In short

NFL offseason and preseason roster news, plus Cowboys/Micah Parsons trade talk, and Steelers practice/preseason observations; also includes jersey/collectibles discussion and a personal injury story.

Guests

None. Hosts are Deebo and Joe (with audience superchats).

Guest backgrounds

Not applicable (no guest interviewees). The episode references NFL figures: Terion Arnold (Alabama cornerback), Jerry Jones (Cowboys owner), Micah Parsons (Cowboys/now traded), and Malik Nabers (Giants receiver).

Key claims

  • Seahawks signing Terion Arnold is “situational”: Seattle believes he can practice/play if the NFL clears him legally; NFL may decide whether he’s on the commissioner’s exempt list after felony robbery/kidnapping charges.
  • Jerry Jones says the Micah Parsons trade outcome has been great so far, comparing it to the Herschel Walker trade and arguing the extra draft picks increased Dallas’s risk-taking.
  • Steelers defense looked improved in parts of practice/preseason; corners (including Asante Samuel Jr.) showed no panic in man coverage.

Notable examples

  • Arnold: arrested in February; next court appearance October 5; Seahawks expect preseason participation.
  • Cowboys: Jones cites draft capital leading to players like Quentin Williams (and others) as the trade’s payoff.
  • Giants: Malik Nabers got stitches after colliding with receivers coach Chad Hall in practice.
  • Deebo’s story: near-career-ending neck injury from a practice collision; later x-ray cleared him.

Free agent quarterback Terion Arnold has agreed to terms with Seattle. Terion was featured on the second episode of Hard Knocks. The Seahawks indicated they believe Arnold will be allowed to practice and play in the preseason.

2:39The NFL must decide rather to put Arnold on the commissioner's exempt list after he was arrested on felony charges in connection with a robbery and kidnapping in February. Joe. Yes, sir. Listen, bro, what's going on over here, man? Why is Seattle signing your boy? What's going on? What do you think? When you have, it's situational. A team like Seattle that has really good leadership, has a really good coach, has a really good defense, is being able to bring in a first-round talented player. If he gets all of his stuff cleared for a veteran minimum, that can be maybe a starting cornerback in this league, these are the teams that could take it to where they're like, okay, if the NFL figures out the stuff that's going on legally, if he's able to legally play, we can get this first-round pick from Alabama, which Nick Saban has stood up for, vouched for, and being a good person, all this stuff.

3:35Let's see what happens legally, what the NFL is going to do with it. But for Seattle, we're trying to win a Super Bowl, and he's not. He's a piece, but we don't need him to come and be our starting corner. Our team is good with or without him, But if we can get a first-round talent at a minimum contract, let's see what's going on over here. So I think there's certain teams that could do this with the leadership, with the coaching staff, with just the way that they run their stuff. And he's not like, oh, we need him to come here now and start and do all of this. No, no, no. If we can get a player.

4:09I understand what you're saying, Joe, but you're not realizing the whole robbery and kidnapping thing. This man got a whole trial to go through, and they still haven't said if he is going to be on the commissioner's exempt list. Like, this is very, very situational on a lot of things. Like, why would you even go and put that in there? Like, I ain't going to lie, bro. It's starting to make me think that all the stuff they're talking about with the robbery and kidnapping, you know, maybe it ain't as crazy. I mean, it ain't sealed and locked as they trying to believe it is. Maybe Seattle got some information or maybe the lawyer might – I mean, it could be a lawyer like, yeah, this ain't this, this ain't that.

4:52It could be a combination of both. But I don't see a team coming in here talking about, hey, we're going to bring you in here. And on top of that, they're saying that they believe he'll be allowed to practice and play through the preseason. I know they got the Witherspoon situation over there, contract talks and all that other stuff. But this is not something that you can use as a threat. You got a guy that could possibly be getting locked up, locked up. You know what I'm saying? And his next court appearance ain't until October 5th. So if they say, hey, we're not allowing this until you get cleared up.

5:33And then if they say we are allowing this and then they go and he go do the court appearance, he go through the process and he actually did do it. They go look crazy. So they're going to have to error. I'm believing if I'm the commissioner, I'm going to have to error on the side of, hey, you got to sit down, man. They got a whole little thing over here. Like, we can't make like we just turned the blind ears to that. Yeah, no, I'm with you, Debo. But I was just saying with the Seahawks, if the NFL got to do something. So he's going to, I think, like you said, too, it may not be as wild as it looks.

