In short

The episode is a wide-ranging LA street-culture conversation about hood-vlogging/podcasting ethics, how social media amplifies beef, and how public figures handle conflict—plus talk about specific figures like 4xtra vs Spoetyface, Blueface, Chrisean, OG Gumby, and Munchie B.

Guests/backgrounds

Toonchie5 (LA street-culture figure; says he grew up in “Original Block”; discusses his past involvement and reputation in the city). Other named participants are referenced rather than fully introduced: Munchie B, 4xtra, Spoetyface, OG Gumby, Blueface, Chrisean, and “Forrest”/T-Rail (injury-related discussion), plus mentions of DC Baby Draco and Lil Durk.

Key claims

  • Hood vlogs/podcasts can create real danger by disrespecting other neighborhoods; “media” can feel separate from where people get killed.
  • Social media creates beef between people who otherwise wouldn’t know each other; it also lets “lameness” stay hidden longer.
  • Labels fear signing LA artists due to street/hood dynamics and exploitative contracts.
  • Blueface is praised for staying authentic and representing LA street culture after release.

Notable examples

  • DC Baby Draco allegedly gets banned from a hood after vlogging/activist-style criticism; debate over whether vlogging other sections is hypocritical.
  • Blueface/Chrisean: a “20 vs 1” incident at an event is framed as likely trolling/scripted, with concerns about mixing street and social media.
  • Injury/disability jokes: Toonchie5 argues it’s acceptable among close homies but “opposite sides” making fun is different; he connects this to how jokes about T-Rail’s arm affected relationships.

Actually, I'm going to Uber if any police officers are watching this. I would never take edibles in drive. That would be hugely irresponsible. You don't f*** with this? Edible? Yeah. No weed. I'd be nervous. See, that's what sucks is I'm past that.

1:25I don't get nervous. I don't get anxiety. I ain't smoked weed in like four years. After my case, I came home and smoked. I thought people was after me was over it. You smoked like one time and it just f***ed up? One time. You hated it? When I first got out, I was over it. I was too nervous. Yeah? Yeah, I ain't f***ing around. Yeah, I feel that. I stopped smoking. Now I'm just f***ing with the edibles. Yeah, and I hurt that stronger. It is. But it's more like, now I don't have to pollute my lungs. That's what I was concerned with. All right, that makes sense. It's like fake taking it slow. I mean, I just feel like I probably don't want to like every day be just like breathing in smoke from that I'm burning all day.

2:02That makes sense. Yeah, that's just me. Anyway, my man Tunchy5 is in the building. How you feeling? I'm good. Yeah? You know me, man. You're stuck in. I was like watching one of these many documentaries about you. Like they put out a new one a little while ago. And as I'm watching it, I'm like, man, I ain't had him on the podcast in like three years. Yeah, been a while. And last time we did it, it was a good-ass time. And I feel like you got a lot of good insight and good opinions about what's going on. Although, I definitely took some heat when I interviewed you the first time. Why? You interviewed everybody.

2:35Why me? I don't know. You just got, like, a reputation around the city, I guess. I'm a good guy, man. Yeah, some people think you're a bad guy, but I don't know. They be tripping. This shit's popping out. Just, I don't know. We don't got to keep clipping it in. Yeah, but I don't know. I definitely, I got some, I got a little heat, but not, like, serious heat, but more just, people kind of warning me like, man, that's a crazy group of guys over there. We're some good people. You've seen that. We good people. You be going to people's hood. They should be tripping off that. I ain't been in that many hoods, though.

3:06In LA? Yeah. I try to avoid it. Why? It's just a little close to home. So that means I know you're avoiding Westmont. I'll come out. Are you a turkey? Sure. You know, I just don't like to do like one hood and then the op hood. or like somebody they really don't get along with like back to back you know maybe we got a few months in between or whatever because people are just gonna automatically the narrative is gonna be you're a fed you're you're exchanging information you're relaying information back about the other side it's just like people are gonna go with this dumbass narrative no matter what you know no that's real but no for sure that's like that because even like the um they be doing a little hood this you know they go to everybody here doing a little interviews and all that i feel that way yeah and i'll be seeing like we didn't do some interviews and then i seen them post the shit they were just doing i'm like i don't want to deal with you no more it's like a conflict yeah i don't know where you went because i don't know if you know you know about what's been going on with spody face and four extra no you know dc baby draco is yes i did an interview oh you did okay yeah because all right so like dc baby draco was obviously doing all this in the 40s and then he did something with some blood hoods and like they're dissing some dead members like that but I don't know exactly like where or whatever but they're dissing different hoods and stuff and Draco put it all on the video and then Spodeyface banned him from the hood as a result because he's saying he's talking like a community activist talking about like yo like you're setting back 20 years of hard work in this community by going to these hoods and doing these vlogs and letting people disrespect other neighborhoods and shit like that.

4:48And that has kind of created a conversation about what a vlogger should or shouldn't be putting out there. I mean, for him, it's cool because that's how he makes money. You know, people want to see shit like that. I mean, it's all on who let them do it. Yeah. I mean, if they with that, then shit. Right. Because, okay, you let someone do a vlog in your section. Cool. he goes a week later and does a vlog in another hood and they're talking about your hood no I'm not with that like if he do like that's why I didn't want the video to drop I wasn't with the like you going my you know some people I already ain't too fond of and they saying this that you know I mean even though you don't know it's like now you're in my face I ain't really with that yeah like it cool and all that like that's what you're supposed to do that's how you get your money but it's just something I rather not deal with yeah cause I don't think there's anything wrong with them doing vlogs both sections whatever who cares but i've been in that situation where i remember one time i was in a certain neighborhood and they just started talking about somebody i had just interviewed who's from an opposite hood of theirs and i'm just like immediately thinking like bro i'm gonna look so crazy if i put this out just because it's just too like i was just with this person and now i'm in this guy's neighborhood and they're talking about that person like i don't I just feel like you're gonna get shit from people to an extent that you might not want.

6:11You might be drawing attention that you don't want. Cause I done went into people that was on some interview shit, but not no mainstream shit, but even he said some shit like, can you not do too much disrespectful shit? I respected it though, you know? I think people like that last longer. Everybody don't take it like, oh, it's your job, it's cool. Some motherfuckers be like, like me? I'm gonna be like, nah, just stay over there. Yeah. Okay, but what about like the podcast version of that? Like next week I got somebody that you got crazy animosity towards and they're doing an interview. That's different because they're coming here, not me going there, right?

6:47Yeah, but I don't really see nobody on your shit like this, that, that. It's not like you got like a, you know? Yeah, that is one thing. Usually when people do podcasts, they act like they don't care about their enemies. Exactly. They don't want to look all out of pocket and screaming at the camera.

7:06but that's probably the difference too is that like right now you're doing an interview if i went to your neighborhood is going to be you talking to the camera but then realistically there's going to be 20 other dudes you hang out with that are going to be kind of yelling into the camera and for sure you're going to have a couple of burnt out ones that just want to talk yeah yeah you know that's just you know you're right there with it so that's that's for sure would come with it, you know? Yeah. I don't think, like, to come to, like, a real podcast and just be like, oh, yeah, this, that, I mean, it's, like, self-explanatory.

7:37I don't think I gotta say too much of that. But it's hypocritical, too, because it's, like, I don't really worry too much about doing that same thing for Chicago. It's, like, if I interview two different sides and they talk about each other, like, whatever, that's not really... Because to me, Chicago rappers are just rappers. But out here, it's, like, you live in L.A., people expect me to be somebody who like ultimately wants the young rappers from LA or the young gang members to like do all right for themselves so it's like it just would hit different if we're like really going back and forth just like drumming up some conflict for views you know yeah for sure for sure like if it was if people came on here like that beef with each other and everybody came on here saying this that you would definitely have like some people like that's what you that's what you want to like you promote like you You giving them an extra little look A bigger voice to disrespect us But then the other side of it too though Is that it's like If you're letting people diss other hoods in the hood It hits different because like That's actually where people get killed You know like a podcast studio It just feels like another world Where if they talk about each other It's kind of like oh that's some media sh** Some music sh** I mean like most of the interviews They really don't give a f**k I'm getting paid I got my content I'm gonna show off all y 'all spots whatever happened at the alley you know what I mean you know no definitely but do you feel like do you feel like the internet has had like a negative impact on like the street culture that obviously you've been a fan of since a really young dude like what you mean like do you think that the internet and social media has just kind of the whole street world up because it could be somebody you don't know and you could be like you could have like 20 30 000 followers and whatever you say people gonna run with it like oh yeah he's somebody you know the whole time you see him in their head it's like damn you're not nobody over here like that it's just like and then it might be with no father that's like man this nigga not nobody yeah the whole time that might be to somebody you know yeah yeah i definitely think i mean a big part of it stands out to me is just that like there's a lot of people who have beefed with each other in la that like literally wouldn't even know that they each other existed if it wasn't for social media like they live hella miles away they never go to the same place but they go on a war on social media and like it's just because of that connectivity if this was 20 years ago they probably literally wouldn't know but but at the same time when i hear people talk about the old days of gangbanging it's like everybody's at the roller rink and like the roller rink was like instagram now where it's like people don't go outside as much because they don't need to whereas people used to just go outside all the time yeah you just beat somebody on instagram do you like somebody in real life yeah but you might really be a lame yeah it's a lot easier to keep your lameness undercover on the internet i guess you can last for a long time yeah it's gonna come out when you come in person though yeah no that's a fact so do you like what's your attitude on podcasts though because i feel like you could be doing all the rinky dink ass podcasts every other week they probably hit you up like not even hate on them but you know there's a million podcasts these days and i'm sure some of them would be like damn tune got some good content but is that conscious like that you're like you know what i'm not really gonna go on all these podcasts all the time um not all the time sometimes it's cool but i think sometime it'd be like uh it depends on the timing because sometimes it'd be like bad like no it's not the time we're going to podcast but it also it also depends on what they ask and you know some people just ask like some crazy they ask some dumb ass like so who's throwing the hood or how many people did you do you think it's weird just shit i don't really yeah i think i think a lot of people ask crazy questions people get on my ass about asking crazy questions and i'm just like bro you don't know how much crazier i could be All new drinks are now at McDonald's.

