In short

Episode topic: Sports talk and interviews mixing college football, NFL controversy, and NBA chatter. Main segments include Texas Tech’s Big 12 run, Georgia’s NIL “liquidated damages” lawsuit, and a debate about George Pickens responding to Richard Sherman.

Guests and backgrounds

Romello Height (Texas Tech defensive player; from Dublin, Georgia; previously played at Georgia Tech, USC, and Auburn; discussed his 2024-25 stats goal of finishing sacks/pressures and his community turkey drive). Ocho and Joe are co-hosts/participants (former NFL media voices) who debate the Pickens/Sherman situation and NIL/agent issues.

Key claims

  • Height credits Texas Tech’s “brotherhood” and locker-room culture plus transfers’ seriousness for on-field adjustment after a rough first quarter.
  • Height says he “finished” his personal goal of getting QB sacks (regular season around 8.5–9.5) and emphasizes training daily.
  • Georgia is suing former DE Damon Wilson to recoup $390,000 under a liquidated damages clause; hosts argue it may be unethical/bad-faith if used to punish players.
  • On Pickens: hosts claim Sherman’s criticism was fair about effort/route intensity; they argue coverage/bracketing shouldn’t dictate work rate.

Notable examples

  • Height describes Texas Tech adjusting after BYU’s best plays in the first quarter.
  • Pickens/Sherman: discussion centers on Cowboys vs. Lions and bracket coverage; comparison to Philly’s double-covered deep ball where the receiver still made the play.

3:05Shannon Sharpe:I'm in real, man.

3:09Shannon Sharpe:Romello, what's going on, bro? How you doing? What's up? I'm great, man. Congratulations on the big win. Talk to us about this. See, look, everybody heard about, man, they got all these kids out of the portal. They're going to spend a lot of money. So you know when you spend money, there's an expectation that comes along with money being spent. And I guess you guys can say this is money well spent. But what was your expectation when the coach brought you guys and you assembled spring ball and you got together for the summer and you're getting ready to start this season? What was the message that coach relayed to you guys that resonated so much that you guys find yourself where you are right now?

3:47Man, the first thing coach said when we got – Like, he brought all the transfers in. He was like, man, everything going to be built in that locker room. Like, the brotherhood y 'all built, that's what going to take y 'all far. Like, however y 'all, whatever goes on in that locker room, however y 'all treat these other than that locker room, that's what going to take y 'all far, the brotherhood that y 'all built. Yeah. Hey, I don't mean to be disrespectful to BYU, but watching from TV, watching from home, enjoying my cigar with my coffee, was the game as easy as it looked from home as it was to you on the field?

4:21And you can respect, I'm just being honest. It looked like they didn't belong out there with y 'all at all, bro. Honestly, that first quarter, they gave us like their best plays. Yes. The first job they scored on us, they gave us their best plays. Right. So after that, we adjusted. Like I said, we adjusted. We figured everything out and everything was on point after that.

4:47Shannon Sharpe:So what was your expectations? Because obviously there was a lot of hype when people started talking about Texas Tech and Texas Tech hadn't been talked about like this since Patrick Mahone boy was their quarterback. And so now you guys are being talked about like, okay, let's watch out for this team. This team can make the college football playoffs. What was your expectations coming into the college football season? uh man my expectation was the you know just uh work towards my goals and work towards the team goals that was get towards the big championship and yeah man like like you said like man they spent so much like people say they spent so much money on well you know you got some of it don't pretend like you ain't getting none of that but they say they say who they is I got a look, man.

5:35Shannon Sharpe:I got a look. I got a look, son. Man, like, it was a lot of weight on our shoulders, honestly. Like, man, everybody was – man, they spent all this money on this roster. How are they going to really play? Like, how are they going to really play when it comes down to them being on the field? Are they going to live up to the expectations that everybody have, like, have on them? You know what I mean? So, man, that was – like, I took it serious. Like, man, I was in the lab daily. We lived in the lab. All of the transfers that came, man, they just, bro, they different. They train the room different.

6:11Like, they live in the training room. They do everything. Like, everything is different here, man. Like, I done been in a lot of programs, and, man, the guys around here, they just take it so much seriously. Right. Everything is different, man. They take it much more serious. Now, you know, we understand what your goals were, you know, from a team perspective uh winning the big 12 championship from a personal standpoint and what you wanted to accomplish you know leading up to the big big to the big 12 championship and obviously going further have you how many of your personal goals have you achieved so far you think uh man one of my goals was just finishing on the qb this year uh last year you know i had a lot of purchases and got to the qb or pretty often but like i couldn't finish so right right one of my My main goals was to just get the QB down.

6:59So I finished the regular season with probably like eight and a half, nine and a half. So, man, that's an accomplishment for me, man. I'm super blessed. I was able to get to the Q and actually finish. Yeah. That was one of my goals, actually finishing this year. Romero, where are you from? I'm from Dublin, Georgia. How about you from Lawrence County? I'm from Lawrence County.

7:23Shannon Sharpe:How about you from the Postal Bay? Postal Bay. How about you? You did. Come on, man. You run down the road from your boy. You from Savannah, right? Huh? Savannah, right? I'm from Glenville, Georgia. I went to Savannah State. You know a Reesville State Prison? No. I'm south of you. So if you 16, this hit 16, heading towards - Oh, you was like, I don't want to wait. Yes, yes. That's exactly how far I am. Yeah, that's exactly how far I am. I come up 23. I come up 23, hit 16, straight up to the crib of Atlanta. Passed through Dublin all the time. West Lawrence. As a matter of fact, DT, Demarius. Yeah, baby.

8:09Shannon Sharpe:West Lawrence. West Lawrence. Yeah, okay, you from the 478. Yeah, I'm 478 too. Then transferred back to Dublin. So where were you from before you transferred back? I went to West Lawrence. Okay, you went to West Lawrence, then you transferred back to Dublin. Okay, okay, that's what's up. Yeah, me too. I was at Dublin one year. Hey, let me. Where you from? Huh? Where you from? I'm down here in Dade County. I'm from Liberty City. Okay. Yeah. Y 'all got some boys from Florida on the team? We got a little Reggie. I think he's from the O. He's from Orlando. Okay, okay, okay, okay. What made you decide to go to Texas Tech?

8:59Man, honestly, man. Oh, the NIL. Okay, I got you.

9:02Shannon Sharpe:I got you. See, it wasn't even like that. I wanted to stay at Tech bad, man. But, man, I don't want to get into all of that. But it was just bad, man. Honestly, they said I didn't play how they wanted me to play. What? You wanted to go to Georgia Tech or you wanted to go to Georgia Tech? They said they overpaid me. And I wasn't getting nothing. You was at Tech last year. Georgia Tech. I was at Georgia Tech. Damn, you're smart. You got good head on you. Okay. Yeah. Look, I'm sorry. Because DT Bay Bay went to Tech. Calvin Johnson. Actually, Roman Reigns went to Georgia Tech. Yeah, I didn't even know that.

