2:40Joe Haden:Welcome back to D-Boy and Joe. I'm your host, James Debo Harrison, and I'm here with my co-host, Joe Hayden. Please make sure you like, subscribe, and download where you get your podcast. Joe, I ain't going to lie to you, baby. I'm kind of surprised to see you today. I thought you quit on me after Thursday, man, after the Spade Game, man. I mean, how you doing today? Because I ain't seen you since Thursday. How you doing today, Joe?
3:06James Harrison:I'm doing great, brother. I'm doing great. You know, we had a great weekend. And, you know, you are a funny dude, Deebo.
3:15Joe Haden:You are. I'm just, hey, man, like I said, listen. I'm going to tell the people. Joe got us into a Spades tournament on Thursday, okay? And, you know, we get up there and we're playing the game. And we're doing well, you know. We bump off the first one. Win the first round. We win the first round. We get to the second round. And we really ain't catching no hands. We know we got a five and a five. And then we caught a hand, you know, on the third hand. And, you know, I'm sitting there and I'm, you know, I'm sandbagging. I'm trying to, you know, I'm trying to get them to go higher than they want to.
3:53Joe Haden:So I'm like, yo, we got five. You know what I'm saying? We got five. So they went on ahead and they fell for it. And they went for the six, I believe it was, you know. Yes. So now listen, Jordan told me he could play this game, y 'all. Okay. Joe done told me he could play this game. But before we even get to that, it was a hand before that where Joe showed me he could play this game. Yes. Okay? Joe showed me he could play this game now. The man went, we went blind, just in the dark. A hot eight. Blind eight. Blind eight. Man went blind eight. I said, ooh, okay. Blind eight. Get out there and Joe play his cards on the money.
4:36Joe Haden:Now my expectations done shot high. I said, Joe know how to play this game, right? I'm right. I'm like, Joe, Joe know how to play this game. Okay, we doing this right here, right? So, as I was saying, we get to the hand where we could have set him, right?
4:57James Harrison:Yes, we could have set him. We could have set him. And Debo is exactly right. And this is where.
5:03Joe Haden:Uh-uh, uh-uh, uh-uh. Let me tell my story, Joe. I'm going to let you talk. Go ahead. I'm going to let you talk, Joe. Okay?
5:09James Harrison:Go ahead. Pop your, go ahead. Finish it. You're doing right. You're saying exactly what's going on. You're doing a great job. So, now, don't forget, you messed up a little before that.
5:23Joe Haden:Before the last straw. Okay. You know, what was that, Joe? What was that? When I should have passed it back to you. You were doing it. Now, listen. You gave it to me. On this one. Listen, people. Listen. Anybody that's a spade player out there, they know how to play this game, okay? I go Trump. I shoot Trump. Boom. Okay? I'm Trump. Trump. He goes, I'm shooting. Like, I'm shooting like a, I think it was an ace or something, right? Dude hit with the little joker. Joe come on top with the big joker. Boom. Boom. And you know what he plays back? a club. We're the only two with clubs. They get the cut book.
6:11Joe Haden:They get their books because of that. Listen, see I'm getting excited already. All Joe had to do
6:18James Harrison:was come back with the Trump.
6:21Joe Haden:I was sitting over there waiting on it. We would have said them and they get going, right? So that went through. I said, Joe, man, come on, brother. You got to come back Trump. You just got to come back Trump, man. It's okay. You know what I'm saying? It's okay. You got to come back Trump. Now, mind y 'all, while this is happening, Joe is carrying conversation. So I'm watching him be distracted, okay? And I done already seen that he can play the game, but now he got distraction. He back and forth. I'm looking at him, but I ain't looking at him. I'm looking at him, but I ain't looking at him. Now we get to this hand we're talking about.
7:03Joe Haden:Joe goes and he's playing his cards. Everything's going great. Joe ain't paying attention to the table. By this time... Joe! I'm going to let you talk, Joe. Come on, Joe. Let me talk, baby. So Joe ain't paying no attention to the table. I'm sitting out there with a queen. Diamonds. They done played. They done diamond here. I done came on top. They done hit here. The book is ours. Joe ain't paying no attention. By the time I look at Joe, I see Joe done finally look back at the table. Joe don't know who played what. Joe cuts me. We lose the game, okay? I got upset, and I said, Joe, come on, man, you can't do that.
7:50Joe Haden:And Joe runs out of the – he just leaves. Joe just leaves, okay? Joe leaves. when Joe leave, we can't catch up with Joe. I'm trying to catch up with Joe. Now look here. Now look here. Now look here. Do you not say it exactly right? Hold on, hold on, hold on. Let me tell you how I saw it, okay? How you saw it. Okay. So, I'm trying to catch up with Joe. Joe walking fast.
8:17Joe Haden:Joe all the way across the street, right? I'm at the door of the place that we are actually at, right? Joe, look up. He see the sprinter he got for us, right? He looks over at me like this, right? He across. Hey, the sprinter over here. Come on. We leave. Let's go. He's so mad. He done left his homeboy inside.
8:38James Harrison:Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah, I did. I did. I did. I did. I did. I did.
8:43Joe Haden:I said, Joe, what about your boy? He a grown man. He'll figure out how to get home.
8:50Joe Haden:That's what happened. Okay. Okay. Okay. I'm going to let you tell. I'm going to let you tell. I'm going to let you tell how you see that.
8:56James Harrison:Lebo, you gave about 95 % of the story correct. 95%. That's what I'm going to give to you. What did I leave out, Joe? This is where you would give it wrong. Okay. I do love the fact that you're good at spades. You are actually really, really good. So I pride myself in being good at spades. So on the hand that I should have threw it back to you when you threw out that club, and I mean, when you threw out that spade, and I should have ran it back to you, and I threw out the club, and I knew that we lost right there. I was so upset with myself, and I knew you were pissed. You were so mad. And I was mad, and I was mad because you had every right to be mad at me, right?
9:47James Harrison:So at this point right here, I'm apologizing. I'm like, Debo, I know it's me. Fuck. And I'm mad because I'm like this. You're really good. You been playing so well. We came back. We hit him with an eight blind. Like, so now you know I can play. So now you got a little bit of the right to be mad at me too. So now I'm feeling terrible. All right? I'm feeling terrible because now I know we lost. Even on the next hand, when I wasn't paying attention and they was talking to me, by this point, I was like this. We lost. So then I kind of, I was. I was talking. I was blown. And now you were still getting a little bit madder.
