In short
Travis Hunter’s attempt at NFL field goals; then NBA offseason debate about the Celtics trading Jalen Brown, and the 76ers’ new-look chemistry and expectations (including Joel Embiid health and last-shot scenarios).
Key claims
Bill Chisholm says he “needed to be convinced” to trade Brown; hosts argue it was partly about salary/extension timing and avoiding the “second apron,” and that Brown’s move enabled LeBron’s destination. For Philly, they claim the team has enough talent to compete immediately, but early-season mesh/rotations will be crucial, and Embiid’s health/elite productivity is the key.
Notable examples
Hunter’s left-footed field-goal attempts in a Panthers practice; discussion of LeBron’s past slow starts with new teams (e.g., 9-8 with Miami; 19-20 with Cleveland; Lakers missing playoffs).
Guests
Roley Romero (pro boxer, fighting Teofimo Lopez at the T-Mobile Center; on DAZN and Prime Video).

2:30Shannon Sharpe:Travis Hunter is attempting to add a third position to his resume, kicker. Let's take a look at Travis attempting field goals during special teams, fortunate to Jack's joint practice with the Panthers.
2:41Chad Johnson:All right, now.
2:49Shannon Sharpe:dude he kicked he left footed huh yeah
2:56oh they oh they got oh they playing around i'll tell you one thing he didn't never have to kick with that gangster kicker they got over there and cam little boy he got a foot on the mojo but hey um then cam little hit from 67 to 68 last year he ate a 68 that's where he got the record yeah hey joe he took his record hey nice uh cam little and the kicker from god dog it with the with the dallas i can't remember his last name he used to play uh i forgot his damn name aubrey what's his name aubrey oh yeah brendan brendan that boy got a foot
3:35Shannon Sharpe:yeah he was nice he was nice yeah but i mean to be kicking outside of me kicking and not kicking and that dome is one thing. Kicking that, hey, he kicked that outside. Yeah. It's at below sea level. Could I imagine if he catch one in Denver, he gonna go 70 plus yards in Denver. Boy got a foot, boy. Celtics owner Bill Chisholm admits he needed to be convinced to trade Jalen Brown. I needed to be convinced. I definitely have a level of trust in Brad Stephenson, Brad Stephens and his team, But as a fan, that was tough. Joe, do you believe he had to be convinced?
4:22Chad Johnson:I think so. I think with the type of money that they was going to have to spit out to him, you know, it probably didn't take a lot of damn convincing, but I think he did have to be convinced. Yeah. Yeah, I think he did. And I think they all was on the same page. And then when you look at analytics, bro, they've changed the game to where, you know, You got guys who buy in these teams who really don't know a whole hell of a lot about the sport.
4:46Shannon Sharpe:The equity, hedge funds, and all that kind of stuff.
4:47Chad Johnson:Yeah, you know what I mean? So you got all kind of people in their ear trying to help them make decisions. Hell, they don't know. They don't know.
4:56Shannon Sharpe:Yeah, I think the thing is that it's like, look, if we don't trade him, he's going to want an extension. And the extension is going to be two years,$142 to$145 million. And then you're going to have Jason Tatum coming up a year after that, and he's going to want an extension. And his extension is going to be somewhere between$150 million. So the question is, do you want going at that second apron? Because that's what everybody's afraid of. Yeah. The second apron.
5:27Chad Johnson:With all your money tied up in two players, hell, don't know team want that. Yeah. Okay, Ocho.
5:34Shannon Sharpe:So me personally, I don't think it took as much convincing as he – because, look, he has to say this. He has to say this. I don't think it took as much convincing as he's like for us to believe that it took. I just don't believe that. And I'm not saying that he doesn't have trust, and he should have trust. Those guys are running his team and trying to bring in the best players, but I don't believe, for me personally, I don't believe it took him as much convincing as he'd like for us to believe. You know they're going to say the right things publicly to say face on. They always say the right things.
6:10Mm-hmm.
6:12Chad Johnson:and with this big trade, you know, it kind of catapulted Philly into another stratosphere because if you don't trade Jalen Brown to Philly, Bron don't go to Philly. You don't believe so? No, not if J.B. If J.B. ain't there, I don't think he goes to Philly. I don't think he goes to Philly. I think, you know, I think he really wanted to go to New York, but the fact that they won it, hell, he couldn't go there. Right. So this is probably the next, one of the next biggest markets, considering the fact that he's coming from L.A. Like, Philly is a huge market, bro. They're a sports town fanatic. And he know they hadn't won in some odd years.
