2:22Olivia Attwood:Try it before it runs out at Boots or even Amazon. There's been so much discourse, obviously, around the girls in this series. It's been spicy. To say the least. It's been dramatic at points. What is your, like, friendship, Lily Sindel? What was your history with her before the show? I considered her a friend before the show.

2:40Samie Elishi:When did Kieran start to first catch her eye? As soon as he walked into the date. I thought he was fit, and then I thought he was really shy, and the chats weren't great at the start. We've actually spoke about this, so it's not like me outing him. How high did tensions get during that? Oh my God, movie night was like, it was really crazy. Like, I haven't actually seen it yet. I think I saw a clip on TikTok, but it is 10 times worse when you're there. It was terrible. At one point, I walked off.

3:09Olivia Attwood:I had to actually calm down. When you're trying to explain to someone why something upsets you and then they laugh at you, that would be like a red rag to a ball for me. If everyone's having an issue, with the same person.

3:20Samie Elishi:There's a common denominator.

3:21Olivia Attwood:Get the sign.

3:29Olivia Attwood:Hi dolls, welcome back to Olivia's house. I am so excited. My guest has literally just come from the airport and she's wearing her crown. It's the winner of Love Island All-Stars Series 3, Sammy!

3:46Olivia Attwood:Thank you guys. welcome home honey thank you thank you for making this your first start i'm honored

3:53Samie Elishi:how do you feel it hasn't sunk in yet it's all a bit mad you tired not yet it hasn't caught up

4:02Olivia Attwood:yeah we always do a lot of marguerite smiles for the guests you were emotional when that was called

4:08Samie Elishi:out did you literally have no no idea like not an inkling that anyone that knows me that i was saying to Millie the day before this is a double win for you I was like you've got this I was like it's gonna be you it's gonna be you she's like no and then as we were standing up there there was just less people and less people and less people and I kind of looked around and I'd actually had three wines before that final so I was a bit like oh I didn't really know I was just there for the vibes and then I looked up at Kieran I was like there's only four of us left and I was like this is really weird and then obviously it happened and I was like this is just the maddest thing ever I didn't expect it

4:44Olivia Attwood:I mean let's go into your love island journey actually I'm going to do our little thing that we do leave it at the door before we start I always ask my guests what they want to leave at the door what are they over what are they bored of what they want to draw a line under let's do it what do you want to leave at the door

4:58Samie Elishi:I would like to leave pies at the door

5:02Olivia Attwood:I cannot be arsed don't like them very bored of them would this be any particular pies to face yeah yeah leave them at the door I think that's a really, really good one. Let's do a little recap on your Love Island history for any listeners who might not know. So you first entered in season nine as a bombshell and you came third with Tom. Yeah. Tom, who is now engaged to Molly Smith. What's Tom's last name? Claire. Tom, Claire. What made you want to go on Love Island in the first place? How did you going on Love Island come about? Did they approach you? Do you remember? I applied.

5:37Samie Elishi:I applied for it, but I was obsessed with the show. I loved it. I was single for three years. I remember and then I was applying every single year and then I got it on the third term.

5:47Olivia Attwood:I love that you actually like honest about that because I feel like so many people I've been on that show with were like yeah like which is not there's no shame in auditioning or trying or wanting to do something and then we'd come out the villa they'd be like oh they just approached me I'm thinking that's not what you told me when we were sitting on the lounges and you were just up for it you were just up for the experience maybe to meet someone.

6:06Samie Elishi:Yeah I was like do you know I I worked in estate agents before and I sit at the back and do the paperwork and I used to look at all these people with these amazing lives and I was like, I want this. I'd rather be doing this than paperwork. Yeah, exactly that. So I applied and I got it in the end.

6:22Olivia Attwood:You then went back for Love Island's All-Stars Season 2. That was hell and horror, actually. So, because you very nearly didn't do this series, did you? Yeah. Because you basically, you spent a lot of time out there, didn't you, waiting and you went in very late towards the end of the series. I would say, I mean, look, this is what happens on TV shows. There's so many cast members. You didn't really get a chance to get your teeth into it at all, did you? No.

6:47Samie Elishi:It was like, I think I came in the end, it was like less than two weeks left. Yeah. Everyone was closed off and it was just quite... And you were like desperately trying to think, well, who can I even go for here? Yeah. So it was just not... The timing was very bad on that one. Yeah. I think. I don't really count it as part of your...

7:05Olivia Attwood:As a time, yeah.

7:05Samie Elishi:I was like, oh, third time. I'm like, hmm.

7:07Olivia Attwood:It was just a little blip. Yeah, a little blip. And then I guess when Series 3 came knocking around, you're probably thinking, no, I'm done with this. Like, I've been out, I'm going to go out there and waste my time, sit in a villa.

7:17Samie Elishi:That was my answer. I was like, nope, nope, nope. And then I had the conversation, then I had another conversation. I was like, oh, do you know what? Third time's a charm, let's try again.

7:27Olivia Attwood:So this time, third time lucky. Yeah. And you enter as a bombshell with AJ. Yeah. What was going through your head going in? You've been a bombshell every time.

7:37Samie Elishi:I have, yeah. I've been to that. And in the same villa every single time. Oh my gosh, of course.

