1:08Lil Speedy is in the building. What's the word, man? What's the word, man? Feeling good. How you doing? I'm decent. Yeah? You excited to be in L.A. or is this regular shit to you at this point? No, I'm excited. I'm trying to see what's new to do. Yeah? What are you trying to get involved with? really everything for girls yeah yeah yeah that's probably what i would do if i were you yeah i'm trying i'll probably go to the strip club oh shit that's that's a good level to be playing that on for sure this is your first time in la yeah all right how long you been out here a couple days or no i landed yesterday oh all right so you freshly knew i'm out here yeah yeah yeah yeah what stands out to you about it uh that's different than chicago mountains yeah yeah that's shit rose hill you're in the city but you can see the mountains in the distance That's a weird vibe, yeah.
1:56Yeah, hell yeah. Definitely. The Rack, all you see is buildings, buildings, buildings, buildings, buildings. Yeah. It's cold as f*** right now, too, huh? Yeah, it's freezing in Chicago right now. Yeah. We got like a foot of snow. Yeah. That's shit deep as hell. You got to get up early to feel the cold here. At like 6, 7 in the morning, it was cold as f***. Nah, it was cold as f*** yesterday. Like, in the daytime. What the f***? Yeah. This is like the one time of year where it gets a little cold. Yeah. Yeah. But okay, so let's get into your upbringing and everything just so we got the full story.
2:28Tell us a little bit about exactly where you grew up and what it was like and everything. Oh, shit. I grew up old. When I was in Iraq, I lived on 56th and Emerald type shit. But I was mostly around my big cousins. They from Standing Life type shit. That's how the whole shit came upon type shit when I was growing up. shit was like that. Like I lived on one block, but like I moved, I kept like, I moved three times type shit. I didn't. Once I moved on, I used to live on 68th Langley. I moved right there and shit. Shit started going on. Like some weird shit started going on. Then. What kind of weird shit?
3:11Like a lot of weird shit. Like it was a couple years ago. Like you know, like around Halloween time, a couple years ago, they had that little weird clown shit going on. What? The killer clowns? Yeah, weird shit like that. I mean, what the fuck? Yeah. Everybody wouldn't shut the fuck up about clowns back then. Everything was clowns. So they had Kill Clown in Chicago? Nah, like, I don't know if there was no killer clown type shit, but it was definitely clowns trying to be on some fake spooky shit. So what about your parents, though? Do you have both parents around? Nah, my pops passed away when I was five.
3:45Oh, okay. I'm sorry to hear that. Yeah. Do you have any memories of them, or were you too young? No, I got, I definitely, like, certain memories, like, and certain, like, important shit still, I still remember type shit. Yeah, right. So just your mom kind of, like, raised you? Yeah. You had, like, a steaddad or just your mom? Nah, just me and my OG. Right. Was your mom, like, familiar with what was going on outside in the streets and shit? Yeah, some shit like that. Like, she know what be going on, but she trying to stay out the way type shit. Right. Definitely. So were you, like, a kid that was getting in trouble from early on or?
4:18No, actually, I was like, growing up, I was a good kid. I was really like, I was on the road, for real. But then certain shit, I was on the road, fifth, sixth grade, I started fighting the ops. Shit, we just started being bad as the kids. We ended up fighting. My grades started dropping, started slipping, shit like that. Damn, so just ops of blocks that your block had not got along with forever? This was before I even started. started trying to jump in the streets type shit. It's like, we were just sitting out fighting on something. Yo, you talking to my bitch, this my bitch. You just looked at me.
4:57I stepped on my shoe, over some shit like that. Just in that board, fool. Definitely. So you got kicked out of school or just got suspended here and there? Nah, I kept getting suspended. Then they was like, they kicked me out, but they didn't kick me out. They was like, safety reasons, he can't come back right now. I mean, what the fuck? Y 'all could just TMI experience. Cause it was too many fights. Like, what's the safety reason? I guess they were saying that. We had come to school just to fight. I ain't come to school with no book bag on none of that. I'm coming to school just to fight. This is middle school or high school?
5:25Yeah, middle school. Where you went to high school at? I'm in high school right now. Currently still, but I do online. So what middle school you all went to? It's like a pre-K to A's type shit. I went to Emmett Till. It's on like 65th and Champlain. All right, all right. So you felt like you had to jump off the porch early? like because of the neighborhood certain shit like that yeah like they all fight these niggas and then folding them getting to it with them like my older my big cousin i'm getting to it with them uh damn the shit going on now you had uh yeah you had like older guys around you trying to like keep you away from shit though too at one point right yeah because that's how it usually go the older guys be knowing what's going on and y 'all might be young growing up but they telling y 'all niggas stay off the block yeah niggas hard-headed not knowing yeah that type of up yeah some shit like that so were you uh thinking about being a rapper during this time period or i ain't thinking about being a rapper till like till january 2025 whoa so just about a year yeah literally just a year literally what made you feel like that was a good idea um my name my name was already buzzing like my shit was like i before i even dropped the song show the trailer of us on anything i had like 50k followers on instagram wow and like i was already like chicago known type shit during that time and then amf amf slick the third and vert they like go to the studio rap go make a song and that's when i made the uh the how i get shit but it's like i always knew how to rap like i just like i'll be walking through the career board or something just rapping and I'm freestyling though.
7:06Like what the fuck? Like you rap type shit. But like when I had fun over there, I'd be walking through the crib just rapping type shit. But was it part of like you wanted to rap seeing the Bloodhounds and the success that they had? Were those like the main rappers you were around when you were younger? Yeah type shit. But it wasn't even on no shit like that. I'm like damn they rapping. But like I didn't really think like damn if they rapping let me go rap. Maybe I'll get that big too. I wasn't even thinking like that. It was just something. You got the name. You got the clout for it. Do it type shit.
7:33When did you start being around them in the first place? Was it just because they were around on a local level or you have mutual friends? Like, type shit like that. But some of them, it's really a family type shit. It's like all my blood cousins type shit. Okay. Yeah. So you were around Lil' Jeff before he passed and shit? Yeah. Was there anything special that you remember about his energy that he was bringing to the table? Because he stands out as one Chicago rapper that we just never got to see him. Folks just funny as fuck. You're funny. How you be feeling when you be seeing like the, they be saying that you Jeff reincarnated and shit.
8:12That shit was funny. When I was first, I went to be funny. But now that shit getting irritating. I'm me. I'm myself. I wonder. I be thinking like, what the fuck are we making them say that though? I feel like they just be seeing that because of the front group we hang around. I'm light-skinned with dreads. You be avert and shit like that. Yeah, that's the front group type shit. because the way I look. I feel like that's what I be saying that shit though. So what kind of shit was AMF and Vert saying to you about rapping though? They were like really trying to push you saying that you could do it?
8:40Yeah, Vert was really on my back about the shit. He like, go ahead. When I said my name was over buzz and my shit was buzz and buzz. And he like, rap, rap, this the best time to rap. And it was like around the time everybody from Chicago started rapping and everybody was getting deals, deals, deals back to back. What the fuck? So he like, go ahead, it's the best time, this shit, free money. I went to the studio, I made the How I Get shit, and it's like 30 minutes after I made it, the police raided the studio, then I got bumped, damn. The same day you made the song? 30 minutes later, like soon as I finished the studio, soon I finished the song.
9:21So you were still at the studio when it came? We was leaving out to go to another studio, they raided the studio. What did they find in the studio? yeah she allegedly they said they found some guns yeah what they try to book you with or book you for a scrap word and that's why you've been on the band because really we're supposed to do this interview like yeah i called another case after that i had got pulled over on the way to a show and they was on some bullshit like they said some weird shit like yeah we we've been following y 'all we've been watching y 'all i'm on the way to a show they i guess they searched the car they found a scrapping.
