In short
The episode is a sports-and-life “nightcap” discussion focused on NFL roster/contract fallout and a few betting/entertainment tangents. Topic highlights: Cowboys eliminated from the playoffs and what it says about Jerry Jones/front office; Dolphins moving on from Tua Tagovailoa and the cap implications; what’s going on with 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk after a Kyle Shanahan comment about his absence; Rams firing special teams coach Chase Blackburn after multiple special-teams errors; Jake Paul’s reported $92M payday.
Guest backgrounds
The show features hosts “Ocho” and “Unc” (Shannon Sharpe) discussing as former/insider football voices; no additional named guests appear in the transcript.
Key claims
Cowboys’ lack of playoff success is framed as an indictment of Jerry Jones because he controls decisions and can’t be fired; Dolphins could cut Tua but would face $99M dead cap (post–June 1st cut spreads it); Aiyuk’s 104 mph video is interpreted as a public demand to leave; Rams’ special teams miscues (blocked kicks, punt return TD, missed FG) justify Blackburn’s firing; Jake Paul’s earnings are attributed largely to influence/PPV attention.
Notable examples
George Pickens trade impact; Dolphins’ reported offer of four first-round picks for Joe Burrow (Bengals declined); Broncos’ 2024 dead-cap “roadmap”; Rasheed Shahid punt return; blocked kicks vs Eagles; Aiyuk driving past Levi’s Stadium.

2:37Shannon Sharpe:Ocho, with the win on Saturday, the Eagles, the Cowboys are now mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. Just to be clear, the Cowboys have been eliminated before they played Week 16 with Prescott. But, Ocho, how much of that is an indictment on the Cowboys front office? Your quarterback is healthy all year. Yes. You got George Pickens, so even though C.D. Lamb missed a couple of games, George Pickens picked up the slack and he didn't miss a beat. Jake Ferguson has played out of his mind. How much of an indictment is this on Jerry Jones? Because Jerry Jones put this team together. Yeah. I mean, look, Jerry Jones said he's the only person that can run this team.
3:18Jerry Jones said, when we're successful, I want the credit. I want the credit. I'm the reason for our success. I don't allow anyone else to make any of the important calls. Everything stops and goes through me. So we know who the problem is. I've said it countless times. Nobody's going to listen to me anyway. It's not like my voice has any matter when it comes to those who run teams and run organizations. But I think maybe it's time you step back. maybe it's time you get someone else who can run the who can who can run the team who can put a team together a functioning team that can compete week in and week out but no jerry as he said you know proudly and boastfully i'm the best person to be able to run this organization so when you lose you know the onus is on him it's on his shoulders but there's the thing he said he can handle it
4:14Shannon Sharpe:because he knows there's no repercussions because if he gets it wrong, what's the repercussion if the owner does something wrong? He's still going to own the team. He's in a position that he cannot be fired. Yeah. He knows that. Everybody knows that. So it's easy to say, I'm the best person for the job because no matter how bad you fail, you can never be out of that job. Yeah. And another thing, the people around you, the people around you ain't going to tell you the truth. Don't nobody want to. Don't nobody want their water cut off? You think I'm going to tell him how he should do his goddamn job?
4:51And it's a bunch of yes men, huh? A bunch of yes men and a bunch of yes women as well. Somebody has to be honest. Somebody has to tell them the truth. This has been going on for 30 years plus. If not more. If you haven't got right at this point.
5:09Shannon Sharpe:You ain't going to get me cut out the wheel. F you, Ocho. Yeah, Dave Bingo, you hit it right on the nose. You hit it right on the nose. And probably knowing Jerry, you know, he seems like one that can be very vindictive. Because once he makes a stand, his feet is in solid cement, and it ain't budging. Yeah, absolutely. I agree 1 ,000%. And like you said, Ocho, look, what's the ramification for them not going to the playoffs? Nothing. They still, even the team that wins the Super Bowl is not going to make more money than Jerry Jones Cowboys. Who missed the, if I'm not mistaken, the Cowboys have won, have led for the last 20, 25 years, produced the most revenue, have not won, have not won more than one, have not won more than one playoff game in any season.
6:04Shannon Sharpe:So there is no downside. What is the downside, Ocho? I make the playoffs, I make$400 million. I miss the playoffs, I make$400 million. Okay, the guys that we draft, they don't turn out well. Okay, I keep my job. Most people, if you continue to fail at your job, they're going to put somebody else in there. Yeah, you got to go. Well, like, if I own the team, you can't put somebody in there with me. Mm-mm. Mm-mm.
6:38Shannon Sharpe:I'm just saying. So they're not. But this is an indictment on Jerry. He wants the credit. Hey, you saw Brandon Albury. He made the trade for George Pickens. He made the trade for Quentin. He traded Micah Parson and bought in Kenny Clark, and they got better. That's what he's saying. Tyler Booker and Smith and all these guys. You got all these guys, and they missed the playoffs. Didn't they miss the playoffs back-to-back years? They didn't make the playoffs last year.
7:12Shannon Sharpe:so
7:16Shannon Sharpe:so there there is no downside there has to be in or in order for things to potentially change there has to be a downside right and right now there is no downside to the cowboys because they're still going to maximize earning and as long as you maximize and that's the only thing that jerry cares about yeah i mean jerry cares about earnings yeah that's it being number one yeah and yeah that's what the Packers remember the two three years ago Ocho the Packers came in and dropped 48 on them 40 47 47 10 or something like that 40 40 48 32 but the game I mean they had the score was like 24 nothing 27 nothing yeah it was it was out of reach yeah it was out of reach
8:01Shannon Sharpe:the Miami Dawson put in a strong offer for the number one overall pick in the 2020 draft Per Adam Schefter, the Dolphins offered Cincinnati four first-round picks for the top pick in 2020, which they used to draft Joe Burrow. According to Schefter, Cincinnati declined to even engage in a discussion and shut down the trade inquiry before they could gain any traction. The Bengals went on to select Joe Burrow. Yeah, I mean, you know good and well Mike Brown wasn't giving up that pickup. You know who they had their eyes set on? You know what's going to happen? we had our franchise altering quarterback right there bullseye that was the target ain't nobody there's nothing any team could have done to got the Bengals to get up off that number one spot absolutely not because there's not a guy let's just say has there been a quarterback
9:01Shannon Sharpe:no because when you get him you're not going to be drafting that high anyway. So you're not going to be in a position to get a, let's just say, a Caleb Williams or a Jane Daniels. Right. Or, you know, one of those guys. You're not going to be in a position to get one of those guys. So you're going to be middle of the pack or further down. So now I don't have a quarterback. I don't have a foundation piece that I can build around. Right. Yeah, if you're going to tell me, like Chicago. Chicago gave up what they gave and said, you know what? Hey, you can have Bryce Young. And lo and behold, what happened, Ocho?