9:53Shannon Sharpe:Yeah, so you go to Georgia Tech, you got a little, you know, you get a little something, something, they break you off a little something, something, and they say, well, hold on, you ain't living up to what we, say, okay, later for y 'all, I'm finna go on somewhere that's gonna really appreciate me, it's gonna break me off again, but I'm gonna take this what y 'all gave me. Amen.

10:14Shannon Sharpe:So, what you driving, what you got in Texas, what you driving? A Lambo. Oh man, I wish I had it like y 'all, But man, I got a TRX truck. I just wanted to keep it. Ooh, he got money. Nah, it ain't even like that. I got out here in the country, and man, I seen all them trucks, and I wanted to get in a truck, so I'm right around in the truck. Okay. Okay. So you outdoors, and so you hunting, you fishing. So in Lubbock, what does that do in Lubbock? What y 'all got going on out there? It ain't too much to do out here, but you know, ball, man. That's hot. Okay. That's a great place. I feel like that's good for me.

10:54That's what I'm saying. I feel like that's good. Like it's good that I'm able to lock in more. I'm able to live in a facility. Like that's all I like. That's all I feel like I got here is the facility. That's all I got here. So hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Listen, I know you love the game of football, right? I know you locked in. I know you're trying to achieve your goals, but you got to be able to have some fun though i mean what you want to do to reset i mean i mean man you know you know yeah i reset yeah yeah

11:23Shannon Sharpe:we don't we don't you ain't gotta say no more remember you ain't gotta say no more we know how you can see it there's some spots yeah there's some good spots yeah but man i i feel like i don't grew out of that that already oh hell that's right now what i'm talking about college college the The college life. Okay, okay, okay, okay. I got you. I got you. Yeah, yeah, we understand. We understand. Mm-hmm. Yeah. That ball life get old, man. There's a great chance that you guys are going to probably have a bye. How often are you going to be doing the bye? Has Coach told you anything? I guess you guys are just waiting for tomorrow to see how this thing shapes up.

12:05Shannon Sharpe:Do we get a bye? When are we going to play? What bracket are we going to be in? Will you get a chance to get home? I don't know if you got a chance to get home for Thanksgiving. Have you gotten a chance to get home, or will you get a chance to get home? Yeah, I got a chance to go home. We all got a chance to go home before Thanksgiving. Okay. We had a little bop on Thanksgiving, so we got to go home right there. And I think we're going to have a – I definitely think we should be having a bop, but we're going to figure that out at 10.30 in the morning. Yeah, you pick – We all need another facility, yeah.

12:38Shannon Sharpe:So if you get a bye, you gonna go home or you just gonna stay there and chill? What you gonna do with your free time? Man, I think I'm gonna stay out here, man. I like that. Just recover, man. There you go, all right. Ain't nothing wrong with that, man.

There's a great chance that you guys are going to probably have a bye. how often are you going to be doing the bye, has coach told you anything I guess you guys are just waiting for tomorrow to see how this thing shapes up do we get a bye, when are we going to play what bracket are we going to be in will you get a chance to get home I don't know if you got a chance to get home for Thanksgiving have you gotten a chance to get home or will you get a chance to get home yeah I got a chance to go home we all got a chance to go home before Thanksgiving we had a little bye for Thanksgiving so we gotta go home right there.

22:32And I think we gonna have a, I definitely think we should be having a bye, but we gonna figure that out at 10.30 in the morning. We all have a facility, yeah.

22:40Shannon Sharpe:So if you get a bye, you gonna go home or you just gonna stay there and chill? What you gonna do with your free time? Man, I think I'm gonna stay out here, man. I like that. Just recover, just recover, man. There you go, all right. Yeah, ain't nothing wrong with that, man. man. Mello, congratulations, man. Great season thus far, but you didn't come this far to come this far. So you might as well, Hey, we in it. We might as well win it. Finish it off. Facts. Facts. It's going to take a lot of work, but we're going to get it done. Absolutely. 16. So you got 16 solo tackles, eight and a half sacks, two fourth fumbles.

23:22Shannon Sharpe:You started your career at Georgia Tech, 24, 25. then you went to use uh no you went to usc first damn you went to auburn too i went to auburn first damn then you got a lot of college gear you got some albert gear you got some usc gear tech gear every state i done been to every every other state hey sometimes sometimes you gotta do that You're a high hospital. You find your home. Yeah, yeah, man. Honestly, man, like, man, the first few years I just wasn't living right, man. Like, you know, and I was just hopping spot to spot, you know, trying to change my life. And man, when I was at Auburn, like I said, I was young, wasn't living right.

24:07I was just young and done. Had to transfer. Went to USC. That probably was one of the worst decisions I ever had. You ain't no Cali kid. You ain't no Cali kid. LA life, yeah. Yeah, it wasn't for me. Like, man, I wasn't used to it. So, went out there, man. I was still living the same lifestyle, man. Okay, I got you. I got you. Then, boom, that wasn't, you know, good for me, like I said. So, boom, I went back to Georgia, Georgia Tech. I was close to family. And I was better at myself. And, man, like I said, I didn't want to leave until the, you know, situation. And then, boom, I ended up at Tech.

24:43Totally changed. Totally different person. Okay, I got you.

24:47Shannon Sharpe:You had a turkey drive in Dublin, providing a family with free turkeys in the community. Tell us about that. How did this start and what made you want to do that? Oh, man, I just, like, you got to give back to your people, man. Everybody got to eat. Like, you know, like where I'm from, man, like you said, you know about the 417, man. It's rough down there. And, man, I just wanted to give back to my people, give back to the community. And, you know, help out, man. So I want them to feed families. You know, look, now the projections on you are second-round draft pick. Obviously, you don't want to put too much on that because there's still unfinished business over the next month or so that you need to take care of.

25:32Shannon Sharpe:But as you start the prep and you start this journey, because ultimately, you know, hey, I'm sure your lifelong dream was to play in the National Football League, play college ball and then play in the National Football League so you could really secure your family and help your mom, dad, family out and help your community even more when you get more finances. Have you allowed yourself to think about that, what it's going to be like? To hear your name called that you're going to be playing for one of the 32 teams in the NFL? Yeah, I have. Of course, it crossed my mind all the time, but man, I just be trying to live in the moment, man.

26:06Living the present life. Take it day by day and keep stacking days, man. That's all I can do. I still got to go train. I got a long process. So, man, I've just been taking it day by day and stacking days.