9:57They found the gun. Do you believe it that they were actually following you guys or did you think it was just a random? Nah, they probably was though. Because where we was at, I believe it. Because we far as fuck. We was on our way to Joliet. Joliet like an hour, an hour and a half away from Chicago. So I'm like, fuck it. So that's why you've been sitting on the band? Because you was on the band for how long? I was on the band for like six, seven months. Because originally we were supposed to do this interview about like six, seven months ago, right? yeah so damn so you fresh off the band how long you been off the band now like a week and a half two weeks how's feeling this feel good right now like damn i'm fresh out to be on for the i go to cali this different lifestyle for like everything different out of because being on the band kind of slowed you up from being able to like do music and do what you want yeah yeah last year i didn't even drop any drop over 10 songs i dropped like seven damn you wasn't able record at the crib though no i was recording like i got i got i feel like i got over 200 unreleased songs right now i just i wasn't able to really shoot videos because like i shoot i shoot a video in front of the crib now motherfuckers know where i stay at i shoot a video in the crib certain certain details are telling my where you live at yeah so it's like damn it's no way like no way out there type of shit and then at a certain point all the videos start looking exactly the same yeah it's kind of boring yeah like certain like if you like now you can still like you can go on youtube them see that shit now like i shot three i just shot like two three videos in a black truck because i didn't want to show them like where i was at type shit because i was on the band so that shit was like so you weren't even able to get like special permission to go film no the judge i had at the time she was on board with me about the shit she like like she's like she kept forcing the issue like she really was trying to she's really painting the image or something was not she just kept trying to kept picking ah no no rapping no rapping then like i was on i was find the case when I dropped the how I get video yeah reminder the how I get video got props in it so like she I guess she tried to well it's props in this video but we felt this there so I'm like all right she just on bullshit so she was trying to have me uh take all my music down all type of weird shit she knowing that's how you make your money yeah like I'm telling her like I'm providing for the household type shit off that shit just like hit her with the script yeah she wasn't going for that shit she told me I'd delete everything your little one grew three inches overnight adorable.
12:17Also, expensive. Sell their pint-sized pieces on Depop and list them in minutes with no selling fees. Damn Damn But now you You gonna stay out the way And you know Get the music full Yeah I'm gonna Straight bend and shit From now on At what point did you decide That you couldn't go to school anymore Uh
13:00Really like Last year Last year I'm like nah I can't go in person That shit over with Just You were just too poppin Yeah it's like It's really like You never know Who Who know who Type shit More so safety reasons right Yeah like I could be going to school I could be going to school with anybody Oh my gosh he up in here He up in here on some weird fan shit Yeah Yeah it's just like a back door waiting to happen You could be smart about how you move everywhere else But in school you gotta play by their rules And their rules are basically making you a sitting duck Yeah Yeah damn that's crazy Alright so the first time I heard your name Was on I want to say it was like a fully chopped on the couch interview or some shit and them niggas was like somebody in the background was like fuck Speedy, Speedy, some shit your name just kept coming up all throughout the shit and then they was like man Speedy has be sitting in the middle of the car type shit and I'm like who the fuck is Speedy so I started paying attention and seeing what y 'all had going on this probably about like a year ago you had music out at that time or you ain't even had no music out yeah no at that time that time when the on the couch shit came out that's when I was really like catching my name type shit I word.
14:12So when that shit started going on, that's how like really me and a little Fully Chopped Shorty, like we both called Chicago Bulls at first. At the same time. Yeah, then he started rapping and then I started rapping like fast, six months after him. So all y 'all was friends at one point? Yeah. Because they were saying that you'd be sending the cards with them and shit like that. Yeah, that's true, yeah. So y 'all went to school together? What's y 'all friendship and how y 'all? I went to school with the Kwan Get Em Gone Shorty. Yeah. I went to school with him. And then mutual friends we met. The fully chopped shorty and the 50 shorty.
14:43So Lil 50 wasn't your cousin for real? Nah, I don't know where the fuck that shit came from. Yeah, because they were saying y 'all was cousins and shit. Nah, hell no. Alright, so y 'all met through school, but through quant? Yeah, mutual friends. And then what about Lil Keso? How y 'all was friends? We met him through the same way type shit. So y 'all all just kicking in shit? Yeah. Word. And then I guess shit just go left. Niggas just start. Cause alright, nah. The shit that in that interview or on the couch shit. I guess niggas were trying to say they took a pipe from you Nah hell nah A pipe got took Niggas were saying a pipe got took And I seen you and K-So do an interview Where y 'all was saying niggas ain't taking niggas still is Niggas be crooks type shit Nah I don't think me and Nell was talking about the same shit though Oh separate situation Yeah I think they was talking about the shit But how would you describe like Why the friendship or the relationship Kind of fell apart It ain't never fall apart for real though It's just like everybody want they separate ways Like we still clean and cord everybody still kick with each other type shit.
15:38It's just everybody, what they separate, it's like. And start doing their own shit. Yeah, everybody start doing their own thing. But at that time, they vlog was like going viral and your name all throughout the motherfucker. So I'm like paying attention and no music out at all. So it was like, all right, I got to take advantage of this situation. Yeah. More so, right? Yeah, the only reason my name kept being, you know, it was really a female. Like she, I think she just loved me. That was a girl in the background saying all that shit. Yeah, she loved me for that. Who, Who that wasn't Jada? I don't really know, but I think, I don't know, it was Twitter, but I think it was Jada.
16:10It sounded like Jada, but I couldn't tell because there was no face on it. Yeah, whoever was saying my name that much, I still ain't figure out who it was. But she loved me, that's it. She gotta love me. She said my shit like six times. I'm damn, back to back too. Damn, that is wild that you just had that much momentum going before you even decided to start rapping. Chicago is another world because that can't really happen in most cities. Yeah, hell yeah. But why are they be trying to like, because I guess you said you from like 59th originally? Nah, hell nah, hell nah. Not 59th, where you said?
16:43I'm from 79th, but I grew up on 56th. 56th, all right. But 79th, Maryland is like, they are area and shit, but they be trying to make it seem like, man, he ain't from Bloodhound and shit. Yeah, I ain't gonna, like at first this would make them come up with that. When I was hanging around a fully chopped shorty yeah i was really like nah i went always around my big cousins type shit so it's like they uh they are you you barely be with them you not from over there for real type shit like on something it's really like on some everybody really like um i'm really like the youngest person i'm really i'm the youngest out of all of them like i'm you was younger than a little case though no he was the youngest and then i think some like this all right but i'm i don't even talk about them that for a girl i'm talking about like i'm the youngest from like out all my big cousins type shit from like the bloodhound niggas so it's like how i put it i'm not like i don't want to hang with that generation crowd type shot i was hanging with people around my age so it's like shift that nature they was that's why they just kept seeing that back to back to back and then vert i guess who stamped it like all right this nigga blood i'll be seeing you with j boogie and shit with jeff older brother right yeah so who won who really like brought you in this had really happened like when they i guess like they was like why they keep saying that shit with the oh man i don't know where was like we got to go tweet with them on the net so they really know like they that's not that like little folks really from my shit me and vert had we had i think we got we went live we went live and then they just started seeing me i was like folk i ain't hanging with shunny on them i'm finna come around i'm finna come around my big cousins type shit and i was just and it makes a big cousin now they seeing me in the back of videos walking past and shit now they like oh all right like you see that That shit slowly disappeared from them seeing it.
