In short
The Steelers’ AFC North title-clinching 26-24 comeback win over the Ravens, with heavy focus on defensive breakdowns vs Lamar Jackson and key second-half offensive adjustments; also includes criticism of Browns coach Kevin Stefanski (“Browns FIRE Stefanski”) as a side topic.
Guest backgrounds
The episode is hosted by James “Deebo” Harris with co-host Joe Hayden. No other guests are identified in the provided transcript.
Key claims
Steelers’ defense struggled early with coverage/pressure issues (Lamar time to throw, miscommunication in “zero” coverage late). TJ Watt’s pressure and a late defensive stop are framed as decisive. Offensively, the Steelers’ swing passes/checkdowns and getting the ball to Jalen Warren, plus big plays from A-Rod (Aaron Rodgers) and MVS, are credited for the second-half surge. Hamilton’s injury is described as a major turning point.
Notable examples
Derrick Henry’s 47-yard run (gap/contain breakdown); a fourth-down play where Lamar hits Walker; multiple “swing pass” run extensions; a missed deep shot to a wide-open receiver; the “tush push”/goal-line success; late-game Ravens drive ending in a Likely catch and a final kick attempt that the hosts expect to be missed.

2:20Hey, welcome back to the episode of Deebo and Joe. I'm your host, James Deebo Harris. I'm here with my co-host, Joe Hayden. Hey, please make sure you guys like and subscribe. Look here, man. If you ain't come here to talk still of football, if you come here to complain and do all that, look here, baby. It's a thin line between love and hate. Hey, I'm trying to tell you right now. Look here, boy. Hey, hey. Oh, you're stupid, bro. The Ravens, the Dirty Birds. Hey, Luke, took him for a loop. Hey, I ain't going to lie to you now. I was nervous when you were in church now. I'm going to tell you that right now.
2:59I was over there sweating in the pew. I was sweating in the pew now. Look up. Genuinely. Genuinely. Hey, listen, man. Listen. Hey, man. That's sometime how it go, man. That would do a still in football. You would give yourself a sight to see. My goodness. That was one of the most exciting games I've ever seen, Debo. Yeah, I'm going to put you in here with me, even though I normally wouldn't. All Steelers went out there and closed that thing out. Yes. 26 to 24. Let's go ahead and get into that thing, yo. Yo, pre-game, yo. Yes, D-Bo. They go ahead and they say, we go to first. You know why we go to first?
3:39James Harrison:Why? We want the Raiders out there. We want to go see what Lamar going to do? We want to go see what Lamar going to do. That's what we want to do. Now, Joe, we get out there and we kick the ball off. And you know what they did? They can't never play fast. So they hold us. They hold us. They hold us. They hold us. Penalty off rip. Penalty off rip, man. Put them back to the 15-yard line, man. Hey, look here. Girl. Yeah. First play. First play, Derrick Henry breaks off 47. Yep. Now, Joe, you and I know that for a man to break off 47 yards, something got to be wrong, right? Yes. Somebody, I was going to ask you, there has to be somebody missing the gap.
4:26James Harrison:There has to be something. We got a compilation, a compilation of things that went wrong on that play. Okay. First off, TJ goes inside. Now, when you go inside and you make the play, it's a great thing. The tight end comes over to him. He's supposed to be outside that tight end, but he goes inside. They also got a fullback sitting at three right there. Our two backers mean they got to slide over a little bit more, okay? Okay. They don't get slid. They snap the ball fast enough. TJ goes inside at two, and when he goes inside at two, he gets to the fullback. He actually stays inside the fullback.
4:57What that does is it cuts off all the corners, and now these tight ends and these receivers, the tight end and the receiver can now crack down on the backers on the inside. Now we've got a whole gap sitting over here, and Derrick Henry, takes off for 47 yards. Yes. When you make that play, it's great. And when you don't, it looks like this. We have to keep it contained. Every man has to do his job. Make it simple. It's very, very, very simple. When you do that, you cut off Harrison. And then on top of that, they go underneath. Queen shoots the gap and doesn't make it instead of falling all the way over the top.
5:36Yes. Bam. They go 47 yards. we get a blind side block that I ain't gonna lie it really wasn't a blind side block it brings us back 15 okay it's cool next play we go and do what we're supposed to do yes he only get three yards second down I think it was likely what was it maybe to six six yes to make it a three or third yeah like they're I see what they're trying to do they're trying to get Harrison out of coverage on that. Like, I understand, but anyway, they do what they do. So the next play is where, again, bro.
6:16James Harrison:This is where they start running them RPOs, brother. Right. Where you said it's going to be an option. We're going to have to choose who we taking. We did the same thing that we did, when was it, the playoff game? Yeah. We crashed down our outside dude and had the safety coming down to try and make a tackle on Lamar. We did it with Minka in the playoff game. That did not work. That made me nervous because I thought that's what we were going to end up doing. Mark goes ahead. He breaks it off. He gets enough for the first down. And now, like, I don't – I just do it. I don't like that. Like, that's what they did to us in the playoffs, and that's how, like, they kept – but, again, they playing Lamar.
6:56James Harrison:Mm-hmm. They playing Lamar. He going to do something. He's going to do something. He's going to have to run. Like, so it's early. I'm just seeing how fast he's going to do. He looked pretty fast, so it's early. Yeah. So, ain't nothing but a big thing. First down. Hey, 9-5 made a nice play right there. Yes. 9-5 made a nice play right there. I like what you told me. 9-5, I'm going to talk about you. You going to talk about you. You made a nice play. Nice ring, D-Bo. Hey, I'm just talking with my hands, a little. I don't know. No, my bad. Yeah. I just, you know, I end up talking with my hands. Okay, my bad.
7:28Anyway, the second down, you know, they hit Andrews, man. Yes. That's cool. Oh, boy. That was a hot, what, six? Yes. That's a hot six, man. Third down, guess who show up again? Bitten. He showed up again. He must have heard me talking about it. Deebo, that's what happened. Hey, I'm going to keep talking about you. This is how you go play.
7:53James Harrison:Come on, because you're going to talk about him when you do good, though. You're going to talk about him when you do good. Yes, sir. Hold up. Maybe I know we need to talk about you doing good. We're going to see. We're going to see. Let's go. Now, we get to fourth down. They go for it. Yo, Lamar hits Walker. What happened here, bro? See, this is what I'm saying. This is, it's cover zero. And I feel bad when we're, DBs are taught, you're seven yards back. You're not supposed to retreat. The ball needs to come out fast. So I'm blaming this on D-line linebackers. Yes, you got to get there, dude. There needs to be everybody.
8:30James Harrison:Somebody's unblocked. Lamar Jackson has time. So he's sitting there chilling. So Jalen Ramsey is suspecting the ball to come out quick. So he's trying to undercut him and get on the guy. So that's just on the D-line. I feel bad for Jalen because you run like, I'm ass out. Like, you got to get to the D. You got to get to Lamar. You can't let him have that much time to throw an over route. You know what I'm saying? He had time to adjust. Yes, he had time. He didn't get no pressure on him. He had time to throw the ball longer than he should have been able to. And now that bang, bang play turns into a bang, an old snap.
9:00An old snap. Tuddy. Tutty.
9:04James Harrison:Tutty. So that looked crazy. 7-0 off rip, Debo. The first day, we looking like they're running. Then I'm looking at the pass coverage. Looking crazy. All right, man. I ain't tripping, though. Still, let's get out there, man. First down, I don't know what that was. Was that supposed to be a screen or something? Yes. Okay. So first down, they do something that looks like a screen. We only get two yards, but we got lucky, unlucky. We got lucky that we got 15. He got unlucky, he got a face mask. Okay. Second play, we swing it to him and we lose one. This is what you're going to see a whole lot of.