6:07because if you're saying the same thing, if Seattle's going to go in there and they've done their due diligence, I would think. You know what I'm saying? So we're just going to see what the NFL does with it. But if you're a mob like this and they think that he can get out there and play for the league minimum, I could see how Seattle did it. Okay. Well, we'll see how that situation pans out in his next appearance here, I guess, October. Time will tell. Time will tell. Jerry Jones said he's very happy with the Cowboys post Micah Parsons trade. As the one year anniversary of the Cowboys trading Micah Parsons approaches, Jerry Jones said he couldn't be happier.

6:51Even though Micah's an outstanding talent anybody would like to have, the bottom line is that I like the result of the trade has ended up as I stand here today. Jones compared the trading Micah to trading Herschel Walker back in 1989. He said you could say those picks got us key players, but the main thing that the Herschel Walker trade did is cause me to be more aggressive and cause us to, if you will, make more risk, take more risk because we had more picks. he said i don't understand this one but he said it's like going to vegas with some extra money in your pocket or going out there with the baby's new pair of shoes and formula money in your pocket you can't be as good a crapshooter as you are when you've got the baby's new pair of shoes throwing out there with it so he's saying you can't i don't know what he's saying but anyway Right.

7:57In that, I don't know. Barry Jones. In that process, bro, that's some old stuff right there. That's older than me, bro. I know, like, the baby's new shoes. Your baby needs some new shoes. You know how they was old heads. Hey, bro, listen. Listen, Joe, looking back now, you think the Parson trade has paid off for them? I think it made them get some, like you said, more depth. Quentin Williams is going to be a baller. Micah Parsons, at the end of the day, he's hurt. You know what I'm saying? So you would have had a player on your team that you were paying$43,$44 million a year that isn't able to give you that star, those 16 sacks per season.

8:44So him being hurt and then Quentin Williams being healthy, being able to be out there and play, him being able to have draft capital that can play. It's not yet. It doesn't not make sense. You know what I'm saying? And especially if you did make the trade and you seeing what's going on, I think I think Jerry Jones is speaking a little. He's speaking facts.

9:06I'm going to I'm going to say I think I think he got great value in the trade. But to say it paid off, I think that's still yet to be determined because he did get a Quinn Williams. You got Cohen Jones. I think he used one of his first and a second that they had of their own. And then they drafted, what is it, Lawrence? What's his first name? I don't think of his name right now. They drafted him with the 23rd pick. And this year's draft that they're extremely high on. So if Lawrence pays out and, you know, they're hoping it does, and Williams continues to do what he's been doing the last couple years, then I think the defense will be better as a whole with the addition of these two guys that they got in that trade than they were with just Parsons there and you know that's what you're trying to do anytime you make a trade you know whether it's offense defense you're trying to make your offense or defense better as a whole unit you know and make your team better and the better your team is better offenses better defenses the more wins you get the more games you You could, you know, and you advance in that process.

10:20And a lot of these trades, too, is not just the instantly you can tell who won or who lost. Like, it's going to have to play out for a couple of years to see how Micah Parsons does with the Green Bay, how their team ends up gelling. With the picks that you got, what do you end up getting? How do they end up playing? So it's not just the instant one year happened. Okay, we traded Micah because you got picks. So Dallas is going to have to develop to see what comes out of that Micah Parsons trade. And then Green Bay still, you got them for a while. He did get hurt this year. Let's see when he comes back.

10:49You still got a couple more. You still got time to see actually who won. So just off the rip, when somebody's down and the other people are healthy with draft picks, like, okay, right now, it looks like you may be up. But, like, let's see. Let it keep playing for the next, like, this year, next season. If we're sitting as it is right now with Micah getting hurt and you picking up the guys that you got, yes, I would have to say that you are, it's paid off so far as we sit here today. Because if the situation stayed the same, you paid him and then he ended up getting hurt with you, you should have traded him.

11:29Well, if they had that opportunity and left it on the table with the two, yes, definitely they would be sitting there looking like a mule to the glue. You know what I'm saying? I mean, you still didn't get to the playoffs i don't even know if you did they make the playoffs last year did they i don't know i don't remember i ain't go that's the thing see i can't even remember like i can't remember they probably i did so i think in the sense of i got a player that played for me versus a guy that ended up getting hurt and on top of that when you look at it joe it's a non-contact so that's something that was more likely to happen no matter what because non-contact injuries when that happens that's something that really is just inevitable that it's not if but when right right right so Malik neighbors collides with the Giants coach in practice Chad he Chad Hall he got stitches in a blood he got stitches dude Malik neighbors is back in action for the Giants literally Malik was running an individual drill when he ran into receivers coach Chad Hall.