18:26Yeah, but now niggas know. Once I did, and this was what I was stamped and shit, I did an interview. I know I came with Boogie to do his interview, his on the couch. No, it's DJU. DJU interview, yeah. I did that. And then they was like, I started seeing clips like, oh, y 'all can't say he not this no more, he with this person, such and such like that. I'm like, oh, okay. And then kind of stamped when niggas fell back from saying that shit. And J Boogie had a book right now. He finna, he touch down soon though. Yeah, he finna be home soon. word so what's your relation all right matter of fact let me ask you this because one thing that did transpire lately there's like a video of vert saying like man the bloodhounds over and shit like they had to miss on like the way the video got leaked they had a misunderstanding of it like they it wasn't even known no shit like that he was like it was a whole like a whole different conversation for yeah and it's like they tried to basically really tried to clip farm it for Like they tried to make it seem like he was sneak dissing people And he wanted to sneak dissing them type shit But niggas had a conversation with bro after that Like to figure it out Yeah And then they broke down their thing And who the person who recorded the video told us Like what was really going on type shit Cause Vert really be the nigga pushing all y 'all niggas to rap Cause he was pushing Jeff to rap right Yeah ain't a lot I think Vert was the first That started rapping for real Like Vert Ain't a lot Vert made me want to rap Yeah Like Vert he raw as fuck He ain't a lot He don't get his credit all the time Yeah Like him and my big brother JB JB been lying I feel like they be getting blackballed for real Cause they raw as fuck Why you think they getting blackballed though?
19:56I don't know Shit Certain shit Motherfucker They a try to like Nah we ain't gonna fuck I don't know some shit like that Word I feel like you guys are the side that's up And all this Yeah You guys are the ones that people want to be cool with Yeah definitely It's tough to be the ops We had conversations with people that are like Known in Chicago as ops And it's really like depressing us When you have a conversation with them and you realize like damn like they can't even get a dm back from any they'd be trying to cop features nobody will take their money because they don't want to be on the bad side of the equation and these are dudes from out of town that don't even know anybody involved but they just don't want to up a future relationship with like dark or whoever you know yeah that's crazy yeah um but so um when you started rapping it just come to you like real real easily yeah like angle i caught on fastest like that shit it was like i i see him do it i he do it again i see somebody else go make his own oh man that shit easy as it's like really just talking talking about what's going on shit what was motivating you besides like uh vert like was niggas saying your names making you like i'm finna go respond to that shit too certain certain at certain moments yeah but i really like i fell really fun as fuck to do.
21:16It's like, vert the money. When I, I touch, I touch some money off that shit. I'm, damn. What the fuck? That's when you seen it, it was like, this shit really real. I'm, damn, what the fuck? I, yeah, I gotta keep doing this shit, this shit. How was the first time you got paid off a rap? Were you like, this, was it like a song or a show? Uh, yeah, it was a song. It was a song. It was my first song. Niggas paid you for a feature or just like back in off the streams type shit? Nah, off some back in off the streams shit. Are you dreaming of the perfect prom But there's just one thing holding you back Speak English mom Welcome to Ethnosync Ethnic modification What is this place We help you reach your true potential How are you feeling It's good to be white Hey new girl Hey Look at what you've done to yourself For a new plant to grow The seed has to die Slanted rated R Only in theaters March 13th Side effects may occur.

22:51But then once you start rapping, it kind of all comes together, right? Yeah. Definitely. So I'm still kind of interested about you dropping out of school though. No, I ain't dropping out. Yeah, but doing the homeschool thing or the online classes, is that pretty normal in your world? Because a lot of people have jobs. they don't go to the office anymore. They just work from home on a laptop or whatever. I know a lot of people that they just like, they don't want to be in person. Some motherfuckers be like, I don't want to wake up in the morning and go do all that. So yeah, it's like, it's normal Chicago type shit.
23:23Like it ain't rare or nothing. It's like very common. Motherfucker, a lot of kids be doing that shit in the right because it's like, a motherfucker don't feel like going to school. It be a lot going on in that school. Right. If you told me when I was 16 that I could have done that, I would have been the first one in line to not go to school. So how often you actually got to like, do some remote work and shit like i like really it's the program that i'm in it's like you can do that shit whenever you want to yeah the way my og do it she want me to like keep on the same on the schedule like i'll be in school so i wake up and like nah stay on that till like two three oh so mom's on you about it too yeah that's one thing she don't play about like that's one thing that she just she's like she know what's going on and shit now so it's like she she kept but it's like she knows like it's not too much that she can stop now so it's like she one thing she just want me to do she want me to finish school type shit and i'm like i can't go in the building like me and be in a person that shit just it's gonna go bad yeah she like i i she did her research found the online shit boom so you and your mom have like a real cool relationship yeah we close this so when you say shit like that though telling you when you have to tell your mom like hey i can't i can't go to school it could go bad like yeah what type of uh mentality does she have to have to even know like all right this is what it is or what type of precautions do y 'all take or like what is she doing to make sure you're safe or what are you doing to make sure she's safe because she might not know all the ways so like i ain't gonna lie like when i was like it's like she when she felt out she was like on some shit like what the no like on some shit like no this now he ain't doing that for real like she slowly started finding out everything so it's like once i once i figured like all right damn mother like she know what's going on i gotta move her around type shit it's like first thing i did i moved to i moved krius we switched krius i'm like we can't even be right no more like it's a it's a bunch of shit going on now and then really like the internet i'm telling don't don't post me on the internet like when it's my birthday don't don't post me say happy birthday yeah don't be like don't post me like when anything going on don't post me like my son is nuts so how is she slowly finding out she's seeing the blogs The internet and her friends.
25:31I ain't gonna lie. I used to hate them, folks. I'm doing stuff. I'm there. OG don't know nothing about what she do, but she don't. And her friends finding out, telling her. I'm in the middle of her. I'm gonna be doing anything. I get a call. Yeah, who just sent me this? Man, what the? Man, hey, I used to be mad as fuck. I'm good. Nah, I'm out. That ain't me. That shit fake. They sending her everything I'm doing. Yeah. That shit was blowing me. damn yeah so that that's rough because like even not being able to go to school because of shit like this and then you got moms you telling her you can't post me and shit yeah that's it's a lot to deal with but but you was able to make some money with like all right we gotta but what was this scenario what was the scenario where you was like we can't even be here no more like a nigga's house beginning hit up and shit like something like so basically what happened like they shot the house up they shot somebody house up like under me type shit i was living in an apartment building yeah they shot somebody crib up like right under me thinking they trying to do something to you.
26:30Nah, hell nah. I don't even know no shit like that. It's really like, what I was told, it was really like, they had some other shit going on with people down the street. So it's like some shit they came through, they shot that bitch up. But me and my man, I'm like, you shot something, they just tried shooting my crib up or something like that. I'm like, man, we got to move. We just move crib. Cause I'm like, nah, like that's putting, I feel like when I, at the time though, I was thinking like, you know, I just put my OG in the wrong type of predicament type shit. and like when she was like when they shot the house up she was laying on the couch and they shot the front up so it's like all the books she hear everything ping i'm damn it's like the last thing you want your mom yeah like i swear to god look i'm laying i'm asleep i had a i had a first i had a first it stopped yeah i what the fuck i get up after that i run to the front room like i'm running towards the front room i see y 'all finna get up I'm not laid down laid down laid down like soon I say that a bullet as soon as I got one bullet that bitch pinged the window and hit the window and go through the window and hit the cellar soon I tell her like she was gonna stand up and that bitch hit the window she was in front of when she laid down oh damn so I mean you're still like young you're still in the very beginning stages of your career but do you already kind of think about the reality of the fact that like almost nobody continues to live in Chicago once they become famous rap wise so you thought about that?