13:24They already be having me on it. I'll be like falling off, but then I'll get back on. He fuck around. He be kind of like. I feel like he's motivating you. Yeah, no. So stay on it. That's for sure my motivation. When I be on some bullshit, he's like, bro, just come to the studio. That's for sure my motivation, 100%. Are you a couple years older than him? Yeah. I feel like you kind of seem like you're the big bro a little bit. I feel like people get offended by big bro. Yeah, I was just saying, no big brother. That's my brother right there. All of them like my brothers. He just called you Unc. That's way worse than Big Bro.

13:56That's my dog right there. And that dude brought me a jail sandwich. He never gave a f***. He like, um, that's the, that's the, I don't want to say that. Yeah, that's the, that's the, that's the cat right there. I got to go to Westmont. Yeah, you got to pull up. It's a beautiful place. Excellent. Nice view. Good food. Mmm. What food were we eating? China Bo. China what? China Bo. China Bone. China Bone. All right. Wait, so did you help J-Ready get into making music, or is that something that you want to be involved with, is like helping other dudes that you fuck with? He probably, I was doing it, he was doing it, but he actually was like, we finna do this.

14:38I'm like more of a like, if we're right there, we can do it. He's like, come on, you finna go to the studio, or where you at, you finna go to the studio, or I'm about to set up a studio date. That's definitely his push. I'm like, just with it. I'm like, come on, let's do it. Definitely. He definitely liked the, let's go do this, you know? Move around a little bit. No, his music is pretty good. I was listening to some more of it last night. It's pretty solid. He hard. Yeah. Yeah. No, definitely. I need to sign my homeboy. Oh, wait, who's your other homeboy? No. Oh, you're saying I need to sign him?

15:08No, I'm saying he needs to get signed. Are you guys working on that? How's that looking? I don't know how that's looking. He on the way I think. I believe it. But you know the stereotype is that if you sign an L.A. rapper, then you got to deal with their whole hood forever. And that allegedly stops a lot of big-name rappers and whatnot. The number of big-name rappers who sign L.A. rappers is fairly small. I think it's who you're dealing with. Because you can sign an L.A. rapper. If you were to sign him, he got his people he deal with. We're not getting his business, but wherever he go, we're going to go.

15:44We're going to let him handle his business. We're definitely going to be around, but it ain't going to be like, oh, you got to deal with all of us. We're going to deal with him. They're going to deal with him. We're going to deal with him, and he's going to deal with them. I think the thing that people are scared of is the fact that labels, the business is to sign you to the most fucked up deal possible, and then especially if you get successful, to keep you in that deal for as long as possible and tax you for as much of your money as possible until the point where you get to renegotiate the contract, whatever.

16:17And I think a lot of labels sort of like they look at the street side of things as like, oh, that's probably going to help us or probably going to stop us from running this play that we ultimately are really trying to pull on this dude here. Yeah, I ain't with the getting over. Yeah. I ain't going to work for him. Yeah. I mean, these are just things you need to know going into it, you know? No, for sure. That's why I got people like him. He's going to tell me everything I need to know. For sure, for sure. Because even I remember trying to, when I was with Atlantic, I remember trying to be like, yeah, I want to sign Draco the Ruler.

16:46and like it was a vibe in the room of like yeah yeah I don't know man you know I know but like I'm saying like it's LA so they're scared of it whereas they'll sign hella Chicago gang members Philly New York etc. I definitely see that it's way easier to get signed out of LA everybody gets signed it seems like if you're from LA it seems like you got like a this is way hard like you got like really like know somebody to know somebody or something like somebody to get you on the door type I don't think it's just off talent It's a lot of hard people in LA But everybody ain't signed How do you feel about the state of LA rap in general?

17:24Do you feel like it's a good time for the genre? I don't know how much you pay attention to it Are you really tapped into all the new music coming out Or are you kind of in your own world? I don't listen to a lot of people in LA I listen to some people in LA But I really listen to the people I'm around Or like some allies or something like that or if you're on Game Banger you guys want cool music I'm with that but if you're from the other side I can't listen to your music yeah not even on my head it's just like not something I can't get into it yeah yeah it's automatic like throw off it's gotta be hard for you cause your opps got some good music man nah I can't tell you I can't tell you I ain't heard no lyrics I can't nah I can't blame you cause I don't even I don't really wanna watch a YouTuber if I don't like him like if you don't get along with me or yeah that's like somebody that's saying you all day you're gonna be like uh somebody oh you heard the new song you're gonna be like i read i really didn't care about listening to it so no i never heard it yeah so if they come out with a song somebody i beat for them be like why was i supposed to hear about it you on the other side what if you knew that they listened to your music shit you found out probably i don't know that wouldn't make you want to like make it even and be like i'm gonna listen to this just because Because if you from that side, I don't think you're going to listen to my music.

18:43Yeah. You know, I'll be trolling. I might say some crazy shit that ain't true. No, definitely. I might just pop. I just like to try. I get drunk and just do shit. Right. But do you feel like it's becoming more normal now for LA rappers to really be like dissing more? Because I feel like that shit was not the norm for a period of time. and now it feels like it's not like sonically like LA rappers are doing anything drill oriented, but it does feel like there's a lot more of like kind of throwing specific people's names in the mix and like that. No, it really been like that. Like if you go back to like the Banging on Wax and all that, they was like game banging hard.

19:23You know? Yeah. It was game banging hard. I think it's just like a new time and day, you know? It's just a different type of pushing rap. Yeah. It's the same thing. They probably was more disrespectful back then. Well we had a big argument about that last night About like if Well basically like Chicago invented putting people's names In music and like really turning people Into memes by dissing dead ops And shit like that Obviously Chicago pioneered like putting an op in a blunt Rolling them up etc Chicago definitely started a lot of like extra little April sure you gotta give my credit April sure started some Like the smoke in the pack Yeah episode that's like too much shit because you you were a o block member at one point right for me yeah so in that in the documentary that they put out about you like a mother guard or whatever they basically said that at one point you and all your homies had dreads to the point where you were kind of like jokingly saying that y 'all were uh the o block of of la nah the hood i'm born and raising is called original block okay so that's what i did it's not O 'Block.

20:28So it wasn't true that a lot of y 'all, because you had the dreads at a certain point, right? I had dreads. For sure, I had dreads. But the little O 'Block shit came from, like, that's the name of the hood I grew up in. Oh. Original black. Because in that video, they said that at one point, the Hoovers were pressing anybody who had that hairstyle. Yeah, they're crazy. Is that true? That was a rumor? You heard that people were getting pressed for just looking like Chief Keefe? I got some videos about that. Oh, yeah. I don't know why. It's crazy. That's a pretty funny lore though right there. They're crazy.

21:02I don't know why they doing that. You never tapped anyone from Chicago? No. No. We got to work on those alliances. No, that'll be dope though. But no, I ain't got no. I ain't tapped nobody from out there. Yeah. That'll definitely be dope though. You kind of look like Dirk. I'm not going to lie. What? You never heard that before? No. Is that what it's going to say?

21:29I'm just naming me. Cut it out. Cut it out, man. Nah, but you definitely look like the more gangster version of Dirk, too, though. Like, I mean, the face tattoos and shit, you know. Chicago got it going hard. They be out there doing their thing. Yeah. How'd you feel when you heard about Dirk allegedly ordering dudes to put in work out here? It's kind of crazy. I don't think he ordered nobody to do that. You don't believe it? I don't think you would have to order nobody to do anything that You know That's like something happened to me I don't think nobody would have to get paid to do anything Yeah It's all alone you know Yeah I would hope you wouldn't have to pay If something happened to you would you have to Pay one of your friends to do something Uh well it definitely depends on What kind of thing Like I ain't gonna say kill I don't wish death I don't even really like Like we walked out of here And some people F*** you up bad Yeah And you called your boys Like I'm f***ed up You ain't gonna have to be like I'm f***ed up I got about 30 ,000 You get them You'll be like You gonna You know Whoever you talk to Is gonna be like If they your boy You gonna be like I'm gonna f*** them When I see them If you gotta pay them That's not your people Nah for sure I mean If you're somebody Like Lil Durk Obviously you probably got People Who are Mentally tuned into doing shit like that.