26:20Shannon Sharpe:Man, I love that, man. Congratulations on the Big 12 championship. I believe you guys are going to have one of those four buys. Best of luck. Stay healthy and good luck. Hey, you know, we always, the Georgia boys, you know how we, hey, we stick together. When them dirty boys drop, everybody hit the flow because they know what's up. Come on, man. Come on, man. 4-7-8-5, Romello Height. Thank you, man, for joining us. Congratulations on the season. stay healthy and good luck down the road man alright man appreciate y 'all appreciate you bro man you know what I'm saying we get a hey I like that we get them Georgia boys on here man 478 that's what we do y 'all see we in the house

30:08Shannon Sharpe:Georgia Athletic Department is headed to court. They're trying to recoup$390 ,000 in damages from a former standout defensive end, Damon Wilson, who transferred from the school after his sophomore season. Currently, the top pass rusher on Missouri's defensive line, Wilson played for Georgia as a freshman and sophomore before transferring to Missouri in January, two weeks after signing a new deal with Georgia Classic City Collective. Many schools and collectives have started to include liquidated damages and clauses in their contracts with athletes to protect their investment in players and deter transfers.

30:47Shannon Sharpe:Georgia is one of the first programs to publicly try to enforce the clause by filing lawsuits against the player. Several attorneys who have reviewed the athlete NIL contracts for ESPN in the past say they believe school and their collectives are using liquidated damages clause in bad faith to punish players who break their contract early. Ocho, I told you. Yeah. Did I tell you this? I said, you get them people money and then jump, jump, jump. I said, they're going to do something about this. I told you, we just had this conversation. Yeah, we did. And that's not right. Now, I understand. I understand that that's a good thing.

31:26That's a good thing. And honestly, I think if players are going to leave, if you're going to jump ship, get them people their money back. Get them people their money back so you can't double dip. It's not no problem. And whatever school you're choosing to go to, they should make sure they take care of you. Okay, you know what? If you got to get that 390 back, don't worry about it. we'll give you what we're giving you and we'll put that 390 on top of it if you really who you say you are it shouldn't be no

31:49Shannon Sharpe:problem it look it's kind of like if there's what they call a buyout if a coach get fired he have years left they got to pay him if he wants to leave and go to another college you got to pay them you got to pay the school that you leave it that's really how it works there or here's the thing Ocho normally in media if you try to go somewhere else it's what you call they have a non-compete so if you at one of the major networks and you're like well I want to go over here they say well you ain't gonna take this money and they'll let you go but you ain't gonna be able to do both or if they fire you they might have a non-compete written in so you get fired one place you might have a one or two or three year non-compete where you can't go to a rival network but I agree I agree with you I think the thing is if you take their money just give the money back whatever is left and then you go ahead and move on but uh to be able to keep the money and not fulfill the obligation of playing it doesn't it doesn't seem it doesn't seem right no that's that's not ethical that's not ethical at all that that is basically stealing that scamming and i'm glad that that colleges what georgia specifically uh is is standing up and and players should understand make sure before you get that nil money that's exactly where you want to be make sure it's exactly where you want to be you know because when once they invest in you they want to return on that investment and if you want to up and leave you have to make sure you understand before you spend them people money they're going to want it back if you choose to up and you choose to uproot yourself and go somewhere else yeah i'm look we knew that it i told you i said oh they're gonna do something about this they're not gonna just let you take their money and just go somewhere and go get some more money.

33:43Shannon Sharpe:Ocho, it ain't even been two weeks that you and I was having this conversation. Yeah, you're right. You're right. It was two weeks ago. Two weeks ago exactly, to date, honestly. It's tough. Look, you're dealing with 17, 18, 19 years. They don't really understand the ramifications of like, you know, this is the first time they're kind of like making real money. Ocho, they're not really into the job market. It's not like I'm playing football, but they're paying me to play. So they don't really understand how contracts and things of that nature work. Right. But, you know, hopefully you have representation that reads all the fine print.

34:27I just think the thing is, Ocho, is they need to do something by these agents.

34:34Shannon Sharpe:That's what they need to do. These agents taking 20 % of these kids' money, Ocho. 20. I'm positive 20 is a high number when the NFL they only take 3 % 3-4 % right that don't even sound right whoever getting I almost said the wrong word but whoever is getting taken advantage of where agent is taking 20 % of your money that shouldn't that's a no no Oh, Joe. Brian Schottenheimer said he will have a conversation with George Pickens about the social media post in which has since been deleted in response to criticism received from Richard Sherman. Sherman said Pickens looked uninterested and disengaged during the Cowboys 44-30 loss to the Lions.

35:27Shannon Sharpe:I know somebody else that said that. Now, I don't have the luxury of Sherm like watching it because I just got to look at, you know, got to look and try to look at what I see. Sherman's actually there decided to clap back at Sherman before deleting the post this is a team game laugh my tail off I'm not the only one on the team stop becoming an analyst and talking about one player when he playing a team game lots of ish has to go right explosive plays it's funny cause I thought former players would know that such as Richard you know, ooh-ha, you know what? Sherman, who between ain't ish without the Legion of Boom.

36:10Shannon Sharpe:We all remember San Francisco, brother. Much love. I mean, he got the ninjas. Don't speak on me unless you know the game of football as a player, not a deriding fan analyst that act like double team is not a thing or certain bracket coverages don't exist. Knowing you play ball would show me you a leech weirdo. Now, Twitter, eat this up. Clout, uh, Ocho. Yeah. I told you this. I said, Ocho, he drifted and he seemed disinterested. Did I, chat, did I not say that? I said that, Ocho. And when they show, no, if you watch Sherman, when he showed it, you tell me he was busting his ass, Ocho. Cause you told me we wasn't gonna have this problem.

37:00Shannon Sharpe:Chat, Ocho say he had a, this is what Ocho said. Hold on. Hold on. Ocho said he had a call with Young Bull, and I guarantee you won't have those issues that he had in Pittsburgh. That's what Ocho said, Chad. Go ahead, Ocho. Take off. Now, we done had one problem all season. We shouldn't have any. Ocho, what do you mean one? We shouldn't have any. What do you mean we got one problem? One small game. Ocho, you said the man walking up the damn ball, Ocho. the ball landed right here he didn't even stick his hands out and you said one oh oh the ball oh Joe the deep ball what about the slant routes that he walked up what about the comeback they took his ass out of the game for what do you mean one hold on hold on hold on I got I got a ready I got a register back to the Cowboys game I remember I remember a few plays I remember a few plays I know what you're talking about where it doesn't doesn't look like he's coming off the way he should be or running his routes as hard as they should be remember to come back I remember to come back Reed was able to knock down uh the deep ball fell inside a little bit he beat he beat the double coverage oh the dig route the what's the what you call the mini digs huh yeah the mini dig he would have had to he would have hugged he had to hug that bitch back really friendly and the only way to get back to the ball you have to be coming off the ball hard on that one too mm-hmm yeah those three I do remember so yeah yes you you you are correct you are correct that's the only ones you remember there were more the ball he got picked oh the bounce off the other way he was half and yeah the one he was half yeah that one yep yeah that one yeah yeah so that's the comeback on the sideline it was four down I said I said I'm back started walking towards him like what are you doing.