27:57yeah I was just talking to my OG about that but I mean it's kind of like a weird position because it's like I'm sure you're making some money and shit but you're not like making crazy amounts of money yet necessarily and then your mom got a job she got a whole social life she got her friends there etc it's like a big decision to make yeah hell yeah but how important is it for you to move out of Chicago like is that like priority? not right now but like it's getting there it's like getting there cause I fake slowly I already moved out the rack I don't stay in the city type of shit cause it is dangerous man like you know niggas yeah yeah Chicago got a lot going on like even like Lil' Keso that nigga he 15 he getting shot in the crib and shit so little shit like that be making you it don't make you change the mentality like hey like yeah Angle Live went out when I heard about that shit what the fuck I'm like Angle I gotta tighten up I gotta tighten up who I be around.
28:54Like, what the fuck? How's shit like that going on? Was your mom or his mom close or anything? Nah, hell nah. All right, word. So, y 'all, wasn't no situation like that? Nah. But then when you see shit like that, like homies that you hang out with getting whacked and shit like that, like, it don't make you tighten up? Nah, that shit definitely make motherfucking turn up. Like, ain't gonna lie, that could have been me. That's what I say here. I sound like, damn, that could have been me. My fuck gotta move a certain way now. Because we see crazy shit from your generation coming out of Chicago that we did not see in the early stages of drill music, like people getting robbed on camera.
29:27Yeah, I ain't gonna lie. They made that shit popular in Chicago. They seen them do that shit one time, and now they take it overboard when they do it, though. Motherfuckers start telling them, take off your drawers, take off your pants. Hey, what the? Hey, like that shit. They take it overboard. Make them do a Fortnite dance in the hallway. Ain't gonna lie, they make a motherfucker dance quick as fuck. That's crazy. because we thought when we first seen Chief keeping them back 2011 we thought these are the craziest most violent young kids we've ever seen they didn't even think of a lot of the shit that we now seen they generation yeah shit on our generation so that you agree because that's the thing they be trying to say y 'all niggas way more turnt yeah we way no I don't even feel like we way more turnt they was doing the shit we doing we just more we just more dumb with it we do dumb shit we'll go on live and go, yeah, I'm on this block right now.
30:20We have a whole shootout on live and do some frat shit. Motherfuckers went viral in Chicago. One of the ways we had went viral, they was chasing a police cop and a stolen cop. Who does shit like that? What the fuck? And they were chasing the police though, right? They chasing the police, trying to make the police chase them. That's some frat shit. But the high speeds though, don't the police, it's like some rule where they got to stop chasing y 'all? Yeah, because like, I guess like, off what I was told, it's like, they a hit somebody type shit. It's a safety. It's dangerous for it. Once we get to going too fast, they can't really pursue the chase because like, say we crash, kill somebody, it's going to be because of them.
31:00Yeah. So how often niggas is getting away from the high speeds though? I ain't going to lie. At first, before they just, they just came out with like, seven helicopters. Oh shit. Before that, motherfucka, like that shit, motherfucka go getting high speed just because they bored. That's how sweet they is. Yeah. Now they got them helicopters I'm gonna be trying to dodge them though now. Tight shit. Damn. I get a helicopter change the game up then, right? Yeah, ain't gonna lie. That shit's scary. Like a helicopter chasing you, that shit's scary, fuck. It's like you can't get away. How you feel when Trump, because he was saying he was sending National Guards and shit out there.
31:31Nah, he sent them. He ain't no trying. He sent they, uh, they like, they a ride up. They wasn't really on, no. The way everybody's making it seem like they just want to come on some gangsta shit. Like they had tanks and all type of shit. Nah, they had some weird shit. Like they'll drive up the block. One of them will be out the little top part. He got a big ass gun and a What's the shit It's a thing that you press and you talk through it And make your voice louder Yeah that shit he talking through that Go inside your home Go inside your home it's curfew What the I look out the window and see that shit What time they was pushing curfew on y 'all Like 9, 10 That's crazy Everybody had to be in the crib at like 10 o 'clock It's weird because it's like When we seen the ICE Or the feds being sent into these cities it's kind of like, you know, dudes aren't just like hanging out outside all day.
32:19Like dudes are going on missions and doing their thing, but they're not like, like, I don't think that these dudes in tanks are going to find dudes when they're going on a drive-by. They're just going to do a drive-by when they're not around. Yeah, some shit like that. Yeah. Yeah. I don't even know if there was like a big increase in arrests or anything like that. No, I ain't going to lie. I feel like it was. It was. They kept locking me up. For real? It increased. They kept locking me up. I got locked up three, four times last year. They was on that. Like, last year, I think, just last year, they upped their game up in Chicago.
32:51Like, Trump really pushed them to do that shit. So, where you spend your time when you get locked up at? Because you a juvenile, right? It's something called JTDC, Juvenile Detention Center. That shit, like, I ain't going to lie. They really, I feel like they should change that shit for real, though. Because that shit, like, God forbid, I go back for, I'll be mad the first couple days. that shit is a daycare that shit is fun so what y 'all doing in there why you say it's fun anybody that been in I know I'm not lying the first week a couple days I'm on intake I go to a real pod that's what they call it it's certain things in pods and it's like 15-14 kids we watch TV all day play the game we play board games cars and shit like that it feel like you on a block with no guns.
33:42That's how fun that shit is. It's like y 'all all in the... Really like school. You know how school is? That shit just like school, basically. Just gang. Literally, school. We go to school. We come back up. We go... I swear to God, it's school, basically. We go rehab, recess, all type of... That shit fun. Free food. Free little. And we don't... I swear to God, we don't eat no bad shit enough. The food good as fuck. Better than what they serving at The Real G. Bro, we eating outside food. I'm in a program they bring ween stop in a oh what the hey this shit going on yeah that's crazy you think they should switch it up yeah they got to but they got to make that shit more tense on them because like like I just said that shit fun kids look I know a little boy that was in there right now he told me he came back in a just cause like just to be back in a cause that's how fun it is he said he bored outside oh what the what's the most amount of time you spent in there uh it's like 50 some days 60 days some shit like Yeah, like 60 days.

All right, so Vert was supposed to have a song, or he's supposed to be on Lil Z Osama's album. I seen that shit. They were saying that they got a song together and shit. There's so many like complicated relationships in the rap game. It's gotta be hard to be like, you know, fuck with him. Yeah, I ain't gonna lie. Like, out of Chicago rappers, I can't say I fuck with them. Not one of no rappers from Chicago for real. All of them rappers, everybody really like, I wouldn't say they all really into it for real. 39:52I'm damn! Man, it's over with. I'm damn. I gotta move. That's so fucked up, because the whole thing that's amazing about getting an apartment for the first time when you're young is just being able to have girls over. Because you're living under your mom's watch all these years, and then finally you're free. But then I think about it from the perspective of you or a rapper or whatever, I'm like, damn, you can't even just Yeah Enjoy that shit But now though Now though Just take them to a hotel Yeah Hotel rooms That's the easiest way To go about that shit though Yeah for sure All I have in mind Like I ain't gonna lie That's one thing I never do again I never bring a bitch To where my Like a bitch like I don't know For real That's just a little slut Yeah where you sleep at Never bring her to Why I lay my head at Nor why mama lay her head at That shit It's fucked up now You had to learn The hard way though Definitely had to learn The hard way What the fuck Why this nigga Lil twin said he trying to put some hot sauce on your nugget i genuinely don't know him i swear to god i don't know him i never yeah what i can't i i'm i'm getting hip to him now because of the diss songs but i genuinely think he offended me not even trying to be funny but he wasn't like a friend or somebody that on the block you used to know or i'm not gonna lie he did a song with fully chopped where i got out no no i was already out i'm like damn okay we dropped on the same day I'm damn alright that's cool I f*** with it I listen to the song catch a little speedy I ain't throwing no damn what the f*** I do to you I don't even know like I swear to God before that the man like this how it went me and the man used to really be like we a text on Instagram type shit when I dropped my first song he heard the stories he made a little love song it was some shit for some hoes I'm damn this is Robert's Hill type shit that's how we was really communicating I get locked up come back home he talking he making something fully chopped this nigga diss me i'm full we i don't even know you though like why the you say my name it must be another little speedy though it gotta be for it too many people saying let's be your name coming up a lot i'm hearing i think it's another it's a mad songs i'm hearing your name a lot man why the you got everybody so pissed what the you be doing around here i ain't your name be popping up a lot everybody got something to say about speedy something i'm finna get up i'm finna get a brand made yeah everybody hate this speedy like everybody hate chris man yeah i even seen jada said she had 30 piece on your head i ain't gonna lie jada jada love me for that's it for jada just love me that's her love language yeah put some money on your head yeah i got it it was because i think when her brother you was trolling or whatever see look she she got the wrong thing for all right well let me break it down from what i've seen i think she did it live like right after yeah she did it live at the hospital outside the hospital yeah and then your name just came up she's like speedy ass keep trolling yeah i got a 30 piece on his head right now see me true because i wasn't even trolling she owned she was like they was gonna come and say my name speedy speedy speedy i'm watching the laugh she said my shit i'm not even trolling but you was watching her live so you probably oh damn 30 ball i do to you that should be um boy she own it you you ever talked to her ever sense or uh conversation here enough yeah it's like she was she was just on some cool i don't know why she just got back so let's be crazy she was just some cool shit when she was she was overtly brother she was on some cool and cordial shit now now i don't know what the she got going on she just i hate little speedy crazy again she be mixing as hell i'm like damn i think she bipolar though but i fuck with jayla i fuck with J.R.L.A., she interesting, man.
