In short

The episode mixes LA street/podcast culture with a major news hook: Swifty Blue discussing an LA Times report alleging 19 Mexican Mafia members were indicted for a murder plot targeting him. The conversation also covers street economics (why certain groups dominate manual labor/food work), the dynamics of sex work on Figueroa (including claims about buyers by race), and Swifty Blue’s personal legal history and safety concerns after the article.

Guests

Adam (host/interviewer) and Swifty Blue (main guest). Swifty Blue presents himself as a Paramount/LA County figure who transitioned from gang activity to music/business; he says he’s 41 and has two daughters (ages 10 and 12). He also references working with/knowing people in the Double S and Paramount scenes, and mentions “Nova Tania’s daughter” from prior conversations.

Key claims

Swifty Blue says most of the conspiracy narrative is false or exaggerated, that he’s been “on a pivot” watching his back since enemies formed, and that he’s “always been general population” in LA County Jail. He claims he was arrested after a gas-station altercation that escalated when a 16-year-old broke his car window; he says it was a probation violation and he was released quickly. He also rejects rumors about being in PC and denies conspiring to delete P-Face/Blanco15’s Instagram accounts.

Notable examples

The LA Times “19 charged” indictment; the Figueroa discussion (he claims most buyers are Mexican and that Black people on Fig mostly harass rather than buy); the “backpack” incident at school leading to his arrest; references to Suede/Money Slime Suede and alleged recordings; and a dispute about Instagram account recovery via a “meta rep.”

0:00This summer, Prime Video takes you back before Legally Blonde, before law school, and into the world of Elle Woods in high school. Set in 1995, this Gemini vegetarian knows exactly who she is, until her family moves from Bel Air to Seattle. Packed with iconic fashion, 90s nostalgia, and a throwback soundtrack, Elle proves one thing. Law school was hard. High school was harder. From the world of Legally Blonde, watch Elle, a new original series only on Prime Video. Watch now. Good energy in. Good energy out.

0:38Storm. Zero sugar, 200 milligrams of caffeine, and immunity support. Storm. Energy for life. That's still your boy, or what's going on? Nah, he cut me off. He cut you off? Again. Damn, it feels like usually he's the one getting cut off. Nah, I've just been telling people that. Oh, okay. Nah, he's cool. He's cool. We just haven't really talked. I haven't seen it. Well, he's doing a new podcast, bro. He went Hollywood. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's okay, though. Give me a job so I can fight. Do you think the Food Community Podcast is a success or is it a dud? Let them give them a year in. They're going to be alright.

1:14You know what I'm saying? You think they got to grow into it, though? You know how it goes, man. Yeah. I mean, we're kind of on the tail end of the podcast wave. If you start a podcast in 2025, that's like starting a Beanie Baby company after the fucking Beanie Baby craze ended. So they got the work cut out for them. How long can compa do that? You know what I'm saying? How long can compa pull up and do the pot? He only has at least a three month minimum where he can do it and then after that he spazzes. He falls out with everybody. He did talking trash for three months. He did your shit for three months.

1:49He's gonna do this for three months. You know what I'm saying? Back to the restaurant. Sober up. But he was still trying to be cool with me, but it's like I seen a random episode. Somebody sent me a clip from that where he was just talking a bunch of shit, and I could tell I've been around him enough. I know when he's loaded. He was dummy loaded, and he's just talking shit, and I'm like, this is why I don't fuck with you, bro. It's because you fake as hell. As soon as you end up on some podcast and you're wasted, you're just running your mouth. I mean, this is just not... I forgave you too many times at this point.

2:17How am I going to keep forgiving you? I think he really likes you. That's why. He likes you. He really looks up to you, but he just knows that. But does he like me or does he like the fact that I... He likes the clout. Yeah, I can give him opportunities. If he's cool with me, then... But really, that's everybody. How do I ever know who likes me? No, but if you give him opportunities, he's going to be happy. Like, oh, look, I got some porn stars here. Come through, compa. I need you to do this. He's going to be happy. Like, oh, yeah. That's what he wants. He wants clout. But the weird part about him is just that he just can't hold it together.

2:49You could give him a million opportunities and he's just going to blow it. Well, yeah, no, you're right, but He's doing good right now. He's doing good. He just bought a new Escalade. Yeah? Yeah, it looks nice. That's spending money. No, you're right. You're not impressing me by spending money. You impress me by making money. No, you're right. But all his money making is invisible to us. But I like the Escalade, so I'm like, all right, compa, all right. All right, compa, I'll see you. I'll see you, baby boy. Do your thuggy. Do your thuggy. I don't hate him. Don't leave it outside the restaurant because them striker boys are crazy.

3:19Yeah, we're going to take that for sure. No, no, not we. Mexican sushi spot is crazy. Why don't we hate on that? We're not going to take that, bro. Why don't we hate on that? If I open a fried chicken joint, they're going to hate on me. If I open a soul food joint, they're going to hate on me. He can open a sushi spot. You're right. I never thought about it that way. But you know what, though? Everybody does it. So it's like, look, bro, there's an Asian fish market with Mexicans making the fish. And it's like in a black neighborhood. I'm like, this is all messed up. But I love it. But you think that they just won't hire black people?

3:54No. We're an Asian restaurant in a black neighborhood, but we're still going to hire Mexicans. Hold on, hold on, hold on. But then at Compound Raiders restaurant, it's Mexicans making sushi. You get what I'm saying? That might be the problem. And then I've seen Asian restaurants where it's like Mexicans making their Chinese food. Yeah. It's like Mexicans making everything. They love food. You get what I'm saying? They're great at producing it. I don't know. Well, it's the hardest workers. It's the hardest workers. I mean, Mexicans be doing shit. Oh, man, you want me to fuck you up? It's because you're going to get a bang for your buck.

4:24You're going to get a bang for your buck. I can give you$12 an hour, and you're going to fucking make more sushi than the next person. You get what I'm saying? That's what it is. That's really what it is. It's the bang for the buck. But do you feel like Mexican people also don't have that ego where a lot of white people wouldn't necessarily want to be washing the dishes? You know what? And I feel like, well, I don't want to single out just Mexicans, but it could be all Hispanics. Most of them will take any job you give them. Any job you offer them, they're not going to have an ego about it. They're going to take it.

4:53They don't even do mechanic work. They're going to take mechanic. It's just to take your money. You get what I'm saying? That's how they are. So that's why you see them everywhere doing stuff. You know what I'm saying? Do you think, okay, is it like white people think they're too good for manual labor? No, they really are. White people are too good for manual labor. What the fuck do you mean? And then, like, I feel like a lot of black people consider themselves above a lot of manual labor jobs as well. At least a lot of the black people I know. Look, it comes down to your mindset, your way of thinking.

5:21You know? So if most people thought, like, hey, let me go hire some people right here for cheap labor who are going to do this, then you get it done and save your time, kick your feet up. But most people are cheap and like, man, let me do this myself. Right. You know what I'm saying? So it's always like, might be a white folk over there like, hey, let me go get these people from Home Depot. For sure. You know what I'm saying? That's why you think they're those people. I'm about to fuck you up. Come on. Not like physically, but I'm going to fuck you up by saying. there's been a conversation on here repeatedly where when they talk about fig and they talk about this recent indictment and they talk about this huge problem with underage girls on figueroa and and we even had one of the girls nova tania's daughter who was talking to us and i even asked her one one thing i said to her i was like do you ever worry because when i'm looking at that that indictment it's kind of like oh these dudes these gangster ass dudes from south central will go to San Bernardino, kidnap a chick off the blade, bring her back down to L.A., and then have her working on Fig.

6:23And I asked her, I'm like, is that a realistic thing that you worry about? And she's like, well, we're not walking up to no cars with no tough-ass dudes. And so she's basically saying that, A, they don't sell pussy to black dudes. B, they're definitely not trying to sell pussy to tough-ass black dudes. She basically said that almost everybody who's buying pussy on Figaro is Mexican. um she's not lying she's not lying but you know why you know why you know why why because you got all these hard-working people who like they just want to go get their shit off they just want to go get their little nut off so they'll go ahead and they'll go down to the blade they think that figure was like hong kong or something you get what i'm saying but but she's not lying Like, you're not going to see – look, this is what you're going to see on Fig.

7:12You're going to see black folks harassing the hoes. They're not going to be buying from them. They're going to be harassing them and trying to sweat them because they want them to work for them or whatever. And then on the other hand, you're going to see, you know what I'm saying, the Paisas, and you might see some other regular Hispanics pull up and pick them up or whatever because they're right there supporting the business. They're right there supporting street vendors. Somebody said to me, what about white people? I said, I think white people are maybe a little bit more technologically advanced and they're doing it via some apps or some websites.

7:41I'll be honest with you. We can find, like, if you want to go find, you're going to find one out of ten cars might be a white person. But, like, the odds are low. You know, they're smart enough not to be out there on fig. Like, it's hot, police, this, that. You don't want that. Obviously, like, smart enough to maybe go online or something, you know, or, you know, whatever. They are smart. They're smarter than going to the blade. But there's been a conversation that took place on the news, and I'm not co-signing this, but basically people saying Mexican people don't give a fuck about age differences or don't care about the fact that a lot of these girls are underage, and that obviously seems pretty offensive to a lot of Mexican people, but I wonder if you think there's any truth to it.

8:21You know what? You know what? And let's be honest, all the way honest. I'll be completely honest with you. man sometimes it can be sickening how like much people don't give a fuck and it's I'm not gonna say it's just Mexicans it could be a lot of people but like I've I've seen like um family parties or some like whatever you got uncle drunk and he over here like talk about this or that and I'm not saying my family parties but like homies or this and that like pull up and I see how they get down different over there or they're more comfortable at this family or whatever you know what I'm saying like Like, grandpa dancing with the six-year-old, whatever.

9:00Like, it might be tradition or normal to them because they come from, like, a different way of living. Like, they come from a ranch way of living where it's way different. Like, you know, you don't got – all you got is, like, cousins and family. Like, you know, so it's, like, it's all you see. It's not like you could go over here and you got tons of people. But it's just they come from different ways of living. But, you know, like, that's just something people don't talk about. Would you check your homie if he seemed like he – Yeah, my kids around me, anything, yeah. Kids for sure. My manager, that's my manager.

9:32What's going on, G? That's Ock. I just wonder how awkward it is and if you would be willing to deal with the awkwardness of checking your own homie if you felt like he was willing to go below the age line. Look, I'll be honest with you. That's something that's not tolerated with me personally. One thing about me is I stand on them principles no matter what. You know what I'm saying? Kids underage is off limits. Kids underage, off limits. You know what I'm saying? We got to stand on that. You got to be legal. You got to be legal. You know what I'm saying? For sure. I mean, me being 41, it's like even 18, 19 looks crazy.