9:41Shannon Sharpe:The next year, Carolina has the worst record. They're going to select first. Who does that pick belong to? The Bears. They get Caleb Williams. Ta-da! Funny how that works, huh? The Bengals weren't going to be in that situation. And so, four first-round picks. So basically, you'd be having two first-round picks every year for the next four years. Woo! You got to make them count. If you make them count. You got to make them count. Kind of like a lot of Cowboys did when they got Hershey Walker trade. Yes. You get an Emmitt Smith. You get a Russell Maryland. You get Darren Woodson. You draft those fast-ass linebackers.
10:23Shannon Sharpe:Yep. And that's what happens. But, yeah, I'm not surprised the Bengals did not engage. looked at Joe Burrow as a generational talent. Absolutely. When you survey the landscape, we don't see anybody that's coming along that's comparable to that. So, nah, as a matter of fact, lose my number. Matter of fact, and if you call me again, I'm going to block you. I'm going to block you, yes. Actually, I'm going to put a call in. Yes, 911, what's your emergency? Yeah, I'd like to report harassing calls. Do you know the party? Yeah. The Miami Dolphins. they keep calling me seeking a trade yeah and i've asked them to stop yeah absolutely according to the shifter the dolphins moved on from two of this week and are prepared to move on for him this offseason the only question is how the dolphins are getting ready to embark on a search for a new general manager who is expected to have his own ideas on how to handle miami's Mets a quarterback.
11:25Shannon Sharpe:Miami already owes Tua $54 million guaranteed in 26 and another$3 million in 27 becomes guaranteed on March 15th, meaning the Dolphins would like to decide the most effective way to separate from the quarterback before that date. Cutting Tua would leave$99 million in dead cap money, Ocho, the largest in NFL history. Designating Tua as a post-June 1st cut would spread that money out and make it count$67.4 million in 2016 and$31.8 million in 2027. The Broncos provided a roadmap in 2024, winning$885 million in dead cap money and Russell Wilson contract, including$32 million that they're still carrying this season.
12:16Shannon Sharpe:They have 11-game win streak, and they're the number one seed currently in the AFC. Yeah. You know you don't want to. Just go ahead and move on. Eat it. I think that's what they're going to do. I mean, when you bench a quarterback, knowing you don't have a chance to make the playoffs, you sit him down, I think they're just going to eat it. I think they're just going to eat it, but I still don't know where they go from here because now you're right back at square one, not having a quarterback, not having a quarterback of the future. You look at where you might be drafting in this draft come April.
12:49I mean, is there someone else out there that you're going to get? Is there a veteran present that you might want to bring in along with a rookie that you might get in the first round? I mean, I'm not sure. I mean, is there anything in the draft that can come in and is going to be drastically that much better than what you have already right now? I mean, no.
13:07Shannon Sharpe:You see what happens when ownership gets involved? Brian Flores wanted Justin Herbert. Oh, yeah. Steven Ross wanted Tua. Tank for Tua. You saw the signs. Tank for Tua. I'd be damned if he didn't sink the ship. Okay, okay. Yeah, man. You have to look at Ocho, and I thought Tua would be better than this. But when you go back and look at Ocho, he had an injury history coming into the league. Think about he had a tightrope surgery. He had a hip dislocated his hip. He had to get that repaired. He had numerous ankle injuries. There were reports. I mean, knee injuries. There are reports. There were reports that he had a couple surgeries that never got mentioned.
13:50Shannon Sharpe:Right. He's a smallish guy that's not mobile. I mean, not the most athletic. I'm looking at a guy that got dislocated his hip. He had tightrope surgery. There are reports that he had other surgeries on his knees. Right. What can we expect to get out of him, Mocho? Ah, man. Mocho, and he's six foot tall. Yeah. he's six foot tall
14:20Shannon Sharpe:that sucks we're being generous yeah that sucks you know what it kind of saddens me I'm going to the game tomorrow I'm taking all the kids to the game against the Bengals it saddens me that I have my tour jersey I'm wearing my tour jersey and when the Bengals are on offense I'm a switch jersey I'm going to put on the chase jersey but the fact that he's not even playing. He's not even playing. That's crazy. This business is... What have you done for me? This is... We're in the production business, Ocho. You're right. I understand. You got to update your resume. I don't pay you because I like you.
15:01Yeah. You got to update your resume, huh? Yeah, absolutely. I understand it. I understand it. It sucks to see. It sucks to see just for... And you know how quarterback prepare, huh? You know how they prepare. You understand the count. hours and in the film study and then you know how much time goes into it so to see all the time that he's put into it and put into his craft it just sucks for for him not to to be able to enjoy the fruits of the work the fruits of his labor or the work that's put in the results aren't showing up on sunday and that that's one of the worst feelings in the world to know the way you work to know and then it just not turn out how it's supposed to on sunday man that that's draining, bro.
15:44For me personally, Ochoa? That's draining.
15:46Shannon Sharpe:For me personally, he did too much talking for not to be as good as he is. He always had something to say about this, about that, bro. Ain't nobody trying to hear from you when you are middle of the road to below average quarterback. Keep your mouth closed. What are we talking about here? Yeah, yeah. I understand. He's giving our information. He's telling about stuff that guy's not showing up and guy's not doing this. They're looking at him like, look, and Tyreek got paid. But Tyreek, I understand what you're in a different location. Look, Ocho, you know what it's like? Tyreek got with a new lady.
16:27Shannon Sharpe:And instead of just like, hey, you know, I'm happy. It's just my new lady. She cool. He wanted to hype his new lady up to try to make the old lady jealous. who the hell thought Tua was anything close to Patrick Mahomes oh he accurate oh he could bro did you realize what you had in Kansas City yeah Tyreek Tyreek I forgot Tyreek said if he retires tomorrow you got a top five quarterback in the history of the game in Patrick Mahomes that's what you had and you want to talk about Tua he accurate man stop it hey that's his quarterback huh you gotta hype your quarterback i ain't got to mention my previous girls i gotta mention nobody that had a relationship before the one i got i'm with her now whatever i had before then i don't care what they look like they could have been miss america but to me right here and i don't need to mention them i'm very happy i like that i see i see you i see listen i'm picking up what you're putting down i'm paying somebody somebody try to somebody a lot of times what we try to do in a relationship is that we try to list the person up that we're with now by standing on the person that we were once with.
17:41I like that.