6:54Shh.
6:54Chad Johnson:He's going to bring them to the promised land.
6:57Shannon Sharpe:I hope so. OBR, you know, takes that. I mean, hopefully this ain't no situation where, who had this team on? the Lakers when they had Carmelo and Bron and what was that? Was that Westbrook? Yeah. Had all those guys. I hope it ain't a situation like that. Or the old Eagles. Remember when the Eagles had Vince Young and Michael Vick and all those guys and they do nothing?
7:25Chad Johnson:Yep, yep.
7:26Shannon Sharpe:So I just hope there's not another situation like that. Go ahead, Joe.
7:30Chad Johnson:No, I don't think it's going to be that situation. the elder statesman, the rest of those guys are fairly young. Okay, Ocho, even JB. JB probably ain't but 30 here. He probably just turned 30. You know, I think all those guys still got a lot, a lot of basketball left in them and a lot of great basketball left in them. The key is what the hell Embiid going to give us. How good is Embiid? What is health going to be? How many games will he be able to play during the regular season? And will he be back? I don't want to say MVP for him, but will his productivity be elite? Because that's what they're going to need to get over the hump, bro.
8:08Chad Johnson:You're going to need Embiid to be a dog down there.
8:13Shannon Sharpe:I'm trying to look up something right quick. Go ahead. Go ahead, guys. You're looking.
8:18Chad Johnson:What you looking for, man? Hey, Joe. What's up? Honestly, to tell you the truth, I heard what you said when I went to use the restroom. if Jalen Brown didn't come to Philly, LeBron would have went to the Knicks? No, no. I said I don't think Brown would have went to Philly if Jalen Brown wasn't there. He couldn't go to the Knicks, Ocho, because they won it. But I think if they didn't win it, I think that's where he would have went. I think he wanted that huge market. And that's why they're sitting here talking about, oh, man, he in Philly. He going to live in New York. I mean, unless he got some hell of an investment or something going on in New York, I just...
9:00Chad Johnson:You don't see it? I mean, why would you? I mean, you can go visit New York, but damn, you got to live there and commute to Philly. Like, come on, bro. I don't know. Nah, I ain't with it, man. I ain't with it. I want to see Philly. I want to see them at the top of the Eastern Conference. I want to see them playing great ball. Yeah, they on TV probably half their games. so they're going to be must-see TV, must-watch TV, and I think they're going to be a lot better than what people anticipate. Wait, people anticipate them not being good? Well, I mean, I don't think people really got them.
9:35Shannon Sharpe:Yeah, because there's so many of them. You got Joe and Embiid, you got Braun, you got Maxie, you got JB, you got Eskin pulling up the tail end. So I think the thing is, it's like, look, there's only one ball. Yeah, you got four really outstanding ball players. really, I mean, you know, two former MVPs, an Eastern Conference MVP, a Finals MVP, a guy that's been an all-NBA and been an all-star player in Tyrese, I mean, at least an all-star player in Tyrese Maxey, you only got one basketball. How do you keep everybody happy? So I think that's the thing. Go ahead, Joe.
10:12Chad Johnson:Yeah, and how quickly can they mesh together as a team and as a unit to become a complete team. So I think that's going to have to play itself out in the first probably month of the season where they work the kinks out and kind of get everybody on the same page. So it may take a little while for them to get going, but I think once they get that thing going on, Ojo, boy, they're going to be here to slow them boys down.
10:38Shannon Sharpe:I agree. Tyrese Max is on the potential last-second shot situation. Pick in order between LeBron James, Jalen Brown, and Joel Embiid. I think it depends on what situation it is. I think the biggest thing is we can't have anybody. Nobody on this team can have an ego. We have two guys that have won regular season MVPs, two guys that have won finals MVPs, multiple gold medal winners, and this team, multiple 25-plus points per game, all-star, all-NBA. So we're pretty accomplished. So the ego has to drop, and you have to do it collectively. Joe, who's going to be the closest? Who's going to take that last shot?