10:20James Harrison:But I'm like, I know he's pissed, but we're not going to be able to win. And I threw out the card. And now you were furious. And we lost. I was not furious. I just said Joe. Furious. Listen, listen, listen. Joe, I said Joe. Come on. Be quiet. Be quiet. Be quiet. Be quiet. You said Joe's part. And now it's my turn. Okay. Once I threw out that card and we lost, you said, boom. and hit the table strong as shit with both arms and the drink fell off the table and landed on Buddy. Yes, you did not say that part. So I left. I don't remember that part. Oh, Deebo out here mad, hit the jump. So then I left.
11:00James Harrison:So when I start walking out and now you're like, this Joe's storming off? I'm like, yes, because now we look crazy and you spiked the damn table and spilled the water and we lost and I'm embarrassed and I feel like this. I'm supposed to be, you're supposed to be mad at me. You have a right to be mad at me. Okay? So then, I'm walking off, do-do-do-do-do, storming off. I go outside and I look back and I see my dog. I'm not trying to leave you, but I'm like, I knew you was ready to go. I'm like, all right, Debo, the spirit is over here. I wasn't ready to go, Joe. I wanted to stay. No. And that was 12.
11:28James Harrison:And that was late. That was time to go. Now everybody, that was time to go. So, that's how it went down. I felt terrible. You and my dog, you hit the gym. I'm like, let's get out of here. We lost. I got Deebo mad. He's mad at me. He has a right to be mad at me. I'm pissed. Let's get out of here. Okay? Do you want to know? That's how the ended part. You did everything right except for the two-hand jump when the water spilled. And I'm like, damn, now we lost and water spilled.
11:58Joe Haden:It's time to go. I ain't going to lie. I ain't even care because it spilled on the person that was distracting you. Yes, it spilled on the person that was distracting me. You're right. You ain't give a damn. I'm not.
12:10James Harrison:Debo, I love you. I love you. We got in the sprinter, bruh. We talk. Don't get in the sprinter. Don't do me. Come on, Debo. Debo, don't do me like that. Don't do me like that. Bro, you my mans. You Debo. Don't do me like that. Bro, I text you, though. What did I text you yesterday, bro? Bro, you texted me the sweetest text, bruh, of all time. I swear. I showed my wife. I was like this. This man, Debo, is my real dog. I love you. Can I read it out? Can I read it, Debo? Go ahead, bro. Can I read it? All right, but I don't know if I want to read it. I want to tell you I'm sorry for going off on you on the card table, bro.
12:48James Harrison:I need to do better. It was no reason for me to act that way no matter what happened. And I'm used to doing—hold on. And whatever happened and what I'm used to doing, and now I know I was wrong, and it won't happen again. I love you and appreciate you, bro. Man time, Debo. That joint hit me like a ton of bricks because real talk, you my mans. Like I said, you're my good man. And I appreciate that text. Thank you so much.
13:13Joe Haden:No problem, man. I had to sit back. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? You got to listen. You know, I had to think about, you know what I'm saying? I'm like, you know, my man was really hurt. You know what I'm saying? You know, my man was really hurt. I need to go ahead and I got to do better. You know what I'm saying? Like I said, I'm going to say, man, I had a little time. It was Sunday. I was spending my time with the Lord and he was like, hey, you need to apologize to that, I said, all right, I got you. Debo, you, I'm a good man.
13:42James Harrison:That's all I read that. I'm like, look at this thing, Debo. My mans. My mans. Yes. So, weekend was great. Everything was fun. That was hilarious. Oh, my God, bro.
13:54Joe Haden:We had a good time. Bro, I swear, bro. I'm like, I ain't heard from Joe. I ain't heard from Joe. I'm like, Joe, where you at? He giving me short ones. Yeah, fashion show. I'm in a fashion show. That boy said fashion show. I know you ain't trying to go to the fashion show. I know you ain't trying to go. LOL. He's still mad. Yeah.
14:18James Harrison:Oh, Debo, stop. Stop. Bro. Oh, my stomach.
14:22Joe Haden:Let's get into this game, bro, man. See how the wind on up out here and put them thangs on them boys. Like I told you so. This is true, man. Listen, man, I got to show some type of loyalty. They was there for me when times was bad, man. I was sitting there at Christmas, man. I ain't had no Santa Claus. And they came and got me. Came and got you, yep. You know what I'm saying? I got to show some loyalty to them. I knew it was a home shot. But I got to show something. Let's go, man. Start this thing off, man. Listen, I'm going to tell you right now. When Seattle got the ball on that first down, Walker took that thing 10 yards.
14:59Joe Haden:Yes. I knew right then it was going to be a problem because New England's defenders play way too thick on the end. dude. Like when I, well, for the people that understand, when I say thick, they're coming up too tight on the outside blockers. Too square. Too square. They don't have the power to push these dudes off and make the play. So they're giving up the corner, dude. Like it don't even, whatever.
15:24James Harrison:They need to get on the edge, brother. They need to be able to set better edges. They're doing too much head up and making them have to go here instead of being, nah, I'm sorry, arm free. You're not strong enough.
15:33Joe Haden:Yes. They ain't strong enough to go ahead whammy and get off. Exactly. They ended up getting to, I think, second down and 10 in the tight end. That tight end was doing something, too. I think he got like 15 on that one. But if dude had a little better positioning on that, he could have got them hands up. That could have been a pick six, though.
15:54James Harrison:Bro, he was throwing it into some windows quick. They were sitting on stuff. Early in the game, them DBs was trying to break. They was jumping. So that was a good placement of the ball. Sam Darnold was putting the ball. If he had put that back shoulder, that would have been picked for sure.

16:07Joe Haden:Oh, if he had put it anywhere close to out where he had put it, it was over with. It was over with, dude. Then Darnold hit Coupe. What was it? Cup for what? 15? Yep. Hey, I don't know. I think I might have challenged that one, dude. It was kind of questionable. Yeah, it was a little bobbly. It was a little bobbly. Yeah, I might have challenged that one. Seattle ended up stalling out after that, but it wasn't nothing really that the Patriots did. They got a field goal. What is it, 3-0? Yeah. That was it. Go ahead. The Pats get out there. I think it was Stevenson. Stevenson and Henderson, right?
