being an A-hole to your B-hole. Drop the toilet paper. Available on Amazon and major retailers nationwide. Dude Wipes, best clean, pants down. I don't think it's going to attract people to...

18:25I don't know if it's going to translate, bro.

18:29James Harrison:We will. Yes, we will see. We will see. He's a really... Russell Woods is a really nice guy. He's a good dude. Yes, he is. Don't question about it. We're going to see. He's well spoken. You know what I'm saying? He's salt of the earth, dude. He's a good dude, man. it's just in his it's a transition translation of expressing you know what he's saying it's just like I don't want to say it's like monotone it's just like I don't know if it adds to people want to like listen like you know what I'm saying like that's like it's Russell like I want to tune in to hear him you know what I'm saying like I'm not saying it's it's not anything against him it's just like You have some people who have different tones or how they speak or how they talk.

19:23It's just something. And it could be a situation where he may express himself differently on TV than he do on TV.

19:31James Harrison:I never sat down and really heard him talk. I mean, been able to talk ball or how he looks at ball, how he evaluates it. So, you know what I'm saying? But Troy Aikman, I didn't know. I never really knew how these people were going to talk. I thought Tom Brady's voice sounded different than it was when he started broadcasting. So I'm like, yo, is that Tom Brady's voice? So you never know. Well, some people do voice training. You do dialect. You know what I'm saying? You never know. Try and get different twings or twangs out of your voice. I don't care nothing about that. My stuff is what it is.

20:03I'll just go deal with it.

Read the full transcript

20:04James Harrison:If he starts saying something. You know what I'm saying? Except for when I was acting, I had to change it up when I was acting, of course. But other than that, I'm like, yo, it's too... Like, dude, acting like you got to really get into that. Yeah, bro. You got to build a whole different thing, man. You got to box yourself into it. That's what I'm saying. I think he could take on some funniness where, like, you know, some of the stuff that he. But he would have to act. That would not be him. This ain't scripted. This unscripted. You got to be huge. Okay. Yeah, because if he start doing the big.

20:36James Harrison:And if they like you, it's easy. Because now you don't have to act. You know what's not an act, though? I think his stuff isn't an act. You know what I'm saying? Oh, I know he's not an act. He's 100 % pure. But I'm saying that pureness of him, I don't know how that will translate to people. Because what is the... What he's saying? Like, television, I don't know how that... Wait, he was saying, like, what's he like? See y 'all's nation. Let's ride. Is that really him? Is that really him? Because I'm like, if that's his real part... I don't know if that saying is his, but that is his voice saying it.

21:14See y 'all say it. You see y 'all say it like. I don't know how it's going. Is it translating or CBS?

21:20James Harrison:They said it's going to be CBS. CBS, let's find it. Hey, I don't know. We'll see. We will see. I'm rooting for a guy. Yeah, for sure. I like seeing guys that come out there and are able to, you know, advance their career beyond the actual football field and continue to, you know, be in the sport that they love. Because that man, Russ, I tell you, I met him a couple of times, and he is Jim to the earth with me. He was super nice. So I will root for him. But that man. Dude, he's so nice, bro, that you actually question yourself. Is he acting on me? Is he joking? Is he plotting on me? No, this is him.

22:02This is him. Consistently. 100 % genuine dude all the time.

22:09James Harrison:See y 'all nation? Let's ride.

22:15I'm done messing with you, Joe, man. You ain't

22:21James Harrison:worth... Man, after all of those different emotions I was going through yesterday. Yeah, Joe, how you feeling now? Tell me tell me tell me what first happened when you first saw like how did what what what what feelings came upon you our first thing that i thought was never ever ever believe anything andrew barry says that's the first thing hey joe he has i understand he has to do what he has to do But let me tell you something. If there's smoke, there's fire. Okay? That's the first thing. Because no, no, no, no, no. A thousand percent, Debo. You said that. So now this is the other thing I'm thinking like.

23:10James Harrison:Anything is always up in the air. Any possibility is possible. Anything's possible. Anybody can get traded. Anybody can be moved from. You know what I'm saying? So when I heard the first thing, I was like this. Wow. I'm not going to listen to Andrew Barry anymore. because he can't tell me the truth. I know. I believe. Okay. It is what it is. Listen, if you go and build a personal relationship with him and he can trust you, then he can tell you the truth behind the scenes because Miles knew. He did? He did. That's why that no clause was there. Yes, he had to agree with it because he had to make sure.