38:55Shannon Sharpe:Ocho, I get it, bracket coverage, that should mean you should bust your ass even more because what about the time that you're getting the ball and guys are busting their ass for you to lift coverage off of you? Right. So you can't say because they're bracketing me, because they're doing this exotic coverage, like, oh, that gives you the leeway to walk the bull jive. No! Right. But you know what? Also, too, you know what I want to say? Also, too, and I know Pick probably going to see this, you have to understand, is he's such an immense talent, and Dak knows that. The rules don't even count for you.

39:30There may be two or three players, even if you are bracketed, knowing what you can do once the ball is thrown your way, if it's in the vicinity, you can still make that play. So, for everybody else, when they're bracketed, they know the ball ain't coming. But when someone like you is bracketed, you know, when they're playing high and low, shit, oh, the ball is coming. Did you see Philly? What happened in Philly, Ochoa? On that deep ball, the feeling they had him double covered oh yeah that threw it he jumped up and caught it yeah and and that's why in this game in this game you're like man listen we don't care about them doubling you we don't care about you being bracketed then he's still gonna throw the ball shoot now you know now you know it's still coming especially once goddamn cd went out well we ain't got no choice but we got to have you i tell you what we got we got to have you he should first of All for Illinois, look at Illinois coming in hustling, getting it.

40:26Shannon Sharpe:My problem is, is that he's so talented, is that coverage don't dictate how hard I work. You see, he's letting coverage dictate how hard he works, Ocho. You work hard, okay, double. I'm going to beat this double coverage because I'm Ocho. First of all, I don't even see you. I don't even know why you here. I don't even know why you here you can't do that coverage doesn't dictate the defense doesn't dictate how hard I work I get to determine that if the quarterback doesn't throw me the ball the quarterback doesn't throw me the ball but I'm going to bust it every time because the last thing I want to happen Ocho and it always happens like this when you don't bust it that's when the ball comes balls are coming every time that's one of the worst feelings that's one of the worst feelings looking at you sideways.

41:18Shannon Sharpe:And because he's so Ocho bro and you hear stories about being late and doing this and I'm like bro do you get it? There's an opportunity for you to make Ocho there's 35, 40 million dollars at stake. Ocho I promise I'll be early to everything. I ain't missing nothing Ocho. I ain't missing nothing. Cause I'm not gonna give them a reason not to want to give me my money or put clauses in there where they can claw back money. Yeah. That's the last thing that you want somebody to do, to put clauses on, Joe, I got a weight clause. I got a tart in this clause. I got, no, no, no, no, no. I don't need none of that.

41:57Shannon Sharpe:No, no. As a professional, I'm going to be pro how I go about my business. I'm going to show up on time. I get it. Sometimes things happen, but things can't happen 10, 15 times a season. Season, yeah, you're right. You're right. I just, man. I just hate to see guys that have this kind of talent like he got. Special boy. I mean, he got talent at the yin-yang. He can high point the ball. He's tremendous run after the catch. He's a big – he can play through contact. That's what you love about the guy. He can play through contact. He's not thrown off easy like people putting hands on him and it gets him off his rhythm.

42:41Shannon Sharpe:That doesn't bother him. The only person that can start, the only person that can cover George Pickens is George Pickens. Is him. Yeah, that's it. That's it. That's it, George. George, man, you got too much talent. Don't get mad at Sherm because Sherm did his job by pointing out what you were doing. You said you wanted guys. They used to say, ex-athlete says, I want guys that played the game. and while you tried to dump on Sherm, Sherm went to the Pro Bowl and was an all-pro in San Fran. He was. He was. He was a part of the Legion of Boom. There ain't no Legion of Boom without Richard Sherman.

43:23Shannon Sharpe:There's not a Legion of Boom without Cam. There's not a Legion of Boom. So all of those, they're not interchangeable. They made the Legion of Boom and once they started this, if that was the case, once they started breaking it up, there should be another one in there. It should have never fell off. But all of them, they work together. All I'm saying, bro, you cannot let coverage dictate how hard you work. And after that performance that you had against Kansas City and the one that you had against Philly, Ocho, those are just the last two. The way you had played, bro, you were second in receiving yards.

44:06Mm-hmm. yeah and the funny thing about it is the funny thing about it is too is is is now after a game like that where you have those issues you have those issues where you bracket it and you think the ball's not coming your way because i guarantee you i guarantee you this in practice in practice when you're bracketed especially in the practice the quarterback makes the right though the quarterback makes the right read and the ball doesn't come to you so when you get into the game oh shit where they bracketing me well fuck it i know the ball ain't coming shit the hell it ain't the hell it ain't folks and let that thing go because he understands what you can do based on what you did in the past when you were double team i'm gonna give him a shot i'm gonna put it in the area because i know he's the one of the few individuals in the league just forget the team in the league that can make that play with two people on him and the thing is ocho probably they

44:57Shannon Sharpe:didn't anticipate this because everybody else been playing him straight up with the exception of a few coverages. But here's the thing, Ocho. When teams wanted to get T.O. off his game, what did they do to him early, Ocho? Try to frustrate him. Bracket him. Bracket him and beat him up at the line. And so what? So now... Bracket him and beat him up at the line and frustrate him. So guess what, Ocho? I got Randy Moss. I got another receiver over there. All I'm going to do, this is what we're going to do. We're going to make it really tough on him for the first quarter, the first two quarters to get a pass.

45:30First quarter, yeah. Get him off his game. So now, what are teams going to do, Ocho?

45:40Put somebody in his face and put somebody over the top. Every time. Every time. The thing that you don't want to do is to let know what, you see,

45:50Shannon Sharpe:when you let people know what can make you tick, Ocho, they wind you up and make you tick when they want to. Absolutely. Now I know, oh, so you get that little bracket cover, We can frustrate you. You get a little frustrated.

46:06Shannon Sharpe:So that's what I'm going to do to you.

46:12Shannon Sharpe:Knowing I got help over the top, I'm taking away the slam. Yeah.

46:21Shannon Sharpe:Go ahead. Go over the top. I got help.

46:29Shannon Sharpe:That's all. That's all, Pitt. Don't, don't. Yeah. Guys, y 'all got to stop fake somebody meat riding. Y 'all got to stop fake. Y 'all got to think somebody. Bro, it's true. So let me ask you a question. Is there anything that Sherm said that was not true? Now, if Sherm said something that wasn't true, you have every right to be upset. Now, I want you to tell me the one thing Sherm said when he was pointing out what was going on with what you was doing. Tell him the lie that he told. Right. but you know what you know what also too um you got to remember you got to understand the players too today's players they don't they don't see it as critiquing they don't understand that we're most of it yeah it is it's considered it's considered hating in just the way and obviously there's a certain way to deliver it but obviously when the way it's delivered it can be seen as hate not it i don't think today's play will ever look at it but you know what that's so-and-so he played the game maybe he know what he talking about maybe he's right maybe I check myself at the dough before I react how about let me watch film first and go back and see what I look like so maybe they see something I didn't damn I was bracketed but Dak still threw the ball so that means Dak actually believes in me to be able to make those plays no matter who the fuck is covering me okay boom alright I got this I know what to do back to the drawing board Ocho, Sherm was calm.