17:42Shannon Sharpe:Hey, I'm happy. I'm happy. Yeah, she's great. Yada, yada, yada. But I don't have to say anything about where I was. I don't have to say anything about no, bro. It's good. It's good. I love the way she treat me. She treats me well. Through all my imperfections, she loves me. All she asks is that I be better today than I was yesterday. Hmm. I like that. Hold on. That's it. So whatever, whatever I, whatever, whatever was with the previous relationship, I don't need to discuss that. I like what you just said. All she asked is that I be better today than I was yesterday. Yes. Well, that's a bar. Hold on.
18:28I got to get my paper. Hold on. All the imperfections.
18:38Shannon Sharpe:I just
18:44Man the kids The kids done stole my notepad man
18:48Shannon Sharpe:Tyreek might be Excited To head back to Kansas City Because here's the thing Ocho And when they say I know all this scar but I'm going to break the scar tissue I'm going to love all this I'm gonna love all these scars because I know how guarded how damaged you are but that's my job to break that and I know you've been hurt before but my job is to show you that I'm not like before I'm now so I you know like I said I
19:32Shannon Sharpe:I just, I never understood. I never understood bashing a team that I left. The thing is, when you left Cincinnati, I'm sure it was difficult, but you didn't bash him. I never understood why Tyreek would have anything negative to say about Kansas City. Kansas City took a huge risk given the circumstances, and everybody deserves a second chance. Yeah. Everybody deserves a second chance. But if somebody gives you that second chance, ain't no way you could turn around and dump water on the head nah not at all has he ever said he never said anything bad about him he said we don't need to bring it up but I'm saying all I'm saying is this they let him out they had him under contract for another year but they also let him out because they understood it was time for him to get paid and they weren't willing to pay him would you think Mike Brown would have done that no you already know No.
20:26Shannon Sharpe:And a lot of other people wouldn't have done that either. But Andy, Brett Veach, just like they did LeJarrius Knee, just like they did some of the other guys, you know what? You've been great for us. You've been this. We're going to allow you to go and get what we feel that we can't give you. Give you, yeah. Yeah, they earned. They earned every penny they got based on their play before they left Kansas City. And Kansas City, hey, hold on. And you know what, Unc? When you have a quarterback as good as Patrick Mahomes, you don't feel bad letting individuals like LeJarius Sneed and Tyreek Hill go because you understand that 15 can carry, 15 can make up for what you're losing.
21:07He can make up for what you're losing.
21:10Shannon Sharpe:Look, they went to three Super Bowls without Tyreek, and they won two.

This comes after Kyle Shanahan said he hasn't seen him in a month. Ocho, wide receiver, this is your era. What's your advice to the young man? I don't know what's going on. I don't know what's going on. Hey, Ocho, I can't even figure it out. Most of the time, you know, I wouldn't hesitate. There it is, Ocho. Look. Yeah, I'm looking at it. I'm looking at it. Boy, he moving, boy. 104 miles an hour, but he's driving past the stadium.
24:29Yeah. He's making a statement. But think about it, Ocho. He's recording. Yeah.
24:36Shannon Sharpe:So think about it. Oh, you're recording. So if you record. Now, most cars, that's a Cadillac. So it looks like a Cadillac. Yeah, it's a Cadillac. And he got no hands. And most cars today, unless their sports car come with what, Ocho? Power steering. Yeah. Power steering means that thing is easier to turn. Yeah. I don't know what the young man, I don't know what point he's trying to make. I don't know what he's trying to prove. All I know, if they say be here for workouts, I'm going to be there. If they say I need to be here for treatment, I'm going to be there. I am not, I am not going to give that money back to them.
25:16Shannon Sharpe:because there's going to be a time that Brandon Iyuk is not going to make $26 million a year. Unfortunately, Ocho, that's the sad, that's the reality of it. Yeah. And you know, maybe it won't hit him yet. It hasn't hit him yet. You know, he's fed up, whatever it is, whatever he's upset about, whatever he's mad about, he's willing to walk away from that money just to get out of San Francisco. I don't know what's going on internally. You can get out of San Francisco and still get that money.
25:43Wait, he's going about it the wrong way. How about that?
25:45Shannon Sharpe:Absolutely. Absolutely. Because I look at it like this, Ocho. I might not want my job. I might not like the job. But until I got another one lined up, I'm going to stay by a black ass right here and get every penny. Yeah. Punch that clock. Cha-ching. And I'm going to check out. Yeah. But it's easy for you to say. It's easy for us to say that, you know, because we don't know what the hell going on. We don't know how they have him feeling after he's had surgery. Ocho, I knew I was leaving undisputed. Guess what I did? Yeah. Every day, show my black ass up at work. Yeah. Yeah. I knew three months.
26:19Shannon Sharpe:Actually, I knew six months in advance. Right. Didn't nobody know. My sister knew. My brother knew. My agent knew. Yeah. But guess what? You couldn't tell. Yeah. Because my, hey, man, I ain't finna forfeit this hip money. Yeah, you're right. But listen, that's how you would react. Obviously, he's not you, and his mind is in a different place right now, which is why he's reacting the way he is. now what would i would love to talk to i would love to talk to him i would love to find out exactly what the issue is but the issue is much deeper than what we know much deeper because we've never seen a player we've seen players act out before you know but none like this where you where you're not even willing to take the money you rather lose it than go back to san francisco Like, that's bad.
27:10Shannon Sharpe:Ocho, we've all, Ocho, we can look back at things that we purchased. Like, I was the biggest damn fool to purchase that. Yeah. I could use that$20 ,000,$30 ,000, or whatever I paid for it. Right, right. But 26 millions? And that's exactly how. And the thing is, for me, Ocho, they gave him the money. I mean, think about it. No, they tried to trade for George Pickens. But Pittsburgh wasn't ready to trade George Pickens at that point in time. Can you imagine Pickens and San Francisco's office? Oh, my God, man.
27:47Shannon Sharpe:With that being said, Ocho, look, I wish you could talk to him also because I don't know what's going on, and I don't sit here and chat and try to pretend that I know. But for him to put himself in this position and so easily and readily turn down the kind of money that he could be making, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. But everything's not supposed to make sense to Shannon Sharp. Everything's not supposed to make sense to nightcap and Ocho. So I just wish him the best. But, bro, be careful, man. I mean, driving at that rate of speed, and you don't have to – Ocho, okay, you want to drive that fast, why post it?