7:42Olivia Attwood:Because you did your series in South Africa the first time round. So you've never even done the Mallorca experience. What was going through your head going in as a bombshell this time round?

7:53Samie Elishi:I was kind of, I was more hopeful. And I was like, you know what? I'm just going to go in and have a good time. I had no expectations of it, like meeting anyone or anything. I knew the cast before, like the starting line-up, because as a bombshell, you do, you get to see a little bit. And I just thought, oh, all right, we'll see how it goes. No one stood out to me or anything like that. I was like, let me just get in there and have a laugh. My friends were in there. And then it all just, yeah, that was my thoughts when I first walked in. And then it all just kind of started to fall into place.

8:20Samie Elishi:And I was like, oh, maybe this is actually going to work this time. It's actually going to be the time it works.

8:25Olivia Attwood:Like, I think a lot of viewers don't realise that if you are a bombshell, you do watch the show. Yeah, yeah, you do. get a real insight into what's happening, who's like, you know, conversations that are happening. So I think sometimes when bombshells enter and they kind of, they have these, you know, kind of this assumed knowledge, I think the viewer's like, what do they know? It's like, well, no, actually they do know because they get to watch. They know as much as what the viewer is saying. Yeah, exactly. You went straight in and went on a double date. Yeah. What was your impressions of the boys on day one?

8:56Olivia Attwood:All the boys, all the boys are better looking in real life.

8:59Samie Elishi:Really? I always find that every single day, they're going to be like, what's I look? I'm telling you, thanks. I'm like, okay, great. No, but they all just look, they're just taller and bigger and more handsome in real life. And you're like, wow. So I thought they was all really fit. When did Kieran start to first catch her eye? As soon as he walked into the day, I actually didn't think he was going to be in there. And I didn't think Charlie was going to be in there either. because in my head from watching it, like they were, I thought they were quite fit out of the group. Like I thought like I were there actually, they're going to be taken.

9:37Samie Elishi:So we're probably going to get people that... The leftovers. Right. I feel like the good ones are going to be gone. I just, yeah, I had my really good ones. There's a bit of meat market in there, isn't it? I had my really good ones, the medium ones, and then the ones that I went too fussed about. And I thought the ones that I'm not too fussed about are definitely going to walk through the store knowing my luck. and then the really good ones walked in. I thought, this is fun. Did you know of Kieran before?

10:03Olivia Attwood:Were you aware of him? Like, I guess from, you know, you knew of him. Had you met?

10:08Samie Elishi:So we met once at this boxing match that you had to go see, but it was actually a high and biased situation. He was actually with his girlfriend at the time. And then we met again at the NTAs. But then again, that was, it was me and him and another guy. And that guy was very like chatty and loud. so I was just kind of listening to that person and I just said hello to him and that was it

Read the full transcript

10:29Olivia Attwood:we didn't think anything of it so you didn't know much about him no but when you saw him like in the villa do you think you're fit?

10:36Samie Elishi:yeah I thought he was fit and then I thought he was really shy and the chats weren't great at the start we've actually spoke about this it's not like me like outing him the chats weren't great at the start but I think it was nerves and then he would make me laugh loads in like group settings and I'm like oh he's got something about him and then we got more comfortable and then, yeah.

10:57Olivia Attwood:And he's got like a real warmth about him. I don't know what, I can't, like, can you feel it through the screen and like the way he is with you, I mean, he's obviously very besotted with you. How are you guys, how is it spending like your first couple of nights away from camera?

11:11Samie Elishi:It's going to be really weird. Oh, after we came out? like when you won. Did you have a night there when you were just off? Not the final? Not in the villa, but you get moved to like these like nice little, we actually, they're almost like little cottages and we all have one each. And you're like off camera, obviously. Yeah, off camera. And was that like, what was that experience like? Oh, it was the best. Like, I felt like towards the end of the experience, I was not becoming myself, but you know, you kind of lose yourself a little bit and you're like, oh my God, I just want to come home now.

11:39Samie Elishi:I just want to get out of it. Like, it gets a lot. You get cabin fever. You start, you want your freedom back. Exactly, right. Like, yeah, that's exactly what I was getting. And then when we left, I just like instantly went back to myself. And I'm, yeah, and we just got along like a house on fire and it was just even better than in there. It was just the best.

11:56Olivia Attwood:On day nine, Lucinda arrives. She did. And stole Kieran from you. Yeah, she did.

12:05Samie Elishi:What was going through your head at that point? I was a bit, I was well shocked. No one expected her to choose him. Yeah. Because everyone was like, what is going on? I had my speech in my head, everything. He was so excited to hear my speech and then that happened. But do you know what? I got a little gut instinct just before she chose him that it was going to be him. Just a little sixth sense. A little sixth sense, yeah, because we were sitting there in couples before the boys went and stood up and she kept on looking at us. And I kept on catching her eye and I was like, it's us. And I looked at him, I was like, it's going to be you.

12:36Samie Elishi:And then he was like, no, it ain't. I was like, yeah. And then it was and I was like...

12:40Olivia Attwood:There's been so much discourse, obviously, around the girls in this series. It's been spicy. To say the least. It's been like, you know, and it's been dramatic at points. What, like, just for anyone that's, like, so confused still, what is your, like, friendship was with Lucinda? Like, what was your history with her before the show?