12:41Neighbor's helmet hit his lip and led to him needing stitches, bro. Look at this man's face. They must be on the inside. Yeah, they in the indoor. There's no space in the indoor. Real closed quarters. No, I'm saying on the inside of his lip. I don't see the stitches standing outside. Might be on the inside. I see some little cutting stuff, but you look I see the blood through there. You know what I'm saying? But I don't know. Friendly fire. Friendly fire. You ever had any friendly fire? Yes, I had friendly fire in practice. Not me unconscious. Major right. Man, training camp. Florida Gators. Yes.

13:23All live. All live. Slant. He coming downhill. Close his eyes. Fired off on me. Boom. I wake up on the sideline. Ice pack on my head. I said, yep. got to be more careful. Joe, you ain't wake up till you was on the sideline. Joe, you was sleep-lead. Joe, you was night-night. What them little things? The little birdies. How many dreams did you have in that process? No, I ain't had no dreams. It was nothing. It was just a quiet state. It felt like it was only two seconds. It was a peaceful rest. I was in the max sleep. What's that sleep called? You know what I'm talking about. Yes. Oh, my goodness, man.

14:17That man gave me anachalopsy, man. Get Major Wright. Love you to death. But yeah, Mae was coming in that thing. Eyes closed. That's why you always were talking about when you were talking about hold up the pile. I said, I just remember. I would think about Major Wright when you would say things like that. I'm like, no way. because y 'all gonna run over here. I didn't know if you were gonna be eyes closed, eyes open. Were you eyes open, D-Bo, when you get that close or do you, when you right about to hit, you close your eyes? So, I know you're closing your eyes. Don't lie to me now. 19:57Man, they done drill my face. They starting to try and drill my face mask off my helmet because they don't want to take the helmet off. They can't see your eyes. I'm like, hey, no. They trying to take my whole face mask off so they ain't got to take the helmet off. They that worried about my neck. And I'm like, how your neck feel? I'm like, it's just loose, man. It's just a little loose. Oh, don't. Don't move. I'm like, man, I shouldn't have said that loose. You know what I'm saying? Don't move. I'm like, listen, man. I'm good. I'm good. No, I said, listen, man, I'm telling y 'all good. Well, we just want to go check you.

20:29We go, we go do this. We go do that. I'm like, we go in the hospital. I said, no, the fuck we ain't. We ain't going to the hospital. I said, we ain't doing that. They said, well, we got an x-ray machine here. We're back there and we'll do the x-ray. And if everything good, we'll, we'll talk to you. I said, so if everything good, y 'all gonna let me play. And like, yeah, okay. I said, all right, cool. Right. So we go back there. We do the x-ray, bro. They do the x-ray. Everything good, right? Like, don't you know these guys still tried to roll me into the ambulance? I said, bro, I said, if y 'all put me in this ambulance, I'm not going to the hospital.

21:02I said, I'm getting out of this. They got me strapped down, Joe. They got me strapped down, right? They put me in the ambulance. I said, oh, nope. I popped everything, right? I'm like, dude, I am playing in this game, bro. I done popped the straps loose and everything, Joe. I'm like, nah. Second half coming up. Did you stop me back in the play? So I got to look for my helmet on the sideline. No. I go to live with my helmet on the sideline. Then I hid my helmet. Debo, this is all from you falling into a face full of cakes. I fell into Casey Hampton's ass, bro. Big ham. That was all 360, bro. Bam, and that shit did not move, bro.

21:42He was probably holding up two linemen, so I probably ran into about 900 ,000 pounds. You know what I'm saying? Wow, Debo. So, oh, I'm like, oh, Lord, geez. So I go to the locker room. I'm like, all right, y 'all ain't going to let me play. I'm leaving. Right? So I go to the locker room. I start getting in the shower. Man, listen, I was wrong for this. You know what I'm saying? God, God, forgive me. But the concussion neck dude, he comes in. I can't remember the doctor's name. He's one of the Steelers doctors. And I'm in the shower. I'm getting in my shower. He's like, James, hey, man, we need you to go to the hospital.