9:40James Harrison:And I'm going to say about in the first half, between the second half, first half, swing passes, check downs. A-Rod went 0 for 5 in the first half going passes over 10 yards. So you're going to see a lot of dumps and dinks and checks. Yeah. Next play, I think Rodgers, he ended up getting pressured. He had to throw it away. Third down, I think it was Austin. He threw it to Austin. I ain't going to lie to myself. Wiggins? He could have picked that. That's a one-on-one, one-on-one fade ball. That could have been uglier. You know what I'm saying? And that was one of the passes that he threw past 10 yards.
10:14James Harrison:He threw five balls over 10 yards in the first half. I'm going to break them down. That was one. 0-1 on Wiggins, man to man. Dude, we punt on fourth down, and we come out there, and that's four straight pass plays, bro. I'm like, okay. Cool. I mean, we got Rodgers. I understand that. But I'm rocking with the screens and the quick passes to Jalen are extensions of runs. Right. It's the run extension. True statement. I understand that. I understand that. But again, I think we only took off, what, a minute, 20 seconds? Yeah. I feel you on that. No, I feel you on that. No, for sure. Okay. Give me a little something.
10:51Give me a little. Ravens get out there. First down. One yard. Cam was going insane. Thank you. Cam was going insane.
11:00James Harrison:Hey. Oh, man. That man, Cam, he was playing like his hair was on fire. They said before the game he was sitting on the sideline 20 minutes, eyes closed. That man, he had something to prove. No question. No question. I ain't going to lie second down, though. Henry got him a nice little eight, and then on third he picked up two for the first. RPO. Hey. They're running RPOs. These are RPOs. They kind of stopped it, though. I'm glad they stopped it because they started just turning the back and handing it because that, yeah. Hey, like I said, they was going to get in a situation where they was going to let Lamar pass.
11:33You know, we just needed to try and, you know, stop the run a little bit. First down, I think he ended up throwing that one to Flowers. That was incomplete. Second down, I think that was incomplete, but we get the roughness. I could see it. He got tripped into him. I understand, but you still, you know, you can't deliver the force. Okay, okay, okay. I understand that. Like I've had that happen before. Coming from you, Debo, I respect it for sure. I understand that. First, I think it was first and second down. They handed it to Henry. Old man Cam was balling. Old man Cam been balling.
12:12James Harrison:I'm telling you. With his little, you see Cam, Frog Stance, just gapping, just understanding what's up. Running a business is hard enough. Herbic Hey he just run Why you got that little light boy in there Why you got 26 in there like he trying to block Herbic Stop it Stop it Bimba don't break Bimba don't break Lightweight 13 y 'all sack They got to punt the rock back over Yes sir Come on Hey We're down We're here give the game well. All right, it ain't nothing but to him.
15:46Hey, you know what we're going to dump it to him? He don't get nothing but to him. Yeah. You know what we're going to do? We're going to go ahead. We're going to give the game well again. We're going to swing it to him. Swing that ball to him. I'm telling you. Listen, man. Listen. When they get into his hands, you still got to attack me.
16:01James Harrison:A thousand percent. I'm rocking with it. I love it. Still got to attack me. That's why he's the MVP. Uh-huh. Rodgers' next play. What is it? DSM? MSB? Yeah, MVS, MVS, MVS. VSQ. Six. All right. Then back the game well for a hot little one. Then we double it to him for a hot little two. Fourth down, we go. I ain't going to lie to you. I'm sitting in there. I'm like, yo, just point the ball, bro. Yes. And that's a long yard. It wasn't like inches or nothing. We was a - But we inside our own 50. I know. They just ran down up on us. Like, come on, man. Mm-hmm. we go for it. We don't make it. Listen, hey, Cam, I'm going to let you know something.
16:48You was balling all night, but when you touch, push, bro, you can't push him down on his back. That's why he didn't make it. We got to push him up. You got to push his butt like this, baby. Yeah. We turn it over on downs, man. Ravens get out there. First down, Henry, go for four. Second down, yo, edge. I don't know, but what, I know he's supposed to be a run stopper, but dude, Harrison can't move. Yeah, no. And that was the tight end.
17:17James Harrison:And that's Andrew. And I don't even know why he on the outside. Like, why? I think the only reason why I would think it is because you had a linebacker guarding the tight end. If Andrews were to go out, he's at the end of it. You know what I'm saying? That was the only reason I was thinking. They get 14 on that, bro. And then, I don't know. I don't know what Queen was doing. What was it? I needed to see. Like, Derrick Henry ain't cut that hard, bro. I know. I don't know what that was. it was like, I don't know. Maybe it was off balance. I don't know. I was seeing some stuff from him last night that I wasn't comfortable with.
17:51I was seeing some side shoulders going into the fullback. Like, you can't lean into the fullback and hit like this, bro. You got to face him up so you can shed off that block so you can make that play. Like, first down, they give it to Mitchell. I think he popped three. Second down, again, Henry, I think he popped two. Third down and five. Hey, Hey, we chased that boy down. Come on, man. That was a sack, bro. We got to keep the edge.
18:17James Harrison:But then Harmon, I'm loving the effort. I'm loving the effort. Hey, you got to have 100%. When you went eight, I'm going to tell you right now, 100%, Lamar, I don't know if we would have caught him. But I'm so glad John Harbaugh played. Thank you. Appreciate you. Appreciate you. I ain't going to lie. I was a little nervous after it got towards the end. I'm like, damn, maybe I shouldn't have, you know, be careful with your wishful. Anyway. They get a field goal. They get a field goal. It's 10-0. Steelers, we get a nice kickoff return, but we get a hold, bro. Ah! Come on, man. We can't do that. We can't do that.
18:55James Harrison:Not on a good team, man. Yeah, I think we hand the ball. We trying to run the rock now. We hand the ball to Warren, the first two players. I think we ain't getting no more than like three yards. Mm-hmm. That's cool. Third and seven. Third and seven. Hey. That's what I'm talking about. You get the ball in the game of El's hands. Check down. Check down. He's seven. He gets you 12. He gets vertical. He gets vertical. He gets vertical, bro. That boy get vertical. That boy get vertical. I'm talking about like a 43-inch vertical. Give it to him. Let's see. Hey. Warren said, hey, that's what they doing.
19:33It's sweet out there like that.
19:35James Harrison:Let me get Warren involved. Swing pass. Swing pass. They were doing swing passes, quick to the flats, all these. Let me get it to Jalen. Let me get it to – 17. Hey, Zay, let me go get 17. Okay. And then, man, come on. This is what I was talking to you about, Debo. On A-Rod, on our passes in the second half, we were five for seven over these deep passes that we needed from A-Rod. In the first half, this one was big. He played great in the second half. In the first half, a lot of dicks and dunks were over 10 yards. This one is a wide-open receiver. John knew wide open. We need you to hit this. I love A-Rod.
20:13James Harrison:I'm going to say this to anybody, though. You're a professional quarterback. It's not like he's getting cover. He's butt naked open. These are the big plays that we need. Because this is not a talent thing. This is just, ah, we need anybody to get that. Got to do that. Got to do that. Got to do it. We miss it. We miss it. We ended up picking up four, I think, on the second down. We get to the third down. And I thought he had it until 95 hit a gear. Listen, do you think if he would have thought of just running to the angle? No. No, hell no. He'd have got to walk down. He'd have got to walk down.