12:59Samie Elishi:So, me and Lucinda, I considered her a friend before the show. We went on, like, multiple trips together. Yeah, there were brand trips. One of them was, like, really intimate. Like, we went to Vegas and it was just us and two photographers. The twin shot this took us. And it was just like, oh, we really got to know each other. And it was really nice and stuff. We would talk all the time.

13:17Olivia Attwood:So you spent a substantial amount of time together? Like you really had?

13:21Samie Elishi:Yeah, it's enough to know each other and stuff. And then obviously we get busy and stuff. She was like traveling the world for a lot of the past year or so. Hence why she wasn't at my Alicia launch. Like she was away.

13:34Olivia Attwood:So that for your perfume, she was invited. Well, sorry, so you didn't invite her, but you knew she wasn't in the country. Yeah, I knew she was in the country. Because this was an argument that she like brought up with you to try to discredit your friendship with each other, basically. and I was like but you was away yeah

13:49Samie Elishi:and I think she said that she was in a way

13:50Olivia Attwood:but she was even I mean I don't know her at all and even from TikTok I got the impression that she wasn't living here yeah because she was on like was she on the US she was living in Australia like she's been everywhere but here yeah

14:03Samie Elishi:but then that was quickly like she came in and just kind of said like we're not friends or we're not close and I was like alright like obviously that's not nice here ever because I feel like in this industry as well get a bit lonely so when you do make them mates and you have like them trips and things like that and you confide in each other over things and all that malarkey but um yeah if she quickly made it apparent then we weren't friends so I was like oh okay cool that's fine not everyone has to be friends I get that I'll take it on the chin I've worse things have been said to me that's okay yeah and then yeah and then from then it was just a bit hostile I would say for a little bit yeah I kept it like quite cool as much as I could but then

14:41Olivia Attwood:there were certain moments where it just kind of got too much a hundred percent and I feel like you know viewers of love island um as much as i love them they take things very literally and it's very hard i think unless you've actually been inside that house to understand how intense it is and like when there is someone that you're not connecting with and you're trapped with them in a house and that house in real life is so much smaller like you are sleeping on top of each other like there's nowhere to hide so tensions get risen really quickly but i feel like in my opinion that you handed yourself like an absolute pro because i felt like she was goading you that's what it looked like from where i was sitting yeah i felt several times in interaction she would have liked more of a bite from you yeah more of a reaction and you never really gave her you were firm with her you didn't like taking her shit but you never snapped whereas i feel like she managed to get bell to snap yeah a few more times i think she's got a slightly shorter fuse than you yeah what's like what's the situation with the girls now like what was it like on the final like off camera it is is there a divide with the final so what goes in the final it was me

15:51Samie Elishi:Millie Leanne Whitney and Lucinda I feel like by that point when the final come around like listen I forgive but I'll never forget yeah like and that's the kind of situation that I'm in I'm not gonna ever hold a grudge I'm not gonna hold animosity towards her or anything like that like what's happened's happened and i understand that it gets heightened in there and things like that but we were just kind of civil like we were fine i wouldn't sit down and tell her about like what did me and kira get up to last night i would never do that you're not my friend like that but we would i would always say hi and bye like if she's asking me how an outfit looks i'd always reply that's how it got to in the end but there was a time where i literally was ignoring her for like five days and it was like really we're sitting next to each other in the dressing room and just not talking I was literally just not even speaking and then it got to a point where it's more energy to do that than it is to just be civil yeah and I was like do you know what I'm kind of over all this now like regardless if she's not or whatever and we just got civil so the final there was no tension all the girls were fine Belle obviously left just before that so I don't know if it would have been different

16:59Olivia Attwood:Belle had lots of issues with Lucinda and then of course Jessie entered the mix later on and she came in again someone that has what she probably felt was a friendship with Lucinda outside the show. They've also been on trips together. Yeah. I don't, do we know why they fell out? Or is it just kind of the friendship fell apart and then?

17:18Samie Elishi:I don't know the actual reason why Jessie and Lucinda fell out in the first place. I tried not to get involved at that point because I thought, I've had my drama with Lucinda. I'm not going to get involved in anyone else's with her because it's just going to get too much. And she just basically said they were friends on the outside. A few things happened. They disagreements. they're not friends anymore and then obviously she's watched just she's watched the show yeah jesse knows me on the outside as well like quite briefly but she obviously had an opinion on everything that's happened and then came in and was very strong with her opinion yeah and it probably didn't get perceived in the best way but it's so hard because jesse's probably like the nicest girl to ever walk in there she just had that blip of like fire yeah and it just i don't

18:01Olivia Attwood:know what happened there it was from the outside as well it was it felt that the public very much felt your you the frustration you guys had toward lucinda and then almost when jesse went in it did a bit of a turn and they kind of then turned and they were saying you know this is unfair she's being isolated did you feel any points like she was isolated or it was unfair

18:23Samie Elishi:lucinda she was never isolated lucinda always had her friends there like she was never on her own never no no like if anything she had more people around her than me at some points like and that's not to say that i was because i was never isolated but like to put it into perspective like she would always have millie leanne and yeah she always had her girls around her and the only people that would probably not speak to her that much is me and bell yeah but i feel like our reactions were very much warranted with how we were getting like we were getting little wound up yeah it was getting wound up in there millie did a really good job of staying