22:16We got to check you. I said, hey, man, I'm not going to the hospital. Get away from you. James, we really... I said, get the fuck away from me before I beat the boy. Yeah, you good. You got the x-ray. You saw it. Listen, I went home, bro. I went home, bro, for the game was over. I was like, bro. A couple cats came over like, bro. I'm like, listen, they lied to me, bro. They told me if the x-ray came out right, they was going to let me play. Then they hid my helmet. I said, so I went home.

22:46Oh my goodness. Bro. Almost went night-night. Life over with. Running into Casey. Casey, man. That's... He play clogging up too. Bro. Clogging up too, man. Man, almost ended my career the first year. 2007. He almost ended my career, bro. First year I would start, man. Almost put me up out of here, man. Before it even started. Before it even started. That was a hell of a way to go out. I ain't gonna lie. Night. Man. I'm sitting there. So, you know, my family would ride with me. so we all getting to the van. So I'm calling them. My mom like, what you doing calling me? Where you at? I don't see you on the field.

23:24I said, we leaving. These motherfuckers ain't going to let me play. I'm going home. Savage. Savage, savage. Oh my goodness, bro. Oh, let me tell you. Did you ask him about my, yeah, this is a Troy Potamalu jersey. Do you know what I'm saying? Hoodie underneath. 50-50 split. 50-50 split. You know what I'm saying? Home and away. Yeah. It sold for$1.515 million, topping Brady's game-worn jersey from his final game in 2023, which went for$1.39. The jersey comes from Montana's final Super Bowl appearance. when the 49ers dominated the pool, they beat the dog shit out the Bears. 55 to 10 in 1990. No, sorry, the Bengals. The Bengals, sorry about that. The Bengals, 55 to 10 in 1990. Debo, I'm asking you this right now. Are you willing to sell your Super Bowl jersey?

24:59Fuck you, man. It's so... It's gone. Joe. Let it fly. Joe, listen. To the highest winner. it's gone to the highest bidder though sold that thing got sold in uh 24 or 23 something like that I think it went it went for a little bit maybe like 216 like maybe 216 216 vibes yeah I think the ball listen the Super Bowl ball I had I think it went for like another like 160 the interception joint from the touchdown yeah that same that Super Bowl that Super Bowl jersey and that and that touchdown ball That ball in that jersey. Those specials are almost$400. About$400. Almost$400. I'm going to have a little half piece.

25:45You know what I'm saying? It ain't, you know. I'm okay, D-Bo. Joe, Joe, listen. Anything that I have done and I have actually did live through it and I acquired a piece of material possession from it, it can be sold. It can be bought. You can't take away that memory from you. Can't nobody ever take that memory from you? The footage, it happened. It's already done. That's not theirs. Joe. What's up, Debo? You see this? And that's real deal Holyfield. You see this, Joe? Actually, the jersey did sell for$216 ,000. and the ball sold for$126 ,000. So Immaculate Interception jersey was$216 ,000 and the Immaculate Interception ball was$126 ,000.

26:44Oh. That's... What are you talking... Yo, this right here... Yeah, this... This... Yeah. This can go for the right price. Wow. I'm telling you right now. They throw the number that... I cannot resist. Gone. Joe, it's gone. You know why, Debo? Because like you said before. Me doing that. Like you said. Chad, Chad, what's the number? What's the number this should go for, Chad? Tell me what the number this should go for. That thing got to go. Sheep. You a good one. Listen, the only reason these ain't went is because my kids said they won. But my kids also said, if they give you this for a dad, go ahead and let that thing go.

27:30They said go ahead and let that thing go. Joe, look here. This right here, this defensive player, let me pull it down, please. Let me see it. This right here? This right here, Joe? Yeah. This? This right here? This could go too, Joe. This could go too. That in the Super Bowl ring, 92 million. Gone. What you mean? Gone. The chat said a milli, 1.6, gone. 1.6, gone. M, anything with an M, gone. Go. Listen, that must be gone. A M? A M? Gone. You can't take that accomplishment from me. That's what I'm trying to understand. You did it. It's more valuable to you than it is to me. You know why, D.B.? At that point in time.