11:14Chad Johnson:Who's going to take that last? I think it's going to be Brian. Because I think it's going to be Bron or Maxie. Because when you come down the stretch in a tight game, Uncle Ocho, and one of those guys is going to have the ball in their hand, running, picking roles. And if you're running the pick and roll with Embiid, you ain't going to – like they're going to stay with Embiid. So you'll probably come off, have wide open shot or really be able to get to your spot to where you can make a bucket. So I got to be in Bron or Maxie. I got to be in Bron or Maxie.
11:41Shannon Sharpe:Yeah, it's going to be hard to – because I don't think – especially if it's a two-point – you know, you need a buck, You did a two-point shot. They're not going to let Embiid get the ball down to that low.
11:52Chad Johnson:They're going to fight him. They're going to fight him until he gets to the block here. By the time he gets to the block, Uncle Ocho, his ass is going to be dead dog tired.
11:59Shannon Sharpe:I agree. Yeah, I don't see a scenario where they let him just get an easy post up and just turn around because you let him get the ball down that low. You can't stop him. I don't care who it is. He's either going to make a shot or you're going to file him.
12:14Chad Johnson:Yeah. Yeah.
12:15Shannon Sharpe:But I'm not. You got a good problem. I'm not. But I like the way Maxon said it. He said it don't matter who it is. We can't have no ego. We got to do this thing collectively. Everybody, and I think the thing is everybody agreed to set their ego aside. Now, that sounds good in the offseason, Joe. Yeah. It sounds really good in the offseason. But what happens when we get into the game?
12:36Shannon Sharpe:Because the hardest thing is for a young guy that's really starting to assert himself and starting to ascend. and all of a sudden, I've averaged 22, averaged 24, 25, 26, and now I've got to go back down to 20? Yeah.
12:52Chad Johnson:I mean, that 20 can be very efficient, and it can look a lot different on this team because you have so many polarizing guys. And we're talking about championship aspirations. Man, these opportunities don't come often in the NBA where you had this much damn talent on one team. Man, them boys better, hey, they better make the most of this, bro. I promise you. This don't happen often. Expectations are sky high because of the team that they have. But I see them having success. I see them having success. Everywhere LeBron goes, teams do win. They do. There are a few times LeBron has won places and they've fallen short.
13:31But if I'm not mistaken enough, everywhere he's been, they've won a chip. Am I correct?
13:35Shannon Sharpe:They normally start out slow, though, Ocho. If you go back and look at LeBron when he went to Miami, they started out like 9 and 8. You go back and look at him when he went to L.A., they started out slow. He went back to Cleveland, they started out slow. So is this a situation? Hopefully they don't start out slow, put themselves behind the eight ball. We do realize when he first went to L.A., they didn't make the playoffs. He ended up getting hurt, tweaked his groin. That was really the first time LeBron had really suffered an injury that put him out a significant amount of time. So he was out.
Read the full transcript
14:04Shannon Sharpe:He went to Miami. We know how that ended. They ended up getting to the finals, but they lost in the finals to Dallas. He went back to Cleveland, and we know they started off slow, and they ended up getting all the way to the finals. Obviously, Kyrie and Kevin Love ended up getting hurt, and they ended up losing. So it's going to be very interesting to see how this thing plays out considering LeBron's history with a new team. They generally start slow. They generally start slow. And LeBron likes to try to figure things out, okay, what's the best way for me to impact the game, impact this team? What do I need to do?
14:36Shannon Sharpe:Who do I need to give the ball in what situation? because at the end of the day, guys still got to be happy, Joe. I understand what everybody – I really understand what everybody's saying, but guys really need to be happy. Go ahead, Joe.
14:49Chad Johnson:Yeah, not only do they got to be happy, but I think Nurse has to – it's Nurse over there, right? Nick Nurse? Yes, yes. I think he has to figure out the rotations, Uncle Ocho. Like, who's going to come out – what two players going to come out first or at the six-minute mark, seven-minute mark to get rest to be able to start the second quarter. I think trying to fine-tune and tweak that, that's going to take a little time as well because that's going to be just as important as the guys starting. Because if you take LeBron out first at the six or seven-minute mark and then you start him back in that second quarter to where you're really featuring him, I think that will make a huge difference.