22:53I don't know. I don't understand. Why would he have to pay? Okay, I don't even know that they necessarily are saying that he put forth a specific amount of money. When they do, obviously, the gang Ricos or whatever, they're able to say if these dudes did it for the betterment of the organization. But if they can't prove that Dirk at least knew, then I don't know how they put that specific body on him. That's why they're going to be super dependent on scissors. He just had a buzz and they felt like he was doing some shit he really wasn't doing. Like, we got to get him for something. it was awkward for a little while because everybody thought that brick baby was like the one who did it like for dirt that'd be stupid yeah i think that they already like weren't really talking by the time that happened i heard they know each other for sure but i don't think that was that they knew each other for sure but he's true though he's playing like that yeah but he'll he'll joke around about it because he knows he didn't do it yeah that's the crazy part but i wouldn't joke around like that no i've talked to him in private and he's kind of like explained why it doesn't even make sense no for sure for sure but it don't always be that it's a lot of people in jail they didn't do right yeah i mean he's even said like thank god he didn't call me not not about like shooting the dude but like in terms of like the lookout or whatever it's kind of like yo like maybe i would have done that just because i might not have thought it was that big a deal to go watch somebody's hotel for a day or two, but now you're seeing the guy who watched the hotel for a day or two is caught up.

24:24Yeah, that'd be stupid. Yeah. That'd be dumb. Yeah. You can't go out for an out-of-towner especially, right? We gotta buy a local. Nah, you know, that wouldn't have been good. That wouldn't have been good. Nah, fact. So, are you a Blueface fan? What you mean? Well, I mean, he's got out after two years. He's been doing it big, making noise. Some are saying that he's the hottest crip in the city. He cool, yeah. I love him. He cool. Okay. Were you a fan of him when he came out back in the day? I don't use the fan word. It's crazy. What? Oh, okay. Fan is crazy. I'm a fan of the music and the entertainment side of things.

25:08No, he cool. He doing his thing. I salute it. I'm not going to say, yeah, I'm a big fan. That's crazy. I mean I just feel like He an ally though He doing his thing He definitely got out He got out excellent He definitely did what he was supposed to do He got out And grabbed the buzz immediately Right He definitely did it the right way He hit the ground running Yeah 100 % But it's crazy too Because like from what I could tell He did everything right While he was locked up And then they still put like Every possible Allegation Like they They made AI pictures of him Doing like a zesty panther stance Yes.

25:45Like, you know, they had to make a fake picture of him doing that. They tried to say he was Smokin' Spice. When I've been around him, it seems totally normal. So, like, and also, like, I don't know how you gain all that weight, Smokin' Spice. That seems kind of unlikely. Apparently, fades were happening, you know? I don't know. I don't know. I know just, like, he was cool people. Like, he was in there with my homie, so I know he wanted to know 50-50. Because he was in jail with my homie. My homie said that's his boy, so. He couldn't want to know 50-50 because my boy ain't on no 50-50. He definitely was in a good prison.

26:20I just feel like we need representatives of L.A. street culture who are doing it big. And a lot of times it feels like dudes blow up and then they just clean up their whole act. And I understand that. I totally get why you'd want to do that because, you know, you don't get rich and famous to necessarily stay in the same place. But like Blue Face has got to a certain point and he's still just like he's demonstrating like L.A. culture to the world in a way that a lot of people wouldn't. Why are you saying like he should have been like everybody else and backed off? I don't think he should. I mean, if he wanted to, I would respect that.

27:01But I like the fact that he's still like very much, you know, he's getting all this tattooed on his face after he already been successful for all these years. He go to do a freestyle on DDG, he's just dissing neighborhoods you don't get along with, which, shout out to them. But the fact that he's, like, not hiding that, the fact that, like, you know, like. That's hard, though. Yeah, no, I think it's sick. That's hard. I think that's hard. Yeah, because everybody cleans up their ass. It's like you said, it's not bad that people get rich and move on. You know, I think that's, like, part of the plan.

27:34But what he doing is cool, too. Like, it's just, like, he's still here. Like, I got money, but I'm still with my people. Like, I'm still me. he didn't let the money change him that's hard cause a lot of people let the money change him yeah and you know to a certain extent I wish that the money would change him more because then he'd probably be more likely to stay out of jail and shit like that but you know I do appreciate it but like there was a thing that happened like last night or the night before where he was going to some baddies event some like performance or some shit and like I guess Krishan showed up with 20 bloods trying to get in and yeah and he just said nah i'm good like you don't gotta let them in or whatever they shut the whole thing down then he's on his instagram story saying schoolyards run la and as far as content goes amazing this is hilarious but it does i do worry like are you maybe like blending the social media and the street a little too much i mean for not letting them in some people might say like oh you bullshit for that but in his in his like ranking where he at that was kind of smart because you're gonna put yourself in a situation to go back to jail yeah and she's showing up to do a stunt like she's trying to make you look stupid that's what i said a lot of people might be like oh he did some and in our reality he didn't know because he knew if they did get in you wanted to play hard you're gonna have to do whatever come with it whatever came with it is probably gonna be he's resorting to you know somebody going to jail yeah and it's like so he You know, I don't know how many dudes he had with him, but I mean maybe less than 20.

29:11So sounds like a lot of people You could it's like you could play hard you could play smart Mm-hmm. He probably like I just got out of jail. I ain't about to play the game No, but so did you see this Cripper Krishan? Using the C word yeah, see bad people yeah, I feel about that She's on a 20 versus one my boy D Mac Yeah, that's the homie right there. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's homie. I appreciated the way he kept a player. He didn't jump. He didn't get out of pocket on camera. He definitely kept a real player because I would have been blue. Yeah. I would have been blue. Because you know what you're saying.

29:48It's like not knowing what you're saying, that's just like you deal with a lot of neighborhoods, then you deal with a lot of people that you know we don't deal with. So you know what the distance is. It's like you ask, like, so you're open. and then you're like, oh, I don't know what that means. Everybody gonna be like, you for sure know what that means. You're playing the game. That part would have got me. Like, what do you mean you don't know what it means? Now you're just lying. I'm playing with me with what it blew me. See, that was it. Now you're playing with me. Yeah, because she's hanging out with all these dudes who realistically probably say that shit all the time.

30:19So she knows exactly what it means. She's been dealing with Blueface for too long and I know what that means. Then you go to his output and start dealing with them. You know exactly what that means. yeah we know for sure they was trolling yeah it's just one plus one is two ain't nowhere around that yeah i did it's you the blue me though don't don't play you can't play in my face that's kind of weird the only thing that i wonder is because like i've been around the 20 versus one and like a lot of it is scripted a lot of it is just that's just scripted i mean they just you know you talk behind the scenes you say yo we're gonna say this and then yo the girl could say this and you know Go out of your way to make it funny.

30:56I do see a lot of shit that I be seeing. They be doing like stunt snaps. Like why that don't look real? He better not do that. You got to come to my boy shit. He about to do one. Are you? He doing 100 versus one. Y 'all together? There you go. But like I wonder if she just said that or if she was behind the scenes plotting it out with production. because I think both are definitely possibilities. But that wouldn't be smart because what if it was a crash sound and just start beating her? Yeah. Well, they probably would have been at least kind of happy because they would have got a viral clip. Yeah, for Surferser, but it wouldn't have been good for her.

31:36Nah. Now he's just beating her ass. Now he got to go to jail for you playing. Yeah. Because they was going to post a clip of him beating her ass for Surferser. Wax said that she should move out of L.A. because of that. I don't know. She kind of like strange. She like give addresses and shit. That's not cool. I forgot about that too that's freaky that's like you don't play with people like that you could be mad at a motherfucker but giving the address up is crazy but I was saying to Wack I'm like realistically I don't think there's that many people that are actually gonna do something about that as much as people are offended doing something to her is a different level and Wack made a good point he goes Adam she's got a half a million dollar chain around her neck I was just finna say that's definitely gonna give a motherfucker a reason like remember she said that weird shit now I want to just, you know, make her respect to her.

32:25I'm finna make her look dumb because you was playing, you know? Yeah. I mean, the half a million dollars is like, oh, forget what she said about the hood. Yeah, for sure. We need that chain. That's just like a reason. Why you do that? Like a motherfucker. Oh, why you do that to her? You heard what she said? Like she was doing too much, you know? Yeah. Versus like her being a regular person and not saying no crazy shit. But that definitely was crazy. I wouldn't know how to feel it unless I was in that moment, though. Yeah. It'd be like crazy. yeah because in that moment there's like so much pressure for you to just keep it professional yeah that's what i'm saying even if it was a script i would have went off script yeah like bitch what are you you talking crazy like before i leave here i might need you to get beat or something i don't know what's going on that's that's crazy that's like somebody just come to your shit and just say the ultimate disrespect to you you're gonna be like what are you talking about yeah like what made you know yeah might be like leave everybody got that one line yeah that's what i'm saying it's something that tick everybody up that's like somebody come to your platform just to like say that one line to get at you yeah you might be playing be like hey look check it out you gotta bounce we ain't gonna do that yeah everybody not like that you probably got like this certain type of level where you be like i'm gonna keep it calm well everybody got that like temper meter that starts to like tick up and when it completely fills that's when you kind of go black can't really like you know you're not thinking about anything and you're just wiling out whether it's you're screaming at him or you're hitting him or whatever exactly and he actually had a good he actually played a good yeah what if he didn't play good then people like you wrong but no i rather he wouldn't be wrong to do whatever he's gonna do because you playing him you playing This episode is brought to you by Redfin.