28:24Shannon Sharpe:Why post it, Ocho? Well, he's posting it for a reason. That's a part of the message. The part of the message is I'm driving past, will be played, leave our stadium and I'm doing 104 miles an hour because I want nothing to do with this place I want nothing to do with this place and I'm zooming by it for a reason that's all that's all but yeah he really won up out of there yeah but I'm not willing to put other people's lives at risk while I want to get out of somewhere that too yeah absolutely absolutely Ocho Brown's right tackle Jack Conklin was placed on IR with concussions. The third starting O-lineman out for the year.
29:09Shannon Sharpe:That's tough. Goddamn O-line been banged up all season long, huh? No. They were pretty healthy at the beginning of the year for Flacco and the other guys. Yes. Look, you just got to make do. You got to A. You do what you can. who does the Browns play tomorrow? They go to the Bills or the Bills come there? It don't matter. What you mean? What you mean it don't matter? Who you got? Who you got in that game? Huh? Who you got in the Bills-Broncos game? I mean Bills-Browns game. Huh? I'm taking the team with Josh Allen. Okay. I hope Shadour plays well. Yeah. But I don't know if you noticed the last four or five weeks, Josh Allen been out of his damn mind.
30:01Shannon Sharpe:Absolutely. You know what else? He done played good the last four of them five weeks. So you know at some point you're bound to have a bad game. You're bound to slip up. He had that against the Texans.
30:16Shannon Sharpe:He's had a couple of bad games. They lost to somebody too. Who else did they lose to? The Patriots. Remember when the Patriots came in and kicked their ass? Oh, yeah. Yeah, where they had that big lead, huh? Yep. Look.
30:38Shannon Sharpe:Concussions are tough. They're tough for anybody, but don't you. As an offensive lineman, all you do is bang head. The first thing you can bang head is head. Yeah. Clop, just like two Rams. Yep. Every time. Every single time. But look, he's in. He's getting an opportunity to play. All I can do is do the best I can with what I got. I can't make excuses about what I don't have. I just have to go play with what I do have. My girl said, hey, bro, this is what we got. This is what we got to eat. Yeah, I wish we had steak or whatever else. Nah, we got squirrel tonight. Or we got some other fried chicken that we had, the chicken that we had for two, three days ago.
31:22Shannon Sharpe:or we got smothered fried pork chops. This is what we got. Boy, when this is all you got, that is the best food. Ever. That is the best food. Man. Smothered pork chops, boy. You just brought back memories, boy. Man, I ain't had no smothered pork chops, no smothered chicken. Smothered chicken or stewed chicken. You were the last time you had some stewed chicken. Yeah, true. Listen, I ain't had none of that new name in a very – a long time boy your granny gonna have some stupid chicken oh lord don't say no more granny just let us know just let us know man listen things ain't been the same since grandma left family function not the same getting together on Sundays at an auntie house and all the sisters there all the sisters and brothers and aunties and cousins it's just not the same no it's never gonna be the same what's that Once that heart, that patriarch, that matriarch, once my grandmother, but I knew.
32:26Shannon Sharpe:Right. I knew. And I knew once we had the funeral, my grandmother's funeral, everybody was there. Yeah. All the grandkids, all the ones that were incarcerated. But all the grandkids were there, all the kids, you know. But now, since my grandmother's died, we've had one, two. My Uncle Thurman passed. Right. My Aunt Mary Nell passed. So we've had – so it's not the same, Ocho. It's not the same. And I knew – I absorbed it. But I knew when I used to – when I was still in the league, my last two years in the league and then one year afterwards, I used to have a cookout. I paid for everything, had alcohol, and everybody would come over.
33:10Shannon Sharpe:My sister would invite a lot of people in the city. We'd come over. And I would just enjoy it because I knew once Granny left, Yeah. It wasn't going to be the same. Yeah, absolutely. And the key word that you just said, too, about family and seeing each other and getting together. One thing about it, when grandma's pass on, the one thing that brings everybody together is a funeral. Oh, yeah. A funeral brings everybody together. I mean, everybody came back to the house. You know, we you know, we laughed and we talked and, you know, you know what, Ocho? I mean, they brought they brought they, you know, people brought food over and things like that.
33:48Shannon Sharpe:but it you know I just knew it was never going to be the same you know I still got a flower I took a flower I remember Libby saying anybody want to take these flowers and I remember I said well I'm going to take this one it was a live flower and she's like Sheldon you ain't never had no plant in your life why don't you take the artificial I said no I'm taking this one and it was in a little thing like this said, oh, right, man. I call a horticulturist. I, I, I, I boarded. I didn't know anything about it. I looked it up and see what it was. Well, I tried to, but I didn't know what it was. So I had Shelly call a horticulturist and he came and he told me what it was.
34:29Shannon Sharpe:Right. And he said, this plant will get really big. He said, you just need to put it in. I say, how big? He said, it'll get as big as the tub that you have it in. I said, really? So he said, you just need to re-side it, put it in something, something much larger. Right. Give it sunlight. You don't have to water it. You don't overwater it. Right. Hey, grow faster. Man, that thing's huge. I named it Granny. Libby asked me sometime, how Granny doing? Mama asked me, how Granny doing? I said, she doing good. Yeah, I got it. My grandmother passed in 2011. So it's probably about 15 years old. I think the guy told me at the time that I got it, it was probably like between nine months and a year at the time that I got it.
35:13Shannon Sharpe:My grandmother passed in 2011. Yeah, I'm going to keep it. Absolutely. Where is that, huh? It's in my home in Atlanta. Okay, okay, okay. It's too big. I can't, man, that thing heavy as hell. Okay, okay. It's in a pot. It's in a concrete pot like this big. Well, y 'all can't see my top hand, but it's like this big, about this big around. Yeah, man, that's dope. That's dope. And the thing is, I leave the light on the whole night in the bathroom. I just close the door when I'm home and leave the light on so she get plenty of light. obviously when the sunlight I open the shade so she get plenty of light yeah oh yeah that ain't that's I feel like when I go in there and look at her I feel like my grandma like oh cause she love she love planting stuff right I mean me and Spanky get so mad cause she planting collard greens mustard greens turnip greens she planting all this stuff and that means me and Spanky gonna be out there with her picking it shelling it shucking it oh yeah they're gonna put to the work now what yeah Mary you know we got some peas and some corn if you want to come pick for half because you pick half so if you pick five bushels they get two and a half bushels you get to keep two and a half bushels me I'm thinking to myself I'd rather give them all five bushels than get the money that's what I'm thinking I don't know if anybody in the chat has ever shelled peas butter beans snap nah man your thumbs be so so man oh my goodness a shuck corn
36:53Shannon Sharpe:mary i got the people used to come by mary i got a mess of fish if you want them yeah boy go out there oh lord go ahead go out there and fetch that fish man don't try i hate this man i said lord i said lord I said, Lord, if you ever, ever see fit for me to have any money, I promise you I ain't doing none of this no more. I ain't doing none of this. I ain't cutting no grass. I ain't shelling no peas. I'm not scaling no fish. I'm not gutting no fish. I'm not doing none of that. so oh man Browns, Browns, Browns, Browns come on Shadour just play well I want him to play well I want two things to happen I want Shadour to play well I want Miles Garrett to get that damn sack record oh yeah didn't they award him a full sack instead of a half sack doesn't he have 22 sacks now instead of 21 and a half
38:08Shannon Sharpe:I think they awarded him a full second, not a half. Or they still gave him a half.