10:04Because sometimes the girls that we have doing porn scenes, they're 19, 20. They look well. Sometimes I look a little funny in the photo with them. I'm not going to lie. Well, they look too young. Like, you know what you want to look like? Epstein? You know what I'm saying? You want to look like that guy? Nah. Like, hey, I'm right here. No island. No island. Epstein, no island? Epstein, no island? Like, Epstein the podcast? Ian Conner bought his shirt Who's Ian Conner? He's like a fashion kid But he bought his famous shirt that he has in this one photo Wow That's crazy Copping Epstein pedophile merchandise Well, like, it's just America Well, not only America Like, everywhere in the world There's pedophiles They just hide it, you know?

10:51You know, Epstein's not the only one There's more of them There's more predators That's the one thing I realized from talking to the girl, Nova, was when it comes to what makes you a valuable streetwalker, being young is like the number one thing that's going to make you in demand. Like the matter of fact way that they talked about it was stunning to me. Well, you know, I understand what you're saying. And it's just like everybody is like a car dealer. You want someone zero miles. You want someone zero miles. It's like a car dealership. You want a car with zero miles. I'm not going to go and pay top dollar for the one that got, you know what I'm saying, salvage title, this, that, you know what I'm saying?

11:33You feel me? Got bumper to bumper. I think the thing is, is that the same kind of guys who are buying pussy on the street are the same kind of guys who don't give a fuck about how old you are. And, well, I feel like the same kind of guys that's buying pussy on the streets can potentially lead to them being the praise. You get what I'm saying? Like, if you can't get pussy without having a bite, then potentially it could lead to other stuff. You know what I'm saying? Oh, he got tired of buying pussy. Now he's just robbing them. He's robbing the bitches. Definitely. So, okay, let's just talk about the most biggest news that has come down the pipeline in recent years.

12:10We had kind of been wondering, where's Swifty Blue? He's a little bit off the scene. We ain't been seeing too much of him. I had to duck off. All of a sudden, the LA Times, boom, bombshell article. 19 charged in a murder plot against Swifty Blue. And that just filled in so many blanks of so many little things that I'd heard and so many situations I heard. I was like, fuck. Because people had kind of told me and warned me, like, yo, he's a wanted man, let's just say. If you hang out with Swifty Blue too much, then they're going to start looking at you like you're him. Man, you seen that stuff? You seen that stuff?

12:48Yeah. man, that was alarming to me too. So you didn't know about, like, I'm sure you knew about stuff, but you didn't know about the whole. I didn't know, like, most of that information was new information to me as well. Really? You know what I'm saying? Like, some of the stuff that I seen that was being publicized, I'm like, wow, I didn't know this. I didn't know, what, who was talking to who? Like, you know what I'm saying? Right. Stuff like that. So, but other than that, it's kind of like your podcast. Like, you bring guests, and, you know, they'll be caught up in stuff. Like, you get what I'm saying?

13:21But they got themselves in trouble. Right. Does that make sense? Yeah, yeah. You feel me? Totally. Yeah, so go ahead. I mean, okay, one perspective that I've seen from, I'm sure you're familiar with the Renegade Media YouTube channel. I've seen everything he was posting. I don't support I don't support his YouTube channel You know because of where I'm from And my standings But I seen the video He really is a renegade He out here naming names Talking about the older dudes But I'm gonna tell you like this I'm gonna tell you like this I don't know where this guy gets his information Because he knew more than me as well Well the video I saw he was basically saying That the whole idea That you had done all these horrible things These infractions that basically had you in bad standing with the older gang members in prison, et cetera, was Cat.

14:15He basically said that all of these are like excuses for them to basically try to extort somebody who's young making a name for himself and getting money. And I'm curious, do you agree with that? Do you feel like this was really a lot of clout chasing? I can't call it, man. I can't call it. You still got to be careful what you say about it. No, it's not about being careful. It's just that I don't know what people's intentions are when they make their actions. And me, like, my thing has always just been like, let me stay out of people's way. You know, I make music. I do this. It's not like I'm in business with people doing this or that, like committing crimes and stuff.

14:56So I just stay in my lane and I let people stay in their lane, you know what I'm saying? Okay. Yeah. I mean, one of the more troubling things that they allegedly have a recording of is one of these guys saying, do him like they did the rapper who they got in the showers. I've seen that. Which is an allusion to Suede, obviously. I've seen that, and honestly, that fucked my head up. Yeah. It fucked my head up. Man, rest in peace, my little bro, Money Slime Suede. I'll be Suede, yeah. You know what I'm saying? Other than that, like, I just didn't know how to feel. I was numb. I'm like, wow, this is new to me.

15:28I'm reading this. I'm like, it feels like a movie. I'm like, what the hell? This is like a movie. You know what I'm saying? But, like, I can't call it. Like I said, you know what I'm saying? Like, I don't know how to feel. Right. I don't know what to say. I can't say much. You know what I'm saying? I can't say much. What can I say? Who can I talk to? Nobody. Right. Nobody. Yeah. So that's how you feel. You can't really trust nobody. Everybody's trying to exploit me. Everybody's trying to exploit me. And everybody's trying to get me to talk about, like, stuff that's already public information. And, like, at the end of the day, ain't nothing really crazy happen other than what you read right there.

16:06and most of their stuff is not true. It's not true. You know what I'm saying? Really? So you feel like the whole idea of the conspiracy against you is kind of overblown? I can't tell you exactly what is and what's not, but majority of it is false. Really? Yeah, so them narratives that they make, like they exaggerate stuff, LA Times, the media blogs and stuff. Like, I'll be honest with you. Whatever happens in Paramount stays in Paramount. Has nothing to do with anybody outside the city. So it's not for you to know what's going on. It's not for anybody in L.A. like on the west side or anybody from the IE to be concerned, anybody on the Internet to even be talking about paramount politics.

16:49Because at the end of the day, you know, like my city is my city and, you know, it's not a circus. It's for the Internet, for people to sit here and laugh about, you know, our neighborhoods and what we got going on. That's between us. Are you safer Now that that article is out Or were you safer before Because now it's all kind of out in the open I've always been like the same way Like honestly I've always been on my pivot You know like from Before I started rapping To now like I've always felt the same way Like you know what I'm saying Like when I was gang banging Like hard active before I started making music Then I had enemies Now I gotta watch my back now that I'm doing music.

17:33So it's like, I'm on a pivot. I'm like, hold on. You know what I'm saying? Like, I'm not one of these fake rappers motherfuckers who wasn't in the street. So I got real enemies, bro. I'm transitioning to this music. I still gotta watch out for my enemies. You know what I'm saying? Me, that doesn't change. Just because I'm a businessman doesn't change my history. But you probably didn't think like, oh, if I become a successful rapper, then that's gonna make my livelihood way more jeopardized. Like, there's going to be leagues of people who want to take me out. I didn't figure. I never thought it would.

18:04But you know what? Like, I was already headed the wrong direction anyways. I was messing up. I was doing a lot of bad things before I started rapping regardless. And when you start rapping, you never know that you're going to become successful because 99 % of people don't really go anywhere with it. So you kind of got to just accept the negative with the good, right? Yeah, no, for sure. And I was, like, going down the wrong paths, like, before I started making music. I was doing bad stuff. I was doing bad stuff, Adam. I feel like you rapping also probably contributed to you doing bad stuff. Well, yeah.

18:35Because now you've got money, you can afford all this shit. It's hard to break the chains, to break the chains of sin, you know, like what you're addicted to doing, like, oh, I'm addicted to hanging out with the homies and this and that. It's hard to break those chains, bro. Like you trying to get in shape, it's hard to break the bad habits of eating unhealthy. You get what I'm saying? Do you feel like you're a new and improved Swifty Blue now, just given these years in the game where you've realized? I'm still learning, bro. I'm a student. But you, at a certain point, probably were like hella egotistical, full of yourself, feeling like you're on top of the world.

19:12And then I feel like you've been through a lot of ups and downs, having to do time, having all this crazy shit happen, that it kind of probably humbles you to a certain extent. It makes you just thankful for what you got. It brings you back to rock bottom. Like, I lost everything. I lost all my relationships, I lost all my money, I lost my friends, my close homies, I lost my hood, I lost everything. Man, like, yeah, at one point I was really involved, you know what I'm saying? You name it I was involved. Everywhere, I was out here running shit for the music, for the music shit, you know? Like music scene, I was putting everybody on, like helping people.

19:46That's why I picked up Chito from prison when he came home. But the thing is, I had to humble, I had to realize as fast as you get it, you could lose it all. So you got to really be like a good person at the end of the day. And you got to be honest. You know, you got to be different out here. I feel like the last year has really shown me that too. Just being old as fuck, being 41. Oh, wow. Still having this. Still fucking bitches. You know, I seen a little YouTube video the other day that was like, what happened to the YouTube stars of 2016? And these are all people that I was looking up to. And they all fell off.

20:18Who? Foozy? Example. But like a lot of people you wouldn't even know. Who? Name him. Keemstar. Shout out Keemstar. That's my boy. But it didn't really work out that great. A lot of these people. But really, if you have a career over the course of 10 years, I mean, you got to just be thankful as fuck to still be around. Why don't you do what Neon and Speed and them fools do? Streaming? Yeah. Come on, bro. I would like to do some streaming, too. Yeah. I'm going to a thing on Saturday, and I was just trying to figure out. Why haven't you done it? Why are you late? Why are you so late? Yeah, sometimes I feel that way.

20:51Me and Ak about to do it. Where are you going? We're going to Dubai. We're going to France. We're going to everywhere. I was thinking of going Skid Row. What? I was thinking of going Skid Row. Oh, Skid Row. Come on, dog. No, I'm serious. Man, we got to get out of LA, man. The world's so big. Come on, Adam. You know this. People want to see Skid Row. No, facts. They do want us. We'll go to Skid Row, then we'll go to Dubai after. I got a homie who is a YouTuber, bro, and his numbers have not been that great over the last few years, but then the fucking the riots the protests the anti-ice shit from a couple months ago he went to that shit he had 50 000 people watching him live just being in the middle of that shit so good so good so good new summer arrivals are at nordstrom rack stores now get ready to save big with up to 60 off brands like rag and bone levi's adidas and free people join the nordy club to unlock exclusive discounts shop new arrivals first and more plus buy online and pick up at your favorite rack store for free.