Read the full transcript

34:46We would have been like, sure. People don't understand it, for sure. But her friends would be like, oh, he hit a girl. He's a coward. But in all reality, you're playing the game. You're acting like you're a n***er right now. That's not something you do. Just like you said, this is that one line. if a female come hit you with that one line that cuts you deep you don't know what you might do what's your line just so I can make sure I don't do it no

35:10you gotta say some crazy stuff you know who Logan Paul is right you know who Steve Will Do It is he's like white YouTubers like they had a clip last night where they edited it out but Steve Will Do It says something to Logan Paul and Logan Paul is a boxer you need box Floyd Mayweather so like at the end of the day I thought that was Jake no Jake boxed like Mike Tyson but Logan's had like some pretty big fights and stuff too and if you ever been around him he's like six four big ass muscular dude he's like I got somebody to get him no for sure yeah I'm sure a lot of people could squabble Logan Paul down for sure but I'm just saying like Steve will do it goes he says something to him and Logan's like voice gets kind of quiet and he goes okay so just so you know that's that's my line right there like you're overdoing it yeah and like the way he said it like super calmly was like listen like i'm gonna have to ask you to stop because you know basically the one thing that we could guess is that it was something about his girl which sounds crazy that steve would say something about his girl because they married they got kids and he's tender he ready to do it but i do feel like a lot of us are girls kind of that line i mean you got you got no heart you know it could be told and don't i got a heart it could be thought it could be chosen though like you can't take everything you know now i would say like for motherfuckers got kids don't say nothing about no kids that's kind of that's weird oh yeah that's way bad yo girl it just something like all right i know to play with you but some people don't play about that shit they might like you know i think they're more worried about like my girl gonna see this and she gonna like you gonna let to say that exactly now you got to go to team well because okay at one point uh logan paul had like a boxing beef with this dude dylan dennis who used to be like a ufc fighter and dylan dennis like basically like went online found a million different pictures of logan paul's wife with other dudes like just at parties and like that just like taking taking a picture with somebody but like he posted all those photos every day for like weeks and weeks and weeks basically painting the picture like as if she was every single one of these guys which like probably yeah obviously some of them i'm sure were like ex-boyfriends and like that but like basically like i already know that's like kind of aligned with logan paul because that's just like you know you don't like somebody saying like me with the porn i gotta have like a sense of humor about yeah but as a normal dude who's married i feel like that that is like a big bold line like you're gonna look at your situation like why am i with her it's gonna be like why are you disrespecting my girl like you're trying to throw it in my face you know?

37:45Is that like that's like some shit like it's different for you because you do the porn shit but that's just like if you wasn't doing the porn right and then somebody just sent you all the type of shit to your girl even if it was old it's gonna be like damn I can't get mad at you I can't get mad at you because it's before me so I gotta take it out on somebody this nigga disrespecting me so when I see this shit for even playing like that and putting you on there like that it's like I gotta say something because it's like I can't even mad at you because it's before but why are you putting out there because now you put me out there like he with this slut you know it's like yeah that's the principle it's just yeah it's something about when somebody goes for the thing that they think is gonna offend you like i don't really care about anyone calling me a culture vulture but it does kind of piss me off because i know that they they be on your ass well they think that that's the thing that's gonna piss me off so even though it doesn't really piss me off it's still like people do it piss you off sometimes like do it get to you like it pisses me off when it's somebody saying it that has like realistically like a zillion times less accolades than me in the sense of like i interviewed so many legendary rappers early in their career helped get their career off the ground been a part of a million important things in the culture etc and then you'll have like a 20 year old kid who's like yo you're a culture vulture and it's like well what have you ever done you sat at home and listened to jay cole like what the you know you know it's like what is their reason for saying that like why do they uh just you know white guy doing hip-hop culture it's like i seen somebody say something the other day that she said some shit like why you don't do content on bmx writers i did for 10 plus years oh yeah you had to swear i just kind of graduated out of it this is gotta be real be like that's boring the small world you gotta you gotta tell them like that's your boring i need to i gotta do what people want to see right bro i had so many legendary rapper interviews by the time I stopped doing the BMX stuff because I just kind of had to decide at a certain point.

39:40And I still interview BMX riders once in a while. So I'm going to say this. As far as the culture approach, I don't know. I can't say that. But what I am going to say is they probably feel like that because you got like a lot of crazy going on. You be having like this side and that side of your shit. They like, oh, he's pumping this shit up, whatever the case might be. But at the same time, it's like I'm going to keep real with you. If you were just interviewing BMX dudes like it wouldn't be entertaining me like you wouldn't even know how it was no no yeah realistically i'd be like yeah if i seen someone i'd probably watch some i'm like man this nigga talking about some i really don't go about just to be honest but when you interview certain people it'd be like oh they talking about some crazy you know like he didn't he didn't talk to them about how it's going he didn't talk to them so you know you get to hear like both sides and make like yeah it's like more the reaction like that keep people tuned in like i like you interview this person then you interview somebody like the opposite of him it's like oh i want to see what he said because he said this now like it's for the viewers it makes sense and it gets complicated real quick too because like for instance we could talk about your boy munchie b in a second but munchie b said about four extra after he blew his hand off and then four extra stopped with me even though i didn't really say anything but like munchie said You wanna know why?

41:02Forks is your homie, right? So I'm gonna say this. You wanna know why, though? Why? Because Forks is looking like, that's my boy, Adam. You shouldn't even let that entertain. He feel like you should have cut that off. You know? It's just like my boy doing a podcast, and he on some legit shit, and you're bringing people that ain't supposed to be on there. Whatever the case might be. They ain't gonna say ain't supposed to be on there, because you're like professional. But you're bringing people. Like, you're bringing everybody. Like, homies. That's not cool. Whatever the case might be. But you're doing professional shit for your shit.

41:27It's like, when you do that, it's like, damn, you my boy. why you don't talk about me like you should have told him like hey look we're not gonna do that but anyways another no blah blah so him feeling like he had a super relationship with you it was more like a damn bro like i thought you was my boy you could at least swerve the conversation like well he probably feel like you fed into it too much all right just an idea do you feel like if you blow your hand off that you gotta have a little bit of a sense of humor about it i mean and i know that's harsh because like obviously it's a super serious situation but i'll definitely I'm gonna say this, it's, you can, but then again, there's some people like, it's all on how you cope with it.

42:09It's all on how you cope with it. Like I was paralyzed for like 13 months. Like you couldn't tell me nothing about that. Like at the time I'm like, nah, we ain't playing like that. Like if a random motherfucker be like, shut up, you was paralyzed, I remember you was doing this, I'm just gonna immediately piss me off. Like what you talking about? But if one of my boys said, like I remember I had to carry you downstairs, weird ass nigga, You can even walk. I'm going to laugh at it. You're not like, oh, you're my boy. We trolling. That's what it is. But coming from somebody I know not with me, it's like, you playing the game with me.

42:39Like, I don't really know. Yeah, because making fun of people being, like, paralyzed or injured is, like, kind of like the other thing that people do besides Dissing the Dead is, like, people love to point out, oh, so-and-so got a limp. But you could take it from your homies. Like, I literally went from wheelchair to walker to cane. I heard all the jokes from my homies. It was funny coming to my homies like, all right, blah, blah, blah, blah. But when people told me that was on the opposite sides, I was like, all right, everybody know, like, just remember you told me that. But is there also part of you that's like...

43:14This summer, serve up the cookout classics, Oscar Mayer hot dogs and Heinz mustard. Grill up a dog, add classic yellow mustard, or loaded Chicago style. We all know it's not a cookout without Oscar, Meyer, and Hines. I got, like, of course they're going to do that. That's what they're supposed to do. No, 100%. You're supposed to do that. I'm like a person, you want to do that. That's cool. I understand that. But, you know, God working crazy ways, you shouldn't talk about people. That's crazy if you fucked up. Yeah. I mean, that was the awkward part about Forrest losing his hand or a couple of fingers is because I made fun of T-Rail so much for having one arm.

43:53Which I'll start beefing. Yeah, but we've been beefing for a couple years, but I made fun of his hands for his arm things so much. Yeah, we were cool. We did podcasts on here for a couple years. No, I'm saying that's when you were doing the jokes. No, I never made the joke. His homies made the joke on the show all the time, and I actually defended him, and then we stopped being cool, and then I started making the joke on something. You want to know what it would have made a regular? if you would have been doing that as a homie like shut up nigga little hand or some like that but then it would have hit like it hit now it wouldn't have but if you would have said it if you would have said it you could have like come on bro i've been doing some movies cool like you you mad about that i've been doing that so it's like you was waiting like i can't wait to get into it to my fucking that little hand he got i honestly but i honestly wasn't waiting i honestly really thought it was like because i like i just have like one memory of they did an episode with i I think it was either Mozzie or Wiz Khalifa, and everybody was making fun of him for the arm thing.

