In short

Adam interviews Dr. Akar (Cosmedica Clinic, Istanbul) about hair transplants—who should get them, FUT vs FUE, expected results/timeline, why many patients travel to Turkey, and practical recovery/aftercare. They also discuss hair density/youthfulness, finasteride tradeoffs, hair types (including Afro-textured hair), and using body hair for beard/chest/shoulders.

Guests (backgrounds)

  1. Dr. Akar: Istanbul-based hair transplant doctor; ~15 years experience; performs 1–2 operations/day; clinic does ~5–6 patients/day in summer and ~10–15 in winter; claims natural-looking results and follow-up.
  2. Kieran Lee: noted performer/celebrity who connected Adam to the clinic; appears as a panel participant.

Key claims

  • Hairline lowering and density restoration can make people look healthier/youthful.
  • FUE (follicles extracted individually) is preferred over FUT (strip excision) for natural results and less visible scarring.
  • Turkey’s quality has improved; price is lower while results are emphasized.
  • Multiple sessions can be avoided by doing larger graft counts in one go (when donor allows).
  • Finasteride may reduce sex drive (reported ~1–3%) and can be topical to reduce side effects.
  • Afro-textured hair requires different instruments/experience; results are achievable.

Notable examples

  • Adam’s three transplants: 2012 FUT (~$3k, painful), 2018 Beverly Hills FUE (~$15k, ~1,500–2,000 follicles), and a later Istanbul FUE session (~6,000 follicles at a lower cost).
  • Clinic patient examples: an 83-year-old; record grafts ~12,000 over 3 days; celebrities often return for second sessions.
  • Body-hair use: beard/chest/shoulders possible; frontal zone generally avoided with body hair.

And today, on this Saturday afternoon, I've convened a very, very important podcast. I get constantly asked questions about my hair transplant, of which I have had three, which I will explain as we go on here. But I've actually convened a panel with not only the man himself, Dr. Akar, who was responsible for my hair transplant, but also the man who put us in touch noted performer celebrity one of the finest to ever do it kieran lee as well how are you guys doing very good thank you sir yourself yeah i'm amazing happy to happy to be in here i feel like we're gonna be able to answer a lot of questions for the people out there who are uh very curious about how this goes down yeah thank you very much for the for the inviting yeah no my pleasure so you are located out of istanbul yeah yes and we are in Istanbul.

1:55We have a lot of offices around the world, but the medical procedure is just done in Istanbul. Right. And so how long, just to give them your credentials and everything like that, how long have you actually been doing hair transplants? I'm doing about 15 years. 15 years. Okay. 15 years. And I don't count anymore how many patients I did. Right. Because at this point, you're basically running like a factory type setting where you've got a huge, how many people might come through the building in a given day. It's so. I'm not the only doctor. Yes. We have a lot of doctors now in our clinic. And so each doctor do a number of patients a day.

2:37They have a maximum limit. But I do myself every day just one or two maximum operations. Okay. Myself. And the other doctors, they are doing the same. So in total, we have like daily, like, depends on the season. in summer it's a bit more less it's like five six patients but in winter time it's a bit more like 10 to 15 patients okay for sure so okay i guess like one of my first questions from thinking from the perspective of the people out there is just who is someone that might need a hair transplant or that would be an acceptable person to do it because i think some people think that their hairline is so bad so far back that they were missing so much hair that they maybe would not be applicable for it and then there's some people who maybe are just experiencing a little bit of thinning their hair is just thinning but it's not like completely patchy yet uh who who like like do you feel like there's a typical type of person who makes this decision because when i was in your clinic i saw guys who were probably in their 50s maybe even 60s who were really bald who were getting the process done, which made me realize how many people were actually able to do this.

3:52It is so, Adam, there are different situations. Sometimes the person, he had great hairline, it's a low hairline, but he started to recede his hairline. And he wanted back this, what he had in the past. They came to the clinic, it was like old pictures, like pictures from 20 years ago. And he wanted to say, doctor, I want this back. This is what I want. I don't want more. I don't want less. I just want that, what I had before, but I lost. But sometimes people from the genes, they have like high hairlines. They have like high corners and they feel they are not happy with the high forehead and they come to lower the hairlines, male, female, doesn't matter.

4:38And in all cases, hair transplantation is possible. but in each case the expectation should be well explained before to the person because for example what you told i see like a person he's both from the front up to the back to the right to the donor zone to the safe donor area so for this person we cannot give like a density he was 15 years old but we can give him a nice result nice looking but maybe not 100 but we can achieve 80 percent definitely because like that's one thing that i realized when i got my procedure done because for those who don't know there's basically like shuttles vans that would take you like from the hotel to the clinic to make the whole experience very smooth it's not like you know because as an american in uh you know istanbul uh could be a little bit confusing or overwhelming and you guys go super out of your way to make it as smooth as possible for somebody who hasn't even been outside the country or anything like that.

5:36But I'm in the van with all kinds of different patients. And I'm, you know, talking to some woman who had just gotten the procedure done. And, you know, to me, her hair looked totally normal. And but as I'm looking at it, I'm seeing that it's kind of the lines are like receding up here and stuff. And she had all this filled in and everything. And just looking at her and sort of realizing and now I've done a little bit of research and gone and looked at other women who've had this procedure done. And it made her look so much more youthful and just made her hair look so much stronger. Like it's something that I think people really underestimate is the extent to which the density of your hair is a huge indicator for people of how youthful or healthy you even look.

6:21Exactly. Hairline, hair density. People, if human eyes look to face and if you see the density, the hairline. It means the same as health, healthness, healthy, healthy person, and the same as like youthful. So this comes all together. So that's why in the last 10 years, maybe in the last 15 years, hair transplantation comes very popular. Especially in Europe. Especially in the UK. The UK is huge. The UK is huge. The United States comes very big. And from China to, I don't know, from everywhere, it's kind of very popular because the results come very natural hair transplantation is not something new it's like over 80 years it's on the medical field over 80 years but the results there was not that satisfied so people were scared, they were not sure I stay bald, maybe it's better it was the whole shave your head, grow a beard that was the Jason Statham type look Exactly.

7:30It was sometimes like a trend while because the results was not that natural. So now we figure out how we can really do it as natural as a person has like no hair loss. So people cannot see that is a hair transplantation. Well, they used to take the strip and then basically cut it and then... Yes. I got one of those. I got the scar. I do have the scar. Much like Joe Rogan, who also is another one who's got it. The scar is not wrong, to be honest. Right. As a medical treatment, it's not wrong. If you do it well. What's it called? FUI? It's FUT. FUT, right. Follicle unit transplantation. It's not wrong.