28:32Because I'm not willing to pay a million to keep it. Mm-hmm. That's how I look at it. Mm. If I ain't selling it for a price, I'm paying it to keep it. Okay. It ain't paying or coming out of my pocket. It just ain't going into my pocket, Joe. There ain't nothing. You are a Super Bowl champion. Docked in stone. I feel it. What? Yo. Stop playing with me. Go on. Hey. What do I say? Go on. Headache. Yo, your championship ring. You got the college championship. What? They say, hey. They say, Joe, we need... He go half a minute. Zoom. Zoom in the Yamaha. Chrome dot 1100. F1. Zoom. Fast. damn yo boy that thing went by that screen so fast just now you see why they ain't nobody taking it away from me coach you can't you want what you say you want to give me a milli for it yeah shucks yep I'm going to have to let that go I'm going to have to let that go because at some point in time it ain't Go be worth that to somebody.

29:58It's worth it. What's somebody willing to pay? No question. And the longer you pass it down, somebody going to end up getting rid of it. Somebody going to end up getting rid of it, dude. How many estate sales you see where it's like, oh, so-and-so is selling this, so-and-so is selling that, da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da. Like, who? I'm sitting here. I just collected. I got all my dad's stuff, right? You know what I'm saying? I got all my dad's stuff, and he happened to be a famous whatever. Da-da-da-da. And now I'm sitting here, I'm doing my regular 95. I ain't hurting. I ain't wanting to need nothing.

30:30But they said, hey, man, go ahead, put that estate sale up. We could probably get you about four or five minutes. Go. Sitting up. Yeah. Like when you say the one thing, it's just the material things. So it's like I could really set something. That's not putting any food on the table. And one thing is it's not going nowhere. Nobody knows. like we won national championships. Me and my boys, when we go link back up, nobody won the 2008 national championship with the Gators but us. So when we go reunite, don't give a damn thing. He got the ring. He lost his ring. You're still living? You was on that squad.

31:07Everybody knows your name. No question. You was number 20. You know, some people get buried with their stuff, bro. Don't even bury me with my stuff. You ever heard of a grave robber? What? Bro, a grave robber, dude. You go and you rob graves because people bury their kin with like jewelry and all that. They go and take the jury off their foes. Bruh, when I when my dad passed, we put this ring and you know all this stuff on him but before we close that cast, come on. My mama turned the ring into a necklace and all the other stuff like yeah, that ain't I ain't about to go on here and because you know when you leave, when you leave that graveyard they don't bury them immediately now.

31:51Somebody come in later on that night. Now, they go ahead and pick it off. Oh, my goodness. Bruh. Sad. Tell us. I'm telling you. Look here, brother. We got a... We got... I guess we got some games tonight, though. We got what? How many games we got? Three games tonight. I know my good old... Broncos, good old brownies tomorrow. Bucks, Jacks. We got the Browns today, I thought. Or yes, tomorrow. You're right. Browns tomorrow. Browns is Saturday. Bucks, Jets, Dolphins, Commanders tonight. That's it. Did you? Tomorrow, we got the Browns at the Bears. That's Saturday. We're going to go ahead and see what they're doing.

32:37Vikings, Giants, Panthers, Bills, and Jaguars, Saints. There's a lot of games. Yeah. Football is back, brother. Football is back, brother. Like, this is what it is all about. I ain't gonna lie. I'm just real excited because, like, let's get back. Hey, Joe, hold up, Joe. Let me say something, bro. We got 552 in the chat. Joe, what up, though? Why we ain't got 552 likes? Get it up. Get it up. The more you like, the more we like. Let's get it. You understand? What's up, though, D-Bo? How you like? Let's go back to it. Let's go back to them dad going to the good QB play, to the good Steelers play, to what we was feeling about the squad yesterday.

33:26Listen, man, you want to talk more Steelers? Hey, listen, I'm just trying to tell you. Defense, we need to step up. Okay. You know, we had a lot of guys out there. You know me, I'm just, I mean, they only had, what was it, 2.6 yards of rush, too. But they had a couple decent runs. We had a couple times where I felt like the line was a little too far back. Yes. On first downs. But also, everybody wasn't out there. Everybody wasn't out there. I understand that. I understand that. But still, when you're out there, you need to go out there, do your job effectively. And I feel like the third team, though, I think that D-line was doing a lot better.

34:04Yeah. I think they shut it down more than the previous. Than our first, than our ones that we had out there playing? That we had, yeah. that we had out there. I'm excited. Corners, I feel like they were strapping a little bit.