23:52James Harrison:Alright, let's get back to your feelings. Go ahead. Feelings. Miles is gone. I can't listen to Andrew. I can't trust what Andrew Barry says just because he is the— How did that feel for you, Joe? Did it feel like somebody just nipped you at the bottom of your neck? It felt like me and my Browns going on to go win the playoff games this year and really try to see how close we were to just being next year's draft away from maybe getting to the gym. Now it's more kind of like, I understand it's going to be a 2029 plan to when Deshaun's going to be off. Then now Miles is going to be gone. We're going to have that 2027 pick.

24:34James Harrison:If it's your door or not, we'll know after next season to if we need to get that next quarterback to be the franchise quarterback. And with all the other picks that we got hit, make them be Nick Herbick that the Steelers got in the fifth round. to where we're picking these good players and they're balling for us. And everybody from Junkins now is one of the best running backs in the league. Fannin Jr. is a Pro Bowl player. You know what I'm saying? Carson Swessinger, the defensive player of the year. So you had to talk yourself into feeling better. I had to talk myself into the realization now of understanding, Joe, relax, okay?

25:09James Harrison:We're not going to go to the promised land as fast as you thought because you all are excited. But, like, I'm still going to root. I'm still going to be happy. Just lower your expectations a little bit. And root for us to still win. So when we start pulling stuff off and be like, dang, okay, it's getting there quicker than I thought. Now I could be excited than when I'm being like, dang, okay. If we start losing a little early, that 2017 first round pick started looking a little bit better. You know what I'm saying? Then like, okay, I'm starting to really plot to like, okay, Joe, you were already excited.

25:39James Harrison:But now it's the realization. They already, we already set this up for more of the future than to be this exact season. Because I would never root for my Browns to lose. I don't want to go out to the game and want them to lose. But now with the realization of, dang, we're going to go fight, and we may come up a little bit short, but this is all in plans for the later, better good. Now I could be a little bit more chill. So now that's kind of where my vibes are, where I'm like, all right, my Browns, okay, right now might not be the time. Miles Garrett, I love you to death. You did everything you needed to do for the Browns.

26:15James Harrison:You came and fought. You told them that you were ready to go. to be traded and came back because they gave you that bag and gave them 23 sacks and set the NFL record. I'm here for you, my brother. And we still won five games. So go out there to LA, go win you a ship because them boys are ready. They got a squad. They got the team. And if you go win them, I'm going to be so happy for you. You deserve it. It's not your bad that we didn't win it over here in Cleveland. Like you're not, it's not your fault we didn't go to the playoffs. We had miles a student. I'm like, cause it's not his bad. He's one of the 22 starters that we have on our team.

26:48James Harrison:And he went to the Pro Bowl seven times out of his nine years. Had seven All-Pros. He was two-time defensive MVP. Miles was not the problem. It's some of these linemen and some of these receivers and these quarterbacks that we had that couldn't get the job. Ooh, they done got you so mad you pointing fingers now. Good Lord, Joe. On defense, defense getting the job, then we got number one ranked defense. We have, well, Baker Mayfield did good. He didn't do his, let me put on Baker. Baker did his thing. You're going back now, huh? But I'm just, you got to. You still in your feelings, Joe, you asked me how I felt, man.

27:20We got to start. We got to start. We got to start to grow from here. We got to go and we got to let go. We got to let the hurt go. If you want to grow and you want to expand and be able to. I understand. But I said, how did you feel? And then you proceeded to tell me how you felt and you went past it. And then you double right back to it again about something from like, like make Baker Mayfield. I believe that Shador Sanders is going to be the quarterback that we need.

27:53James Harrison:So we're not going to have to lose these other drafts. Joe, you're everywhere. Listen, Joe, I'm going to tell the chat. I'm going to let the chat know. I was actually super, super very, very, very concerned about Joe. I was on the phone talking to some law enforcement people. I wanted to go do a welfare check. But Joe ended up jumping on like one minute before, you know, we were supposed to air. And then, you know, I still right now I'm going to talk to him after we get off of here because he's still he's still spinning. He's still cycling. But that's, you know, that's something that I think I can get him to understand and help him work through.