43:26She funny. She cool. Where did the Speedy name actually come from? My entire name was passed down. I'm a junior, and my pop's name was Speedy. So that's where the little Speedy shit came from. Oh, right. Hell, yeah. Have you learned a lot about your dad over the years from people? Yeah, certain shit, yeah, hell, yeah. I learned a lot of shit. Now, certain shit I do, my OG just tell him, damn, you acting like him type of shit. So he was like a nigga over there? Where y 'all from? Like, really, really my deity, really the ops type shit. Like, he really from... From an op neighborhood. What neighborhood he from then?
43:59He was from the Pocket, folk. Pocket town, right? Yeah. Some shit like that, yeah. He from where? Now, though, like, I'm like, I just think, like, fuck, if he was alive and this shit was going on, I wouldn't be like, man, who ass an op? Like, I wouldn't be tweaking with each other like that, folk. What the fuck? But you be having, like, you don't be having no op cousins and shit? Kanawha, somebody said that you gave, I forgot who it was. I want to quote him correctly, but I guess you had, some niggas was finna slide over there, and you had told a nigga, like, hey, get up out of there, niggas finna come through.
44:32Nah, hell nah, ain't gon' lie. That's some shit you better not ever do in your life. But it's like, um... So niggas ain't never getting niggas warning, like, hey, man, you on shit. Oh, no, matter of fact, no, no, hell nah, hell nah, hell nah. I was finna say, I did some shit like that with 50, but like... I think it was 50, like you told a nigga up out of there. It went on no warning shit. Like, I was trying to threaten his little ass. Like, I'm playing with his ass. Like, get the fuck out of here. I know you right here type shit. I was playing shit like that with him. Like, no, like, lamb. Yeah, I'm like, yeah.
44:59Like, you slipping type shit. Yeah, I did that shit. They died. I'm like, boy, yo ass over there. But niggas recently said they almost caught you. I think it was some like shorty mom niggas saying that they almost had you as a pack type shit. They said they seen you. Nah, shorty mom. Nah, I don't think when they said they don't think they mean that shit by no pack. That's like, and we cool and cordial with them. But when they You know niggas be like Man we Like niggas kinda let you know Hey Shit we seen you over here When you When you get them Messages and shit That make you like Switch it up like Yeah like If the wrong mother They seen right there I'm like oh Okay that's cool But if them say Well I just seen you right here Tying up Like if he If no no If them be like I seen you I'm like oh okay now The wrong mother Like yeah I just seen you right here I'm like If they can spot me from anywhere Somebody else can spot you That's how I just be thinking about that shit Word Word You seem like you got your head on your shoulder though You know, I can see you actually taking this shit far Yeah, hell yeah How motivated are you with the music though?
45:55Like I ain't gonna laugh right now I really just got motivated to do this shit again Like Angle I was just telling AMF I'm like, fuck this rap shit This shit Like after I dropped my third song I just kept saying, fuck it This shit boring, fuck it Fuck it Now I'm here though, I'm like, damn Cali I just came to Cali off rapping I'm doing all this. I'm rapping, fuck. I'm driving these fast-ass cars. I'm rapping, fuck. Damn, fuck. I got to keep doing this shit. And if you move somewhere like LA or Atlanta or whatever, it's like a different world where you don't have to worry about all these different neighborhoods that don't like you, et cetera.
46:32I mean, that's like. Out here, though, I ain't going to lie. We'll never move out here. Everything far is from each other. Yeah. I was just talking to them like, damn, we finna go to Santa Monica. Let's do something out here because I'm out here for like, let's see what the fuck can we do. Santa Monica ain't going to take you a good hour to get there right now. Why is that shit so far? Yeah. No, that's a weird part about L.A. is that you really, like, if you're driving to different cities, you can really only do a couple things per day because a lot of times it'll take you, like, an hour plus to get between shit.
47:00Yeah, that shit goofy. Yeah, that's a problem for sure. But have you been anywhere else outside of Chicago that you ever thought about moving? I ain't going to lie. I ain't never thinking about moving nowhere I went. But now, though, I think I might move to Houston on some shit Because Houston, that bitch just seem like it's fun as fuck out there. Like, you never get bored. You get bored of Houston, you can go drive to Dallas type shit. Houston and Atlanta seem like they're the go-to places for Chicago rappers. Yeah, hell yeah. But Atlanta, too many Chicago rappers moving up. That's what I was going to say.
47:30Why niggas? Because all the Chicago niggas at one point moved to Atlanta. And then they started having situations with Atlanta. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Now niggas is choosing different cities. Texas is becoming one of those cities where everybody migrated to. I feel like everybody moving from Chicago to Atlanta. Y 'all ain't finna do shit, but keep, y 'all finna make Atlanta like Chicago. So it's like, what the fuck? But Houston's slick becoming that too. It's getting up. It's definitely getting up. You gonna have to just pick like a random city, like YB, like that nigga just pick Utah and just say fuck it instead of a shop.
47:58Utah was random. We're super random, so you ain't never just thought about Mountfin instead of shopping in a random ass city? Nah, hell nah. I mean, Houston and Atlanta both have like cool, fun, black culture. Utah, no. That's what I'm saying. Absolutely not. You know you ain't finna run no house out there. But if you want to stay out of trouble, Utah is about as good. Well, but then they're so strict, too. You want to drive around in the car smelling like weed? Utah is not a good place to do it. Tax Act understands you haven't memorized the tax code. That's why Tax Act has live experts to help.
48:30Tax Act can even do it for you if you prefer. It's the easiest way to know you're doing it right. Well, other than going back to college and obtaining a bachelor's degree in accounting with a minor in finance, then interning somewhere and becoming fluent in all tax forms. But that might be hard to accomplish before tax day. So maybe just stick with Tax Act. Tax Act. Let's get them over with. Ain't a lot of police out here irritating. Yeah? Ain't a lot of gangsters here. I don't know, like, what the fuck made them so tough? Man, you already had out of the cage? Yeah, like, I was pulling up in the back of a studio.