16:50Joe Haden:Stevenson, he got three straight plays on that. I think it was a run for about five or six, second down. I think it was like two, and then he did a swing pass to him on third down. He broke a tackle. I thought he could have got loose on that. Yeah. If he had shored up that tackle, that wouldn't have been no first down. They ended up getting the first down. I think that was like maybe one of only like three first downs they had in the whole first half.
17:11James Harrison:Literally. I was about to say the same thing. After that, it was nothing from them. They couldn't really establish anything.
17:19Joe Haden:Yeah, it was ugly. Like the next play, I think they got about eight. I think they got about eight on that next play. Douglas, I think it was on that next one. and then second down, Stevenson picked up four for the first. That was their second second down. May get drugged down on the first down. I think he could have threw that away, but then again, after I was looking at it, I'm like, ah, maybe he was too close inside. I just didn't know. He had a tackle box. Yeah, I didn't know what it was. That put him in like a second and 20. He scrambled for a hot 11, and then third down, they couldn't make it.
17:51Joe Haden:They end up punting the rock back. Like, Seattle goes three and out because they just – JSN just dropped the ball on the first down. Normally he catches that all day, though. Like, the third down, Darnold shakes up out of a sack and just misses JSN long. That would have been a touchdown.
18:10James Harrison:Yes. Seattle was missing – like, end of the day, Patriots defense played great. Seattle missed some opportunities, too. So it could have been. They could have got blowed out.
18:18Joe Haden:Oh, it could have – yeah, I ain't going to lie. It could have been worse. It could have been way worse. It could have been worse. But the pass got the ball back first down. They hit booty for like 21. And I think it was, what was it, like Henderson? He was dropped for, what was it, three on the first down? And then another two yards lost on the second down. And may get sacked on the third down. Dude, my goodness, brother. Defensive is out of control. Both defensive, bro. No, no. Seattle was out of control. No, no. Seattle for sure. Seattle for sure. And those first three quarters. Yes, dude. Seattle get the ball back.
18:57Joe Haden:I think they got to like a third and seven. And it was that dude Barner again, dude. He made, he made, it was actually, what's his name? He used to play for Steelers. Splang. Splang. Splang, yeah. He made, yeah, yeah, yeah. He made him miss and picked up 12 for the first.
19:15James Harrison:Running a business is hard enough. So why make it harder with a dozen different apps that don't talk to each other? 21:35Joe Haden:First down, I think they would lose like five yards on that next play with that receiver. I don't even know why they would do that. The running back was doing something sick on that one. Arnold got pressured on the second down. In completion, he just had to get rid of the thing. Third down, nothing. They ended up punting the ball back over there to the pats. And then Seattle just said, nah, y 'all three and out, man.
21:59James Harrison:Is that when he pinned him down, the punt down to the one-yard line? That's the special teams, too. The Seattle special teams was balling. Defense balling. Offense balling. They had it full-blown. Like, every phase of their team was doing what they had to do. I think it was, what was it?
22:16Joe Haden:Like, three and out? That was a three and out one that they went, and I think the second down play was to Henry. It could have been picked, though. Like, he was sitting high on. They ended up putting the ball anyway. Seattle get the ball back first down. Gonzalez made a great play on that one, though.
22:37James Harrison:Gonzalez. Come on, bro. That's how you play the ball. He was looking at the ball, running the route with him. It was a big post. And that dude, Rashid Taheed, is hauling ass. So for him to be able to play that, eyes on the ball, no touching the receiver. You know what I'm saying? Being able to jump, make the play on the ball. He made plenty of plays that game. That's what I'm saying. If he wouldn't have balled out, too, there was plays that, touchdowns that he prevented. Hey, if Darnold had threw it longer, though. Oh, if he had threw that one on time, that would have been a touchdown.
23:09Joe Haden:Yeah, for sure. But it didn't matter. The next play, Walker went 30 again. Edges. Like, they playing too thick on the edges. The next second down, I think he went for 29. And then again, the next play, though, I think he got like two yards. No, he lost two yards on that one. He lost two yards. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, and that's when Darnold, he got pressured, hit the lineman in the back of the head. Mm-hmm. I was hoping, I ain't going to lie, I was kind of hoping that was like— You was hoping that was a turnover? Yeah, I was hoping that was like, you know, an arm. It ain't get out. It just kind of popped up there.
23:41James Harrison:He bulleted that ball right inside the back of his head.
23:44Joe Haden:I'm like, he had full control of that. Yeah. Yeah, they ended up dropping Walker for two yards on the third down. They settled for a field goal. It's 6-0. Pats get back out there. Second down. Mate is sacked again, bro. Bro, the left side of that line was kicked all night, bro.
24:03James Harrison:It was the left side, brother, and I'm not going to lie to you. It was the right side, right tackle. Moses, too. He was getting that work. So it was left side, my man, Campbell, the rookie, and the guard, the rookie guard, but the right side, too, Moses. Like, that whole offensive line was getting that work. Left side, rookies, and the right tackle.
24:22Joe Haden:They get so deep in third down, they can't make it up. They punted back off. Seattle gets the ball. Walker again nine yards off the edge because they can't keep an edge on their defense for some reason second down he picked up the two for the first down first down Darnold gets out of a sack dude how many sacks did he get out of that night dude well a lot
24:47James Harrison:he did a great job he did a great job just not being able to evade pressure and then not even getting a lot of yards dumping it off throwing it away like just not no negativity
24:57Joe Haden:yeah dude So that allowed him to stay at second to 10. He then hits Cup for seven, followed by the third down, where he shakes another sack and hits Walker for six in the first down. Dude, again, Seattle stalls out. That's just it. They just stalled out. They wouldn't stop. They punt the ball back over. Listen, man, the defense in New England, they were tackling terrible all night. I don't understand. I didn't see one person get a short up, just one-on-one, pure helmet, face mask, head up, tackle all night, dude. They kick it back over to the Pats. And I think it was what? That's when they pinned them at the two, bro.
25:46Joe Haden:They pinned them at two on that one, bro. Yes, yes, yes. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, like what was it, first down? Stevenson hit a like hot little three. Second down. Dude, he was just off the mark, dude. He was kind of off the mark all night, but he made up spots here and there. The third and seven, he ended up hitting Douglas for nine. That got him a first down. False start. Yeah, like you go and you get to the third and seven, and dude, false starts. Dude, listen, he's scared, man. He been getting whooped on all night. He been getting whooped all night. When you get whooped on like that, bro, that kicked you back to that, what was it, third and 12?