8:15But in the final, the patients decide which method comes popular. The patients push the doctors to not cut the skin like a line, to take the follicles one by one, very sensitive, with very small instruments to leave, to keep them with a chance for very fast healing. So at this time, all the medical doctors, which are in the hair transplantation field, they push to the FUE. That's the new one, the follicular urate extraction. Right, so for the people at home, basically like the old school style that I originally got, they'll go into your head, they cut out a whole strip, and then they're able to basically take all those hair follicles and move them to the front and the the new style that you do is they actually go in and remove your hair follicles one by one it's kind of hard to wrap your head around how this is even possible but they remove them one by one move them to the front and then once they're done and they've put thousands and thousands of hairs in you know whatever area that you need it then afterwards basically your your head gets kind of like hard a little a little stiff and crusty you get you get like you know those tiny scabs around all those hairs but you have to you have to be kind of sensitive to your hair don't touch it too much you have to be careful about how you wash your hair and everything for maybe like a week afterwards and then once time goes by those kind of fall out and it'll look a little bit scraggly for like a couple months but then it starts to grow back in and usually it takes around a year before you're able to see the full strength of how your hair and we're both at that point where our hair looks like 100 how it's gonna look but uh that's that's the whole process and i mean the advantage of cutting the whole strip out i guess is mainly price right because it's quite a bit less expensive at least from my experience back in the day it's less expensive yeah it's true because it's more time consuming yeah yeah it's easier because instead of taking the follicles on the scalp one by one you take the strip take it out and you cut it under the microscope so it's much easier faster yeah but uh what we see is in the last 20 years patients don't like it it sucks i hated it yes it was cheap and that's great but at the end of the day you've had a huge hole cut in your head and they stitch it back and it realistically they do everything possible to make it a smooth transition but it still hurts really bad for a couple of months and even with mine like it's been 10 years and it's still a little stiff back there and and you obviously can see the scar if you were to shave your head in the future and everything from my perspective i i i would not really recommend it to anybody besides maybe if you if you only had a tiny amount of money maybe then it could be but actually that's one part of it too is that when i was went out to get the transplant from you i realized that the amount of money that people charge in turkey is so much less expensive than what it costs out here to the point where you might as well go to turkey even even with the flight and the hotel it's still going to be way cheaper than getting it done out here even if you're somebody with a lot of money even if 10 grand 20 grand isn't that much to you it's still so much cheaper to go out there that i think it makes way more sense than doing it in America.

11:38And Adam, very interesting is people sometimes think about Turkey, they go to Turkey because it's very cheap. It was 15 years ago it was really like that. We began where we tried to understand, where we tried to show our results. People tried to come first to try if it really worked or not. But now we have a lot of patients that come with private jets from China, from Japan. So you're saying it's also the best? It doesn't matter. From Dubai, they come with private jets. They stay for two nights and they pay what they have to pay and they go back. But now the quality is much more on the front than the price.

12:20Turkey is the kind of capital price. Still we don't change the prices that much. Right. We improve a lot. We improve the hotels. We improve the accommodations. We improve everything. We hire much more people but still we don't change the prices too much because we want that, okay it's aesthetic treatment, we want that everybody should have the chance to get back what they have in the past that's the most one of the most different points on hair transplantation, we don't try to give something obvious or something very different, we try to give to the people what they have what they show us on the pictures they have it in the past, we try to give them back this and Well, Turkey's now like the capital of the world for hair transplant, especially in Europe.

13:08Everybody knows it. There's all the jokes about Turkish hairlines and whatnot, like the pictures of the guys on the plane have all had it done and everything. But I see it also on Grammy, I think. They make like a joke about Turkey. Oh, I didn't see it, but probably, yes. Everybody knows about it at this point, yeah. But that's the thing. But I'll be honest, when I first went, when people said, oh, you're going to go to Turkey, I thought hostile. You remember the movie Hostel? I thought, I'm going to go, I'm going to Turkey. I've never been to Turkey. I didn't know much background. I'm thinking, I'm going to end up at a place like that, a hostel, and nobody's going to speak English, and what am I getting myself in for?

13:47But the experience was night and day. Like, I'll be honest, the clinics, especially your clinic, it's better than anything you'll find in Beverly Hills. The Beverly, I've seen, like, you know, my wife's had her boobs done. It's like a little corridor. You know, it's like an old dainty office. But he's one of the best doctors. But I'm like, I don't know if I trust this place, you know, from the outside. Now, going to yours, it's like stepping in. You remember the Jetsons? Yeah, yeah, yeah. It was like stepping into the Jetsons. I'm like, this is unreal. The clinic is out of this world. And I think now people are seeing that going, hang on, I can go for a bit of a vacation.

14:24I'm looked after. People speak English. It's a great environment. And the results I'm getting. This is the most important. it's the result you find we can give a five star hotel you can be very nice but if you don't give him the result why he came before it doesn't matter but not just him it's her as well of course that's the thing now I'm noticing a lot of girls that go in yes I can get my hair done like again my wife she'd have three children and like obviously most you know a lot of ladies experience hair loss after and then she's going I'd like mine like lower down a little bit now and things like that and it's not just a guy thing anymore yes it is it's both it's more and more women ladies are more interested because uh what we see is they are not happy with the corners because if they pull it like back they think the forehead is too high and the name of the surgery has the special name uh lowering of the forehead okay what is it for the girls that either tushy cash had hers done and she called it the the barbie hairline yeah exactly the similar exactly basically yeah it just looks like a doll it's it's called like lowering the hairline lowering the forehead this is now one of another reason for for hair transplantation okay yeah what was the reason you got yours done so adam you have three right can you explain from the one how do you decide i'm i wanna well okay so i i feel like i'm the best test case for why going to turkey is the best decision because in 2012 in long beach i ended up getting it done and that's where they cut the strip out i think i spent around three thousand dollars and it was it was good it was successful it got it done but also very painful with the the head in the background and everything it was stapled clothes i think it was that was a terrible experience but as far as the actual price and what i got done it was okay then 2018 i ended up getting uh uh i think 15 and that first one i think i got 4 000 follicles that's good the second one i got 1500 follicles i think maybe maybe 2000 but i did it in beverly hills and we did the the individual hair uh method i think i spent fifteen thousand dollars which was quite expensive and then in comparison when i was doing the math yours i got i think six thousand follicles done if i remember correctly and i think it i don't want to say exactly but i think it would have been about a couple thousand dollars yeah from your perspective so by far if i could go back in time I would have gone to you in the first place and I would have if I needed to do it again I would have done that but instead of going under the knife three times I really think I could have done it back in 2012 and then got it done by you afterwards and that would have been good I didn't need to get three I could have got two the one I got in the middle was the most expensive by far and also like the smallest number of follicles so yeah from my perspective it's a super easy decision go to Turkey it doesn't matter yes I know you're going to spend whatever a thousand dollars or whatever on on flights and hotel and everything like that but the ultimate result was just so much better that for sure having done all three of these i would i would go to turkey anytime if i needed to do it again in five six years however i would i would end up going to turkey for sure again when you had yours done here in america did they cap you on how many you could do they were very yeah because like at that time i would have wanted to get a lot more and they that's one thing in america is that they'll really try to get you to do less which they didn't even want to do it in the first place and i ended up having to say like i'm on camera all day every day like i have a real reason to want to do this and they were like okay but yeah i thought that was strange a friend of mine yeah it is done and they they well rick he they said it like 1500 or 2000 that's the max you can do and then he had it done here and he was like wow yeah i can see you know results like that but then it's like you want more you know it's like okay, well, if I have another$2 ,000, it's going to even, that's another$15 ,000 all of a sudden.