49:05Like, Ramada, I ain't supposed to be driving for real, but, like, you know the type of shit. I seen you last night on the story. You were driving some foreign shit, though. Yeah, like, when they got me out, man. But I'm in a costume. Basically, like, what I been thinking about it, he got his license. Yeah, he could just say he tired type shit. So, what the f***? Boom. They pulled behind me. But I'm like, I'm finna get out. I turned my hazards on. I'm gonna get out to go in the studio. Man, they tell me some tough ass shit. Like, he like, what the f*** you stopped for? You gonna block my way? Hey, fuck, I'm going out.
49:36Hey, hey, hey, hey. Hey. I'll tell you that like that. He, he, move the court, man. Well, I'm, hey, blood. I walk off on his ass. His ass is still, yeah, man. I don't know. Gangster, he tough as fuck. Well, like, he, he tough as fuck. I don't even have fucked him, though, because I ain't gonna lie, I didn't know they was the police until, like, I got out the car. Oh, shit. Like, at first. Also, I wasn't even a regular car car. Nah, it was, like, but I couldn't see the light shit. And I guess they, the cars out of black and white? Yeah. Yeah, that shit, I'm, what the fuck? I see a car behind me, but I don't see the top part of the light, so I can't, you know, they turn their lights off and they put on some weird shit.
50:13So you ain't got your license yet? Nah, hell no. I'm finna get my shit next week though. I got an appointment and shit like that. How long you been driving though? Like when you learned how to drive, period. My big brother taught me how to, well, I taught myself how to drive and my big brother taught me how to drive. I'm really still learning for if I'm being real. Like I don't know how to park. But you put some foreign shit regardless. Yeah, yeah, I got it. I ain't, I'm in Cali. I got to do some shit like that. Yeah, I feel it, I feel it. That's like I'm enjoying that shit for real Cause this is a different side of life for like In Iraq I can't do no shit like that You can let your guard up a little bit down here Yeah ain't gonna lie my guard was completely down Some motherfuckers just tell me but they robbed people Oh man hey And last night I just met some YS Came out here with some buttons Damn this bitch like a bitty Yeah You just randomly met him?
51:00Nah they was in the studio with me Cause that's one crazy thing and I'm sure there's exceptions but like I don't know about like I can't remember a time where somebody got sprayed up with a switch out here in LA. I'm sure it happens but like you don't really hear about it. Chicago and Philly you hear about it every week. Yeah so like they don't be really killing out for real? Nah they do but it's like it don't be high on if you just be moving around. Yeah cause like I ain't gonna lie somebody die everyday in Chicago. Yeah. Like all things the day they don't die. I mean sometimes people will be making fun of LA which I mean I think ultimately it's a good thing but like ops will see each other at the corner store and there'll just be footage of them fighting and shit.
51:36Yeah, see like that's what I'll be, that's how I was assuming a New York a nigga yesterday just told me in New York these niggas be shooting at each other. Yeah, I mean New York's crazy because it's so much security so many cops, so many cameras that it's like the number one place and the gun laws are worse than out here or Chicago. Yeah, like guns is completely illegal though, like they can't even own one. You get caught with a gun and you're getting like five years a lot of times. Yeah, it's like three years, three, four years, just like that. It's crazy, yeah. but I mean something about it just being like such a big city it's like it's crazy because these dudes just see it's such a small city too because you just see people just everywhere like you just you can't walk anywhere without seeing people because you you walk to the corner street you're going to see a hundred people yeah yeah yeah you know that's how I feel it is down here I love for real yeah I ask people everywhere it's like even at nighttime I was driving around it's like 2 in the morning finna get some McDonald's why the f*** yeah like it's like everybody's still outside i'm what the it's funny hearing about la from people who ain't really been here and like hearing what surprises them yeah i ain't gonna lie that shit but it's like that chicago but it's not though like you almost see like homeless people at that time i'm like i'm seeing these outside enjoying life i'm thinking the streets gonna be clear he was gonna be clear hell no this motherfucker they doing the same shit we doing they riding around listening to music what uh what's the little speedy turn up i see you hanging out with uh q50 and shit he's he's He's pretty famous for enjoying getting loaded.
53:03What's your program when it comes to that kind of stuff? I don't really. I don't know for real. Now that I really think about it, like, it ain't. I don't really got it. Like, I ain't going to lie. I'm really just calm and cool for it. I don't really be even doing all that shit for real. That's good. Definitely something to avoid. Yeah. If you can, yeah. Was it more so a situation where, like, I got to be on point? That's why I ain't f***ing none of that shit? Or just, like, you always just. I just like I just It ain't never like That shit don't excite me for real Yeah Like even though weed Cause like usually niggas be in here And roll weed All type of shit I used to be getting high But Legal reasons I can't no more for real Word They was like Nah I'm on papers for real So they like Nah you can't be smoking Or some shit like that Word now I feel it I used to sip lean heavy But I stopped all that shit I ain't what I used to do I used to sip lean I used to do anything Everybody else would do I stopped popping perks And January nah nah I'm lying I stopped my perch in July but what made you or how was you it's like it's like for at first I was like popping that shit to keep my mind off certain things I deal with the shit now I just I cope with the shit lean lean ain't gonna lie lean used to help me cope with the shit too like personally but I slowly just fell back off that shit smart decision though I ain't gonna lie my fucker go broke lean you're going to go broke lean and perks them two drugs you're going to go broke off if you have to guess how much money you think you spent just off drink and perks lean i ain't gonna lie before before i started sipping purple lean like ten dollars green is ten dollars a line in a rack so it's like that shit coming every day for real so it's like on green probably i had my in my whole life i don't even know but i'll say like 10 at least 10 you don't know like how is the green ain't a lot of shit like from when you when you sipping green this your first time sipping green you might be like okay but once you sip purple you understand like what the that shit is disgusting once you like you can drink purple like really like you can drink purple like you drinking water like that shit just like boom you can't really tell but you can tell green like you know that's medicine like that shit tastes like medicine a lot and that shit it's like nasty to me that shit make my stomach hurt now it's crazy watching how that shit's changed because people used to never talk about green and now it's like even some like real lean sippers that i know it's like it's just so expensive and so hard to get like other lean that they just they're fully embracing it yeah yeah shit oh what rappers influence you um Vert after Vert I'll probably say probably it probably was Vert cause I'm telling you Vert made me wanna rap but outside of like home team and shit like you wasn't listening to any rappers like no Luke Wayne or none of that shit I always like since I was a shorty I was listening to Young Boy that's it for real for Young Boy and then Vert that's it we had a shit so you was listening to Vert and Young Boy like that yeah hell yeah literally Young Grand Vert that's how the shit was going on word and then other folks started rapping what you relate to young boy about why you think everybody relates young boy young boy food because young boy like his his different his catalog different he got some he got some you want to go get in the car and go crash out to he got some you and your feelings about he got all type of like he relate to everybody with certain things he'd have been through the same we all been through that's why a lot of with him especially from the trenches because they like them folks rapping about the same he like we was just we We just in a car talking about this shit right now.
56:43Folks just made a song. He's saying the same shit that's going on right now as we speak. I'm damn, folks. That's what I really know. I really f***ed well. Yeah, no. I seen like everybody in Chicago folk with Young Boy. It's like he got the wave out there. Yeah, yeah, yeah. He make good music folk. Yeah, he's like the one artist that I feel like every part, like one street artist that I feel like everybody throughout the country listens to. Yeah, 100%. But it was just like with the Chicago shit, everyone thought that like oh since king von don't with them like yeah we don't yeah yeah like i ain't gonna lie that's what my fuckers just saying like that's how i feel like that's how certain from they weight think too though like they'll be like now they out from the right name and fuck with us i don't know what that shit i don't even know why they think that y 'all never reached out to anybody on their team like even the shortest they got no a couple of them actually folding them i think fun to be in cahoots with him i think 50 being cahoots with but a couple of them like they like what's his name uh three of them like some of them they didn't they didn't reached out i mean shit when when 50 was on here he was making it totally 100 clear that he's a massive young boy fan he wasn't trying to hide it at all i don't think i i wouldn't even throw the fans behind like it ain't like i wouldn't say he a fan but hell like we fuck with him like that shit like i told you it's relatable type shit so everybody i mean you ever listen to Wooski, that was Youngboy's favorite rapper from Chicago.