44:54And then afterwards in the group chat, it became a thing of like, yo, that shit ain't funny. How we got A-list celebrities coming through here and you're just giving me a hard time in front of them making fun of my disability. And I agreed with him. I was like, that is lame. Was he born like that? No, he had a motorcycle accident. That's his fault. Yeah. Bad people.

45:17Yeah, I don't know. So are you from somewhere if you never got put on? Is there technicalities? Not you, but him. What do you mean? Is he from somewhere? Yeah. But if he never got put on, does that mean he's not from there? I don't think he's from nowhere. But, you know, when you get a buzz and you're around the area, they might have said, you might be like, oh, yeah, he's one of our boys. A lot of people look like they're not going to say that because he's cool. But from what I know, I don't think he really game. I think it's more of the fact like he grew up born and raised probably got some family.

45:50Now that you blew up it's like yeah he's one of us. I think he's more like when you go to jail you got the actual mess and game bangers then you got the motherfuckers that come in like I don't game bang I'm a resident from this neighborhood. I think he's more like a resident. He might game bang I don't know but I don't I never heard of him being a game banger. I always heard like just a friend of a friend like you know like he you're a resident. You grew up over here you with us. He's your favorite Hoover podcaster or are you more of a Gumby fan? what the fuck what i don't know nothing about t-rex you don't watch none of that no okay that gumby nigga that's a smoker what that dude's a smoker the only thing he's smoking is those big ass gumby blunts that are like this long that's smoker shit who does that that shit hard that's not hard that's smoker shit that's early 2000s i'm i'm feeling he doing that shit to look cool you think he doing that he doing that shit when he get on camera i want to roll that's smoker shit he probably needs that much weed to get high no that look like you got of meat in your mouth.

46:44Why are you being weird like that? That's weird. You shouldn't want to do it? No, that's weird though. Like, I don't, Gumby is just animated. Just like. He's a good content creator though. He's an entertaining ass interview. He's going to yell, do the theatrics. It's good for shit like that. People want to see shit like that. They want to see live. He going to yell. Ah, nigga. It's not that in real life. No, but he got the illest villain origin story too. He be trolling. Is he trolling or is he just who he is? I feel like... No, he trolled me before. Oh, he trolled you? Yeah, he trolled me before.

47:16I didn't even know that. I didn't know that. I didn't know that 60 and trolled him. Why are you trolling me? No, but... Okay. The villain origin story? Like, who got a better villain origin story than that? What you talking about? A dude tried to... Like, his own homie tried to, like, basically, like, tell him he was gonna rape him in prison so he killed him. I mean, don't get much better than that. I mean... That's regular? You're homie saying it's regular. No, for them. No. Oh. Yeah, they got some freaky shit going on over there. I'm pretty sure you're real tuned in with them people. They got a lot of freaky shit going on over there.

47:48That's why if you try anything, we got to kill you. We're going to stomp that out. No, he probably only did it because people heard it. It probably was consensual. No, they didn't do anything. It was like he killed them before he got a chance to talk about it. He probably really freaky. He probably like, why you do that in front of everybody? Now I got to show. You know, I got to do what I got to do to keep my cover. I don't know They got too much freaky shit Going on there I don't know But he like an old weird dude I don't know him He know me though Yeah? What's that mean? You gotta know me Yeah everybody knows Toon But we know Gumby too No you know him For the internet He's an older guy So I'm kind of like Separated from his Jit phase I'm sure he was going crazy Yeah for sure No he's not going crazy He's not a gamer Like that But you know They accept him I mean You know People do What are you Are you tuned into The GBO Gaston show?

48:39Who? Gaston. That nigga is a... I don't deal with people like him. He's like a troller to have you like he would blow motherfuckers. That one line? Uh huh. He the f***er that'll do it. I don't wanna play with him. You just do you or I'ma do me. I ain't... He play a cold game. But it seems like he was trying to change his life and just go to college. Yeah, he always act like he changed his life when he come back and go crazy. Didn't he go to your house? Allegedly he went to your house. So I really don't give a f*** what happens to him. Really, I'm kind of sad that they just beat him up. I think they should have, you know.

49:13You can't play like that. He play a lot of weird games. Yeah. Everybody don't want to play. Yeah. There's people that trolled and there's people like, don't do that, don't do that to me, dog. I wonder if he's going to drop out of college because now he knows that he might just get packed out any given day. He got packed out at college? You didn't see the video? No, I seen the video, but I didn't know he was at a college. I think it was like outside of the college. They told me that college is kind of like in the hood, like could definitely happen over there. I mean, just trying to go to college after you did so many people is crazy because you don't know who's who.

49:43You might run into somebody's cousin that you did. So you might run into somebody that's game banging that's going to college. It's just like that. You're just trying to just blend in, trying to make it seem like you're just a regular guy. If you're going to be disrespectful, if you're going to be like a viral disrespectful, you might as well either. You got to be like, like that, don't give a fuck or you got to stay out the way. Because it's going to be a time. LA is very small. It's big, but it's small. But I do believe not everybody goes to the same place. Do you realize that the guy who beat him up outside of the college was the same guy that he did a drive-by on in that one clip back in the day?

50:19Mr. – what was it? Goddamn, I talked to him on the phone. I don't know. I think that was staged. I don't think it was no real shit. You know, I always thought that it was staged. Mr. Get It Done. I always thought it was staged, but then why is he beating him up unless he actually had a real grievance with him? Content is crazy these days. It's true, but man. He can do anything for content. The clip of him getting beat up out of college seemed pretty convincing. There's old women dragging him into the car to save him and shit. Look how he got fucked up. I ain't going to say he did it. But whoever the fuck did it, look how he got beat the fuck up.

50:54But I think a lot of that shit is strictly for content. Content is crazy. Yeah? Yeah. You would never do it? You don't got any fake content plays in you? Nah, I could like, I would say this, I could like vlog what I'd be doing like on some playful like around, but me personally, I wouldn't do no content and be like, I'm gonna say this, it's safe like I was a content creator and I'd be like. Learn more at go.amex.com. Somebody went to jail, like, yeah, they say he went to jail for whoop-de-whoop-whoop, and he was the reason for whoop-de-whoop. That's kind of weird to me because even though I don't think that's police shit, that's really police shit because, I'm gonna say this, everybody use the line like, like, what am I gonna say? Everybody use the line like, well, only reason I'm doing this or I'm posting this is because it's already posted on internet.

52:13I don't think that's a good reason for a m**** to post it because the next person's post it because your platform might be bigger than theirs or they, the m****** that need to see it, probably seen it on your shit. They might not have seen that. I think you just help them put it out there. I just think like a lot of shit shouldn't be put out there. Like, I don't think you should do something because next because if i'm like as far as crimes or fighting the case that's kind of weird because like you don't know how they seen it you saying like oh i put it on there because this did it the whole time like you don't know how they seen it they might have really seen it off your never heard of this you know it's just like i don't i don't think that's cool that's kind of like off like even when i was getting ready for this interview i was looking through like la based topics like all different kinds of la on like a couple different youtube channels just trying to think of shit to talk to you about.

53:01And I seen a lot of things that were like decent topics, but they're from like six months ago. Like what? I can't remember, honestly. But like messy ass shit, like people beefing with each other, but like random little fights, whatever. But it's like six months ago. Like that video. And I'm just kind of feeling like, damn, it would sound so crazy if I asked Toon about that because it's going to feel like I just dug something out of the crates, like some crazy shit that people forgot about because six months ago is a lifetime these days, you know? Yeah, for sure, for sure. But it's just like the video you said, the little YouTube.

53:34They be talking crazy on the YouTube, bro. Yeah. That shit ain't cool. Yeah. That type of lies get people in jail. Which lies specifically? Like everything they talk about. Like them little interviews they be doing. Yeah. Like the shit with me on there. I don't, it's crazy. I ain't ever watched the whole interview that was put out on me. Every time somebody see me that shit, I be like, I go look at it as soon as I read it be like alright bros You're talking about the documentary type things that they make about you I've been telling people to report that shit because that shit kind of like weird and like f***ing my character Oh yeah because like you know I could read this to you because this is like in those documentaries hundreds of thousands of people have already seen that but this is a quote Listen I'm talking about Adam Listen this is like an equivalent of me reading a newspaper article of somebody else I want to hear what they allegedly said It's alleged that he preferred drive-bys instead of walkdowns and allegedly shot a ton of enemies as well as civilians.

54:33Yeah, that's smokers. That's like, that's not smokers. You can't have people know who you are and be putting out stuff like that about people unless it's like really. That's what I'm saying. Clearly whoever's doing that is somebody like, I know he's another person in LA. He's got to keep a low profile. I'm going to just say this because people are going to believe it. That's dumb. That's just. That's just. That's stupid. Like, that's just... Where the f*** is you... That's why I'm saying they f***ing my character. Why would you say some dumbass s*** like that? Right. That's, like, weird to me.