20:47He'd have got to walk down. He'd have got to walk down. Easy. That's why he stopped. He was trying to hopefully do the duck. You know how they do it. Yeah, hopefully some flint go by, but yeah. Okay. Yeah. We end up going for the field goal. 57. Bankroll. Bank. Bankroll. Hey, let it go. 10-3. 10-3. 10-3. hey, Baltimore, they get back out there. Yes. Or down Lamar, get that good scramble. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Hey. Come back here. I'm going to need that. I'm going to need that. I'm going to need that. I'm going to need that. I'm going to need all that. First and 20, they give it to Henry. Cam say, hey, man, where Henry go, I go.
21:28We travel. We running mates.
21:31James Harrison:I can't. Yes. Cam Hayward. Nothing needs to be said. We go together. Okay. Second down. Hey, Highsmith said. I'm going to run you down. Also, get over here. Hey, again, I like Lamar in there. Lamar ain't that. He ain't a hundred. No, I like it. They give up. They do a give up play on third down, six. They would let you get six on that. Three and out, three and out, three and out. Three and out, three and out. We punt the ball. Ah, ah, they punt the ball. Hey, look. Still get out there. And then we do what we need to do. We give it right back. We do a three and out ourselves. Nice break up. Nice break up on the first.

22:12James Harrison:You got to lead him to the sideline a little bit. That's the defense. He got to put it out. He got to put it out further. That's another pass on the first passing yards. First half, Jones. Like, he was throwing dots, but I'm going to just speak on the plays. Just lead him outside. You know what I'm saying? More towards the sideline. Yeah. And then he was pressured on that third down. He just had to get that up out of his hands. Yep. We punt, then re-punt. Ravens get the rock back. And, bro, Henry. Yeah. Twanky won, bro. Off the rip. Twanky won. Anytime we misfeel, misfit. My man, he got double crazy on this joint, though, right?
22:56James Harrison:Bro. I'm trying to figure out. Yeah, on that one, I wanted to ask, because I'm like, on that first run, 95 was getting doubled by both the dudes. So, who's fault is that one, Debo? I didn't know. you gotta well he gotta anchor a little better okay okay okay you gotta anchor a little better to give your people time to feel and get over so it ain't you know it's a combination of both but you gotta anchor a little better when you you know when you're one of those interior linemen and especially when you over you know you're in between that one and that two area that zero to that one and two you gotta be Casey Hampton prime example dude him be there just holding to him and I mean it literally be one step back like boom him drop anchor and that be it he not going nowhere for sure I was looking because I seen those two dudes on I'm like god that looks a little crazy yeah we end up getting them to a 39 hey Lamar 20 hey what happened come on get over here come on they were shooting themselves in the foot we needed that.

26:52Hey, third, 17. Get a little Zay. You know what I'm saying? Get a little laughing. Punt. Get a little laughing. Punt the ball. Punt, punt, punt. Punt the ball. Still, let's get out there and we put together a nice drive.
27:03James Harrison:Beautiful. On this third and nine, this is what I'm saying to you on this drive. The screenplay and Wiggins on fire move. Like, that was the out route, but that's a, Wiggins strapped that up. What do you start off with, though? What you mean? Jalen Warren for 15, obviously. Okay. You can't forget about J. Okay. You can't forget about J. Dub. 15. Hey. Go ahead. I ain't gonna lie. Wiggins made a nice play on the second down, though. That's what I was saying. That's that one-on-one that I was saying. Wiggins was strapping PPU, but that's your best corner versus the tight end. You know? That's okay.
27:40James Harrison:It's gonna be that. That's okay. That's gonna be that. That's okay. It's cool. This is what I'm talking about. Third night. Hey, God. If he would have ran that fast, if he wouldn't have ran that fast, you don't think he would have got it on the first first down? No, it look a little different when ain't nobody around you. You know what I'm saying? I ain't going to win. You got somebody else there. I look fast until you put me next beside somebody that's faster. You know what I'm saying? You're running by yourself. The yard mark is gold. But when you, you know. I think if somebody running after you, it would make you look a little faster.
28:12Like a dog. Now that they can catch you, it might make you nervous. You know how you start tripping and falling. That's like the movie. That's why everybody falling in a scary movie.
28:22James Harrison:Okay, yes. Yeah, legs start giving up. Hey, man, we got Adam too now. Roger said, hey, we're going to hit Adam right there. He get a hot seven. Hey, then is Gamewell making it happen for 11. Screen the Gamewell. Listen, get the ball to man. Followed by Austin. He hit Austin for 13. Mm-hmm. Nice leg. Nice little quick slant. I ain't going to lie. We got a little incompletion on the next, but I ain't tripping. I ain't tripping. You know why? Because second down, we go ahead and we get eight. Swing pass. Another extension of the run. Put us in a nice third down situation. Across the nation. M-V-S.
29:06Seven. He gets seven. Seven. Seven. Look here, man. Yes. We only got 15 seconds left. Yep. We got to pass the ball. I'm standing. All right. So we passed the rock. We passed the rock. But they finally, on the third down and goal, give us a P.I. P.I. It was a P.I, though. Yes. P.I. Oh, definitely was a P.I. We just talked about it. It was a P.I. all day. For sure. We get the first and goal, and again, kick the field goal. I'm kicking the field goal. we're getting the ball back in the second half.
29:44James Harrison:I feel it. If we had went on ahead and punted the first one, that wouldn't have gave him that three. Okay? If we kick this one, that would have gave us six. We 6-7. Half time. Half time, we've been 6-7. We go for it. What the flip are we doing? Huh? See, that... I'm... That's... I couldn't agree with you with that. If you go for it... I'm not as mad... And push, push, throw, man, run the ball down they throat. What are we, huh? Once we motion, once we do that motion, and we see that we're outnumbered, we got to be able to get out of that call. You know what I'm saying? Because it's just that that's not a good call.
30:26James Harrison:I'm not mad at going for it. I'm not. Oh, I ain't going to lie. I was mad at going for it. The call for me was crazy. The call for me, once we motioned. And then, yeah, then to see the call. Huh? Yeah. Who? What? Why? When? I was hoping they were trying to trick them to get everybody emotional but once you see there's two people over there you know what I'm saying the emotion didn't work we're outnumbered you don't go there so yeah that was a blow yeah we got zero we got Nathaniel Baker yeah zero 10 to 3 still half time still let's get the ball back in the second though biggest big time what we do we hand that ball to Jalen more nice talk what we do after the next play Give it to him again.
31:11Pick up the first down. Mm-hmm. Second down. I ain't going to lie to you, bro. I don't care that it. Listen, that was the biggest play of the game. Biggest play of the game.
31:24James Harrison:When they lost Hamilton. That switched a lot of things up. Things got real positive. We scored 23 points in the second half. We had three points in the first half, coach. When they lost Hamilton. I ain't going to lie. I was hoping he was okay, but I was also hoping he was concussed a little bit so he couldn't get back in the game. I knew he was going to be concussed, bro, for sure. I ain't going to lie. I was kind of hoping both of them were. Well, me too, because that boy Gilman, oh, my gosh, he was balling out there too. Tackling, making plays every like, yeah, he was hooping. Yes. Shout out to Gilman for sure.
31:59Yeah. Third and 10, we finally used flyer moves.
32:05James Harrison:This is what I'm saying. It's the second half now. The 10-yard passes is when, yes, the scene balls, fire movement. Like you said, Kyle Hamilton is now out. Dome. Dome. That's him. Things in the middle starting to get a little more open. Hey, thank you. 14. Hey. Say that. Hey. Oh. Nice throw. Nice throw. The second and eighth throw right here, then this is when I'm down the second half. Is it different? When we say first half and second half, this is the beginning of the second half. Yes, sir, Joe. That throw, Debo. That 28-yard handoff that he gave the Thielen in the slot to that seam, you could hand it off better than that.