15:26Chad Johnson:You know what I mean? You got to look at guys like B.J. Edgecombe who, honestly, I ain't going to say he's going to get lost in the sauce, but with him averaging what? What do you have, 16 points last year, 18? It's just to kind of stay right there or improve that. Uncle Ocho with all his talent on the team, it's probably going to be the toughest on him, man. It's probably going to be the toughest on him, but I expect for them guys to make this thing work.
15:54Shannon Sharpe:I sure hope so. Brian Williams-Horst tried to give a reality check about the 76ers. In the last live year, do you know many times LeBron teams He's gone over 50 or 0.5 wins twice. So LeBron hasn't been on a powerhouse regular season team for a while now. I think that could be an excellent team, be formidable to win 48 games, but I think winning 48 games in the Eastern Conference is going to be a good season. Also, when LeBron changes team, they tend to get off to the slower start. That's what I said. They started 9-8 and then went on to Cleveland. They started at 19-20. The Lakers, they missed the playoff learning.
16:29Shannon Sharpe:So learning to play with LeBron takes a while. See?
16:34Chad Johnson:Well, hold on, hold on. He ain't had this type of damn talent now since, hell, I don't know if he ever had this amount of talent. He had great talent when he went.
16:41Shannon Sharpe:They were pretty good. They were pretty good in Miami. Now, he did have D-weighted Chris Bosh.
16:45Chad Johnson:Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, no, they had a great team in Miami. But it's a little different now. It's a little different now. This team is a lot different, Ocho. Right, right, right. A lot different. You got two-weight guys on this team. You got scores. You got post. Like, as great as Chris Bosh was, think about what Embiid has been. You know, MVP conversation, the type of numbers he's put up. Bro, man, he – I just think he's the key component to Philly, you know, being successful this upcoming season.
17:16Shannon Sharpe:Well, well, absolutely, as long as he stays healthy. But I think the thing is now, I think with LeBron, Maxie, and JB, even if he gets – and Edgecombe, even if he goes out, that's enough firepower to still be able to compete.
17:32Chad Johnson:yeah yeah that's enough firepower you got guys all those guys bro you ain't got not one guy who you like damn we can go at him right you know what i mean max he gonna he can move his feet he can play deep we know edge come here young defender up and coming two-way guy we know jb we've seen the clamps he put down on luca in the finals before so we know he a two-way guy yes and i don't think bro no guy who you can just go at i think they got a bunch nah they got a bunch of guys, man, who can hold their own. And in the NBA, that's what you want. We don't want no weak link in this chain, partner. We need everybody to be on one accord.
18:06Chad Johnson:And I think that's what's going to happen.
18:11Shannon Sharpe:How many games do you think they win this year? In the regular season?
18:17Chad Johnson:How many games they win? I'm going to give them 52.
18:21Shannon Sharpe:I was going to say 52. I'll go a little better. 82 games, I'm going to give them 50. I'll say they win 54 games. Okay. Ocho, you want to jump in there? Yeah, 54 games. Yeah. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. I say they went 58. Wow. Yeah, I say they make it. Well, they're going to be the number one seed. I mean, honestly, honestly, I think they might be the number one seed. I like what you said about, obviously, I think it was you, Joe, saying LeBron has been on a very good team when you play with the Miami Heat. obviously Dwayne Wade is Dwayne Wade with Chris Bosh, but you got Maxie and you got Jalen Brown.
19:05So it's a little different. It's a little different. And B, you know what he can do when he's healthy. I say 58 games.
19:16Chad Johnson:I think they're going to have some making up to do, Uncle Ocho, because New York, the knicks have chemistry and continuity that you can't teach bro you know they naturally have that because they play with they play with each other for so long and obviously they're the measuring stick you know philly philly's gonna have to they gonna have to go through the knicks bro and i think they got talent enough to be able to beat them but at the same time i don't want to discredit the chemistry that the knicks have and what they displayed throughout this past postseason i think they're going to be just as hungry to get back to the finals.
19:52Chad Johnson:So really going to have their work to do.