26:31Joe Haden:Mm-hmm. And, dude, like, he at least tried for one deep ball. It's just a little off. But they got to punt the rock again. I think it was first down. Was it Coop? Cup? It was Cup? Yeah. Yeah, that was Cup. Cooper Cup. Cooper, Cooper, Cooper Cup. Cooper Cup. I think it was Sam. Immediately followed by your boy Walker for another Sam. They got to a second and nine. How you say that dude's name? He shook like four tackles, bro, to get seven of it. Mm-hmm. Like I said, dude and boys was tackling terrible all night. He shook four tackles in like a two-yard space, dude.
27:17James Harrison:Yes, sir. Yes, sir.
27:18Joe Haden:Like, how you have four people missing the two, dude, that was out of control, dude. I think the next play, he ended up picking up the first down. They handed it back to him. Donald again. Cooper Cup. Cooper Cup, second down. Cup dropped it. But I kind of think that might have been a good thing. They ain't had no timeouts left. Who knows? But they go for it. Then that's Gonzalez.
27:42James Harrison:Yes, they go for it in the third down. A little bit behind. Like you said, a little bit behind, but great.
27:47Joe Haden:You got to realize he was looking at – it was a safety over here too. So he was trying to just boom it in there, and he really couldn't. But, dude, that should have been a pick. He got both hands on that thing, man.
27:59James Harrison:Yeah. But, you know, Jackson Smith put a little hand in there. You know, it's a DB diving across trying to get it. You think he got to pick that, but I'm saying that's a great play. No, man, wasn't no hand on that, man. It was pure. That's a bang eight in a single high. That's man to man. You making that play and being able to get your body in that position, like we just pass break up is max for sure. Him being able to get there is unbelievable. Dude, he gets that. They don't go up. You need that. They don't go up 9-0. It's 6. I understand what you're saying. Their defense, though, has been – they're not giving up no points.
28:33James Harrison:They're not giving up any touchdowns. They've been able to march it down, like all that. But see, the Patriots are putting their team. They're still down. Well, now it's to be two scorers if they make this field goal. But it's 6-0. So he stopped four points.
28:48Joe Haden:No, it didn't, man. It's 9-0 now. This is right before the half, bro. I know, but the score is already 6-0. When he dropped the pick, now they made the field goal. I mean, 6-0 is better than 9-0, especially after, you know, it came. They nilled to end the first half. And then the halftime, I ain't going to lie. I don't know. It was a halftime, so I don't know. I ain't going to lie. I ain't know what was going on, bro. I just, I guess it was cool. I don't know. What you think? Well, I think, see, so to each his own.
29:26James Harrison:You know what I'm saying? The same way with Kendrick Lamar, I'm going to like that more. You know what I'm saying? I don't listen to music that I don't know the words to. And I don't speak Spanish. So, like, then at the same time, when I look back at it, And like you look and see what he did and what all of the scenes were, how he put it up for his heritage. Right. Thousand percent. Respect all of it. But for me, when I'm watching it, I didn't know, you know what I'm saying, what was going on. I didn't know what he was saying. Do you know what I'm saying? Like, so I didn't know none of the songs.
29:57James Harrison:So for me, like when I get to look back and see what's going on for all of the Spanish, all of Latinos, what he was doing for Puerto Rico, respect for sure. Love it. But as far as for me, like I just didn't know what was going on. So when I go look back and read on who the people were in the scenes, why he did the wedding, why he did the thing.
30:15Joe Haden:Yeah, you got to like, it's crazy, man. You got to decipher halftime shows now. Brother, you got to. Dude, I know Kendrick Lamar and music, but I ain't understand none of the other stuff. Man, you missing this, you missing that. I'm like, dude, I'm just, bro, can I just see a halftime show that's just entertainment and you got a little something for everybody? Like Netflix did it? Like, I don't even know the opera singer, but I'm like, damn, he can sing.
30:38James Harrison:He can sing.
30:39Joe Haden:You know what I'm saying?
30:40James Harrison:I feel you. I feel you.
30:41Joe Haden:I'm like, woo. I think that was a dad and son or something, right? Them boys was blowing. Like, I can hear it right now. That's crazy, bro. I don't even know the words to it, but I'm like, damn, that boy, God, that boy can sign.
30:56James Harrison:No, for sure. For sure.
30:57Joe Haden:You know what I'm saying?
30:58James Harrison:Uh-huh.
30:59Joe Haden:Man, look here. Second half, Pat's come out in the second half, bro. First down. First down, man complete. Second down, Henderson picked up a nice little seven yard. And then the DB made a great play on that third down. The boys out there balling. They got to punt the rock over. Listen, man, the game's still close. See, it could be six nothing, but it's nine nothing. You know what I'm saying? Nine nothing. You see what I'm saying? We, we, we, we. If we had got that play back, we might have had a chance of doing something. But it wasn't. But it wasn't. Y 'all wasn't doing nothing. Who? Hey, man, they wasn't doing nothing.
31:37Joe Haden:I keep saying we. I'm trying to, what you call that, what's that word I'm looking for? Come on, Joe, give me the word. I don't know. I'm looking for the word. I can't find it. I'm trying to relate. Okay, you're trying to relate to them. Yeah, something like that. Whatever it is, man. Okay. I'm relating with the Seahawks right now. You relate with the Patriots. Yeah, I'm trying to. I'm trying, because I just, I don't, you know. I don't know. I'm glad. I ain't going to lie to you. A little part inside of me was like, yo, I don't really want them to win it because they would have got seven. And then that would have been more than us.
32:15Joe Haden:That's what I'm saying. But listen, I wasn't tripping on going over there and helping them get seven. I ain't going to lie. If it's with you. If it's with you, add me to your finger. If I'm involved, you know what I'm saying? I can respect that. Yes. Yes. He for 16, boy. Then it was JSN immediately following that for another 16. Yes. Followed by Darnold. That boy, uh-uh, uh-uh. Got a lot of stuff. And went 11 on him right there, dude. First down 10, they just gave a little handoff to your boy Walker. He got a little hot three, dude. And then Darnold hits Walker. And that boy takes it. They gave him that old misdirection.