38:16Shannon Sharpe:Okay, so they still at 21 and a half. Okay. Copenhagen's Spit Free packs American-grown tobacco into pouches. 41:25Shannon Sharpe:Ocho, the Los Angeles Rams has fired special teams coach Chase Blackburn. The move marks the first in-season coaching change that the Rams head coach Sean McVay has made in his nine seasons with the Rams. Though the Rams have lost only four games this season, three have involved special teams miscues. The Rams lost Thursday night to the Seahawks. the game changed on a 48-yard punt return. Excuse me. They missed a 48-yard field goal, and they had that punt return by Shahid. The Rams' first loss to the Eagles, the Eagles, Los Angeles, had two offensive possessions in the end and blocked kicks. It's tough, Ocho.
42:12Yeah, yeah, it's tough. Listen, they practice it, they practice it, they practice it, they practice it, they practice it, and you expect the outcome to be the same way you practice it. Sometimes it just doesn't happen like that, Unc. Rasheed Shahid is his fault. Rasheed Shahid is the reason why that coach doesn't have a job. And listen, I hate to say he's a scapegoat, but, I mean, it is what it is. The reason, one of the reasons why they lost is because of special teams. You can't punt the ball down the middle of the damn field when you backed up.
42:47Shannon Sharpe:Not to somebody that fast and that dangerous. Ocho if you punt the ball down the middle of the field he don't have to beat Devin Hester Ocho if you punt the ball down the middle of the field and you let the guy get a running start and you backed up Ocho by the time your team get down there he's already at the 40 with a head of steam he make one person miss it's a touchdown so I don't know why and he's probably like okay special team club hey hash, which means you put the ball outside of the hash. Yes. Normally, teams like to set up returns to their sideline. Because why? Because if you set it up to the other sideline, they're going to call it out.
43:35Shannon Sharpe:Right return, right return. So you try to set up returns to your sideline. Yes. But you got to punt the ball. You got to keep the ball outside of the hash. If you see, even on kickoff, what they try to do, Ocho, they try to kick the ball outside the hash so they can condense the field. Yeah, put it in the corners. Oh. Yeah, don't give him no two-way go. No. I'm trying to condense the field. Right. Look, you got your safety. Nothing gets side to side of you, but we're going to squeeze it. Let's constrict the field. Oh, my goodness.
44:15See?
44:16Shannon Sharpe:Hey, listen. Listen, that's all the more reason. As you get frustrated right now, this is all the more reason. You don't hear that call coming. You don't hear that knock. But all the more reason why you should be coaching. Now, you're explaining it to yourself. Oh, I know it. No. But see, knowing it and me getting people to execute it after we practiced it all week, that's a whole different damn thing. Yeah, but listen, you're a teacher. You're a teacher. No, I'm not. Yeah, you are. It's part of your purpose. you don't even realize it's your purpose it's your purpose here on earth to coach and you don't even realize you're steadily fighting it I'm fighting it yeah you sure are yep I'm gonna fight I'm gonna continue to fight too yeah you say that down to the right opportunity to present itself
45:07Shannon Sharpe:nah I'm good Ocho yeah I mean I hear you I hear you you play the lotto I can't play it. We ain't got it out here. I told Shelly to play it. I told my sister to play. Don't worry about it. I played it for you. Okay. I don't know if I won, but if I did, just know we're going to be alright. Yeah, I'm going to shoot you a little something. Mine is 5 ,900. Yeah. I'm going to shoot you something, too. I got you. Shoot a Billy. You know what I'm saying? You know, All your people Have a big old Have a big old Big old get together Right All your people Okay Okay All your people Oh that's That's fine I mean that's fine That's fine Wait listen One thing about I ain't I ain't ish Nah you good Listen one thing about family man In order for In order for To work the right way Everybody gotta get along Everybody gotta get along
46:14Shannon Sharpe:but uh no it's uh
46:30Shannon Sharpe:whatever no i'm just saying we go you know i mean i hate i hate to see you know it's hard for me to see a scenario where he's not at least explaining it. Hey, we need to make sure we get this ball outside. Sometimes, Ocho, I mean, when a punter shanks the ball, he ain't trying to shank it. It happens. A lot of times, sometimes when the kicker kicks the ball out of bounds, he's not trying. He's trying to be too perfect, trying to trap him, put him down in, and sometimes the ball squirts out of bounds. He's not trying to do that. But in professional sport, there's a no room for margin for error.
47:08Shannon Sharpe:Nope. And people don't understand that. And, you know, I think for me understanding it, you know,
47:17Shannon Sharpe:being good in high school and really never getting, you know, coaches really never getting on me and being good in college and coaches really never getting on me and then get to the NFL and you feel like you can't do ish right. Yeah. Like, damn, you make the tackle. No, we don't want you inside. Stay outside. You made that play. But if you got trapped inside, make him go inside. If you don't make the tackle, it's okay. Right. But if you get pinned down inside and that guy go up the sideline. We ain't got no chance. Matter of fact, if it happened, come on, come on, just grab your helmet. Come on, sit over here with me.
47:59Come on. Come on.
48:03Shannon Sharpe:and so you know hey and you know the only time and the thing is is that obviously they punt the ball away you knife it inside because they got somebody else that's gonna you know that's getting outside because you know we uh uh uh Mike Horan was when I first got when I first got to Denver Ocho yeah he was really good at directional punting put it outside if you say left I mean he it's gonna be outside the hash yeah I like I like knifing it I like knifing it yeah because the first job or the first gunner is to throw. Make him check his feet. O'Shea coming. O'Shea coming. O'Shea coming. But special team coach loses his job.