47:59Shannon Sharpe:All Sherm said, I need you to give me better effort than this. I need, especially now that CD's out, you're the guy. Not saying you're not the guy with CD in, but when CD out, Dak is really going to want to lean on you. And you giving him this kind of – Sherm was as calm as he could be. I know he was. Because as players, Ocho, when we see stuff like this, we're seething. We'll see the color. Come on, bro. Don't because you mess it up because they see that. Oh, Joe, you see, because that's what they take that say. That's why we don't give these guys guaranteed contracts. You see, if we give them that guaranteed money, Ocho, they're going to shut it off on us.

48:41Shannon Sharpe:That's what they'll use an isolated incident. They'll forget the 50 guys that playing hard all the time. They'll take the one guy to take a game off or play it to off and use it to paint a broad paint a big picture of everybody. is like that and it's not. Yeah. Right. Exactly. Yeah, you're right. You're right. Absolutely. And Sherm, Chad, I tell you, go watch Sherm and how Sherm was just as calm. Sherm would just explain it. Look at this route right here. Look at this. He's not busted inside. This is why the guy's able to, that's why the guy's able to break up the slam when he's on the left-hand side.

49:19Shannon Sharpe:This is why the guy was able to, because he's not busting it all the way in there and fighting through the ball. That's why he was able to get it out. He said, Throw the deep ball. Bro, all you had to do was this. And people got upset with Jerry Judy. I don't think Jerry Judy could have caught that ball. It's hard for me to believe that pick, knowing who the pick is and seeing the catches that he's made.

49:50Ocho, I think the thing.

49:53Shannon Sharpe:If somebody. You got me. You right. that yeah that's the approach picture you know what got because you know Ocho you they're playing at the game like lord have mercy wow it's a bull job on that play right the boy they're gonna kill and listen and you can admit to yourself too you're gonna you're gonna admit to yourself you know what you yeah that's me that's always yes oh you never been some games I had some great games passing they're like man sharp you ball out today I said boy you wait y 'all see that run blocky boy i was good and terrible i said lord have mercy yeah but you know it ocho you because you know what guess who know you better than you you you know you better than anybody we might but pick no that's why he got so upset about it because you know sharon was right that's what we get upset ocho with somebody right and they got us dead to right we try to get loud to try to talk bro you loud and roll you gotta fire back and you get defensive hold on who do the Cowboys play tomorrow no the Cowboys don't play tomorrow they play next Sunday or next Thursday next Sunday don't they got the Vikings

51:18Shannon Sharpe:they got Vikings on Sunday a week from Sunday they got the Vikings okay okay okay oh that's because they just played thursday huh okay all right that's it sometimes ocho they get you yeah hey that you right there because remember ocho when they say that sky not because the sky don't the eye in the sky it don't care how it don't laugh as a matter of fact it doesn't even know the eye in the sky doesn't know if you black or white all it does is capture what is being pointed that. So you could go back and say, man, this is what I did. Okay. Go put that thing on the thing. Is that you right there? What's your number?

51:57Shannon Sharpe:He got a circle. Is that you? Yeah. Yeah. That's me. So I asked you in the game, what did you do? You said you did this. Right. So tell me is this what we was coached to do? Is this what we were asked to do. Right.

52:22Shannon Sharpe:When they got you, they got you. Ain't nothing you can do about it. That's what pick's gonna have to do. Pick because you have to understand you're trying to outrun your past.

52:38Gotta get that money, baby. Boy, I'm gonna be on my best behavior. Gotta get that money.

52:50Shannon Sharpe:he gonna be okay get that busy call him up they don't get bro you can't get defensive you were wrong yeah and you know what he got so many people on the side sure you're right I gotta be better than that because I'm a better player than what I displayed on Thursday night not only did I let my teammates down not only did I let the fans down I let George Pickens down. Because when I walk by the mirror, I don't see Cowboys teammates. I don't see Cowboys fans. I see George Pickens. I let that guy down. The one guy that I can count on, even if I can't count on my teammates, I know I should. Even if I can't count on the fans, I know I can count on George Pickens because I know what George Pickens can do.

53:43Shannon Sharpe:and I let that guy, that man in the mirror, I let him down.

53:49Shannon Sharpe:I would tell my teammates, bro, I'm sorry, I let y 'all down. Ain't no guarantee we would have won the game. But I damn sure didn't help the cause of us winning. Yeah.

54:05Shannon Sharpe:That's all you got to do, Pitt. You're better than this. You're a much better player. and you were doing so good. So good. 57:42Shannon Sharpe:Cleveland plans to keep quarterback Deshaun Watson on his roster into the 2026 season. According to Adam Schefter, Watson has not played since ruptured his Achilles October 20, 2024 against the Bengals. He retore the Achilles shortly thereafter. The Browns believe Watson has contributed to their quarterback room and provided a veteran presence and has had value for their rookie quarterback. As it is, Watson has a salary cap of$81.7 million in 26, which will be the highest in NFL history. Ocho, check this out. moving on from Watson would be very costly as the Browns would incur a $135 million dead cap hit if they released him before June 1st and a$53 million cap hit charge if they were to designate him for a post June 1st cap casualty you know what that's crazy huh either way it goes it's a lose lose for the Browns so what do they do with him next year I mean you've been a good game for a long time guaranteed.

58:51Shannon Sharpe:I might as well get, Ocho, let me ask you a question. If you already don't pay for the car, I don't even like this car no more. I'm going to drive it. It's paid for. I'm going to drive that motor. Right. I got it. I done paid. His money guaranteed in 26. 46 million is guaranteed. So I'm going to get on that and see if you can win a game or two for us. I ain't lying. I ain't lying, Ocho.

59:20Shannon Sharpe:I mean, unless they really, really want him gone bad. But like you said, he hadn't been a problem. It hasn't worked out as they'd hoped. But they say he's been a veteran presence. He really helped the quarterback locker room. Yeah. So.

59:45So you see him staying after this year? I do. I do. That's good. That's good. That's good. That's good. That's good.

59:59Shannon Sharpe:Because I think they're going to let Shadour. I think they're going to let Shadour try to finish out these last five games. Yes, sir. Because they're going to have to make a decision. do we have the quarterback that can take the Cleveland Browns look what's in that division you got Joe Burrow and you got Lamar Jackson I think Pittsburgh, I think Aaron Rodgers is going to leave this year I think this is his last year, he's like nah I'm not going to win another championship I'm not close to winning a championship let me go on home I don't took enough punishment, 20 years, 21 years how many years he's played, I'm about to be 42 years of age, I'm good, he's done but you still got to compete with Lamar Jackson and Joe Burrow and without a quarterback I don't care how good your defense is without a quarterback you don't have a chance you got the best defensive player in football and it's not close and y 'all not close to winning that division or winning a playoff game or winning a championship so without a quarterback you can't compete you know what's funny the Browns would be able to compete even for a championship too without having a quarterback if they had a Miles Garrett type player at each position on defense.