19:55Shannon Sharpe:We're going to find out that for sure. Now it's time for our final segment of the evening. It's time for Q and A. When you're teeing off and your clients are watching, it's on. 26:57Shannon Sharpe:It's not the Hitman. Not Shawn Michaels. I don't know who HBK is. Chad, who is HBK? I don't know, but I got to drop him. Shawn Michaels? Oh, I'm starting, Steve. Honestly, as far as like, I'm starting I'm starting stone cold I'm a bitch Shawn Michaels I'm gonna have to cut the rock damn
27:28damn
27:30Chad Johnson:I'm starting to rock
27:32Shannon Sharpe:over stone cold
27:34Chad Johnson:yeah then I'm going stone cold and I'm cutting Shawn Michaels Oh, hell no. Stone Cold is serious though.
27:44Shannon Sharpe:Hell yeah. Almighty James times two. Why the hell we ain't traded when he was getting Lamar hit upside his head? Good question. Good question, Almighty James. That is a very, very good question. Man, I feel bad for him, man, honestly. Name y 'all top three favorite players to watch at y 'all's respective positions. Not who y 'all think was the best, but your personal favorites to watch. To watch? Me? You talking about right now? Yeah. Okay. Go ahead, Unc. You got it. Well, my favorite to watch, I would probably have to say Kelsey, Gates, Big Kelly. I thought he said right now he's talking about all time I don't know if it's right now right now it's Trey McBride Kelsey Bowers and Brock Bowers yes absolutely my top three receivers to watch obviously Chase is number one I'm going to go i'm gonna go with jettus second even when the even with the unc inconsistent quarterback play last year he was still you know exciting uh my third i gotta go jsn jsn or davante like slash that uh half and half because yeah jsn and davante adams i mean i should i should have picked puka but i i like to
29:33I'm going Jalen Johnson, Cade Cunningham, and Shea. Yeah.
29:43Chad Johnson:I like them boys getting to their chicken, boy.
29:46Shannon Sharpe:Yeah. Big three was good. If y 'all haven't seen it yet, check out Odyssey and IMAX. Best movie I've seen all year. I want to see it again. Start, bench, cut. Gladiator, Troy, 300. Oh, man. that's easy gladiator i'm starting okay thank you go ahead go ahead go ahead i'll let you go hey joe these my kind of movies right here boy my odyssey is good whoever that whoever just said that you are 100 correct that's another movie that i could sit through and watch for a second time even though it was long but start i'm starting gladiator i'm starting gladiator what was i know it was troy and what was the other one 300.
30:25oh troy is second and 300 is last no disrespect
30:28Chad Johnson:back yeah now choice is I enjoy Troy I think I got that same order I got gladiator Troy
30:36Shannon Sharpe:then 300 yeah I agree gladiators are no doubt a star oh uh two up to uh two up to fail 78 yo what it do uncle ocho mr freak freak himself i saw joe whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa this thing out of this thing it's right in control it's right where it's supposed to be love the show quick shout out to my boo page our beautiful children braylon coreen and kobe would you rather start on defense aaron donald ray or time well me i'm gonna start there and donald because huh he just named three different positions Yeah, I think he said, who would you start a defense with? Oh.
31:26Shannon Sharpe:Always, always. Me, personally, I'm always going to take the guy that can get to the quarterback. Always. Always. Al Davis said it best. The quarterback must go down, and he must go down hard. And it needs to happen with the first three to four plays of the game.
31:47Chad Johnson:Dang.
31:49Shannon Sharpe:So who you start the defense with, Joe?
31:56Chad Johnson:I'm starting mine with a, I'm going Ray, bruh.
32:01Shannon Sharpe:Okay.
32:01Chad Johnson:I'm starting, man. Hey, that linebacker, hey, I'm starting Ray, bruh. Hey, he going to turn everybody up. He going to have them playing at a whole other damn level. Yeah, yeah, I'm starting Ray. Who you got, Ocho? Woo, that's tough, boy. I ain't gonna lie to you but I'm gonna go with Ray the quarterback on my defense yeah
32:27Shannon Sharpe:as bad as the Browns have been they made the playoffs more recently than the Bengals so Ocho you should tread lightly when did they made the playoffs win we made the playoffs our Super Bowl run was 2021 and we missed the last we missed we missed it the last four years have the browns made the playoffs in the last four years hold on i'm trying or oh my oh my tripping i don't think they have ocho yeah so i'm curious what they what they talking about
33:03no they didn't they did damn ocho oh yeah oh okay okay okay well that don't mean none that don't mean none. That don't mean none.