48:47Shannon Sharpe:A missed kick on Thursday. A couple of block kicks early in the year at Philly. The return by Shahid that gave the Seahawks life. Ocho, it's time to play Player Fade presented by Prize Picks
49:14Shannon Sharpe:Okay Ocho, Josh Allen more than will have at least two touchdown passes Yeah Yeah I see I mean he's been damn near Superman all season long yeah I'm going to say that I'm going to give him two Justin Herbert will have 246 passing yards against the Cowboys absolutely Trayvon Diggs is back too I thought he wasn't healthy he said he talked to the media he said in the media he was a healthy scratch but Jerry said Jerry came out on his channel and said Trayvon is not healthy. Yeah, you know, listen, you know Jerry. I'm just going by what that man said, Chad. Did y 'all hear him say that? Yeah, don't listen to Jerry.
50:03Don't listen to Jerry. You told me don't listen to Jerry. Yeah, I don't know because Trayvon is back and I think Deron Bland is.
50:10Shannon Sharpe:Deron, right. I'm going to be surprised if more people are not deactivated. We ain't got what we play. Now, look, me, I'm going to want to play. Right. I'm going to want to play because guess what, Ocho? I'm trying to stay up with my numbers. Oh, yeah. I'm trying to make sure I keep my 5 ,000-yard streak alive. I'm trying to give you a couple extra touchdowns because, you know, I look back at now when we had games, you know, we had already clinched a division or something and we didn't have anything to play for. I'm like, man, I could have got me four or five catches. That could have been an extra twin 15, 20 catches.
50:40Shannon Sharpe:That might have been an extra touchdown. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Bijan Robinson will have more than 132 rush and receiver yards. Who do Falcons play tomorrow?
50:53damn
50:54Shannon Sharpe:oh yeah yeah I think you have that 255 passing yards yes I'm going over yeah McBride gonna have 100 McBride and Wilson yeah they gonna be cooking oh yeah he'll have 255 so Allen will have 2 touchdowns Justin Herbert will have 246 yards B. John Robinson will have more than 132 yards. And Jacoby Brissett will have more than 255 yards. $25 to win$150. Download the app today. Use Coach Shannon to get$50 in lineups after you play your first$5 lineup. Prize picks. It's good to be right. It's good to be right. Ocho, it's being reported that Jake Paul made$92 million. dollars. That's 989 seconds of work.
51:48Shannon Sharpe:Six rounds in which he got knocked out. Just over 16 minutes of actual fight time. It breaks down in the ring to 989 seconds. $93 ,023 per second. $5 ,581 no,$5 ,581 ,380 per minute. Roughly$15 million per round.
52:14hmm that's that
52:21that's a whole nice payday huh yeah listen he's built he's built himself up you know from the ground up I know a lot of people say he's making a mockery of the sport he's making a mockery of boxing but he did it in his own bank account though he did it in his own lane and he took it serious. He dedicated his life to trying and holding his craft and being one of the best YouTube influencers of boxers there is. I ain't mad at him. Hey, that's one thing he does have. Influence is the reason he's able to get 92 million. It's not about him being a great boxer, but the influence. The influence. You want to see him.
53:02Shannon Sharpe:Maybe people just watch to see him lose. Like Floyd Mayweather, a lot of people bought those pay-per-views just to see Floyd lose. Yeah, that's it. Floyd didn't care why you're buying it. It's just that you're watching. Yeah, that's it. That's all he cared about. Like Floyd say all the time, he's one of the greatest bank robbers in the world because he's going to do it with no ski mask. Yeah, I want you to know I'm coming. And wasn't he supposed to fight somebody? Who are you supposed to fight? Wasn't he supposed to fight Mike Tyson or something? Who was Floyd supposed to fight? Yeah, Mike Tyson in March in Africa.
53:41Shannon Sharpe:Y 'all a little bit too far from me, I can't go over there. I mean, listen, we could take a little trip now. Nah. Yeah, we could take a little trip. Ideally, it'd be perfect if it was in Houston. Ah, nope, nope. Nope. Nope, I ain't no. Ocho say no, Ocho say no, if Ocho say no, hell no, we can't go, hell no, we can't go. Hey, I don't want nothing to do with Houston, man. nothing at all you know listen i'm i'm i'm spoken for i don't want no problems you know i ain't no me too i'm spoken for yeah yeah yeah i don't want no problem boy every every time i sit back i sit back and think about houston man goddamn dre and jonathan joseph had me in something called chapman and kirby yunk you think area 29 was you know what chapman and kirby yunk I thought Atlanta had some women I thought Miami had some women I'm sure that look there are a lot of places that got some women Miami nice Miami has a diversity of everything every background every ethnicity yes yes if you want if that's what you if you're looking for Baskin Robbins of women Miami Puerto Ricans the Dominicans the Colombians the Hispanics the blacks If you're looking for basket robbers, 31 different nationalities of women, Miami.
55:08Shannon Sharpe:But, but, if you're looking for caramel, butter pecan, chocolate, fudge. Come on now. Coco. Hey, I don't see, listen, for those that play for the Rockets, for those that play for the Texans, I commend you. I don't know how you do it. I take my hat off to you. I take my hat off. I take my hat off. If I wasn't, hell, if we weren't live, I'd take my clothes off. But I'd take everything off of you. For y 'all to play at that without distractions. I don't know how they do it, bro. I pray. And the funny thing about it, this is the funny thing about it. To give people better context in the chat that's listening, and I know y 'all probably laughing and thinking it's funny.
56:01I've been all over the world. I've been all over the world. I've seen women from every corner of the world. I ain't never seen no shit like Houston. I ain't never seen nothing like that. And I done been everywhere. I don't want no part of that. I ain't even booking no flight. If I got to work, if I have to work, or have to do something in Houston, I tell him I'll pass. I don't care. I don't care.
56:32Shannon Sharpe:We got to go get that money now. Hey, hey, hey. When we take that spring tour, we're going to have to go now. Are we going to Houston? Yeah.
56:48Shannon Sharpe:I ain't going to lie to you, Ocho. I just might fly in for the day. Hey, I ain't going to lie to you, Ocho. I'm just being honest with you, Ocho. I might just fly in for the day. It might be a turning burn for you, boy.
57:01Hey. Hey, boy, I don't think people understand. I'm not exaggerating. I don't see how y 'all do it, boy. Hell no. Mm-mm. Mm-mm.

57:33Shannon Sharpe:Boy they caught me They caught me in my They caught me in my 20s and 30s

58:32Oh, hey, hey.
58:39Shannon Sharpe:Watch the step, watch the step, boss. All right.
58:46Man, you laughing on Joe, I ain't lying. Hey,
58:51Shannon Sharpe:boy. Uh-uh. All right, Chad, we're going to get you out on this with this time for our final segment of the evening. It's time for Q and A. Oh, my goodness. What else?