32:53Joe Haden:Misdirection screen. Get missing. Buddy tried to grab his arm. Get off my arm. I'm getting out of here. He went twanky on him. But you know what? They got a defense, too. plus Seattle basically stalled out again. They settled for a field goal. It's 12-0. Okay? Okay? Now...
33:11James Harrison:That's what I'm saying. That's why I cannot fault the Patriots defense at all.
33:18Joe Haden:12-0. I can't. No. No. I'm not putting none of this on the Patriots defense. No. Now, it's 12-0. Did you watch the return that kick? Yes. Did you see 48 get ran through through. Yes. Ran through through. He was out, bro. I don't know how they did.
33:44James Harrison:He was out. He should have been in protocol. He was out. He's tried to, he linked in on that and I'm like, oh my god, he put himself to sleep. He put himself to sleep.
33:54Joe Haden:Got ran through through and then tried to play it off like he was upset. He missed, no, you was down. It worked because they didn't put him in the protocol. They didn't put him in protocol, but that man.
34:05James Harrison:He was definitely, they needed to definitely pull and get him out. Get him out.
34:10Joe Haden:Yeah, he night-night.
34:11James Harrison:I'm smelling so. He night-night.
34:12Joe Haden:He's night-night. Henderson, first down, he hit about, what, nine? Then immediately, no gain on second down. I think it's third and one, and May just threw the ball into the ground, bro. It's bad ball. It's wide open, dude. Why do you choose now to do this?
34:30James Harrison:It's beyond me. It was the playoffs. He ain't been looking too good the whole playoffs. The Houston, he made a couple of passes. But, God, a lot of stuff. We'll get into it. But, yeah, he's been to playoffs. It wasn't the best. And it's a line sack. They punt the ball, man.
34:42Joe Haden:I'll let you get into it later because I know you want to talk greasy about it. I do. I know you do. I'm not even too crazy. Seattle get back out there. First down. Finally sacked this man after he done shook about three, four of them off. Goodness, dude. They get a three and out. Yeah, they get a three and out. Hey, I ain't going to say they force a three and out because they kind of force a three and out. But, you know, they punt the ball. All right. Pass. Get a nice return. Call back.
35:15James Harrison:You can't. This is when you're shooting yourself in the foot. Call back. You can't get no first downs. You can't get a drive going. And now you're blocking in the back when you actually get something going on special teams.
35:27Joe Haden:You're blocking in the black. Black. The braces. You blocking in the back and blocking your blessings. Yes. Immediately, first down, you get sacked. With the chip block.
35:40James Harrison:They helping you. With the chip. Still getting sacked. Full man rush.
35:47Joe Haden:Bro, I think he hit Hollis on the second down for like, what was it, maybe eight or nine yards or something like that. And then it's incomplete on the third. Incomplete slant ball. It's a little far.
36:00James Harrison:Listen, I know it's a little far,
36:02Joe Haden:but at the same time, dude, he got to catch it, but he's leading him in there where this linebacker is sitting, bro. It's noisy. It's noisy in there. But he's trying to kind of slow it down. Like, if he had went for it and went for it for it, I think he would have been up out of there, bro.
36:19James Harrison:So you're saying that if he would have went for it, he's trying to settle down. He's trying to settle down. I think he's trying to settle down a little bit and just body it because he feels
36:27Joe Haden:dude behind him. He trying to settle down and body it, but then he got to reach out for it. So Drake may need to throw that thing low.
36:35James Harrison:He just need to throw it low.
36:37Joe Haden:Yeah, put a little lower. Maybe a little closer to him. Slow it down a little. Try and anticipate it. I don't know, man. He just didn't... I'm just a little disappointed he didn't play well, man. They got to punt the ball back over to Seattle. And finally, finally they force a real three and out they drop Gonzalez yeah they drop Walker on the first down for like two and again nice play by your boy Gonzalez on the second down and a breakup mmhmm that man balling yeah and then they just tackle the catch on third down they punt the rock back over pass get the ball back right second to seven make scrambles for five But y 'all over there holding.
37:27Joe Haden:That's probably what y 'all was doing all night. It's just mad. They just wasn't catching it. That's what y 'all was doing. Y 'all was holding all night. Automatic first down. You. Y 'all. Seattle. No. Y 'all was holding all night. You fucking. We got automatic first down on that. And then we get to third and six. And May is sad. Fumbled. They recover at the New England. 39.
38:00James Harrison:White tackle. That's Moses. DeMarcus Lawrence, they're just over there working them dudes.
38:04Joe Haden:Everybody getting whooped on, man. Everybody getting whooped on. That shit spread like COVID. Yep. Everybody getting whooped on, man. First down, dude, Barnard again. What was it? 11. And then they got to, what was it? About third and 10. No, third and nine. Third and nine. Yeah, he ended up picking up a dude.
38:26James Harrison:Cooper Cup. Nice little setup right on time. Let me get behind the traffic. Let me run the out route right at the sticks. Oh, man.
38:35Joe Haden:And this is why you don't let people run on you successfully. Get play action. And your linebackers are coming down full speed. Hard. Barnard just slides past. He is wide open for the touchdown. Like, for me right there, it was 19-0. Like, I felt like the game was over right there. A thousand percent. I ain't going to lie to you, bro. But the past said, listen, man, we got to put up a fight of some sort. First down, they said he can scramble. I'm going to scramble. He gone ahead and scramble. And then he hit solids for 24 in traffic traffic. Yes. That was traffic traffic. It made me scared when I saw it.
39:22Joe Haden:I ain't going to lie because I seen too many other jerseys around. And I just didn't. It was noisy in there. Yeah. It was noisy in there. And again, the next play, he puts it on the money. He gave me hope. 35-yard touchdown. Nice throw. Nice catch. It's now 19-7. I'm thinking it's going to be a game. and then first down Seattle gets the ball back and he hits Shahid for 11 and I'm like nope I don't think they're going to be able to stop him and immediately they stop Walker for a loss of one then they pressure your boy and then the deep ball is just a little long on the third down they got to punt the ball back over to the Patriots yes now you getting excited I don't know what the hell this returner was thinking catch the ball at the 20 Catch the ball right there, son.