55:01That's just, like... That's, like, probably the police trying to add someone. You know, like, all right, we're going to do this, you're going to do that. Yeah. But that type of s*** is weird. That's just, like, me making s*** like, yeah, Adam's going to coach the road to, he's doing this. That's just, like, weird s***. Like, I'm not going to do that because I'm not trying to f*** up your character. Like, whatever... If it was that, whatever you f*** you got going on, that's your business. I'm not trying to dig deep into what the fuck you got in terms of shit that they could use to get somebody locked up they're not telling you the exact example of when they shot somebody but they're basically painting the picture so that like if a cop or investigator were to see that and they were to take it at face value then they gotta just try to fill in the blanks that just like had this image of you right everybody had this image of Adams the murderer whatever the case might be and then I'm a counter grab like yeah Adam B murdering he be doing that you hear bro like that's crazy he never gave a fuck people come to his podcast never leave they gonna be like they gonna be like hey that Adam B disappearing shit you can't do that bro that's just weird because even though it's not true we gonna make a tune in like maybe we need to look into this you know like that's that's the police job they gonna do that that's why I say motherfuckers be doing content on motherfuckers that be going to jail or any type of open cases or even if I already got that time, it's like that's not something you should do content on, bro, because you don't know if this is affecting this person.

56:26It's a lot of shit. Like I done been in jail for a temp. It's a lot of shit that you wouldn't think that come out, it'll come out, and there'd be some shit. Motherfucker go to jail. Now they're using shit on YouTube. Like even you see this YouTube, and you think like I'm doing content. You don't give a shit, you give your money. But now this man is in court, and they're bringing this up. Like, as here, he'll say, and it's linking up to whatever evidence they thought they had. You know, like, you could tell he's a well-known, that's weird. But, okay, the blogger, YouTuber response to that would be, it's not my job to make sure that he doesn't go to jail.

57:04And if he shot somebody, then by all means, your ass is supposed to go to jail. That's how this is supposed to work. Yeah, but that's not, that means you should have been a cop, right? some people would rather do that work through youtube i guess that's like assisting you can't do that adam that's weird like you're a podcaster is joe is joe when you ask questions do you be like i might do this content hopefully he go to jail because he did some bad no no that's what i'm saying and actually like let's say that i knew i'm interviewing somebody and i knew that they shot and killed somebody i'm not gonna in that case especially i'm not even gonna hint at it yeah exactly you know that'd be weird it's like uh you're trying to you're trying to throw me in a loop yeah but everybody don't think like that just like you said in the content the content where they're like shit well shit this is some good content everybody gonna tap into what i would say that the cash might be like whoop to whoop murder's whoop to whoop and here's the evidence now everybody clicking on it that's weird yeah just like you shouldn't do that no yeah i feel you don't be one of them guys what uh you feel like there's like a war people are hyping up this war in la a lot of people been getting killed in recent memory feels like the murder rate was kind of low there for a while it might be ticking upwards a little bit this year is that the vibe on the streets like a murder rate or just you know there's a lot of talk about certain sets i ain't heard of one of my dad really i'm just like go some.

58:36I mean, YCA 80 bands and Baby You are the two that are most recent that kind of stand out. Yeah, Long Live You. That's my boy. Yeah. That's my good people right there. And they're both weirdly similar situations of like going to a weed shop and getting killed outside. Wrong place, wrong time. Yeah. I already hear about Deshna there. Yeah. This is my boy right there. He makes sure I'm on a good path. Oh, he tries to keep you out of knowing about all that. No, he He for sure keeps me out of that. He's like the, if I be like, oh, I'm at the house, you know, like, you know, that mean, you know, I'm where we grew up at.

59:16He'd be like, boy, you finna go get some food or, boy, you finna go do this. You finna go, he's more like a, let's just go do something else. Yeah. For sure, for sure, he gonna keep me out of that. Like if I call him and tell him, oh, yeah, bro, I'm around the area, he gonna be like, you weird, bro, I'm finna come with you. Like, we finna go, he gonna make some, we might not even gonna do this shit, but in his say he's gonna make something up i need to arrive me somewhere i'd be like damn bro where we going i thought you need rice i just didn't want you to be right there bro i think we should just do something else yeah so i'd be cool but it's good to have people like that yeah no definitely i remember like a couple different times like as me and brick like kept hanging out and kept going to like porn parties and like that not like what the f*** is a porn party okay so a lot of people i'll say that they think that i'm talking about like a like porn is being found.

1:00:02No, it's just like a party, but it's like adult industry. So there's hella porn stars there and like that. And like, at one point, Brie just said to me like, bruh, like, you don't understand like the parties I've been going to my whole life are just like a very different vibe. Like you don't understand how chill and laid back it is for me to be at these kind of parties where I don't got to think about. I was just, I could understand that because it's like, when you going like out, like me partying in LA, it's like, I'm gonna try to enjoy myself, but I can't really have a good time because I gotta worry about who finna come in I gotta worry about who know who finna see me and make a call Versus like when I'm out of town for sure I'm 100 % watching my back, but it's like My guard is not as high as it is in LA.

1:00:46My guard is all the way up Like you never know what the f*** can happen where but when you're in LA It's like when you're in LA and you're from LA especially like if you're from somebody from LA It's like a It's not really no time to have fun unless you with all your people. Yeah. We have somebody spot I already know. Like, this is my boy spot. And everybody here, they with us. You can't really have fun, like, going to a club. Me going to a club in L.A., like, it'd be cool. But I can't say I'm going to have genuine fun. Yeah. Because the whole time I'm there, I'm like, I got to watch my surroundings.

1:01:16I can't get too drunk. I can't get too loose. You know? I think, like, in those environments, Brick was just fully, like, in a different mentality because he was probably like the only street gang associated person there maybe like a couple of security and even then like i can kind of tell they're like it'll be kind of like rubbing him a weird way like when the security is from somewhere and it'd be kind of thinking like damn it definitely feel good to let your guard down because i didn't not like all the way but it definitely feel good like we used to wear you'd be like like damn i ain't really gotta you know like ain't too many i gotta wear but i gotta pay attention because i am who i am but i'm good just like if you went to a party in LA, you're going to be like, alright, it's cool, I ain't from nowhere, but I still got to watch people, versus you going to a party where all the other people are going to be like, I could be me here.

1:02:02You go to the Beverly Hills Farmer's Market, I could be me there. See, I can't, I don't. No, I think you too, though. I think you could be cool in there. Anywhere in LA, I'm not comfortable. No, but like, alright, if you're in New York, everything Everything from LA gets simplified down. It's just like, he's a crip from LA. That's what they're gonna say. I'd have been to New York and they took me to walk to multiple blocks. And it was cool, but I caught myself because the people I was with were like, damn, bro, you thirsty, you looking at people, you think I'm like, bro. I'm thinking I'm motherfucking looking at me, there's some weird shit going on.

1:02:42But they're like, bro, this is how it is down here. It ain't that. They had to reassure me a lot of shit that was going on. that I thought was like tripping or on that, they had the red shirt. I'm like, bro, you like, it's good. Like, it ain't that. Like, we understand it, but it's not that versus like me walking around. I'm not going to walk around LA. I ain't walking the block. LA is not a very walkable city in general anyway. But your situation is a little different. You can walk. I love to walk. That's like one of my favorite things. Yeah, you got to walk to the city with us. Just take a nice walk.

1:03:17Yeah. No, I'm down. Let's do that. Yeah. We're going to walk from the 8 to the 5. You got to take one of these blue edible gummies. Nah, see, now he's going to have me there. Now he's going to have me there. We thugging. Yeah, you're going to have to sit down on the park bench. You got to come to the 100 versus what? 100 versus 2. You guys are doing it over there? No, he's doing it. What are you doing there?

1:03:44Wait, you're actually doing 100 versus 2 as a tribute? No, it's really 100 bucks to one, but he told me to come, so I'm gonna go. Oh, okay. That's my boy. But 100 is hilarious. How many are you doing for real? Oh, he never gave a fuck. And I seen you had him on Plug Talk. My boy looked in. You like that skit? That was hard. That was hard. Because he really liked the character. The comments are crazy. The comments are like really thinking like, damn, you let the homie f*** your girl. That's crazy. I'm going to know some crazy s***. That's what you were hoping for, too? No, no, no, no, no, no. But look, I'm going to say this.

1:04:20Dang what I was going to say. What I definitely going to say, I'm like, damn, he got a horny next to his girl. That's crazy. He might be trying it. But this is what I'm going to tell you. We do like horny guys. I swear to God. If I'm lying, I'm lying. Look, I'm going to tell you some real shit. I swear to God. I'm going to tell you some real shit on the Dead Homies. As far as good content, no cap. This and that. I swear to God. That's the best content you'll get out of my area. Oh, yeah? These two, 100%. Good content. We got to run it back. We got to do another one. I ain't going to lie. You probably got a dude ass by yourself.

1:04:58He's a cat. He's cat the f*** out. But dude, he's all the way cat it out. You got to. He said he's been up here before, though. LA's a crazy place where you could just say cat it out. No, no, no, no. See, if that wasn't my boy, I wouldn't pay him back. No, I know. That's really like my boy. That's like. Yeah exactly That's like But I ain't gonna lie Real s*** On some good content s*** You know how like C-Mac is excellent content Facts Free my boy He's coming home soon Yeah free the game That's the homie That's like You gotta see it for yourself If you was to deal with him On the record You'd be like this He's like the motherfucker That'd be in the car You'd be like Here you go Bro that's crazy That Crip Mac missed The whole 20 versus 1 era You gotta That's what I'm saying You the player.