59:09Shannon Sharpe:Nick Marcy, every time Ocho talks about B-Debo, I just picture Unc in the corner like Rocky yelling, throw the damn towel in. little do you know ain't gonna be no towel throwing in no sir
59:28Shannon Sharpe:Jester 22-11 two overtime thrillers let's go also Seahawks on top hey the games man been very very good I mean we got Seahawks and then we got the Bears and we gonna see if we can get a couple more some overtime, some really good games. And I think that's what we're going to have. Yeah. Ocho, I don't know if you saw this. Did you see, have you seen Dave Chappelle's special? No. I'm glad you just said that because listen, the special game. I'm going hey wait, don't tell me, don't tell me nothing because I'm watching it. I'm sleepy right now, but anything Dave Chappelle releases, I watch first quarter right away, but I had the kids today so I didn't have time to do it.
1:00:14They all sleep now. So what do you think I'm going to go watch?
1:00:18Shannon Sharpe:All I'm going to say is this. Yes, sir. I'm old enough to remember Richard Pryor. I'm old enough to remember Eddie Murphy. Yes. Dave Chappelle the GOAT. Yeah. Yeah. Ocho, when you watch him talk, when you listen to what he's talking about, it's very relevant. It's very prevalent today. And the way he can tie things together Right. When I saw him on Saturday Night Live a couple years ago, he did that. That was one of the best monologues. And then I happened to be scrolling through the day, and I saw a monologue in which Richard Pryor was doing with Chevy Chase. I think it was 1975. Yes, sir. Go back and look at that monologue with Richard Pryor and Chevy Chase.
1:00:59Okay.
1:01:01Shannon Sharpe:Boy. Dave Chappelle. He's good, huh? Hey, Dave Chappelle. He's good. He's good. Hey, Chad, y 'all know I love comedians. Dave Chappelle is it he's so so so so socially conscious and he got something you know what he got he got freedom because what they can take away from him he doesn't value it bingo bingo that's a good one one of my favorites I'm sure you know one of my favorites, probably the favorite of mine is George Carlin Carlin's another one socially conscious Paul Mooney, socially conscious Richard talked about a lot of stuff in his stand up you gotta see it go watch it it's Matty Elgato Chocho also Cam calling y 'all out also figure y 'all out how you can send Pat, my good ACL and LCL Chiefs Kingdom rebuild.
1:02:12Who called us out? Cam. Which one? Newton. Oh, Cam won't smoke?
1:02:21Shannon Sharpe:He say he won't smoke. I'm going to have to see what him and Peggy talking about. Okay, let me know. And listen, when me and Cam go at it, Like it's gonna be good because the bed is gonna be if I beat you you got to cut your dress Whoo. Oh, yeah, I want that kind of bit. I want that on the land. You got to cut you got to cut your dress off Yeah, no, you know what I want you to wear a regular shirt and tie You're ready with your child show I like that A regular shirt and tie. I don't want you to wear a shirt and tie, you know, just regular. No hat. So, hey, so we both beat him. That means he going to be like Auburn Cam.
1:03:09Yeah.
1:03:11Shannon Sharpe:Oh, yeah. The original, original. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I like that. I like that. I'm ready. Tay Hendrick, what's up, Uncle No Cho? I forgive y 'all my mom's name yesterday. Can y 'all please give another birthday shout-out to Eleanor Pinkert? Again? Eleanor, happy birthday. Happy birthday. Yes, yes, we absolutely can. Your son Tay wanted to wish you a happy birthday. Say you're the best mother in the world. Congratulations. Another year round, the son. A lot of people didn't get an opportunity to see their birthday this year, but you got an opportunity to see that, and hopefully you see many, many more.
1:03:48Shannon Sharpe:Happy birthday, Eleanor Pinkert. True and infamous, if you're a Cowboy fan, you can't say foot or ball, play or off NFL. We them boys. Y 'all know what to say America's team either. Guess what? Yeah, y 'all them boys that don't make the playoffs. Boy, when the Cowboys were on that little winning streak, we them boys. Oh, yeah. We them boys. Oh, bum it up. Bum it up. Y 'all still them boys? Yeah, they were playing well on that winning streak too. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They were looking good, boy. Y 'all, we them boys. Okay. Okay. I just want to know if y 'all still them boys. I didn't think so. Hitman Stark is the same old Packers.
1:04:31Shannon Sharpe:They've been like this for years. They have a lead and start being complacent and undisciplined. This is why they always come up short whenever it looks like their year. Yeah, you got I mean, look, when you get an opportunity to put a team away, you got to put them away. You do. You do. You got to put them away. And left them around. Left too much time. all you got to do is feel the kick and you're straight. Yeah, that's it. And I think now they're 5 for 48 as far as onside. Because I think coming into that, there were teams recovering onside was 4 for 47. So now they're 5 for 48. Every time I think about it, it was 16 to 6 with 5 minutes to go in the fourth quarter.
1:05:215 minutes.
1:05:22Shannon Sharpe:Yep. Come on now. Got to put them away. gotta put them away Steel is Steel fans here we just need Packers to beat the Ratbirds next week go Pack go the Ravens Ravens need to take care who the Ravens play tomorrow the Ravens need to take care of business tomorrow wait who the Ravens play huh I'm not sure I think I think don't the Cowboys have Detroit oof they host the Patriots on Sunday night and I think I think the Steelers have Detroit okay Hold on
1:06:03Dr.
1:06:03Shannon Sharpe:Frankie L. Bellamy said Chat, help us get 2 million subs And hit that like button Let's go, yes Hit the like button and tell family, friends And loved ones to hit that subscribe button We're really, really trying to get 2 million subs before Before Our show in San Fran So that was great We would greatly, greatly appreciate if we can get the two million subs before then. I thought you was in the bed. I thought they would sleep too.
1:06:37Shannon Sharpe:I thought y 'all was in the bed. No? No. It's almost 2 o 'clock in the morning. Ain't no school tomorrow. Ain't no school. Tell them ain't no school. But don't you got to go to the game tomorrow. Yeah, you ready to go to football game tomorrow? Yeah, you want to see Jamar chase?
1:07:02He's the best bangle receiver to ever play. Oh You see you Yeah What's what? That's a that's a laptop
1:07:16Shannon Sharpe:All right, y 'all go play core 85 Kansas City is in Missouri y 'all both had stars for grades we said they're moving either they're moving from Missouri to Kansas City or they're moving from Kansas City to Missouri it's two, it's a Kansas City, Missouri and a Kansas City, Kansas in other words, we should have just left it Ocho, they're moving yeah, see, see he loud and wrong Kumar, 0-1, 2-3-4 college football playoff teams ranked 5-12 should be grateful that they're a playoff cause they wouldn't have any argument the claim to 93 years ago. I'm cool the automatic bid for teams like JMU despite the loss.