18:50That's one of the very important reasons. People are asking why people are traveling to Turkey, right? So I have very good friends in the States. I mean, we meet in congresses and we speak about the techniques and everything, and they tell us, you're doing too much grafts in one session. and we tell them you're doing too less because we have almost everyday patients from United States who came for a second session and I check their files, I check what they did, they get like 1500 grafts but the size of the hair loss the patient will be never satisfied with that because everything is a mathematic, you calculate the size of the hair loss.

19:41You know how many grafts you have to transplant per centrum square that the human eye sees as a nice density, as a nice volume. And if you have the chance to do it in one time, this is a huge comfort for the patient. Instead of making every year or every two years a hair transplantation is not easy for the patients. This is a part of payment, a part of money, a part of expenses, everything. if you can give him 4 000 if he's of course is the donor is everything okay if you give him the 4 000 at once instead of three time yeah this gives him five years yeah advantage to get his final result this is one of the biggest reasons people traveling to turkey yeah yeah because i mean going under the knife three times versus one time i mean obviously one time is just so much And it is true that when I got mine done with you guys, I think I might have been getting the surgery for like seven hours or something like that.

20:42Like it took quite a while. It's basically like a whole day. And you've got your whole head numbed up and everything. So I didn't really feel anything. I actually ended up sleeping like the entire time. It's pain-free. Yeah, yeah. I didn't feel any pain. Yeah. Afterwards, it's uncomfortable because your head will be kind of swollen in the back. And it's like scabby and bloody. You have something like a press on the scalp. Yeah, you definitely got a couple of days after you get it done that are a little bit uncomfortable. But, you know, you'll be shocked at how quickly you basically just return to normal life.

21:11How good is it after the 13 days when you wash the scabs? Oh, yeah. I was like, I've had many pleasurable experiences in my life. Many beautiful women. That's great to hear. But my wife washing that up, I was like, do it again every day of the week. It was unbelievable. Right. Okay, so one question that came up a lot when I was asking the fans what their questions were was basically when it comes to white people hair and black people hair. Yeah. From your perspective, what's the difference? What are the different considerations? Obviously, like the average black person tends to wear their hair a bit shorter in terms of men and everything.

21:51And the men, white men, I think tend to have their hair a bit longer. But from your perspective, they're both eligible candidates. dates do you approach it in any way differently it's so we have like white people they have more straight follicles afro-american have different shape of c-type follicles so you need the experience to do that first of all you need the instruments the instruments are slightly different you need experience how to do that if you do everything right everything works perfect we did a lot of Afro-American hair transplantations. Very good results, not any problem. We have to make the calculations.

22:33You have to understand the difference of the hair numbers, what you have on the scalp compared to a white person's hair follicle. If you know that, everything works perfect. We do almost every day for Afro-American hair types. And Afro-American hair types have also differences in hairs. The follicles, once you take it out, one is like that. It's like a curve C-shape. One is like that. The other one is like between. It's like mixed rays, for example. This is a different situation. If you have the instruments, if you have the experience, you can get great results. What's the hardest hair type to do?

23:17The hardest hair type is sometimes if you have, it's like afro-american if it's very deep in the scalp you have to use a bit longer instruments a bit longer to catch the follicle to take it out without the damage to follicle these are the most difficult cases but for us it's not any more difficult because we do it for many years experience a membership that backs what you're building with american express business platinum Get two times membership rewards points per dollar on eligible purchases in key business categories, as well as on each eligible purchase of$5 ,000 or more, on up to$2 million in eligible purchases per calendar year.

What, um, from an American perspective though, I think like that's one of the considerations that people have is that they feel like that Turkey is just going to be this wild, you know, they just aren't expected.

25:31They aren't sure what to expect. They feel like going into this environment that it's going to be, uh, intimidating from your perspective. What do you guys do to make this as smoothly as smooth a process as possible for people? So first of all, for us, it's very important that people really feel comfortable because they come, they go abroad. It doesn't matter if it's another city or it's another country. You go somewhere where you don't know where you was not before, and you go for medical treatment. You don't go for it as a normal tourist. And we try to give the most comfort as possible. We pick them up from the airport.

26:11We organize their hotels. we organize their transfer to the hospital whatever they need they can call Texas anytime so all this stuff which can make stress before you come or during your stay in Istanbul we take all this effort in our hands with our staff so this is what they see they like this and they told us they don't see a service like that they don't expect it until they come Of course, you write everything. We say this is the five-star, for example, Sheraton Hotel, Hilton Hotel is first class. Or they stay in the hospital. This is also something very important. If you have some medical risks and we give them a VIP transport.

26:58I mean, all of these are standards. And if you give them to the patients, they feel very relaxed. They trust much more. and very important is we don't finish the connection after the hair transplantation or any other procedures, we follow them. We want that everybody gets really satisfied. This is very important for us. 100%. So you've only done it once? Just once. Just once. One was six years ago, wasn't it? Six years ago. Yes, six years ago. And it's still holding in strong. Have you thought about getting it done again or no? Just talking now, because obviously for me, I never took the finasteride.

27:40A lot of people will say take finasteride. Same thing here. For those who don't know, finasteride is like basically a chemical that you could take. It's a blocker. It's a DHT blocker. It basically will make your hair thicker and stronger and will prevent your hair from receding. The downside of it, which is something that most people really wouldn't or shouldn't care about, is that it makes you ejaculate less. Is that correct? Or does it make your overall sex drive less? It can lower your sex drive. It can lower your sex drive. The percentage is about, there are different statistics, but they say about 1 % to 3%.