34:27I like, well, we could shore up a little bit more on the tackles, but it was only maybe two that I felt like, you know, could have been a whole lot better. I don't know, bro. I think I might be a little hard on the defense because that's the side that I played. So I'm a little more, yeah, tough, critical, yeah. Critical, yeah. It was good from the quarterbacks, from 10, our kick returner slash receiver slash slot. Dude, the quarterbacks is all McCarthy, bro. Like, you got Mason Rudolph out there looking like that. And that's why with the season stuff, you really just want to take, you just can't get too up, too down.

35:11But you wouldn't. No, I ain't getting too up. But it looked good. If we had came in here and it wasn't looking good, we'd be sitting here like, man, I don't know what the hell. You are not lying. So I respect that you're giving him that love because, bro, if it wasn't for the back of the end zone, toe tap, the DB, great play, you know what I'm saying, hitting him, he would have went 11 for 11. You know what I'm saying? Very efficient. He might have did a little better than that. They had protection a little better. That's the other part. When he was getting the ball, it was two seconds. The first one, it was like nobody stopped him.

35:45He just ran full speed at him. And then the second one, our running back, we got to step up. I mean, it was left tackle and running back. Both of them got collapsed onto Mason. So, and it wasn't like he was holding the ball long. That shit happened in two seconds. Yeah. I ain't going to lie, man. I seen like our right tackle. You know how you do the hand slapping, you knock it down. That's cool one time, but I think he's relying on that a little bit too much because he might not have no anchor. He might need to get a little stronger, stronger anchor. Got to get a little anchor on that, man. Got to get more anchor.

36:20I want to see Ihanashore. Yeah. I want to see Ihanashore out there. Like, I'm excited to see what this next... ChatGPT can do more than answer questions. It can help you get real work done. 39:37Like you said. Go ahead. Go ahead. But go ahead. You can say what you're going to say because I'm about to jump into this. I was about to say, yeah, because like you said, when we get the starters out there and the more the preseason, the second preseason game, the third, the quicker they're out there, I'll just three and outs. You know what I'm saying? They shouldn't be out there for long. It shouldn't be a lot going on. We shouldn't see them do too many plays because when you have your defense moving the way they're supposed to, everybody's communicating, it's quick three and outs. It's, you know what I'm saying?

40:06So that's why when you start getting TJ out there, you start getting Cam out there, you get Jalen, any of the guys, when you have your starters, they should be out there for not a long time. You want them to execute quickly, look very efficient, and get to the regular season. So, like, the preseason is good for roster spots. You're getting younger guys to see, like, who can really make these plays. before your vets, you don't want them to be out there for a long time. You want them to be out there for a short time, look really good, execute at a high level, and get maybe three series. And get missing.

40:37On defense, I'm giving you three series. I want to see y 'all go out there. And, you know, I would love for it to be three, three and outs, but then I got to put you out there a little bit. You know what the coach say? You determine. Coach, you determine how long y 'all are to play. Right, right, right. But if you go out there and you dominate those three series, and this three, like three and outs, they didn't drop a ball. You played locked up on every spot. You filled every gap. You short up every tackle. Yeah, I'm going to get you out of there in three series. You go out there as an offense, and hey, we might have y 'all out there for two, three series.

41:10But y 'all go out there, and y 'all do two series, and y 'all get touchdown field goal or two tutties. How does it look? How does it look? Do we look like we're just moving? Are we slicing butter? Are we just walking through this? Okay, bet. Let's get two more. Okay, two tutties. Bing. Sit down. Let's keep that energy. Sit down. Let's keep it moving, baby. Let's jump in this super chat, brother. We got Tam Time,$20, said Debo and Joe. Caught you live finally. You two are fun footballers, and I love the show. Thank you very much. Debo, you are so... Comical. No, that's good. You are so comical coming in at Joe when he goes Browns.

41:55Yeah. Yeah. Like everybody needs, you know, it just depends on how much he going Browns. You know what I'm saying? That's just, you know, how it is. Hey, who was 65 stomping all proud? Who was 65? Who was 65? You know what 65 is? Said, it's Tam from Iowa, the other black and gold baby. Okay, Tam. Damn. Damn. I'm going to try to figure out who 65 is. Is it Kyler Ball? Defensive tackle. Okay. Okay. Listen here. I'm going to lock in on it, buddy. Oh, you mad. $2. Do you think Drew is out there more next game?