1:05:47That's all I'm saying. Maybe I should schedule that before he does another one. No, I think you should schedule that before he get out. So when he get out, he got plans. Yeah. Yeah. Is he going to come to my boy, Sid? What? 20 versus one? If I'm not doing anything, yeah, I'm down. Sounds like a lot of fun. When is that, Sid? You ain't got to convince me to go hang out with a bunch of ratchet-ass random hoes. That's pretty much all I want in life. Found a new baby mama. Found a new Christian rock. You might, no, I don't find it. No? No, not that big. She don't give address it. Yeah, that's not good people.

1:06:20She can't come to the crib. Yeah, she can't come. She can't come to the crib. She got to come to the Marriott. Yeah, why you ain't got a 20 versus one? You know, they used to be like offering us to do it and shit, but I feel like the 20 versus one bubble kind of popped a little bit. No, I think it's like. It's still going, but it's just. I think it's like, it definitely died down, but I think it'd be like, it's the content. I think it's how you go about it. It's hard to find enough scallywags to cast this shit. To be honest, I think if you do it, you already got a good following. So you doing it, I ain't never seen a podcast do it.

1:06:52So if you do it, it might be kind of crazy. I might just pull up and... You got to tell me the date so I can figure out if I can actually come. You're like an accident troll. I don't know if you do it on purpose, but I'm going to say accident troll. Why? Because you'd be trolling. And just like... Like I was watching your shit on... well um f-ybj man you said some crazy what i said you said like something something i was gonna call you a little bird oh my god i know he got so pissed about that too i didn't realize how offensive he was gonna take it that's crazy i ain't gonna lie that's crazy before before i swear to god before i think i told him i told him that the one i just said he's like good content my boy bill i was just telling him that i said i don't just call a nigga but i'm playing i said what if he's playing with me like that bro he's like no i don't do that i'm with J-Man, but he's just like over serious sometimes and it makes me want to push him.

1:07:45I don't think he definitely, that's what I can say about him, he got some excellent content. J-Man, yeah. He definitely gonna, if he do some shit, you gonna want to watch it because he like you know, he don't, he's like him or he like one of them, you don't know what's gonna come next with it. He trod good. His trolling game is excellent. He just pisses me off because I feel like he, he has people, well no, he f***s with people and then he like won't have like a real conversation about them because he folks with them like with the Dirk thing it's like I can't even I'll ask him a question about the Dirk thing and he'll just ramble and I'm like bro the dude is under federal indictment you don't have to act like he's a saint like you could have a conversation about it he probably like let's go back to what I said he probably don't want to say nothing you don't know what a person or what a motherfucker looking at would take his word into context and be like even he said this he said that so he probably like I'd rather not talk about that.

1:08:37It's easy to talk about himself, but it's like, why would I talk about that? I don't know. What the f*** I might say that came up. I might say, I don't think that's going to hurt him, but then it really hurt him. So it's like, I don't want to talk about that, you know? Nah, I feel it. But, yo, you know an interview that I did that I feel like you might like? You might want to go check it out? What? Stoop Boy Blue. When you finally find your thing, you want the whole world to know about that thing. So you use a thing called Canva to make it an even bigger and better thing. Whether you want to create flyers for that thing, make presentations for that thing, or design merch for that thing, you can do anything.

1:09:13So people can see your thing, feel your thing, love your thing. The next thing you know, it's a thing. Canva, the thing that makes anything a thing.

1:09:27Well, that was a modern classic. That might be the best interview of the year. Yeah, I'm a 6-0, I guess. hey no ain't gonna lie whoever cliff whoever cliff formed that that was excellent that was like six on way worse I'm way worse all that love so hard just just I'm way worse is such a good slogan that one and the niggas said who the f*** would do that cuz six up yeah that's it that's that was good cliff form I ain't gonna lie that was excellent that's like a that's like a saying right now we might be in the hill we might be like who the do that guys is that's that that was definitely that was hard though that was a good one but but like i now now i kind of want to interview him again because like i know like the the version of it that he told where he like somebody put meth in his lean and then he woke up and there was a video of him doing all this on the internet like now i know so much more about that situation that i know that that is not true so i'm gonna say his character now i can't speak on that but before he was who the fuck he is now he actually was a low i've heard that he was very influential at that time too people were loving he definitely like was like a look before that but i don't know what the fuck y 'all gonna know i can't speak on i don't know what he's doing i don't know that's he's just way worse now as he said he's way ww man he way worse exactly he just we way worse that was a triple w that was definitely good content for you though that I was like, I had to see that one.

1:11:01I seen that. Yeah. I had to watch that. I wanted to interview him for years and years. The clip made me watch that shit. I swear to God. 6-0, who would do that shit? That made me watch it. Yeah. I'm like, he on there, catting the fuck out. But you know that allegation that he was giving out his homie's addresses to an enemy girl? I didn't hear that one. Bang, bang. That's the word. I didn't know about that at the time. He got a lot of allegations. I didn't hear that one. He never gave me no setup. I just think he I definitely think he did the wrong drug If somebody gave him the wrong drug And he just got fucked up He just like I think without drugs he'd be a good homie He says that he still goes around All the time That people just accept him

1:11:48You gotta I guess you gotta know who to go around I mean you ain't doing no bullshit But you just shit a lot of people on the set Like you know Like I said I think without drugs he would have been like he's an excellent member without drugs. Definitely. So that old clip from like three years ago with you and Munchie on live together. Why do you guys seem like you have such a good rapport in that clip? Like a degree of mutual respect. I think. I mean I would say the people know the people. Like um I ain't got nothing bad to say about him. He who he is. He know who I am. It's like, I'm not the type of person to be like, yeah, fuck him, bitch ass nigga.

1:12:35That's weird. That's some weird shit. So it's kind of some mutual respect? It's like an op respect. Like, I know you're an op, but you know? Because I asked him for questions for you, and he just said, ask him, remember he ran from me on 108th and Western. Never ran from him. He didn't tell you that. He didn't tell you that. You don't believe me? No, he didn't tell you that.

1:13:03I'm the dead host, I never ran for him. And then he said he was going to tell you what kind of car I was in, LOL. I know what kind of car he drove. Never ran for him, ever in my life. I know exactly what car he was in. But he's describing an actual thing where you saw each other? No, I've seen him before. That's why I said I ain't going to. Even though he said that, I'm not going to take nothing from nobody's character. You know, like, he's somebody from his side. But if he said I ran for him, he's lying. 100 % stood in. Face to face. He tried to do a pun fake move. I didn't go for it. It is what he did.

1:13:34I mean, he don't lie like that. But if you do ask him what type of guy I am, I'm pretty sure, because he didn't say it already, he know I'm a stand-up dude. Like, he know. He didn't know. Because he does everybody he don't like. And he didn't say anything bad about you. No, he not going to. That's one thing I do, give him. He don't. Every time we didn't have, like, on the end, and we going back before we playing the game, he ain't ever said, like, you know, bust through. He like you know I respect you like that because I do the same like if you somebody somebody I ain't gonna hate you Cuz you are like it is what did you for you for you?

1:14:05Yeah, it is with this but he ain't did that to me. He like somebody that like he get credit where the He's like, oh, yeah, you know, take out my best or not, but I ran from was crazy You gonna make me hit him up You do a podcast together Maybe over zoom Zoom is safe. Zoom will be controlled, but person to person, like, I don't want to do nothing. You f*** that. I don't want to do nothing here. But, like, face-to-face podcast is crazy. Yeah, I wouldn't want to be the one trying to officiate that. No, that ain't going to work. I wouldn't even come. Yeah. I don't know. Maybe one day. No, no. Y 'all will be in the old folks' home.

1:14:47What? I said, the old folks' home in L.A. got to be kind of awkward. There's probably a lot of different hoods in there. That's when the boys work in here. I told you, like, hey, bro, don't have me come. I'm not big on that It's just like Nah for sure like when we booked your interview I made it clear like hey I don't want anybody booked for like 3 hours before he comes Yeah nah it's like If I would've came here you asked him about beef with it It's just been like out of my bounds Not because it's just like Don't nobody make me nervous But it's just like I don't wanna know It's a conflict instance The worst one we ever had was when they accidentally booked Brick and Snoopy Badass at like the same time Hey beef?

1:15:26internet shit they had done a podcast like a couple months before that internet is like badass he hit me up before he's from wherever he wants to be from that week he hit me up before nah he's cool though that's my boy yeah at one point he was for sure a pyro I don't know if he even honestly every time I talk to him he's got a different movement a different label a different whatever I don't beef with him so I really don't know but I didn't have words Not words with him like bad, but we didn't talk before. He's a very entertaining guy. Yeah, no, he wasn't like no type shit. He hit me up on some regular shit.