1:01:10I'm being honest. Well, yeah.

1:01:12Shannon Sharpe:How you going to pay him, though? So you going to have every offensive player on a rookie contract make a league minimum? Hey, that's the only way. Miles Garrett at every position.

1:01:32Shannon Sharpe:According to Philly reporter Ashlyn Sullivan, the Eagles have installed a positivity rabbit in the locker room. It showed up today, and the offensive line stressed to me they are not sad. They just wanted a goodbye bunny. What is this? That's the bunny? Yeah, in the locker room. You being serious? Hello, yeah. Or is this AI? No, I don't know if you can see. Can you see those cameras? Can you see that Eagle? Do you see those Superbowl logo?

1:02:11I mean, I don't understand this.

1:02:14Shannon Sharpe:I think Saquon was talking about it at some point in time. I don't understand this. Taking up a lot of space, I know that. A lot, cause it look big as hell. Well, hold on. Why you taking it to money? Why you gotta say happy Easter? Here we are in smack dab in December.

1:02:32yeah i think i don't got things to say i know it's real happy easter easter was back in april i guess they say y 'all laying eggs

1:02:43Shannon Sharpe:that's what they that's with the bunny

1:02:48that's funny i mean i guess to each his own whatever you know they try they try ojo you

1:02:54Shannon Sharpe:know they try everything bro oh joe you don't be in the locker room with y 'all losing and you know they try some of everything yeah all the time i know what you're talking about try hey bro you gotta break that bad people superstitious for real though hey if we losing hey i tried i go touching bunny every day. Rub his head and everything.

1:03:25Shannon Sharpe:Man, think I won when he would. Ocho, it's time to play on Fade presented by Prize Picks.

1:03:45Shannon Sharpe:Alright, Joe Burrow, more than 250, more than 251 passing yards more. Yes. What kind of question is that? Anytime Joe Burko plays against the Buffalo Bills, he throws for more than 250 yards. That's competent. Okay, yeah. Okay, we go. Cloudy. Okay, and they got Higgins coming back. Okay, I'm going. And Joey Bosa is out. I told you that. And Bernard is out. Yeah, I'm going more. Even if he was there, even he not there, so there's that. Quinson Judkins, more than he's going to have a touchdown. At least one touchdown. Oh, yeah. Of course. Who the Browns play? They playing the Titans, they playing the Titans.

1:04:27Shannon Sharpe:JJ McCarthy, less than 187 passing yards. Shoot. Who they play? Hey, he's so inconsistent. Ain't no telling. What he going to do? Oh, he out tomorrow. Isn't he out? I thought he was out.

1:04:47Shannon Sharpe:Where they play it. Let me see. How many yards do both Knicks have?

1:04:58Shannon Sharpe:No, I guess. Both Knicks commanders.

1:05:10Hey. the Broncos play

1:05:14Shannon Sharpe:yeah JJ McCarthy 128 187 yards he bad he bad JJ yeah you think he still injured alright we gonna go less even though I think Hawkinson can have a big day Zach Ertz more than four receptions. More. More. No, he don't get no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. He's J.J. McCarthy. You don't get to go get called by your number when you some stir fry. And you don't get to give yourself that, you don't get to give yourself a name. Talk about nine. Bro, you J.J. McCarthy, you J.J. That is reserved for veteran players, yeah. it's some good games tomorrow yeah for sure hey chicago green bay houston can't be really really good man the commander's gonna beat gonna beat the you know what out of the vikings seattle oh you know bangles bangles we definitely beating buffalo 25 to win 150 Download the app today.

1:06:37Shannon Sharpe:Use code SHANNON to get$50 in lineups after you play your first$5 lineup. Prize picks. It's good to be right.

1:06:48Shannon Sharpe:Ocho, per Chris Haynes, during the Clippers' loss to the Mavs, Chris Paul told Kawhi to switch off Klay because he was struggling to keep up. Jeff Van Gundy shut that down immediately. You might have had leeway in other places to change defensive coverages. but you don't have that leeway here. Video also surfaced of Ty Lue catching Chris Paul talking to his girl. Ocho? Yeah. Everybody tried to tell me, whoa, Shannon. I'm telling you, you don't get the same privileges every locker room that you go into, especially if you're not that same player able to play at that level. See, y 'all talking about when you don't know basketball, I'm telling you how locker rooms function.

1:07:34Right. I'm telling you, you can't take that and say,

1:07:38Shannon Sharpe:well, I used to do this, I used to do that. Ocho, when I went to the Baltimore Ravens, I wasn't the same player, and I didn't have the same voice. I wasn't as outgoing, boisterous, but I would pull certain guys to the side. I ain't telling them, don't do this, don't do that, don't listen to the coach. I don't know why y 'all think... Go ahead, Ocho, what you thinking? You're right, you're right, I'm understanding. I got a better understanding of it, how it works. Obviously, I would think someone of Chris Paul's caliber, his resume, his accolades, you know, on the court, just having the respect that he does, you know, amongst his peers.

1:08:18I thought he would have carried a little bit more weight. But now with me talking to other NBA players, they helped me understand that at that point, you know, and you get to a point in your career where you got to be self-aware. What you were able to pull off when you were younger and you were that guy, it just doesn't work later on in your career. So now that I know and I'm hearing it from other players that played the game and were really good at what they do, they understand and they have self-awareness and knowing that, you know what, I can't pull it off right now. I can't pull it off.

1:08:47Shannon Sharpe:You don't have that. He's not that player that can do what he once did. Jeff ain't going to say that so much. I mean, Jeff ain't saying you might have had leeway to change that, but you can't do that here. You're not going to do that here. And I understand it too. Can you imagine chasing Clay ass around off him? Got damn screens and pics and having to having to try to squeeze to a bowl over the top. Well, you, well, you, your cardio got to be on point, man. Shoot. Cause Clay from the catch and shooting embarrass you all night. Yeah. I think, I don't know if it was AI, but there was a clip that was surfacing about T.

1:09:19Shannon Sharpe:Lou said F. Chris Paul CP or something, something that I just think the thing is, is that look, he, they brought him there for leadership. but leadership looked different in different places the way you led one place that doesn't necessarily mean you can lead that way at this place plus that's James Harden they got a veteran club it's not the same as when you was at OKC and you had Shea and you had all those young guns it's different Kawhi is a proven commodity James Harden has been an MVP Zubas is 6, 7, 8 years they don't have a young team so your voice what is needed from you is different at a different location and you have to understand that understand I'm not the same CP3 as a matter of fact Ocho he Cliff Paul he ain't Chris Paul he Cliff Paul the state farm agent the other half hey that's a good one he clicked that's a good one and he forgot he thought he was chris no bro you clear right clif doesn't have the same say he doesn't have the same leeway the freedom the liberties that chris paul had yeah you're right you're right i like that one that was a good one

1:10:52Man

1:10:55Shannon Sharpe:You know it had to be bad don't you The man said this is his last year And they did this at 3am in the morning They had a conversation with this man 3am in the morning Do you know how bad it got to be For your team to call you at 3am in the morning And say your services the little bit of services that you were providing is no longer needed. Yeah.