40:18Joe Haden:Catch the ball. It's not hard. Now the ball done bounced all the way back to the four. And then, Joe, when it bounced back to the four, he runs up to get it, and then he stops. Get the ball. They touched it. You can't lose. You can't lose. You can't make something happen. They already touched it. Even if you fumble, you still get the ball where they touched it.
40:36James Harrison:Yes, yes, yes.
40:37Joe Haden:Like, what's going on? Anyway, man.
40:41James Harrison:Anyway, the ball dropped all the way back there.
40:43Joe Haden:First down. From the four. And then your boy, after he did what he did, he misses this dude that is so wide open. I could have caught. I could have threw that, bro. How did you miss that one?
40:56James Harrison:No, that's what I'm. That's not. Drake May.
41:00Joe Haden:You got to make that. Second down. I think it was Stevenson. He ended up picking up 13 on a little swing pass because they blitzed him. Next play. I think May just tossed that thing up in the air. What was that? Hail Mary in the middle of the game. A lollipop. He's just so lucky that it just should have been picked. Dude. Like a punt. And then scramble for 16 on the next play. I'm like, what's going on with him? He's like, okay, that's good. Bad. Right. Good. And then I think it was Williams for like seven. And then second down. I don't know. I don't know. Terrible ball. This is the problem. When you see it, like, when you see it looking at him when they show the replay, he's actually looking out where the dude is going, but he throws the ball here.
41:53James Harrison:He throws the ball here. He needs to throw it out to the, like, to the, at least, like, towards the sideline. His man's running the over route, and he just threw it like he's running the sit. Like, he's just stopping right there.
42:06Joe Haden:Dude, I can see, I can actually see him looking like this. And when he releases the ball, it goes here. I'm like, what in the flippity flap is he looking for, bro? He threw it straight to them, dude. Dude, I think he ended up returning it to what, like the 35 of New England? Seattle get the ball back. First down. Walker again. 14. These soft edges. Next play is 10. He ran that one. Real talk, real talk. Like, I'm sitting there and I'm watching with my son. We said it. And I'm thinking in my head. I'm thinking, like, that's El Bell right there. My son said it out loud.
42:47James Harrison:We said it too. And then the commentator said it. And then the commentator said it. Everybody was saying the same thing. We was like this. That's Le 'Veon Bell. You see him just do the Le 'Veon Bell.
42:57Joe Haden:Yeah, no question, bro. That is the Le 'Veon Bell. So, like, he did it. Yeah, they able to hold him, you know, to a field goal. But it's 22-7 now. I think the Patriots get the ball back with like a little under six minutes left, was it? Huh? First down and 10 at the 44. I thought it was sack fumble, but he got the ball out. So if it hadn't got caught and it hit the ground.

45:58Joe Haden:Crown would have just been an incompletion. What? That didn't happen.
46:00James Harrison:That man, that was the most athletic catch, how fast that ball was coming and how close quarters he was to be able to just, you know what I'm saying? Be able to catch the ball and then take it to the crib. That's athlete. All day.
46:19Joe Haden:45. Touchdown. Return to the house. It is now, what, 29 to 7? 29 to 7. eventually score what it was one touchdown with like yes whatever it was go for a two point conversion 29 to 13 that's where the game and all the other stuff that they did leading up to that it was just it was that was the most garbage yards just dressing crazy it was yeah it was
46:46James Harrison:it was yeah 235 in the fourth yeah why'd they do that in the first three cause they cause the Seahawks was playing that dumb that dumb back up, give you some yards, let you check it down. Let's waste out the clock instead of just still murdering you. You're not going to be able to get it. You're not better than us. We're going to continue to play man, and we're going to continue to not let you run the ball.
47:13Joe Haden:Joe. Yes.
47:15James Harrison:Go ahead.
47:15Joe Haden:What's up? I know you want to get this off your chest, man. How do you think your Seahawks did against?
47:25James Harrison:The Seattle Seahawks did exactly what they were supposed to do. Sam Darnold, too, he didn't even play the best game that he played in the playoffs at all. He did exactly what he needed to do. He didn't turn it over. He didn't turn the ball. No, that's what I'm saying. Let me go here. He didn't turn the ball over. He didn't turn the ball over. He hasn't turned the ball over the whole playoffs. The Seattle Seahawks haven't turned the ball over zero times this entire playoffs. They executed to perfection. My man, Walker III, hooped this entire playoffs. Sam Darnold hooped this entire playoffs. Their defense hooped this entire playoffs.
48:04James Harrison:Their special teams hooped this entire playoffs. I would just want to say that shout out to coaches, their coaching staff, Mike McDonald, Clint Kubiak, they OC, for being able to still know it's a team game. Sam Bradford is not the most. I mean, Sam Darnold isn't the most special player, but if you put him in a spot where you have a team around you, you got a good running game. You have a solid offensive line. Jackson Smith and Jigba didn't even really play this game. You know what I'm saying? He had 28 yards, and they still were able to go out there and score 29 points. Their defense balled out.
48:42James Harrison:That was zero points in the first three quarters. My man, Drake May, had 60 yards passing in the first three quarters of that game. He scored two touchdowns and 235 yards in the trash time. That's a lot of trash yards, but that's the most I've ever seen. So, like, that's crazy. So it makes him look like, oh, he threw for 295. No, he didn't. He threw for 60 yards. He threw for 60 yards. Yes. So Seahawks, them dudes was out that joint balling. Their whole team deserves it. Now, on the Patriots side, the defense, y 'all played well. Y 'all did really well. This whole season, y 'all been doing well.
49:21James Harrison:But I will say in the playoffs, your offense turned really, really bad. Drake May, it didn't look as good. You leaned on your defense. When you played against the Chargers, and I'll say this too, it's not all Drake May. It's that offensive line. He was sacked 21 times this playoffs. That's the most in history. 5-5-5-6. Like, that's crazy work. So that is the offensive line side. The left tackle. Top tier now. The left tackle, your right guard, and your left tackle, your left guard, and your right tackle were getting murdered the whole time. Campbell was getting abused. You could have lost to Houston.
50:00James Harrison:And then if you're getting sacked, some of those sacks are definitely on them, but you're getting strip sacked. You got strip sacked seven times out of that 21, and you lost four to fumbles. And then in some of those other games, like versus Houston, you could have lost the sack at the one-yard line, and that game could have been totally different. You running the ball versus Houston, and they punched the joint out. You almost fumbled it again right before halftime. Like, you were looking crazy out there during the playoffs, just turning the ball over. You weren't getting blocked for at the same time, but your defense was balling.