21:51Great brands, great prices. That's why you rack. This episode is brought to you by State Farm. Listening to this podcast instead of doom scrolling? Smart move. Another smart move? Getting help from one of State Farm's 19 ,000 local agents when you choose to bundle home and auto. Bundling, just another way to save with the personal price plan. Availability, amount of discounts and savings And eligibility vary by state I understand But then it made me feel like an idiot I should have been there I know, we should have But you know what, it was just too hot for me I couldn't be out there You scared of ICE?

22:35ICE and the motherfucking deportation You're good, right? No, I'm good I'm legal You don't seem like a guy who's from Mexico You seem like a real American guy No, I'm American, bro I'm a taxpaying citizen, hardworking, 9 to 5, drive a truck. You drive a truck now? Yeah, I drive a truck. That's hard. Yeah. It's got to be weird to drive a truck if it's Swifty Blue. But it's not the type of truck you think. Oh, really? Yeah. It's a Tonka? No, it's a Chevy. It's Chevy. So, okay, but your relationship with your neighborhood is still what it is. You would never. I'll be honest with you. I'll be honest with you.

23:15And I know a lot of my homeboys are going to watch this, too. It's like a lot of them switched up, and it's okay. That's just showing me their true colors. They never had no real loyalty to me. So I'm more like if you fuck with me and you stuck with me, then you still stuck with me. If you fell off, you switched up, stay over there. It ain't no hard feelings, but just stay over there. You know what I'm saying? I don't need you around me. Because it's kind of a crazy thing. I don't need water. I don't need no dead weight around me. Like your hood that you're from, you make this decision when you're a child, basically.

23:45And then as you get older They're supposed to rock with me all the way It don't matter But frequently this is not how it works Unless you out here On some pedophile Unless you out here doing some stuff you're not supposed to do You stealing from the homies You doing some real foul shit You really no good And I've always been righteous in my hood I've been solid I had to turn it business Because I was doing too much crazy shit I had to turn it business I'm not going to say I was a killer but I was like I was the one in my hood like teaching the homies how to get money I was never a killer in my hood like oh we out here killing knocking fools that was never my thing I was not trying to be that you know I'm not straight up I'm not trying to be a killer because I seen the ones from my hood that were and doing life I didn't want to do that bro I'm not trying to go end up like you so anybody that you feel like is not part of your team or part of the movement that you're trying to put together you're like whatever you guys stay over there I'm still from where I'm from though Man, that's never going to change.

24:47Can't nobody take that from me. You get what I'm saying? And my homeboys embrace me. They embrace me. They love me because they know how I started and how things went going, and I never turned my back on my homeboys. You get what I'm saying? But what if you fell out with every single person from your neighborhood? But at the end of the day, look. Would you drop your flag then or would you say, no, this is my program and it's just me? Look, at the end of the day, just because I said they can't take that from me, That doesn't mean that I'm still fully involved with these foods. I'm a family man, Adam.

Read the full transcript

25:21I'm a family man. I'm not in the streets out here trying to fuck up. How many kids? Look, when that incident happened. How many kids you got? I have two daughters. What ages? 10 and 12. That's amazing. When that incident happened at the school. You've been lacking. You need to make more. I need to. Give me some females. When that incident happened at the school where the kid broke my window and I went to the school. Look, look, look. It was a misunderstanding, bro. It was a big misunderstanding. Like, I'm not over here trying to bang on no kids or fight no kids. The kid banged on me. You get what I'm saying?

25:50So just for the people who don't remember, there was a video of you at a gas station, and you see some young Edgars, and they're talking shit to you, and then you skirt off. No, no, no, no, no. This is what happened. I'm at the gas station. I'm pumping gas. I just dropped off my kids. And then one of the youngsters took up. He asked me to take a picture, and I took a picture. Then the other youngster came, and he started, like, you know what I'm saying, like, just talking crazy to me. And then one thing led to another. We had a little back and forth. I jump in my car. He throws something at my car.

26:17It broke my window. And then, you know, like he got me upset. And it was just a whole commotion, bro. But I ended up getting arrested for that. But this was at the scene of it? At the school. At the school. Okay, because the narrative was that you went to the school the next day to fight this teenager. No, because look, when he broke my windshield, I grabbed his backpack from the floor. I opened my car door and picked up his backpack Because he had dropped his backpack You know what I'm saying, it was a whole locomotion So I got his backpack in my car And then I go to go fix my stuff And I tell the dude what happened He's like, we opened the backpack, there's a computer from the school And he's like, oh, he's like, take those back to the school And I, like, you know, because I was like What should I do, should I drop it off at the district Just in the front, what should I do Because I don't want to go see them youngsters And they over here trying to fight me Or do this or that, you know, I'm not I don't want no problems But He was like nah Do you just take it back to the school or something So I was like man let me go back and drop it off But it just so happened to be that police was there Because of the whole situation people were recording and stuff So it was the same day Yeah it was the same day So I went back to drop off the backpack And I got arrested But I got It was a probation violation But in reality no charges was pressed So I got released within like a few days You know what I'm saying Once I seen the judge the judge released me But I mean from your perspective Because what are you 30?

27:36Yeah, I just turned 30 years old. So what I look like going to jail for some dumb stuff, bro. But that is kind of the crazy shit about street life, gangster shit, is that you could be 30 and you're funking with a 16-year-old. Yeah, bro. And when I was, my mind, when it was going through that, I'm like, it's a minor. You get what I'm saying? Right. Because if you beat his ass, from a gang perspective, it's kind of like, okay, that's how it goes. From an internet perspective, from a social media perspective, you're a monster. That's the thing. It's just He Disrespected me And he said a few words And it just Triggered me Like Like He's trying to control me By dissing my hood And saying certain things And you know what Like you can't do that Because it's gonna trigger A certain reaction But You know now that I'm older I'm learning Not that people's words Can't control me Like you can say Anything you want Adam And I'm not gonna react I'm really not You know what I'm saying Because I'm 30 Like you said We're getting older I got kids I got family And I'm learning Like you know what I'm saying Not every action Deserves a reaction right so man that's a crazy situation though because again i just want to explain it to you because i'm not a fucking school shooter no no for sure but that's why i was talking trash to you i was like yeah i forgot about that we were kind of getting in over that but that that's a crazy situation because again social media world versus like gang world if there's a video of a of a 16 year old kid dishing your hood to your face and you just drive away what is the way to handle that situation because if you fuck him up, you look like a monster, and now there's evidence, too, they're going to arrest you.

29:10But if you just drive away, oh, Swiftie's a pussy. Swiftie turned it down. The fact that this is a child is going to be completely lost. I don't have nothing against the kid. He was just cloud chasing a little bit, and he was trying to be cool in front of his homies, but I'll be honest with you, like, I'm a grown man, dog. I don't got time for games. Go play that with your mom, with your dad, you know, anybody else. You know what I'm saying? Like, play with other people. Don't play with me, bro. Please. You know, like, I'm trying to stay out of people's way, bro. Respectfully. Because I'm observing how you're moving and shit because I'm just wondering how dangerous things are for you.

29:43You're in here super low-key. You got one, two homies, and they're not crazy gang-bang-looking type dudes. And you just went over to the news, which is live, and you popped in on that, which also told me that you don't give a fuck about people knowing that you're here right now. I got blow on me. Oh. I'm playing, I'm playing. I don't got nothing on me. I don't got nothing on me. I don't got nothing on me. I don't. I got blow. Just in case. The federales. Oh, shit. There you go. Don't got blowed up. Just ethicist. Just in case. Just in case. He got it on his ankle, officer. How you know? How you know?

30:16Just a guess. Got jeans of those. Look, hold on. Since we're doing that, it's SDL right here. Oh, okay. This is G-Dabs. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, that one. I like those jeans. I need some jeans like that. You know what I'm saying? This is the collab. This is the G-Dabs. That's the same thing. That's the Adidas Gucci. Oh, this guy's the limit. I need to take you to the store so you can get some Skies the Limit. Where's that? It's Florence Avenue. Okay. So, Florence Avenue. Let's go. I was in a band called Skies the Limit in high school. No, but the stores, they got a Blue Strips LA, and they do events right there.

30:45They had like Bravo, Hanbezi. They had a lot of people. Oh, Blue Strips is where 4Xtra filmed the video right when he got out of the hospital. Oh, shout out him. Yeah. I never really knew what it was, but I've seen that video. Oh, yeah. Whenever you want to go, man. Damn, you got my own keys to that store. Let's go. Let's go. If I can get some cool jeans, I'm down. You can get whatever you want, bro. Okay. For real. That's the only store that lets me go in there and grab as much as clothes as I want. No questions to ask. I wish like Asaliko and Desto Dub was like that, but I guess not. They don't fuck with you like that?

31:15No. It's not that they don't. Desto's taken me to his warehouse before and letting me get some clothes. Asaliko, too. Calling it Asaliko when it's Asali is insane. Asaliko. That sounds so crazy. No, my manager, he works with him a lot, too. Shout out my boy Milo. He and Asaliko work together. Come on, Milo. Hook him up, man. No, Milo, he shows love. He's a northerner. He told me to come to the store. He's from up there. I didn't know that. Well, I don't think he's like that, but he is from up there. Nah, Milo's cool, bro. He's cool, man. Hell yeah. Nah, that's a good guy right there. You got to shout out Milo.

31:47I need a hoodie. We'll be a lot cooler if I get a peck, my friend. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Look, the more clothes you give me, the better he is. Yeah, see, there you go. The better he gets. That is how it works a lot, you know? If I have somebody on the podcast a bunch of times with best friends, if I don't have them on the podcast, they hate me. Yeah, man, for sure. I told you to give me a job. That's why I started talking shit. That's what I'm saying, though. I feel like we could be a consistent thing, maybe not every week, but maybe every couple weeks. Look, bro, I seen Lush. His lips is dry as fucking...

32:12Oh, my God. You worried about him? Fire him and give me his job. You worried about Lush? I'll be like, look, Lush is fire gang. Gang man. This is how things going now. Damn. You know what I'm saying? No, I'm not worried about him. I'm just saying, like, bro, my nigga Lush is fucking dry. But I seen a post on the Reddit I fuck with Lush too But I seen a post on the Reddit the other day But somebody said that they hadn't Watched No Jumper in like a year or two I don't know if they were locked up or what But they said like I just came back to the channel And it's so crazy to see Lush all fucked up And then when I think about what Lush was like Like three years ago when he was still sober I'm like damn that is a big difference I would like to help him He's like in the middle right now In the middle of a bender He's on some Comparator shit Where's he on?