32:47James Harrison:That's what you need to call it a handoff. Boy, that pad was so good, I could have caught that. He handed it off to him from 28 yards. Wanky. Hey, how you doing 28-yard handoff like that? That was beautiful. That was beautiful. A-Rod with a 28-yard handoff. That was one-on-one. Humphrey and late hands and everything. Hey, man, what that boy name is over there? He always running the mouth crazy, man. He'll be on that thing. Butter, Butter. Butter. Butter. Where you at, Butter? I ain't going to lie to you. I watched Butter this morning. I know he was sick, his reaction. He didn't even say anything.
33:22James Harrison:He said nothing. Hey, Butter, you don't need to say nothing, baby. First down, Warren said, hey, go ahead. Quick three straight pass, you know. He make it happen. Make it happen. Six. Second assist. Okay. We end up getting you off. Shaking out your shoes. Fourth and one. Hey, this right here is where I'm like, okay, let's do it. But put the muscle in there. Put the big bodies in there. Cam came through for us this time and gave the man a tush push that he needed. He said, hey, let's do it again. That's what we should have been doing. Same play. Same play. They know it's coming. Yes, sir. You still got to stop it.
34:07James Harrison:You still got to stop it. Double tush push. Double tush push. Coming out the half, man. Now we tied 10-10. We tied 10-10. We tied 10-10. Hey, look here. Look here. Hey. When it rains, it pours. Hey. No game. Hey. James Pierre. James Pierre. That boy got rid of it. And third down, hey, keep Lamar passing the ball. What'd I say? The more times he passes, the more opportunities we get for sex, fumbles, and interception. TJ! Boy, back that pass, the boy right there where he need to be when it should be. I am TJ. Pam Hayward with the cliff pole to TJ Watt. Come on. Boy, you rap birds. You rat birds.
35:03You dirty birds. That was so beautiful. Hey, man, I really believe that. I think that Ravens is one of the few birds that you can shoot all year round. Legally. All year round. Legally? I think so. I believe so, man. I don't know. I don't know. I could be wrong, but when you were still a, that's all we do. We hunt Ravens. We hunt Ravens.
35:26James Harrison:I was so hyped, man. T.J. Watt and that joint made the play. Okay. hey first down Warren making it happen he make nine happen he makes out of nowhere out of nowhere swing pass another extension of the run we ran at least 20 swings he picked up the first down on second down yes sir hey hey and they say you know we ain't gonna stop there let's give it to him again seven yep hmm hmm one third down I think that was a P.I.
36:07I think it was. I feel like it was.
36:09James Harrison:Hold on. I think it was good defense. Damn. I think it was good defense. I'll go with you. I'll go with you. Yeah, it was good defense. It was good defense. But we kicked field goal. Mm-hmm. 13-10. We up. Hey, Debo, speaking of, that was your man Gilman, too. He made the play on the second and one, the 12th. He was balling. We was hoping he was out with the concussion also, but glad he was able to get back healthy. Who? Gilman, number 12. He made the play on it. Yeah, he was still out there hooping. I wasn't. Yeah, I know. I know he came back. I was hoping it was healthy, though. Yes. 12, 14, I could have used it.
36:46You know what I mean? I ain't wishing no, you know what I'm saying? No, I feel you. I wish it would be good. You could come back next week, but it ain't no next week.
36:5413-10. Hey, man, Ravens get the ball. And here we are, you know. Damn. He hit us for a little three, and then I think it was eight for the first down. You know, it happens. That's what happens sometimes. But I don't even know what happened. Reset. Reset. Reset. Hey. First, Highsmith. Hey. That's how you attack. That's how you set. He just knocked Buddy out of the way. You like that? Why is he even there? Every time you got a tight end on you, that's how it's supposed to look, as an outside linebacker. They do not have an opportunity to block you. They should not have an opportunity to block you.
37:31He is a blocking dummy with a heartbeat.
37:33James Harrison:That's it. Yes, yes, yes. You're dealing with tackles. Those is when you have it like somebody has a chance. You're dealing with tight ends. You're supposed to throw them out of your way. They're not supposed to be. It's routes on air. No question. Then they got scared. They false start. Yep. You know? Hey, Lamar, guess what happened there, man? Lamar, another battered play, man. Man, I don't even see. Nothing better than bad. We got dudes like Logan Lee out there making plays now. I need Logan Lee. Shout out Logan Lee. Shout out. Shout out. They going on here. We let Andrews get a little something because, you know, that's what we're doing.
38:09Y 'all so far behind. Whatever, man. Punt the ball back over to us, man. Punt the ball back over to us. Stillish. What the MVP name is?
38:21James Harrison:Gainwell, brother. Gainwell. Gainwell. Hand it off to him. Six. Hey. What that man name is? Fire move. Move. Move. Scream to move. Six. Dragging him. Dragging him. I mean, it really wasn't dragging him, but he had somebody there. They ain't stopping him, though. You know what we do on first down? We hit middle for five. That gives us a nice second down setup. Another screen. Another extent. No question. Hey, who the MVP?
39:06James Harrison:Game will. It's O.P.I. So, but the pick play. I think if I remove, you got to make it look... You got to make it a little less obvious. Try and at least turn your shoulder. And you looking back at the ref like, trying to see if he's going to throw the flag at you. As soon as you look, you know they're throwing it. Keep running around. Keep going. He looked back at him, threw it at him. All right. He said, if he look at me, I'm going to hit him with it. Mm-hmm. Pow, he hit him with it. It's second and 15. We pick up half of that, though. A hot seven. Hot seven, mama. We get the third and eight.
39:46Hey.
39:46James Harrison:We talk bad about people. Now it's time to talk good. Listen, it's time to talk good about you, baby. Come on. I ain't going to lie to you. Now, I don't know why he threw that ball to you that many times over there in Cleveland. But I know why he threw it to you right here. And that was a bad little ball. It could have been easily dropped. He had to go back. He went back for it. Thank you, NBS. Thank you, NBS. Thank you. You know? I ain't going to lie. The next play, we dodge another bullet.
40:14James Harrison:Ooh. Oh, my goodness. When that safety hit that speed? Yes, sir. Oh, my goodness. Yes, sir. That safety? Whew. Thank the Lord. Thank you, though. Appreciate it. Overthole, you know what I'm saying? Long foul ball. No harm, no foul. No harm, no foul. We get the third and seven. And we allow the Ravens to all people. These boys, what they got, five sacks on the season? No. Seriously? I mean, I'm just saying. It's something close. It's low. I mean, I'm just saying. It's low. Okay, yeah. The highest guy on the team, what, he got five sacks, three sacks, four? I think, I thought that was all they had.
40:48I don't know. I can't tell. I can't tell. They punt the ball over. Now, this is where it gets crazy. The Raiders get the rock. We punt the rock over, man. And it starts getting out of control from here. It starts getting out of control. Yeah, yeah, yeah. This is the fourth quarter thing. The fourth quarter was what are we doing on defense that we put ourselves in positions to have this happen all the time, dude? Like, I don't understand.
41:23James Harrison:This one was, this one, I wouldn't, like, Debo. The third and four, where you want to go to the, because it was the first time. No, the first play was Lamar. 15. He hit him for 15 on the out. Okay. Then the next one, he, 93, Derrick Henry gets two. He gets two. Lamar. Lamar. I thought he had him, and it scared me a little bit when he hit him, because I'm like, don't hurt him. Yeah, yeah, yeah. He got that four. I'm like, hey. He got four. Okay, look. So now this is what I'm saying. It's third and four. It's third and six. Third and six. Third and six. Third and six. We have Lamar Jackson in our hands.