50:32James Harrison:Left held you into those games a lot of the times. And when they weren't, then you didn't look that good. So I would say offensive line, they need to protect you. You need some more weapons on the offensive side of the ball. But it starts off with that line. You're standing up there getting hit upside the head the whole time. That looked crazy. Protect the Rock getting strip sacked. But Seattle, full team effort. Y 'all went out there and dominated them. It could have looked way, way worse. Now if I say Sam Donald didn't play his best, best game, Missed a tight end on a wide open one. Missed Jackson Smith on one.
51:07James Harrison:So, like, threw it behind a little bit. So, it could have been uglier, but it just shows that Seahawks were a full-blown team. He did not turn the ball over. He did what he had to do. And they just went out there, joined, and whooped him. What you want me to say? Yeah, I just want you to say, Joe, I totally agree with everything you said. That's actually what I would have said.
51:31Joe Haden:You're right. I totally agree with everything that you say, Joe. That's exactly what I would say. One of the things I would add is I don't necessarily think that they need to go and get some other offensive linemen. I think they got a young offensive line that maybe they just need some time. You know, you rookie, you got rookies in there. You got two rookies over there. They need time to realize what they need to do to increase their ability to be able to play better at their craft. Like, get your ass in the weight room. Because it don't look like you able to be able to stop someone. Like, now that easy schedule they had all year, it then came to bite you.
52:18Joe Haden:Now you're playing against the top tier defenses as you go through there. And like you said, how many sacks was it, Joe? 21. 21 sacks. You're playing against the lines that are capable of doing what they need to do. Now you're pent up against that stiffer competition in the NFL and not, you know, having that subdued schedule that was, I mean, that's not your fault, but, you know, but I think if you give them, you know, you give them a little more time, like this right here is going to be something that's going to help them to be like, you know what? I don't want to end my season like I did last year.
52:56Joe Haden:I don't want to have my postseason look like it did last year. So I think they're going to take the time, be true professionals, get into their craft, do some self-study, realize what it is that you don't do well, and get better at what it is that you don't do well, and continue to get better at what it is that you do well. Your coach is Mike Rabel. I'm pretty sure he's going to sit down there and they're going to self-evaluate and evaluate their players the same way they evaluate other teams and like, hey, this is what you need to do. This is what we need to do to get better as a unit. You get better.
53:32Joe Haden:We get better and so on and so forth. But that's it. Dude, that's two rookies over there. I mean, come on now. And they went to the Super Bowl. Give them time. Give them time, man. Give them time. Give them time. Hey, it's like Novocaine, baby. It's only the second year Just hey First year man listen man give them time I'm trying to tell you I still don't want them to win it Unless I'm over there with them coaching But I still because I want to keep I want to keep anybody else winning That's got five or less I'm going to tell you this
54:07James Harrison:If I'm looking at the Patriots team And I see what I see And if you're a rookie I hear you Off season you got to get better But I'm still bringing it If you talk about a need at the team is definitely the offensive line, and we need to be able to get some more guys on the outside that can make plays.
54:22Joe Haden:Dude, you just drafted him in what, the first, second round?
54:25James Harrison:I don't give a damn. If he's out that joint looking cheese, I'm not going to keep giving him, like, you're going to keep getting my quarterback hit upside the head? Like, you are the reason why. So we can maybe move him in. If you not be tackled, maybe you can work better at guard. Maybe that guard maybe needs to move in the center. Like, move him around or something, see what's up. How you going to put him at guard and he can't hold the edge of tackle, bro. Look, I don't know. Look, this is all I'm telling you. He didn't look good at tackle, so you can go ahead and bring him back over there and get your quarterback sacked 21 times.
54:58James Harrison:That's what I'm saying.
54:59Joe Haden:I mean, if you're going to see somebody out there. What did he do in the season? You got to go and look at all that, man. Like I said, man, get a man time. No question. You should always try to do better and get someone to push your guys. I'm a firm believer in, hey, man, if I got somebody behind you that you're worried about or that has the talent I know that you should be worried about, it should increase your will and desire to actually continue to be better and do better. The people that ain't got nobody behind them are the people that are more likely to not be that. And then when it comes down to it, if you ain't got nobody behind you, when the time comes to have you replaced, but he's a young dude, then you handicap yourself as a coach.
55:43Joe Haden:Listen, dude, Ravel brought in 30 new players when he got there, bro. No, for sure. I'm not worried about what they go do as far as what they, you know, getting players in positions that they need to get better. He's going to do that, okay? He did that and went straight to the Super Bowl. No, but I feel you a thousand percent. I understand they play like trash, Joe. You ain't got to jump on that neck, Joe. You know what I mean? I understand Drake played like trash, man. Listen, man, I'm trying to tell you right now. The best way to have motivation is to get your ass embarrassed in front of the whole world and have it replayed for the rest of the offseason.
56:24Joe Haden:If that don't motivate you, I don't know what will, brother.
56:27James Harrison:And you know this is what it is, too. I'm not trying to pick on people. If you do good, you do good. Look at the tape. You can see, like you say, he needs to maybe probably get in the weight room. If you're going to drive back in the way, Witherspoon is moving. like obviously you're going to lose in space with a certain like DB sometimes, but these are plays on tape.
56:47Joe Haden:That ain't something you're supposed to lose in space with, man. You're supposed to just grab him.
56:51James Harrison:There you go. Ragdoll him. That's what I'm saying, D-Bo. If you're seeing that, then that's just plays that are happening on the tape. They got to do better. Like that can't. Just that, like you said, they know.
57:03Joe Haden:The way them boys are playing out there, I could have went out there and got me three.
57:07James Harrison:With no training. So that's. That's Get him out Get him out of there I don't give a damn If he's a first round pick If he's a rookie We need to go Undrafted free agent Put something in there
57:18Joe Haden:To challenge him I agree with that
57:20James Harrison:Get his ass out of there man That's not good
57:22Joe Haden:You gotta put something in there To challenge him Like you gotta get It's open At the beginning of a year It's open competition
57:29James Harrison:Yes We don't know who to We have no starting We have no starting
57:33Joe Haden:We have no starting Lineup right now Man for sure That's what I'm saying That's what I'm saying Kenneth Walker, the third MVP. Yes. You like it? I love it.