28:40um being uh i'm also sort of like um i'm like a human therapy dog like people tend to gravitate to me and and and and tell me things and i and i and i and and i'm able to help them through their troubles joe and joe you you are my brother man i love you i care about you you know what I'm saying? And, you know, and I understand, like, first it's the Cavs, and now it's the Browns. And that can make a man want to go and do unthinkable things. You know?

29:20James Harrison:How's the Guardians doing, Joe? Solid. We fighting. Don't... The Guardians are straight. Don't worry about the Guardians. Hey, I'm gonna go to the Super Chat, Joe. I'm gonna go to the Super Chat, Joe. You feel bad, Joe, right now. You done jumped me the whole episode. Listen, Joe, I ain't jumped you. You was actually on my side. You was actually on my side. I was on you. I was trying to help you see the light. You were saying we're not going to be good for a while, but I don't believe that. You're going to be good for at least two. Do you think Shaddao is going to be our quarterback, or do you think we're going to need to draft a quarterback in 2027?

30:01James Harrison:I won't know that. You won't know that? Okay, thanks. Until you see him play this season? Until I see him get in a full year. All right. I'm not going to put you to the fire. And I don't think that year, a full year, is going to be this year just from how things are running now because, like, he's not getting all that prep. Like, it's a big difference when you get all that prep. You get all the stuff with the ones. They splitting time with the ones. They doing all that. So now he's not getting that. and he's he's sharing it so yeah i i would i would hate to if watson starts and he does well enough to keep it he won't be there next year it don't matter and you guys i don't think are going to have a good record anyway so that puts you back at the first round with draft capital of a one and an opportunity to actually go get a quarterback But as much as I hate to say it, it puts Shador in a bad situation because now they're going to go get a 1-1.

31:08And he's going to be sitting there without even an opportunity or chance to be the starter. Because you're not going to go 1-1 and then say, I'm going to let my five start. Yeah, that'll be...

31:27Anyway, man, let's go to this. Renesota71742 Said Joe Switch to black and gold full time from now on You need to switch to black and gold Full time Joe Look at you over there That ain't no Bruh Like you Like you are already Like I ain't never seen you Like just bad Joe

31:51James Harrison:We gotta get to the season Our off seasons be crazy And the season You think the season's going to be any better? At least I get the... Man, listen. Now we keep looking forward to the next year's draft. We looking all the way to the next year's draft. How many picks we got? I'm all looking to see. We got two. We got two in the 20 days. It's 365 days. I'm like, damn, I don't care. Who on the squad? Who do we have right now? Who's on the team? Joe, we got another one, man. It's Lisa Lynch, 191. 20 lottors. She said, thank you, James, for the autograph number three photo. We go Steelers. She must have bought Debo.

32:36Yes. Yes. Yes, sir. So, if you go to Debo 92.com and you buy, I think it's$100 worth of Debo gear or something, you get a free autograph picture. That's a deal. For sure. That's a hell of ideal because I know what an autographed picture costs. Because it costs more than that.

33:01James Harrison:You ain't lying, D-Bo. Mike and Mike,$105 said, what up, D-Bo and Joe? So this means Aaron Donald's going to return. Hell no. I doubt it. He already told y 'all he ain't returning. And when it comes down to it, if Aaron was to return, he ain't coming back for cheap. Nah, they didn't make some money for AD, though. They didn't make some money for AD. At least a little. What do you think? AD said he ain't coming back. Ain't coming back for sure. Hell no, for sure, 100%. Mike and Mike back again, another$5. He said, Joe loves the Browns. Every small business starts with a dream and the courage to chase it.

36:44James Harrison:So don't fumble the ball with toilet paper. Stop being an a-hole to your b-hole and start using Dude Wipes available on Amazon and major retailers nationwide. Dude Wipes. Best clean. Pants down. But don't love them enough to take a paper. Amen. Joe loved a brown, but he don't love them enough to take a paper. Tell y 'all something. Tell them. Tell them what, Joe? Tell them something. You know what you're worth. You know what you're worth. And at the same time, when I was on that Browns team and they tried to take that$4 million from me and they paid Brock Oswalt. They tried to take four? They tried to play Brock Oswalt.

37:25James Harrison:He was on the team and didn't do no snaps. And they gave that man$16 million. I said, why from here? Why from here? I'm chilling. Why for I'm going to take a pay cut and y 'all gave him$16 million? $16 million don't want to do nothing. Why don't you worry about it? my phone's y 'all already I signed the contract now y 'all coming back and trying I didn't come in to renegotiate y 'all what's going on here that's why bad business bad business Joe I love him though but God I love the city the city didn't take the cheese it was the org was like Joe you gotta what's up here I'm saying ah no okay okay okay what's up Joe we got Colorado Ruffin.