33:24Shannon Sharpe:Coco thick thighs. Two practice with the rookies wide receivers for 11 days straight. Monk already knows two is quarterback one. What NFL team markets quarterback two? Which coach stops prescribing for quarterback two? Watson is a decoder for the media attention. So he's like, hey, I don't know. You know, me personally, I'm kind of tired of speculating. I'm just waiting for this final preseason game because he's going to have to name a starter. Yeah.
34:05Chad Johnson:You're saying before the final preseason game.
34:07Shannon Sharpe:No, I think it's going to happen after the final preseason game. Me personally, that's what I think is going to happen, Joe. All right. Because allegedly, supposedly, Shadour is supposed to start this game at home against Buffalo. He is, ain't he? Ain't he going to start? He was supposed to start that day that Deshaun got all them reps with the one. Yeah.
34:36Shannon Sharpe:bat mac gaming 86 94 if my pets drafted him in 2019 when he grew up a past fan man to kill harry instead yeah that didn't work out for him yeah i i oh man i wonder what happened to kill harry man he was good at asu man he was i mean he had he had like a one a good game for the Patriots, but you know, you go to the Patriots, Ocho, they got expectations. I don't give a damn if you're the first rounder, you're the second rounder, third rounder, it don't matter. If you make that squad, you got the same level of expectations placed on you. And it's unrelenting. You know you was there. Yeah.
35:18Shannon Sharpe:Damn. Which guys from the Super Bowl reunion would be each Avenger characters? Man. I'm the Hulk.
35:33Shannon Sharpe:John wasn't there, so John would be Superman.
35:37Chad Johnson:Give me a second.
35:39Shannon Sharpe:I'm trying to think. TD would be...
35:48Shannon Sharpe:Anthony Mackie's character. What's Anthony Mackie?
35:54Shannon Sharpe:The Hulk? The... whatever Anthony Mackie's character is.
36:06Shannon Sharpe:Falcon. That'll be TD. Romo's gonna be Jeremy Renner's character with the bow and arrow.
36:18Man.
36:20Shannon Sharpe:Nah, Romo's gonna be Iron Man because Romo ain't miss no games. Played 16, what, 16 years and never missed a game. Ooh.

40:28Chad Johnson:Man, please. Not happening.
40:30Shannon Sharpe:I love how Joe just think he come over here and die. He just made a he made a type of he's feeling real good. You see what you say?
40:41Chad Johnson:Who I am?
40:43Shannon Sharpe:He's been a type of that.

41:22Shannon Sharpe:Cowboys versus the Saints was Royal Rumble. That number 89 hit the Brock Lesnar. Yeah, he souffleced 34 for the Cowboys.
41:31Chad Johnson:Ain't going to lie, he got him. The boy helmet came off and everything. That's a bad sign right there.
41:36Shannon Sharpe:He ain't really trying to do him bad because he really could have dumped him on his head. Yeah, he could have. Yeah, he could have. Yeah, he really could have. He put him on his shoulder. He put him on his shoulder. Yeah, you saw that? Yeah, he wanted to do him dirty, dirty. Yeah. Brandon Martinez, 56-57. Bengals are trash. When they fight, they fight against each other.
41:55Chad Johnson:Damn. Yeah, the trash? That's saying a lot. That's somebody that don't watch football. That's all. They don't watch no football.
42:04Shannon Sharpe:Aaron Owens 513 says, signing an NBA or an NFL contract, excuse me, signing an NBA or an NFL team and playing games, then running back to college is lame. I agree. Wait, what's the point of them running back to college? Because they didn't think they were going to be able to make it in the NFL or the NBA, so they go back there and get some NIL money.
42:27Chad Johnson:Hey, hey, hey, hey. I left my sophomore year, so I got two years of eligibility. Hell, the way they giving out NIL money, hell, I might need to go back to the University of Arkansas and see if I can get my two years left. What do you think, Uncle Joe? What do you think? Nah, Joe, don't do it, Joe. Hell, they got guys played in the NBA who done went back to college.
42:46Shannon Sharpe:What do you mean? Yeah, JR Smith played the NBA, went back and played golf. So you might have to pick a new sport, Joe. Joe, you might have to pick a new sport.