41:59James Harrison:So, like, this is just, like, not, this isn't scheme bad wise. Like, no, like, if we tackle him, we have Highsmith there and 9-5. Like, we have to make that play, and everything is good. Nobody's tripping. The reason why he was free now is because everybody's starting to plaster. So in the backfield, Duggan got to go over and it leaves the seam, you know what I'm saying, for the deep ball out in the middle. So I'm just like, nothing would have happened if we had Highsmith. I want him in that position running free to just throw down, throw down, settle down and grab him. And then you get him back.
42:35This is one of these times where I think the rules of how you can tackle a quarterback if you do this or you do that. I can agree with you on that. at a horrible disadvantage because normally if you're coming in there you're going to the thickest part of his body yes but you can't hear because if you go too low they're going to say it's roughing the passer now you're going high to try and wrap he do the duck that's why all these quarterbacks do the duck believe me i'm with you we 100 should have that there's no no way we should miss that Like, that's just the worst. Now we got Queen down the field, solo, dolo, flowers.
43:13James Harrison:It shouldn't even be that way. He had him on a slant, and now he has him on a seam running down the middle of the field. Adjustment because we didn't get there and make the play. We have to make that play. You know what I'm saying? So I'm not even going to – I can't charge that to the defense because I love the position we're in. Get him on the ground. I got two dudes. I don't just have high slant free. I have 95. Like, come on, guys. That's – so nobody will be in trouble. Everybody's plastering backfield. He's trying. He's trying to keep up. But, like, no. If we get him down, Highsmith, nothing.
43:42Nothing. We're good. We end up 17-13 now. Stressing me out. We get the ball back. And Luke starts throwing him for a loop. He kicks that ball out of vows. Yes, sir.
43:56James Harrison:That's when he started the loop. Yes, hey, that's when he started. I knew he was going to do something good for us. Hey, hey. I knew he was going to do something good for us now. God. We starting at the 40 now. At the 40. Thank you. Hey, first down. Quick screen. MVS. Get vertical. Get physical. Hey, hey. And then that man won't. He takes it. He's getting hella tackles.
44:29He get four on the next play. Uh-huh. Yes, sir. I think we ended up getting to like a third and three. Hey, sometimes players mess up sometimes.
44:38James Harrison:Look, players mess up too. Players mess up too. Because you know what I know? If that player do something, he going to get us back. He going to get us back? Hey, he know. Game well, a little false talk. I owe. That boy said, oh, I owe. I owe you. Okay. Let me put it in here. He going to my I owe you. I come back when I got the payment for it. Okay? So he going to make it a 3-8 in here. Yeah. Deebo. You know. I ain't tripping. Do you see this dot that Aaron throws? Who? To who? To fire move. Okay. Running over. Give him a little nod. Give him a little nod. Use him. Oh, I'm on the sticks. I might run.
45:15James Harrison:I might. It's third and eight. I might run a little. Just a little 10 yard out at the sticks. No, I'm going to nod you. Yink. And then I'm going to get right there, right in the pocket, in between the split safeties. Oh, my goodness. Third and one. Third and one. Hey, that. I started getting a little crazy too. Debo. Debo. Then we started running a little crazy. Timeout situations. Looking a little crazy. Hey, I ain't tripping though. Because you know what happened on that third and two. We got to go to who? Gainwell. This is the play. This is the play that we should have ran on the before half.
45:56James Harrison:Something like this. Something like this. That? What was that? A handoff jump. You know what I'm saying? Not a back-off toss. Something going wrong. I think somebody's smoking dope. What are we doing? We went and got that. We went and got that. That was you. Hey, that was you. I got you back. Touchdown. TD. 20 to 17. Come on, Smokey. Bruh. We get the ball back to the Ravens. Because we got to. Because we got to kick it off to them. Uh-huh. Defense. Defense. Defense. Defense, defense. Three plays, bro. Three plays. And they done scored a touchdown. But see something. Wide open. Joe, what is going on back there on the third down, Joe?
46:46James Harrison:This is what I'm trying to tell you. For the bread, we're in zero again. And I'm looking at Joey Porter Jr. and Duggar. They're on that side of the field. They're communicating. This is a man-to-man. It's the worst eyes I've seen. That's not on Jalen Ramsey. that's not on Asante Sanjumbo Jr. They have their men. So when Asante Sanjumbo has Richard, the fullback, on the in-man line of scrimmage, so he's blocking, making sure that he has his man. Jalen Ramsey is a spy. You know what I'm saying? So they're in zero. Joey Porter Jr. does this. When you point to your man, it's like this. Boom, we got the receivers over here.
47:18James Harrison:81 and Flowers. So when Flowers ran that over route and they started scrambling, his eyes are in the backfield. He starts running with the wheel route, which is Queens man. So if you look at the game, when you see Flowers catch the ball, Duggars running over there full speed. Jalen Ramsey's looking like, whose man is this? Asante Samuel's looking like, whose man is this? Miscommunication. You got to have your eyes better. Stay on your man. And we're in zero coverage. So, like, it's going to be a tough play. Just run with him. That's a DB miscommunication play that's like— To hell with miscommunication.
47:49You can't have miscommunication, man. When you're in crunch time, this is when the play, you get tighter. You get more focused. You stick on what you're supposed to stick on.
47:56James Harrison:That's on everyone. Why are we watching somebody that we got? No, that's your man. Go. Yeah, I'm with you. We don't need to look at the QB, man. You don't. You don't. When you start looking at the QB, yes, the QB looking at your man running. Why the hell? You're looking at the zone, man to man. You're looking at your man. He's running down the field. It's a pass play. We have this happen time and time and time again. Yes, yes. Yes, yes, yes. Are we not being taught like, hey, lock it. Don't look. Until you can put your hand on him, you don't look. That's how I was taught by my linebacker coach.
48:37You don't look till you can touch him.
48:39James Harrison:The thing is, we sold out on making sure we went zero coverage a lot more than I expected. And that was making sure that we said they're going to have to pass. Yes, we should because we're going to make sure they got him. They're going to have to run. They're going to have to pass it to beat us. My thing is, if you leave these big plays, that's like, that's on guard your man, Duggar. I can't blame no guard. I know. That's what I'm saying. That's just man to man. That's a player fucking up. like now we down yes 24 to 20 yes three plays bro three plays how in the fiddle faddle i don't understand that no i don't i don't understand that luckily we got aaron rogers still let's get the rock back aaron austin 16 plant beautiful Two-minute warning.
49:39Right after the two-minute, he get a hot eight. Followed by that man. MVP. Gainwell. So clutch, bro. Clutch? Call him Gainwell Clutch. I'm going to give him three names now. Call him Gainwell Clutch. We get to a third in 10. Rodgers. Austin. Double move. Hey, what you looking at, son?
50:16James Harrison:Tink, tink. Hey, you got to have them seven studs. You got to. That's a lonely place to be. You got to have them seven studs with you in high and field. You got to. When you're at Accra State in, okay, when you're at Accra State in any time from the end of November through January. You slip, boy. You ain't have it ready. You know what? Buzz told me you got to stack them cleats, man. You got to have two right here. You got to have one right here. You got to have these two down here. You got to have them low. You got to have two right back here high. You know why? So you can grip. So you don't slip.