42:44I mean, I don't. I think he'll be out there. I think it'll get cut short. I think because you're going to have – you know, they're going to put – I believe they'll put Rodgers out. And then, you know, it'll be Howard and Drew and then – or Mason, sorry. Drew or Howard, however they do it. But I think at some point in time, that third game, it'll be a whole lot more of, I believe, Howard and Drew. I believe it'll be a whole lot more of them. Mike Mike,$10. He said he should. He's talking about Shador, obviously. He said he shouldn't apologize. He should just give the media what they want and say watch.

43:31They say watching is trash and overpays and needs to be cut. Media wants something. So just do it. They going to fire my man up. You know how that's going to be terrible. That's going to be terrible for him. Oh, my goodness. No, man. That's not good information. You can't do it. I don't think he'll play. Nah, you know. He's playing. He be doing it. That's what you would do. You're like, yeah, you know what? Just tell him they all trash. Nah, nah, nah. You don't be doing that for now. You just play. Oh, you mad. $2. Back again. When do they get Joey Porter Jr. contract done? Damn. I think that's something that they need to get done before the season happens.

44:16I'm... I'm hopeful that that happens, but only time will tell. I'm hopeful. I'm hopeful, hopeful, hopeful. I'm hopeful that right before the season, this is going to be one of them signings right before the first game, he's going to be signed. Has to be. I like that. I like that. You got to be. You got to do something. Like, listen, because we can't leave nothing out there on the table, no? We can't leave nothing that could possibly get us all the way to where we need to go. And that's holding another one of them back there. And Joey Porter Jr. has done everything he's needed to do, getting better every single year, staying out the way.

44:57Now he's strapping. So get his man his moolah, and then we're going to be good for the next couple. For sure. Heckle Sante,$5. How about them young guns? He said Drew has to work more on his touch pass from what I took on the overthrow passes. What do you say? Rabbit, that to be a short, give him a chance. Give him a chance. Right, you got to give him a chance because you throw it short, you're going to take a chance. Not picked. The receiver got to make up for it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I feel you. Especially when you know I'm not talking six feet over your head or something like that. But, you know, I'm throwing that thing where I believe that you can get to it.

45:40Outside, shoulder, when it lands over there, it's like if the receiver isn't going to catch it, nobody going to catch it. Right. Right. Heckle Sandy, he back with$2. He said, Joe, that hoodie or jersey. Jersey. Of course it is. Jersey, thank you, fire with the hoodie under. Boom. Okay. The hoodie jersey. Hoodie jersey. No, no, no. It's just separate. The hoodie jersey. It's just a regular hoodie and a regular jersey. We got music XR4CO. I don't know what that means, but it's$5. A job. Bless Debo and Joe. My vibe is Steelers will surprise a lot of people. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Craig Bingham.

46:28He met Craig Bingham. Good dude. Good dude. Listen, only people who are supposed to surprise. These are people that don't know what the hell they looking at. You know what I'm saying? When it started happening, it started going down. Y 'all just come back to me. Y 'all just come back over here. Deebo and Joe. Hey, bro. Y 'all let me. We told y 'all. Come on, man. I'm just so excited. Football's back, Deebo. We ain't sitting here talking about what could have been, should have been. We talking about actual tape. Tape. Eye in the sky. Eye in the sky don't lie, too. Covenant lie. $20. She said every year a rookie helps his team make a Super Bowl run.

47:11Which 2026 rookie do you think would be the one holding the Lombardi trophy this year? And who's your sleeper pick? Hi, my job. What up? Like you both. Joseph, which rookie is going to help his team make a Super Bowl? Jeremy Bernard. Debo. You know, you can see, you asked me a question and answered it. You know, you knew I was going to say the same one. You know what? Joe, who do you think, Draper Minard? Yeah. Yeah. Joe, I just felt it. You know what I'm saying? A thousand percent. That's who they sleeping on. That man looks real good. He looks good in that slot. We talked about Rookie. Hey, listen, listen.

48:02and they might wake up to it and keep on putting it out there like that. But y 'all need to. We don't want somebody sleeping. It ain't him. We don't want nobody sleeping. It ain't him. You know it's going to be, Debo. Max. Ehanashore. Ehanashore holding down that corner. Big lineman. Big lineman. Protector. Yes. Yes. And they say he liked to do the dirty work, too. When you never played a lot, you don't give a damn about anything. Yes, sir. Mike Mike,$100. $200. He said, Debo, have it buried with you. Gibson style. Nope. Gibson's tunes got robbed. They still robbing them. To this day. To this day.