1:07:59Shannon Sharpe:Look, they've expanded it. First of all, there was no college football playoff. Then there was a college football playoff. Now they got 12 teams. Eventually they're going to want 16 teams, and then 16 teams are going to want 20 teams. It's never going to – you're never going to be able to satisfy everybody because I remember when there was only 32 teams getting to the March Madness. Then they increased it to 64. And now they got 68. See, ain't never going to be satisfied, Ocho. Nope, not at all. Iman 22017. Ocho, salute for always believing in my Bears. It's Chicago. Yay. Jason Zeldorf, as someone who can't stand the cowgirls and their fans, I hope Jerry lives to be 130.
1:08:42Shannon Sharpe:I make your former colleague at ESPN look like the biggest cowgirl fan. Go Giants. Beat the cowgirls. Is that who the Cowboys play tomorrow, the Giants? No, Chargers. Chargers, yeah, yeah. They got the Giants. Oh, he's a Giants fan. Okay. Jay Carter, 46-82. Oh, hold the Packers accountable for folding. They did. Yeah. I mean, you fumble the ball. Josh Jacobs fumble the ball. Twice. And then on fourth and one, you fumble the ball of the snap. Snap. And don't get a realistic look at it. Yes. You misplayed, you know, look like they played in and out If the guy comes in, I got him. If the guy goes out, you got him.
1:09:24Shannon Sharpe:And they butchered the cover. Left a guy wide open in the back of the end zone. Yes. And even though all of that, all you had to do was handle the ball on the onside. So the three things that they didn't need to go wrong went wrong. The three things that the Bears needed to go right for them went right. All right.
1:09:48Shannon Sharpe:D-Bell and Nandez, Bama Boom, Jake in the hospital room, Ocho play Unk soon, Cowboys headed to Cancun.
1:10:00Shannon Sharpe:Mac TV, stop the JMU. Hey, Unk, that's a$40 million roster versus, thank you, versus a million-dollar roster. Take a look at the stats again. Exactly. Man, that game wasn't close. Stop it with the stats. stop it bro you down 36 you down you down 34 to 6 you down at one point in time I think 48 to 13 come on now come on he said check the stats he's talking about JMU hung 70 on UFC last year
1:10:39Shannon Sharpe:Deshaun underscore show what's up Uncle Nocho what changes you see coming in college football transfer portal and NIL
1:10:49Shannon Sharpe:probably it's going to be harder for James Madison and Tulane to get into the college football playoffs community going to change something on.
1:11:05Shannon Sharpe:Matlam Sports, Power 4 Conference Championship games need to be the first round is what college needs to go to. My Falcons have to do whatever to get Burrow. Bijan, 2-0 line, top defense, Drake London, he will get a ring in two years. Bro, you just took a quarterback. You just took a Penix Jr. Absolutely did.
1:11:33Shannon Sharpe:Quentin McClain, my son Elijah, is a junior for his high school basketball team, and he has scored 65 points in the last two games, but they lost. What advice can I give him? He's very frustrated. Love the show. Well, he plays a team sport. Yeah. You got to do your job. Devin Booker scored 70 points and they lost. Michael Jordan, one of his most prolific games, scored 63, and they lost. They lost. That happens. Sometimes guys throw for 500 yards, and they lose. Lose, yeah.
1:12:09Shannon Sharpe:He just has to keep doing what he's doing. You can't control how somebody else plays. All you can do is control how you play. Just make sure you're doing the right thing. You're scoring where you're supposed to. You're rebounding the ball. You're getting your teammates involved. but it's not, look, when you play a team sport, you're at the mercy of other players.
1:12:32Shannon Sharpe:Alec B504, man, after seeing my little French Friday night, she wants a baby doll for Christmas. Please let Ocho slide with that 59 hundred. My daughter wants a baby doll too. My baby doll wants a baby doll.
1:12:54Shannon Sharpe:T.Scarwatch detail service. Ocho, stay with excuse for these players. You be making excuses, Ocho. I ain't. What excuse I made? I don't know. I think you've been pretty good. You've been pretty straight. Yeah, I don't know what he talking about. Yeah, I've been critical, boy. Stop playing with me, boy. Real Chris Moore. Kareem Hunt still has a job only because he didn't bash the Chiefs. Tyreek, don't burn paths. You may have to walk again. The future has a long memory. That is correct. That is correct. C-Note 304, how do college teams practice with two weeks out?
1:13:39Shannon Sharpe:They'll probably get some time off. I'm sure they'll get some time off, Ocho. I don't know how much time they'll get off, but I'm sure they'll get some time off. Oh, probably get a chance to go home for the holidays, Ocho. Probably get a criminal break. Yeah? Yeah. Okay. Get a little criminal break. Mike, Mike, what's up, Uncle Ocho? Cam Newton said the best time for Podcast Olympics be Super Bowl since everyone be there and watch it. Let's go, Team Nightcap. Win gold.
1:14:16Shannon Sharpe:Yeah, we're looking at the summer. Summer Olympics, Cam. Yeah. You don't know nothing about no Winter Olympics. Summer Olympics. George R. Uncle Ocho, watch your mouth when talking about them boys, man. No!
1:14:32One thing about them Cowboy fans, they're going to support their team. Win or lose.
1:14:40Shannon Sharpe:Detail Ocho, my man Jake Elliott acting like Missy Elliott. They're missing all them field goals. Come to Philly and give us some field goals. Peace and love of Nightcap for always keeping it to the Bucs. Luke, go birds. Yeah. Yeah, you definitely want your kicker hitting on all cylinders going to the playoffs. I'm right here. You don't want him to have that middle block, Ocho. I'm right here. Sirianni, Jeffrey Lurie, Harry Rosen, holla at your boy. Thank you guys for joining us for another episode of Nightcap as you watch the Chicago Bears walking off, winning in overtime, thanks to Caleb Williams hitting DJ Moore in the end zone for a game-winning touchdown.
1:15:18Shannon Sharpe:They came back from 10 down with less than five minutes to go in the ballgame and win the game in overtime to keep staying sole possession of the NFC North. And they're the number two seed as we currently stand. Thank you. I'm your favorite. 1:17:24Shannon Sharpe:Ole Miss beat Tulane 41-10, and James Madison beat, or excuse me, Oregon beat James Madison. The score was 48, excuse me, 51-34. So that means next week in two weeks matchup, Oregon takes on Texas Tech. Alabama takes on the number one seed, Indiana Hoosiers. Georgia, Ole Miss, they played earlier this year, and Georgia won a squeaker. And the U takes on Ohio State. Thank you guys for joining us.