38:12$10. Said, bruh, we all know Miles' girl just wanted to get out of here. That's facts. What she got over there with the medals, Joe?

38:22James Harrison:Golds. Khloe Kim got two those and a silver. She got golds. She can't be sitting in Cleveland. Yes, she can. She can. She from Cali She can come to Cleveland This was all set up Her family in Cali This is all set up Ain't that supposed to be engaged Wifey or something coming up All that good stuff What we talking about It wasn't This is a move for the family Yeah For the This is a double move Family and trophy He about to be involved We done talk What you talking about She can't be sitting in Cleveland. What? How many games y 'all got on national TV? What? National TV? They got seven. LA got seven.

39:17They knew what was going on. She going to be over there in a box like Taylor Swift with her gold medals on her neck, sitting up there. And the good sunshine. Debo. Good sunshine. You know ain't no sun in Cleveland, bro.

39:33James Harrison:In the summertime. In the beginning of the season. It's dark. First game of the season. It's beautiful out there. First month of the season. That's it. After that, that shit all down here. All September. One game. Beautiful. One game. Nope. One game. Y 'all get one game at home in September. That's it. You got one game. That game going beautiful. Y 'all praying to get some trails. Y 'all get some sunlight. It's looking beautiful out there. Come on. You can't even lie. That brown's grass. Fah. You can't even lie. I ain't going to lie. It was grass. Grass was better. You can't even say it was fine.

40:08James Harrison:You know it was fine. Now you move into a different state and what's going to happen? Because you ain't close to that water no more. You know that mix of that air. They give you a different mix of Mr. Mr. Haslam's. Mr. Jimmy and D. Haslam's. One thing they don't play about is that bread. And they're going to make sure that the Browns are going to have the nicest facilities. I can almost guarantee you that we're going to have grass on that end though. Oh, that's for sure. Mm-hmm. Uh-uh. That could be turf. They ain't trying to take care of all that. Endo. It ain't rolling out. Is it rolling out?

40:42James Harrison:I got to check. I got to check. I got to check. I got to check. I got to check. All right. Listen, Joe, the one good thing y 'all had was grass. Y 'all about to lose that. You lost miles. Y 'all lost championship. Y 'all lost Cleveland. The Cavs lost. Y 'all lost Baker. I mean, y 'all lost everything. We in the mix, though. That's all I know. We in the mix. The Cavs. What you in the mix of? I'm talking about the Cavs right now. The Browns. Oh, yeah, offseason. I see the Browns just planning on. But guess what? You still ain't seen if we have our quarterback on the roster. You still don't. Everybody keep just.

41:19Joe, Joe, Covenant Light. Covenant Light,$20, Joe. You got to let it, Joe. You got to let it marinate, assimilate. And it's okay. It's okay. Covenant Light said, just because the Rams got Miles Garrett doesn't mean they're automatically Super Bowl bound. Covenant, you be saying some things that just don't make sense. One player doesn't guarantee a ring. It don't guarantee a ring, but it guarantees them a ring if he was on that team last year. I understand chemistry, coaching, that still matters. Yes, true. Having a hamstring away from Cancun. They are a hamstring away from Cancun. Listen, understand all that.

42:04That's everybody. Perfect world. In a perfect world, no one gets hurt. Everybody stays healthy. This puts them in Super Bowl.

42:12James Harrison:Before they got miles, when they addressed their secondary, in my opinion, just offensive wise, when you have Devontae, you have Puka, you have Sam, Matthew Stafford at quarterback. That offense is being explosive with their coach, Sean McVay, that's able to put them in positions. They're averaging 30 points a game. Their defense, They lost to Seattle because they couldn't stop Sam Darnold. That score was they still threw for 300-some yards. The score was like 38 to 35. So I'm looking at that team. If you can put up that many points and then you just go get you a cornerback, one of the best cornerbacks in the league, Crimin Duffy, go pay him 31 mil, go get the other cornerback, and then you go get Miles.