48:55Okay. Nah. Mm-mm. Mm-mm. We got Crowley 702. Crowley 702,$2. He said was on the Howard train, but Aller balled out. Aller. I keep fucking that up. Aller. I want to say Aller. Aller. Aller balled out for something for sure. All right. I agree with you. I'm not saying I'm leaving a train of any sort, but

49:30we got to get a bigger sample size, sample size before and get you against that real competition. I want to, I like that they all had success and the, and that's the thing, like everybody was successful. Okay. And that I think is a great thing because a lot of that means that the coaching, what they're being taught, where they're being told to go is being taught to them. They're soaking it up. They're understanding it. And when you look at it, we got the quarterback whisper. Hey, man, listen, I am not off of the Howard train either because like you said, Debo, right now, all of the quarterbacks look good.

50:16They look like they're in good situations. Just keep it going. So Howard, I don't think he lowered how I looked at him at all. It's just the Drew Holler for the first time you see him is like this. okay, this kid kind of got something. So let's just keep them both going because with the stats and how we looked, there wasn't a lot of incomplete passes out there, brother. There's probably three incomplete passes to hold them between all of them. So with their passing the ball that well, let's just keep it going, playing against higher competition. And it's simple coverage is out there. There's a lot of man to man.

50:46You know what I'm saying? So you get a man to beat a man, you're going to see some simple things going on, just hit the target. When they start getting more advanced, more disguises, when you start playing against more veteran secondaries, let's see how it looks there. You know what I'm saying? But with the coaches putting you in the positions to where you're studied up on it. You don't look rattled. You know what I'm saying? You're kind of ready for the moment. So let's just... And you got to realize, like, it's preseason. We're not strictly game planning exactly what it is that they do. It's real vanilla.

51:16You get an understanding of their concepts. They get an understanding of our concepts. And we go against theirs. They go against ours. and you execute what you do the best you can. That's why I like it because we went out there as an offense and we executed the best we could. And I feel like it could have got better. It was only perfection that would have made it better if they had caught a couple more balls. So, you know, we got him back again,$2. He said the D came out like practice squad. The D, they, I wouldn't say they came out like practice squad. That's a big, I think when, The penalty happened.

51:55That extended that drive. And then later on, like I said, the only thing I was really upset with or didn't like was a couple of the runs. Passes here and there, you got a deep crosser to hit on the one. I don't know if that's the situation where we try and get our linebackers in the middle a little deeper in that process. I don't know if they have man, you know, they're scooting up, making sure the back don't run out. I don't know what's going on there, but the fact that he ran across the middle, I would think it was man. Nebo, that definitely was man. He was outside leverage. You have a little inside help, but you got to just be closer to that.

52:31You know what I'm saying? So I think some of these is just man to man. You got to be – if you're going to catch, got to make a tackle. He had outside leverage, playing it to the linebacker. You know what I'm saying? So it was a good throw, but we just need you to squeeze that a little bit more. Definitely. Definitely. He's back again. $5. He said, first time I caught you on, I have your Browns fan dump pick signed by you. Oh, he got me slamming one of your fans. You know what I'm saying? One of y 'all fans. But defensively, he said, you got to give Asante Samuel Jr. Yes, sir. Love from last. Well, we gave him love.

53:17No question. He was doing his thing. He was definitely doing it. Man-to-man coverage, not being nervous with the ball in the air. Tell me what you've seen, Joe. Tell him. Tell him what you've seen, Joe. Take it from a future Hall of Fame cornerback. No panic in his game. There's no panic. When you see that inside slot fade, when he's able to look at, with the receiver, he's looking up, he's looking up, running, no panicking, no just grabbing. Boom. Able to make a play on the ball. That's just patience, believing in your speed, believing in your coverage. He was doing that the whole day, staying on top of inside slot phase and regular outside one-on-one phase.

53:52He was playing. Normally, I was thinking more of him as a slot, but he's standing on business on the outside. So if he keeps on doing this, it's going to do nothing but help out the squad because he is fast. And if he's coming back from this injury to that first-round capability of when he was really, really balling, that's going to do numbers for the team. So just, Santi, shout out to you. Your father's a big believer in you. I am also now. since I'm seeing you, you're doing it. You're not out there playing. You locked in. You are on your job. So just keep doing what you're doing right now. For sure, for sure.

54:25Hey, hey, hey, Joe. Let's go ahead and let these people know. Hey, Monday, Monday. Make sure you do not miss Monday. We are going to have the, the GM for the Cleveland Browns. Yes, sir.