28:19But sometimes we heard about it sometimes more, depends. It's like. Because 1 % to 3 % sounds like almost nothing. But I think it also kind of affects people mentally. Exactly, mentally. Yeah. I can see it's more what we heard, what we hear from the patients is the feedback it looks like more so that's why people write it on Google, they have forums they share the experience together and once they see this word less sex drive this is like 100 % for them for any man like we were saying earlier, when you get to that age where you start getting mid 30s, 40s, your sex drive is already on the way down but if you say right i don't want to lose the hair i don't want to lose the sex drive can have the best of both exactly so for me i i didn't go down that route with the finesse for you i don't you can take everything just not the just don't touch do you recommend it for most people though the average patient i recommend to most people right but there are different forms now of finesse right it's not only the tablets uh they do as a topical topical means still goes in the blood circulation still goes on the body but not like the tablet like the oral so it means less side effects so it's tough to maintain okay hopefully you guys are enjoying this interview with dr akar i just wanted to let you guys know that if you're thinking about getting a hair transplant for yourself, then this is what you got to do.

Do you see men coming in in their early 20s now or in their 20s in general? I'm sure most people who do it are in their 30s, 40s, I would think, but do men tend to get this done quite young as well now? Adam, to be honest, in the last two years, I see a lot of people, their hair loss starts on age of 17. Yeah. I see that a lot. In the last two years, I see myself in my clinic a lot. I don't know the general statistics, what's happened, but we see it a lot.

31:06We don't want to do for young people hair transplantation. We wait mostly for they start some medications like regain, like PRP injections, like other vitamin stuff. Maybe they can win it back. Maybe it can grow back. It can be satisfied for many years. But the patients who came to us, we asked them before. They tried everything. Still nothing has happened. And he came with his father. He came with his mom and they told, we speak one by one with the family and they told me, doctor, I know he's young. I know you don't want to take his patient, but he cannot go to the school. He cannot socialize.

31:54He's very shy. His friends post pictures on social media, but he don't. He has all the time ahead. So then we do the operation because we see it really affects his social life. It's very important because for his age is a standard. It's not something extra. Because I started to notice my hair thinning or the widow's peak coming in probably when I was like 28, 29, something like that. But I have had friends over the years who at the age of like 18 just started shaving their head because their hairline was so bad that they were like, okay, I guess I'm just shaving my head for life. You know, it's just not that uncommon.

32:32They get like irregular hairline. They don't like it. They start to shave. It's happened. To be honest, I never even thought about mine until a friend of mine had his done. And he said, oh, yours is going a little bit there now. And I, is it? And then I started looking in the mirror. And then it was the, you know, washing your hair. And then you're noticing like, hang on a minute. And then I'd been on camera all the time. I would notice going, hang on, my scenes from back in the day, look at how great my hair looked. now i'm going god that light's hitting a bit strong there and yeah oh no and then it was only then i reached out and i was like okay and like i said at first i i was oblivious to it i thought i was going to the uk to get it done because that's what i'd been speaking to i thought i'm going to the uk and they said yeah we booked your flight you're going to turkey and then i'm not gonna lie that's when i started to panic but i thought okay well i'm committed to it now it is what it is if it goes wrong, I'm shaving my head and I'm growing a beard.

33:34That was it. But then, like I said, I came out and I was like, wow, this is another level. And like I said, over here, it is night and day compared to Beverly Hills to Istanbul. I think it's miles ahead, miles ahead. And not just in hair, but obviously the teeth that you do. And then also the other one, have you seen the full body health screening? they do that in turkey yeah so over here you what is mris yeah mris every you can test for everything and more over here in america that's costing you 15 to 20 000 for all this medical procedure over in turkey it was like a thousand twelve hundred dollars and you're in a hospital aren't you for the day and you get everything the hospitals in in turkey like um 20 years ago they spend a lot of technology for the hospitals.

34:28But building a hospital is not the point. You can have money, you can build it, but you need the staff, the medical staff. That's the main problem. And Turkey was, the people are very interested in going to the university in medical school, nurses. They are very highly interested in that because it's like, this gives you like in a social life, like a positive, something positive, you know? So that's why they build a lot of hospitals, very high luxury. Each hospital is more luxury than the other one. It's really like sometimes I don't understand. I say, hey, what's that? It's like a seven-star hotel.

35:06It's not like five-star anymore. It's like a hospital. But they did it. They bring all the high-quality, high-tech devices. They do even special devices just for Turkey from big companies. and the most important is to run the hospital. You need good medical staff. You need good educated doctors. And I think Turkey has a good system from the past. They was able to manage all these big hospitals and we have a hospital now, Adam. We changed our building also. We do everything from A to Z about aesthetics, everything. Tantal treatments, plastic surgery. I'm the doctor responsible for the hair transplantation, but we have many other doctors who think everything from A to Z about aesthetics.

35:58Right, 100%. Okay, so this is one thing that I wanted to talk about, was just the stigma associated with it, because I remember when I first got my hair transplant done back in the day that I was, like, very embarrassed. I didn't want anyone to know. I was very dedicated to keeping it a secret. I had a beanie, like a very loose fitting beanie that I like, cause I had friends in town. Like I couldn't just like go in my room for a few days. I had to like be entertaining people that were around and stuff. So I had this very loose beanie that I would put on to basically like hide the fact that I had had this done.

36:31And I managed to actually keep it a secret for many, many years. And then when I finally, uh, you know, I finally came clean about it and stuff like that. But I just wanted to even speak about that because I think probably a decent percentage of people out there don't realize how common this is and if you really wanted to get some examples all you'd have to do is go to youtube or google and type in you know men who have had hair transplants and you are going to find out that a huge percentage of the biggest celebrities musicians actors etc have all had it done you take somebody like machine gun kelly and you look at the picture of him before he got it done and what he looks like now i mean nothing's going to convince you more than that of seeing what a dude like that looks like with a killer widow's beak versus having a completely straight hairline i mean it takes him from looking i don't want to attack anyone but from not good to incredible one of the most handsome men david beckham sure yeah there you go his is night and day like i saw a picture of him not long it was like his hair was like see-through now he's luscious locks again and you know what fair play before it was something just for celebrities right like rhinoplasty for example no joke it was just something for celebrities for hollywood stars for example but now it's not like that so you can get the same quality even better even better if you make your research well if you know where where you have to go you can get the same quality treatment i think it's more of a bro thing though and it you know it's like guys will my english is going to come out take the piss out of each other yes it'll be like ah look he's got his hair transplant yeah you know where if that was a girl if you just stuck on new boobs she's got wow how soft are your boobs wow that's great boob job look at the scar that's fantastic girls are a lot more you know supporting of each other where now guys it's much easier for a decision yeah yeah and then you see you can come through to Cosmedica after you see Kieran, right?