58:03Man, hell no. No? Hell no. I ain't gonna lie, I heard one song about folks. What about some of the older drill guys and shit? Who did you fuck with from back then? Like when you say older, like who you talking about? Like during the Chief Keith era and shit, like before you was rapping? I ain't gonna lie, I won't listen to that ass. I was a kid. So none of that shit was like transcending? I ain't gonna lie, I listened to a couple Chief Keith songs, and that type shit. Really, really, I don't even remember for real. That's how I did it. Damn. Nah, he ain't young Pappy. Young Pappy, I ain't a lot.
58:33I used to be tweaking off folks. So that's the same era, though? Yeah, they in the same era. I used to be tweaking off folks. So who would you put on your Mount Rushmore drill? In Chicago? Yeah, Chicago drill. Chicago drill in total. Shit that you like. Four faces, though. Right now, though. That means something to you. Right now, all time. I mean, they could be dead, but shit that matters to you. All time in the current. Yeah, yeah. All time. We gonna do, we gonna do, we gonna do. Herb. Yeah. Dirk.
59:29Got your happy price Priceline Uh Look Jeff Um Who else Who else on the rack Lucky Lucky folks Shut up Lucky Lucky don't get discussed enough When we have a conversation About Chicago Yeah Cause I guess we be asking Like on the drill perspective But Lucky damn near Be one of them niggas From Chicago Everybody know That's definitely All time top folk On the rack And who would you say Like right now Who got it Right now Cause the names that I be hearing It be like you Fully Chop Right now If I'm keep this shit I ain't even gonna be biased Me Noonie Fully Chop And Aspen These Them the four I think them the four biggest names Right now Coming up from Chicago Right That's big Yeah So you think you and Fully Chop Could do some music Or work it out Nah I told you we still cordial and shit But y 'all got Like we'll see some music From y 'all in the future I think probably shit I don't know for real i don't really be doing songs with everybody i ain't gonna lie i don't do pizza for real yeah how do you decide who you want to work with though um awesome on something i fuck with i fuck with his wave i fuck with where he got going i fuck with his shit i i i do i work with him type shit or some shit like that but now uh my management team shit was just starting to explain to me like no i ain't gonna lie you gotta like it's different fan bases like i ain't i i'm gonna do a song with somebody his ass he be screaming folks like ah i don't even know but nah hell nah but he got he got a song with i forget but we got a song with somebody and that bitch got like 34 million screams he's screaming so it's like different fan bases he got an underground fan base i got a drill fan base i do a song with saying instant rod wave or some shit he got a whole different like that you're tapping into different markets outside of chicago and see that's sharing fan bases yeah that's my management tell me like you gotta start doing songs with everybody because like i got i got a chicago fan base i got chicago indiana milwaukee detroit fan base shit like that yeah i do something somebody from my hood i got now you got i got a million ways yeah i got a midwest uh fan base and that's what it's like so how did you get with amf though um vert and type shit and then it was like an instant amf been amf just been around yeah now they around with that he got everybody the niggas got everybody but they have just been around so it's like it's like motherfucking like i don't know folks like type shit like that it's like he been around he been around you you you you everybody like yeah we'll do you wanted to manage me and shit and vert vert was like yeah do it we'll do that you see what they got you see where they got us at woo-woo-woo.
1:02:11Yeah. That's how that shit went around. Nah, you in right hands though, bro. They be doing their shit. Yeah, hell yeah. You signed yet or no? Nah. Hell no. You looking for a deal? I might finish that while I'm out here. Probably. You're not with Create? Nah. They offered, the way they about to send an offer, I think, some shit like that. Cray got everybody. I know they got a lot of Cali rappers. They got a lot of little street niggas that you... I know they just signed to Noonie. Yeah, they got Noonie. Because your most recent song says create. AMF slash create. Nah, they do some shit with the publisher.
1:02:48They do publish. Shout out my boy Carl, man. Yeah, Carl my boy. Carl my dog. Yeah, shout out Carl. A lot of folks motivated me. When I just said I wasn't finna be rapping, AMF was like, look, let me show you something. He got Carl in the car. A nigga showed you the numbers. He do the phone like, there is blood. but when I say plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, plaque, I'm damn. Yeah, now that nigga got plaques. He got plaques everywhere, fool. He's sitting behind him. It's a young boy plaque. Oh, what the fuck? I mean, how the fuck you get a young boy plaque?
1:03:21We did. We worked together. I'm damn. That nigga got a young boy plaque, 6ix9ine plaque. He the one with late me with 6ix9ine. I'm like, damn, that nigga, he work with everybody. What plaque you got? The gumbo shit? Gumbo. He got like two plaques with 6ix9ine. I ain't gonna lie. I was tweaking off him. I'm damn. he called definitely that's why when I when I don't we feeling feeling the rap shit for real that's why I be calling I'm he motivated my fucking Tim like what one song one song could change everything one song could I could be a billion off one song I could be a multi-million off one song how do you choose what producers you want to work with or how you find your beats uh I ain't gonna lie now I just be telling my fucking send me packs but at first I was really just working with like Slick, Jayco, and I feel like there was the only two people I was using, producers.
1:04:09And then, I post my email, be like, send me beats, send beat packs to this. And I just go through them. I fuck with them. But I ain't gonna lie, producers be losing their shit. I just started figuring out how much money they be trying to charge for beats and shit. Boy, I ain't gonna lie, that shit tight. What's the max, a nigga that try to hit you for a beat? You like, man. somebody trying to charge me right now 1200 for a beat and the song not even out like you know i gotta get all that clear they gotta sign out for it and just like say if they don't sign off for it and i publish it you can't they are they do some lame like they are how they lawyer try to take it down sort of type of lame yeah i mean 1200 kind of like compared to what niggas was getting taxed back in the day i ain't gonna lie like how much is we getting man back when south Outside of them niggas rapping, like, them niggas were selling beats for like$50 ,000,$100 ,000 a beat.
1:05:01But ain't gonna lie, that's different for them, because it's them type shit. But ain't gonna lie, I just ran into another producer, he charged some, like,$10 ,000,$15 ,000 for a beat. I don't know, what the f***? But it's like, it also goes off the artist, too, some shit. So it's like,$1 ,500 and other type shit. I see, that's why I'm finna have to start paying for the shit. Around that, it's going with you. Because, like, we had Digi on here, and Thunky Man, the nigga who got J-Main, Paige took. and his whole thing was he a beat maker so he was charging niggas 50 % to hop on they shit. So like instead of - He gotta be sniffing perks.
1:05:35So yeah, giving up 50 % of the song, not even an option for you, right? Nah, of course not. You'll give a nigga the 1200. I'd rather pay you 1200. You gotta think about from their perspective that it's like you could either get paid up front and then you get to make like 100 % of the music or you could have a situation where it's like, all right, you're not going to give me any money up front, but if these songs do well, then I want 50 % or 30 or 40 or whatever. I feel like that does kind of make sense because then they get paid if the song's successful and they don't get paid if it's not. I'd rather just pay their ass what they want for the beat because there's a chance I'm going to make quadruple off what I just paid you.