18:55Olivia Attwood:on the fence yeah yeah and sometimes it's someone it could ever be me but i i appreciate someone that can try and keep some balance but i felt like at times you could see that she was almost banging her head against brick wall because she'd be trying to help lucinda and try to guide her a little bit and it just wasn't really working she's trying to be she's like she's that big sister figure if anything she is and i think that you know things like movie night and when you're trying to explain to someone why something upsets you and then they laugh at you that would be like a red rag to a ball for me I would be looking at the projector down it's very hard it's it's tough

19:34Samie Elishi:I did walk off at movie night at one point just to calm down but yeah it was that was a tough night

19:39Olivia Attwood:what was going through your head and moving like it's like it's one of everyone's favorite challenges you must come out to the garden see that projector you're like okay this is what's going down what clip were you kind of hoping to see which you saw or was there anything you wanted to clearing up, going into it? Just probably the whole Lucinda sitch, really.

19:59Samie Elishi:It's so weird because my movie night, this experience was so different to my first one. My first one, I was just worried about what Tom was getting up to in Castor Amore and I thought, oh my God, this is all going to come out and I'm going to be really upset, which is exactly what happened. And then this time I'm like, me and Kieran are absolutely fine. We were flying at that point. There was not a doubt in my mind that he said anything behind my back or done anything dodgy. All the USA girls came back and said he was an angel. And I was like, oh, this is great. And it was just the girl drama.

20:25Samie Elishi:It was mad. It was just literally, the girls really run this series completely.

20:30Olivia Attwood:How high did tensions get during that?

20:33Samie Elishi:Oh my God, movie night was like, it was really bad. It was really crazy. Like, I haven't actually seen it yet. I think I saw a clip on TikTok, but it is 10 times worse when you're there. Like, it was terrible. Yeah, at one point I walked off. I had to actually calm down. yeah so I was like I'm done do you think you'll watch any of the show back have you watched any of your other series all I've watched is the heart rate challenge back because I was really intrigued of how he looked

21:01Olivia Attwood:I mean yeah you nailed that how was it is that your second time doing it or third time it's my second second how nerve wracking is that it's so scary

21:10Samie Elishi:it's so scary you know what my stage is we didn't do it oh my god did you not

21:14Olivia Attwood:only the boys did it I don't know why I'm not sure it was a time thing but yes I asked girls I don't have to do it and it was more like a comedy thing because obviously when the boys do it it's just funny when the girls do it I was one of my favourite episodes and I felt like oh my god you guys were like throwing it down and also the way the boys pick you up and throw you around and throw you on that wooden decking I was like someone's going to get knocked out it's like full on it's a lot it's so it takes so much balls and like you the girls are so good and then the boys it's just funny yeah the boys just take the piss Yeah, then you just laugh.

21:51Olivia Attwood:They're all tiny whities on. They're funny trousers.

21:53Samie Elishi:They can't get them off. Yeah, but the girls, you have to look sexy. Yeah. Like, you've got to actually bring it.

21:59Olivia Attwood:And do they let you choose the music?

22:00Samie Elishi:Like, what's the deal with music? No. And the outfits are chosen for you, right? The outfits are chosen for you. I changed my outfit 10 minutes before I went out. Oh, did you? I was like, I'm changing it. From what? So that pink one was actually Leanne's. Okay. And Leanne didn't want to wear pink. So then she got this red number and I was like, well, that's insane. Yeah. And then I was in this like maroon bra and knicker set with like black stockings and black heels. And I was like, this is just off. Like the... This doesn't work. This doesn't work. Like the stockings should be the same color as my set.

22:29Samie Elishi:And I was just getting annoyed. And then I was like, I'm putting this one on. And then I remember like everyone was like, no, no, you can't change now. It's locked in. I said, no, no, I'm going to put this on. And you're going to say yes, because it's going to look really good. And then I put it on and then they were like, yep, signed off. You're wearing it. Yeah. And is that the producers have to kind of agree? You have to sign it off.

22:47Olivia Attwood:But I feel like with your dark hair and your tan, like it was the right choice. Yeah. Yeah, it looks cute.

22:52Samie Elishi:I'd be wearing like a purple gown and black stockings and it was just all a bit...

22:57Olivia Attwood:It sounds very Adidas family.

22:59Samie Elishi:Yeah, I was like, this is really weird. And no, it had to change.

23:06Olivia Attwood:You know when something pops up last minute and you suddenly need an outfit that just works? That was me the other week at a last minute dinner and I did not have the energy to spiral about what I wanted to wear. I wanted to look expensive, but not like I tried too hard. That's when I go straight to Revolve. Revolve is my go-to when I don't feel like overthinking it. Everything is styled in a way that actually makes sense. So it already feels put together and not chaotic. I'm not just endlessly scrolling trying to make an outfit. I'll find one dress I love and it shows me similar options straight away.

23:39Olivia Attwood:You can literally shop by vibe, date night, night out, holiday. It just makes it easy. And if I order a few backup options, shipping is fast and returns are easy. So it's actually stress-free, which when your calendar is like mine, packed, it's everything. One thing I wore recently was a little red mini dress from Revolve. It just made me feel powerful. It made me feel feminine. It arrived so quickly and it looks absolutely gorgeous in real life. They've got all the brands I actually wear and new arrivals daily. It just works for whatever's on the calendar. So whether it's a big night out, a wedding, a trip, or you just need something last minute that actually works, Revolve always has it.