42:54Chad Johnson:Uncle, I got two years of eligibility. Billy, you trying to tell me I can't go play for the Razorback for a little bit of nothing?
43:00Shannon Sharpe:Nah, Joe. JR had all his eligibility because he didn't go to college.
43:08Chad Johnson:Hey, man, can y 'all imagine what my numbers would be like in college right now? Boy, Ocho. It'd be nice. You'd need the nation to score.
43:22Chad Johnson:I'd probably be close, but I'd probably be close to like a damn triple-double. That's what I'm trying to tell y 'all. I'll be at about 22, 23 points a night. Probably a little more, but rebounds. I'm going to be a dog on the glass, and I'm going to be a hell of a playmaker. I'm going to be able to do every damn thing. I'm going to be up for player of the year now.
43:41Shannon Sharpe:You going to be up for player of the year? What? This is a good one right here, guys. Ronnie Hardaway, Start Bench Cut Juices, Minute Maid, Kool-Aid Snapple, Liberty City Lizard, Backdow Joseph, Balcony Slayer Sharp. What do y 'all think about those nicknames? Or the Living City Lizard?
43:58Chad Johnson:Hey, hold up, hold up. Damn that, because I ain't no damn backdoor joke. I don't know where that came from. Hey, you got to come up with a new damn name for me, telling some damn backdoor. I like that, though. Backdoor Kokomo. Hey, backdoor, Joe. Hey, we got to put that on the truth. Nah, hell nah. You got to put that on the truth, bro. Hey, but I'm starting Kool-Aid. Kool-Aid is starting. I don't care what nobody's doing. What's out there? Snapple?
44:27Shannon Sharpe:Snapple and Minute Maid.
44:29Chad Johnson:I'm going
44:35Chad Johnson:Snapple, then Minute Maid. Man, that Fruit Punch Kool-Aid always going first. That grape Kool-Aid. That's always going first. What was the second? Minute Maid or Snapple? Snapple or Minute Maid? Minute Maid. snap snap hey that snapper a second that kiwi strawberry oh yeah kiwi strawberry snapper a second and minute made oh i can't even remember none of the minute made stuff hey i wonder if minute made is the one uh that they got that peach orchard peach orchard drink anybody had that anybody in the chat had the peach orchard was it mini minute made that made that peach orchard Boy, that thing with fire, boy.
45:19Yeah. What? I think it's Minute Maid. I'm not sure. Chat might know.
45:29Shannon Sharpe:What's up, big three? Choose the three with the most soul. Teddy P, Bobby Womack, James Brown, Ray Charles, Johnny Taylor, Michael Jackson, Johnny Watson, Prince, or Stevie Wonder. James Brown, number one. Because they call him soul brother number one. For a reason. Yeah.
45:49Shannon Sharpe:So James Brown number one for me.
45:55Shannon Sharpe:Mo soul.
46:00Johnny guitar Watson or Bobby Womack.
46:07Chad Johnson:Y 'all know nobody Bobby Womack. Man, man, boy. I've been listening to one Bobby Womack song over and over and over and over and over.

46:34Shannon Sharpe:Here y 'all go.
46:35Chad Johnson:Girl, have mercy. So who you got, Joe?
46:37Shannon Sharpe:Who you three top soul guys?
46:43Chad Johnson:I think I'm putting Womack up there.

48:26Chad Johnson:Ooh. When did that sound Michael Thomas played, man?
48:30Shannon Sharpe:Shit, it's been a minute. At least two years in the little show. Maybe longer. Ash would have to answer that one. I ain't seen Mike in a minute.
48:41Chad Johnson:Hell, at one point, he was like one of the top receivers in the league. Hell, not the top. He was crazy one year, boy. He was consistent over there in New Orleans, boy.
48:51Shannon Sharpe:Man. Oh, where would we rank Drew Brees? Ooh.
48:59Shannon Sharpe:For me, I'm not putting him in front of, I'm not put in front of Brady, Peyton, Joe, seven. He can't go in front of none of them. Now.
49:18That next five out of 10, he's somewhere in that area? You putting him in front of my homes? Well, shoot, my home should be what? Up there what?
49:28Shannon Sharpe:Yeah, but I'm just throwing up that. I didn't put anybody in the room. Oh, no. 50:08Shannon Sharpe:Like,