1:11:23And you know, we only get most of the story on surface level. There are more layers that we don't know about that I'm sure that transpired that made it happen that way. And we know the beginning and we know the end. All the stuff in between, the good stuff that we don't know about will be a tall tale on why it ended up happening like this at 3 in the morning.

1:11:56Shannon Sharpe:Ocho, Lord have mercy. A recent study on average sex duration country-wise is as follows. Look at the board, Ocho. Ecuador, 24 minutes. so as y 'all can see United States is two minutes boy I'm sure glad I ain't Pakistani I can't I can't I can't even see that it's so little yeah it's open I just look at Pakistani 42 seconds that's what Pakistani said the average duration is 42 the United States is two minutes yeah that's me right there that's me i represent us very well because it don't it don't it don't it don't take long for me to get in in and out i'm i'm here i'm here by business you know you know i'm here by business hey whole ecuador you don't say oh ecuador you're not what they call me with uh where ecuador number one 24 minutes yeah they ain't got no way to go get your phone Ash texted to you Oh There we go There we go Here we go Here we go Okay 24 from Ecuador Cameroon 23 Okay Cuba 22 Jamaica 17 Yeah Anything over 5 minutes Yeah you can count me out Cause I mean What we doing What are we trying to accomplish Yeah I know what I'm trying to accomplish

1:13:29I don't have the time I got places to be I got places to be in anything

1:13:35Shannon Sharpe:ain't got nowhere to be I got a simple motto if I take the time to do it I'm gonna take the time to do it right oh I got you I feel you and I'm gonna take the time to do it right under five minutes so you might be Pakistani yeah I mean I'm like I mean that's ridiculous I don't even know what y 'all do I don't even know what's really going on with Pakistan 20 seconds I mean 42 seconds in and out huh they ain't even in and out no choke and we got no time for foreplay listen we got we got stuff to tend to china minute 24 turkey what you have two minutes so what about all them guys what about all the people that go 10 minutes 15 20 30 for the average time so let me ask you a question think about ojo if the average time is 42 seconds what about the people that just I mean yeah that happens especially when it comes to excitement first person, first time, first encounter it happens the first time you excited everybody excited everybody is at their crescendo everybody is at their apex their zenith their day new war so you at the highest you can be like oh my goodness yeah Yeah, it happens.

1:15:01To me, I'm just being honest. For someone like myself, I've been around the moon. I done seen the stars. I done climbed mountains, higher than Mount Everest. And anything over five minutes, at that point, it becomes performative. It's as if you're putting on a show. I am! Yeah, I mean, what you're there to accomplish, it doesn't take 10, 15 minutes. Because if it takes you that long to get there, then the person you with, the faster you learn that individual's body, the less of the time you have to be in the damn bedroom

1:15:31Shannon Sharpe:I just keep doing curtain calls you talking about performance you talking about the art I get a curtain call they keep clapping I keep coming back out

1:15:45Shannon Sharpe:my thing hey you know what Ocho I'm staying away from Pakistani women cause if they only if you can only do 42 seconds I don't want no part of that hey where you shot I don't want no part of that. So let me see who we're here. That's a good one. Cameroon, 23. Bolivia, 23. Sudan, 22 and a half. 22.9. Cuba, 22. Honduras, 21.5. India, 19 minutes and 34 seconds. Jamaica, 17 minutes. Senegal, Ghana, Venezuela. South Africa, 8 minutes. Peru, 7 minutes. Kenya, 6 minutes. Puerto Rico, 4 minutes. Oh, y 'all thought we were going to Puerto Rico. Hold on, huh? We ain't going to Puerto Rico no more. hey listen more importantly i mean how did they do this study i mean that that's that's that's more concerning to me how did they do the study how many people were a part of this study um i mean do you know how many individuals you would have to have to to take into account and and and deal with to be able to like assess that everyone in these regions last this well we know the top 10 there ain't no Ocho's in those countries.

1:16:56Shannon Sharpe:We know that. I mean well I look Ghanaian. I look Senegalese. I look Jamaican. Nah I think you look more Bangladeshi, Pakistani. Okay that's fine. I can deal with that. I can deal with that.

1:17:17Shannon Sharpe:Man. Damn. them i mean i give you oh ecuador might be a bit much but now can we find a can we find a happy medium okay if we say 24 minutes is a bit much i mean we got to admit 42 seconds is not enough okay listen we got to have balance you got to have balance you have to find somewhere okay because team meetings ain't no man man anybody got time for all that bro huh hey and anybody come on man listen you know how long one round is in a boxing fight you know how long three uh i'm talking about a real yes that's as long as hell but oh joe okay ain't nobody in the first round because everybody feeling it out you feeling it out yeah oh so you come in this throw and blow you coming in soon as they say bing you just oh no no no not really not really but i i don't think people honestly you you know how long 24 minutes is yes like and yes exactly that's long as hell like that's just i brought on diesel though i brought on diesel you know diesel fuel the longer it burns the cooler it gets yeah that's too much as a matter of fact until they came along with electricity what do all them 18 wheelers burn on diesel the longer they burn the cooler they get uh huh international Peterbilt

1:18:57you right

1:18:58Shannon Sharpe:I'm still on probation, so I'm being, hey, Chad, y 'all know who I am. Are you good? You're on probation. I'm just saying, this is, hey. You warming up. We're going to wait to 26.

1:19:12Shannon Sharpe:I'll tell you what. Anybody in Bangladeshi or Pakistani that watch a night cap, we got some Rose Sparks for you. We got Rose Sparks for you. I've tried you know what I've tried to break into I've tried to you know I'm trying to get my product in those countries okay hey that's a good one that's a good one help y 'all out because this is ridiculous

1:19:43Shannon Sharpe:42 seconds take you down to get your pants get your clothes off Ocho it does but you don't count that you don't you don't count it you don't count it from the clothes off part yeah 40 i mean 42 seconds i mean

1:20:00nah nah

1:20:05damn i'm 42 seconds oh yeah that that's bad but but five minutes five minutes is enough it's enough

1:20:15Shannon Sharpe:I'm timing I'm going 42 seconds that's what the average Pakistani have a 6 yeah that's good

1:20:30yeah that's it boom that's it you done that's all you need oh no hey listen you wake up in the morning both of y 'all got to go to work. Hey, before we leave in and out. Mm-mm. I like that.

1:20:55Shannon Sharpe:I okay, I get that if that's a, okay, hey, we, hey, we about to go to a party or we about to go to somewhere, baby. I ain't we ain't get baby. We gonna be late. I get that. If you want, if you want to get a quickie. Right. But nah, man. I mean, this is every every culture is different. Every culture is different They you know, they got played Ecuador So I don't know what they got going on over here I just I just don't you know, I'm saying don't you I just speak america, but i'm ecuadorian. I speak english, but i'm ecuadorian Okay I'm not I ain't nowhere near I ain't got the ain't got ain't got that kind of time What you got what you doing?