57:48James Harrison:What about the defense? My man, Witherspoon, I could see how they could see if he could did it. I would love if Witherspoon would have strip sacked it and scoop and scored it. You know what I'm saying? Then I could have maybe seen how he could have been the defense MVP. But I respect how they gave it. They're saying like the whole defense. The whole defense? Oh, okay. Just give it to the whole defense. Everybody, uh, respectfully. I could see that. I could see that. I could definitely see that. Well, you know what I think, Joe. I'm just glad that they gave it to Kenneth Walker instead of giving it to Sam Darnold.
58:25James Harrison:Because I would have been like, come on, man. Like, that's just, quarterbacks going to get it every single time. You want to know what I think, Joe?
58:32Joe Haden:What'd you say? You want to know what I think, Joe? Because you know me, I like to get spit started. You know me. What you like? It's what I think, Joe. I'm Tim McGlash, though. Damn, you like Bright. Joe. I done got too used to this, dude. Let's see Bright. Listen, Joe. Yes. I am all good with them giving Kenneth Walker III the MVP. The man had 27 carries, Joe. Yes. 135 yards. That's five yards to toe, Joe. On top of that, he had another 26 yards receiving, okay? Yes. That man had 161 of a total of 335 yards of offense that he alone was responsible for. Yes. That is well-deserving. Now, here's the reason why I don't care that you didn't give it to the defense.
59:34Joe Haden:Because the defense played three quarters. Now, I would totally be a little upset if they didn't give it to the defense, if they came out there and they did that for four quarters and they didn't give it to the defense. now with that being said another reason I think they wouldn't give it to the whole defense is the NFL would again have to make up what about 15 17 MVP trophies because I mean what we gonna do we gonna everybody gonna share it a certain day here a certain day there you know them boys they trying to save money at every corner they can that's why I'm just saying Joe that's why I think
1:00:22James Harrison:I ain't gonna lie to you I think you're exactly correct but if they were to play all four quarters and they would have had them dues to zero points defense should have been the MVP it was that 293 235 yards and two touchdowns in the fourth quarter what he has
1:00:39Joe Haden:he has 60 yards and three quarters
1:00:41James Harrison:60 yards through three quarters brother
1:00:42Joe Haden:he ended with 80 yards at the end of the game zero points if you do not give it to the defense, we know why you didn't. You ain't want to make up all them other trophies. And how we going to have Super Bowl 60 MVP Summler Dom, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. You know how much they got to pay when they bring that MVP class back?
1:01:04James Harrison:Man, they got to get it right, bro. I hope they not doing it. They got so much money, bro. If the defense do it, they better take that. Give it to the defense.
1:01:12Joe Haden:You know what I'm saying? If you do that, you got to You got to do something, brother. You got to do something, bro.
1:01:19James Harrison:I'm just glad Kenna Walker got it instead of.
1:01:23Joe Haden:Hey, listen, I'm going to tell you right now. You know who Wally Pip is? Butts used to always tell us about Wally Pip. You know who Wally Pip was? Look it up. The history of Wally Pip. That's what Butts was saying. It was Wally Pip. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Basically, so it has to do with, I think it was like baseball or something in the hat. Basically, a guy ended up getting hurt or making like he was hurt. And the person that ended up coming in place for him was a famous baseball player, too. Chad, I know y 'all know who it is. Who is it? Bring the light. I can't think of the name, but somebody go say it in the chat.
1:01:57It ended up being that him not playing that game or not being able to play that game ended up being like the start of a historic career for this baseball player, right?
1:02:08Joe Haden:I think your boy Charbonnet might have just got Wally Pitt by Kenneth Walker the third
1:02:17James Harrison:because you this was happening I'm not going to lie because during the season everybody was like oh no it's a two headed monster Kenneth Walker the third quarterback and every time they get close to the end zone they take him out and they put in Charbonnet so I think it was just Walker was able to now finally show his true skills. I think he was able to do it the whole time. But it's not bad that you got another dude that can go. But since he's out, now it's just to be able to show his true everything. And they had to go with him.
1:02:50Joe Haden:Listen, you're going to have to start looking at contract situations and all that other stuff. Oh, Sharp Off. Can the Walker free agent? That's what I'm saying. Yes, sir. Somebody go knee. Hey, y 'all want me to come over here for backup pay? Y 'all just seeing what I did. The whole world just seen what I did.
1:03:10James Harrison:He coming for that dough.
1:03:11Joe Haden:I need, I already got my Super Bowl. I done accomplished the goal of the game already. Now it's time to get paid. Time to get paid. It's time to get paid, Joe.
1:03:22James Harrison:No, that's a fact. He deserved it too, man. Go get that bag. Get that bag, man. Go get that bag, my brother. You deserve it, brother. You put the team on your back during the playoffs. Literally. Brother, I'm telling you, 49ers, 19 carries, 116, three touchdowns. Rams, 19 carries, 62 yards, touchdown. He had 49 receiving yards. Then the Patriots, 27 carries, 135. And then with his, like, what did you say, 27 and 29 receiving yards. So, team on his back all through the playoffs.
1:04:01Joe Haden:Congratulations to the Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl champions. Super Bowl 60. Congratulations. Go to the team with the most bag, Kenneth Walker.
1:04:13James Harrison:Go to the team with the most bag. Get your bag, Kenny. You got your Super Bowl now. Yes. Go get your bag and go help your team out too. Still go tote. Still go tote. Still go tote because that's what you do. Listen. Go get your bag and tote. Let them know you deserve that bag. Show me the money. Tell them, show me the money.
1:04:29Joe Haden:What year is he in though, Joe? I think he's on his last year. What is it, year three, four? Which one is it though? because you know, there's some things that go on with that. Is it a - Is it a - Is it a year two? Is it year three of a finished deal? You know, because they got things called exclusive rights. Yeah. You know, if you're exclusive rights - I was exclusive rights - I'm going to get into my contract bag. You know what I'm saying? I couldn't talk to nobody but them. You know, if you ain't got three years or more, mine was like at two, but I was exclusive rights. I couldn't talk to nobody but them.
1:05:00Joe Haden:So I had to basically take whatever it was they was going to get me. Okay. So look, unrestricted free agent. Unrestricted.
1:05:07James Harrison:Oh, Lord. Unrestricted free agent. 2026.