38:35He's the one who told me, yeah, because I never thought that I would get it done overseas. I thought that I would just do it in America. How do you see Cosmedica? Me? Yeah, how do you find it? Life-changing, in the sense of you Googled or you just through Google. That was it. And then also another friend of mine that had had his done and he was in, like, you know, a celebrity back then. I was like, he's in our clinic yeah yeah yeah yeah and i looked at calum's and i'd known for a long time and i was like i'm on camera a lot and i don't want to get to the stage where i just go i've got to shave it and you know i've built up after you guys we did also another celebrities from hollywood but you cannot tell the name to be honest okay you know them yeah yeah yeah we cannot tell the names but i'm sure you've had a lot of pretty well-known people over the years right Keep it secret.

39:26Yeah. But they start to come. I mean, and mostly they came for second sessions, what we speak about, because they say, doctor, I'm tired. I don't have time at all. I'm here in Turkey just for two nights. That's it. Do whatever you can. Of course, in a medical zone, don't make overharvesting, don't make something wrong. And this is, yeah, this is what's happened. I mean, they want to come to have a nice long-term result and they don't have time to come each time for small, small, small sessions. For me, like you said, mine's six years old. I definitely get mine touched up. Even though I was saying to you earlier, I look at it now and go, I would like to maybe bring it down a little bit more and do that.

40:09It's a vanity thing. It's like you say, especially like ourselves, we're on camera a lot and you notice these tiny little things all the time and it gives you that confidence. When you go back on camera, you're like, ah, you know what? feel good about myself. It's like when you get in shape, you go, ah, you know what? I'm looking good again, or this. It's them little things that give you that little edge and confidence, I would say. If you go to a barber, do they understand? Did you have a hair transplant? No, I have to... Yeah, you have to tell them, right? I had my hair done. He's like, what?

40:45Where? And the first thing they do is look for the scar. To the scar. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. What I've noticed as well, mine still came in great. So it was good. See, that's interesting because I've heard Joe Rogan talk down upon the hair transplants, and it's because of the fact that he got it done back in the day where they cut the chunk out of his hair, and he doesn't like the fact that he has the scar and everything. But in reality, even if his hairline is all the way back to here or whatever, realistically, he could go get a hair transplant once or twice in Turkey and probably have a pretty decent head of hair on him.

41:20Yeah. There you go. That's your mission, Doc. Bring him out. Josh, can we do an evaluation of your head? You don't got to come on camera, but what about that? You can fix that up, right? I can fix that. It looks good. Jeez. Would you like to get it? You got your work cut out for you. There's definitely some follicle weakness going on over there. But, I mean, okay, so if you – what would be – just back of the napkin, Matt, when you look at his head, how many follicles do you think that he would probably need? I mean, what he lost is, first of all, we ask us what he lost. It's like 8 ,000, 9 ,000 grafts that he lost.

41:59Oh, he's lost 9 ,000. Okay. So what we can transplant is we do like mega sessions. Yeah. We do like two days. We can transplant like 6 ,000 grafts. Yeah, yeah. We use also body hairs to support. Right. So if you see mathematically, he lost like 8 ,000 to 9 ,000, but we have 6 ,000. so it's mean it's even not super dense everywhere but if you make a good planning if you make a nice hairline design if you make a good distribution you can get 90 everything back wow it's fair enough i think you could be like cousin it in like a year's time well because i think someone like him who realistically has experienced a lot of hair follicle loss probably would think like oh yeah it's not for me that's for guys who just need like a little bit of help in there and stuff But when I was in your clinic, I just realized, like, oh, there's old men doing this that are fully confident in it.

42:54Like, it's definitely incredible what's possible. But, okay, I realized also when I was in the shuttle, I was talking to some guys, like Middle Eastern guys, who had, like, little bandages on the bottom of their beard or on their chest. So you can actually take hair out of the chest, out of the beard, the back, I'm assuming, even. Or is the back not good? Back not too much. Not bad. Yeah, not bad. Because it's kind of, it's sort of like, it's not strong in the same way, I guess. You can, but the question is, it should be worth it. I mean, all this, you can leave some small scars, this can happen.

43:28Right. But beard hair is strong, it's lifelong permanent. If the chest hair is really strong, we can use it. But if it's too fine, it doesn't worth it. Okay. For example, how old are you? 38. 38. 38. So our oldest patient was 83 years old. Oh, yeah. And he came in his 83 from a very long trip for his hair transplantation with his cousin. Wow. 83. I mean, that's bold. That's him saying, I believe I've got a lot of years left here on Earth, and I want to look as good as I can. If you think it's too late for 38, it's not late at all. Not even close. Oh, shit. Australia. but okay because okay i think a lot of people assume that if you were to take the hair out of your chest that your chest hair is different in terms of the shape texture of it etc but there's a thing called what donor dominance where the hair that you put in there tends to take on the characteristics of the place where you placed it as opposed to where so if you let's say you had gray chest hair yes and you put it into your hair it could grow brown it wouldn't just grow gray in the place where you put it, right?

44:39It's so the color doesn't change. The texture, the feeling, the thickness doesn't change. The hair grow speed changes. Okay. Yeah, the hair grow speed. For example, chest hair grow can be limited, right? And not grow as fast as the scalp hair. Right. But if you change the place, the speed will be adapted. It grows long and the same speed as the scalp hair. But the texture doesn't change. But that's why we never use body hairs on the frontal zone. Okay, that's interesting. We make like a distribution more to the center, to the crown, between the scalp hair. We try to hide it as possible. It helps for fullness, for thickness.

45:21But if you touch, you can feel slightly the difference. You can. Definitely. Some people say, I'm happy at all. Fix it, feel it. I don't care about the feeling or I don't know the color. But sometimes people say I'm not that happy, you know. We ask them before we explain them. What's the most grafts you've ever put into a patient? Our record was like 12 ,000 grafts. 12 ,000. But that wasn't one day, right? Was that split up into two days? It was three days. Three days. But his head was… Big. Big? Big. His head was big. Holy shit. So we duplicate the teams, the team members. His head was big. So we make good planning.