42:53James Harrison:I'm looking at it like, okay, I see what everybody else did. I see the moves that are being made. That team looks fire. You know what I'm saying? And if all stays the same, everybody stays healthy, then they're good. Obviously, there's going to be injuries. But the coaching chemistry, you ain't got to tell a man that plays man-to-man like McDuffie. He don't need chemistry with nobody but to be able to know how to strap. And he's been in the league for a long time, so zones are smooth. I'm talking about man-to-man. He can go cover your number one receiver. That's when you need a corner to do. All that scheming stuff, he can learn the little stuff.

43:24James Harrison:But that man-to-man technique that he does, he's bringing that with him to the Rams. Miles is coming in that drain. The scheme, put Miles Garrett on the field, and your defense is better no matter what. Rush to pass for Miles, okay, bet. Our team's way better than it was before. So, like, there's certain players when they're A-listers, like just, you know, plugging players. That's going to help your team regardless because they're just that good of a player. Like, he's a corner. He straps up. He plays man-to-man. Miles Garrett gets sacks. I understand. For sure, for sure. Covenant Life back again,$20.

43:57I was concerned about you because your co-host prophesied on this. Yes, I did. You did. At this point, Debo, please give Joe a Snickers bar. He's really down. I have you both framed now beside what? Framed now right beside Donnie Sheffield. Yeah. Oh, the jersey. Yes, it got a jersey. Okay. You know what I was talking about. No question.

44:30James Harrison:Thank you, Covenant. Hey, hey, hey. I got it. I got it. I got it. Oh, here. Oh, we got another one. Hold on. Somebody said I can't read. Oh, yo. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.

44:48What's this dude's name? Nicholas DeLaRentis 30. 36. He said, he said, love the show, but goddamn, after watching for a while, I realized my man Debo can't read. Why isn't Joe reading? Thank the Lord Debo was drafted. See, you don't know shit. You's an idiot. You type wrong. You don't even know what the hell you talking about, Nicholas. You fool ass. I wanted to call him something else. Let him live. Listen here. drafted? I wasn't drafted. If you even watched anything about me, same thing I told the reporter, I wasn't drafted. You don't know me. Just like he don't know me, you don't know me. Do you?

45:42Thanks for the money. Appreciate it. Through your research, I wasn't drafted. The coldest. Look here, baby. coming to light back again she said no it doesn't no it doesn't, what are we talking about? well if it well if it does then damn it we going also

46:08James Harrison:when we talked about Miles goes to the Rams that means they're automatically going to the Super Bowl and she said well if it does she said no it doesn't so I look we in different divisions they over there, I'm saying we can beat them Hey, come in. Come in. Hey, come in. You got us looking bad in the mud over here, man. You got to explain to us what you're talking about, because now I'm sitting over here looking goofy. But I really don't care anyway. You know what I'm saying? I really don't care anyway. You know what I'm saying? Because I look how I look, and they going to come and see it anyway.

46:39You feel me? Yo, they coming to see D-Bo. They got to. That's why they here. Got to. They here for the show, Joe. They know.

46:48James Harrison:You trying to say they was here if I was going to be crazy sad. Hey, Joe. What's up, brother? There was a lot of people concerned. I'm glad that I had some time. Before you got on, the chat was talking. It was work. Oh, Joe, I was... Listen, I told you, man, I was about to have to do a wellness check with you. I was cool. I'm cool. I'm cool. You was late? Yeah. You know, and then you said, I don't know if I'm going to be able to make it. I got, you know, I'm down bad. No, you want to blame it on the kids. All the kids sick. No, nigga, you sick. You ain't lie. You ain't lie. My stomach was a little turning, but, but it is what it is.

47:39James Harrison:It is what it is. It is what it is. I understand. I understand the bigger picture. I understand the bigger picture because you understand the bigger picture. There you go. You understand the bigger picture. You welcome. You welcome. You welcome. I hate it. I hate it. I just want us to be good right now. I just want us to be good right now. And I had to give him the... Everybody, we always hear that, though. Here we go. Here we go. Look here, baby. Game one. Yes, sir. Who you got? You got the Spurs. I got the Spurs. I got the Spurs. Okay. You said you... Game two. I told you. It's five games it's over with.

48:23And you said it was the Spurs in five? Spurs in five. They going for game one, two, three. They going for game four. They going to hit back at home.

48:34James Harrison:I say Spurs in seven. So they going to get this game. And then we'll see about game two. We'll see about game two. All right. All right. Look here. We want to thank you guys for joining us on this episode of D-Bo and Joe. Please make sure you like, subscribe, and download where you get your show.