32:58I don't know For some perks or something He denies math Oh Nas That's what it is For sure he's Yeah I've seen him with a balloon in his I think of talent I'm like You can't have a balloon in the office Nas will make your lips And your face purple like that Oh for real? Yeah I've seen him fucking with it But I don't know how hard He's fucking with it Nah but he cool man Damn Unless he's not passing out on set Yeah I just like I don't know The balloons are bad man I don't want to see anybody Lose use of their legs I don't like balloons Shut the fuck up Last time I talked to you on FaceTime, you were in the spot.

33:28Spanish music playing so loud. You and Player Ways, and you were both on another planet. Nah, but it's because when I hang out with them guys, them guys go crazy. They go a little too crazy. That's why I can't hang out with the homies that turn up too crazy because I'm going to be on a boat with y 'all. A boat? Yeah. What kind of boat? Banana boat? To Epstein's Island. Oh. Player Ways is going to take you there? No, but we're going to be so high up, we're going to feel like it. But I think Epstein's Island Is now just a regular island I don't think that the legacy of fucking kids Has carried on I doubt that the new owners If I had like billions of dollars Probably still not You got a billion?

34:09I do not People think I have a lot more money than I do Podcasting is not really what you think it is I know it's not but you got multiple businesses That's true How much money would I make if I was in porn? Honestly, it's pretty weak for a dude. Yeah, it's really not. Unless you want to play with your booty hole. Fuck, I don't know. No, I know, yeah. I'm straight. You got to hit the go-yay-o. What? Oh, you don't know about that? What the fuck is that? That's my homie. He got exposed. Oh, go-yay-o? Yeah, he was showing his girl his booty hole on FaceTime. It's the talk of Texas right now. Wow.

34:48Yeah, it's a whole thing. Wow. But that's what the gay fans want you to do on OnlyFans if you're a guy. You know what, though? And they try to do stuff and expose it and stuff like that because they want that attention. They want that, you know? But it's not, I don't know, like, that's not my cup of tea. Yeah. No. You should never trust a girl that much. No, hell no. I'll be honest with you, like, I'm a man of God. Yeah. So, like, I don't even want to have sex no more until I get married. Really? But I still do because I sin every day. but I understand I'm not gay. You know what I'm saying? God made me this way.

35:26You feel me? I feel pretty confident about that as well. Yeah, simple. My creator made me this way. It's diabolical to see stuff like that. No, I'm not going to say you're a bad person but it's diabolical. Whoever's doing that. Shout out to them, man. Shout out LTVGQ. My thing though is peacefully stay on that side. You ever do the screenshot? You ever on FaceTime with someone and you do a screenshot and it says on the screen that you just did a screenshot. Oh, yeah. So I don't know how that bitch pulled that off on him. I mean, maybe he knew. Go Yeo when she screenshotted him on the call. I don't know how she pulled that off.

36:02Either way. How did you feel about all these rumors that you were in PC? You reject that? Whoever was with me in L.A. County knows. Okay. That's it. It feels like that always is the rumor now. Every time. I've always been general population. Always. And one thing about me is I know how to Survive I know how to survive straight up You know what I'm saying I've been fighting my whole life Before I was in my gang To when I got put onto the hood You know what I'm saying From my tagging days When I was in M2K and Paramount People know me like You know what I'm saying We've always been fighting Surviving whatever it is Whatever you call it So when you grow up in the county What's the vibe It's like everybody fucks with you Or is it like It's fave time You gotta understand Man, LA County Jail is one of the most dangerous county jails out here, actually in the United States.

36:52Yeah. I don't even think it's in the world. You got to look it up. But not in the world, but in the United States, the most dangerous county jail. You know what? Like, just because of all the rumors, the internet stuff, like, people believe everything they see on the internet, Adam. Uh-huh. You know, like, you know that, right? Yeah. You know, so people see stuff on the internet that's like a narrative. Especially with the county. It's like nobody can really ever prove What's going on in there So there's just tons of chatter Yeah so like Everybody's gonna believe what they see on the internet Simple so it's hard to like I'm not gonna sit here and explain myself to everybody But like you know The real ones know what's up and that's it The real ones know what's up And if you are who you say you are Ain't no need to even ask Cause you already know You already know what's going on You do or you don't And if you got to question it, then you lost.

37:43When you're walking in there, do you feel like you're an op? Or do you feel like you are beloved? Hold on. Hold on. Look. Look, look. I'm not walking in there because I'm not going to jail. But when I have gone to jail, I've always been like, look, even before all the narratives and stuff that's going on, I felt like, man, let me watch my back. Man, if I could get up. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, let me get my hands on some. Like, you know, like, you feel me? Like, shit. Whatever. Like, I'll try to find my ways to survive Because I don't trust You don't trust nobody in jail, bro And that's always how it's been You know what I'm saying?

38:17Like, simple Definitely But you just gotta run your program You gotta run programs Simple For sure Okay, so did you Is it true that you got P-Face and Blanco15's Instagrams taken down? That's a big rumor Check it out, come on, let's talk about it Let's talk about it Wait, he's involved with this too? Yes, bring a chair Bring a chair Yeah, no, so we can clear it up Okay, so what insider information does he have about you getting these Instagrams deleted? Okay, so check it out or not. So somebody was spreading rumors saying that. I told my manager, because I is a recovery. He's a recovery account.

38:51He does that. That's part of the thing. That's what he does. He's a meta rep. Good to know. For real. A meta rep damn near saved my life. My account went down and I got it back. He got me back. I could have got it back for you. Oh, shit. A lot of people said that. Hold on. Some random girl actually did. We'll talk about this after, but he was helping Wack get his account back too, right? Yeah. That feels like a dummy mission. Are they ever going to give that back? No, this is the thing. There was somebody that was actually targeting him. Yeah. But I was able to help him avoid getting taken down in his new account and his wife's.

39:27Oh, that's good. Yeah, but his old one is kind of like, it's been a minute right now. It's burnt. Yeah, it's old. Is it possible that it's wrapped up in a lawsuit? Because I heard that's like when you can't get it back a lot of times it's because of that. um i don't think so honestly no okay it's just it took a little too long for them to recover oh shit that's crazy it's nothing about lawsuits sometimes that shit goes away for a few years and it comes right back oh what no i'm not like comes right back but you can still get it back years later sometimes no sometimes you have up to like two years for those yeah two years but okay so why do they think that you conspired to do this you got issues with p-face and blanco like that anyway uh no i i don't have no issues with them no real issues you know like i i dissed blanco on a letter to my ops just like for entertainment i don't got no issues with him at the end of the day i i was there early in his career and i was trying to give him some guidance i always try to help him because his homie from his hood uh rest in peace little bouncer was my artist you know what i'm saying oh really and he's the one who brought blanco around and that's how blanco met jaynino so we was just always trying to help them connect the dots but i don't got nothing against them i just you know i'm saying i felt betrayed when they all turn their back on me and when the otr route when i left otr i wanted them to come with me i wanted them to listen and stuff and they didn't listen to me so i was like fuck them all you know what i'm saying stuff like that but now they're cool like like blanco's cool p face is cool i don't got no real problems with him just he thought that he because i was trolling him because he somebody told them that i told octa to take their stuff down so i told him about it since i was like since they believe it since they believe it so much, then I commented on his page, like, that's why I took your account and this and that.

41:07So he's thinking I took his account down for real, and I'm going back and forth with him, just trolling him a little bit, you know? But it's a weird thing to be accused of, because you can't ever really prove it one way or another. And the thing about me is you could ask him. Yeah, because I'm not going to lie, and he didn't know how to take it down. But you could ask him. I've never paid him to take no accounts down. I've told him, like, man, I want this one down, but I never actually followed through. I never paid for it. The only way he'll do it is if I actually pay him to do it, then he'll follow through and do it because that's the business.

41:37But at the same time, it's like I never went that far. You could ask him. He'll tell you, nah, I never did. It's just the moment, honestly. Like, you get what I'm saying? I never did. But the thing about it is, so I was trolling him. So he thought that we really took their accounts down. But I had hit him up, and I told him, like, I'll get your account back, but you're going to give me a song. You know what I'm saying? Because he's popping right now. He's going up. So I was like, you're going to give me a song. And he said, it was cool. He said, get my account back. He said, get my account back.

42:08I was like, I got you. He told me to help him get his account back. But this is the thing. You got to understand. Look, fool, I'm a real double S member. I support anybody from the double S. You do this? All that. That's my favorite game song. I support anybody from the double S making music, trying to come up. I support. I don't got no hate. I got to help you no matter what. You know what I'm saying? And I support anybody close to me because you're not from the outskirts. You're not a weirdo. Like, you're not from way out that side of town. You're not from way out that side of town, way out that side, coming to L.A.

42:37and trying to cloud chase and woo-woo and shoot videos out here. No, he's from Canton, you know? So he's from right there. I was in jail with fools from his hood. Like, it's cool to see homies from the double S coming up. Like, I love it. I always help. I work with all the homies from the double S. And the thing, once you want some double, look, this is the thing. And I'm going to say it. I'm going to be the one who say it for the homies. and I try to take it to that level but it's hard if you really on some music business and you on some double S man you you can't pick and choose who you work with it's all love to everybody it has to be love all to everybody at this point you're doing music you're making you business you're making money it has to be love towards everybody you get what I'm saying I feel you so you feel that kind of solidarity even with somebody like Blanco when he's from all the way over there in Palm Springs no but I'm talking about I'm talking about like well it's harder to say for anybody from the outskirts but I'm saying double S shit.

43:26I'm saying double S. You know, we go to LA County Jail. We spread together, eat together, run together. We're going to come outside. We're going to make music. We're going to make music together. We're going to eat together. We put each other on. No boundaries. Like, can't hate on each other. You get what I'm saying? Like, we from the double S. How are we going to go to jail and eat with each other? But we can't help each other. We're going to spread each other. We're going to do the most. We're going to ride with each other. But we can't help each other right here with some music and we can't work with each other.

43:47For sure. You get what I'm saying? But if we're in jail, bro, oh, I could go to the homie Hey, G-Dabs, let me get a sopa. He gonna give me a sopa. Okay. You know what I'm saying? Like, you feel me? Like that. What's a sopa? A soup. He gonna give me a soup. You know what I'm saying? Or, hey, whatever. Like, you feel me? So how come I can't come in? Hey, P-Face, let me get a verse. You know what I'm saying? Or, hey, we're from the W, we're from the audio. We got that coming. You got that coming. Do you feel like you made OTR? Because were you like the first cracking artist on there? Man, I don't even want to take credit for that.