1:21:40I got places to be. I don't too. I got. I got places to be. God dang it. That's too much time.

1:21:51Shannon Sharpe:Hey, you know what I mean? God dang it.

1:21:59Shannon Sharpe:I mean, I know every Ocho, I get it. Quick as a good, quick as a good. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But not every time. No, I'm, I'm, listen. is different. It's different. I mean, I'm five minutes or less. That's it. This ain't the circus. I'm not here to prove no point. I get it. Back in the day, you know me. I was TNB. Y 'all know what TNB stand while you just saying. I'm still on probation. I'm like the amusement park. Amusement park rides don't last but 90 seconds. No matter how high they go. Some of them they go 300 feet. go 60, 70 miles an hour. 90 seconds is all you get. Give you the thrill of your life.

1:22:45Yeah, give you something to talk about. That's it. Give you something to talk about, something to write down in your diary. But sometimes... That don't take 24 minutes.

1:22:54Shannon Sharpe:But sometimes, I'm like a 100-story building. I'm stopping on every floor of the elevator. Bing! Somebody get the order now, Ocho. That's all I'm saying, Ocho. That's all I'm saying. You know you're in a 100-story building? You got 90 flows. And then somebody hit every flow in between. Hit every flow, see? Damn. That's too much. That's too much. That's too much. You're just saying. Mm-mm.

1:23:27Shannon Sharpe:Well, like I said, anybody from Pakistan or Bangladesh, reach out to Uncle Nocho. We're going to hook you up. get you a little sample, get a little sample pack, get y 'all going, because we got to boost this thing up. We got to get you over at least two and a half, three minutes. If prescribed, new sexual health patients get$15 their first order of Roe Sparks on a reoccurring plan. Connect with the provider and see if ro.co slash nightcap to find out if prescriptions Roe Sparks are right for you. They are. Yeah. All right, Ocho, it's time for our final segment of the evening. It's time for Q &A.

1:24:11Shannon Sharpe:Q &A.

1:24:17Shannon Sharpe:Kimber Norwood Jr. said, Ocho, all I want for Christmas is for you to give up his$5 ,900 so he can buy him a watch or an outfit. Yeah, I need a little cruma outfit. I mean. Just a little cruma outfit. You look from a little light, a little something, you know. I got you. Appreciate it, Ocho. That show'll be nice. Merry Christmas. Big Mike, 77-23, Coach Prime. Coach Prime pull up Frank Lucas in Cleveland. Don't mess with Blue Magic. Nah. Are they playing in Cleveland or are they playing in Tennessee?

1:24:54Shannon Sharpe:Oh, okay. Okay, okay, okay. I see what you say. Okay. Aussie to go nah hold on man I see that stat differently I think this is a vows for Pakistani women over there Ecuador women something tells me there is a Houston and Pakistan and I'm willing to find out for all of us what say you bro let me know where you going let me know like I said I don't want no package they can put it down like that make you do that make you drop it off in 42? I don't want that. Man. Hey, Ocho, you know hot dog in the microwave, too many is going to explode. You can't put a hot dog in the microwave for 42 seconds and have it explode.

1:25:46Yeah. Maybe you have to think. Maybe over there they're not as active as we are here in the States. Maybe they're not as active. The few times that they do, do those horizontal interactions, that's the result. That's the only thing I can think of. Okay.

1:26:06Shannon Sharpe:Yeah. Yeah, but I ain't never been to Pakistan, but

1:26:17Shannon Sharpe:I'm willing to go. Brandon Crowe, 34-03, for Ohio State to have all that talent and suck in the red zone speaks volumes to coaching. they have issues with big games. Bro, the man just won a national championship. If you go back and look, he has one of the best win percentage of all coaches. How about we give Indiana a little credit? I know, I know, but Indiana is better than what you thought because we was wondering, okay, yeah, they're blowing these teams out, but who have they played? They played Ohio State on a neutral field and they beat them. You make it seem like, what about IU in the red zone?

1:26:58Yeah.

1:26:59Shannon Sharpe:You make it seem like IU didn't get to the red zone. They kicked, what, three, kick two field goals, missed another. Mm-hmm. It works both ways, bro. Ohio State got outplayed today. Signetti and his team outplayed them. It's okay.

1:27:25Shannon Sharpe:Nino Rodgers, 89. Hey, Uncle Nocho, do you have any ridiculous or funny recruiting stories from when you were in high school? Damn, I can't remember that. Damn, high school? No. Right? Ain't nobody recruiting my bad ass. Lpray 98. Oh, you should consider interviewing Bill Bellamy or Donnie Simpson. The story is gold. Now back to regular scheduled programming. Ocho, pay this man$5 ,900. I got you. Hey, chat. Yes. I got a joke for you oh lord are we not gonna wait till the end to get the joke go ahead Ojo get the joke off nah it ain't that bad hey chat y 'all listening yeah we listening

1:28:08how does a hamburger introduce his girlfriend

1:28:15Shannon Sharpe:how does a hamburger introduce his girlfriend yeah pleased to meet you no how Hi, meet Patty.

1:28:37Shannon Sharpe:Chat, I did not approve of this message.

1:28:45Mr.

1:28:45Shannon Sharpe:Robinson, 63-75. Duke broke the college football playoff now, first time in college football history. 2G5 team making the playoffs, that college football right there. Duke ain't going to the college football. They're not going. Hold on. Do ACC get automatic bid? Yeah. Not Duke, though. No. Okay. Kaleidoscope 1, feeling good tonight. Thanks, Duke. JMU is in the playoffs as a 12 seed. Go, Dukes. Yeah. Looks that way. Asia Dad. Ocho, how about them dogs? Nate Frazier, that dude, winning the chip this year, you need to start rooting for your home team, Unk. I'm going to root for Nate Frazier. Who'd who?

1:29:33Shannon Sharpe:Unk. Dr. Bryant is not a real doctor. Bro, we having a conversation. Y 'all find something. I mean, is there any guests that you guys have liked? You find something wrong with every guest I got. I mean, Oprah didn't always have A-listers. She had different people. She interviewed Klu Klux Klan members. She interviewed this one, murderers, this. She interviewed some of all people. Why do you have a problem with who I have on the platform? If Dr. Brian is not your cup of tea, just fast forward. Just don't even watch that episode. I thought she was interesting. I enjoyed the conversation that we had.

1:30:08Shannon Sharpe:I did. I thoroughly did. Hopefully, a lot of people enjoyed the conversation. But if they did, that's okay. I'd like to think I've had a very eclectic group of people from influencers, entertainers, athletes, celebs. I think I've had over the 150, almost 200 interviews that I've done. I would like to think everybody's not going to like every person that I've interviewed. No. And that's okay. But I tried to find a very diverse group of people that can share their story, which she did. And I don't get caught in that. My job is not to interrupt.