50:48When you wear them speeds, baby, and all that right there, that's all compact together. That turf go kick out from under you. That's called home field advantage. We know. This is a lonely place to be, man. We know. Hey, we up 24 to 26. Barswell, come on in there, baby. Come on, Bars. Oh, Lord.
51:06James Harrison:Oh, my. Oh, no. Oh, no. Oh, I wish I wish. Oh, my God. Everybody. I think everybody does the same thing and runs away from the screen. Oh, no. Bruh. Bruh. I'm. Bruh. And this is the bad. Bruh. This is the bad part, bruh.
51:33in my heart, I already know the defense is about to sell. Because we ain't stopped nobody. We don't close it out. We closed out what? One game this year? I know,
51:46James Harrison:and I'm thinking, and this is not a time for Ben to don't break. Like, it's like they need a field goal. They don't need, and they got three timeouts. So I'm, I'm thinking in my, I'm like, God, damn, it's not overtime. They just got to get in field goal range and we lose. We ain't never, never, never had this, bro. He ain't missed one all year. Hey, Ben, I don't know how long. And 90. It's 90 straight extra points. Bro. And then, on top of that, we kick the ball off to him. Oh, my God. And kickoff team. Sails.
52:24Oh, my God.
52:25James Harrison:He's one first down and he's in field goal range. I'm like, oh. Bruh. Bruh. They sell. 55 seconds. Second and two. It's illegal formation. What would have been a first time? That is great. Fourth and seven, bruh. I ain't going to lie, bruh. He just made a play. He did. But come on, man. I don't. Oh, man. Likely? I know. He made a catch catch. I know. I know. I know. I'm just one. I'm one Jalen just trying to go through his hands. Just trying to punch through the hands, baby. You got to see like the ball is so high. He's hoping that he's catching it at the high point. I know. But if you run to the deep, run to likely and just try to punch, rip his hands apart.
53:19James Harrison:You know what I'm saying? So I was feeling for Jalen too. Like I want him in that position. He got all skills. I'm thinking, yes, yes. Oh. Oh. Now listen, bro. I'm sitting there, okay? And I'm going to tell you, I'm beyond mad. So they go and they're doing one play and I'm like, hopefully Lamar will fumble this ball. Oh, they'll give it to Derrick and he'll fumble it. They go to the middle of the field. Man, yes. That was like, oh my God, even worse. They even think like, oh, they put it to where he likes it. They want to send it up. They want it where he like it. Listen, I ain't going to lie to you.
53:55My son said, hey, he said, hey, dad, you think he going to make it? Everything in me wanted to say no. But I told the truth. And I was upset and my heart was hurt. And I said, well, what the hell you think he going to do? They done drafted him. They drafted a kicker, son. They drafted a kicker.
54:17James Harrison:You started yelling on your son. But my heart is like, oh, God, I hope he misses it. I hope he misses it. But I'm setting myself up to not be hurt. Yeah. I can't be hurt again. Okay? I've been hurt too many times. Don't you know? Loop. Loose that motherfucker. To the right. Aha! Yes, sir. Hey, I'm sorry for you, Rook, but hey, man, this is where you got to learn, man. Sometimes, hey, hey, this National Football League, man, I mean, not for long, baby. Not for long. And I appreciate you. I'm sorry it had to. No, I ain't. I ain't sorry. I'm lying. I'm lying. I'm so happy it happened. I couldn't.
55:01Listen, that is your problem, and I'm glad you got it.
55:05James Harrison:Oh, my goodness. Because it could have been the other way. Do you know what I'm saying? It could have been ugly. Deebo, end of the day, it goes down to that. They could have made the field goal, and then we're talking a whole different tune. Somebody got to win. Somebody got to lose. Hey. I am a fan. I love Lamar Jackson, but it had to be him. Or it was going to be us. It had to. Boswell missed the field goal. Extra points. Boswell missed the extra points. Boswell don't miss no extra points. Yes. This is the makeup. Loop for the makeup. Loop, you're going to have to shoot the loop. Listen, it's okay.
55:42It's okay. You got next year. I don't know what you guys' situation will be. I really don't care because we need to, you know, concentrate on Monday. Hey, Joe. Monday. What are we on Monday? Night Football. Wait, we playing the Houston Texans in Pittsburgh. Monday. What's the record for the Steelers on Mondays? On Mondays. On Mondays. What's the record for the Steelers on Mondays? Hey, Joe. Joe. Joe. Look at him. Hey. This. Like, hey. Like Mike say, hey, this right here is why you do business with a 42-year-old guy like Aaron Rodgers. That business done that. Listen. A thousand percent. This ain't on nobody.
56:37But the offense, Aaron Rodgers. Defense, y 'all sold on me. Y 'all sold on me. Hey, but y 'all got, y 'all get a chance. They get a chance on Monday night at home. In the playoffs. It don't matter no more. Listen, we can get our first win in a playoff game since 2016. We have an opportunity and we can do it at home. Don't get no better than that, man. Do you understand? Now look here, man. Like they said, like Coach T said, he had one hell of a quote. Oh, my goodness. You got the sound. I'm putting that on the top. Go ahead with the sound. Make that kick. Season's over. Comes to a screeching halt.
57:17and missing that kick and the winter going on.
57:20James Harrison:You know how it is. If my aunt had male parts, she'd be my uncle. All right.
57:30If if was a fifth.
57:32James Harrison:Fifth. Now, there's a thin line between squashing grapes and drinking wine. No question. No question. No question. Now, I will say this. according to who you're talking to nowadays it could still be your aunt but I'll leave that for another discussion Joe we gonna go over here and we gonna let you know that that field goal that that man missed had a priest come out that thing bless it with some hold it while during pregame man look at the video baby Lord my shepherd he know what I want he know what I want he know what I need no question yes sir come on man yes sir Joe alright
58:28hey Joe you wanna know something Joe what's up brother before every game I have holy water and I got oil too I bless my shoes and my pads and all that for protection. God put on armor. You know what I'm saying? You know how you use word as your armor. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, no, no.
58:48James Harrison:For sure. I love that. Yes, sir, man. That's a good start, man. Hey, I ain't saying God play favors, but if I was a betting man, I'd have to say that God was still a fan. I'm telling you right now, boy. I'm telling you right now. He waving the towel talking about he's a gold stealer. You know what I'm going to say with that too, Debo? Because it may not be when you want it, but it's going to be there right on time. So he's an on-time guy. So this time is still his time. It ain't in your time, but it's going to be on time. And maybe now is the time for us to get a win. Come on. DK's coming back.
59:29Hey, we got that man DK coming back, Joe. Joe, we got that man DK coming. Hey, look here, man. Oh, hold on. What time? Oh, look here. Your Browns. They did something. They won a game. I guess we got to... Oh, hold on. Look, Miles Garrett. Timeout. Timeout. I wish we could play this sack. I really wish we could play this sack. Oh, you think he gave it to him?
59:53James Harrison:No, he got off the edge. Crazy. He got off the edge. He got off the edge. Crazy. He got off the edge. And he went... Boom. And then got on him. He did this. He felt this. He said, oh, it's Miles. No, he was running for Miles the whole game. He didn't run. The whole game? You didn't watch? The whole game? He put an Aaron Rodgers right there. Joe Burrow was throwing the ball under two and a half seconds. Then the whole game. And then any time, he was running. Boom, boom, boom. That one, I'm not going to lie. Joe, he didn't even try and run. He didn't go out of his way. I'm not going to lie. He didn't go out of his way on that one.