44:17But, like, I helped develop the brand. But when you left, did you think that it was going to be over for them? Because it feels like they really grew after that. I set them up. Look, I set them up for victory. I brought Chito over there. I had Lefty Gunplay. He was getting ready to work with a label. You feel me? Because Lefty was signed to Grammy Records. I didn't sign him, but he was under my label. But the thing is, my head wasn't straight, so I was too busy building myself and working on myself, but I'm still moving janky. So I was trying to build up my team. So then I got a team that could artists develop lefty, artists develop baby face, artists develop baby bounce.

44:59I mean, Lil Bouncer, you know, everybody else. You know what I'm saying? I mean, how do you feel about how the lefty thing has played out? Because it feels like he's like extremely famous, almost 100 percent recognizable in terms of the California audience at the very least. but then it also feels like musically he has not really succeeded in making any songs that anyone gives a fuck about. I feel like Lefty did his part in making the label richer. He did his part in making the label richer, and he branded his face and his name. But I don't know. But I'll be honest with you, yeah, I expect to hear better music, simple, you know, better music.

45:38But I feel like they've probably spent a lot of money developing him, and then I feel like he probably hasn't brought in that much money. I'll be honest with you. I don't think some of the work he's done has been the most recuperable. But his catalog is so strong that they're going to make money off that catalog regardless. But you feel like the catalog is strong? Like people are really playing that shit? Not necessarily. But you go to Spotify, look at his streams, you're going to see what he got. The Kendrick song was obviously like a whole thing. Yeah. Turn the TV off. Turn the TV off. That's a banger.

46:09That's probably the high point. I don't listen to Kendrick. Nah. Nah. I mean, I like that. He didn't put me on the album. Yeah. He put, no disrespect, he put a smoker on the album. A meth smoker, a meth head. No disrespect to anybody. Shout out my boy Dodie. Look, look, look. And no disrespect to any of the Hispanics he put on there. But like, come on, dawg. You could have put some real ones on there. But it's cool because I see Kendrick too. I see he's not from a gang. He runs with the Bloods and he's affiliated. But he's not a gang member. So he looks at things from a business point of view, perspective.

46:41Like, he's cool. He's going to see somebody like Lefty and see a marketable. He's cool. I see it. But I got blood homies that I work with. I'd rather work with some real blood homies that I know out here, like Killer Twan and this and that. Killer Twan. I've just seen J-Rock from Bounty Hunters at court. But you know what?

47:05This summer, serve up the cookout classics, Oscar Mayer hot dogs and Heinz mustard. Grill up a dog, add classic yellow mustard, or loaded Chicago style. We all know it's not a cookout without Oscar Mayer and Hines.

47:44Very high. Know your sleep score with Apple Watch. iPhone 11 or later required. I just see how down to earth Killa Twan is. You get what I'm saying? No, he's super chill. Yeah, so. But okay, like. Like versus his homie, like he was more like, you know, TD, let me keep my distance. You know what I'm saying? Like, it's 50 blue, what up? Let me get a pic. Like, all right, we in the court. When they did the pop out, the big ass Kendrick concert, there was a lot of criticism. oh there wasn't any Mexicans up on that stage no Mexicans came out before I think Ojeezy maybe did but like for the most part it was mostly black artists which is understandable but he could have easily done that on the album he could have easily made the album all bloods all people that he fucks with from the streets or whatever and instead he actually spread the love he fucked with a bunch of Chris with some Mexicans it's because there's a lot of real people with a lot of real influence out here that don't get the recognition so it would have been cool to have one person on that stage, yeah, throw Lefty gunplay on the stage.

48:44I feel like they didn't know each other yet at that point. No, I get you. But it's like, that's what the people want to see. They just want to see something like that. They're waiting for a moment like that, but you're not going to get it because that's not what the game is. The game ain't like that. Like, oh yeah, here, let me help you, Lefty. I want to really see you win. Kendrick don't really give a fuck. He's going to be courteous and nice and respectful, but at the end of the day, that man is worried about whatever that man got going on. You know what I'm saying? Well, and he might have got a little bit of a reality check of like, oh, this is what happens when you put on a bunch of artists you don't really know.

49:15Because at one point, Dodie Six was crashing out on him crazy. And he sees like, damn, this is what I get for helping people. Exactly. That's what I get for helping people. And I feel the same way. I'm like, man, I can't build no more gremlins. Yeah. Can't build these gremlins up. They all go against me. Now I feel like, damn, back against the wall. Now what I got to do next? Because as a rapper, that shit is dangerous. But as a podcaster, that's all I do is just interview dudes, like new dudes, whatever. And then maybe 5 % of them become ops, and you just got to deal with that. Yeah. Nah, yeah.

49:43You know, idols turn to rivals. Yeah. Idols turn to rivals. I wouldn't say they're my idols. No, they idol you. Yeah. That part. Once they realize you're not getting interview number two, number three, number four, it's like, well, shit, I can write a song about them. I can diss them on social media. That's what idols turn to rivals means to me. Like, the people that idol me, they turn to my rivals because they want to get bigger than me. Right, definitely. It doesn't work. Okay, so I want to ask you about this situation. So P-Face has really risen to prominence in the scene. A lot of his music going off and stuff.

50:13And then the older videos come out of him talking about some NK shit, anti-black comments. Kind of a similar situation with Drex. Was it really him? Was it really him? With P-Face, I think, yeah. Was that really him saying that? How do you know? It's footage from when he's like 14, 15. Okay, how do you know? It looks like it's him, yeah. How do you know? Do you know how to tell if that's real? I would have thought he would have denied it if it wasn't true. Look, if it was or was not, Maybe he was young He didn't know better Just like For sure he was young Just like when I said Southsiders don't want to sign to the blacks I didn't know better I was young in the game Like I was fresh With my feet Getting my feet wet I didn't know better I had to be more like Open minded to the business You know what I'm saying Because maybe it could be A smart black businessman You know what I'm saying Not everybody gonna be like You feel me Like Because A bad person We're all so used to like If a video comes out Of a white dude Saying the N word and a bunch of hard R type shit.

51:07Oh, you're a racist. You're canceled. We don't fuck with you, et cetera. No. But all I'm saying is that - No, you're not racist. You came to my hood. But then a video comes out of a 15-year-old Mexican kid saying he's anti-black, and people want to kind of treat it like the same way you would treat a 30-year-old white guy who was saying something that was anti-black. And I feel like a lot of people don't really understand - Is Charleston white racist? But the tension between Mexicans and blacks in LA is probably not that out of the ordinary that this kid would have been saying that shit at that age.

51:39Especially if his hood is beefing with blackheads. No, well, you got to understand, too, like, let's be real. Let's be real. The Mexicans and blacks, Hispanics and blacks, been beefing since forever. You know what I'm saying? Forever. And that's just, things got much better. Like, things got much better where it's easier to, like, people, like, it's not how it used to be back in the day. But you know what? You go to certain cities and they're still going to treat people a certain way. You know what I'm saying? Like, certain cities are still a little, like, tension, you know? Like, this is majority black.

52:09This is majority Hispanics, you know? But, you know, thank God things have gotten better and everybody's showing each other more love, you know? Shout out to the black folks. Shout out to, you know what I'm saying? Because, okay, say that video. My white folks. If he wasn't saying NK, but he was saying, yo, I'm CKBK, nobody would really be tripping. Like, oh, you beef with a bunch of these gangs, whatever. But as soon as it's like he beeps with blacks, like that all of a sudden is super controversial because then people start assuming that it also means just random civilians. But you got to understand, too, it's like every letter doesn't stand for what you think it does.

52:45Like in Compton, he's talking about whatever. You know what I'm saying? Like I could say I'm BK, but that could stand for like Brown Nation, Paramount, BN. I could say I'm BK, homie. I'm BK. I'm from Paramount. I'm BK. Okay. You get what I'm saying? But I'm from Paramount, so that means I'm dissing the Brown Nation. But I don't talk like that because I'm not like that. I don't talk like that. You get what I'm saying? And I'm not out here. Like I said, I'm not trying to kill people. Were you ever cool with G-Face? Well, yeah, I tried to be cool with him because he had the Reynolds and all that stuff.

53:17So I thought he was a resource. He had the cars and this and that. But he had it tattooed on his armpits. No, look, he lied to me, bro. He lied to me, too.

53:27He lied to me. he had put some real valid he showed me he was in contact with some real valid people and I was just like like it blew my mind so whether he look if he was snitching he was paying the homies to be good because he was still in communication with certain folks straight up he was and that's that's what made me like alright he cool I could be around him because people told me like hey this was no good hey this used to be from Armenian power this and that but you know what I didn't really like Like, you know what I'm saying? I didn't really think much of it and really put much thought of it.

54:00But now that I'm a little older and I see like, hey, you know what? A lot of times fools could be dropouts, snitches, PCs, informers, whatever. Now I'm learning like, oh, this is, you know, the deuce fibers. I never been to the pen and shit. You know what I'm saying? I only been to the county. So like certain things you learn in the prison, you know what I'm saying? But now I learn. Now I'm like, oh, let me stay away from everybody. I can't fuck with anybody, you know what I'm saying? Because not everybody's solid. So I don't fuck with nobody. I don't fuck with nobody. nobody but but the g-face thing is okay because of that because of that but i fuck with people like him and now i'm around fucking straight informants but he had the nk on his armpits right i texted him i was like bro like what is that tattoo he goes adam you don't understand i was locked up for all these years you don't understand the shit that these people were doing to me they said and he's talking about black people he says he's basically admitting what it stands for then i ask him on the podcast about it and he acts like the N stands for Northerners.

54:56Switched it up real quick for the camera. I was like, oh, you're a shiesty dude, ain't you? You could just admit it like, what the fuck? But that's why I was telling you,

55:07I could say CK, but it's like Chicano gang, Compton. Or, you know what I'm saying? Whatever. You feel me? But that's why you can't just think this is for this or this or that. Like, if I say it, it's not for Crip. You know what I'm saying? If I say this, it's not BK. It's not for blood. It's for this. But we don't talk like that. Like, homies, we don't even talk like that. So how did you feel when you saw the Drex situation going on where he basically gets on FaceTime and you hear some of his homies saying anti-black racist shit in the background? And it felt like his career kind of has really taken a little bit of a hit as a result of that.

55:43You know what? I can relate to situations like what Drex did because, you know, like, you being around your homies and them influencing you while you have your platform, it leads you to do stuff like that, you know. And that wasn't his fault. That was them in the back. But it's like I've been through situations like that where I'm outside with my homeboys and they're doing stuff that makes it look like us collective. It's all of us, you know. We're attached because he's with us. So I don't blame him. I just, you know, I hope he learned from it and he's a little more, like, on point with it, you know, so he don't have to deal with the backlash.