1:16:02He wasn't like no word shit. I mean, I don't beef him, so I really know. I just know he from Pyro. Do you think all the beefing and shit holds LA artists back, or is that just how it is? It's gonna be like that forever. Do you mean hold it back like... Like, as a whole. People always talking about like Texas or Atlanta, like there's kind of more unity, even though, honestly, the more you know about these different states, you realize they got kind of the same problem as LA, but maybe maybe not quite as bad but i mean i can't say that because chicago got a lot of beef and they blowing the up yeah that's a fact so i can't say that but it's also like the thing holding them back because so many of those artists are gone now like that we're popping out of there over the last 10 years you know yeah think about them they actually be getting up out there yeah they begin it'd be like the listening to them like damn we died last week yeah but in l.a it's like i just think you've been familiar it's way harder to blow up like like the nip like Nip being who he was.

1:16:54Nip always been hard. But I think he blew up way more when he died. I think he should have had that exposure when he was alive. Yeah. It just, you know, it'd be weird out here. But he did, he had good exposure when he was alive, but when he died, it like went to like 100. Yeah. Nah, yeah. A lot of people kind of have a hard time admitting that. That like, yeah. But he was like, he was at a moment in his career where he was getting like the GQ cover and he's doing videos on... He was in the door, but it's not like how he was when he died. Naming streets after him, everybody posting him, everybody like, you know, if he would have had that same type of love, he probably wouldn't have died.

1:17:35He probably would have been somewhere else, like, you know, like out the way. But, you know, people say that Nip was different because Nip got killed from somebody from his own section, so it kind of made it less controversial to mourn him in the sense that a lot of times when a dude gets killed in L.A. it's almost kind of weird to make him a symbol of peace or whatever because he died from a war between two sides. That was almost a little different because it was within his section, I guess. I think that was more of a name thing. They probably had a personal issue, but it was more like, Oh, that's Nick.

1:18:18I'm going to do that. It's going to be big, you know, versus a regular motherfucker. Whoever did it, I don't know who the f*** did it. Don't give a f***. But what I'm saying is, as Nick being like an ally in the homie, I think a m*** did it more so like if I do this to him, it's going to be big. You know, you can kill a m***h a day and that's a nobody. It's going to be like, no, he's nobody. But if you do something to a m***h that's somebody, everybody going to hear about it. And I think that boosts the motherfucking ego. Like, oh, yeah, I did that to him, you know? Probably didn't think about getting caught, but it was just a principle.

1:18:54Like, if I do it to him, everybody's going to hear about it. I think it was more like a cloud thing. Yeah. It's crazy that we never heard anything from Eric, the dude who allegedly did it. Like, we never heard a phone call with him or anything like that. Because that would kind of be, like, one of the craziest interviews of all time to just see. You got to call him. I mean you can't call him you gotta hit him up right it's just that's Brick's boy and I feel like Brick don't even want him to do that so I feel like I would probably that's just like that's his like actual bro because Brick don't want you to do it or you don't want to do it honestly if someone said hey you want to have a phone call with him I would do it I guess but also man yeah that is kind of ugly I'm just like thinking about how people would react to it as well that's what I'm saying so I'm gonna go back that's like the first situation that's why you shouldn't entertained it.

1:19:47You see how you said like Brick probably like sorry. I think Brick got so much love for him that he wouldn't want him to do an interview because A his whole life is basically ruined already. Don't do the interview and he like let's do the interview. What would you do? That being Brick's like bro I'm gonna just do what he says because it's too personal. I'm gonna go back on what I said. That's like the Fierks shit is like you weren't supposed to entertain that because Fierks look at you like that's my bro. Adam he cool people like blah blah blah. He got me out of the way to me game bank. He just been out there.

1:20:21He actually put me in position. So when you did what you did he probably like I think if you saw what was actually said about him on camera that you'd be kind of surprised that it really wasn't like anything. I don't know what was said. I was trying to keep it PC so hard. But it's that's the homie so it's like it's like damn is is it like is he exact this touch it's like it touches his wedge because he like that's real homie yeah you know somebody he's like you know he a lot like that's he a homie so it's like i can't say i don't know what he mean because like if i feel like i got a friend in me and you do some that i wouldn't expect you to do it's like damn bro i gotta fall back from because it might have been some shit when talking about you and the type of nigga he is he probably like Don't do that.

1:21:11We ain't finna do that. That's my boy. That's the time. You know? Like, he might be doing some shit, and it might be good content, but if they say something about me, he can be like, hey, let's check it out. We gonna do content. We finna go over that conversation. Or he might even clip it out. We ain't doing that. You know? Don't talk about him. So maybe he felt like your relationship was deeper than what it was. But it's like at the end of the day. He probably mad you posted it. I talk about everybody. It was live. That's what I'm saying. He probably just mad it was like it was said. because in his head he like Adam wouldn't do that.

1:21:42But if you even heard what he said What did he say? It was like nothing. What did he say? Like almost nothing. Like actually close to nothing. No he had to say something Adam. I can't remember honestly. I feel like Munchy said something on his own channel making fun of him but then when we got on the camera that he didn't really say nothing. Too crazy. I might be getting blamed for things that he said on his own channel as well realistically. Like, as me, you kind of just get blamed for everything. I mean, his own channel, it definitely ain't got nothing to do with you. But if he did it in front of you, it's like, if I feel like we got a relationship, I think you should, like, not entertain nothing that got to do with me.

1:22:20Because that's just like, if I had a channel, and we doing our thing, and we doing this, and then you wasn't here this day, and now everybody like, yeah, nigga, Adam, weird-ass who? It's like, I can't let you do that because that's my boy. We do this every day. We're not finna talk about him. We ain't finding the subject. You know, like, respectfully. you can be mad you can leave whatever you want to do but we can't talk about somebody that's big with me I just I feel like if you blow your hand off you gotta get these jokes as bad as it is bro it's like when the whole internet is making fun of you and we didn't even I didn't even get to the point of being able to joke with I didn't even get close to it this is what I'm saying this is what I'm telling you it's different from him coming here you making jokes like what the f*** are you doing you just f***ed up it's different you telling him that you and him when an op is saying that or somebody from the other side you're disrespecting me so I don't respect nothing that come with it you know it's a shame that we never get to see me like joking around about it with him yeah that's the part it's like you said you never said nothing but it's just the fact of the relationship he feel like he had with you so it's like it shouldn't have been brought up maybe you can farrakhan the whole thing between us no I can't I can't tell him how to feel No, I can't tell him how to feel.

1:23:35I can tell him something and then he might be like, what the f*** are you talking about, bro? He a homie, though. A good homie. But I can't dictate on how he feel. Like, once a motherf***er is, you know? These my boys. These my boys, 100%. You're going to see me with them every day. But if I'm on to something, he might, every last one of them, they might not even know what the f*** I'm talking about. But if I call him and be like, all right, bro, he not good, 100 % sure they not finna ask me no questions. The questions might come later. If I call him like, hey, bro, he's not good, they're going to be like, well, f*** not.

1:24:08He don't got no reason to be around us. You know what it is. It's not going to be no questions, you know? No, I feel it. So maybe he felt like, all right, you got the ops on there. That's what you're supposed to do, but why the f*** y 'all talking about me, though? You're supposed to nip that in the bud. It's how he looked at his friendship, like, you know? His friendship, which was supposed to be, like, bigger, you know? That's the thing. Anybody who wants to be friends with me, you gotta understand and accept that realistically, our friendship is not gonna override the fact that I'm an interviewer and I interview people from all walks of life, including people who don't like you.

1:24:43Perfect example, I'm making perfect example, you gotta be real about it though, right? Say for instance, where she's with another podcast and shit, right? A motherfucker that don't like you, 100 % against you. You're like, yeah, Adam, he's a weirdo, he did this, he did that, he, huh, yeah, that's crazy. You're going to be like, what are you doing, bro? Why the f*** are you entertaining that? This is like a natural feeling. Why are you entertaining weird s*** and you build me? Nah, and if it was like that, I would have been all over it saying, nah, you can't say that about him, you can't say that about him, but I didn't really even get a chance to stand up for him because nobody really even said anything that crazy.

1:25:22Oh, see. See, just like you said, you don't feel like it was that crazy, but maybe. But you'd be surprised how sensitive people get after they lose some fingers, You know, he might have been in a different mental space than he normally would. That's what I say. I was paralyzed. If a motherfucker could tell me, or a motherfucker's making jokes that I don't get along with or I don't deal with, a week later, I'm going to be like, what are you talking about? I'm automatically going to keep you on my mind. You said what you said about me. And whoever was with you that thought that shit was cool to talk about, you know?

1:25:51Just like, why are you talking about me? And my boys, they come over, ha, ha, ha, bro. You're going to carry your ass downstairs. It's your weird ass. I'm going to laugh like, yo. but yeah that's against me and with my boy i'm gonna be like you thought that shit was cool bro i feel it um okay i feel like we kind of hit all my topics and now i gotta go to this mexican podcast so uh what else you got going on anything we need to know about no just some music i got some music coming we're gonna be going in i got some coming my boys jay ready jay ready yeah we gotta hear some more no we definitely been going up no he's back to back but no i got some music You know, you just gotta watch out for it.

1:26:32But let's do that in a few weeks. We'll do him and y 'all all together. We'll do a homie pod. You gotta set it up. Let's do it. This is good. We'll let him breathe in this one for a little bit, and then we can do that. Exactly. You still gotta come to the... Opslot. Yeah, we gotta Opslot. Opslot. Me, him, and my mans.