24:17Olivia Attwood:Go to revolve.com forward slash Olivia to shop our faves and use code Olivia for 15 % off your first order. Fast shipping, easy returns, it just makes everything easier.

24:32Olivia Attwood:Sugar Daddygate. I should have left that at the door. Was it discussed in the villa? it was discussed in the villa yeah there is a guy who owns a clothing brand who she's been linked to she's been pictured with him online like conversation is circling this the narrative which i'm sure she's very aware of is that he is her sugar daddy no judgment here i've got a whole show about sugar daddies i think you know if you can get one get your bag yeah is this something

25:00Samie Elishi:that was discussed no one actually referred to him as a sugar daddy in there fine it was just the guy that she was seeing.

25:07Olivia Attwood:So it's like, was the conversation more like, is this guy on the scene? Yeah, basically.

25:12Samie Elishi:That's what it was about. And she quickly said like, no, like that's over kind of thing. Like that's not going on now. But sugar daddy's jokes. When we came out, when we came out, I was just like sugar daddy gay. And I was like, who's got a sugar daddy? And then I was like, oh, it's the guy. And then yeah. But no, not a sugar daddy. Because she works with the brands. So it's like, you can argue that he's paying her, but she's doing work so it's like not like she's working for the brand not him I guess it depends on what the work involves which is like TikToks and Instagram posts got it I would think

25:47Olivia Attwood:I would hope I mean maybe look all four girls get in the bag so maybe she might come out well if her and Sean don't last maybe she'll come out and tell people right you landed back this morning yes landed back this morning how has it seen your family oh

26:02Samie Elishi:it's the best thing ever because you're very close to your family and your sister's not long ago had a baby. Yeah, I've missed my niece so much. Like, it was, I actually cried on my birthday. They didn't air my birthday in there, but like, I was in tears. So your birthday was the day

26:15Olivia Attwood:that Lucinda and... Become official, yeah. Become official. And that was your actual birthday. Did they do... My actual birthday. Did they acknowledge anything for you there, your birthday? I had a cake at lunch and...

26:25Samie Elishi:It sounds so pathetic, doesn't it? I had a birthday cake. I had a cake at lunch and Kieran made me pancakes in the morning. And he kept on like running around for me and doing whatever I wanted. That's a green flag.

26:39Olivia Attwood:So it was with your family, and has Kieran, did they meet briefly? They met, yeah.

26:44Samie Elishi:So Kieran met my mum, my sister, and the baby Maeve. And what do your mum and sister make of Kieran? They love him. They like him. They love him. I have a really bad track record of men that I've had, and they've all had quite scary eyes and been quite scary people. Scary eyes? This is how I describe like a bad guy. I'm like, he's got really scary eyes. Like just kind of like a bit soulless. Yeah, like this is like who I normally attract. And with Kieran, the first thing I noticed is how kind his eyes were. And he's just like an actual nice, genuine guy. And my mum clocked up too. She was like, he is just the nicest person.

27:23Olivia Attwood:Yeah.

27:24Samie Elishi:And it's exactly what I need.

27:25Olivia Attwood:Because one of the last times I probably saw you properly was my birthday. Yeah. When you had your little thing going on and off with Sam Thompson. that obviously fizzled out and you've been single pretty much since, haven't you? So you were like really ready for, you know, something actually serious. Serious, substantial. Have you, I mean, I know you've just literally got back, but are you and Kieran planning any like trips or are you going to go to Wales?

27:50Samie Elishi:I am going to go to Wales. I am going to Wales for the weekend. We have a whole weekend planned and that is what we're doing. And then we want to go to Nashville as well because we both really love country music.

28:01Olivia Attwood:I've always wanted to go to Nashville. That's so weird that you said that. It's like on my list. I want to go there and Aspen. Yeah. It's like a grey site. Obviously you have to come with me. Has Millie given you any tips to enjoy in Wales?

28:15Samie Elishi:She's actually going to lend me her old hiking boots. She's like, I'm not lending me. She's going to give them to me. She's like, you can have them.

28:21Olivia Attwood:She's like, I don't need these anymore. Yes, I don't need them.

28:23Samie Elishi:She's got her American boy.

28:25Olivia Attwood:Here you go. How do you, what's this year do you think? I mean you had obviously no idea you're going to win you're going in with like lower expectations like what what do you what would you like from the rest of this year what's what's on the vision board the vision board do you know what I've only yeah I literally just got back but there's been

28:45Samie Elishi:so many exciting things and even things that were on my vision board last year that are coming into play this year which I'm really excited about it's going to be a really good year so you're excited

28:56Olivia Attwood:excited about the new relationship yeah and girls in the industry yeah friends new friends from the show existing friends yeah Belle

29:05Samie Elishi:friend for life honestly were you friends with Belle before? no no so you met her through the show yeah so I was friends with Whitney Millie before yeah Jess before but then like Helen and I met her briefly but like now she's definitely like a friend for life as well she gets she gets some shit online

29:22Olivia Attwood:but I feel like she seems like she's a vibe oh my god She seems like quite a cool girl. No, never. But I've heard she's wild. You should have an eye out of her. Actually, you just said that. That's such a lie. The last time I saw you, it wasn't my birthday. It was one of my screening launches. Oh, my God, yeah. When I was jumping on the bed in my underwear. Yeah. That was what meant to be afters. That was a great one. Me and Megan were jumping on the bed in dressing gowns. Then we'd take them around and everyone had gone. We're like, what was it? And my friend Mark was like, yeah, it was you. Like, you creeped everyone out.