46:15We measure everything. And we try to understand how many grass we can take without making all harvesting. Yeah, we get over 10 ,000. So where did he take all from the back, his hair, his beard? Everything from the scalp. It was so nice, so dense, so good. and he was over 40 over 40 yeah it was very nice um it was a hard work but it's worth it there's a uh very well-known adult star blake blossom who weighed in on twitter and said would he be able to transplant hairs into my bush to make it bushier is that something you've

46:56She's serious too. She got a very thick bush. We transplant to the chest. We transplant hairs. We have a person, he was not happy with his chest. His partner wants chest hair. Yes. So we transplant to the chest. We came up to the abdomen, but we don't go up to the pubic area. Could you do that? It's technically, of course, it's possible. We can do that. It'd just be a strange request. Yeah. It's possible. I'm sure there is some girls that say, I can't grow. You know, they want the perfect landing. For example, we had a request. He had full of hair. Everything is great. He has very less beard hair.

47:39Yeah. And his partner warned that he had hairs on his shoulders. Ah. Okay, we say it's technical. It's possible. So you're taking the hair out of wear to put it on his shoulders. Exactly. But where do you take it from? No, we take it from the scalp. This is all backwards. That's okay. That's backwards. We take it from the scalp. That's hilarious. We put it to the shoulder. Yeah. And we take again from the scalp and fix his beard. He had like patches on the beard. Yeah. A lot of guys have that. The beard patchiness as well. I've heard a lot of guys mention that. Floyd Mayweather, if you look at him, he used to look like a snooker ball.

48:14Well, now he's fantastic beard. You can take also from beard, from under part, and you can transplant to the upper side of the beard. You can change the place. Okay. So keep it sharper. Yeah. One person commented, Michael Escobedo said, does the flight back from Turkey affect swelling and overall recovery? I know myself, I booked like an extra two days after the procedure to just hang out in the hotel. I figured I was just going to be hanging out in bed, sleeping and just sort of lounging around anyway. So I figured I would avoid having to go on the flight right after. But from your perspective, is there anything you do to counteract that?

48:56Medically, there is no any problem. It can be maybe a little more swelling, but swelling is a part of the healing. I mean, if you have more swelling or less swelling, it doesn't mean you will get a better or worse result. It is the part of the healing. It's about your head anatomy. is about how many injections they did to numb the scalp. It's all about that. I mean, there is no any medical problem to fly the next day. For me, I went for dinner the same night. Yeah, we went for dinner. I had my surgery in the morning. It was done like late afternoon. I went to the Grand Bazaar, the big marketplace, walking around with a bucket hat on.

49:36Everybody recognized you there. Yeah, I got, yeah. Turkey, they like the restaurant entertainment. And then that night we went out for dinner. Fine. There was no issues at all. You can't fly. Yeah, and then I flew back from Turkey to London, had a night in London, and then back to LA. No problem. See, I didn't even think about leaving the hotel after I got it done, but my boy Mike Malak, Logan Paul's co-host on his podcast, I saw clips of him out and about in Turkey eating at restaurants and stuff, and I'm like, ah, shit, I could have lived it up a little bit more instead of just staying in the crib the whole time.

50:10I just used the saline spray and kept it dry. That was my big thing. Yeah, when I was here in LA, I was making sure the whole time. There was, I won't say who, but there was another male performer who had his done and straight away he got back to LA. First thing he did, he was jumping in a swimming pool. He's having sex. That's too much maybe. Because that was, how long did you wait until you shot your load? i think i might have waited a week okay you know or or on the paperwork it says don't have sex it can't really specify don't masturbate and i was really thinking about it it's like you know i feel like when it says don't have sex it's saying don't get your heart rate up and be involved in this sweaty passionate thing for a half hour or whatever i figured like me jerking off for two minutes is not gonna like aggravate my hair i don't know i mean you do tell me but i felt like I went 11 days.

51:08Now for me, when I said I went a week, I think I went like a day. Okay. For me, 11 days was a record. And to the point where I got back to the hotel, I was like, Oh, I could easily knock one out right now. And I was like, no, I can't. No, no. And then it got harder and harder when I was in it. And then I was like, you know what? I'm going to, I'm going to turn this into something else. So I, I did a scene straight away. I remember it was true Kate. I did the scene with true Kate and I'd not, done anything for 11 days. And I just said to her straight off, I went, we can't have sex. But I, cause I just won't last.

51:43I literally two pump jump it. And I said, we'll do blowjob. And that was it. And I did that. And I was holding on for dear life. It's not about only the hormone changes about the heart rate. I mean, you can touch the hair, you can do something wrong. You know, you can, you can, you can hit it somewhere. It's going to happen easily. very fast. So this is... Is that the main reason? Not because of hormones or... No, the main reason is the hormones, the heart rate, sweating. That's the main reason. As additional, it's like you can hit it somewhere easily. You can't. I mean, it can happen during the position.

52:23I don't know. So we get some problems like that. You know, they came with your partners and after two days, they come back. You have bleeding and we have to fix that. so that's why we all recommended to at least for five days I'm not going that long again it's like a muscle if you're used to ejaculating every day, all of a sudden you go three four days, it starts to just feel a little like the incredible Hulk all of a sudden forget the hair

52:57someone asked and it's kind of like an amateur level question, but I guess this is something that people probably might need clarified for them. It just said, is it permanent? Yes, it is. It is permanent. Why is it permanent? Because, for example, if you look to the hair loss situations, you see all the time we have permanent hairs on the neck, right? Up the ears, on the backside, because these hairs, they are not programmed to loss, even if the DHT is high or if your testosterone is high. Because they are permanent. They are different from the hairs from the front, center, crown. So if you take the follicles which are permanent, which are not affected by the hormones, if you transplant in a new place, they are lifelong permanent.

53:44They can get thinner or thicker. That's possible. You can have more volume, less volume after 10 years on the transplanted area. It depends on do you take vitamins for your hair? Do you use good shampoos for your hair? Do you care about your hair? If you support them, it will be all the time in the highest volume, density, fullness. But if you don't care too much, it can maybe, may happen that it gets a bit like thinning. What about like natural regression? Like, you know, if some people, like for me, for example, let's say my crown started going, yeah, that wasn't there six years ago. But then let's say in 10 years, my crown starts thinning.

54:26Yeah, that's going to happen. That will happen naturally anyway. That can happen. But that's not where you had the hair restoration. Exactly. That's not for the transplant area. Your existing hairs can still recede, can still, if you have a small crown, it can expand after 10, 5 years, 10 years. Then we are ready for the second hair transplantation. You can do lifelong three, four times a hair transplantation. That's possible. Right. Definitely. So, okay, I just want to lay this out for people out there. Let's say you're a guy and you've got a fair amount of thinning in the front. Maybe you need a couple thousand or 5 ,000 follicles.