56:19But shout out to him, man. Yeah, yeah, that's definitely, like, because I think he's, like, a really good kid. I think he's got a long future ahead of him. I want to see all the Southern Cali rappers win. Like, I don't care about no politics, who's who. I want to see everybody win, real Southern Cali, real ones. Everybody win, everybody. Black, white, Hispanic, brown, purple, pink. But do you think that him and his homies are bugging out for, like, basically beefing with, like, real crip sets in L.A. and they're pulling up to Jesse Owens Park taking photos and shit. You know what? One thing that fucked me up, Brick Baby said, you're going to be the next Draco.

56:50As in, you're going to be a non-affiliate who starts fucking with a real hood and it goes bad. I'm going to tell you like this. He's just doing what he's supposed to do. He's doing what he's supposed to do as a youngster running around with his homeboys. And if they did this to him or he was just doing, they came over here, he's going to go right back. If they came to his party, you get what I'm saying? Whatever, he's just returning energy, and I don't blame him, but you know what? You got to get out of that little cycle. You got to break it one way or another because there's no longevity in it.

57:20You know, like all that back and forth, you never win. You never win. Eventually, boom, somebody get hit. You know what I'm saying? And somebody's going to be you at one point. You know what I'm saying? Well, I've seen that Drex got a show coming up, and one of the artists opening for him is Poke from Hoover. Oh, yeah. Drex fucks with Poke. That's my boy. Poke is my boy. It's getting spicy, my boy. No, and I respect Polk because Polk is, he's a businessman. No, he's a good dude, yeah. Polk is a businessman. He's a song, isn't he? Yeah. Oh, yeah? I didn't even see you carry here, Guru. He's fucking stuck right up in there.

57:53Hell yeah, what's that? Let me see. Whoa. What you got for me, gang, gang? What you got? Oh, he got the right. Oh, shit. Those are the ones that you can text via them and everything? Yeah. Damn. Those are the ones you call the police. You look like a tattoo artist with those on. Let me tattoo up, big dog. Yeah, I don't know. I'm going to get gangrene. I don't even like that. Did you see that situation with P-Face when he was on the podcast with Ant? And they had a little... Ant asked him where he was from, and he told him where he was from. It's because he's new to the business. He's new to the business.

58:32If I was like 17, 18, 19, now I'm fucking 20, I'll still be acting like that too but you know like it gets to a point where like what up Swifty he tell me where he from I'm from Paramount but respectfully you don't gotta bang on you hard because we're not nine times out of ten we're not enemies the only thing that made it awkward is that then after the fact people basically like realized that he had these videos from back in the day because the shit had not been that viral about him saying the black people things and then all of a sudden it's like oh Adam why did you put this fool on the podcast with them without telling them and I'm like fuck like I was just geeked up off the interview that we did I thought it was so good I'm like come on the no jumper show I wasn't thinking about the fact that it might be complicated for his cards there was just trying to pull his cards you know but they that's messed up you can't like this is the thing you can't judge a man on his past you know what I'm saying you can't judge him based off his past simple you know what I'm saying and other than that um especially for shit you did when you were in high school.

59:34Every seed needs dirt to grow. Every seed needs dirt to grow. You know what I'm saying? You're saying that the bullshit, the drama, is going to ultimately help him to be a bigger artist. He's going to develop and he's going to be smarter, bro. He's going to be smarter. He's going to be like, he learned from all that stuff. He's going to learn from it. Like, oh, I seen the type of backlash I got from him. And the people he has around him, like Jay Nino, and, well, especially Jay Nino. He's smart, so he'll tell him, like, this is what you got to do. Like, me and JNN used to work, so he told me a couple times, like, hey, you need to do more interviews like this where you be more honest and sober, you know?

1:00:08Like, don't be getting high and doing that because then you start talking crazy and nonsense. And I'm like, yeah, you make sense. I pop my perk after the show. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? Stuff like that. Is that your main thing? Perk? You just got a relationship? I just been itching for it, bro. Last time, every time I came here, I always been perked out. So I'm like, fuck, I'm coming on Jumper, like, where my perk at? You did give me a 10 one time. Yeah, that's why I was like, I remember he popped one with me, so I'm like, where my perk at? No, that was pretty fun, man.

1:00:31No, but it's cool, man. I feel good being sober. I left that behind. When Brave Baby got locked up, I was like, okay, that's my perk, buddy. I can't do it. No, yeah, I feel good being sober and shit. Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's good. The weed is just. This ain't nothing. I could do 100 push-ups off this shit in between and everything. You know what I'm saying? 100 push-ups off a dab is intense. Like, I could do it, like, no, back to, like, I could take a dab, do a hundred, take a dab, do another hundred, you know what I'm saying? That's insane. Yeah. Wow. Okay. Do you still feel like you're blackballed, or do you think that you, in a way, have kind of made it past some of that?

1:01:00I feel like a lot of people are still influenced by some of the narratives that were out on social media and stuff. I feel like, you know, the blackballing is kind of like a forever thing. You know, once people feel a certain way about you, it's hard to change that. But at the end of the day, like, my audience loves me, and I'm not trying to convince anybody to love me. It's either you love me or you don't. You know what I'm saying? Simple. You know what I'm saying? You think they see you as kind of like a renegade that's just going against? Well, people know what it is. They know that, like, I came up early in the game.

1:01:28Like, I did a lot of things that influenced a lot of people. And, you know, I made my money, and I'm still making money right now. I got money coming. But the thing is, like, everybody sees what I did. Like, my impact, what I did. With me, Sway, Peso, with me and Chito Ranas, I brought Chito to LA. You know what I'm saying? Rest in peace, Jalisco. Lil Travieso from Colorado. Like, I connected the dots. You know what I'm saying? Like, for real. Like, I gave everybody... I was... Gave everybody passes in LA. Like, you know what I'm saying? The homies coming down out here. Y 'all smooth. You know what I'm saying?

1:02:02Like... Yeah, for sure. Like, I... But it just... It just... Delayed gratification. You don't get... You don't get your flowers while you're alive. Nobody's gonna tell you, like, Hey, Adam, I appreciate you and your existence and what you do for me. But do you think part of it, too, is that you you are a funny guy you are a charismatic conversationalist so when you come into the game it's kind of like let's beef let's troll let's do all this crazy shit but then on the other hand you look at somebody like peso who doesn't really do that publicly and that kind of like allows his image to be like a little cleaner which is good for something like getting on the kendrick album like do you ever look at that and kind of regret maybe like because a lot of that stuff gets you attention in the short term but then it might also kind of change your image in the long no you know what and i feel like a lot of it had to be like um the drugs made a lot of influence like it made you it made you not really give a fuck so you don't really care about what you're doing but now that i'm sober i feel like yeah for sure we we got to get back to the basics and honestly like that's that was never the idea that was never the idea to do any of that stuff We just went with the flow And the flow took us this way Because we so happened to just be Influenced by the wrong things You know Getting high and shit Definitely yeah But I never smoked Perk like Shoreline Mafia They do that?

1:03:23Nah I'm saying I'm talking shit I mean why would they resort to smoking it? I'm clowning Shout out to Phoenix and OG I think they said in a couple songs I got the scent you can smoke out the foil. Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah, no, I'm clowning. They're talking about selling it. No, you don't know. You don't know. You don't know. Well, we don't know. You don't know. No, I'm just saying. No, I'm clowning. I'm clowning. Phoenix? It doesn't seem like that usually aligns with having a successful career. Nah, yeah, but they're going crazy, though.

1:05:08They are doing good, yeah. They're going crazy. It's nice to see them back. LA needed that. But I wish you could see everybody with them. But it's not like that. everybody can't go. You know what I'm talking about? There's a lot of people that we used to be around when we were on Shoreline back in the day that I have not seen ever. Yeah, I was like, what happened to Frankie? What happened to Kato? What happened to... My wife. Why are they all not hanging out on tour with them? What's going on? And the secret of two because I hit up Rob Vicious and I hit up Kato trying to do an interview. No, shout out Rob Vicious, bro.

1:05:39He stays out the way. He does his thing. He's cool. I need a beat, Rob Vicious. I need a beat. He makes beats? He makes beats. He made one of the hit songs for Suede. Oh, really? I swear. Crazy, right? Nobody knows. I didn't know. I'm like, what? That's why I'm like, let me make beats. He's a producer. If Sway was still alive, do you think that he would be the number one Hispanic rapper in L.A. right now? No doubt. I feel like he would be. He would. I put him on the phone with Kodak Black. That was already done. Done deal. He was supposed to do that. So it's like, we had, and I told him, look, look, I'll put you on the phone with the homie.

1:06:11We're going to do your song and this and that. I'm like, look, I don't even work for Atlantic. I'm not from your label, but I'm going to make it happen. And then, yeah, just my boy went to jail, and unfortunately we never got to make it happen. But, you know. I've seen those pictures of you and Kodak on the Gram together. That's pretty iconic. No, yeah, man. Shout out Kodak. We love Kodak. He gave me a song. He gave me a verse, yeah. Shout out him. Get well, my brother. Definitely. Okay, so there was also a video of you, like, getting pressed at some pool. What was that all about? Oh, no, man.

1:06:42Like, it was just an altercation, bro, motherfucking back and forth. But, yeah, I ended up whooping some dude's ass that day. What pool was that? It was, like, in, like, Palm Springs area. Okay. Yeah. You were just out there? Yeah, I was out there. I was passing by and shit, and I had got a room somewhere, and I was, like, hanging out by the pool and shit. Yeah, and I had some motherfuckers trying to try me just, you know. You were alone? Nah, I was with my, like, peoples. Yeah, like, my family, bro, like, my girl, my kids and shit. But, you know what I'm saying? So you always got to be on point for when some shit can pop off, huh?

1:07:15To be honest, it's not just me. It could go happen to anybody. You know what I'm saying? You could get into an altercation over anything with anybody. You know what I'm saying? It just don't happen to be. I got it to somebody by the pool because he was acting weird, getting too close to me, this, that. You know what I'm saying? Trying to pull out his phone, record. It happens when you're an influencer. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. You know what's up. No, because I went to a water park up in Santa Clarita, and I'm not going to lie, I seen a lot of different dudes. because everybody got their shirts off and shit at the water park.