1:06:10I don't want you to have no partakers in that though. You just take your little thousand dollars to a hundred. Nah, I feel that. 50 % of a song is crazy. that's a wild man you could make a million dollars off of some you got now you gotta get an even 500 yeah as soon as i hear that i'm like man if i was a rapper i would just start making my own beats because i don't want to do that i've been learning how to do that a lot of rappers do do that yeah once you learn how to make your beats i feel like the label your label will with you more too because that's less money they got to spend all types and they're gonna see that you're taking the craft more serious and all that type yeah yeah so i like because y 'all y 'all niggas was on time.
1:06:45AMF got y 'all moving militant. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I ain't gonna lie, yesterday, though, I was late as f***. I had a screen to do. I'm late as f***. I came like three hours late. I felt boogies. I seen you do a stream. Yeah, snort. I was doing reactions. I was reacting to my music with him type shit. Yo, snort, we gotta get you up here, bro. If you been watching this shit, where the f*** you get him? I gotta learn about snort. Snort the dude been out here for a minute doing reaction videos. Management set that shit up. I been seeing him on YouTube for like 10 years. Yeah, I just told him, I told him I'm watching I'm full You full blood I used to watch you Long ass time ago I'm watching you now I'm finna be watching Me eating you on a video Blood that shit raw I'm damn That's what really Yesterday that shit made me Snap back to reality again Like yo let me Take this shit serious I'm a rapper fuck Like that's I'm damn That shit really I don't I be forgetting Like I just got noticed At the airport I'm like man What the fuck They be throwing you off Like I'm old I forgot I rap blood The nigga just called He saying my street name Man I'm in that airport Yo ass post my government name, blood, you know, look Speedy, look Speedy, I looked at his ass, yo, he, with your music, bro, can we get a picture, nah, yeah, nah, I don't know what type of shit you got going on.
1:07:56Yeah, so how often you get people come up, you want pictures and shit, and then you kind of got to be like a little mindful because you never know what a nigga be on. Yeah, out here, out here though, it ain't happening yet, but in Chicago, that shit happened a couple times, like, I done, me and Vertan walked around in a mall type shit, and I'm like, oh my God, No security. Nobody with us. It's just us. They flooded the fuck out of us, fool. They came right to like 20 deep. Oh, damn. Hold on. I ain't used to that shit for real. Like, it ain't really hitting that you rap, you fame, this type of shit like that.
1:08:26So you got to start moving a little different, though, because like y 'all niggas got too much money and clout for you to be walking through the mall. Definitely. Nah, we did that shit on some bored shit. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We was bored. But look, 2025, Chicago lost some big faces. like it was a lot of niggas getting knocked off that it's like damn there's no weight definitely so like when you see shit like that it don't make you like tighten up like ain't gonna lie when i ain't gonna lie i'm always on point dude so it's like when i see certain shit like that i heard every nigga everybody said everybody said that bro it's been niggas who said that same seat and they said the same shit and they ain't here no more it's like it's like for i don't i don't understand like even with the like i just seen i just seen multiple big rappers that i'm like and the videos will come out.
1:09:12I'm like, the fuck was you possibly doing? Like, that shit can go down anywhere, anytime, with anybody. Yeah. That shit just, I don't got my fuckers gonna be on their P's and Q's knowing they not. Like, only time I'm not on point for real for like, I'm in a crib. But sometimes I still be, man, this shit can go down. I'm going, even like my mama could bounce right now, but I go to the shower with my gun in my hand. Cause niggas getting killed in they crib. This shit can go home, fool. Lil' Castle got killed in his crib, like playing Fortnite tight so it's like is it is the crib safe like anything can anything go on anytime that's why i can't go and so it's like man said you gotta take the pipe to the shower that's i'll be doing that on some fresh i feel like that just be in the back of my mouth like anything go on any place anytime with anybody or because like even out here uh pop smoke had running out of airbnb out here hey i swear to god if i'm out of that yeah that's someone who wish they brought a gun to the shower I told 4-num, I told, look, I told 4-num, oh, man, hey, boy, folks die like this.
1:10:14Oh, man, hey, come downstairs with me. Hey, boy, I got to get some water. Go downstairs with me. Folks die like this. That shit over with. I wake 4-num up like five of them warning. Hey, boy, I'm beating on they do. Come downstairs. That shit. The best thing you probably do is get a hotel. I ain't going to lie. Hotels, I can't really, like, I can't be loud. Like, I got my producer flew out here with me. So, it's like we making beats. we working as we in the crib. Tight shit. I can't be loud for real. You go like, I can say like, too many motherfuckers, if they from here, say I got a problem, somebody from a certain hotel, motherfuckers are new.
1:10:51Then he in this hotel. I go live, like last night I was on live, just like, trying to be funny shit. They right motherfuckers out here in this place. But the thing is, you thinking from just a Chicago perspective, the whole time it'll be a nigga in LA who know them Airbnbs who's trying to flock your shit. And you looking out for niggas from back home and there's like some LA niggas that's trying to rob their thing. I was just, what the fuck was I just doing? I was just trying, I was with AMF for rent a car. It's like, fuck, you never know what LA people are. You never know what nobody thinking in their mind.
1:11:27A motherfucker just keep, he keep. Like, you see how I'm doing this? He just, I'm in the fuck. up where's he got going on yeah before you make any friends out here hit us up we're gonna run a background check because there's a lot of shady cats out here that want to take people's shit i know a rapper from out of state who came out here this is back in the day 2017 he came out he ended up becoming a big ass rapper and uh he came out here he gets robbed of this pizza spot and then this dude that he was with his big homie or whatever like ends up like getting the chain back for him like getting him to give money for the chain or whatever and he's telling me the whole story and I'm sitting there looking at him like you got set up by your big homie like he's the reason why those dudes knew that you were going to that pizza spot so he's this guy set up this whole robbery so he could get five thousand dollars for the chain back and also so that the rapper would feel like oh you owe me because I did something for you because I did all this shit the whole thing was engineered and like that kind of shit is like weirdly common yeah out here that they'll pull that move on you a lot so you know and I ain't gonna lie there be a lot of Chicago niggas that come out here and they get their jewelry took at these studios i can name i'll tell you off camera but it's been like three four niggas somebody since last year they got they jay took at the same studio somebody just told me this shit virgin told me this shit ice is like i'll call him i'm on the phone with him he he get that angle a lot boy yo ass because he thought i got another by time this coming yeah by time this about my opportunity i had another chain in the making i'm showing him it look boy we'll do i'm gonna drop this you get that well you know they rob out there a lot like that's that's what they do you know how we clap shit they rob shit i'm bored yeah i ain't gonna lie i took my shit i ain't gonna i'm not so like i ain't gonna lie i came from my shit like fuck i don't have no weapon out here but i can't i don't know out here like i can't act like i'm the toughest nigga in the world oh man that shit did yeah can't i can't go for it i'm gonna fucking snatch my chain they already that's like I feel like they'll do it not even on those cause I don't like them they'll do it just for a name they'll snatch my chain and post it and be like yeah we just took this from root to root root just to get a name man for some f***ing clout that's a lot of that shit we're going on cause half the time niggas be sending me pictures of niggas chains and shit and there be some LA niggas that's cool some Chicago niggas I'm like man you did that shit you did that shit to go viral for what that's benefiting you like what that's doing for you you gotta watch certain studios you be out out here too because a lot of niggas be ending up going to the same ones too yeah ain't gonna lie but we go we go to create shit we just being create for real that shit get mixy too though yeah but we know like they carl cargo yeah carl me to a point like he'll be like he'll get a schedule so so so and so might be in hell at this certain times like you if you don't want to come don't come that's how we do it in the right too though because that's how you gotta do i would i'd have been in the studio with Aspen, downstairs and I'm upstairs.