1:00:27James Harrison:He didn't go out of his way. He sat down. He's protecting himself. He looked behind him and sat down. He's protecting himself. He did like this. Debo, he's protecting himself. He sat down, was making sure. And Lee's a little this way so he made sure it was Gary that touched him. Nope. He was protecting himself. He only did that, brother. Bank TJ's record, man. Miles got off. Joe Burrow got more hate for the Steelers than he do the Browns. That's all that was. No. Don't believe it. Miles, Gary. Hey, Joe. Hey, Joe. You can make up for that. I know you ain't happy over there. Huh? I know you don't like what's going on over there.
1:01:04I'm talking about Joe Burrow. No, no, no. Joe Burrow. Joe Burrow. I'm talking about Joe Burrow. I know he can make up for that, though. You can make up for that, Joe. I know you ain't happy with what's going on over there. I mean, the offseason is here for you guys. I know you need to sit down with your family. You got to make decisions. And you need to think about your future. And you want your future to be something worth, you know, taking your kids to see and going back and looking at it and having a history, a lineage, a legacy, a tradition. And when I think about that, when I say those words, it brings stillness to my heart.
1:01:42Like this, like Dick LeBeau, you know, Hall of Fame, you know. Joe. Yeah. Burrow. Look. Look, Joe. You need to bring him to come on over? We're missing a piece, Joe. Oh, my God. I'm talking to you. I'm talking to you. Look, Joe. Burrow, look here. We missing a piece. That would be. Be that piece. Ain't no way. Yo, listen. You got to look out for yourself. You got to take care of yourself. I care about you, Joe, because I did do a year in Cincinnati, and I know what you're doing over there, what you're facing over there. I know what you're going through. I done heard it in your voice. I feel your pain when I hear you talk, Joe.
1:02:33Burrow Burrow listen to me hey boy hey hit me on the ground hey I'm gonna DM you I'm gonna see what you're doing everybody go take care of Joe out in the bar be good listen it's okay nah but this is time where you need to start making decisions Joe it is the off season for you it's over with Joe you heard my man you heard Jamar Jace
1:03:02James Harrison:Jamar Chase said he going to do what everybody told him to do. He going to Cancun. He going to Cancun, Joe. I want you to go to Cancun, get you some rest and think. Chill. Chill. You went through a lot this year, Joe. You been injured. You came back from injury. You fought back for this team. And what they do for you. What they do for you. They do for you. They try to act like it's your fault. Listen. Joe said he wanted to be fun again. You want to have fun? Hey! We all be having fun, Joe. We all be having fun, Joe. Come on, man. Now, look here, man. I think your boy, Zach Taylor, he said he was a little irked how the officials delayed the game for Myles Garrett.
1:03:49I think we got a little bit of sound. Go ahead.
1:03:51James Harrison:A long conversation with the officials after the Garrett sack. What was going on there? There's five minutes left in our season. We're playing for our lives here. and I just remember playing we're going to stop the game and in a critical moment like that and the refs just said that they made a decision that they were going to stop the game and they said they tried to do it as quickly as possible. I didn't feel that. We didn't sub. We're trying to be on the ball and go and play with tempo and the umpire just held the ball so that we couldn't do anything and I'm yelling at Joe get on the ball. We didn't sub.
1:04:24We're going and then we couldn't play and so again trying to get an answer was not easy. They just said that they made a decision as a crew to stop the game when that happened. I guess it didn't matter when it happened. It just, they were going to stop the game and let it happen. And you weren't informed of that? No, I was never informed of that. They didn't say one word. We meet with them in the 90-minute meeting before the game. They never said one word about that.
1:04:49Joe, he said they was fighting for their life. What? Huh? What life was you fighting for? where were you going with this win or possible win that you think you could have got? That was, was that wind going to save us? I don't know. Maybe they thinking about getting rid of, I don't know what's going on. Joe just went on ahead and gave that man what he wanted. When didn't they stop the game for a little bit for somebody that didn't broke a NFL record. Come on, man. What are you talking about? And you playing in a nothing game.
1:05:31James Harrison:honestly he ran in a nothing game what you really mad about man what is he really mad about man you know why he's mad man because he just just anything that you could talk about besides them losing the game something to complain about and it's really kind of like when somebody breaks the NFL record that's normally what happens and especially I could see him being a little bit mad because you know how they even tell you before the game 90 minute meeting alright coach but nothing You're talking about tempo, just trying to make excuses. Myles Garrett just broke the NFL record in NFL history. Neither one of the Browns nor your team is going to the playoffs, win or lose this game.
1:06:10James Harrison:So what's a minute going to take? Like all these injuries and stuff when they happen and you can't get on the ball. It's the same thing. You can't slow down for a dude that just broke an all-time record, you know what I'm saying, for his greatness, being out there. So he's just kind of mad. That's kind of what – I mean, if you're losing, you're going to find a reason to get mad. So I think that's what it was. Was it at their stadium? Yeah, it was at their spot, too. You know, I'm thinking he feeling a little bit of jealousy, a little bit of maybe in their mind. I don't know, man. When it comes down to it, you know, he don't really want nobody celebrating on his field like that because they really don't get to celebrate on their field like that.
1:06:50They ain't got to celebrate too many times on their field for anything. Oh, for sure.
1:06:53James Harrison:And they double celebrated it, broke the record and beat them. broke the record and beat him. And, I mean, I ain't gonna lie. Again, I think Joe sat down for him. I mean, it was sort of like, you know, he sat down like chicken sit on eggs and he did not move. He felt the swipe. He said, hey, if I feel the swipe and you're there, I'm gonna sit down for you. I'm getting to you, especially if in the fourth quarter, you know what I'm saying? I'm just saying. But, anyway. It could have been a strip sack. That's what I'm saying. He went and said, protect the ball, sat down. Got you. Huh? Huh? He wasn't even, it could have been a strip sack.
1:07:31James Harrison:Joe. He was protecting himself so it wasn't a strip sack. He's saying he knew. Miles beat his tackle. Before he even, like, almost like he was offside. So he got there so quick. He, oh, let me get down. Let me chill. Bro, listen, man. You sound like this columnist that salty that Miles broke the record with, I guess, with a benefit of an extra game. Like, what do you think of the records that's being broken with the benefits of Astros' game? Like, it's an Astros next to them or something, though, ain't it? Like, something goes on. Like, you look at it, dude. These Russian records, dude. These Russian records that these dudes are breaking, they was like, them Russian records were made with, like, 14 games or something.
1:08:10James Harrison:Yeah. No, but I'm not. The league, it is what it is. It's one more game. So, I mean, these are going to be the next record. Records are meant to be broken. So, if they put another game on it, if they can get it in the game, it's going to be 17 game joints. The 16 long records are going to still be there as long until somebody breaks them. Like, your records aren't meant to stay there forever. He's still got 23. And then when you talk about snaps, let's look at snaps. Miles, I think he did it in 500 less snaps. So you were talking about games. Games are games, but how many times are you out there?
1:08:39James Harrison:Like, opportunities to be out there and rush the passer. Strahan had 400 and some more opportunities to do it, and Miles still beat him in that. So I'm like, apples are apples. You know what I'm saying? Like, if you go out there and do it, records are records— The league changed it. I'm not mad at Miles because he has to play in 17-game season. You can't make, like, that's your fault. But for the next generation to come. Like you said, he got to the highest number of sacks in the shortest period, time period in NFL history. So, like, stop it. It's kind of like, yeah. Stop it. All that stuff you're trying to put in, yeah, it don't matter.
1:09:13Like, if you really look into it, that man, he getting after the quarterback. Yeah, dude, just, I think it's a compliment. He's just salty, man. He needs something to have something to write about. You know what I'm saying? But again, it's true. It is, though. It is another game. It's very true. And Joe did kind of sit down for it again. I will say that. Your boy, Stefanski, he's no longer with you guys. He was fired this morning, Joe. How do you feel about that, Joe?