1:07:44Yeah, I see. And I'm seeing all kinds of different hoods on people's shit or whatever, and everybody's showing me love, being cool, but I'm just thinking like, damn, this shit got to be real complicated for some people coming here. Nah, for sure. I'm sure. Because the shit's on display. Everybody feels uncomfortable. You watch out. And you're with your kids, you're with your girl. You know what? I'll be honest with you. Look, people like me who've been in jail and been through some things or whatever, you know, we always feeling like even when we're with our family outside, we go to the mall, whatever, We feeling like we walk in the yard or something.

1:08:13We on point still. You know what I'm saying? So I'm sure that's how people feel at the water park. Everybody's on point still. So, you know, if you see a homie like, what? He's just on point. I see the homie like, all right, he on point. Unless he tell you something, then he own you. But if he's just like this, he's on point. Don't mind him. But it's weird in the water park. That's it. Because it's like you have swim trunks on. You're not blicked up in the water park. You went through 10 metal detectors to get in here. But it feels like there's almost like an understanding between dudes that you're not going to really say something to someone unless it's some serious shit, right?

1:08:45Man, you got to understand, you don't know what to expect. You know what I'm saying? You don't know what to expect. You don't know how people are feeling, how they woke up, whatever. So it's like, you just can't. You always got to carry something on you nowadays. You got to carry something to protect yourself just because you don't know how people are going to act or react, whatever. If you go through the metal detector at the water park and they find a shank in your ass, it's going to be a weird day for everybody involved. Well, you should leave it in the bush. In the bush. Look, what you do, you get it.

1:09:15You get it. Now I'm learning. You're learning. That's how white people think. Or keep a hamburger stand employee. Yeah. I keep my shit with the hamburger stand employee. I go, run over there, and then I'm going to come back. Nah, for real. You need every hamburger stand because that place is big. But even like, what, Soak City, Rains of Waters, like right here, all the homies be going there, so it be like that, like everybody's on point. You know what I'm saying? But it does feel like that. Even I'll be feeling like that. Like, hold on, who's this? What? Hold on, what? Oh, hey, who? Oh, what? What's up?

1:09:46You want a picture? Oh, okay. Like, I don't even want to take pictures no more. I don't want to take pictures no more because what happened to me at the gas station, it stamped over a picture. I seen something happen to Drex the Joint over a picture. Like, hey, let me take a picture. That shit made me really realize, like, damn, I'm lucky that nobody tried to sneak me like that because I've always had that feeling like, like, damn, like, every single time somebody asks me for a picture, I'm like, hold on, what? Who's this? What? What's up? Hold on. All right, yeah, let's take one. You know what I'm saying?

1:10:13I always got to second guess it, and then I'm like, nobody ever, like, try to hit me or none, but I've seen them do that to him. I was like, damn, I really can't take pictures no more. Like, you know what I'm saying? We got to act like Kanye West and shit. We got to, don't take your phone down. You know, I feel like I'm way more likely to get trolled by, like, a young white kid than a Hispanic or black person. I'm gonna be real. It's always love. with people of color. But then it could be, if it's like an 18-year-old white college kid. Grab me some water, please. I feel like that's who might say something that'll piss me off.

1:10:45Not that that's ever really happened either, but I feel like there's been moments where I feel like a white kid's gonna say some shit that pissed me off more than... I think a white kid will piss you off the most. But also because like... Because the white kids go bigger than the program. This could be my cousin. You know, like, we kind of on the same... No, fuck that. Fuck that. That could be somebody important's little whatever. You know what I'm saying? Like, somebody important with a whole lot of power that's real corrupt. That's not a bad point. Yeah, like, you never know. You don't know who you're dealing with or what if that little white boy fucking his mom's fucking somebody from the Mexican mafia?

1:11:18Oh, for sure. I'm not thinking about that, yeah. Nah, but you never know what you're dealing with in this life. That's what I mean. Once you start thinking about shit like that, like, just treat everybody like the same, you know, respect. You know what I'm saying? Like, you never know who's who, who works for what. Definitely. So, did that Fatima's Grill reopen? Yeah, I think it's back open, but I think they had to switch the names of the business because of what had happened. Fatima's Grill and them had a dispute, so they no longer are. Fatima's is switched, you know what I'm saying? So they changed the name, but it's the same thing.

1:11:54I don't know exactly what's going on, but I think they're back open. Because you got to understand how crazy that was for me. To go there, me and Brick went there and did this little hood vlog with you. We were just walking around. We hung out at the spa, and you were talking about it like it was your spot. But they didn't even actually know that because the video wasn't even out yet. It was the night after we went there, and then we see a surveillance tape come out the next day of a fool going and throwing a fucking Molotov cocktail or some shit through the window, and that was the moment that we were like, whoa, apparently Swift is really hot.

1:12:26But you know what? That's the wrong thing to do. That's the last thing you do because, honestly, they didn't hurt nobody, nobody's business. They didn't slow nobody down. Like, you know what I'm saying? They just shut down. They just. Yeah. But at the end of the day, they got it. They got paid off their insurance. They got money. They didn't have to reopen. You know what I'm saying? It's just so much fire damage. They had to rebuild everything. All types of stuff. They just decided to because of what was going on with the business, like with the name of the restaurant, they had to fix that before they reopened.

1:12:57But it might have been a moment for them where they were like, shit, maybe we shouldn't be associating ourselves with. You know what? You know what? Controversial rappers. Whether they feel like that or not, I don't blame them. You know, whether they feel like that. Because what are you supposed to feel? You know, how do I expect them to feel? They're going to be like, oh, we're working with him. And they came into this thinking that he has affiliation with us or whatever. But, look, that didn't hurt me at all. It didn't affect me. It didn't really affect them. You know, shout out to the owner.

1:13:28Shout out to the business. They're still my good peoples. And they know I'll do anything they need. Like, they need promos and stuff like that. It was cool working and doing all types of stuff. It was fun. You know what I'm saying? They helped me gain some weight, too. You know what I'm saying? I still think about that food. The food is so good. You don't like it out of here. Bro, and if I go back and watch that vlog again, because I remember we filmed all the food, I'm going to get so finked out for it. No, you know what? No, I think they still got the same stuff, too. They're open now. They got the same stuff.

1:13:58I got to double check. I got to ask my boy. But, yeah, it's no hard finish. They're not tripping. I'm not tripping. well I can't even trip I don't know how to feel like I'm like that's my boy you know but I'm really not responsible because at the end of the day a lot of that stuff was paid marketing and I just show them love like and embrace them you know so I brought a lot of clientele over there but the thing about it is like I'm not responsible for anything to happen you know what I'm saying but that's arson arson yeah for sure But I mean, the dude who did it was wearing all black For sure Probably not ever going to be able to get caught for that shit So I mean, he did it right I guess, if you want to do that sort of thing But, um, so is the Letter to My Ops Series done?

1:14:45I'm working on number five Letter to My Ops Number five And who are you thinking of attacking in this one? Whoever gives me a reason Really? It's like that, anybody can get it? Whoever gives me a reason I'm just on the head like hold on we gonna hit the streets we gonna see what's up we gonna look for somebody we gonna go to the different rap studios like oh who's there oh but do you feel like that that could like close doors for you you diss like rappers that are out here I'm gonna live stream everything on Kik and Twitch oh okay you been streaming nah I'm just playing I'm not gonna live stream I'm gonna start streaming but no I'm not I'm not I might do number five I might stop the dishes I'm not tripping but I got music coming regardless you know yeah okay yeah Would you say that's still a big focus for you?

1:15:30Does music make sense for you financially to put your time into it? I just, no, you know what? You feel like it's almost kind of overrated at this point. No, you know what? For a moment, it was dry. But you know what? When them big checks come, they're big as hell. You just got to really know what to do with them. That's it. You get what I'm saying? I'm about to get a big check, so it's cool. I'm not tripping. But yeah, like, beforehand, I would have been like, man, I'm done with music. Because, you know, like, it's bullshit. But there's so many things you could do in a music game that there's so many ways to make money.

1:16:06And that's why I'm going to jump into the streaming for sure. But tons of ways. So the economy's dry. People are always going to stream music. Right now, to get through these hard times, people are going to listen to music while they're coping with the recession, whatever's going on, the government down. You know what I'm saying? But do you feel like street music or rap music in general is kind of at a low point right now? You know, at the end of the day, it's always going to be street rap, south side rap, Chicano rap. It's always going to be small. It's going to be small because you know what?

1:16:40It's not going to be bigger than Southern California. You feel me? And a small audience from Southern Cali that branches out to Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, those places that are Hispanic that still rock with the homies, Colorado. You get what I'm saying? Like those are the only That's the only Audience that we have Like Our Our algorithm is not big But But You know it's getting bigger It's getting bigger You see artists like Peso Going crazy You see him going crazy crazy So like He's that near mainstream Look at his Look at his tape Look at his tape Yeah So you gonna tell me There's no money in music?

1:17:14There's definitely some money But okay I think I've been having A lot of conversations About Bad Baby Or excuse me Bad Bunny And it's kind of like With him He's from a really really fucking small market in puerto rico but then meanwhile that extends out to everyone who speaks spanish all over the world and beyond i know tons of white people that love listening to his music even though they don't understand what he's talking about and that's kind of like the weird thing is like hip-hop has become so insular in particular street shit gang related shit etc is there ever a thought of like maybe i could make music that appeals to a bigger audience We fucked it up.

1:17:49I'm sorry. I apologize to the new modern generation for, like, we messed up this music for you guys a little bit. You know what I'm saying? We got to give them better music. Like, kind of like when Nipsey gave us that mailbox money. He gave us better music to listen to. You know what I'm saying? Like, it's still in the middle, but he gave us better music to listen to. But, like, it's now time to take it to the even next level. Like, you know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? Shoreline made music that felt like it kind of hit nationwide. Yeah, no. Shoreline, they're a perfect example of what's marketable.

1:18:17Yeah. You get what I'm saying? like a perfect example like there's money in the music you just gotta make music like you gotta stay in the gym like there's money in basketball like anything you do you gotta do as consistent as possible you know and i'm sure there's money in potting you just gotta turn up turn up you gotta do more than what you're doing right now rip my shirt off scream nah nah nah nah nothing like that turn up like just do more than what you're doing yeah you know what i'm saying but see that's the problem is a lot of people think doing more is like oh i'm not gonna stream for two hours today I'm going to stream for eight hours today.

1:18:49And sometimes maybe that strategy can work, but not always. No, not necessarily like that. But it's like do more, like network more, do more, get out the way. Like, okay, Cali's dry right now. Go travel, get up somewhere else, go to Miami, go get with some of the influencers over there. Definitely. You listen to Bad Bunny? No, I don't really listen to stuff like that. But shout out Bad Bunny, man. Do you listen to any of that? We're talking about Peso Pluma. I'm trying to get turned on in this world. My girl, look, okay, because I make music, so I listen to corridos, stuff like that. You do, okay.