29:51Olivia Attwood:That was so funny. I've got a video of me jumping on the bed and you're just sat on the end on the shades like eating crisps that's perfect that's a perfect way to describe it what would your advice be to anyone that kind of aspires to go on Love Island this summer and you know how to navigate it

30:10Samie Elishi:I would say just do it because yeah just do it because it could be worth it and just be authentically yourself because if you're not you can't last that long without being yourself and then it's even more rewarding when people when you get that good feedback after because you know that you were just you you just and it's like if they criticize it it's like well how can i be anything other than myself exactly so if you're like putting on a fake little persona you're going to be like oh i wish i didn't do that i wish i was myself yeah but if you are yourself then if people you're not going to like everyone that's fine i feel like as well that and i think it's hard

30:47Olivia Attwood:and i know some of the girls that we were speaking when you first came in here are feeling the the the heat of like you know social media reactions yeah it's really horrible and people get so obsessed with these shows and they get so visceral with their reactions to reactions to them but i feel like it's it's actually not just trying to take too much of you on board when i came off love island like people have fucking hated me because they had kind of the way that the it had come out the show had landed it was kind of it sort of put chris in a position a different light to me let's just say that and I remember thinking my god like this is awful like I'm never going to be able to walk down the street like people are going to like throw eggs at me there's two things that I think always happen thank god rarely you'll hardly ever meet anyone in real life that isn't like oh my god like even if they probably sent you like a vile dm when they may meet you in real life they'll always just be excited to meet you and say something lovely yeah and then I think that the public are fickle like you see that we see that for the way they reacted to like Lucinda and Belle we see that the way then they just completely changed their mind when Jessie came in like so it's like just because you're in you're feeling one reaction now it doesn't mean that that's it will change it's like it goes up and down like the wind like you really so it's like and it's it feels quite scary and overwhelming but yeah don't worry about it and don't read it yeah you don't

32:06Samie Elishi:need to read it that's what I'm telling the girls now and they've got the people that love them and I think that's all that matters and I think the girls that are getting the most heat are the girls that were probably more authentically themselves in there and gave their opinion. And we're all human. Sometimes you explode, sometimes you cry, sometimes you get out. That's okay. We all have moods. That's okay to express. I know, yeah, sometimes it may have gone too far, but it is what it is and I just think...

32:31Olivia Attwood:There's no smoke without fire. If everyone's having an issue with the same person, potentially that's a bit of a... There's a common denominator. It's a bit of a sign. As we just mentioned there, from you being at one of my infamous after parties where I dance with people without their say so. You do love a night out. I think you potentially, you've got great stamina. You're quite an out girl, aren't you? What's your drink of choice? My drink of choice is a spicy margarita. Everyone loves a spicy mug. You love a spicy mug, don't you? Yeah. Everyone else? Me and Grace make them. No, see, I don't like them either, but I can't handle spice.

33:09Olivia Attwood:So that's probably why. what is your what's your toxic trait on the night out what's something you do that you wish you didn't um

33:18Samie Elishi:chasing the night oh my god yeah

33:20Olivia Attwood:we're just talking about this when you came in I do why is that I'm never ready to go home it's so hard I'm always like what's next what's next and they're like it's 5am nothing like yeah even when we left that hotel

33:33Samie Elishi:I was like what are we going to do now and then I was like I should just go home like the next stop was like two and a half hours where I said let me just not do that because in a few hours I'm going to really regret it I know and the next morning

33:43Olivia Attwood:you're like I didn't need the extra three hours yeah yeah but I always say to people like I'm having fun so I don't want the fun to stop yeah exactly once I'm out I'm like this is so much fun I don't want to go home and take my makeup off I want to just carry on what's your perfect night out like if you could just sort of describe it is it like dinner is it drinks is it clubbing what do you like to do

34:05Samie Elishi:I don't really like a club that much like a clubby club you know when there's that tables and all that's going on. I can't stand that. But I like it when I start drinking when it's light. So like day drinking. And then God knows where I end up in the end. But you know, like it just like really just goes for it. And I love nights like that. Because then it doesn't matter where the fuck you are because you're so drunk, you don't even know.

34:25Olivia Attwood:That's true. Do you feel like, I feel like having fun is back in fashion and like messy girl era is back. Thank God. We're all about to be on our absolute element. Do you feel pressure since being off Love Island and social media do you feel like you need to show up as a filtered version of yourself or look

34:43Samie Elishi:perfect oh no i feel like definitely after this season i've definitely shown like an unfiltered version of myself and yeah fuck it everyone has their flaws you know what i mean i feel like people find you more relatable when you are actually yourself yeah if i started to be this prim and proper person now at all times like that's just not me and you'd isolate the people

35:04Olivia Attwood:that like do like you for who you are.

35:06Samie Elishi:Yeah, yeah.