55:04How much would they? Tomorrow morning is knocking. Stock your fridge now. How about a creamy mocha frappuccino drink or a sweet vanilla? Smooth caramel maybe or white chocolate mocha. Whichever you choose, delicious coffee awaits. Find Starbucks frappuccino drinks wherever you buy your groceries. Hear that? That's now Crispy and McCrispy Strips meeting creamy Caesar sauce. Sounds extra crispy. Caesar sauce at McDonald's for a limited time. Realistically need to have in order to go to Turkey and get this procedure done. Can we estimate what the cost would be just for people who would like a ballpark?

55:47It depends on the hair loss situation, but approximately it's about from$2 ,500 to$5 ,000. Right. This depends on the hair loss situation. How many days? So that would be like if it's 5 ,000 is maybe like a two, three-day surgery. If it's maximum, we do two-day surgery. In two days, we can achieve easily 6 ,000 graphs, which is a very high number. If everything is good, donor area, build donor area, everything. But as I know, as I remember, the prices are from 2K, 2K to 5K. Right. And it's for unlimited graphs, so to speak. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. We can take what is donor area can give us. And the question is also how many graphs you need.

56:40Yeah. We don't count like, so one of the points is what makes Turkey also that popular, we don't count one by one. I mean, if you count one by one, we don't know how to, you can change the plan during the operation. Because you can think it's going to be 1 ,500, but you will see during the operation, it will be 2 ,500 grafts. So how you want to say to the patient, hey, look, you need 1 ,000 more. So it means if each graft costs$5, you have to pay$5 ,000 more. You cannot say that during the operation. So that's why we have all-inclusive packages. We don't care about 500, 1 ,000 grafts less more.

57:23We do our best for everybody, for each patient to make them happy. Right, because, I mean, for the people out there, we've been talking about some sort of like outlier cases where you might need to do two days or 10 ,000 follicles, stuff like that. For the average dude out there, if you're thinking about getting this done, unless you are completely bald where your hairline has receded, like all the way back here, you probably are going to need one day of surgery and then a couple thousand dollars. Maybe$3 ,000 would be like a safe estimate or whatever. And if you think about it from a guy's perspective, women are out here getting liposuction, BBLs, boob jobs, facelifts, injections into their lips, all kinds of shit, like so much stuff that we don't even know about.

58:11Not to mention the editing of their photos that they're doing. Not to mention, you know, it's just a whole litany of different things. As a guy, realistically, there's very little that is actually realistic that you would do, that you would invest money into in terms of making yourself look better, aside from exercising, eating healthy, being in good shape. Outside of that, if you were to do a cosmetic procedure, realistically, what could possibly have a positive effect on how you look on the scale? It's just when you think about the price, when you think about how natural it looks, the fact that like I don't think anybody out there, unless you're studied in this stuff, looks at somebody like me or Kieran and thinks, oh, they have a hair transplant.

58:57Like realistically, less than 1 % of the population is going to think that when they look at you, which is completely different than a woman getting a boob job or a BBL where a lot of people can tell right away. It's just, it's so well camouflaged. It's so useful in terms of making you look younger, making you look healthier, making you look more attractive. Oh, mine's night and day. You know, just look there, the picture. Oh, okay. We should insert that into the video as well. So we have, this is six, seven years ago, right? Seven years. Wow. So fast goes everything. Look at that, just the man on the bed.

59:28So these are the pictures. For example, you asked for different cases, Adam, right? Yeah, yeah. I want to show Kieran, I want to show you with your permission. Sure. So this is, for example, Kieran has a receding hairline, receding corners. So in the pictures, on the videos, everything looks very high. If you look from a different angle, it looks very high. And this was disturbing, Kieran. so we made a plan to lower his hairline in natural way fill the corners for example this is another view oh yeah it's crazy when you think about it a lot of people at home are looking at that thinking oh yeah yeah mine's pretty close to that right now they're they're kind of on the fence realistically yeah this is if you're dealing with something like this you could thicken it up you could fill in those gaps if you don't i didn't even know mine was that bad until because you're so used to combing it the way that you want to come and when you really realize how your hair is is when you see yourself on camera under the bright lights and then you're like oh shit that's not what it looks like when i look in the mirror yeah many patients they are very surprised once they see in the clinic we take these pictures because it's normal because they try automatically hide it they try to hide it make like an overcomp but we we have to see the real situation to make the real planning.

1:00:46For example, if Kiran don't have a hair transplantation seven years ago, you will be somewhere. George Costanza. Yeah, yeah, yeah. A different brand, a different name. I'm like Josh.

1:01:02Josh, don't worry. He's going to fix you. We will take care for you. Don't worry. Yeah, we're going to get you, Josh. Looking back at it now, I didn't realize how bad mine was. Yeah. They got the little clips in there to pull it back to really see exactly what's going on you know thinning because we do to the hellos are and for the hair thinning area yeah it should be together to make everything fluent and once looking so i look at like pictures of my uncle and my dad and i have the exact same hair loss this is yeah yeah i mean my dad's all the way it's all gone now yeah and this was after after the transplantation okay yeah people might be curious about that you do have to shave your head in order to get the procedure done because they need to be able to pull out the little tiny uh follicles and not have to deal with a whole you know two inch long hair that would be a pain it was pain free that's the one thing when people said to me oh it's going to be really painful i was like uh i was i was a bit worried about that but it was literally well you've had tattoos yeah it's getting it done is just the pain of shooting novocaine into your head so you'll feel like a bunch of little pinches from the needles shooting the novocaine in but then after that you don't feel anything now once that wears off then your head is a little swollen and everything and you're uncomfortable for a couple of days but realistically the actual surgery is painless yeah it felt like someone was just flicking it with a little elastic band yeah that was it and i didn't feel are you ready i'm ready yeah let's do this oh yeah yeah i remember that yeah and keep in mind this is me after having two surgeries already you had two surgeries you look like jesus christ on the cross that man in more ways than one yeah wow that was getting pretty then there i forgot how bad it was i'm so used to how it looks now yeah