1:09:41James Harrison:Honestly, man, I am actually happy for the Browns. I'm happy for the Browns because now, at least, I don't know. And we kept Andrew Barry, too. He drafted really well. He has a really good draft class. He believes in Shador. He likes Shador. And I don't think that Shador is – I just know that the next coach that we get is going to have to like him at least and not like think that like, no, I'm not going to like rock with this dude. Be a legitimate, firm guy. You know what I'm saying? Offense. But I'm glad that now we at least have a different direction that we're going, and it's not with Stefanski because I was not rocking with that.
1:10:15James Harrison:Andrew Barry is bringing in good players. We can do that one more time, see what we can do. I need a good coach to come in. And now, once we pick the coach, then I'll be able to let you know how I feel about the coach. Okay. Okay, I understand that. Yo, them boys over there in Vegas, they fired Pete Carroll, too. Ooh. I was— Yo, and your homeboy over there, Gannon, he just got fired, too. Over there in Arizona, nine straight losses. Nah. You know, it's a league. You know the league don't play, man. What have you done for me lately? What have you done for me lately, man? What have you done for me lately?
1:10:59Look here, man. The Steelers. Play all bad. We play Monday night. Listen, we done ran out of time. Yeah, we done ran out of time. But look here, man. We going to keep going a little bit, but we going to pick up on all that Steelers stuff. We're going to pick up on that tomorrow and Friday and give you exactly what it is that's going to need to be done, baby. I guess yesterday, the Falcons, they fired Morris. Five straight minutes.
1:11:28James Harrison:They got Morris and the GM up out of there. Huh? How that happened?
1:11:35James Harrison:Like, how that happened, bro? Man. I ain't playing so I ain't mad at it. Shit, we can look at him for the Browns. Bruh. They got rid of that man year two of a five-year deal. That's guaranteed paper. You just letting it go. They don't even care, huh? Uh-huh. They don't even care about the paper. And he lost his quarterback, too. Like, come on. Yeah, bro. I'm going to tell you. Look, so we still in the playoffs, but the Browns now, since we five Stefanski, we got Andrew Barry still. We need to get linemen and wide receivers. We're going to get our defenses coming back. Great. And we get another.
1:12:15James Harrison:We get Emerson back also. Another corner that's on the outside. Hold on, hold on, hold on. What's up? You're saying we again. Who you with? Who you talking about? You got the Steelers on. You brought up the Browns. We talked about the Steelers the whole episode. Because now my Browns are mathematically eliminated. So when you talked about the firing of Stefanski, I'm just bringing up what we're talking about next season. I got you. You were saying we, and we've been saying we, this whole thing. Then you're saying we, but you're saying things of people that I don't recognize. You rock with me. No, okay.
1:12:49James Harrison:Okay. All right. Okay. I got you. But you know what I'm saying. You picking up what I'm putting down. Listen, man. I was just bringing in clarity to the thing. That's all, Joe. Okay. You know, people like clarity. I like clarity. You're trying to. That's just, you know, that's just what it is, man. Yeah. Yeah. It's okay. It's okay. I ain't shooting at you. I'm shooting at you a little bit, but I ain't shooting with like a. Okay. I'm shooting with a.22. You know? I ain't trying to bust at you with 50. You know what I'm saying? Just a little deuce. Okay. Just a little deuce. Just a little deuce.
1:13:18You know what I'm saying? I might hit you one time. You ain't even going to know it's there. You know what I'm saying? You know? Look here, man. Let's go to some of these super chats. Ooh! Covenant Life donated$200. Oh, my. Covenant Life? Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Look here. What's Covenant Life talking about? First, giving honor to God in that holy water. A thousand percent. Cam was playing like he was playing for his last dinner. A-Rod played like he really knew Jesus. Yes. F the Texans and their defense. I ain't going to go that far. I ain't going to get disrespected. You know, Texas really is the number one defense.
1:13:59We really going to get into that? That's kind of, yeah. Yeah, we're going to get into that tomorrow. But, dude, tomorrow in the week, it's good. Yeah, but she said, F the Texans. This is her. I'm not saying it's Texas. F the Texas end of the defense. But I'm a little concerned about Anderson. Joe, make up your mind. You look better in that color.
1:14:22James Harrison:Joe. Yes. Make up your mind. Brother, this is what I'm trying to tell you. All right. Covenant Live, tell me. I won't wear it no more. But I feel like since they got mathematically eliminated, I was going boom, boom, boom. And then when they play each other, I'm rocking what was rocking with the Browns. Now we're going into the playoffs. I played for both teams. So, like, how you going to shoot me? You can't shoot the messenger? It's okay. You literally got blood in the game. Listen, man. Listen, man. Danny DeBoer, you want to know. Danny DeBoer, 1712, donate$7, man. You said, Joe. Yo. It's the Browns gear.
1:14:58You shipped it out to Cancun already.
1:15:02James Harrison:No, it's not in Cancun. It's just packed up for next year. You sure it ain't in Cancun? No, man. It's packed up. Hey, man. I got stuff all in. Hey, man. Thank you, man. Appreciate you watching. Donate. Hey, love the show. We love you, too, man. Appreciate the love. We in love. Come on, man. Listen, man. Everybody love everybody. Everybody love me. Everybody love me. Hey, swing the towel for the duggy. Yeah, teach him how to do all that good stuff. Look here, man. No Monday Night Football tonight, Joe. Okay? Hey. Joe, what you doing tonight? I'm watching me some Texans film, Joe. Listen, I got to get into it because I really feel like they listening to us.
1:15:48I feel like they paying attention. And I ain't really seeing the Texans enough. I just did a quick icon, you know. I just looked at it real quick and I'm sitting there and I'm like, you know what? I need to go back and see the games against guys that play similar defenses as us. You know what I'm saying? I need to get there and see what it is that I need to do. I feel like they're listening to us. When we put the words out there, they do it. Hey, I was okay if we lost that game, but I wasn't okay if we lost. But I was okay if we lost it and Lamar did it. I was cool. But that's what we did. Yeah.
1:16:18They're taking it away. Bro, we was out there.
1:16:19James Harrison:We need to get there, Joe. We was out there in zero, making sure. You said, we're not going to lose. And then the second half, we was in zero coverage, making sure that they weren't going to run the ball. So if they're listening to you, Debo, they got to be listening to us, man. They got to be listening to us. So tomorrow, hey, we going to be talking about next week's Monday game against Houston, Texas. And what we going to need to do. And Acresha Stadium, okay? And, you know, a few of these other playoff games coming up this weekend. But, Joe. Yes, sir? Listen. We ain't never going to apologize for winning.
1:17:01We can't. Never. That's what we're not going to do, D-Bo. A win is a win, and we go get it in.
1:17:10James Harrison:Because they say if you got problems, people going to be happy that you got them. Nobody's sad about your problems. Hey, look here, man. I'm feeling so good right now, Joe. Anybody ever been to a playoff game at Aquashire Stadium? Ooh! Look here. Look here. Look here. You giving out. I'm going to go ahead and see what I can do. See if I can't get maybe two tickets. And if I'm feeling real good, if I'm looking at things that make me feel real good, if I'm seeing things that make me feel real good, because I feel real good. It might be two sets of two. Look here, man. Y 'all come on back here tomorrow.
1:17:56And we'll let you know exactly where this is going to be. and again. Hey, we want to thank the Ratbirds and Loop for looping that thing for a rat. Butter!