35:08Olivia Attwood:How's it going with the perfume? Is that, you're passionate about fragrance, aren't you? Yeah. Like honestly, I need to get a new fragrance. When I go into a perfume hall, I'm like, you know, I smell like four and I'm like, I don't even know what I like. So how do you go about building a fragrance and actually landing on it? It obviously is so hard.

35:25Samie Elishi:It takes forever. Like to get this scent right, I think it took me like a year and a half. So I was like, this is the first one. It's got to be mega. Yeah, it has to bang. Yeah, I've got to love it. like it's got to smell good yeah like i don't want it to smell cheap but i want it to be too floral i want it to be like oody but not too oody like there was a lot going on but then i got there in the end and like the whole concept of like putting crystals in the bottle that was from my mom oh is it she's crystals she loves them like very spiritual into crystals like we grew up like that like oh full moon put crystals on the windowsill like she's very much like that and i'm like oh that's that it's just the best idea because you know some people carry like a crystal in their bra or in their pocket or in their handbag instead of doing that you just spray a perfume because it's it's inside the perfume so the perfume has kind of absorbed its energy hopefully yeah that's the whole idea how would you describe the scent it's like an oudy rosy smell i would say have you smelled uh joe malone rose oud yes similar to that i would say yeah

36:31Olivia Attwood:and now for a special part of today's show the refresh i want to talk about confidence upgrades that don't come with a backstory no reinvention no chaos just the small things people do to feel more like themselves it's brought to you by garnier good which i use to color my hair because it doesn't feel like a big decision no ammonia no mess no panic halfway through thinking why did i do this it just keeps my hair glossy the way I like it so there are things that me and my friends like to do that are kind of low effort but they're big refresh glow ups and they just make us feel more like ourselves I have to say I'm a dedicated nail girl like I always have my nails done you can see your hands constantly they're always in your vision that you see them when you're writing typing so I think to look down and see like a well done set of nails it just gives you that little makes you feel like that girl.

37:21Olivia Attwood:Okay, everyone knows I love to shop. But did you know that I love a wardrobe clear out? I know a lot of people find closet clear outs to be really satisfying. And I'm one of them. I go through my wardrobe all the time because I am actually trying to create more space. So I go through the rails. I'm like, would I be ashamed if I was wearing this top? And if the answer is yeah, it's got to go. That's like a little game I do in my head. So it's like, if you wouldn't wear it tomorrow to meet someone you care about, kind of why do you have it and sometimes when you get rid of things you think why has this been in my wardrobe for five years i've never worn it i'm obviously not gonna ever wear it goodbye someone else can give it a home that it deserves but the best bit about the wardrobe clearout is not only giving your clothes a second chance to have a new life for someone else who might appreciate them more it means there's you know there's more space on the rail guys let's talk about it you know it's my favorite subject skincare in the winter for example my skincare routine don't know if it counts of skincare obviously includes fake tan.

38:18Olivia Attwood:I have to have a glow. And then I like to kind of go between doing like a clay mask in the shower, in the bath to a sheet mask, depending on what I think my skin needs and what I'm in the mood for. Because I do think when you look after your skin, give yourself good exfoliation, put the hydration back in, you do automatically feel refreshed. Okay, skincare pick me up that never fails me is do yourself a little light exfoliation, a moisturizing mask and a bit of fake tan and you will feel like a new woman or man okay next up we have to talk about fragrance and scent this is a big one for me and something that can instantly change my mood so I think that scents hold a lot of memories and like I can smell a certain perfume it takes me back to a certain time but also really believe in like day to evening scents so the scent that I might wear in the day to work or in the day to meet friends might be different to something I'd wear in the evening.

39:10Olivia Attwood:I might go for something a little bit moodier, a little bit muskier, a bit heavier. This is something that I've made no secret of. The Garnier Good hair colour range smells incredible. It does not smell like your typical hair dye. It has orchard and sandalwood notes. It's really luxurious. It's just a very pleasant smell. And when you wash it off, that smell stays on your hair for a couple of days. And every time you kind of flick your hair, the wind blows, you get like a scent of it. It's really, really stunning. so if you're in your low drama glamour Garnier Good and My Shade 7.33 Hot Honey Blonde are waiting for you at Boots and Amazon

39:51Olivia Attwood:okay so we told the our Olivia's House gang that you were coming on they're very excited as they sent in questions so I'm going to do some viewer questions for you I'll pick some of the ones that came up the most actually do you know what I'm such a good interviewer I've actually, guys, I've actually answered most of these questions already in our chat. Okay, this is a good one. How did you actually manage to stay so calm in confrontation? Because I think you did. You were very firm, but you were calm. What is your tip for not losing your shit, basically, is what someone's asked.

40:25Samie Elishi:What's my tip for not losing my shit? Just kind of remembering not to let someone get under your skin like that. Like, I'm better than this. And I've got my point across. I'm not saying it again. and I'm not going to go back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. There's no point. And walking away is always really good. Just walk away. Just walk away. When it's getting too much, walk away.

40:44Olivia Attwood:Was it true that you were crying slash upset on your birthday?

40:47Samie Elishi:I was upset on my birthday, yeah. That's what you said. I know, but not in that way. It was actually quite funny. I was having a chat with Kieran at the mini fire pit, and he's walked off. Just go speak to the boys, not in that way, didn't argue. And then the girls have come over, and I'm talking to them, and they're like, oh, happy birthday. Are you having a good birthday? and I just burst into tears. I just got really emotional. I was like, I just really miss my niece, my mum, my sister. I just really miss home today because your friends, you just want to be celebrating with your mates. And then Kieran came over and was like, what the fuck?