1:02:53it was not easy for us you know because you had two surgeries oh so that made it more difficult to get it out of the back what's the difficult part the difficult part is first of all the skin gets more tight okay okay and if the skin gets more tight the follicles stacks more in and you have to be very gentle more careful more gentle the sharpness of the punches gets more past the dull you have to change it past it's have difficulties it changes the direction for example if you get the strip and if you print the strip together up and down it makes your your skin tighter on your head yeah it's the the the angle changes doing doing the stitches but we have the experience about that this is how it looks like oh yeah there i am there you go the entire front part you had cracking tattoo the tattoo i'm i'm thinking i haven't got a good look at it but i'm thinking the tattoo is not looking that great back there anymore like yeah i would have to get redone if i was ever gonna have a shaved head again which i don't plan on yeah that's what i was gonna say before that's after guys yeah no worries looks pretty solid yeah um no yeah it's a it's a no-brainer from my perspective if you're a guy it's the easiest decision if you're suffering from a little bit of hair loss just you gotta do it after any vitamins we give you nothing vitamin packs i i took the i took the stuff like right after yeah and i used the shampoo for a little while but package yes yes which uh thank you very much i've had that replenished right here of course damn you guys do have a some pretty nice uh packaging and everything everything's so well there's no medication inside it's all like shampoo type stuff everything exactly no problem is what we're saying there saw palmetto yeah it's a massive one for especially doing what we do yeah it's good for your prostate so that there you go so it's not just hair it's cleansing you down below as well no facts yeah um so for anybody who's interested i guess we'll have a code that we're going to actually insert into this video so that people will know exactly uh how they could get a special discount through uh telling dr akar that you found out about cosmedica through this podcast but what would you say to people who are kind of on the fence or thinking about getting this uh procedure done how can they learn more about it through your website or anything on social media?

1:05:25We have a website. We have the social media. We can give all the names. It's Cosmedica.com and you can get all the information but very important is we have a 724 support team which especially supports for American patients. That's very important. They are in Turkey and in Chicago. We have an office in Chicago. Oh wow. Yeah, we have an office in Chicago and we give 724 support. They can reach us by WhatsApp, by SMS, by email. They can, if they want, we can make a call to them. Sometimes they don't want to call. They want to get the procedure by message. So we give them all the information. We need good quality pictures, guys.

1:06:17This is what we want. We need good quality pictures from different angles. we sent you some samples how you have to send us pictures once we get the pictures me, other doctors, my medical staff we see the pictures and we try to give you the most accurate information, how many graphs can be what kind of treatment we recommend, everything, sometimes some patients, we don't recommend hair transplantation you turn people away Yes. I mean, before they come to Turkey, the long trip. What would make you want to turn someone away, though, if they just hadn't really lost that much hair yet? Exactly. For example, he's 70 years old.

1:07:00He has a very nice hairline. Everything looks great. But he won't change the hairline just for the trend, just because he's a famous person. But he don't understand that hairstyle. So you should not try to make a style with a surgery. It's not the same. So this we don't recommend it or his donor area is very poor, very less when we believe it will not be a satisfied result. What he wants, we ask him what you want first. You want everything, you want like 15, then we don't recommend. The other thing that I would say that you have to trust the process because for me, I remember once it started, I did that first wash.

1:07:43I looked at it and I was like, wow, I look fantastic with a shaved head. That's the hairline. Yeah. But then fast forward the two, three months afterwards, and I had the shock of it all falling out. I was like, I'll be honest. I thought I've made the worst decision. Everybody gets confused right after they get it because it's this little roller coaster of your hair looking good and then looking bad and then starting to look good again. And I've always had to kind of talk people down. Like my other friends who've got it, I'll be like, listen, don't worry about how it looks right now. Just give it a few months.

1:08:14You're going to be okay. And then just wait the eight months to 12 months. And then you'll be like, ah, there we go. But yeah, I'll be honest. When I looked after two months, I was like, it's even worse for me because I chose this time. I was like, I don't care. I'm just going to let it heal on camera. I'm going to let it look bad on camera. I just don't care. I'm just going to let it do its thing. And people were commenting every day being like, why would you go get a hair transplant if it was going to look worse? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I just had to ignore it. I'm like, okay, you'll see, you'll see.

1:08:47Yeah, it is hard when you see it like that at the stage. It's very important, the process. The first three months, don't expect anything. We tell people, don't look too much to the mirror. Don't look too much to the mirror. And don't forget that's the deepest, that's the lowest result, what you see on the first three months. But after eight to 12 months, you see the change, you see the outcome. Yeah. Shout out to my friends. It's long term. it's it's long it's long waiting to be honest but that it is what it is i have a friend who got one and now he's wearing his hair back in a man bun oh there you go and i'm like i don't i don't know if that's a good idea because that's like a pretty stressful haircut on your hair right like it's pulling at it like pretty hard it makes like uh we call it like mechanic hair loss yeah if you pull too much to the back you can stress the hair and it gets thinner and can receive yeah yeah i'm sure thought about it but um yeah for anybody who's interested we'll have all the information in this video as well as in the description about how they can uh get in contact and and book a trip to uh get a hair transplant from dr akar and cosmetica thank you so much to kieran lee for being possibly the best ambassador you could ever ask for yeah he turned me on to your services as well as a bunch of other people in the industry and everything so uh yeah i mean i feel like for anybody out there.

1:10:09I've just had so many questions about it over the years that I'm happy that I can be able to kind of point people at this and say, listen, if you're interested, this is where you go figure it out. It's like you said, you hit it. We're only here for one life. You want to look your best, enjoy it. Exactly. Crack on. And that's how I look at it now. And for men, I mean, you mentioned women, they make so many operations, right? Yeah. So many different, but for men, one of the biggest accessories is It's the hair. Yeah, it's the confidence. Give the confidence. Don't get the Drake abs. Get the Kieran Lee hairline.

1:10:44Yeah, yeah, yeah. I was going to say, I haven't got his abs. I embraced it that got them. Oh, man. All right. Thank you so much, Dr. Akar, for filling in our viewers about everything. And thank you to Kieran for letting us know about his experience. Thank you for inviting me. It was very nice to be in LA. It's a very nice place. Oh, yeah. And thank you very much. And just so you guys know, he's so dedicated to the grind of making your hair look better that he's only in L.A. for one day and then he's right back. Less than 24 hours. Yeah. Pretty impressive. Magic. All right. Thank you guys so much.

1:11:17Thank you. Appreciate it. If you're interested, tap in in the description. Nojumbrick, coolest podcast. Like, comment, and subscribe. We out. Hey, it's Ryan Reynolds here from Mint Mobile. Now, I was looking for fun ways to tell you that Mint's offer of unlimited premium wireless for$15 a month is back. So I thought it would be fun if we made$15 bills, but it turns out that's very illegal. So there goes my big idea for the commercial. Give it a try at mintmobile.com slash switch. Upfront payment of$45 for three months,$90 for six months, or$180 for 12-month plan required. $15 per month equivalent.

1:11:51Taxes and fees extra. Initial plan term only greater than 50 gigabytes may slow when network is busy. See terms. I'm not giving up. I am selling the building.