1:19:30You listen to Charlie Kirk Corrido? Hell no. They made one about him, I heard. Like the day after he died. For real? That's viral, though. How do you feel about him? Politically, we didn't really align that great, but definitely didn't deserve to die. understood it was the Jews we just heard from over there where'd you get your information from the Jews but what do you get from a Corito though what do you put that on to do the ladies female audience belongs to Paisa Pluma, Bad Bunny the regional music the regional reggaeton, all that pop, whatever it is The ladies love it. So it's like, it's forever going to sell.

1:20:15They listen to that before they listen to my stuff. Straight up. You know what I'm saying? Like, all day. My stuff is listening to the homies in the hood and this and that. And, you know, young boys and girls that want to school in these neighborhoods that, you know what I'm saying, can relate to me. Because the whole idea is like, maybe there's a version of L.A. music that could appeal to the whole country. Martinez. The dude on Figueroa. Neats. Oh, that kid? Oh, yeah. Neat. Neat Martinez. Is the idea of a rapper from a place like LA being so big that it transcends to the rest of the country still a thing?

1:20:50Because it feels like in New York, when I go to New York, it's crazy how different the whole vibe is because the music that's getting played out there is so different than it is out here. If you go to Detroit, they got 10 hot rappers that they listen to in Detroit that have nothing to do with what's going on right now. This is a thing. Introducing Taco Bell's new jalapeno citrus salsa. with bright citrus, real red jalapenos, guajillo chiles. 1:22:04They don't The West Coast rap scene in LA Like Southern Cali music It doesn't get far because Because it's just targeted for us It's targeted for us You get what I'm saying? So and These people like They have a different mindset When it comes to the music It's not gang banging It's more hustling More dope boy So it's different It's dope It's a different You know side of the spectrum But I like that type of stuff You know and I like being able to get going between like do both you know cross genres and stuff cause I seen somebody saying that the reason why West Coast music doesn't connect with other markets is because in LA dudes are just gang members that's their whole personality that's everything about them and I feel that but then also I think about somebody like King Vaughn and I'm like well what was he really rapping about besides like Chicago street politics and bodies and gangs you gotta tell your story and you gotta tell it in a way where people gonna like actually understand and see it like a movie.

1:23:02And most artists don't. It's hard for you to paint that picture because all you're doing is like, you're doing what everybody else is doing. Everybody's doing the same thing. They just, you know, it's no origin. Nobody's original. Nobody's really like being a real artist. Like, let me tell a real story. Let me do something real lyrical. Let me give some game, some real game. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, hip hop is dead. You know what I'm saying? Whatever. That's why it's just like, it's a different genre now. days, whatever. You and 4XR just start an LA super group. Yeah, whatever. 4XR, man.

1:23:35Let's do it. Yeah. LA super group. I mean, I'm just saying, we got to combine both races together to triumph. Look, we can get everybody. We can get all the heavy hitters from everywhere in the same room at the same time, and everybody's going to listen. There you go. For real, like, you know what I'm saying? Poke. Yeah, what? No, that's what I'm saying. Like, well, that's tough. That's tough. I don't think Poke and 4XR want to talk to each other, but... Definitely for sure of that. We're going to make everybody get along before that. That's the final piece of the puzzle. That's like the final bosses.

1:24:08And then it's tough. Like the little video game, they're going to go at it. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. What about that? LA gang video game. It's like Street Fighter, but it's like you could fight for extra versus poke. Oh, wow. I love this idea. Well, you know what? Straight up, we're going to have to do something like a real fight club that embraces healthy living and exercising and stuff that's like, look, anybody that's out here in LA and you really gang members or you really street life, whatever, you're going to come out here, you're going to spar each other. And it's simple because it's guns down, gloves up.

1:24:42You know what I'm saying? We're going to push it. I like that. Okay. And y 'all going to be able to come, fight, go home and sleep and wake up the next day and continue living your life. But come fight and get stuff off your chest. I have a homie. Not everybody wants to do that. Who runs a clothing line that's totally outside of rap, but he has like a run club that like every weekend they meet up and do like a three-mile run or some shit. They all run, and then they like go to a bar or some shit afterwards, hang out, everything like that. You think if we did that, that it would be good? Yeah, no.

1:25:13All the No Jumper fans, come to the park. We're doing burpees. Yeah. Me and Cali, we were doing burpees too. Yeah? Like, no, it's something that people are going to embrace. They ain't going to embrace it. Like you said, people show up to a running club, right? I like that idea because everything that we normally do is like, oh, come to this pop-up shop on Melrose because we're trying to get you to buy some T-shirts. Oh, come to this live show because we want to get 30 bucks from you to come into the show. Imagine just like a free meetup and we're not doing nothing besides working out. You need to embrace healthy living.

1:25:43You need to do it. You got a big platform. You got to help people. Because it's the thing. You know what kills more people than anything else? Sugar. Diabetes. Well, yeah. Like cholesterol, sugar. You know what I'm saying? It stems from sugar. Yeah, the bad diet. And guess what? It's sold to you by the fucking legal market. It's sold to you at stores. You know, you get it anywhere candy. Yeah. It kills more people. Sugar kills more people than anything, more than any gang in the world, more than anything. Sugar kills more people. Yeah, because, you know, a lot of people, you look at like a 400-pound dude, and he's dying in front of you.

1:26:16He's wearing a suit of fat that is going to kill him. But a lot of dudes who are, you know, 200 pounds, they don't look that bad, but realistically, you know, They're eating so bad, and then you find out later in life, like, oh, shit, that dude's been getting diabetes all these fucking years. He's in horrible health now. One of my homies, they cut his leg off. Yeah? They cut his leg. They cut his foot off, actually. His foot, not his leg, his foot. Is he a rapper? No, he's not a rapper. Oh, okay. Actually, the homie's from 7-0, Compton Body of 7-0. And he used to live in front of my mom's house, and I used to see him all the time.

1:26:46He had fly cars. And then I seen him at the school the day I got pulled over. He was telling me the day I got with the youngster, I'm saying yeah broke my windshield he was telling me like I seen a dude from seven o's right there dropping off his kid and he was telling me like man I got diabetes they cut my leg off yeah yeah that's crazy that nos is bad for for people's appendages a lot of people can't walk because of that nos yeah appendix no your appendages like like I've heard about a lot of people who basically like lose the ability to walk because of the nos you know what man nos is if you're gonna do nos do it at home and do it in a safe environment or whatever.

1:27:23That's true too. You don't want to be Just know you're going to kill yourself. Yeah. You're killing yourself your appendages. If you keep it light You're freezing your lungs. You do a little bit whatever. If you're really indulging in that shit all night it's not good. Like let's say somebody had a tank and everybody's doing it I'll be like okay let me hit the balloon one time and then that's it. That's it. No more. Because that's all I've ever done. It makes my head hurt after that. After that if I do two to three balloons back to back which if I do this for 10 minutes straight like this then I feel like I've been at a party and done like a balloon or two, but I never went crazy with it.

1:27:55So I don't really feel like I know the true extent of how fucked up it can get. Also, I'm not outside anymore, so I thought that that shit was over and people would be telling me, nah, that shit's still huge. No, it's like anything else. You might think that. Exactly. That's the message. It's always going to be there. Yeah. But, you know, drugs go in and out of style. Yeah, but people still do all the old drugs also. We lived through the Zan era. I'm sure people still do Zans, but for sure people are doing a lot less Zans than 2016. I'm going to tell you like this. When it comes to the Zanax bars, some of your favorite rappers probably bought Zanax bars for me back in the day.

1:28:35Yeah. Back in the day. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, it was bad. But once I seen what was going on, all the fake ones coming on, I just got out the market. I said, fuck this. You was getting scripts or you were getting bricks of them shit? I was getting scripts. I was getting scripts. And once I seen, like, some of the people I was trying to buy something from was trying to sell me fake ones, like, you know what I'm saying? Like, stuff that was... Once I landed into the game, just like anything else, I was like, oh, man, like, it's so messed up. I wouldn't even take my chances taking the Xanny because it's something else.

1:29:01Yeah, these days, yeah, yeah. Yeah, you gotta go from the doctor. They're good fakes, bro. The fakes are very compelling now, really? No, that's what it was because I had popped some fake ones, and it was just, like, it was too much. It had me, like, fucked up. I didn't want to do that shit. Yeah, that's one of those. The number one thing is you should stay away from in your life. If you want to have a good life, stay away from the Zans. Those things will rock your ass. Okay. Will you be tuning in to watch Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl? Excuse me, Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl. Bad Baby, where's she at?

1:29:34Where's she at? I was trying to get her to do another interview. Yeah? She got too many options. There's all these other girl-led podcasts out there now. Understood. They don't want to sit down with my messy ass. The girls is tripping, huh? I mean, I understand. She probably got like other podcasts that make more sense. Then she's talking about you got to pay me. I'm like, pay you? Didn't you make like a hundred million dollars off OnlyFans? She better bag, though, you know? I mean, yeah, that's good, I guess. She made money? A hundred million? What? How much she made off OnlyFans? I mean, she was posting screenshots.

1:30:09You got two OnlyFans? You got OnlyFans? I got OnlyFans. How much you made? I'm alright. Not like that. How much you made? I'm alright. white people we don't talk about that yeah yeah yeah I'll tell you my parents told me when I was a kid that's the one thing you don't talk about you don't talk about religion and you don't talk about money nah I wanna know gang yeah I bet you do hey it ain't what it was in 2020 I got somebody to do it you go yeah oh Lil Tate but you know I never know if I should believe what they say that they're making cause that's the whole thing is that they say I made a billion dollars to get you to think oh this shit must be so gas I gotta get it they're all lying I just don't know if they're lying like 100 % or I don't know.

1:30:49Yeah, no, you're right. I don't believe. Like who's trying to see Lil Tay naked? Epstein. She might be a little old for his days too. How old is she? Well, she turned 18 and she launched her OnlyFans one second later, I believe. And she said that she made like a million dollars the first day or so. Something like that. She's a liar. Yeah. She edited that. I mean, a lot of these girls are lying. Lil Tay, what app did you use? Letting me know. I need to post some stuff on Instagram. Make her look like I'm rich like you. I believe that Ruby Rose made offensive amounts of money when she first popped out.

1:31:21Or even Bad Baby, I believe it. I don't know. Lil Tay. Look, if I want a hit, then for sure she made that much money. Somebody like Ruby Rose, yeah, she make that. Lil Tay, I don't think so.