41:18Samie Elishi:Why are you crying? I was like, oh no, not because of you. But it was because of that, yeah.

41:22Olivia Attwood:Birthdays can make you emotional, I think. Especially away from home. You've been away for a long time at that point and you're probably feeling a little bit homesick and it just makes you feel, I think it makes you feel more homesick.

41:31Samie Elishi:Yeah.

41:32Olivia Attwood:Do you think Kieran is too young for you? No. What are the eight? What's the eight? What's your age? And what's his age? I'm 26 and he's 23. Oh.

41:40Samie Elishi:Yeah, but he was literally the most mature. God, he's 23. I know.

41:44Olivia Attwood:He doesn't come across like that at all. No. We're not going to name names, but I know 35-year-old men that are more immature than Kieran. So I'm genuinely, I don't get hung up on age.

41:57Samie Elishi:No, no, I don't. I used to as well, but then when I went to there and I met him, I was like, this is mad, because you're the most mature, isn't it? everyone runs him for advice and he was one of the youngest in the house it was mad did you think that you guys got less screen time as a couple?

42:13Olivia Attwood:well yeah I'm learning to now I've learnt that well I which is so mad people were saying oh they didn't get enough screen time and then I guess when I was watching I was looking at you that sounds like a lesbian I was looking at you and you were featuring a lot and you had a lot of a guest storyline because you're with the girls and the girls held like carried the series but then I guess and now I think about it we didn't see so much from you two. But I wonder if it's because you were just unproblematic. I was going to say, like, when we were together,

42:40Samie Elishi:we were literally just calm. We didn't have one argument. They're like, well, I can't use this. They're just going to sleep again. There was nothing, there was nothing. Like, we didn't get involved in drama as a couple. We never spoke about it. We left it at the door, so to speak, like whenever we used to speak. Like, when I was in the car on the way home from the airport this morning, and my mum and sister were like, did you and Kieran ever argue? I was like, not once. And they were like, we knew you didn't. because you was never on the screen together.

43:07Olivia Attwood:Basically in Love Island, if you want your couple to be like front and centre, just row every day. Yeah, have a row. I could literally chat to you all day. I think you did such a good job. I mean, you came across not only beautiful, but you were patient, you were kind of everyone, funny, and you were just yourself. And I'm so glad that this time around that you got the experience you deserved and you met someone. and you're literally, you're a Love Island winner. Can you believe it? So weird. I still don't believe it. It's insane. It's very strange. Have you thought about what you're going to do with the money?

43:41Samie Elishi:Very boringly, it's going towards my deposit to my flat I've just bought.

43:44Olivia Attwood:That's a very good thing to put it towards. Yeah, because it's tax free. Yeah. So I'm like, oh, perfect. Jesus Christ, I mean, should hope so as well. Yeah, so I don't have to transmit, like, it's all a bit boring. But yeah, so I'm... Just literally going towards your house. Yeah. and anything that you and Kieran are particularly looking forward to in the next few weeks

44:02Samie Elishi:going to Wales going to Wales and meeting his mum and dad properly because we've only met on FaceTime so meeting them

44:09Olivia Attwood:and his sister as well and his sister right before I let you go I need to know who you want to refer to the guest list who do you think I should have on the pod sitting in your seat in the next couple of weeks controversial one I think you should have Belle I would love to chat to Belle because I also think that I'd like to

44:27Samie Elishi:people see a little bit different side to her yeah you know like to hear it in her own words yeah the thing is with bell i feel like it didn't come across that well but she's got such a like a pure heart and she's actually quite emotional yeah she hides it when she gets so angry and she's got a shorter fuse like you said than me so it comes across very rah rah rah but she's actually like one of the best people i've ever met i spent my whole time on my series

44:51Olivia Attwood:screaming shouting my blood pressure was through the roof i honestly and i think that and some people like that that environment just does that to them as well especially if you have a really sharp tongue what she does she's so quick so like anyone going up against her is like gonna be a bit like you know they're not gonna be fairly matched yeah 100 sammy thank you so much for coming here from the airport we all absolutely love you and kieran and maybe we should have kieran and you next time together i know um sammy everyone

45:25Bye.

This week on Olivia’s House, Love Island: All Stars series three winner Samie Elishi walks in straight from the airport - crown on, barely slept, and still in shock!

Samie relives her full Love Island journey, from applying three times and entering as a bombshell to finally taking the win on Love Island: All Stars. She opens up about nearly saying no to this season, why her first All Stars stint felt like ‘a blip’ and how third time really was the charm.

We get into everything: the shock recoupling, the friendship fallout, ‘that pie, and the chaos of Movie Night - including the moment Samie had to walk off to cool down. She shares her honest perspective on the drama, what viewers didn’t see, and the moments that tested her the most.

Plus, she shares how things really started with Ciaran -  from shaky first chats to a genuine connection - and what it felt like switching off the cameras and finally being alone together after weeks in the bubble.

We also put your questions to Samie  - from why she really cried on her birthday, to her thoughts on the age gap with Ciaran, and her side of the “sugar daddy” drama.
